Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:05Speaker 2: you Center. I am actually shocked by the first story
- 0:10Speaker 2: because I can't even believe the headline and it deals
- 0:14Speaker 2: with the number of people that are rested in New
- 0:16Speaker 2: York City, like in the city, and the percentage of
- 0:19Speaker 2: them that are illegal immigrants.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I didn't even believe it.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Well, this is a stunning story from the New York Post.
- 0:27Speaker 3: It says that of the people arrested in Midtown, New York,
- 0:34Speaker 3: fully seventy five percent of them seventy five three fourths
- 0:39Speaker 3: are illegal immigrants. It's truly stunning. We're going to break
- 0:44Speaker 3: that down because it will make you understand the very
- 0:47Speaker 3: real world consequences of this invasion at our southern border.
- 0:51Speaker 3: There's another story out of New York that is equally stunning,
- 0:55Speaker 3: which is the New York Democratic governor had as one
- 0:58Speaker 3: of her top officials or dep chief of staff a
- 1:01Speaker 3: Chinese spy. A Chinese spy allegedly who was just indicted
- 1:07Speaker 3: by the Biden Justice Department. The FBI came and searched
- 1:10Speaker 3: her house. Her husband was also indicted for being a
- 1:13Speaker 3: Chinese spy. This is the number two person in the
- 1:16Speaker 3: New York Democratic Governor's office. We're going to break that
- 1:19Speaker 3: down as well. And then finally, a disturbing, a powerful
- 1:26Speaker 3: story of the gold Star families of the thirteen servicemen
- 1:30Speaker 3: and women who were murdered in Afghanistan during Joe Biden
- 1:35Speaker 3: and Kamala Harris's absolutely botched and incompetent withdrawal. They put
- 1:41Speaker 3: out statements this week just utterly denouncing Kamala, denouncing her
- 1:47Speaker 3: political attack on Donald Trump over Arlington Cemetery.
- 1:51Speaker 4: And I got to tell you what they said.
- 1:53Speaker 3: If you haven't heard it, if you haven't haven't seen
- 1:56Speaker 3: what they've said, it's going to break your heart.
- 1:58Speaker 4: And it is powerful.
- 1:59Speaker 3: These are people with moral gravity because they've gave given
- 2:04Speaker 3: the ultimate sacrifice. They've given their sons and daughters for
- 2:07Speaker 3: their nation, and we've got a Democrat nominee for president
- 2:12Speaker 3: who's disrespecting that sacrifice.
- 2:16Speaker 2: These gold Star families, as you said, they're incredible families,
- 2:19Speaker 2: and their bravery and just their honesty. This week, it
- 2:22Speaker 2: is worth taking a moment and talking about that. We're
- 2:24Speaker 2: going to have that obviously in a moment for you,
- 2:26Speaker 2: But first let me tell you about my friends over
- 2:27Speaker 2: at Blackout coffee. Today's a perfect example of where I

- 2:34Speaker 2: show at seven o'clock and then I filled in for

- 2:43Speaker 2: in the late afternoon evening when I was filling in
- 2:45Speaker 2: for him, So I had a flavored cup of coffee,
- 2:49Speaker 2: and their cinnamon toast coffee at Blackout Coffee is perfect

- 3:03Speaker 2: coffee companies out there. Those companies actually use your money

- 4:18Speaker 2: of coffee of your life. So Centator, let's just start
- 4:22Speaker 2: with the headline, migrants flooding New York City's justice system,
- 4:27Speaker 2: making up to seventy five percent arrests in Midtown as
- 4:32Speaker 2: pathetic sanctuary city laws handcuff the police, and even the
- 4:36Speaker 2: mayor now is admitting, yeah, we can't do anything to
- 4:39Speaker 2: stop this.
- 4:40Speaker 1: They own our city now.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Well, and this article is so shocking.
- 4:46Speaker 3: I think it's worth just going over in some depth
- 4:49Speaker 3: because almost every every sentence.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Of it is going to blow you away.
- 4:52Speaker 3: So it begins for New York Post quote Jefferson Maldonado,
- 4:58Speaker 3: a thirty one year old migrant from Ecuador, has been
- 5:01Speaker 3: arrested in New York City five times since arriving in
- 5:06Speaker 3: the US earlier this year. His latest bust was for
- 5:10Speaker 3: stealing a pair of pants and a beer from the
- 5:14Speaker 3: target near Harold Square. Asked why he committed the crime,
- 5:19Speaker 3: the migrant thief said, quote, I wanted to change my
- 5:22Speaker 3: clothes and think. I wanted to sit down and think
- 5:26Speaker 3: about my life, about what to do, because this is
- 5:29Speaker 3: not a normal world. He was just one of five
- 5:35Speaker 3: migrants in a Manhattan courtroom for arraignment on one night
- 5:39Speaker 3: last week. Across New York, recently arrived migrants are flooding
- 5:45Speaker 3: the criminal justice system at far higher rates than public
- 5:49Speaker 3: officials have acknowledged. Police sources shared with The Post a
- 5:54Speaker 3: staggering estimate that as many as seventy five percent of
- 5:59Speaker 3: the people they've interesting in Midtown Manhattan in recent months
- 6:03Speaker 3: for crimes like assault, robbery, and domestic violence are migrants.
- 6:08Speaker 3: In parts of Queens, the figure is more than sixty percent.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Sources their estimate. On any given day, Big Apple criminal
- 6:17Speaker 3: court dockets are packed with asylum seekers who have run
- 6:21Speaker 3: a foul of the law. The problem is made much
- 6:25Speaker 3: worse by sanctuary city laws that mean New York cops
- 6:29Speaker 3: aren't allowed to work with ICE on cases in which
- 6:32Speaker 3: they believe suspects are in the country illegally. Additionally, the
- 6:36Speaker 3: NYPD says it is barred from tracking the immigration status
- 6:41Speaker 3: of offenders that this makes it almost impossible for authorities
- 6:46Speaker 3: to get their arms around the problem. Experts and sources
- 6:49Speaker 3: on the ground say, quote, New York City eliminated a
- 6:52Speaker 3: lot of tools to get rid of violent criminals.
- 6:55Speaker 4: What a mess.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Jim Quinn, a veteran former prosecutor at the Courans District
- 7:00Speaker 3: Attorney's Office, told the Post quote the sanctuary city law
- 7:05Speaker 3: is pathetic. It's disgusting. It's crazy, making matters worse. Police
- 7:12Speaker 3: sources say word has gotten out in the shelters about
- 7:15Speaker 3: the city's lacks bail guidelines, meaning migrants know they're going
- 7:19Speaker 3: to get kicked back onto the street quickly after they're napped.
- 7:23Speaker 3: A City Hall spokesman pointed to Mayor Eric Adams's previous
- 7:27Speaker 3: cause for the city council to change the sanctuary city laws.
