- 1:59Speaker 7: You think, uh huh, I shure will Good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 7: You're listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 7: one and only Steve.
- 2:09Speaker 8: Harley got a radio show. Here we go today.
- 2:14Speaker 7: I think I have something for a lot of people today,
- 2:17Speaker 7: at least I hope I do. And this is about
- 2:21Speaker 7: on your journey, And this is about something that happens
- 2:25Speaker 7: to us all. I mean, what happens to all of
- 2:30Speaker 7: us from time to time when we get discouraged, What
- 2:35Speaker 7: happens to all of us when we feel like quitting,
- 2:39Speaker 7: What happens to all of us when we have that
- 2:42Speaker 7: turnback moment, What happens to all of us when it
- 2:47Speaker 7: don't seem like it's going to pan out. Because I
- 2:51Speaker 7: want you to understand something that everyone, every single living soul,
- 2:56Speaker 7: has those thoughts about something at some point point in
- 3:00Speaker 7: their life. I mean, you know, look, I've oftentimes been
- 3:05Speaker 7: discouraged about things not happening.
- 3:08Speaker 8: As fast as I like them.
- 3:10Speaker 7: All things don't pan out the way I would like
- 3:14Speaker 7: for them to have panned out. I mean, it's so
- 3:17Speaker 7: many ways to get discouraged. But what my encouragement to
- 3:25Speaker 7: you is when discouragement comes is understand this. It is
- 3:31Speaker 7: a part of the growth process. It is a test.
- 3:38Speaker 7: It is a test of your faith. How bad you
- 3:43Speaker 7: want it, do you really believe? That's all faith is is, simply,
- 3:51Speaker 7: and I've said this how many times. Faith is the
- 3:54Speaker 7: belief in things that you cannot see. So when discouragement comes,
- 3:59Speaker 7: setbacks comes, it is a test of your faith. At
- 4:03Speaker 7: least it's been that way for me. Now other people
- 4:06Speaker 7: can explain it another way. I'm not other people. I
- 4:09Speaker 7: can only give it to you the way it has
- 4:11Speaker 7: come to me and throughout my life, and man o
- 4:13Speaker 7: man or man discouragement sometimes it's tough to deal with
- 4:20Speaker 7: because it seems at times when you were discouraged that
- 4:24Speaker 7: is so absolute that this means the end, and if
- 4:31Speaker 7: you allow it to set in, it can be just
- 4:35Speaker 7: that the end of you, when merely merely it was
- 4:39Speaker 7: a test, that's.
- 4:41Speaker 8: All it is.
- 4:42Speaker 7: But the majority of people that I know who are
- 4:45Speaker 7: not successful or who have told me the story of
- 4:49Speaker 7: how they gave up, it was because at a moment
- 4:53Speaker 7: of discouragement that they allowed it to set in and
- 4:58Speaker 7: it became so engulfing that it became the reason why
- 5:03Speaker 7: you shouldn't finish. And then they started justifying it with
- 5:06Speaker 7: hit the one that I hate to hear. Well, if
- 5:09Speaker 7: it's God's will, excuse me. If it's God's will that
- 5:14Speaker 7: you fail. If it's God's will that you're not successful.
- 5:21Speaker 7: If it's God's will that you lay down and give up,
- 5:25Speaker 7: it's God's will that you allow yourself to amount to,
- 5:30Speaker 7: not to not reach your potential. That's God's will. That's
- 5:35Speaker 7: not the God I know. That's not the God I served,
- 5:39Speaker 7: That's not the God I've read about. That's not the
- 5:42Speaker 7: God I believe in. I'm sorry. I just my mother
- 5:46Speaker 7: always taught me something that he didn't bring me this
- 5:48Speaker 7: far to leave me. I just don't believe that, not
- 5:53Speaker 7: for a second. Now have I convinced myself for some things, yep?
- 6:00Speaker 7: Have I allowed the devil to come into the picture
- 6:02Speaker 7: and paint a different one from it? Yep, yep, I've
- 6:05Speaker 7: done all of that. But you can't blame that on God. Now,
- 6:09Speaker 7: come on, So when discouragement comes, try to look at
- 6:17Speaker 7: it if you can, as a test of your faith,
- 6:21Speaker 7: and you merely have to pass the test. It could
- 6:25Speaker 7: be for a day or half a day, a few hours,
- 6:28Speaker 7: a week, a few weeks, it don't matter. Don't nobody
- 6:31Speaker 7: know how long the test period is. Your job is
- 6:34Speaker 7: to keep the faith and keep moving. Keep the faith
- 6:38Speaker 7: and keep moving, keep working, keep believing, keep hope alive.
- 6:44Speaker 8: That's your job.
- 6:46Speaker 7: If you do that, that's how you pass the test.
- 6:50Speaker 7: It could be over tomorrow, it could be over in
- 6:52Speaker 7: two weeks, it could be over in a month.
- 6:53Speaker 8: You don't know.
- 6:54Speaker 7: But all you got to do is wake up and
- 6:56Speaker 7: keep the faith and fight the discouraging feeling.
- 7:00Speaker 8: And how do you do that? Steve? Now here we go.
- 7:03Speaker 7: This is the part I know about for show because
- 7:06Speaker 7: how many times I've had to fight off discouragement in
- 7:10Speaker 7: order to get to where God wanted me to be.
- 7:13Speaker 7: What do you do when you become discouraged? Well, I
- 7:19Speaker 7: think of the outcome. When I get discouraged about a task,
- 7:23Speaker 7: I think about the outcome. Man, what would it be
- 7:26Speaker 7: like if I were to complete the task? What would
- 7:29Speaker 7: it be like?
- 7:30Speaker 8: Man?
- 7:31Speaker 7: What would the outcome be for me if I hung
- 7:34Speaker 7: loan in there? If I didn't give up, If I imagine,
- 7:40Speaker 7: I imagine if I don't quit.
- 7:42Speaker 8: I imagine if I don't.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Give up, what would it be like? Man, Suppose everything
- 7:50Speaker 7: I'm hoping for comes true. But if I don't quit
- 7:53Speaker 7: and give up, that might just be the case. I
- 7:56Speaker 7: start talking to myself like that, think of what the
- 8:00Speaker 7: upside is. What's the upside to stay in with it?
- 8:05Speaker 7: You see, all this is the same thing. I'm just
- 8:07Speaker 7: giving you different ways to look at it. I'm saying
- 8:09Speaker 7: the exact same thing over and over. But I'm just
- 8:12Speaker 7: trying to find a switch that connects in your mind
- 8:15Speaker 7: where you can say, Okay, man, I'm gonna hang in there.
- 8:18Speaker 7: Because if you think of the outcome and the outcome
- 8:21Speaker 7: is appealing to you, if you imagine what it would
- 8:24Speaker 7: be like if you don't give up or you don't quit,
- 8:27Speaker 7: if you think only of what the upside is to
- 8:32Speaker 7: stay in with it, And then I go, where can
- 8:36Speaker 7: this lead to? If I stay with it, man, and
- 8:40Speaker 7: the outcome comes true? What else could that lead me?
- 8:43Speaker 7: To because I mean, there's always more to it. So
- 8:48Speaker 7: where else could this lead me to? What are the possibilities?
- 8:53Speaker 3: Man?
- 8:54Speaker 7: What are the limitless possibilities? What could God possibly have
- 8:59Speaker 7: in store for me? If I just hang in there,
- 9:01Speaker 7: if I pass this test of faith? If I just
- 9:05Speaker 7: pass this test, now, it ain't gonna be the only one.
- 9:08Speaker 7: But you gotta get past this one. No, then you
- 9:11Speaker 7: gonna hear the smooth plane. Then it's gonna be another one.
- 9:14Speaker 7: It's gonna be another one. Life ain't nothing but a
- 9:16Speaker 7: series of tests.
- 9:17Speaker 8: Man.
- 9:20Speaker 7: Man, when you're thinking about giving up, when you're discouraged,
- 9:24Speaker 7: think of the outcome. Imagine what it would be like
- 9:27Speaker 7: if you don't quit, if you don't give up, what's
- 9:30Speaker 7: the upside to staying with it? Where can this all
- 9:34Speaker 7: lead to? What can this get you to? If you
- 9:38Speaker 7: do this and you get to where you think you
- 9:40Speaker 7: want to be? Oh my god, what's after that? What
- 9:44Speaker 7: are the limitless and endless possibilities of holding on to
- 9:49Speaker 7: your faith?
- 9:50Speaker 8: What could really be out there for me? Man?
- 9:52Speaker 7: If I just pass this test, you gotta talk yourself
- 9:55Speaker 7: into hanging in there.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening morning?
- 9:59Speaker 8: Shall all right? Everybody?
- 10:03Speaker 9: Hey?
- 10:03Speaker 8: Listen?
- 10:03Speaker 7: Can I have your attention please, I have a few
- 10:06Speaker 7: questions I'd like to ask this morning. I don't normally
- 10:09Speaker 7: like to start to show with questions. I like to
- 10:11Speaker 7: start to show with statements. But I'm just a little
- 10:13Speaker 7: bit curious. Here's question number one. Have you ever seen
- 10:20Speaker 7: today before? That's question number one? Has any of you
- 10:25Speaker 7: ever been at this moment that we have in front
- 10:28Speaker 7: of us currently, at the present moment?
- 10:31Speaker 8: Have any of you ever been here before?
- 10:33Speaker 7: The third question, if this is a new experience, should
- 10:39Speaker 7: you not be awfully excited about it? And then the
- 10:42Speaker 7: last question, if you ain't excited about doing something you've
- 10:46Speaker 7: never done before, like arrive at a moment in time
- 10:49Speaker 7: that you've never had before, and it's called today, which
- 10:53Speaker 7: is why they call it the President because it is
- 10:55Speaker 7: a gift from God.
- 10:57Speaker 8: Why would you not be overjoyed with that?
- 11:00Speaker 10: Know?
- 11:00Speaker 7: I am what I'm talking about. Shelby Strawberry calling for
- 11:04Speaker 7: real Mouth of the South, Junior, a government named kiss
- 11:08Speaker 7: Fates the legend that is Nephew, Tommy Junr.
- 11:11Speaker 8: You been having a lot on your mind, Letty, what's
- 11:13Speaker 8: going on?
- 11:14Speaker 4: I'm gonna tell you this, I really mean this, man,
- 11:16Speaker 4: It's gonna be hard man to watch these NBA playoffs.
- 11:19Speaker 4: I'm gonna be hard because it's the commercials tim.
- 11:23Speaker 8: Oh I thought, because y'all wasn't in it.
- 11:25Speaker 4: No, no, yeah, it's in fact, man, it's just a
- 11:31Speaker 4: commercials man, because they making me think something wrong with me.
- 11:33Speaker 4: Now I already got sickle sell. But now I feel
- 11:36Speaker 4: like you know this private sect t O TC commercially

