Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you as well, and we have got a lot to
- 0:06Speaker 2: talk about, including a new Speaker of the House, plus
- 0:10Speaker 2: breaking news that Hamas fighters were trained in Iran. What
- 0:15Speaker 2: will America's response be to that? And also new information
- 0:20Speaker 2: coming out from the FBI that apparently they received criminal
- 0:24Speaker 2: information from over forty I'm going to say that again,
- 0:28Speaker 2: over forty confidential sources on Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and
- 0:33Speaker 2: James Biden.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We're going to deal with all of that.
- 0:36Speaker 2: But first, Senator, let's talk about who is the new speaker.
- 0:40Speaker 1: A lot of people had never heard his name before.
- 0:43Speaker 2: This is someone that came after weeks of debate and
- 0:46Speaker 2: different bigger names that you knew. This seems to be
- 0:49Speaker 2: a really good, staunch, hardcore conservative, principled individual.
- 0:54Speaker 1: You know him personally, so I do.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Mike Johnson is a good man, and I think he's
- 1:01Speaker 3: going to make an effective Speaker of the House. I
- 1:04Speaker 3: think this is a very good development. Mike is from Louisiana.
- 1:07Speaker 3: He's a member of the House. Obviously, he's fifty one
- 1:10Speaker 3: years old. He's relatively young, he is smart, he's a
- 1:15Speaker 3: constitutional lawyer. So his career before he was in Congress,
- 1:21Speaker 3: he was in the state legislature. But before that he
- 1:23Speaker 3: was a constitutional lawyer and he worked with the Alliance
- 1:27Speaker 3: Defending Freedom. Now, the Alliance Defending Freedom is a group
- 1:29Speaker 3: that I know very very well. They focus principally on
- 1:34Speaker 3: religious liberty, and they litigate cases all over the country,
- 1:37Speaker 3: including at the US Supreme Court in defense of religious liberty.
- 1:41Speaker 3: And Mike worked for ADF ADL for years and did
- 1:47Speaker 3: a terrific job. Mike now is, or had been, prior
- 1:53Speaker 3: to being elected Speaker, was the ranking member on the
- 1:58Speaker 3: Constitution so Committee of the House Judiciary Committee. Now at
- 2:04Speaker 3: the same time, I'm the ranking member on the Constitutions
- 2:08Speaker 3: Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee. So we have the
- 2:11Speaker 3: same roles in our respective houses. Now Mike was also
- 2:17Speaker 3: he was a conservative talk radio host in Louisiana. He
- 2:21Speaker 3: also in the House, he served as chair of the
- 2:25Speaker 3: Republican Study Committee, which is a large group of the
- 2:28Speaker 3: more conservative House members, and until he was elected Speaker,
- 2:32Speaker 3: he was vice chair of the House Republican Conference. Mike
- 2:36Speaker 3: is someone who is a conservative. He's an evangelical Christian,
- 2:40Speaker 3: He's a Southern Baptist. But he's also someone who gets
- 2:45Speaker 3: along with everyone, whose personality he is not. He's not
- 2:51Speaker 3: someone who gets in people's faces. He's not someone who
- 2:55Speaker 3: at the end of the day, Look, we had an
- 2:57Speaker 3: enormous battle where Kevin mc carthy was toppled that caused
- 3:01Speaker 3: lots of really rough and hurt feelings. Then we had
- 3:06Speaker 3: a whole battle where Steve Scalise made a run at
- 3:09Speaker 3: being Speaker. Steve who's also from Louisiana. It's interesting that
- 3:12Speaker 3: you're going to have likely the top two Republicans in
- 3:16Speaker 3: the House both from Louisiana. And Steve is a good guy.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Steve is a friend of mine.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I like Steve. Steve came up short.
- 3:22Speaker 3: A different group of House members voted against Steve than
- 3:25Speaker 3: voted against Kevin. Then you had the run for Jim Jordan,
- 3:29Speaker 3: and Jim was the one person that I publicly endorsed,
- 3:34Speaker 3: and in that then I made an exception. So in
- 3:37Speaker 3: eleven years in the Senate, I've always stayed out of
- 3:39Speaker 3: House leadership battles. I figured we got enough fights in
- 3:42Speaker 3: the Senate, why get in the middle of fights there.
- 3:45Speaker 3: I made an exception for Jim because Jim is someone
- 3:48Speaker 3: I've worked together very very closely. He's a strong conservative leader,
- 3:52Speaker 3: and I enthusiastically endorsed Jim. By the way, Mike Johnson
- 3:56Speaker 3: also enthusiastically endorsed Jim. Jim made a run at it,
- 4:00Speaker 3: and at the end of the day he couldn't get
- 4:02Speaker 3: the votes. There were a group of Republicans, mostly moderates,
- 4:06Speaker 3: who kept voting no, who said no to Jim Jordan,
- 4:09Speaker 3: and then finally it ended up after a few more rounds,
- 4:12Speaker 3: it ended up with Mike Johnson. Mike, look, I think
- 4:16Speaker 3: this is a very positive development. I can tell you
- 4:19Speaker 3: Mike and I over the past couple of years, he
- 4:22Speaker 3: and I have together led multiple amicus briefs at the
- 4:26Speaker 3: US Supreme Court, where he was the House lead, I was.
