- 0:01Speaker 1: Momentum in this election is everything, and we now know
- 0:05Speaker 1: who's got the momentum, and that means Democrats are planning for.
- 0:10Speaker 2: A October surprise.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Now CNN has officially told the truth, told the truth
- 0:18Speaker 1: that Kamala Harris has stalled out. Yes, they actually said
- 0:22Speaker 1: it on TV. That is how you justify an October surprise.
- 0:27Speaker 3: I think there are a lot of folks, such as myself,
- 0:29Speaker 3: who think that Donald Trump's unpopularity is baked in.
- 0:32Speaker 2: But here's the deal.
- 0:33Speaker 3: If you believe that Donald Trump has somehow become less
- 0:36Speaker 3: popular over time, let me change your mind about that.
- 0:38Speaker 3: In fact, he is more popular at this point in
- 0:41Speaker 3: the campaign than he was at this point in the
- 0:42Speaker 3: twenty twenty campaign or the twenty.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Hold on, hold on, did you hear that Donald Trump's
- 0:47Speaker 1: net favorability as of right now on October the eighteenth,
- 0:52Speaker 1: when this poll came out, is the highest it has
- 0:56Speaker 1: ever been while he has been a candidate. I'm going
- 0:59Speaker 1: to back this up like five seconds so that you
- 1:02Speaker 1: can all enjoy this moment again and listen to the
- 1:05Speaker 1: different years where he was compared.
- 1:07Speaker 2: To twenty twenty four.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Pay than he was at this point in the twenty
- 1:10Speaker 3: twenty campaign or the twenty sixteen campaign. Look, he's still
- 1:13Speaker 3: underwater right with a negative nine point net favorability rating,
- 1:16Speaker 3: but that is higher than he was in twenty twenty
- 1:18Speaker 3: at minus twelve points twenty nearly won, and it is
- 1:20Speaker 3: way higher than the minus twenty seven net favorability back
- 1:23Speaker 3: in twenty sixteen when he did win. So I think
- 1:26Speaker 3: there's this real question in Kamal Harris's mind, in the
- 1:29Speaker 3: campaign's mind, why is Trump more popular now than he
- 1:32Speaker 3: was at this point in twenty twenty and twenty sixteen.
- 1:34Speaker 3: And I think that is why you're seeing the sharpening attacks,
- 1:36Speaker 3: because they want to put him back down here or
- 1:38Speaker 3: even there's no way that they're necessarily going to back
- 1:40Speaker 3: down to here, but they want to make Trump more
- 1:42Speaker 3: unpopular than his right now because he's more popular now
- 1:44Speaker 3: than either point in twenty twenty or twenty sixteen.
- 1:46Speaker 2: So let's be clear, all right.
- 1:48Speaker 1: They're saying his his net favorable is negative nine points
- 1:53Speaker 1: right now in twenty twenty four, in twenty twenty it
- 1:56Speaker 1: was negative twelve points, and in twenty sixteen at this
- 1:59Speaker 1: point it was negative twenty seven points. So that is
- 2:03Speaker 1: why they're saying that Kamala Harris has to sharpen her
- 2:05Speaker 1: attacks on Donaldald Trump number one. This also means that
- 2:10Speaker 1: it's time for them to give an October surprise. The
- 2:13Speaker 1: Deep State working very very hand in hand with the
- 2:18Speaker 1: campaign to make sure this happened.
- 2:20Speaker 2: So sure enough, right on schedules.
- 2:23Speaker 1: They're worried that he's starting to get a lead and
- 2:25Speaker 1: getting ahead of Kamala Harris. What happens well, Special counsel
- 2:29Speaker 1: Jack Smith is urging the judge in the Donald Trump
- 2:31Speaker 1: January sixth case to reject an effort by Trump's attorneys
- 2:35Speaker 1: to throw out the cases of obstruction related charges.
- 2:38Speaker 2: That's right.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Fast forward to a couple hours later, and bam, the
- 2:43Speaker 1: Trump campaign is slamming the witch hunt after Jack Smith's
- 2:46Speaker 1: court documents released less than three weeks before election day.
- 2:51Speaker 1: The majority of the documents remain under seal, while many
- 2:54Speaker 1: of the unsealed materials have previously been released in some form.
- 2:59Speaker 2: But this is their October surprise.