- 14:02Speaker 9: on the planet.
- 14:05Speaker 7: I am here to bring about our vulation in the
- 14:13Speaker 7: population to God. Most differently, as we projectile through this
- 14:25Speaker 7: journey of life, we mystification.
- 14:33Speaker 8: So many times we.
- 14:37Speaker 7: In the bowels of constipation.
- 14:43Speaker 8: Realize our duty.
- 14:46Speaker 7: As we go forward. Let us begin with church complaints.
- 14:50Speaker 7: Come on, deacon, all right.
- 14:54Speaker 8: Let me get it together here.
- 14:55Speaker 9: All right, listen, they asking that you talk to sister
- 14:58Speaker 9: Gretchen mcdone. Now she keep teaching the kids slavery songs
- 15:04Speaker 9: during the children church. They keep the kids can't get
- 15:07Speaker 9: steal away out of their head, and they don't know
- 15:09Speaker 9: what it means.
- 15:10Speaker 8: So I need, we, please need to talk to hot Well.
- 15:13Speaker 8: I think it's a good thing. I was forced as
- 15:18Speaker 8: a child by my father to listen to the Blues.
- 15:25Speaker 7: It turned out that I became most depressed eight year
- 15:29Speaker 7: old actual school nor So I think a good Slaves
- 15:35Speaker 7: song will cut back on some of the violence that
- 15:39Speaker 7: promenades in our.
- 15:40Speaker 8: School system today.
- 15:43Speaker 7: If you're gonna take proud the school, at least put
- 15:46Speaker 7: a good old hymn in there.
- 15:48Speaker 8: All steal away. Hmm, whoa steal away?
- 16:00Speaker 7: That's why? Ain't nothing like a baby singing steal away?
- 16:07Speaker 9: All right, I'm moving right along. I let them know
- 16:10Speaker 9: that we wh the kids will continue to learn it.
- 16:13Speaker 9: Sound moving forward. Brother Cyrus is now wearing a wig
- 16:18Speaker 9: with a chin strap on it. People keep pulling it
- 16:21Speaker 9: and popping it back down on his head. He's asking
- 16:23Speaker 9: that you suspend those that are doing this to him.
- 16:27Speaker 8: Yo, cow passed, But.
- 16:28Speaker 7: No, I thought that the chin strap was a brilliant
- 16:33Speaker 7: ideal because he has lost several health pieces doe to winds,
- 16:39Speaker 7: strong winds and shout, and by wearing a ting chin strap,
- 16:46Speaker 7: he has helped. I think what the some of the
- 16:49Speaker 7: sanctuaries trying to do is tighten it for him using
- 16:53Speaker 7: it because sometimes he's not paying attention and it's all
- 16:57Speaker 7: the way back on his neck.
- 17:01Speaker 8: Okay, when I looked like a safari hat, I know
- 17:10Speaker 8: you can go that way with it. You get the visual?
- 17:17Speaker 9: All right, I'm moving along past to our sister Lastatia
- 17:23Speaker 9: just had an eight pound baby boy. Now her father
- 17:26Speaker 9: is furious that she don't know who the father is. She, however,
- 17:32Speaker 9: did go to a Wild and Out TV show taping
- 17:35Speaker 9: the father thing is Nick Cannon's baby and he wants
- 17:38Speaker 9: a paternity test.
- 17:40Speaker 8: Your thoughts, past.
- 17:42Speaker 7: Oh, if you went a wild another in strong possibility
- 17:48Speaker 7: and when you've got my vote because you down there
- 17:53Speaker 7: at the baby making capital of the world.
- 17:56Speaker 8: You go down there the wild and.
- 17:57Speaker 7: Out they wilding out, acting out, showing out, all other
- 18:04Speaker 7: kind of out.
- 18:08Speaker 8: Ooh, praise God for brother Nick ain't roll here.
- 18:14Speaker 7: According to Nick, though, you won't have to take him
- 18:16Speaker 7: to Colton for payments.
- 18:19Speaker 8: He don't have that with none of his baby's mammas.
- 18:24Speaker 9: All right, well, Pastor, this is attach it when here,
- 18:31Speaker 9: I please talk to brother Felix Davis.
- 18:35Speaker 8: Now he is just out of control. Pastor. Now, we
- 18:39Speaker 8: all know.
- 18:39Speaker 9: That brother Felix is gay, and we have no problem
- 18:42Speaker 9: with that. He We love Brother Felix. But he asked
- 18:45Speaker 9: Brother Philip how do I get to the church picnic?
- 18:50Speaker 9: And Brother Phillip said, first, you need to go straight,
- 18:53Speaker 9: and then he just started cussing Brother Philip out and
- 18:56Speaker 9: pulled out the parking lot.
- 19:02Speaker 7: Stand by our directions. We stand by our directions to
- 19:10Speaker 7: the picnic. Go straight if you want to get to
- 19:17Speaker 7: the picnic. Felix, now you know you had several other
- 19:26Speaker 7: outbursts you didn't like, uh, several things. We was at
- 19:33Speaker 7: the church dance and somebody played I'm coming out, I'm
- 19:40Speaker 7: coming out. I went through Wellton and and you didn't
- 19:43Speaker 7: like that. You got mad at that then, or somebody
- 19:49Speaker 7: played Grace Jones or something, pull up to the Bumple Baby,
- 19:56Speaker 7: and then you had a problem with that damn phoenix
- 20:00Speaker 7: and you started looking around the party like everybody.
- 20:03Speaker 8: Wasn't nobody's talking about you.
- 20:05Speaker 7: The directions to the picnic is first, just go straight.
- 20:12Speaker 7: We can't give you nothing else. You're in front of
- 20:15Speaker 7: the church. Your car is put at east. You have
- 20:21Speaker 7: the direction. We said you gotta go straight. Now, Why
- 20:24Speaker 7: didn't you mad at us bo. We didn't say nothing
- 20:28Speaker 7: about you had to change nothing else. We just said
- 20:31Speaker 7: you got to go straight in your car.
- 20:35Speaker 8: Sister calling has cut off the zoom. What does that now?
- 20:40Speaker 1: It's time to go coming up next, go.
- 20:42Speaker 8: Straight to the break, straight to the break.
- 20:44Speaker 12: It is as the Colo Chief Love Office is Steve
- 20:47Speaker 12: Harvey in the buildings.
- 20:49Speaker 1: You're listening Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top
- 20:53Speaker 1: of the hour. In entertainment news, we're sending prayers of
- 20:56Speaker 1: healing to superstar Jamie Foxx is he's still hospitalized in Atlanta.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Sad news there.
- 21:03Speaker 12: Actress and comedian Monique is suing CBSTV over royalties from
- 21:08Speaker 12: a past TV show, and New York City has a
- 21:12Speaker 12: brand new rat czar. We'll see how this works out.
- 21:15Speaker 12: The ratsar will get rid of the city's rat problems.
- 21:17Speaker 12: That's what she was hired to do. All that's coming
- 21:21Speaker 12: up at the top of the hour. We'll talk about
- 21:23Speaker 12: it then, but right now it is time to ask
- 21:26Speaker 12: the CLO. Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey Feefee in Bismarck writes,
- 21:32Speaker 12: after eleven years of marriage, my hobby said he wants
- 21:35Speaker 12: to see other people. He doesn't want a divorce. He's
- 21:39Speaker 12: asking for permission to cheat. I would rather die than
- 21:44Speaker 12: be a single, middle aged woman. So do I agree
- 21:48Speaker 12: to have an open marriage with him?
- 21:50Speaker 8: Are you stupid? Right?
- 21:52Speaker 7: Come on, man, Wait a minute, you would rather die
- 21:54Speaker 7: than to be us us a single woman? Are you
- 22:01Speaker 7: kidding me? Are you kidding me? You would rather die
- 22:07Speaker 7: than to be free? Wait a minute. You got a
- 22:10Speaker 7: man that don't want you? That you got a man
- 22:15Speaker 7: and you ain't enough for him.
- 22:19Speaker 8: That's that's that's what he's saying to.
- 22:21Speaker 7: You he wants to see other people, but he but
- 22:24Speaker 7: he don't want to get divorced. He's asking for your
- 22:27Speaker 7: permission to cheat. Now you've already given him the permission
- 22:33Speaker 7: because you just said you'd rather die than to be
- 22:36Speaker 7: a single middle aged woman. So you're gonna sit there
- 22:41Speaker 7: in a marriage and feel what it feels like to
- 22:46Speaker 7: be put into a second place position. Yeah, that's that's
- 22:51Speaker 7: that's that's gonna be good with you, lady. You need
- 22:54Speaker 7: to pick up your self esteem. Ain't no, I'm not
- 22:57Speaker 7: giving nobody permission to walk on me nobody.
- 23:00Speaker 12: How do you ask that question? How do you even
- 23:02Speaker 12: fix your mouth to ask the husband? Yeah?
- 23:05Speaker 8: Because you know who you're married to?
- 23:07Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah, see you got to know who you
- 23:13Speaker 7: married to.
- 23:13Speaker 8: Yeah, it's it's to me and no good.
- 23:16Speaker 7: Hell, well, they can't go in there and have that conversation,
- 23:21Speaker 7: go and ask for permission to cheat. What you got
- 23:26Speaker 7: to really know who you married to? And most of
- 23:29Speaker 7: us know who we're married to.
- 23:31Speaker 8: And she not having the question?
- 23:33Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, exactly, because then suppose she turned around and say, okay, cool,
- 23:39Speaker 7: well let's both go cheat and we're gonna see how
- 23:43Speaker 7: you feel about somebody playing in your playground.
- 23:49Speaker 1: All right, well, I hope you learned something. Come fix you.
- 24:00Speaker 1: We're moving on Raven just Clo says.
- 24:07Speaker 12: My husband's mother has given us money freely since she
- 24:10Speaker 12: got rich from a legal settlement back in twenty eighteen.
- 24:14Speaker 12: Because of that, my husband was afraid to tell her
- 24:17Speaker 12: no when she asked to tag along on our trip
- 24:19Speaker 12: to Belieze this summer. Would I be selfish if I
- 24:22Speaker 12: told her that I want to be alone with my husband.
- 24:25Speaker 8: You done took all this lady money.
- 24:26Speaker 1: He won't do it.
- 24:27Speaker 7: Yeah, now you won't be by yourself. She's going letter.
- 24:31Speaker 7: Let her go on and going over there. She probably
- 24:33Speaker 7: paid for it. Get her room on the other side
- 24:37Speaker 7: of that resort.
- 24:38Speaker 8: And shut your mouth.
- 24:40Speaker 7: I can't stare people to get a gift, a gift
- 24:43Speaker 7: handed to him. I don't want how to go. I
- 24:46Speaker 7: want to be alone. Yeah, she won't to tag along.
- 24:48Speaker 7: Let her go. She didn't give y'all all this. She
- 24:51Speaker 7: gave y'all money freely. Some things happened. Just go to police.
- 24:56Speaker 7: Let your mother in law be on the other side
- 24:58Speaker 7: of the thing.
- 24:59Speaker 8: She got all it. Money. Y'all go somewhere else by yourself.
- 25:02Speaker 12: Maybe her mom, her mother in law, could take a
- 25:05Speaker 12: friend or something.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Take a girlfriend. Damn you you selfish? Yeah, she asked,
- 25:12Speaker 1: Would she be selfish?
- 25:13Speaker 8: Yes? Yes?
- 25:14Speaker 7: The answer that stupid is the question. She pays now
- 25:18Speaker 7: free money because she's rich. She she won't go on
- 25:22Speaker 7: one trip.
- 25:23Speaker 6: Girl.