- 7:31Speaker 4: Let me jump in.
- 7:32Speaker 3: That's a Democrat mayor begging the city council please stop
- 7:36Speaker 3: making us a sanctuary city. Here's how the post article continues.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Last week, Adams said, quote, right now, we don't have
- 7:45Speaker 3: the authorization to be able to go and coordinate with ICE.
- 7:48Speaker 3: We have to follow the law. The mayor's office also
- 7:51Speaker 3: said the city is working with the Midtown Improvement Coalition
- 7:55Speaker 3: to better police the neighborhood. An NYPD spokesperson said overall
- 7:59Speaker 3: crime time is down so far this year compared to
- 8:01Speaker 3: last year, and added quote New Yorkers can count on
- 8:05Speaker 3: the NYPD's ongoing vigilance in every neighborhood. Kumbai ya the
- 8:11Speaker 3: kumba Ya.
- 8:12Speaker 4: I added.
- 8:13Speaker 3: However, the spokesperson also noted quote police officers are prohibited
- 8:18Speaker 3: from asking about the immigration status of crime victims, witnesses,
- 8:23Speaker 3: or suspects, and therefore the NYPD doesn't track data pertaining
- 8:27Speaker 3: to immigration statuses. As a result, the only people who
- 8:31Speaker 3: have a full understanding of the scale of the problem
- 8:34Speaker 3: are the police officers and the court workers who see
- 8:37Speaker 3: it day in day out. Quote, I would say about
- 8:42Speaker 3: seventy five percent of the arrests in Midtown Manhattan are migrants,
- 8:47Speaker 3: mostly for robberies, assaults, domestic incidents, and selling counterfeit items.
- 8:52Speaker 3: A Midtown officer said he said the figure is an
- 8:55Speaker 3: estimate because quote, you can't be one hundred percent sure
- 8:58Speaker 3: they're migrants unless you arrest them in a shelter. They're
- 9:01Speaker 3: dumb enough to give you a shelter address. By the way,
- 9:04Speaker 3: the shelters means places that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
- 9:08Speaker 3: are sending them deliberately sending in illegal immigrants to New
- 9:13Speaker 3: York City. Back to the post quote, Another Manhattan cop
- 9:17Speaker 3: said that excluding petty larcenies at drug stores, the number
- 9:20Speaker 3: of local ere at rest involving migrants is quote easily
- 9:24Speaker 3: seventy five percent, noting that most who get caught shoplifting
- 9:28Speaker 3: go for the more pricey branded goods.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Quote.
- 9:32Speaker 3: They can't be bothered with lower end stores. They like
- 9:35Speaker 3: Lululemon and sunglasses, hut he said, adding that migrants are
- 9:39Speaker 3: behind quote most of the pickpocketing and phone and chain
- 9:43Speaker 3: snatches the NYPD is encountering. The problem is visible in
- 9:48Speaker 3: Queen's courts too.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Quote.
- 9:50Speaker 3: There are days we have so many migrant cases, we
- 9:53Speaker 3: have to call in for extra Spanish interpreters, a law
- 9:57Speaker 3: enforcement officer at the Queen's Criminal Court House told the Post.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Another court officer said, quote, come on, mondays, almost every
- 10:05Speaker 3: case is a migrant. While many of the crimes are
- 10:08Speaker 3: domestic incidents or petty thefts, others are far more heinous,
- 10:12Speaker 3: sometimes involving gang violence or vicious sexual assaults. Venezuelan migrant
- 10:18Speaker 3: Urlex Daniel Guzman Quintero was arrested in Queen's Criminal Court
- 10:23Speaker 3: on August twenty eighth, accused of a deplorable act of
- 10:27Speaker 3: sexual abuse against his girlfriend, in which he choked her
- 10:31Speaker 3: and held a knife to her head. Court documents allege
- 10:34Speaker 3: it all happened in front of her child. That same day,
- 10:39Speaker 3: migrant de Onesio Moran Flores was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal
- 10:45Speaker 3: Court for allegedly raping his five year old daughter. He
- 10:51Speaker 3: was ordered held on a one hundred and fifty thousand
- 10:53Speaker 3: dollars bail. Meanwhile, trend Der ag Aragua, the vicious venezuel
- 11:00Speaker 3: Yilan prison gang wreaking armed havoc around the country, has
- 11:04Speaker 3: set up shop in New York City and is already
- 11:08Speaker 3: tied to hundreds of crimes, including the shootings of two
- 11:13Speaker 3: NYPD cops who were trying to arrest a member in June.
- 11:17Speaker 3: The very same pack of thugs has been arming up
- 11:19Speaker 3: to facilitate further terrorizing the city, smuggling guns into citywren
- 11:23Speaker 3: shelters in food delivery bags to evade metal detectors.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Quote.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Most of the people we arrest are professionals. These aren't
- 11:30Speaker 3: their first crime crimes, one law enforcement source said. The
- 11:34Speaker 3: cops added that the Biden Harris administrations lacks border policies,
- 11:38Speaker 3: combined with sanctuary city laws, have allowed the problem to fester.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Quote.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Crime would be down significantly if there was a wall
- 11:46Speaker 3: and we could account for everyone who comes into this country,
- 11:49Speaker 3: the source grumbled. And more importantly, throw them out if
- 11:53Speaker 3: they commit a crime. Some migrants have become recurring guests
- 11:57Speaker 3: of city jails and courtrooms and are often back on
- 11:59Speaker 3: the street to reoffend as quickly as they were captured. Quote.
- 12:03Speaker 3: They don't care if they get arrested. They laugh if
- 12:05Speaker 3: they get sent to Rikers where they come from, they
- 12:08Speaker 3: get tortured in jail, a Bronx cop said. He added
- 12:12Speaker 3: that while most people arrested in the boroughs or migrants,
- 12:16Speaker 3: it's impossible to say they entered the country during the
- 12:18Speaker 3: massive way that began in spring of twenty twenty two.
- 12:21Speaker 3: About sixty four thousand migrants remain in the city's shelter
- 12:25Speaker 3: and social service system. This is what actually Migrant arrest
- 12:31Speaker 3: numbers in Queens don't fare much better than for Manhattan.
- 12:35Speaker 3: A Kappa estimated that more than sixty percent of the
- 12:37Speaker 3: people arrested in Jackson Heights or migrants whose offenses involve
- 12:41Speaker 3: such crimes.
- 12:41Speaker 4: As robbery, grand larceny, and assault.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Quote Roosevelt Avenue and ninety first Street looks like a
- 12:48Speaker 3: scene from Casablanca.
