- 0:00Speaker 1: So there's politics, and then there's the other type of
- 0:04Speaker 1: politics where people just think you look like a terrible
- 0:08Speaker 1: human being because it's something that actually doesn't have to
- 0:10Speaker 1: do with politics, and that has now become an issue
- 0:14Speaker 1: the second part of that equation for the President of
- 0:19Speaker 1: the United States of America, Joe Biden. For five years now,
- 0:26Speaker 1: Biden has refused to acknowledge his seventh grandchild. Now he
- 0:30Speaker 1: brags and talks from a political standpoint about the fact
- 0:34Speaker 1: that he talks to his grand children every single day,
- 0:38Speaker 1: calls them, and that's been one of the great, you know,
- 0:41Speaker 1: folky stories of the Biden to humanize him. He talks
- 0:44Speaker 1: his grandkids every single day, except for one seventh grandchild
- 0:51Speaker 1: in Arkansas, the child that Hunter Biden had with a
- 0:55Speaker 1: former stripper in Arkansas who refused to acknowledge was his
- 0:58Speaker 1: own to allow to have the family name Biden. By
- 1:03Speaker 1: the way, it's now become a political issue and a problem.
- 1:09Speaker 1: So the White House understood that it was starting to
- 1:12Speaker 1: change voters' minds because most people have a hard time
- 1:17Speaker 1: relating to a man who claims he's a great grandfather
- 1:21Speaker 1: right to all these grandchildren, but won't acknowledge the existence
- 1:25Speaker 1: of one of the seven. It's also become a problem
- 1:28Speaker 1: because of the court case in Arkansas that highlighted the
- 1:31Speaker 1: fact that there's another grandchild out there. It also became
- 1:35Speaker 1: a problem when people saw that he referred to having
- 1:38Speaker 1: only six grandchildren instead of seven. It became a problem
- 1:43Speaker 1: when they hung up six stockings for their grandchildren at
- 1:46Speaker 1: the White House in December, leaving that seventh grandchild out.
- 1:52Speaker 1: You put all this together, and it basically, I think
- 1:56Speaker 1: explains Joe Biden.
- 1:57Speaker 2: As a human being.
- 2:00Speaker 1: He's the same guy who took advantage of his son's
- 2:03Speaker 1: addiction problem. As much as they want to tell you
- 2:07Speaker 1: that he cares about his son and that he's proud
- 2:09Speaker 1: of his son and that he's just he's the smartest
- 2:12Speaker 1: guy I've ever met referring to Hunter Biden, the reality
- 2:16Speaker 1: is he saw an opportunity to abuse his son. There's
- 2:20Speaker 1: any part of the Hunter Biden case, the laptop, all
- 2:24Speaker 1: of it that's come out that I actually feel sorry
- 2:28Speaker 1: for Hunter Biden on. It's the fact that his own
- 2:30Speaker 1: family members saw an opportunity to use his addiction to
- 2:36Speaker 1: exploit his weaknesses to them make them more money. If
- 2:41Speaker 1: you step back from all of it and you look
- 2:44Speaker 1: at the Laptop from Hell and you look at the
- 2:48Speaker 1: political game plan by the Biden family. The one thing
- 2:52Speaker 1: you see that is consistent throughout the years is they
- 2:55Speaker 1: had an alibi. They knew what the alibi was, and
- 2:58Speaker 1: they knew how they were going to play.
- 3:00Speaker 2: It's pretty clear.
- 3:01Speaker 1: What that alibi is. That alibi was he is a
- 3:05Speaker 1: troubled young man who's a drug addict, so therefore he
- 3:10Speaker 1: shouldn't be held accountable for the crimes that he's committing.
- 3:14Speaker 1: They knew they could use that as an alibi. They
- 3:16Speaker 1: couldn't use that same alibi with Joe Biden. They couldn't
- 3:19Speaker 1: use that same alibi with his brother, James Biden, or
- 3:22Speaker 1: Jim Biden, or his sister or any of the other
- 3:25Speaker 1: nine Biden crime family members that have been on the take.
- 3:29Speaker 1: They needed a bag man that had an excuse. They
- 3:33Speaker 1: needed a bag man that could be used to the
- 3:38Speaker 1: advantage of the Biden family. Now, when the millions of
- 3:42Speaker 1: dollars were coming into the Biden crime family from China,
- 3:46Speaker 1: from Romania, from Barisma and Ukraine, they knew during that
- 3:52Speaker 1: time they were enabling an addict to have an attict
- 3:55Speaker 1: lifestyle filled with human trafficking, sex, trafficking strippers, and drugs.