- 3:01Speaker 1: The judge in the former Donald Trump President Donald Trump's
- 3:04Speaker 1: federal election interference case on Friday made public all these
- 3:08Speaker 1: documents from the Special Council Jack Smith. The US district
- 3:12Speaker 1: judge ordered on Thursday night late that additional documents be
- 3:15Speaker 1: made public. The hundreds of pages of documents are Smith's
- 3:20Speaker 1: appendix of exhibits in the fight over whether Trump has
- 3:24Speaker 1: a level of presidential community that negates the charges against him.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Quote.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Radical Democrats are held bent on infringing and interfering in
- 3:33Speaker 1: the presidential election on behalf of linone Kamala Harris is
- 3:38Speaker 1: what the Trump campaign spokesman said. Then went on to say,
- 3:42Speaker 1: with just over two weeks until election day, President Trump
- 3:45Speaker 1: is dominating the race and craze leberals throughout the deep
- 3:48Speaker 1: state are freaking out, which makes sense. They're going to
- 3:51Speaker 1: lose or they're worried they're going to lose everything. They're
- 3:54Speaker 1: gonna lose their power if Donald Trump gets elected, because
- 3:56Speaker 1: they won't have their jobs in the deep state any longer.
- 3:59Speaker 1: The Trump's spokesman added, as mandated by the Supreme Court's
- 4:03Speaker 1: historic decision on presidential immunity and other vital jurisprudence, this
- 4:09Speaker 1: entire case as sham and a partisan, unconstitutional witch hunt
- 4:13Speaker 1: that should be dismissed entirely, as should all of the
- 4:16Speaker 1: remaining democratic hoaxes.
- 4:19Speaker 2: The majority of pages.
- 4:20Speaker 1: By the way released the public remain under seal and
- 4:23Speaker 1: are not viewable by the public. In fact, much of
- 4:26Speaker 1: the unsealed material has been previously released in some form,
- 4:30Speaker 1: including transcripts by the House Select Committee on January sixth,
- 4:34Speaker 1: and other documents including old Trump campaign press releases, fundraising emails,
- 4:38Speaker 1: White House press conference transcripts, and also news articles.
- 4:42Speaker 2: So why did they package it all together?
- 4:44Speaker 1: Because they needed something to get people to pay attention
- 4:48Speaker 1: again to Kamala Harris and then to rev up the
- 4:51Speaker 1: anti Trump hatred.
- 4:53Speaker 2: That's what they're doing now.
- 4:55Speaker 1: In the order to release the documents, they also cited
- 4:59Speaker 1: to claim that the asymmetric release of charged allegations and
- 5:06Speaker 1: related documents generally or during early voting creates an appearance
- 5:10Speaker 1: of quote, election interference.
- 5:13Speaker 2: I couldn't agree more.
- 5:14Speaker 1: According to Judge, while there is a public interest for
- 5:18Speaker 1: courts to avoid involving themselves in elections, quote, it is
- 5:22Speaker 1: in fact defendance requests relief that risk undermining that public
- 5:29Speaker 1: interest now they say. They went on to say if
- 5:32Speaker 1: the court withheld information that the public otherwise had a
- 5:35Speaker 1: right to access solely because of the potential political consequence
- 5:39Speaker 1: of releasing it, that withholding could itself constitutor appear to
- 5:43Speaker 1: be election interference. Oh okay, So in other words, you're saying, well,
- 5:47Speaker 1: it may interfere, so therefore we're gonna let people interfere.
- 5:49Speaker 2: That's insane.
- 5:50Speaker 1: She added, the court would continue keeping political considerations out
- 5:55Speaker 1: of decisions despite the defendance's request. Now, Tump pleaded not
- 6:00Speaker 1: guilty to all charges brought against him by Smith. The
- 6:04Speaker 1: Supreme Court earlier this year ruled that a president is
- 6:06Speaker 1: immune from prosecution for official acts, but the special prosecutor
- 6:11Speaker 1: of the deep state right, Smith was then required to
- 6:14Speaker 1: file another indictment against Trump, revising the charges in an
- 6:18Speaker 1: effort to navigate the Supreme Court ruling. The new indictment
- 6:21Speaker 1: kept the prior criminal charges, but narrowed and reframed the
- 6:24Speaker 1: allegations against Trump. After the High Court's ruling, they gave
- 6:28Speaker 1: broad community to former presidents. Trump also pled not guilty
- 6:32Speaker 1: to all charges in the new indictment as well. But again,
- 6:36Speaker 1: this isn't actually about justice. This is about trying to
- 6:39Speaker 1: interfere in this presidential election.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Now.
- 6:42Speaker 1: In the filing unsealed earlier this month, Smith also alleged
- 6:46Speaker 1: that Trump quote resorted to crimes to try to stay
- 6:49Speaker 1: in office after losing the twenty twenty presidential election quote.
