- 0:01Speaker 1: So there's over forty one thousand hours of unreleased January
- 0:07Speaker 1: the six tapes. I'm talking about video evidence of what
- 0:11Speaker 1: happened in and around the capital on January the six.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson released about thirty minutes. And what happened is
- 0:18Speaker 1: it completely blew up the January sixth narrative that it
- 0:21Speaker 1: was this big insurrection and a whole bunch of other
- 0:23Speaker 1: crap they were lying about. I want you to imagine
- 0:27Speaker 1: being in jail, being held treating like you're a terrorist,
- 0:32Speaker 1: knowing that there's forty thousand, nine hundred ninety nine hours
- 0:37Speaker 1: and thirty minutes of tapes that have not been released,
- 0:41Speaker 1: and just thirty minutes of those tapes being shown blows
- 0:44Speaker 1: up the entire narrative. There's a whole lot of Department
- 0:48Speaker 1: of Justice prosecutors that should get reported to state bars
- 0:52Speaker 1: for prosecutional misconduct based on the tapes that we saw
- 0:55Speaker 1: last night. And that's just after thirty minutes of tapes.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's also, and this effect a constitutional requirement to disclose
- 1:07Speaker 1: evidence that mitigates the guilt of the accused. They didn't
- 1:12Speaker 1: do that. When I say they, I'm talking about the DOJ.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is a guy that can do business with
- 1:20Speaker 1: Russian oligarchs, have meetings within the vice president and nothing happens.
- 1:25Speaker 1: But you show up on January the sixth, you're treat
- 1:27Speaker 1: as a terrorist, the same as nine eleven, and the
- 1:30Speaker 1: evidence is withheld from you and your lawyers in the
- 1:34Speaker 1: in the in the eyes of you know, and under
- 1:36Speaker 1: the disguise of it's a national security issue. And now
- 1:38Speaker 1: we have those tapes. Now I'm gonna play for you,
- 1:42Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson last night. Look some of that you're not
- 1:44Speaker 1: going to be able to see. I would encourage you
- 1:45Speaker 1: to go back and actually watch it, but you're gonna
- 1:47Speaker 1: be able to fall along. And when I need to
- 1:49Speaker 1: fill it in for you what's actually happening, I will
- 1:51Speaker 1: do that. But this is another example of why you
- 1:55Speaker 1: should never trust your government, especially the deep state, because
- 2:00Speaker 1: they will lie to you about everything. Take a listen.
- 2:04Speaker 1: We're about to show you surveillance footage from inside the
- 2:07Speaker 1: United States Capital. The images you'll see were recorded twenty
- 2:11Speaker 1: six months ago today on January six, twenty twenty one.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Until now, politicians have kept this tape hidden from the public.
- 2:19Speaker 1: There is no legitimate justification for that, and there never
- 2:22Speaker 1: has been On January six, two years ago, thousands of
- 2:26Speaker 1: protesters walked from a Trump rally on the Ellipse outside
- 2:29Speaker 1: the White House to the US Capital, where the certification
- 2:32Speaker 1: of the presidential election was underway. The protesters were angry.
- 2:36Speaker 1: They believed that the election they had just voted in
- 2:38Speaker 1: had been unfairly conducted, and they were right. In retrospect,
- 2:43Speaker 1: it is clear the twenty twenty election was a grave
- 2:45Speaker 1: betrayal of American democracy. Given the facts that have since
- 2:49Speaker 1: emerged about that election, no honest person can deny it.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Yet the beneficiaries of that election continue to lie about
- 2:57Speaker 1: what is now obvious. The real crime, they will tell
- 3:00Speaker 1: you again and again, is not what happened on Election
- 3:03Speaker 1: Day twenty twenty. The real crime is what happened two
- 3:05Speaker 1: months later, on January sixth, when Donald Trump led an
- 3:09Speaker 1: insurrection against the duly elected American government. To prove that
- 3:14Speaker 1: claim and to divert attention from the details of the
- 3:16Speaker 1: presidential election itself, Democrats and Congress impaneled what they called
- 3:20Speaker 1: the House Select Committee on the January sixth attack. The
- 3:24Speaker 1: point of that committee was to prevent Donald Trump from
- 3:27Speaker 1: running for president again. In December of last year, committee
- 3:30Speaker 1: members voted unanimously to refer Trump to the Department of
- 3:33Speaker 1: Justice for criminal prosecution. Mission accomplished, but what the committee
- 3:38Speaker 1: did not do was explain what happened inside the Capitol
- 3:41Speaker 1: on January sixth, Three weeks ago. Thanks to the new
- 3:45Speaker 1: Republican Speaker's office, we gained access to thousands of hours
- 3:49Speaker 1: of surveillance video that helped answer that question. The January
- 3:53Speaker 1: sixth Committee had access to this very same tape and
- 3:55Speaker 1: watched much of it. But as we're about to show you,
- 3:59Speaker 1: committee members lied about what they saw and then hid
- 4:02Speaker 1: the evidence from the public, as well as from January
- 4:05Speaker 1: sixth criminal defendants and their lawyers. That is unforgivable. Whatever
- 4:10Speaker 1: you think of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, he rectified that crime,
- 4:13Speaker 1: and we are grateful that he did. Before we show
- 4:16Speaker 1: you the tape, a few words on the process. Our
- 4:19Speaker 1: producers had unfettered access to the capital surveillance video. Neither
- 4:22Speaker 1: the Speaker's office nor our bosses at Fox News interfered
- 4:26Speaker 1: in any way with our investigation of the forty thousand
- 4:30Speaker 1: or so hours of tape. Most of it turned out
- 4:32Speaker 1: to be irrelevant. Static shots of empty rooms, in some
- 4:35Speaker 1: cases far from the Capital itself to find relevant videotape.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Our producers were given use of Capital computers with advanced
- 4:43Speaker 1: mapping software that made it easy to find what we
- 4:45Speaker 1: were looking for. What we didn't have was access to
- 4:48Speaker 1: facial recognition software, and that was significant. For more than
- 4:52Speaker 1: two years, we have wondered why some in the crowd
- 4:55Speaker 1: that day who seemed to be in setting violence were
- 4:57Speaker 1: never indicted for it. We assume these were federal agents
- 5:01Speaker 1: of some sort. We still assumed that, and in fact,
- 5:04Speaker 1: there were many examples of behavior we saw in those
- 5:06Speaker 1: tapes that didn't seem to make sense. Men and Cillian
- 5:09Speaker 1: closed holding doors open for protesters, escorting others through the capitol, etc.
