- 0:00Speaker 1: A number of decisions made by courts, including I guess
- 0:05Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. If you say it was a bad
- 0:07Speaker 1: decision in the Supreme Court, I think the Supreme Court
- 0:10Speaker 1: ought to be ashamed of itself for a lot of reasons, Okay,
- 0:13Speaker 1: a lot of reasons. I got to live with these people.
- 0:16Speaker 1: They have hurt this country so badly because they haven't
- 0:18Speaker 1: had the guts to do what's right. So, and I
- 0:21Speaker 1: can tell you about other things too, not just this.
- 0:24Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning. Nice have you with us on the
- 0:30Speaker 3: forty seven Morning Updating. We've got two big stories for you.
- 0:33Speaker 3: First up, explosive emails involving Merrick Garland and the Justice
- 0:37Speaker 3: Department's handling of Donald Trump are raising serious new questions
- 0:41Speaker 3: in Washington and also in New York. Patitia James is
- 0:45Speaker 3: now demanding transgender medical treatments be restarted across New York
- 0:50Speaker 3: City for minors, sparking a major political fight. So what
- 0:54Speaker 3: happens next? I break it all down for you. It's
- 0:57Speaker 3: a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Story number one, there is a new.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Job dropping revelation and it's something that's not getting coverage
- 1:06Speaker 3: because of what's happening in Iram, but it's something that
- 1:08Speaker 3: needs to be in your radio screen. Right there's new
- 1:10Speaker 3: emails that have come out that prove that the Attorney
- 1:15Speaker 3: General Merrick Garland, I believe lied when he said that
- 1:21Speaker 3: the decision to raid mar Lago was his and his alone.
- 1:26Speaker 3: The raid was in fact orchestrated and ordered by President
- 1:32Speaker 3: Joe Biden's white House. That is not what the official
- 1:36Speaker 3: testimony to Congress was. Again, Garland that the decision to
- 1:40Speaker 3: raid mar Lago was his and his alone. Take a
- 1:43Speaker 3: listen to this from Brett Bahar, Fox News.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Breaking Tonight, a Fox News exclusive. We have new information
- 1:50Speaker 4: that appears to directly contradict the Biden administration's insistence it
- 1:54Speaker 4: had nothing to do with the Justice Department investigations into
- 1:58Speaker 4: then former President Trump's LEDs retention of classified material and
- 2:02Speaker 4: the subsequent raid on his mar Lago home. Of course,
- 2:05Speaker 4: A David Spott has details tonight.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Good even, David.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Brught, Good evening to you. These emails, obtained by Fox
- 2:10Speaker 5: News paint a different picture of the relationship between the
- 2:13Speaker 5: Biden White House and the Biden Justice Department. These two
- 2:16Speaker 5: offices made it clear at the time, at least publicly,
- 2:19Speaker 5: they were not connected and stayed away from any political interference. However,
- 2:23Speaker 5: new emails obtained by Fox News from May twenty twenty
- 2:26Speaker 5: two to three months before mar Lago was rated by
- 2:29Speaker 5: the FBI illustrates coordination between the White House Council's Office
- 2:33Speaker 5: and the DOJ regarding an interview of Walt Nada. Now remember,
- 2:36Speaker 5: Walt Nada is a current White House aide to President
- 2:39Speaker 5: Trump who was then former President Trump aid in Florida
- 2:42Speaker 5: not It was later charged alongside Trump by Special Counsel
- 2:45Speaker 5: Jack Smith. The May tenth, twenty twenty two email reads,
- 2:48Speaker 5: in part coordination with DOJ and White House Council are
- 2:51Speaker 5: in work to start the process to confirm and interview
- 2:54Speaker 5: current administration employee Walt Nada. This event is dependent upon
- 2:59Speaker 5: the timeline of President Biden's brief decision and coordination between
- 3:02Speaker 5: White House Counsel and DOJ, and in turn Evan Corkran's
- 3:05Speaker 5: position on the override of privileged assertion and whether or
- 3:08Speaker 5: not he seeks an injunction to prevent access. That was
- 3:12Speaker 5: written by an FBI agent and Evan Corkran of course,
- 3:14Speaker 5: one of Trump's lawyers at the time. This coming August,
- 3:17Speaker 5: Brett will mark four years since FBI agents rated mar Lago.
- 3:21Speaker 5: A few days after that, then Attorney General Merrick Garland
- 3:24Speaker 5: said this.
