- 0:01Speaker 1: There is some shocking information that has come out, and
- 0:04Speaker 1: I want you to imagine being someone who lost a
- 0:07Speaker 1: loved one in the nine to eleven attacks, and maybe
- 0:10Speaker 1: not just the nine to eleven attacks, but attacks after
- 0:13Speaker 1: nine to eleven and attacks before nine to eleven. A
- 0:17Speaker 1: email and a letter that went out to those that
- 0:22Speaker 1: lost loved ones. We're told from the Pentagon that the
- 0:26Speaker 1: suspected mastermind of nine to eleven, as well as four
- 0:29Speaker 1: other horrific terrorists at GITMO, could escape the death penalty
- 0:36Speaker 1: under an actual plea agreement. Now, the suspective nine to
- 0:41Speaker 1: eleven terrorists, mastermind, Khalid Shake Mohammad, isn't just guilty of
- 0:46Speaker 1: planning nine to eleven. This is a man that was
- 0:49Speaker 1: involved in multiple terrorist attacks around the world. Khalid shake
- 0:54Speaker 1: Mohammed before nine to eleven, in nineteen ninety four, worked
- 0:59Speaker 1: with Romsey USA nephew or his nephew, I should say,
- 1:02Speaker 1: Rozi Yusuf to destroy a plan to destroy twelve commercial
- 1:06Speaker 1: airliners flying routes between the United States, East Asia and
- 1:10Speaker 1: Southeast Asia. The nine to eleven Commission report says that
- 1:13Speaker 1: this marked the first time the Kalechek Mohammad, also known
- 1:17Speaker 1: as KSM took part in acting and an actual planning
- 1:21Speaker 1: of a terrace operation. They used airline timetables and Muhammad
- 1:26Speaker 1: and Yusuf devised a scheme whereby five men could in
- 1:30Speaker 1: a single day, board twelve flights, two each for three
- 1:34Speaker 1: of the men, three eats for two others. They could
- 1:37Speaker 1: assemble and dispose their bombs and exit the planes, leaving
- 1:40Speaker 1: timers to ignite the bombs up to several days afterwards.
- 1:44Speaker 1: By the time the bombs exploded, the men would be
- 1:47Speaker 1: far away and far from reasonable suspicion. The math was simple.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Twelve flights with at least four hundred people per flight,
- 1:54Speaker 1: somewhere in the neighborhood of five thousand people that would die.
- 1:57Speaker 1: It would be a day of glory for the Jihadis,
- 1:59Speaker 1: they said it, but then they realized that wasn't good enough.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Now they did test it, by the Way, They also
- 2:06Speaker 1: tested renting or buying assessment, packing it with explosive crashing
- 2:10Speaker 1: it into the CIA headquarters with a backup plan to
- 2:13Speaker 1: hijack the twelfth airliner in the air and use that instead.
- 2:17Speaker 1: The information was reported by the WAY in detail to
- 2:19Speaker 1: the US at the time of this planning in nineteen
- 2:23Speaker 1: ninety four. This is the guy who eventually was the
- 2:25Speaker 1: masterlined mind of nine to eleven. In December of ninety four,
- 2:28Speaker 1: Yusuf had engaged in a test bomb on a Philippine
- 2:32Speaker 1: Airline flight four thirty four, using about only ten percent
- 2:35Speaker 1: of the explosives that were to be used in each
- 2:37Speaker 1: of the bombs that were planted on US airliners. The
- 2:40Speaker 1: test resulted in the death of a Japanese national on
- 2:43Speaker 1: board of flight from the Philippines to Japan. Muhammad conspired
- 2:47Speaker 1: with Yusuf in the plot until it was uncovered on
- 2:50Speaker 1: January sixth ninety five. Yusuf, by the way, was captured
- 2:53Speaker 1: February seventh of the same year. Khalid Sheik Muhammad was
- 2:57Speaker 1: indicted on terrorism charges in the United States of America
- 3:00Speaker 1: in the Southern District of New York in January of
- 3:02Speaker 1: ninety six for his alleged involvement in the operation. He
- 3:07Speaker 1: was also placed on the October ten, twenty one initial
- 3:10Speaker 1: lists of the FBI's most wanted terrorists. This individual then
- 3:15Speaker 1: returned to Qatar after he was on the run from
- 3:18Speaker 1: the US, and then he became a project engineer at
- 3:24Speaker 1: the country's Ministry of Electricity and Water IF you believe
- 3:27Speaker 1: that Alibi he traveled in ninety five to Sudan, Yemen, Malaysia,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and Brazil to visit elements of the worldwide Jihattist community.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Just so you know what he was really doing.
- 3:38Speaker 1: On his trip to the Sudan, he attempted to meet
- 3:40Speaker 1: with Asam bin Laden he was at the time living there,
- 3:44Speaker 1: aided by political leaders. After the US and asked the
- 3:48Speaker 1: Qatari government to rest Mohammad in January of ninety six,
- 3:51Speaker 1: he fled to Afghanistan, where he renewed his alliance with
- 3:54Speaker 1: many other terrorists. A year later, he formed a working
- 3:57Speaker 1: relationship directly with Osama bin Laden, who set up there
- 4:00Speaker 1: as well. Ben Laden and his colleagues relocated their operation
- 4:04Speaker 1: in Afghanistan. At the same time, Mohammed, ben Laden's chief
- 4:08Speaker 1: operations director, known for the for multiple bombings and killings,
- 4:14Speaker 1: reached out to Kleete Ceik Mohammad. They met Intrabora in
- 4:17Speaker 1: the nineteen ninety six This is long before nine to eleven.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Mohammed in ninety seven moved his family from Iran to Pakistan.