- 26:04Speaker 12: He said he was trying to show me what I
- 26:06Speaker 12: was gonna get when I got home. He's never done
- 26:09Speaker 12: this before. Did he mess up and try to fix
- 26:12Speaker 12: it quickly?
- 26:14Speaker 8: So you sent the picture to you?
- 26:16Speaker 7: That's overthinking, right then, he ain't never done it before.

- 29:08Speaker 12: We want to send our prayers of healing to actor, singer,
- 29:12Speaker 12: comedian friend Jamie Fox. Jamie has been hospitalized in an
- 29:18Speaker 12: Atlanta hospital since last Tuesday, reportedly recovering from an unspecified
- 29:23Speaker 12: medical condition. Jamie's daughter Corinne made the announcement on social
- 29:27Speaker 12: media last week, and sources close to Jamie are now
- 29:30Speaker 12: saying that Jamie is doing better and he's been talking
- 29:33Speaker 12: and even joking with his family, And of course our
- 29:37Speaker 12: prayers are with Jamie. We want him to get well soon,
- 29:41Speaker 12: for sure.
- 29:42Speaker 6: Man.
- 29:42Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, wow in Atlanta and then he was working
- 29:49Speaker 12: on a movie in Atlanta. Yeah, I think he had
- 29:51Speaker 12: eight days left to shoot and he became ill and
- 29:56Speaker 12: they had to rush him to the hospital.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Yeah, eight scenes.
- 30:00Speaker 8: I can't remember what I heard. I thought I heard it.
- 30:02Speaker 12: I said eight more days, you know, yes, But yeah,
- 30:08Speaker 12: so are definitely our prayers are with Jamie to get
- 30:11Speaker 12: well soon, and we'll keep you posted.
- 30:14Speaker 1: In other news, fresh.
- 30:16Speaker 12: Off the premiere of her Netflix special, actress and comedian
- 30:19Speaker 12: Monique has announced that she's suing CBSTV Studios and Paramount Pictures.
- 30:25Speaker 12: She's suing them for unpaid royalties that were linked to her.
- 30:29Speaker 12: We all remember the Parkers. It was on in the
- 30:32Speaker 12: nineteen nineties. In the early two thousands, it was a hit,
- 30:35Speaker 12: The Parkers. Everybody watched The Parkers Love Yeah Professor, Oh
- 30:40Speaker 12: yeah you were on there, Parker.
- 30:43Speaker 4: Yes.
- 30:45Speaker 12: According to the Associated Press, Monique filed a breach of
- 30:48Speaker 12: contract suit alleging that the defendants quote artificially depressed the
- 30:54Speaker 12: show's profitability to retain millions that would otherwise be contractually
- 30:59Speaker 12: do to Monique's production company. Monique spoke about the lawsuit
- 31:04Speaker 12: on Instagram, claiming that her documents would shed some light
- 31:08Speaker 12: on the unfair financial practices. So she's swing for back
- 31:12Speaker 12: royalties with what she's doing.
- 31:14Speaker 8: That's real talk.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I was gonna ask you have you ever had
- 31:17Speaker 1: to do that before or Steve.
- 31:20Speaker 8: Well, I don't really, that's not my style.
- 31:26Speaker 7: But she's onto something because TV man, they they paid
- 31:31Speaker 7: the numbers. They're very deceptive in television, very very deceptive,
- 31:35Speaker 7: especially when you have back in. So she could be
- 31:39Speaker 7: onto something. But yeah, it's the lawsuit is gonna have
- 31:44Speaker 7: to entail an audit. You got an audit and you
- 31:48Speaker 7: got to pay the money for the audit to see
- 31:51Speaker 7: if there's something there. So I mean, I wish it
- 31:54Speaker 7: well if it works.
- 31:57Speaker 8: Show Baby loved that the Coming Out show right there. Yes,
- 32:02Speaker 8: I love that show.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Sure, we're going forty.
- 32:07Speaker 8: Love that show. I'll watch to day.
- 32:09Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:11Speaker 12: And this next story is a first for any mayor
- 32:15Speaker 12: in any city, especially with a major city. Last week,
- 32:20Speaker 12: New York's Mayor Eric Adams announced that he has hired
- 32:24Speaker 12: the city's first ever rat czar.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Okay, he's appointed. Her name is Kathleen. Yeah, yeah.
- 32:31Speaker 12: The rest of the position, New York City's ratsar, Kathleen Karate,
- 32:36Speaker 12: that's her name. She's going to be New York's director
- 32:40Speaker 12: of rodent mitigation. All right, get your mind right, rodent mitigation.
- 32:45Speaker 12: This is a real job. The salary is reportedly over
- 32:49Speaker 12: one hundred and fifty thousand dollars annually.
- 32:52Speaker 8: Really, way more than that.
- 32:53Speaker 9: To get something rents you don't want.
- 32:56Speaker 7: You get my uncle one hundred he go down there.
- 32:59Speaker 7: Give it all the days. You give uncle one hundred
- 33:05Speaker 7: and fifty thousand dollars to be down there with them

- 33:10Speaker 8: That will be a damn rat down now you see
- 33:13Speaker 8: that big these rests on. You don't give a damn You.
- 33:16Speaker 7: Give my uncle one hundred fifty thousand dollars yeah, you're

