- 2:04Speaker 7: Good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, Come
- 2:08Speaker 7: on dig me now.
- 2:10Speaker 1: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah.
- 2:14Speaker 7: Man, God is in the blessing business all day every day.
- 2:18Speaker 7: God got hundreds of millions of blessings that he passes
- 2:22Speaker 7: out every day. All I want to do is be
- 2:27Speaker 7: the recipient that I'm the recipient of what He has
- 2:31Speaker 7: for me. That's all I want. I just want God's favor,
- 2:37Speaker 7: and I go. I want God's blessings. You know, of
- 2:41Speaker 7: course I need his mercy and his grace, but I
- 2:45Speaker 7: just want his blessings and his favor.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I want.
- 2:50Speaker 7: I want that in my life because it does things
- 2:53Speaker 7: for me that I'm absolutely incapable of doing for myself.
- 2:57Speaker 7: And I've been a recipient of many of those. And
- 3:00Speaker 7: you can be the recipient of them too. You already are, really, really,
- 3:06Speaker 7: you already are. If you're getting up every morning, that's
- 3:09Speaker 7: a blessing. If you're getting one day closer to anything
- 3:13Speaker 7: you're trying to accomplish, that's a blessing. But now let
- 3:17Speaker 7: me talk to you about this part right here, folks,
- 3:19Speaker 7: because this is the part that message people up a
- 3:21Speaker 7: great deal.
- 3:22Speaker 1: What happens when you get off track? What is that?
- 3:28Speaker 1: What does that mean? When you get off track?
- 3:32Speaker 8: See?
- 3:33Speaker 1: I've been off track.
- 3:34Speaker 7: I can't tell you how many times, and it happens
- 3:37Speaker 7: in so many aspects of your life. But what is
- 3:40Speaker 7: it that makes getting off track so debilitating to some people?
- 3:46Speaker 7: You know, there are some people who want stay off track.
- 3:49Speaker 7: They of course, they off the dream, They on to
- 3:52Speaker 7: something else. And you cannot allow the fact that you've
- 3:56Speaker 7: gotten off track.
- 3:58Speaker 1: To stop you can. I tell you something? Everybody gets
- 4:04Speaker 1: off track.
- 4:06Speaker 7: There are people who are living their life's dreams in
- 4:12Speaker 7: spite of getting off track. See what happens when you
- 4:15Speaker 7: get off track? Here's the simple thing to do. The
- 4:18Speaker 7: simple thing is just to get back on track. Now
- 4:21Speaker 7: that's that's But that's easier said than done, ain't it, Steve?
- 4:25Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 4:25Speaker 7: Because see people when you get off track. Here's some
- 4:28Speaker 7: of the things that happen. See you get the here
- 4:32Speaker 7: come to nay says some of them from the outside,
- 4:36Speaker 7: some of them internally.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Here's what gets said when you get off track. See,
- 4:41Speaker 1: I told you, I told you. You know. You start
- 4:46Speaker 1: hearing that it's not for you. Okay, this is all
- 4:54Speaker 1: just because you got off track. It's not for you. Okay,
- 4:58Speaker 1: here's another one. It ain't meant to be. You can
- 5:02Speaker 1: hear it all. You could say it. Well, I guess
- 5:05Speaker 1: it's just not meant to be.
- 5:08Speaker 7: But let me ask you a question, though, Who made
- 5:11Speaker 7: the rule that when you get off track you can't
- 5:16Speaker 7: get back on? Who made that rule? Where is that
- 5:20Speaker 7: written that once you get off track you can't get
- 5:24Speaker 7: back on. See, because I'm gonna tell you something, folks,
- 5:28Speaker 7: there's no such rule. As a matter of fact, it's
- 5:32Speaker 7: quite the opposite. See, everybody in pursuit of a dream,
- 5:39Speaker 7: a goal, an aspiration, or mission is going to get
- 5:43Speaker 7: off track. Sometimes you're going to get derailed. There are
- 5:48Speaker 7: going to be days where you're not going to get
- 5:50Speaker 7: it right. There are going to be days where you
- 5:52Speaker 7: feel like giving up. There's going to be days when
- 5:55Speaker 7: you're just gonna flat out get it wrong. That's the journey.
- 5:59Speaker 7: But let me tell you some Every successful person that
- 6:01Speaker 7: I know, ever met, talked to, set out, and chopped
- 6:04Speaker 7: it up with, have shared one thing in common. We
- 6:08Speaker 7: all get off track. We all get it wrong along
- 6:13Speaker 7: the way. I don't care who the person is. The
- 6:15Speaker 7: president got it wrong along the way. Your pastor got
- 6:20Speaker 7: it wrong along the way. Quiet director guy got it
- 6:24Speaker 7: wrong along the way. The principle at your school got
- 6:27Speaker 7: it wrong along the way. The valve victorian of your
- 6:30Speaker 7: class got it wrong along the way. The star of
- 6:36Speaker 7: the team got it wrong along the way. They've all
- 6:41Speaker 7: been off track. Your boss down at your job, he
- 6:44Speaker 7: got it wrong along the way. Your immediate supervisor got
- 6:48Speaker 7: it wrong along the way. Everybody I know that has
- 6:54Speaker 7: any measure of success in every level that you call success,
- 6:58Speaker 7: however you want to label it, has gotten off track.
- 7:02Speaker 1: As a matter of.
- 7:03Speaker 7: Fact, it's impossible. Listen to me, it is impossible not
- 7:11Speaker 7: to get off track in pursuit of your dreams, goals, visions, aspirations.
- 7:17Speaker 7: It is impossible. Don't you let nobody tell you that
- 7:22Speaker 7: they got through life unscathed, that they made it because
- 7:26Speaker 7: they were just so determined, and I would let nothing
- 7:29Speaker 7: turn me back.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Yeah, you might not have let nothing turn you back
- 7:32Speaker 1: because you hear, Oh, but you thought about it.
- 7:36Speaker 7: Oh you thought about it on days when you was
- 7:39Speaker 7: off track. But see, people don't like to tell the
- 7:41Speaker 7: whole story. They just want you to think as much
- 7:44Speaker 7: as you can about them. So when they tell you
- 7:47Speaker 7: their story, they leave out the stuff along the way.
- 7:51Speaker 7: It was just hard work and determination that got me here.
- 7:54Speaker 1: No it wasn't, No, it wasn't.
- 7:56Speaker 7: It was the fact that you got off track and
- 7:59Speaker 7: the grace and of God allowed you to get back on.
- 8:02Speaker 7: His forgiveness allowed you to get back on because you
- 8:05Speaker 7: would not believe what some of the people have done.
- 8:09Speaker 7: So when you get off track, don't allow the naysayers
- 8:13Speaker 7: outside and the big naysayer inside, because let me tell
- 8:17Speaker 7: you something, the biggest naysayer of them all comes from inside. See,
- 8:22Speaker 7: it don't matter what other people say out there. It
- 8:24Speaker 7: takes some time for you to learn this. And I
- 8:26Speaker 7: understand because it took me some time to learn it. See,
- 8:29Speaker 7: I have a lot of naysayers out there, but I
- 8:32Speaker 7: ain't operating for them, operating function for the ones that
- 8:36Speaker 7: love me, for the ones that get me for the
- 8:39Speaker 7: ones that understand what I'm really trying to do. And
- 8:42Speaker 7: so don't you be the one that doesn't allow yourself
- 8:49Speaker 7: to get back on track when you get off track, because,
- 8:51Speaker 7: like I said, who made the rule up that you
- 8:54Speaker 7: can't get back on track? There's no such rule out there.
