- 2:02Speaker 8: I sure will come Nit everybody you're listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 8: come on dig me now, one and only, Steve Harvey,
- 2:11Speaker 8: I got a radio show.
- 2:14Speaker 9: Somebody sent me an email one day to you know,
- 2:16Speaker 9: kind of a nasty little email. You know, I think
- 2:20Speaker 9: I said it once before, Steve Harvey trying to be
- 2:22Speaker 9: a preacher.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Man, I'm so far from being a preacher. Man.
- 2:25Speaker 9: I can't even tell you well. What I am trying
- 2:29Speaker 9: to do is share information.
- 2:31Speaker 10: Now.
- 2:31Speaker 9: I understand how haters work, and I understand how the
- 2:33Speaker 9: devil work. Believe me, I do.
- 2:37Speaker 1: You know?
- 2:38Speaker 9: Sometimes even he the Devil surprises me at the level
- 2:45Speaker 9: and the angles of attack they use, you know which,
- 2:48Speaker 9: I go, wow, man, I didn't see that one. Ooh,
- 2:50Speaker 9: that was pretty slick. Gotta get hit credit on that.
- 2:53Speaker 9: We try to get me. But every time you try
- 2:55Speaker 9: to get me, I get saved. I get saved every
- 2:59Speaker 9: time time, man, because because God got me, God got
- 3:05Speaker 9: some angels character around me. That's what my mama used
- 3:09Speaker 9: to always say as Sunday school teacher. Never really understood it,
- 3:12Speaker 9: but you know when I was growing up as a kid,
- 3:14Speaker 9: but I got it. Now, he got some angels around me.
- 3:17Speaker 9: And angels come in to form sometimes of people, people
- 3:21Speaker 9: who pull your coat to this, or introduce you to that,
- 3:24Speaker 9: or reveal some information to you like this.
- 3:27Speaker 1: He got them all around me.
- 3:30Speaker 9: So see, you, having a relationship with God has been
- 3:32Speaker 9: beneficial to.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Me, y'all.
- 3:35Speaker 9: It's not just that what he gives to me, but
- 3:41Speaker 9: what he protects me from. And you know, some some
- 3:46Speaker 9: people wonder, well, if you were God, why he let
- 3:49Speaker 9: them people do that to you. Now, that's not how
- 3:51Speaker 9: it works. See, there's two forces in this world that's
- 3:54Speaker 9: good and as evil. And if you succumb to good,
- 3:57Speaker 9: that's what you become, that's what you do. But everybody
- 4:00Speaker 9: don't succumb to good. Some people succumb to evil. Some
- 4:03Speaker 9: people's mission is to hate, to destroy, to tear down,
- 4:09Speaker 9: and so that forces at work in this world too,
- 4:11Speaker 9: and when that force comes up against me, woull. God
- 4:15Speaker 9: never promised me that I wouldn't see none of that,
- 4:19Speaker 9: and I wouldn't see the attacks, that I would not
- 4:22Speaker 9: come under fire, that I would not be falsely accused.
- 4:25Speaker 9: He didn't say that. Matter of fact, he forewarned me
- 4:27Speaker 9: that it would happen. But what he does give me
- 4:31Speaker 9: in those moments are moments of comfort and peace, knowing
- 4:35Speaker 9: that He's with me, and no matter what my enemy
- 4:38Speaker 9: does to bring me down.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It ain't gonna work. It ain't gonna work.
- 4:42Speaker 9: So come if you want to fight, if you will,
- 4:46Speaker 9: I have a man that has been attacking me since
- 4:51Speaker 9: I owned the comedy club in Dallas. He has been
- 4:55Speaker 9: on a mission and that if I don't give him
- 5:00Speaker 9: five million dollars, he gonna do it. He didn't done everything, man,
- 5:04Speaker 9: he has done everything. Now you'd have messed around and
- 5:08Speaker 9: got hisself now claiming in his letters physically ill and
- 5:13Speaker 9: his illnesses and what's befalling his family. He's blaming that
- 5:18Speaker 9: on me too. And Steve Harvey not stressed me out
- 5:22Speaker 9: and paid me this money. He owed me, well are
- 5:25Speaker 9: you coming with this? He just has kept on and
- 5:28Speaker 9: on and on, and you know what, he messed around,
- 5:31Speaker 9: got hisself sick. He messed around, man, got himself in
- 5:35Speaker 9: some situation. And can I tell you something. It's been
- 5:38Speaker 9: going on since nine team, maybe ninety seven. He started
- 5:48Speaker 9: the attack when I first went on. No before that,
- 5:54Speaker 9: probably ninety five. He started the attacks in ninety five.
- 5:59Speaker 9: Every now and then he didne got six lawyers. All
- 6:02Speaker 9: the lawyers don't drop the case after they come in
- 6:05Speaker 9: and they discover the fact. But he steady trying. But
- 6:09Speaker 9: it's the mangels that's around me. And I forewarned him
- 6:12Speaker 9: several times. Man, And man, if I wish you, I'd
- 6:15Speaker 9: go ahead on because what I'm not gonna do is
- 6:17Speaker 9: beg because see, you cannot break me because I happened
- 6:21Speaker 9: to be a soldier for Christ. I happened to be
- 6:24Speaker 9: an imperfect soldier for Christ as nothing, man as nothing.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And oh it ain't like a bunch of people that tried. Now.
- 6:34Speaker 9: Oh y'all been on YouTube, y'all been on the internet.
