- 2:03Speaker 9: Good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, come
- 2:06Speaker 9: on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey man
- 2:10Speaker 9: got a radio show, man, Yeah, dude, Steve Harvey got
- 2:14Speaker 9: a radio show because I can't tell it to you
- 2:19Speaker 9: any other way. Because God has been so so very
- 2:23Speaker 9: amazing to me. But the same God, and there is
- 2:29Speaker 9: but one that same God.
- 2:33Speaker 10: He is.
- 2:34Speaker 9: It can and will be amazing in your life if
- 2:38Speaker 9: you just allow it to happen. You know, I was somewhere,
- 2:43Speaker 9: you know, and I was driving on the freeway somewhere,
- 2:46Speaker 9: and I saw a billboard and there was a guy
- 2:53Speaker 9: in a field on his knees. And on this billboard
- 2:58Speaker 9: it said something to the effect when you've run out
- 3:03Speaker 9: of answers, try prayer. I was going somewhere and I
- 3:11Speaker 9: don't even remember I go so much.
- 3:13Speaker 7: Man.
- 3:14Speaker 9: I was just going somewhere and I saw this billboard
- 3:19Speaker 9: and I thought about that, And man, I cannot tell
- 3:24Speaker 9: you how true of a statement that is.
- 3:28Speaker 2: When you've run out of answers.
- 3:30Speaker 9: When you don't know what to do, when you feel weak,
- 3:35Speaker 9: when you are at a low point, when things just
- 3:38Speaker 9: seem to keep happening to you, and you don't understand why.
- 3:43Speaker 9: Prayer is an amazing weapon. Prayer is available to all
- 3:49Speaker 9: of us. Here's a deal. You don't have to go
- 3:55Speaker 9: through the all of that you're going through alone. See,
- 4:00Speaker 9: I'm talking to men, women, boys, girls, students, leaders, bosses, employees.
- 4:08Speaker 9: I don't care what's happening. I don't care what your
- 4:10Speaker 9: situation is. I don't care if your relationship is all
- 4:14Speaker 9: jacked up. I don't care if your kids and your
- 4:17Speaker 9: relationship is jacked up. I don't care if your relationship
- 4:22Speaker 9: at work is shot. Your coworkers seem to always make
- 4:25Speaker 9: you the buddy end of the joke. You always somebody
- 4:29Speaker 9: always talking about you behind your back. You're finding it
- 4:32Speaker 9: more and more necessary to try to hold your head
- 4:35Speaker 9: up and walk past these people when some days you
- 4:38Speaker 9: can't even get your chin up off your chest. If
- 4:42Speaker 9: You're a woman out there and you've been alone by
- 4:44Speaker 9: yourself for so long, and you just tired of being alone.
- 4:48Speaker 9: You really want a relationship, you really want to be
- 4:52Speaker 9: have a mate, you want to meet your soul mate,
- 4:54Speaker 9: whatever it is, whatever it is, prayer is the answer.
- 5:02Speaker 9: You are listening to a guy who is a direct
- 5:06Speaker 9: recipient of prayer. I can't tell you anything that I've
- 5:12Speaker 9: gotten out of that I didn't pray about. Oh, now,
- 5:17Speaker 9: there are a lot of things. Hold on, let me
- 5:19Speaker 9: backtrack a little bit. There are a lot of things
- 5:21Speaker 9: that have happened in my life that I've gotten past
- 5:24Speaker 9: without praying, because I think my mama was praying for me.
- 5:28Speaker 9: And then there's this thing that God has called grace
- 5:31Speaker 9: and mercy that he just somehow keeps us all waking
- 5:35Speaker 9: up every day without foot on some form of solid
- 5:39Speaker 9: ground because He's just waiting on us to come to him.
- 5:42Speaker 9: But y'all, if you can implement prayer into your day
- 5:48Speaker 9: every single day, and I'm talking about put it in
- 5:52Speaker 9: there at the top of your day, put it in
- 5:54Speaker 9: there in the middle of your day, put it in
- 5:57Speaker 9: there when you close your day out, when you're sitting
- 6:00Speaker 9: at your desk and ain't nobody bothering you. That's a
- 6:04Speaker 9: good time.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:05Speaker 9: Look, you don't have to make no sing. You ain't
- 6:08Speaker 9: got to let everybody know, Oh I'm spiritual, I love God,
- 6:12Speaker 9: look at me, Oh I'm down or you ain't got
- 6:14Speaker 9: to do none of that. Matter of fact, don't do
- 6:16Speaker 9: it for that reason, because if that's your reason for
- 6:18Speaker 9: doing it, that's gonna be your reward. If you want
- 6:21Speaker 9: somebody to just say, oh, they pray every you know,
- 6:23Speaker 9: they pray at lunch and they have a Bible on
- 6:25Speaker 9: their desk and they have a bunch of highlights in it.
- 6:28Speaker 9: If you sitting it out there so people can see
- 6:30Speaker 9: that that's what you do, then that's gonna be your reward.
- 6:33Speaker 9: Please know, that's gonna be your reward. What I want
- 6:38Speaker 9: you to do is pray. Ask God for the things
- 6:44Speaker 9: the desires of your heart, have a faith, believe in them.
- 6:50Speaker 9: But pray earnestly.
- 6:52Speaker 10: Man.
- 6:52Speaker 9: I mean, actually go at it with saying, hey, God,
- 6:56Speaker 9: listen to me. I can't do this without you. I
- 7:00Speaker 9: need your help. Listen, man, I know a lot of
- 7:03Speaker 9: people that pray.
- 7:05Speaker 2: I know a lot of it.
- 7:06Speaker 9: If I told you the rich and famous that I
- 7:10Speaker 9: talk to that pray constantly. It would have made you
- 7:14Speaker 9: go talk to God about it.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Man.
- 7:16Speaker 9: Matter of fact, you done already got yourself into trouble.
- 7:19Speaker 9: Go talk to God about it. You can't see no
- 7:22Speaker 9: way out. You're in a situation. You're thinking about doing
- 7:25Speaker 9: something straight crazy. Pump your brakes, partner, Slow down a
- 7:29Speaker 9: little bit, my man, Slow down. Don't. All you're gonna
- 7:34Speaker 9: do is make situation worse. Go over there today and
- 7:39Speaker 9: talk to God. Talk to God for real.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Just and look, man.
- 7:45Speaker 9: You know what, Man, Sometimes I've gone to God and
- 7:47Speaker 9: I've just said, Hey, God, I don't have a clue.
- 7:51Speaker 9: Matter of fact, I'm so jacked of right now. God,
- 7:55Speaker 9: I don't even really know what to ask you for.
- 7:57Speaker 9: I just need some help. I'm so deep is some
- 8:01Speaker 9: mess right now. Not only can I not see the
- 8:05Speaker 9: way out, I can't see my way round. There's a
- 8:10Speaker 9: there's a poem calling Victis, and the opening line says,
- 8:15Speaker 9: out of the night that covers me black as a
- 8:20Speaker 9: pit from pole to pole. I thank God's for whatever
- 8:27Speaker 9: be for my unconquerable soul. That this line is so deep.
- 8:31Speaker 9: It starts off saying I am in deep trouble.
- 8:37Speaker 2: I'm in a pit black as a pit from pole
- 8:42Speaker 2: to pole.
- 8:42Speaker 9: I'm talking about man. From over there to over there,
- 8:46Speaker 9: it's pitch black.
- 8:50Speaker 2: And and and man, that man.
- 8:54Speaker 9: You've been in that situation before, y'all, because I have.
- 8:57Speaker 9: I'm talking about black as a pit from pole to pole.
- 9:04Speaker 9: God is there, God is available. God is always standing by.