- 8:59Speaker 7: Stop stopping yourself from getting it right. So what you
- 9:04Speaker 7: started to die at the beginning of the year, and
- 9:07Speaker 7: you already off start another one, start over, try it again,
- 9:13Speaker 7: don't ever stop trying.
- 9:15Speaker 1: If you stop trying, you can't make it.
- 9:17Speaker 7: But if you never give up the effort, if you
- 9:20Speaker 7: never give up and say it's over, it ain't over.
- 9:23Speaker 7: You heard the saying it ain't over, to the fat
- 9:25Speaker 7: lady saying I never invite her. She's not invited.
- 9:32Speaker 1: It ain't over.
- 9:33Speaker 7: To the fat lady saying I don't know where the
- 9:35Speaker 7: fat lady stay. I have not send her an invitation
- 9:39Speaker 7: to none of my events. She's not welcome here. She
- 9:43Speaker 7: didn't ask me a couple of times. How come I
- 9:45Speaker 7: never get invited? Because you gonna start saying it and
- 9:49Speaker 7: I ain't got time for that. All right, stop inviting
- 9:53Speaker 7: the fat lady to all your events?
- 9:56Speaker 1: Thank you?
- 9:57Speaker 2: You're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Morning show, ladies and gentlemen. The time has come. It
- 10:05Speaker 1: is a new year.
- 10:07Speaker 7: Happy New year, everybody. I'm so grateful I saw another one.
- 10:11Speaker 7: I'm so grateful God has kept me. I'm so grateful
- 10:15Speaker 7: that God is with me. I'm so grateful that God
- 10:19Speaker 7: keeps me on the wall. I'm just thankful, man, I'm
- 10:23Speaker 7: thankful for everything. Man, I can't believe he done. Let
- 10:28Speaker 7: me see another year. Man, Oh man, oh man, How
- 10:32Speaker 7: good is God? I ain't got none but praise this morning.
- 10:35Speaker 7: I ain't got nothing but good things. Joy is finn
- 10:38Speaker 7: to come out of my mouth today because I'm on top, man,
- 10:41Speaker 7: and I'm on top cause God is with me. If
- 10:43Speaker 7: God is with you, who can be against you? It
- 10:46Speaker 7: don't even matter, y'all, keep your head up. This is
- 10:49Speaker 7: the Steve Harvey Morning Show, going for more in twenty four.
- 10:53Speaker 7: That's the slogan round here. Shirley Strawberry calling for real
- 10:56Speaker 7: Mississippi Monica Junior government name killed sprights and the legend
- 11:02Speaker 7: that is Nephew Tommy.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Good morning and happy new year.
- 11:05Speaker 9: Happy New year.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Yeah good?
- 11:13Speaker 2: How was your holiday?
- 11:14Speaker 1: Man?
- 11:14Speaker 2: I'm well rested, you sounded you sound good?
- 11:22Speaker 1: What to do? Today.
- 11:25Speaker 2: You used to embarrass me. Come on embarrassing me today.
- 11:29Speaker 1: You know today I might just do that.
- 11:31Speaker 2: You know you haven't done it in a minute.
- 11:32Speaker 7: About how I was going to approach the new year,
- 11:36Speaker 7: I could I be well, since I've been going, let's
- 11:40Speaker 7: just get all these segments starting.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I can see what you can do. I'm gonna make
- 11:45Speaker 1: it work your way. I feel the same way. Man, rested,
- 11:51Speaker 1: ready to go bad another year. It's get stupid. Man,
- 11:55Speaker 1: I missed you.
- 11:56Speaker 9: I missed y'all.
- 12:00Speaker 1: You miss us.
- 12:03Speaker 7: That's eat it alread ain't gonna lie to you. Thought
- 12:06Speaker 7: you ain't thinking about it. I really cut it. I
- 12:09Speaker 7: thought about you. You said I miss you.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Yeah, usally sent us a little text and checking.
- 12:16Speaker 1: No, no, matter of fact, I wasn't really looking forward
- 12:19Speaker 1: to coming back that much to you.
- 12:23Speaker 2: You thought you were going you had made this.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I want another I could.
- 12:28Speaker 7: Do another month. I could actually do another month. Problem yeah,
- 12:35Speaker 7: ohle problem. But you know we got this. We got
- 12:38Speaker 7: this small thing they call obligations and contract.
- 12:47Speaker 8: Work.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I'm talking about why they won't just send this check.
- 12:55Speaker 2: To the house.
- 12:56Speaker 1: You know, I've been trying to find that for so
- 12:58Speaker 1: many years.
- 12:58Speaker 7: I've actually been trying to somebody that would just send
- 13:02Speaker 7: me the money without me having to.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Do nothing, without no labor. You mean you a check,
- 13:09Speaker 1: just a free check.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Yeah, little or no effort on your part. Just go
- 13:14Speaker 2: out to the mail.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Call it a blessing, okay, all right? Yeah, and just
- 13:20Speaker 1: if they could just make it cash. Why I don't
- 13:23Speaker 1: have to put.
- 13:28Speaker 2: All right on that note, Thank the Lord.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I have it in coffee cans. Everything I know. I
- 13:32Speaker 1: know I've had money coming up.
- 13:34Speaker 10: In thirty two minutes after the hour, Pastor Motown Deacon
- 13:39Speaker 10: Death Jam in the building for church complaints right after this.
- 13:44Speaker 2: You're listening hard morning show.
- 13:47Speaker 10: All right, it is time now for the deacon and
- 13:50Speaker 10: the reverend Reverend Motown Deacon death Jam, that is, and
- 13:54Speaker 10: church complaints.
- 13:55Speaker 1: We gavel.
- 13:57Speaker 7: Own this old special your occasion, uh.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Gavel Latin into the new year.
- 14:07Speaker 7: Yeah, prosperitizing in a way that will allow the promoscurity.
- 14:16Speaker 1: And the ambiguity.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Or what we about to do?
- 14:22Speaker 7: Lord, bless us on this great grow garious day where
- 14:30Speaker 7: we maniplified.
- 14:33Speaker 2: You better, minister, well you know what I'm saying.
- 14:40Speaker 1: And damnation of upliftication, up lift upliftication. Lord, Come on, deacon,
- 14:51Speaker 1: what what do we have in this new year? All right, pastor,
- 14:55Speaker 1: let's get down the business here.
- 14:57Speaker 5: I Brother Dona he tried to baptize people on New
- 15:03Speaker 5: Year's Day in a lake, not realizing two alligators was
- 15:07Speaker 5: in there too. He was baptizing sister Darry's fate and
- 15:11Speaker 5: she actually walked on water and got out there lake.
- 15:14Speaker 5: Brother Donelle is missing half a butt cheek and asking
- 15:18Speaker 5: if the church would buy him a half or behind.
- 15:22Speaker 1: That's we.
- 15:29Speaker 7: Had told Brother Darnell not to try this down in Florida. Oh,
- 15:35Speaker 7: you can do that up north, but not in Florida
- 15:39Speaker 7: because of that alligator infest station. Or we are not
- 15:43Speaker 7: responsible for buttocks missing. We're not responsible for bb ls
- 15:52Speaker 7: or t yts anything else you might go. All right, yeah,
- 15:59Speaker 7: that stage for tighten your top, we will just leave that.
- 16:04Speaker 7: They're tighten your top, tighten your time, all right.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Since the Sonya Green has a new company she has started.
- 16:12Speaker 5: She is selling uh, dishwashing chitlings. She cleans them in
- 16:16Speaker 5: the disk washing, then she cuts them. He's asking if
- 16:19Speaker 5: she can sell them, uh say, the dishwashing chitlings after
- 16:22Speaker 5: the services this year.
