After years of delays and weather setbacks, Sherwood Forest Park in Okoboji, Iowa, is finally open — and it’s worth the wait. Originally slated for 2024, flooding and drainage issues pushed completion to 2025, but the 75-acre park on Lake Shore Drive is now ready for all ages. Featuring two miles of paved trails, a three-level bike pump track, an off-road mountain bike trail, and a giant playscape with epic slides, it’s designed for everyone from toddlers to seniors.
