- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now wanting only Steve Harvey Man oh
- 2:09Speaker 1: Man got a radio show, got good one for you today.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And it just happened to me. You know, I was
- 2:15Speaker 1: going through something that I've been going through for a
- 2:18Speaker 1: long long time and just weary of it all. And
- 2:21Speaker 1: know I've been talking to God about it, I mean
- 2:24Speaker 1: for years. Though. What happened was I had had to
- 2:29Speaker 1: go through some more of it yesterday again in a situation.
- 2:33Speaker 1: But you know what, after it was over, you know,
- 2:36Speaker 1: I kind of laid in it for a little while.
- 2:38Speaker 1: You know how you've been going through something for so
- 2:40Speaker 1: long and then even if it's over, appears to be over,
- 2:43Speaker 1: you still kind of lay in it a little bit.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And you know you have a while. Man, I can't
- 2:48Speaker 1: believe I've been dealing with this this long, even though
- 2:52Speaker 1: even though it was over. I don't know how you
- 2:54Speaker 1: do it, but this was so good for me. Have
- 2:57Speaker 1: you ever counted, Steve Harvey, how many times you made it?
- 3:01Speaker 1: And so that's what I started doing yesterday, And that's
- 3:04Speaker 1: what I did this morning. When I woke up. I
- 3:07Speaker 1: was actually taking an inventory account of how many times
- 3:11Speaker 1: I made it. How many times, man, I didn't have
- 3:15Speaker 1: it rent and somehow I came up with it. How
- 3:18Speaker 1: many times I didn't have my house payment and somehow
- 3:22Speaker 1: I came up with it. How many times I was
- 3:24Speaker 1: out of money, did not have enough, didn't didn't see
- 3:27Speaker 1: no way, but somehow I came up with it. How
- 3:31Speaker 1: many times I got sick, thought, well, man, this one
- 3:35Speaker 1: right here. I don't know what I'm gonna do, but
- 3:36Speaker 1: somehow I got my health back. How many situations I
- 3:42Speaker 1: have found myself in That was I thought at the time,
- 3:46Speaker 1: detrimental and diabolical and man so sinister at times, somehow
- 3:54Speaker 1: I made it. I look at all the accidents I've
- 3:57Speaker 1: been in, but he kept me made it. I think
- 4:01Speaker 1: about even the simplest times of like stepping off a
- 4:04Speaker 1: curb and almost got hit, but I made it. I
- 4:07Speaker 1: was just tripping the other day. I was I was
- 4:10Speaker 1: thinking about the times that I've been hit by a
- 4:12Speaker 1: car and it could have been worse, but it wasn't,
- 4:14Speaker 1: And I made it through that too. I was thinking about, Man,
- 4:18Speaker 1: when they count you out. Do you know how many
- 4:21Speaker 1: times I've been counted out? He's done? He ain't gonna
- 4:25Speaker 1: be nothing, He ain't nobody. See what I told y'all,
- 4:29Speaker 1: look at over that they counsel this. He offered that
- 4:32Speaker 1: he out of here. He ain't gonna make it. He
- 4:34Speaker 1: didn't got fired. Man, You know how many times I've
- 4:37Speaker 1: been counted out? You know how many times they didn't
- 4:39Speaker 1: wrote me off? How many times have you been written off? Man?
- 4:42Speaker 1: But here you still stand? You know you've a tripped
- 4:45Speaker 1: on it. Taking inventory, y'all of how many times? Count
- 4:50Speaker 1: the times you've made it? What about the times man,
- 4:52Speaker 1: when nobody was there to encourage you? But you still
- 4:56Speaker 1: here though you've tripped on that? Ain't nobody called you
- 5:00Speaker 1: and told you good day? No nobody called you and
- 5:02Speaker 1: told you recently thank you. No one's called you and
- 5:04Speaker 1: told you how much you meant to them, how much
- 5:06Speaker 1: you've done for them, A man, that you can make it.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Never give up, Keep your head up, man, keep grinding.
- 5:11Speaker 1: But you still here even when nobody have you counted
- 5:15Speaker 1: the times man, that you made it anyway? You counted
- 5:20Speaker 1: the times that you felt like quitting, you felt like
- 5:23Speaker 1: giving up, you kept going. How about the time this
- 5:27Speaker 1: is a good one right here? How about the times man,
- 5:30Speaker 1: when everybody's standing around saying, ain't no way, ain't no way. Man.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I can't tell how many times I've heard this, ain't
- 5:35Speaker 1: no way, and then somehow there is a way. You
- 5:40Speaker 1: know why, because he make away? You understand. You know
- 5:44Speaker 1: how many times I've heard this one right here? Steve,
- 5:47Speaker 1: listen to me, man, Nobody ever before hasn't done that.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You can't do that. How many times you'd heard no,
- 5:54Speaker 1: you won't? You know anybody didn't done that. You can't
- 5:58Speaker 1: do that. No one has ever done that. I made
- 6:01Speaker 1: it anyway. You know they don't normally or we don't
- 6:09Speaker 1: normally allow this, but in this case, for you, we
- 6:15Speaker 1: gonna make an exception. How many times have you heard that, Oh,
- 6:19Speaker 1: I think I'm on to something. How many times have
- 6:22Speaker 1: you heard in your lifetime we don't normally or they
- 6:27Speaker 1: don't normally allow this, but we're gonna make this exception
- 6:32Speaker 1: in your case. How many times you'dn't heard that? Have
- 6:37Speaker 1: you ever counted the times that you made it? Everybody
- 6:42Speaker 1: out accept me? Oh, how can that be? You know
- 6:48Speaker 1: you're the only one that got through this? Congratulations? Wow? Man,
- 6:53Speaker 1: I don't I don't hardly see this too many times.
- 6:55Speaker 1: But do you realize that normally this is what happened
- 6:58Speaker 1: to people? But and y'all don't know how your name
- 7:01Speaker 1: came up, but here you are. Wow, it never happens
- 7:04Speaker 1: like that. You ever counted those times I was doing
- 7:08Speaker 1: it yesterday? I was doing it this morning. I was
- 7:10Speaker 1: just taking an inventory of everybody of how many times
- 7:13Speaker 1: I've made it. So what I learned yesterday was when
- 7:19Speaker 1: God gets you through something, when he pulled you out
- 7:22Speaker 1: on the other side, no matter how difficult or how
- 7:25Speaker 1: long it took. When He gets you out on the
- 7:27Speaker 1: other side, why don't you get up, dust yourself off
- 7:31Speaker 1: and start trotting what you laying there for man, wallowing
- 7:36Speaker 1: in it, going over it, recycling it in your mind.
- 7:40Speaker 1: So many people can't move forward because we keep recycling
- 7:46Speaker 1: stuff in our mind when clearly it's time to move on.
- 7:52Speaker 1: It's time to let go. It's time to go and
- 7:56Speaker 1: see what God has for you. Stop looking at what
- 7:59Speaker 1: you lost. What you lost was probably not yours to
- 8:04Speaker 1: have in the first in the first place, Do you
- 8:13Speaker 1: know the things I've lost? No, I'm not talking about
- 8:16Speaker 1: losing the love one, a mother or father, nothing like that.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I'm talking about innate objects or situation. Do you know
- 8:23Speaker 1: the things I've lost? Man, I look back on it.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I wasn't supposed to have him in the first place,
- 8:27Speaker 1: or they was doing me no good. I wasn't wasn't
- 8:30Speaker 1: mine to lose, but I claimed I lost it. Come on, man,
- 8:33Speaker 1: taking inventory, everybody. Start looking at the things man, that
- 8:37Speaker 1: God has brought you through. Start looking at how many
- 8:39Speaker 1: times He allowed you to make it. And get glad
- 8:42Speaker 1: about waking up in the morning. Man, Get glad about
- 8:44Speaker 1: your life. Start feeling something positive about your situation. You
- 8:48Speaker 1: cannot expect God to continue to bless you if you're
- 8:52Speaker 1: not grateful for the things that you have. Why would
- 8:55Speaker 1: God sitting down here looking at you, upset and angry,
- 9:01Speaker 1: laying in the waller of what you are not grateful for.
- 9:06Speaker 1: You just can't find seem to find no gratitude in
- 9:09Speaker 1: your heart about nothing, but you steady asking God for something.
- 9:12Speaker 1: So now you think God is crazy. You think he
- 9:14Speaker 1: gonna give you some most stuff to not be grateful for.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? Why would he do that. He's
- 9:21Speaker 1: too full of too much mercy to send you through that.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Over and over and over. The more I give my child,
- 9:27Speaker 1: the more ungrateful they are, the less gratitude they show.
- 9:31Speaker 1: But I'm gonna keep dumping it on them so they
- 9:32Speaker 1: can keep feeling ungrateful and show like a gratitude. God's
- 9:36Speaker 1: not gonna do that to you. Come on, man, have
- 9:39Speaker 1: you ever counted how many times you made it? I
- 9:45Speaker 1: can't count how many times God didn't gotten me through something.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But when He gets you through it, you can't get
- 9:51Speaker 1: up and get on about your business. Don't lay that
- 9:53Speaker 1: in it. It's over, it's done, you made it, you
- 9:55Speaker 1: survived it. Let's go. Let's go. You're listening to start
- 10:00Speaker 1: morning show. Ladies and gentlemen. It is hell Steve Harvey
- 10:05Speaker 1: Morning Show. It is upon us. I have no special
- 10:09Speaker 1: way to do this this morning, so ain don't need
- 10:12Speaker 1: to be faking it. This is how we're doing it.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Today or it's nothing wrong. I'm fine. Oh, we're gonna entertain, uplift,
- 10:20Speaker 1: educate all of that. But I ain't got no special
- 10:23Speaker 1: thing I want to do. I know you want to
- 10:25Speaker 1: leave it and then right out that he out just
- 10:30Speaker 1: like that. I don't even know where that came from.
