- 1:31Speaker 3: Can't got to turn about turn.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You probably got to turn the mouth the turn mount
- 1:46Speaker 4: a wad of the way up.
- 1:55Speaker 8: Come come on, you'll think that, Uh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 8: Good morning everybody, if you all listen to the voice,
- 2:06Speaker 8: come on dig me now, one and only. Steve Harvey
- 2:09Speaker 8: got a radio show. I thank God for it every day.
- 2:13Speaker 8: I try to remember that too, you know, I try
- 2:15Speaker 8: to remember to be grateful. I think gratitude is one
- 2:20Speaker 8: of the things that helps keep me grounded. You can
- 2:23Speaker 8: go as far as you want in life. If you
- 2:25Speaker 8: don't mind who gets the credit. Well that applies to
- 2:28Speaker 8: God too, don't it. I mean, you know, really, if
- 2:31Speaker 8: you don't mind who gets the credit. I'm surrounded by
- 2:36Speaker 8: very competent people. I'm surrounded by a lot of people
- 2:39Speaker 8: who work hard on their jobs on their career, who
- 2:44Speaker 8: are dedicated employees and also just dedicated to their families.
- 2:50Speaker 8: And you know, dedicated to their own set of aspirations.
- 2:53Speaker 8: I don't expect anybody to work for me forever. I
- 2:58Speaker 8: always look at my job tunities are stepping stones because
- 3:02Speaker 8: I want everyone around me really to aspire to be more.
- 3:06Speaker 8: I mean, that's really the way I am. I'm not
- 3:09Speaker 8: any other way. I'm not trying to hold you to
- 3:12Speaker 8: this position. You know, tell you there's no room for
- 3:15Speaker 8: growth any of that. But even though I'm surrounded by
- 3:20Speaker 8: these people, I'm grateful that God placed them in my path,
- 3:27Speaker 8: in my life. But in my mind, in my spirit,
- 3:34Speaker 8: in everything in me, the credit still belongs to God.
- 3:39Speaker 8: I'm sorry. The credit still belongs to God. See if
- 3:46Speaker 8: you would, just for a moment, stop thinking about yourself,
- 3:52Speaker 8: just for a moment. I know that's hard, but just
- 3:54Speaker 8: for a moment, stop thinking about yourself and realize that
- 3:58Speaker 8: maybe you are who you are because God is who
- 4:02Speaker 8: he is. Maybe that's the case. Have you ever considered that?
- 4:07Speaker 8: That's the strongest possibility I can give to you? You know,
- 4:11Speaker 8: how do you think you the one that made it through?
- 4:16Speaker 8: How you think you the one after all of the
- 4:19Speaker 8: ignorant decisions we have made? And oh my goodness, let's
- 4:23Speaker 8: all be honest, ain't we made some crazy decisions I'm
- 4:27Speaker 8: talking about, man, I have made decisions so adverse to
- 4:31Speaker 8: my destiny and career, my promises. I've made some decisions man,
- 4:38Speaker 8: knowingly you hear me knowingly do something wrong, and in
- 4:43Speaker 8: spite of all that, I'm.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Still here standing.
- 4:46Speaker 8: Okay, come on, now, really, really, all the dirt you'd done,
- 4:51Speaker 8: done everybody done dirt, all the mistakes you've made, you
- 4:57Speaker 8: in the position you in today because of what? Because
- 5:00Speaker 8: you all that? Because you work harder than anybody else. Look,
- 5:06Speaker 8: I work hard, I'll be I'll tell you in a minute.
- 5:09Speaker 8: I work hard. But I don't think I'm the hardest
- 5:11Speaker 8: working person out there. I'm pretty sure somebody done work
- 5:15Speaker 8: way harder than I have. So okay, so you work hard? Okay, cool,
- 5:19Speaker 8: I got all that. But man, what about his grace
- 5:25Speaker 8: and his mercy? What about his favor? How many times, man,
- 5:31Speaker 8: you donet relied on that, even when you ain't know
- 5:34Speaker 8: you was relying on it? How many times man, God
- 5:37Speaker 8: done shown you mercy? You ain't even deserve it? Do
- 5:40Speaker 8: you know how many things I've done wrong? I just
- 5:43Speaker 8: ain't get caught at it?
- 5:46Speaker 2: You know? Let me see how simple I can be here.
- 5:49Speaker 8: You speed, you jwall, You lie to police when you
- 5:55Speaker 8: get pulled over that you wasn't speed, and you go
- 5:58Speaker 8: to court and argue you wasn't speed when you was.
- 6:02Speaker 8: You make U turns. I'm just doing traffic violations. Now,
- 6:08Speaker 8: let's get off traffic for a second. Let's get on
- 6:11Speaker 8: human violations. You talk about people when you're not supposed to.
- 6:17Speaker 8: You indulge yourself in gossip even when you don't really.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Have all the facts.
