- 0:06Speaker 1: CEO Frasier Net, a company founded over thirty years ago.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Dr GEORGI. Fraser renowned networking guru, business leader, author and
- 0:15Speaker 1: entrepreneur who was regarded as one of those foremost respected
- 0:18Speaker 1: authorities on entrepreneurship and building generational wealth and economic empowerment
- 0:24Speaker 1: for the black community. He will be talking about his
- 0:26Speaker 1: annual Power Networking conference plus give us some great value
- 0:30Speaker 1: about how we can be successful in our own everyday life.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Please welcome back to money Making Conversation. Dr George C. Fraser.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Oh God, bless you. Good to hear you. I love
- 0:41Speaker 1: the I've always I've always loved the energy and your voice. Uh. Hell,
- 0:45Speaker 1: you motivate me and I'm a motive there. Well you
- 0:47Speaker 1: know that's always a company because you know you It's like,
- 0:50Speaker 1: you know, I'm sure when Michael Jordan got on the court,
- 0:52Speaker 1: and I call you, Michael Jordan did every shot McDonald,
- 0:55Speaker 1: I just thought myself to be a little bit Uh.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I'm not even gonna say lebron are and I'm not
- 1:00Speaker 1: even lebro But you Michael Jordan, John Fraser understand that
- 1:05Speaker 1: we are respected in this business of entrepreneurship because you
- 1:09Speaker 1: all know, like now entrepreneurs are some almost become a fad,
- 1:12Speaker 1: just like the worry branding has become a fad. But
- 1:15Speaker 1: you know you started this whole networking in a relationship
- 1:19Speaker 1: before it was even vogue. Talk about the high wars
- 1:23Speaker 1: when we started the Fraser networking and now how it
- 1:25Speaker 1: is now, especially with social media being so prevalent in
- 1:29Speaker 1: the process of networking. Yeah, that that's an excellent point,
- 1:33Speaker 1: ra Shan. Social media has helped all of us to
- 1:37Speaker 1: stay connected, to get connected, uh and to leverage more
- 1:41Speaker 1: effectively our collective resources and intellectual capital and uh so
- 1:47Speaker 1: I love it. It has really helped to spread the
- 1:50Speaker 1: word about economic development and wealth creation. That helped us,
- 1:54Speaker 1: in fact, to understand the rules for for financial success.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I mean, actually, there are three basic rules. There are
- 2:02Speaker 1: three basic rules, uh that will if you're looking for
- 2:07Speaker 1: financial freedom. If you follow these three basic rules, there's
- 2:11Speaker 1: no way that you can go wrong. Rule number one,
- 2:14Speaker 1: your rent or mortgage should be less than what you
- 2:18Speaker 1: make in a week. I cannot tell you how many
- 2:20Speaker 1: black people are house for your rent or mortgage should
- 2:23Speaker 1: be no more than you make in a week. So
- 2:26Speaker 1: if you have a two household income, you combine the
- 2:29Speaker 1: income for a week, and your rent or mortgage should
- 2:32Speaker 1: be no more than that. That's number one. Number two.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Only borrow money to make money. So yes, you can
- 2:40Speaker 1: borrow money to buy a house because if you keep
- 2:43Speaker 1: your house, it is going to make money. There's nothing
- 2:46Speaker 1: wrong with that. If you're borrowing money to buy a car,
- 2:50Speaker 1: unless you're turning that car into a useful and utilitarian
- 2:55Speaker 1: tool to help you make money, get back and forth
- 2:58Speaker 1: to work or do whatever you need to do. Uh,
- 3:01Speaker 1: that's a good thing, but it's a depreciating asset Rashaan
- 3:05Speaker 1: because the moment you buy that car, if you turn
- 3:07Speaker 1: that car around and try to take it back to
- 3:09Speaker 1: the dealer to get what you paid for, you would
- 3:11Speaker 1: not get it on the floor. That's right, exactly. Anything
- 3:18Speaker 1: with diamonds or shan. You can buy you a beautiful
- 3:21Speaker 1: diamond bracelet if you turned around and try to sell
- 3:23Speaker 1: it back to the jeweler, but what you just paid
