- 1:31Speaker 8: I got to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 5: You probably got to turn the mouth turn out a
- 1:47Speaker 5: w the mony.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come on, you'll think that all huh, I sure will.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Good marning everybody you're listening to the voice, come on
- 2:07Speaker 4: dig me now, one and all that Steve.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Harvey Man oh Man got a radio show, yep.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Trying to make it work too. I'm not trying. I'm
- 2:15Speaker 4: I'm I'm getting it. I'm getting it done to the
- 2:19Speaker 4: best of my abilities.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Something funny my father taught me. He said, so when
- 2:26Speaker 4: you've done all you can do, if you've done your
- 2:29Speaker 4: absolute best and you look up and it didn't get
- 2:34Speaker 4: the job done, take a deep breath and do some more.
- 2:42Speaker 4: That used to bug me, man, when my father used
- 2:44Speaker 4: to tell me, that's the son. When you've done your
- 2:46Speaker 4: absolute best and you think you can't do no more.
- 2:51Speaker 4: You've done all you can and it still don't get
- 2:54Speaker 4: the job done. Take yourself a deep breath.
- 2:59Speaker 2: And some more.
- 3:02Speaker 4: And you know what I found that has worked every
- 3:05Speaker 4: single time, every single time, because what my father knew
- 3:12Speaker 4: was that what you think is your breaking point or
- 3:17Speaker 4: what you think is your all in all, he says, son,
- 3:21Speaker 4: it's just something about it. Man, if you just gather yourself,
- 3:26Speaker 4: you got a little bit more. Everybody got some more.
- 3:32Speaker 4: And I you know, I gotta be honest with you.
- 3:35Speaker 4: It has worked. It has helped me greatly, and you
- 3:40Speaker 4: know it, everybody does have some more.
- 3:43Speaker 3: You know.
- 3:43Speaker 4: I tell that to my sons all the time. Dad,
- 3:45Speaker 4: I did my best. Well, let mess you something else.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Could you have done anything else? Could you have studied
- 3:51Speaker 4: a little harder, Could you have shown up a little
- 3:54Speaker 4: bit earlier, Could you stayed a little bit later? Yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 4: well then okay, that's what you should have done. Then see,
- 4:03Speaker 4: there's always a way. But if you're going to create excuses,
- 4:08Speaker 4: if you're gonna make them up all the time about
- 4:10Speaker 4: why you don't get it done, I have a very,
- 4:12Speaker 4: very sad a statement for you right now. You're never
- 4:18Speaker 4: gonna get anything done. You're never gonna get to the top.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Not to the top.
- 4:23Speaker 4: You can get halfway up. Now, you can get a
- 4:26Speaker 4: third of the whey up. You can get three quarters
- 4:28Speaker 4: of the whey up. But if you don't have that
- 4:31Speaker 4: little extra reserve in you, you're not getting to the top.
- 4:35Speaker 4: The top is only reserved for those that have the
- 4:39Speaker 4: wherewithal and the power to desire, the drive and the
- 4:46Speaker 4: gut riching effort to get to the top.
- 4:50Speaker 2: The top is reserved only for the top. It's just
- 4:53Speaker 2: the top. There ain't but one top. Then the middle done,
- 4:55Speaker 2: ain't it?
- 4:57Speaker 7: You know?
- 4:57Speaker 4: The top, the top of the mountain half. It's a
- 5:00Speaker 4: different view at the top. Things look different from up top.
- 5:04Speaker 4: So if you want to get to the top of
- 5:06Speaker 4: whatever your profession, your field, your career, whatever it is,
- 5:14Speaker 4: you got to do extra.
- 5:16Speaker 2: You have to do more.
- 5:19Speaker 4: More is expected of you. More, but his what's really crazy,
- 5:22Speaker 4: More is required of you. Don't live your life in
- 5:27Speaker 4: a laxadaisical state.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Don't wake up.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Every day with the feeling of, well, you know, whatever
- 5:34Speaker 4: happens happens. No man have a say so in your life.
- 5:38Speaker 3: You.
- 5:39Speaker 4: First of all, let me ask you something. Who has
- 5:42Speaker 4: God named the person that God has given authority over you?
- 5:48Speaker 4: Name the person? But who is the person? Nobody has
- 5:53Speaker 4: domain over you? God didn't create that person. So what
- 5:57Speaker 4: you sitting here for?
- 5:58Speaker 2: Man?
- 5:59Speaker 4: What are you sitting here for letting people who do
- 6:02Speaker 4: not know direct your path? Why are you worried about
- 6:07Speaker 4: all these people with what they got to say about
- 6:09Speaker 4: you and all these people with what they got to
- 6:12Speaker 4: think about you? When here's the news flash, they don't
- 6:15Speaker 4: know either. All these people that you overly concerned about,
- 6:21Speaker 4: all these people that you go into these answers for,
- 6:25Speaker 4: they need answers to.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Stop. What are you doing here? Gather yourself for a minute.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Here is a solution to all of that.
- 6:36Speaker 4: You have one source that will be there for you
- 6:40Speaker 4: to the end of time, and that is your relationship
- 6:44Speaker 4: with God. That is the one thing that's solid and
- 6:47Speaker 4: for show. He's behind the wall. He's in your jail cell.
- 6:52Speaker 4: He rides with you in the police car. He's with
- 6:54Speaker 4: you on your job up at the school. He's down
- 6:57Speaker 4: there in the board meetings with you, go with you
- 7:00Speaker 4: when you travel on planes.
- 7:02Speaker 2: He says with you. When you're in a relationship. He
- 7:05Speaker 2: helps you with your parenting skills.
- 7:07Speaker 4: He helps you. He's there to assist you. He show
- 7:10Speaker 4: if you do the right things, he show you and
- 7:12Speaker 4: guide you to your next job. When you lose your
- 7:15Speaker 4: job and you think it's a rap. There's some good
- 7:18Speaker 4: behind him. Man, God is always working on your behalf.
- 7:22Speaker 4: To those that believe you, just gotta believe. He don't
- 7:24Speaker 4: ask you for nothing else. Believe in me.
- 7:27Speaker 2: That's all He asks you to do. What you're tripping for.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Man.
- 7:30Speaker 4: And then when you make the decision to believe in him,
- 7:34Speaker 4: and it comes out your mouth from time to time
- 7:37Speaker 4: somewhere what you're worried about, what people say, what you're
- 7:40Speaker 4: worried about, what they think for?