- 5:14Speaker 1: We would love to know who these people were, but
- 5:17Speaker 1: as of tonight, we don't know. And because we don't know,
- 5:19Speaker 1: we're not going to put their faces on the screen
- 5:21Speaker 1: and suggest they were federal agents. That would be irresponsible.
- 5:25Speaker 1: So there were many mysteries we could not solve. Among them, unfortunately,
- 5:29Speaker 1: is the shooting of Ashley Babbitt. From the evidence we have,
- 5:32Speaker 1: the publicly available evidence, it seems clear that Babbitt was
- 5:35Speaker 1: murdered by a Capitol Hill police officer called Michael Byrd.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Actually Babbitt was unarmed, she was shorter in stature than average,
- 5:41Speaker 1: She posed no conceivable threat to anyone. But beyond that
- 5:45Speaker 1: we can only speculate about what happened. There were no
- 5:48Speaker 1: security cameras near the speaker's lobby where actually Babbitt was killed.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And one more thing, virtually no one in Washington, Republican
- 5:56Speaker 1: or Democrats, certainly not in the news media, wanted to
- 5:59Speaker 1: see this tape release tonight. That's why it's remained hidden
- 6:02Speaker 1: for more than two years. In recent weeks, the usual
- 6:05Speaker 1: hyenas in Congress and on cable news have been howling
- 6:08Speaker 1: about we are putting lives at risk by showing this
- 6:10Speaker 1: tape to the public. Given that these are the very
- 6:13Speaker 1: same people who support open borders and defunding the police,
- 6:17Speaker 1: it is hard to take their complaints seriously. But we
- 6:20Speaker 1: do take security seriously, so before airing any of this video,
- 6:24Speaker 1: we checked first with the Capitol Police. We're happy to
- 6:27Speaker 1: say their reservations were minor, and for the most part,
- 6:29Speaker 1: they were reasonable. In the end, the only change that
- 6:32Speaker 1: we made was in blurring the details of a single
- 6:36Speaker 1: interior door in the Capitol building. You're unlikely even to
- 6:39Speaker 1: notice it when we show you, and we are confident
- 6:41Speaker 1: it does not affect a reporting with that. Here's the
- 6:44Speaker 1: video doesn't answer every question from January sixth, far from it,
- 6:49Speaker 1: but it does prove beyond doubt the Democrats in Congress,
- 6:53Speaker 1: assisted by Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney, lied about what
- 6:57Speaker 1: happened that day. They are liars. That is inclusive, and
- 7:00Speaker 1: that fact should prevent them from ever being taken seriously. Again,
- 7:04Speaker 1: We're gonna get inside with footage that shows you what
- 7:06Speaker 1: was actually happening inside the Capitol. The footage does not
- 7:09Speaker 1: show an insurrection or a riot in progress. Instead, it
- 7:12Speaker 1: shows police escorting protesters for the building, including the now
- 7:17Speaker 1: infamous Qwan on Shaman Watch. These are the pictures you've
- 7:21Speaker 1: seen of January sixth, But it turns out there's quite
- 7:27Speaker 1: a bit of video you haven't seen, and that video
- 7:30Speaker 1: tells a very different story about what happened on January sixth.
- 7:34Speaker 1: More than forty thousand hours or surveillance footage from in
- 7:38Speaker 1: and around the Capitol have been withheld from the public,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and once you see the video you'll understand why take
- 7:44Speaker 1: it as a whole. The video record does not support
- 7:46Speaker 1: the claim that January sixth was an insurrection. In fact,
- 7:50Speaker 1: it demolishes that claim, and that's exactly why the Democratic
- 7:54Speaker 1: Party and its allies in the media prevented you from
- 7:57Speaker 1: seeing it. By controlling the images you were allowed to
- 8:00Speaker 1: view from January sixth. They controlled how the public understood
- 8:04Speaker 1: that day. They could lie about what happened and you
- 8:07Speaker 1: would never know the difference. Sure that there was shock
- 8:09Speaker 1: at all, that we could charge as many people as possible.
- 8:13Speaker 1: The first thing you notice from viewing the full video
- 8:15Speaker 1: record of January sixth is just how many people entered
- 8:19Speaker 1: the Capitol building that day. Hundreds and hundreds of people,
- 8:23Speaker 1: possibly thousands, over the course of about two hours. The
- 8:26Speaker 1: crowd was enormous. A small percentage of them were hooligans.
- 8:30Speaker 1: They committed vandalism if you've seen their pictures again and again,
- 8:34Speaker 1: But the overwhelming majority weren't. They were peaceful, they were
- 8:38Speaker 1: orderly and meek. These were not insurrectionists. They were sightseers.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Footage from inside the Capitol overturns the story you've heard
- 8:47Speaker 1: about January sixth. Protesters queue up in neat little lines.