- 4:02Speaker 1: They knew that he was blowing through money when the
- 4:06Speaker 1: millions were coming in, when he was getting his cut.
- 4:09Speaker 1: They didn't care because they saw an opportunity for an alibi.
- 4:14Speaker 2: He could do the deals that these.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Sober adults in the room couldn't do, because his alibi
- 4:21Speaker 1: was I didn't know what I was doing. I don't
- 4:23Speaker 1: remember what I was doing. I was on drugs, and
- 4:26Speaker 1: now I'm out and on rehab and did better, and
- 4:29Speaker 1: I am a success story. And sure enough, that's what
- 4:32Speaker 1: every Biden family member has said. We're so proud of him.
- 4:35Speaker 1: We're so proud of his recovery. We're so proud of
- 4:38Speaker 1: what he's done, we're so proud of who he is.
- 4:40Speaker 1: We're so proud of all of it. Right, that's what
- 4:43Speaker 1: they've said, over and over and over and over and
- 4:45Speaker 1: over again. Then the grandchild came up, and they said,
- 4:51Speaker 1: ignore it. We don't give a crap about this grandchild.
- 4:53Speaker 1: We don't give a crap about this grandchild. Especially, we
- 4:58Speaker 1: don't want her to have our last name beneath us. Right,
- 5:01Speaker 1: she's not pedigree. She comes from a stripper. Now, of course,
- 5:06Speaker 1: the DNA of their son is the best ever. Right,
- 5:09Speaker 1: he's a Biden, He's a pedigree. But we don't want
- 5:13Speaker 1: this grandchild. This is a problem for us. We don't
- 5:16Speaker 1: want this mother around. We won't want the grandchild around.
- 5:19Speaker 1: We don't want to meet the grandchild. We don'tant to
- 5:20Speaker 1: see the grandchild. We don't want to have anything to
- 5:22Speaker 1: do with the grandchild. And that is now recently, just
- 5:26Speaker 1: recently started to backfire. President Joe Biden finally on Friday,
- 5:36Speaker 1: and not because it was the right thing to do,
- 5:38Speaker 1: but because of the public pressure, because of how much
- 5:42Speaker 1: of a dirt bag he looked like and the family
- 5:44Speaker 1: looks like by refusing to admit they have a seventh grandchild,
- 5:48Speaker 1: publicly acknowledged his seventh grandchild five years after the fact,
- 5:54Speaker 1: a four year old little girl fathered by a son
- 5:56Speaker 1: hunter with a woman in Arkansas, Missus Roberts in twenty
- 6:01Speaker 1: eighteen quote, our son Hunter and Navy's mother London are
- 6:06Speaker 1: working together to foster a relationship that is in the
- 6:08Speaker 1: best interest of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much
- 6:12Speaker 1: as possible going forward. Biden said in a statement it
- 6:16Speaker 1: was his first acknowledgment of the child. This is not
- 6:20Speaker 1: a political issue. He went on to say, it's a
- 6:22Speaker 1: family matter. Jill and I only Jill and I only
- 6:27Speaker 1: want what is best for our grand children, including Navy.
- 6:33Speaker 2: If that was true, Navy would have been to the
- 6:35Speaker 2: White House.
- 6:36Speaker 1: If that was true, Joe Biden would have told his
- 6:39Speaker 1: son to man up and stop refusing to admit that
- 6:43Speaker 1: the child is actually his. If he truly believed this,
- 6:46Speaker 1: and if Jill Biden truly believed this, they would have
- 6:51Speaker 1: told Hunter Biden to make sure he was paying alimony,
- 6:53Speaker 1: child support, and taking care of the child to the
- 6:56Speaker 1: fullest extent that he could, and not make her fight
- 7:00Speaker 1: in a courtroom for every single penny she needed.
- 7:04Speaker 2: They would have also told him.
- 7:06Speaker 1: To go down there and accept responsibility and to sober
- 7:10Speaker 1: up and to be a father to this child. They
- 7:12Speaker 1: would have told Joe Biden or Hunter Biden, I should say,
- 7:16Speaker 1: to bring her to the White House, and if that
- 7:17Speaker 1: didn't work because he was an addict, they should have
- 7:20Speaker 1: gone around him directly to the mother and would have said, hey,
- 7:23Speaker 1: we love to meet our grandchild. We'd love to have
- 7:25Speaker 1: you at our house, which happens to be the White House.