- 6:22Speaker 8: You pass judgment, You lust for people that don't belong
- 6:28Speaker 8: to you. You say things to people that you're not
- 6:32Speaker 8: supposed to say. So, look, all of us, we all
- 6:40Speaker 8: were all guilty. Now see I'm not saying you do
- 6:43Speaker 8: all of that, but I'm saying I'm pretty sure I
- 6:46Speaker 8: hit you somewhere in there, just somewhere in there. You
- 6:48Speaker 8: done lied before, you know you lied recently. I mean,
- 6:53Speaker 8: come on, And I'm just saying so with all that
- 6:55Speaker 8: in mind. See, I'm just looking at the little things
- 6:58Speaker 8: that we do that we don't get busted for. Not
- 7:00Speaker 8: to mention the chips you stole when you was a
- 7:02Speaker 8: kid and nobody caught you.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Well, that elevated, didn't it.
- 7:06Speaker 8: And some of y'all just didn't stop stealing, and next
- 7:08Speaker 8: thing you know, you was in a car. Now you're
- 7:10Speaker 8: sitting somewhere you don't want to be sitting because of
- 7:13Speaker 8: a decision you made. But through his grace and mercy,
- 7:16Speaker 8: couldn't it have been worse?
- 7:17Speaker 2: Though?
- 7:17Speaker 8: Without his grace and mercy, could not it have been worse.
- 7:22Speaker 8: I know two dudes that got caught in the garage
- 7:24Speaker 8: one time trying to break in somebody's house, and the
- 7:26Speaker 8: person in the house they broke into just happened to
- 7:29Speaker 8: have a gun and held them in the garage, caught
- 7:33Speaker 8: them and held them to the garage to the police car.
- 7:36Speaker 8: That's Grace and Mercy right there, because they had all
- 7:39Speaker 8: full right to shoot these two people, but they didn't.
- 7:42Speaker 8: They're Grace and Mercy. See, all of us have benefited
- 7:46Speaker 8: from his grace and mercy. All of us have done
- 7:49Speaker 8: a wrong, committed a sin, broken the law, and somehow,
- 7:52Speaker 8: through his grace and mercy, got by doing drugs, buying drugs,
- 7:56Speaker 8: slanging drugs, doing something, got by, jumped on some for
- 8:00Speaker 8: no reason, got by, you know, So see how you
- 8:05Speaker 8: figure with all that that can go on in your life?
- 8:08Speaker 8: And then hold on, let me throw a couple more
- 8:10Speaker 8: at you. You can't wake yourself up in the morning,
- 8:14Speaker 8: mister big shot. You don't have the ability to control
- 8:20Speaker 8: the breaths that you take. Really, mister big shot, really,
- 8:25Speaker 8: let's get real basic with it now.
- 8:26Speaker 2: You can't wake yourself up in the morning.
- 8:30Speaker 8: That's favor, that's grace, that's mercy, that's Him allowing you
- 8:38Speaker 8: to wake up just hoping we get it right. You know,
- 8:43Speaker 8: God spared me through all the dirt I was doing
- 8:45Speaker 8: just hoping one day? Man, can you just straighten up
- 8:48Speaker 8: a little bit? When I finally straightened up? And I'm
- 8:52Speaker 8: gonna just say it, straightened up a little bit. See,
- 8:54Speaker 8: I ain't straightened up all the way. See, I ain't
- 8:56Speaker 8: gonna sit here and tell you that I just straightened
- 8:58Speaker 8: up a little bit.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Blessing me.
- 9:01Speaker 8: So the more blessings I gotta start going. Man, maybe
- 9:03Speaker 8: I'll try straighten up a little bit more. So I
- 9:05Speaker 8: straightened up a little bit more. I still got a
- 9:07Speaker 8: long way to go, but I'm straighter than I was now.
- 9:10Speaker 8: When people judging me, and as they will, and they do,
- 9:13Speaker 8: because that ain't right, but they do, and I ain't
- 9:15Speaker 8: walking just the way they walk.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Then here come to criticism, I get it all the time.
- 9:20Speaker 8: Stop wanting credit all the time, and give out some
- 9:23Speaker 8: credit where credit is due instead of having somebody patting
- 9:26Speaker 8: you on your back all the time.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Why don't you tell God kill people it was really
- 9:30Speaker 2: was God? Man that you.
- 9:32Speaker 8: Don't really know how you made it? That really man,
- 9:34Speaker 8: you have no explanation for your success, or you have
- 9:37Speaker 8: no explanation why you still exist in today. Why don't
- 9:40Speaker 8: you tell somebody it was God today? Don't be ashamed.
- 9:42Speaker 8: It's the truth, ain't it. I mean, really, man, let's
- 9:46Speaker 8: give God some credit here. Give God the credit and
- 9:49Speaker 8: the glory and the honor. And like that plaque said,
- 9:52Speaker 8: you can go as far as you want in life
- 9:54Speaker 8: if you don't mind who gets the credit.