- 12:50Speaker 4: With all the vendors. You can buy.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Food, clothes, toys, electronics, toys, and get your car washed,
- 12:56Speaker 3: The NYPD source says of the mass scale, open air
- 13:00Speaker 3: bizarre that has sprung up along the sidewalks, the area
- 13:03Speaker 3: has become a Third World country, and it seems like
- 13:07Speaker 3: city hall doesn't care about the taxpayers who live and
- 13:10Speaker 3: work here, he said. Elmhurst, particularly the area along Roosevelt Avenue,
- 13:14Speaker 3: has experienced a nearly twenty two percent uptick in crime
- 13:18Speaker 3: compared to last year, much of it migrant related, putting
- 13:21Speaker 3: it in the second worst place for the worst increase
- 13:25Speaker 3: of crime citywide, trailing only Central Park in Manhattan. Goes
- 13:31Speaker 3: on to say, the number of prostitutes have doubled in
- 13:33Speaker 3: the last two months. They're starting to act like they
- 13:36Speaker 3: are part of the community. Now we see them every day.
- 13:38Speaker 3: It's like the same people wearing the same outfits. It's
- 13:41Speaker 3: really strange. This is shocking. Seventy five percent.
- 13:47Speaker 2: You look at the number, and, like you said, it's shocking.
- 13:50Speaker 2: It's almost you would say, it doesn't even seem like
- 13:55Speaker 2: that's real or possible. But then when you hear what
- 13:58Speaker 2: they're saying in the court system, you hear what the
- 14:00Speaker 2: whistleblowers are saying, you hear what the mayor says. Then
- 14:04Speaker 2: you find out that twenty twenty five percent of the
- 14:06Speaker 2: people in the hotels are legal immigrants in New York City.
- 14:09Speaker 1: It all makes sense.
- 14:10Speaker 2: But once you realize that you can commit crime center
- 14:14Speaker 2: and just get let out as fast as you're caught,
- 14:18Speaker 2: there's no downside.
- 14:20Speaker 4: A revolving question.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Yeah, because you're not even an American citizen.
- 14:23Speaker 2: You're like, I don't care about your laws, I don't
- 14:25Speaker 2: care about your tickets, I don't care about your court system.
- 14:29Speaker 3: If there are no consequences, you go and steal pants
- 14:31Speaker 3: because you want a new pair of pants. You go
- 14:33Speaker 3: and steal French fries because you want some French fries.
- 14:35Speaker 3: You go and rob people because you want their money.
- 14:38Speaker 3: If there's no consequence, why, if you're a criminal, would
- 14:42Speaker 3: you not keep committing crimes.
- 14:44Speaker 2: So this goes back to the other bigger crimes that
- 14:47Speaker 2: are also being committed in the country. You see these
- 14:50Speaker 2: apartment complexes that have been taken over by different gang
- 14:55Speaker 2: members from different countries. We've seen the warnings that have
- 14:59Speaker 2: been coming out. Places like Venezuela have allowed some of
- 15:02Speaker 2: their worst criminals out of their jails as long as
- 15:04Speaker 2: they get out of the country AKA come to America.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Early on, when Donald Trump and others talked about it,
- 15:10Speaker 2: they were, Oh, it's conspiracy theory. You can't prove that.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Now we're seeing them set up shopping the United States
- 15:16Speaker 2: of America and they're making a hell of a lot
- 15:18Speaker 2: of money doing this, sir.
- 15:20Speaker 3: They are, And you know, the message has gone out.
- 15:23Speaker 3: So one of the things the New York Post talks
- 15:24Speaker 3: about is the city. PBA president Patrick Hendry decried the
- 15:29Speaker 3: out of control lawlessness taking root across the city, and
- 15:31Speaker 3: he said, quote, our justice system is already failing to
- 15:35Speaker 3: protect New Yorkers and hold lawbreakers accountable regardless of where
- 15:39Speaker 3: they come from. But now word has gotten out that
- 15:43Speaker 3: you can come to New York to commit crimes and
- 15:46Speaker 3: attack police officers and be out the next day. That
- 15:51Speaker 3: message needs to change in order to keep dangerous people
- 15:55Speaker 3: off our city streets.
- 15:58Speaker 2: You also have a here team, and I'm talking about
- 16:01Speaker 2: specifically their presidential team, that is trying to change her
- 16:05Speaker 2: and separate her from being the borders are to hey,
- 16:08Speaker 2: I want a secure border and I want there to
- 16:10Speaker 2: be a wall. Can they pull off that Jedi mind trick?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Knowing now what we know? And I say that as
- 16:17Speaker 2: there is also another interesting moment today as Pelosi is
- 16:21Speaker 2: quote firing back about the funding for migrants to buy houses.
- 16:27Speaker 2: I want you to listen to this from Fox as
- 16:29Speaker 2: they're saying, yeah, we're going to underwrite them in California.
- 16:32Speaker 5: So the former Speaker of the House telling Americans to
- 16:35Speaker 5: keep on dreaming. Nancy Pelosi backs funding for illegal immigrants
- 16:39Speaker 5: to buy a home, specifically after a bill was passed
- 16:43Speaker 5: in California despite millions of taxpayers struggling to reach that
- 16:47Speaker 5: goal themselves. The congresswoman standing by that with Bill Maher
- 16:50Speaker 5: on Friday night.
- 16:52Speaker 6: What I would like to do is move them to
- 16:54Speaker 6: document it. One of the best things that we can
- 16:57Speaker 6: do for our economy is to comprehensive immigration reform.
- 17:03Speaker 5: That's kind of a different place than the Democratic Party
- 17:06Speaker 5: used to be on immigration, is it not?
- 17:08Speaker 6: Well, let me just say immigration had always been a
- 17:11Speaker 6: bipartisan issue.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I refer you to that non free houses.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Good final line.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Two things here.
- 17:20Speaker 2: One, I'm becoming more of a fan of Bill Maher
- 17:22Speaker 2: than ever before center because he's even like, come on,
- 17:25Speaker 2: like free homes, are you kidding me? Like, there's no
- 17:28Speaker 2: such thing as a free lunch, There's no such thing
- 17:30Speaker 2: as a free home. Somebody's got to pay for it.
- 17:31Speaker 2: It's clearly the taxpayers. But this is how you entice
- 17:35Speaker 2: people to run across the border, because if you go
- 17:38Speaker 2: to the right place, whether it's New York City or California,
- 17:43Speaker 2: come on in is many of you that want to
- 17:46Speaker 2: And we're going to create a situation where you're going
- 17:48Speaker 2: to take significant amount of cash from American citizens and
- 17:52Speaker 2: we're gonna give it to the people that broke the law.