- 3:25Speaker 6: I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant
- 3:29Speaker 6: in this matter. Second, the Department does not take such
- 3:34Speaker 6: a decision lightly.
- 3:36Speaker 5: And we're getting new reaction to these emails. Judiciary Chairman
- 3:39Speaker 5: Jim Jordan and the House says, in part, it's always
- 3:41Speaker 5: worse than we thought. These newly released documents confirm that
- 3:45Speaker 5: the Biden DOJ's raid on mar Lago was politically motivated.
- 3:48Speaker 5: We're also hearing from Attorney General Pam Bondi. Ag Bondi says,
- 3:52Speaker 5: the more we learn about the DOJ weaponization under the
- 3:55Speaker 5: prior administration, the worse the story gets. And Brett, she
- 3:58Speaker 5: says this right here, it's a key part. She says,
- 4:00Speaker 5: we will continue disclosing key evidence to our congressional partners
- 4:04Speaker 5: to deliver the truth and bring those who committed crimes
- 4:08Speaker 5: to justice. That's coming from the Attorney General tonight, right.
- 4:12Speaker 3: That is big, Like I just want to be clear,
- 4:16Speaker 3: it's also not surprising. I think it's what we all expected,
- 4:20Speaker 3: and it's exactly honestly, it's exactly what I expected. One
- 4:26Speaker 3: other thing, by the way, that we mentioned earlier and
- 4:28Speaker 3: mis producer. You put this up on X and I
- 4:32Speaker 3: want to have a ton of Planet's about one minute long.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Peter Schweitzer on China is panicking. I mentioned this earlier
- 4:39Speaker 3: on them losing their allies and the developed world with
- 4:42Speaker 3: owen gas. Listen to this from from waters World as well.
- 4:45Speaker 7: So what are they thinking about in Beijing? They're in
- 4:48Speaker 7: a panic, Jesse. I mean, look, anytime you have these
- 4:51Speaker 7: kinds of military operations that are taking place, they have
- 4:55Speaker 7: ripple effects. These ripples are actually tidal waves in China.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Think about it.
- 5:00Speaker 7: Over the last fifty eight days, between what happened in
- 5:04Speaker 7: Venezuela and what started happening in Iran, China has lost
- 5:08Speaker 7: two of its most important allies in the developing world.
- 5:12Speaker 7: They were big energy suppliers, about twenty to twenty five
- 5:15Speaker 7: percent of their energy. But China was able to buy
- 5:17Speaker 7: that energy on the cheap because they were sanctioned companies.
- 5:21Speaker 7: They were paying fifteen dollars a barrel, less than anybody
- 5:24Speaker 7: else was. And by the way, they weren't paying in
- 5:27Speaker 7: US dollars they were paying in the Chinese currency, and
- 5:31Speaker 7: that has been a long term objective of China to
- 5:34Speaker 7: move away from a dollar based economy.
- 5:37Speaker 3: But by the way, this clip I'll repost on x
- 5:39Speaker 3: so you can look at listen to all of it.
- 5:41Speaker 3: It's a great clip.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Now story number two, I also want.
- 5:44Speaker 3: To get you another story in here. The Attorney General
- 5:47Speaker 3: up there in New York City will teach you. James
- 5:50Speaker 3: is now pressuring and this is how radical the left
- 5:54Speaker 3: has become. Now pressuring New York City hospitals to resume
- 5:59Speaker 3: sex change drugs for miners. The Democratic New York Attorney General,
- 6:06Speaker 3: the same one that tried to put Trump in jail,
- 6:09Speaker 3: ordered one of New York City's largest hospitals to resume
- 6:12Speaker 3: ordered okay, the New York City Hospital resume providing sex
- 6:16Speaker 3: change drugs to miners after the hospital decided to stop
- 6:19Speaker 3: its transgender youth program citing pressure from the Trump administration.