- 10:33Speaker 1: I swear I was just sitting here and just it
- 10:37Speaker 1: just Man, that's crazy. That's crazy. Man. That teacher back
- 10:42Speaker 1: in school told me it is something wrong with you.
- 10:46Speaker 1: If you don't get yourself checked out, you're gonna be
- 10:49Speaker 1: somewhere you don't even know where you're going in this world.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Well I didn't, and you didn't need to check out.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I didn't get checked out. We didn't have money for
- 10:58Speaker 1: therapy at our house. All our therapy was in the basement.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Uh huh, that's where we went to get our ass Oh,
- 11:06Speaker 1: in the basement. Yeah, that was discipline. When I came
- 11:13Speaker 1: out that basement, I was clearheaded. Yeah. I wasn't confused
- 11:17Speaker 1: about nothing no more. I was not re Oh, I
- 11:21Speaker 1: had direction purpose. I came upbout that basement. You were clear.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I had a new attitude. We got a new attitude.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I came up out the basement as glory a game.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I will survive. Pah boy. I was like Charley Strawberry
- 11:39Speaker 1: calling for real Mouth of the South. Junior board and
- 11:42Speaker 1: let your nephew tim me back in the building. Junior
- 11:45Speaker 1: was up. Man, Yeah, un but you know, uh well,
- 11:48Speaker 1: almost two weeks married. We's doing good, you know we
- 11:52Speaker 1: you know we're in here, you know we're in this time.
- 11:54Speaker 1: You know I'm here. But let me ask you this
- 11:56Speaker 1: unc man, gold setting man, because we want to have
- 11:58Speaker 1: a talk about gold setting Who a couple? Che did?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Che did so, which means we did see what I'm saying.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So she was trying to learn. Yeah, so I want
- 12:11Speaker 1: to know how do you goal set as a new couple, Like,
- 12:13Speaker 1: what's goals we could be talking about? Well, it's very
- 12:16Speaker 1: simple because because you get married, you don't change your goal.
- 12:20Speaker 1: She still has her wants and desires and you still
- 12:23Speaker 1: have your wants and desire. First of all, you make
- 12:26Speaker 1: the individual goal list. Then y'all come together and you
- 12:30Speaker 1: share the list, and then you see if there are
- 12:33Speaker 1: some things you can help her towards her goals. She
- 12:36Speaker 1: looked at yo, and see if there's some things that
- 12:39Speaker 1: she can help you with your goal. Now, what you're
- 12:41Speaker 1: gonna find out after this meeting, then have your goals
- 12:44Speaker 1: yet you ain't gonna be no more. Yeah, I'm gonna
- 12:50Speaker 1: find that out of real fast. This is what's really
- 12:54Speaker 1: gonna throw you off, because in helping her get hers,
- 12:58Speaker 1: which is necessary, and her helping you get yours, which
- 13:02Speaker 1: is necessary, that's a great marriage and you all have
- 13:05Speaker 1: to benefit one another. These goals will change though periodically,
- 13:10Speaker 1: so you need every six months to sit down and
- 13:12Speaker 1: do a duo because something's changed, and if you all
- 13:16Speaker 1: don't talk about him, you won't recognize the change. But
- 13:19Speaker 1: it'll be fine, Julius. You're not gonna be in total
- 13:21Speaker 1: agreement on everything, and you're gonna have to be willing
- 13:23Speaker 1: to compromise. You are gonna have to be willing to Okay,
- 13:31Speaker 1: don't compromise coming up with thirty two minutes after the
- 13:36Speaker 1: hour the nephew get back to run that prank back
- 13:39Speaker 1: right after this here we come on. You're listening to
- 13:47Speaker 1: show it is time now to start your morning off
- 13:49Speaker 1: with the nephew and run that prank back what you
- 13:52Speaker 1: got for his nef Surely I have alarm alert, alarm alert, Okay,
- 13:59Speaker 1: back in the stupid thing giving it to your alarm alert.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Let's go get Hello. Hello, I'm trying to reach the
- 14:06Speaker 1: Nise police. Yeah, this is Denise. Hi, Denise, this is Tony.
- 14:10Speaker 1: I'm calling security. I've got an alarm that we've got
- 14:15Speaker 1: an the line that's gone off on you guys. Property
- 14:17Speaker 1: is all right? Are you guys? We're just checking before
- 14:20Speaker 1: we send authorities out. Is everything okay? Then maybe someone
- 14:23Speaker 1: trip the alarm? Oh my gosh, No, I'm at work.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I'm at work right now. I'm not home. Okay. Do
- 14:30Speaker 1: you have a tet or dog or anything that could
- 14:32Speaker 1: actually trip the alarm? No, No, that's strange. It never
- 14:37Speaker 1: goes off like that. I'm nervous. Okay, give you a second.
- 14:41Speaker 1: We've got a call into the neighborhood security that actually
- 14:44Speaker 1: are en route to the property, and they were going
- 14:47Speaker 1: to give us some information before we actually sent sent
- 14:52Speaker 1: the police officers out, unless you would like to need
- 14:54Speaker 1: to send them out now. But yeah, I feel like
- 14:56Speaker 1: you should send the police. I mean, if I'm not
- 14:58Speaker 1: home and nobody's home and my alarms going off and
- 15:02Speaker 1: it never goes off that, I'm worried. Okay, hang on
- 15:06Speaker 1: one second. This is neighborhood security calling that hang on
- 15:08Speaker 1: one second. I'll be right back to you. Okay, niece,
- 15:12Speaker 1: are you there, Yes, yes, yes, I'm here. They have
- 15:15Speaker 1: um they're out there at the property, the neighborhood security.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Do you um there is a black guy there is
- 15:23Speaker 1: only your premise? Are you familiar with who that might be? Well,
- 15:27Speaker 1: I mean, my husband's black, but he should be at
- 15:30Speaker 1: work right now. Okay, oh, definitely, okay, and you probably
- 15:35Speaker 1: would have texted me if you know the alarm is
- 15:37Speaker 1: going off. Okay, Well, I mean, do you have any
- 15:40Speaker 1: other black male friends? Excuse me? Do you have any
- 15:44Speaker 1: other Do you have any other black male friends that
- 15:47Speaker 1: might be at the house? I mean, yeah, it's a
- 15:52Speaker 1: very weird question. I mean I have black friends, yes,
- 15:55Speaker 1: but I don't think they would be in my house. Okay, Well,
- 15:59Speaker 1: I mean should we just assume that this is your husband?
- 16:01Speaker 1: What do you think? I I mean, what would you
- 16:03Speaker 1: like that work? I mean? How tall is this person?
- 16:09Speaker 1: My husband's sixty three? On? Hold on one second, let
- 16:13Speaker 1: me go back to the scurry from the nightworod iin't
- 16:15Speaker 1: know one second know if somebody's in my larm's going off?
- 16:19Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean, okay, Denise, yes, Okay, they have.
- 16:25Speaker 1: The black guy that they're looking at is about five
- 16:27Speaker 1: foot and maybe late twenties. How old is your husband? No,
- 16:34Speaker 1: my husband is I just told you that my husband's
- 16:37Speaker 1: not there. He would have texted me or called me
- 16:40Speaker 1: and told me that he accidentally set the alarm off.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And I'm actually going to text him. I mean, this
- 16:45Speaker 1: is crazy. I should probably call him. Okay, you do
- 16:48Speaker 1: realize if we send you do realize if we send
- 16:51Speaker 1: the authorities out and this is a false call, that
- 16:53Speaker 1: you're gonna get charged for that. You do know that, right,
- 16:56Speaker 1: a false call. You just said somebody's in my house
- 16:59Speaker 1: and it's not me or my husband. You're saying your
- 17:05Speaker 1: husband's black, and then there's a black guy there. I mean,
- 17:07Speaker 1: they probably know each other, right, Are you kidding me?
- 17:12Speaker 1: What kind of question is that? Why? Because they're both black?
- 17:16Speaker 1: I'm just trying to save you some money. Man. I
- 17:18Speaker 1: don't want to send out police officers when they get
- 17:21Speaker 1: there and then all of a sudden, your husband knows
- 17:23Speaker 1: the black guy or he's he's a relative or something.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I mean, do they I mean, you know, do you
- 17:27Speaker 1: want to call THEE What do you think? Like this?
- 17:33Speaker 1: This is really offensive and and I don't understand if
- 17:36Speaker 1: I'm telling you that I don't know who the person
- 17:39Speaker 1: is in my house, that means to send the police.
