- 0:01Speaker 1: At least ten FBI employees who worked on former Special
- 0:05Speaker 1: counsel Jack Smith's investigation to President Donald Trump's retention of
- 0:10Speaker 1: classified records after he left the White House in twenty
- 0:13Speaker 1: twenty one were fired on Wednesday. Multiple sources are now
- 0:17Speaker 1: confirming the firings came after Reuters reported that the FBI
- 0:22Speaker 1: had subpoena records of phone calls that were made by
- 0:26Speaker 1: the FBI Director Cash Patel and White House Chief of
- 0:30Speaker 1: Staff Susie Wilde's when they were still both private citizens
- 0:34Speaker 1: as part of Smith's probe into Donald Trump. The Biden
- 0:38Speaker 1: FBI secretly obtained Susie Wilde's phone records, including from when
- 0:42Speaker 1: she was Trump's campaign manager, and they even record a
- 0:47Speaker 1: phone call she had with her lawyer. Yes, it is
- 0:50Speaker 1: an insane story now. Patel said the collection of phone
- 0:54Speaker 1: records extended into Wilde's time as Trump's co campaign manager.
- 0:59Speaker 1: He did not say when exactly the record collection began
- 1:03Speaker 1: or when it ended. The FBI discovered the phone records
- 1:07Speaker 1: and files categorized as prohibited quote unquote, which makes them
- 1:12Speaker 1: difficult to discover on the bureau's computer system. Patel said
- 1:16Speaker 1: he recently ended the FBI's ability to categorize files as prohibited.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Smith's investigative techniques have previously drawn shock from GOP leaders,
- 1:27Speaker 1: including the seizure of phone records of US senators and
- 1:32Speaker 1: other Republican officials during Smith's probe into alleged efforts to
- 1:36Speaker 1: overturn the twenty twenty presidential election. Reuters also could not
- 1:42Speaker 1: establish when records the FBI obtained or who approved those subpoenas.
- 1:48Speaker 1: The news agency also couldn't ascertain of Pateller Wiles themselves
- 1:52Speaker 1: were actually under investigation, and if so, why now. Both
- 1:59Speaker 1: were close to Dultry during that period as he built
- 2:01Speaker 1: towards and ultimately launched his twenty twenty four campaign to
- 2:06Speaker 1: reclaim his presidency. Both Patel and Susy Wilde's were known
- 2:10Speaker 1: to have been interviewed by investigators as part of Smith's
- 2:13Speaker 1: investigation into Trump's retention of classified documents following his first
- 2:18Speaker 1: term and that raid at mar Lago in twenty twenty three.
- 2:22Speaker 1: For example, the FBI recorded a phone call we're now
- 2:25Speaker 1: being told between Wiles and her attorney. According to two
- 2:30Speaker 1: FBI officials, wiles attorneys was aware that the call was
- 2:35Speaker 1: being recorded and consented to it, but Susie was not
- 2:40Speaker 1: a spokesman for Smith to decline a comment on Ptel's allegations.
- 2:44Speaker 1: As well, Biden and former Attorney General Merrit Garland and
- 2:49Speaker 1: former FBI Director Chris Ray, who oversaw the Bureau during
- 2:53Speaker 1: Smith's investigations, did not respond to any of the requests
- 2:57Speaker 1: for comment from the media. Garland a pointed Smith as
- 3:01Speaker 1: his special counsel. Everyone buried the lead. Here is what
- 3:06Speaker 1: one person said on X It's not just that the
- 3:09Speaker 1: FBI subpoena Cash and Susie's phone records. The FBI recorded
- 3:15Speaker 1: a phone call between Wiles and her attorney. Even worse,
- 3:20Speaker 1: the lawyer knew the FBI recorded the conversation and didn't
- 3:24Speaker 1: tell his own client, Susie Wilds. I want you to
- 3:28Speaker 1: take a listen to this from Fox News Channel with
- 3:30Speaker 1: Brett Baer. As they were reporting more on the story.
- 3:34Speaker 2: The FBI director Cash Motel out with an allegation that
- 3:38Speaker 2: the prior FBI obtained his phone records, and not only
- 3:42Speaker 2: his What can tell us about that, Brett?
- 3:44Speaker 3: This has been breaking in the last hour or so.