- 16:25Speaker 7: She tried that last year and there was so many
- 16:27Speaker 7: complaints about the chitling's having a taint taste of tide,
- 16:32Speaker 7: and no nobody will go that anymore.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Tied and Cascade.
- 16:40Speaker 7: They called them the triple tea chitlings. They called them
- 16:44Speaker 7: the triple tea chittens. Which was a tiny taste of
- 16:48Speaker 7: tide was on the chitlings. And so nobody nobody wants
- 16:53Speaker 7: her chitlings this year anymore.
- 16:55Speaker 5: All right, all right, the church is asking for this year,
- 17:00Speaker 5: can you get a translator? When Brother Norris gets up
- 17:04Speaker 5: to sing, uh, the one tooth in his mouth makes
- 17:06Speaker 5: it hard and then understand what he is saying.
- 17:09Speaker 1: So they are asking, could you please get a translator.
- 17:13Speaker 6: Our side is up Alan to Thwist side say TV,
- 17:24Speaker 6: I'm time, I mean something song to Thwist Tide.
- 17:30Speaker 7: Yeah, we call that. Uh, we're gonna get the translator.
- 17:34Speaker 7: We're gonna use though, it's gonna come in. And uh,
- 17:37Speaker 7: there's a woman we found that can translate for brother Tider.
- 17:40Speaker 7: She has two teeth. At least she knows what he's
- 17:46Speaker 7: trying to sing. Two teeth, two teeth.
- 17:52Speaker 5: All right, Well we're figuring out as we go through
- 17:55Speaker 5: twenty twenty five. I the zip Line Ministry is out
- 17:59Speaker 5: of control. They put a zip line attached it to
- 18:03Speaker 5: the church and two miles down the way it goes
- 18:06Speaker 5: all the way to Popeye. Gets fine, but on their
- 18:09Speaker 5: way back past them, they stuck because they ate too much.
- 18:12Speaker 5: You're gonna have to you got to talk to the
- 18:15Speaker 5: zip line. They just the out to control zip line
- 18:20Speaker 5: in the Popeyes.
- 18:24Speaker 7: You know, we I've got a conversation going with the
- 18:28Speaker 7: zip line committee of this new year, we're gonna shorten
- 18:33Speaker 7: it and that's how we're gonna baptize people this year.
- 18:36Speaker 7: Were gonna zip line their ass down into the pool
- 18:39Speaker 7: and zip them right on out. It's gonna be a
- 18:41Speaker 7: very short it's a splash and then you right on out.
- 18:46Speaker 7: It gonna zip line right through the baptism pool. That's
- 18:50Speaker 7: what we're gonna try to do this year. So we're
- 18:53Speaker 7: trying to get a way to cut a hole in
- 18:55Speaker 7: the baptism pool where they can cut right through it
- 18:59Speaker 7: from the water. We ain't figured it out yet. Of course,
- 19:02Speaker 7: we don't have the engineering skills. The young boy we
- 19:04Speaker 7: paid for college, he dropped out last summer and he
- 19:08Speaker 7: was growing to school for engineering, and so we won't
- 19:11Speaker 7: be do.
- 19:12Speaker 1: That this year.
- 19:14Speaker 7: Alright, well we get something one to Popeye's I like
- 19:20Speaker 7: a full piece all the time. Come on, just for.
- 19:30Speaker 5: We'll get you taken care of this. And Pastor, we
- 19:33Speaker 5: got something that went down there. Young Dimitrius Planning and
- 19:37Speaker 5: you know he's twenty six kids. I got married to
- 19:39Speaker 5: a beautiful Indian girl over the holidays. Her parents had
- 19:45Speaker 5: two elephants at their reception and it's supposed to be
- 19:49Speaker 5: very night. But Dimitri's daddy ridingh Flanning again, then got
- 19:53Speaker 5: into a fight with the elephant tament because he didn't
- 19:55Speaker 5: want he was scared to come into the receptor.
- 19:57Speaker 1: It's just a mess.
- 19:58Speaker 5: And they didn't whooped the man with the they didn't
- 20:01Speaker 5: whip the man in the reception with the elephants standard.
- 20:04Speaker 1: They was just a mess.
- 20:05Speaker 5: And uh, we're gonna have to get Ronnie out of
- 20:08Speaker 5: jail because he not only hit the mail and I
- 20:10Speaker 5: think he yeah, I think yeah, he cuts the elephant
- 20:14Speaker 5: out too.
- 20:14Speaker 1: He didn't lie. And you just gonna talk to.
- 20:17Speaker 7: Sister bur Lean also has a complaint cause the elephant's
- 20:23Speaker 7: head dress, the big diamond in the front of the
- 20:26Speaker 7: elephant's head was actually her necklace that they used. That's
- 20:35Speaker 7: how big she is. They took her necklace and used
- 20:39Speaker 7: it as a head piece for the elephant. She wants
- 20:42Speaker 7: her necklace back, and every sister they don't. Nobody want
- 20:47Speaker 7: to climb up on the elephant and try to take
- 20:49Speaker 7: it back. That's the problem we have in right now.
- 20:52Speaker 10: That concludes church complaints for this Monday. Coming up next
- 20:56Speaker 10: it is asked the celo. You're listening.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Morning show coming up at the top of the hour.
- 21:03Speaker 10: In entertainment news neph you tell me as a brand
- 21:07Speaker 10: new season of Ready to Love, It's coming up premiering
- 21:09Speaker 10: this Friday.
- 21:10Speaker 2: He's in Fort Worth, Texas. This time it looks good.
- 21:14Speaker 7: Boy's a good and fameless boy. You're gonna mess around
- 21:16Speaker 7: be on the internet next year.
- 21:23Speaker 10: Kevin harte Old Jackson's to start in a new series
- 21:27Speaker 10: called Fight Night.
- 21:28Speaker 2: The Million Dollar Heist.
- 21:30Speaker 10: Radio legend Steve Russ Parr's retiring after twenty seven years
- 21:34Speaker 10: on the air. We'll talk about all of this at
- 21:36Speaker 10: the top of the hour, but right now it is
- 21:39Speaker 10: time to ask the clo. This one's from D and Orangeburg.
- 21:46Speaker 10: D write to my husband and I agreed on practical gifts.
- 21:49Speaker 10: This Christmas. I gave him a suit and a small
- 21:53Speaker 10: TV for his office. He bought an air fryer for

- 45:07Speaker 12: To sister Lauren. Please, Sister Lauren, this is brother Davids
- 45:12Speaker 12: from the church. I don't know if you know me.
- 45:14Speaker 12: You might know me when you see me, but I
- 45:15Speaker 12: don't know if you just know me because we don't
- 45:17Speaker 12: really interact that much at the church. But I wanted
- 45:19Speaker 12: to give you a call. We got a bit of
- 45:21Speaker 12: a problem going on. Okay, okay, you got you get
- 45:24Speaker 12: Do you have a minute to talk?
- 45:27Speaker 1: All right?
- 45:27Speaker 8: Now?
- 45:28Speaker 1: How long have you been doing?
- 45:29Speaker 12: Uh the sign you in the you know you in
- 45:32Speaker 12: the ministry when you do the sign language for the church,
- 45:35Speaker 12: and you know I noticed you up there at least
- 45:38Speaker 12: two Sundays out of a out of the month.
- 45:42Speaker 1: You've been doing it quite a while, am I right?
- 45:44Speaker 10: So?