- 6:37Speaker 9: Oh they done tried. Oh they don't put some dirt
- 6:40Speaker 9: on me. Man, that ain't true. But if you keep
- 6:43Speaker 9: looking at me though, and I'm not surprised, but if
- 6:47Speaker 9: you put your eyes on God, it's where you go.
- 6:49Speaker 1: But if you look at me, He's covering me through
- 6:51Speaker 1: it all.
- 6:52Speaker 9: And that's been the importance of the relationship I form
- 6:55Speaker 9: with God, and is that I know that I'm under
- 6:58Speaker 9: his wings, that I'm ever under his ever loving protection,
- 7:03Speaker 9: that he got me.
- 7:05Speaker 1: And I just wanted to share that with you that
- 7:07Speaker 1: if you got If you're.
- 7:09Speaker 9: Looking for some protection, if you're looking for a way
- 7:13Speaker 9: to have the stript to get through what you're going through,
- 7:16Speaker 9: get some God man.
- 7:19Speaker 1: If you want a way out, get some god man.
- 7:22Speaker 9: If you've been gang banging and you're sick of gang banging,
- 7:25Speaker 9: get you some god man. If you tired of being
- 7:28Speaker 9: on drugs and you tied of drinking, get you some
- 7:31Speaker 9: god man. If you're tired of being if you're sick
- 7:34Speaker 9: or tired of being sick and tired, get you some
- 7:36Speaker 9: god man.
- 7:38Speaker 1: I'm just telling you now.
- 7:39Speaker 9: If you're trying to make your dreams come true and
- 7:42Speaker 9: it looked like you ain't gonna make it, and you
- 7:44Speaker 9: still believe that that's for.
- 7:45Speaker 1: You, get you some god man.
- 7:47Speaker 9: If you setting a new gold dreamer aspiration and you're
- 7:50Speaker 9: trying to get there and you're gonna start out today.
- 7:53Speaker 9: Get you some God, man. I'm just telling you. I'm
- 7:56Speaker 9: just telling you. See it's real what I'm saying. Man,
- 7:59Speaker 9: I ain't no fake dude with it. You understand.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I'm just telling you real.
- 8:02Speaker 9: Get you some God, man, and be patient, have faith, believe,
- 8:09Speaker 9: don't doubt.
- 8:10Speaker 1: But Lord have mercy. Get ready to work your tail off.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Did you hear me?
- 8:16Speaker 9: Give you some faith, Believe, don't doubt, and get ready
- 8:21Speaker 9: to work your tail off.
- 8:24Speaker 7: God can't bless it.
- 8:25Speaker 9: You see a lot of times we go to God
- 8:28Speaker 9: asking for prayers and stuff, but we go to him
- 8:31Speaker 9: and we don't give nothing God nothing to bless. We
- 8:33Speaker 9: won't blessing this, but we don't give him nothing to bless.
- 8:35Speaker 9: You make one step, he'll make two. You start, he'll finish.
- 8:44Speaker 9: You come, He'll go. You dream it, he'll build it,
- 8:53Speaker 9: you start it, He'll finish. See you trying everything your way,
- 8:59Speaker 9: I'm gonna go to court. I had a conversation with

- 9:27Speaker 9: Do you have a few hundred more to try to
- 9:28Speaker 9: get this twenty three hundred that you've been trying to
- 9:30Speaker 9: get for four years?
- 9:32Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 9:32Speaker 1: I could do that, But do you want to? Man?
- 9:36Speaker 9: Do you have the time to dedicate foem of your
- 9:40Speaker 9: years to try to get twenty three hundred? But Steve
- 9:42Speaker 9: am out of work right now and fell on some
- 9:44Speaker 9: hard times. I could use that money. And I've been
- 9:46Speaker 9: praying to God to help me. Yeah, you've been praying
- 9:49Speaker 9: to God to help you. God probably got something way
- 9:51Speaker 9: greater for you. But you gotta let go of your

- 18:19Speaker 2: Right, I know that.
- 18:21Speaker 3: But you know our specialty is an R and B.
- 18:24Speaker 3: That's our specialty. You know what I'm saying.
- 18:25Speaker 6: It's it's not like we're trained monkeys where we could

- 18:30Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. Let's let's get let's get one.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Let's get one thing. Understand you're the person that's said monkey,
- 18:39Speaker 3: I ain't sick, but I'm just no. And you know
- 18:45Speaker 3: that we're an R and B band. That's our big thing.
- 18:47Speaker 3: That's what we promote ourselves as. Let me ask you something, Richie.
- 18:52Speaker 3: Something do you not do you not want to mate
- 18:57Speaker 3: the Five Towns knowledge that you and I have already negotiate.

- 19:07Speaker 3: we're R and D bad. We don't see the country.
- 19:10Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. How do you do here? Richie?
- 19:13Speaker 3: You got something? Count of music? I have no problem
- 19:16Speaker 3: with country music. It's just that we have a full

- 38:05Speaker 6: It turned out they revealed on the Red Carpet at
- 38:07Speaker 6: the Ebony Power one hundred gala. The Red Carpet revelation
- 38:11Speaker 6: cap to romance that started back in twenty twenty three,
- 38:14Speaker 6: coming full circle to where they met two years ago.
- 38:17Speaker 6: At the time, Jonathan was mired in legal troubles following

- 38:24Speaker 6: with his girlfriend. Megan Good was married to pastor Devon Franklin.