- 7:41Speaker 2: Why who are they?
- 7:42Speaker 4: They need God to you telling them you found something
- 7:46Speaker 4: new that you're gonna give this a shot right here now.
- 7:49Speaker 4: They got some yang yin yang and some yak ofty
- 7:51Speaker 4: yakh to say about that when they need God too.
- 7:55Speaker 4: That's what amazes me, man, about people sit up in here, man,
- 7:58Speaker 4: be knocking your dreamings to look. If you're an atheist, man,
- 8:01Speaker 4: do your thing, do your thing. But you can't create
- 8:04Speaker 4: no laws? Why I can't do mine? That don't make
- 8:07Speaker 4: no sense, Man, That makes no sense at all to me.
- 8:12Speaker 4: You have the right to go be whatever you want
- 8:14Speaker 4: to be. You know, if you don't you don't like
- 8:17Speaker 4: the fact that I'm in school, got my head bowed down,
- 8:20Speaker 4: and I'm saying a prayer for I take this test.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Just don't buy your head.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Don't you pray. But if some kids want to get together,
- 8:26Speaker 4: that's some crazy mess. That's what happened in our schools.
- 8:29Speaker 4: We took prayer out of schools, and now look at
- 8:31Speaker 4: our schools. You send your child to school and someone
- 8:36Speaker 4: else comes back home. That's a whole nother thing right here.
- 8:41Speaker 4: That's not what I want to talk to you about.
- 8:43Speaker 4: But I was just throwing it out because you know, hey, man,
- 8:46Speaker 4: your relationship with God is essential to your success as
- 8:49Speaker 4: a person. It's essential to your existence. It's essential to
- 8:52Speaker 4: where you're trying to go and what you're trying to be.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Because He made you. Why would you not talk to
- 8:59Speaker 4: the person that made you to find out what he
- 9:01Speaker 4: created you for. I ain't talking about your parents, who
- 9:05Speaker 4: made your parents. This is God, we created in his image.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Why would you not talk to your maker to see
- 9:13Speaker 4: why you got made? That don't make sense to you.
- 9:18Speaker 4: If you're sitting and gotten yourself in a situation, you
- 9:21Speaker 4: sitting in the jail cell somewhere, you locked up, you
- 9:24Speaker 4: doing some time, man, be a good time for you
- 9:27Speaker 4: to reflect. But whatever your situation is, Man, God can
- 9:31Speaker 4: get you through it. He can give you the strength,
- 9:33Speaker 4: the courage to wherewith all the understanding everything you need,
- 9:37Speaker 4: the wisdom to get you through anything you're going through.
- 9:40Speaker 4: You just got a touch base with him. I need
- 9:44Speaker 4: God every single day of my life. And what He's
- 9:49Speaker 4: done for me man off the chain. But guess what
- 9:55Speaker 4: He'll do the same.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Thing for you.
- 9:56Speaker 4: You're listening to the seed shall ladies and gentlemen, you
- 10:03Speaker 4: know what. It's another day, another opportunity, another blessing, another
- 10:07Speaker 4: gift from God. I don't know how you're looking at it,
- 10:09Speaker 4: but I'm just just a suggestion just to look at
- 10:12Speaker 4: it this way. I know you may be involved in
- 10:16Speaker 4: something that's a little bit challenging. I understand that you
- 10:20Speaker 4: may be facing something today you really don't feel like it.
- 10:23Speaker 4: But guess what He created you just for this moment,
- 10:27Speaker 4: this moment, right here, this day was marked on the
- 10:30Speaker 4: calendar for us to face anything that's adversarial to you.
- 10:35Speaker 4: He gonna work you through it, just like He's worked
- 10:37Speaker 4: you through everything else. Keep the faith. Talk to God.
- 10:40Speaker 4: He loved to hear from you. It's gonna be a
- 10:42Speaker 4: great one. Today, Steve Harvey, Marty Show, Shirley Strawberry, Mississippi, Monica,

- 15:34Speaker 11: a little earlier, depending.
- 15:35Speaker 2: On some of the elderly people that I have to
- 15:37Speaker 2: go pick up and bring to the church.
- 15:39Speaker 11: Make sure they get there okay, and get situated and
- 15:43Speaker 11: make sure they're on time for the service and whatnot.
- 15:46Speaker 3: Okay, and then you take them back home after service.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Is over.
- 15:51Speaker 11: Yes, I try to get all of them back home
- 15:52Speaker 11: unless they got family members of something that come up
- 15:54Speaker 11: there and leat them up there and want to take
- 15:56Speaker 11: them to dinner the sun afterwards. But I usually get
- 15:58Speaker 11: everybody back home.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, Now this class Sunday, which is part of
- 16:05Speaker 3: the reason why I'm calling you. Uh. They saying that
- 16:09Speaker 3: some of the church uh members that was on the
- 16:12Speaker 3: band this Sunday.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Uh.
- 16:15Speaker 3: They are complaining, saying that that the church vand was
- 16:20Speaker 3: smelling like weed when they got on that Excuse me,
- 16:24Speaker 3: they say the church van was smelling like weed when
- 16:28Speaker 3: they got on there. And you are the person that
- 16:31Speaker 3: was driving them.
- 16:32Speaker 11: Oh no, no, no, no, no no no, not not
- 16:34Speaker 11: not the vand that that I'm driving.
- 16:36Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 16:37Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 16:37Speaker 11: I don't smoke weed in no vand.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Uh do you smoke weed?
- 16:44Speaker 11: No, I don't smoke weed. I mean not currently. I
- 16:46Speaker 11: mean I have before, but I don't smoke weed now.
- 16:49Speaker 11: And I would smoke weed before picking some people up
- 16:51Speaker 11: to because no thirst. Now where are you carry from?
- 16:56Speaker 11: Who told you this?
- 16:58Speaker 3: Well? All I know is what what was come down
- 17:00Speaker 3: the pipeline. And they saying that that a couple of
- 17:03Speaker 3: the members came complain see see now.
- 17:06Speaker 11: See this just happened last week about this pipeline. I
- 17:09Speaker 11: want to know who the pipeline is because just last
- 17:12Speaker 11: week they came in me talking about that I was
- 17:14Speaker 11: using the vand to go places that I wanted to
- 17:16Speaker 11: go to on my personal time.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Now I don't do that.