- 33:20Speaker 8: Cure and that rat problem. You know you won't you
- 33:22Speaker 8: won't see a mouse. I love it.
- 33:29Speaker 7: I don't know who this lady is right here, and
- 33:32Speaker 7: they need to give that money tomorrow. Uncle, the lesson.
- 33:38Speaker 8: A hundred down, I'm gonna they not here.
- 33:42Speaker 6: They did a hundred in.
- 33:47Speaker 8: What we what shining it up?
- 33:52Speaker 12: But they had a press release, and the press release
- 33:56Speaker 12: said Mayor Adam's office said that Karate will find it
- 34:00Speaker 12: innovative waves to cut off the New York Rats food sources.
- 34:03Speaker 7: I'm telling you right now, Karate ain't gonna be able
- 34:05Speaker 7: to stop them Rat Briada ain't gonna be able to
- 34:08Speaker 7: stop no Rat. I don't know why y'all talking about
- 34:10Speaker 7: bringing in in Karate. What you know about Rat.
- 34:14Speaker 1: She's gonna she's gonna cut off their food sources.
- 34:16Speaker 8: That's one cut off their food sauces.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Yeah, and the new tech tchnology.
- 34:21Speaker 8: You know how many people gonna starve in New York?
- 34:24Speaker 7: What you need to do? Put me down there in
- 34:27Speaker 7: that underground where they keep their food there. Then the
- 34:30Speaker 7: next weekend drop me down their suic system. Y'all need
- 34:35Speaker 7: a hundred video front if you get in don't take
- 34:40Speaker 7: me no year now.
- 34:44Speaker 8: One hundred thousand three weekends, all the rat going.
- 34:52Speaker 1: You're not scared of rats or anything?
- 34:54Speaker 8: You the hell scared raffo? See that one?
- 34:56Speaker 7: Wrong with the later karate lady can't be scared of
- 34:59Speaker 7: the rad You're gonna try killing rat?
- 35:03Speaker 1: Well, what are you gonna do with them? Once you
- 35:05Speaker 1: kill him?
- 35:05Speaker 10: It?
- 35:05Speaker 1: Because it's a lot of rats, that's a lot of road.
- 35:08Speaker 7: They go ahead, lay round, you're gonna go. You're gonna
- 35:10Speaker 7: you're gonna be pretty strong. Smell for a while, and
- 35:12Speaker 7: you I said, I kill him, I gonna get him.
- 35:17Speaker 11: Up another as a whole.
- 35:22Speaker 7: I smell a two hundred thousand sweet them all out.
- 35:25Speaker 7: Oh yeah, we just wanted to die one hundred fifty.
- 35:31Speaker 1: All right, well, thank you.
- 35:34Speaker 12: Coming up in twenty minutes after the hour, Texas man
- 35:38Speaker 12: gets a seventy year prison sentence for spitting on police officers.
- 35:43Speaker 12: We'll have to talk about this when we come back
- 35:45Speaker 12: right after this seventy zero seven seven zero.
- 35:50Speaker 1: You're listening, Hardy Morning show.
- 35:54Speaker 12: Well, we all know how you know, we all feel,
- 35:57Speaker 12: and you guys in particular feel about a person's another person.
- 36:01Speaker 12: We all agree that it is one of the most
- 36:03Speaker 12: disgusting things you can do to someone. It's just plain nasty,
- 36:07Speaker 12: it is. But in the case of thirty six year
- 36:10Speaker 12: old Larry Pearson of Lubbock, Texas, does his prison time
- 36:14Speaker 12: equal his crime? Back In twenty twenty two, Lubbock police
- 36:18Speaker 12: officers reported to the scene of a domestic violence incident
- 36:21Speaker 12: in which Pearson was accused of hitting a woman several times.
- 36:25Speaker 12: A police report stated that Pearson was handcuffed in the
- 36:28Speaker 12: back of a squad car and he allegedly spat at
- 36:33Speaker 12: two police officers, and he continued to do so until
- 36:36Speaker 12: he arrived at the Lubbock County Detention Center. Pearson reportedly
- 36:41Speaker 12: had prior chargers for aggravated robbery and family violence and
- 36:45Speaker 12: based of twenty five year minimum since. In addition to
- 36:48Speaker 12: those chargers, he was charged with two counts of aggravating
- 36:51Speaker 12: a police officer, and at the sentencing phase of his trial,
- 36:54Speaker 12: prosecutors requested that the jury consider a number that would
- 36:58Speaker 12: send a quote message to Pierson and society.
- 37:02Speaker 1: So Pearson was sentenced to seventy years in prison. So
- 37:05Speaker 1: there you go. Does the punishment fit the crime?
- 37:08Speaker 7: No, seventy days, don't get seventy you know, what I'm saying, you,
- 37:15Speaker 7: mad slaughter, don't get you seventy years, right, seventy years.
- 37:19Speaker 8: The problem is the black dudes spit on the white dude.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Thank you, That's what it is.
- 37:23Speaker 7: And then they're talking about send a message, send the
- 37:25Speaker 7: message to what. Yeah, that doesn't make any sense. But
- 37:29Speaker 7: this's got to be something else to this story.
- 37:31Speaker 8: It has to be. He must he got want something.
- 37:36Speaker 12: Well, I mean yeah, Now, he did have prior charges
- 37:40Speaker 12: for aggravated robbery and family violence.
- 37:42Speaker 8: Well, robbery don't get you seventy He faced.
- 37:45Speaker 1: A twenty five year minimum sentence with those charges.
- 37:49Speaker 4: They tried to overthrow the government and got twenty years.
- 37:52Speaker 6: Okay.
- 37:53Speaker 2: Aggravating a police officer he got police that yeah, and
- 38:00Speaker 2: police officers died on jobs. People died on January sixth.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Ain't nobody died with him on somebody.
- 38:06Speaker 8: Now, this white lady spent on his black lady in
- 38:08Speaker 8: days in and got her as well. Now, y'all don't
- 38:10Speaker 8: know if y'all know, honey, make it? Did y'all?
- 38:16Speaker 7: Did y'all get that video I sent y'all with an
- 38:18Speaker 7: old Southern white dude called the black dud.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Boy.
- 38:26Speaker 7: I ain't seen the flap down like man. Yeah, yeah,
- 38:31Speaker 7: just doesn't make sense at.
- 38:33Speaker 2: All, because if a white man was spit on a
- 38:35Speaker 2: black cop, it wouldn't even go to the white guy
- 38:38Speaker 2: get seventy years.
- 38:39Speaker 8: We wouldn't even know the story.
- 38:40Speaker 7: Well, you spit on me, you probably won't get seventy years.
- 38:43Speaker 7: But I tell you well, when you get down to
- 38:44Speaker 7: the station, you sure ain't gonna look the same.
- 38:49Speaker 8: Unrecognizable prints on his face like that he spit on me.
- 38:56Speaker 8: I reached back there and pulled.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Him through it all right, next she's here.
- 39:02Speaker 12: She wanted to drop by yet again today and we
- 39:04Speaker 12: love having her sister Otel in the building.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening hard morning show. Well as promised,
- 39:13Speaker 1: sister oh yay.
- 39:17Speaker 11: Said, Hi, lo play sister.

- 39:44Speaker 8: I love.
- 39:47Speaker 5: Well.
- 39:48Speaker 11: Well, well, good mornings there.
- 39:49Speaker 6: We wat.

- 40:01Speaker 12: heard a rapper, little Ozivert You heard a little Evert.

- 40:18Speaker 12: Uzzi bt little Uzi Bert? Well, he's a rapper. Yeah, yes, ma'am.
- 40:24Speaker 12: Remember this was a while ago. No, ma'am, you don't know, No, ma'am,
- 40:31Speaker 12: he's not.
- 40:33Speaker 1: He's the rapper. I think you'll probably remember this.
- 40:36Speaker 12: He put that twenty four million dollar pink diamond on
- 40:39Speaker 12: his forehead. Okay you remember, okay, I thought you remember that.
- 40:47Speaker 1: Well, well, it was a pink diamond. The diamond is
- 40:49Speaker 1: gone from his forehead now.
- 40:51Speaker 12: But on Easter Sundays, Sister Odell, he went and got
- 40:55Speaker 12: an intricate floral tattoo design across his forehead. Okay, and
- 41:00Speaker 12: he got a cross of Saint Peter tattooed on his tongue. Okay,
- 41:05Speaker 12: you don't.
- 41:05Speaker 8: You don't do that on Easter.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Well, little Uzzivert did your little.
- 41:12Speaker 13: Stupid, little honorary dumb don't know your history?
- 41:16Speaker 8: What is you putting flowers on your forehead? Fall? I