- 38:28Speaker 6: They divorced in twenty twenty two. Megan has defended her
- 38:31Speaker 6: relationship with Jonathan Majors and said, quote, she can look
- 38:35Speaker 6: herself in the mirror and trust her spirit and God.
- 38:38Speaker 6: She went on to say, quote she hears her loved
- 38:40Speaker 6: one's opinions, but she has her life to live. End
- 38:44Speaker 6: quote questions, So how important is it for your friends
- 38:48Speaker 6: and your family to like your partner or someone you're
- 38:50Speaker 6: seriously deity?
- 38:52Speaker 5: It's important to me. My family got to I mean,
- 38:54Speaker 5: we interact too much. They got to like ess man.
- 38:59Speaker 5: When I brought my wife, when I brought Jackie home
- 39:01Speaker 5: from school. My mama said, that's the one. They just
- 39:04Speaker 5: ain't right now. They just singing right now because you
- 39:06Speaker 5: can screw it up right now.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Yeah, lovely, lovely Junior and your family. You know I
- 39:13Speaker 1: love your film. That's me.
- 39:14Speaker 13: My family didn't. My family didn't care who I was with.
- 39:16Speaker 13: They just want somebody to take me, take me off
- 39:18Speaker 13: their hands, that's all they We should walk to my
- 39:22Speaker 13: family house. My mama said, get them dishes out of
- 39:23Speaker 13: the dishwashing that's what you need to do. They didn't
- 39:27Speaker 13: care nothing about her liking me. She would write the
- 39:29Speaker 13: work and fan and then that's all she needs to see.
- 39:32Speaker 13: She's a good woman here, she's work in the kitchen
- 39:34Speaker 13: with us.
- 39:34Speaker 1: That's fast, Okay.
- 39:36Speaker 13: That they do love her, They really do. They like
- 39:42Speaker 13: my wife, that's her daughter. My mom really did love
- 39:44Speaker 13: my grand lovey. That's important though, that's.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Important, man.
- 39:51Speaker 6: Yeah, But now making is acting like it's not that
- 39:55Speaker 6: like their opinions don't really matter. She's saying she hears
- 39:57Speaker 6: her loved one's opinion, but she has her life to live.
- 40:01Speaker 6: She has to live her life.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Well, you can see what really should be important right
- 40:07Speaker 1: now with.
- 40:09Speaker 5: The most important thing right now, above all of this,
- 40:13Speaker 5: above all of it, what we got to get some
- 40:17Speaker 5: dance lessons before that wedding. If he do that chicken
- 40:22Speaker 5: george 's on their first on their first day, that's
- 40:24Speaker 5: just gonna ruin everything. He cannot come out there and
- 40:28Speaker 5: do that Cott not, Joe, I better not see that.
- 40:30Speaker 5: When I see they first dance, he needs to be
- 40:32Speaker 5: he needs to be hugging his wife and they need
- 40:34Speaker 5: to be doing a nice you know, a nice slow,
- 40:37Speaker 5: slow slow move, you know, that I need that. But
- 40:40Speaker 5: but you bet not the cotton note Joe, and y'all
- 40:43Speaker 5: know you've been caught, not Joe.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Another thing making this about is uh, they don't want
- 40:50Speaker 1: to tell him to run to the stoke. They know
- 40:52Speaker 1: he run.
- 40:59Speaker 3: He can.
- 41:00Speaker 6: Congratulations to Jonathan Mass and good congratulations coming up in
- 41:05Speaker 6: thirty four minutes after the hour. Thanksgiving is the busiest
- 41:08Speaker 6: holiday travel. It is expected to be a big one,
- 41:11Speaker 6: very busy. We'll talk about it right after this. You're
- 41:15Speaker 6: listening to the same Hardy morning show. Thanksgiving travel is
- 41:21Speaker 6: expected to be at an all time high next week,
- 41:24Speaker 6: with Triple A predicting nearly eighty million Americans to travel
- 41:28Speaker 6: fifty miles or more for their turkey dressing, mac and cheese,
- 41:31Speaker 6: green sweet potatoes.
- 41:34Speaker 1: You know all of that. You're that's right.
- 41:37Speaker 6: The number is one point That number is one point
- 41:40Speaker 6: seven million more than last year's record travel.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Triple A. Yeah.
- 41:44Speaker 6: Triple A based its prediction on a travel period that
- 41:46Speaker 6: begins a Tuesday before Thanksgiving and goes through the Monday
- 41:50Speaker 6: following the holiday weekend. Seventy one point seven million are
- 41:54Speaker 6: expected to travel by car, and a record five point
- 41:57Speaker 6: eight plan to fly to their destination. So here are
- 42:01Speaker 6: today's questions. All right, are you traveling this Thanksgiving holiday?
- 42:06Speaker 6: And who are you most thankful for? And what's something
- 42:08Speaker 6: that your family traditionally does that.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Makes you happy? A lot of questions, But what do
- 42:13Speaker 1: you got? What are your answers here? Junior? You know,
- 42:18Speaker 1: I really do living here in Atlanta.
- 42:20Speaker 13: I'm from Houston, and I really do look forward to
- 42:23Speaker 13: the holidays because I don't get to see my entire
- 42:25Speaker 13: family that much. I'm thankful for them, I really am.