- 3:27Speaker 1: for it, you will not get it. So borrow money
- 3:30Speaker 1: to make more money and figure out whatever you're borrowing
- 3:34Speaker 1: money for. How are you going to get something in
- 3:37Speaker 1: return for your investment, and that's what you expect. You
- 3:40Speaker 1: expect a return on your investment. That's number two and
- 3:43Speaker 1: number three this is d. As your income increases, your
- 3:50Speaker 1: cost of living should decrease or stay the same. Stop
- 3:57Speaker 1: living brothers and sisters above your means. Stop living which
- 4:01Speaker 1: means you're spending more than your earn, Stop believing even
- 4:04Speaker 1: within your means, which means you're spending everything you earn
- 4:09Speaker 1: um and live below your means, and invest the rest
- 4:14Speaker 1: right So, as your income increases, your cost of living
- 4:19Speaker 1: should either decrease or stay the same. Do not raise
- 4:25Speaker 1: your costs of living, be couse you've got to raise.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Take that difference between what you were earning and what
- 4:32Speaker 1: you're now earning and invested. Don't spend it. And the
- 4:38Speaker 1: first person you invest in is you. Ties to you first,
- 4:45Speaker 1: take the money off the top, don't spend what you
- 4:48Speaker 1: have to spend to pay your bills, and then invest
- 4:51Speaker 1: what you got left. No no, no, no no no no,
- 4:54Speaker 1: invest in you first. And then uh. If you follow
- 4:59Speaker 1: these three rule, there's no way that you cannot land
- 5:02Speaker 1: on financial freedom. So that's that's what we are talking about.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Financial freedom, because we really, we really found out how
- 5:10Speaker 1: free we were not doing this covid NAT especially. We're
- 5:17Speaker 1: trying to the six habits that will keep us broke.
- 5:20Speaker 1: There's six habits that will keep you broke. Right? Not
- 5:24Speaker 1: talking about money? Right? Not? We don't talk about it
- 5:27Speaker 1: in school. We generally don't talking about it around the
- 5:30Speaker 1: family table. That will keep you broken. You've got to
- 5:33Speaker 1: talk about money, Understand capitalism, understand money. So talking about
- 5:38Speaker 1: money will help prevent you from keeping broke. Talking about
- 5:42Speaker 1: it around the family table, talking about it among your
- 5:46Speaker 1: friends is more important than what's happening on Real Housewives
- 5:49Speaker 1: of Atlanta. Number two failing to build an emergency fund. Now,
- 5:56Speaker 1: we've all been taught that we need to save some
- 5:59Speaker 1: money to a rainy day. Well, this is going to
- 6:01Speaker 1: be a rainy two years. This pandemic, Now, how everybody
- 6:05Speaker 1: can relate to this. This pandemic has changed our whole
- 6:09Speaker 1: financial mindset in terms of what we needed to have
- 6:13Speaker 1: put back for a long rainy day and what we
- 6:17Speaker 1: actually had put back. So failing to build an emergency
- 6:21Speaker 1: fund for more than six months, I would look at
- 6:25Speaker 1: it now for at least a year. What does it
- 6:27Speaker 1: take for you to live to and maintain your standard
- 6:30Speaker 1: of living for at least twelve months, right, and make
- 6:34Speaker 1: sure that you have that as cash available to you.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Number three making impulse purchases. Let me say it in
- 6:42Speaker 1: a different way. I would rather carry a plastic bag
- 6:45Speaker 1: with five thousand dollars in it and to carry a
- 6:47Speaker 1: five thousand dollar Louis via Tom bag with a hundred
- 6:50Speaker 1: dollars in it. Stop making impulse purchases, right, because that's
- 6:55Speaker 1: going to drain you of your cash available. Number four
- 7:00Speaker 1: buying items you don't need. Of course they on sale.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Now I have to chastise my wife often about this.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Don Why do you what was on to sale? I said,
- 7:09Speaker 1: but you already got three of them, right, So buying
- 7:13Speaker 1: stuff that you don't need. Manage your impulse buying. And
- 7:19Speaker 1: Number five pay bills late because of the exorbitant interest rates.