- 7:29Speaker 1: If they actually cared about this grandchild, they would have said,
- 7:32Speaker 1: of course, we want her to have the Biden family name.
- 7:35Speaker 1: We would love for her to have the Biden name,
- 7:37Speaker 1: and we want to be there for anything that you
- 7:39Speaker 1: may need. They would have said, Hey, we love our son,
- 7:42Speaker 1: but you know, we know he's incredibly irresponsible. If there
- 7:45Speaker 1: are any issues, please reach out to us because we
- 7:48Speaker 1: want to help care for our grandchild. But that's not
- 7:51Speaker 1: what they did. Instead, they made this woman go through hell.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's paternity was established by DNA testing after Roberts
- 7:59Speaker 1: was forced to sue for child support because the Biden
- 8:04Speaker 1: family refused to do the right thing, and the two
- 8:07Speaker 1: parties recently resolved out standing child support issues. The president's
- 8:11Speaker 1: son wrote about his encounter with Roberts in his twenty
- 8:13Speaker 1: twenty one memoir, So we had time to write about it,
- 8:15Speaker 1: just not to see his child, saying it came while
- 8:18Speaker 1: he was in deep in addiction to alcohol and drugs,
- 8:21Speaker 1: including crack cocaine. There's your excuse, So why now? It's
- 8:26Speaker 1: for one reason politics. I also tell you about our
- 8:31Speaker 1: friends of Augusta precious medals. Have you been saving a
- 8:34Speaker 1: long time for retirement? Well, if you have, you've probably
- 8:37Speaker 1: been really stressed out over the last year with interest
- 8:39Speaker 1: rates have been skyrocketing, inflation issues, bank failures, and people
- 8:43Speaker 1: that have actually lost some money in their retirement accounts.
- 8:47Speaker 1: If you aren't invested and diversified in gold, you should
- 8:52Speaker 1: check out Augusta Precious Medals Augusta Precious Metals.
- 8:55Speaker 2: They're just different.
- 8:56Speaker 1: They'll even tell you if a gold IRA isn't your answer,
- 9:00Speaker 1: they give you the facts about gold and precious medals.
- 9:03Speaker 1: It's all about protecting your IRA and protecting your four
- 9:07Speaker 1: oh one k in this crazy economy. And it's so
- 9:10Speaker 1: important if you're in retirement or close to retirement because
- 9:13Speaker 1: there's no time to make up losses. Now, if you've
- 9:16Speaker 1: had those losses, you know what I'm talking about. So
- 9:18Speaker 1: if you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, take
- 9:21Speaker 1: a look at their free guy that they'll send you
- 9:24Speaker 1: and they'll do a one on one conference with you
- 9:27Speaker 1: to talk about your financial portfolio. Both are filled with
- 9:30Speaker 1: economic insights and their gold IRA info will give you
- 9:33Speaker 1: peace of mind of knowing that, hey, you can protect
- 9:36Speaker 1: your hard earned dollars. Eight seven seven the number four
- 9:40Speaker 1: gold IRA. That's eight seven to seven the number four
- 9:44Speaker 1: goldr or visit Augusta Precious Metals dot com.
- 9:50Speaker 2: That's Augusta Precious.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Metals dot com or eight seven seven the number four
- 9:55Speaker 1: goldr A. The country was rea acting to this. They
- 10:01Speaker 1: didn't believe the idea that he had no recollection of
- 10:04Speaker 1: the encounter. They didn't believe that they wouldn't allow her
- 10:08Speaker 1: to have the Biden family name. The American people had
- 10:12Speaker 1: compassion for this little girl and realized just how evil
- 10:15Speaker 1: the Bidens are by refusing to allow her to come
- 10:18Speaker 1: to the White House meet them, much less meet her
- 10:22Speaker 1: other cousins. The president, who made a commitment to family
- 10:27Speaker 1: quote unquote central to his public persona, has faced increased
- 10:31Speaker 1: criticism the ap rights from political rivals and pundits for
- 10:36Speaker 1: failing to acknowledge the granddaughter. According to a person familiar
- 10:40Speaker 1: with the matter, he was taking the cue from his
- 10:43Speaker 1: son while the legal proceedings played out. The person spoke
- 10:46Speaker 1: on condition of aminity to discuss private matters. Sure okay.