- 45:44Speaker 13: Yes, I've been doing it for over ten years. But
- 45:46Speaker 13: I'm really confused as to why they're calling about this time.
- 45:51Speaker 13: I'm just a little to confuse. I don't know who
- 45:54Speaker 13: you are. You say that if I see your face,
- 45:56Speaker 13: I may know you, But what does it have to
- 45:59Speaker 13: do with anything? How long I have been doing sigh language?
- 46:02Speaker 13: I know I've been doing this for years? So how
- 46:05Speaker 13: many I help you with this? Do you want?
- 46:07Speaker 1: Okay? No, no, I'm not trying to learn any sign language.
- 46:11Speaker 5: Do you do you know?
- 46:12Speaker 1: Miss? Everybody call him miss Murder.
- 46:14Speaker 13: Do you know Miss Murdle, Oh yeah, I sure do.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Mhm okay, So Miss.
- 46:19Speaker 12: Murder, that's that's that's that's that's one of my aunties
- 46:22Speaker 12: right there, Mss Murder is.
- 46:24Speaker 13: Okay, And she gave me my number to call me.
- 46:28Speaker 2: What what do you mean for me?
- 46:30Speaker 3: Did she get me?
- 46:31Speaker 12: No, That's what I'm getting at. So, so you know,
- 46:34Speaker 12: you know my you know, my honest is death. You
- 46:36Speaker 12: know she's hearing it, pa, you know that right?
- 46:38Speaker 13: Okay, yes, okay.
- 46:40Speaker 1: So here's a problem I ain't.
- 46:42Speaker 12: Murderer is telling us that you're not doing the sign
- 46:46Speaker 12: language right, doing the service and like you're missing some
- 46:50Speaker 12: things in the scripture.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Or something.
- 46:53Speaker 13: That's incorrect. I've been doing this for a very long
- 46:56Speaker 13: time and i know what I'm doing. So how do
- 46:59Speaker 13: you So she told called me to tell me that
- 47:01Speaker 13: I'm not doing this aline correctly.
- 47:05Speaker 12: Let me say, let me say this to you. I
- 47:07Speaker 12: don't want us to get off on the road for
- 47:08Speaker 12: let me just say this to you. Once my once
- 47:10Speaker 12: my Murder told us what was going on.
- 47:12Speaker 5: You know.
- 47:13Speaker 12: We then went to one of the deacons and asked him,
- 47:16Speaker 12: you know, is that way we can uh have a
- 47:18Speaker 12: meeting you know, with with with sister Lawrence, so we
- 47:21Speaker 12: can try to get this taken care of and talk
- 47:23Speaker 12: about it. He said, well, won't you just won't you
- 47:25Speaker 12: just call and y'all can just work it out. And
- 47:28Speaker 12: and that's how I'm calling you now.
- 47:30Speaker 1: I hope you.
- 47:31Speaker 12: I don't know if you're at work or whatever. I apologize,
- 47:33Speaker 12: but I'm just trying to get to the bottom up. Now,
- 47:34Speaker 12: let me go say this.
- 47:36Speaker 5: If I ain't murders say that you ain't signing right,
- 47:40Speaker 5: then MIAINI ain't lying. That means your excuse me, that
- 47:44Speaker 5: means you ain't signing right.
- 47:46Speaker 13: Really, so the pastor couldn't come to me, but he
- 47:50Speaker 13: but you figured you would just call me and tell
- 47:52Speaker 13: me that your auntie says that I'm doing it incorrectly.
- 47:56Speaker 13: That doesn't make sense to me. How does she tell
- 47:57Speaker 13: you that? Did she sign it to you?
- 48:00Speaker 12: She's signed language to her daughter. Listen, you ain't got
- 48:03Speaker 12: to worry about who she's signing too. What you need
- 48:05Speaker 12: to worry about is getting your getting your stuff together
- 48:09Speaker 12: all right and learning how to do this the correct
- 48:11Speaker 12: way so that my Anie can get you know, MIAI
- 48:14Speaker 12: needs to be getting the word like everybody else getting
- 48:16Speaker 12: the word.
- 48:16Speaker 1: But she not getting it because you The word is
- 48:18Speaker 1: getting lost in your hands.
- 48:21Speaker 13: All I'm hearing is your voice is getting very loud
- 48:23Speaker 13: and you need to match my tone. Young man. Okay,
- 48:26Speaker 13: let's start with that. What you mean, where's that match
- 48:32Speaker 13: my tone? Because you're getting very loud and I can't
- 48:35Speaker 13: hear through all of that. All right, Okay, okay, I
- 48:40Speaker 13: say this situation.
- 48:41Speaker 2: You called my phone.
- 48:43Speaker 13: Correct, you have a problem that you're discusting with me,
- 48:46Speaker 13: but you're getting more angry than anything else. How am
- 48:48Speaker 13: I going to resolve this problem? I am trying to
- 48:51Speaker 13: be a close.
- 48:51Speaker 5: The way you resolve this problem is carryos back to
- 48:54Speaker 5: science school so you can learn what you need to
- 48:57Speaker 5: so my Anie can get the word. My anti can't
- 48:59Speaker 5: get the gospel because you messing it up.
- 49:02Speaker 13: God anointed me to do style language at that church,
- 49:06Speaker 13: and I've been doing this for a long time and
- 49:07Speaker 13: I will continue to do so. Don't call my phone
- 49:11Speaker 13: telling me that I'm not doing something right?
- 49:13Speaker 1: You know? But do God know that you not doing
- 49:16Speaker 1: it right?
- 49:17Speaker 2: Do God know that?
- 49:18Speaker 1: Does God know that my ain't myrtle not getting the
- 49:21Speaker 1: work because of you?
- 49:22Speaker 5: Name?
- 49:23Speaker 13: Young man? Jesus, please give me the strength to continue
- 49:27Speaker 13: on with this conversation. But you know what, Mard, I'm
- 49:30Speaker 13: gonna be right back. Let me tell you something. Don't
- 49:34Speaker 13: you ever call my mother freaking phone telling about I
- 49:36Speaker 13: ain't doing something? Man, if I see you in this street,
- 49:40Speaker 13: this can't I have. It's gonna go outside your God
- 49:42Speaker 13: damn as did I make myself Claire?
- 49:45Speaker 1: I cannot believe you talking to me like this.
- 49:48Speaker 13: Oh now you want to be calm. Now you're calm.
- 49:50Speaker 13: Now you mask my phone.
- 49:51Speaker 5: I don't engaged.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I can't believe you just got you talking to me
- 49:55Speaker 1: like that?
- 49:55Speaker 13: Are we done here?
- 49:56Speaker 5: So you think it's cool for you to tell the Lord?
- 50:00Speaker 5: I'll be right back. Thank you, Lord. I needed a moment,
- 50:03Speaker 5: you r.
- 50:04Speaker 13: We've been on the phone this wall. You've been stewing
- 50:06Speaker 13: at me. I told you to match my tone, match
- 50:10Speaker 13: my tone.
- 50:11Speaker 1: I am matching your tone.
- 50:13Speaker 2: No can I say?
- 50:15Speaker 1: Can I? Can I give you something else in this tone?
- 50:18Speaker 1: Do you mind? If I say something in this tone,
- 50:20Speaker 1: you're gonna.
- 50:21Speaker 13: Hear a click and the dog real quick, go ahead.
- 50:24Speaker 5: I just want to tell you in this tone that

- 54:26Speaker 1: It could be yours. Buckle up and hold on tight.