- 9:56Speaker 1: All right, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:03Speaker 8: Ladies and gentlemen in this here, the Steve Harvey Morning
- 10:06Speaker 8: Shows upon us. Now listen to me today. I've made
- 10:10Speaker 8: a country interious decision that I was going to be
- 10:14Speaker 8: a little different today. I don't know if I'm gonna
- 10:18Speaker 8: be more ignorant than I was yesterday, but I have
- 10:22Speaker 8: decided that I will interject a level of humor that
- 10:26Speaker 8: would be a very brightening moment and morning for everybody.
- 10:30Speaker 8: So I'm just gonna inject a lot more humor in
- 10:33Speaker 8: this morning. Shelton Strawberry calling for real Mississippi Monica, Junior,
- 10:39Speaker 8: kids page a nephew, Tommat the Legend, and myself, Junior.
- 10:43Speaker 2: What's on your mind this morning?
- 10:45Speaker 9: You know what I was thinking by something? You know,
- 10:47Speaker 9: you travel all the time, and we'll travel all the time.
- 10:50Speaker 9: You take us out on trips and stuff. Just thought
- 10:53Speaker 9: about this. If we had a Morning Show crew trip
- 10:56Speaker 9: cross country from New York to LA just in the car.
- 11:00Speaker 8: Would you be able to take it.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Car in a car?
- 11:05Speaker 9: No, no, no private jets, just you in the car
- 11:08Speaker 9: with a who would.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Get on your nerves first?
- 11:11Speaker 8: Now, anybody that was breathing, I can't sit in no car.
- 11:19Speaker 8: Dases over with. Now, let me tell you something that
- 11:22Speaker 8: living in a car has kind of killed my desire
- 11:25Speaker 8: to be in a car for an extended period of time.
- 11:28Speaker 8: If I'm in a car for eight hours, I start
- 11:31Speaker 8: to think and I'm living here and I can't relieve
- 11:36Speaker 8: none of that. If I'm in a car more than
- 11:38Speaker 8: four hours, it gets to be like, hey, this is
- 11:40Speaker 8: starting in a little feel permanent and I started, you know,
- 11:45Speaker 8: my butt started tinging. If I'm in a car, I'm
- 11:48Speaker 8: telling you four hours and I ain't been a darg.
- 11:50Speaker 8: If I'm in the car four hours, something in me
- 11:53Speaker 8: starts going. This is starting to feel permanent. You need
- 11:58Speaker 8: to get out, carl Marjorie, make sure you still got
- 12:02Speaker 8: a home. Yeah, yeah, No, I'm not. I don't think
- 12:05Speaker 8: we should do that. We can't do that. We can't
- 12:09Speaker 8: take Charlie's dream machine with us. We can't do it
- 12:12Speaker 8: in the winning Bago. We can't do it on a
- 12:14Speaker 8: tour bus. We need to get on these planes and
- 12:18Speaker 8: just get to the next city. But now if I
- 12:24Speaker 8: was to do it and we had everybody had their
- 12:27Speaker 8: own bus or something.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Like that, I don't know how it worked.
- 12:30Speaker 8: If we leave New York, got to stop in Baltimore,
- 12:34Speaker 8: the DMV, we got to come down Swing. We got
- 12:36Speaker 8: to see Philly. Yeah, Philly's a must stop. W D.
- 12:40Speaker 8: As we leave Philly, we got to get on Cross
- 12:45Speaker 8: start heading our way to Washington, d C. That w
- 12:50Speaker 8: h U R once you come out of that Heritage
- 12:52Speaker 8: station in DC. We got to stop down through Virginia
- 12:56Speaker 8: because they with us down there Richmond, all that at
- 13:00Speaker 8: past Hampton and all that. They were just head on
- 13:02Speaker 8: over to Charlotte. We gotta swing through Charlotte. Now, I'm
- 13:06Speaker 8: anna double back. I'm gonna double back after I leave
- 13:08Speaker 8: Charlotte because like I swag back down through Columbia and
- 13:11Speaker 8: something to the big DM, but I got to go
- 13:14Speaker 8: up through Charlotte. Come down through that, right. You know
- 13:16Speaker 8: what I'm saying. You don't care your trip now, boy,
- 13:18Speaker 8: this is what I do. Come down Charlotte. You go
- 13:21Speaker 8: down there, might as well swaying through a gust. I
- 13:23Speaker 8: can't leave a gust out because I did my greatest
- 13:25Speaker 8: comedy special in gust at the bail Out of torn
- 13:27Speaker 8: We're on the twenty now. We just came out of
- 13:29Speaker 8: Columbia on the twenty. Swang on. Now we're in at
- 13:32Speaker 8: l now. I might have stayed that for a while.
- 13:35Speaker 8: Nice pass and you'll probably here in right there and
- 13:38Speaker 8: you'll continue next.