- 10:51Speaker 1: The attorneys for Roberts to not respond to requests for
- 10:55Speaker 1: comment on the President's new statement. Hunter Biden, by the way,
- 11:00Speaker 1: has four other children, including a son Bo born to
- 11:03Speaker 1: his wife Melissao, and in twenty twenty he was named
- 11:06Speaker 1: after the president's late son, who died of cancer in
- 11:08Speaker 1: twenty fifteen, leaving behind two children. Biden's grandchildren have played
- 11:14Speaker 1: a distinctive role in his presidency, the ap rights, often
- 11:17Speaker 1: accompanying the President or first lady on trips and making
- 11:21Speaker 1: regular visits to the White House. The president has also
- 11:23Speaker 1: credited as grandchildren with persuading him to challenge then President
- 11:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump for the White House in twenty twenty. The
- 11:31Speaker 1: Biden's statement, by the way, if you don't think this
- 11:33Speaker 1: is a pr move was first reported by People magazine,
- 11:38Speaker 1: So to be clear, they said, all right, this has
- 11:42Speaker 1: become too bad. This young little girl, by the way,
- 11:45Speaker 1: is going to figure this out one day when she
- 11:47Speaker 1: gets older. She's going to realize that the only reason
- 11:50Speaker 1: why they acknowledged her existence is because they kind of
- 11:53Speaker 1: didn't have another choice.
- 11:56Speaker 2: That was it.
- 11:58Speaker 1: They didn't have another choice. Think about that, they didn't
- 12:07Speaker 1: have another choice. That's pretty ridiculous if you think about it.
- 12:16Speaker 1: It's also, i would argue, not surprising, not surprising that
- 12:21Speaker 1: this is a president that would do that.
- 12:24Speaker 2: So as we move into this election cycle, remember this.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Now, there's also another big thing that's about to happen
- 12:33Speaker 1: and that is former Hunter Biden associate Devin Archer has
- 12:40Speaker 1: now become the hero. If he testifies before Congress on Monday,
- 12:47Speaker 1: this is going to be a very big deal because
- 12:50Speaker 1: if he comes forward, Devon Archer, and he tells what
- 12:54Speaker 1: he saw, and he tells what he knows, this is
- 12:58Speaker 1: going to spell serious problems for the Biden crime family.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Maranda Devine had to
- 13:06Speaker 1: say about Joe Biden meeting with Hunters overseas business partners
- 13:11Speaker 1: and clearly selling influence.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Inst you heard the White House spokeswoman Karine Jean Pierre yesterday,
- 13:18Speaker 3: has just changed the language. He said, Oh, I've said
- 13:20Speaker 3: this a million times and the answer remains the same,
- 13:23Speaker 3: but the answer was completely different. It's now the president
- 13:28Speaker 3: is not in business with his son, very different from
- 13:31Speaker 3: saying I know nothing about my son's overseas business dealings.
- 13:34Speaker 3: So I think that it's overwhelming the evidence already on
- 13:38Speaker 3: the table and about to be told by Devon Archer
- 13:41Speaker 3: that Joe Biden was meeting with Hunter Biden's overseas business partners,
- 13:46Speaker 3: and that, of course was incredibly important to what Hunter
- 13:50Speaker 3: Biden's business was, which was selling influence of his father,
- 13:54Speaker 3: then the Vice president.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Thank you, Miranda.
- 13:57Speaker 1: It was selling influence to his then father, the president
- 14:02Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Now, and that's exactly
- 14:04Speaker 1: what we expect Devin Archer to say. Now, let me
- 14:07Speaker 1: also remind you of the White House, and they're changing narrative.
- 14:11Speaker 4: Now.
- 14:11Speaker 1: The White House has said over and over and over again.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Want to be clear, they have said it a lot. Okay,
- 14:17Speaker 1: they've said it quite a few times that they believe
- 14:22Speaker 1: that Joe Biden has never talked about business with his son.
- 14:26Speaker 2: We also know that that is a lie.
- 14:29Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden last week and we
- 14:31Speaker 1: exposed this on this show. I played for you the
- 14:34Speaker 1: White House pres secretary changing that narrative. She went from
- 14:37Speaker 1: they've never talked business to well, they were never in
- 14:40Speaker 1: business together.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Listen carefully. If the White House.