- 6:53Speaker 1: With private co conspirators, the defendant launched a series of
- 6:56Speaker 1: increasingly desperate plans to overturn the legitimate election rescions in
- 7:00Speaker 1: seven states that he had lost Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and
- 7:03Speaker 1: out of New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
- 7:05Speaker 2: That is what the deep state is now saying all
- 7:07Speaker 2: over again.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Smith claims that the outline of these efforts was all
- 7:13Speaker 1: based around deceit, claiming Trump and co conspirators engaged in
- 7:17Speaker 1: a conspiracy to interfere with the federal government function by
- 7:22Speaker 1: which the nation collects and count's election results, which is
- 7:25Speaker 1: set forth in the Constitution and the Electoral Count Act,
- 7:30Speaker 1: a conspiracy to obstruct the official proceedings in which Congress
- 7:33Speaker 1: certified the legitimate results of the presidential election, and a
- 7:37Speaker 1: conspiracy against the rights of millions of Americans to vote
- 7:40Speaker 1: and have their votes counted.
- 7:42Speaker 2: That is what is said.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Now, let's just be clear, this is the best they've
- 7:47Speaker 1: got for October surprise. And when you've thrown everything else
- 7:50Speaker 1: at the president and then you've had two assassination attempts
- 7:54Speaker 1: against that president, one of them actually hitting the president
- 7:58Speaker 1: and his ear and only because as he turned his head,
- 8:00Speaker 1: as he's still alive right now, this tells you everything
- 8:04Speaker 1: you need to know about the corruption here by the
- 8:08Speaker 1: Democratic Party and more importantly by the Deep State. Let
- 8:14Speaker 1: me also say one other point about this. I don't
- 8:17Speaker 1: expect them to stop between now on election Day. I
- 8:20Speaker 1: believe they're going to do everything they can to take
- 8:22Speaker 1: out Donald Trump, whether it is legally or honestly take
- 8:26Speaker 1: him out with an assassination attempt.
- 8:29Speaker 2: They don't care. This is all that they care about.
- 8:33Speaker 1: This is everything for them, and that is the problem
- 8:37Speaker 1: that we're going to be dealing with for the next
- 8:38Speaker 1: twenty days.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Now.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I want to move on to another issue, and that
- 8:43Speaker 1: is Kamala Harris. She is out there not doing interviews,
- 8:47Speaker 1: not doing that very famous dinner in New York City
- 8:50Speaker 1: where she's been roasted for not showing up, cutting that
- 8:53Speaker 1: interview short on both ends of the interview, being late,
- 8:56Speaker 1: and then rapping early with Brett Baer and then saying
- 8:59Speaker 1: it was an ambush by Brettbeer, which is hysterical. So
- 9:03Speaker 1: now there's something else that she's having to deal with.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is touting mass amnesty offering that is going
- 9:10Speaker 1: to be fast tracked for citizenship to nearly every illegal
- 9:14Speaker 1: alien in the US if she is elected. That is
- 9:18Speaker 1: now the plan, pivot and go to the left and
- 9:21Speaker 1: see if you can get everybody that knows an illegal
- 9:23Speaker 1: immigrant to vote for you. Vice President Harris touting this
- 9:26Speaker 1: mass amnesty plan that would offer quote fast track naturalized
- 9:31Speaker 1: American citizenship to the eleven to twenty two million illegal
- 9:35Speaker 1: aliens residing in the US. I love how this number
- 9:37Speaker 1: we don't even know, Like, I mean, come on, eleven
- 9:39Speaker 1: to twenty two million. That's a liberal number if I've
- 9:42Speaker 1: ever seen one. Okay, Like, that's just straight up what
- 9:45Speaker 1: it is. Now on Wednesday evening, in this executive exclusive
- 9:48Speaker 1: sit down interview with Brett bher Harris seemed to praise
- 9:53Speaker 1: the US Citizenship Act of twenty twenty one. That is
- 9:57Speaker 1: a mass amnesty plan benefiting nearly all illegal aliens in
- 10:01Speaker 1: the United States of America. The first bill, particularly within
- 10:05Speaker 1: hours of taking the oath, will be able to will
- 10:08Speaker 1: be a bile to fix our immigration system. We recognize
- 10:11Speaker 1: from day one it is a priority for US as
- 10:14Speaker 1: a nation and for the American people, Harris said of
- 10:17Speaker 1: the US Citizenship Act of.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Twenty twenty one.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Now the legislation, and this is the part you need
- 10:22Speaker 1: to understand, sent to Congress by President Joe Biden immediately
- 10:25Speaker 1: after being sworn into office on January the twentieth of
- 10:28Speaker 1: twenty twenty one.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Would offer so called lawful.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Prospective immigrants immigrant status to most of the millions of
- 10:36Speaker 1: illegal aliens living in the US, allowing them to hold
- 10:39Speaker 1: American jobs, allowing them to secure security cards and travel
- 10:43Speaker 1: outside the United States of America and still be let
- 10:47Speaker 1: back in. Then they say this is their claim. At
- 10:52Speaker 1: least after five years on lawful prospective immigrant status, such
- 10:59Speaker 1: illegal aliens, meaning virtually all legal aliens in this country,
- 11:03Speaker 1: would be able to obtain a green card. Then, after
- 11:07Speaker 1: only three years on a green card, a shortened length
- 11:11Speaker 1: of time compared to current federal immigration law, such illegal
- 11:16Speaker 1: aliens would be eligible to apply for naturalized American citizenship.