- 9:11Speaker 9: He just wants you to come to him. See, he
- 9:16Speaker 9: been coming to you a whole lot of times. He's
- 9:18Speaker 9: presented himself. I can't tell you how many times he's
- 9:22Speaker 9: shown you how good a god he is. He's given
- 9:25Speaker 9: us all grace and mercy without us asking for it.
- 9:27Speaker 9: He's gotten you through some things. And you looked at him, going, oh, man,
- 9:30Speaker 9: I don't know how the hell. Okay, that's cool.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I'm cool. No no, no, no, no, that wasn't cool.
- 9:35Speaker 2: That was God.
- 9:37Speaker 9: Pray man, when you out of answers and you don't
- 9:40Speaker 9: know what to do, pray. If you see some trouble,
- 9:43Speaker 9: come and pray. If you've already got into it, pray.
- 9:46Speaker 9: If you don't know the answers, pray. If you can't
- 9:49Speaker 9: see no way out, pray, pray, man, Talk to God.
- 9:52Speaker 9: Don't make a scene, Just talk to God.
- 9:55Speaker 2: All right. Very important.
- 9:57Speaker 9: You're listening, ladies and gentlemen. It's another day, another opportunity,
- 10:05Speaker 9: another blessing. God that did it again, showed up, didn't
- 10:09Speaker 9: ask us nothing. Just keep doing what he do, creating
- 10:12Speaker 9: new days, new opportunities, new blessings, new chances, all of it.
- 10:16Speaker 2: I'm here to receive it.
- 10:17Speaker 7: Man.
- 10:18Speaker 9: I show hope you are man today. Just do yourself
- 10:21Speaker 9: a favor. Do yourself a favor today. Think of all
- 10:25Speaker 9: the things God has done for you. Just start thinking
- 10:28Speaker 9: about everything He's ever done for you. That's called gratitude.
- 10:33Speaker 9: That gets your mind right, man. That stops all in
- 10:36Speaker 9: bad days you haven't because boy, oh boy, boy, he
- 10:39Speaker 9: come through over time and time again. God is good.

- 13:55Speaker 12: the other kids.
- 13:56Speaker 8: Do you know?
- 13:57Speaker 12: It just happens from time to time to tidle. Is
- 14:00Speaker 12: h your baby going back to pre k? Your baby
- 14:05Speaker 12: going back.
- 14:07Speaker 1: To pre k.
- 14:07Speaker 12: It's it's just it just saddens me sometimes. You know,
- 14:11Speaker 12: you baby don't color, don't color like the other.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Kids because stay in their lines.
- 14:16Speaker 12: And your baby going back to pre k. Let's go
- 14:18Speaker 12: cat dol. Yes, I'm trying to reach missus. Thomas please.
- 14:24Speaker 12: My name is mister Stapleton. I'm actually the principal over
- 14:27Speaker 12: at elementary school. You're I'm looking at my records indicating
- 14:31Speaker 12: that your son, Thomas is going to be starting his
- 14:34Speaker 12: first grade. Ready, right, listen, miss Thomas, I've been going
- 14:40Speaker 12: through actually all of the children's records, uh that will
- 14:43Speaker 12: be starting school, and I'm looking at your son's grades
- 14:48Speaker 12: from his kindergarten. Well, no, not exactly. I mean there's
- 14:54Speaker 12: been a few. I actually spoke with the teacher and
- 14:57Speaker 12: who he was under in kindergarten, and it seems like
- 15:00Speaker 12: he just really wasn't up to par as the rest
- 15:02Speaker 12: of the children.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Mmmm.
- 15:04Speaker 6: Now his conduct, Now, he talked, but he gets his work.
- 15:08Speaker 6: So what else is she saying on that that ain't right?
- 15:11Speaker 12: Well, what's what it seems to be, ma'am, is that
- 15:14Speaker 12: his grades weren't up to par as the rest of
- 15:15Speaker 12: the other children. She did tell me he was a
- 15:18Speaker 12: disobedient child.
- 15:19Speaker 6: No, he disobedient and talking two different things. Come on.
- 15:22Speaker 12: Okay, well, man, listen, what we've decided here is we're
- 15:26Speaker 12: gonna let little actually do another year of kindergarten.
- 15:29Speaker 6: Oh no, y'all, ain't gonnnna let him do another year kindergarten.
- 15:32Speaker 2: No sign, ma'am. That's that's the only choice I have.
- 15:35Speaker 8: Uh No.
- 15:37Speaker 6: We got our letter in the mail with our report
- 15:40Speaker 6: card the week after school started, and it said on
- 15:43Speaker 6: the back promoted. And if I got to get about
- 15:46Speaker 6: this couch and go get it, I'm gonna be out
- 15:48Speaker 6: because I'm telling you right now we will be in
- 15:51Speaker 6: the first grade. Kindergarten. Won't that hard. I'm not sure
- 15:55Speaker 6: what they told you about him, but it must be
- 15:57Speaker 6: the wrong.
- 15:58Speaker 12: Well, now, don't understand. He doesn't color as well as
- 16:01Speaker 12: the rest of kids. He's all out of he's out
- 16:03Speaker 12: of the lines when he colored. He doesn't know his
- 16:05Speaker 12: numbers completely. And that's kind of what we need when
- 16:08Speaker 12: you first come into into.
- 16:11Speaker 2: The first grade.
- 16:12Speaker 6: When I can show you on this paper he did
- 16:13Speaker 6: satisfactory all the way through. Now you about the man
- 16:16Speaker 6: off and I'm already sick calling me with some my
- 16:20Speaker 6: son blunking kender garden. He ain't that kind of thing.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Does not color well, ma'am, I.
- 16:25Speaker 6: Say, Colin, ain't got nothing do with that. Dad guard kindergarten.
- 16:28Speaker 6: He is going to the first grade, and I'll be
- 16:31Speaker 6: down there on August.
- 16:31Speaker 12: Twenty four, ma'am, I will not be able to allow
- 16:34Speaker 12: you to get into school on a god miss him.
- 16:37Speaker 6: I'm sorry, and let me get Let me tell you what.
- 16:40Speaker 6: Let me go in and get my pencil and pen
- 16:41Speaker 6: because I don't live that far from the school. And
- 16:43Speaker 6: if y'all already down there calls him some conflict, I
- 16:46Speaker 6: need to get up and go down there because I'm
- 16:47Speaker 6: not telling my baby when he come home today, so
- 16:49Speaker 6: he ain't going to the dad gun first, ma'am.
- 16:51Speaker 12: I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to
- 16:53Speaker 12: refuse education from him on August twenty four.
- 16:55Speaker 6: You know what, I just went back and put him
- 16:57Speaker 6: in public school. I know that was a take in
- 16:59Speaker 6: the first food which you're talking about some coloring. Give
- 17:02Speaker 6: me your name against, sir, And what's that number down there?
- 17:06Speaker 2: The number here is actually area code.
- 17:09Speaker 6: Waitman, I got the number of Now mind, I pulled
- 17:11Speaker 6: up this report card. I got the number in your
- 17:13Speaker 6: name on the back of this paper. I tell you
- 17:15Speaker 6: what I was twenty fourth will be coming in there,
- 17:17Speaker 6: going to school, and I might make a trip around
- 17:19Speaker 6: there this evening when I.
- 17:20Speaker 7: Come from the document.
- 17:23Speaker 6: I'm not want to hear that calling. Ain't got nothing
- 17:25Speaker 6: to do with nothing else.
- 17:27Speaker 2: It's not only color.
- 17:28Speaker 12: He's arithmetickets back all right, No, are you working with him.
- 17:32Speaker 8: At home or an at home everything?
- 17:35Speaker 4: Today?
- 17:35Speaker 6: What you're trying to say, I'm an incompetent parent.
- 17:37Speaker 2: I'm just asking as a parent, are you working with
- 17:39Speaker 2: your child.
- 17:40Speaker 6: I'm working with my child every day. He can read
- 17:42Speaker 6: better than you.