- 8:51Speaker 1: They give each other tours outside the Speaker's office. They
- 8:54Speaker 1: take cheerful selfies, and they smile. They're not destroying the capital.
- 8:58Speaker 1: They obviously veer the Capitol. They're there because they believe
- 9:02Speaker 1: the election was stolen from them. They believe in the system.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Here's the man you've heard referred to as the QAnon
- 9:09Speaker 1: Shaman outside the Senate Chamber. These are not rioters. These
- 9:13Speaker 1: are people who wandered over from a political rally. I'm
- 9:16Speaker 1: gonna head pause here, and I'm gonna come back. I
- 9:18Speaker 1: will continue to play this because it's that important. New
- 9:22Speaker 1: tapes have been released, and I think it's pretty clear
- 9:24Speaker 1: the government lied to us. If I was one of
- 9:27Speaker 1: these defendants, either A took a deal or B was
- 9:29Speaker 1: convicted of insurrectionism on January the sixth, I would definitely
- 9:34Speaker 1: be asking for these videos and I would be saying
- 9:39Speaker 1: I want another trial. I would have a lot of
- 9:44Speaker 1: problems with the DJ and the way they prosecuted and
- 9:47Speaker 1: apparently the video that was not able to be seen
- 9:50Speaker 1: by those are being cused of crimes. I think I
- 9:53Speaker 1: think what McCarthy's trying to do here is say, here
- 9:55Speaker 1: is the video. Let the American people see it, Understand
- 9:59Speaker 1: the narrative they lie. Understand that what you've been told
- 10:02Speaker 1: about January sixth is not true. I also have to
- 10:05Speaker 1: go back to what was said about the woman that
- 10:08Speaker 1: was killed. If you look at the video, the question was,
- 10:12Speaker 1: you know, was she not okay? Was she a threat?
- 10:15Speaker 1: Or was she not a threat to people? I think
- 10:18Speaker 1: it's pretty clear she was not a threat to people.
- 10:20Speaker 1: And that's just one of the problems here is that
- 10:24Speaker 1: she was not a threat and she was killed, and
- 10:27Speaker 1: why isn't there more accountability for that. She did not
- 10:29Speaker 1: possess a weapon and it was swept under the rock,
- 10:33Speaker 1: and I think there should be accountability for that. If
- 10:35Speaker 1: I was that family and I saw these tapes, would
- 10:39Speaker 1: I would be beyond furious that there not been a
- 10:43Speaker 1: real investigation into what happened that day. It seems to
- 10:46Speaker 1: be more or less a cover ups. That's the one person,
- 10:49Speaker 1: by the way, that died, right. There was another person,
- 10:51Speaker 1: by the way, Capital Hill policeman that died. That narrative
- 10:54Speaker 1: has also disappeared, so you know, all right, and let
- 10:57Speaker 1: me explain what I mean by that. We now have
- 11:00Speaker 1: video of that police officer walking around live, clearly healthy,
- 11:04Speaker 1: no problems, and we've seen it now after the January
- 11:10Speaker 1: sixth committee city he had already died so they were
- 11:14Speaker 1: lying about his death. His death was clearly after the
- 11:16Speaker 1: January sixth quote insurrection, another example of the lies from
- 11:22Speaker 1: the media and January sixth Committee on that day. On
- 11:26Speaker 1: this story, by the way, we're going to keep up
- 11:29Speaker 1: on it. I can promise you that we are going
- 11:32Speaker 1: to make sure that you know what's happening. We're going
- 11:34Speaker 1: to make sure you know what's going on. I don't
- 11:36Speaker 1: believe that this story is going to go away anytime soon.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Will also be clear, I can't imagine for a moment
- 11:43Speaker 1: that this story is going to go away anytime soon.
- 11:46Speaker 1: What I also know is the amount of corruption from
- 11:48Speaker 1: the Democratic Party covering this up is at a whole
- 11:52Speaker 1: new level, and they are willing to cover this up
- 11:55Speaker 1: at all costs. They are willing to make sure okay,
- 12:00Speaker 1: they are willing to make sure that this entire thing
- 12:03Speaker 1: just disappears. That if your January six insurrections, you're the
- 12:07Speaker 1: same as nine to eleven terrorists. They've said that, and
- 12:11Speaker 1: they will continue to say that. They have said it,
- 12:15Speaker 1: and they will continue to say it the entire January
- 12:20Speaker 1: the sixth. Trying to figure out the best way to
- 12:24Speaker 1: say this, because it's just so accurate con job by
- 12:27Speaker 1: the Democrats is now unfolding in real time. The video
- 12:33Speaker 1: has been released to Tuger Carlson. Tuger Carlson's seen the videos.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson is now proving that the Democratic Party lied
- 12:41Speaker 1: to you about the insurrection, lied to you about the
- 12:43Speaker 1: anarchy and the Capitol, and lied to you about the
- 12:46Speaker 1: death of one of the women that was there that
- 12:48Speaker 1: was shot to death by Capitol police. He called it murder.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I'm going to continue to play what he had to
- 12:54Speaker 1: say about this. Take a listen. After the rally, they
- 12:58Speaker 1: walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, where organizers had secured a federal
- 13:01Speaker 1: permit to hold a legal rally on the grounds of
- 13:03Speaker 1: the Capitol. Once at the Capitol building, things began to
- 13:06Speaker 1: get chaotic. Capitol police officers fired tear gas into the crowd.