- 13:39Speaker 10: Right coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour
- 13:42Speaker 10: the Nephew and run that prank back right after this.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 13:52Speaker 10: It's a new year, and to leave us here to
- 13:55Speaker 10: help you keep your new year's resolutions on track, whether
- 13:59Speaker 10: it's a daily wall or spending time with friends and family.
- 14:02Speaker 10: A leave's got your back with up to twelve hours
- 14:05Speaker 10: of body pain relief per dose.
- 14:07Speaker 1: A leave keeps you.
- 14:08Speaker 10: Moving with long lasting body pain relief so you can
- 14:12Speaker 10: achieve your goals. Don't let body pain slow you down.
- 14:15Speaker 10: Keep going with the leave because this year is your year.
- 14:19Speaker 10: Use as directed for minor aches and pains. All right, guys,
- 14:23Speaker 10: it is time to run that prank back with the nephew. Nephew,
- 14:26Speaker 10: what do you have for us today?

- 14:32Speaker 2: Running back, running back?
- 14:34Speaker 1: You sound like James Brown running back, run fall.
- 14:37Speaker 11: I think I about ready to do mother. Yeah, it's
- 14:39Speaker 11: time to put the prank in here. It is run
- 14:41Speaker 11: that prank back. This is bad potluck. Hollo, bad boy potluck.
- 14:48Speaker 11: You've had it before, You've tasted it. You know what
- 14:50Speaker 11: it is. You've thrown that plate in the trash. Yep,
- 14:54Speaker 11: You've carried it out, waited till they went to the
- 14:56Speaker 11: kitchen and slid it to the doll.
- 14:58Speaker 2: You did it. You did the dog like that did

- 16:11Speaker 6: up and I didn't have to go down to the
- 16:13Speaker 6: doctor to get my stomach pumped. I ain't got no

- 56:46Speaker 11: got it for you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Thank you nephew.
- 56:51Speaker 10: Subject her special healing Soup. Dear Stephen Shirley. I recently
- 56:56Speaker 10: moved to a small town and I got a great
- 56:58Speaker 10: job making great money. I'm thirty three and the woman
- 57:02Speaker 10: I'm working with. The women I'm working with are all
- 57:05Speaker 10: in their late forties and fifties. I'm respectful, but there's
- 57:08Speaker 10: a sixty year old woman that thinks she's in charge
- 57:11Speaker 10: because she's the oldest. She told me to call her
- 57:14Speaker 10: Mama May, and she was talking down to me a
- 57:17Speaker 10: lot in the beginning. The funny part is that I
- 57:20Speaker 10: was hired as a division director, so all of these
- 57:23Speaker 10: women report to me. Mama May ran the office before
- 57:27Speaker 10: I was hired, so she's in my way as I
- 57:30Speaker 10: try to change the culture of the office. She does
- 57:33Speaker 10: little spiteful things and then acts like she didn't mean
- 57:37Speaker 10: any harm.
- 57:38Speaker 1: But I'm on to her. I need her to.
- 57:40Speaker 10: Retire because she's weird and she's dangerous. I was congested
- 57:45Speaker 10: for three days, so I left work early on a
- 57:48Speaker 10: Friday to get some rest. Saturday morning, May popped up
- 57:52Speaker 10: at my house with a big pot of orange liquid
- 57:55Speaker 10: dripping everywhere. She barged into my house and plopped the
- 57:59Speaker 10: pot online stove and told me it was her special
- 58:02Speaker 10: healing soup. She told me to eat three bowls a
- 58:05Speaker 10: day until I felt better. The soup smelled awful and
- 58:09Speaker 10: she would not tell me what.
- 58:11Speaker 6: Was in it.
- 58:12Speaker 10: She insisted that I eat a bowl of it before
- 58:14Speaker 10: she left. I could basically drink the soup because everything
- 58:18Speaker 10: in it was mushy. I finished most of it, and
- 58:22Speaker 10: she finally left, so I got back in the bed.
- 58:25Speaker 10: I woke up an hour later with the worst stomach
- 58:28Speaker 10: pain I had ever had. I was in the bathroom
- 58:32Speaker 10: all day and night. My nose and my colon were
- 58:36Speaker 10: clear after eating May's special soup. May still won't say
- 58:40Speaker 10: what's in her special healing soup. A few ladies in
- 58:43Speaker 10: the office said they should have warned me not to
- 58:46Speaker 10: let May know I'm sick. Is May a witch or something?
- 58:51Speaker 10: What's in her healing soup?
- 58:53Speaker 8: Mm?
- 58:55Speaker 10: Well, you know, I don't know about her being a
- 58:57Speaker 10: witch or anything like that. No one knows what's in
- 59:00Speaker 10: her healing soup because she doesn't tell it. But what
- 59:03Speaker 10: I have to ask is where do you live that
- 59:05Speaker 10: someone could just burst in your house like that? I mean,
- 59:08Speaker 10: was your door open?
