- 2:17Speaker 1: Sometimes when I chuckle like that reminds me of my
- 2:20Speaker 1: oldest brother to pass or where he used to laugh
- 2:22Speaker 1: like that. It's kind of funny how jeans get passed
- 2:24Speaker 1: down through the line. I don't know why I told
- 2:26Speaker 1: y'all that, just sont to share with you. That's all.
- 2:30Speaker 1: As always, always kind of ask God to help me,
- 2:33Speaker 1: you know, um, and and and and I had I
- 2:36Speaker 1: had gotten off track a little bit because one of
- 2:41Speaker 1: the principles of success I want to share with you
- 2:43Speaker 1: all today is a law of attraction. And that is
- 2:47Speaker 1: a very very serious principle. It cannot be ignored the
- 2:52Speaker 1: law of attraction. And I'm not going to be able
- 2:56Speaker 1: to explain it to you as well as the book
- 2:59Speaker 1: see rids can, or as well as some people. I
- 3:02Speaker 1: can only articulate it to you the way that I
- 3:07Speaker 1: see it. The law of attraction is very, very real.
- 3:11Speaker 1: The law of attraction is a principle of success. It
- 3:15Speaker 1: is something that everyone has to adhere to. Now, whether
- 3:20Speaker 1: you know the law of attraction or not, it does
- 3:23Speaker 1: not make it not exists for you. This is the
- 3:28Speaker 1: case where ignorance is not the excuse. The fact that
- 3:33Speaker 1: no one told it to you. There is no pass
- 3:37Speaker 1: for this one. The fact that you never heard it
- 3:40Speaker 1: before it does not allow you to do it any
- 3:44Speaker 1: other way. So let me see if I can put
- 3:48Speaker 1: it to you best I can. The law of attraction,
- 3:51Speaker 1: the law of attraction, to put it real simple, is
- 3:55Speaker 1: the thing that you focus on, the thing that you
- 3:59Speaker 1: talk about, the thing that you think of, is the
- 4:04Speaker 1: thing that you draw to you. It's what you attract
- 4:07Speaker 1: to you. That's basically the law of attraction. The thing
- 4:11Speaker 1: that you talk about, the thing that you think about,
- 4:15Speaker 1: the thing that you focus on, whatever it is that
- 4:21Speaker 1: is what you attract. The law of attraction does not
- 4:26Speaker 1: differentiate from positive and negative. It only does what it does.
- 4:34Speaker 1: What I am saying is this in the law of attraction,
- 4:39Speaker 1: no matter what you think of, no matter what occupies
- 4:44Speaker 1: your time, no matter what you say, or no matter
- 4:48Speaker 1: what the focus is, positive or negative, the law of
- 4:51Speaker 1: attraction knows neither one. It just attracts it. So let's
- 4:57Speaker 1: use some examples here. I can just the best example.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Always uses me that way. I ain't got to figure
- 5:03Speaker 1: out nothing. I can just tell you my side of it.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I was in a lot of debt one time in
- 5:10Speaker 1: my life. This is before any of you knew me,
- 5:14Speaker 1: so you can understand. In case you're not think I don't.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I don't want you to think that this conversation is
- 5:21Speaker 1: about your income level, cause it's not. It doesn't matter
- 5:25Speaker 1: what the income level you are. The law of attraction
- 5:27Speaker 1: works in all aspects money, family, relationships, job, career, love.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It just works that way. Okay, here's the deal. I
- 5:37Speaker 1: kept saying, man, this debt is killing me. I got
- 5:41Speaker 1: to get out. That's what I thought was a good goal,
- 5:45Speaker 1: to get out of debt. But what I kept saying was,
- 5:50Speaker 1: you know, I kept talking about debt, and you know what,
- 5:53Speaker 1: it kept doing. It kept attracting debt to me. So
- 5:58Speaker 1: guess what, so I could it out. That's all? Is
- 6:02Speaker 1: that crazy? That is an amazing law to understand. What
- 6:08Speaker 1: turned it around for me was I started claiming a
- 6:13Speaker 1: life of abundance. God, I am seeking a life of abundance.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I want to have more than enough. I want to
- 6:23Speaker 1: be able to help other people. I just want to
- 6:27Speaker 1: have a law of attraction so that I be able
- 6:29Speaker 1: to provide my family the lifestyle that I want to
- 6:32Speaker 1: provide them. I want heavily, Father, to be able to
- 6:36Speaker 1: be an example of your goodness and your grace in
- 6:39Speaker 1: my life. That is what I started saying. And guess what,
- 6:45Speaker 1: that's what I started attractive. I'm going to have a
- 6:48Speaker 1: great relationship with my children. I'm going to be the
- 6:51Speaker 1: father that I always wanted to be. I'm going to
- 6:55Speaker 1: be a good father. I'm going to be a good husband. Now.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I am going to do the right things. I am
- 7:03Speaker 1: going to be the type of example that my sons
- 7:06Speaker 1: can look no further and go. I can be like
- 7:09Speaker 1: my dad. I want to be able to be a place,
- 7:12Speaker 1: a beacon of light and hope, for my daughters to
- 7:14Speaker 1: come to That's what I started saying. That's what I
- 7:18Speaker 1: started attracting to my life. The law of attraction does
- 7:23Speaker 1: not care if you want it to be positive or negative.
- 7:28Speaker 1: The law of attraction just attracts whatever it is. You
- 7:33Speaker 1: focus on, what you think about, the words that come
- 7:36Speaker 1: out your mouth. You cannot overlook this principle of success
- 7:41Speaker 1: and expect to make it because of the fact that
- 7:44Speaker 1: you've never heard of the law of attraction, because of
- 7:47Speaker 1: the fact that you don't know how it really operates.
- 7:50Speaker 1: It does not make it not exist in your day.
- 7:55Speaker 1: You can start today attracting the right things to your
- 7:59Speaker 1: life by changing what you say, what you think, what
- 8:07Speaker 1: you focus on, change the focus, change the thought, change
- 8:14Speaker 1: the words that come out your mouth, and guess what
- 8:18Speaker 1: you change what you attract to yourself. You have got
- 8:22Speaker 1: to ask yourself, why is it? Man? Man, let me
- 8:25Speaker 1: tell you something. Somebody said the Bishop Jake's one time.
- 8:28Speaker 1: They said, man, everything you touch turns to gold. He said, no,
- 8:34Speaker 1: I just don't touch everything. Man, This is crazy. Come on, man,
- 8:41Speaker 1: he has a focus. He has a focus. See, he
- 8:46Speaker 1: ain't just everywhere. Bring me any idea, Let me try that. No, no, no, man,
- 8:50Speaker 1: he has a focus. He has a law of attraction
- 8:54Speaker 1: that's working, where he's attracting things to his life that
- 8:59Speaker 1: that's positive that he can't ask not to say, Bishop James,
- 9:02Speaker 1: don't have problems because we talk often and man, he
- 9:05Speaker 1: have them. Oh, please understand. And he not trying to
- 9:08Speaker 1: attract the problems. But what he will attract is the
- 9:12Speaker 1: proper solution for the problem. And ain't that all you need? Sometimes?
- 9:18Speaker 1: God did not say that it would be easy. He
- 9:22Speaker 1: just said he would be with you. And if God
- 9:25Speaker 1: is with you, who can be against you? God will
- 9:28Speaker 1: make your enemies your footstool. God is powerful man, His
- 9:31Speaker 1: word is true. He do what he say he gonna do. Now,
- 9:35Speaker 1: all we got to do is do some of what
- 9:37Speaker 1: we say. We ain't gonna do everything, just do some
- 9:40Speaker 1: of what we say. Okay, here's a deal. God is
- 9:43Speaker 1: going to do everything he say. He going to you
- 9:46Speaker 1: and I just got to do some of the stuff
- 9:49Speaker 1: we say we're gonna do because he already know we
- 9:50Speaker 1: ain't gonna do all of them. Yeah, he clear on that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: He clear on that. All right, thank you you're listening,
- 10:01Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, man, have you undivided attention please, this
- 10:04Speaker 1: is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I happened to be