- 13:11Speaker 1: A few at the front of the herd broke windows,
- 13:13Speaker 1: someone opened the doors, and many hundreds of others just
- 13:17Speaker 1: walked in and at the center of it. The single
- 13:19Speaker 1: most famous person arrested that day was a Navy veteran
- 13:23Speaker 1: from Arizona called Jacob Chansley, often referred to as the
- 13:26Speaker 1: QAnon Shaman. The so called QAnon Shaman, QAnon Shaman someone
- 13:30Speaker 1: named q Shaman. Jacob Chansley became the face of January sixth,
- 13:35Speaker 1: a dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed an outlandish costume who led
- 13:39Speaker 1: the violent insurrection to overthrow American democracy. For these crimes,
- 13:43Speaker 1: Chansley was sentenced to nearly four years in prison, far
- 13:47Speaker 1: more time than many violent criminals now receive. What did
- 13:50Speaker 1: Jacob Chansley do to receive this punishment? To this day,
- 13:54Speaker 1: there is dispute over how Chansley got into the Capitol building,
- 13:58Speaker 1: but according to our review of the internal surveillance video,
- 14:01Speaker 1: it is very clear what happened once he got inside.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was
- 14:08Speaker 1: caught on tape. The tape show that Capitol police never
- 14:12Speaker 1: stopped Jacob Chansley. They helped him. They acted as his
- 14:16Speaker 1: tour guides. Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Capitol police officers take him to multiple entrances and even
- 14:24Speaker 1: try to open locked doors for him. We counted at
- 14:27Speaker 1: least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed
- 14:31Speaker 1: Jacob Chansley. Not one of them even tried to slow
- 14:34Speaker 1: him down. Chansley understood that Capitol police were his allies.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer
- 14:42Speaker 1: on the floor of the Senate. The indisputable facts recorded
- 14:46Speaker 1: on video, some of which has never before been seen.
- 14:48Speaker 1: With the depiction of Jacob Chansley that you've seen in
- 14:51Speaker 1: the media for more than two years, he's a terrorist.
- 14:54Speaker 1: They said he should be killed. Shoot him, shoot him.
- 14:58Speaker 1: It makes you wonder who are the violent extremist here,
- 15:02Speaker 1: not Jacob Chansley, and the video proves that. But she
- 15:05Speaker 1: would never have known from the media coverage. The people
- 15:08Speaker 1: sitting in the chairs need to be sitting in a
- 15:12Speaker 1: jail cell. Chansley is in a jail cell. He's been
- 15:15Speaker 1: there for months. If he was, in fact committing such
- 15:18Speaker 1: a grave crime, why didn't the officers who are standing
- 15:22Speaker 1: right next to him place him under arrest. Until now,
- 15:26Speaker 1: no one could even prove that even happened. But it did.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I will not ever trust our government again when it
- 15:34Speaker 1: comes to big moments like this. I'll never trust them
- 15:37Speaker 1: again on things like COVID and diseases. I will never
- 15:40Speaker 1: trust them again when it comes to corruption at the
- 15:43Speaker 1: highest levels. Now knowing that not one but two Russian
- 15:47Speaker 1: oligarchs who have given millions of dollars to Hunter Biden.
- 15:53Speaker 1: James Biden and the Biden crime family are still unsanctioned
- 15:56Speaker 1: right now, even as Australian the UK have sanctioned them.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Why are they not sanctioned right now with everything happening
- 16:03Speaker 1: with Russian and Ukraine? Because they have friends in high places,
- 16:07Speaker 1: In fact, the highest friend you can have in the land,
- 16:10Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America. When the
- 16:12Speaker 1: White House was asked again about that today, they said,
- 16:16Speaker 1: we don't answer questions about Hunter Biden. You'll have to
- 16:18Speaker 1: ask the family about that. We're just the White House.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Ask why they didn't sanction the Russian oligarchs who have
- 16:24Speaker 1: direct ties to Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe Biden, who
- 16:27Speaker 1: dined with them at dinner as they were getting millions
- 16:30Speaker 1: of dollars into their accounts from Russia coming into the
- 16:35Speaker 1: Biden family accounts. They won't answer that question either. Why
- 16:40Speaker 1: would you not answer that question because you don't want
- 16:42Speaker 1: people to know the truth, that's why. But the majority
- 16:45Speaker 1: of people there were tourists taking pictures actually being escorted
- 16:49Speaker 1: around by police officers, including the scary man with a
- 16:53Speaker 1: horn hat on who was escorted all over the Capitol
- 16:56Speaker 1: by the Capitol police who never once arrested him or
- 16:59Speaker 1: tried to arrest him. Then he became public enemy number one.
- 17:02Speaker 1: He was trying to lead an insurrection. Want to hear
- 17:06Speaker 1: more of what Tuger Carlson said last night, He exclusively
- 17:10Speaker 1: from Speaker McCarthy has received unfeathered access to the tapes
- 17:15Speaker 1: of January the sixth. We're going to digest this surveillance
- 17:19Speaker 1: video from the US Capital in January sixth in pieces tonight.
- 17:22Speaker 1: We're going to show you a more in just a moment.
- 17:24Speaker 1: But first we're going to pause and bring in the
- 17:26Speaker 1: New York Post Miranda Divine, who's been on top of
- 17:28Speaker 1: the story from the very beginning. By the way, this
- 17:30Speaker 1: will be the front page of tomorrow's New York Post.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Randa Divine joins us. Now, Kanda, thanks so much for
- 17:36Speaker 1: coming on. So the disconnects between what they told us
- 17:38Speaker 1: happened inside and what we now know happened inside. Thanks.
- 17:41Speaker 1: The surveillance video is fast, but in the case of
- 17:43Speaker 1: Jacob Chancelly, it's very troubling, since his life has been
- 17:46Speaker 1: destroyed and he's in prison as we speak. Simple question,
- 17:49Speaker 1: how given that Jacob Chancey was wandering around with armed
- 17:54Speaker 1: police officers who appeared from the footage to be helping him.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Could he be indicted and conveyed? Did? And they not?