- 14:44Speaker 5: And the President still stand behind his comment that he's
- 14:47Speaker 5: never been involved and has never even spoken to his
- 14:50Speaker 5: son about his so I've been asked this question a
- 14:53Speaker 5: million times.
- 14:53Speaker 6: The answer is not going to change.
- 14:55Speaker 4: The answer remains the same.
- 14:56Speaker 1: The President was never in business with his son. I
- 14:59Speaker 1: just don't have anything else to add.
- 15:01Speaker 2: That's not what they said.
- 15:02Speaker 1: By the way, we have the montage starting back in
- 15:05Speaker 1: Des Moines, Iowa, when he was running for president, back
- 15:07Speaker 1: in September of twenty nineteen, where the president was asked
- 15:11Speaker 1: about his business dealings with his son. Listen, how many
- 15:15Speaker 1: times have you ever spoken to your son about his
- 15:17Speaker 1: overseas business dealings.
- 15:19Speaker 6: I've never spoken my son about his overseas bensons. I
- 15:22Speaker 6: have never discussed with my son, or my brother or
- 15:26Speaker 6: anyone else and being having to do with their business period.
- 15:30Speaker 6: And what I will do is the same thing we
- 15:32Speaker 6: did in our administration. It will be an absolute wall
- 15:36Speaker 6: between personal and private and the government.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Do you stand by your statement that you did not
- 15:42Speaker 4: discuss any of your son's overseas business charge?
- 15:46Speaker 2: Do you think it was wrong for him to take
- 15:48Speaker 2: that position knowing that it was really because that company wanted.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Access to you?
- 15:54Speaker 5: Well, that's not true.
- 15:55Speaker 6: You're saying things you do not know what you're talking about.
- 15:58Speaker 6: No one said that.
- 15:59Speaker 4: Who said that.
- 16:01Speaker 2: I love that part with the Today Show.
- 16:02Speaker 1: They're like, look, you know he got that job because
- 16:05Speaker 1: they were trying to buy access to you.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Who's saying that. No one's saying that. That's actually not true.
- 16:11Speaker 1: She could have said every Republican is saying that she
- 16:15Speaker 1: could have said, with all due respect, mister President, the
- 16:18Speaker 1: emails say that as well from your son's laptop, but
- 16:21Speaker 1: she wouldn't go there because at Savannah Gunthrie doesn't have
- 16:24Speaker 1: the cojones to actually do that.
- 16:27Speaker 2: That's part of the problem.
- 16:29Speaker 1: But if Devin Archer comes forward and Devn Archer does this,
- 16:34Speaker 1: it's going to be significant.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Okay, it's going to be huge.
- 16:38Speaker 1: If Devon Archer is able to come forward and tell
- 16:41Speaker 1: us what he knows, this will be massive. It will
- 16:47Speaker 1: be absolutely massive and damaging for the Biden crime family. Now,
- 16:54Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 16:56Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 16:58Speaker 1: friends at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a performance guarantee.
- 17:03Speaker 1: If you're not happy with your coverage, you can switch
- 17:05Speaker 1: between the three major carriers for free.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 17:14Speaker 1: are for nationwide coverage on the best G four and
- 17:17Speaker 1: G five networks, the same network and towers are using
- 17:20Speaker 1: right now. The difference is not only do you get
- 17:23Speaker 1: the same great quality that you're used to, but they
- 17:27Speaker 1: actually are a company that fights to preserve or God
- 17:30Speaker 1: given rights and freedoms.
- 17:32Speaker 2: So this year resolved to stop.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Spending your money with companies that don't align with your values.
- 17:38Speaker 1: In fact, actually fight against what you believe in. Switch
- 17:41Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups,
- 17:45Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions.
- 17:49Speaker 2: It is easy to switch.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Call them right now or go online to Patriotmobile dot
- 17:53Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Or call them eight seven eight pay. You're going to
- 18:01Speaker 1: get free activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight
- 18:04Speaker 1: seven eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 18:10Speaker 2: We also know that James Comer.
- 18:13Speaker 1: He was a guest on the podcast I Do with
- 18:16Speaker 1: Ted Cruz, and I verdict that he is expecting his testimony.
- 18:20Speaker 2: To be blockbuster. I want you to listen to part
- 18:22Speaker 2: of what he had to say.