- 3:47Speaker 3: We are told that, according to Cash Matel, the FBI director,
- 3:50Speaker 3: the prior bureau leadership obtained his phone records and phone
- 3:54Speaker 3: records to current White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles
- 3:57Speaker 3: back in twenty twenty two and twenty twenty three, eventually
- 4:00Speaker 3: led into the Jacksmith Special Council investigation into then former
- 4:05Speaker 3: President Donald Trump. Were told that some of these records
- 4:08Speaker 3: are just toll records, which don't have specific information other
- 4:12Speaker 3: than times and dates. They don't have the actual content
- 4:15Speaker 3: of calls. But two sources in the FBI say that
- 4:18Speaker 3: Susie Wiles's attorney agreed to be recorded by FBI agents
- 4:22Speaker 3: in twenty twenty three. She did not agree. We've reached
- 4:25Speaker 3: out to her for comment. FBI Director Pateel, in a
- 4:28Speaker 3: statement to Fox News calls this outrageous and deeply disturbing.
- 4:32Speaker 3: And I will add Brett that we are told at
- 4:34Speaker 3: least ten bureau employees have been fired just today over
- 4:39Speaker 3: this incident, with more potentially to come.
- 4:43Speaker 1: You listen to the ten that were fired, and that
- 4:45Speaker 1: is a start, is what many would describe it as.
- 4:48Speaker 1: But then there's the bigger question. What happens when the
- 4:51Speaker 1: justice system collides with politics? What happens when millions of
- 4:55Speaker 1: Americans start to believe that prosecutors are no longer neutral? Refereence,
- 5:00Speaker 1: but active participants in a political war. Over the last
- 5:04Speaker 1: several years, we have watched the unprecedented targeting the President
- 5:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump, the investigations, the indictments, the subpoenas, the grand juries,
- 5:15Speaker 1: all led by Jack Smith and appointed by the Attorney
- 5:19Speaker 1: General Merick Garland. All of this under President Joe Biden.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Now here's what the shock factor comes in for many Americans,
- 5:27Speaker 1: because the simple question is was there even wrongdoing? Well,
- 5:31Speaker 1: the question many Americans are now asking is how did
- 5:35Speaker 1: the federal government cross this line? Jack Smith, he was
- 5:39Speaker 1: appointed in November of twenty twenty two, it was clear
- 5:42Speaker 1: it was a witch hunt. He was there to oversee
- 5:45Speaker 1: the political targeting the President Trump. They then decide to
- 5:49Speaker 1: go after him for documents at mar Lago. From the beginning,
- 5:53Speaker 1: critics argue that this was not simply a legal review,
- 5:57Speaker 1: but more of an aggressive, politically motivated prosecution of the
- 6:02Speaker 1: leading candidate to challenge Joe Biden in twenty twenty four.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Was the motive to cover for Joe Biden's cognitive decline
- 6:09Speaker 1: and make sure he didn't have to get into a
- 6:10Speaker 1: tough election with Donald Trump. That is for well different
- 6:14Speaker 1: people to decide, but to be clear, federal prosecutors and
- 6:17Speaker 1: investigators do have the authority to collect evidence when pursuing
- 6:22Speaker 1: a criminal investigation. The question is was it actually a
- 6:26Speaker 1: criminal investigation or was it just a political one. Well,
- 6:30Speaker 1: the more we're finding out, it's pretty clear it was
- 6:33Speaker 1: all politics and not actually a political investigation. The President
- 6:38Speaker 1: of United States of America making it clear he wasn't
- 6:42Speaker 1: going to back down. And it's also shocking how much
- 6:46Speaker 1: abuse of power there was at the highest levels. Now,
- 6:49Speaker 1: if you think it's just Donald Trump that this is
- 6:51Speaker 1: happening too when it comes to surveillance, you would also
- 6:55Speaker 1: be wrong. In a shocking news event today, the woman
- 6:59Speaker 1: who's in charge of the Department of Homeland Security, Christy no,
- 7:04Speaker 1: came out and said that she found spyware on her
- 7:08Speaker 1: phone that was put there by the Department of Homeland
- 7:10Speaker 1: Security employees. Take a listen to this.
