- 0:19Speaker 1: be true. Good Steve listening to Going Together for Star,

- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your back now, Uh huh I sure, well,
- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, come
- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now, want and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:11Speaker 1: a radio show. Man o man o man I thank
- 2:16Speaker 1: God for it. I thank God for all he's done
- 2:19Speaker 1: for me, for all the little things that are oftentimes
- 2:24Speaker 1: failed to thank him for that I take for granted
- 2:27Speaker 1: for you know, I was. I was talking the other
- 2:32Speaker 1: day to a buddy of mine. We had gotten to
- 2:36Speaker 1: this conversation about God and and and in the conversation
- 2:42Speaker 1: we had narrowed it down and we were talking about
- 2:44Speaker 1: changing the way we are as people. You know that
- 2:48Speaker 1: everybody has to change. You know, nothing stays the same.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Everybody changes, and a lot of these changes can be
- 2:57Speaker 1: for the good, and a lot of them are just
- 2:59Speaker 1: they has come with time. You know, sometimes it's aging
- 3:02Speaker 1: that changes us. But no matter how old you get,
- 3:08Speaker 1: you still have the ability to improve as a person.
- 3:13Speaker 1: You may not have the foot speed you used to have.
- 3:17Speaker 1: You may not be as agile as you used to be.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Your energy level may not be what it used to be.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Your desire to do some of the things that you
- 3:29Speaker 1: used to do may be gone. The thing that doesn't
- 3:36Speaker 1: have to change and will not change is you. You
- 3:41Speaker 1: have the ability to continue to grow as a person,
- 3:48Speaker 1: even when far the time and nature has taken its course.
- 3:55Speaker 1: We were talking about everybody can change and everybody has
- 4:05Speaker 1: the right to reinvent themselves as they get older, and
- 4:11Speaker 1: I equated it to jumping out of an airplane. You know,
- 4:16Speaker 1: there are some people man who get to a certain
- 4:18Speaker 1: point in their life and they and they jump from
- 4:21Speaker 1: the airplane. Is now almost a stunt of some kind.
- 4:27Speaker 1: It's almost like they life and got out of control.
- 4:30Speaker 1: You ever seen somebody jump out of airplane and the
- 4:33Speaker 1: parachute don't open and they lifestart and it seems like
- 4:36Speaker 1: they start spinning and tumbling and they can't get it together.
- 4:40Speaker 1: And I've seen some mid air rescues before. But then
- 4:43Speaker 1: there are times when you know when it hasn't worked.
- 4:46Speaker 1: You know, you jump out that airplane and and and
- 4:49Speaker 1: at first it's fun. I've never skydived before, but I
- 4:54Speaker 1: would imagine when you first jump out of an airplane
- 4:57Speaker 1: that they people describe it as a a sense of
- 5:00Speaker 1: being free. And it's exhilarating when you first jump out
- 5:05Speaker 1: the plane. But if you pull that cord and nothing happens.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I never happened to me, But I can only imagine
- 5:14Speaker 1: the panic that's got to set in, because no matter
- 5:18Speaker 1: how fun it was a moment ago, the flying over
- 5:22Speaker 1: to one another, holding hands in the air, the breeze,
- 5:27Speaker 1: the descent of the feeling of all of a sudden,
- 5:32Speaker 1: if you reach for that cord and that's not there,
- 5:35Speaker 1: you're suddenly spinning out of control. And that's what happens
- 5:39Speaker 1: in a lot of people's lives. When you first start
- 5:42Speaker 1: your life, you jump out the plane. You're free, you're young,
- 5:45Speaker 1: you ain't got nothing to where about. But then you
- 5:47Speaker 1: get to a certain point in your life when you go, okay,
- 5:50Speaker 1: I'm gonna pull the cord now. And pulling the cord
- 5:54Speaker 1: is an important thing, because here's the analogy my friend
- 5:59Speaker 1: gave me. He said, Man use your mind like a parachute.
- 6:06Speaker 1: It works better when it's open. Well, see what happens
- 6:10Speaker 1: with a lot of people is they in life. They
- 6:14Speaker 1: jump out the plane and they and they having this
- 6:19Speaker 1: free fall and it's fun for now. But they get
- 6:23Speaker 1: to a certain point in their life where they got
- 6:24Speaker 1: themselves in a situation, or they've had a little bit
- 6:27Speaker 1: too much fun a little bit too long, or you know,
- 6:30Speaker 1: they wasn't open to nothing and they just did what
- 6:33Speaker 1: they wanted to do, or they started getting involved with
- 6:36Speaker 1: drugs or drinking or started running with the wrong people.
- 6:39Speaker 1: So you jump out the plane. The first you're free falling.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It's fun. But then after a minute, man, something happens
- 6:45Speaker 1: and they realize whoa and they reach for the chord,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and the chord don't work. Well. Now you're in a
- 6:50Speaker 1: panic stricken situation. And my suggesting is what I've learned
- 6:54Speaker 1: from the analogy that my friends shared with me, is
- 6:57Speaker 1: that we all the sooner we can open our minds
- 7:00Speaker 1: to God, the sooner we could develop that relationship with him.
- 7:06Speaker 1: It's like pulling the cord and opening a parachute. If
- 7:10Speaker 1: you open up your mind to God, God is like
- 7:13Speaker 1: a parachute. You know God can slow your descent. God
- 7:20Speaker 1: can turn this out of control free fall into a
- 7:24Speaker 1: nice ride for you. See, that's what happened to me.
- 7:30Speaker 1: I was spinning out of control. I had gotten myself
- 7:34Speaker 1: into a point man while I wasn't doing real good. Oh,
- 7:38Speaker 1: y'all would look at me and think, man Stevie man nam,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I wasn't doing real good. I had spun out of control.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I was. I was in a free fall and I
- 7:51Speaker 1: reached for the court, but I was so far away
- 7:54Speaker 1: the chord didn't open. Then I went to him and
- 7:57Speaker 1: I pulled the cord. When I went to God, I
- 8:01Speaker 1: pulled the cord and open, and he slowed my descent.
- 8:05Speaker 1: And this is what I just believe. I don't believe
- 8:07Speaker 1: now that I aged as fast as I was aging,
- 8:11Speaker 1: because I got that parachute open. Now, you know, I
- 8:14Speaker 1: take better care of myself, eating, I work out more.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Now you know I'm not out of control. I have
- 8:20Speaker 1: a direction now that when then got up under that
- 8:24Speaker 1: parachute a little bit, you know, and now I'm I'm
- 8:27Speaker 1: I'm going you know, I'm still getting older, you know, so,
- 8:30Speaker 1: but the descent is so slow. Now I'm able to
- 8:34Speaker 1: enjoy the ride. I'm guiding my parachute over. Sometimes we
- 8:38Speaker 1: go over to to a vacation spot over here, we
- 8:41Speaker 1: float back over to it. But you know, I'm still
- 8:43Speaker 1: getting old. I'm still going going down. But the descent
- 8:48Speaker 1: because I've opened my mind to God, the parachute has
- 8:52Speaker 1: slowed my descent. And now I'm rocking back and forth.
- 8:57Speaker 1: But I ain't spending out of control no more. You know,
- 9:00Speaker 1: I'm able to enjoy the view now. You know, when
- 9:03Speaker 1: you jump out that plane and you and you pull
- 9:05Speaker 1: that cord and it don't work, you ain't looking at
- 9:08Speaker 1: the view no more. You're thinking of only one thing.
- 9:10Speaker 1: How can I slow this down? When now I'm able
- 9:12Speaker 1: to enjoy the view. I'm able to see all the
- 9:15Speaker 1: beautiful things on the horizon that God has for me.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I'm able to see all the beautiful things around me
- 9:22Speaker 1: that He's provided for me over these years. Because I've
- 9:25Speaker 1: slowed my descent. I used my mind like a parachute.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It works better when it's open. Open your mind to God,
- 9:35Speaker 1: and so you can see the view, so you can
- 9:38Speaker 1: slow the descent, so you can stop the out of
- 9:41Speaker 1: control freefall that you've been on, that you can get
- 9:44Speaker 1: your life together and see everything out on the horizon
- 9:48Speaker 1: that God has for you. You know, it turned out
- 9:50Speaker 1: to be a very true statement your mind. If you
- 9:53Speaker 1: use it like a parachute, it works better when it's open. Y'all,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening to show. Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the
- 10:03Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. I've got sunshine on a cloudy
- 10:12Speaker 1: day when it's cold outside. I got the month of me. Well,