- 7:24Speaker 1: When you pay your bills late, especially those credit cards. Man,
- 7:29Speaker 1: you look at the annual interest rate on these credit cards,
- 7:32Speaker 1: and if you're paying the minimum that you have to
- 7:34Speaker 1: pay each month under you will never pay that credit
- 7:37Speaker 1: card off interest the minimum, guys, right, Absolutely, you'll never
- 7:44Speaker 1: pay at off, right, So don't pay your bills late.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Don't pay the minimums. Always pay more. I try to
- 7:54Speaker 1: pay double to triple the minimums I've paid month, I'm
- 7:58Speaker 1: I might pay five of what of what I owe.
- 8:02Speaker 1: So that's number five. Don't pay bills late and don't
- 8:05Speaker 1: pay minimums, as is the beautiful point you made. And
- 8:08Speaker 1: number six and the improper use of credit cards. The
- 8:11Speaker 1: improper use of credit cards. Fifteen years ago, I caught
- 8:15Speaker 1: up all of my I have no credit cards. What
- 8:19Speaker 1: I have are debit cards that are attached to my
- 8:23Speaker 1: bank account for Sean, and I cannot spend any more
- 8:28Speaker 1: than I have in my damn checking account. So you know,
- 8:31Speaker 1: I'm thinking about every time I use my debit card.
- 8:35Speaker 1: And I got I got three or four of them
- 8:37Speaker 1: because I have various banks and various needs, but I
- 8:41Speaker 1: could never spend any more than I have available right now,
- 8:47Speaker 1: right So improper use of So these are habits that
- 8:51Speaker 1: keep us broke. And we are also the most financially
- 8:56Speaker 1: illiterate people in America. We are at the bottom of
- 8:59Speaker 1: every single statistic that matters in this country economically, and
- 9:03Speaker 1: so we need to educate ourselves, educate our children. This
- 9:08Speaker 1: is related to talking about money, and as a result
- 9:11Speaker 1: of that, as a responsible leader UH in this country
- 9:17Speaker 1: as you are. We started our Winds Wealth Building Centers
- 9:21Speaker 1: UM to address financial illiteracy in Black America because if
- 9:26Speaker 1: the business of America is business, it is dangerous, rashan,
- 9:30Speaker 1: and self defeating to be financially illiterately. Therefore, education is
- 9:35Speaker 1: the answer. The key to a well round as financial
- 9:39Speaker 1: education is to align people's mindsets, their habits, their values
- 9:45Speaker 1: and solutions with the importance of the overall goals of
- 9:49Speaker 1: Black America, or according to numerous analytical statistics and studies
- 9:54Speaker 1: and predictions, we will ultimately if we don't fix our
- 10:00Speaker 1: financial badass habits right, we will be relegated to permanent
- 10:05Speaker 1: second class citizenry and we will end up in a
- 10:08Speaker 1: second slavery. So we develop UH twenty eighteen the Winds
- 10:13Speaker 1: Wealth Building Centers and Curriculum to address, among other things
- 10:17Speaker 1: of psychology, UH, the emotions and our relationship with money
- 10:22Speaker 1: in both the secular and non secular Black organizations, both
- 10:26Speaker 1: the church and other Black organizations. And we're sarftly focusing
- 10:31Speaker 1: on our deep seat of struggle with instant versus delayed gratifications,
- 10:36Speaker 1: one of the very bad habits that we have, and
- 10:38Speaker 1: we're struggling with the basics of financial growth. Uh, to include,
- 10:44Speaker 1: but it is not limited to the four pillars for
- 10:47Speaker 1: the intergenerational transport of wealth. That is the essence of
- 10:51Speaker 1: our Winds Financial Centers. And we've got over twenty churches
- 10:55Speaker 1: already involved with our curriculum and with our program, and
- 10:59Speaker 1: those four pillars for the intergenerational don't have time to
- 11:02Speaker 1: unpack them. This is what people are gonna learn at
- 11:05Speaker 1: the Virtual Power Networking Conference October through. But the fourth
- 11:10Speaker 1: killings very simply of the proper management of accumulated wealth,
- 11:14Speaker 1: so that we can stop reading about entertainers and athletes
- 11:17Speaker 1: that earn a hundred million dollars in their career and
- 11:20Speaker 1: within five years or either broker and bankruptcy. The second
- 11:23Speaker 1: pillar is real estate ownership, both residential and commercial real
- 11:29Speaker 1: estate is honeers stone for the intergenerational transfer of wealth.