- 7:14Speaker 4: Came into this office. It was you know, Elon and
- 7:17Speaker 4: his team were extremely helpful to me. They helped me
- 7:20Speaker 4: identify that that some of my own employees in my
- 7:24Speaker 4: department had downloaded software on my phone and my laptop
- 7:28Speaker 4: to spy on me stop to record our meetings. Wow,
- 7:32Speaker 4: they had done that to several of the politicals. Wow,
- 7:34Speaker 4: And so we ended up bringing in people And that
- 7:38Speaker 4: was something that if you didn't have those technology experts
- 7:40Speaker 4: here in the department looking at all of our laptops
- 7:43Speaker 4: and our phones and recognizing that kind of software, it
- 7:46Speaker 4: would still be happening.
- 7:47Speaker 5: Today's what happened to the individual that was you know,
- 7:51Speaker 5: had your phone that was being spied on. What happened
- 7:55Speaker 5: to those individuals?
- 7:56Speaker 4: Fired fire, brought in polygraft, fired, yes, many of them
- 8:00Speaker 4: out of that arm of the department that are in
- 8:04Speaker 4: charge of security on laptops phones. Also, you know, we
- 8:09Speaker 4: had to sweep my office on a regular basis to
- 8:12Speaker 4: make sure that there's not listening devices in it. It's
- 8:15Speaker 4: very it was very prevalent. And I think that what
- 8:19Speaker 4: happened at this department was individuals had gotten away with
- 8:23Speaker 4: for years spying on people who were politically appointed and
- 8:27Speaker 4: trying to stop an administration that was coming in and
- 8:29Speaker 4: trying to fix this country and keep us safe.
- 8:31Speaker 1: You know, when you listen to what Christy Noome just
- 8:35Speaker 1: said there, I mean it is shocking but also not surprising.
- 8:39Speaker 1: This administration weaponized everything that they could possibly weaponize. I mean,
- 8:46Speaker 1: anything that could weaponize to go after their political opponents.
- 8:49Speaker 1: But think about just how corrupt this is. You have
- 8:54Speaker 1: the woman that's coming in who's in charge the Department
- 8:56Speaker 1: of Home and Security, and her own employees are putting
- 8:59Speaker 1: spyware to spy on their boss on her phone as
- 9:04Speaker 1: the woman in charge of the Department of Homeland Security.
- 9:09Speaker 1: How does no one go to jail for this stuff?
- 9:12Speaker 1: That's the question that every American is asking right now,
- 9:15Speaker 1: and it's also a question that the president should be asking,
- 9:19Speaker 1: and that is when do we start arresting people for
- 9:22Speaker 1: doing these types of things. It's certainly something to think about.
- 9:28Speaker 1: We've got new data out about the performance of Donald
- 9:31Speaker 1: Trump as president of United States of America and the
- 9:34Speaker 1: State of the Union address, and the numbers, well, they're
- 9:38Speaker 1: exactly what I expected. Donald Trump's post Stay of the
- 9:42Speaker 1: Union approval rating has now jumped to fifty one percent.
- 9:47Speaker 1: That isn't a poll taken entirely after the president's triumphant
- 9:52Speaker 1: Stay of the Union on Tuesday night. The new survey
- 9:56Speaker 1: that came out was more than a thousand likely voters
- 10:00Speaker 1: between February the twenty fourth and the twenty six and
- 10:03Speaker 1: had found that forty seven point one percent of those
- 10:06Speaker 1: polled strongly approved of the job of the president was
- 10:09Speaker 1: doing well. Three point seven percent said they approved. Trump's
- 10:14Speaker 1: disapproval ratings sits at forty eight percent, not surprising because
- 10:17Speaker 1: we're a very divided country. The number, by the way,
- 10:21Speaker 1: is made up of thirty nine point one percent who
- 10:23Speaker 1: strongly disapprove of President Trump and what he's doing. That's
- 10:27Speaker 1: your radical left, the socialist, Marxist and communists will eight
- 10:31Speaker 1: point five percent merely disapproved. Now, this poll is one
- 10:36Speaker 1: that is significant because it shows that the present obviously
- 10:40Speaker 1: did what he needed to do at that speech, talking
- 10:44Speaker 1: to Americans and making sure that he feels like Americans
- 10:48Speaker 1: have pride in their country. Part of what the President
- 10:51Speaker 1: talked about.
