- 3:43Speaker 4: starts right now.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I want to get to another important issue. Uh.
- 3:49Speaker 4: It's a big one, and it's one that so many
- 3:53Speaker 4: Americans have, especially the media, have really really really overlooked
- 3:59Speaker 4: it completely. That's part of what I like to do
- 4:02Speaker 4: here is bring you different information that others are refusing
- 4:06Speaker 4: to cover. And this one is one that is really
- 4:10Speaker 4: interesting because the number of arrests of migrant got aways
- 4:14Speaker 4: continuing now in Texas despite record low apprehensions at the border.
- 4:20Speaker 4: The media doesn't want you to know how many bad
- 4:22Speaker 4: own braids we have right now in this country. The
- 4:25Speaker 4: Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, the National guardsmen, and
- 4:29Speaker 4: the Border Patrol agents are continuing to arrest migrants to
- 4:32Speaker 4: illegally cross the border between the ports of entry and
- 4:35Speaker 4: made their way into the US interior. The Trump administration
- 4:38Speaker 4: has just released more info. Recent arrests include three Chinese
- 4:43Speaker 4: nationals who got away from the border after crossing near
- 4:46Speaker 4: Mission Texas. What we now know is that this was
- 4:50Speaker 4: an operation that Texas DPS did. They posted video to
- 4:54Speaker 4: social media showing the continuing activities of the troopers, the
- 4:57Speaker 4: garment and Border patrol agents, who, despite these record low
- 5:01Speaker 4: apprehensions of the border said now their job is to
- 5:03Speaker 4: fine migrants being smuggled into the interior Texas after not
- 5:07Speaker 4: being apprehended at the border. Law enforcement teams they say
- 5:11Speaker 4: are real problems are having facing real problems because they're
- 5:15Speaker 4: going after and continue to seize drugs that are being
- 5:18Speaker 4: smuggled into Texas. You have human smuggling arrests that are
- 5:22Speaker 4: are still happening each and every day. You have canine
- 5:25Speaker 4: teams now that are actually being able to do their
- 5:27Speaker 4: draw jobs by tracking and assisting US Port Patrol in
- 5:31Speaker 4: the tracking of these drugs. We're seeing drug seizures, they said,
- 5:34Speaker 4: in Brownsville, Texas, stolen vehicles that are being used by
- 5:38Speaker 4: the cartels, and others that are that are grabbed in Laredo, Texas,
- 5:43Speaker 4: for example. This is just some of what is happening
- 5:46Speaker 4: at the border. We also know this past week that
- 5:49Speaker 4: smugglers were sentenced to ten years in prison. You've got
- 5:53Speaker 4: pursuits to ranch tracks to all these missions that are happening,
- 5:57Speaker 4: and they're wanting people to understand what's going on here now.
- 6:00Speaker 4: One example that was reported was on July the thirty first.
- 6:03Speaker 4: One of the videos they put out show Border Patrol
- 6:06Speaker 4: mounted patrolled teams tracking migrants in Duval County, Texas. The
- 6:10Speaker 4: team tracked the illegal alien to attempt to escape by
- 6:12Speaker 4: using thick brushes cover. That's where the Texas DPSK nine
- 6:16Speaker 4: team managed to apprehend the two legal aliens and turn
- 6:19Speaker 4: them over to Border patrol agents.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Now, they weren't able.
- 6:21Speaker 4: To do this type of work before because they were
- 6:24Speaker 4: babysitting illegal immigrants at the border under the Biden administration.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Earlier on Thursday, for example, they reported the arrests of
- 6:30Speaker 4: these three Chinese nationals that were apprehended near Mission, Texas
- 6:34Speaker 4: after clearing the border without encountering a border patrol agent.
