- 3:10Speaker 4: Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:13Speaker 3: There's another major story that is happening and the media
- 3:17Speaker 3: is not covering it. Senator Rand Paul is now signaling
- 3:21Speaker 3: very clearly that Jill Biden, the former First Lady of
- 3:25Speaker 3: the United States of America, the wife of former President
- 3:27Speaker 3: Joe Biden, as well as Anthony Fauci, you remember the
- 3:32Speaker 3: COVID guy, they could be looked at in the Auto
- 3:36Speaker 3: pen probe. Senator Paul, saying that the former First Lady,
- 3:40Speaker 3: Joe Biden, and Anthony Fauci absolutely could be examined during
- 3:44Speaker 3: the Congress's auto pen examination. President Trump has railed against
- 3:49Speaker 3: his predecessor, the former President Biden, for using the art
- 3:53Speaker 3: autopen to pardon individuals during his last few months in office.
- 3:57Speaker 3: The President ordered a probe into the signatures on various
- 4:00Speaker 3: pardons in June, while GOP lawmakers requested interviews now with
- 4:04Speaker 3: several former White House staffers, including the former First Ladies
- 4:08Speaker 3: and the President's doctor who pled the fifth. They've now
- 4:11Speaker 3: also gone to staffers to testify and guess what they
- 4:15Speaker 3: pleaded the fifth as well. All of this playing out
- 4:18Speaker 3: before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Even though
- 4:22Speaker 3: Anthony Fauci has been pardoned, there is some question whether
- 4:26Speaker 3: it's a legitimate pardon. His pardon was not signed by
- 4:30Speaker 3: President Biden. That's what Senator Paul said in a statement.
- 4:34Speaker 3: It's unclear quote whether President Biden is mentally cognitive enough
- 4:38Speaker 3: of the situation to know even who he pardoned. Hundreds
- 4:43Speaker 3: and hundreds of people were pardoned in a day by
- 4:46Speaker 3: a mechanical signature from a machine. We do know there's
- 4:51Speaker 3: been testimony from the people running the machine that they
- 4:54Speaker 3: never talked to the president and that they talked to
- 4:57Speaker 3: an assistant that works for the president's wife.
- 5:00Speaker 4: That is where the first lady comes in. Now.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Biden had previously argued that past administrations have used the
- 5:07Speaker 3: autopendicign government paperwork, proving its legality. However, Republicans have well
- 5:14Speaker 3: refused to let go of the criticism regarding his signature
- 5:17Speaker 3: on multiple pardons that he may not have known about,
- 5:20Speaker 3: meaning they would be in theory no and void. Who
- 5:23Speaker 3: knew we weren't being led by Joe Biden, but were
- 5:27Speaker 3: being run by some kind of chief of staff, some
- 5:29Speaker 3: chief of staff that worked for his wife. That's something
- 5:33Speaker 3: to a lot of Americans to know. They want to
- 5:36Speaker 3: know who was the person that was granting power of pardons,
- 5:40Speaker 3: who was the person that could have taken the country
- 5:42Speaker 3: to war, who was the person that was never elected?
- 5:45Speaker 3: Senator Paul went on to say, adding quote, so I
- 5:48Speaker 3: think the way the best way to sort this out
- 5:51Speaker 3: is you have to go to court. And I think
- 5:53Speaker 3: the easiest way to get this into court is they
- 5:56Speaker 3: should indicate what's going to happen next. They should, for example,
- 6:00Speaker 3: Anthony Fauci for line to Congress, and he will make
- 6:03Speaker 3: a defense that he's been pardon That's what again, the
- 6:07Speaker 3: Senator said today. Senator Paul also pointed out that the
- 6:11Speaker 3: autopen was not used to sign the pardon for Hunter Biden.
- 6:14Speaker 3: We know that Hunter Biden's pardon was signed directly by
- 6:17Speaker 3: the President of the United States of America. He went
- 6:19Speaker 3: on to say, quote, I think there is a question
- 6:21Speaker 3: whether these pardons are even valid. When he had to
- 6:24Speaker 3: pardon his son, he didn't take any chances by running
- 6:26Speaker 3: it through the auto pen. The pardon Frontter Biden for
- 6:29Speaker 3: any crimes committed over the last decade, any crimes was
- 6:33Speaker 3: done by personal hand signature by Joe Biden himself and
- 6:38Speaker 3: not by the auto pen. So if you look at
- 6:41Speaker 3: this story, there's two major questions that everyone should be asking.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Number one, why not indict a guy like Anthony Fauci
- 6:50Speaker 3: for lying to Congress and see if he uses the
- 6:52Speaker 3: I've been pardoned in court argument? And then it brings
- 6:56Speaker 3: up the big question does an auto pen signature that
- 6:59Speaker 3: the President may not have known about does it actually count?
- 7:03Speaker 4: In fact?
- 7:04Speaker 3: How many different and this is an even bigger question.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Pardons came through the White House that the President had
- 7:11Speaker 3: no clue even happened. These are the real questions that
- 7:16Speaker 3: the American people deserve answers to, and the President obviously
- 7:20Speaker 3: making it clear that he's willing to get to the
- 7:22Speaker 3: bottom of it to make sure it was done the
- 7:25Speaker 3: right way. Now, Story number two, Donald Trump reaches a
- 7:29Speaker 3: historic trade deal with the European Union. Europe is going
- 7:33Speaker 3: to buy seven hundred and fifty billion, we're now being
- 7:39Speaker 3: told in US energy.
- 7:42Speaker 4: This is massive.