- 17:19Speaker 2: I don't do stuff like that.
- 17:20Speaker 7: Now.
- 17:20Speaker 11: I have had a past, I had a history, but
- 17:22Speaker 11: I don't do stuff like that, and I wouldn't smoking.
- 17:24Speaker 2: No church fan, So are you seriously talking to what?
- 17:28Speaker 3: What? What? What? We're trying to We're trying to get
- 17:30Speaker 3: to the bottom of it and see what's going on
- 17:33Speaker 3: with you.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Elderly person said, do you know which one?
- 17:38Speaker 7: I don't know?
- 17:39Speaker 11: They love me Every Sunday then people tell me they
- 17:41Speaker 11: love me. They say I'm one of the most respectful
- 17:43Speaker 11: young gentlemen they've ever met in their life.
- 17:45Speaker 2: And so I really find it hard.
- 17:47Speaker 11: To believe that you you getting these type of complaints
- 17:49Speaker 11: about me.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Okay, one of them saying like who we I don't
- 17:53Speaker 3: know what that means.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Or nothing like that.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Look, brother, I don't know you too.
- 17:58Speaker 11: Well, and I know you don't know me, but I've
- 18:00Speaker 11: been driving this van as as as a point to
- 18:03Speaker 11: try to change my life and where I come from.
- 18:05Speaker 11: So this was was something that I wanted to volunteer
- 18:08Speaker 11: even though I'm getting paid to give my time to
- 18:10Speaker 11: do this for the church. And now this is like
- 18:12Speaker 11: the second instance where y'all and came at me on
- 18:15Speaker 11: some stuff about like I'm trying to do something with
- 18:17Speaker 11: this Vand now why would I disrespect the church van
- 18:19Speaker 11: by smoking weed in it and then letting the weeds
- 18:22Speaker 11: stay in there so other people could sell it?
- 18:24Speaker 3: Okay, so let me tell you what we're gonna do.
- 18:27Speaker 3: We're gonna go out here to the church van to
- 18:29Speaker 3: say we're gonna go out here today and open it up. Now,
- 18:32Speaker 3: if we see any seed to anything around the driver

- 22:05Speaker 10: out its DEI programs and this has a lot of
- 22:09Speaker 10: people upset. A lot of consumers and black owned companies
- 22:11Speaker 10: that have products in the store. Will also talk about
- 22:15Speaker 10: what Trump's most recent executive orders mean for Black Americans.
- 22:18Speaker 10: Ahead of Don't Forget Next month is what Black History Month?
- 22:24Speaker 1: We'll talk about all that. It's black Trump on the
- 22:27Speaker 1: top of the hour.
- 22:30Speaker 10: Right after this coming up now it is as the
- 22:33Speaker 10: clo all right, h Colo. This is from April and Newark,
- 22:38Speaker 10: who writes, I'm seeing a guy that is fifteen years
- 22:41Speaker 10: older than me, and I love everything about him except
- 22:45Speaker 10: for sex. He tries to buy me nice things just
- 22:48Speaker 10: so he can tell me that I owe him. I
- 22:51Speaker 10: want the nice things with no strings attached. Why is
- 22:55Speaker 10: he so focused on the sex?
- 22:57Speaker 2: Why don't understand the question.
- 23:01Speaker 4: You're saying, he buys you stuff to tell you that
- 23:06Speaker 4: you owe him all right, now, is he saying the
- 23:09Speaker 4: stuff that you owe him is the sex?
- 23:12Speaker 2: Is that what she's saying.
- 23:13Speaker 1: That's what she's saying that.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Maybe listen to me. He just pointing it out. That's
- 23:19Speaker 2: what it's all for.
- 23:21Speaker 6: Wait what.
- 23:23Speaker 4: That's that's that's what it's all of this for. That
- 23:28Speaker 4: and nobody helping you out with your rent and paying
- 23:32Speaker 4: card noes and then here sending these kids to school.
- 23:34Speaker 4: If ain't no sex tied to it, that that's he
- 23:39Speaker 4: just he just pointing it out.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Well, maybe that's what she doesn't like the fact that
- 23:44Speaker 1: he points it out.
- 23:46Speaker 4: We got I buy cars and swimming pools and diamond
- 23:50Speaker 4: rings for saying, wait a minute, are you buy what now? Cars,
- 23:58Speaker 4: swimming pools, diamond rings for six Burking bags?
- 24:06Speaker 2: Six?
- 24:12Speaker 4: I mean, look, man, it's like this. It's it's it's
- 24:14Speaker 4: a it's a it's a form of wining and dining. Now,
- 24:18Speaker 4: the problem she has is you may not be getting
- 24:21Speaker 4: the commitment that comes with all of that. Wives Do
- 24:27Speaker 4: wives get the commitment? Husbands try to provide for their
- 24:32Speaker 4: wives everything they ask for. You're just not getting the commitment.
- 24:37Speaker 4: So he making sure that your The commitment he want
- 24:40Speaker 4: from you is what.
- 24:41Speaker 2: You do to him. I ain't now yo, men.
- 24:46Speaker 6: See that.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Yeah that's now. That's tacky. It's tacky, but that's what
- 24:52Speaker 2: he tying it to see.
- 24:56Speaker 4: So what he gotta do is he just gotta he
- 24:58Speaker 4: just gotta expect it instead of reminding you.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it don't sound good. It don't sound good.
- 25:07Speaker 2: She knows. I don't want you to forget. That's what
- 25:09Speaker 2: I don't want. Yeah, he don't need to. Too many
- 25:14Speaker 2: nice things and no sex coming up, that's all right.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Moving you like that bag? How much you like it?
- 25:20Speaker 1: Exactly?
- 25:23Speaker 2: You like it a lot? Me too?
- 25:26Speaker 3: All right?
- 25:26Speaker 2: Moving on to say you like that bag? Let me
- 25:28Speaker 2: tell you, let me tell you how I like it.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Treva and Queens.
- 25:33Speaker 7: Right.
- 25:34Speaker 10: So my birthday is three days after Christmas, and my
- 25:37Speaker 10: husband didn't get me a gift this year. He bought
- 25:40Speaker 10: a new hot water heater in December and we agreed
- 25:43Speaker 10: not to do gifts. But what about my birthday? Why
- 25:47Speaker 10: does he get up tight when I say I expected
- 25:49Speaker 10: a gift. You got that hot water heater for Christmas?