- 54:28Speaker 1: We got it for it. You here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:31Speaker 10: Thank you, nephew, subject new Year, Knew Me. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 54:36Speaker 10: I have been married for eleven years and can honestly
- 54:39Speaker 10: say that I trusted my wife and loved her unconditionally.
- 54:44Speaker 10: But now I'm questioning our commitment because she lied and
- 54:47Speaker 10: withheld information. The week before Christmas, she and her best
- 54:51Speaker 10: friend went to Orlando to do some Christmas shopping, and
- 54:55Speaker 10: she transferred thousands of dollars to her personal account, like
- 54:59Speaker 10: six thousand dollars. But I was cool with it because
- 55:02Speaker 10: she works hard and she is a great mom. While
- 55:06Speaker 10: she was gone, I took the kids to Tennessee to
- 55:09Speaker 10: visit with my parents. My wife and I were both distracted,
- 55:12Speaker 10: so we didn't talk much during the few days we
- 55:14Speaker 10: were apart. I told her that I would be back
- 55:17Speaker 10: in time to pick her up from the airport, but
- 55:19Speaker 10: she said she would ride with her best friend. When
- 55:22Speaker 10: I got home, she was lying on the couch, bandaged
- 55:26Speaker 10: from her boobs to her thighs. She stood up as
- 55:30Speaker 10: best she could, and our six year old started crying
- 55:33Speaker 10: over how bad my wife looked. My wife started crying
- 55:36Speaker 10: and admitted that she had lied about being in Orlando.
- 55:40Speaker 10: She said she wanted to surprise me with a mommy makeover,
- 55:45Speaker 10: which is a breast lift and butt injections as well
- 55:49Speaker 10: as liposuction.
- 55:50Speaker 2: She was in so much pain she could barely speak.
- 55:54Speaker 10: I told her I never wanted a big booty wife
- 55:56Speaker 10: or breast sitting at attention, and it made her cry
- 55:59Speaker 10: even more. I felt terrible because I was upset that
- 56:03Speaker 10: she lied and used our savings for that nonsense, just
- 56:07Speaker 10: so she could look like women like the women on
- 56:09Speaker 10: social media. My wife was slim and perfect like she was,
- 56:14Speaker 10: so she did this for herself. She's upset with me
- 56:17Speaker 10: because I'm not thrilled with the outcome. Should I fake
- 56:20Speaker 10: the funk with her and pretend to like her new
- 56:22Speaker 10: body or keep it real? Well, Happy new Year to you.
- 56:28Speaker 10: Not quite the new year you were expecting, though, you
- 56:31Speaker 10: know what I just say this. There's always been a
- 56:35Speaker 10: lot of pressure for women to always look beautiful, to
- 56:38Speaker 10: stay young, to be in shape, and of course social
- 56:41Speaker 10: media amplifies that even more women do compare themselves to
- 56:45Speaker 10: other women.
- 56:46Speaker 2: All of that. You know, now, was your wife wrong?
- 56:50Speaker 1: Yes?
- 56:50Speaker 2: I think so in this instance because she lied to you.
- 56:53Speaker 10: She took the money without telling you, and what she
- 56:57Speaker 10: did with is she can't really take it back or
- 56:59Speaker 10: fit anything. She can't give you a refund or anything,
- 57:03Speaker 10: but she doesn't want to do that. There should have
- 57:06Speaker 10: been a discussion beforehand, yes, of course, but she knew
- 57:09Speaker 10: that you would have never agreed to her having surgery.
- 57:14Speaker 10: She knew that you said you called it nonsense, but
- 57:17Speaker 10: to your wife, it was not nonsense. I mean, was
- 57:20Speaker 10: it selfish? Yes, of course it was selfish. And you're
- 57:24Speaker 10: right again because she did this for herself and only herself.
- 57:27Speaker 10: But she she wanted to look good and feel good
- 57:31Speaker 10: about herself, but she wanted you to like it too.
- 57:34Speaker 10: I mean, this is a tough one because how do
- 57:36Speaker 10: you come back with this when every time you look
- 57:38Speaker 10: at her you're reminded of what she did. She took
- 57:41Speaker 10: the money and she lied to you. I'm sure part
- 57:44Speaker 10: of your concern is the fact that she's in so much.
- 57:47Speaker 2: Pain right now.
- 57:48Speaker 10: But I got to tell you that'll eventually go away.
- 57:51Speaker 10: The swelling will go down barring no complications, and she'll
- 57:54Speaker 10: be fine. Many women have gone through this and they're fine.
- 57:58Speaker 10: Then you will have to deal with the other issue,
- 58:00Speaker 10: the fact that you don't like big boobs and booties.
- 58:04Speaker 10: I say, wait and see. Hopefully you know the surgery
- 58:08Speaker 10: will be proportioned to her slim physique, as you say,
- 58:11Speaker 10: but maybe she didn't feel like she was slim. This
- 58:13Speaker 10: is something she wanted to do for herself. Maybe you'll
- 58:16Speaker 10: grow to like it because you say you love her unconditionally.
- 58:20Speaker 7: Steve, Well, we got a little dilimma working in this
- 58:23Speaker 7: letter right here. I'm gonna try to work through it.
- 58:25Speaker 7: You know, y'all been married eleven years and you say
- 58:29Speaker 7: you honestly can say you trusted your wife.
- 58:31Speaker 1: That's cooling.
- 58:33Speaker 7: But now you question a commitment because she lied and
- 58:37Speaker 7: with hell information. Well, that's most people, Dog, that's most people.
- 58:44Speaker 7: Most people lie, and most people will with whole information.
- 58:48Speaker 7: I have with Hell many many bits of information in
- 58:53Speaker 7: my life and will continue to do so. As a
- 58:56Speaker 7: matter of fact, just to make you feel a little
- 58:58Speaker 7: bit better, I got some information that I'm gonna take
- 59:00Speaker 7: to the grave. I already knew it, never gonna share it.
- 59:04Speaker 7: Ain't no need to be bringing it up personal. That happened,
- 59:07Speaker 7: It popped off. It was before social media, and I
- 59:10Speaker 7: thank the Lord for that. We're gonna take this to
- 59:13Speaker 7: the grave. Sometimes God gives you a blessing. It's wrapped
- 59:17Speaker 7: up in secretcy it and it is hiding it's not
- 59:21Speaker 7: true that everything comes to light. God will allow some
- 59:25Speaker 7: things to stay in the darkness because he'dn forgave you
- 59:27Speaker 7: for it, and he's just gonna leave it there. Now,
- 59:30Speaker 7: that's what I'm the beneficiary of, and I think that
- 59:32Speaker 7: you might have to start to learning at yourself. A
- 59:35Speaker 7: week before Christmas, she had her best friend went to
- 59:38Speaker 7: Orlando do some Christmas shopping. She transferred thousands of dollars
- 59:42Speaker 7: to a personal account, like six k. But I was
- 59:45Speaker 7: cool with it because she works hard and she's a
- 59:49Speaker 7: great mom. Now, let's just stop right there. For a moment,
- 59:52Speaker 7: you thought she just transferred sixth grand and was gonna
- 59:56Speaker 7: do some Christmas shopping. But you was cool with it
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: because she's a great mom and she works really hard. Now,
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: while they was gone, you took your kids up to Tennessee.
- 1:00:06Speaker 7: You a good father, took kids up Tennessee visit your parents,
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: and you and your wife was distracted, so we didn't
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: talk much during the next few days.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Told i'd be home pick up from the airport. She said,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: I sided, I'm a ride home with my friend.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: You got home, she was laying on the couch, boundary
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: bandage from her boobs to her thighs. She stood up
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: best she could, and the six year old started crying
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: because of how bad the wife look. Now, it's where
- 1:00:37Speaker 7: we're gonna get into what the lies about. When we
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: come back, we'll address the lie that she told and
- 1:00:44Speaker 7: the lie that he told.