- 17:43Speaker 8: Problemly, no, he can't read.
- 17:45Speaker 6: I read better than you because honestly, you read that
- 17:47Speaker 6: wrong on that paper that he's supposed to be going
- 17:49Speaker 6: back to kindergarten, when I know the paper saying from
- 17:52Speaker 6: his going to the first grade. And I'm not listening
- 17:55Speaker 6: to no more of this about him going backwards. Now,
- 17:58Speaker 6: if you got a problem with your half the word,

- 36:09Speaker 1: for a second term. He addressed housing and college costs,
- 36:13Speaker 1: IVF and Roe v. Wade, sending aid to Ukraine and Moore,
- 36:17Speaker 1: among other policies. Biden spoke at length about crime. He
- 36:21Speaker 1: said that he is demanding a ban on assault weapons
- 36:24Speaker 1: and high capacity magazines, and he is urging lawmakers to
- 36:28Speaker 1: pass universal background checks. He followed that up by comparing
- 36:32Speaker 1: himself to Donald Trump. He said, quote, Meanwhile, my predecessor
- 36:36Speaker 1: told the NRA he's proud he did nothing on guns
- 36:39Speaker 1: while he was president.
- 36:41Speaker 2: But see, but that keeps his money coming from me. Ni. Yeah, Yeah,
- 36:45Speaker 2: that's all it is. It's about the money, man.
- 36:48Speaker 9: It ain't about safety, saving lives, It ain't about gun control,
- 36:51Speaker 9: It ain't about stopping mass murders. They don't care. They
- 36:55Speaker 9: don't care as long as they make it a profit.
- 36:59Speaker 9: And they got a party to attach that too. It's
- 37:02Speaker 9: called the Second Amendment. Sad, Yeah, it's it's ridiculous, man,
- 37:09Speaker 9: it is ridiculous. What's happening?
- 37:12Speaker 8: You know?
- 37:12Speaker 9: He was at he was at the UFC fight this weekend,
- 37:15Speaker 9: Donald Trump, and every time the camera went there, crazy applause,
- 37:21Speaker 9: crazy applause.
- 37:23Speaker 1: Yes, really he's beloved.
- 37:27Speaker 2: It's it's really it's a sad statement for this country.
- 37:32Speaker 2: It really is.
- 37:34Speaker 9: When that's your candidate of choice. Yeah, that you put
- 37:39Speaker 9: is your represent I'm okay with Republicans. I'm okay with
- 37:42Speaker 9: conservative viewpoints and some things. I don't like the far right,
- 37:45Speaker 9: but I don't like the far left either. I'm okay
- 37:48Speaker 9: with you being Republicans, But can you not put forth
- 37:51Speaker 9: a better candidate? Ninety one indictments, one ninety one indictments,
- 37:57Speaker 9: a sexual conviction, paying off hookers.
- 38:00Speaker 2: I mean, what the world?
- 38:03Speaker 1: You tried to fix the election?
- 38:07Speaker 9: Incited a daytime right overthrow the government. Yes, I mean
- 38:15Speaker 9: he's sick down there rioting in the daytime. Have we
- 38:19Speaker 9: not taught y'all nothing?
- 38:21Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 38:22Speaker 2: What did you down there in daytime or we see you.
- 38:26Speaker 1: People lost their lives and all of that, and.
- 38:28Speaker 2: It's crazy, man. The policemen lost their lives and stuff
- 38:31Speaker 2: like that.
- 38:32Speaker 9: There's convictions people have gone to prison for this riot
- 38:36Speaker 9: that this man clearly said, let's go down there.
- 38:41Speaker 2: I'll go down there with you. He said that. How
- 38:44Speaker 2: y'all think it wasn't him? All them people went down there.
- 38:48Speaker 1: And the President made reference to that too in his speech.
- 38:51Speaker 1: She said, you can't you can't be mad at the country.
- 38:54Speaker 1: You can't be mad at the country just when you lose,
- 38:57Speaker 1: or you can't you know, love the country just when
- 38:59Speaker 1: you win.
- 39:00Speaker 9: What is that?
- 39:01Speaker 1: Yeah, then when you're when you're mad and you lose,
- 39:04Speaker 1: then you want to incide McConnell.
- 39:07Speaker 9: Yes, and all of them boys' new on that day
- 39:11Speaker 9: it was wrong and they said they can no longer
- 39:14Speaker 9: support this.
- 39:15Speaker 2: All right?
- 39:15Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, famous
- 39:17Speaker 1: YouTuber Jake Paul will box Mike Tyson. What you got
- 39:21Speaker 1: we'll talk about it, right, think.
- 39:22Speaker 2: We got you know who we got?
- 39:24Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Morning show?
- 39:28Speaker 8: Well.
- 39:29Speaker 1: YouTuber Jake Paul scheduled his next boxing match against former
- 39:33Speaker 1: heavyweight champ Mike Tyson. Iron Mike will be fifty eight
- 39:37Speaker 1: years old when he climbs into the ring this summer.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Las Vegas odds makers set Jake Paul as the easy favorite.
- 39:44Speaker 1: All right, that's who they have. Uh, yeah, they do
- 39:49Speaker 1: easy favorite. He promoted this history making match on Instagram. Uh,
- 39:54Speaker 1: he says, the biggest fight of the twenty first century
- 39:57Speaker 1: in the biggest NFL stadium in the US, broadcast live
- 40:00Speaker 1: on the biggest streaming platform in the world. Two years ago,
- 40:04Speaker 1: Mike Tyson needed a cane to walk. He simply stated, yesterday, quote,
- 40:08Speaker 1: we signed the contract. Netflix secured the exclusive rights to
- 40:12Speaker 1: the fight that will be staged on Saturday, July twentieth
- 40:15Speaker 1: inside the Dallas Cowboys at and T Stadium. Jake Paul's
- 40:20Speaker 1: professional boxing record includes six knockouts. Mike Tyson has not
- 40:24Speaker 1: seriously fought in two decades. In his heyday, of course,
- 40:28Speaker 1: we know that Iron Mike rarely needed more than one
- 40:31Speaker 1: round to knock out his opponents. Sometimes after one round
- 40:37Speaker 1: it was over. You paid all that money to go
- 40:40Speaker 1: to the fight to see Mike Tyson. Yeah, yeah, so.
- 40:45Speaker 2: I'm going to this fight. Let's go to this fight. Huh. Now,
- 40:49Speaker 2: Vegas and ain't nothing to do Dallas.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Come on to Dallas.
- 40:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I can't go no way in Dallas. Don't go
- 41:00Speaker 2: eat and take it on in. That's enough eat you famous.
- 41:04Speaker 9: No man, I'll go to fights in Vegas, man, because
- 41:06Speaker 9: I got to go out there. I got to get
- 41:08Speaker 9: some because after this raggedy ass fight, I got to
- 41:10Speaker 9: be at least go and try to shake him loose.
- 41:13Speaker 1: All right, So the Vegas odds makers have Jake Paul.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Who do you guys have?
- 41:18Speaker 2: Well, here's a problem.
- 41:19Speaker 9: Here's first of all, the faints, the faints that Mike
- 41:23Speaker 9: Tyson is still capable of doing. Jake Paul has never seen.
- 41:26Speaker 9: He's never seen that in the real ring. What's that
- 41:29Speaker 9: if the faints? You know, the head, the head movement,
- 41:33Speaker 9: the loring, the shifting.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Is he still fast?
- 41:38Speaker 9: All you gotta do is look at the tapes? He
- 41:39Speaker 9: still can faint. Jake Paul has never seen those fights,
- 41:43Speaker 9: those faints. He's been fighting MMA people and and and
- 41:48Speaker 9: the NBA playoffs. Nog no, you finnah, get up in
- 41:52Speaker 9: there with a dude that really did this. Now he's
- 41:55Speaker 9: faster than Mike and he's got more endurance than Mike.