- 17:42Speaker 1: I mean, this is ridiculous. They're calling back neighborhoods. He
- 17:49Speaker 1: just hold on one second. Neighborhood security is calling back here.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Oh my god, this is ridiculous. Okay, Denise, Now the
- 18:01Speaker 1: security in the neighborhood. They're telling me that this guy
- 18:05Speaker 1: just drove out of the garage and a white pickup.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Do you do you guys have a white pickup? Yes,
- 18:10Speaker 1: we do. So this guy just pulled out of your
- 18:14Speaker 1: your your garage and a white pickup. Well, I have
- 18:17Speaker 1: my cart work and my husband has his car that's
- 18:20Speaker 1: like the truck that he uses on the weekends for
- 18:24Speaker 1: like construction and stuff. So that means somebody just stole
- 18:27Speaker 1: our car. I can't believe this is happening. You are
- 18:30Speaker 1: watching somebody in my house and you you basically watch
- 18:33Speaker 1: them steal my truck. Well, well, I'm gonna go ahead
- 18:37Speaker 1: and now and get the police to go over. Okay,
- 18:40Speaker 1: why are you going to send them? Now? He probably
- 18:42Speaker 1: took all my ship in my house. I mean, the
- 18:45Speaker 1: police get there. There's not gonna be anything left in
- 18:47Speaker 1: my house. Probably start the back of the truck. I mean,
- 18:51Speaker 1: I'm doing the best I can. I'm trying to help
- 18:52Speaker 1: you out of you is going to do me now.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I mean the whole time you've been talking to me,
- 18:57Speaker 1: he's been cleaning up my house and stealing. Well, how
- 19:01Speaker 1: did you get in your house? I don't know. I
- 19:05Speaker 1: don't know this guy. You're what I was asking you?
- 19:11Speaker 1: How could somebody gave her house? Did you leave something open?
- 19:14Speaker 1: What did you go? Hey, listen, you would know because
- 19:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't have been able to set my alarm this morning.
- 19:22Speaker 1: If something was open, it would beef and it wouldn't
- 19:24Speaker 1: let me set the alarm. And the fact that you're
- 19:27Speaker 1: interrogating me when somebody's robbing my house. You need to
- 19:31Speaker 1: do your job. I need to call my husband. You're
- 19:34Speaker 1: wasting my time. I mean, by the time the police
- 19:37Speaker 1: get there, it's going to be tomorrow. So you're gonna
- 19:39Speaker 1: so you're gonna call Darrel now, I'm sorry, you're gonna
- 19:43Speaker 1: call Darrel? Now? How do you know my husband's name? Denise?
- 19:52Speaker 1: This is nephew telling me for the Steve Harbin Morey show.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Your husband Darrell got me through brak phone costly. Oh
- 19:59Speaker 1: my god, I was gonna come down there and right
- 20:11Speaker 1: nobody stole your truck. Nobody's at your house, your alarm
- 20:14Speaker 1: is side. Everything's good. But Darrel told me said, we

- 22:31Speaker 1: my neighbor is in a wheelchair, and since I started
- 22:34Speaker 1: working from home, he started flirting with me. His legs
- 22:38Speaker 1: may not work, but everything else does. His eighteen year
- 22:41Speaker 1: old daughter caught us in the act this morning, and
- 22:44Speaker 1: I bribed her with some cash. How do I explain
- 22:47Speaker 1: this to my husband and his wife if it comes out?
- 22:50Speaker 1: What hid? Well? Hello. You know, you're gonna have to like,
- 22:59Speaker 1: you're gonna have to make it like like, you know,
- 23:02Speaker 1: like it was an accident. You had to say stuff
- 23:04Speaker 1: like you know, he rolled up on me. Okay, I was,
- 23:16Speaker 1: I was. I was pushing him. We I slipped and
- 23:23Speaker 1: we went back down the ram. Wow. I was bringing
- 23:29Speaker 1: over his sticker to hang in his rear view mirror.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I was, I was supporting the cause. He he told
- 23:37Speaker 1: me he was a wounded warrior, and I felt some
- 23:40Speaker 1: kind of way about it. You know, you're gonna have
- 23:42Speaker 1: to you got to go deep into the live manual.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I don't really know how to lie for women, because y'all, y'all,
- 23:50Speaker 1: y'all are really better at it than we are. But
- 23:52Speaker 1: I know, from his standpoint, he has to tell his
- 23:57Speaker 1: wife and daughter. She fell into my laugh cause that's
- 24:03Speaker 1: where it had to be. You know, ain't ain't like
- 24:07Speaker 1: he was standing up nowhere he mike and wall. He
- 24:11Speaker 1: might be faking it. Yeah that if he had up
- 24:15Speaker 1: against the garage wall, he gonna had to explain that. Yeah.
- 24:18Speaker 1: And the chill, Yeah, and the chill was nowhere in sight.
- 24:24Speaker 1: She said, his legs may not work. She said that,
- 24:27Speaker 1: so well, maybe he was leaning it up against the car.
- 24:31Speaker 1: That's all you got. Yeah, he gonna off dough. He
- 24:36Speaker 1: gonna tell that side off. He leaned up get that
- 24:38Speaker 1: car because they ain't a whole lot of grab on
- 24:41Speaker 1: right there unless they got to pick up truck. And
- 24:43Speaker 1: he was just hanging over to the back of the bed.
- 24:46Speaker 1: We're moving on. Okay, we're moving on. Brook and set
- 24:50Speaker 1: up on one of the ties. Heard what I said, dangling.
- 24:59Speaker 1: He said it as didn't work. These legs were just
- 25:01Speaker 1: hanging back there. And he had up on that time,
- 25:05Speaker 1: and he had that strong up a body. All the
- 25:09Speaker 1: pumping was just him just pulling his arms towards that
- 25:13Speaker 1: could work. Brook and stuff was hate him, says. My
- 25:18Speaker 1: sorority sister dated my husband before I met him. We
- 25:23Speaker 1: had some overlapping dates and apparently he slept with her
- 25:26Speaker 1: right when we were dating. She had spread the news
- 25:30Speaker 1: to our mutual friends and they think my husband is
- 25:32Speaker 1: a loser. Should I be concerned with this since he
- 25:35Speaker 1: chose me and we're married. No, No, she'd want passing
- 25:42Speaker 1: out cookie with no prize. You know you just got
- 25:46Speaker 1: you got you got to crack a jack box with
- 25:47Speaker 1: no toy in it. Yeah. See that's what I do.
- 25:51Speaker 1: And you got a husband out the deal, she got
- 25:54Speaker 1: a rumor out to deal and a storm. Think he's
- 25:58Speaker 1: a loser. No, the's her and she's mad about it.
- 26:03Speaker 1: And because she's your soroorty system. Well if she was
- 26:07Speaker 1: all that much of them, so ratty system, what is
- 26:10Speaker 1: she talking about? It? Fault? Exactly exactly. He's a bitter
- 26:16Speaker 1: X who lost to you. M that's it, that's it,
- 26:23Speaker 1: all right. Moving on to Angel and Philly, Angel says,
- 26:26Speaker 1: my husband and I relocated for his job, and he's
- 26:29Speaker 1: been out every night for two weeks with a co worker.
- 26:32Speaker 1: I don't have a job yet, so I don't have
- 26:34Speaker 1: co workers to hang out with. I said, I'd like
- 26:37Speaker 1: to meet his co worker's wife. He said, we can't
- 26:40Speaker 1: mix business with our personal lives. Isn't that what he's doing?
- 26:44Speaker 1: So why can't I do it? Wow? But cause of
- 26:49Speaker 1: this right here? What? Because you are asking questions instead
- 26:53Speaker 1: of making demands. Mmmmmm come on, you want to know
- 26:58Speaker 1: if you can meet his wife. The reason you probably
- 27:01Speaker 1: can't meet his wife because the co worker is the wife.
- 27:06Speaker 1: That's the real reason. Uh huh? Here? Can you meet
- 27:09Speaker 1: his wife? Here? You ain't mad him hello, Hello, You
- 27:15Speaker 1: ain't mad at him all right? Every night? Let me
- 27:20Speaker 1: tell you something. I ain't never been nowhere every day
- 27:22Speaker 1: with no damn dude, right for two weeks in a row. Yeah,
- 27:27Speaker 1: what are we doing? Uh huhm m m, yeah, you
- 27:32Speaker 1: know what's happening here? H Come on now, all right?
- 27:39Speaker 1: Moving on last one, Steve. This is Katherine and Athens.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Catherine says, my husband was in the garage and I
- 27:46Speaker 1: heard him laughing and talking to a female on speaker.
- 27:51Speaker 1: I walked outside and he said, hey, man, let me
- 27:54Speaker 1: hit you back. My man. I let him know what
- 27:58Speaker 1: I heard, and he says, I'm always nagging. I simply
- 28:02Speaker 1: told him what i'd heard. How is this nagging? Am
- 28:05Speaker 1: I not supposed to question him? Why? Why didn't you
- 28:09Speaker 1: let the focus get turned on you with the nagging?
- 28:12Speaker 1: Did you forget what you heard? How is this nagging?
- 28:17Speaker 1: When I told him, because y'all, what's wrong with y'all?
- 28:21Speaker 1: He changed the narrative. The narrative was, I heard you
- 28:26Speaker 1: talking on the phone with this girl laughing. Then when
- 28:31Speaker 1: you saw me, you said a dog, I hit you back.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Perfect line for him to say. Then here you come,
- 28:38Speaker 1: you always nagging? You just nagging. Now he didn't flip
- 28:43Speaker 1: the script. Is your fault, hies that nagging when all
- 28:47Speaker 1: idea was tell him what I heard? What right? Right?
- 28:53Speaker 1: For that? Right? Man? Why women that? Because I ain't
- 28:58Speaker 1: never had no if we were growing up on boy,
- 29:01Speaker 1: how you running may? Why is he that stupid? Stupid?
- 29:18Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Cello. Coming up at the top
- 29:21Speaker 1: of the hour. We'll have some entertainment news where you
- 29:23Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to the stow All right.

- 29:33Speaker 1: are you guys got Scottie's ex wife and Marcus Jordan,
- 29:43Speaker 1: Michael's son, were spotted over the weekend getting real cozy
- 29:47Speaker 1: at the Rolling Loud festival in New York City. Now
- 29:50Speaker 1: this is according to TMZ. They were bumping and grinding.