- 4:29Speaker 1: The Senate lead.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Mike and I together led an amicus brief in the
- 4:32Speaker 3: case of Groth versus de Joy, which was a big
- 4:36Speaker 3: victory we talked about on this podcast, where the Supreme
- 4:39Speaker 3: Court upheld religious liberty, in particular with a Post Office
- 4:44Speaker 3: employee who wanted to observe the Sabbath and the Post
- 4:47Speaker 3: Office said no, you can't, and the Supreme Court six '
- 4:50Speaker 3: three ruled in his favor and protected his religious liberty.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Mike and I teamed up for the amicus winning that,
- 4:57Speaker 3: and then Mike and I also teamed up in an
- 4:58Speaker 3: amicust together on on Gonzales versus Google, which is a
- 5:02Speaker 3: case where we were urging the Course Court to take
- 5:05Speaker 3: on big tech censorship and to defend free speech. And
- 5:09Speaker 3: so I think Mike's job is not going to be
- 5:11Speaker 3: easy being Speaker of the House with this incredibly narrow
- 5:16Speaker 3: majority just four Republicans. If any five Republicans go run
- 5:20Speaker 3: for the hills, you're in trouble. It is an unbelievably
- 5:24Speaker 3: difficult job. But I'm confident in Mike, and I'm optimistic,
- 5:27Speaker 3: and I've already reached out to him and said, hey, congrats.
- 5:31Speaker 3: I said, it is a big friggin deal, and I
- 5:34Speaker 3: look forward to you and me working together because we
- 5:36Speaker 3: got a lot to do delivery on our promises for
- 5:39Speaker 3: the American people.
- 5:40Speaker 2: You know, one of the things I think is so
- 5:41Speaker 2: cool about him is his mentor is actually Jim Jordan.
- 5:45Speaker 2: He also served as legal defense for Trump during both impeachment.
- 5:48Speaker 2: He voted against all Ukraine spending after the initial bill,
- 5:53Speaker 2: and he also I think this is really cool.
- 5:57Speaker 1: He clearly cares about his faith.
- 6:00Speaker 2: He was very open about that as he took that
- 6:02Speaker 2: gabbl and also was seen praying beforehand during that vote.
- 6:07Speaker 1: And this is a guy that I.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Don't guess really he had an ambition to be the
- 6:13Speaker 2: speaker per se. It was more like, all right, I'm
- 6:16Speaker 2: going to serve if you want me to serve. And
- 6:19Speaker 2: and everybody got behind him. He got every Republican except
- 6:23Speaker 2: for one that didn't vote. This is pretty awesome, I
- 6:26Speaker 2: think for a happy ending to a tough three weeks overall.
- 6:32Speaker 1: You know it is.
- 6:33Speaker 3: And I'm reminded of one of my kind of key
- 6:36Speaker 3: political advisers right when the battle over over Jordan was happening,
- 6:40Speaker 3: and I was asking, what do you think do you
- 6:41Speaker 3: think Jim can pull it out? And as I said,
- 6:43Speaker 3: I was publicly endorsing him, and and this this member
- 6:46Speaker 3: of my team said, I think the next guy who
- 6:49Speaker 3: gets nominated will become speaker. And there was some wisdom
- 6:52Speaker 3: to that that that you had, you had hurt feelings
- 6:56Speaker 3: the battle over McCarthy it was rough, and people's feelings
- 6:58Speaker 3: were hurt and they were angry. And then the battle
- 7:00Speaker 3: over Scalise, and that was rough and people's feelings were hurt,
- 7:03Speaker 3: and then they were angry. And then in the middle
- 7:04Speaker 3: of the battle over Jim where a lot of people
- 7:06Speaker 3: were engaged again, it was rough, and I think Mike
- 7:11Speaker 3: had the advantage of coming next. There was a moment
- 7:14Speaker 3: with Tom Emmer, but Trump came out hard against him,
- 7:17Speaker 3: and I think that torpedoed his run, and then Mike
- 7:21Speaker 3: was seen as a consensus choice. He's a conservative, so
- 7:24Speaker 3: conservatives were willing to support him, but yet his temperament
- 7:28Speaker 3: is mild mannered enough that the moderates were not scared
- 7:32Speaker 3: of him. Now, this is not going to be an
- 7:34Speaker 3: easy job. I do not envy him the choices because
- 7:37Speaker 3: he's going to be to say, hurting cats is a
- 7:41Speaker 3: massive understatement to the job he has to do. So
- 7:44Speaker 3: I'm sympathetic to how difficult it is. But i think
- 7:47Speaker 3: he's a good and capable man, and I'm proud of
- 7:50Speaker 3: him going forward because Lord knows, our country is in
- 7:54Speaker 3: crisis and we need strong conservative leadership in the House.
- 7:58Speaker 2: If you are a guy and you're getting a little
- 8:01Speaker 2: bit older and you feel like that you have lost
- 8:03Speaker 2: some of your strength and your vitality and weakness is
- 8:07Speaker 2: setting in complacency, setting in maybe you just don't feel
- 8:10Speaker 2: like yourself. You want to go out and be more active,
- 8:13Speaker 2: but you just feel like you are complacent and fatigued.