- 4:26Speaker 1: That year, he tried unsuccessfully to join Muji Hadeen leaders
- 4:30Speaker 1: in Chechnya, another area of special interest to Klee Schaek.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Mohammad unable to travel to Chechni, he returned to Afghanistan.
- 4:37Speaker 1: He ultimately accepted Ben Ladden's invitation to move to Kandahar
- 4:41Speaker 1: and then joined al Qatta as a full fledged member.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Then he became the leader of al Katta's media committee,
- 4:46Speaker 1: which was about recruiting the terrorists that would kill American
- 4:49Speaker 1: troops and innocent people around the world. And that's when
- 4:53Speaker 1: the first hijack plan that Muhammad presented to the al
- 4:57Speaker 1: Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, called several planes on both
- 5:01Speaker 1: East and West coast to hijack and fly into targets
- 5:04Speaker 1: in America to maximize casualties and to take down symbolic buildings.
- 5:11Speaker 1: His plan evolved from an earlier that foil plot I
- 5:14Speaker 1: told you about. Ben Lauden rejected some of the targets,
- 5:17Speaker 1: suggesting that, hey, for example, with the US Bank tower
- 5:21Speaker 1: in Los Angeles, it was just too complicated. Let's simplify
- 5:24Speaker 1: this so we know we get it done. So in
- 5:27Speaker 1: late nineteen ninety eight and early nineteen ninety nine, Ben
- 5:30Speaker 1: Lauden gave official approval to Muhammad to proceed to organize
- 5:33Speaker 1: the plot meetings in early nineteen ninety nine took place
- 5:37Speaker 1: with Khalid Shaik Muhammad. A Sam bin Laden and his
- 5:40Speaker 1: military chief A Tef ben Laden led the plot and
- 5:43Speaker 1: provided financial support, but the mastermind was clear. Khalid shake
- 5:48Speaker 1: Muhammad was going to go out and find the participants,
- 5:51Speaker 1: including choosing Muhammad Ada as the lead hijacker. Khalade shake
- 5:56Speaker 1: Mohammad provided operational support such as selecting targets and helping
- 5:59Speaker 1: a rans travel for the hijackers and training. After out
- 6:04Speaker 1: it was chosen as the leader of the mission. He
- 6:06Speaker 1: met with bin Laden to discussed the targets. The World
- 6:08Speaker 1: Trade Center, which represented the US economy, the Pentagon they
- 6:12Speaker 1: set as symbol of the US military and the Capital
- 6:14Speaker 1: the perceived source of US policy for support in Israel,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and then the White House was also on the list.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Has bin Laden considered it a political symbol and wanted
- 6:22Speaker 1: to attack it as well. None of this would have
- 6:25Speaker 1: happened without Khaleage Shaik Muhammad's planning and finding the hijackers
- 6:28Speaker 1: that were willing to commit jihad and kill themselves in
- 6:32Speaker 1: this act. We now know exactly what happened, but that's
- 6:36Speaker 1: not all that Khaleide shak Muhammad did. Khalid Sheik Muhammad
- 6:40Speaker 1: also made sure that Daniel Pearl, that Wall Street Journal reporter,
- 6:45Speaker 1: was captured. They also made sure at the instruction of
- 6:50Speaker 1: Khaleide Shaik Muhammad, that Daniel Pearl was beheaded on camera
- 6:53Speaker 1: and put out for propaganda to bring Jihadis into the
- 6:57Speaker 1: United States into Al Qaeda to kill Americans. Time Magazine
- 7:02Speaker 1: reported that Clee Shake Muhammad confessed to the CIA that
- 7:04Speaker 1: he personally committed the murder the beheading of Daniel Pearl.
- 7:08Speaker 1: The Pentagons say that Muhammad had confessed to that murder.
- 7:11Speaker 1: The statement quoted Muhammad saying, I decapitated with my blessing,
- 7:15Speaker 1: with my blessed right hand and the head of the
- 7:17Speaker 1: American jew Daniel Pearl. That's one of the reasons why
- 7:19Speaker 1: they wanted me. He was Jewish in Karachi, Pakistan. For
- 7:24Speaker 1: those who like to confirm, there are pictures of me
- 7:26Speaker 1: on the internet holding his head. His confession was gained
- 7:31Speaker 1: after he was waterboarded, so of course liberals said, oh,
- 7:34Speaker 1: that was just too mean. According to an investigative report,
- 7:39Speaker 1: the Federal Bureau of Investigations used vein matching to determine
- 7:44Speaker 1: that the perpetrator in the video of the killing of
- 7:47Speaker 1: Pearl was most likely Clee Shake Muhammad, notably through identifying
- 7:52Speaker 1: a bulging vein running across the hand.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Again, this is who khleeade Shaek Muhammad is.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Family members got a letter from the Pentagon saying this week,
- 8:02Speaker 1: because they're obsessed with closing down Guantanamo Bay and no
- 8:05Speaker 1: one want sees five terrorists because there's such a liability,
- 8:09Speaker 1: and they want to close for political reasons. They want
- 8:12Speaker 1: to close Guantanamo Bay. As I look what I've done.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I ended the longest war in Afghanistan. Regardless of the
- 8:19Speaker 1: carnage left behind, regardless of the instant people that have
- 8:22Speaker 1: been tortured and beheaded and killed at the hands of
- 8:24Speaker 1: al Qaeda and the Taliban, we closed.