- 1:00:47Speaker 10: All right, we'll have part two of Steve's response coming
- 1:00:50Speaker 10: up at twenty three minutes after the hour Strawberry Letters.
- 1:00:53Speaker 10: Subject for today new Year Knew Me. We'll get back
- 1:00:55Speaker 10: into it right after this. You're listening hard morning show. Allright,
- 1:01:00Speaker 10: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:01:04Speaker 10: is new year Knew Me.
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: Well, this couple right here. He loves his wife. They
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: been married eleven years, very trusting until recently. What happened
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: the week before Christmas, her the best friend, went to
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: Orlando do some Christmas shop and she transferred thousands of
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: dollars like six grand to her account. He said he
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: was cool with it because she's a good mom and
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: she's hard working, so he didn't really have a problem
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: with the six thousand.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: Early on in the letter.
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: But then while they were gone, he the kids up
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: to Tennessee to see his parents, and he was talking
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: about he'd be back pick up from the airport, she said.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Now she ride home with a friend.
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: When you got home to the house, she was laying
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: on the solfage bandage from her boobs all the way down.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: To her thighs.
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: She stood up the best she could, and the six
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: year old started crying because of how bad the wife look.
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: Then your wife started crying, and she admitted she lied.
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: Here we go now, like I told you before, it's
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: two lies told in this letter. He told the line
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: she told lie. My wife started crying a minute. She
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: lied about being on a Orlando She said she wanted
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: to surprise me with a mommy makeover, which is a
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: breast lift and butt injections as well as liposuction. Now,
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: before we get into this, I want to address the
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: word liposuction. I when I first read it, thought they
- 1:02:29Speaker 7: said liposuction, which I had to consider myself getting at
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: one point in time, I said, they can do something
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: with these lips. Let me look into it, lipho suction.
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: It's really liposuction. When I read it, I thought it
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: was liposuction, and I thought, well, that could be helpful me.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: But then it's really not.
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: Because you don't want to take this out your lips,
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: because then you'll have what I call white mouth, and
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: that's not what I'm after. I don't want to have
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: white mouth. Want to keep on having these big fool
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: fat juicy know how to make them work.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: Liqud anyone about you, Well, I'll.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Tell you what. Don't get them put on you be
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: this life change in.
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: It's life changing.
- 1:03:17Speaker 7: Hey, you're looking for me? Okay, anyway, let's get on
- 1:03:19Speaker 7: back to that. So she lied about being in Orlando,
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: so that means she wasn't in Orlando. And if you
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: done got a liposuction, booty implants, and breast implants for
- 1:03:33Speaker 7: six thousand, your ass was out the country.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: You can't get ya.
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: I'm gonna tell you this right now. You can't get
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: all that for six breast, booty and liposuction for six.
- 1:03:48Speaker 7: You was in Guatemala or somewhere.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: You was in Nickel Rog or you was somewhere else.
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: But she was not in the United States. Not no,
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: damn Miami. I'm gonna tell you right now. They ain't
- 1:03:59Speaker 7: got that in Miami for six. You got to go
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: out of the country, That's what I think. And if
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: you do get it for six, it ain't gonna be
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: a good one. So she was in so much pain
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: she could barely speak. I told her I never wanted
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: a big booty wife or breast sitting.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: Up at attention. Now that's a lot.
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: That's a damn lie, girl, that she lied about where
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: she was. But you come talking about I never want
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: a big booty wife or breath sitting up at attention.
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: You need to wait the damn bandages come off, because
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: this might be the Christmas, the best Christmas your ass
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: ever had.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: You need to stop crying.
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: You tripping down now, you'd have made her feel worse,
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: which made her cry even more. I felt terrible, but
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: I was just upset that she lied and used our
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: savings for that nonsense. Now let's slow down, bro. Now,
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: admittedly I think that couple should talk, especially when somebody
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: gonna go under the knife god search, I think you
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: really need to talk to your spouse about that because
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: so many times these surgeries go wrong, you know, and
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: you put your family in jeopardy. That was a huge mistake. Now,
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: her intentions was good, though I felt terrible because she
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: lied and used our savings for that. My wife was
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: slim and perfect the way she was, so she did
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: this for herself. She's upset with me because I'm not
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: thrilled with the outcome.
- 1:05:28Speaker 10: You know.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: Now, let me where is the.
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: Part in the letter where she said she could badly walk?
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: Where she said what she said in the letter she
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: did a mommy makeover.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: She wanted to surprise him with the mommy makeover, which
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: is where is that line?
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: At? Sure?
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: It's right after she started crying and admitted.
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: That she said she wanted to surprise me with a
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: mommy makeover, which is a breast lift. But injections and
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: life o such, all that for six ooh, unless she
- 1:05:57Speaker 7: was in line at a day's end, because I know
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: they were doing booty injections in Atlanta at the day's end.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: You just stand outside on the porch till it was
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: your turn.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: And that person got caught and went to jail, didn't they? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: and all yeah.
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: It was six, So you got to be careful about pricing.
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: It's hard to get a brand new, cold blooded body
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: for six. Most breasted plants is more than six. You
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: can get one one for six, but this is about the.
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: I strongly suggest you get two, though, because that ain't bresting.
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: You don't want to do one at a time because
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: something to check it. Come on, go back in there
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: and get that other way because you now you sitting
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: over here looking like a little unicorn.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: Now that ain't good.
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: But for you to line say you don't want a
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: big booty wife with breast the stand up at attention,
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: that's a.
- 1:06:49Speaker 10: Damn List your comments on today's letter on Instagram at
- 1:06:54Speaker 10: Steve Harvey FM and check I might.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: Not want a gret big booty woman, but I do
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: want some booty.
- 1:07:00Speaker 10: And check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on the Free

- 1:07:33Speaker 1: That Michigan, Yes, that's what it is.
- 1:07:38Speaker 7: Wild outsing, Yeah, ain't none of that, Michigan, Yeah, Michigan.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:07:48Speaker 10: So.
- 1:07:49Speaker 9: But also there's a very special reason why we want
- 1:07:52Speaker 9: to talk to you though.
- 1:07:54Speaker 11: Yes, you know, Wildcar Weekend next Saturday, January thirteenth. It's
- 1:08:00Speaker 11: gonna be the Browns versus the Texans. It is happening
- 1:08:05Speaker 11: any Houston. Somebody gotta go home, and I don't think
- 1:08:07Speaker 11: it's gonna be us. See, last time we played, y'all,
- 1:08:10Speaker 11: we didn't have c J strapt. I was back, yeah,
- 1:08:13Speaker 11: straded back on the ball, you know. So you know,
- 1:08:17Speaker 11: y'all just bring the bust of Browns on down here.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: We just sent them on back. We'll send them on
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: back fire. Yeah what what what? I'm staying behind my team.
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: I got to know.
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: Yeah there you ready, Okay, it's gonna be cold when

- 1:08:47Speaker 7: got real physical up in here.

- 1:08:54Speaker 11: you what we were gonna touch.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: Y'all, then that what we're gonna do. Okay, Yeah, that
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: we're gonna do, okay, massage that yeh what I like
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: to do.
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: Yeah, well well well well the massage dode ain't gonna
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: be there. We bringing an old ass white boy with it. Yeah,
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: that's what we're gonna do.

- 1:09:27Speaker 7: me explain something to you. Let me help you understand something.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: Though.