- 9:21Speaker 2: five percent off. That's chalk choq dot com. I want
- 9:26Speaker 2: to get to some other big topics here center that
- 9:28Speaker 2: we tease at the beginning, and one of them is
- 9:32Speaker 2: one that I'm not shocked by. You and I have
- 9:35Speaker 2: talked about this, uh, the relationship between terrorist organizations Samas
- 9:40Speaker 2: and Hesbalah in Iran. We know that Iran was involved
- 9:44Speaker 2: in giving safe haven during and after nine to eleven
- 9:46Speaker 2: when we were fighting in Afghanistan and fighting in Iraq.
- 9:49Speaker 2: And now this new report is out that the Hamas
- 9:52Speaker 2: fighters that did this attack on Israel trained in Iran.
- 9:59Speaker 2: And this is this is something I guess you'd say,
- 10:02Speaker 2: have a massive bombshell that this happened. And what does
- 10:06Speaker 2: this mean for our response to it as a country
- 10:09Speaker 2: when they trained there against one of our biggest allies
- 10:12Speaker 2: in the Middle East.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Well, the Wall Street Journal has broken this story, and
- 10:16Speaker 3: it's a bombshell. The journal reported quote in the weeks
- 10:20Speaker 3: leading up to Hamas's October seventh attacks on Israel, hundreds
- 10:24Speaker 3: of the Palestinian Islamist Militant Groups fighters received specialized combat
- 10:30Speaker 3: training in Iran, According to people familiar with the intelligence
- 10:34Speaker 3: related to the assault, Roughly five hundred militants from Hamas
- 10:40Speaker 3: and an allied group Palestinian Islamic Jihad, participated in the
- 10:44Speaker 3: exercises in September now it's October right now. Septembers last month,
- 10:49Speaker 3: which were led by officers of the Kuds Force, the
- 10:53Speaker 3: Foreign operation arm of the Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Palace.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Stanian officials and Iranian Brigadier General Smil Kwani, the head
- 11:04Speaker 3: of the quad's Kuds Force, also attended. Now, this is
- 11:09Speaker 3: a huge damn deal. We've talked about before, how the
- 11:12Speaker 3: journal has reported that Iran planned this attack, they funded
- 11:16Speaker 3: this attack, they directed this attack. And by the way,
- 11:18Speaker 3: the Biden administration has been furiously spinning against this. They
- 11:22Speaker 3: had been saying, no, no, there's no evidence Iran was involved.
- 11:25Speaker 3: This was not Iran, This was not Iran. This is
- 11:27Speaker 3: not Iran. And you can understand why, because these idiots
- 11:32Speaker 3: have flowed nearly one hundred billion dollars into Iran and
- 11:36Speaker 3: so they are desperate to say Iran is not involved.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I got to say, even though I was not surprised
- 11:44Speaker 3: that Iran had planned and directed this, the fact that
- 11:46Speaker 3: five hundred plus of the Hamas death squad. Terrorists trained
- 11:52Speaker 3: in Iran last month. You know what that means. That
- 11:55Speaker 3: training was effectively paid for by Joe Biden. So Joe Biden,
- 12:01Speaker 3: the Democrats who have been the Iran appeasement squad for
- 12:05Speaker 3: two and a half years, they can take credit. We
- 12:08Speaker 3: trained the mass murderers who killed over fourteen hundred Israelis,
- 12:13Speaker 3: who killed thirty one Americans, who raped women and young girls.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Connect those dots, by the way, because you know what's
- 12:20Speaker 1: going to happen.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Some psycho fact checker is going to sit here and go, oh,
- 12:25Speaker 2: I can't believe that center Ted Cruz said this. Let's
- 12:28Speaker 2: connect those dots. So people truly understand why you're saying this.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Okay, So, assuming the journal reporting is accurate, I have
- 12:36Speaker 3: no reason to doubt that it is over five hundred
- 12:40Speaker 3: of the terrorists who committed these acts of mass murder
- 12:43Speaker 3: trained physically in Iran by the CUDS forces just last month.
- 12:50Speaker 3: That's the training of a military invasion. That that is
- 12:53Speaker 3: preparing people to commit the greatest act of mass murder
- 12:58Speaker 3: against Jews in a single day since the Holocaust. Iran
- 13:03Speaker 3: train them. Now, We've discussed on this podcast at great
- 13:07Speaker 3: length nearly one hundred billion dollars has flown. It flowed
- 13:12Speaker 3: into Iran from Joe Biden the Democrats, six billion in
- 13:16Speaker 3: the ransom for five American hostages, ten billion from Iraq
- 13:20Speaker 3: that they flowed several weeks earlier, and over eighty billion
- 13:25Speaker 3: because Joe Biden the Democrats refused to enforce oil sanctions,
- 13:29Speaker 3: and they're allowing Iran even today to be selling two
- 13:32Speaker 3: million barrels a day of oil, mostly to communist China.
- 13:37Speaker 3: That money, what do you think it went to? Listen,
- 13:40Speaker 3: I'm going to start with two really damn simple principles.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Stop giving money to terrorists who want to murder us,
- 13:48Speaker 3: number one, Amen, And number two, stop letting into this
- 13:53Speaker 3: country terrorists who want to murder us. This combination is horrible.