- 41:59Speaker 9: In the first two rounds. If Mike get inside close
- 42:03Speaker 9: and Jake Paul does not have the awareness of getting
- 42:06Speaker 9: the wall off in ropes, he.
- 42:07Speaker 2: Gonna eat it.
- 42:09Speaker 9: He gonna eat him because he gonna hit him in
- 42:11Speaker 9: the body like he never been been hit before. Now,
- 42:15Speaker 9: if Tyson gets in there horribly out of shape, then
- 42:19Speaker 9: we're gonna see some dry mess.
- 42:21Speaker 1: So are you speaking as a former boxer, Steve, I'm.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Just speaking as all. I said something. I've never been
- 42:34Speaker 2: at that level, so almost said that, But that's all
- 42:45Speaker 2: it is. You're going.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Because he used to back in the day too.
- 42:52Speaker 12: But I'm.
- 42:55Speaker 9: Jake Paul is brilliant in that he hand picks these people,
- 43:00Speaker 9: all of us his idea, okay, and he knows what
- 43:04Speaker 9: to do. He's gotten better and better and better he's becoming.
- 43:08Speaker 9: But and he could never make this money as a
- 43:11Speaker 9: professional fighter.
- 43:13Speaker 11: I'm about to say, because he'd have to do No, he.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Can't do that. He's got to do these gimmicks. And
- 43:18Speaker 2: he's a brilliant market man.
- 43:20Speaker 9: I mean, Tyson's gonna get fifty million for this, I
- 43:23Speaker 9: don't know what, but the purse, yeah, yeah, Tyson is
- 43:27Speaker 9: getting fifty million.
- 43:28Speaker 2: I don't know what. Jake Paul getting.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Jake Paul is twenty seven. I mean more than Mike.
- 43:37Speaker 2: I put my money on Mike though, Yeah, I put
- 43:40Speaker 2: my money on Mike.
- 43:41Speaker 11: Mike was knocking people out when he was in Pampas.
- 43:45Speaker 1: But does he still have it? That's the thing today.
- 43:48Speaker 2: I've seen him now. If he hits you in, if
- 43:51Speaker 2: he hits you, you going to bed.
- 43:54Speaker 1: I know his hands are lethal, I know that, but
- 43:57Speaker 1: lights out.
- 43:58Speaker 2: But he's gonna hit you. So you had time to
- 44:01Speaker 2: wash your face and everything, wash your ta, put a
- 44:10Speaker 2: hand net on.
- 44:11Speaker 1: We'll see Saturday, July twentieth in Dallas, all right. Coming
- 44:15Speaker 1: up next, it is the Nephew with today's prank phone call.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Hard Morning Show. Coming up
- 44:24Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, right about four minutes after,
- 44:26Speaker 1: it's my Strawberry letter for today, and the subject is
- 44:30Speaker 1: he overthinks everything.
- 44:32Speaker 9: Uh.

- 54:11Speaker 2: We got it for you.
- 54:12Speaker 10: Here.
- 54:12Speaker 2: It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. Subject he overthinks Everything. Dear Stephen Shirley
- 54:19Speaker 1: I love my husband with all of my heart, but
- 54:22Speaker 1: I do not like him, and I don't like being
- 54:24Speaker 1: around him. I cannot have a conversation without him weighing
- 54:28Speaker 1: the pros and cons of what I'm telling him. For example,
- 54:31Speaker 1: prom season is coming and our son has a date,
- 54:34Speaker 1: but our daughter chose to go to the prom with
- 54:36Speaker 1: a group of girls. He tried to get my daughter
- 54:38Speaker 1: to ride to the prom with their son, and I
- 54:40Speaker 1: had to shut that down. He thought of every reason
- 54:43Speaker 1: in the world to keep my daughter from doing her
- 54:45Speaker 1: junior prom her way. When we are out with friends,
- 54:49Speaker 1: he can't decide which credit card he is going to
- 54:52Speaker 1: use because one card gives him perks and the other
- 54:55Speaker 1: one has a better interest rate. With groceries, he overthinks
- 54:59Speaker 1: buying produce, and he's talked to the manager at Kroger
- 55:02Speaker 1: a few times to ask what state certain vegetables.
- 55:05Speaker 2: Were grown in.
- 55:06Speaker 1: When I come in from work and kiss him on
- 55:08Speaker 1: the cheek, he'll ask why I did and kiss him
- 55:10Speaker 1: on the lips and assume I had garlic or fish
- 55:12Speaker 1: for lunch and my breath is not fresh. It's non
- 55:15Speaker 1: stop with this man in the bedroom. If I don't
- 55:18Speaker 1: let him know, he's doing a good job. The entire time,
- 55:21Speaker 1: he will apologize and ask.
- 55:22Speaker 2: Me what he can do to improve.
- 55:24Speaker 1: We've been married eighteen years, so whatever he's doing in
- 55:28Speaker 1: the bedroom is just fine with me. I'm tired of
- 55:30Speaker 1: explaining why I do things and then listen to him
- 55:33Speaker 1: telling me how I could have done it. I think
- 55:37Speaker 1: that medical marijuana might help him relax. How do I
- 55:40Speaker 1: get him to stop overthinking everything? Well, I don't really think.
- 55:46Speaker 1: You know, you can stop getting him. You can stop
- 55:49Speaker 1: him from overthinking everything. That's just who he is now.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I mean, it seems like he's been that way throughout
- 55:54Speaker 1: your marriage. You're just noticing it now. And when I
- 55:58Speaker 1: look at this letter, you don't have any major major
- 56:02Speaker 1: problems like other people. I mean, you're just mad because
- 56:05Speaker 1: your husband overthinks things and he doesn't do things on
- 56:09Speaker 1: your timeline. Basically, he sounds like a good guy. You
- 56:12Speaker 1: say you love him in the bedroom, you love him
- 56:14Speaker 1: with all your heart and all of that. I mean,
- 56:17Speaker 1: and men do that a lot. They try to figure
- 56:19Speaker 1: things out, you know, they try to come up with
- 56:22Speaker 1: solutions and all of that. So I think you're just
- 56:26Speaker 1: kind of tired of hearing his voice. You say you
- 56:28Speaker 1: don't like him and you don't want to be around him.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I think you know that's more of what you're talking about.
- 56:35Speaker 1: I mean, these things happen in marriage all the time.
- 56:37Speaker 1: It sounds like you've grown apart a little bit, But
- 56:40Speaker 1: you gotta figure out a way to fix this because
- 56:43Speaker 1: you don't want to break over this breakup over this
- 56:46Speaker 1: little bitty thing. The love is still there, thank God,
- 56:50Speaker 1: So you got to try to fix it. You and
- 56:51Speaker 1: your husband need to do something to save this situation
- 56:55Speaker 1: before it's too late, because I think now, if you
- 56:58Speaker 1: do continue like this, it could grow into something on
- 57:01Speaker 1: your part, resentment, hate, whatever. I don't want to see
- 57:04Speaker 1: you guys break break up over this. You guys got
- 57:08Speaker 1: to talk and sit down and try to work this out.
- 57:10Speaker 2: Steve this couple right here.
- 57:12Speaker 9: First of all, I don't like the letter. I didn't
- 57:16Speaker 9: like it in the first damn line. First of all,
- 57:19Speaker 9: subject he overthinks everything. Here's a line I didn't like,
- 57:23Speaker 9: Steven Shirley. I love my husband with all my heart,
- 57:28Speaker 9: but I do not like him and I don't like
- 57:31Speaker 9: being around him. Hell, it's over. What is a marriage
- 57:36Speaker 9: if you don't want to be around him?
- 57:38Speaker 7: Like him?
- 57:38Speaker 2: Talk to him and nothing like this. This is strong care.