- 11:33Speaker 1: The fourth with his business development, we are the consumption
- 11:36Speaker 1: class in this country, UH, white folks, the merchant class.
- 11:40Speaker 1: They make stuff and we buy. Stop doing that, brothers
- 11:44Speaker 1: and sisters. If you sell something, sell something in America,
- 11:47Speaker 1: two things are going on seven somebody's buying and somebody selling. Right,
- 11:52Speaker 1: We're doing all the day I'm buying. So if you
- 11:54Speaker 1: make cookies something, you put them in a box with
- 11:56Speaker 1: your name on it and sell it to somebody. Right,
- 11:59Speaker 1: if you live on a farm, take the manua, put
- 12:02Speaker 1: it in a bag, push your name on it and
- 12:04Speaker 1: sell it to somebody. You can become an entree manua. Okay,
- 12:08Speaker 1: stop doing all the day am buying and sell something.
- 12:11Speaker 1: This is extremely important. On this I'll give one final
- 12:15Speaker 1: little quote by Bishop Tudor. Bishop Tudor Bismark. He wrote
- 12:20Speaker 1: a wonderful book called Kingdom Economics, and I'm going to
- 12:24Speaker 1: quote him, and he says, as black people, we have
- 12:29Speaker 1: embarked upon a new millennium, and this millennium brings momentous change.
- 12:35Speaker 1: We see differences in every fastt of society, cultural ships,
- 12:39Speaker 1: economic upheaples, political changes, and more. As believers, it is
- 12:44Speaker 1: imperative not only must we be spiritually sound, but we
- 12:49Speaker 1: must also establish a firm kingdom economic foundation. We must
- 12:55Speaker 1: now unlock the keys to economic empowerment. Well end u quote.
- 13:02Speaker 1: I concode with that. And so I'm recommending that the
- 13:05Speaker 1: brothers and sisters out there, if you belong to a
- 13:08Speaker 1: church family, talk to your pastor get in touch with
- 13:12Speaker 1: us and put a winds Walt Building center. It's a
- 13:15Speaker 1: little license agreement and use our curriculum and start educating
- 13:20Speaker 1: your congregation. You'll have a better congregation. You will have
- 13:23Speaker 1: a more uh financial free congregation. There will be better
- 13:28Speaker 1: at times, they will be better givers. So this is
- 13:30Speaker 1: a very very big and important idea that must be
- 13:34Speaker 1: sustained over at least three or the next three or
- 13:37Speaker 1: four generations. That's the that's important. Yeah, you know, you know,
- 13:41Speaker 1: for an eighteen years, the Power Networking Conference has been
- 13:43Speaker 1: the home of black entrepreneurs looking to connect. That's important
- 13:46Speaker 1: when I say connect, growing prosper Forbes voted has voted
- 13:50Speaker 1: it as one of the top five conferences in the
- 13:52Speaker 1: world for entrepreneurs. They pride themselves on unique philosophy of
- 13:56Speaker 1: network and building their financial legacy for your grandchildren. And
- 13:59Speaker 1: this is about the future. Now. The interesting thing about it,
- 14:01Speaker 1: I was just involved in something with ESPN and HBCU
- 14:04Speaker 1: week in tw and eighteen. I had it was a
- 14:07Speaker 1: live event, George and that thirty students attended live event
- 14:11Speaker 1: College Fair. This year it was virtual and uh and
- 14:15Speaker 1: I was concerned about the response last year with thirty
- 14:19Speaker 1: hundred attend HBCUE College Fair in twin and eighteen. This year,
- 14:24Speaker 1: six thousand, one hundred and twenty five pre registered and
- 14:27Speaker 1: four thousand, eight hundred and twenty three attended. I say
- 14:31Speaker 1: that because if now I went from like a regional
- 14:34Speaker 1: event a city event in Wilmington, Delaware too, I like
- 14:37Speaker 1: to believe a global event. And I feel that we
- 14:40Speaker 1: can look at the negative side of what covid is
- 14:43Speaker 1: doing to brick and mortar conferences, but I feel it's
- 14:46Speaker 1: going to be a blessing for your power networking that
- 14:49Speaker 1: it is now virtual. Correct If I was, if I
- 14:53Speaker 1: was in front of you, Rashaan, I want to hug you,
- 14:56Speaker 1: uh because he just snatched the thought and the words