- 42:29Speaker 13: And our family is such a free spirited family. So
- 42:31Speaker 13: it's always good when we get together because on my mother,
- 42:34Speaker 13: on my mother's side, there's only thirty five of us
- 42:36Speaker 13: from the child to the.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Old only only thirty five. It's only thirty five of us.
- 42:43Speaker 13: From the youngest person in my mom's side of the family,
- 42:46Speaker 13: you're the oldest thirty five. So our family's shrinking, and
- 42:49Speaker 13: so it's important that when we get together, that's that's
- 42:51Speaker 13: it's really important that we.
- 42:52Speaker 1: All say okay, yeah, And we don't even really.
- 42:56Speaker 13: Need Thanksgiving to get together because if my mama throwing
- 42:57Speaker 13: something she cooking, twenty five of them coming over to eat.
- 43:00Speaker 1: So I see ye, Thanksgiving all the time.
- 43:09Speaker 7: So I'm traveling.
- 43:10Speaker 5: You know, I'm traveling after Thanksgiving because you know, you
- 43:14Speaker 5: know Sherilin I Shlunderwood and I booked uh in New
- 43:17Speaker 5: New Jersey at the NJ Pack. So so as soon
- 43:19Speaker 5: as Thanksgivings over with Friday morning, I'm on the plank.
- 43:22Speaker 1: So I got it.
- 43:23Speaker 7: I got to deal with this hustle and bustle that
- 43:24Speaker 7: y'all talking about. But but I'm just so grateful.
- 43:27Speaker 3: Man.
- 43:28Speaker 1: My mother.
- 43:28Speaker 7: Man, my mother is eighty two years old.
- 43:32Speaker 1: That wonderful time.
- 43:34Speaker 5: It's a blessing man. And my mother is the healthiest
- 43:37Speaker 5: person in the family. That that's that's that's the that's
- 43:43Speaker 5: the that's the big deal to me. Man, he is
- 43:45Speaker 5: the healthiest person.
- 43:46Speaker 1: And they gotta sent a.
- 43:49Speaker 5: Couple of all the video. God, man, I got to
- 43:51Speaker 5: show y'all me working out with.
- 43:53Speaker 1: My mama and my mama puts me on the floor.
- 43:57Speaker 7: I am just just laid It's crazy.
- 44:00Speaker 1: His mom was doing push up, push up. Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Well I'm traveling Tuesday. We go every year, we traveled
- 44:12Speaker 1: to see my in laws. They live in Birmingham. They
- 44:19Speaker 1: live in Birmingham.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 44:21Speaker 12: And this year, you know, my husband was born on Thanksgiving,
- 44:23Speaker 12: so every now and then his birthday is on Thanksgiving
- 44:26Speaker 12: and this year, this birthday is on Thanksgiving.
- 44:29Speaker 1: So and fried turkey.
- 44:32Speaker 7: That's what I'm talking about, you know what I'm saying.
- 44:34Speaker 1: With sweet potatoes and greens and you name it, all
- 44:37Speaker 1: of that. O.
- 44:38Speaker 12: I'm so grateful for my in laws, just like you said,
- 44:42Speaker 12: Junior mamily because my mom's deceased, so my in laws there,
- 44:46Speaker 12: my husband's family is like pretty much all I have,
- 44:50Speaker 12: you know, So it's so important. Yeah, oh yeah, it's
- 44:54Speaker 12: so important for us to always be together. So I'm
- 44:57Speaker 12: grateful for my family, grateful something.
- 44:59Speaker 7: You know what else what's happening. You know what else
- 45:01Speaker 7: is happening.
- 45:02Speaker 5: The transition is happening right now, like it is getting
- 45:07Speaker 5: getting the recipes from the from the God, from the
- 45:10Speaker 5: older members of the family and hoping we get it
- 45:14Speaker 5: right because right now, you know, some of them are
- 45:16Speaker 5: too old.
- 45:17Speaker 1: Like I can't.
- 45:17Speaker 5: I can't stand over this stuff and make that no more.
- 45:19Speaker 5: I can walk you through it. And so we're in
- 45:22Speaker 5: the transition. I don't know what the hell is dressing
- 45:24Speaker 5: gonna be, Like what you're doing.
- 45:26Speaker 6: Well, I just have to say this before I tell
- 45:28Speaker 6: you that I cannot get with fried turkey.

- 56:37Speaker 1: Let them thank you, nephew.
- 56:40Speaker 6: Is she stalking him or not? Is the subject here?
- 56:44Speaker 6: Stephen Shirley. I feel like my husband is lying to
- 56:46Speaker 6: me and I want to get to the bottom of it.
- 56:48Speaker 6: There is another woman in the mix that my husband
- 56:50Speaker 6: supposedly met on an airplane. He said that she was
- 56:53Speaker 6: a flight attendant and he gave her his business card
- 56:56Speaker 6: because she was interested in getting a car. He sell cars.
- 57:00Speaker 6: He said that she was coming to town because this
- 57:03Speaker 6: dealership has a specific car she wants and they had
- 57:07Speaker 6: to work out the financing well. This lady showed up
- 57:10Speaker 6: at our house on my husband's day off last week.
- 57:14Speaker 6: She rang the doorbell and asked if Ron was home.
- 57:17Speaker 6: I woke him up and told him he had company.