- 10:32Speaker 1: make me feel this way? There you go. I'm talking

- 10:47Speaker 1: my girl. I've got so funny what that touched me?
- 10:56Speaker 1: Did that hurt? That touched me? Okay, touching and hurting
- 11:01Speaker 1: me is different. That had a black on the way.

- 11:45Speaker 1: what come on, I gotta understand it. I don't know
- 11:49Speaker 1: how does how does heart singing do that for you? Well?
- 11:53Speaker 1: You know, it's the emotion of it. It ain't the notes,
- 11:57Speaker 1: it ain't the connectivity. Yeah, this word, it's the feeling. Okay,
- 12:06Speaker 1: it's a feeling, Junior. Yeah. You know, I'm gonna play
- 12:10Speaker 1: something for you a little bit later on and then
- 12:12Speaker 1: you tell me, okay, you know, okay, how you feel
- 12:16Speaker 1: about it, something that you can relate to, and then
- 12:21Speaker 1: we'll see. But it's always the emotion of it, you know.
- 12:24Speaker 1: And you got to you got to you know, I think, Junie,
- 12:28Speaker 1: you got to lend yourself to that a little bit
- 12:30Speaker 1: more often, because I'm not sure if you do that.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I just saw it to look on your face and everything.
- 12:38Speaker 1: It was all on your count you. You was gone.

- 16:14Speaker 1: What you're talking about? Did you say Veronica is cheating
- 16:17Speaker 1: on me with you? No? No, she cheating on both
- 16:21Speaker 1: of us with somebody else. I know. I've been noticing
- 16:24Speaker 1: her going out with this, you know, going to lunch
- 16:27Speaker 1: with this other cat. So I'm like, I got pissed
- 16:30Speaker 1: off about it. So I said, you know what, I
- 16:32Speaker 1: can't take you no more. I'm calling Terence. You're saying
- 16:35Speaker 1: to me that my wife has been cheating around a

- 17:34Speaker 1: called you. I called you to my wife. That's what
- 17:37Speaker 1: I want to know. I'm telling you about this dude
- 17:40Speaker 1: named Alan. I need you to step up as the
- 17:42Speaker 1: husband and fix this. But you're telling me that my
- 17:45Speaker 1: wife is cheating on both of us. Didn't know cheating
- 17:47Speaker 1: on both of us. If she's she's cheating on me,
- 17:51Speaker 1: you're telling me that you're with my wife too, that
- 17:54Speaker 1: you've been messing around with my wife. That's not That's
- 17:58Speaker 1: not the part I'm trying to talk about. I'm trying
- 18:00Speaker 1: to talk about this dude named Alan. Man. That's what
- 18:02Speaker 1: I'm trying to get out. I'm gonna get to Alan.
- 18:04Speaker 1: We're gonna get to Alan. You saying that my wife? Man,
- 18:08Speaker 1: it's some crazy yo. You know what, man, I'm about