- 14:59Speaker 1: right out of my mind. Yes, there's downsize and there's
- 15:03Speaker 1: upside to everything, and the pandemic has changed us a
- 15:08Speaker 1: bit prematurely into a virtual world. There's no question about it,
- 15:13Speaker 1: and it ain't going away when the pandemic is over.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Because this is so convenient and and and it's so easy.
- 15:20Speaker 1: You can learn, you can connect with people in your
- 15:23Speaker 1: bunny slippers and bathrobe, okay, virtually. So this is why
- 15:28Speaker 1: we couldn't give our live virtual conference in Houston, Texas.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Back in July. I mean I would be stoned if
- 15:36Speaker 1: I took people to Houston, Texas, UH and they were,
- 15:40Speaker 1: you know, in the red on the pandemic. So we
- 15:44Speaker 1: had to tune it into a virtual conference. And now
- 15:48Speaker 1: we are promoting it in sixty six countries around the
- 15:52Speaker 1: world and we have already already three thousand people that
- 15:57Speaker 1: have signed up for it. Okay, I mean, that's how
- 16:01Speaker 1: awesome this is. And you can we reach more people,
- 16:05Speaker 1: we can connect with more people, we can educate more people,
- 16:09Speaker 1: we can encourage more people, we can inspire more people.
- 16:13Speaker 1: It is awesome and it ain't going away. And the
- 16:16Speaker 1: reason I love it is because last year we launched
- 16:21Speaker 1: at our conference the first virtual nation, called Fraser Nation.
- 16:28Speaker 1: It was a virtual that this is before the pandemic.
- 16:30Speaker 1: So I'm not you know, I'm not a soothsayer. I
- 16:33Speaker 1: can't predict the future. I was not predicting a pandemic
- 16:37Speaker 1: that would make everything go virtual. But I said, I
- 16:40Speaker 1: think we can have a virtual nation, right, and so
- 16:45Speaker 1: what is this going to do. It's very simply, Um,
- 16:48Speaker 1: We're gonna provide access uh to overall training and coaching
- 16:54Speaker 1: and modeling that is needed by our citizens and therefore
- 16:58Speaker 1: help improve the rec icling of black dollars and intellectual
- 17:02Speaker 1: capital among our citizens and allies. It's going to be
- 17:06Speaker 1: this massive database of pop black professionals, business owners and
- 17:11Speaker 1: community leaders right that they will be able to access
- 17:14Speaker 1: the intellectual capital. There will be access of the products
- 17:18Speaker 1: and services that black people fell around the world, right
- 17:23Speaker 1: in the entire Pan African diaspora. When you look at
- 17:28Speaker 1: the businesses that we own, and and and and we're
- 17:32Speaker 1: not supporting like we should support. So this will help
- 17:35Speaker 1: the connectivity of that. And it's going to provide this
- 17:40Speaker 1: kind of database and virtual meetings and virtual conferences and
- 17:45Speaker 1: virtual uh summits and virtual workshops right because virtual ain't
- 17:53Speaker 1: going away. Now. That's why, because people will understand that
- 17:58Speaker 1: is that you can't look at that's being neaked and
- 18:01Speaker 1: being negative because it's a brick and mortar. And the
- 18:03Speaker 1: goals of Fraser that are simple. Help black people build
- 18:05Speaker 1: wealth that can be transferred into generational wealth opportunity for
- 18:10Speaker 1: the future. Help black people become the number one employer
- 18:13Speaker 1: black people in the century, to facilitate building a global
- 18:16Speaker 1: network of Africans throughout the diaspor who is personal and
- 18:22Speaker 1: business excellent and using it to build partnerships to adventures
- 18:25Speaker 1: and strategic alliances. That's very key right there. Networking and
- 18:30Speaker 1: now the whole virtual thing has been normalized normally. George,
- 18:36Speaker 1: I'm I was so excited. I am so excited for
- 18:39Speaker 1: your brand because you know, we stumbled up on because
- 18:43Speaker 1: of the cover and their team the real purpose because
- 18:48Speaker 1: you know, not that we didn't write, We didn't know.