- 57:20Speaker 6: I told him that it was his side chick and
- 57:23Speaker 6: he laughed. He picked out the window and calmly told
- 57:26Speaker 6: me the story about the car deal for her. He
- 57:28Speaker 6: said she popped up even after he told her he'd
- 57:31Speaker 6: be off for two days. I went outside to talk
- 57:34Speaker 6: to the lady, who was still in an uber in
- 57:37Speaker 6: our driveway. She said she's in town to see Ron,
- 57:41Speaker 6: not for a car. She said they've been dating a
- 57:44Speaker 6: few months and he's been to see her twice. Ron
- 57:47Speaker 6: told her that he lives with his ex girlfriend and
- 57:50Speaker 6: until they can sell their house. I showed her my
- 57:52Speaker 6: big wedding ring and I asked her if she sees
- 57:55Speaker 6: a for sale sign in our yard. I saw texts
- 57:58Speaker 6: that she sent telling him surprise, I'm here for one night,
- 58:02Speaker 6: and he responded, I wish you were. You played too much.
- 58:06Speaker 6: She apologized and said she didn't know Ron was married.
- 58:09Speaker 6: I went inside and Ron was still calm, and he said,
- 58:12Speaker 6: the woman is a stalker. I asked him why she
- 58:15Speaker 6: came to our house and not the dealership if she
- 58:17Speaker 6: was in town for a car. He couldn't answer that.
- 58:20Speaker 6: He said he's going to call the airline and report her.
- 58:23Speaker 6: Is she a stalker or is he a liar?
- 58:27Speaker 3: Now?
- 58:27Speaker 7: What do you think?
- 58:28Speaker 1: Come on, now, you already know he's lying, You know it.
- 58:31Speaker 6: It's just that his life sounded so crazy and kind
- 58:34Speaker 6: of good to you that he had you questioning what's
- 58:37Speaker 6: real and what's not real?
- 58:40Speaker 10: Now?
- 58:40Speaker 6: Why would this woman come all the way there and
- 58:43Speaker 6: tell you that she's there to see Ron, your husband?
- 58:46Speaker 6: And she told you that he's been to see her,
- 58:48Speaker 6: and they've been dating for a minute, a few months
- 58:51Speaker 6: to be exact. She's not a stalker. She's telling the truth.
- 58:54Speaker 6: Why was she need to come all the way there
- 58:56Speaker 6: to buy a car? They could ship the car to
- 58:58Speaker 6: her if that's the only one. Your husband knows that dealerships.
- 59:02Speaker 1: Do that all the time. And I think your husband
- 59:05Speaker 1: went too far with this lie.
- 59:06Speaker 6: He obviously was shook when his side chick showed up
- 59:08Speaker 6: at the house, so that's all he could come up
- 59:11Speaker 6: with in such a short notice she showed you the
- 59:14Speaker 6: text messages between her and your husband, so again you
- 59:18Speaker 6: know the truth. Believe your eyes. You and her were
- 59:21Speaker 6: both in the dark with your husband's lies. He didn't
- 59:24Speaker 6: even tell her he was married. And he's not going
- 59:27Speaker 6: to call the airlines about her because they wouldn't know
- 59:30Speaker 6: what the heck he was talking about. And he looked
- 59:33Speaker 6: like a clown. So believe the side chick. She has
- 59:36Speaker 6: no reason to lyeing. Don't believe your husband, who was
- 59:38Speaker 6: every reason to lie under the sun to lie. After all,
- 59:42Speaker 6: she was sitting right there in your driveway, Tommy.
- 59:46Speaker 7: So they got no cause where she lives.
- 59:49Speaker 5: He came by no call where she at, and it's
- 59:52Speaker 5: got to be the call in this city where he at.
- 59:55Speaker 1: They got what they got.
- 59:56Speaker 5: They got Commacks, they got Calvada, they got car Goo rule,
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: they got they got. They got called all up and
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: down one street. You can find eight to nine dealership,
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: they can. You can't find no car. You got to
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: get the car. He got it for you at his lot.
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: That's the car you got to get, all right, now,
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: let's go, let's go and figure this out. Now, My
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: problem is you, as the wife. You ain't asking him nothing.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: You ain't asking him how this woman know which where
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: we live? And how this woman just roll up at
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: our house. You ain't asking these questions how she get
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: our address? But what I like about him? Play a playoffs,
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: just smooth, He just calm the whole time. Yeah, it's
- 1:00:37Speaker 5: something wrong with her, she'll stalker blah blah blah. Yeah,
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: it's some wrong man. I met on the plane. I'm
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: gonna try to sell a car. That's all it.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Still.
- 1:00:44Speaker 7: I don't know really what's going on round here, but
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: it ain't got nothing to do.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Run.
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: See, I'm gonna tell you somebody run. You already know run. Ron,
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: don't play like that baby, all right? And you know,
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: Ron loveing you. Look at me, Look at me, Ron,
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: loving you. I don't know about this woman out here
- 1:00:59Speaker 5: and yard. Okay, now that's what you're waking me up.
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: But you know, you know, you already know you don't
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: wake run up for this because going back in there
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: and do what you was doing.
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: I don't worry about this lady in the yard. All right.
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: I'm gonna call uh deal the airlines talking about her tomorrow.
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: I got this, But I love you, okay, Ron, loved you,
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: Ron and played you, Ron, and played this woman and
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: Ron is caught and Ron don't know what to do now.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: Ron want to.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: Claim he's from the car the airlines like he's from
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: Ron ain't in the call.
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: No damn body.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Ron is busted.
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: The deal is what are you going to do? What
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: you're gonna do because you don't ask Ron no question.