- 29:53Speaker 1: It looks like Larsa may have even planted a kiss
- 29:56Speaker 1: on Marcus. And this isn't the first time they've been
- 29:58Speaker 1: together or they've been seen together anyway. We previously told
- 30:03Speaker 1: you about the sighting of a couple in Miami earlier
- 30:05Speaker 1: this month, and reps for both of them issued denials
- 30:08Speaker 1: that they're an item. They're saying that they're just friends.
- 30:12Speaker 1: So how how they got rips? What do you mean? Who? What? What?
- 30:21Speaker 1: What is she doing? What she need to rep? What
- 30:24Speaker 1: is he doing? What he need to rep? She she's
- 30:26Speaker 1: a Miami him from a can of paint. You would
- 30:31Speaker 1: from you would actually got reps. No, I'm telling you,
- 30:38Speaker 1: nobody got no dog gone reps. How mad it is
- 30:42Speaker 1: Scotty Scottie? I bet he's mad at Michael on this
- 30:48Speaker 1: one too. He used to babyshit. I used to baby market.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I just saw Scottie Pippen to hug you. Okay, all right,
- 31:06Speaker 1: as ye. He's a cool dude. But Jordan is like, man,
- 31:12Speaker 1: when I see him, it's just like, what's up, bro,
- 31:15Speaker 1: that's my dude. You know, we don't hang out or
- 31:17Speaker 1: nothing like that. I've always had a great relationship with him.
- 31:20Speaker 1: I thought stop Scotty was find it too. He said
- 31:23Speaker 1: he was better than Michael Jordan. I just knew that
- 31:25Speaker 1: for the last day. Yeah, I'm dementia all the time.
- 31:30Speaker 1: You gonna look because you you started to forget you.
- 31:36Speaker 1: You're forgetting who twenty three was really got. When you
- 31:40Speaker 1: make a statement like that, you have to go to
- 31:43Speaker 1: a clinic because you got head this stuff off man
- 31:48Speaker 1: all the time of dementia. It's early set signs now.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Scotty was good, but Michael Jordan with Michael Scotty was great.
- 31:56Speaker 1: He was Scotty was one of the top badball players
- 32:00Speaker 1: in the league. Yeah, yeah, you know, but your wife
- 32:05Speaker 1: got his shoes on? What your ex wife was a rocket?
- 32:11Speaker 1: Yet got his shoes on? Where your pippins? That made
- 32:26Speaker 1: made all right? Moving on to wow this story right here, um,
- 32:33Speaker 1: I kind of legendary music producer Teddy Riley says the
- 32:36Speaker 1: soldier boy owes his daughter Nia Riley and apology. Take
- 32:39Speaker 1: a listen to Teddy's interview. I'm glad TV Nia's your daughter. Yes,
- 32:44Speaker 1: when you hear some of the stories, Nia claimed that
- 32:46Speaker 1: soldier boy kicked her the stomach while she was pregnant,
- 32:49Speaker 1: put a gun in her head. Uh that type of thing.
- 32:53Speaker 1: As a father, how does that affect you? Well, let
- 32:56Speaker 1: me say this soldier boy knows who I am, and
- 32:59Speaker 1: he knows deep. He knows something very deep. We had
- 33:03Speaker 1: an altercation. I was called a lot of names, and
- 33:06Speaker 1: I got an apology. I'm looking for an apology for
- 33:10Speaker 1: what he's done to my daughter. I'm looking for that
- 33:12Speaker 1: as a man. I'm looking for that, and I think
- 33:16Speaker 1: she deserves it. He killed his daughter. Yeah, I'm whooping
- 33:23Speaker 1: his ass on site every time I see him. I'm
- 33:26Speaker 1: whopping his ass. I'm sorry my daughter. But you know,
- 33:31Speaker 1: I know a little bit about this story because I
- 33:34Speaker 1: know some people, you know, and I got some phone
- 33:35Speaker 1: calls on it. Teddy Riley, ain't ain't no, ain't no,
- 33:40Speaker 1: ain't no pump. Now, I just know I speak on it. Oh,
- 33:45Speaker 1: trust and believe you know. I can't speak on it
- 33:49Speaker 1: because I'm not gonna be the one. But Teddy Riley
- 33:53Speaker 1: was busy, like he said, he deep because he got
- 33:56Speaker 1: he got some people around him, and it got sideway
- 34:00Speaker 1: and what and it made you apologize. Oh yeah, yeah yeah.
- 34:05Speaker 1: But now he won't one for his daughter. That's part
- 34:08Speaker 1: two of the problems. So I can't. Oh, but all
- 34:13Speaker 1: the men out there that got daughters, we already know
- 34:17Speaker 1: you're not you're not doing that part, all right, Yeah,
- 34:23Speaker 1: all right, that one's yeah, all right. Finally in trending
- 34:29Speaker 1: game show news, Um, and we're not talking about family feud.
- 34:33Speaker 1: We're not talking about ready to love guys. Okay, so
- 34:36Speaker 1: calm it down. We're talking about wheel of fortune. Here.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Wheel of Fortune has recently come under fire for televising
- 34:45Speaker 1: a racist puzzle. It's called rhymetime. Rhymetime was the category
- 34:49Speaker 1: it was featured under it and the answer turned out
- 34:52Speaker 1: to be any meany mighty mo, catch a tiger by
- 34:55Speaker 1: the toe. And now that didn't sit well with its viewers.
- 34:59Speaker 1: We've all heard throughout history the original version of this rhyme.
- 35:03Speaker 1: It's rooted in the slave trade and was not used
- 35:07Speaker 1: by children, but by slave owners. Tiger in the rhyme
- 35:11Speaker 1: was originally an in word slur. Instead of tiger, they
- 35:14Speaker 1: used the N word. And many fans are calling now
- 35:18Speaker 1: on a Wheel of Fortune to do better. Why was
- 35:21Speaker 1: this even in there? You know? Yeah? Better? Yeah, but
- 35:27Speaker 1: a category? Yeah. Don't have black people working enough Black
- 35:34Speaker 1: people working in television, and this is what happens when
- 35:38Speaker 1: you don't hire enough black people. Cultural diversity is important
- 35:44Speaker 1: in all areas. When you don't have cultural diversity, then
- 35:48Speaker 1: you have idiotic stuff like this happening. Now, black people
- 35:52Speaker 1: pissed off. Now you see that your hand in your pocket,
- 35:54Speaker 1: you ain't know, I know, gonna where you didn't know
- 35:57Speaker 1: because it don't matter to you, right by a file? Yeah,
- 36:02Speaker 1: all right, coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 36:05Speaker 1: things people wish they could tell their partner without upsetting them.
- 36:09Speaker 1: All right, we'll talk about this right after this. You're
- 36:11Speaker 1: listening to show well. Good communication is one of the
- 36:16Speaker 1: key aspects of a good relationship. It's not always easy.
- 36:21Speaker 1: It's not always easy, guys, to tell your partner everything. Okay.
- 36:25Speaker 1: In fact, most couples hold back at least something out
- 36:28Speaker 1: of fear that they are going to upset their partner
- 36:31Speaker 1: or hurt their feelings. Now Here are a few examples
- 36:34Speaker 1: from reddit dot com. All right, so listen carefully and
- 36:37Speaker 1: if you guys have others you might want to add
- 36:40Speaker 1: or comment on these. He needs to set better boundaries
- 36:43Speaker 1: for his family or their problems, and craziness will consume
- 36:47Speaker 1: us both. He needs to set better boundaries. This is
- 36:51Speaker 1: a wife saying this about her partner. He needs to
- 36:54Speaker 1: set better boundaries with this family, with his family, with
- 36:58Speaker 1: his family or their problems. Craziness is going to consume
- 37:01Speaker 1: us both. Okay, you agree with that. I don't care
- 37:07Speaker 1: you're talking about my MoMA? Is that what you're saying
- 37:11Speaker 1: if you talk about my mom exactly? Because you can't
- 37:13Speaker 1: say that. Yeah, right, can you? No you can't. No, no, no,
- 37:20Speaker 1: absolutely not all right? All right? Speaking of mother, His
- 37:26Speaker 1: mother is not a good person period. Oh no, I
- 37:31Speaker 1: say that. You can't say that. I think that's because
- 37:37Speaker 1: she's not a good person to you. But he couldn't.
- 37:39Speaker 1: He could have been his everything right right, his all
- 37:43Speaker 1: in all. So now you got a problem. Whatever you means. Man,
- 37:47Speaker 1: some days I'm just tired from work and just want
- 37:50Speaker 1: some me time. Can you say? I know you said that.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I felt that. I ain't said. I just went and
- 37:57Speaker 1: got it. Well I've said it. Oh, you just want
- 38:00Speaker 1: some me time? Yeah, I just need some And and
- 38:04Speaker 1: like we have an agreement, you know, because she knows
- 38:07Speaker 1: I talk, I do radio, and then I go do
- 38:10Speaker 1: TV all day and I've been entertaining and talking all
- 38:14Speaker 1: day long. When I get off work, this ain't the
- 38:18Speaker 1: time talking. Now we're meeting the morning for coffee before
- 38:21Speaker 1: I go to work. We get it all out. But
- 38:24Speaker 1: when I come home, Man, she allows that for me
- 38:27Speaker 1: because she knows that my husband getting in front of
- 38:29Speaker 1: that TV, set his food and do what he want
- 38:33Speaker 1: to do. And when he come up and go to bed,
- 38:36Speaker 1: here come up and go to bed, and she come
- 38:38Speaker 1: down then wake me up in that off, Stevie, sleep
- 38:40Speaker 1: in the chair. I don't know how you can sleep
- 38:42Speaker 1: in this chair, but I step in a caf for
- 38:44Speaker 1: three years. Nothing. Yeah, all right? So what are some
- 38:53Speaker 1: of the things you wish you could say but you
- 38:55Speaker 1: know you can't get away with it? Say that again?