- 8:27Speaker 2: We ended that war.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Remember that fiasco and the instant people that died at
- 8:31Speaker 1: the airport, Remember where we were taking actual orders from
- 8:35Speaker 1: the Taliban and the country that we had occupied.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Remember that.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Because they had an arbitrary date in their head of
- 8:41Speaker 1: January of September the eleventh, they wanted to say we
- 8:43Speaker 1: were out. They now want to say they were the guys.
- 8:47Speaker 1: And I'm referring to the Biden administration that closed down
- 8:49Speaker 1: Guantanamo Bay where Americans waterboarded and tortured, actual terrorists who
- 8:53Speaker 1: beheaded people. I want you to understand what it would
- 8:57Speaker 1: be like if you were one of those family members.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Imagine you lose a loved one and now you find
- 9:01Speaker 1: out that.
- 9:01Speaker 2: We're going to do a deal.
- 9:04Speaker 1: We're going to do a deal to give them all
- 9:08Speaker 1: their lives back. We're going to make sure they know
- 9:11Speaker 1: that we're never going to kill them. I want you
- 9:14Speaker 1: to imagine knowing that your loved ones were crashed in
- 9:16Speaker 1: those planes. I want to make sure you understand that
- 9:20Speaker 1: there were men and women and children that were killed
- 9:22Speaker 1: at the hands of Clee Schaek Muhammad, and multiple other
- 9:25Speaker 1: attacks that I didn't even mention, and knowing that this individual,
- 9:30Speaker 1: kale Shake Muhammad, who by the way, was involved not
- 9:33Speaker 1: just in the nine to eleven attacks. He was also
- 9:35Speaker 1: involved in the Richard Reids shoe bombing attempt to blow
- 9:38Speaker 1: up an airliner. He was also involved in the Bali
- 9:39Speaker 1: nightclub bombing in Indonesia. He was also involved in the
- 9:42Speaker 1: nineteen ninety three World Trade Center bombing, and he was
- 9:45Speaker 1: also involved in various foiled attacks as well as numerous
- 9:48Speaker 1: other crimes. He was charged with many of these crimes
- 9:51Speaker 1: before nine eleven and other crimes after nine eleven and where.
- 9:55Speaker 2: And you get a letter that this is the guy.
- 9:56Speaker 1: If your parents were in the World Trade Center that
- 9:58Speaker 1: had to choose between burning to death or jumping to
- 10:02Speaker 1: their death, this is the guy who planned it. And
- 10:05Speaker 1: you get a letter that the Biden administration is considering
- 10:10Speaker 1: a plea deal, which I would say, you don't sent
- 10:13Speaker 1: this letter unless you're gonna actually do it so you
- 10:16Speaker 1: can get them out of Gitmo and shut down Gitmo.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Why would we trust these people with anything in this country. Look,
- 10:23Speaker 1: you did the tough thing during COVID, You paid your
- 10:26Speaker 1: people and pulled your business through the pandemic. And now
- 10:30Speaker 1: doing the tough thing could qualify you for a twenty
- 10:33Speaker 1: six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Government funds are available to reward companies with two or
- 10:42Speaker 1: more employees who stayed open during COVID. This is not
- 10:46Speaker 1: a loan, and you don't have to pay it back. Look,
- 10:49Speaker 1: this program is complicated, but nobody knows more about it
- 10:52Speaker 1: than the cpa is and tax experts at Consumer Tax Advocates.
- 10:57Speaker 1: The best part is you pay nothing upfront. They do
- 10:59Speaker 1: all the work and then they share a percentage of
- 11:01Speaker 1: cash that you get. Businesses of all types, including nonprofits
- 11:05Speaker 1: and churches can qualify, including those who took PBP loans.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Even if you had increases in sales, you did the
- 11:13Speaker 1: tough thing for your employees during COVID. Let COVID tax
- 11:16Speaker 1: Relief dot org help get you up to twenty six
- 11:20Speaker 1: thousand dollars per employee. Visit COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 11:24Speaker 1: That's COVID tax Relief dot org. COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 11:30Speaker 1: If you're one of these family members and you lived
- 11:33Speaker 1: through that day, you could have never imagined in that
- 11:37Speaker 1: moment that you would ever get a letter from your
- 11:39Speaker 1: government stating that the people that plan these attacks are
- 11:43Speaker 1: going to get a plea deal. You have to ask
- 11:46Speaker 1: yourself the question at this point to the Biden administration,
- 11:49Speaker 1: like whose side are you on? You just sent six
- 11:52Speaker 1: billion dollars to Iran in exchange for five different prisoners.
- 11:57Speaker 1: You paid ransom to Tarists organization ran the same country
- 12:03Speaker 1: there was the number one state sponsor of terrorism against
- 12:06Speaker 1: American soldiers in Afghanistan. Iraq, the same country that spent
- 12:10Speaker 1: countless dollars on roadside bombs and explosives to give to
- 12:15Speaker 1: Isis and al Qada so they could then kill American
- 12:18Speaker 1: soldiers and dismember them. And we just sent them six
- 12:22Speaker 1: billion dollars. Whose side is the Biden administration on? And
- 12:26Speaker 1: if that's not enough for many of you that may
- 12:28Speaker 1: be listening that are younger, you may not remember nine
- 12:31Speaker 1: to eleven.