- 13:58Speaker 3: They're flooding cash to psychopaths who want to kill us
- 14:02Speaker 3: and who want to kill Israelis, and they're letting them
- 14:05Speaker 3: into this country, and they are inviting something really, really bad.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Ben And what, by the way, is the Biden administration's
- 14:13Speaker 3: answer to this? Immediately after this terror attach, what do
- 14:16Speaker 3: they say, We want to send another hundred million of
- 14:19Speaker 3: gaza Because it's worked so well sending money to terrorists,
- 14:23Speaker 3: Let's send them some more money, because surely they won't
- 14:26Speaker 3: use this more money to kill yet more Israelis and
- 14:28Speaker 3: more Americans.
- 14:29Speaker 1: It is insanity.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I have to ask you another question about the intelligence
- 14:33Speaker 2: breakdown here. We spend a lot of money center on intelligence.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Obviously Israel does as well. I have a concern that
- 14:43Speaker 2: everyone seemed to miss five hundred people training in Iran
- 14:48Speaker 2: for this type of invasion. But what concerns me even
- 14:52Speaker 2: more is if we missed this, and if the best
- 14:55Speaker 2: intelligence services in the world missed it, combined Israel in
- 14:59Speaker 2: the US, what could we be missing when it comes
- 15:02Speaker 2: to Iran getting a nuclear weapon. That's the reason why
- 15:05Speaker 2: I'm asking the question.
- 15:07Speaker 1: It's a very good question.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Or for that matter, what could we be missing about, say,
- 15:11Speaker 3: Iran training five hundred terrorists in Mexico to invade our
- 15:14Speaker 3: southern border and carry out a mass murder just like
- 15:18Speaker 3: the kind they carried out in Israel. Look, that's a
- 15:22Speaker 3: question that's horrifying to ask. But we have seen the
- 15:27Speaker 3: Iatola chance death to America, and it is a strange thing.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Today's Democrats don't seem to want to believe him when
- 15:36Speaker 3: he says that. I believe him. I believe if he
- 15:40Speaker 3: could murder a thousand Americans tomorrow, he would. If he
- 15:42Speaker 3: could murder ten thousand Americans tomorrow, he would. If he
- 15:45Speaker 3: could murder a million Americans tomorrow, he would. If he
- 15:48Speaker 3: could murder one hundred million Americans tomorrow, he would. And
- 15:52Speaker 3: what is particularly terrifying. Look, we've seen mass murdering despots before,
- 15:57Speaker 3: but it is relatively rare to see a mass murdering
- 16:00Speaker 3: despot who is driven by a theocratic urge, a theocratic
- 16:07Speaker 3: urge that celebrates death and suicide. And so listen, if
- 16:12Speaker 3: Iran launched a massive terror attack in the United States,
- 16:16Speaker 3: even a commander in chief as utterly weak and impotent
- 16:19Speaker 3: as Joe Biden would be forced to respond, and presumably
- 16:24Speaker 3: many Iranians would die. The problem is the Iyatola, I think,
- 16:28Speaker 3: might be perfectly happy to let many Iranians die if
- 16:31Speaker 3: he could murder Americans and he could murder Jews. That's
- 16:34Speaker 3: when you have a theocratic radicalism. Ordinary cost benefit analysis
- 16:43Speaker 3: doesn't work.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Senat I also got to ask you about our focus,
- 16:48Speaker 2: and I'm talking about specifically the priorities of the Biden administration.
- 16:52Speaker 2: We have spent a hell of a lot of time
- 16:55Speaker 2: or this administration has focusing on quotas and Kumbayaya and
- 17:01Speaker 2: having men that dress like women, being military and all
- 17:05Speaker 2: these you know, key roles. We've seen them be obsessed
- 17:09Speaker 2: with going after anyone that was in around the Capitol.
- 17:12Speaker 2: On January sixth, there was a video that came out
- 17:14Speaker 2: of a guy's home being rated that didn't even go
- 17:16Speaker 2: into the capital. And this has been going on now
- 17:19Speaker 2: for a couple of years. Is my concern is, and
- 17:24Speaker 2: I want to know if it's your concern, is that
- 17:26Speaker 2: they're not focusing on the right issue here and they
- 17:29Speaker 2: have all of these these people they've weaponized for political purposes,
- 17:34Speaker 2: staring down at Americans instead of looking at terrorist activities,
- 17:38Speaker 2: whether it be here or around the world.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Look, unfortunately, you're exactly right, Joe Biden. The Democrats are
- 17:45Speaker 3: fundamentally unseerious about national security, about protecting America from the
- 17:49Speaker 3: very real enemies we have. You know, if you look
- 17:52Speaker 3: back at this Wall Street Journal reporting on what happened here,
- 17:56Speaker 3: I want to read you some more details.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Quote.
- 17:59Speaker 3: Hamas attackers used aerial drones to disable Israeli observation posts
- 18:04Speaker 3: and high tech surveillance equipment. Some used paragliders to fly
- 18:08Speaker 3: into Israel. Others rode on motorcycles commonly used by Iranian
- 18:13Speaker 3: paramilitary groups, but not by Hamas until October seventh. US
- 18:18Speaker 3: officials said Iran has regularly trade militants in Iran and elsewhere,
- 18:22Speaker 3: but they have no indications of a mass training right
- 18:24Speaker 3: before the attack. US officials and the people familiar with
- 18:27Speaker 3: the intelligence said they have no information to suggest Iran
- 18:30Speaker 3: conducted training specifically to prepare for the events of October seventh.