- 10:52Speaker 5: Two hundred and fifty years is a long time in
- 10:55Speaker 5: the life of a nation, But in other sense, it's
- 10:58Speaker 5: really a mere moment in the eye of history. Two
- 11:02Speaker 5: of the gentlemen we met in the gallery this evening
- 11:05Speaker 5: took their first breaths one century ago. One hundred years
- 11:10Speaker 5: before that, on July fourth, eighteen twenty six, the author
- 11:14Speaker 5: of the Declaration of Independence, brilliant Thomas Jefferson, to his
- 11:21Speaker 5: last breath, just a single long human lifespan separates the
- 11:26Speaker 5: giants who declared and won our independence from the heroes
- 11:30Speaker 5: who stand among us tonight. Everything our nation has done,
- 11:34Speaker 5: everything we have achieved, has been the work of those
- 11:37Speaker 5: few great lifetimes. In those brief chapters, Americans built this
- 11:42Speaker 5: nation from thirteen humble colonies into the pinnacle of human
- 11:47Speaker 5: civilization and human freedom, the strongest, wealthiest, most powerful, most
- 11:52Speaker 5: successful nation in all of history. Americans ventured out across
- 11:57Speaker 5: the daunting and dangerous we carved, passed through an unforgiving wilderness,
- 12:05Speaker 5: settled a boundless frontier, and tamed the beautiful but very
- 12:09Speaker 5: very dangerous wild West. From empty marshes and wide open plains,
- 12:16Speaker 5: we raised up the world's greatest cities. Together, we mastered
- 12:21Speaker 5: the world's mightiest industries and shattered histories monstrous tyrannies, and
- 12:27Speaker 5: we liberated millions from the chains of fascism, communism, oppression,
- 12:32Speaker 5: and terror. Americans lifted humanity into the skies on the
- 12:36Speaker 5: wings of aluminium and steel. And then we launched mankind
- 12:41Speaker 5: into the stars on rockets. Powered by sheer American will
- 12:45Speaker 5: and unyielding American pride. We wired that lobe with our ingenuity.
- 12:52Speaker 5: We captivated the planet with American culture, and now we
- 12:57Speaker 5: are pioneering the next great American breakthrough that will change
- 13:02Speaker 5: the entire world. All of this and so much more
- 13:06Speaker 5: is the enduring legacy, unmatched glory of the hard working
- 13:11Speaker 5: patriots who built and defended this country, and who still
- 13:15Speaker 5: carry the hopes and freedoms on all of humanity's backs.
- 13:20Speaker 5: For years, they were forgotten, betrayed, and cast aside. But
- 13:25Speaker 5: that great betrayal is over and they will never be
- 13:27Speaker 5: forgotten again. Because when the world needs courage, daring, vision
- 13:32Speaker 5: and inspiration, it is still turning to America. And when
- 13:37Speaker 5: God needs a nation to work his miracles, he knows
- 13:42Speaker 5: exactly who to ask. There is no challenge Americans cannot overcome,
- 13:48Speaker 5: no frontier too vast for us to conquer, no dream
- 13:52Speaker 5: too bold for us to chase, no horizon to distant
- 13:57Speaker 5: for us to claim. For our destiny is written by
- 14:01Speaker 5: the hand of Providence, and these first two hundred and
- 14:05Speaker 5: fifty years were just the beginning. From the rugged border
- 14:09Speaker 5: towns of Texas to the heartland villages of Michigan, from
- 14:14Speaker 5: the sun kissed shores of Florida to the endless fields
- 14:17Speaker 5: of the Dakotas, and from the historic streets of Philadelphia
- 14:22Speaker 5: to right here in our nation's capital, Washington, d C.
- 14:26Speaker 5: The Golden Age of America is upon us. The revolution
- 14:31Speaker 5: that began in seventeen seventy six has not ended. It
- 14:35Speaker 5: still continues because the flame of liberty and independence still
- 14:40Speaker 5: burns in the heart of every American patriot. And our
- 14:44Speaker 5: future will be bigger, better, brighter, bolder, and more glorious
- 14:49Speaker 5: than ever before. Thank you, God bless you, and God
- 14:53Speaker 5: bless America.
- 15:00Speaker 1: That type of messaging during the City Union that made
- 15:02Speaker 1: so many Americans remember exactly why they voted for Donald
- 15:06Speaker 1: Trump in the first place. The President talking about so
- 15:08Speaker 1: many of his successes and what is happening right now
- 15:12Speaker 1: with no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, getting
- 15:15Speaker 1: rid of regulations that will over the costs of cars,
- 15:18Speaker 1: for example, all major things the President is talking about.