- 12:32Speaker 2: These are the phone calls that.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Came in as these airlines that were hijacked and these
- 12:38Speaker 1: suicide attacks that were being committed by this mastermind who
- 12:43Speaker 1: they now want to give a plea deal to. This
- 12:45Speaker 1: is what it was like for the last moments of
- 12:47Speaker 1: people when they were calling their loved.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Ones of the world.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Faith.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Are we trying to explosions to the playoffs?
- 12:55Speaker 4: I look, many of these calls have never been heard
- 13:02Speaker 4: in public, and to featured here for the first time long.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It's Stephen my Clane.
- 13:09Speaker 5: My building got to play a plane.
- 13:11Speaker 2: And right now I think I'm okay, I'm safe now,
- 13:14Speaker 2: But Smoky, I just want to.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Say how much all of you, these are the people
- 13:20Speaker 1: that were leaving messages and their family members is the
- 13:23Speaker 1: last time they ever heard them, So the last time
- 13:26Speaker 1: they ever heard these conversations. This documentary that put all
- 13:29Speaker 1: these together should remind you of the real history. The
- 13:34Speaker 1: voices of those who were begging and telling their loved ones,
- 13:40Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I've got to make a choice.
- 13:42Speaker 2: I'm going to either burn to death.
- 13:44Speaker 1: I'm going to die in this building when it collapses
- 13:46Speaker 1: that I don't even know about it. I'm gonna have
- 13:47Speaker 1: to jump from a window in the twin towers. And
- 13:50Speaker 1: the man who planned this knew this was going to
- 13:53Speaker 1: be the scenario. He understood it. He understood that there
- 13:57Speaker 1: was a good chance that they hit high enough on
- 13:58Speaker 1: these buildings, and the heat was high enough it was hard,
- 14:00Speaker 1: too hard to get these fires. There was a chance
- 14:02Speaker 1: they could topple these buildings. We know this from their tech,
- 14:05Speaker 1: from from from the terrorists organization.
- 14:10Speaker 2: I love it so much.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I hear those and it makes me sick. It also
- 14:18Speaker 1: makes me sad. I can't imagine having that message come in.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I can't imagine being someone that got that message. If
- 14:29Speaker 1: you've never been to the nine to eleven Museum, you
- 14:32Speaker 1: listen to these phone calls, and these are and there
- 14:35Speaker 1: are people by the way that this was the last
- 14:38Speaker 1: thing they ever said.
- 14:40Speaker 2: This, this, this was it. Folks.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Every voicemail, every email that was happened on that day.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I remember NBC News doing a report on this, just
- 14:53Speaker 1: talking about those people on that day.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Listen to how they described it.
- 14:57Speaker 5: That just crashed into the World.
- 14:59Speaker 6: Trade It's how the story of that day began for
- 15:03Speaker 6: so many A call from a friend, a relative. You
- 15:06Speaker 6: have to see this.
- 15:08Speaker 3: A plane has just crashed into the World Trade Center.
- 15:11Speaker 2: I'm so worried about you.
- 15:12Speaker 5: Where are you?
- 15:13Speaker 6: In a world without Twitter, we reached out in the
- 15:17Speaker 6: only ways we could.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I just need to know that you're okay.
- 15:22Speaker 6: We were witnessing the first national calamity of the digital age.
- 15:27Speaker 6: Every voicemail, every email was writing history's narrative in real time.
- 15:33Speaker 7: It's the human experience of a historical event. And your
- 15:37Speaker 7: point of entry is that this event happened to people
- 15:40Speaker 7: just like you and me. They were people who went
- 15:44Speaker 7: to their offices one morning with a cup of coffee
- 15:46Speaker 7: and sat down at their desk and literally all hell
- 15:49Speaker 7: book loose.
- 15:50Speaker 6: And so in the nine to eleven memorial in Museums
- 15:53Speaker 6: Oral History Exhibit, it is the voices of those everyday
- 15:57Speaker 6: people weaving the story of that day.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Message five from an unknown number.
- 16:03Speaker 6: Received September eleventh, at eight fifty nine.
- 16:08Speaker 5: AM, Hey, Beverly, this is Sean in case you get
- 16:12Speaker 5: to get this message. There's been an explosion in World
- 16:15Speaker 5: Trade One and it's the other building. It looks like
- 16:18Speaker 5: a plane strucket on fire at about the ninetieth floor
- 16:23Speaker 5: and it's it's horrible.
- 16:27Speaker 6: Sean Rooney called his wife several times from the one
- 16:30Speaker 6: hundred and fifth floor of the South Tower.
- 16:33Speaker 5: Its a shawn again. Looks like will be in this
- 16:37Speaker 5: tower for a while.
- 16:38Speaker 6: Like so many that day, Sean Rooney didn't make it home.
- 16:42Speaker 6: Those who died and those who escape the buildings are
- 16:45Speaker 6: part of a painful mosaic. Judy Ween also worked in
- 16:49Speaker 6: the South Tower. She survived.
- 16:52Speaker 2: It was black. I went to get up and I
- 16:55Speaker 2: was literally walking over bodies. So many people just died.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Bruno Dellinger recalls passing firefighters as he evacuated.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Well, I was looking down.
- 17:07Speaker 6: They were going up to the death, and I was
- 17:10Speaker 6: looking down to live. There is also the remarkably calm
- 17:15Speaker 6: flight attendant Betty on on board Hijack Flight eleven.