- 38:58Speaker 1: What are some of the things you wish you could
- 38:59Speaker 1: say but you know you can't get away with them?
- 39:02Speaker 1: You know you can't say? You getting Come on? I like,
- 39:08Speaker 1: shut the hell up? You get him on my blanketed
- 39:14Speaker 1: blank Hey, what right? You can't say it though? All right,
- 39:21Speaker 1: don't try to Jim too soon? All right, beautiful coming
- 39:27Speaker 1: up in thirty four minutes after we'll have more of
- 39:29Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this. You're listening
- 39:33Speaker 1: to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right. So Steve Shack
- 39:39Speaker 1: says he cannot comment on the Celtics head coach Emiel
- 39:42Speaker 1: Duka's cheating scandal because Shaq himself was a serial cheater.
- 39:48Speaker 1: On a recent episode of his podcast, Shack told his
- 39:52Speaker 1: co host, I am going to step down from this conversation.
- 39:55Speaker 1: I was a serial cheater. It would be crazy and
- 39:58Speaker 1: blasphemous for me to get up here and say boom
- 40:02Speaker 1: boom bam. I can't do that. I know these guys personally.
- 40:06Speaker 1: I know they're they're going through a lot because I
- 40:09Speaker 1: went through a lot. So I mean, we've seen all
- 40:12Speaker 1: the means of social media. Huh would you say I
- 40:16Speaker 1: can respect that? I can respect. I mean, you know what, Look,
- 40:20Speaker 1: I like it better than the Matt Barnes statement, because
- 40:24Speaker 1: with Matt Barnes something, Oh no, I retract my statement. See,
- 40:28Speaker 1: that's what I don't like. I don't like when they
- 40:30Speaker 1: pile on the guy, because guys, when you start piling
- 40:34Speaker 1: on the guy, takes on the tone of wrought self
- 40:36Speaker 1: righteousness to me that I don't care for Now, if
- 40:40Speaker 1: you up ringing the Doebell judgment, if you're ringing the
- 40:43Speaker 1: doughbell with a ring thing on it, and you got
- 40:46Speaker 1: a recording to you and there talking on the damn
- 40:49Speaker 1: Doebell and her husband here, and I don't care what
- 40:53Speaker 1: you're doing. That's stupid. I don't. I don't know how
- 40:59Speaker 1: you go over somebody house that's married, I don't. I
- 41:01Speaker 1: don't know what that is. If it's room, if it's true,
- 41:04Speaker 1: that's it for me. But as far as he out
- 41:08Speaker 1: of line, how could he. I can't believe he val judgment,
- 41:12Speaker 1: the self righteousness. I don't like that. I keep hearing
- 41:15Speaker 1: from all these people on TV, all these sports commentators
- 41:18Speaker 1: and stuff. I'd been gonna like, wait a minute, mat, whoa, whoa,
- 41:22Speaker 1: whoa whoa. Are y'all for real? M h, do you
- 41:26Speaker 1: know what's really happening in this world? Men and women?
- 41:30Speaker 1: M level? Yeah, that is what is the question. The
- 41:36Speaker 1: question is, Okay, you know, women are saying if men
- 41:40Speaker 1: cheat on people like Beyonce, if they cheat on Halle Berry,
- 41:43Speaker 1: if they cheat on Nia Long, if men are cheating
- 41:46Speaker 1: on them, do other women really have a chance. I mean,
- 41:49Speaker 1: these are some of the most beautiful women in the world. Nay, yeah,
- 41:56Speaker 1: So the question is cheat because there are women willing
- 42:01Speaker 1: to cheat with them. Y'all keep blaming it on the man,
- 42:05Speaker 1: but just too many women out there willing to cheat
- 42:08Speaker 1: with them. It's cheating is a two way street. It
- 42:11Speaker 1: ain't just the guy's fault. The woman know this man?
- 42:15Speaker 1: Is this that woman wanted to If the rumor was
- 42:18Speaker 1: true that the woman was married, she married, anybody saying
- 42:21Speaker 1: nothing about her. She ain't losing her job exactly, and
- 42:25Speaker 1: that isn't that is an issue that her name has
- 42:28Speaker 1: been kept silent in all of this. You know it
- 42:30Speaker 1: hasn't come out in the media like his name and
- 42:32Speaker 1: all of that. But are you wait? Say that statement again?
- 42:37Speaker 1: Men cheat because women allow them to cheat with them.
- 42:40Speaker 1: A lot of men cheat because there's so many women
- 42:42Speaker 1: willing to cheat with them. It's seating is a two
- 42:46Speaker 1: way street. Stop this nonsense about because a woman is beautiful,
- 42:51Speaker 1: what to chance do the rest of us have? That's
- 42:54Speaker 1: not what it's about. But women ain't about your beauty.
- 42:57Speaker 1: It ain't about because so you'll cheat with an ugly woman?
- 43:05Speaker 1: Is that what you're saying? I mean, explain your comments.
- 43:11Speaker 1: We want to know. Explain your comments. This is for women.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Women ended myself sure that you even asked this. I
- 43:17Speaker 1: have not cheated in my marriage at all. Why is
- 43:19Speaker 1: you try me talking to me? First of all, you've
- 43:21Speaker 1: been two weeks whatever, It's all I got. I just
- 43:31Speaker 1: don't think that women should keep the same narrative that
- 43:35Speaker 1: they have going right now about if a man would
- 43:39Speaker 1: cheat on these types of women, do us regular women
- 43:42Speaker 1: have a choice? That you're looking at it wrong. It
- 43:45Speaker 1: has nothing to do with your specialty. A man cheats
- 43:51Speaker 1: for other reasons. It ain't got nothing to do with
- 43:54Speaker 1: how beautiful you are, how powerful, how much money you got.
- 43:59Speaker 1: It's to read the same reason women cheat because you
- 44:03Speaker 1: yield to temptation. We're talking about men right now. Listen, women,
- 44:07Speaker 1: whatever you like before you got married, it's the same
- 44:11Speaker 1: thing you're gonna like after you get married. Why we
- 44:15Speaker 1: don't understand that? All right? Frank phone call coming up
- 44:20Speaker 1: next to No they got mad? Right, Brank phone call
- 44:23Speaker 1: coming up next with the never saying what he say?
- 44:28Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at
- 44:33Speaker 1: the top of the hour, right about four minutes after.
- 44:36Speaker 1: It's my Strawberry letter for today, and the subject is
- 44:39Speaker 1: he talks all the time and at the wrong time.
- 44:43Speaker 1: All right, we'll get into that and find out what
- 44:44Speaker 1: that's all about in just a few because right now
- 44:47Speaker 1: the nephew is here with today's frank phone call. What
- 44:50Speaker 1: you got for us? Nev deep? You want me to
- 44:53Speaker 1: go with it? Deep? Knee deep and stupid all the
- 44:57Speaker 1: way just up to your neck and stupid. I before
- 44:59Speaker 1: you want to go with here's I'll have this question
- 45:02Speaker 1: for you. How deep can you go? Can you go deep?
- 45:09Speaker 1: Deep stupid. Yeah, let's go all right, this ray it's

- 45:38Speaker 1: does you manage? You're the manager of the band? T right? Correct? Correct? Correct?
- 45:42Speaker 1: What's upplication? Allrect? All right? We want to book you
- 45:45Speaker 1: guys for I think it's gonna be in February. All right,

- 45:59Speaker 1: I think so. Yeah. Okay, let'll tell you what. We're
- 46:02Speaker 1: gonna go through a little check minus lives here. Make
- 46:06Speaker 1: sure we on same page, and we got everything's gonna
- 46:09Speaker 1: be good that night. But I hear you guys. You
- 46:12Speaker 1: got I'll tell you something. You guys come highly recommended.

- 46:18Speaker 1: that we're the best thing out there. Yeah, it's all
- 46:21Speaker 1: good sounds all good sounds perfect. All right, Now let's
- 46:24Speaker 1: talk about money, because that's always the most crucial thing
- 46:27Speaker 1: to talk about. Now, you guys, sounds good. H You
- 46:31Speaker 1: guys are supposed to be What about what thirty five
- 46:33Speaker 1: hundred for what I understand? Correct? All right? How many?
- 46:37Speaker 1: How many hours do I get you to? Thirty five hundred? So?
- 46:40Speaker 1: What time we starting at? We're gonna start that. We're
- 46:43Speaker 1: gonna start seven product seven thirty, you know, get get
- 46:47Speaker 1: that thing jumping off about seven thirty. I think that's
- 46:48Speaker 1: gonna be good. Yeah, we could play till like I
- 46:51Speaker 1: guess put out ten o'clock, seven thirty teen. I'm correct. Yeah,
- 46:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna pay something. They not gonna get going good
- 46:59Speaker 1: till about ten. So I'm gonna say I'm gonna say
- 47:03Speaker 1: this to you right now. You say, you guys could
- 47:06Speaker 1: probably go to midnight, maybe twelve thirty if I if
- 47:09Speaker 1: I make that thing a nice five thousand dollars, sounds
- 47:12Speaker 1: good to me. You could definitely work with that. You
- 47:15Speaker 1: can work with that. Yeah, Yeah, well we'll commendate. It's
- 47:18Speaker 1: gonna be an awesome party. We're gonna we're gonna bring this. Okay,
- 47:21Speaker 1: we got that out of way. I'll tell you what
- 47:24Speaker 1: I think. The main thing that we haven't gone over
- 47:26Speaker 1: is we haven't gone over to songs. And that's what
- 47:30Speaker 1: that's what's gonna be important for this show down. Now
- 47:32Speaker 1: you you can I you got a pin and a pad.