- 57:41Speaker 2: How much you love a person whoa what's love got
- 57:46Speaker 2: to do? Got to do with it? What does it
- 57:51Speaker 2: have to do with it if you don't like him
- 57:55Speaker 2: or like being around him?
- 57:59Speaker 8: Y'all?
- 57:59Speaker 11: Huh is just he?
- 58:03Speaker 9: He all wrong on so many levels. I'm not really sure.
- 58:09Speaker 9: I think this is a person. This is a control freak.
- 58:12Speaker 9: I think he has control issues. We had a person
- 58:16Speaker 9: who worked here at the station like that. It's people
- 58:19Speaker 9: like that who just want credit and control. I've worked
- 58:24Speaker 9: around people like this before. Gotta get control for everything,
- 58:28Speaker 9: need credit for everything.
- 58:30Speaker 2: Damn?
- 58:31Speaker 9: What about profit? What about results? Why are you so
- 58:35Speaker 9: busy trying to get credit and car? I can't have
- 58:37Speaker 9: a conversation without him weighing the pros and cons of
- 58:40Speaker 9: what I'm telling him. Prom season coming up. Son got
- 58:45Speaker 9: a date, but our daughter chose to go to the
- 58:47Speaker 9: problem with a group of girls. He tried to get
- 58:50Speaker 9: my daughter to ride to the prom with our son.
- 58:53Speaker 9: I had to shut that down. Hell yeah, she in
- 58:55Speaker 9: the car blocking, just messing the whole date up. Don't
- 58:59Speaker 9: nobody want to go on no damn date with their sister?
- 59:03Speaker 9: What young dude want to go on a date with
- 59:05Speaker 9: his damn sister sitting up.
- 59:06Speaker 2: In the car.
- 59:07Speaker 9: I don't care how she dressed. She's stilled my sister.
- 59:10Speaker 9: You should have heard what he said to her. This
- 59:12Speaker 9: ain't your business, but your husband trying to save money
- 59:17Speaker 9: and control the situation. Then he want to try to
- 59:20Speaker 9: protect his daughter. He don't really want to go in
- 59:22Speaker 9: with the group of girl want her brother in the car.
- 59:24Speaker 9: All that ain't fitna work out anyway. He can't decide
- 59:27Speaker 9: which credit card he gonna use when we go out
- 59:30Speaker 9: with friends. He can't decide which credit card he's gonna
- 59:32Speaker 9: use because one card give me perks and the other
- 59:35Speaker 9: one has a better interest rate. So use the one
- 59:39Speaker 9: with the better interest rates. You don't get no perks.
- 59:42Speaker 9: Use the one with the perks. They gonna charge you
- 59:44Speaker 9: for the perks. They don't get a high interest rate.
- 59:49Speaker 9: What you want me to tell you, y'all need a
- 59:54Speaker 9: new damn credit card. Y'all need a credit card with
- 59:56Speaker 9: perks and low interest rates. That's all I can tell you.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: In the city here and try and figure this out
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: right here.
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: But if you playing, then but I'm telling you right here,
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: if you're not paying off them credit cards every month,
- 1:00:07Speaker 9: like it, So the American Express, you gonna get ate
- 1:00:09Speaker 9: up with interest rates anyway, I don't know what to
- 1:00:12Speaker 9: tell you. With grocery, he overthink buying produce, and he's
- 1:00:15Speaker 9: talked to the manager at Kroger a few times to
- 1:00:19Speaker 9: ask what states certain vessels come from?
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Who do that? Who dude that?
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: All right, listen, hang on, Oh damn body, we'll have
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: part two of your response coming up at twenty three
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry letter subject he overthinks everything.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: Morning Show.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: The subject is he overthinks everything.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: We're reading a letter from a marriage that's doomed.
- 1:00:53Speaker 9: The woman that in the opening letter say I love
- 1:00:56Speaker 9: my husband with all my heart, but I don't like
- 1:00:58Speaker 9: him and I don't like being a him.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: What we talking about him? Ain't we talking about how
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: you stay married? You might love him, but don't sound
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: like you're in love with him. So we're in trouble.
- 1:01:12Speaker 9: You can't have a conversation with him without him weighing
- 1:01:15Speaker 9: the pros and cons about it. Y'all go about everything,
- 1:01:18Speaker 9: his son, your son, and your daughter going to the prom.
- 1:01:20Speaker 9: Your son got a date, Your daughter decides she going
- 1:01:23Speaker 9: with a group of girls. Your husband want her to
- 1:01:26Speaker 9: ride with your brother sitt't have be in a car
- 1:01:29Speaker 9: messing it up. Don't no dude want to go on
- 1:01:30Speaker 9: no damn date with his sister. You can't talk freely
- 1:01:35Speaker 9: the other girl sitting in the car, damn while your
- 1:01:37Speaker 9: sister here.
- 1:01:39Speaker 7: Just horrible.
- 1:01:40Speaker 9: Now you're down at the grocery store. He can't make
- 1:01:43Speaker 9: a decision about nothing. And he trying to figure out
- 1:01:45Speaker 9: which credit card to use because one got perks and
- 1:01:48Speaker 9: the other one got better interest rates. Well, you need
- 1:01:50Speaker 9: a new credit card, damnit. You need to call with
- 1:01:52Speaker 9: perks and low interest rates. You need a capital card.
- 1:01:56Speaker 9: You've seen the commercial. Yeah, what's in your wallet? Obviously
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: he ain't a capital card. You need a damn capital card.
- 1:02:05Speaker 9: Kevin on that commercial, Samuel l on that commercial. You
- 1:02:08Speaker 9: need a new credit card. Now he overthinks buying produce.
- 1:02:12Speaker 9: He's even talked to the manager at krow Kroger a
- 1:02:15Speaker 9: few times to ask him which state certain vegetables are
- 1:02:19Speaker 9: grown in.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: I wish he'd ask me.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: You gonna work at Kroger.
- 1:02:24Speaker 9: Yeah, but just for stupid questions like that. I say, yeah,
- 1:02:30Speaker 9: we grow all our vegetables ourselves in what state you
- 1:02:33Speaker 9: grow on me in?
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: They're all back.
- 1:02:37Speaker 9: I have him driving around looking for that damn gardens.
- 1:02:42Speaker 9: When I come in from working, I kiss him on
- 1:02:44Speaker 9: the cheek. He always asks why I ain't kissing him
- 1:02:46Speaker 9: on the lips and assume I had garlic a fish
- 1:02:48Speaker 9: for lunch now and my breath is not fresh. It's
- 1:02:51Speaker 9: non stop with this man in the bedroom. If I
- 1:02:54Speaker 9: don't let him know he's doing a good job the
- 1:02:55Speaker 9: entire time, he will apologize and ask me what he
- 1:02:58Speaker 9: can do to improve what Anyway, We've been married eighteen years,
- 1:03:04Speaker 9: so whatever he's doing in the bedroom is just fine
- 1:03:07Speaker 9: with me. I'm tired of explaining why I do things
- 1:03:09Speaker 9: and then listen to him telling me how I could
- 1:03:12Speaker 9: have done it. I think that medical marijuana might help
- 1:03:15Speaker 9: him relate. He don't need no damn medical marijuana. He
- 1:03:18Speaker 9: needs some weed from off the street.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: He this is weed.
- 1:03:22Speaker 9: You need a plug, You need some more, You need somebody. Yeah,
- 1:03:26Speaker 9: you don't need no damn medical marijuana. You need some
- 1:03:29Speaker 9: weed off the street. You need an ass around.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: Who got the good stuff.
- 1:03:34Speaker 9: You need some sess. You need somebody down there selling
- 1:03:38Speaker 9: that other kind of weed. You need some chronic, you
- 1:03:41Speaker 9: need some.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: You need some blue. You need to check the size
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: of the woods. Yeah you weed. You need all that.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: You need some googly goo, you need some you need
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: you need some jasper, you need some all that. You're
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: all that. Damn.