- 17:55Speaker 2: That is beyond a broken system.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Well, listen, we've talked about Bill Maher before or Bill
- 18:00Speaker 3: Maher is an old school liberal, and he's asking a
- 18:03Speaker 3: very real question. When did Democrats decide that they like
- 18:07Speaker 3: illegal immigrants more than American citizens, that they're willing to
- 18:10Speaker 3: give illegal immigrants money and benefits and free homes which
- 18:14Speaker 3: they don't give to American citizens. And by the way,
- 18:18Speaker 3: when did would Democrats decide they like illegal immigrants more
- 18:21Speaker 3: than African Americans who've been born here and grew up here,
- 18:24Speaker 3: and many of whom are struggling because you know that
- 18:27Speaker 3: that same law is not providing African Americans with free
- 18:29Speaker 3: homes and and and I think Bill Maher is also saying,
- 18:33Speaker 3: or I think he has said at other times, when
- 18:35Speaker 3: did Democrats decide they like criminals more than the victims
- 18:38Speaker 3: of chrime? That combination is truly a compilation of how
- 18:45Speaker 3: radicalized the Democrat Party has been, and California is the
- 18:51Speaker 3: foreshadowing of where all of this goes. Look, I'll tell
- 18:53Speaker 3: you I crisscrossed the state of Texas campaigning.
- 18:56Speaker 4: I'm out on the road all day long.
- 18:58Speaker 3: All across Texas, and as I'm doing so literally every day,
- 19:03Speaker 3: Ben I encounter at least one person who comes up
- 19:05Speaker 3: to me and says, today, I had a couple come
- 19:08Speaker 3: up to me and say, we're from California. We couldn't
- 19:10Speaker 3: stand the insanity there. We had to get out. We're
- 19:13Speaker 3: so glad we're in Texas. It is literally every day
- 19:17Speaker 3: I have Californians who moved to Texas who say almost
- 19:21Speaker 3: word for word the same thing, and it's because they
- 19:23Speaker 3: can't stand the nuttiness that is driving them out of
- 19:26Speaker 3: their state.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Yeah, it is driving them out. And the scary part
- 19:30Speaker 2: is I just hope they don't bring all these liberal
- 19:33Speaker 2: values to different places they're going.
- 19:35Speaker 1: That's the concern. It's like what it may, but don't
- 19:39Speaker 1: do that.
- 19:40Speaker 3: Yeah, look, I get that concern, but listen, I break
- 19:43Speaker 3: the migrants that this is the US citizen of migrants
- 19:46Speaker 3: that are coming into Texas into two groups. Number one
- 19:50Speaker 3: are the people that are fleeing blue states because they
- 19:52Speaker 3: can't stand it and they want to come to Texas.
- 19:54Speaker 3: And I think the data show that those are more
- 19:57Speaker 3: conservative than the media and Texas voter. I call them
- 20:00Speaker 3: refugees for freedom. They're awesome. They come to Texas, they
- 20:03Speaker 3: buy a pickup truck, they get a hat and boots
- 20:07Speaker 3: and a shotgun, and they're awesome. Those guys we want.
- 20:12Speaker 3: There's another subset, and this is where the internal migration
- 20:15Speaker 3: is more complicated, which is a company moves to Texas
- 20:19Speaker 3: and it transfers all its employees, and the employees didn't
- 20:23Speaker 3: necessarily decide they wanted out, They didn't decide they want
- 20:26Speaker 3: to be in Texas. They just stick with their job.
- 20:29Speaker 3: And I think the data suggests that those employees tend
- 20:33Speaker 3: to vote exactly like where they came from. And so
- 20:37Speaker 3: a state like Florida in some ways is fortunate because
- 20:40Speaker 3: it's got overwhelmingly Category one people fleeing blue states and
- 20:44Speaker 3: coming for freedom. So Florida's getting redder and redder. Texas
- 20:48Speaker 3: is really a victim of our own success because we're
- 20:50Speaker 3: such an attractive place to do business that we've got
- 20:53Speaker 3: companies coming week after week after week, and so we've
- 20:57Speaker 3: got hundreds of thousands of employees being transferred to Texas,
- 21:01Speaker 3: and so we have both categories, and so assessing what
- 21:04Speaker 3: the impact is on Texas as complicated.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Yeah it is, and it's it's like you said, complicated.
- 21:10Speaker 2: That's a great way of putting it. And by the way,
- 21:12Speaker 2: I just want to be clear, center. I care about
- 21:15Speaker 2: safety and security, and you know that I'm only going
- 21:19Speaker 2: to offer this up as a sacrificial lamb here. There's
- 21:23Speaker 2: there's rumor that you might actually get to see the
- 21:25Speaker 2: US Open in New York. There's rumor, And look, I
- 21:29Speaker 2: don't want Heidi to not be in a safe place.
- 21:31Speaker 2: So if she doesn't feel comfortable and you need a
- 21:34Speaker 2: stand in, just know I will go with you to
- 21:36Speaker 2: the Open. I want to make that very clear. Okay,
- 21:39Speaker 2: it's just not because I like tennis or anything like that.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I just want to let you know it's safety.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Okay.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Look, Ben, you're very nice, you're very charming, but Heidi's
- 21:48Speaker 3: a hell of a lot hotter than you are.
- 21:50Speaker 4: So sorry you are not to copy my wife as
- 21:53Speaker 4: my dates.
- 21:54Speaker 3: That's a good time, but it just ain't working and
- 21:58Speaker 3: you need to work on your southern charm.
- 22:00Speaker 1: It was a solid sell. That was the best sales
- 22:02Speaker 1: pitch I could come up with.
- 22:04Speaker 7: There.
- 22:04Speaker 2: You just make sure she under if she gets a
- 22:06Speaker 2: call for anything, it's about safety. I'm all about safety, okay,
- 22:10Speaker 2: all about safety here. Now, by the way, this isn't
- 22:15Speaker 2: the only problem New York's having right now.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I legal immigration.
- 22:18Speaker 2: They've got another problem coming out of the Governor's office.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Chinese agent was embedded in not one, but two New
- 22:29Speaker 2: York governor administrations. There seems to be a hell of
- 22:33Speaker 2: a lot of Chinese agents that are hanging out with Democrats,
- 22:38Speaker 2: whether it's drivers of top Democrats and the Senate or
- 22:42Speaker 2: congressmen that are cuddling up for a couple of years
- 22:44Speaker 2: with Chinese spies.
- 22:45Speaker 1: And now we've got one in the governor's mansion.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Really, and let's be clear, the first person you referenced
- 22:51Speaker 3: was Diane Feinstein, whose driver was a Chinese spy. The
- 22:56Speaker 3: second person you mentioned was Eric Swaalwell, who was tickling
- 23:00Speaker 3: the toes beneath the sheets with Fang Fang, a Chinese spy.