- 18:20Speaker 1: you understand what I'm saying? Do I hear what you're saying.
- 18:23Speaker 1: But the beef ain't with me. The beef is with Alan. No,
- 18:28Speaker 1: she messing over she messing over both of us with
- 18:31Speaker 1: Alan dalk. I'm about to call her because right here,
- 18:35Speaker 1: I'm telling Okay, hold on, bro I just want you

- 18:41Speaker 1: I'm at the job. Yeah, but I'm about to come
- 18:43Speaker 1: up my foot in your doing to stand me. No,
- 18:47Speaker 1: I hear you, man, Alan is the one that then
- 18:50Speaker 1: blew this thing out of proportion. Dog, she messing over me.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Ain't you with this here? There ain't no me and you.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I don't share. Do you see what I'm saying? Yeah,
- 18:59Speaker 1: I hear you. You don't follow me. You don't hear me.
- 19:04Speaker 1: I don't know shit, shit that goes aren't over here? Okay,

- 19:49Speaker 1: right now, Okay, But can I tell you what she's
- 19:51Speaker 1: telling me to tell you? She ain't telling you to

- 19:57Speaker 1: get is my foot up your Okay, okay, but but
- 20:01Speaker 1: but Ronnie wants me to tell you this man. Just

- 20:33Speaker 1: I'm not all right. I'm in the car. I was

- 20:37Speaker 1: mess the round with y'all. Hey, let me ask you
- 20:41Speaker 1: this man, what is the baddest and I mean the

- 21:07Speaker 1: phones back then. Some my boy Biggie Wig. I told
- 21:10Speaker 1: Biggie Wig to come and pick me up at a
- 21:13Speaker 1: certain amount of time. I said, as a matter of fact, Wig,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I'll call you at your house if something changed thirty
- 21:21Speaker 1: minutes before one o'clock and let you know if I
- 21:24Speaker 1: need a little bit more time or not. So I

- 22:15Speaker 1: playing cards, these fatures everywhere. I'm just flicking them, you know,
- 22:19Speaker 1: just flicking them off with the cards and hands. Come

- 22:24Speaker 1: but there was some nice girl. But law, them girls
- 22:26Speaker 1: talk trash when they played car. So we're there, we're

- 37:39Speaker 1: been married, and I don't have any children. My brother's
- 37:42Speaker 1: got married in twenty eighteen and a double ceremony. I
- 37:45Speaker 1: have a domestic partnership with the lady that I've been
- 37:49Speaker 1: with for six years. She's never pressured me about a wedding,
- 37:52Speaker 1: but she's told my mother she'd love to marry me.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Should I stay quiet until she brings it up? Or
- 37:57Speaker 1: should I reaffirm to her that I don't want to
- 38:00Speaker 1: get married. I hate to be wasting her time. Hey man,
- 38:04Speaker 1: why don't you tell her that then, Yeah, why don't
- 38:06Speaker 1: you tell her you don't want to be married and
- 38:08Speaker 1: you would just what he called it, domestic partnership partnership. Yeah,
- 38:13Speaker 1: but she wants to be married, but you want a
- 38:15Speaker 1: domestic partnership. That's why you ain't never been married and
- 38:18Speaker 1: ain't got I don't feel I'll tell her. I'll tell
- 38:21Speaker 1: her for your ass. I'll tell her better man, I
- 38:26Speaker 1: will tell her take the weight off of you. But
- 38:29Speaker 1: you should have told her that six years ago too. Yeah,
- 38:32Speaker 1: you are wasting her time, you know, for six years