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: Apparently you got the one got text messages back and
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: forth with you with with Hern Ron on him. All right,
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: it's text message. You ain't asking Ron nothing. I'm asking you.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Why your hands wrong?
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: Okay? Here go these text messages wrong? What about this?
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: Is why you ain't just bringing a woman on in
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: the house when the woman told you all this and
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: let's sit all down and get it all out on
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: the floor right here, right now. But no, Ron, come

- 1:03:43Speaker 6: All Right, guys, here we are. Let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: The subject is is she stalking him or not? A
- 1:03:49Speaker 6: young lady wrote in she thinks her husband is lying
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: to her. She wants to get to the bottom of it.
- 1:03:54Speaker 6: She says, there is another woman in the mix. Her
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: husband supposedly met this woman on the plane. On the airplane,
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: she was a flight attendant. He gave her his business card.
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: Is your home address on your business card? That's another question.
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: He gave her his business card because she was interested
- 1:04:10Speaker 6: in getting a car, and he sells cars.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: She was coming to town. His dealership has a specific
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: car that she wanted.
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: So one day she just popped up at their house
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: and he told his wife this story about her wanting
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: to come to the dealership to get this card. Was
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: the only car blah blah blah. The wife didn't believe him.
- 1:04:31Speaker 6: She went outside to talk to the lady. The lady said, what,
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: I came to see Ron, and she didn't know Ron
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: was married. Ron told her all these lies about he
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: was living with his ex girlfriend and they were waiting
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: to sell the house. His wife showed her her wedding
- 1:04:46Speaker 6: ring and said that we're married. The lady apologized, showed
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: the wife some text messages, and the wife doesn't know
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: what to believe as far as this is concern. All
- 1:04:56Speaker 6: through this her husband Ron stayed very very calm and stuck.
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: To a story.
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: The wife wants to know is he a liar or
- 1:05:03Speaker 6: is she a stalker? And her husband said that he's
- 1:05:06Speaker 6: gonna call the airline and report her. Tommy and I say,
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: Ron is lying, of course, and the woman is not
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: a stocker. She's telling the truth.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: Junior.
- 1:05:18Speaker 13: Yes, Ron, I'm just gonna have to answer this lady's
- 1:05:23Speaker 13: question and say she's a stock.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: Oh you think Ron.
- 1:05:28Speaker 13: Is the greatest car salesman in this little city. First
- 1:05:32Speaker 13: of all, Ron recognizes one thing that we all have
- 1:05:35Speaker 13: to give Ron credit for. He recognized that fight attendants
- 1:05:37Speaker 13: are tied to fly and they want to drive. What
- 1:05:44Speaker 13: other great salesperson would not just put the dealership address
- 1:05:48Speaker 13: on the business card. He put his home address on
- 1:05:51Speaker 13: her because she's committed to the sales. Y'all ain't up

- 1:13:41Speaker 6: media needs some advice, guys. She says this is their
- 1:13:43Speaker 6: third going away party. Uh, we'll talk about it right
- 1:13:48Speaker 6: after this.
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Belle on
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: Steve Harvey FM.
- 1:13:54Speaker 6: Writ's a coworker whom I consider a friend, recently announced
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: that she's taking a job in another city and would
- 1:13:59Speaker 6: be leaving us all soon. I'm sad to see her go,
- 1:14:02Speaker 6: but happy for what seems to be an upward move
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: for her and her husband. The problem is that she's
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: been leaving for about a month now, and she's on
- 1:14:10Speaker 6: her third going away party. The first was at work,
- 1:14:14Speaker 6: the second was a happy hour thing, and the next
- 1:14:17Speaker 6: one is at an event party hall. I'm not sure
- 1:14:19Speaker 6: if she's just making sure she hits everyone before she goes,
- 1:14:23Speaker 6: if she's just wanting a free meal and attention, or
- 1:14:26Speaker 6: if she's really trying to get someone to convince her
- 1:14:28Speaker 6: to stay.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: Either way, it's excessive, even though we're friends.
- 1:14:32Speaker 6: How many of these things should I feel obligated to
- 1:14:35Speaker 6: go to, especially since I've heard rumblings of at least
- 1:14:38Speaker 6: two more before she's.
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: Gone for good in two weeks.
- 1:14:42Speaker 7: While later, I'm not going to all these events.
- 1:14:45Speaker 5: That's just too that's too when I'm gonna go to
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: the first one. I might catch a little happy all,
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: but after that and I'm done.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: I'm not here.
- 1:14:53Speaker 7: Like this like was more than a baby.
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: Yes, a lot want to be moving away. We don't
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: got great by dang. You know what it sounds like
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: she has sound like to me, it sounds like you
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: don't work there. What do you mean all these parties,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: the free food have it sounds like you're gonna come
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: to work.
- 1:15:20Speaker 6: You've been leaving different people, different groups have had a
- 1:15:24Speaker 6: different places. She had it at work, she had at
- 1:15:26Speaker 6: a club, she had at this place. You know people,
- 1:15:29Speaker 6: different people want to stay by. To her, that's all
- 1:15:32Speaker 6: her friends.
- 1:15:32Speaker 7: How many people work at this company?
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Her friend sounds like a hater.
- 1:15:36Speaker 13: Let's say I'm leaving this show. How many parties y'all
- 1:15:38Speaker 13: will give me? Probably just one.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: We're gonna do this right here? Nor chances Ye're pretty low. Yeah,
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: we're gonna do it about five times, y'all ain't no way.