- 12:35Speaker 1: ain't got to sit in there. Let me wait for it.
- 12:39Speaker 1: What's the last really nice thing you bought somebody and
- 12:43Speaker 1: you put it in the bag? Oh dude, dude, du

- 13:35Speaker 1: two minutes after the hour, Sister Odell, we'll be in
- 13:40Speaker 1: the building one more time right after this. You're listening
- 13:44Speaker 1: to well, uh, we've talked to Sister Odell about this before.
- 13:53Speaker 1: But yeah, but cold and blue season is here. Whoa hey,
- 14:12Speaker 1: heymen HALLI m hall Louiah Louiah, Louia, Louisa. Well, good mornings.

- 14:46Speaker 1: Jesus is the reason for the season. Girl, you better
- 14:49Speaker 1: say it. Jesus. A don't help me if you know
- 15:00Speaker 1: why you over Jesus because you don't know it. It

- 15:14Speaker 1: you know it's wintertime, cold and flu season is upon us. Okay, So,
- 15:20Speaker 1: Sister O'Dell, I want you to listen to this now.
- 15:23Speaker 1: This is According to Huffington's post, Okay, you know the
- 15:26Speaker 1: classic recipe for a hot toddy uh. That consists of
- 15:31Speaker 1: you know, honey, lemon juice, hot water, and of course
- 15:34Speaker 1: whiskey right. Uh. They say this concoction can relieve nasal
- 15:39Speaker 1: congestion due to the steam from the hot water, which
- 15:43Speaker 1: is of course always a good thing. Now, according to
- 15:47Speaker 1: doctor William Schaffner, the alcohol dialect I ain't that demand
- 15:52Speaker 1: on all stop? Yeah, shafted curb not Shattner Schaffner. Anyway,
- 16:04Speaker 1: he says that alcohol dilates blood vessels a little bit,
- 16:08Speaker 1: and that makes it easier for your mucous membranes to
- 16:11Speaker 1: deal with the infection. So here's the question, sister Odell,
- 16:17Speaker 1: do you have your own version of the hot tidy
- 16:20Speaker 1: or any other like home cold remedy, that remedy that
- 16:24Speaker 1: makes you feel better, that can make anyone well, that
- 16:26Speaker 1: has a lot of things. But first of all, what
- 16:28Speaker 1: is a huffy post? Yes, yes, man, Huffington. See what
- 16:33Speaker 1: is you listening to? White folk? Fault Arianna Huffington. They
- 16:39Speaker 1: don't know nothing about home remedy. It's cause they've gotten money.
- 16:46Speaker 1: You won't you deal with home remedies? You gotta talk
- 16:49Speaker 1: to people that have got to stay home and get
- 16:53Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, You don't go down here.
- 16:55Speaker 1: People got doctor money. You gotta go down man. Now,
- 16:58Speaker 1: what is specific is you're trying to surely because there's
- 17:01Speaker 1: a lot of ways to go back. Just tell me
- 17:03Speaker 1: what's wrong? Well, I mean just said a lot of
- 17:05Speaker 1: people are catching the flu. I heard that on the
- 17:07Speaker 1: news Flu season. You know there's a nest don got

- 17:44Speaker 1: croc pot. Who wants a steak in the crock pot? Crazy?
- 17:49Speaker 1: It ain't tender girl, it wet? Oh, you need you
- 17:58Speaker 1: need to learn your texture. What is you asking though?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Ain't ask me nut? Well, I'm asking you for your
- 18:06Speaker 1: own version of let's say the hot tidy or if
- 18:09Speaker 1: you have a flu remedy, a call remedy, something you
- 18:12Speaker 1: know that you learned about, you know back in the