- 25:55Speaker 2: Better get it there and take that bag.
- 25:56Speaker 4: Listen to me, you see listen. Now, let me tell
- 26:01Speaker 4: you something. What a woman says is not what she
- 26:06Speaker 4: means never, So bruh, you gotta get used to that.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Y'all said, we're gonna get this hot water heater, so
- 26:14Speaker 4: we ain't doing gifts this year. That was for Christmas.
- 26:18Speaker 4: She watered a birthday gift. I don't get the dish
- 26:22Speaker 4: washing for appliances and appliances does not qualify. Trust me,
- 26:31Speaker 4: I don't like your wife. No vacuum clean on the house.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Can't give her no flash screen TV. You sitting up there,
- 26:40Speaker 4: got the game on. It has to be a personalized item.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Now.
- 26:46Speaker 4: I don't know how old he is, but he should
- 26:49Speaker 4: know better. Yeah, doesn't say see buying hot water heaters.
- 26:54Speaker 4: That's an over forty thing right there, because young people
- 26:59Speaker 4: don't even know.
- 27:00Speaker 1: I don't know how the water is heated.
- 27:02Speaker 3: They just.
- 27:05Speaker 4: You know, these as homeowners. These are homeowners right here.
- 27:08Speaker 4: They not written these are homeowners. And how much do
- 27:11Speaker 4: how watered?
- 27:12Speaker 7: He?

- 27:17Speaker 2: but they needed it.
- 27:18Speaker 1: The house needs Yeah, she needs a birthday gift, all right.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Moving on to Chris in Detroit.
- 27:24Speaker 10: Chris says, my wife's brother came to my house, got
- 27:27Speaker 10: mad at my wife and started yelling at her. I
- 27:31Speaker 10: told him that he cannot talk to my wife like that.
- 27:33Speaker 10: She told me to stay out of it. Now I'm
- 27:37Speaker 10: mad because I stood up for her and she disrespected me.
- 27:40Speaker 10: Did I overstep here?
- 27:43Speaker 12: No?
- 27:43Speaker 2: Not in your house, not in your house. Not in
- 27:48Speaker 2: your house. Now, you y'all got that sibling thing going on.
- 27:52Speaker 4: I understand that, but you can't come in my house
- 27:55Speaker 4: talking crazy to my wife. And I'm not loud to
- 27:58Speaker 4: if I holler at her, I get check for hollering
- 28:00Speaker 4: at her. But the hell you in here hollering at man?
- 28:04Speaker 4: So she she was wrong for not understanding your side
- 28:09Speaker 4: of it. That's what she should have said, was baby, baby,
- 28:12Speaker 4: just let me and my brother work through this. We
- 28:14Speaker 4: do this all the time. I ain't he ain't gonna
- 28:16Speaker 4: hurt me, but it's gonna be some yelling. But I
- 28:19Speaker 4: do respect you. Yeah, but he the husband, he did
- 28:22Speaker 4: the right thing.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:24Speaker 4: I don't care who you are, man, You're not coming
- 28:26Speaker 4: up in here hollering at my wife. Okay, Oh, please understand.
- 28:32Speaker 3: Me that that.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Yeah, the husband is mad for standing and.
- 28:37Speaker 2: He should be, and she disrespected him. You ain't got
- 28:42Speaker 2: nothing to do with it, and you should have been
- 28:44Speaker 2: arguing with this food their whole life, all right.
- 28:52Speaker 10: Last one, Steve, Last one. It's from Mickey and Beaumont.
- 28:56Speaker 10: Mickey writes, I got my boobs done, and my husband
- 28:59Speaker 10: won't stop touching them. He squeezes them and pulls at
- 29:03Speaker 10: my piercings to the point that they get sore.
- 29:07Speaker 1: He wouldn't want me pulling and tugging at his you
- 29:09Speaker 1: know what? So how how do I get him to
- 29:11Speaker 1: stop this?
- 29:13Speaker 7: Oh?
- 29:13Speaker 2: No, he don't care. He bought him.
- 29:18Speaker 4: He'd been waiting on them. Happy Birthday to me, Marry
- 29:24Speaker 4: Christmas to me. You don't even want to stand enjoy
- 29:27Speaker 4: that may feeling right now, it's it's like a new Yeah,
- 29:31Speaker 4: I know, as could be aggravating.
- 29:33Speaker 2: He would get mad if I was pulling on his
- 29:35Speaker 2: junk all the time.
- 29:35Speaker 3: No, he wouldn't.
- 29:37Speaker 1: But she's got piercing.
- 29:40Speaker 4: We'd be just sitting up here pulling find wo Well,
- 29:46Speaker 4: you know she got piercing. Now, she done decorate it
- 29:48Speaker 4: what you wanted him to do?
- 29:50Speaker 1: She got piercing. Yeah, So it's you don't.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Feel them up and decorated it.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Girl, How does she get him to stop? That's what
- 30:01Speaker 1: she wants to know.
- 30:02Speaker 2: He gonna stop, stops brand new toy in the house.
- 30:09Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Clo. Coming up.
- 30:12Speaker 2: It's like getting a new refrigerator, DN, don't put no
- 30:15Speaker 2: food in it.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Well, that have some entertainment news for you right after this.
- 30:20Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning shows.
- 30:24Speaker 10: So many Minneapolis based Target will phase out its DEI
- 30:28Speaker 10: programs that support black employees, black owned businesses, and LGBTQ
- 30:33Speaker 10: plus inclusion. After hearing this, a lot of blacks took
- 30:38Speaker 10: to social media to call for massive boycotting of.
- 30:41Speaker 1: All Target stores.
- 30:43Speaker 10: Social media influencer Tabitha Brand posted a video to make
- 30:47Speaker 10: consumers aware of how a boycott would negatively impact the
- 30:51Speaker 10: sales of black owned brands that are sold in Target stores.
- 30:57Speaker 10: Tabitha brand has several products that are now being sold
- 31:00Speaker 10: at Target. Research gathered for the Insider shows at nearly
- 31:04Speaker 10: eight out of ten shoppers in the US shop at Target,
- 31:08Speaker 10: and Target's typical consumer is a white suburban mother between
- 31:12Speaker 10: the ages of thirty five and forty four with a
- 31:15Speaker 10: household income of eighty thousand dollars. So here's a question,
- 31:19Speaker 10: what do you guys think about this? If we boycott Target,
- 31:23Speaker 10: do we boycott every store that has gotten rid of
- 31:25Speaker 10: its DEI program?