- 1:15:51Speaker 6: But you have other people coming. You won't even miss
- 1:15:55Speaker 6: us after about the third.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: Everybody, y'all are the ones I work with. It's the
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: worst party. She's leaving town. She's leaving town.
- 1:16:05Speaker 5: I'm gonna get you does nice little charcottery boy, were gonna.
- 1:16:07Speaker 7: Have that or eat that?
- 1:16:09Speaker 6: And we had she's leaving town. She's going to another city.
- 1:16:13Speaker 6: So she has friends all in the city that are
- 1:16:15Speaker 6: giving her parties.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: That's all all right, Sure to stop it, that's all
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: she's using. Really don't obligate to go to none of them.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: You know, I had like.
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: Baby shower.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: I thought, you're supposed to buy a gift or something
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: every time. You don't have to bring a gift gift
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: for those going away party. No, maybe well wished drink. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: they put in maybe a little office pool or whatever.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: But three parties. I'm just saying, Bill, the lady who
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: wrote the email, the letter she tacked she should stay
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: at home down there. She has all right. This is
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: from Caleb on Steve Harvey at Them.
- 1:16:59Speaker 6: Caleb says, I overheard my coworker talking about his transportation
- 1:17:03Speaker 6: woes one day, and I offered him a ride to
- 1:17:05Speaker 6: work once, and now he's asking for rides almost every day.
- 1:17:08Speaker 6: It's totally out of my way, and I feel he's
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: taking advantage of me. But I also don't want to
- 1:17:14Speaker 6: come off as a jerk and make our work relationship awkward.
- 1:17:17Speaker 6: I thought about telling him my cards in the shop
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: and taking ride shared work for a week to break
- 1:17:21Speaker 6: the cycle. Should I just come out and tell him
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: I don't have time to drive him to work? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:27Speaker 6: that's not your that's not your responsibility to get him
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: at all.
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: He gonna get used to that. He goes, this, ain't
- 1:17:33Speaker 5: nobody car pool. You can't call pool with nobody that
- 1:17:35Speaker 5: ain't got no call? Okay, Yeah, keep wearing we use
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: your car when you can't do that if the other
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: person don't have nothing, This person don't have a vehicle. No,
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: that's no, we're not. And then I got to get
- 1:17:53Speaker 5: up extra early to get over there to you so
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: we can get to work on time. That's too much
- 1:17:56Speaker 5: on me, right, And we always all know that I'm
- 1:17:58Speaker 5: cutting it at the last and I'm.
- 1:18:00Speaker 7: Not coming up in there like that.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: No.
- 1:18:02Speaker 6: Yeah, he's saying he feels like he's taking advantage of you,
- 1:18:05Speaker 6: and he is. You need to put a stop here.
- 1:18:07Speaker 13: Yeah, why are you writing enough asking us what we
- 1:18:11Speaker 13: think you are? Why are we scared of people has walking?
- 1:18:16Speaker 13: Where have we going as a society where people that
- 1:18:18Speaker 13: walk and dictate us?

- 1:24:55Speaker 6: day on this Tuesday, and Steve, it's time now for
- 1:24:58Speaker 6: you to take us out with your fabulous enlightening closing remarks.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: What you got?
- 1:25:06Speaker 9: You know, I think I decided to do something a
- 1:25:12Speaker 9: little bit different today. I want to give you a
- 1:25:16Speaker 9: bullet point list of things to consider on your journey.
- 1:25:23Speaker 9: I want to give you some bullet points to protect
- 1:25:26Speaker 9: yourself as you're climbing the letter to success. These bullet
- 1:25:33Speaker 9: points are things that all of us will can and
- 1:25:39Speaker 9: have experienced, and they come over and over and over
- 1:25:44Speaker 9: at different levels in different times. Now, the things I'm
- 1:25:47Speaker 9: about to share with you are not the only things,
- 1:25:53Speaker 9: and I don't have them in any particular order. I
- 1:25:56Speaker 9: just wanted to share them with you. These are what
- 1:26:02Speaker 9: I call dream crushes. I can't tell you how many
- 1:26:08Speaker 9: people I know who have had wonderful aspirations and dreams
- 1:26:11Speaker 9: and got started, and they allowed these dreams to get crushed.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: And I know a lot of them. Now.
- 1:26:19Speaker 9: I'm not gonna name all of them, but I am
- 1:26:22Speaker 9: gonna name some of them. And I want you all
- 1:26:24Speaker 9: to think about them as I list them, so you
- 1:26:27Speaker 9: can be on guard for them, because they are coming.
- 1:26:31Speaker 9: Oh don't you think for one moment that they are
- 1:26:34Speaker 9: not coming. These are some of the dream crushes that
- 1:26:41Speaker 9: you'll encounter. The first one I simply call background chatter. Somehow,
- 1:26:50Speaker 9: when you're on your way, you hear the murmuring in
- 1:26:54Speaker 9: the crowd, you hear the naysayers.
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: You just hear this constantly. Here he comes, here she
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: come again. Oh hey, how you doing?
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: Here he come with that old crazy Have you seen
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: what he thought he was gonna be? Anybody y'all seeing
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: his dream board? It's so crazy. Hey, how you doing?
- 1:27:16Speaker 12: Man?
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: That's all right.
- 1:27:21Speaker 9: And you hear stuff like this, I call it background chatter.
