Government Advances Housing Projects and Homeownership Opportunities
A US$20 million housing loan guarantee will support Saint Lucia’s housing development agenda, with construction underway in Talvern, Babonneau and Rock Hall in Castries and additional projects planned for Belvedere, Canaries, Micoud and Vieux Fort. Government initiatives also include land ownership opportunities, home repairs for low-income families and incentives to reduce housing construction costs.