- 18:50Speaker 1: You know, we were just doing what everybody to do.
- 18:51Speaker 1: You know, IBM does it. All the big corporations do
- 18:54Speaker 1: these brick and mortar, but you had to be trained
- 18:57Speaker 1: in the pandemic, trained people to look at TV to zoom, Instagram, live, Facebook, Glass.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So everybody's kind of like there now. And so now
- 19:07Speaker 1: your brand becomes what it's supposed to be, a global brand.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Joy you there you go, there you go, there you go,
- 19:15Speaker 1: no question about it. And with brothers like you promoting it,
- 19:18Speaker 1: I'm telling you this is very important what you're doing,
- 19:21Speaker 1: what you're saying, your reach or your credibility, uh, the
- 19:26Speaker 1: way people trust you. I mean, this is this is
- 19:29Speaker 1: this is this is the goal standard for how we
- 19:33Speaker 1: get this out and used by our people. We've got
- 19:37Speaker 1: to have people like you talking about it. And you
- 19:42Speaker 1: talk about it better than I do. I mean, you
- 19:45Speaker 1: know why because you see it. You see it, You
- 19:48Speaker 1: see it. You're a victionary, you see it. You know
- 19:51Speaker 1: what the possibilities are. You know that we have to
- 19:54Speaker 1: do this. We don't have any joy. Yeah, we What
- 20:00Speaker 1: we have to do is create the instruments of vessels
- 20:03Speaker 1: and two tools for us to do it and then
- 20:07Speaker 1: move it through uh the marketing and advertising, radio, television,
- 20:16Speaker 1: social media system that is so targeted and so effectively
- 20:20Speaker 1: utilized by black people. And it will it will work,
- 20:24Speaker 1: There's no question about it. You know. It's really interesting
- 20:27Speaker 1: because you know sometimes you know in God, that's all
- 20:31Speaker 1: this is about God and division and then building on
- 20:34Speaker 1: it because first it was in July brick and Mortar, right,
- 20:36Speaker 1: brick and Morton, because we talked about a year in advance.
- 20:39Speaker 1: You said, kind of Houston, I said, you know, and
- 20:41Speaker 1: you gotta be there for your joy. COVID hit in March.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Then we moved into October fourteen through the seventeen, still
- 20:48Speaker 1: in Houston at the Hilton America's Okay now okay, we
- 20:53Speaker 1: are virtual October twenty six through. That means that we
- 20:57Speaker 1: went from a Houston event to a global ben. I
- 21:01Speaker 1: want everybody to understand that that means you can be
- 21:04Speaker 1: in Africa, you can be in England, you can be
- 21:06Speaker 1: in France, you can be in Mexico, you can be

- 22:10Speaker 1: over the diaspora were able to come together around a
- 22:15Speaker 1: common vision right with instruction motivation. Some of the best

- 23:44Speaker 1: we should be in the game, not as buyers, but
- 23:48Speaker 1: as sellers people product. Put your name on something, become
- 23:52Speaker 1: an entrepreneur, telling you how you can becoming entreneur, putting
- 23:56Speaker 1: a plan in place so you can win. Not only
- 23:58Speaker 1: is the short term long term because that's what this
- 24:00Speaker 1: is all about. Because everybody go out there, they want
- 24:02Speaker 1: to do something that I have a plan in place
- 24:04Speaker 1: that's short term success. We're trying to create long term success.