- 59:09Speaker 1: Was it unlocked? Does Mama May have a key or something?
- 59:13Speaker 10: Plus you already said you need her to retire because
- 59:16Speaker 10: she's weird and dangerous and she does little spiteful things
- 59:19Speaker 10: to you. But yet you ate some nasty smelling soup
- 59:23Speaker 10: that she brought over and wouldn't say what was in it.
- 59:26Speaker 1: Boy, did you take a chance? You took a risk
- 59:29Speaker 1: on that one. Didn't you.
- 59:30Speaker 10: I mean, thank god you're okay, you're alive after eating
- 59:33Speaker 10: her soup, but it could have turned out very ugly. Now,
- 59:36Speaker 10: as far as her being a witch, I mean, like
- 59:38Speaker 10: I said earlier, really.
- 59:40Speaker 2: Is this a real question?
- 59:41Speaker 1: Because who knows?
- 59:42Speaker 10: I mean, we do know she's not a snitch, because
- 59:44Speaker 10: you're still trying to get her to tell you what
- 59:47Speaker 10: her healing soup the ingredients to that was, and she
- 59:51Speaker 10: won't tell you that. But if it can cure congestion
- 59:54Speaker 10: and illnesses, I guess the world needs to know about it.
- 59:57Speaker 10: I just think you're lucky, you know, still be able
- 1:00:01Speaker 10: to write us and tell us about this, because I
- 1:00:03Speaker 10: wouldn't have eaten the soup.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: I'll tell you that, Steve, and I know you wouldn't
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: have eaten it.
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: All right, let's open up this letter the subject of
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: her special healers stupe soup with this statement, you stupid.
- 1:00:22Speaker 8: Let's just open with that. Let's go on and just
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: read this dumb letter and try to figure out what
- 1:00:27Speaker 8: possessed you to write this letter with all this information
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: in it that you, at thirty three, have started to well,
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: you're in a position now to figure a lot of
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: this stuff out. Stephen Shirley.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: I recently moved to a small town.
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: I got a great job, making great money thirty three
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: and the women I'm working with, I'm in the late
- 1:00:48Speaker 8: forties and fifties. I'm respectful. Here's a problem, though. Got
- 1:00:53Speaker 8: this one sixty year old woman that thinks she's in
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: charge because she's the oldest. She told me to call
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: her Mama May, all right, and she been talking down
- 1:01:04Speaker 8: to you a lot in the beginning. And the funny
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: party is you hit her part that got the letter.
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: You are hired as a division leader, so all the
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: women report to you. Mama May ran the office before
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: I was hired, and your letter says, so she's in
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: my way. Now, let's stop right here. She's in your
- 1:01:27Speaker 8: way of running the office. You just said in the
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: letter that she's kind of like and you haven't said
- 1:01:37Speaker 8: it yet in the letter, but she's the oldest, and
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: she told you to call her Mama May. And you
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: said she was talking down to you in the beginning.
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: But you are hired as division leader, so all these
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: women report to me. Now, you said, Mama May ran
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: the office before I was hired, so she's in my way. Well,
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: seemed to me like Mama may think you in her way.
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: See she ran in the office. You about your little
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: youngs up in here. Everybody got a report to you,
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: and she been having everybody report to her. So let
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: me ask you a question. Why is your position even open?
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: They didn't just not come up with that position. You're
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: feeling a position. Why is that position even open? It's
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: because Mama Maiden got rid of everybody.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: Don't be a witch.
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: Mama Maiden got rid of everybody, and you come talk
- 1:02:47Speaker 8: about she in your way. You ain't seen nothing yet,
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: little girl, we come back.
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: I'm until you, but I think you already know.
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: All right.
- 1:03:01Speaker 10: Hang on coming up in twenty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:03:04Speaker 10: Steve will be back with part two of his response
- 1:03:07Speaker 10: to today's Strawberry letter, the subject her special healing Suit.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:24Speaker 10: It's a new year, and to Leave is here to
- 1:03:26Speaker 10: help you keep your new year's resolutions on track. Whether
- 1:03:30Speaker 10: it's a daily walk or spending time with friends and family,
- 1:03:33Speaker 10: A Leave's got your back. With up to twelve hours
- 1:03:36Speaker 10: of body pain relief per dose, A leave keeps you
- 1:03:39Speaker 10: moving with long lasting body pain relief so you can
- 1:03:43Speaker 10: achieve your goals. Don't let body pain slow you down.
- 1:03:46Speaker 10: Keep going with a leave because this year is your year.
- 1:03:51Speaker 10: Use as directed for minor aches and pains. All right, Steve,
- 1:03:55Speaker 10: come on, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject her
- 1:03:58Speaker 10: special healings suit.
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: Got this young girl thirty three years old and moved
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: into this small, lovely town. Got this wonderful, high paying job.