- 18:02Speaker 1: Like how does that work? Well, you know, it's very
- 18:05Speaker 1: sad because obviously you can see from the demeanor of
- 18:09Speaker 1: the police officers and from his own demeanor that he
- 18:13Speaker 1: was harmless, that they regarded him as harmless. You saw
- 18:16Speaker 1: him walk past about nine other police officers. They didn't
- 18:21Speaker 1: even give him, you know, a look, even though he
- 18:23Speaker 1: was dressed so garishly. He's obviously a performance artist and
- 18:29Speaker 1: was not posing any threat to anybody. You can see
- 18:33Speaker 1: where they help him open a door to go in
- 18:36Speaker 1: to the Senate chamber. And so why on earth was
- 18:40Speaker 1: that footage not used as exculpatory evidence in his trial.
- 18:45Speaker 1: This man is a spending almost four years in jail,
- 18:49Speaker 1: and naval veteran aged thirty three years old, and he's
- 18:54Speaker 1: just puzzled about it. You can see in that jail
- 18:57Speaker 1: house interview that you played that he is sort of
- 19:02Speaker 1: He says his regret is that he thought, because the
- 19:04Speaker 1: police officers were showing him around, that it was okay
- 19:09Speaker 1: that what he was doing was appropriate. And you can
- 19:12Speaker 1: see the way those people were walking through the Capitol,
- 19:16Speaker 1: as you say, you know, they are walking meekly, politely, queuing,
- 19:21Speaker 1: very peaceable, that they don't mean any harm. They are
- 19:26Speaker 1: treating the Capitol with reverence. That doesn't excuse the others,
- 19:31Speaker 1: the minority of the protesters who did break windows and
- 19:35Speaker 1: fight police and injure police and cause mayhem. But the
- 19:40Speaker 1: people who are now being picked up, and some of
- 19:44Speaker 1: them have been jailed without trial for months even years
- 19:47Speaker 1: on end, did not commit violence. They walked through open doors,
- 19:52Speaker 1: they were escorted by police. They felt that this was okay,
- 19:56Speaker 1: And I think Jacob Chansley is a classic example of that.
- 20:01Speaker 1: If I go to the door of a liquor store
- 20:03Speaker 1: in a uniform, police officer opens it for me, I
- 20:06Speaker 1: walk in, I take the money out of the till,
- 20:07Speaker 1: and then leave escorted by the police officer. He's an
- 20:10Speaker 1: accessory to the crime I just committed. I'm not attacking
- 20:12Speaker 1: the Capitol. Police were grateful for their help in getting
- 20:15Speaker 1: this video out, but that doesn't make any sense at all,
- 20:19Speaker 1: And the federal judge whoever saw this case doesn't seem
- 20:21Speaker 1: to have noticed. This seems insane to me, and I
- 20:25Speaker 1: don't know why no one is willing to explain it. Well,
- 20:28Speaker 1: clearly the Capitol Police, none of them. You have nine
- 20:31Speaker 1: or ten officers there. Do not think that there is
- 20:35Speaker 1: anything unusual about this guy with the fur hat and
- 20:38Speaker 1: the Viking horns and the face paint, wandering around the
- 20:41Speaker 1: corridors and walking into that then his Senate chamber that
- 20:45Speaker 1: had been evacuated. What we hear from the Capitol police
- 20:48Speaker 1: they tell us is that they were trying to de
- 20:50Speaker 1: escalate the crowd, de escalate any unrest, and so perhaps
- 20:56Speaker 1: that's what they were doing. They were completely outnumbered. I
- 20:59Speaker 1: don't really blame the Capitol Police. All they were trying
- 21:02Speaker 1: to do was keep people calm and happy. They were
- 21:06Speaker 1: betrayed by Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell, who refused the
- 21:12Speaker 1: repeated requests by the Capitol Police Chief Stephens sunned in
- 21:16Speaker 1: the days before and several times on the day of
- 21:19Speaker 1: January sixth, for backup for National Guard. That is the
- 21:23Speaker 1: most inexplicable part of this story. It is, and in fact,
- 21:28Speaker 1: tomorrow we're going to have an interview with the Capitol
- 21:30Speaker 1: Police officer in charge of the sector where this took
- 21:33Speaker 1: place inside the Capitol explaining what happened, and it's shocking.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I appreciate Maranda Divine, you're coming out saying thank you
- 21:41Speaker 1: this narrative, and I think Marina Divined an excellent job
- 21:44Speaker 1: of really explaining it, the narrative that you just explained. Look,
- 21:47Speaker 1: there are definitely some people that day that did some
- 21:49Speaker 1: bad things. There were definitely some bad actors, no doubt,
- 21:54Speaker 1: Okay that happened, that there were bad actors. One hundred percent.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Couldn't agree more. Right, There was again very clear that
- 22:02Speaker 1: there were people that made mistakes that day and they
- 22:04Speaker 1: deserve to be prosecuted for crimes. But there were many
- 22:07Speaker 1: others that did not do things that were wrong that
- 22:10Speaker 1: day that have been treated like terrorists. Remember the Democratic
- 22:13Speaker 1: Party said that these were domestic terrorists and if you
- 22:15Speaker 1: didn't agree with them, then you were an anarchist. That's
- 22:18Speaker 1: also something else that you need to understand. If you
- 22:22Speaker 1: didn't go along with a narrative that January the sixth,
- 22:24Speaker 1: was everyone there, everyone in that city that day, everyone
- 22:28Speaker 1: that was a part of that day was a domestic terrorist.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Then you were supporting terrorists. You were one and the same.