- 31:28Speaker 4: And first of all, and then I believe Target was
- 31:33Speaker 4: one of the contributors to the Trump campaign, if I'm.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Not mistaken, one of the biggest.
- 31:38Speaker 4: I think, if I'm not mistaken, So you are dealing
- 31:42Speaker 4: with an ownership that is pro Trump anyway.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:48Speaker 4: Oh, Now what you have to pay attention to is
- 31:52Speaker 4: how many companies follow suit. He did what he said
- 31:56Speaker 4: he was going to do, and and you boycotting Target.
- 32:02Speaker 4: I mean, okay, if that's what y'all want to do,
- 32:04Speaker 4: But what is that gonna do? Because she's absolutely correct
- 32:09Speaker 4: the black businesses that have products in there, they gonna
- 32:12Speaker 4: get hurt too. It's just a we're in a tough
- 32:17Speaker 4: spot here, man, because all this is in Project twenty
- 32:20Speaker 4: twenty five. You see this, Make America great Again. I
- 32:23Speaker 4: kept trying to tell people, make America great again for
- 32:27Speaker 4: who All you could do is push it back. And
- 32:29Speaker 4: every time we push back, we pushing back into all
- 32:32Speaker 4: types of stuff. The DEI is affecting college entry level stuff.
- 32:39Speaker 4: They erased the nineteen sixty four Civil Rights Act, do
- 32:44Speaker 4: you understand there's no more affirmative action, that's no more
- 32:47Speaker 4: holding people to the eye to make sure the minorities
- 32:50Speaker 4: are included.
- 32:52Speaker 3: Na.
- 32:52Speaker 4: Man, So now they gonna make America great again when
- 32:55Speaker 4: it was greater for them when they controlled everything, and
- 32:59Speaker 4: now they're back to trolling. They can hire who they
- 33:01Speaker 4: want to hire, do like they want to do, and
- 33:03Speaker 4: that's a that's a sad space win now.
- 33:05Speaker 1: And you got to think about it.
- 33:07Speaker 10: You're sir right, Steve, about hurting our black businesses. I mean,
- 33:10Speaker 10: when you think about it, it's Tamitha Tabatha brand, it's
- 33:13Speaker 10: Taraji p Hens and I think she has hair products
- 33:16Speaker 10: in there. Tracy ellis ross with hair products than Target.
- 33:19Speaker 10: You know, so you're gonna be hurting these people as well.
- 33:22Speaker 10: We I mean, you want to do something maybe, but
- 33:25Speaker 10: is this the smartest move?
- 33:26Speaker 7: And if you, if you don't get your products out
- 33:28Speaker 7: of Target, where you're gonna go and wherever that's you going?
- 33:32Speaker 7: Are they doing the same thing? Yeah?
- 33:35Speaker 4: I mean you got to look, man, this guy is
- 33:40Speaker 4: doing what he said he's gonna do right and I
- 33:44Speaker 4: and I said all along it will benefit the rich.
- 33:48Speaker 2: But I'm very deeply concerned about the common man.
- 33:52Speaker 1: You said that that's true, and and and and and
- 33:55Speaker 1: and now.
- 33:55Speaker 4: It's starting to play itself out, and it's it's no
- 33:58Speaker 4: holes barred man.
- 34:00Speaker 10: But they said day one, step, they said on day one,
- 34:03Speaker 10: And that's what he's been doing. He's been in office
- 34:05Speaker 10: for a week.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Man, he picking up people.
- 34:08Speaker 4: Ices that is out there busy picking people up, deporting people,
- 34:12Speaker 4: or they down there, they're sending troops down to the border.
- 34:16Speaker 3: You know.
- 34:16Speaker 2: And and DEEI they getting rid of all of it.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Because here's the deal.
- 34:23Speaker 4: If you don't have to understand what the civil rights
- 34:27Speaker 4: movement and affirmative Action did, it made companies have to
- 34:31Speaker 4: hire x amount of minorities and women because otherwise, now
- 34:35Speaker 4: that you don't have to do that, you can put
- 34:39Speaker 4: your people in place and they can turn a blind
- 34:43Speaker 4: eye to all of the other stuff that.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Goes on behind closed doors in the boardroom, because.
- 34:48Speaker 4: If you ain't got no blacks and women in there
- 34:51Speaker 4: and Latinos and everybody reporting, wait a minute, they're doing this,
- 34:55Speaker 4: it can go unchecked. So now they get to put
- 34:58Speaker 4: all of their white people in power and position and
- 35:03Speaker 4: control the narrative.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Yeah, you're so right.
- 35:06Speaker 10: In a perfect world, we wouldn't need the e I.
- 35:09Speaker 10: In a world without racism, we wouldn't need these programs.
- 35:12Speaker 10: But because it's not a perfect world and there is racism,
- 35:15Speaker 10: we have to include everyone. And that's what's been happening,
- 35:19Speaker 10: you know, and now they're cutting that out. So we're
- 35:22Speaker 10: gonna be left out.
- 35:23Speaker 1: If we I don't. I don't have the answer to
- 35:26Speaker 1: that one.
- 35:27Speaker 4: America wasn't built on dee. I. America was built on
- 35:31Speaker 4: the backs of slaves. So now let's just make America
- 35:36Speaker 4: great degree yeah, for free and here we.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Are, man, So it's gonna be a long ride. Yeah,
- 35:47Speaker 2: and you know, how do we fight this?
- 35:50Speaker 3: Though?
- 35:50Speaker 2: What is the plan to fight this? Do we have
- 35:52Speaker 2: a plan to fight this?
- 35:55Speaker 4: The fight was at the voting box polls. See that
- 36:01Speaker 4: was that was a fight and you lost that fight,
- 36:07Speaker 4: so now you got to take the ass whipping.
- 36:11Speaker 2: So you know, I don't. I don't really have a plan.
- 36:15Speaker 2: I don't.