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: And the women that they work with, she works with
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: it in their late forties and fifties. She's respectful of them.
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: But there's a sixty year old woman that thinks she's
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: in charge because she's the oldest. And she told you
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: to call her Mama May. And she been talking down
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: to you a lot in the beginning. And then you say,
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: the funny thing is you was hired as a division leader,
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: the division director, so all these women report to me.
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: Mama May ran the office before I was hired, so
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: she's in.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: My way now.
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: I pointed out a very factual thought of mine. First
- 1:04:45Speaker 8: of all, why is your position open? Huh?
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: How did your job become available anyway?
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: Uh? Huh? And then you thought these women reported you,
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: but you just said Mama May thinks she run everything.
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: And then you said, Mama May is in your way. Nah,
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: you missing the whole letter you wrote. You in Mama
- 1:05:07Speaker 8: May's way. Yeah, you win a wakeer surprises. And then
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: you said you're in your way cause you're trying to
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: change the culture of the office.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: Now, this is a very important line that follows.
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: Next, she does little spiteful things and then acts like
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: she didn't mean any harm. Now, all of a sudden,
- 1:05:35Speaker 8: this had to show up at Yo Dough with some suit.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: Oh you don't see it from me?
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: Why oh, now you don't put this into the game,
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: now you know you But now you say she do
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: the spiteful things that act like she ain't mean no harm.
- 1:05:53Speaker 8: But you own to it, right and now your next
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: ten minutes. I need her to retire because she's weird
- 1:05:59Speaker 8: and danger. Now here comes a chance to get somebody
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: out the way.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: She in your way. But what you don't know is
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: you and little Mama May way.
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: I got congested for three days, so I left work
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: early on Friday to go get some rest. Saturday morning,
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: Mama May pops up at the door with a big
- 1:06:22Speaker 8: pot of orange liquid dripping everywhere. She barged into my
- 1:06:27Speaker 8: house and plopped a pot on my stove and told
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: me it was her special healless suit. You saying.
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: In your letter, let me quote you.
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: She does spiteful things and tries to act like she
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: didn't mean no harm. Well, you got a big pot
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: of spite sitting on your stove now because Mama May
- 1:06:57Speaker 8: in your way, eh you and Mama madewey.
- 1:07:04Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:07:05Speaker 8: Mama made and bought this part Mama made. She insisted
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: that I eat a bowl of it before she left.
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: I could basically drink the soup because everything in it
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: was mushy. The reason is mushy because she overboiled it
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: so you wouldn't be able to recognize the ingredients. I
- 1:07:27Speaker 8: finished most of it and she finally left, so I
- 1:07:30Speaker 8: got back in bed. I woke about an hour later
- 1:07:32Speaker 8: in the worst stomach pain I ever had. I was
- 1:07:36Speaker 8: in the bathroom all day at night, my nose and
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: colon were clear, and after eating May, after eating made
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: special suit, May still won't say what's in her special
- 1:07:46Speaker 8: heeling suit. A few of the ladies in the office
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: saying they should have warned me not to let make
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: know I was sick.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: Is May a witch? Or something.
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: What is in her heel and something? Well, let me
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: clear up something. You think May got in charge at
- 1:08:03Speaker 8: the office. Yeah, oh more mother maid and killed all
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: some people.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: Oh there's some people that went home and ain't ever
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: came back.
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: See everybody don't notice she show up at the.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: Door with the healing suit. They just don't come back
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: to work no more.
- 1:08:30Speaker 8: You need to do some research and find out how
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: many of your coworkers or former workers at the office
- 1:08:35Speaker 8: have been found dead in their bed.
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: Like that.
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: I'm just gonna put it out there. Anybody want to
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: say it, Mama May killing people. This is a letter
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: about potential. This is one you need to catch your
- 1:08:53Speaker 8: little ignorant kids on Facebook that do all these mass
- 1:08:56Speaker 8: shootings and everything. See you ignore the science, Uncle Steve,
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: don't ignore no signs. This is a Facebook post warning
- 1:09:05Speaker 8: just like them ignorant people to be doing all the
- 1:09:07Speaker 8: mass shootings. Mama May is a killer. Mama made and
- 1:09:12Speaker 8: kill some people before and yo, you'd ate them three
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: bowls like she told you. YOA wouldn't be at work
- 1:09:18Speaker 8: Monday morning.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: The problem solved.
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: Now? Is Mama made?
- 1:09:25Speaker 6: Really?
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: I don't think so. Did I use that as an
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: example to get your attention. Yes I did. Why did
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: you drink the soup?
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: I have no idea cause you stupid.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: I have a rule, but I don't eat from people
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: I don't like.
- 1:09:45Speaker 10: No, all right, Steve, Please leave us your comments on

- 1:10:52Speaker 10: there's a new study out and researchers have identified a
- 1:10:55Speaker 10: strong sign of lying is mimicking the body language of
- 1:10:59Speaker 10: the person they're lying too, a liar and a copycat.