- 15:22Speaker 1: He also spent time talking about how important it is
- 15:25Speaker 1: that Americans aren't having to compete with massive corporations for housing,
- 15:31Speaker 1: standing up for so many Americans, and the way that
- 15:34Speaker 1: President Trump talked about it was clear he was putting
- 15:37Speaker 1: Americans first ahead of corporations who were buying up so
- 15:42Speaker 1: many houses and making it unaffordable for many Americans to
- 15:45Speaker 1: get in the home buying process for the very first time.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Just take a listen to President Trump talking about this
- 15:52Speaker 1: issue at the City of the Union.
- 15:53Speaker 5: Make that band permanent because homes for people, really, that's
- 15:59Speaker 5: what we want. We want homes for people, not for corporations.
- 16:02Speaker 5: Corporations are doing just fine. Racel, thank you very much,
- 16:05Speaker 5: Good luck with you home. You'll get one there.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Now, this wasn't just a line that the President wanted
- 16:19Speaker 1: to deliver and the say of the Union to check
- 16:20Speaker 1: a box. This is on. The President is actually working
- 16:24Speaker 1: very hard on The President saying this at the World
- 16:27Speaker 1: Economic Forum back at the end of January.
- 16:31Speaker 6: Home ownership has always been a symbol of health and
- 16:34Speaker 6: vigor of American society. But that goal fell out of
- 16:38Speaker 6: reach for millions and millions of people in the Biden
- 16:41Speaker 6: ear because interest rates went up so high. Today, I'm
- 16:45Speaker 6: taking action to bring back this bedrock of the American dream.
- 16:49Speaker 6: In recent years, Wall Street giants and institutional investment firms,
- 16:53Speaker 6: many of you are here. Many of you are good
- 16:55Speaker 6: friends of mine, many of you are supporters. Sorry to
- 16:57Speaker 6: do this, I'm so sorry, but you've driven up housing
- 17:01Speaker 6: prices by purchasing hundreds of thousands of single family homes,
- 17:05Speaker 6: and it's been a great investment for them, often as
- 17:08Speaker 6: much as ten percent of houses on the market.
- 17:11Speaker 5: You know.
- 17:12Speaker 6: The crazy thing is a person can't get depreciation on
- 17:14Speaker 6: the house, but when a corporation buys it, they get depreciation. Okay,
- 17:18Speaker 6: that's something we're going to have to think about too.
- 17:20Speaker 6: I don't know if too many people think about that.
- 17:22Speaker 6: You buy a corporation, they buy five hundred houses, they
- 17:26Speaker 6: buy hundreds of thousands, they buy five hundred houses, they
- 17:29Speaker 6: can take depreciation. A person sweats and works and buys
- 17:34Speaker 6: one house, they can't. But homes are built for people,
- 17:38Speaker 6: not for corporations. In America will not become a nation
- 17:42Speaker 6: of renters. We're not going to do that. That's why
- 17:45Speaker 6: I have signed and executive order banning large institutional investors
- 17:49Speaker 6: from buying single family homes. It's just not fair to
- 17:51Speaker 6: the public. They're not able to buy a house, and
- 17:56Speaker 6: I'm calling on Congress to pass that band into permanent law.
- 18:00Speaker 6: I think they will.
- 18:01Speaker 1: It's clear the President Trump has made this a priority
- 18:05Speaker 1: for the midterm elections. It's exactly why he's campaigning on
- 18:09Speaker 1: this issue, and it's exactly why by the way, his
- 18:12Speaker 1: approval rating went up in a significant way after the
- 18:15Speaker 1: State of the Union because not only is President Trump
- 18:18Speaker 1: saying we want to put Americans first, He's also saying
- 18:21Speaker 1: his time to stop having Congress make it harder on
- 18:25Speaker 1: you to buy a home. Donald Trump putting out a
- 18:27Speaker 1: true social tweet saying quote, for a very long time,
- 18:30Speaker 1: buying and owning a home was considered a pinnacle of
- 18:33Speaker 1: the American dream. It was the reward for working hard
- 18:37Speaker 1: and doing the right thing. But now, because of the
- 18:40Speaker 1: record high inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats
- 18:44Speaker 1: in Congress, the American dream is increasingly out of reach
- 18:48Speaker 1: for far too many people, especially younger Americans. It is
- 18:53Speaker 1: for that reason and much more, that I am immediately
- 18:56Speaker 1: taking steps to ban large institutional investors from buying more
- 19:01Speaker 1: single family homes, and I will be calling on Congress
- 19:05Speaker 1: to codify it people live in homes, not corporations. I
- 19:10Speaker 1: will discuss this topic, including further housing and affordability proposals,
- 19:14Speaker 1: and more, at my speech in Davos in two weeks.