- 1:04:00Speaker 9: How do I get him to stop overthinking everything, get
- 1:04:03Speaker 9: away from that damn medical marijuana and buy yourself something
- 1:04:07Speaker 9: off some street. He needs a street drug because it's
- 1:04:10Speaker 9: just something wrong with him. He might need something stronger
- 1:04:13Speaker 9: than weed.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: I don't know. I'm just saying he got to go
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: to a club. Then what they need to do?
- 1:04:17Speaker 9: He need to go to a white club on the
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: weekend and just buy something in there that'll have you
- 1:04:23Speaker 9: somewhere tripping.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: I don't look.
- 1:04:25Speaker 9: I don't know what to tell you about your husband.
- 1:04:28Speaker 9: You don't like him no more. You don't like being
- 1:04:31Speaker 9: around him no more. As soon as them kids get
- 1:04:35Speaker 9: out the house, y'all through.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: You don't think there's a marriage worth saving, Steve, you
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: don't think their marriage is worth saving.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: I don't like him or being around him. What is
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: we saving it from?
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: Because they're committed because they took vows. Excuse me, Yeah,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: you don't think it's worth saving? That's my question?
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: Serious?
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: First of all, know your room? Who you talking to?
- 1:05:09Speaker 12: What do you mean?
- 1:05:10Speaker 9: You don't think I tried to save a few of
- 1:05:12Speaker 9: Oh everything, everything ain't savable. Okay, Sometimes two people just
- 1:05:25Speaker 9: have to admit, Look, we made a mistake.
- 1:05:30Speaker 8: Damn.
- 1:05:31Speaker 9: Just say working. You don't like me and I can't
- 1:05:34Speaker 9: stand your ass either. Why are we doing this?
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:05:40Speaker 9: You don't like being around me? You ever been around
- 1:05:42Speaker 9: a person that don't like being around you? That's hard, man,
- 1:05:46Speaker 9: And then you trying to act like you like being
- 1:05:48Speaker 9: around them, but they don't like being around.
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: You know it?
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: Bruh, you can't stay there. Think about that.
- 1:05:56Speaker 9: Everybody on this radio show has been around on somebody
- 1:06:02Speaker 9: that you could feel didn't want to be around you.
- 1:06:05Speaker 9: So now are you with that person anymore?
- 1:06:08Speaker 8: No?
- 1:06:08Speaker 9: No, So why are we trying to keep these two
- 1:06:11Speaker 9: people together? Why just get this over with, matter of fact,
- 1:06:15Speaker 9: right after the.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Prom after the kids get back out?
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: Please got paper?
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: Hello?

- 1:07:40Speaker 9: Wow.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: Yeah, he's got a good agent.
- 1:07:43Speaker 11: He got a great agent.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: Bad last year, though he really didn't do bad lest year.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Now he took the Bucks to the playoffs, man, I
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: mean he earned it. But back, yeah, he can't talk
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: about Baker.
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: You don't like Baker?
- 1:07:55Speaker 11: Is it upsetting you?
- 1:07:56Speaker 5: Baker keep making his money like this and you don't
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: think he had a great quarterback and he didn't do
- 1:07:59Speaker 5: nothing for Cleveland?
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: Is it?
- 1:08:02Speaker 9: He ain't done nothing for nobody? I mean, I don't
- 1:08:07Speaker 9: know where you see a hundred millionaire.
- 1:08:09Speaker 11: Yeah, hey, that's what they're gonna pay him.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: But it's over three years.
- 1:08:13Speaker 11: But fifty million is guaranteed though, so the rest of
- 1:08:15Speaker 11: it gonna be in the sentives.
- 1:08:16Speaker 9: But you know, I mean, look, I'm glad for anybody
- 1:08:19Speaker 9: making money. I don't never hate on that. But he
- 1:08:22Speaker 9: one hundred million dollar quarterback.
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: No, he's not that.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: He's not that.
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: He's not that. I'm sorry, he's not a hundred man.
- 1:08:31Speaker 11: Well what did you think about this?
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: Uncle?
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: Russell Wilson is moving on. He won't be in Denver
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: this season. He could be playing for the Steelers Pittsborough.
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: Man.
- 1:08:41Speaker 9: I'm sad about that though, because I'm Cleveland when in
- 1:08:43Speaker 9: the same division. I've hated Pittsburgh. Mind tie, Like, now
- 1:08:46Speaker 9: you got to start hating, No, yeah, I gotta start
- 1:08:55Speaker 9: hating y'all. Don't know how this Cleveland thing run That
- 1:08:57Speaker 9: one hundred and twenty five miles on that turn. There's
- 1:09:01Speaker 9: some walls up in here. I'm happy for Russell man.
- 1:09:05Speaker 9: He need to be over there with Tom. That's exactly
- 1:09:07Speaker 9: who they needed.
- 1:09:08Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, man got eight million dollars.
- 1:09:11Speaker 8: Man.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: You know black head coach black quarter, Yeah, black they
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: teaming up.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: There's nothing wrong with that. Man.
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: So we had six ejected into South Carolina Women's championship
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: game between LSU and South Carolina.
- 1:09:23Speaker 11: I don't know if you saw that.
- 1:09:25Speaker 6: I saw.
- 1:09:26Speaker 11: I watched that game. Man, them women cleared them benches.
- 1:09:31Speaker 5: Then the security jumping over table and had everybody ye benches.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: Okay, we know, we know. No, no, no, it sounds
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: like you said something different right there. Now, No you
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: did say you did.
- 1:09:44Speaker 11: Y'all think I'm crazy.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: It sounded like you said a female dog, I.
- 1:09:49Speaker 11: Said, cleared the benches.
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: But Carolina won seventy nine to seventy two, and they
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: go thirty two and oh and uh you know what,
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: congratulated the game cocks.
- 1:09:58Speaker 11: They want they going to to the March Madness and
- 1:10:01Speaker 11: they gonna be a number one seed.
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: So ma'am, thank you, junior.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: All right, coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: a man on social Media's your advice, Steve, He says,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: my neighbor makes noise all day long. We'll talk about
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: it right after this.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: Sug on Facebook Rights. I've lived in the same house
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: for almost a decade, but I got a new next
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: door neighbor last fall. He seemed like a nice guy,
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: and for the first few months he was hardly home.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: I think he's either lost his job or retired, because
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: now he's home all the time and is constantly doing
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: noisy work around his house. He blows off his driveway
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: multiple times every day with the leaf floor and works
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: using power tools in his garage into the evening with
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: the door wide open. I've let it go up until now,
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: but it's really starting to irritate me. I need a
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: break from the constant noise, but I don't want to
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: start a rift with my neighbor. How should I handle
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: without causing a problem.
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: This ain't your business. This ain't your business.
- 1:11:05Speaker 9: Right That man got every right to blow them leaves
- 1:11:08Speaker 9: whenever he wants to, and he work on that garage
- 1:11:11Speaker 9: during the daytime hours with the door open.
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: Now, if you say it seemed like he'd have lost
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: his job.
- 1:11:18Speaker 9: And he home now because at first he was never
- 1:11:20Speaker 9: home while your ass at home.
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: See, hi's you there all day listening.
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: To the noise?
- 1:11:26Speaker 9: What happened to your damn job? See it don't make
- 1:11:31Speaker 9: no sense man that don't go over there. It ain't
- 1:11:34Speaker 9: your business. Leave that man alone. He's not doing anything.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: He in his garage working with power tools. That's his right.
- 1:11:43Speaker 9: He might have a furniture making company, furniture repair. You
- 1:11:46Speaker 9: don't know what he's doing. But he got his garage.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: Do open.
