Chapter 1: Just this morning, in Chilliwack Mounties found 15 rifles, handguns and drugs believed to be cocaine.....all part of a drug trafficking operation. Also today, a large cache of drugs and weapons have been seized in Victoria. On Tuesday there was a targeted shooting in Dunbar and the victim was carrying a baby in a car seat and was accompanied by a woman with a three-year-old child!