- 19:18Speaker 1: And then he did it again in the State of
- 19:20Speaker 1: the Union. Trump also going after the US housing market
- 19:24Speaker 1: and talking exactly about why these corporations need to be watched.
- 19:29Speaker 1: A great example of this is after President Trump announces
- 19:33Speaker 1: banning single family home purchases by institutional investors. Within minutes,
- 19:38Speaker 1: Blackstone Stock erased as much as seventeen billion dollars because
- 19:44Speaker 1: people realize that the presence onto what's happening with his
- 19:47Speaker 1: institutional investors and now calling on Congress to ban investment
- 19:51Speaker 1: firms buying homes is exactly what the American people needed.
- 19:56Speaker 1: They needed to make sure they can take care of
- 19:58Speaker 1: themselves and become first time home buyers. That's why this
- 20:03Speaker 1: is such an important conversation and again why I think
- 20:07Speaker 1: so many Americans are like Donald Trump is my president.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I'm proud of him, and he's standing up for all
- 20:13Speaker 1: of us and trying to make it easier for us
- 20:16Speaker 1: to live in the greatest country in the world today.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Mark's a major political moment. The former First Lady, the
- 20:25Speaker 1: former Senator, and the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
- 20:29Speaker 1: did sit under oath before the Republican led House Oversight
- 20:34Speaker 1: Committee as part of an ongoing congressional investigation to Jeffrey
- 20:39Speaker 1: Epstein and his network. One of the highest profile figures
- 20:44Speaker 1: to ever testify in this probe. The deposition was part
- 20:49Speaker 1: of a broader, months long House Republican effort to examine
- 20:53Speaker 1: Epstein's activities, the Justice Department's handling over the related files,
- 20:59Speaker 1: and the connections Epstein maintained with powerful people for many years. Now,
- 21:05Speaker 1: let me just remind you of where we are right now,
- 21:08Speaker 1: before we got to Hillary Clinton. Since the release of
- 21:13Speaker 1: the Epstein files, we have seen Prince Andrew arrested, Ambassador
- 21:18Speaker 1: Peter Mendelson arrested, Bill and Hillary Clinton now being grilled
- 21:25Speaker 1: under oath. Bill Gates has now had to cancel events
- 21:30Speaker 1: and confess to some of his indiscretions of the past.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Even Obama's lawyer resigned from Goldman Sachs. Thomas Pritzker resigned
- 21:41Speaker 1: as the Hyatt CEO, The w EF CEO also resigning.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Larry Summers resigned from Harvard, the former Norway Prime minister
- 21:54Speaker 1: attempted suicide after an investigation was announced, and Peter Attilla
- 22:02Speaker 1: resigned from CBS News. Many are asking who's next.
- 22:07Speaker 4: Now.
- 22:07Speaker 1: You notice we really didn't talk about anyone being arrested
- 22:10Speaker 1: in the United States of America, But at least we're
- 22:13Speaker 1: starting to get some answers to what's happening, especially with
- 22:18Speaker 1: Hillary Quinton, and what did she actually have to say
- 22:21Speaker 1: under oath. I'm gonna tell you, but before we get
- 22:24Speaker 1: to that, I want to talk to you for a
- 22:25Speaker 1: moment about an amazing organization, an organization that I'm heavily
- 22:29Speaker 1: involved with with my own dollars. It is called Compassion International,
- 22:35Speaker 1: and I need your attention for just sixty seconds. Love, generosity,
- 22:39Speaker 1: and compassion. We say those words all the time, and
- 22:42Speaker 1: they sound good, they feel good. But here's the truth.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action,
- 22:50Speaker 1: and right now, not later, today, not tomorrow. There's a
- 22:54Speaker 1: child in the world who doesn't know if they'll eat,
- 22:57Speaker 1: if they'll have a chance to learn, or if there's
- 23:00Speaker 1: any hope at all. And while we're all busy, life
- 23:04Speaker 1: keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting. This is
- 23:08Speaker 1: where you come in. With Compassion International. You have the
- 23:12Speaker 1: chance to change a child's future, not just with words,
- 23:16Speaker 1: not with promises, but with real help that provides food,
- 23:20Speaker 1: education and hope through local churches and people already in
- 23:25Speaker 1: their community. Put your words into action and join me
- 23:30Speaker 1: introduce a child to a loving heavenly father today at
- 23:34Speaker 1: Compassion dot com. That's compassion dot com. So back to
- 23:39Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, she testified under oath. Finally, she appeared for
- 23:44Speaker 1: more than six hours in a closed door deposition before
- 23:48Speaker 1: the House Oversight Committee in her hometown of Champaqua, New York.