- 1:09:30Speaker 7: You better pray for God Almighty that the Browns don't win.
- 1:09:34Speaker 7: That's what you better do. You know what, you know,
- 1:09:37Speaker 7: you win, you and you know you, you and your
- 1:09:40Speaker 7: little ball hair friend. And oh, by the way, you
- 1:09:43Speaker 7: need to be ball headed both.

- 1:09:46Speaker 11: See right there, you stole that right there'll.
- 1:09:52Speaker 7: Ye again, yeah, just like somebody stole your hairline. Oh yeah, right, we'll.
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: Coming up at the hours.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: No, y'all don't want to see yo say it coming
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: up in.
- 1:10:11Speaker 10: The tap of the hour. A wife be quiet. A
- 1:10:14Speaker 10: wife has faked it her entire marriage and needs your advice.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Steve.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: All right, you're listening Morning show.
- 1:10:29Speaker 10: All right, Steve, this is from Dorothy in Essex. Dorothy says,
- 1:10:32Speaker 10: I saw on a TV show that a woman had
- 1:10:35Speaker 10: four children by her husband, and she said that she
- 1:10:38Speaker 10: had never once had an orgasm. I'm sixty eight years
- 1:10:42Speaker 10: old and I'm in the same situation. I have three
- 1:10:46Speaker 10: grown children and I've faked it in the bedroom for
- 1:10:49Speaker 10: almost forty years. I cheated on my husband twice, and
- 1:10:53Speaker 10: I had really, really good sex both times, but I
- 1:10:56Speaker 10: loved my husband so much that I couldn't leave him.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Should I come.
- 1:11:00Speaker 10: Clean with him and let him know that I've had
- 1:11:02Speaker 10: sex that's better than his? Or do I keep it
- 1:11:05Speaker 10: to myself and never ever have an orgasm in my life? Wow?
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Ever have an orgasm?
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: You got to die after twelve?
- 1:11:15Speaker 7: This man what you just told us, Don't you do
- 1:11:18Speaker 7: that because it's going to accomplish nothing. It will accomplish nothing.
- 1:11:26Speaker 7: It will destroy his feelings for you. Oh, if you
- 1:11:30Speaker 7: tell this man because he was, you're going to destroy
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: his feelings for you and his ego all that book.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: So when you tell this man that.
- 1:11:39Speaker 7: You cheated on him to have great sex and it
- 1:11:42Speaker 7: was better than his, but you love him so much
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: you couldn't leave him.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: You think that everything you say after that is mute,
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: shut this, go to the grain. Then two dudes, you
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: had to the grain. Yeah, Now, I don't promote cheating,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: nothing like that. You might have to go back over
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: there to get on with them either.
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: Yeah, people, she did. She said it was really good
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: with them all time.
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: Yeah. See me, I ain't telling you what to do.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: It seemed to me like you need to go back
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: over there. Or is it too late to.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: Help her husband help her.
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: Dog if you ain't figured it out in forty years?
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: What I don't understand? What is he doing?
- 1:12:40Speaker 14: Apparently nothing, I'm not apparently okay, so so no, okay,
- 1:12:51Speaker 14: that's hard.
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: We have time for another one. Just status quo. Keep
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: things as they are as you were, all right, we
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: have time for another one.
- 1:13:00Speaker 10: Stephen. This is from Kim in Pasadena. She says, I'm
- 1:13:03Speaker 10: a massage therapist and I went too far with one
- 1:13:06Speaker 10: of my customers.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: It was my first time with an older man, and
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: he was better.
- 1:13:10Speaker 10: Than I had expected. We've hooked up a few more times,
- 1:13:14Speaker 10: and I think he only wants me for sex. Should
- 1:13:17Speaker 10: I tell him that I want more than sex?
- 1:13:20Speaker 9: Well with Kim, no.
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: Name is better than any name is better than no nation.
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: Her name is Kim. What are you talking about? Because
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: she's a massage therapist?
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Great question?
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: Should she tell him that she wants more than sex.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: From the beginnership?
- 1:13:50Speaker 10: This is from Kim and Pasadena. She's a massage therapist.
- 1:13:53Speaker 10: I get it, and I went to far one of
- 1:13:57Speaker 10: my customers. It was my first time with an older
- 1:14:00Speaker 10: man and he was better than I had expected. We
- 1:14:03Speaker 10: pucked up a few more times, and I think he
- 1:14:05Speaker 10: only wants me for sex. Should I tell him I
- 1:14:08Speaker 10: want more than sex? Well?
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: Be here.
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: You know a lot of times, you know, you ever
- 1:14:14Speaker 7: had people call in and say, I'm just I'm asking
- 1:14:16Speaker 7: for a friend or friend. You know, this ain't me,
- 1:14:19Speaker 7: but a friend of mine got to say so. Like
- 1:14:22Speaker 7: I said, Deshaun, listen sometimes man, we were getting into
- 1:14:27Speaker 7: the situation like that. And see when you coming to

- 1:14:37Speaker 7: the massage. We got to get the table back up
- 1:14:39Speaker 7: in this training room, and we got to be going
- 1:14:42Speaker 7: back up in here. So DeShawn get a football career

- 1:14:45Speaker 6: Now.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: He trying not to get no massages. Now he stayed hurt.

- 1:15:16Speaker 10: Did you guys hear about this Alaska Airline flight that
- 1:15:19Speaker 10: made an emergency landing after an entire panel of the
- 1:15:22Speaker 10: plane blew off while the plane was ascending?
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: You guys right, this is crazy right.
- 1:15:28Speaker 10: It was described as as quote an explosive decompression at
- 1:15:32Speaker 10: the window exit. Luckily, though no passengers were sitting in
- 1:15:36Speaker 10: the window or the middle seat close to where the
- 1:15:38Speaker 10: panel flew off. Passengers video showed the big hole on
- 1:15:42Speaker 10: the side of the plane and everyone on board wearing
- 1:15:44Speaker 10: an oxygen mask. The plane made an emergency landing and
- 1:15:48Speaker 10: no serious injuries were reported. The plane took off from Portland, Oregon,
- 1:15:52Speaker 10: headed to Ontario, California. The FAA was has grounded more
- 1:15:57Speaker 10: than one hundred and seventy Boeing seven thirty seven Max
- 1:16:01Speaker 10: nine aircraft for inspections.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:16:05Speaker 7: The people that were sitting in that window. Uh huh
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: when that peace flew off right there? Yeah, them people
- 1:16:12Speaker 7: right there, they they ain't the same.
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: No moment when they came back.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: It was that back part of the plane. I saw
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: the pictures, let me tell you. So, Yeah, that's see.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: It ain't the same. They would siting. I'd be hard
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: to talk to after that about that.
- 1:16:32Speaker 7: Here we're reporting from the Channel eight News. We're here

- 1:16:45Speaker 2: What you're looking for?
- 1:16:53Speaker 10: Coming up in thirty three minutes after? We will play
- 1:16:55Speaker 10: around and would you rather? Right after this you're listening
- 1:17:00Speaker 10: every morning show, it is time now for a round
- 1:17:03Speaker 10: of would you rather? Would you rather your wife could

- 1:17:11Speaker 14: What?
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: Yeah? Would you would? Yeah? That both of them is
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: going to be in the marriage.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: But if you had to pick one.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: I probably just don't go with the sea through walls,
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: through the wall and not read my mind? All right?

- 1:18:15Speaker 1: You're eating? Camel?
- 1:18:16Speaker 8: Meat?
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: Cat?
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Why are you eating that? Because I'm hungry?