- 11:20Speaker 1: The mass amnesty plan provides that illegal aliens in less
- 11:25Speaker 1: than a decade could get naturalized American citizenship and thus
- 11:29Speaker 1: become eligible to vote, providing they meet other voting eligibility requirements. Meanwhile,
- 11:36Speaker 1: illegal alien farm workers, they say Deferred Action for Childhood
- 11:41Speaker 1: arrivals also known as DACA recipients, and those in the
- 11:45Speaker 1: US on temporary protected status would be offered green cards
- 11:50Speaker 1: immediately under this radical plan from Kamala Harris.
- 11:55Speaker 2: After only three years.
- 11:56Speaker 1: They then say, these three subsets of migrants, also known
- 12:00Speaker 1: as illegal immigrants, would be able to apply for naturalized
- 12:05Speaker 1: American citizenship. This is not a joke. I don't even
- 12:12Speaker 1: know how what other way to put this. Then, this
- 12:16Speaker 1: is trying to buy votes of illegal immigrants. And not
- 12:20Speaker 1: only is this trying to buy votes of illegal immigrants,
- 12:24Speaker 1: this is trying to entice anyone that knows an illegal
- 12:26Speaker 1: immigrant to vote for.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Kamala Harris.
- 12:33Speaker 1: By including nearly every legal alien in the US, this
- 12:37Speaker 1: would be the biggest amnesty plan that this country and
- 12:41Speaker 1: actually I think the world has ever seen. Under one
- 12:45Speaker 1: such provision, they say the plan would allow illegal aliens
- 12:48Speaker 1: to port it under former President Donald Trump to secure
- 12:51Speaker 1: amnesty if they were present in the United States of
- 12:54Speaker 1: America for at least three years before their deportation as well.
- 12:57Speaker 1: So this is to undermine Donald Trump and even bring
- 13:00Speaker 1: more illegal immigrants back into the country, saying Okay, yeah,
- 13:03Speaker 1: I'll come back to America.
- 13:05Speaker 2: I was deported, but sure I was there for three years.
- 13:08Speaker 1: So retroactively like yeah, come on in, like, come on in,
- 13:11Speaker 1: we'd love to have you. Just come on in, and
- 13:15Speaker 1: we're gonna let you become an American citizen, even though
- 13:18Speaker 1: you've been gone for who knows how long. The plan
- 13:20Speaker 1: would also they say, remove all uses of the word
- 13:23Speaker 1: alien in federal immigration law, again buying votes, replacing the
- 13:30Speaker 1: term with non citizens. So you can't say illegal immigrant anymore.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You can't say.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Illegal alien anymore.
- 13:37Speaker 1: If Kamala Harris has her way, every illegal immigrant in
- 13:40Speaker 1: this country without a hardcore criminal record would immediately be
- 13:43Speaker 1: fast fast passed. In essence, like you go to Disney
- 13:47Speaker 1: World and just move right past the line, right and
- 13:50Speaker 1: go to the front of the line. That's exactly what
- 13:53Speaker 1: she is now offering to illegal immigrants, trying to buy
- 13:56Speaker 1: votes at the last second.
- 13:58Speaker 2: This is disgusting. I want to be clear about.
- 14:01Speaker 1: That that this is how much they're willing to pander
- 14:04Speaker 1: to make this happen.
- 14:05Speaker 2: So there's two really octo prizes here.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Number One, they're still going after Donald legally, all right,
- 14:12Speaker 1: and the Special Council is urging the judge to reject
- 14:15Speaker 1: Trump's bid to toss out the January sixth obstruction charges.
- 14:19Speaker 1: That is problem Number one, and then you have this
- 14:22Speaker 1: pandering that is taking place right now, incredible pandering that
- 14:28Speaker 1: is happening to try to buy the votes of illegal immigrants.
