“Send Coach John a message”Found a quick, but powerful life lesson from Mind Essentials (@Mind_Essentials) - “You can’t go back and change the beginning, But you can start where you are and change the ending.” I know for me I do tend to beat myself up a bit about my past mistakes but I’m realizing more and more as I age that I can only deal with where I’m at right now in my life. I’m much better off to realize that I need to take the lessons from my past and apply that knowledge to where I’m at now so that my future can be better. Again, our best mentor is our past!!