- 23:54Speaker 1: This is among the first times a former First Lady
- 23:58Speaker 1: and a former presidential nominee as been compelled to testify
- 24:01Speaker 1: directly in an investigation tied to Jeffrey Epstein's activities. According
- 24:07Speaker 1: to multiple news outlets reporting on today's session, Clinton said
- 24:13Speaker 1: she has no information about Epstein's or his associate Maxwell's
- 24:18Speaker 1: criminal activities. She repeated that she never met Jeffrey Epstein
- 24:23Speaker 1: and could not recall ever encountering him. She insisted she
- 24:27Speaker 1: had no involvement with Epstein or Maxwell's crimes, and that
- 24:31Speaker 1: she never visited his properties or traveled on his plane. Now,
- 24:36Speaker 1: this marks Clinton's strongest and most detailed public response under
- 24:40Speaker 1: oath regarding Jeffrey Epstein. So let's talk about what she denied.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Clinton emphasized repeatedly that she had no knowledge of Epstein's
- 24:50Speaker 1: criminal behavior while it was happening. She didn't quote recall
- 24:56Speaker 1: ever meeting Epstein personally, despite Epstein's files containing various high
- 25:02Speaker 1: profile names She also defended her record on combating human
- 25:06Speaker 1: trafficking and criticized parts of the committee's line of questioning.
- 25:11Speaker 1: The deposition was briefly paused after a photo from inside
- 25:15Speaker 1: the session was also leaked by a GOP lawmaker that
- 25:20Speaker 1: violates House rules for closed hearings. Afterwards, Clinton Democrats called
- 25:25Speaker 1: for the full video and transcript to be made public
- 25:28Speaker 1: to ensure transparency and accuracy. Republicans say they want answers
- 25:34Speaker 1: about Epstein's rise, his connections, and how federal agencies handled
- 25:39Speaker 1: aspects of the case, including why some files were withheld
- 25:43Speaker 1: or redacted. Democrats, including Hillary Clinton, argue that hearing has
- 25:48Speaker 1: become quote political, and that this should focus on transparency
- 25:52Speaker 1: rather than a partisan attack. Here's the other thing that's
- 25:56Speaker 1: very interesting about what's next. Former present that Bill Clinton,
- 26:01Speaker 1: who is also scheduled to testify on Friday, we'll be
- 26:04Speaker 1: asked similar questions. That makes this a two day key
- 26:09Speaker 1: moment in Congress's investigation into Epstein's work. I also want
- 26:14Speaker 1: you to hear Hillary Clinton out in front of the
- 26:17Speaker 1: cameras when she was asked about why was it that
- 26:21Speaker 1: Maxwell was at her daughter's wedding in twenty ten, if
- 26:24Speaker 1: she doesn't know anything about these people. Not only does
- 26:27Speaker 1: she answer the question quickly, but they immediately into the
- 26:31Speaker 1: press conference after the question was asked.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Okay, James, she's time using And I asked why was
- 26:38Speaker 4: Colleen Maxwell twice? I thought at Chelsea Clinton's wedding in
- 26:42Speaker 4: two thousand and ten, she'd already been mentioned in a
- 26:45Speaker 4: civil lawsuit by for Junior Jewfree Before that, Jeffrey Epstein's
- 26:50Speaker 4: already been convicted.
- 26:51Speaker 7: Before that, she came as the plus one, the guest
- 26:56Speaker 7: of someone who was invited.
- 26:59Speaker 1: I've heard it, Thank you all, And just like that,
- 27:03Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton walks away from the microphone. One thing that
- 27:08Speaker 1: is for sure about all of this is at least
- 27:12Speaker 1: conservatives are actually covering the issue and conservative media. Hillary
- 27:17Speaker 1: Clinton having this day under oath saying she never met
- 27:21Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein could be a massive development. I want you
- 27:26Speaker 1: to hear part of what was said on Fox News
- 27:29Speaker 1: with Jesse Waters.