- 1:11:04Speaker 10: The title of a new study now published in the
- 1:11:07Speaker 10: Royal Society's Open Science Journal could later lead to application
- 1:11:11Speaker 10: applications of the theory and criminal justice. Wow, So, Steve,
- 1:11:16Speaker 10: Tommy and Jr. What's your physical tell when you're lying?
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: I do a lot of blame?
- 1:11:23Speaker 15: Can you not?
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:11:23Speaker 8: Can you not?
- 1:11:24Speaker 17: Look?
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: Why would we sit here and tell that right there?
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: Why would we do that?
- 1:11:28Speaker 6: We know I'm.
- 1:11:30Speaker 8: Who. I ain't got no tail. I lie to you
- 1:11:34Speaker 8: dead in your faces, I ain't no tail lines. You
- 1:11:41Speaker 8: can't ever bust me on the original line. You can
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: go days and do some fact checking and come up
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: with the truth. But the moment I'm telling.
- 1:11:49Speaker 7: The life.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: Very very convincing.
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: Girl.
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: What what tale?
- 1:11:58Speaker 17: Right now?
- 1:11:59Speaker 6: Sure?
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: Sure?
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: Right now?
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: Color is your shirt?
- 1:12:06Speaker 8: But it's all it is?
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: It's it's a leopard.
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: Steve, excuse me? Yeah, have you've ever seen when have
- 1:12:16Speaker 8: you ever seen a black leopard?
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: That's a jaguar.
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: Yeah, a jaguar. Wipe your camera off.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: You're just gonna go with the lie right down.
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: I gotta keep it going. But have you ever been something?

- 1:17:08Speaker 10: it all through.
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: She says, now I have decided that I'm going to

- 1:19:02Speaker 10: if you've heard, but seniors, seniors are getting it in.
- 1:19:06Speaker 10: They're having more sex. Okay, This is according to new
- 1:19:10Speaker 10: research that found a huge spike in the number of
- 1:19:13Speaker 10: sexually transmitted infections over the past ten years. A new
- 1:19:17Speaker 10: study showed that sti's among people over the age of
- 1:19:21Speaker 10: fifty five have doubled compared to a decade ago. The steady,
- 1:19:26Speaker 10: blameful spike, Yeah, doubled. Blames of spike on rising divorce rates,
- 1:19:32Speaker 10: less condom use, the availability of drugs like viagra, and
- 1:19:37Speaker 10: more older adults living together in retirement communities, and also

- 1:25:07Speaker 10: going with the leave because this year is your year.
- 1:25:11Speaker 10: Use as directed for minor aches and pain. All right, guys,
- 1:25:16Speaker 10: it is our last break of the day, and Steve,
- 1:25:19Speaker 10: it's time for our closing remarks.
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: Hey, here it is today you all. I want to encourage,
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: but I want to remind you of something. You have
- 1:25:26Speaker 8: an opportunity to make a decision that can alter the
- 1:25:33Speaker 8: course of your life. You You have an opportunity to
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: make a decision that can alter the course of your life. Okay, Steve,
- 1:25:49Speaker 8: what do you mean by that? I mean this, and
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: this is just a true fact. If you change your
- 1:25:56Speaker 8: thought process, if you change the way you look at things,
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: if you take every negative spin and put a positive
- 1:26:05Speaker 8: spin on it, if you start setting your dreams and goals,
- 1:26:09Speaker 8: if you start praying, if you start confiding in God,
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: if you form a relationship with your creator, you have
- 1:26:17Speaker 8: done the necessary things. You have made a decision that
- 1:26:21Speaker 8: can alter the course of your life. All you have
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: to do is believe that it's so that simple thing
- 1:26:31Speaker 8: is so difficult for the average person to even conceive
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: for themselves. And why is that, I'll tell you why.
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: Because the devil is brilliant. Because the devil uses all
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: the tricks to persuade you to think the opposite way.
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: His only job is to rob you of your destiny.
- 1:26:51Speaker 8: And if he can make you think that what I
- 1:26:54Speaker 8: just said is not possible for you, it is the beginning.
- 1:27:00Speaker 8: But let's go back and look at it. If you
- 1:27:04Speaker 8: look at all the success stories of most honest people,
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: they will tell you at some point I believed it,
- 1:27:15Speaker 8: I wanted it, and I worked for it. But if
- 1:27:19Speaker 8: you do not have the belief, we can stop right there.
- 1:27:26Speaker 8: If you don't believe something is for you, if you
- 1:27:34Speaker 8: don't believe in something you want or aspire to, we
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: can stop right there.
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: Now, think about it. Have you given up on the
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: belief system?
- 1:27:46Speaker 8: Have you given up on believing in the things that
- 1:27:49Speaker 8: you used to want for yourself because in the delaying
- 1:27:53Speaker 8: of it happening, you perceive the delay as a denial.