- 17:19Speaker 7: In the cockpit of answering the holl and somebody strapping
- 17:23Speaker 7: this her class.
- 17:24Speaker 2: She was giving critical information.
- 17:27Speaker 6: We have voicemail today, but we don't use it like
- 17:30Speaker 6: we did back in two thousand and one. How critical
- 17:33Speaker 6: are those snippets in telling this bigger story?
- 17:36Speaker 7: Those voicemail messages are so important because we can hear
- 17:42Speaker 7: what was going through their minds and through their hearts.
- 17:48Speaker 2: On hijacking you.
- 17:54Speaker 6: And we are not spared the crushing heartbreak of final goodbyes,
- 17:59Speaker 6: like the message Brian Sweeney, a passenger aboard United Flight
- 18:03Speaker 6: one seventy five, left for his wife.
- 18:07Speaker 8: Who having your time, fame for my dads and everybody
- 18:11Speaker 8: who I have totally bought my dad where I call on.
- 18:16Speaker 5: I hear that, and.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I still take me back to that day.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I cannot imagine being a dad now having to leave
- 18:25Speaker 1: that message, being a husband now having to leave that message.
- 18:29Speaker 1: That's the one that gets me every time. And I
- 18:32Speaker 1: cannot imagine being the family of Brian whose voice you
- 18:37Speaker 1: just heard, and knowing that the man that planned that
- 18:41Speaker 1: day may get a plea deal from the Biden administration,
- 18:47Speaker 1: may get a deal because the Biden administration. And I
- 18:51Speaker 1: asked this question, and I mean it, who the hell,
- 18:53Speaker 1: what the hell side are you on? You're you want
- 18:56Speaker 1: to spare the life of the guy who did that,
- 18:58Speaker 1: so that you can close on Guantanamo Bay because you
- 19:02Speaker 1: think it's a political victory, because you say, oh, that's
- 19:04Speaker 1: a place where we waterboarded, quote, tortured people the mastermind
- 19:09Speaker 1: of nine to eleven when we grabbed college Shake Muhammad.
- 19:12Speaker 1: And I've talked to the men that some of the
- 19:14Speaker 1: men that grabbed him.
- 19:16Speaker 2: I know people that have lost their husbands and.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Wives at foiled failed attempts with bad intelligence that went
- 19:27Speaker 1: wrong to capture Khaleide Shake Muhammad. There were men and
- 19:30Speaker 1: women that died trying to capture Khalide Shake Muhammad. And
- 19:34Speaker 1: you notice they used the word capture. People don't understand this.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Our military could have bombed and taken out with a
- 19:40Speaker 1: surgical strike from the air Khalid Shake Muhammad. They wanted
- 19:46Speaker 1: him to take him alive. They were trying to take
- 19:48Speaker 1: him alive because he had so much intel and have
- 19:51Speaker 1: been involved so directly with osamb bin Laden, and they
- 19:54Speaker 1: thought he may know where Bin Laden is, and they
- 19:56Speaker 1: wanted to know about other attacks that he may have planned,
- 19:59Speaker 1: and and that lost their lives getting Khalik Chek Muhammad.
- 20:03Speaker 1: But the men that grabbed Collie Shake Muhammad I know
- 20:06Speaker 1: never thought that once we got him and interrogated him
- 20:10Speaker 1: and got intel out of him, right, the Democrats obsess
- 20:12Speaker 1: was saying it was torture. I don't believe you torture
- 20:14Speaker 1: Shake Muhammad. I believe you deserve much more. But now
- 20:16Speaker 1: you understand their mentality.
- 20:18Speaker 2: No, no, you can't.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Not only can you not waterboard a guy like kale
- 20:20Speaker 1: Che Muhammad, but we want to spare his life. Whose
- 20:23Speaker 1: side are you on, Biden? Whose side are you on?
- 20:29Speaker 1: And imagine being one of these family members who has
- 20:32Speaker 1: to listen to these messages knowing that the man that
- 20:36Speaker 1: was responsible for all those phone calls taking place is
- 20:41Speaker 1: going to live a full life because the Biden administration
- 20:44Speaker 1: is going to give him a plea deal to spare
- 20:48Speaker 1: his life. I sat down with Senator Ted Cruz to
- 20:52Speaker 1: talk about this in the podcast that we do Verdict,
- 20:55Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what he had to
- 20:56Speaker 1: say and how we can possibly stop this from happening.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Take a listen, help us explain to the rest of
- 21:03Speaker 1: the world what is about to happen. And it deals
- 21:07Speaker 1: with nine to eleven in a shock that came out
- 21:11Speaker 1: and it was just a Pentagon email or a letter
- 21:15Speaker 1: that went to the families from nine to eleven who
- 21:18Speaker 1: lost loved ones during that attack, and the suspected mastermind
- 21:21Speaker 1: of nine to eleven attacks, as well as four other defendants.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Apparently they could all escape the death penalty under a
- 21:29Speaker 1: quote new plea deal where they would plead guilty and
- 21:33Speaker 1: then it would save.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Their lives literally.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Now, there are a lot of people that have direct
- 21:39Speaker 1: connection nine to eleven that are beyond furious over this.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Khaleade Sheik Mohammad is the mastermind behind nine to eleven.
- 21:46Speaker 1: He was the CEO of this nine to eleven attack.