- 24:07Speaker 1: And Frazier that that's why it's virtual. That's why October
- 24:10Speaker 1: twenty six, that's why he's always on my show. It's
- 24:14Speaker 1: when I feel blessed I'm able to bring somebody of
- 24:17Speaker 1: his caliber on my show. He always be hyping me up.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I'll be hyped because he's one of the few people
- 24:21Speaker 1: I just I just let him talk. I just interrupt periodically,
- 24:24Speaker 1: just drop some dimes remind everybody how gifted it is
- 24:28Speaker 1: to even hear him talking like this. I put three
- 24:31Speaker 1: of his life change and quotes on my Monday Motivation
- 24:34Speaker 1: with his picture. It was the highest like post of
- 24:38Speaker 1: the year on my Monday Motivation. Yes sir, Yes, sir,
- 24:42Speaker 1: I told you I was gonna do that. Remember I
- 24:43Speaker 1: told you I am going to promote you. I'm going
- 24:47Speaker 1: It was the most like post. It was incredible, incredible
- 24:51Speaker 1: because your release and your values means something to people.
- 24:55Speaker 1: What I like to always say is that that's why
- 24:57Speaker 1: I'm excited about the virtual uh event. Frasier that this year,
- 25:01Speaker 1: because you're just a hidden gym your networks. Not saying
- 25:04Speaker 1: that you're not notknown. I don't want was something like that.
- 25:07Speaker 1: But this virtual platform allows more people to participate. And
- 25:13Speaker 1: just like I said earlier about the HBCU Week we
- 25:15Speaker 1: did with ESPN Disney and thirty hundred students attended live
- 25:20Speaker 1: last year, six thousand, one hundred and twenty five pre
- 25:24Speaker 1: registered virtually four thousand, eight hundred twenty three came to
- 25:29Speaker 1: the virtual experience. People are ready for the change. You
- 25:34Speaker 1: are going to have an incredible experience. Mr Fraser, Such
- 25:37Speaker 1: a such a blessing such a God bless you, Shawan,
- 25:41Speaker 1: God bless you, and God bless all that you mean
- 25:45Speaker 1: to us and your servant leadership. Because you are a servant,
- 25:48Speaker 1: I mean, you just are incredible. And how you manage
- 25:52Speaker 1: that and how you've focused on that emphasize that it's
- 25:55Speaker 1: all in your voice and your spirit. And so I'm
- 25:58Speaker 1: gonna close with giving the prosence out here a little
- 26:03Speaker 1: tip on on how to build your passive incomes, the
- 26:06Speaker 1: build your position. Not be a black person in America
- 26:09Speaker 1: with a single stream of income, right like all of
- 26:12Speaker 1: us should have multiple streams of income and coding what

- 26:22Speaker 1: a job, take you nine to five income and use
- 26:27Speaker 1: that to fuel your side us okay, whatever that may be.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Sell something that's your side hustle, and then use your
- 26:35Speaker 1: side hustle to fuel the money you get from that
- 26:39Speaker 1: to fuel your investments. Because you're gonna get extra money
- 26:44Speaker 1: and you're gonna invest that money. I don't care if
- 26:46Speaker 1: it's criptocurrency, stox bonds, or whatever it is. Whatever, vote
- 26:50Speaker 1: your vote, invest your side hustle money, and then take
- 26:53Speaker 1: your investments and over time, your investments will replace You're
- 27:00Speaker 1: nine to five. That's the goal. That's the goal. But