- 53:47Speaker 8: got it for you. Here it is strawberry letter.
- 53:50Speaker 12: Thank you nephew. Subject pottymouth and smoky clothes. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 53:56Speaker 12: I'm a forty seven year old single mother and I'm
- 53:58Speaker 12: a daddy's girl. My mother passed away three years ago,
- 54:02Speaker 12: and my ten year old daughter and I had been
- 54:05Speaker 12: making sure Papa Bear takes care of himself. He keeps
- 54:08Speaker 12: my daughter every other Friday night to give me a break,
- 54:12Speaker 12: and they pop popcorn and watch movies. The thought of
- 54:15Speaker 12: my dad dating someone new and moving on had not
- 54:18Speaker 12: crossed my mind until my daughter told me about Sue.
- 54:22Speaker 12: The first time she and Sue met, it was very
- 54:26Speaker 12: confusing for my daughter because Sue called my dad Daddy.
- 54:29Speaker 12: She said that Sue smoked cigarettes and used a lot
- 54:32Speaker 12: of bad words when she talked to Papa Bear. She
- 54:36Speaker 12: said Sue played uno with her, but when she tried
- 54:39Speaker 12: to watch a movie with her and Papa Bear. He
- 54:41Speaker 12: told Miss Sue she had to leave because her smoky clothes,
- 54:45Speaker 12: or he had to leave because her smoky clothes caused
- 54:48Speaker 12: my kids asthma to flare up. My daughter can be
- 54:51Speaker 12: a brat at time, so I waited to meet Sue
- 54:54Speaker 12: for myself before I said anything to Papa Bear about
- 54:58Speaker 12: what I heard. Well, I met Sue last Sunday, and
- 55:01Speaker 12: my daughter wasn't lying at all. Sue smelled like a
- 55:04Speaker 12: casino and she was cursing with every other word.
- 55:07Speaker 8: She said.
- 55:08Speaker 12: She helped my dad cook dinner and it was really good.
- 55:12Speaker 12: So seems like the only good thing about Sue is
- 55:14Speaker 12: that she can cook. After we ate, she excused herself
- 55:18Speaker 12: to go smoke a cigarette in the driveway. My dad said,
- 55:21Speaker 12: I should really put all of my judgment to the
- 55:23Speaker 12: side and get to know Sue because she's sweet to him.
- 55:27Speaker 12: I do not want Sue in my parents' home calling
- 55:30Speaker 12: my daddy daddy. It's way too soon and it's inappropriate
- 55:34Speaker 12: in front of my daughter. I hope Dad is going
- 55:37Speaker 12: through a phase and he moves on. They don't have
- 55:40Speaker 12: anything in common. Do you think my dad will figure
- 55:43Speaker 12: that out before.
- 55:44Speaker 1: They get serious.
- 55:45Speaker 12: Well, I got news for you, daughter, They are serious.
- 55:49Speaker 12: She is cooking for your dad and everything. This is
- 55:53Speaker 12: not your business. Your dad, Papa Bear as you call him,
- 55:56Speaker 12: is living his life right now. You're the only one
- 55:59Speaker 12: who had and at least try to move on. Your
- 56:02Speaker 12: dad is moving on, and Sue is the one helping
- 56:05Speaker 12: him through it. She may not be the ideal choice
- 56:08Speaker 12: for you, or who you would pick for your dad,
- 56:11Speaker 12: but your dad likes her.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Potty mouth and all cigarettes, all of that. He likes her.
- 56:17Speaker 12: She makes him happy and I do like that he
- 56:20Speaker 12: asked Sue to leave when it was affecting your daughter's asthma.
- 56:24Speaker 12: But he also needs to let Sue know that her
- 56:27Speaker 12: potty mouth is inappropriate in front of his grand baby.
- 56:30Speaker 8: Now.
- 56:30Speaker 12: I will say that he should do that, but it's
- 56:33Speaker 12: not for you to determine the timetable in which your
- 56:35Speaker 12: dad should move on. He has to move at his
- 56:38Speaker 12: own pace. It has been three years. But if Sue
- 56:42Speaker 12: doesn't start respecting his wishes concerning the baby, you're going
- 56:45Speaker 12: to just have to stop letting your baby go over there,
- 56:49Speaker 12: because it doesn't sound like Sue is going anywhere, and
- 56:52Speaker 12: whatever you do. Please don't try to force your dad
- 56:55Speaker 12: to choose between you, your daughter, and Sue, because you
- 56:58Speaker 12: will probably get your feelings hurt.
- 57:00Speaker 1: He likes Sue.
- 57:02Speaker 12: Steve.
- 57:03Speaker 7: Well, well, well a specialty letter for me. Right up
- 57:09Speaker 7: my alley. We're gonna just go on, get to it,
- 57:11Speaker 7: potty mouth and smoke it clothes. Yeah, whatever, that's what
- 57:16Speaker 7: your baby don't like, right, that's what your little daughter
- 57:20Speaker 7: don't like.
- 57:20Speaker 8: I don't like you.
- 57:21Speaker 7: She smell like cigarette. She'd be cussing all the time.
- 57:24Speaker 7: Shut show, damn mouth.
- 57:29Speaker 8: She say that to Sue. That was Sue gonna tell her. Well,
- 57:32Speaker 8: you're a forty seven year old single mother. I'm a
- 57:36Speaker 8: daddy's girl.
- 57:38Speaker 7: My mother passed away three years ago, and my ten
- 57:40Speaker 7: year old daughter been making sure papa bea'll take care
- 57:43Speaker 7: of yourself.
- 57:44Speaker 8: Every Friday they go together, they have popcorn and movie night.
- 57:48Speaker 7: And the thought of my dad dating someone new and
- 57:51Speaker 7: moving on it ain't cross my mind.
- 57:53Speaker 8: Well, it ain't cross yo, man.
- 57:56Speaker 7: It's been on his mind for damn niar three years
- 58:01Speaker 7: because see Mama gone, Papa gotta do something now. And
- 58:06Speaker 7: then you didn't know none of this until your daughter
- 58:08Speaker 7: came in there and told you about this woman named Suit.
- 58:11Speaker 7: First time her and Sue met, it was confusing to
- 58:15Speaker 7: your daughter, called Sue, called my dad, Daddy, Daddy, Daddy,
- 58:22Speaker 7: yall through watching that movie, so I can give you
- 58:24Speaker 7: something else to watch, Daddy. Now the baby is confused.
- 58:29Speaker 7: She said that Sue smoked cigarettes and use a lot
- 58:32Speaker 7: of bad words, so obviously the adjectives was coming in
- 58:38Speaker 7: before Daddy, like you want to go up these blanky.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Blank stands, But she said it in that voice.
- 58:51Speaker 7: Blankety blank, Hey, Daddy, I wish to blank they would Daddy,
- 59:05Speaker 7: is that blank movie over with, Daddy.
- 59:11Speaker 8: I'm going to go.
- 59:12Speaker 7: Out here smoke this blanky black cigarette, Daddy, because this
- 59:14Speaker 7: movie take it too damn long. And he told Sue
- 59:20Speaker 7: they tried to watch a movie with her and Papa band.
- 59:23Speaker 7: He told Sue she had to leave because us smoking
- 59:25Speaker 7: clothes caused my child's asthma. In the flower. My daughter
- 59:29Speaker 7: can be a brad at time. So I waited to
- 59:30Speaker 7: meet Sue myself before I said something to him about it. Well,
- 59:34Speaker 7: I met Sue last Sunday. My daughter wasn't lying. Sue
- 59:37Speaker 7: smelled like a casino. She was cussing with every word.
- 59:39Speaker 10: She said.
- 59:40Speaker 8: She helped my daddy cook dinner and it was really good.
- 59:43Speaker 8: So it seems like the only thing about Sue.
- 59:45Speaker 7: Is that she can cook. That's where you're wrong at right, Oh,
- 59:50Speaker 7: it ain't just a cook it in the kitchen. Sue
- 59:55Speaker 7: now doing several things, daddy girl, that you need to
- 59:58Speaker 7: hear about. And when we I'm back, I'm gonna tell
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: you what that is. Raise yourself and put your baby
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: in another room.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: We'll have part two.
- 1:00:06Speaker 12: Stee's response coming up to today's strawberry letter, potty Mouth
- 1:00:10Speaker 12: and Smoky Clothes at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:13Speaker 12: Right after this, you're listening hard Morning show. All right,
- 1:00:18Speaker 12: come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:22Speaker 12: is potty mouth and smoky clothes.
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: Well, it's forty seven year old single mother. Uh lost
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: her mother and her father's she's a daddy's girl and
- 1:00:32Speaker 7: they lost her mother, which is his wife, three years ago. Well,
- 1:00:37Speaker 7: to make sure that they okay, her and her daughter
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: been going over that, checking on Papa Bear, make sure