- 1:27:25Speaker 9: It can be very very rough if you get it
- 1:27:27Speaker 9: on a constant basis. Those are one of the dream crushers.
- 1:27:32Speaker 9: Be very very careful. Here's another dream dream crusher. Comparisons
- 1:27:38Speaker 9: to others. See when you're building your house, when you're
- 1:27:42Speaker 9: building your road, when you're building your building, don't look
- 1:27:46Speaker 9: across the street at the other house, the other structure,
- 1:27:50Speaker 9: and the other building. First of all, you don't know
- 1:27:54Speaker 9: what's under the foundation of what appears to be a
- 1:27:58Speaker 9: grand building. Now you trying to build your solid on
- 1:28:02Speaker 9: a great foundation, rock by rock, level by level. But
- 1:28:05Speaker 9: you're looking over there and somebody halfway up with a skyride,
- 1:28:08Speaker 9: and you try to figure out why it's taking you
- 1:28:09Speaker 9: so long. You don't even know that they done built
- 1:28:12Speaker 9: that on sand. You don't even know that there's no
- 1:28:15Speaker 9: flooring behind it, that it ain't nothing but a shell.
- 1:28:18Speaker 9: Be careful of comparing your building to others, because what
- 1:28:22Speaker 9: you see cross the street might not be the same.
- 1:28:25Speaker 9: Those are dream crushes. Here's another one, a well timed setback.
- 1:28:30Speaker 9: Right when you think things are going along, all of
- 1:28:32Speaker 9: a sudden, something just pops up.
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: You know what that is.
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: It's called life. It just surface it It's surfaces for
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: all of us, y'all.
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: It's just life.
- 1:28:41Speaker 9: It's nothing aimed directly at you. It's not but it's
- 1:28:45Speaker 9: not resigned and particularly your situation. Everybody got them. Well
- 1:28:51Speaker 9: time setbacks crushed dreams all the time. Be ready because
- 1:28:56Speaker 9: in twenty twenty there will be some. Here's another one.
- 1:28:59Speaker 9: I want you to be careful, love watch out for statistics.
- 1:29:02Speaker 9: Statistics were designed by people who were failing to justify
- 1:29:07Speaker 9: their failure. One out of every four hundred, you know,
- 1:29:11Speaker 9: only two in a million.
- 1:29:12Speaker 7: Ever, get.
- 1:29:14Speaker 9: I wouldn't play that lotto, because the only person to
- 1:29:17Speaker 9: hear this today, say, is one in two hundred and
- 1:29:18Speaker 9: eighty five million chances. Statistics stop so many people because
- 1:29:25Speaker 9: they keep putting yourself in the one.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: You either put yourself in the one, or you put
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: yourself in the group.
- 1:29:31Speaker 9: You know, one out of every two thousand comedians make
- 1:29:34Speaker 9: it on the Johnny Carson Show.
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: That was the stat I heard way back when I
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: got started.
- 1:29:39Speaker 9: Man only one. And if people started looking at themselves
- 1:29:43Speaker 9: as the one nine hundred and ninety nine, now you
- 1:29:46Speaker 9: know what I did. I looked at myself as just
- 1:29:48Speaker 9: the one. Statistics are dream crushes. Here's another one right here.
- 1:29:53Speaker 9: Social media comments. Beware those people don't know you. They
- 1:29:58Speaker 9: really don't. They know nothing you. Matter of fact, they
- 1:30:01Speaker 9: only have one design in mind, and that is to
- 1:30:03Speaker 9: discourage you. Social Media comments are a big dream crusher.
- 1:30:08Speaker 9: Be careful of Facebook. Everybody want to be your friend,
- 1:30:11Speaker 9: ain't your friend? Watch out. It could be a possible
- 1:30:15Speaker 9: dream crusher on Facebook. You didn't get no likes, you
- 1:30:19Speaker 9: didn't get no comment, they didn't befriend you, they didn't
- 1:30:22Speaker 9: like your picture. They didn't tell you about it. Everybody
- 1:30:25Speaker 9: got to notice about the party.
- 1:30:26Speaker 5: But you.
- 1:30:29Speaker 9: Dream crushes, be very careful. Here's another one. Stop talking
- 1:30:33Speaker 9: to small minded people. They are dangerous dream crushers. If
- 1:30:38Speaker 9: you want to kill a big dream, tell it to
- 1:30:40Speaker 9: a small minded person. Be very careful. Uh oh, here's
- 1:30:44Speaker 9: another one that's a dream crusher. They're called fair weather friends.
- 1:30:48Speaker 9: Sometimes they good with you, sometimes they ain't. They just
- 1:30:51Speaker 9: friendly when it's sunny, but when it get dark and
- 1:30:54Speaker 9: gloomy outside, you can't find them. They are potential dream crushers.
- 1:30:57Speaker 9: Get rid of them very quickly. Well meaning relatives, oh oh,
- 1:31:02Speaker 9: one of the greatest dream crushes of all time. Well
- 1:31:05Speaker 9: meaning relatives, be careful, because all your relatives don't really
- 1:31:09Speaker 9: don't mean well. Sorry, they are dream crushes at last,
- 1:31:14Speaker 9: but not least yourself. Don't let yourself be your biggest
- 1:31:20Speaker 9: dream crusher. But things that ain't going right pray about it,
- 1:31:29Speaker 9: I have a great weekend.
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: Snow purchases were prohibited.
- 1:31:36Speaker 6: Participants must be legal US residents at least eighteen years old,