- 47:35Speaker 1: You can write this down? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I write
- 47:37Speaker 1: it down? All right, down, Give me a second, now,
- 47:39Speaker 1: go ahead? All right, all right, yeah yeah, I got
- 47:44Speaker 1: all right, I'm ready. I just want to be clear
- 47:46Speaker 1: you guys, when you go, when you gotta go do gigs,
- 47:49Speaker 1: you do have people that want certain songs. Am I
- 47:53Speaker 1: right a wrong? Yeah? Usually yeah, if you got a request,
- 47:56Speaker 1: definitely let us know we could commodate. All Right, well,
- 47:59Speaker 1: here we go, Here we go. I want you to
- 48:02Speaker 1: right this down. I got I got something that we
- 48:04Speaker 1: gotta make sure. This is gonna be doing the height
- 48:06Speaker 1: of the party. Here we go. Okay, Friends in Low
- 48:10Speaker 1: Places by Garth Brooks. Okay, right, Kennisee Whiskey. That's Chris Faithfulton.
- 48:17Speaker 1: You know that. Okay, I'm not telling the fun that's
- 48:21Speaker 1: Jason all the hold off for a second. Is that
- 48:24Speaker 1: country music? That's country music? Well, that that's that's that's
- 48:28Speaker 1: that's everything. We gonna do. Everything we gonna do that said,
- 48:32Speaker 1: that's gonna be country bro. I gotta tell you right now, man,
- 48:36Speaker 1: R and B. That's our specialty. Did you not know that?
- 48:40Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. We played R and B.
- 48:41Speaker 1: You did not know that? Oh? All I know is
- 48:45Speaker 1: you guys come high commend They tell me you guys
- 48:49Speaker 1: to say any thing in the world. All I know
- 48:52Speaker 1: is I want that gun country. I want you to
- 48:54Speaker 1: do that gun country music going on around here that.
- 48:58Speaker 1: But you know, our specialty is an R and B.
- 49:01Speaker 1: That's our specialty. You know what I'm saying. It's it's
- 49:03Speaker 1: not like we're trained monkeys where we could just learn
- 49:05Speaker 1: something new last mint like that. You know what I'm saying.
- 49:07Speaker 1: That's man, let's let's get let's get one. Let's get
- 49:11Speaker 1: one thing understood. You're the person that said monkey, I
- 49:16Speaker 1: ain't seck, but y'all yo, I'm just I'm no. And
- 49:21Speaker 1: you know that we're an R and D band. That's
- 49:24Speaker 1: our big thing. That's what we promote ourselves as. Let
- 49:27Speaker 1: me ask you something, Richie. Something you not do you
- 49:32Speaker 1: not want to make the five dound? No of that?
- 49:36Speaker 1: You and I have already negotiating. I don't like being
- 49:39Speaker 1: disrespected though, you know what I'm saying, no disrespecting, You're
- 49:43Speaker 1: just we're an R and B band. We all country.
- 49:47Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Hang it, don't hang Richie.
- 49:50Speaker 1: You got something here, strength of music. I have no
- 49:52Speaker 1: problem with country music. It's just that we have a
- 49:54Speaker 1: full horn section, which doesn't really work with country music.
- 49:58Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. We play R and B.
- 50:00Speaker 1: It's not our genre. Well, I got what year you
- 50:04Speaker 1: should doing. But if I don't hear uh, let me
- 50:11Speaker 1: see your girl Old by Cole Swindale didn't didn't that.
- 50:15Speaker 1: It ain't gonna work for me. I gotta get man,
- 50:18Speaker 1: I gotta get slow burned by Tim Heats. I gotta
- 50:21Speaker 1: get all my rowdy friends are coming over by I
- 50:25Speaker 1: hain't Williams. I mean that, y'all. You know what wait
- 50:27Speaker 1: wait wait wait wait. Karvin over at the bank is
- 50:30Speaker 1: tell them any that you guys can say anything in
- 50:33Speaker 1: the world. I know you ain't telling me that. Kevin's lyne.
- 50:37Speaker 1: I mean he's maybe he should have told you explicitly
- 50:40Speaker 1: what we do and what we play. You know what
- 50:42Speaker 1: I'm saying, I've never met anybody in my life. I'm
- 50:45Speaker 1: playing palm playing guard Brooks Chris Stapleton, Jason Now, Dane
- 50:49Speaker 1: Brooks and Duns, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindale. Lady, ain't you
- 50:54Speaker 1: don't sit here and tell me you can't play none
- 50:57Speaker 1: of these songs. I want you to get on the
- 51:00Speaker 1: stage and sing the songs that we won't. We ain't
- 51:04Speaker 1: got time to find another group. Everybody. I don't feel
- 51:07Speaker 1: about your stupid party. You know what I'm saying. You
- 51:10Speaker 1: came to us to play music, and then we told
- 51:13Speaker 1: you what we do right now, right now, you know,
- 51:16Speaker 1: right now, I feel like I feel like we had
- 51:18Speaker 1: a standoff and the Okay, all right, all right, let
- 51:25Speaker 1: me let me talk to my band, all right, because
- 51:27Speaker 1: this is going this is going unnecessary too far, you
- 51:30Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Maybe we can make it work,
- 51:32Speaker 1: all right. Let me let me ask you something. Is
- 51:35Speaker 1: Dre the bass player? Yeah? Correct? Okay? Can I tell
- 51:39Speaker 1: you something about Dre? What about them? Tree? Got me
- 51:43Speaker 1: to play phone call you? This is Nephew taught me
- 51:47Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Baby, you just got
- 51:50Speaker 1: pranked by your boy in the band dream Damn. Okay,
- 52:02Speaker 1: I gotta ask you something, man, What is the baddest
- 52:05Speaker 1: and I mean the baddest radio show in the land,
- 52:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Come on, come on Tennessee Whiskey.
- 52:15Speaker 1: I love that song though, Come on Tetrip music. Yeah,
- 52:22Speaker 1: that's a good one, right, got all these voices, Timmy Man,
- 52:25Speaker 1: you and all those boys. It's a slowly on the
- 52:31Speaker 1: way back. Julian Man for real man. Yeah, waiting for that.
- 52:38Speaker 1: Each day you get strong day stronger. We gotta get,
- 52:41Speaker 1: we gotta get. We gotta get Deacon death jam back.
- 52:43Speaker 1: We're waiting on that, boys. Yeah, okay, just for stage purposes.
- 52:48Speaker 1: We're waiting on you jeans boys. He got to come back.
- 52:50Speaker 1: It's just there's too much up in there. Light up
- 52:53Speaker 1: in there. I got you have a lot of people
- 52:57Speaker 1: in your hand, old meal, old meal up in my head.
- 52:59Speaker 1: I gotta let them out sometimes, you know, there's some
- 53:01Speaker 1: people in my head that I gotta make sure that
- 53:03Speaker 1: they are safe and sound and they get to live again. Yeah,
- 53:06Speaker 1: you know. So they went through this whole process with you,
- 53:09Speaker 1: all of oh, all of us was in that hospital room.
- 53:12Speaker 1: You don't understand it, boy, we was all in there together.
- 53:16Speaker 1: Did the nurses and doctors meet any of them prior
- 53:21Speaker 1: to the surgery, Yes, prior to Yeah, okay, we'll be
- 53:27Speaker 1: waiting for waiting for the voices to come back, and
- 53:29Speaker 1: I'll be letting everybody know when I'm grabbing a microphone.
- 53:31Speaker 1: It'll be sometime in November. The voice will be back.
- 53:34Speaker 1: By the end, we'll be we'll be back rocking and rolling,
- 53:37Speaker 1: all right, thinking, Nephew, Coming up next, Strawberry Letter. The

- 54:14Speaker 1: it for you. Here It is Rowberry Letter. Thank you,
- 54:18Speaker 1: nep you. Subject he talks all the time and at
- 54:21Speaker 1: the wrong time. All right. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm in
- 54:25Speaker 1: a relationship with a man that is a contributor on
- 54:28Speaker 1: our local news. He's also an auctioneer at an auto auction.
- 54:33Speaker 1: He makes all of his money by talking. Whenever we
- 54:37Speaker 1: go to dinner or anywhere out in public, he holds
- 54:40Speaker 1: a conversation with others and I'm standing there nudging him
- 54:43Speaker 1: to leave folks alone. All during my reality shows, he
- 54:47Speaker 1: asked me who is who is who? And why the
- 54:50Speaker 1: people act like that. I hate when he's over to
- 54:53Speaker 1: my house when I'm watching my favorite shows. He even
- 54:56Speaker 1: talks during church. Last Sunday, he interpreted a sermon to
- 55:00Speaker 1: me until the lady next to us gave him an
- 55:02Speaker 1: evil side eye and forced him to shut up. We
- 55:06Speaker 1: argued all the way back to my house that day.
- 55:09Speaker 1: The absolute worst times he wants to strike up a
- 55:12Speaker 1: conversation are when I am trying to use the bathroom
- 55:15Speaker 1: or taking a shower, or in the middle of sex.