- 29:59Speaker 1: I know, Yeah, they take the gift and smiling, they
- 30:03Speaker 1: set it down somewhere they ain't gonna wear and then

- 31:05Speaker 1: have a clothing line, you may watch. Yeah remember that.
- 31:13Speaker 1: What do you think you're too rich man? Because you
- 31:16Speaker 1: don't fit in no more. I mean you don't see
- 31:20Speaker 1: you don't know, you don't fit in like what else?
- 31:23Speaker 1: Like you said, you don't know what a damn guess
- 31:25Speaker 1: watch you? I mean, damn you don't. I gotta guess what?
- 31:31Speaker 1: Hey dog what huh? You don't get him? Get him?

- 31:50Speaker 1: happened that I got protection. What are you talking about?
- 31:57Speaker 1: You tell me he's not into watches like that though, Steve,
- 32:00Speaker 1: you know that Tommy's not in the watch? I know what?
- 32:07Speaker 1: Why why I got to know what it is? Okay?
- 32:10Speaker 1: Hold on, hold on? When you took trash at land, Yeah,
- 32:12Speaker 1: let's just start there. I didn't the country. I didn't
- 32:17Speaker 1: ask you that. That's the cold of Africa. Yeah, I've
- 32:24Speaker 1: been not the country ain't. So it's at leash, at
- 32:31Speaker 1: leash this hold old, wait, let's save all when we
- 32:38Speaker 1: come back. It's interesting. Yeah, we okay, but we do
- 32:41Speaker 1: have to go to headlines first. Steve take the ladies
- 32:44Speaker 1: and gentlemen with our further ado miss a trip. Thank
- 32:49Speaker 1: you everybody. I can't wait for you that answer either
- 32:51Speaker 1: this is and put the news well as promised. The
- 32:54Speaker 1: House Intelligence Committee released a three hundred page summary of
- 32:56Speaker 1: its impeachment hearings to the House Judiciary Committee, which is
- 32:59Speaker 1: now task to decide whether to draw up articles of impeachment.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Committee chairman, a Democrat, Adam Schiff, says the pale support
- 33:06Speaker 1: shows evidence of a month's long effort by President Trump
- 33:09Speaker 1: to use the power of his office for personal and
- 33:11Speaker 1: political gain. As you would expect. However, Republicans like Lynn
- 33:14Speaker 1: Cheney see another side to the argument. Listen to this.
- 33:17Speaker 1: He was willing to sacrifice the national security of the
- 33:20Speaker 1: United States by withholding military aid and diplomatic recognition in
- 33:24Speaker 1: the form of that White House meeting in order to
- 33:26Speaker 1: get what he wanted. We would remind the Speaker of
- 33:29Speaker 1: the House once again that the power of impeachment rests
- 33:32Speaker 1: with the House of Representatives. The Constitution does not say
- 33:36Speaker 1: that impeachment shall be the responsibility of a panel of
- 33:39Speaker 1: liberal activists. The House Intelligence Committee report also accuses Trump
- 33:43Speaker 1: of obstructing Congress's probe the House Judiciary Committee again opens
- 33:47Speaker 1: hearings today scholars testifying as to what constitutes impeachable offenses
- 33:51Speaker 1: and what do not. Yesterday, California Senator Kamala Harris officially
- 33:55Speaker 1: ended her presidential bid, and she said the reason was money,
- 33:58Speaker 1: a lack of it. Not a billionaire, I can't find
- 34:00Speaker 1: my own campaign, and as the campaign has gone on,
- 34:03Speaker 1: it has become harder and harder to raise the money.
- 34:06Speaker 1: We need to compete. So to you, my supporters, my
- 34:10Speaker 1: dear supporters, it is with deep regret, but also with
- 34:14Speaker 1: deep gratitude that I am suspending our campaign. But I
- 34:17Speaker 1: want to be clear with you, I am still very
- 34:20Speaker 1: much in this fight, and I will keep fighting every
- 34:24Speaker 1: day for what this campaign has been about. Justice for
- 34:29Speaker 1: the people, all the people. The Federal Appeals Court in
- 34:34Speaker 1: New York has handed President Trump and other defeat. The
- 34:36Speaker 1: courts are ruled that the Congress can demand Trump's banking
- 34:39Speaker 1: records for investigations into possible foreign influence in US politics
- 34:44Speaker 1: or some other matters of their crimes. Specifically, the Second
- 34:47Speaker 1: US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that two banks, Deutsche
- 34:50Speaker 1: Bank in Capital One, must comply with subpoenas from both
- 34:54Speaker 1: the House Financial Services Committee and the Intelligence committees seeking
- 34:57Speaker 1: those records. Trump's people say they're thinking about a to
- 35:00Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. One of President Trump's closest allies remains
- 35:04Speaker 1: in legal trouble. I'm talking about. Israel's Attorney General has
- 35:07Speaker 1: resubmitted Prime Minister Benjamin Nettan Yahoo's indictments to the Israeli
- 35:11Speaker 1: Parliament or connected as its called Nittin Yah, who now
- 35:14Speaker 1: has thirty days to request immunity. He charged with bribery, fraud,
- 35:18Speaker 1: breach of trust. The indictment also names three hundred and
- 35:21Speaker 1: thirty three witnesses who may be called to testify at
- 35:23Speaker 1: this guy's trial. Today is National Dice Day, a game
- 35:26Speaker 1: that could prove dangerous. Billy school that. Now back to
- 35:31Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Want to show you're listening to the Steve