- 38:38Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure she didn't said that to you am
- 38:40Speaker 1: a matter of fact, Julio. I can't imagine she would
- 38:43Speaker 1: go to your mama with it and ain't said it
- 38:45Speaker 1: to you. I ain't got nothing for you, Julio. You
- 38:48Speaker 1: ain't got no kids. You what you want? At forty seven,
- 38:52Speaker 1: he's forty seven, stid he should know something. No man, Bye, Felicia.
- 39:04Speaker 1: This one's from Felicia in New Orleans. She says, I'm
- 39:07Speaker 1: a new luet and my husband and I moved to
- 39:09Speaker 1: his hometown recently, where he has three female friends that
- 39:12Speaker 1: he's known since childhood. I got along with them, but
- 39:15Speaker 1: I need him to set some boundaries with them. One
- 39:18Speaker 1: of them is a chef, and she insists that he
- 39:20Speaker 1: comes over at least once a week to pick up
- 39:22Speaker 1: a plate. He loves to rave about how good her
- 39:25Speaker 1: food is. My husband will meet up with the women
- 39:28Speaker 1: for drinks, and I find out about it after the fact.
- 39:31Speaker 1: He says they're like sisters and I have nothing to
- 39:33Speaker 1: worry about. He doesn't get it. So should I talk
- 39:36Speaker 1: to these ladies directly? No? Nope, nope. See, you didn't
- 39:41Speaker 1: marry the ladies. You married your husband. You and your
- 39:45Speaker 1: husband took the vials to leave all others and cleave
- 39:48Speaker 1: only unto you. That was his vows. Now, before you
- 39:52Speaker 1: got married, did he tell you he had these girlfriends,
- 39:54Speaker 1: he wasn't gonna cut them loose and you married him anyway?
- 39:57Speaker 1: Or did you discover the three girlfriends when you move
- 40:00Speaker 1: after his hometime? Mmmm? Coming over to the house cooking,
- 40:04Speaker 1: I can't no where in hell I can go in
- 40:06Speaker 1: there and tell Madre I'm going over this girl's house
- 40:09Speaker 1: for dinner. We're friends, man, Man, you know that's the
- 40:21Speaker 1: next thing. My friend is Man Sharley been friends for
- 40:27Speaker 1: twenty years. I ain't ever been over to her house,
- 40:30Speaker 1: and lord knows, I wouldn't go over there to eat
- 40:35Speaker 1: good because I wouldn't be cooking. Did you would be
- 40:40Speaker 1: even crazy if I said to Mark, I'm going to
- 40:42Speaker 1: Sherley house to eat. I thought you said Sharley couldn't cook.
- 40:46Speaker 1: Something was up? All right? All right, here we go,
- 40:52Speaker 1: Rilero and Queens. I like that name, Rolero. I moved
- 40:55Speaker 1: back to New York after living in Miami for for
- 40:58Speaker 1: a few years. I bought a small condo, and now
- 41:01Speaker 1: that I'm all settled in, I'm miserable because I have
- 41:04Speaker 1: a white neighbor that is rude and racist. When he
- 41:07Speaker 1: first saw me in the building, he asked me if
- 41:09Speaker 1: I was visiting someone, and I told him I lived there.
- 41:12Speaker 1: His response was, how is that possible? I ignored him.
- 41:17Speaker 1: He doesn't speak in passing and didn't hold a door
- 41:20Speaker 1: for me. One day. I'm twenty six years old and
- 41:23Speaker 1: I've never encountered racism like this? How should I handle
- 41:26Speaker 1: this guy? You've never encountered racism? Well, Laro, welcome to America. Yeah,
- 41:36Speaker 1: it's been here for a while, Laro. The fact that
- 41:39Speaker 1: you've never seen it before very surprising to me. I
- 41:42Speaker 1: know it's going to take your while to adjust, but
- 41:45Speaker 1: he not fited like your ass for no reason. Now,
- 41:49Speaker 1: as a Christian everywhere, you're supposed to love your neighbors.
- 41:52Speaker 1: I got that. It did not say you had to
- 41:55Speaker 1: like him, talk to him, play with him, or help
- 42:00Speaker 1: them up when they fall down the steps that you
- 42:03Speaker 1: accidentally tripped him, yell accidentally, I'm sorry, speaker, you ain't
- 42:16Speaker 1: e't got to say I'm sorry. Wow, all right, thank you.

- 42:52Speaker 1: you fix my roof? That don't sound harmful, right, That's
- 42:58Speaker 1: why I said, Oh, okay, that's not see. Can you
- 43:01Speaker 1: fix my roof? That's all I ask? Is it leaking
- 43:04Speaker 1: or something got some issues? I'm not saying no, but
- 43:08Speaker 1: can you fix my rood? That's all I want to know.
- 43:12Speaker 1: Look at my face, I know Carl, I always looking

- 45:24Speaker 1: I'm two streets over from you. Man, I'm I'm like
- 45:27Speaker 1: I said, I got a leak in my room and
- 45:29Speaker 1: somebody gave me a number. I thought all Hispanic people

- 46:23Speaker 1: do yards. Okay, do you steal? There's nothing wrong with
- 46:28Speaker 1: being a construction worker, for name, brick or doing tile
- 46:32Speaker 1: or doing roof, and there's nothing wrong with that. Man.
- 46:34Speaker 1: I got a lot of relatives. I've done those jobs myself,
- 46:36Speaker 1: but I educated myself. Now I've got a degree and

- 46:56Speaker 1: what are you saying? Man? What are you saying? Man?
- 46:59Speaker 1: Don't don't be upset. Could I speak to languages and
- 47:01Speaker 1: you speak one? Or you can probably speak pig lattin
- 47:04Speaker 1: or something like that. You know this. You know what, man,
- 47:07Speaker 1: I don't even I don't even like to talk like this.
- 47:09Speaker 1: I worked at a bank. I gotta deal with customers
- 47:11Speaker 1: every day, and I deal with ignorant. I don't even
- 47:14Speaker 1: like sho I deal with ignorant, not a daily basis
- 47:17Speaker 1: like you do. They got playing with me. Huh, Man,
- 47:20Speaker 1: I grew up on the West Side. You need to