- 55:18Speaker 1: I try to go to the bathroom before he comes
- 55:20Speaker 1: to my house or before I go to his house
- 55:22Speaker 1: because I can't have any privacy. I started locking the
- 55:25Speaker 1: door if I absolutely cannot hold it, But he'll come
- 55:30Speaker 1: to the door and start talking to me. Even though
- 55:33Speaker 1: we've been dating two years, it's still an uncomfortable feeling.
- 55:37Speaker 1: I also hate when we are in the groove in
- 55:39Speaker 1: bed and he starts talking. He asked if I ever
- 55:42Speaker 1: thought about cheating on him. He's asked if I ever
- 55:44Speaker 1: think another man can top him in the bedroom. He
- 55:47Speaker 1: even asked if the sex will be as good, will
- 55:50Speaker 1: be this good if we get married. I'm like, just
- 55:53Speaker 1: please enjoy the moment and huj I love him so
- 55:57Speaker 1: much and I see a bright future with him, But
- 55:59Speaker 1: he has got to leave all of that talking at
- 56:02Speaker 1: his jobs. Ignoring him during sex or any other time
- 56:05Speaker 1: hasn't worked out. Is this a character flaw that can
- 56:08Speaker 1: be changed? Or should I yell STU when he gets
- 56:16Speaker 1: on my nerves? I can't believe you let it go
- 56:19Speaker 1: on for this long with mister Kent or won't shut up?
- 56:24Speaker 1: This isn't that hard of a fix. I don't think
- 56:27Speaker 1: you know, although you've pictured yourself in your mind, I'm
- 56:29Speaker 1: sure many times yelling shut the blink up to him,
- 56:32Speaker 1: that's not going to solve his incessant talking. It will
- 56:36Speaker 1: only cause more problems. Like you know, he might hurt
- 56:39Speaker 1: his feelings, or he might get indignant with you. You
- 56:43Speaker 1: might even start another argument, and maybe God forbid more
- 56:47Speaker 1: talking on his part. He's a news reporter, so he
- 56:50Speaker 1: probably enjoys the sound of his own voice and never
- 56:54Speaker 1: gets tired of hearing himself talk. And it sounds like
- 56:57Speaker 1: he has a lot of fans who like it too.
- 57:00Speaker 1: So you know, some people get really uncomfortable in silence.
- 57:04Speaker 1: Have you ever known those kinds of people? They got
- 57:06Speaker 1: to talk. They can't stand the silence. They have to
- 57:09Speaker 1: make some kind of noise or say something. They don't
- 57:12Speaker 1: know that they don't have to be on all the time.
- 57:15Speaker 1: They don't have to. They just don't know how to
- 57:18Speaker 1: turn it off or separate themselves from who they are
- 57:22Speaker 1: and what they do from what they do. The thing
- 57:24Speaker 1: is he needs some boundaries, see because for two years
- 57:28Speaker 1: you've let him talk and talk and talk, and now
- 57:31Speaker 1: you're sick of it. So you have to say something.
- 57:34Speaker 1: I mean, you know, not arguing about it, but you
- 57:37Speaker 1: got to say something. I know you wish you could say,
- 57:39Speaker 1: shut the blink up, but that's rude. So the next
- 57:42Speaker 1: time he starts talking while you're watching your reality shows,
- 57:45Speaker 1: for instance, tell them we can talk later, honey, I'm
- 57:48Speaker 1: watching my show right now. Or in church, you know,
- 57:52Speaker 1: tell him something. You know you're trying to listen to
- 57:54Speaker 1: the sermon. You've got to open up your mouth and
- 57:57Speaker 1: start talking. You have to do that. He talks to
- 58:00Speaker 1: you much. You don't talk enough to him about what
- 58:03Speaker 1: he's doing. Steve, this letter, you're talking. You wrote this
- 58:07Speaker 1: letter to somebody talk all the things m because I
- 58:11Speaker 1: ain't got no choice. But let me. I'm gonna walk
- 58:13Speaker 1: you through this letter. Then at the end, I'm gonna
- 58:15Speaker 1: show you the fix for I'm in a relationship with
- 58:18Speaker 1: a man that's a contributor on our local news. That's
- 58:22Speaker 1: a lot of talking, and he's an authoritative position. Keep
- 58:26Speaker 1: passing out of information, He's all said, an auctioneer at
- 58:30Speaker 1: an auto office. Now he's talking a lot and faster
- 58:34Speaker 1: as HAYTENI pty hundred dollars when I got the phone,
- 58:39Speaker 1: I got forty one dollars. Got follow one forty follower?
- 58:41Speaker 1: Can I get forty five five six two six two
- 58:46Speaker 1: six two dollars? Man? I want helpline. Hey, I'm gonna
- 58:48Speaker 1: six seventy seventy five, seventy five dollars. I'm gonna go
- 58:52Speaker 1: down one hundred, and I'll need ye looking for five.
- 58:54Speaker 1: I'm five going to one. Scary, haven't got another one
- 58:57Speaker 1: seventy five. See right there, Okay, I think you should
- 59:01Speaker 1: break up with him. That's just right off what I
- 59:07Speaker 1: just did right there. I leave. Yeah, but let's try
- 59:13Speaker 1: to work through this. Then, when y'all out in public,
- 59:17Speaker 1: he talking to everybody having conversation. You nudge, and because
- 59:20Speaker 1: he just keeps talking to people, he thinks people like
- 59:25Speaker 1: to hear what he has to say because he's a
- 59:28Speaker 1: news anchor and he's an auctioneer. Then she said, I
- 59:33Speaker 1: hate when he's over to my house, when he watching
- 59:35Speaker 1: my favorite shows. He even talks doing church. Last Sunday,
- 59:40Speaker 1: he interpretated and interpreted the sermon to me until the
- 59:44Speaker 1: lady next to us gave him an evil I forced
- 59:47Speaker 1: him to shut up. I don't know how you interpreted
- 59:49Speaker 1: the sermon. I would love to see how that go,
- 59:53Speaker 1: but I don't know if the only way you can
- 59:56Speaker 1: do that is you got to be up there with
- 59:57Speaker 1: the pastor you can't be in the back. You know,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: and God seeing you know he talked about God. No
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: that heals your body. You know he's referring to that's
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: a sick refer to die O own self, be true.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Cut out on his line. See that is right here,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: already struggling in church sometime, I can't be struggling with
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: you too, so we gotta we gotta figure this out.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: I have a fix for you at the end of
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: the letter. The rest of it is just I can't
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: help it. All right, Hang on, Steve, we'll have part
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: two of your response coming up at twenty three minutes
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: after the hour. Today's Strawberry letter. Subject he talks all
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: the time and at the wrong time. We'll get back
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening show, all right,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: is he talks all the time and at the wrong time.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: This lady in bad shape. She's married to a news anchor. Guy.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: He talked all the time, auctioneer. He running his mouth again,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: and he fast hand them phote out of photos came
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: him in two dollars up. I did. That was like,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: And then I said right after that I would break
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: up with him about it because I'm not gonna be
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: able to fix you into the end of this matter.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: He taught the whole conversation in public with people because
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: he thinks people like hearing him talking. Because he loves
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: him so he's assuming everybody else left. So now, she says,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: and he talks all doing my reality shows. He asked me,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: who is this and why people act like that? I
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: hate when he over my holbum and I'm watching my
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: favorite shows. He even talks doing church Last Sunday, he
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: interpreted the sermon to me until the lady next to
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: us gave him an evil lion force to the shut up.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: We are him. That surely what I want you to do,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: very quickly, just a few lines, recite a couple of
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: scriptures to me that the pastor might say. And I'm
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: gonna show you what he's doing to me walking this show.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Just any okay? Um, we love because God first loved us.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: You know, ain't nobody loved us the God started. He
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: started this whole love thing people all over the wh
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: love trained That was him, you know. For the love
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: of money, that was him. Yeah, he started all this
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: hit for He shary. All things work together for the
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: good of those who love the Lord and are called
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to his purpose. You know now what the what the
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: man is saying right there, like you know, if you
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: long as you love him, it's all good. Don't even
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: worry about it. It's all good. You know, somebody bust
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: you upside your head with a hammer. It's all good.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: It's all good. It is. It's good because it's working together.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: That's you're gonna get somebody of this hamble buster of
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: fast and one last one shy Jesus wept. You know,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: that's where all his crime come from. Because if Jesus,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: how you ain't boy, cry cry, cry, cry cry. That's
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: why babies cry. Jesus, That's exactly where it comes from.
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: Because if Jesus will, how you gonna hold it in?