- 6:25Speaker 3: James then send a letter to the NYU hospital on
- 6:32Speaker 3: February the twenty fifth, claiming that the hospital's decision to
- 6:36Speaker 3: end its transgender youth health program quote unquote is jeopardizing
- 6:40Speaker 3: healthcare access for vulnerable people in her state. The New
- 6:44Speaker 3: York Post reporting on this, saying the letter threatened further
- 6:47Speaker 3: action if the hospital does not comply with her mandate. Now,
- 6:53Speaker 3: a lot of people would say, hey, by the way,
- 6:55Speaker 3: that's like going rogue. Probably not a good idea. Nyu
- 7:00Speaker 3: uh Legon appears to be suddenly and indefinitely canceling transgender
- 7:05Speaker 3: children's future appointments, thereby jeopardizing access to medical necessary healthcare
- 7:13Speaker 3: for some of the most vulnerable in New York. The
- 7:15Speaker 3: letter reportedly reads the Gaze against Groomers put out this
- 7:20Speaker 3: tweet saying massive win NYU leg On Hospital has immediately
- 7:26Speaker 3: and permanently access transgender Treatment of Miners program. They blame
- 7:31Speaker 3: the current regulatory environment for the sudden shift, the Trump
- 7:34Speaker 3: administration's threat to cut funding the hospitals that do not
- 7:38Speaker 3: end their programs, which was a smart move by the president. Okay,
- 7:41Speaker 3: Like I'm one hundred percent in favor of this. The
- 7:45Speaker 3: trum administrations threat to cut funding the hospitals that do
- 7:47Speaker 3: not end the sterilization and mutilation of minors is working.
- 7:52Speaker 3: So that came out and they if you look on
- 7:55Speaker 3: their website, the hospital's website landing page for this quote,
- 7:59Speaker 3: care now reach gender and Sexuality Services rather than the
- 8:02Speaker 3: previous transgender Youth Health program their Gender and Sexuality Services.
- 8:08Speaker 3: This is what it says in their website right now.
- 8:09Speaker 3: It says, we help children and their families understand exploil
- 8:11Speaker 3: their identity with the goal of helping them achieve a
- 8:15Speaker 3: true and nuanced sense of self. We want children to
- 8:19Speaker 3: understand and value themselves so that they can develop the
- 8:22Speaker 3: confidence to talk with others about their sexual orientation and
- 8:26Speaker 3: gender identity. In addition, we counsel children, adolescents, and young
- 8:30Speaker 3: adults who have been diagnosed with disorders of sexual development
- 8:34Speaker 3: also known as intersex conditions or general variations and co
- 8:43Speaker 3: occurring minutes. So they're even admitting like this is in
- 8:45Speaker 3: the mental health issue now on their website the lgbtwo
- 8:49Speaker 3: Radical Community, they do not want it labeled that way.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I want to be very very clear. So this hospital
- 8:56Speaker 3: ends its program and why because President did the right thing.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Donald Trump and the Department of Health Human Services proposed
- 9:04Speaker 3: rules that would pull federal funds from hospitals that provide
- 9:08Speaker 3: sex mutilating drugs and surgeries to minors. Good for the
- 9:11Speaker 3: president quote given the recent departure of our medical director,
- 9:16Speaker 3: coupled with the current regulatory environment, we made the difficult
- 9:19Speaker 3: decision to discontinue our transgender youth health program, the hospital
- 9:24Speaker 3: statement now reads. They also added it has committed to
- 9:27Speaker 3: helping patients in our care manage this change, and said
- 9:32Speaker 3: its pediatric mental health care program will continue. So they're
- 9:36Speaker 3: admitting that the transgenderism is a mental health issue. I'm
- 9:39Speaker 3: not saying as a negative. I've said for a long time.
- 9:42Speaker 3: And what we allowed was the radical left to stop
- 9:44Speaker 3: treating people dealing with mental health issues, believing that like
- 9:47Speaker 3: they're a man trapped in a woman's body or vice versa,
- 9:50Speaker 3: is somehow outside of it being mental, Like they were
- 9:53Speaker 3: advocating and supporting a mental health issue instead of treating it.
- 9:59Speaker 3: And because they were making millions off these kids, that's
- 10:02Speaker 3: the sick part about all this. It used to be
- 10:05Speaker 3: a real mental health issue. They're like, hey, we got
- 10:07Speaker 3: to get Timmy help. He thinks it's Susie. And instead
- 10:10Speaker 3: what the left is like, no, no, let's embrace Timmy
- 10:12Speaker 3: being Susie. Let's exploit their mental health issue to make
- 10:19Speaker 3: money off of it. Because when we do this to
- 10:21Speaker 3: a kid, they're a patient for life, whether they like
- 10:25Speaker 3: it or not, because their bodies rejecting what we've done
- 10:30Speaker 3: to their body, and we make millions.