- 21:49Speaker 1: He was the one that came up with it with
- 21:51Speaker 1: Osama bin Laden. He had in his writings before we
- 21:54Speaker 1: caught him and had said publicly that his goal was
- 21:57Speaker 1: to kill as many Americans as possible and he wanted
- 22:00Speaker 1: to have mass casualties not just on nine to eleven,
- 22:04Speaker 1: but after nine to eleven. He also is planning other
- 22:06Speaker 1: attacks as well. That suspected mastermind now would be in
- 22:10Speaker 1: essence given a deal. Now center, I think the pullback
- 22:13Speaker 1: the curtain here you and I talked about this is
- 22:16Speaker 1: the fact that this seems to be the Department of
- 22:19Speaker 1: the Pentagon and the Biden administration saying no one wants
- 22:23Speaker 1: these people. They're two dangerous. He's five men, including the
- 22:27Speaker 1: mastermind of nine to eleven. So we want to close
- 22:31Speaker 1: down git MO. And the way we could close it
- 22:34Speaker 1: down is giving these five defendants a plea deal so
- 22:37Speaker 1: we can wrap up guantanamobey and say, look, we close
- 22:41Speaker 1: this thing down, aren't we great people? That is the
- 22:45Speaker 1: most I think disgusting part of this deal is it's
- 22:48Speaker 1: just for a political purpose for them.
- 22:52Speaker 3: This story is absolutely outrageous, and I think everyone hearing
- 22:57Speaker 3: it should be shocked and should be furious. On September eleventh,
- 23:03Speaker 3: deranged radical Islamic terrorists carried out the worst terrorist attack
- 23:10Speaker 3: in the history of the United States of America. They
- 23:13Speaker 3: murdered two thousand, nine hundred and seventy seven innocent people.
- 23:20Speaker 3: It was horrific. It was an act of war. It
- 23:23Speaker 3: was an active war that was planned and executed to
- 23:30Speaker 3: attempt to cripple the United States. Every one of us
- 23:35Speaker 3: who was alive in an adult at the time remembers
- 23:40Speaker 3: where they were on September eleventh, remembers where they were
- 23:45Speaker 3: when they saw the image of the first plane hitting
- 23:47Speaker 3: the first Tower in New York City, and then the
- 23:51Speaker 3: second planes hitting the second Tower in New York City.
- 23:55Speaker 3: You remember where you were when the plane flew into
- 23:58Speaker 3: the Pentagon, and you remember where they were when the
- 24:02Speaker 3: brave heroes took the plane down over that hallowed field
- 24:07Speaker 3: in Pennsylvania. Yesterday, the Biden administration sent letters to the
- 24:15Speaker 3: families of the victims of the nearly three thousand people
- 24:19Speaker 3: murdered that day, saying, by the way, the guy who
- 24:23Speaker 3: planned it, the guy who was the mastermind behind it,
- 24:26Speaker 3: the guy who plotted it, Kalead shak Muhammad, and four
- 24:29Speaker 3: others who were active participants in the worst act of
- 24:34Speaker 3: terrorism in US history, we may not seek the death
- 24:37Speaker 3: penalty for them. If you don't seek the death penalty
- 24:42Speaker 3: for murdering nearly three thousand people in an act of war,
- 24:45Speaker 3: then what the hell do you seek the death penalty for.
- 24:49Speaker 3: It is outrageous and it's infuriating you.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Look at these charges and I go to just to
- 24:57Speaker 1: remind people of Kalade shak Muhammad. This is an individual
- 25:01Speaker 1: that worked tann in Han with Osam bin Laden and
- 25:04Speaker 1: al Qaeda. He was the leader of al Qaida's propaganda operations,
- 25:09Speaker 1: and that was really recruitment.
- 25:11Speaker 2: He needed to recruit soldiers for jihad.
- 25:14Speaker 1: He was in charge and was incredibly successful at the
- 25:18Speaker 1: propaganda that brought people in especially in the Middle East,
- 25:22Speaker 1: from different countries into Al Qaeda. He did that so
- 25:26Speaker 1: well from nineteen nine nine to two thousand and one
- 25:28Speaker 1: that some described him as the number one recruiter of
- 25:32Speaker 1: terrorists in the world.
- 25:34Speaker 2: When we captured him.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Just so people remember in two thousand and three, there
- 25:40Speaker 1: were several countries that wanted him because they wanted to
- 25:43Speaker 1: kill him. And what we did is we wanted intel
- 25:46Speaker 1: out of him because he knew about the entire operations
- 25:48Speaker 1: and he could lead us to Osama bin Laden. When
- 25:51Speaker 1: we interrogated him in March two thousand and seven, he
- 25:55Speaker 1: finally confessed to say to what we already knew. He
- 25:58Speaker 1: was the mastermind of nine to eleven attacks that Richard
- 26:01Speaker 1: Reid shoe bombing attempt to blow up an airliner. He
- 26:04Speaker 1: was also the mastermind of that the Bali nightclub bombing
- 26:08Speaker 1: in Indonesia. He was involved in that, the nineteen ninety
- 26:11Speaker 1: three World Trade Center bombings, the murder of Daniel Pearl,
- 26:16Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal reporter, and various other foiled attacks,
- 26:21Speaker 1: as well as numerous other crimes he was involved with.
- 26:25Speaker 1: It wasn't just nine to eleven, and that's why clearly
- 26:30Speaker 1: he deserves a death penalty. What he was charged was
- 26:33Speaker 1: with first degree murder two nine hundred and seventy seven
- 26:36Speaker 1: counts for everyone that died on nine to eleven.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Attacking civilians.