- 22:35Speaker 1: You were no different, right, you were no different. Well,
- 22:39Speaker 1: now we understand that this is different. Now we understand
- 22:43Speaker 1: this is actually very different. Right now, we understand this
- 22:47Speaker 1: is nowhere close to what they were describing it as
- 22:50Speaker 1: early on. I will never I want to say this again,
- 22:52Speaker 1: trust my government again on these issues. I believe they
- 22:56Speaker 1: lie whenever they can. I want you to imagine for
- 23:01Speaker 1: a moment that on January the six, you're inside the Capitol.
- 23:05Speaker 1: You've worked there as a police officer for more than
- 23:08Speaker 1: twenty years, and I want you to imagine that you're
- 23:13Speaker 1: having to decide what are you going to do to
- 23:15Speaker 1: protect the members of Congress that are being trapped as
- 23:19Speaker 1: the quote insurrection is happening. I want you to imagine
- 23:23Speaker 1: that you think, at that moment, when people aren't responding
- 23:26Speaker 1: on their radios, that's some of your friends, your colleagues,
- 23:30Speaker 1: are actually being trapped, and that you need to go
- 23:33Speaker 1: find them and get them. I want you to imagine
- 23:36Speaker 1: at the same time, your job is to make sure
- 23:38Speaker 1: that all of the senators on the Senate side are safe,
- 23:42Speaker 1: and that you evacuate them to make sure that they
- 23:44Speaker 1: are safe. And I want you to imagine that you've
- 23:48Speaker 1: got to go out into the crowd, the same crowd
- 23:51Speaker 1: that you're hearing all this chaos coming from and you're
- 23:54Speaker 1: afraid that they may attack you, but you're willing to
- 23:57Speaker 1: risk your life, not knowing what's actually happening out there,
- 24:00Speaker 1: to go and find your friends, your colleagues, and to
- 24:02Speaker 1: try to save their lives. I want you to imagine
- 24:07Speaker 1: having to deal with all that while thinking how do
- 24:09Speaker 1: I get there, how do I go find my friends,
- 24:13Speaker 1: and what are my options? And then you have an idea.
- 24:17Speaker 1: You have an idea to blend into the crowd by
- 24:19Speaker 1: putting on a Maga hat as a police officer who
- 24:23Speaker 1: actually voted for Joe Biden. That's exactly what happened on
- 24:28Speaker 1: January sixth. There was a police officer that had been
- 24:32Speaker 1: there for more than twenty years serving his country. He's
- 24:34Speaker 1: not a Republican. He voted for Joe Biden, but he
- 24:38Speaker 1: understood his job that day was to protect all members
- 24:40Speaker 1: of Congress, specifically those on the Senate side. He had
- 24:44Speaker 1: to make the decision, the call to basically abandon the
- 24:48Speaker 1: Senate and to get all of those members of Congress
- 24:50Speaker 1: to safety by evacuating them. He also then had another problem,
- 24:55Speaker 1: couldn't find some of his colleagues, his friends, and he
- 24:59Speaker 1: knew he needed to help them, and he was worried
- 25:01Speaker 1: about them, and so he had options. None of them
- 25:04Speaker 1: were good options, but they were options, and one of
- 25:06Speaker 1: them was to grab a Make America Greatagan hat to
- 25:10Speaker 1: try to blend into the crowd, and that's what he did.
- 25:13Speaker 1: It's a brilliant move. I like to think that in
- 25:17Speaker 1: moments of crisis, I'm pretty cool, calm and collected. I'll
- 25:20Speaker 1: be honest with you. I don't know if I would
- 25:22Speaker 1: have thought of that if I was a Capitol police officer.
- 25:25Speaker 1: It's a very smart move. It's something that American soldiers
- 25:28Speaker 1: have actually been taught and trained to do during World
- 25:31Speaker 1: War Two and other wards like World War One. If
- 25:36Speaker 1: you are behind enemy lines and you can get your
- 25:38Speaker 1: hands on a uniform of the enemy, you might want
- 25:40Speaker 1: to wear that uniform to survive. That's in essence, what
- 25:44Speaker 1: this police officer was doing that day. He couldn't take
- 25:47Speaker 1: his uniform off, and he knew that wasn't an option.
- 25:51Speaker 1: But what he did know was to work with a
- 25:53Speaker 1: crowd to de escalate the situation. It might help if
- 25:58Speaker 1: he threw on a MAGA hat. That may be one
- 26:02Speaker 1: of the most brilliant police moves of January the six
- 26:05Speaker 1: So was this minority African American man who had given
- 26:11Speaker 1: up twenty plus years of his life and literally risked
- 26:13Speaker 1: his life on the day of January the sixth. Was
- 26:17Speaker 1: he rewarded for his I would argue heroic actions. No, instead,
- 26:26Speaker 1: he was fired. How do we know this because of
- 26:29Speaker 1: the tapes that are coming out finally, the same tapes
- 26:33Speaker 1: that have been silenced and not allowed for any of
- 26:36Speaker 1: us to be seen for the last two years plus
- 26:39Speaker 1: of what actually happened on January the six We also
- 26:42Speaker 1: know for a fact now that Democrats altered tapes and
- 26:46Speaker 1: added sound like a soundtrack to tapes that they use
- 26:50Speaker 1: in their prime time made for TV January six kangaroo
- 26:54Speaker 1: court hearings, you know, the same ones where Nates Plussy
- 26:57Speaker 1: didn't allow actual Republicans to be on the committee. He
- 27:00Speaker 1: said no. Instead, they found fake Republicans, liberal Democrats like
- 27:04Speaker 1: Liz Cheney and Adam Kensinger who happened to get a
- 27:07Speaker 1: job at Scenn right afterwards, to be the fake Republicans
- 27:11Speaker 1: on the committee. And they knew they were relying to
- 27:14Speaker 1: the American people when they were playing these tapes. They
- 27:17Speaker 1: knew that what they were showing you was a lie
- 27:20Speaker 1: because they knew they were the ones that altered the tapes.