- 35:35Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, So when we left off,
- 35:39Speaker 1: you guys were playing sounds like I mean, now, we
- 35:43Speaker 1: left off with rich and rotten. That's why we left
- 35:46Speaker 1: off with rich and rotten. What you say, well, which
- 35:49Speaker 1: one is you were? You ain't rich? Rich and you're rotten?
- 35:53Speaker 1: Now what toil? What I'm riding for? Because you don't
- 35:57Speaker 1: know you got no regular stuff too rich, but no
- 36:00Speaker 1: regular stuff. Okay, you don't know what I know? Why
- 36:04Speaker 1: I gotta know what you know? Okay, tell me this.
- 36:07Speaker 1: If you know that when last time you change the
- 36:08Speaker 1: air filters in your house? When the last time I did?
- 36:12Speaker 1: What change that air filters in your house? There's air
- 36:17Speaker 1: filters there. Solar panels don't require air filter? Whoat, nephew, Tommy? Okay,
- 36:28Speaker 1: so what a y'all breathing? What is y'all breathing going through? No? No, no,
- 36:39Speaker 1: you you're breathing recycled air because that's what your filters.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Y'all just astronauts. I didn't know that I could do that. Okay.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Our whole house ain't got a filter in it, y'all.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Y'all this yeah, yeah, solar panels team filter space. And
- 37:01Speaker 1: then nowhere, when the last time you lit a pilot
- 37:07Speaker 1: to a hot water tank? O got you there? We
- 37:11Speaker 1: ain't got no pilots for no hot water tank? Well,
- 37:14Speaker 1: how to water get hot? Because we have it's the
- 37:18Speaker 1: hot that's taste. Yeah, yeah, everything come on immediately hot son. Oh,
- 37:27Speaker 1: they ain't work like that my apartment. You can go,
- 37:29Speaker 1: you can go eat breakfast, come back there. Want still
- 37:31Speaker 1: be cool I got to wait. Hey, Junior, so let
- 37:38Speaker 1: me ask you a questions about what what's your move
- 37:41Speaker 1: after the apartment? Where do you want to move to?
- 37:44Speaker 1: I don't want to buy a house, man, I want
- 37:46Speaker 1: to buy a house out. Yeah, yeah, man, get out.
- 37:50Speaker 1: That's good. Yeah man, nice house too. And who who
- 37:54Speaker 1: are you going to go to to help you figure
- 37:57Speaker 1: this move for your house out? Huh? Why would you
- 38:01Speaker 1: go to somebody ain't got no damn fields in the house.
- 38:05Speaker 1: But you do that? Wait a minute time, because he
- 38:10Speaker 1: didn't bought the house I'm trying to buy before he's
- 38:13Speaker 1: been to get you something. Your game work it, boy.
- 38:15Speaker 1: You don't know how to handle hit and bow house
- 38:18Speaker 1: and ever when you're talking about getting Julio, I can't
- 38:24Speaker 1: call and get you because all this stuff be short now.
- 38:27Speaker 1: I ain't gonna get the house from Come on, come on,
- 38:31Speaker 1: I'm I'm he's right here this way. You want your ramps?
- 38:35Speaker 1: All right? God, we gotta kill guys. This just tell
- 38:40Speaker 1: you don't need if you pull this string and pull
- 38:42Speaker 1: you up to the hot chill all right, listen, guys.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, breaking
- 38:49Speaker 1: news from yesterday, Senator Kamala Harris is no longer running
- 38:52Speaker 1: for president of the United States of America. We'll tell
- 38:56Speaker 1: you about it right after this. You're listening Steve Hardy
- 39:00Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, guys, some breaking political news. I
- 39:04Speaker 1: know you guys have heard this already, but California Senator
- 39:07Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is no longer in the running for president
- 39:10Speaker 1: of the usaday. Yeah, take a listen, Steve. So here's
- 39:14Speaker 1: the deal, guys. My campaign for presidents simply does not
- 39:18Speaker 1: have the financial resources to continue and the financial resources
- 39:22Speaker 1: we need to continue. I'm not a billionaire. I can't
- 39:25Speaker 1: fund my own campaign, and as the campaign has gone on,
- 39:28Speaker 1: it has become harder and harder to raise the money
- 39:31Speaker 1: we need to compete. In good faith, I cannot tell you,
- 39:35Speaker 1: my supporters and volunteers that I have a path forward
- 39:39Speaker 1: if I don't believe, I do so to you, my supporters,
- 39:43Speaker 1: my dear supporters. It is with deep regret, but also
- 39:46Speaker 1: with deep gratitude, that I am suspending our campaign today. Yeah,
- 39:53Speaker 1: you know, just go on, get out now. You know
- 39:56Speaker 1: know what it is. It's very expensive to run for president.
- 40:00Speaker 1: You don't have the funding, you can't you can't add
- 40:02Speaker 1: you can't pay people. All the people ain't volunteering. Now
- 40:06Speaker 1: somebody want to check? Campaign managers want checks. Yeah, so
- 40:11Speaker 1: you know, if you don't have the funding and you're
- 40:12Speaker 1: not getting the support. Yeah. She recently dropped in the
- 40:16Speaker 1: post to its place. Is Corey book is still in it? Yeah? Yeah,
- 40:21Speaker 1: it's still a lot of them still in it. Yeah,
- 40:23Speaker 1: but Steve fifteen of them minute now stop to hear
- 40:28Speaker 1: what I have told y'all a long time ago. Thirteen