- 36:16Speaker 4: I can't come up with a plan for this because
- 36:18Speaker 4: he has. The entire Republican Party has bowed down to
- 36:23Speaker 4: this guy, and nobody's fighting back. I mean, this dude
- 36:28Speaker 4: is doing some ridiculous stuff too. Yeah, the birthright thing
- 36:32Speaker 4: that he's trying to reverse that. If you're born in
- 36:34Speaker 4: the United States, you don't become a citizen. He's trying
- 36:37Speaker 4: to flip that. That's constitutionally not the correct thing to do,

- 56:19Speaker 10: All right, thank you nephew. Subject. Can we fix this
- 56:23Speaker 10: fiasco here? Stephen Shirley. I'm thirty seven and my boyfriend
- 56:27Speaker 10: is forty eight. We met at a club. We exchange numbers,
- 56:31Speaker 10: and after our first date he asked me to be
- 56:33Speaker 10: his girlfriend. He said it wasn't because the intimacy was
- 56:36Speaker 10: so good, it was because he enjoys my company. I
- 56:40Speaker 10: thought he was going to run off when I told
- 56:42Speaker 10: him I have four kids, but he didn't. I have
- 56:45Speaker 10: a twenty year old son and my daughters are eighteen,
- 56:48Speaker 10: six and three. My first two kids are by the
- 56:51Speaker 10: same guy, and my youngest two kids have the same dad.
- 56:55Speaker 10: My boyfriend didn't judge me even after we had sex
- 56:58Speaker 10: on our first date. We've been dating for almost a year,
- 57:02Speaker 10: but now he won't speak to me after what happened Saturday.
- 57:05Speaker 10: My ex best friend and her two sisters jumped us
- 57:09Speaker 10: at a four year old's birthday party. I got hit
- 57:12Speaker 10: in the back of my head and my boyfriend was
- 57:15Speaker 10: pushed down, but he doesn't fight women, so he eventually
- 57:19Speaker 10: got up and got them to calm down. My ex
- 57:22Speaker 10: best friend told my boyfriend that I slept with her
- 57:25Speaker 10: husband and he's the father of my six year old child,
- 57:28Speaker 10: and then she just found out that my three year
- 57:30Speaker 10: old child is by her husband too. I never wanted
- 57:34Speaker 10: my boyfriend to find this out. He asked if I
- 57:37Speaker 10: am still having sex with my ex'es best with my
- 57:40Speaker 10: ex best friend's husband, and I was honest. I stopped
- 57:43Speaker 10: sleeping with that man a few months ago, which overlaps
- 57:47Speaker 10: with me sleeping with my boyfriend. It was a mess,
- 57:50Speaker 10: and I thought, since I have been honest all along,
- 57:53Speaker 10: I could be honest this time, but instead he said
- 57:57Speaker 10: I have no morals and I'm not the woman he
- 58:00Speaker 10: thinks I am. I wanted to curse him out, but
- 58:03Speaker 10: I held it together. Today he said that I cannot
- 58:06Speaker 10: be trusted after betraying my friend. Why can't my friend
- 58:10Speaker 10: get over it? Why won't he hear my side of
- 58:13Speaker 10: the story. Can this fiasco be fixed? No, this fiasco
- 58:18Speaker 10: cannot be fixed. No one wants to be involved in
- 58:22Speaker 10: your mess, or the fiasco as you call it. You
- 58:25Speaker 10: left out the main reason this woman is no longer
- 58:28Speaker 10: your best friend. You left out the fact that the
- 58:31Speaker 10: man the father of two of your children, your four children.
- 58:34Speaker 1: Is her husband. You left that out.
- 58:37Speaker 10: Why if you were sleeping with your ex best friend's husband,
- 58:40Speaker 10: would you take your.
- 58:41Speaker 1: New man to the four year old's party? I didn't
- 58:43Speaker 1: get that. Didn't you think they might be there? You
- 58:47Speaker 1: all have kids. This is craziness, And how could you
- 58:50Speaker 1: expect him to act?
- 58:52Speaker 10: How did you expect this man to act after you
- 58:54Speaker 10: left out that critical part of your so called honesty.
- 58:58Speaker 10: Your actions speak to your character, and the fact that
- 59:00Speaker 10: you were still sleeping with your ex former best friend's
- 59:04Speaker 10: husband while you were with your new man just sounds crazy.
- 59:09Speaker 10: I mean, this whole letter is crazy for what you've
- 59:12Speaker 10: done and all of this. I think you need to
- 59:15Speaker 10: sit down. I think you need to have a seat.
- 59:17Speaker 1: You really need to figure out who you are.
- 59:19Speaker 10: You need to stop worrying about that man and your
- 59:22Speaker 10: ex best friend and all that, and just figure out
- 59:25Speaker 10: who you are and what your next steps are going
- 59:28Speaker 10: to be. No, he doesn't want to hear your side
- 59:32Speaker 10: of the story. You have plenty of time to tell
- 59:34Speaker 10: him that, Steve.
- 59:38Speaker 4: First of all, it ain't no right in here nowhere,
- 59:43Speaker 4: especially from you. Bishop Brona down in Atlanta says something
- 59:50Speaker 4: I saw online that really really helped me a great deal.
- 59:55Speaker 4: He said, you have to be aware of people who
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: play the victim in the circumstance that they created. Now
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: you're the victim here. You're trying to be the victim
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: through the whole letter. But you did just him. You know,
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: you're thirty seven and your boyfriend forty eight, eleven year
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: difference made At a club. We exchanged numbers, and after
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: our first date he asked me to be his girlfriend.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: He said it wasn't because the intimacy was good, because
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: he enjoyed my company.
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: First night.
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: First night, you just out there just you're just going
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: at it, y'all having at it.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: Okay. Cool.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: I thought he was gonna run off when I told
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: him I have folk kids, but he didn't. Well, if
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: you'd have told him how you had them folk kids,
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: I bet the hell he'd have ran off. It ain't
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: the folk kids, it's the story behind the folk kids.
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: So I thought he was gonna run off when I
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: told him I had four kids, But he didn't, yah,
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: because he ain't the whole story.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: See.
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: I have a twenty year old son. That means you
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: had him when he was nineteen. My daughters are eighteen,
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: six and three. My first two kids are about the
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: same guy, and my youngest two kids have the same dad.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Now right, there ain't nothing wrong with that. Ain't nothing
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: wrong with none of this you.
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: Saying right here, except them two young kids you had,
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: they had the same dad. You ain't tell him who
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: the dad was, don't see. That's where this letter getting tricky.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: My boyfriend didn't judge me. He ain't judge you because
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: he ain't know the facts, and you didn't give him
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: the facts, or you would have been judged.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: Even after we had sex on our first date.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, we've been dating for almost a year now,
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: but he won't speak to me after what it happened Saturday.