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: everything's okay. So every other Friday, just give you a break.
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: Your daddy has you bring your daughter over and they
- 1:00:48Speaker 7: watch movies together. They have popcorn all that's going good now.
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: You never thought that your daddy would start seeing somebody,
- 1:00:55Speaker 7: even after three years. I don't know how much time
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: you think you take it over somebody, That don't mean
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: you over them, But it's time to move on because
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: life does continue. You didn't know she was dating somebody,
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: he was gonna see somebody else until your daughter came
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: in and told you about Sue.
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: Sue is this woman that smokes a.
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: Lot and cuts all the time, and you know you
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: don't think that's appropriate, but you think your daughter's a brat,
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: So you waited to meet him for your first self,
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: to meet him the first time yourself where you finally
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: met Sue, and guess what you're said about Sue. You said,
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: Sue smelled just like a casino Dindy came back and
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: said she was cussing every other word, and then you
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: said that seemed like the only good thing about Sue
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: is that she can cook. She helped my dad cook
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: dinner and it was really good. Now, I seem like
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: all that Sue can do is cook. That's where you're wrong.
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: That's all you've seen what Sue do. Sue did what
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: she could do in front of you. And the baby,
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: which was cook. But what Sue dally do it ain't
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: for you and the baby. Papa bear in that laying
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: it down, God, Papa being there, Papa bear in there
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: putting it on goldielocks, Papa Bear you know Winny the
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: pool drop off, honey.
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: And he the whole jaw, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: And then your daddy said, you really ought to put
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: all your judgment to the side and get to know
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: Sue because she is sweet to him.
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: Now listen to this sentence. He is sweet. She is
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: sweet to him. That key word is sweet to him.
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: What it's the cigarette smoking, cussing woman doing that could
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: be sweet to your daddy. Now you being a daddy girl,
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: you ain't gonna want to hear this. But they in
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: their nicked so well, really, your daddy niked pants down
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: around his ankle. All he got to do is laid back.
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: She pulled the pants off around his ankle. Sweet to it, Hey,
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: daddy girl, she in that doing things, And your daddy
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: got your daddy jumping up on the ceiling like a
- 1:03:25Speaker 7: cat in a cartoon. All folk claws dug into the ceiling.
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: They're they're doing things to Fitty. She ain't fitted no
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: more in the bed and then come up on all
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: folk corners. That's how sweet she is to him. And
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: then you sitting up in here and sue because and
- 1:03:45Speaker 7: I don't want sue in my parents' house. Calling my
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: daddy daddy, well, it ain't the same daddy. You got
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: them two different daddies. When you call him daddy, it's parental.
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: When she called him daddy is consentual. Yeah, you call
- 1:04:04Speaker 7: him daddy is parental. She called him daddy is concentual
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: as in consentual sense.
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: You can beat daddy when you bring it it.
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: Spank me, oka, put some punishment on me, make me
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: do right, make me do what you want me to do.
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: I said yes, you say no, we.
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: Still do it anyway. That's what a daddy do. Daddy
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: pick you up and speing you round. And what daddy do?
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: Daddy fry bacon? And what daddy do? Daddy put you
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: on the merry go round. Yeah, that what daddy do? Yeah,
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: daddy pick you up and throw you up in the
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: air and catch you. That's what daddy. That's why she
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: called him daddy. Then she say it's way too soon,
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: and it's appropriate in front of my daughter. It's been
- 1:05:08Speaker 7: three years. Three damn years. That's over a thousand days.
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: It's too soon for who And it's inappropriate in front
- 1:05:19Speaker 7: of your daughter.
- 1:05:20Speaker 8: No, it's not.
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: Your daughter needs to know that life goes on. I
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: hope dad is going through a phase and he moves on.
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: Well he, Oh what phase is it?
- 1:05:33Speaker 10: You?
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: Forty seven? You forty seven? Ain't no phase? He writing
- 1:05:42Speaker 7: the last chapter.
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: That's a good one. Now there ain't nothing left next sept.
- 1:05:47Speaker 10: D n.
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: To leave Daddy alone. They don't have anything in common? Oh,
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: yes they do.
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: Do you think my dad will figure that out before
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: they get seious? Sirreley said it best. They're already seriously.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: They're so seriously over there cooking and calling him daddy.
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: How you think she got to calling him daddy because
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: some serious stuff didn't happening.
- 1:06:11Speaker 8: Now I've been called daddy before. It feels so good,
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: Daddy and Poppy.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: That does something to you, guys, doesn't it?
- 1:06:23Speaker 9: All?
- 1:06:23Speaker 14: Right?
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Listening up on Instagram?