- 40:33Speaker 1: over here with Comma thirteen them want me to name them? Yeah,
- 40:40Speaker 1: and you can start with Elizabeth, she can come on too. Now.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Once Elizabeth go, then all the rest of them need
- 40:46Speaker 1: to just come on. Let's cut this out, man. Yeah,
- 40:50Speaker 1: there ain't gonna be nobody left but Biden and and
- 40:54Speaker 1: boota judge whatever his name is. That's it. That's who
- 40:58Speaker 1: going to be the better old ain't got no money,
- 41:01Speaker 1: he's yeah, right, you know it's gonna be the billionaire boys,
- 41:06Speaker 1: sever you know, and Biden tom stire you mean, yeah,
- 41:15Speaker 1: it ain't nobody voting for him. You know, he's a billionaire,
- 41:19Speaker 1: yice do, but he got I like what he's saying
- 41:22Speaker 1: but ain't nobody voting for him. Let's cut this out. Man,
- 41:25Speaker 1: y'all know, the only person that can beat Donald Trump
- 41:29Speaker 1: is Joe Biden. He is the only one. If you
- 41:33Speaker 1: want Trump out, that's who you have to put that.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Nobody else can beat him. Nobody bloom, Come on, noah,
- 41:45Speaker 1: um Okay, here here's what this Donald Trump said. The

- 42:10Speaker 1: She came back with, don't worry, mister president, I'll see
- 42:12Speaker 1: you at your trial. Checkmate. Yes. Did you seem Trump

- 42:28Speaker 1: that was having the affair? Yeah, Lisa Page, Yeah, did
- 42:32Speaker 1: you yeah, doing a version of his reenactment of the
- 42:37Speaker 1: tweets that them too had. Yes, this dude, man, I
- 42:43Speaker 1: mean for you to be the president and to be
- 42:46Speaker 1: doing skits, yeah, she said it was sickening, I mean
- 42:49Speaker 1: actually doing skits like this dude ain't had an affair
- 42:56Speaker 1: exactly exactly man, And they wasn't in the form of tweets,
- 43:02Speaker 1: but you didn't done everything else. You can pay to
- 43:04Speaker 1: check one hundred and thirty Grandy quit talking to you, man,
- 43:08Speaker 1: Come on, man, yea, the craziness this. This Republican Party
- 43:14Speaker 1: is letting him do whatever he wants to do. I know,
- 43:18Speaker 1: as long as they stay. Yeah, yeah, it's that's what
- 43:24Speaker 1: they're saying. You know that. Uh it's no longer the
- 43:28Speaker 1: Republican Party. It is now the Party of Trump. That's
- 43:32Speaker 1: what it is. He's beefing with the president of France.
- 43:36Speaker 1: Why what is wrong with him? Yeah? All right, well,

- 52:08Speaker 1: on the show had a question for me. She wants
- 52:14Speaker 1: to be she wants to do an artificial fertilization what
- 52:19Speaker 1: they call it. And she says that she wants to
- 52:23Speaker 1: know if she still because she didn't got into a
- 52:24Speaker 1: relationship with this guy and it looked like it's going somewhere,
- 52:27Speaker 1: but she wants a baby now and she wants to
- 52:30Speaker 1: go on. Yeah, and she goes to the sperm bank
- 52:35Speaker 1: and you get to get a sperm from the doctor,
- 52:38Speaker 1: tell you what sperms this baby you get play. So
- 52:40Speaker 1: I said, do you do you get to pick who
- 52:44Speaker 1: the donor is? She said, some banks do that, but
- 52:48Speaker 1: some of them will let you hear a voice of
- 52:52Speaker 1: what the person sounds like. I said, lady, you better
- 52:55Speaker 1: get a picture. Yeah, let's just stop break all right,