- 26:41Speaker 1: He was charged without attacking civilian objects intentionally causing serious
- 26:46Speaker 1: bodily injury, murder and the violation of law of war,
- 26:51Speaker 1: destruction of property, and violation of law war hijacking or
- 26:54Speaker 1: hazarding a vessel or aircraft. Then he was charged with
- 26:58Speaker 1: multiple counts of terrorism, and then all of the other
- 27:01Speaker 1: things I just listed.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Why would anyone.
- 27:04Speaker 1: At the Pentagon unless it's political pressure from this White House,
- 27:08Speaker 1: Because the White House, to be clear, center could stop
- 27:10Speaker 1: this right. They could step in here and say no,
- 27:12Speaker 1: absolutely not going to do this. Right, You're not going
- 27:14Speaker 1: to let this guy live and let him plead guilty.
- 27:17Speaker 2: So I think it's two things.
- 27:19Speaker 8: One, I think when it comes to criminal law, this
- 27:24Speaker 8: administration is populated by left wing ideologues, and in the
- 27:31Speaker 8: entire time Joe Biden has been president, the Department of
- 27:35Speaker 8: Justice has not authorized a single new death penalty prosecution
- 27:40Speaker 8: under Merrick Garland, they've halted death penalty prosecutions. And in fact,
- 27:47Speaker 8: Joe Biden campaigned on ending the federal death penalty. His
- 27:51Speaker 8: criminal justice platform included a pledge laid out on his
- 27:55Speaker 8: campaign website that said, quote to work to pass legislation
- 27:58Speaker 8: to eliminate the death penal at the federal level and
- 28:01Speaker 8: incentivized states to follow the federal government's example. And he
- 28:05Speaker 8: said those convicted of the most egregious federal crimes quote
- 28:08Speaker 8: should serve should instead serve life sentences without probation or.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Parole.
- 28:15Speaker 8: And since Merrick Garland took office, he has not sought
- 28:20Speaker 8: the death penalty. And by the way, that includes the
- 28:25Speaker 8: deranged murderer in al Paso that went into the walmart
- 28:29Speaker 8: seeking to murder Hispanics on a blatant racist hate crime,
- 28:35Speaker 8: and the Biden Department of Justice did not seek the
- 28:38Speaker 8: death penalty there. Instead he was sentenced to ninety life sentences.
- 28:42Speaker 8: He might be executed by the State of Texas. And
- 28:44Speaker 8: in fact, I have every confidence that the State of
- 28:47Speaker 8: Texas is going to prosecute that monster and carry out
- 28:52Speaker 8: capital punishment on him. But the Feds, the Feds, you
- 28:55Speaker 8: commit a horrible racist hate crime and mass murder. The
- 29:00Speaker 8: Biden doj they won't consider the death penalty. And when
- 29:05Speaker 8: you're talking about terrorism, it is this is the worst
- 29:11Speaker 8: act of terrorism in US history, and yet these left
- 29:16Speaker 8: wing ideologues they don't want to hold the mastermind of
- 29:21Speaker 8: murdering nearly three thousand Americans accountable. It is so profoundly disrespectful,
- 29:29Speaker 8: not just to the families of the victims, not just
- 29:31Speaker 8: to the Americans who were murdered that day, but to
- 29:34Speaker 8: everyone in this country. This was an act of war
- 29:37Speaker 8: against America, and these bastards don't give a damn.
- 29:43Speaker 1: The other part that I think is so shocking about
- 29:45Speaker 1: this Senator is the fact that you have a man
- 29:47Speaker 1: like Khleechaek Muhammad. We know for a fact, to travel
- 29:51Speaker 1: with the Philippines back in nineteen ninety four. We were
- 29:54Speaker 1: trying to, by the way, get him. After this, the
- 29:56Speaker 1: United States government was He worked with his nephew, another
- 29:59Speaker 1: terrorist that you'll know his name, Romsey Yusuf, on a
- 30:04Speaker 1: massive plot to destroy twelve commercial airliners flying routes between
- 30:08Speaker 1: the United States of America, East Asia, and Southeast Asia.
- 30:12Speaker 1: The nine to eleven Commissary Report says this marked the
- 30:14Speaker 1: first time that KSM, that's what he's known as Cleek
- 30:17Speaker 1: Mohammad took part in the actual planning of a terrorist operation.
- 30:20Speaker 1: This was back in nineteen ninety four. The United States
- 30:26Speaker 1: nine to eleven Commission also said, by his own accounts,
- 30:29Speaker 1: Khalid Sheik Muhammad his animus towards the United States stemmed
- 30:33Speaker 1: not from his experiences because he was smart, he came
- 30:36Speaker 1: to the US as a student, but rather, they said
- 30:39Speaker 1: his violent disagreement with US foreign policy favoring Israel.
- 30:45Speaker 2: So this is a man that wanted Israel to burn.
- 30:48Speaker 1: This is a man that started being a terrorist in
- 30:50Speaker 1: nineteen ninety four, and this is a man who America
- 30:54Speaker 1: had been trying to track down in at least by
- 30:58Speaker 1: ninety five and ninety six Act. Muhammad returned Afghanistan to
- 31:01Speaker 1: avoid captured by US authorities in his fight for his
- 31:06Speaker 1: flight from Qatar, because he was told or tipped off
- 31:09Speaker 1: that America was coming to get him. That was in
- 31:11Speaker 1: the nineteen nineties. So he wanted Israel to burn. He
- 31:16Speaker 1: succeeded in causing America to burn in New York City
- 31:22Speaker 1: and Washington, d c. And Pennsylvania, murdering nearly three thousand
- 31:26Speaker 1: Americans and I mentioned it was a couple of things. One,
- 31:30Speaker 1: it is the radical ideologues in the Biden administration who
- 31:33Speaker 1: won't seek the death penalty for anybody. But two, this
- 31:38Speaker 1: Biden white House and this President consistently systematically puts partisan
- 31:45Speaker 1: political objectives above justice and above protecting US national security.