- 23:04Speaker 3: And now we have the news breaking this week that
- 23:07Speaker 3: the former deputy chief of staff to current New York
- 23:10Speaker 3: Governor Democrat Kathy Hokeel, and a staffer also to the
- 23:15Speaker 3: previous New York Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo, was arrested along
- 23:19Speaker 3: with her husband, and the sixty four page indictment accuses
- 23:25Speaker 3: Linda Son and her husband, Christopher, who of laundering and
- 23:30Speaker 3: splurging their gains working for the Chinese government, and purchasing
- 23:35Speaker 3: a four million dollar Manhasset mansion, a two million dollars
- 23:40Speaker 3: second home in a Honolulu high rise, and luxury cars,
- 23:45Speaker 3: including a twenty twenty four Ferrari Roma. And this was
- 23:55Speaker 3: the FBI searched their home. At several points, Son allegedly
- 24:00Speaker 3: bragged to Chinese consulate officials about effectively blocking CUOMO and
- 24:05Speaker 3: HOCOL from meeting with or publicly even mentioning Taiwan, including
- 24:13Speaker 3: when Taiwan sent two hundred thousand mass to New York
- 24:16Speaker 3: City during the COVID pandemic, they still didn't mention it.
- 24:20Speaker 3: And here's what the indictment says, quote the defendant Linda
- 24:23Speaker 3: Sun received substantial economic and other benefits from representatives of
- 24:27Speaker 3: the PRC government and the CCP, including the facilitation of
- 24:31Speaker 3: millions of dollars of transactions for the PRC based business
- 24:35Speaker 3: activities of Son's husband, the defendant, Chris Who. The two
- 24:41Speaker 3: of them were released on bonds one point five million
- 24:46Speaker 3: for Sun, five hundred thousand for Who. And it is
- 24:53Speaker 3: truly stunning. It makes you wonder how many other Democrats
- 24:58Speaker 3: have Chinese spy working in senior positions in New York
- 25:03Speaker 3: In California, elsewhere.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Why are the bonds so low there? I mean, that's
- 25:08Speaker 2: the first thing that just pops the red flag. It's like, look,
- 25:11Speaker 2: if you're accusing them of getting millions of dollars from
- 25:14Speaker 2: the Chinese Communist Party, I think you know they're going
- 25:18Speaker 2: to be able to come up with the money needed
- 25:20Speaker 2: to get out of jail. If it's a million and
- 25:21Speaker 2: a half million, right, like, it's ten percent of that,
- 25:25Speaker 2: they clearly have the cash to do that. Why would
- 25:28Speaker 2: you let spies out for that little amount of cash,
- 25:30Speaker 2: especially if you've infiltrated at the highest levels in state
- 25:34Speaker 2: government in New York.
- 25:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 25:36Speaker 3: Look, I don't know if DJ considers them a flight risk.
- 25:40Speaker 3: If they're Chinese spies, you would think that that would
- 25:42Speaker 3: almost inherently be a flight risk that they would go
- 25:45Speaker 3: back to China. You know, I have kind of a
- 25:47Speaker 3: mixed reaction given what we see Democrat judges doing all
- 25:53Speaker 3: the time. You know, in Boston, the Haitian illegal immigrant
- 25:58Speaker 3: that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden flew from Haiti to
- 26:01Speaker 3: Boston and released, who raped a fifteen year old girl
- 26:05Speaker 3: with severe mental disabilities. He was released on a five
- 26:08Speaker 3: hundred dollars bond so given that that left wing Democrats
- 26:13Speaker 3: think five hundred dollars is sufficient for raping a child
- 26:18Speaker 3: at one level, one point five million actually at least
- 26:20Speaker 3: sounds like a real bond unless they end up fleeing
- 26:23Speaker 3: to China never being prosecuted. And I would certainly be
- 26:26Speaker 3: concerned about that given the allegations.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I went to play for you New York Governor Deputy
- 26:33Speaker 2: A Linda Soon demanding quote equity in the US, and
- 26:38Speaker 2: this tells you, I think also why the Chinese Commings
- 26:42Speaker 2: Party is like, hey, we can get in with these people.
- 26:44Speaker 1: It's not hard. You just speak their language.
- 26:46Speaker 7: Eight. I think, you know, when people say diversity and inclusion,
- 26:51Speaker 7: I think everybody agrees or most people generally agree that
- 26:54Speaker 7: it's a good thing, right, But I think right now
- 26:57Speaker 7: we also need to bring in the word at would
- 27:00Speaker 7: be right diversities when you say that there's you know,
- 27:03Speaker 7: many different types of people with different backgrounds, and they're all,
- 27:08Speaker 7: you know, invited to the table. Inclusion is when you know,
- 27:10Speaker 7: we include all of their ideas. But equity is when
- 27:14Speaker 7: we make sure that all of the people who are
- 27:16Speaker 7: at the table have equal access to making sure that
- 27:19Speaker 7: their ideas and their thoughts are heard, and unfortunately, I
- 27:24Speaker 7: think some of the statistics that you quoted is that
- 27:26Speaker 7: we don't have that much leadership or representations.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I mean, you hear this and I play it because
- 27:33Speaker 2: it's like, oh, they figured it out. Speak these people's language.
- 27:37Speaker 2: They'll welcome you into the fray. Apparently we don't do
- 27:40Speaker 2: any vetting anymore. If you're in the Democratic Party, just
- 27:43Speaker 2: talk the talk and come on in. Who cares if
- 27:46Speaker 2: you've got ties to tire terrorists like hamas Er, or
- 27:50Speaker 2: connections the Chinese Commis Party, or you're just a straight
- 27:52Speaker 2: up spy.
- 27:53Speaker 1: You said what we wanted to hear. You're in the
- 27:55Speaker 1: you're in the fam.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Well, and apparently equity and inclusion don't include, dude, anyone
- 28:01Speaker 3: from Taiwan. They don't include any criticism of the Chinese
- 28:04Speaker 3: Communist Party. The indictment describes where she texted one Chinese
- 28:11Speaker 3: official said quote, I almost had a heart attack when
- 28:14Speaker 3: we referred to Taiwan as a country in a twenty
- 28:18Speaker 3: twenty October twenty twenty press release the indict and then
- 28:21Speaker 3: she said, thankfully, I had the press team correct it immediately.
- 28:27Speaker 3: But on the other hand, she successfully got Andrew Cuomo
- 28:31Speaker 3: to publicly thank quote PRC official one who's named in
- 28:36Speaker 3: the indictment and appears to be Console General Huangping on
- 28:40Speaker 3: social media for helping give one million surgical maps mass
- 28:45Speaker 3: to New York essential workers. So at another point, Sun
- 28:52Speaker 3: gets praises from a Chinese official after she claims to
- 28:56Speaker 3: have blocked a speech writer from having Governor Hokel mentioned
- 29:01Speaker 3: the plight of the wigers. There are over one million
- 29:06Speaker 3: wiguers who are in concentration camps in China. And this
- 29:11Speaker 3: Chinese spy was saying, no, no, no, Madame Democrat, don't
- 29:14Speaker 3: mention the concentration camps.
- 29:16Speaker 4: We don't say that.