- 52:01Speaker 1: on the air, just like we're gonna read this one today. Okay, bulu,
- 52:06Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you here. It
- 52:08Speaker 1: is a Strawberry letter subject Doggie style lifestyle Pere Stephen Shirley.
- 52:15Speaker 1: I am a twenty seven year old woman and I
- 52:18Speaker 1: just moved in with my boyfriend. We've been dating for
- 52:21Speaker 1: one year and we have a great relationship. But of
- 52:25Speaker 1: course there's an issue, or I wouldn't be writing you.
- 52:29Speaker 1: I love making is very good, but we are never alone.
- 52:34Speaker 1: When we're intimate, there's always four extra eyes very close by,
- 52:39Speaker 1: staring at us. It's his dog. He has a Doberman
- 52:45Speaker 1: and a German Shepherd, and these dogs are very spoiled
- 52:48Speaker 1: and run the house. When my boyfriend and I get
- 52:51Speaker 1: in the bed, they jump into. Since I moved in,
- 52:55Speaker 1: my boyfriend has forced them to sleep on the floor
- 52:58Speaker 1: next to our bed. Since I did want them in
- 53:00Speaker 1: our bed, I have asked them. I have asked him
- 53:03Speaker 1: to put the dogs beds in the guest room so
- 53:05Speaker 1: they can sleep in there at night. But he says
- 53:08Speaker 1: I'm being inconsiderate and silly. He says, they're dogs and
- 53:12Speaker 1: they don't understand what we're doing when we're intimate, but
- 53:15Speaker 1: it creeps me out. They always come right up to
- 53:18Speaker 1: the bed and stare at us the entire time. I
- 53:21Speaker 1: have asked my boyfriend over and over to close our
- 53:25Speaker 1: bedroom door and keep them out while we have sex,
- 53:28Speaker 1: but he says they will wind the entire time and
- 53:31Speaker 1: spoil the mood. I think this is very weird. I
- 53:35Speaker 1: can't enjoy sex with these two big dogs breathing on us.
- 53:39Speaker 1: How can I get them out of our bedroom? Or
- 53:41Speaker 1: maybe I should go and let the dog stay. I
- 53:44Speaker 1: didn't sign up for this doggie style life. Please help. Wow. Yeah,
- 53:49Speaker 1: I agree with you. This is weird. Okay, watching is watching.
- 53:54Speaker 1: I don't care if it is dogs watching. I don't
- 53:57Speaker 1: care unless you're into that sort of thing, and clearly
- 54:01Speaker 1: you're not. This is weird. I mean, I think your
- 54:04Speaker 1: man should definitely put his dogs in another room or
- 54:07Speaker 1: give them something to do while you guys are doing it.
- 54:09Speaker 1: I think that's only normal. I mean, I know people
- 54:13Speaker 1: love their dogs and they're crazy about the dogs, and
- 54:15Speaker 1: they treat them like people and all of that, but
- 54:19Speaker 1: this right here is ridiculous. You're uncomfortable, you know, it
- 54:23Speaker 1: makes you feel creeped out and everything. I think he's
- 54:26Speaker 1: being disrespectful to you, putting the dogs above you. I
- 54:30Speaker 1: think he is, you know, because since you're officially moved
- 54:35Speaker 1: in now you know, I know, it hasn't been that long.
- 54:37Speaker 1: It's only been about a month or so, you say,
- 54:40Speaker 1: But guess what, it's your house too, so you get
- 54:42Speaker 1: to say something about you know, how you want your
- 54:45Speaker 1: house to be run. You're the woman of the house.
- 54:47Speaker 1: That means you shouldn't be uncomfortable in your own home.
- 54:50Speaker 1: You shouldn't be uncomfortable in this relationship. It sounds like
- 54:54Speaker 1: he's disregarding your feelings. You don't want the dogs in
- 54:57Speaker 1: there during intimacy. He doesn't seem to have a problem
- 55:00Speaker 1: with it. Is this a deal breaker to you? If
- 55:04Speaker 1: it is, you're gonna have to keep it moving Steve. Well, well,
- 55:10Speaker 1: well let me just say this right here, if we
- 55:15Speaker 1: really in here, tell about some damn dog. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 55:20Speaker 1: there were we're talking about in the bedroom dog. Now.
- 55:25Speaker 1: Twenty seven year old ladies. She'd moved in with a boyfriend.
- 55:29Speaker 1: They've been dating for a year. They got a great relationship.
- 55:32Speaker 1: But like she said in her letter, you know, something
- 55:34Speaker 1: gotta be wrong that I wouldn't be writing y'all. I
- 55:37Speaker 1: love making this very good, but we're never alone. It's
- 55:42Speaker 1: always extra eyes, very close. And it's two damn dogs.
- 55:48Speaker 1: Now these ain't chas and you know, you know, shit suits,
- 55:53Speaker 1: and these ain't little picking knees Jesus Germans shepherds. And yeah,
- 56:03Speaker 1: he took damn big ass dogs. Now all up in
- 56:07Speaker 1: the here. You got these big dogs in your house
- 56:09Speaker 1: and you want them in the other room. Now you
- 56:12Speaker 1: had your you had your boyfriend kick him out the bed.
- 56:16Speaker 1: I didn't understand that they're getting up in the bed.
- 56:17Speaker 1: Now they ain't when we stay get in the floor,
- 56:21Speaker 1: his sheets, his best bread steak. Because she let me
- 56:25Speaker 1: explain something to you. Dogs smell like dogs. I don't
- 56:29Speaker 1: kill who the hell you bathe them every day? Dogs
- 56:33Speaker 1: still smell like dogs. Now as soon as you bathe them,
- 56:38Speaker 1: they go okay, but don't let the hand run outside
- 56:41Speaker 1: and come back in. They goes outside and gets a
- 56:44Speaker 1: lot of dogs on them. And now they back in
- 56:47Speaker 1: the house. So now you want them in the other room.
- 56:53Speaker 1: You ask him to do that, he says, you're being inconsiderate. Wow, okay, Now,
- 57:00Speaker 1: howld is your man and is he stupid? Don't you
- 57:04Speaker 1: think they're around the same age? How old is your
- 57:08Speaker 1: man and is he stupid? To tell your woman you
- 57:11Speaker 1: being and considerate? Now, Shirley said it right. Because you're
- 57:15Speaker 1: the woman of the house. You can't be uncomfortable in
- 57:18Speaker 1: your own home ever. Ever. A woman should never be
- 57:25Speaker 1: uncomfortable in her home. Ever. I got news for you.
- 57:30Speaker 1: A man should never be uncomfortable in their home ever.
- 57:38Speaker 1: And your children deal with it. But even a child
- 57:44Speaker 1: wants to come home and be comfortable. I don't care
- 57:48Speaker 1: if it's just in their room. Everybody wants a place
- 57:50Speaker 1: where they can go and be comfortable. But the dogs
- 57:54Speaker 1: can't have the run of the house. Shirley's absolutely right.
- 57:58Speaker 1: You deserve to have comfort in your home and you
- 58:02Speaker 1: can get it. I'm just gonna tell you what's gonna
- 58:06Speaker 1: happen during end of the thing. If we don't get
- 58:08Speaker 1: the dogs out, then I'm gonna just I'm something. If
- 58:15Speaker 1: I wake up the other night with your Doberman licking
- 58:17Speaker 1: your hand, man, it freaks you outta God, damn just
- 58:22Speaker 1: shot him through that sitting Tom and Jan a cat carton.
- 58:27Speaker 1: All right, we'll have part two of Steve's response coming
- 58:30Speaker 1: up at twenty three after the hour, subject of the
- 58:32Speaker 1: Strawberry letter today doggie style lifestyle. Right after this you're
- 58:37Speaker 1: listening to show? All right, come on, let's recap today's
- 58:42Speaker 1: Strawberry letters. A seven year old man Tyler letter? Is
- 58:47Speaker 1: what you doggie style lifestyle? Wow? She got moved in
- 58:52Speaker 1: with a boyfriend. Been there for a you that the
- 58:55Speaker 1: dogs is getting home the nerves because when they intimate,
- 58:57Speaker 1: the ain't never ruined by their self day and they're
- 58:59Speaker 1: watching cry Now she wants dogs to be put out.
- 59:07Speaker 1: He didn't told a girl he didn't putting them out
- 59:09Speaker 1: because she being inconsiderate and silly. That is what you
- 59:15Speaker 1: think the dog think. If the dog don't even know
- 59:17Speaker 1: what's happening, I promise you that big ass is wondering,
- 59:21Speaker 1: what is all is moaning? What is all is driving?
- 59:23Speaker 1: Why y'all naked? You're fitting the heels? Next thing you know,
- 59:29Speaker 1: you're gonna have a dog moving in close because dogs
- 59:32Speaker 1: like to sniff. Now, I'm just telling you facts about dogs.
- 59:38Speaker 1: That's their primary sense. It's not feel, it's smell and taste.
- 59:44Speaker 1: They gonna eventually comes sniffing around. Now I'm a little
- 59:49Speaker 1: edgy when the dog is sniffing me with my clothes on.
- 59:53Speaker 1: Now I'm somewhere ass naked. What I can't have it
- 59:57Speaker 1: that little cold ass load touching. You know, the nose
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: be cold. Yeah, you're on your back and all of
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: a sudden you feel this a little cold dot on
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: your ass. You really need this visual. Yeah, you need
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: this visual because we gotta get the dogs out this rule. Now,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: I'm trying to help this lady wrote this. Let them.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Now you think you're tripping right now, that's because they
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: ain't moved in to participate. But them dogs is fitting
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: to participate. Oh we played they thank y'all in the planning.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: They're gonna want in on that. That's gonna start with
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: the breathing. Then it's gonna go to sniffing. They ain't
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: gonna be smelling your breath either. Now he might be
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: all right with that because you know how it probably
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: had a little cold nose on his ass before I'm
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: telling you he has he'd been in that house with