- 1:10:15Speaker 12: with two other couples. Me and one of the wives
- 1:10:18Speaker 12: went to the spot and the otherwise stayed in a
- 1:10:21Speaker 12: cabin until the husbands fixed our dinner. When I got
- 1:10:24Speaker 12: back to the cabin, the woman was wearing my husband's shirt.
- 1:10:29Speaker 8: He says.
- 1:10:29Speaker 12: She got chili while she was out checking on the barbecue,
- 1:10:32Speaker 12: so he let her wear it. Her husband didn't seem
- 1:10:35Speaker 12: to mind. Was I the only crazy person there? This
- 1:10:39Speaker 12: incident rubbed me the wrong way? Why does she have
- 1:10:43Speaker 12: my husband's shirt on?
- 1:10:45Speaker 7: God Valie because your husband gave it to us, Thank y'all.

- 1:11:28Speaker 9: been cold in hell, you wouldn't.
- 1:11:29Speaker 7: Have my damn shirt shirt right now, and her husband
- 1:11:35Speaker 7: would have been standing up here with no shirt on.

- 1:12:01Speaker 7: in the gym. One time a girl was lifting some
- 1:12:04Speaker 7: weights and she was going across the floor and she
- 1:12:07Speaker 7: got stuff.
- 1:12:08Speaker 8: Her husband was over there.

- 1:12:36Speaker 7: Don't help her no more? Steve she good. I said, Okay,
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: you're stupid. Last time I was ever in the gym
- 1:12:41Speaker 7: with that couple ever.
- 1:12:43Speaker 9: You know what, matter of fact, we wouldn't have let
- 1:12:46Speaker 9: her leave. She wouldn't have stayed there with us while
- 1:12:47Speaker 9: we cooking. You got to go with them, Yeah, you

- 1:13:24Speaker 12: try to be good co parents.
- 1:13:25Speaker 10: She says.
- 1:13:26Speaker 12: My new husband, the fourth one, does not have a
- 1:13:29Speaker 12: relationship with his ex wife at all, and he doesn't
- 1:13:32Speaker 12: understand why I tolerate my exes. He acted like it
- 1:13:36Speaker 12: wasn't a big deal before we said I do. But
- 1:13:39Speaker 12: now he's upset whenever I have to deal with an ex.