- 53:39Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you. Here it
- 53:41Speaker 1: is Strawberry letter. All right. Subject my husband likes racks
- 53:45Speaker 1: and rumps. Okay, now, Steve, I'm gonna read the letter,
- 53:48Speaker 1: and you're gonna let junior respond right and then you're
- 53:51Speaker 1: just juniors dated. Take a shot at it, all right, Okay, okay,
- 53:55Speaker 1: all right, I'll be here in appreciate it. All right,
- 53:59Speaker 1: here we go. We gotta see what a first time? Yeah,
- 54:05Speaker 1: all right. Subject my husband likes rex and rumps. Hello,
- 54:08Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley. I need your advice on an issue between
- 54:11Speaker 1: my husband and I. We have been married for a
- 54:13Speaker 1: year and he's a wonderful husband, but we are not
- 54:17Speaker 1: seeing eye to eye on how he reacts to well
- 54:20Speaker 1: endowed women. When we were dating, he always had a
- 54:24Speaker 1: thing for admiring women in my presence. He didn't care
- 54:28Speaker 1: if they had two heads, but if they had big
- 54:30Speaker 1: boobs and a big old but his head was on
- 54:33Speaker 1: the swivel and he would just stare. Lucky for him.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I'm not insecure, and I've never made a big deal
- 54:40Speaker 1: of it. I have noticed recently that he is on
- 54:43Speaker 1: social media more and when I speak up on him,
- 54:48Speaker 1: when I sneak up on him, excuse me. He always
- 54:50Speaker 1: is looking at bikini pictures of women. He doesn't like
- 54:53Speaker 1: the pictures or comment on them, so it's pretty harmless,
- 54:57Speaker 1: or is it. I'm beginning to think that his attraction
- 55:01Speaker 1: to big goobs and behinds may cause a problem in
- 55:04Speaker 1: our marriage. I asked my male friend what he thinks
- 55:07Speaker 1: about it, and he said, my husband should use a
- 55:10Speaker 1: little more discretion when he's gawking at other women if
- 55:14Speaker 1: I'm around. I had a serious talk with my husband
- 55:17Speaker 1: and he said it's no different than me going crazy
- 55:20Speaker 1: whenever I see ghost with his shirt off on power.
- 55:23Speaker 1: I told him that I begged different because I don't
- 55:26Speaker 1: do it in public with real people that I see.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Our sex life is great and he still treats me
- 55:32Speaker 1: like a queen. But I'm afraid that he will want
- 55:35Speaker 1: to do more than look at the racks and rumps,
- 55:37Speaker 1: and he might end up having an affair. Stephen Shirley,
- 55:40Speaker 1: I need your opinion. Why can't he stop disrespecting me?
- 55:43Speaker 1: Please tell me how to handle this big problem. Well,
- 55:47Speaker 1: you're right, this is a big problem. This is major
- 55:50Speaker 1: because it is disrespectful, especially if it makes you feel
- 55:53Speaker 1: some kind of way. I'm really surprised that you have
- 55:56Speaker 1: ever put up with this behavior for any length of time.
- 56:00Speaker 1: And he's been doing this since you guys were dating,
- 56:03Speaker 1: oogling and googling and gawking and all of this your
- 56:06Speaker 1: your friend, your male friend, is right. Uh, he should
- 56:09Speaker 1: use more discretion. And uh, I gotta I gotta chide
- 56:13Speaker 1: you a little bit here too. You need to use
- 56:16Speaker 1: some discretion too when you're googling and gawking at ghost
- 56:21Speaker 1: on Power with his shirt off. It doesn't matter if
- 56:23Speaker 1: you're doing it at home where no one can see you.
- 56:27Speaker 1: You don't do that sort of thing, Okay. You don't
- 56:29Speaker 1: want to make your man feel any kind of way,
- 56:31Speaker 1: and he should feel the same way about not making
- 56:34Speaker 1: you feel some kind of way when he's looking at
- 56:36Speaker 1: other women. But he's been doing this since you guys
- 56:40Speaker 1: were dating. I mean, you said you're not insecure. It
- 56:42Speaker 1: has nothing to do with insecurity. It's more a respect thing. Okay,
- 56:47Speaker 1: did you think he was going to change? I think
- 56:50Speaker 1: you thought he was gonna change after you guys got married,
- 56:53Speaker 1: and he did and did he? Um, how you get
- 56:58Speaker 1: them is usually how they are. And you said you
- 57:01Speaker 1: didn't make a big deal about it. You should have.
- 57:04Speaker 1: You should have really let him know how you feel
- 57:06Speaker 1: and how you felt about this situation, and maybe he
- 57:09Speaker 1: would have respected you more and tried to, you know,
- 57:13Speaker 1: change a little bit for you. But you going in
- 57:16Speaker 1: thinking they're going to change and all of that and
- 57:18Speaker 1: not getting all of this stuff straight while you're dating,
- 57:21Speaker 1: it's just going to carry over into your marriage. Yeah,
- 57:25Speaker 1: you need to really sit down and tell him exactly
- 57:29Speaker 1: how you feel about him disrespecting you, tell him that
- 57:32Speaker 1: it's disrespectful. Maybe he'll get the message and stop doing this.
- 57:38Speaker 1: But if he doesn't, you got a major problem on
- 57:40Speaker 1: your hands throughout your marriage because it doesn't seem like
- 57:43Speaker 1: it's getting any better. It's getting worse this situation. If
- 57:47Speaker 1: he's all on you know, social media and everything, this
- 57:50Speaker 1: is a major problem and you need to let him
- 57:52Speaker 1: know how you really feel, not just act like it
- 57:55Speaker 1: doesn't bother you. Junior in for Steve. Well, ye, junior,
- 58:00Speaker 1: go ahead, I'm here for you, little brother. All right, Okay,
- 58:05Speaker 1: I would like to start by saying, the Book of
- 58:07Speaker 1: Sir mix a lot. I liked big butts, and I
- 58:10Speaker 1: cannot lie. I got to give it to it. The
- 58:15Speaker 1: man liked big butts, and he cannot lie. Now, I
- 58:18Speaker 1: just have one question for this lady to start off.
- 58:20Speaker 1: I just want to ask her a question, how much
- 58:22Speaker 1: do you love this man? Because you don't have to
- 58:26Speaker 1: get you a big butt. You're gonna have to get
- 58:30Speaker 1: something on. Okay, you're gonna have to go down there
- 58:34Speaker 1: and just get you like a forty five behind you.
- 58:39Speaker 1: She don't have it, She don't. She don't you know what?
- 58:43Speaker 1: She never mentioned what type of body type she had.
- 58:45Speaker 1: She ain't got it. But I know with it. He
- 58:48Speaker 1: liked big butts. You must not have one. If he
- 58:51Speaker 1: liked big rats, you must not have it. Something you're missing.
- 58:56Speaker 1: And see he fought through with you. He don't mind
- 58:59Speaker 1: looking if run of you. How is that possible? Huh?
- 59:03Speaker 1: I don't know a black woman. I can help them
- 59:05Speaker 1: another back woman in front of h I swear to god,
- 59:08Speaker 1: you used to look over another woman with your woman.
- 59:10Speaker 1: You get your head doctor unless you know how to
- 59:13Speaker 1: do it. You need to learn angle, saying, he need
- 59:16Speaker 1: to learn some angles. He need to learn how to
- 59:18Speaker 1: look left and let your walk left and you turn right. Check. Huh,
- 59:23Speaker 1: you don't even know. Listen to the question when she talking,
- 59:25Speaker 1: be like yeah, then shift your head right and then
- 59:28Speaker 1: look follow them back left behind her back. You can't
- 59:31Speaker 1: always the rule for me and his always. I can't
- 59:35Speaker 1: sit but by back to the door. You're gonna mess around,
- 59:38Speaker 1: lady and lose your husband. Do a big button. You
- 59:40Speaker 1: better get busy. You're gonna have to get busy. Start
- 59:44Speaker 1: making your appointment today. All right, hang on, we still
- 59:47Speaker 1: have purchase you. No, you're gonna have to get on
- 59:53Speaker 1: all right, Look, we gotta go to break hold on.
- 59:55Speaker 1: We have part two coming up. Uh. Title of this
- 59:59Speaker 1: letter is my husband likes racks and rumps. That's it.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: We'll be back at twenty three minutes after the hour
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: with part two of the Strawberry Letter. Right after this
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: you're listening to all right, we're gonna recap the Strawberry
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Letter right now. Subject my husband likes racks and rumps.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: We just heard from me. We just heard from junior
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: who's in for Steve. Steve, if you have anything to say,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: I just want to add this one thing. Both of
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: you have touched on it in various ways, but I
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: just wanted to say this about this letter and this
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: man who does is googling with women with butts and
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: bress in front of his girl. Y'all been married one year.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: This was been going on since y'all started dating. Well,
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: the reason he does this is because you allow it,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: and you've allowed it since the beginning, and now you
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: want to stop it. And then you wanta try to
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: say you not envious or what's the word she used? Insecure? Lady.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: This has nothing to do with insecurity. This is about
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: respect and he doesn't have it for you. But he
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: did it in the beginning just that way, and you
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: didn't think nothing wrong. So he has continued it and
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: it is now it's gotten worse. Now you want to
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: do something, You want to have talks with Now you
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: don't want to your male friend. You see where it's going.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: He keeps looking at booties and stuff going by oogling
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: and all is hell. He gonna have some on his mind.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: And now you and your man run into a problem.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Where you run to your male friend. Yeah, then what
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: he gonna do probably had to hold you. Oh you know,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: then he gonna have to console you. Then you know
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: you next thing, you know, you're looking upside his head going,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: I wish my husband was more like you. M well,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: and then he gonna say I wish she was my wife.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: M h m hmm anymore Junior. Yeah, well, all I
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: just want to let her know is de some things.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: She can go down to Brazil. They got the Brazilian booty.