- 18:23Speaker 5: I want to ask you about your investigation, but first
- 18:25Speaker 5: let me get to this breaking news. I have in
- 18:27Speaker 5: my hand a letter from the Department of Justice that
- 18:30Speaker 5: was sent to the Southern District of New York on Saturday.
- 18:34Speaker 5: By the way, Devon Archer is testifying on Monday do
- 18:37Speaker 5: you ever see you usually see the DJ send letters
- 18:40Speaker 5: like this out on a Saturday.
- 18:43Speaker 4: Never. Never. This is the first time I've ever heard
- 18:45Speaker 4: of the Department of Justice doing anything on a Saturday.
- 18:49Speaker 5: So what is this letter? Can you walk us through it?
- 18:51Speaker 5: The government is apprising the court of the status of
- 18:54Speaker 5: Devin Archer's appeal of his judgment of conviction, and they
- 18:58Speaker 5: request that the court set a surrendered date for the
- 19:01Speaker 5: defendant to report to a facility. Please walk us through
- 19:05Speaker 5: what this letter says.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Yeah, the letter from the Department Justice is trying to
- 19:09Speaker 4: nudge the judge to go ahead and sentence Devin Archer
- 19:14Speaker 4: for something unrelated to what we're going to be talking
- 19:17Speaker 4: to him about tomorrow. It's odd that it was issued
- 19:21Speaker 4: on a Saturday, and it's odd that it's right before
- 19:24Speaker 4: he's scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to
- 19:27Speaker 4: speak in front of the House Oversacke Committee and tell
- 19:29Speaker 4: the American people the truth about what really went on
- 19:32Speaker 4: with Barisma. So, you know, I don't know if this
- 19:35Speaker 4: is a coincidence, Maria, or if this is another example
- 19:38Speaker 4: of the weaponization of the Department of Justice, but I
- 19:40Speaker 4: can tell you this the links to which the Biden
- 19:43Speaker 4: legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses,
- 19:47Speaker 4: to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly
- 19:49Speaker 4: coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, to
- 19:52Speaker 4: encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage
- 19:57Speaker 4: banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury
- 20:01Speaker 4: not to let us have access to those suspicious activity reports.
- 20:03Speaker 4: It's very troubling, and I believe that this is another
- 20:08Speaker 4: violation of the law, this is obstruction of justice. But nevertheless,
- 20:12Speaker 4: we're going to continue to move forward and try to
- 20:14Speaker 4: present the American people with the facts and the truth
- 20:16Speaker 4: about this president and his family.
- 20:19Speaker 5: Tell me how many suspicious activity reports you have seen?
- 20:22Speaker 5: How much money do you expect that the Biden family
- 20:25Speaker 5: has taken in update us on your investigation into this
- 20:28Speaker 5: influence peddling.
- 20:30Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I mean there's one hundred and seventy suspicious
- 20:34Speaker 4: activity reports, but then there's another several dozen suspicious activity
- 20:39Speaker 4: reports that were filed on other people, but Biden family
- 20:42Speaker 4: members were a subject of those, meaning they were involved
- 20:46Speaker 4: in some type of transaction, involved with a major wire
- 20:50Speaker 4: that had been flagged by a bank. That's what happens
- 20:52Speaker 4: when you are engaged in money laundering, Maria. So we're
- 20:55Speaker 4: trying to have access to Treasury. We want to go back.
- 20:58Speaker 4: We've learned new information since we went in there. The
- 21:01Speaker 4: first time, we requested a limited number of suspicious activity reports.
- 21:05Speaker 4: Those were all involving the Biden family. Now we've learned
- 21:09Speaker 4: of some other deals and other transactions with other entities
- 21:13Speaker 4: and other people that we believe the Bidens may be
- 21:15Speaker 4: subject to those transact to those suspicious activity reports as well.
- 21:19Speaker 4: So we're trying to get back in Treasury now as
- 21:21Speaker 4: our investigation continues to grow. But I will tell you
- 21:25Speaker 4: that it's unprecedented. As someone who has been involved in banking,
- 21:29Speaker 4: There's never been an instance that I've ever heard of
- 21:32Speaker 4: or in talking to bankers around America where a family
- 21:36Speaker 4: has been involved in so many suspicious activity ports. This
- 21:40Speaker 4: is where the bank files notice with the Treasury Department
- 21:44Speaker 4: that they fear their client is engaged in some type
- 21:47Speaker 4: of criminal activity. This is very serious and the extent
- 21:52Speaker 4: to which this family was involved in suspicious activities is breathtaking.