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: these dogs. You inconsider you silly? Yeah, he comfortable. They've
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: been in the bed before. She moved in. He's slipperty,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: too big ass dog. Them stinking in My damn dog
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: smell like a dog. He got bad breath, man, Go
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: get away from me. There are a lot of dog lovers,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Steve do you can be a dog lover. This my joke.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: My joker is for people that ain't dog lovers. This
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: is my joke. Is not fun. Dog lovers, you might not.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: I don't think that's fun at all. But how high
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: it is to me? She says, they're very spoiled and
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: they run the house. Hell yeah, they spoiled, they run
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: the house. But now here, come on. See now we
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: didn't breathed, and we'd just sniffed. I ain't got nothing
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: to tell you said it wasn't next Now okay, if
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: we didn't done all the breathing and all the sniffing,
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: tell me what you'd have seen your dog do? That
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: makes you uncomfortable? And every body is uncomfortable with it,
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: even a dog lover. How many times you've been sitting
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: up there eating your plate and you look over there
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: and here snash, it's going to town man, because eat
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Mardree loves dog, but damn bad. Sometimes we get in
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: front of that fireplace, and ain't nobody looking? And Bad
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: just started looking everywhere, and now Marjorie don't want a
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: damn dog no more? Stop it. Bad and Bad be
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: looking up like what a dog? Stop? And I'm looking
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: at him, going, oh my god, that gentleman. Yeah, if
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: I could do that, you could do? What if I
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: could do what my dog dog to myself? You know
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: the moment I would have been in had so crazy, Steve,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: where you I ain't coming in today's happening. I'm busy
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: I'm doing though. So now I ain't said nothing nasty.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: I'm not said nothing cruel. I'm allowing you to write
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: your own joke on your way to work. But we
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: all know what our dogs do that embarrass us. Yeah,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: well he gonna walk up to you and really embarrass you.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: He said, wait a minute. Oh oh, everybody got the
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: oh oh, everybody got the ears out. Now, oh oh,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: there's what we're doing. First, he's gonna start with Jess itself. Oh,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: there's what we're doing. Dogs are smart. You've got to
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: get these dogs out of your bed room because eventually
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: they're gonna want to make want to participate. Is this
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: a deal breaker? I think it is. Now here's what
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: I think you could do, young ladies. This is I
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: think you can solve the problem. You're going to have
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: to issue an ultimatum. Either you put the dogs out
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: of the bedroom and get comfortable and make them get
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: okay with being in the room. They're gonna learn to
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: stop the whining. They're gonna stop, and if you don't
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: get them used to it, then you're gonna hear my
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: wine and we're gonna see which one of these you like,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: the dog's wine and of my wine, because my wining
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: comes with consequences. I'm not making love anymore in front
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: of these damn dogs. I'm not doing it now. I
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: want to be with you, but I'm not doing it
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: anymore in front of these dogs. Period. Secondly, if that
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: don't work, here comes to other ultimatums. Either you put
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: the dogs out, I'll go out. Let me go back
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: to where I was until the dogs can sleep on
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: their own. Because all you want to say have privacy.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: You didn't ask the man to get rid of the dogs.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: You just ask him to move the dogs around. So
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: those are the ultimatums. I can't do this anymore with
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: these dogs. I'm uncomfortable. Call me silly if you want to,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: But I tell you who really gonna look silly? You are?
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: And that with them damn dogs and y'all looking at
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: each other now they can lick themselves. You can't. All right, guys,
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: we gotta get out of here. Email us are in gram.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: That's your thoughts on today's Strawberry letter. It's Steve Harvey.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: F M. You're listening, all right? Come on? Steve introduced
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Jay as he murders another Jay are brown all right
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: to day's hit. It's very it's very dead to me.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: And I got this from my buddy Steve. He said,
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: my wife, Uh, where's these damn capri pants all the time?
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: And he's really sick of it? Could you write a song? Then?
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Some of these ladies know that you can't win these
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: pants all the damn time. Check it out, girls a sexy,
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: all the meat on the moans. Some outfits look good
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: on y'all. Some us you leave alone. Well, I mean
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: to let you know, girl, on stair round, I'll get
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: someone dress or tape battle grief. As long as those
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: pants a long leads no blood side the breeds get
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: one batch. You was the seed of that I below
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: your knees. They look at up nine kneel on knees.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: Those pants don't have set some people, but he's his me.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: You willing too much like six times voween, So do
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: me favor girl, won't you burn coprich big? And you
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: please so long as Penny's second time breach say it
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: should have a right to me. You got you gott it.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: You gotta stop windows compete says to please wear one
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: like bire Hey, you really were a singer and your
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: yes and you're done said it. He did sleep say
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: you just roll a piece, not them too much. I see, babe.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: You didn't lose any friends on that jun He didn't
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: lose any friends on that one. But next week you're
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: listening all right? Time for comedy roulette. Now, okah, this
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: is always on. You set it up. Please let do
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: this every week. You give us some subject because you