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:18:26Speaker 10: Would you rather Denzel Washington in Training Day or Denzel
- 1:18:31Speaker 10: in the Equalizer?
- 1:18:33Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: They both cold making both coke? I like equalizing. Yeah,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: I get along better with the Equalizer, Dude, I'm not
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: gonna things. I will from.
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:18:51Speaker 10: Would you rather age gracefully or have just one thing,
- 1:18:56Speaker 10: one thing on your body altered.
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: Gracefully, age gracefully or just go get it sucked out
- 1:19:07Speaker 2: or cut out or.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: Yeah whatever, I'm at one thing just alted.
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: On my body, that's probably what would that one thing
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: to bring.
- 1:19:18Speaker 9: My hairline backs off the steven stop.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: Right now?
- 1:19:23Speaker 10: What it is?
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: Well, right now all I see is heads. Go be
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: real with you in front of that age gracefully.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Okay, stee, are you gonna well? Age Gracefullyard gets something
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: done well.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: The braconly.
- 1:19:53Speaker 7: I don't want him to cut his hairline off because
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: I think I think it's going anyway.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: I only got to do it two more years. He
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: ain't even gonna have to get ahead. Cultn't head years?
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: All right, last one?
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: No, I don't worry about it.
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: Okay, tomorrow, all right.
- 1:20:13Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 1:20:14Speaker 10: That's today's round. Would you rather coming up next? It
- 1:20:16Speaker 10: is our last break of the day, and we'll have
- 1:20:18Speaker 10: some closing remarks from the one and only we know him,
- 1:20:23Speaker 10: we love him, Steve Harvey. Right after this, you're listening.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, here we are back.
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: First closing remarks of the new Year.
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: Steve.
- 1:20:36Speaker 7: I got a good one for you too, you know,
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: because this new Year is just to remind people to
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: make sure in twenty twenty four that you live your
- 1:20:48Speaker 7: life with a life field of expectations. Start your vision boards,
- 1:20:58Speaker 7: start reading your biby, start reading your your scripture, Start
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: focusing on the positive. Stop allowing negativity all the time
- 1:21:13Speaker 7: to premeate into your space, because it takes up space
- 1:21:17Speaker 7: to be negative. It occupies places when you don't want
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: it to do. You know, I've really had to work
- 1:21:25Speaker 7: on that of late. You know, I've really had to
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: work on that myself, of just staying focused. When you
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: get surrounded or bombarded with negativity, you have a tendency
- 1:21:34Speaker 7: to look at it, to focus on it. Man, You've
- 1:21:37Speaker 7: really got to replace those thoughts, because I'm telling you, man,
- 1:21:41Speaker 7: you don't have time for that. In twenty twenty four,
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: be careful what you allow in your space. Surround yourself
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: with positive people. If there's a person in your life
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: that's negative, why are you wasting your time with that person?
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: You're not going to change them. People have to want
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: to change. It's not about you changing people. The person
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: that you think requires changing has to see themselves as
- 1:22:08Speaker 7: needing change. I can't tell you how many times I've
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: wasted trying to help change a person that saw nothing
- 1:22:15Speaker 7: about themselves that needed changing. You're wasting your time. It's
- 1:22:20Speaker 7: like trying to make an unhappy person happy. You are
- 1:22:24Speaker 7: wasting your time. In twenty twenty four, y'all, get focused,
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: Get focused on your dream board, get focused on your vision,
- 1:22:33Speaker 7: get focused on your goals, and understand that along the
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: way of trying to accomplish anything you set out to do.
- 1:22:40Speaker 7: That there are going to be trials, there are going
- 1:22:44Speaker 7: to be setbacks, There is going to be opposition. Prepare
- 1:22:49Speaker 7: yourself for that. That is the way of the world,
- 1:22:54Speaker 7: that is the law of the land. That is it, man,
- 1:22:59Speaker 7: That is no progress without opposition. Now, sometimes the oppositions
- 1:23:06Speaker 7: comes from the most unsuspecting places. Sometimes, man, you're gonna
- 1:23:11Speaker 7: get blind sided. But you gotta understand how the devil works. Man,
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: the devil is evil. He don't fight fair.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: This thing in life.
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: That's not fair what they're saying about me. That's not
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: fair what they're doing about me. And it wasn't fair
- 1:23:30Speaker 7: how they did Jesus, but they did it anyway. You
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: are not going to get away through this thing called
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: life without opposition. But let me say this though, be
- 1:23:43Speaker 7: careful when you hear something that's laid out to be
- 1:23:49Speaker 7: the truth. And because the person that's telling you what
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: they say is truth is speaking eloquently, don't be deceived
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: by that. There are some people who know how to
- 1:24:03Speaker 7: lie so well. They know how to sprinkle in just
- 1:24:08Speaker 7: enough truth and wrap it inside. They lives where they
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: got you thinking that somebody telling the truth. Beware of
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: that people. You can't be righteous and negative at the
- 1:24:19Speaker 7: same time. If you are a righteous man, you will
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: speak as a righteous person. Righteous people do righteous things.
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: Godly people do godly things. If the person you are
- 1:24:35Speaker 7: talking to is talking ungodly, stop when they try to
- 1:24:39Speaker 7: tell you they are from God and of God, because
- 1:24:43Speaker 7: that ain't the truth. Bishop Kenneth Olmer taught me the
- 1:24:49Speaker 7: most valuable lesson I learned about people speaking about God.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: You know what he told me.
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: He says, Steve, God's voice has no sin in it.
- 1:25:02Speaker 7: The voice of God does not have sin in it.
- 1:25:08Speaker 7: When you are listening to anybody that's trying to make
- 1:25:13Speaker 7: you think that they anti illuminity or they say here.
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: To be very careful because God's voice does not have
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: sin in it.
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: If you are of God speaking from God, you will
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: not do anything that's ungodly.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: Period.
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: Be careful out there. Take care of yourself. In twenty
- 1:25:38Speaker 7: twenty four, wrap yourself around your family. Get on your mission. Men,
- 1:25:44Speaker 7: our mission is to protect and provide for our families.
- 1:25:48Speaker 7: Get on your mission. Do your job. Women have responsibilities.
- 1:25:53Speaker 7: Congratulations to all the single women out there that's holding
- 1:25:56Speaker 7: down motherhood. That's such a thankless job. But you've done
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: it again, and God that got you through another year. Please,
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: women out there with these children, hold your head up.
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: You have no idea who you've given birth to. That
- 1:26:09Speaker 7: God you serve could have given you the next president.
- 1:26:12Speaker 7: You don't know, You have no idea. Stay the course,
- 1:26:17Speaker 7: stay positive, stay faithful, and above all else, y'all stay
- 1:26:22Speaker 7: prayed up because the devil is busy.
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: And if you ain't careful, here have you fighting against yourself.
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: I am keenly aware that my God is in control
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: and nothing nobody says about you or against you can
- 1:26:41Speaker 7: do you any harm if you hold on the God's
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: unchanging hand. God is real man. God can help you
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: whether any storm in your life. Keep your faith in God,
- 1:26:52Speaker 7: not in man, because man is off base. Oftentimes those
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: are my closes the remarks today, Happiness New Year to
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: everybody out there. It's a cutoff point on the Steve
- 1:27:03Speaker 7: Harvey Show. We're gonna stop saying Happy New Year by
- 1:27:06Speaker 7: the end of the week. I don't like when people
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: off into February saying Happy New Year. So we got
- 1:27:12Speaker 7: a few more days of Happy New Year, and then
- 1:27:14Speaker 7: we're gonna cut it off.
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: Let that be.