- 27:23Speaker 1: They knew that they were the ones that decided to
- 27:26Speaker 1: change the tapes so that you would believe that it
- 27:29Speaker 1: was nine to eleven, that it was a true and
- 27:32Speaker 1: genuine and massive insurrection. The majority of the people they
- 27:35Speaker 1: were trying to burn down the building and kill everybody. Well,
- 27:39Speaker 1: the tapes show there actually was not a significant amount
- 27:43Speaker 1: of that going on. In fact, the overwhelming majority of
- 27:45Speaker 1: the people in the Capitol didn't trash the capital, didn't
- 27:47Speaker 1: destroy the capital, didn't ruin the capital, didn't light on fire,
- 27:50Speaker 1: and didn't try to kill police officers. They didn't try
- 27:52Speaker 1: to bash in police officers heads using as Democrats described,
- 27:57Speaker 1: fire extinguishers. All this was made for TV so that
- 28:01Speaker 1: you would hate Donald Trump, and you would hate the
- 28:04Speaker 1: Republican Party and you'd vote for the Democrats. That's now
- 28:07Speaker 1: what we know. And Democrats are furious, and even establishment
- 28:12Speaker 1: Republicans are furious that we're getting to actually see this tape. Now,
- 28:17Speaker 1: before I get to the story in his own words
- 28:20Speaker 1: of this police officer that was fired for doing his job,
- 28:24Speaker 1: I want you to hear how the establishment is reacting
- 28:27Speaker 1: to Tucker Carlson putting these tapes out just night one,
- 28:31Speaker 1: showing the American people what we should have seen all along.
- 28:34Speaker 1: They're now all coming after him, and they're all trying
- 28:36Speaker 1: to cancel him because he's the messenger that got the
- 28:39Speaker 1: tapes and is just showing the American people the tapes,
- 28:42Speaker 1: by the way, that were recorded on servers that you
- 28:45Speaker 1: paid for as an American taxpayer, on cameras that you
- 28:48Speaker 1: have paid for as an American taxpayers at your building
- 28:52Speaker 1: that you own as an American taxpayer. And the people
- 28:56Speaker 1: that aren't actually wanting you to see these tapes are
- 28:58Speaker 1: people that are paid for their salaries or staffs, their
- 29:01Speaker 1: office buildings, their retirement accounts, their healthcare benefits by you,
- 29:06Speaker 1: the taxpayer, but you can't see it. Instead, they did
- 29:11Speaker 1: what they would do in a third world country, in
- 29:12Speaker 1: Russia and China, in Cuba, the list goes on and
- 29:16Speaker 1: on Venezuela, they change alternative and manipulated videotapes to fit
- 29:21Speaker 1: the narrative, which is that every Republican out there is
- 29:24Speaker 1: the worst person in the world, and that we're all
- 29:27Speaker 1: insurrectionists and that we're the equivalent of Al Qaeda jihadis.
- 29:30Speaker 1: On nine to eleven. All right, I'm gonna tell you
- 29:32Speaker 1: more about this in a second, but I do need
- 29:34Speaker 1: to tell you about our friends at August of Precious Medals.
- 29:36Speaker 1: If you've been saving for a long time for retirement,
- 29:40Speaker 1: you know that you need to protect your money, and
- 29:43Speaker 1: one way to do that is with a gold ira.
- 29:46Speaker 1: I'm excited about telling you about a company that I
- 29:48Speaker 1: actually use. I have actually worked with August of Precious Medals.
- 29:53Speaker 1: They are different because they will even tell you if
- 29:55Speaker 1: a gold ira isn't your answer, they give you just
- 29:59Speaker 1: the acts. Now, a gust of Precious Metal is all
- 30:02Speaker 1: about protecting your ira and your four oh one k.
- 30:06Speaker 1: They're great people a great conservative company. They're great people
- 30:11Speaker 1: at a great conservative company. They understand right now that
- 30:15Speaker 1: it's crazy with our economy and it's extremely important, especially
- 30:19Speaker 1: if you're close to retirement, to protect your assets because
- 30:23Speaker 1: there's no time to make up losses. So if you've
- 30:26Speaker 1: saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, then you should
- 30:28Speaker 1: take a look at their free guide, and you should
- 30:31Speaker 1: really sign up for something that I've done. It's a
- 30:34Speaker 1: web conference where you talk to a top individual about
- 30:39Speaker 1: gold iras and your four oh one K. Check them
- 30:42Speaker 1: out and get the peace of mind that you're protecting
- 30:44Speaker 1: your hard earned assets when you get really close to retirement.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Eight seven seven four the number four gold IRA eight
- 30:53Speaker 1: seven seven four gold Ira, or visit them online at
- 30:57Speaker 1: a gust of Precious Metals dot Com. Say I sent
- 31:00Speaker 1: you and they will pay your fees for up to
- 31:02Speaker 1: ten years. That's Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Eight seven
- 31:06Speaker 1: seven four gold IRA. Now, and what's the establishment doing?
- 31:11Speaker 1: They're trying to shut down in silence and get Tucker
- 31:13Speaker 1: Carlson taken off the air for showing us the tapes
- 31:15Speaker 1: of a day which they said that must be investigated.
