The Big Ten Student-Athlete Issues Commission, including athletes from every Big Ten school, sent a letter to NCAA president Charlie Baker on Tuesday, asking him to throw the NCAA's support behind a major change. While those are only legal in a small percentage of states, they have led to some big issues, including a federal investigation and death threats to athletes.