- 1:16:45Speaker 12: Would you rather and bomb bodies for a living b
- 1:16:50Speaker 12: B B? Or do hair and makeup?
- 1:16:55Speaker 8: Nothing to do your hair? Makeup?
- 1:16:56Speaker 6: So good?
- 1:16:57Speaker 8: A headlin?
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: Oh? Did ask me? Just as cute? It be cute,
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: all funny looking one two? But either way it's gonna
- 1:17:05Speaker 7: be a good ass funeral.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Yeah, you'd rather do that than in mama?
- 1:17:08Speaker 6: Who is that?
- 1:17:10Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 1:17:10Speaker 8: Let's show daddy.
- 1:17:15Speaker 10: Not who is that?
- 1:17:16Speaker 8: What did you do to him? Why am I daughter?
- 1:17:18Speaker 9: So like?
- 1:17:19Speaker 8: I tried a different makeup on it? You don't like it?
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: You can't for the closed the door in a minute.
- 1:17:28Speaker 8: Ask Carol on my daddy, ask curl. If I do
- 1:17:32Speaker 8: either one, it's gonna be a closed casket. Either way
- 1:17:34Speaker 8: I do no, no, open mind.
- 1:17:38Speaker 7: Mine gonna be mine. If I'm gonna put in cycling
- 1:17:40Speaker 7: into I'm gonna.
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: Send a scene up in the cast.
- 1:17:43Speaker 8: You got to go up there and look at this.
- 1:17:45Speaker 8: But why is my daddy hair her day? I'm telling
- 1:17:48Speaker 8: you I thought it was looking nice. You gotta con
- 1:17:53Speaker 8: this is what I do. Let me do me all right?
- 1:17:55Speaker 12: Would you rather ride greyhound from New York to l A? Okay,
- 1:17:59Speaker 12: think about that from New York to l A. Or
- 1:18:02Speaker 12: would you rather fly naked in a coach seat?
- 1:18:06Speaker 8: Now I'm gonna get on that bus.
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: I'm getting the bus.
- 1:18:09Speaker 7: No, I haven't done that before. Yeah, that's a hello
- 1:18:12Speaker 7: ride material. When you get off that bus. Though, by
- 1:18:15Speaker 7: the time you get to l A, you got the
- 1:18:16Speaker 7: whole new show.
- 1:18:17Speaker 9: You know.
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: You get it from the prisons in the back of
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: the bus. You get them prisoners back there on that
- 1:18:21Speaker 4: great hound boy.
- 1:18:24Speaker 8: Prisons at the back of the bush. They get out
- 1:18:26Speaker 8: of jail.
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: No, sorry, like h really, I don't know when they
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: get out of jail. They get they get a bus ticket, Yeah,
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: they got a trash bag.
- 1:18:38Speaker 8: I'm in coach. What I will say this.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: I was on a flight one time and the prisoner
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: was all the way in the back and they had
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: them in shackles.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: In the movies.
- 1:18:52Speaker 8: Yeah, I thought that was before and spoke to me
- 1:19:01Speaker 8: hanging there, all right, got your boy on here though?
- 1:19:06Speaker 11: Up?
- 1:19:07Speaker 8: Hey, Steve bro.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: All right with you, guys?
- 1:19:12Speaker 12: Rather stop lying for ten dollars? Stop lying? No more lies,
- 1:19:18Speaker 12: no more lies? Or would you rather stop using profanity?
- 1:19:22Speaker 12: Stop cussing for five million? Which one I haven't figure how.
- 1:19:27Speaker 8: To get that ten?
- 1:19:28Speaker 9: Yeah, but when I get that, you know, I'm I'm
- 1:19:30Speaker 9: gonna be no, but I'm I'm gonna be by myself
- 1:19:32Speaker 9: after that team if.
- 1:19:35Speaker 8: I'm I'm not gonna participate in this one.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: Hi, you have for you because you cannot stop lying,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: It's no way that's today rounded.
- 1:19:48Speaker 8: Would you rather wait?
- 1:19:53Speaker 12: We'll come back and close out the show at forty
- 1:19:55Speaker 12: nine minutes after right after.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: This you're listening hardy Morning show.
- 1:20:00Speaker 12: All right, guys, here we are last break of the day,
- 1:20:03Speaker 12: and before we get to the closing, Steve, we just
- 1:20:06Speaker 12: want to send our prayers out again to the city
- 1:20:09Speaker 12: of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky, in light of the tragic shootings
- 1:20:13Speaker 12: that took place there Saturday night.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: We're praying for Louisville.
- 1:20:18Speaker 12: I mean, this just happened right after last week's mass
- 1:20:21Speaker 12: shooting there, so you know, yeah, this cannot become the norm.
- 1:20:27Speaker 12: It just cannot. Our prayers are also going out to Dadeville, Alabama.
- 1:20:32Speaker 12: It's about forty five minutes away from Montgomery. There was
- 1:20:35Speaker 12: also a mass shooting there at a sixteenth birthday party,
- 1:20:39Speaker 12: so just you know sixteen.
- 1:20:42Speaker 7: There's also a scripture that says faith without works is dead.
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: You know, I'm not saying we're not to pray for
- 1:20:52Speaker 7: people because we shoot. We should never cease with prayer,
- 1:20:56Speaker 7: but we keep praying about the same thing, but we
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: don't do nothing about it. Faith without works is dead.
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: We're not passing gun laws, we're not offering up any
- 1:21:10Speaker 7: consequences because half the time the consequences are way too late.
- 1:21:16Speaker 7: A lot of these people that do these mass shootings
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: turn around turn the gun on theyself so that you
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: get no justice from anything. And we just keep repeating
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: ourselves in this country, man, this country is sick. But
- 1:21:33Speaker 7: you know what, this country is doing what it always does.
- 1:21:37Speaker 7: This country is never in for the cure. We're only
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: in it for the treatment. Our country, our medical system
- 1:21:45Speaker 7: is designed for treatment. It's not designed to cure. It's
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: just not for the most part.
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: That's it.
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: And they have no plans of curing so many things
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: because they make so much money off treatment. So you know, look,
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: our heart goes out, our prayers go out again. But
- 1:22:11Speaker 7: like I said, until we do something about it, man,
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: we just gonna keep repeating this vicious cycle. It doesn't
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: make any sense. It just doesn't make any sense. Man,
- 1:22:22Speaker 7: show me how it makes sense.
- 1:22:23Speaker 8: It don't.
- 1:22:24Speaker 7: I'm sorry, I'm sorry to the families. And all you
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: left with is a bunch of us strangers saying to you,
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: we'll offer you our condolencens and our prayers. All you
- 1:22:41Speaker 7: got is a flag being flown half mass somewhere. All
- 1:22:46Speaker 7: you got is a news reporter reporting the story so
- 1:22:50Speaker 7: the people aren't forgot. All you got is the same
- 1:22:54Speaker 7: Democrats screaming for gun control, and you got the same
- 1:22:59Speaker 7: Republicans saying no, over and over and over and over again.
- 1:23:06Speaker 7: And here we are again today, another mass shooting in
- 1:23:11Speaker 7: Louisville again, another one in Dade, Alabama.
- 1:23:16Speaker 8: Again.
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: It'll be one next month, and a month after that,
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: and a month after that because our country does nothing
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: about it. We're not doing anything about racism. It just continues.
- 1:23:31Speaker 7: We give permits for hate groups to have parades down
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: streets that we pay taxes for, to allow them to
- 1:23:42Speaker 7: come down the street to tell us how much they
- 1:23:44Speaker 7: hate us and how devalued we are. And we have
- 1:23:49Speaker 7: a system that allows that. We could do a simple
- 1:23:54Speaker 7: thing as to stop passing out permits to hate groups
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: to have the right to assimilate and promote their cause.
- 1:24:08Speaker 7: But see, here's the thing. If you got the right
- 1:24:13Speaker 7: to speech, the right to freedom of speech, and the
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: right to come down my street to tell me how
- 1:24:19Speaker 7: much you hate me because you a skin head or
- 1:24:22Speaker 7: you a clan member, then I reserve the right to
- 1:24:26Speaker 7: issue out the consequences for coming down my street to
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: tell me how much you hate me. See, if you
- 1:24:33Speaker 7: got freedom of speech, then you know you got to
- 1:24:35Speaker 7: understand it's gonna be if you got to be free
- 1:24:37Speaker 7: for the consequences too. Don't start leaning on the law
- 1:24:42Speaker 7: when you come down the street and we crack you
- 1:24:43Speaker 7: upside your head, because today we don't feel like being
- 1:24:46Speaker 7: told how much you hate us and how black people
- 1:24:49Speaker 7: ain't this, and how black people ain't that, And you're
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: gonna march down the street to tell us, now, hey, man,
- 1:24:58Speaker 7: I'm tired of giving these clothing like this, I really am.
- 1:25:02Speaker 7: I'm tired of it because it's the same thing. It
- 1:25:05Speaker 7: don't make no sense. It's ridiculous. I feel foolish as
- 1:25:10Speaker 7: a person who has a microphone. I feel extremely foolish
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: to have to say the same thing to the people
- 1:25:16Speaker 7: who listen to us, who lift to who listen to
- 1:25:19Speaker 7: us for inspiration, motivation, information, and then some entertainment, and
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: then at the end of the show, we got to
- 1:25:27Speaker 7: do this and when we get through, they not gonna
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: change nothing. I want to say something to Republicans, just
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: for a second. You have every right to be republican. Republican,
- 1:25:40Speaker 7: I actually happen to agree with some of the values
- 1:25:42Speaker 7: that you have as Republicans. I happen to agree with
- 1:25:46Speaker 7: a lot of the values they have as Democrats. But
- 1:25:49Speaker 7: I've discovered something. I don't really care for the far right,
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: and I don't really care for the far left.
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: I just don't but for you.
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: Base secret Republicans who keep getting snow jobbed with the
- 1:26:04Speaker 7: basics of your party. But that Second Amendment that you
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: all hold so firmly too, it needs mending. So we
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: can stop some of these murders in this country. And
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: how you don't see that, I just don't get it.
- 1:26:24Speaker 7: So the beat goes on. Hearts go out to Louisville House,
- 1:26:28Speaker 7: go out today, Alabama, and we'll be doing this again
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: next week, in the following month, and every month after
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: that until we do something different. You keep doing what
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: you've been doing, You're gonna keep getting what you've been getting.
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: I don't know how nobody see that. Y'all have a
- 1:26:42Speaker 7: great day, man.
- 1:26:54Speaker 10: For all.
- 1:26:55Speaker 12: Steve Harvey contacts snow purchase necessary, void wear prohibited. Participants