- 1:11:49Speaker 9: You can't shut your garage. All that salt does and
- 1:11:50Speaker 9: stuff in there that ain't your business. And he blow
- 1:11:54Speaker 9: the leaves twice a day. He don't want to leaves
- 1:11:56Speaker 9: in his job.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: But why you home? I'm listening to it though, What happened.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: To your job? He blows the leaves multiple times a day.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: He don't want no leaves in the y'all. I understand
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: that summer coming, they'll be able to stay up on
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: the tree in the day.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Okay, all right, But he can't say nothing.
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: To the neighbor.
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: Let it go.
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: I don't don't know what he can say. Yeah, can
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: you make noise in yoga rock?
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: How can you keep it down? It's a little noisy
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: over here.
- 1:12:30Speaker 9: God can't keep it down. Bring your ass over here again, loud? Yeah,
- 1:12:37Speaker 9: what if he has some nicely what he But you
- 1:12:42Speaker 9: can't leave a man alone. That's his house.
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: People do what they want to do.
- 1:12:46Speaker 9: Man, Quit whying about what your neighbor doing. He ain't
- 1:12:49Speaker 9: in your y'all, He ain't blowing the leaves in your grass.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: Get some ear plugs, all right.
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: If you find a job you're working from home, go work,
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: go to the office.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: It's not gonna go well, not gonna go well. All right.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: Here's another one. This is from Sean on Steve harvfm UH.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Sean writes, I'm a senior in high school and for
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: the first for the past couple of years, I've been
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: running a pretty successful social media channel focused on car culture.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: It started as just a hobby, but now it's grown
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: into a legit side hustle, bringing in enough income for
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: me to survive comfortably. I'd rather continue working on building
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: my side hustle, but my parents are dead said on
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: me going to college. They're all about the traditional path,
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: get a degree, secure a real job, and then follow
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: your passions on the side. But I'm already doing what
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: I love and making money at it. How do I
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: convince them that college might not be necessary for everyone?
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: Is there a way to prove that my side hustle
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: can turn into a full time career or do I
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: just give in to keep the peace?
- 1:14:04Speaker 9: Well, listen, man, if you go to college, you're not
- 1:14:06Speaker 9: gonna survive it because your heart ain't gonna be any.
- 1:14:11Speaker 9: The heart is not gonna be any. And I would
- 1:14:14Speaker 9: say this to all parents, man, you have to listen
- 1:14:17Speaker 9: to your children. I've wanted my children all to take
- 1:14:21Speaker 9: a certain path. Ain't None of them took the path
- 1:14:24Speaker 9: I wanted them to take, now one.
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: Of, not now one of?
- 1:14:32Speaker 9: And they turned out fine, They'll be okay. College ain't
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: the only way to earn a living. College ain't the
- 1:14:41Speaker 9: only pathway to success. I had to learn that. I
- 1:14:44Speaker 9: usually get mad and kids were playing video games all
- 1:14:46Speaker 9: day long till I met the Black Ninja and found
- 1:14:49Speaker 9: out he was making two million dollars a month and
- 1:14:52Speaker 9: all he do is play video games.
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: The kids signed up and pay to watch it.
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: We'll have more of the seas Hardy Morning Show coming up,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: but twenty minutes after the hour you're listening.
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: Hard Morning Show, all right.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: So, Steve, before we went to break, you were telling
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: this young man who already has a successful side hustle,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: telling him how to let his parents know that he
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: didn't want to go to college because they wanted him
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: to take the traditional route and go to college. So
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: you made some statements you wanted to clear up.
- 1:15:23Speaker 9: God, well you all said on the break sounded like, Steve,
- 1:15:27Speaker 9: what you said you said, Steve, sound like you're telling
- 1:15:29Speaker 9: people not to go to college. Well I am, oh goodness,
- 1:15:34Speaker 9: because college is not for everybody. I mean, man, we
- 1:15:38Speaker 9: got to stop looking at it like this. And these
- 1:15:40Speaker 9: young people are finding some creative ways to earn a
- 1:15:43Speaker 9: living on this internet.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: Man, that that was not available to us.
- 1:15:47Speaker 9: So of course we can't promote that because we want
- 1:15:50Speaker 9: to take the route we took, as in the letter,
- 1:15:52Speaker 9: was a more traditional route. Well, there are untraditional ways
- 1:15:56Speaker 9: of making money right now. But there's a thing called
- 1:15:59Speaker 9: the pursuit of happiness. And if your child is doing
- 1:16:02Speaker 9: something that's clean and legal and they enjoy doing it,
- 1:16:05Speaker 9: you don't have to be able to see exactly what
- 1:16:08Speaker 9: they do it. This dude to turn this car thing
- 1:16:10Speaker 9: into a hustle where he earning money. If you let
- 1:16:13Speaker 9: him perfect that he can make hundreds of thousands of dollars,
- 1:16:16Speaker 9: possibly millions, And ain't that what you go to college for?
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: And college is a bit of a you know, it's
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: just let me just say, it's just not for everybody.
- 1:16:29Speaker 9: And I hate to tell you this, but the richest
- 1:16:31Speaker 9: man in the world don't even have college degrees.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: Very true.
- 1:16:36Speaker 9: As long as your child has a legitimate Bible love
- 1:16:39Speaker 9: and dream, let them pursue it and save yourself.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Some damn money.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: Coming up in thirty three minutes after the hour, we'll
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: play another round and would you rather? Right after this
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: you're listening morning show, it is time now for a
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: round of would you rather? Would you rather be okay
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: looking but very funny? Or be super hot but very
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: very boring.
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: I'm living ain't very embodiment.
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: Because I'm looking at you, okay, looking at it? Who
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: you're looking at looking?
- 1:17:13Speaker 9: And I got news right. The only reason I'm saying
- 1:17:16Speaker 9: okay is that's what was in the question. You ain't alright?
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: If you asked me, all right, would you rather have
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: your heart broken? I don't want to get Yeah, Well, I.
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: Ain't good looking, I ain't not see I'm the only
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: one on the shore glass. Ain't got to answer that
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: one shot me a little glass, junr.
- 1:17:38Speaker 9: Only one readily admit what you sho strange ass looking
- 1:17:42Speaker 9: the other person always at like he cute, hard.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: Looking at feel good about yourself?
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: I'm fine, right, little, I don't care how I look.
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: I ain't got that.
- 1:17:53Speaker 9: I ain't making You don't make money on how you
- 1:17:55Speaker 9: look at now, ain't nobody ain't now one of these
- 1:17:57Speaker 9: dude made no money based on how they do.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: That's true. That jokes and get on out here, all right?
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: So would you rather have your heart broken fifty times
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: but finally find your soulmate on the fifty first time? Okay?
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: Or would you rather never have your heart broken but
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: spend your life with someone you know doesn't love you?
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: What is she fine? Is she fine? The one that
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: don't love me.
- 1:18:35Speaker 12: Doesn't say I'm behooled, But I'm not gonna give my
- 1:18:39Speaker 12: heart broke fifty times?
- 1:18:40Speaker 10: Way?
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: Don't ye give me that fine? Don't give a damn
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: b yeah, yeah heart bredge six yeah a lot.
- 1:18:57Speaker 9: I've enjoyed them, though I have had a wonderful time
- 1:19:02Speaker 9: to get my heart cracked.
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: Man, I'm with you.
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: I'm the embodiment of friend zone. I've been friend zone
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: so many times. You know it's not gonna work. We're
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: just gonna be friends. Okay, I'm coming back.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: As you broke up with so many, I thought that's
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: what the relationship was for. All right, all right?
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: So would you rather marry an average looking person who
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: is nice but loves you? Or would you rather marry
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: the sexiest person on the planet who's very mean and
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: a horrible person?
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: I want that? Sexy is hell mean? Damn it? Oh yeah,
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: what's wrong with it?
- 1:19:48Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:19:49Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm gonna take this. All right looking girl, nice
- 1:19:53Speaker 9: to men.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: That is today's rounded. Would you rather coming up next?