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: guys test our comedy ability. Put five subjects on the wheel.
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: Then the wheel wedge. Stop. We will do the damn thing.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: What you got? What you got? All right? Here we go.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: First subject, dang dog, while your pants so hot? That's
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: good too. It's all you can eat, but not at
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: one time. Okay, here's number three. Dang girl, that's way
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: too much lip gloss. Okay, no, no, no, no, don't
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: take these personals. Don't take a number four. You need
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: to just cut the rest of that hair on off.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: I like that one, all right. And number five, that's
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: not a manly dog. That's not a manly dog. Dog.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Dang girl, that's way too much lip blos. Let me tell,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: let me shut your You know you got on too
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: much lip bloss. When I see you and I can
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: see my reflection and I'm thinking to myself, Lord, I
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: wish I had a squeege you. You know what I'm
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: telling what you got nippo. I don't really like seeing this,
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: but I've had this happened before. I've been in a
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: situation if I'm trying to kiss you and you gotta
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: way too much niplo. We can't kiss because I keep sliding,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: I keep sliding off your mouth. This is way too
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: much niplock. Let me take some of this off. That
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: way too much. It's way too much lip blof. When
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: you eat a chicken leg and take one bite, but
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: the rest of the leg is pink all around the leg,
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: Come on, man, you gotta take some of that down.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: That way too much lip bloves, Man, you got on
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: too much lip bloss. If it looked like slob, you
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: can't tell, that's too weird. You know you got on
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: too much lip blofs when your lips is leaking on
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: the right, on the side and just dripping down. One
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: time fed on so much red niplock. What I wanted
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: to know? I said, Damn, who hit you in the mouth? Help? Yeah,
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: you don't just hit my girl? All right, all right,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: all right, all right. You know you gotta way too
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: much little gloves. When I walk in the room and
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: everybody got your lip blows on because you didn't kiss them,
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: everybody wearing it. Now, that's a lot of gloves. If
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: you're talking, and it didn't looked like somebody flashes his
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: on that too much? You know you got on a
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: lot of lip blow. When you open your mouth you
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: make a bubble, it's a lot of little cloths. That's
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: a lot of I tell you right now, you got
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: on a lot of lip clothes. I look at you,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: and I see flies trapped stuffed up round your mouth.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: You didn't tramp the much a flat wild I said,
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: a lot of that too. You know you wear too
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: much livelof If anything we said then pissed you out
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: and about be a man? Why didn't tell them about me?
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: You know who you are? You all right? Thanks guys always,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: we'll be back. You're listening to morning show. I think
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: all of us have this fear, uh if we work
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: this shift, this morning shift, over sleeping and being late
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: for work. Obviously I don't. You don't have that fear.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: I do. Uh So, So the question is how many
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: alarms do you set in the morning to make sure
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: you're on time for work? I got two? You have
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: two alarms? To Tommy, yeah, I have too. You don't
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: have that fear, Steve that if we oversleep, if we
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: see daylight, for us, it's on. I just kid that
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: the other day. I just did it the other day.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Woke up mad at you guys because you didn't call me.
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: I ain't no since a Russian if you see that daylight,
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: ain't since morning radio. Y No. I woke up one
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: time and saw daylight. I'm not The lamps over and
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: everything sail over the rug? Right, So you say you
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: said to Tommy Carl, you said too, What about you, junior? Fo?
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: You set four Okay. I usually don't set the alarm,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: but if I do, I only need one. I just
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: wake up. I'm up there early. But Junior pour for Yeah,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: well you know where he got sick or sale? I
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: got it. Yeah, I gotta do three tip of your chicks.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: I got all kinds of stuff I got to do first.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: You most Americans set four alarms, most of them. Four
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: most Americans. But let's see that people don't like their job.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: up at thirty three minutes after we'll play a round
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: of would you rather? Right after this. You're listening to
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show, and it's time now to play around
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: of would you rather? Let's just jump right in. Would
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: you rather have the details of your financial life or
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: your love life made public? Show all his money? Oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: we're gonna we're going on these banks. I don't see everything.
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: M and the quiet one, the rich man, would you
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: who's very quiet? Would you rather have the details of
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: your financial life or of your love life be made public? Yeah?
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: And we're waiting, deep breathing, Go ahead and jump to
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: tell people jump either way? Yeah you do? Wait what
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: it don't matter you don't really matter, or go to
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: prison for four years. It's that option. No, there's no
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: SI prison. You're willing to go to prison deep anyway.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: So I probably have to go on do the money.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: Yeah you can't. What? Yeah? I had to go and
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: show the money, see if you could? What? Huh? Why
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: we don't ask y'all? Why we don't ask y'all these
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: questions sometimes because it's for the comedians on this year. Okay,
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: that's why I wasn't get then you know nothing about me.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: I want to ask you what he going over it
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: in his mask to pay fifteen and look at this
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: on the fifth row, y'all will be a shocks. What