- 1:03:40Speaker 1: throw the phone off. He just keep looking. He just
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: keeps looking at booties and bikinis. He's disrespectful. Yeah, he's
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: very dispectful. And like I said, he she never checked
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: him in the beginning, right, And the behavior is gonna
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: continue and that's all it is. And you thought it
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: was funny at first. And she thought he was gonna change.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: That's true. She married. Yeah, she thought he was gonna change.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: And she thought because he was mad, he stopped. Yeah, no,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: not the case. No, Yeah no, yeah he's not. She said,
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: he's a wonderful husband. What he treats me like a queen? Huh?
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: And why do you think he does that? Yeah, so
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: he can keep looking at food. Why do you think
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: you get treated like queen? Yeah, baby, I love you too.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: You can't keep staring at it and don't want it? No, exactly,
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: And that's what she's afraid of. That he may go
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: ahead and act on it. Mayn't right now, man, go yeah,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: go act on it first, big booty, that's say, Hi,
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: he gon't And he don't care what she looked like.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: Now that's not a good sign. No, you just want
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: big booties and racks. You don't care how she is sound,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: what she looked like. He said they had two heads.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: But if they had big boobies and a big old butt,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: two you think. But what woman is gonna be okay
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: with this? That's what that's that's where I am with it.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: What woman gonna be? No woman, I no one, no
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: one that wrote his limping. Yeah, this guy has no
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: respect for his wife. She never demanded his hand exactly.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: And it's on her. It's on her. But she and
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: the house screaming over ghost. Though she is in the
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: house screaming overhot man, don't kill him, but then okay,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: poster comments on today Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey f
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: M on Instagram and Facebook, and please check out the
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter podcast on de Man Now coming up at
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: forty six after the hour, U Junior is hating on
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: Seattle Seahawks player the new Edition dance they did in
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: the end zone. They were so cute. He's gonna tell
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: us why right after this. You're listening, all right, so
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Junior is here. Junior is a little upset. He's got
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: his sports talk and he's come to why are you hate?
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: None to see? I don't know, Tom, I don't know
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: if y'all saw this Monday Night Seahawks score to touch
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: that and the wire Receiver Corps they started doing a
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: rendition of a new edition. If it isn't love, did
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: you see that? Because we did it first man and time. Yea, yeah,
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: we did this first. See. I don't like I don't
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: like inspiring people. That's real because you know, you know,
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: you know, you you you gonna have to ask for permission.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: At least you don't just take our stuff and then
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: put it on Monday night football because it's a bigger audience.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: I mean, we had four fifty in the club comedians.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Now we started that, you know, you know, so David
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: bow Tying of Locke, DK, Mattcalp and jeral Brown. When
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: I see you, it's all I'm doing it in front
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: of me. But what do you mean, you guys and
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: tell me I don't get it? Okay, So we all
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: did a comedy show in Houston one time, right, we
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: did it for things get show and so we all,
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: you know, we all all the Houston comedians, we all
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: did the whole thing. You know, can't you stand the rain?
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: After the show was over, before we let the people go,
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: we had a routine and that here they come with
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: new editions, the Seahawks, and they was on their feet
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: when we did it. Yeah yeah, and we got to
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: stand in novation. We couldn't tell nobody was standing up
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: when y'all did it. I saw people with popcorn and
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: hot dogs when y'all did it, people throwing, they drank song.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: We were so good, and I just don't appreciate them
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: stealing without asking me and timing for permission to do
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: new editions like we do it. And I just think
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: that's really unfair. I mean, I know they saw the
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: tape because they said, oh no, we're gonna change the song.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: We're gonna do if it is a love instead of
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: Can't You Stand the Rain? It's all new edition. Man,
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: it's all new edition. It's all I'm saying. And a
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: matter of fact, we're gonna post our video today. Now.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: They went viral with that. We didn't go viral. We
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: went a little bit. But when we even listen, I
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: mean pretty much anybody outside the room saw it. Maybe
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: people inside the loop. We didn't get out nation wide,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: but we're gonna post out there. We're going nation wide. Now.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: They even we didn't go viral, we went a little bit.
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: We went a little bit. Yeah, Junior, you do realize
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: you took it from new edition. I know who I
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: took it from. Everybody knows nothing. Point they don't know that.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: I know they took that from us. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: You can't steal from a thief, is what he's saying.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Don't steal from them take our stuff. Didn't go do
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: it on the football field at the little old touchdown.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: I mean, it was all right you know there, okay,