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: Steve Harvey will close out the show right after this.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: Morning show?
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last brig of
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: the day on this Tuesday. Don't forget. You can vote
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: today in the states of Georgia and Mississippi. Please get
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: out and vote.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: Georgia, you got you know what you're doing.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: Primaries, local elections. You can't ignore that this is not November.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: Still go to the polls. There are things on the
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: ballot then need your attention. You gotta go every time
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: every election.
- 1:20:39Speaker 6: Go to the point.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: You know what they ought to do.
- 1:20:40Speaker 9: They want to make all this on one day, all
- 1:20:47Speaker 9: that on one damn day. Just get it on one day.
- 1:20:50Speaker 9: All these issues and stuff right here. We should all
- 1:20:53Speaker 9: have it on one day. That would less complicate things.
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: I think they want it complicated, so's to do it.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: That's the issue.
- 1:21:06Speaker 9: I got some closing remarks. You know, earlier today we
- 1:21:10Speaker 9: were talking about college. But you know what I really
- 1:21:12Speaker 9: want to focus on. I want to talk about a
- 1:21:14Speaker 9: person's dreams and how important they are. I cannot express
- 1:21:18Speaker 9: to you the importance of chasing your dreams. I'm in
- 1:21:21Speaker 9: the dream. I'm in the dream chasing business man. I
- 1:21:25Speaker 9: just believe in it. I believe in it wholeheartedly. Your
- 1:21:30Speaker 9: dream is the most important thing in your life, outside
- 1:21:33Speaker 9: of your relationship with God, and outside of who you
- 1:21:37Speaker 9: choose to spend the rest of your life with. You
- 1:21:40Speaker 9: got to, you got to. It's your dreams, man, It's
- 1:21:42Speaker 9: your dreams and your visions. It's the thing that you
- 1:21:45Speaker 9: aspire to. It's a thing that keeps you awake at night.
- 1:21:47Speaker 9: It's a thing that troubles you that you can't get
- 1:21:50Speaker 9: off your heart. It's in your imagination, it's that dream thing. Man,
- 1:21:55Speaker 9: you got to pursue that. It makes life worth living.
- 1:21:58Speaker 9: It makes it fun to wake up in the morning.
- 1:22:01Speaker 9: I don't wake up in the morning I go oh, Wow,
- 1:22:04Speaker 9: another day. I wake up every morning, go Wow, another chance,
- 1:22:09Speaker 9: another opportunity. Let's go, you know, I mean, I'm just
- 1:22:13Speaker 9: grateful for that, man, I mean, I wish everybody could
- 1:22:16Speaker 9: feel and experience that, and you can't.
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: But you have to make the decision you can.
- 1:22:22Speaker 9: But well, ah, now, Steve, see you different, You doing
- 1:22:25Speaker 9: what you want to do for a living because I
- 1:22:26Speaker 9: made a decision one day. But you have the right
- 1:22:30Speaker 9: to make that same decision. Folks, you don't have to
- 1:22:34Speaker 9: sit there and play the hand that's dealt to you.
- 1:22:37Speaker 9: You can actually ask God for a new set of cards.
- 1:22:41Speaker 2: You can do that.
- 1:22:43Speaker 9: You can ask God for another chance. God is in
- 1:22:47Speaker 9: another chance business. You can ask God for forgiveness. God
- 1:22:52Speaker 9: don't hold your past against you. People do y'all. When
- 1:22:56Speaker 9: God forgives you, it's over. The clean slate problem is
- 1:23:02Speaker 9: you got people in your life to keep reminding you
- 1:23:05Speaker 9: of who you was and won't let you be who
- 1:23:07Speaker 9: you have decided to be. They won't even allow the
- 1:23:10Speaker 9: new you to exist. Because they keep bringing up the
- 1:23:13Speaker 9: old U. You got to distance yourself from them people. Man,
- 1:23:17Speaker 9: them is haters. Man them is haters. They work for
- 1:23:22Speaker 9: the other side.
- 1:23:24Speaker 8: You know.
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: Look, God got soldiers, but the devil do too.
- 1:23:28Speaker 9: They call imps and they busy, They busy twenty four
- 1:23:33Speaker 9: to seven, and the imp resides in people you didn't
- 1:23:37Speaker 9: even think.
- 1:23:38Speaker 8: Man.
- 1:23:38Speaker 9: So you ever had somebody in your life you thought
- 1:23:40Speaker 9: you was cool when you found out they was talking
- 1:23:42Speaker 9: about you behind your back and you went wow, And
- 1:23:46Speaker 9: it throw you off to the point where you are
- 1:23:47Speaker 9: damn thought where it's cool. Or you have somebody put
- 1:23:51Speaker 9: their mouth on you that you ain't never met, but
- 1:23:54Speaker 9: they got their mouth on you. I deal with that
- 1:23:57Speaker 9: all the time. There's always so somewhere talking about me.
- 1:24:02Speaker 9: Ain't never met me, just got their mouth on me.
- 1:24:06Speaker 9: But you got to be careful though. You gotta be
- 1:24:08Speaker 9: careful about putting your mouth on certain people.
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:24:11Speaker 9: It's some people out here that God truly care about.
- 1:24:14Speaker 9: It's some people out here that God got on certain
- 1:24:16Speaker 9: missions for him. You can't keep putting your mouth on
- 1:24:19Speaker 9: God's people. You can't keep putting your mouth on people
- 1:24:22Speaker 9: that God has chosen. That's God on a certain path.
- 1:24:25Speaker 9: You can't keep putting your mouth on annoyed people. You
- 1:24:29Speaker 9: got to be careful because I'm annoying people. They ain't
- 1:24:32Speaker 9: gonna fire back, they ain't gonna say nothing. But you

- 1:25:00Speaker 9: becoming a billionaire or rich or something like that. I
- 1:25:03Speaker 9: forgot what it was. Two of the things stuck out
- 1:25:05Speaker 9: to me. It said, forget about the women and get
- 1:25:08Speaker 9: yourself one woman, because if you get yourself one good
- 1:25:13Speaker 9: woman who's willing to help you, work with you, support you,
- 1:25:17Speaker 9: love you. Man, you can get with that one good
- 1:25:20Speaker 9: woman and she can be the missing link to your
- 1:25:23Speaker 9: whole success. She can get you there. And you know,
- 1:25:26Speaker 9: another thing is said on this thing, stay off the internet.
- 1:25:31Speaker 9: That is so crazy, man, Stay off the internet, because
- 1:25:35Speaker 9: if you got your life wrapped around social media, social
- 1:25:40Speaker 9: media gonna get you wrapped around it. You got to
- 1:25:43Speaker 9: be careful what you put in your day to day man,
- 1:25:47Speaker 9: because what you digest is what you're gonna regurgitate. If
- 1:25:51Speaker 9: you keep digesting hate, you're gonna end up spewing hate.
- 1:25:55Speaker 9: Be careful out there, y'all. Take care of yourself man.
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: Believe in the.
- 1:25:59Speaker 9: Dream, trust in the vision. Talk to God every day.
- 1:26:03Speaker 9: He'd absolutely love to hear from you. And never ever,
- 1:26:07Speaker 9: no matter what, don't you ever give up because you
- 1:26:12Speaker 9: just don't know when God is gonna flip the switch.
- 1:26:15Speaker 9: He ain't never too late. Quit thinking he is, because
- 1:26:19Speaker 9: he's never too late. Those are my closing remarks. Y'all,
- 1:26:22Speaker 9: have yourself a great day. Talk to God, like I said,
- 1:26:25Speaker 9: he'd love to hear from you. If not, you're gonna
- 1:26:28Speaker 9: be running your mouth with somebody who don't care about
- 1:26:30Speaker 9: you at all, and it ain't no good.