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: where was y'all have your finance? Yeah? Yeah for the
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: next next quarter. Oh, we're getting out of this one. Okay.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: Would you rather? Uh? Would you? I'd rather know this?
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Questions ahead attack. Would you rather eat pizza or ice
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: cream as the only food for eternity? Which one? Pick one?
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: Would you rather eat pizza? I love ice cream, but
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: I'm topping. Yeah, soon as I get up in the morning,
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: I gotta eat some damn ice cream rich or something.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: All right, Thanks guys. That's today's edition of would you
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: rather coming up at forty nine minutes after the hour,
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: it is our last break of the day, and of
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: course we will have some closing remarks from our fearlessly
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: fearless leader, the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: last break of the day. Wow, what a wild ride today. Anyway,
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: but now it's always uh, you're here with your closing remarks. Yeah.
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: My closing remarks today is I want to remind everyone
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: about the things you're going through. I want to remind
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: you about some of the things that's happening to you,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: especially for those of you that are hurting. Everybody is hurting.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: All of us are sick with something. All of us,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: every living human being. Nobody is pure and clean. No
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: one is pure and clean. No one is without hurt,
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: no one is without pain, no one is without suffering.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: All of us are hurting some kind of way. It's
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: because that's life. That's life, man. Now, how we handle
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: the hurt, the pain, and the suffering, that depends on
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: how our mental state is. I've often said it before.
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: If you change your attitude, you change your altitude. If
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: hurt pain and suffering are a part of life, then
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: it must be how you handle the hurt, pain and
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: suffering that determines the outcome of a lot of it.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: So this today is for the hurting. This message today
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: is for people in pain. This message today offer people
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: who are suffering. I say this to you because I
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: fit in all three of these categories. Oftentimes it regardless
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: is what you was, Steve, how you in pain, suffering
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: and you hurting? You got this and you got that.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: That ain't got nothing to do with it. I wish,
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: I wish you could make money and that would make
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: your life smooth it I'm telling you right now, I don't.
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: So if you think if your money gonna make you happy,
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: money does not make you happy, and money does not
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: make your life right. It gives you more choices in life.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: It's what it does. What money actually does is it
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: takes all emergencies and turns them into mere inconveniences. It
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: takes most all emergencies. Your car breakdown, that could be
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: emergency in somebody's life. That's not an emergency in my
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: life because I can straighten that out. You follow what
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: I'm saying that as some things that money can't fix
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: you lose a love one. No amount of money you
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: have eases the hurt, the pain, or the suffering. Nothing
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: nothing fixes that. So this message is for the hurt,
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: the pain, and the suffering. Here's what you have to understand.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: Everything you're going through is God preparing you for what
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: you ask for. If you ask for big stuff, much
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: is going to be quiet for you to do. In
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: order to attain the big stuff, to whom much is given,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: much is required. And in the requirements that comes some
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: pain that comes from suffering, that comes from hurt. Nobody
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: going through this life free and clear. You understand me
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: so quick, tripping man, because God is processing you. So
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: you got to deal with the tests that come, because
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: you can't have a testimony without the test. You have
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: to deal with the things that are confronting you. And
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: that's how you deal with the things that's confronting you
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: can determine the outcome. You can't stop nothing that happens
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: to you, but you can fix your attitude when it does.
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: Because it's coming. Life's waves and tides and billows and storms.
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: They're coming. It's just what you do about it. Understand
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: that you are in the process and when you're being
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: processed on what you think of your history, name me
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: one thing that God hasn't brought you through, And if
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: he hasn't brought you through it, he's currently pulling you
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: through it right now. You have survived far more than
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: you thought you could, ever thought you would, or ever
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: thought you'd have to. And the reason I know is
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: because you can hear me talking right now. God's track
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: record with you is outstanding. He has done the in
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: thinkable for you time and time again. God has delivered
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: you in times when you didn't even think you could
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: ever get delivered. He didn't delivered you so many times
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: you forgot the delivery date. You just showed up and
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: it was all right, and you just forgot to thank
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: him that day. For God's track record, he's batting a thousand.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: So while you're being processed, know that this too shall
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: pass and you'll be on to something else. And He
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: just does what he does over and over again. So
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: God is processing you. He ain't through what you yet,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: so quit tripping because God ain't through with you yet.
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: You just being processed. You're being tested to see if
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: what you really want you're asking him for, it's what
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: you really want. Just pass the tests, keep waking up,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: keep being grateful, keep thinking him, and keep on pushing.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: God has a great life for you if you just
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: remember that one thing He is processing you, the things