- 7:45Speaker 3: President Trump announcing the sweeping trade agreement with the European
- 7:49Speaker 3: Union on Sunday, setting a baseline fifteen percent tariff on
- 7:54Speaker 3: European imports, including automobiles, while keeping existing fifty percent duty
- 8:00Speaker 3: on steel and aluminum in place. Now it's part of
- 8:03Speaker 3: the deal, the EU committed to purchasing seven hundred and
- 8:06Speaker 3: fifty billion US energy production. Trump announcing the agreement during
- 8:10Speaker 3: a press conference with the European Commission president after a
- 8:14Speaker 3: private meeting at the Trump Turnberry golf Course in Scotland.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Here is part of what was said by the President
- 8:21Speaker 3: of United States of America at that event, where they say,
- 8:24Speaker 3: we've reached a deal, so.
- 8:26Speaker 1: We're going to do the following The European Union is
- 8:30Speaker 1: going to agree to purchase from the United States seven
- 8:35Speaker 1: hundred and fifty billion dollars worth of energy, seven hundred
- 8:39Speaker 1: and fifty billion dollars worth of energy. They are going
- 8:42Speaker 1: to agree to invest into the United States six hundred
- 8:47Speaker 1: billion dollars more than they're investing already. So they're investing
- 8:53Speaker 1: a large amount of money. You know what that amount
- 8:56Speaker 1: of money is. It's very substantial, but they're going to
- 8:58Speaker 1: invest an additional six hundred billion dollars. They're agreeing to
- 9:03Speaker 1: open up their countries to trade at zero tariff, so
- 9:08Speaker 1: that's a very big factor opening up their countries. All
- 9:11Speaker 1: of the countries will be opened up to trade with
- 9:14Speaker 1: the United States at zero tariff. And they're agreeing to
- 9:17Speaker 1: purchase a vast amount of military equipment. We don't know
- 9:21Speaker 1: what that number is, but it's the good news is
- 9:24Speaker 1: we make the best military equipment in the world, so
- 9:26Speaker 1: sort of you have to do that. I mean until
- 9:28Speaker 1: somebody tops us, which is not going to happen. We're
- 9:30Speaker 1: way ahead of every other country in terms of the
- 9:33Speaker 1: quality of the military equipment. You saw that recently in Iran,
- 9:37Speaker 1: and you see that unfortunately, you see that often for
- 9:40Speaker 1: all the wrong reasons, right. So those things are seven
- 9:43Speaker 1: hundred and fifty billion, six hundred billion, opening up the country.
- 9:48Speaker 1: We are agreeing that the tariff straight across for automobiles
- 9:54Speaker 1: and everything else will be a straight across tariff of
- 9:57Speaker 1: fifteen percent, So we have a t para for fifteen percent.
- 10:01Speaker 1: We have the opening up of all of the European countries,
- 10:05Speaker 1: which I think I could say we're essentially closed. I mean,
- 10:08Speaker 1: you weren't exactly taking our orders, you weren't exactly taking
- 10:11Speaker 1: our agriculture, and then you would have smaller things. But
- 10:14Speaker 1: for the most part, it was closed. And now it's open.
- 10:17Speaker 1: It's open for our companies to go in and do
- 10:19Speaker 1: a good job with it. I think you'll like them.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I think you'll like it, and we will. Very importantly.
- 10:25Speaker 1: They'll be investing a lot of money. But the military
- 10:28Speaker 1: is a big number. But that's one number we're not
- 10:29Speaker 1: determining it's going to be whatever it is, but they're
- 10:32Speaker 1: going to be purchasing hundreds of billions of dollars worth
- 10:35Speaker 1: of military equipment. They're very important that they're going to
- 10:39Speaker 1: purchase seven hundred and fifty seven hundred and fifty billion
- 10:43Speaker 1: dollars worth of energy, so that's going to be great.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And six hundred billion dollars worth of investments into the
- 10:50Speaker 1: United States over and above.
- 10:52Speaker 4: What they have so and.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I think that basically concludes the deal. I mean, those
- 10:56Speaker 1: are the main factors. I don't think there are too
- 10:58Speaker 1: many other factors other then we're going to get along great.
- 11:01Speaker 1: And we have a great relationship now with NATO, which
- 11:05Speaker 1: is largely the same I mean not exactly but pretty
- 11:08Speaker 1: pretty close, right largely and with NATO, as you know,
- 11:11Speaker 1: they're going up to five percent from two percent, and
- 11:14Speaker 1: the relationship is very strong with NATO. So I just
- 11:18Speaker 1: want to congratulate you. I think it's I think it's
- 11:21Speaker 1: great that we made a deal today instead of playing
- 11:23Speaker 1: games and maybe not making a deal at all. I
- 11:25Speaker 1: think it's I'm going to let you say, but I
- 11:28Speaker 1: think it's the biggest deal ever made. Thank you very much.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Yet again, another massive promise the President kept in a
- 11:40Speaker 3: victory for American workers and American manufacturers as well, the
- 11:45Speaker 3: President saying he was going to bring back fairness to
- 11:48Speaker 3: the marketplace, especially in places that we're taking advantage of
- 11:51Speaker 3: us where our markets were virtually shut down completely in
- 11:55Speaker 3: Europe from our automobiles and agriculture, just to name two
- 11:59Speaker 3: different categories. So if you're an American manufacturer, the President
- 12:03Speaker 3: is your best friend. If you're an American company that
- 12:06Speaker 3: needed access to Europe farmers, president should be your best friend.
- 12:12Speaker 3: And yet again the President putting America first as he promised.