- 6:37Speaker 4: And this is part of the problem. Now the troopers say,
- 6:40Speaker 4: we're getting to do our jobs. Now they were to
- 6:42Speaker 4: stop the human smuggling attempts. Last week, also in De
- 6:45Speaker 4: Mint County, Texas, they pulled over a Florida driver. The
- 6:48Speaker 4: troopers fround two Mexican nationals illegally president in the US,
- 6:51Speaker 4: hiding in the rear cargo area of the suv. Again,
- 6:55Speaker 4: another example of the bad own braids that we're talking about.
- 6:57Speaker 4: On July third, for example, it was reported what did
- 7:00Speaker 4: the arrest of ten illegal aliens near Mission. These included
- 7:03Speaker 4: four migrants from Uzbekistan, Now, why does that matter, Well,
- 7:07Speaker 4: it's a hotbed for terrorism. That's one of the big
- 7:09Speaker 4: concerns here is that how many people have come in
- 7:12Speaker 4: this country illegally that are terrorists and wanting to do
- 7:16Speaker 4: things and do real harm inside the United States of America. Now,
- 7:19Speaker 4: in June, to put this in perspective of where we
- 7:22Speaker 4: are now because of a strong border security from this
- 7:25Speaker 4: President Donald Trump, border patrol agents apprehended three thousand, nine
- 7:30Speaker 4: hundred and ninety five migrants who illegally crossed the border
- 7:34Speaker 4: into five Texas based sectors. Let me just explain to
- 7:37Speaker 4: you the difference between June of this year and June
- 7:41Speaker 4: of twenty twenty four, when Joe Biden was like, everybody,
- 7:43Speaker 4: come in, we have an open border. They caught thirty thousand,
- 7:47Speaker 4: seven hundred and sixty six compared to three thousand, nine
- 7:50Speaker 4: hundred and ninety five one year apart.
- 7:52Speaker 1: What changed? A president that is enforcing the law.
- 7:55Speaker 4: The Southwest Land border encounters that were reported and public
- 8:00Speaker 4: by the US Customs and Border Protection said, this is
- 8:03Speaker 4: now going back to a point that we can manage
- 8:05Speaker 4: and protect the border compared to what it was now.
- 8:08Speaker 4: If you do the math on that, this represents a
- 8:11Speaker 4: drop of now more than eighty seven.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Percent year over year.
- 8:15Speaker 4: The June apprehension numbers are also down from five four
- 8:18Speaker 4: hundred ninety one migrants apprehended in May. So this is
- 8:22Speaker 4: also sending a message around the world you probably don't
- 8:24Speaker 4: want to try because you're going to get caught. And
- 8:26Speaker 4: it's not an open border that we had under the
- 8:29Speaker 4: radicals in the Biden regime. Border apprehensions in the Texas
- 8:34Speaker 4: based sectors and June accounted for approximately sixty six percent
- 8:38Speaker 4: of all migrants apprehended along the southern border with Mexico.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Nearly four thousand, six hundred migrants were apprehended in all
- 8:46Speaker 4: nine border patrol sectors along the southwest border in July.
- 8:50Speaker 4: That marks she had another historic low for the Trump administration.