- 21:56Speaker 5: Well, how often does one get a suspicious activity report?
- 21:59Speaker 5: How many people? I mean, how many suspicious activity reports
- 22:02Speaker 5: would your average person get.
- 22:05Speaker 4: I would say the average person gets zero. These just
- 22:09Speaker 4: don't happen very often. Now, the Democrats would try to
- 22:13Speaker 4: spend a narrative that, oh, it's not uncommon. Everybody gets
- 22:16Speaker 4: a suspicious activity report. It's like an overdraft figure or
- 22:18Speaker 4: something that is simply not true. I spoke to the
- 22:21Speaker 4: Kentucky Bankers Association in Washington two weeks ago, and I
- 22:24Speaker 4: was telling them about all these suspicious activity reports, and
- 22:27Speaker 4: they couldn't believe it. I mean, a lot of banks
- 22:31Speaker 4: in Kentucky anyway may not issue more than one or
- 22:35Speaker 4: two suspicious activity reports a year. And you think about
- 22:38Speaker 4: how many clients and how many transactions are involved with
- 22:41Speaker 4: these banks. So it's very uncommon for an American to
- 22:46Speaker 4: get a suspicious activity Most people who get suspicious activity
- 22:49Speaker 4: ports are people who are foreigners who are doing business
- 22:54Speaker 4: in America, people who are sending money to foreign countries
- 22:58Speaker 4: that may or may not be legal sent us in
- 23:00Speaker 4: the United States, and people involved in criminal activity, money
- 23:02Speaker 4: laundering and things like that.
- 23:04Speaker 5: What are you expecting to get from Devin Archer tomorrow,
- 23:07Speaker 5: Let's talk about that on the record testimony.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I don't want to put words in Devon
- 23:13Speaker 4: Archer's mouth. But I'll say this, he has an opportunity
- 23:17Speaker 4: to come tomorrow to the House Oversight Committee and tell
- 23:20Speaker 4: the truth. He has an opportunity to be a hero
- 23:23Speaker 4: like the two whistleblowers were, Like the judge in Delaware
- 23:27Speaker 4: was who rejected the sweetheart plea deal from the Department
- 23:30Speaker 4: of Justice to Hunter Biden. Devin Archer could be in
- 23:33Speaker 4: that category of Americans that just come and tell the truth,
- 23:37Speaker 4: that's all we want. We know that Devin Archer was
- 23:40Speaker 4: on the board of Barisma with Hunter Biden. We know
- 23:43Speaker 4: that Devin Archer has met and communicated many many times
- 23:47Speaker 4: with Joe Biden about Barisma and other things. So this
- 23:51Speaker 4: is going to be an opportunity for Devin Archer just
- 23:54Speaker 4: to tell the truth. We have other bank statements that
- 23:58Speaker 4: we've obtained that we have questions about pertaining to countries
- 24:02Speaker 4: that we believe Archer may have knowledge of. So, you know,
- 24:05Speaker 4: my hats off to Devin Archer when he shows up tomorrow.
- 24:09Speaker 4: I know it's tough. I know he's been intimidated by
- 24:12Speaker 4: the Biden legal team, but hopefully he saw what happened
- 24:14Speaker 4: in that courtroom in Delaware last week, and there are
- 24:17Speaker 4: good people in the justice system, and we saw that
- 24:19Speaker 4: judge stand up and reject the obvious sweetheart plea deal
- 24:24Speaker 4: that the Department Justice gave the President's son. I know
- 24:28Speaker 4: that the President's the legal team has been telling our
- 24:31Speaker 4: witnesses that they don't need to cooperate with the committee,
- 24:34Speaker 4: that nothing's going to happen to the Bidens. I don't
- 24:37Speaker 4: think that's true, and I think we saw that play
- 24:38Speaker 4: out in the courtroom next week. So we're excited about
- 24:41Speaker 4: Devin Archer and I appreciate his willingness to come.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Do you have the details in terms of follow ups?
- 24:46Speaker 5: I mean, for example, hypothetically speaking, would you follow up
- 24:51Speaker 5: with something around the lines when you all were sitting
- 24:54Speaker 5: at that bar in JULYI what was the conversation happening
- 24:59Speaker 5: before Hunter Biden decides to call up his father and
- 25:03Speaker 5: have a conversation with him on the phone when you
- 25:06Speaker 5: all were at the bar in Dubai.