- 18:36Speaker 3: On Wednesday, Israel's military offered some of its most blunt
- 18:39Speaker 3: comments yet on Iran's role in aiding Hamas and other
- 18:43Speaker 3: militant groups.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Quote.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Before the war, Iran directly assisted Hamas with money, training
- 18:49Speaker 3: and weapons and technological know how, said Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari,
- 18:53Speaker 3: the military's chief spokesman. Even now, Iran is helping Hamas
- 18:59Speaker 3: with intelligence, and while this is going on.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Can you say that again?
- 19:03Speaker 2: Even now, let's go back to that, because that's a
- 19:06Speaker 2: really important point that people need to make sure they understands.
- 19:09Speaker 2: The White House has been running away from this fact
- 19:12Speaker 2: you just said even now, as Iran is helping Maas right.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Now with intelligence. That's the quote from Israel's chief military spokesman.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Even now Iran is helping Amas with intelligence, and even now,
- 19:25Speaker 3: Joe Biden, the Democrats are still not enforcing oil sanctions,
- 19:29Speaker 3: so they're allowing Iran to sell two million barrels of
- 19:33Speaker 3: oil a day, and they're using that money to fund
- 19:35Speaker 3: their military, to fund their intelligence, to fund their terrorism,
- 19:38Speaker 3: to fund Jamas, to fund Hesbela, to fund terrorists that
- 19:41Speaker 3: are trying to murder former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo,
- 19:45Speaker 3: that are trying to murder former National Security Advisor John Bolton,
- 19:48Speaker 3: that are trying to murder former Assistant Secretary of State
- 19:51Speaker 3: Brian Hook. All of this is being funded by money
- 19:54Speaker 3: the Democrats are allowing to flood in. And that doesn't
- 19:57Speaker 3: even begin to touch the security threat from our southern border.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Democrats treat national security as political pr Everything is about politics.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Look go back to the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Joe
- 20:14Speaker 3: Biden and the Apparatricks in the White House decided we
- 20:17Speaker 3: want to pull out of Afghanistan by September eleventh. Why
- 20:20Speaker 3: because we want to hold a big press conference and say, see,
- 20:23Speaker 3: on the anniversary of nine eleven, we're out of Afghanistan. Now,
- 20:25Speaker 3: the military said, well, hold on a second, we need
- 20:27Speaker 3: sufficient forces there to evacuate people safely. We don't want
- 20:30Speaker 3: our soldiers to die, we don't want Americans to die,
- 20:33Speaker 3: we don't want the Afghans who assisted us to die.
- 20:35Speaker 3: And the White House said, nope, tough luck, get out.
- 20:37Speaker 3: We got a political deadline to happen, and so we
- 20:40Speaker 3: abandoned Bagram Airfield. We ended up doing the evacuation through
- 20:43Speaker 3: Kabo International Airport, a commercial airport in a dense urban environment,
- 20:48Speaker 3: and thirteen servicemen and women were murdered as a result
- 20:51Speaker 3: of it. It's the same approach. It's a cavalier approach
- 20:55Speaker 3: that it's all about politics rather than a seriousness. Listen,
- 21:00Speaker 3: we know tomorrow and the next day and the next
- 21:04Speaker 3: day Israelis are going to be murdered by Hamas. And
- 21:08Speaker 3: what is Joe Biden proposing. Let's send another hundred million
- 21:11Speaker 3: to Gaza. Gaza is controlled by Hamas. Let's send them
- 21:15Speaker 3: on another one hundred million, because that's clearly what the
- 21:18Speaker 3: terrorists who are at war with Israel need is more money.
- 21:21Speaker 3: And I pray to God that the attack doesn't come
- 21:25Speaker 3: here at home, but I believe every day the responsibility
- 21:28Speaker 3: lies on the head of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and
- 21:30Speaker 3: Merrick Garland and Chris Ray and this entire administration that
- 21:34Speaker 3: is too busy focusing on their own political agendas rather
- 21:38Speaker 3: than defending the American people.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Final question on this, before we get to the Biden
- 21:44Speaker 2: crime family and the shocking news of FBI informants. Does
- 21:47Speaker 2: America have an obligation if everything that the Wall Street
- 21:51Speaker 2: Journal is saying comes out to be one hundred percent faction.
- 21:54Speaker 1: We have no reason ive it's not.
- 21:56Speaker 2: But does the United States American does Joe Biden's administration
- 21:59Speaker 2: have an obligation to respond to Iran militarily if this
- 22:06Speaker 2: is all in fact solid.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Well, in addition to everything we've been discussing, Iran has
- 22:11Speaker 3: been regularly attacking and AMAS has been regularly attacking American
- 22:14Speaker 3: military targets. We have seen multiple servicemen and women, American
- 22:18Speaker 3: servicemen and women injured, and to date, the Biden administration
- 22:23Speaker 3: has done not a damn thing.
- 22:25Speaker 1: And let's explain this more. This is over the last
- 22:27Speaker 1: couple of weeks. People.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Yes, this has not been covered by the news, so
- 22:31Speaker 2: we probably need to explain this real quick. American military
- 22:34Speaker 2: targets have been being hit in the Middle East, particularly
- 22:36Speaker 2: in Iras, is particularly Iraq over the last couple of
- 22:39Speaker 2: weeks since this attack on Israel happened.