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: You got to cry? Amen? I mean, look who her
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: daddy was right there? That's how you breaking it down,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: right right, Look who his daddy was. And he cried.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Now look at your daddy. You are to be crying
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: over that. So later next to him, shut that down.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: The absolute worst times he wants to strike up a conversation.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: It's what I'm trying to use the bath food. See,
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: I told you gotta break up with him, because once
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: I get in this bathroom and I don't hung my
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: clothes up on that hook on that back door, I can't.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: You can't talk to me. I got to focus too much.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: Focus really, Oh, I'm taking the shower or in the
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: middle of sex. We're gonna get to at a minute,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: I try to go to the bathroom, boy come to
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: the house, or before I go to his house. Because
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: I can't have any problems. I started locking the door
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: if I absolutely can't hold it, but he'll come to
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: the doing just started talking you and now, but how
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: your hair? You think the dog got locked. It ain't
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: locked by his damn so and even though we've been
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: dating two years, is still uncomfortable. Also hate when we're
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: in the groove in bed and he starts talking to
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: hear what's better really about? He asked me if I
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: think another man can top him in the bedroom. He
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: asked if the sex will be as good as we
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: getting married. I'm like, just please enjoy the moment and hush.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: I love him so much and I see a bright
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: future with him. But he has got to leave all
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: that talking at his job. Ignoring him doing sex or
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: any other time hasn't worked out. It is a character
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: flaw that can be changed or shit. I just shut
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: the hell up when he gets on my nerves. No,
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: you said, ignoring him doing don't work. The only way
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: to shut this down is you gonna have to start
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: answer some of these questions directly. You've thought about cheating
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: on me? I've considered it. It has crossed my mind,
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: is one of those times right now, because really I
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: have thought about it because I've had never had to
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: deal with this before. So just being honest with you,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: Have I thought about cheating on you? No, I have not,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: but the cross had the thought has crossed my mind
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: many times, and I just wanted to be honest with
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: you since you love and talk now I'm talking back. Yeah,
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: it has crossed my mind. And then the next question,
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: is that another man that could top me in the bedroom? Well,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: as a matter of fact, I know about eight guys.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Number yeah, I want you to know it's a big
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: number two. And then just in case you asked me
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: who was it, it's about eight and I'm not gonna
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: have trouble remember their names either. They was bringing it.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, you're not doing as good
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: a job as you. Thank you, Afy. I don't know
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: why you keep asking me, has another man ever topped
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: you in the bedroom? Damn to everybody I've been with,
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: you know, just to be honest with y'all, just talking
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: to you, you know we're talking about. See what I
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: think you'll do to start answering some of these questions.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: You know, say my name, Well, if I hadn't to
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: been with so many people previous, I might be able
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: to remember your name. But right now my focus is
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: somewhere else, and I may call you somebody else's name.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: So that's why I think you need to start answering
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: some of these damn questions. And then he gonna quit
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: talking in that bedroom poster coming thank you, Steve on
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: today's Strubberry letter at Steve Harvey. Really I'm done. I'm
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: coming up with forty six minutes after the hour in

- 1:08:54Speaker 1: Getting the squirrels getting out there with all that fake

- 1:09:05Speaker 1: watching the Let's get to this other story up for
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: Gritney Grinder. H you know Britney Grinder is still in Russia,
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: locked up and detained. Uh. Kim Mulki, her former coach
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: at Baylor, she's not a head coach for LSU, would
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: decline to speak about her. She said, I will not

- 1:10:43Speaker 1: forty four. We're about to get married in a few weeks,
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: but she's constantly wanting to go out and run the streets.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: What can I say or do to get her to
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: realize that we're about to be married. Well, if she
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: don't know this, y'all, I don't really know what to
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: tell you. But as far as her being fifty one
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: and she's older than you, I want to commend you
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: because one of the things that probably attracted her to
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: you is your ass sound old. So congratulation immediately closed
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: the gap with your boys, because yeah, she thought you
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: was younger because your ass sound as old as her.

- 1:15:06Speaker 1: In is a major storm with heavy winds and dumbing
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: at least two to three months worth of rainfall by Friday. Carla,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: of course, you've been a lot of hurricanes. This storm
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: is serious. Yes, Carla, Junior, Timmy were all Houstonians. Yes
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: we are. We are professional hurricanes. That is true, living
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: in New Orleans. That that is true. But a warning
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: means you have to act now. A watch is you
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: know conditions, you know, stay alert. Well warning it's not
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: a game, it's not a drill. You need to listen
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: to the local authorities. It takes a long time to
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: evacuate millions of people. So when they tell you to leave,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: it's it's a system that they have in places. Don't
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: be trying to ride it out and save your property.

- 1:16:03Speaker 1: get out when they tell you to get out, that's true,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: it is not. We've been through a lot of them. Man,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: a bunch of them. Yeah. Well, Governor Ron DeSantis and

- 1:17:41Speaker 1: and you get knocked out. You don't get penalized for that. No,
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: that's a win. So by any means necessary, huh No,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: not by any means necessary. But it's the win, winning
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: at all costs. Okay, you can't play fair. People ain't
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: playing fair with you. Okay, Yeah, welcome to America. Yeah,
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: buffing to life? Yeah, all right, all right? Would you
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: rather be unable to speak the truth or unable to lie?
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: I got the bear to lie? I got you know there?
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: If I might, well, going on go back to not
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: talking again, But I got it. I don't understand how
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: you phrase it. But would you rather not be able
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: to Would you rather be unable to speak the truth
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: or unable to lie? Ye? Hey, not be able to
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: speak the truth? Come on over, you have to lie.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: I can make up good enough lie where it sounds true.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: Convince us that it is the truth. Yeah, because first
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: of all, truth, the truth is overrated. That's not what
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: you want. The truth up? The truth? Don't hear yours?
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: It's family, it's families won't even be families no more.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: If we came in here and just told the truth.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: It's family. You don't love him no more. You're gonna
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: love this lie. I got whatever line I got for
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: you're gonna love that. You're gonna won't get the point
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: he said. The truth is underrated, No overrated, over sometimes
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: sometimes it is all the time. Let me tell you later.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: First of all, let me explain something to y'all. Y'all
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: don't tell the truth all the time, and you don't
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: because you can't. That's the truth. Why y'all acting like
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Lyne is so wrong when y'all do it. But you
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: said that he was overrated. It's overrated, you say, I
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: don't mean that. March yesty blanket off his face and
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: you knew the baby wasn't cute. We'll have some clothing
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey right after you're
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: listening to show. All right, guys, here we are last
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: break of the day on this Thursday. You all have
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: last break. We were talking about the truth, and I
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: was saying that the truth is overraped. You would you
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: rather question? What was the question? Sureley that you asked.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: The question that would you rather question? Was would you
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: rather be unable to speak the truth or unable to lie?
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: Would you rather and we all said we'd rather be
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: able to die. We got the truth, Yeah, we got
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: because you have to lie. We have to because that
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: line is critical. Why is it so critical? And the
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: truth isn't Let me ask? Let me Yeah, y'all, y'all,
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: y'all ain't lied this week here, it's not lie. He said,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: the truth was overrated. It's it's overrated. Politicians lie. Herschel walker, lie, Yes,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: governing up my health Florida Lite. I was, I was CIA.
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: I probably shouldn't have told y'all that shitter. Herschel said back, yeah,
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: Herschel walks. Herchel said, what have you seen this FBI? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: you know I was once in the FBI. Oh, I
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: probably should your toes all that shitter. It wasn't true,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: FBI said, He's never been a member of the FBI.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: So I'm just telling y'all. You all act like you
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: can't listen to me, But y'all lie all the time.
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: On the baby is so cute, y'all know, stop talking
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: about your baby. You can not tell people the truth
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: about the child. But that little cute little baby. I
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: have had my boy on you. He pulled a blanket
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: off his little boy, and it was shocking how ugly
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: this thingy is. And guess what I did? What what
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: you didn't say? Well I did better than lie. What
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: I actually told the truth, but I made it sound
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: like a compliment. Okay, let's hear this. Do you remember
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: what you said? Because when you showed me a little
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: glass boy, I said, boy boy, that boyler just like
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: and you know, people think that's a compliment. It was
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: really just truth onion ugly hand and that little bigger
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: I said, man, boy, just like you man, thank you man?
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: I know. Is that where you got boys your daddy from? Yeah?
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: And if you if you effectively lie, it can be
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: miskewed as the truth that's come true. Like, ask me
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: any question and I'm gonna show you how by any question. Anybody,
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: do you have to go to work today? Anything? Oh? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: I definitely got to go to work that day. But
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: it's truthful. That's the truth, right, Yeah, that sounds noteful
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: TV season. You don't have to let's see see our
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: sweetie line. Why why was that necessary? Because see, I
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: don't I don't want you playing it nothing for me.
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: I was playing it nothing for you. For you to
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: answer the when you call me later on the day
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: and I'll answer your call, and you're gonna say, oh,
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: he must be at work. I just didn't want to
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: talk your heads. So you're selfish. You're lying for selfish reason.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: You call it whatever you want to call it, what
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: it is? Have you ever lied to your h of course? Yeah?
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: Are we getting somewhere? So, I mean, the thing about
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: it is, I mean what I mean, Like you say,
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: everybody lies? That's that. Ye, people don't lie. What's the
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: problem when I admit it? No, the problem is you
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: said the truth is overrated? So you're lying for no reason?
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Do you have to work today? Yes? Why is that?
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: You just got But you're because it's comment problem. You lie.
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: To stay sharp at lying, you gotta stay good at
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: it sport. You gotta practice practice. Man, ask me another
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: question anything. What kind of car do you drive? I sold?
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: Why is that necessarily for that? I don't understand that way.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: I'm not gonna ask you to borrow your car. In
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: case you do, I've yet line with a purpose, a
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: phrase for it. I got a question, Yeah, let me
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: can I borrow? Can I borrow ten thousand dollars? Absolutely?
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: You can't. Oh, thank you. Well, yeah, I didn't say
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: you could get it from me. I just you and
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: then I hang up right after that. Okay, let me
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: ask you this. Do you just light of women? Tom?

- 1:25:32Speaker 1: truth for what but a lot to him? Y'all lied
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: to him because see how the lie made him feel better? Yeah,
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: I see it was a lot with a purpose. I
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: lied to make him feel better. And I'm telling you
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: right now, I'm not coming down that damn hospital. How
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: many times he either had crisis, I'm not going down there,
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: you know, just because you're in the hospital now I
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: got to go. Do you ever tell the truth? I
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: tell the truth a lot of time. I can ask
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: me something, I'll tell you the truth. Let me ask