- 31:52Speaker 1: It is ironic that we find this news out within
- 31:56Speaker 1: a week of the two year anniversary of Joe Biden
- 32:00Speaker 1: surrendering the Taliban, abandoning Afghanistan, abandoning Kabble, leaving Americans behind
- 32:07Speaker 1: to die, abandoning thirteen servicemen and women who were murdered
- 32:13Speaker 1: in Kabble.
- 32:14Speaker 8: And we discussed on this podcast. We played the testimony
- 32:18Speaker 8: of a heroic marine who explained that they had the
- 32:21Speaker 8: intelligence about the bomber and the higher ups would not
- 32:25Speaker 8: allow them to take him out before he murdered thirteen
- 32:28Speaker 8: servicemen and women. Why because this White House values politics
- 32:34Speaker 8: above national security? Now, why did they have such a
- 32:37Speaker 8: disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan? Because the President wanted to have
- 32:41Speaker 8: an announcement on nine to eleven, on the anniversary of
- 32:45Speaker 8: nine to eleven, we are out of Afghanistan.
- 32:47Speaker 2: That was a political objective.
- 32:49Speaker 8: And the fact that it would cause people to die,
- 32:51Speaker 8: The fact that it would abandon people who had risked
- 32:54Speaker 8: their lives to save us, The fact that it would
- 32:56Speaker 8: empower terrorists who want to murder us. One of that matter,
- 33:01Speaker 8: the fact that it would result in chaos and catastrophe.
- 33:04Speaker 8: And remember those images of the people grasping the wheels
- 33:07Speaker 8: of planes as they were taking off as Biden cut
- 33:12Speaker 8: and run for them, politics was more important. You alluded
- 33:16Speaker 8: when you open this podcast to a major reason why
- 33:20Speaker 8: they're doing this, which is Joe Biden wants to announce
- 33:23Speaker 8: we have closed Guantanamo. Why because that's a partisan political objective.
- 33:28Speaker 2: They want that.
- 33:29Speaker 8: They want to dance around and trumpet that fact with
- 33:33Speaker 8: a left wing activist who never liked that GITMO was
- 33:35Speaker 8: there in the first place. They never liked that we
- 33:37Speaker 8: were fighting against the terrorists, and they want to say
- 33:39Speaker 8: we closed Gitmo.
- 33:40Speaker 7: Now.
- 33:41Speaker 8: The problem is you have terrorists there and Kaleide Shake Muhammad.
- 33:45Speaker 8: There are four others in this group, but Chaos MS
- 33:48Speaker 8: is by far the worst of them. He's the principal
- 33:52Speaker 8: person other than Osama bin Laden who was behind the
- 33:56Speaker 8: September eleventh attack. They can't close Guantanamo because they can't
- 34:02Speaker 8: move them to the United States and put them in
- 34:03Speaker 8: a US present prison unless they reached some outcome. That's
- 34:08Speaker 8: why they want a plea deal, so they could get
- 34:10Speaker 8: their political victory of closing GITBO and do so at
- 34:15Speaker 8: the expense of US national security. And let's be clear,
- 34:19Speaker 8: if they cut a plea deal with this terrorist, that
- 34:23Speaker 8: will only encourage subsequent terrorists. Mind you, this is right
- 34:27Speaker 8: on the wake of Joe Biden sending six billion dollars
- 34:31Speaker 8: to Iran. The Ayahtola in Iran is the leading state
- 34:35Speaker 8: sponsor of terrorism on Earth, paying enormous sums of money
- 34:40Speaker 8: to murder Israelis and to murder Americans.
- 34:43Speaker 2: Iran.
- 34:44Speaker 1: To remind people, Iran killed more American soldiers, dismembered more
- 34:48Speaker 1: American soldiers without firing a shot because they were the
- 34:51Speaker 1: ones supplying the roadside bombs and the advanced bombs to
- 34:55Speaker 1: the terrorists, whether they were the insurgents or ISIS, al Qaeda, etc.
- 35:00Speaker 1: And they were funneling them and giving them safe haven,
- 35:04Speaker 1: and we just sent them billions of dollars to then
- 35:07Speaker 1: fund more terrorism.
- 35:08Speaker 8: Six billion dollars for five hostages, American hostages released. So
- 35:13Speaker 8: now they've set the price of an American hostage at
- 35:16Speaker 8: over a billion dollars apiece. The result of that, they've
- 35:21Speaker 8: increased the risk that more Americans are going to be
- 35:24Speaker 8: taken hostage. They've told every tyrant, every bad guy, every
- 35:29Speaker 8: rogue regime, you go grab an American, and the idiots
- 35:33Speaker 8: in the Biden administration will cut you a billion dollar check.
- 35:36Speaker 8: And it is a consistent pattern elevate partisan politics above
- 35:43Speaker 8: our national security interest, even if it endangers the lives
- 35:47Speaker 8: of Americans.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Senator, this is when I do I hate this story,
- 35:52Speaker 1: but I love that we have this show to do this.