- 29:18Speaker 3: And and she messaged her Chinese handler that the relationship
- 29:25Speaker 3: between the US and China quote turned sour because of
- 29:29Speaker 3: people like the speech writer. And this is and by
- 29:36Speaker 3: the way, do you know what the official's personal chef prepared.
- 29:41Speaker 4: For the spies?
- 29:43Speaker 3: What was that the Chinese Communist officials personal shift had
- 29:48Speaker 3: prepared quote Nanjing style salted ducks that were delivered to
- 29:53Speaker 3: sons parents. Unsurprisingly, both Hokul and Cuomo are desperately running
- 29:59Speaker 3: away from this alleged Chinese spy. But it's striking. So
- 30:04Speaker 3: so here are the quotes that they that they gave
- 30:06Speaker 3: the New York Post.
- 30:09Speaker 4: Once.
- 30:10Speaker 3: This is a spokesperson from from Governor Hockel's office. Quote,
- 30:14Speaker 3: we terminated her employment in March of twenty twenty three
- 30:18Speaker 3: after discovering evidence of misconduct, immediately reported her actions to
- 30:22Speaker 3: law enforcement, and have assisted law enforcement throughout this process.
- 30:27Speaker 3: Now that suggests in March of twenty twenty three they
- 30:30Speaker 3: may have known she was a Chinese spy. Then what
- 30:33Speaker 3: was the evidence of misconduct? What was it that led
- 30:36Speaker 3: to her firing? And you know, boy, they're desperately trying
- 30:39Speaker 3: to run away. But actually, cuomo spokesperson is even funny.
- 30:43Speaker 3: So Cuomo's spokesperson basically puts all the blame on Hokl
- 30:46Speaker 3: And here's here's what Cuomo spokesperson says. Quote, while ms
- 30:51Speaker 3: Son was promoted to deputy chief of staff in the
- 30:54Speaker 3: subsequent administration, during our time, she worked in a handful
- 30:58Speaker 3: of agencies, when what was one of many can be
- 31:00Speaker 3: the liaisons who had little to no interaction with the governor.
- 31:04Speaker 3: In other words, look, we don't know about our successor,
- 31:06Speaker 3: and she may have been paling around with a Chinese spy,
- 31:09Speaker 3: but you know the governor he now, mind you they
- 31:12Speaker 3: didn't say, Yeah, he sexually harassed every woman who came
- 31:14Speaker 3: near him, but apparently she didn't meet that threshold, so
- 31:17Speaker 3: he did not. He did little, He had little to
- 31:20Speaker 3: no interaction with with with with her.
- 31:22Speaker 1: It's all Hocal's fault. One thing I've learned from this story.
- 31:26Speaker 2: If there's two ways to get a Ferrari center, one
- 31:29Speaker 2: you just work really really hard and save and save
- 31:31Speaker 2: and save, and maybe one day you're lucky enough, or
- 31:33Speaker 2: you can just work for the Chinese Communist Party and
- 31:35Speaker 2: get one real fasts.
- 31:37Speaker 1: It just depends on how quick you want to get
- 31:39Speaker 1: to the car.
- 31:40Speaker 3: I think it's fair to say there are more than
- 31:42Speaker 3: two ways to get a Ferrari, but we don't need
- 31:44Speaker 3: to detail all of the ways to get a Ferrari.
- 31:48Speaker 4: Those are at least two of them, at least two.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Farewell played fair point, all right, So moving on from
- 31:59Speaker 2: that one, let me talk to you real quick about
- 32:02Speaker 2: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. We are quickly
- 32:06Speaker 2: approaching the one year anniversary of the horrific Commas attacks
- 32:09Speaker 2: on Israel, and still the Holy Land continues to be
- 32:12Speaker 2: attacked on multiple fronts. Deadly threats are increasing in northern Israel.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Constant rocket attacks are coming from the terrace, from Hamas,
- 32:21Speaker 2: from Hesblah and their proxies of obviously Iran, and that
- 32:26Speaker 2: is what has been causing so much damage and still
- 32:30Speaker 2: taking the lives of innocent men, women and children in
- 32:34Speaker 2: Israel since the war started. The International Fellowship of Christians
- 32:37Speaker 2: and Jews has been on the forefront in Israel addressing
- 32:40Speaker 2: the needs of those that are most vulnerable, and that's
- 32:44Speaker 2: why I'm proud to partner with IFCJ. Your life saving
- 32:48Speaker 2: donation is helping provide emergency food as well as well
- 32:52Speaker 2: as critical security needs such as flat jackets, firefighting equipment,
- 32:57Speaker 2: armored vehicles that include armored ambulances, which have saved in
- 33:02Speaker 2: the last year countless lives because they've been able to
- 33:05Speaker 2: go into the areas where they are under attack because
- 33:08Speaker 2: these ambulances are armored and save lives. They've also been
- 33:13Speaker 2: putting in bomb shelters. And right now we're asking five
- 33:16Speaker 2: hundred of you to join the Fellowship and meet by
- 33:20Speaker 2: donating one hundred and fifty dollars to help meet these
- 33:23Speaker 2: urgent security needs. Also, this is the best part. A
- 33:28Speaker 2: generous IFCJ supporter is going to match your gift doubling
- 33:34Speaker 2: your impact in the Holy Land for five hundred people
- 33:37Speaker 2: that step up to say I stand with Israel. You
- 33:40Speaker 2: can call and make your gift right now by calling
- 33:43Speaker 2: eight to eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight
- 33:48Speaker 2: eight four eight eight IFCJ, or go online and give
- 33:54Speaker 2: there it SUPPORTIFCJ dot org that's one word, support, IFCJ
- 34:01Speaker 2: dot org. Israel needs our support now more than ever,
- 34:05Speaker 2: and you can stand with the people in Israel support
- 34:07Speaker 2: IFCJ dot org. Senator I also want to talk about
- 34:11Speaker 2: another story, and it may be one of the most pathetic,
- 34:18Speaker 2: vile attacks that we have seen from the Harris campaign
- 34:21Speaker 2: so far, and it was a fake story, a fictitious
- 34:27Speaker 2: story that was clearly I think drawn up a play
- 34:31Speaker 2: by the Harris campaign to hey, let's make people not
- 34:34Speaker 2: like Donald Trump. Let's attack Donald Trump for standing at
- 34:39Speaker 2: Arlington Cemetery with the family members of those that lost
- 34:42Speaker 2: loved ones on the pullout from Afghanistan, on that arbitrary
- 34:48Speaker 2: date that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris wanted to say
- 34:50Speaker 2: we ended America's longest roar, we don't care and when
- 34:53Speaker 2: we're pulling out, who dies or how many people that
- 34:55Speaker 2: helped America are left behind to be attacked and tortured
- 34:58Speaker 2: by the terrorists were literally taking orders from a Taliban
- 35:02Speaker 2: at the very end. And Afghanistan gold Star family members
- 35:06Speaker 2: have come forward united in an incredible way, and I
- 35:10Speaker 2: think it's sad that they had to come forward. They
- 35:13Speaker 2: just wanted to honor their loved ones that gave the
- 35:16Speaker 2: ultimate sacrifice for their country. They asked Donald Trump to
- 35:21Speaker 2: come and be with them. The Harris campaign accused Donald
- 35:25Speaker 2: Trump in a direct tweet that Kamlayers put out of
- 35:29Speaker 2: using this as a basically a publicity stunt, and these
- 35:35Speaker 2: gold Star families came forward and said, no, that's not true.