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: Now Here where the letter get just take a hard
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: left turn. Yeah, my ex best friend and her two
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: sisters jumped on us at a four yr old birthday party.
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: What we'll jump on somebody at the four yr old
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: birthday party. My ex best friend and her two sisters
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: walked up in the party. Saw y'all in, polled in
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: on y'all eggs just walked in at a four year
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: old birthday party.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Damn chucky cheese, Damn Ronald McDonald. See your ass, oh
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: site on site.

- 1:02:39Speaker 10: twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry letters subjects
- 1:02:42Speaker 10: Can we fix this fiasco? We'll get back into it

- 1:03:31Speaker 10: The subject can we fix this fiasco?
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: This woman met this man eleven years older her she
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: thirty seventy forty eight. They had sex the first night.
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: As soon as they had sex, he asked her to
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: be her boyfriend.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: He said.
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: It wasn't caused it intimate. Cause it intimacy, he said,
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: because he enjoyed her company.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: That's a lie.
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: It was caused the company. It was so intimate, that's why.
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: And then you said you thought he'd judged you after
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: he told you told him that you have folk kids,
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: but he didn't. He would have judged you if you
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: had told him how you had them four kids. It's
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: not the four kids and the two baby daddies, that
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: ain't it. It's the rest of it. It's that we
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: find out later on in the letter. And my first
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: two kids are with the same guy. My youngest two
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: kids had the same dad. My boyfriend didn't judge me
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: even after we had sex on our first date.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: Well he would have if he knew the facts.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: Though we've been dating for almost a year and now
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: he won't speak to me after what happened Saturday.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Now is what happened Saturday.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: My ex best friend, this, her girlfriend, and her two
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: sisters jumped on us, us, you and him, the three
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: women in that you're whooping up at a four year
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: old birthday party. Do you know how mad you got
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: to be to jump on somebody at a four year
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: old birthday party?
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: Do you know how mad?
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: She said, When I see you, it's gonna be on site.
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: I got hit in the back of my head and
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: my boyfriend was pushed down. There's some big girls, man.
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: They came up in there backing bus and big girls
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: came up there, bushing you in the back of the
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: head and knocking me in down. But he don't fight women,
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: so he eventually got them to calm down. My ex
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: best friend told my boyfriend that I slept with her
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: husband and he's the father of my six year old child.
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: Then she just found out that my three year old
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: child is by her husband too. Oh yeah, oh yeah,
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: oh yeah, you supposed to you supposed to get your
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: ass with me, and she just found out too.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: Oh you had another one.
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: I never wanted my boyfriend to find this out, now
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: you know why, because he would have been judgmental. He
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: asked if I'm still having sex with my ex best
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: friend's husband, and I was honest or not. I love
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: when people do this, and I was honest. I stopped
- 1:06:09Speaker 4: sleeping with that man a few months ago, which overlaps
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: with me sleeping with my boyfriend.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Are you tricky?
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: It was a mess, and I thought since I had
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: been honest all along, I could be honest this time. No,
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: you hadn't been honest all along. Let me tell you
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: the lie. First of all, honesty is transparency.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: You were not. You had four kids by two different guys.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: No problem with that.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: I'm not judging you later. That ain't no problem now.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: When you got jumped on at the party, it's where
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: it all got started. They rolled up in that chucky
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: cheese and they were swiping that. Ronald McDonald had to
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: get up out of there. What's that big purple or Brooke,
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: what's that purple thing? Bonnie got his ass out the
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: way that because big girl them came up in there.
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: Hit you in the back of your head, push your
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: husband down. He don't hit women, now, he tried. Now,
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: what the hell going on?
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: Then?
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: When she told him you are the father that her husband,
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: who is your ex best friend, her husband is the
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: father of your six year old and she just found
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: out he the father of three year old two? And
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: I thought, since I had been honest a long no,
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: you didn't. You weren't honest with him, You weren't honest
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: with your.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: Best friend, and you slept with your best friend's husband.
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: That's what friends are for, Keith shy. Yeah, okay, so
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: I could be honest. But instead he said, I have
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: no morals.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: You don't.
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: You slept with your best friend's husband, which makes you
- 1:07:59Speaker 4: hard to be trust.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: And I'm not the woman he thinks I am.
- 1:08:03Speaker 6: You're not.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: He didn't know you had did this. I wanted to
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: curse him out. But what you cussing him out for?
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: Oh, now you're the victim.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: Once again, got to be careful of people who played
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: the victim for the circumstances they created.
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: Now, are you not the woman I thought you were?
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: I started to cuss him out, but I held it
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: together today, he said, I cannot be trusted at the
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: betraying my friend. You can't, You can't. Why can't my
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: friend get over it? Wait a minute. You slept with
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: her husband and had two kids with him. What you
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: want her to get over?
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: This?
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: Child's support got to come out of his money. Why
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: can't my friend get over it? First of all, it's
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: such a violation of trust. First of all, she thought,
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: y'all all was friends. How could you do this?
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: And we best friends?
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: Man, I'm so glad you loved me, because if you
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: hated me, what would you do?
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: Why won't he hear my side of the store?
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: He heard it?
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: What else you're gonna tell it? Can this fiasco be fixed?
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: Sureley said it best. No it can't.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: No, it can't be fixed. Better not see you down
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: at talk. It ain't no more d I here we go.

- 1:13:37Speaker 10: my girlfriend butt dialed me and I heard her telling
- 1:13:40Speaker 10: someone how I'm going to be gone Friday and Saturday,
- 1:13:44Speaker 10: so she'll come by. Then she has another phone, so
- 1:13:47Speaker 10: I don't know who she was talking to. I want
- 1:13:50Speaker 10: to check the phone instead of asking her about it.
- 1:13:54Speaker 10: Because she lies all the time. My frat said to
- 1:13:57Speaker 10: let her do what she does and give up hope
- 1:14:00Speaker 10: that she'll ever be wife material. Is this sound advice
- 1:14:04Speaker 10: or not? What if she was talking to a female
- 1:14:07Speaker 10: and was planning to visit her?