- 14:33Speaker 1: ABC News this morning putting this out there about Donald
- 14:36Speaker 1: Trump trying to get everyone to be fear mongering, fear
- 14:40Speaker 1: mongered in thinking that Donald Trump is going to go
- 14:43Speaker 1: to jail, so therefore you.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Shouldn't vote for him, right, It's a waste to vote. Listen.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Special council prosecuting former President Trump's allege efforts to overturn
- 14:51Speaker 4: the twenty twenty election say the obstruction charges against him
- 14:55Speaker 4: should stand despite a Supreme Court ruling. Trump's attorney say
- 14:59Speaker 4: the obstruction of an official preceding statute should no longer
- 15:03Speaker 4: apply because he was never directly involved with obstructing the proceedings.
- 15:07Speaker 4: But in a new court filing, prosecutors say Trump was
- 15:10Speaker 4: directly involved in attempting to send fraudulent certificates to Congress
- 15:16Speaker 4: on January sixth. For more on this, I want to
- 15:19Speaker 4: bring in senior reporter Catherine Followers alongside with ABC News
- 15:22Speaker 4: legal contributor Brian Buckmeyer for more. Catherine, first, start us off,
- 15:27Speaker 4: I mean, what can you tell us about these new
- 15:29Speaker 4: filings and the special counsel's arguments here.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Yeah, so what we know is this is all part
- 15:35Speaker 5: of this effort by Trump's attorneys to get this statute
- 15:38Speaker 5: obstruction of an official proceeding thrown out. Now, as you mentioned,
- 15:41Speaker 5: what Trump's lawyers are arguing is that Trump wasn't directly.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Involved in holding up.
- 15:47Speaker 5: The certification process, so he shouldn't face any obstruction of
- 15:51Speaker 5: an official proceeding charge. Now, this is all coming to
- 15:54Speaker 5: light because, as you remember, and we've talked about often,
- 15:58Speaker 5: we know that after the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling
- 16:01Speaker 5: that water down what Special Council Jack Smith could essentially
- 16:05Speaker 5: bring in terms of charges, there was a superseding indictment.
- 16:08Speaker 5: A lot of that was eliminated. So Trump's lawyers are
- 16:11Speaker 5: now saying, wait a second, there was no direct involvement.
- 16:15Speaker 5: You bring this in your superseding indictment, this should no
- 16:18Speaker 5: longer exist.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Of course, Smith says.
- 16:20Speaker 5: That his indictment clearly alleges that Trump and his co
- 16:23Speaker 5: conspirators were involved in attempting to send those false slate
- 16:27Speaker 5: of electors to Mike Pence. Of course, this is all
- 16:30Speaker 5: happening close to the election, but they're asking the judge
- 16:34Speaker 5: to weigh in, and we'll see what the judge overseeing.
- 16:36Speaker 2: In this case says.
- 16:37Speaker 4: Yeah, it's fascinating, Brian. So what we were talking about.
- 16:40Speaker 4: The Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that obstruction charges
- 16:43Speaker 4: in many of these January sixth cases could not stand.
- 16:47Speaker 4: I'm curious what makes this different.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Yeah, So what the DJ is doing is they're trying
- 16:54Speaker 6: to make a factial distinction.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Even though both writers and.
- 16:57Speaker 6: The former president are charged with obstruction of justice. They're
- 17:01Speaker 6: saying that the facts that the Supreme Court got to
- 17:04Speaker 6: as to why they made that decision are fundamentally different
- 17:06Speaker 6: than the facts of Donald Trump, and that's why the
- 17:08Speaker 6: case just don't go for it. It would be like
- 17:10Speaker 6: me saying Gordon Ramsey and I both cook food. Yes,
- 17:14Speaker 6: we both use fire to cook meat, but what Gordon
- 17:16Speaker 6: Ramsey is doing is far different in superior than what
- 17:19Speaker 6: I'm doing. And they're saying that because of those distinctions,
- 17:22Speaker 6: you should treat them differently.
- 17:23Speaker 2: As Catherine explained.
- 17:26Speaker 4: I appreciate that metaphor, but Catherine, you brought.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Up by the way, I just got to hit pause here.
- 17:32Speaker 1: I love these metaphors and just how absurd they really are.
- 17:38Speaker 1: They're trying to convince you that this is somehow not political.
- 17:42Speaker 1: It is two weeks, two and a half weeks before
- 17:44Speaker 1: an election. This is one hundred percent political, and they
- 17:49Speaker 1: know it. In fact, it's been political since the very beginning,
- 17:53Speaker 1: and everybody knows it.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Everyone understands it.