- 22:42Speaker 3: And multiple servicemen and women American servicemen and women have
- 22:45Speaker 3: been injured, and Joe Biden hadn't said anything about it,
- 22:48Speaker 3: hadn't done anything about it. Look, these guys still want
- 22:51Speaker 3: a grand Iran nuclear deal and so they're terrified to
- 22:55Speaker 3: actually criticize Iran that they've gotten up to saying Hamas
- 22:59Speaker 3: is bad. All it took was then murdering fourteen hundred
- 23:02Speaker 3: Israelis than thirty one Americans for them to say Hamas
- 23:04Speaker 3: is bad. But the people who funded it, who trained it,
- 23:07Speaker 3: who brought them to Iran, who gave the training sessions,
- 23:11Speaker 3: who taught them how to do this, this administration still
- 23:14Speaker 3: won't take them on. It is insanity.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile for ten years has been America's only Christian
- 23:22Speaker 2: conservative wireless provider, And when I say only trust me,
- 23:26Speaker 2: they are literally the only one. The team at Patriots
- 23:29Speaker 2: at Mobile are incredible because they are an American based
- 23:32Speaker 2: company with an American based call center that helps proud
- 23:36Speaker 2: Americans just like you that are conservatives and Christian know
- 23:39Speaker 2: that when they pay their bill every month, you're actually
- 23:42Speaker 2: making a difference and standing up for what you believe in.
- 23:45Speaker 2: So stop sending your money to woke companies that are
- 23:48Speaker 2: fighting against your values. You may not realize that the
- 23:50Speaker 2: Big Mobile they have been giving millions to liberal Democrats
- 23:55Speaker 2: and to places like Planned Parenthood. Well, Patriot Mobile has
- 24:00Speaker 2: decide to do something else, and I love this about
- 24:02Speaker 2: them as a company. For every Verdict listener that switches
- 24:06Speaker 2: your cell phone provider to Patriot Mobile, they are going
- 24:09Speaker 2: to make an initial donation to a organization that helps
- 24:14Speaker 2: protect the lives of unborn children.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Is pretty awesome.
- 24:18Speaker 2: And then every month when you pay your bill, they
- 24:21Speaker 2: take a portion of your bill at no extra cost
- 24:23Speaker 2: to you, and they give it back to hardcore conservative
- 24:26Speaker 2: Christian organizations. They stand up for freedom of speech, religious freedom,
- 24:30Speaker 2: the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as
- 24:32Speaker 2: our military, our veterans and first responder heroes. So you're
- 24:36Speaker 2: going to have a bill every month for a cell phone,
- 24:38Speaker 2: why not put it with a company that fights for
- 24:40Speaker 2: what you believe in. One hundred percent US based customer
- 24:43Speaker 2: service team is there to help make switching easy. You
- 24:47Speaker 2: can keep your same cell phone number you have now
- 24:49Speaker 2: keep your same phone or upgrade to a new one.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Call Patriot Mobile nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine
- 24:56Speaker 2: to seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code Verdict
- 24:59Speaker 2: You'll get free reactivation and the best deals of the
- 25:02Speaker 2: year nine to seven to two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com.
- 25:06Speaker 2: I want to move to this other big topic as well,
- 25:09Speaker 2: and that is this Fox News report that has come
- 25:12Speaker 2: out saying, quote, the FBI maintained more than forty confidential
- 25:18Speaker 2: human sources on various criminal matters related to the Biden family,
- 25:24Speaker 2: including President Joe Biden, dating back to his time as
- 25:29Speaker 2: the Vice president, according to information obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley,
- 25:36Speaker 2: You've got a lot more on this, and I want
- 25:37Speaker 2: you to take it from there.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. The evidence against Joe Biden and
- 25:42Speaker 3: the Biden crime family has extended for a long time.
- 25:47Speaker 3: According to the Fox News reporting, the confidential human sources
- 25:51Speaker 3: providing criminal information to the FBI relating to Joe Biden,
- 25:55Speaker 3: James Biden, and Hunter Biden. Those confidential human sources were
- 25:58Speaker 3: managed by multiple FBI field offices across the nation, including
- 26:02Speaker 3: the FBI's Seattle Field office. But and this is something
- 26:08Speaker 3: also that my colleague Chuck Grassley has learned and reported,
- 26:11Speaker 3: an FBI task force within the Washington Field Office sought
- 26:14Speaker 3: to and in some cases successfully shut down reporting and
- 26:18Speaker 3: information from those sources by falsely discrediting the information as
- 26:23Speaker 3: foreign disinformation. That effort caused investigative activities to cease. So understand,
- 26:29Speaker 3: they're getting confidential human source after confidential human source after
- 26:33Speaker 3: confidential human source saying these guys are crooks, these guys
- 26:37Speaker 3: are selling favors from Joe Biden to foreign nationals, to
- 26:41Speaker 3: foreign oligarchs, to corrupt Ukrainians, to corrupt Russians, to corrupt Chinese,
- 26:46Speaker 3: to foreigners. And the response of the top brass that
- 26:50Speaker 3: the FBI is no, no, we don't want that, shut
- 26:53Speaker 3: it down, don't talk about this. This is foreign disinformation.
- 26:56Speaker 3: The disinformation was coming all right, but sadly it was
- 26:59Speaker 3: from the FBI.