- 35:39Speaker 2: We're not going to let you do this to Donald Trump.
- 35:41Speaker 2: We're not going to allow the media to do this
- 35:43Speaker 2: and drag him through the mud. He was our guest.
- 35:45Speaker 2: We asked him to come. This was not a publissy's stunt.
- 35:49Speaker 2: And not only that, they said, he knows our family members' names.
- 35:53Speaker 2: That's more than we can say for you, Kama, who
- 35:55Speaker 2: have not talked to us, don't know our kids' names,
- 35:58Speaker 2: and have not reached out.
- 36:00Speaker 3: Well, I have to say this whole thing has been
- 36:03Speaker 3: utterly disgraceful how Kamala Harris and her campaign has handed
- 36:06Speaker 3: handled it. It started with Donald Trump went to Arlington
- 36:11Speaker 3: Memorial Cemetery to honor the thirteen servicemen and women who
- 36:15Speaker 3: were murdered who were murdered in Afghanistan. He went and
- 36:18Speaker 3: lay a wreath at their tombs to honor their death.
- 36:22Speaker 3: And he did so at the invitation of the gold
- 36:24Speaker 3: Star families who wanted him there. They also invited Kamala Harris.
- 36:28Speaker 3: Kamala Harris declined to come. Kamala Harris was in DC,
- 36:31Speaker 3: she was at a residence, she was just a few
- 36:33Speaker 3: miles away, but she was not willing to come to
- 36:36Speaker 3: Arlington Cemetery to acknowledge their deaths. And to be clear,
- 36:39Speaker 3: that's consistent with the pattern of Kamala Harris and Joe
- 36:42Speaker 3: Biden of ignoring these thirteen fallist servicemen and women. In fact,
- 36:47Speaker 3: Joe Biden claimed that no servicemen and women had fallen
- 36:50Speaker 3: under under his presidency, which is just a brazen lie.
- 36:55Speaker 3: And so instead of look, Kamala kan't defend the absolute incompetence,
- 37:02Speaker 3: the disaster that was the withdrawal from Afghanistan. So she
- 37:06Speaker 3: wants to change the subject, and so she immediately blasted
- 37:10Speaker 3: Trump because while he was there, he took photographs with
- 37:15Speaker 3: the families of the fallen servicemen and women, and he
- 37:18Speaker 3: did so at their request. And she tried to say,
- 37:21Speaker 3: this is a political stunt because he took photographs with
- 37:23Speaker 3: the families. Now, to be clear, the families asked him
- 37:26Speaker 3: to take photographs. I guess in her view, you should
- 37:30Speaker 3: tell the grieving mother of a soldier who was killed, no,
- 37:35Speaker 3: I'm not willing to take a picture with you. That
- 37:37Speaker 3: would have been insane. In response, families of seven of
- 37:44Speaker 3: the thirteen fallen servicemen and women put out a joint statement.
- 37:47Speaker 3: And this joint statement powerful doesn't begin to cover. Let
- 37:52Speaker 3: me just read it. It's not very long quote. The
- 37:56Speaker 3: families of the brave service members who were tragically killed
- 37:58Speaker 3: in the Abbey Gate bombing are appalled by Vice President
- 38:02Speaker 3: Kamala Harris's recent attempts to politicize President Trump's visit to
- 38:07Speaker 3: the Arlington National Cemetery. President Trump was invited by US
- 38:12Speaker 3: the Gold Star Families to attend the solemn ceremonies commemorating
- 38:16Speaker 3: the three year anniversary of our children's death. He was
- 38:20Speaker 3: there to honor their sacrifice. Yet Vice President Harris has
- 38:24Speaker 3: disgracefully twisted this sacred moment into a political ploy. Vice
- 38:30Speaker 3: President Harris bears responsibility for the deaths of our sons
- 38:34Speaker 3: and daughters. Let me read that again. Vice President Harris
- 38:39Speaker 3: bears responsibility for the deaths of our sons and daughters.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Her administration's catastrophic mishandling of the Afghanistan withdraw directly led
- 38:52Speaker 3: to the murder of thirteen service members, including our children.
- 38:57Speaker 3: Despite our multiple requests for a meeting to discuss the
- 39:01Speaker 3: loss of our loved ones, Vice President Harris has repeatedly
- 39:06Speaker 3: ignored us, showing a complete lack of empathy and accountability.
- 39:11Speaker 3: This refusal to face the consequences of her administration's decisions
- 39:16Speaker 3: is a deep betrayal to us as gold Star families.
- 39:21Speaker 3: President Trump, on the other hand, has been the only
- 39:24Speaker 3: commander in chief to consistently recognize the heroism of our children.
- 39:30Speaker 3: His attendance at Arlington was not for political gain, but
- 39:34Speaker 3: to stand with us, to grieve with us, and to
- 39:37Speaker 3: honor the legacy of those who gave everything for this nation.
- 39:42Speaker 3: His leadership during his time in office was strong, and
- 39:46Speaker 3: we have no doubt that if he were still commander
- 39:49Speaker 3: in chief, our children would be alive today. Vice President
- 39:54Speaker 3: Harris has proven herself unfit to serve as commander in chief.
- 40:00Speaker 3: Her actions, both in the failure of the Afghanistan withdrawal
- 40:05Speaker 3: and in her disgraceful politicization of this anniversary have shown
- 40:10Speaker 3: that she lacks the judgment, compassion, and leadership required for
- 40:16Speaker 3: the position. We will continue to hold her accountable for
- 40:20Speaker 3: the role she played in the deaths of our children,
- 40:24Speaker 3: and we will not stand by as she disrespects their memory.
- 40:29Speaker 3: America deserves better, Our children deserved better.
- 40:35Speaker 2: You see these families come together, and this is not
- 40:38Speaker 2: a fight they asked for.
- 40:40Speaker 1: This was not publicity they asked for. This was not
- 40:42Speaker 1: a moment they asked for.
- 40:44Speaker 2: These gold Star families have also now come out saying
- 40:46Speaker 2: that Kama's attack on Trump made us a target for
- 40:50Speaker 2: a lot of hate. They weren't wanting this hate and
- 40:55Speaker 2: all because when you're the vice president, your words have power.