- 27:32Speaker 8: Fox, Who's alert the Epstein scandals rocking Chapaquah. Today, Hillary
- 27:37Speaker 8: went under oath and was grilled about the Clinton's relationship
- 27:40Speaker 8: with the dead pedophile. She testified behind closed doors, but
- 27:44Speaker 8: the deposition was being recorded. At any minute, we could
- 27:47Speaker 8: get the tapes. When it wrapped, Hillary came out and
- 27:50Speaker 8: said this.
- 27:52Speaker 7: I don't know how many times I had to say
- 27:54Speaker 7: I did not know Jeffrey Hepstein. I never went to
- 27:58Speaker 7: his island, I never went to his homes, I never
- 28:01Speaker 7: went to his offices. So it's on the record numerous times.
- 28:07Speaker 8: Now we're into her testimony. It went off the rails.
- 28:10Speaker 8: A photo of Hillary was leaked from inside. All hell
- 28:13Speaker 8: broke loose and Crooked's team stormed out.
- 28:17Speaker 9: Hearing just went off the record for a moment because
- 28:21Speaker 9: it seems that some of you may have seen that
- 28:24Speaker 9: there were some photographs share on social media, which is
- 28:27Speaker 9: against Chamber of rules that were read at the top
- 28:29Speaker 9: of the meeting. So the hearing has been paused briefly
- 28:33Speaker 9: while they figure out where the photo came from.
- 28:37Speaker 8: Congresswoman Lauren Bobert texted the pick to the press, and
- 28:41Speaker 8: Hillary complained it was against the rules. I don't think
- 28:45Speaker 8: she liked how she looked.
- 28:48Speaker 7: We had a bit of a challenge in the beginning
- 28:52Speaker 7: because we had agreed upon rules based on the fact
- 28:55Speaker 7: it was going to be a closed hearing at their demand,
- 29:00Speaker 7: and one of the members violated that rule, which was
- 29:05Speaker 7: very upsetting because it suggested that they might violate other
- 29:11Speaker 7: of our agreements.
- 29:13Speaker 8: Hillary made a fauster to chew up clock because she
- 29:15Speaker 8: didn't want to be there. She testified that she never
- 29:18Speaker 8: met Epstein, even though he'd been to the White House
- 29:21Speaker 8: sixteen times. It was supposed to be a co presidency,
- 29:25Speaker 8: remember a two for one deal. Hillary moved to her
- 29:28Speaker 8: office into the West Wing. But Hillary doesn't remember.
- 29:33Speaker 5: The number of times that she said I don't know,
- 29:36Speaker 5: you'll have to ask my husband was more than a dozen.
- 29:40Speaker 4: And I'll put it like that.
- 29:42Speaker 8: Maybe they didn't meet.
- 29:43Speaker 5: Maybe they did.
- 29:44Speaker 8: But Bill does a lot of things when Hillary's not looking.
- 29:48Speaker 8: But this email's interesting. In the Epstein file, someone emailed
- 29:51Speaker 8: the sex offender quote. I know you are close with Hillary,
- 29:55Speaker 8: but if she gets the nomination and you vote for her,
- 29:58Speaker 8: I'll effing kill you. Did Hillary meet Epstein?
- 30:01Speaker 1: Maybe not, but we do know.
- 30:03Speaker 7: This my new Gallaine Maxwell casually as an acquaintance. But
- 30:11Speaker 7: whatever they asked me, I did my very best to respond.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Best to respond responding by saying, you'll have to ask
- 30:20Speaker 1: my husband. One thing's for sure. Hillary Clinton clearly was
- 30:24Speaker 1: willing to throw Bill Clinton.
- 30:26Speaker 5: Under the bus.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Now it's Bill Clinton's turn to answer the questions, and
- 30:31Speaker 1: his answers are going to be very different because there's
- 30:33Speaker 1: multiple photos of him in hot tubs and swimming pools
- 30:37Speaker 1: and on planes and getting massages from women that were
- 30:41Speaker 1: right there with Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell. So that will
- 30:46Speaker 1: be part two and honestly probably a much bigger part
- 30:50Speaker 1: of all of this, and we're going to have all
- 30:53Speaker 1: the details for you right here. Keep following this story.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I can promise you that we've got a lot more