- 27:02Speaker 2: And center, your colleague Grassley alleges, in essence, look, the
- 27:07Speaker 2: FBI and the DOJ were in essence part of a
- 27:12Speaker 2: cover up here. They sought to shut down the investigations
- 27:15Speaker 2: into the Biden while knowing that the FBI received this
- 27:19Speaker 2: criminal information from over forty confidential sources. Now, to be clear,
- 27:24Speaker 2: forty sources center is a hell of a lot of
- 27:26Speaker 2: confidential sources. When you're talking about people that are telling
- 27:30Speaker 2: you about a legal activity, they believe they're witnessing on
- 27:33Speaker 2: Hunter Biden, on James Biden, on Joe Biden, and then
- 27:37Speaker 2: they're like, hey, yeah, we know about this, we just
- 27:38Speaker 2: want to shut it down.
- 27:40Speaker 1: That's not normal.
- 27:42Speaker 3: So that's exactly right. The only thing that I disagree
- 27:46Speaker 3: with you is you said that Grassley alleged this is
- 27:48Speaker 3: in essence a cover up. No, he didn't say in
- 27:51Speaker 3: essence a cover up. He alleged it was flat out
- 27:53Speaker 3: a cover up. Let me quote from Chuck Grassley quote.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Based on the information provided to my office over a
- 27:58Speaker 3: period of years by multiple credible whistleblowers, there appears to
- 28:02Speaker 3: be an effort within the Justice Department and FBI to
- 28:06Speaker 3: shut down investigative activity related to the Biden family. Such
- 28:11Speaker 3: decisions point to a significant political bias infecting the decision
- 28:15Speaker 3: making of not only the Attorney General and FBI director,
- 28:19Speaker 3: but also line agents and prosecutors. And I got to
- 28:22Speaker 3: say the politicization of the FBI, particularly under Joe Biden,
- 28:27Speaker 3: and the politicization of DOJ is one of the worst
- 28:31Speaker 3: and most damaging legacies of this administration.
- 28:36Speaker 2: Put your lawyer hat on for a second. Explain this
- 28:38Speaker 2: terminology used. It says the confidential human sources quote provided
- 28:42Speaker 2: criminal information to the FBI relating to Joe Biden, James Biden,
- 28:46Speaker 2: Hunter Biden. Those confidential human sources were managed by multiple
- 28:51Speaker 2: FBI field offices across the nation, including the FBI's Seattle
- 28:56Speaker 2: Field office. So when they use words like providing criminal information,
- 29:00Speaker 2: what does that mean?
- 29:02Speaker 3: That means you've got individuals informants who are coming forward saying, hey,
- 29:06Speaker 3: I have an evidence of a crime, evidence of a
- 29:08Speaker 3: crime committed by Joe Biden or Hunter Biden or James Biden. Now,
- 29:13Speaker 3: some of them may not have been telling the truth,
- 29:15Speaker 3: some of them may not have been pointing to actual crimes.
- 29:17Speaker 3: But when you have forty different sources coming up saying
- 29:20Speaker 3: I've got evidence of a crime, that's unusual.
- 29:24Speaker 1: That doesn't happen.
- 29:26Speaker 3: You know, ordinary public servants don't live a life where
- 29:29Speaker 3: you have forty people coming forward saying hey, I've got
- 29:31Speaker 3: evidence of a crime. And by the way, they're millions
- 29:34Speaker 3: of dollars flooding into them from communist China and Ukraine
- 29:36Speaker 3: and Russia and everywhere else like that is not typical. Look,
- 29:40Speaker 3: I serve in the United States Senate, my colleagues are
- 29:42Speaker 3: not getting millions of dollars from communist China or Russia
- 29:45Speaker 3: or Ukraine. That is exceedingly unusual. And to have forty
- 29:50Speaker 3: different sources coming forward, a normal law enforcement process would say, Hey,
- 29:56Speaker 3: this is really concerning, we need to investigate this.
- 29:58Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 30:00Speaker 3: And what Grassley is alleging is that the evidence is
- 30:03Speaker 3: The FBI Field office in DC shut it down and
- 30:07Speaker 3: said nope, ixnay on the Idenbay investigation, a like like
- 30:12Speaker 3: they just did not want to look into crimes committed
- 30:16Speaker 3: by Joe Biden.
- 30:17Speaker 2: And I got to say that well, and they also
- 30:22Speaker 2: use the words they wanted to shut down or they did.
- 30:24Speaker 2: The Washington Field office in some cases successfully shut down reporting.
- 30:30Speaker 2: So they were saying, see no evil, hear no evil.
- 30:34Speaker 2: If you have something that deals with the Biden last name,
- 30:38Speaker 2: we don't even want you to report it much. Let's
- 30:40Speaker 2: give us the information that we would receive. We don't
- 30:44Speaker 2: even want it to come in the door.