- 1:27:58Speaker 8: How many of you are guilty of that. Let's just
- 1:28:00Speaker 8: have a real moment here now. How many of you
- 1:28:03Speaker 8: have ever wanted something really badly and you wanted at
- 1:28:06Speaker 8: a particular time and it didn't happen, so you assumed
- 1:28:10Speaker 8: because it was delayed, it was denied. How many of
- 1:28:13Speaker 8: you have ever felt that way? I know I have,
- 1:28:18Speaker 8: I know the majority of people have. But if that's
- 1:28:22Speaker 8: the way you use your thought process, it proves that
- 1:28:29Speaker 8: what I'm saying is true because the moment you change
- 1:28:33Speaker 8: the way you think, you change everything. Because it's delayed
- 1:28:38Speaker 8: doesn't mean it's denied because you don't believe something to
- 1:28:45Speaker 8: be So it's the very call of the possibility of
- 1:28:49Speaker 8: it happened, And it gets down to the real basis
- 1:28:53Speaker 8: of what faith is. Faith is the belief in things
- 1:28:58Speaker 8: that you cannot see. I don't need a lot of
- 1:29:02Speaker 8: faith to walk to the bathroom. I just don't. I
- 1:29:06Speaker 8: just say, man, I gotta go to the bathroom, and
- 1:29:08Speaker 8: I get up and a walk over there. It doesn't
- 1:29:11Speaker 8: require faith for me. But if I decide to set
- 1:29:16Speaker 8: up a goal that for to gain attention for my
- 1:29:20Speaker 8: foundation or to gain attention to a cause, and I
- 1:29:24Speaker 8: make the announcement on Facebook, Steve Harvey is going to
- 1:29:27Speaker 8: walk from Atlanta, Georgia to Cleveland, Ohio. A lot of
- 1:29:31Speaker 8: people gonna get cameras out. I won't go see this
- 1:29:34Speaker 8: hill because you know why. That ain't regular. That ain't
- 1:29:38Speaker 8: nothing I've ever done before. They ain't nothing I can see.
- 1:29:41Speaker 8: So that would require faith, wouldn't it? Would It would
- 1:29:45Speaker 8: require faith for a person to say, I'm gonna go
- 1:29:49Speaker 8: survive some inclimate clement weather for twenty one days, neked
- 1:29:53Speaker 8: and afraid or whatever. It requires some measure of faith.
- 1:29:56Speaker 8: But if you watch that show, a lot of people
- 1:29:58Speaker 8: don't make it because what they thought gonna be easy
- 1:30:00Speaker 8: is never that easy. And in somewhere line that the
- 1:30:03Speaker 8: majority of people don't make it on that show. But
- 1:30:08Speaker 8: listen to me. Everything starts from the basis of your belief.
- 1:30:15Speaker 8: Get back to believing. I believe that gonna be the
- 1:30:20Speaker 8: best year of my life. I expect that. I am
- 1:30:23Speaker 8: looking for it, I am watchful for it. I'm paying
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: close attention to everything I'm saying to God so far
- 1:30:29Speaker 8: because I have claimed a victory for myself. If you've
- 1:30:33Speaker 8: not done that, when stuff don't happen your way, who
- 1:30:36Speaker 8: you mad at you didn't put your belief out there.
- 1:30:40Speaker 8: I'm telling you, y'all, Why would you not try that?
- 1:30:43Speaker 8: Why would you not give that a shot. It's a
- 1:30:46Speaker 8: simple exercise in belief. It's a simple exercise in the
- 1:30:52Speaker 8: law of attraction. It's a simple exercise in faith. But
- 1:30:58Speaker 8: you've got to attempt it. All that gonna work.
- 1:31:01Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you something. Somebody really really close to me.
- 1:31:05Speaker 8: I've been begging them to come to me and sit
- 1:31:08Speaker 8: down with their vision list, because I tell everybody, and
- 1:31:12Speaker 8: this person's really close to me, and they've yet to
- 1:31:15Speaker 8: come and sit with me. But they keep wandering around
- 1:31:19Speaker 8: aimlessly in their life. And I watch them time after
- 1:31:24Speaker 8: time after time, thing not go right, thing not go right,
- 1:31:26Speaker 8: and they keep telling me about it. And all I
- 1:31:29Speaker 8: said to them was come and sit with me with
- 1:31:31Speaker 8: your vision list, your dream board. They still ain't made one. Well,
- 1:31:38Speaker 8: maybe if they would start believing that that system works,
- 1:31:41Speaker 8: maybe they could change something. Maybe they listening today, I
- 1:31:44Speaker 8: hope so, I hope you heard it. Those are my
- 1:31:46Speaker 8: clothes remarks today. It starts with the belief.
- 1:31:49Speaker 2: Y'all. Get back to believe and have a great day.
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: Talk to God and love to hear from them.
- 1:32:01Speaker 6: For all.