- 17:57Speaker 1: This is straight up political, and if you think that
- 18:00Speaker 1: it's not, I'm sorry, you're stupid. So they're trying on
- 18:05Speaker 1: every front they can to get rid of Donald Trump,
- 18:08Speaker 1: whether it's at the ballot box, whether it's with getting
- 18:11Speaker 1: people to vote and say, hey, I'm going to give
- 18:13Speaker 1: you amnesty if you vote for me, and get all
- 18:16Speaker 1: your friends that can vote to vote for me. Illegal immigrants,
- 18:18Speaker 1: I mean, you're you're literally saying to illegal immigrants, please
- 18:22Speaker 1: got there and tell everybody you know to vote for
- 18:24Speaker 1: me so I can get citizenship in this country. And
- 18:27Speaker 1: then you're attacking and disparaging Trump all while this is
- 18:31Speaker 1: going on, and then many of us are supposed to
- 18:34Speaker 1: act like it isn't even happening, like it's insane. Now
- 18:38Speaker 1: as the Left is going after Trump legally, they're attacking
- 18:43Speaker 1: him every way they can, and they're trying to bribe
- 18:47Speaker 1: people to vote for Kamala Harris. There's something else that's
- 18:51Speaker 1: happening that's very interesting, and that is not only is
- 18:54Speaker 1: Trump pull numbers going up, but he's sitting down and
- 18:57Speaker 1: having really long conversations with members of the media, something
- 19:01Speaker 1: that Kamala Harris cannot do. He's having conversations about our economy.
- 19:06Speaker 1: He's having conversations about what he is going to do
- 19:10Speaker 1: in his second term, what he learned from his first term,
- 19:15Speaker 1: for example. And that's what I think is really important
- 19:18Speaker 1: for so many Americans. He sat down and did an
- 19:22Speaker 1: interview with Harris Faulkner. There was a studio audience, and
- 19:25Speaker 1: one of the cool things about the audience is many
- 19:27Speaker 1: of them actually asked him questions. Now, Harris had some
- 19:30Speaker 1: basic questions, which were great that I want you to
- 19:34Speaker 1: hear as well. But what Harris Faulkner's point was in
- 19:38Speaker 1: this conversation was, Hey, let's talk economy, let's talk struggling Americans,
- 19:43Speaker 1: let's talk immigration. All of the things that Kamala Harris
- 19:47Speaker 1: cannot talk about. Is exactly what she and Donald Trump
- 19:53Speaker 1: did talk about. Now, he didn't complain, he didn't say, oh,
- 19:57Speaker 1: you guys aren't being fair to me. He does these
- 19:59Speaker 1: interviews all the time, something that Kamala just can't do.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Take a listen. This was their sit down town.
- 20:05Speaker 7: Hall for the state of Georgia just began, and they're
- 20:09Speaker 7: already at a quarter million people in early vote. That
- 20:13Speaker 7: will break a record on sleep And I cannot believe
- 20:20Speaker 7: how people come for you already. I don't know if
- 20:23Speaker 7: you know this, but early voting is a sign that
- 20:27Speaker 7: people are coming out, as you know, but it's also
- 20:30Speaker 7: a sign that there might be a few people who
- 20:32Speaker 7: have something to say. So I want to share with you.
- 20:34Speaker 7: Senators Warnock and Usoff Mayor Bottoms and Atlanta Mayor Bottoms
- 20:40Speaker 7: and Amba Thurman's family have come out on a press
- 20:43Speaker 7: call and they're doing what's called a pre buddle two
- 20:46Speaker 7: hour town hall right now.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Oh that's nice.
- 20:48Speaker 7: Yeah, And I want to get promise. I want to
- 20:55Speaker 7: get your I want to get your reaction to something,
- 21:00Speaker 7: because I was a little thrown aback about how quickly
- 21:03Speaker 7: this fight would start. Oh by the way, Tim Wallas,
- 21:07Speaker 7: the governor of Minnesota who wants to be the next
- 21:09Speaker 7: vice president, his wife is showing up where tomorrow here yep,
- 21:15Speaker 7: she has an issue with the women's issues town hall.
- 21:19Speaker 7: All right, So let's take a look at what Senator
- 21:21Speaker 7: Warnock had to say. I want to get for the
- 21:23Speaker 7: first time former President Trump's reaction to what's going on
- 21:29Speaker 7: here in Georgia. Let's watch.
- 21:31Speaker 8: If you do not vote as a vote it's a
- 21:33Speaker 8: vote for Donald Trump, it is to send this man
- 21:36Speaker 8: one step closer to the White House, which, finally, let
- 21:40Speaker 8: me say, will be literally dangerous or so much so
- 21:45Speaker 8: many of the people that we know dangerous, as we've
- 21:47Speaker 8: demonstrated for women, but this man, let me remind the
- 21:53Speaker 8: black men who are listening to men of color, communities
- 21:56Speaker 8: of color, he will be dangerous.
- 22:00Speaker 7: You are up with minority voters.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:04Speaker 7: Vice President Kamala Harris is hurting right now in that
- 22:06Speaker 7: category of voting block. And they know all women are
- 22:10Speaker 7: at this town hall. This is a pre buddle from
- 22:12Speaker 7: a short time ago.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Your reaction, well, I would say this.