- 30:45Speaker 3: Well, and this is part of this is the consequence
- 30:48Speaker 3: of the whole Russia, Russia, Russia, nonsense. And we saw
- 30:52Speaker 3: for years the FBI and DJ wage war on Donald
- 30:56Speaker 3: Trump alleging Russia, Russia, Russia, and we now know the
- 30:59Speaker 3: vast majority of that was nonsense. It was made up,
- 31:01Speaker 3: it was fabricated. Included actually an assistant General counsel at
- 31:05Speaker 3: the FBI literally fabricating an email, creating a false email
- 31:08Speaker 3: and submitting it to a federal court, which is a
- 31:10Speaker 3: felony because they hated Donald Trump so much that they
- 31:14Speaker 3: wanted to go after him. But the danger of the
- 31:16Speaker 3: Russia Russia, Russia narrative is when you had the Hunter
- 31:20Speaker 3: Biden laptop, the FBI could just say, well, this is
- 31:22Speaker 3: Russia disinformation. Never mind that at this point Hunter Biden's
- 31:25Speaker 3: lawyers have essentially admitted, yes, it is his laptop. By
- 31:30Speaker 3: alleging all evidence of criminality as Russian disinformation, they convinced
- 31:35Speaker 3: law enforcement to ignore what is enormous evidence of corrupt
- 31:42Speaker 3: conduct by Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Joe Biden.
- 31:46Speaker 2: In one of those critical FD ten twenty three's we
- 31:48Speaker 2: talked extensively on Verdict about was first reported earlier this year.
- 31:54Speaker 2: It was that form that included the reporting from a
- 31:57Speaker 2: quote highly credible, confidential human source who alleged a criminal
- 32:01Speaker 2: bribery scheme between then Vice President Joe Biden, his son
- 32:06Speaker 2: Hunter Biden, and the founder and the CEO of the
- 32:08Speaker 2: Ukrainian natural gas firm Barisma, where we know that Hunter
- 32:12Speaker 2: Biden was on the board. If if that's one example
- 32:17Speaker 2: of what we were getting from these forty plus informants,
- 32:21Speaker 2: what other intel do we not have? And is there
- 32:25Speaker 2: a way to go to the FBI and for you
- 32:27Speaker 2: guys and sent to even get it.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Well, we don't know. There should be, but unfortunately, this
- 32:32Speaker 3: FBI and this DOJ believes that they are not accountable
- 32:35Speaker 3: to the United States Congress. They're not accountable to the
- 32:37Speaker 3: American people. So when you ask them, their standard answer
- 32:41Speaker 3: is piss off, go jump in a lake. We will
- 32:43Speaker 3: not answer your questions. And there's an arrogance, there's a contempt.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Look.
- 32:46Speaker 3: We had and we talked about this in a previous
- 32:49Speaker 3: pod a deputy director of the FBI, where I was
- 32:52Speaker 3: questioning him and as I asked questions, he said, well,
- 32:55Speaker 3: I don't want to answer that. He said. I asked,
- 32:56Speaker 3: why not, because I don't want to?
- 32:58Speaker 1: Like, who the hell?
- 32:58Speaker 3: What do you mean? You don't want to that. This
- 33:00Speaker 3: is not just a chat at a coffeehouse. Dammit, You're
- 33:04Speaker 3: giving testimony in front of the Judiciary Committee of the
- 33:06Speaker 3: United States Senate, and you have an obligation. You're giving
- 33:09Speaker 3: testimony on behalf of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. But
- 33:12Speaker 3: there is a hubris on the part of these individuals,
- 33:16Speaker 3: these partisans who are at the senior career positions that.
- 33:20Speaker 1: They believe how dare you question.
- 33:23Speaker 3: What we're doing? And I got to say, look, I'm
- 33:26Speaker 3: an alumnus of DJ I respect and revere the institution
- 33:30Speaker 3: and they have corrupted it to a point that it
- 33:33Speaker 3: is heartbreaking, and it is dangerous for the rule of law,
- 33:36Speaker 3: and it's dangerous for liberty in the United States.
- 33:39Speaker 2: I want to tell you real quick about our friends

- 35:12Speaker 2: Last question for you, next time the Attorney General Merrick
- 35:15Speaker 2: Garland comes before Congress, what question should he be asked
- 35:20Speaker 2: about this.
- 35:22Speaker 1: A lot.
- 35:23Speaker 3: But I will say, even to our beloved listeners at Verdict,
- 35:27Speaker 3: I'm not going to give a preview of the questions
- 35:29Speaker 3: I'm gonna ask. Well, we'll we'll figure that out probably
- 35:33Speaker 3: the day before and the day that Merrick Garland arrives.
- 35:35Speaker 3: It will be time sensitive, but it will be driven
- 35:39Speaker 3: by all of these issues because I view my responsibility. Listen,
- 35:43Speaker 3: when I'm sitting there, it's not just me asking questions.
- 35:46Speaker 3: You know, I'm elected to represent thirty million Texans, and
- 35:50Speaker 3: so I'm trying to do my very best to ask
- 35:53Speaker 3: questions on behalf of thirty million Texans, to ask questions
- 35:56Speaker 3: that Texans have a right to know. And sometimes I
- 35:59Speaker 3: do it well, sometimes I do it less than well.
- 36:01Speaker 3: That's the blessing and curse of being human. But I'm
- 36:05Speaker 3: trying to fulfill my responsibility to the people of Texas
- 36:09Speaker 3: of defending the constitution and.
- 36:11Speaker 1: The rule of law.
- 36:12Speaker 3: So you can be assured the next time Merck Garland
- 36:14Speaker 3: testified in the Senate Judiciary Committee, We're going to be
- 36:18Speaker 3: talking about it on Verdict afterwards, and I'm going to
- 36:20Speaker 3: do my very best to ask the questions that thirty
- 36:23Speaker 3: million Texans want asked.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Yeah, great point. Don't forget we will keep you updated