- 25:10Speaker 4: Yeah, there are so many instances, as you know, Maria,
- 25:13Speaker 4: from the laptop and from messages and emails, where there
- 25:18Speaker 4: were scenarios like that where the president's son called his
- 25:22Speaker 4: father in front of his business associates. It wasn't just
- 25:25Speaker 4: with the Devin Archer, it was others, and we're trying
- 25:28Speaker 4: to bring all these people in and let them tell
- 25:30Speaker 4: us the truth. You know, what level of involvement, What
- 25:33Speaker 4: level of knowledge did Joe Biden have of his his
- 25:37Speaker 4: family's business schemes, because he said from day one he
- 25:41Speaker 4: had no knowledge of anything his family was doing until
- 25:44Speaker 4: last week when it became public that Devin Archer was
- 25:47Speaker 4: coming to do this transcribed interview. Then Jean Pierre changed
- 25:50Speaker 4: his shorts, say, well, the president was never in business
- 25:53Speaker 4: with his son Maria. They never had a legitimate business.
- 25:56Speaker 4: So you know, to say he was never in business
- 25:58Speaker 4: with his son, that might be true because there never
- 26:01Speaker 4: was a legitimate business. But we want to know what
- 26:03Speaker 4: the president knew, and we want to know what level
- 26:06Speaker 4: involvement he had in these business schemes.
- 26:09Speaker 5: Based on what you have seen so far, mister chairman,
- 26:11Speaker 5: do you believe Joe Biden has been involved in bribery, rocketeering,
- 26:17Speaker 5: and money laundering.
- 26:20Speaker 4: I believe that Joe Biden knows about all those things. Now,
- 26:23Speaker 4: what level of involvement he had as a participant, we're
- 26:28Speaker 4: investigating to find out, but there's no doubt in my
- 26:30Speaker 4: mind that he knew about those things. And remember, he
- 26:33Speaker 4: has consistently told the American people he had no knowledge
- 26:37Speaker 4: of anything his family was doing with respect to foreign
- 26:40Speaker 4: business transactions. And we're about to find out throughout the
- 26:44Speaker 4: whole month of August whether or not that statement was true.
- 26:47Speaker 5: Before you go real quick, Tomorrow's testimony could be a
- 26:51Speaker 5: history altering event. If all of this is true. Are
- 26:56Speaker 5: you expecting to impeach Joe Biden?
- 26:58Speaker 4: Well, that's a question you'll have to ask Kevin McCarthy
- 27:01Speaker 4: and Jim Jordan. They're the two that will lead potential impeachment.
- 27:06Speaker 4: I know how I would vote on it, Maria, but
- 27:09Speaker 4: I'm not the one that makes that decision. I lead
- 27:10Speaker 4: the investigation. My job is to get the facts, to
- 27:13Speaker 4: get evidence, and that's what I'm doing. And I think
- 27:16Speaker 4: we've been doing a pretty good job by congressional standards
- 27:19Speaker 4: thus far. And hopefully this week will be a big
- 27:21Speaker 4: week for us. As we move forward with our investigation.
- 27:25Speaker 1: You can hear just how big of a deal this
- 27:27Speaker 1: is gonna be. That's the reason why I wanted you
- 27:31Speaker 1: to hear that interview. In its entirety, it's shocking that
- 27:34Speaker 1: the US government, Actually it's not shocking it's shocking, but
- 27:36Speaker 1: it's not shocking that the US government would all of
- 27:39Speaker 1: a sudden go out there and be like, hey, judge,
- 27:41Speaker 1: we need you to put Devin Archer in jail. Can
- 27:44Speaker 1: you go ahead and take care of that please. We'd
- 27:48Speaker 1: really appreciate it if you would just throw him in
- 27:52Speaker 1: jail real quick. For his other case it's unrelated to this,
- 27:55Speaker 1: go ahead and give him a sensing date so he
- 27:57Speaker 1: can't testify to what he knows. But that's also if
- 28:00Speaker 1: that's not a shot across the bow, I don't know
- 28:03Speaker 1: what is. It's obvious they're trying to tell them shut
- 28:06Speaker 1: up and sit down. One eight hundred four seven four