- 41:02Speaker 2: And when you have Vice President Harris, who's the leading
- 41:04Speaker 2: candidate right for the Democratic Private by the way, no
- 41:06Speaker 2: one's ever voted for, but she's the nominee attacking and
- 41:10Speaker 2: Trump accusing him of playing politics by going to a
- 41:13Speaker 2: cemetery to honor the thirteen fallen service members who lost
- 41:16Speaker 2: their lives as a result as you just read there
- 41:19Speaker 2: Biden's administration's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
- 41:24Speaker 1: But they say, yes, this.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Has made us a target of a lot of hate
- 41:31Speaker 2: because now people are hating them for defending Trump, saying oh, well,
- 41:35Speaker 2: they're just Trump supporters, you know, the heck with them,
- 41:38Speaker 2: and attacking them on social media, all because they were
- 41:42Speaker 2: trying to honor the memory of their sons and daughters,
- 41:46Speaker 2: their husbands and their wives, their family members that were killed.
- 41:51Speaker 2: And Vice President Harris, I think it's important to read
- 41:53Speaker 2: part of what she put out on x which started
- 41:56Speaker 2: all of this, and clearly this is my opinion. I
- 42:00Speaker 2: want to know what you think about the senator. I
- 42:02Speaker 2: think this was written by a campaign staff who said,
- 42:05Speaker 2: let's start this thing. And she said quote as Vice President,
- 42:08Speaker 2: I've had the privilege of visiting Arlington National Cemetery several times.
- 42:13Speaker 2: It is a solemn place, a place where we come
- 42:15Speaker 2: together to honor American heroes who have made the ultimate
- 42:18Speaker 2: sacrifice in service of this nation. It is not a
- 42:22Speaker 2: place for politics. And yet, as we reported this week,
- 42:28Speaker 2: Donald Trump's team chose to film a video there, resulting
- 42:31Speaker 2: in an altercation with staff that apparently never happened. Let
- 42:35Speaker 2: me be clear, she writes to former president, disrespected sacred ground,
- 42:41Speaker 2: all for the sake of a political stunt. So a
- 42:44Speaker 2: woman who says this is not supposed to be about
- 42:46Speaker 2: politics literally makes it a political stunt on her behalf
- 42:51Speaker 2: to try to make people hate Donald Trump, which then
- 42:53Speaker 2: in turn brought in these families, and now they're hating
- 42:57Speaker 2: on them as well.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Look, this was just a cynical attempt from the Kamala
- 43:02Speaker 3: Harris campaign to shift the attention to one of the
- 43:05Speaker 3: most egregious and catastrophic foreign policy failures of Joe Biden
- 43:12Speaker 3: and her leadership. And this is a failure that led
- 43:14Speaker 3: directly to the deaths of thirteen servicemen and women. And
- 43:19Speaker 3: let me make claire, that joint statement that I read
- 43:21Speaker 3: a minute ago, it didn't just come from one or
- 43:24Speaker 3: two family members. It came from Misty Fioka, who is
- 43:28Speaker 3: the sister of Sergeant Nicole Elg. It came from Cheryl Jules,
- 43:33Speaker 3: who is the aunt of Sergeant Nicole Elg. It came
- 43:37Speaker 3: from Christy Shamblin, who is the mother in law of
- 43:40Speaker 3: Sergeant Nicole Elg. It came from Mark Schmitz, who is
- 43:44Speaker 3: the father of Lance Corporal Jared M.
- 43:46Speaker 4: Schmidz.
- 43:48Speaker 3: It came from Jacqueline Schmidz, who is the stepmother of
- 43:51Speaker 3: Lance Corporal Jared M.
- 43:52Speaker 4: Schmidz.
- 43:54Speaker 3: It came from Hermit Lopez, who was the father of
- 43:57Speaker 3: Corporal Hunter Lopez. It came from from Jim McCullum, who
- 44:01Speaker 3: is the father of Lance Corporal Riley J.
- 44:04Speaker 4: McCullum.
- 44:05Speaker 3: It came from Steve Nicooey, who is the father of
- 44:09Speaker 3: Lance Corporal Kareem M.
- 44:11Speaker 4: Nicoy.
- 44:12Speaker 3: It came from Coral Doolittle, who is the mother of
- 44:17Speaker 3: Corporal Humberto A. Sanchez. It came from Darren Hoover, who
- 44:22Speaker 3: is the father of Staff's Sergeant Darren T.
- 44:25Speaker 4: Hoover.
- 44:26Speaker 3: And it came from Kelly Barnett, who is the mother
- 44:29Speaker 3: of Staff's Sergeant Darren T.
- 44:32Speaker 4: Hoover.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Now you want to talk about people who have moral gravity,
- 44:36Speaker 3: They've given the ultimate sacrifice of their own children who died,
- 44:43Speaker 3: and yet you know what they also have said. So
- 44:48Speaker 3: Christy Shamblin, who was one of the people who signed it.
- 44:51Speaker 3: She is the mother in law of Sergeant Nicole lg
- 44:55Speaker 3: She has said that Kamala Harris's behavior show that she
- 45:00Speaker 3: believes quote, service members are disposable, and it is striking.
- 45:09Speaker 3: Here's what she said. She said, quote, I think it
- 45:14Speaker 3: shows that she believes our service members are disposable. And
- 45:17Speaker 3: that's exactly the feeling that we've got from the White
- 45:20Speaker 3: House is that our heroes, our children, my daughter in
- 45:24Speaker 3: law was disposable and replaceable and not important, and I
- 45:31Speaker 3: can't live with that. It's not acceptable. Our service members
- 45:34Speaker 3: are the most important people in our society. And Nakoui,
- 45:41Speaker 3: another one of the gold Star Family members, said, not
- 45:44Speaker 3: hearing from Harris is quote just typical from this whole administration.
- 45:50Speaker 3: You know, they want to sweep this under the rug,
- 45:52Speaker 3: never talk about it again, never honest. For them to
- 45:56Speaker 3: honor and recognize the sacrifice of our children would force
- 46:00Speaker 3: them to recognize that there was a mistake, and so
- 46:03Speaker 3: they won't bring it up. You know, they'll keep it
- 46:05Speaker 3: under the rug, and we're I'm pretty much used to it,
- 46:09Speaker 3: but I'm gonna I'm gonna fight it, you know, I'm
- 46:11Speaker 3: gonna call that out every step of the way. And
- 46:16Speaker 3: McCullum added that Harris utterly ignored them, never gave them
- 46:21Speaker 3: a call. And here's what McCullum said, quote complete lack
- 46:25Speaker 3: thereof to just abandon the thirteen, to never reach out,
- 46:30Speaker 3: No condolences, no I'm sorry, no explanation, just absolutely ignore
- 46:37Speaker 3: us and basically shut us up. She's lacking character, she
- 46:42Speaker 3: has no respect.
- 46:43Speaker 4: Wow.
- 46:45Speaker 1: I think it's a perfect note to end on. Don't forget.