- 31:18Speaker 1: But they don't want you to see the tapes of
- 31:20Speaker 1: that day that they claim their investigating, because we will
- 31:23Speaker 1: now know their investigation was a hoax. Take a listen
- 31:28Speaker 1: to just the opening of night two of Tucker Carlson's
- 31:30Speaker 1: show and the response to everyone coming after him. Last night,
- 31:35Speaker 1: we aired video from surveillance cameras on Capitol Hill. That
- 31:40Speaker 1: video was recorded twenty six months to the day before
- 31:44Speaker 1: January six, twenty twenty one, and for twenty six months
- 31:48Speaker 1: that footage was held from the American public. The January
- 31:53Speaker 1: sixth Committee made certain now the Just Department also kept
- 31:58Speaker 1: a lid on that video footage, and in fact, in
- 32:01Speaker 1: some cases DJ did not share it with criminal defendants
- 32:05Speaker 1: who'd been charged on January six and violation their constitutional rights.
- 32:09Speaker 1: So we felt it was a public service to bring
- 32:11Speaker 1: what we could to you. There was no justification for
- 32:15Speaker 1: keeping the secret any longer, and a powerful argument to
- 32:18Speaker 1: be made that sunlight is always in everywhere the best disinfectant,
- 32:22Speaker 1: and in fact, because it was video evidence, it is
- 32:25Speaker 1: to some extent self explanatory. Anyone could look at the
- 32:28Speaker 1: tape and decide what he or she thinks of it.
- 32:31Speaker 1: So the tape we showed last night indicated very clearly
- 32:34Speaker 1: that Capitol Hill police in some cases escorted protesters through
- 32:38Speaker 1: the Capitol as if they were giving a tour. They
- 32:40Speaker 1: did that with Jacob Chansley, the so called QAnon Shaman.
- 32:44Speaker 1: At one point they even tried to open locked doors
- 32:46Speaker 1: on Chansley's behalf. Chansley was sentenced to four years in
- 32:51Speaker 1: prison for his crimes in the Capitol on January sixth,
- 32:55Speaker 1: And the video we showed you last night raises the
- 32:58Speaker 1: obvious question why on what grounds the video showed you
- 33:02Speaker 1: last sign also showed that Officer Brian Sicknick was not
- 33:05Speaker 1: beaten to death with a fire extinguisher by protesters on
- 33:08Speaker 1: January sixth, as the media and Liz Cheney so often claimed.
- 33:12Speaker 1: The video show Signic walking around the building apparently in
- 33:15Speaker 1: good health after he was supposedly killed. We showed you
- 33:20Speaker 1: that video. You can make of it what you will.
- 33:22Speaker 1: We also showed you video that proves Ray Apps, the
- 33:25Speaker 1: mysterious protester who encouraged others to breach the Capitol, lied
- 33:30Speaker 1: to the January sixth committee about where he was on
- 33:32Speaker 1: that day, but for some reason, the committee protected him anyway.
- 33:37Speaker 1: He was not considered an insurrectionist. He was their ally.
- 33:41Speaker 1: So once again, you can draw whatever conclusions you like
- 33:43Speaker 1: from that video. We have hours and we shared them
- 33:45Speaker 1: with you. But it's really beyond debate that it is
- 33:48Speaker 1: good for this country, for Americans to be able to
- 33:50Speaker 1: see it. The media and politicians, the people in charge
- 33:54Speaker 1: have talked about January sixth every day since it happened,
- 33:57Speaker 1: for twenty six months, and so at some point the
- 34:00Speaker 1: evidence should be presented to the public. In free countries,
- 34:04Speaker 1: governments do not lie about protests as a pretexting a
- 34:07Speaker 1: more power for themselves. They don't selectively edit videos for
- 34:10Speaker 1: propaganda services and then lie about them in fake hearings
- 34:13Speaker 1: and show trials. But that's exactly what happened, and every
- 34:17Speaker 1: member of Congress should ask why that happened. But Democrats
- 34:22Speaker 1: in the Senate, the Democratic leader in the Senate, Chuck Schumer,
- 34:26Speaker 1: is not asking why. Instead, Chuck Schumer went on the
- 34:28Speaker 1: Senate floor today to explode and to say that showing
- 34:32Speaker 1: that video evidence of wrongdoing by the federal government, including
- 34:35Speaker 1: the security forces, the police Department that Nancy Pelosi personally controlled,
- 34:40Speaker 1: letting the public see any of that is a threat
- 34:43Speaker 1: to democracy. I want you to just think about this.
- 34:46Speaker 1: By the way, you have a Senate majority leader who
- 34:52Speaker 1: is telling you that you seeing your videos that you
- 34:56Speaker 1: paid for on your servers from the cameras that you
- 34:59Speaker 1: paid for. It is a threat to our democracy because
- 35:03Speaker 1: you're getting to see what actually happened instead of the
- 35:05Speaker 1: lies and the propaganda they put together. Now we know
- 35:07Speaker 1: it as a fact. Now this isn't up for debate
- 35:10Speaker 1: that the videotapes were in fact altered. They were altered
- 35:16Speaker 1: for the made for TV January six. We know that
- 35:19Speaker 1: b roll or I should say sound effects were actually shown.
- 35:24Speaker 1: We know that videos of certain people running through the
- 35:27Speaker 1: halls never happened. That's what we know. And you have
- 35:32Speaker 1: a Senate Majority leader that's angry that you're getting to
- 35:34Speaker 1: see it. Why is the question everyone needs to be asking.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Please share this podcast with your family and friends, write
- 35:43Speaker 1: us a five star review, and I'll see it back
- 35:45Speaker 1: here tomorrow.