- 1:17:13Speaker 1: used to well when I as a kid. You know
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: it's a guest watch. Yeah, I mean I had to

- 1:18:26Speaker 1: I don't know what a dog gonna guess watching well,
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: I want you to know what a protect is, but
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: that ain't happen. All right, Coming up next, we'll do
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: our last break of the day and we'll have some
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: closing remarks from the one in out least, Steve Harvey
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: at forty nine minutes after. Right after this, you're listening
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: to Steve Morning Show. Here we go, last break of
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: the day. Steve, you're closing remarks for us. Hey, let
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: let me give you this thought that will help you out.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: Oh about other people's opinion. Don't let other people's opinion
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: determine your direction. Don't let other people's opinions affect your direction.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: Let let me explain something to you. They don't know.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: They actually do not know what's best for you. Most
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: people don't, even people who are well meaning. They just
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: really don't know the answer to your success lies. Really,
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: I'm telling you, between you and the relationship you have
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: with God. God is in the dream come true business
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: and whatever he puts in your imagination, that's what he
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: had for you. We've covered this last week. But if
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: you're gonna allow people's opinion, other people's opinion to affect
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: your direction, you are now being guided by some people
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: other than you, and God, what do they really know?
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Sometimes you need to look very closely at the person
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: that's providing the opinion. Look at them. Some of them
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: really really shouldn't be in the advisatory capacity. They really shouldn't. Man,
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: it's some people passing out advice in your life that
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: hain't that ain't took their own advice. It's some people
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: giving you advice who need to be advised. It's some
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: people giving you advice that don't listen to nothing nobody
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: else got to say. And their life is just an
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: example of it. They are walking results of their of
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: their opinion of themselves, and and and and the and
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: their ability to follow directions. So you gotta be careful
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: when you're taking directions from other people, because everybody don't
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: mean well, they don't even when they think they do. Man,
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: how many times man in my life? Man, if that
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: somebody give me an opinion about me, an opinion which
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: I should have never have listened to. You know, I'd
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: say this all the time. I was watching um Um
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: Joel Osteen on TV, and he said, people's opinion of
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: you is none of your business, nor should you make
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: it yours. It doesn't matter what their opinion of you
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: is it just doesn't matter because God is in to
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: come get you business. Let me tell you something, man,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: whoever you are right now, I'm gonna tell you a
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: story I hurt one time. It's called it's like the
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Thomas and the Boat story. This man named Thomas one
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: day was out on the boat by ourselves, a beautiful day.
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: It's out there, sailing on a boat, and a storm
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: came up out of nowhere, and it capsized the boat.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: And he was way out and he was lost at seat.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: But he got lost, and he got washed up on
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: a deserted island, and so he got up. He woke up.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: He shook up pretty bad, and he found himself on
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: his deserted olive. He didn't know where his boat was
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: or nothing. He was just sitting at it because the
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: boat had capsized, and so he's sitting there. So days
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: went by, days and days and days went by. He
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: just out on this island, just trying to make it work,
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: running out of food. He can't get nobody's attention. He
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: drawing notes in the sand and stuff. Help nothing, planes
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: going by, He he waving, don't nobody see him. He
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: just owned this islid so weeks he went by, so
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: he got kind of crafty, so he decided one day
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: to build himself some shelter. He took some bamboo and
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: some banana leaves and he built, you know, a little
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: covering just for some shelter at night. And this is
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: going along pretty good for a few days, but he
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: getting a little bit more and more depressed because nobody
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: can find it. I mean, ain't a boat going by
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: or nothing. And it just started getting real down on
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: itself because his predicament seems so unbelievable. So it made
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: a fire like he do usually at night, and the
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: wind came up. And when the wind came up, a
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: couple of the sparks hit the shelter, these dried banana
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: leaves in bamboo, and caught it on fire. I mean
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: a horrible fire. It's just burning it down. It had
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: been raining that night, man, and it started raining real bad,
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: and he trying to stay warm, and all of a sudden,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: sparks catch holding. All of a sudden, his whole his
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: whole house, little hut, temporary shelter is on fire. And
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: he just through now and he just going, God, where
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: are you, man? I'm so what are you doing to me. Now,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: I've been out here weeks. I can't get off this island.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: You don't hear me? And now you didn't burned down
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: my shelter. I mean, it's just a fire, just burning.
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: And he's standing that man, just complaining and telling God
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: how he didn't forsake him, and he didn't forgot he
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: was out here in all this trouble, being out here
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: all these weeks, Lord, where are you now? And all
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: of a sudden he saw some flashlights and he saw
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: some people running up on shore, and he couldn't believe it,
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: but some people had had found him, and he said, man,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: how did y'all find me? They said, we saw your
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: smoke signal. He just dropped down and started crying because
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: he thought God had forsaken him, burn up his hut.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: But see that disastrous moment right there turn out to
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: be just what he needed, that smoke signal, and they
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: saw that, and what he thought was a disastrous fire.
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: The one ship that was going by saw the flames
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: and the smoke, and he rescued him. God is coming, man,
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: No matter what anybody's opinion of you is. God is coming,
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: no matter what they think, no matter how dog, it's
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: seen for you. God is coming. He always did. Keep
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: that in mind. Have a great weekend, y'all. For all