- 1:14:10Speaker 4: Okay, but let me ask you a question, though, bro,
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: if you you made the statement in this question, you

- 1:24:30Speaker 10: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:24:33Speaker 10: day on this Tuesday. It's been a great day. It's
- 1:24:36Speaker 10: been a good day. Thank you guys, Thanks everybody for
- 1:24:41Speaker 10: listening with me.
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: Want to appreciate you.
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: Yeah, Hey, you know something in my clothes remarks, I'm
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: gonna share with you something I've had to learn. Okay,
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: you know, I decided last year that I was going
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: to trust in God's timing, and and in making the
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: decision to trust in God's timing, what I was doing
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: was I was saying, I know that I have a plan,
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: and I know I have goals and aspirations, but I
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: wanted to be done as long as it's in line
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: with God's will. So I made that a mission in
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: twenty twenty four, and I was doing really well with
- 1:25:21Speaker 4: that for a while, but I hit a spot where
- 1:25:26Speaker 4: I really wanted something to happen immediately. Now I want
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: you to know something that immediately that I wanted it
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: to happen was back in September. It's almost the end
- 1:25:41Speaker 4: of January now and it still hasn't happened. But remember, now,
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: I had resigned myself to truck in God's timing. Any
- 1:25:53Speaker 4: time you wouldtempt to do better or become better, or
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: become more faithful, there's going to be a test to
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: see if you really are committed to that. And I
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: got to tell you something. I'm being tested right now.
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: You may be under the same test. So what I'm
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: learning and what I'm sharing with you right now is
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: stay the course. What I've learned about trusting in God's
- 1:26:25Speaker 4: timing is I've really learned that his timing and my
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: timing ain't ever the same. That's been the tough one
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: for me because I've set up here and said, you
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: know what, God, it just seemed to me like it
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: was going to happen. You come on and make this happen,
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: because you see me down here and I'm struggling a
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: bit with this whole thing, and you know what, something
- 1:26:49Speaker 4: just keeps telling me, it's just a test of your faith.
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: And keep trusting in my timing because when I make
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: it happen, it's going to be better than the way
- 1:26:59Speaker 4: you wanted it to happen. But I gotta tell you something, y'all,
- 1:27:02Speaker 4: it's hard to do that. And then the devil comes
- 1:27:06Speaker 4: into play, because the devil's mission is to rob you
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: of your destiny. So then here comes the devil. It
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: ain't meant to be. The answer is no, do something else,
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: change your plans, give up, lose your faith. He ain't
- 1:27:25Speaker 4: listening to you, he don't hear you. And that's the
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: devil's job. And the devil wins so many times, man,
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: because we just get tired of waiting. But if you
- 1:27:40Speaker 4: stay the course, God has never been too late, as trying,
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: as testing as this moment is for me. I'm okay.
- 1:27:51Speaker 4: I'm still healthy. I still keep waking up in the morning.
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: I still got hopes and dreams and aspirations. My blessings
- 1:27:59Speaker 4: are in a I mean, man, if you write down
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: everything God has done for you and everything God is
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: doing for you, it's really overwhelming.
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:28:08Speaker 4: I know the thing you want might not be happening
- 1:28:10Speaker 4: at the time you want it to happen. And I
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: know that feeling because it's happening to me now. But
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: don't you know he coming?
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: Man?
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: But the fact that you still have stuff that you're
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: aiming for, that's a blessing. Man.
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: Do you know how many people have just given up
- 1:28:28Speaker 4: lost hope, ain't got nothing. If you can wake up
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: and still hope, If you can wake up and still
- 1:28:36Speaker 4: have aspirations, if you can wake up and still want
- 1:28:39Speaker 4: to make it no matter how it looks, you still
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: want to get there, that's a blessing, y'all. If you're
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: waking up and you still holding on, that's a blessing, y'all.
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: If you're waking up and you have managed somehow to
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: muster the strift to put your clothes on, get out
- 1:28:58Speaker 4: of bed, and go ahead on anyhow, ye, that's a blessing, y'all.
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: If you have muscled up the stript to put another
- 1:29:03Speaker 4: footstep in front of the other one, that's a blessing, y'all.
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: Don't let the devil fool you. You're doing the things
- 1:29:11Speaker 4: that's necessary to make it. And it might not be
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: happening for you right now, but that don't mean it
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: ain't happening. For all you know and have you've learned
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: in your past, God is in the background making moves
- 1:29:27Speaker 4: on your behalf now. The reason it ain't happening right
- 1:29:30Speaker 4: now because God is working some things out. Because when
- 1:29:33Speaker 4: you ask God for something, you gotta remember it.
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: Ain't just you.
- 1:29:37Speaker 4: It's a whole lot tied to you. It's people that's
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: got to be blessed. It's people has got to hear it,
- 1:29:43Speaker 4: people have got to co sign off on it. It's
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: people that's gonna benefit from it. And sometimes God holds
- 1:29:48Speaker 4: us up because God saw things you didn't see. God
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: heard conversations you didn't hear, and God got to show somebody.
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: He teaches somebody else a lesson, but he using you
- 1:29:59Speaker 4: to get it done. And the reason he using you
- 1:30:02Speaker 4: because he know he can trust you, but because he
- 1:30:06Speaker 4: know you got the strength to endure, because you've shown
- 1:30:09Speaker 4: it to him time and time again. God only uses
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: the strong to make demonstrations to the weak. And God
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: takes you in your weakest moment where you have to
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: then require on him and depend on him one thousand percent,
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: and then He.
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: Show up and he show out.
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: So keep your faith, y'all, no matter how dark or
- 1:30:29Speaker 4: daunting it might seem, keep your head up and keep
- 1:30:32Speaker 4: your faith, because I promise you God is working on
- 1:30:35Speaker 4: your behalf. He is man, He really is and I'm
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: talking to myself right now because I know He got
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: to be working on my behalf because it's out of
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: my hands. And let me tell you something, when the
- 1:30:48Speaker 4: decision that has to be made is out of your
- 1:30:50Speaker 4: hands and you to turn it over to God, you
- 1:30:53Speaker 4: can't put it in no better hands than his. Keep
- 1:30:56Speaker 4: the faith, keep moving on, keep praying, and stay prayerful,
- 1:31:00Speaker 4: Stay faithful. God got you. Those are my closing remarks today. Hey,
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: y'all have a good way to talk to God to
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: day you would absolute.
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: Here's Frank. I appreciate you saying.
- 1:31:13Speaker 3: God.