- 22:16Speaker 9: We just got the endorsement of border patrol all over
- 22:20Speaker 9: I mean all over the country border patrol virtually every
- 22:24Speaker 9: sheriff's department, every police department, the Fraternal Order of Police
- 22:28Speaker 9: four hundred thousand police, the biggest in the country.
- 22:31Speaker 4: We have.
- 22:35Speaker 9: We have every single I don't think they have a
- 22:38Speaker 9: policeman or a policewoman single and we have the border.
- 22:43Speaker 9: We have the safest border in the history of our country.
- 22:45Speaker 9: Now we have the most unsafe border in the history
- 22:47Speaker 9: of our country. So when you talk about safety we
- 22:51Speaker 9: had it was just announced, as you know, last week,
- 22:53Speaker 9: thirteen and ninety nine murderers were released into our country.
- 22:58Speaker 9: Drug dealers, drug addicts, drug everybody is released into our country.
- 23:03Speaker 9: We've never had anything like this. We've never had a
- 23:05Speaker 9: mess like this. Six hundred and twenty five thousand criminals
- 23:08Speaker 9: released into our country along with twenty one million people.
- 23:11Speaker 9: We have no idea who they are. And you know
- 23:14Speaker 9: that's just a SoundBite. I don't know this guy, but
- 23:17Speaker 9: you get lucky as hell to win, I'll tell you
- 23:18Speaker 9: that much. But it's it's a SoundBite that they like
- 23:22Speaker 9: to use. But remember this law enforcements with me one
- 23:25Speaker 9: hundred percent, and we have to keep our community safe.
- 23:28Speaker 9: And we have to take these murderers that they've allowed
- 23:31Speaker 9: to come through open borders without knowing anything about them.
- 23:34Speaker 9: We have to take those people and we have to
- 23:36Speaker 9: remove them. We have to get them out of our country.
- 23:38Speaker 7: We're going to get into all of it. I want,
- 23:40Speaker 7: first of all a show of hands. Who voted early today?
- 23:45Speaker 4: All right?
- 23:46Speaker 2: Sounds good? Oh and their way? Who did they vote for?
- 23:48Speaker 6: Wonder?
- 23:50Speaker 2: That was the first thing you want.
- 23:51Speaker 4: You wanted to know, We.
- 23:51Speaker 9: Allowed to say who did you vote?
- 23:55Speaker 7: So another show of hands? How many of you actually
- 23:57Speaker 7: feel good about how the economy is right now?
- 24:02Speaker 4: Now?
- 24:02Speaker 7: Yeah, you have our first question on the economy. We
- 24:05Speaker 7: will start there. Your first name please and tell us
- 24:09Speaker 7: your hometown.
- 24:10Speaker 10: My name is Lisa and I live in the city
- 24:13Speaker 10: of Milton. First of all, welcome back to Georgia.
- 24:17Speaker 2: K President Trump, Thank you very much.
- 24:19Speaker 10: Americans are concerned about the state of our economy. Democrats
- 24:24Speaker 10: argue that your policies favor the wealthy, especially through tax
- 24:28Speaker 10: cuts for billionaires, while the middle class continues to struggle
- 24:32Speaker 10: these last three and a half years under the Biden
- 24:34Speaker 10: Harris administration. Could you outline your plans to revitalize the
- 24:39Speaker 10: economy again as president and policies that specifically support the
- 24:44Speaker 10: middle class when re elected.
- 24:46Speaker 9: Sure, thank you very much. Great question and sort of
- 24:49Speaker 9: an easy question for me to answer, because we have
- 24:51Speaker 9: tremendous wealth in this country, but it's under our feet.
- 24:55Speaker 9: It's called liquid gold, and we're going to bring down
- 24:57Speaker 9: your energy costs, and with that everything's going to fin
- 25:00Speaker 9: We're also going to make it possible for companies to
- 25:03Speaker 9: come into our country again. You know, we've lost so
- 25:04Speaker 9: many businesses. If you're in a furniture making like in
- 25:09Speaker 9: North Carolina, just they're flocking out of our country because
- 25:13Speaker 9: we have politicians that don't know what to do. We're
- 25:15Speaker 9: bringing them all back. We have a tax rate that's
- 25:17Speaker 9: going to lure them, and we're going to protect them
- 25:19Speaker 9: with tariffs so they can make money and so they
- 25:21Speaker 9: don't get stolen. But we're gonna have record setting jobs.
- 25:24Speaker 9: And just to know, I mean the advantage I have
- 25:26Speaker 9: is that I've done it. We had the greatest economy
- 25:29Speaker 9: in the history of our country. We had never had
- 25:32Speaker 9: an economy. And remember this, we also had the safest
- 25:35Speaker 9: border in the history of our country. We never had
- 25:37Speaker 9: a border that's safe. The famous graph that I looked at,
- 25:40Speaker 9: you know, my all time favorite piece of paper, I.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Mean even my all time favent.
- 25:49Speaker 9: I love that piece of paper. But that shows you
- 25:52Speaker 9: that day, the day I left office, the border was
- 25:54Speaker 9: the safest that ever was in the history of our country.
- 25:57Speaker 9: We had the fewest number of people, we have the
- 25:59Speaker 9: least amount of drugs. Everything was human trafficking, which is
- 26:04Speaker 9: now twelve times higher than it was. And it's trafficking,
- 26:07Speaker 9: I hate to say this, mostly in women. It's a
- 26:10Speaker 9: vicious thing because of the Internet and because of this administration,
- 26:15Speaker 9: maybe more so than the Internet. But we had the
- 26:18Speaker 9: safest border, we had the best economy. Think of it,
- 26:21Speaker 9: a combination of security and finance and all of the
- 26:25Speaker 9: other things. And we're going to make it even better.
- 26:27Speaker 9: We're going to make the border even better. But the
- 26:28Speaker 9: border can't. I mean, we did things with the border
- 26:31Speaker 9: that nobody could have done, including we built five hundred
- 26:35Speaker 9: and seventy one.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Miles of wall, and that war worked.
- 26:38Speaker 9: Then I got Mexico to give US soldiers, a lot
- 26:41Speaker 9: of soldiers, twenty eight thousand soldiers.
- 26:43Speaker 2: To protect us.
- 26:44Speaker 9: They said, you have to protect us because you're letting
- 26:47Speaker 9: all of these criminals come into our country. You have
- 26:49Speaker 9: to protect us. They said, we're not going to do it.
- 26:51Speaker 9: I said, good, then, I'm just going to tarify all
- 26:53Speaker 9: your goods.
- 26:54Speaker 3: Until you do it.
- 26:55Speaker 9: They said, like I said, we're going to do it.
- 26:57Speaker 2: And they gave us.
- 26:58Speaker 9: They gave us the social say we had great protection
- 27:01Speaker 9: and we had the best economy and the history of voting.
- 27:03Speaker 7: Okay, let's get back to the economy. According to America's
- 27:06Speaker 7: Health Ranking Organization, seventy point seven percent of Americans age
- 27:10Speaker 7: sixty five and over voted in the past presidential election,
- 27:14Speaker 7: so women are the largest registered and active group of voters.
- 27:21Speaker 7: Social Security is important to some women, and people over
- 27:24Speaker 7: the age of sixty five are a very large voting
- 27:27Speaker 7: block as well.
- 27:28Speaker 2: You have said that you would.
- 27:30Speaker 7: Not tax some of that Social Security money. How would
- 27:33Speaker 7: that work.
- 27:33Speaker 9: We're not going to tax any of the Social Security money,
- 27:36Speaker 9: the benefits they go to seniors. Because what you've done,
- 27:40Speaker 9: what they've done to you with inflation, is a disaster.
- 27:43Speaker 9: It's the economy, but in terms of really the numbers,
- 27:46Speaker 9: it's the inflation. We had the worst. They say it's
- 27:49Speaker 9: in forty eight years. I say, ever, we had the
- 27:52Speaker 9: worst inflation in the history of our country. And the
- 27:55Speaker 9: ones that really got hurt the worst of people that
- 27:57Speaker 9: are in a fixed income, like our seniors. And I said,
- 28:00Speaker 9: we're not going to tax social Security benefits of our seniors,
- 28:04Speaker 9: and we're not go we get pay and that will
- 28:07Speaker 9: a little bit more than even make up to what
- 28:09Speaker 9: you love. I mean you lost a fortune, you went
- 28:12Speaker 9: up again. They say twenty one percent. I think it's
- 28:15Speaker 9: fifty percent. And all of that money, you're in a
- 28:18Speaker 9: fixed income. People that were buying breakfast, they could no
- 28:21Speaker 9: longer buy breakfast. They have a case a woman goes
- 28:24Speaker 9: up to the counter with three apples and then she says, oh,
- 28:27Speaker 9: I can't afford it. She brings one apple back. That's
- 28:29Speaker 9: not supposed to be our country.
- 28:31Speaker 1: That's not supposed to be our country. A very very important,
- 28:35Speaker 1: interesting response there from Donald Trump on that don't forget.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Share this podcast with your family and friends wherever you
- 28:43Speaker 1: can on social media, and I will see you back
- 28:45Speaker 1: here tomorrow