- 8:54Speaker 4: So Christy Noome put it out this way, and she
- 8:57Speaker 4: said in her tweet where she was going through all
- 8:59Speaker 4: these numbers, and again, why is the media not telling
- 9:02Speaker 4: you how safe the border has become? Because they don't
- 9:05Speaker 4: want you to know this. Okay, history made again is
- 9:08Speaker 4: how Christy Noome put it. The numbers don't lie. This
- 9:11Speaker 4: the most secure the border has ever been. President Donald
- 9:14Speaker 4: Trump didn't just manage the crisis. He obliterated it. No
- 9:17Speaker 4: more excuses. Christy Nome said, no more releases. We put
- 9:21Speaker 4: the cartels on defense and taken our border back. She
- 9:25Speaker 4: then said, in July the lowest nationwide encounter number ever
- 9:29Speaker 4: twenty four thousand, six hundred and thirty. That is down
- 9:32Speaker 4: two point four percent from June. But here's the number
- 9:35Speaker 4: that you're going to care about. It's ninety percent lower
- 9:38Speaker 4: than the monthly average under the last administration. The lowest
- 9:42Speaker 4: border patrol apprehensions nationwide also six thousand, one hundred and
- 9:46Speaker 4: seventy seven. That shattered, by the way, June's all time
- 9:50Speaker 4: low as well. She went on to say, this the
- 9:53Speaker 4: lowest Southwest border apprehensions we've ever seen, four thousand, five
- 9:56Speaker 4: hundred and ninety eight, nearly five hundred fewer than the
- 9:59Speaker 4: daily average under the last administration, which averaged five thousand,
- 10:04Speaker 4: one hundred and ten apprehensions per day from February of
- 10:07Speaker 4: twenty twenty one to December of twenty twenty four. We
- 10:10Speaker 4: also have the lowest daily apprehension average, just one hundred
- 10:13Speaker 4: and forty eight per day. That's lower than the average
- 10:16Speaker 4: rate of one hundred and fifty two apprehensions every two
- 10:19Speaker 4: hours under the Biden administration last July alone, So we're
- 10:24Speaker 4: doing one hundred and forty eight a day in apprehensions.
- 10:26Speaker 4: They were doing one hundred and fifty two every two hours,
- 10:30Speaker 4: every hour of the day twenty four to seven last July.
- 10:33Speaker 4: And then she finally says, this the lowest single day
- 10:36Speaker 4: apprehensions in history eighty eight at the Southwest border, one
- 10:40Speaker 4: hundred and sixteen nationwide on July the twentieth. Now look
- 10:43Speaker 4: at the calendar right now and where we are. What
- 10:45Speaker 4: you're hearing and what we're seeing from border patrol agents
- 10:48Speaker 4: and from the Trump administration is that the word is
- 10:51Speaker 4: getting out. Do you really want to go into incredible
- 10:54Speaker 4: debt to try to come to America to immediately get
- 10:56Speaker 4: caught and then be sent home? Do you want to
- 10:57Speaker 4: pay these smugglers to get you in and you're going
- 11:00Speaker 4: to get caught? You look at the lowest single day
- 11:02Speaker 4: apprehension in history eighty eighth the Southwest border.
- 11:05Speaker 1: And one hundred and sixteen nation one on July twentieth.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Now I say that because you may say, well, okay,
- 11:09Speaker 4: hold on, maybe there was a bad weather day. No
- 11:11Speaker 4: it wasn't. It was actually a great weather day. Why nay,
- 11:15Speaker 4: on July twentieth, did you have these numbers drop that much?
- 11:18Speaker 4: Because that's the last day we have reported and public
- 11:20Speaker 4: access to what Donald Trump is doing is he's going
- 11:23Speaker 4: after and using ICE and they're going after the illegal
- 11:25Speaker 4: immigrants everywhere they are, including sanctuary cities. Word is getting
- 11:30Speaker 4: back to the smugglers and the human traffickers and those
- 11:33Speaker 4: that were paying them that it may not be worth
- 11:36Speaker 4: you paying them because you're probably not going to make it.
- 11:39Speaker 4: And that is how Trump is making America safe again.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Now story number two.
- 11:45Speaker 4: In a major move to protect all Americans, the White
- 11:49Speaker 4: House were now being told is preparing a new executive
- 11:52Speaker 4: order that would find banks, small, medium, and the largest
- 11:59Speaker 4: for dropping customers for political reasons. The Wall Street Journal
- 12:03Speaker 4: is reporting on it now. The order directs bank regulators
- 12:08Speaker 4: to investigate whether any financial institutions might have violated the
- 12:14Speaker 4: Equal Credit Opportunity Act, antitrust laws, or consumer financial protection laws,
- 12:21Speaker 4: the journal reported, citing a draft text of the order.
- 12:24Speaker 4: The order, which could be signed as early as this week,
- 12:28Speaker 4: provides for monetary penalties, consent decrees, or other disciplinary measures
- 12:35Speaker 4: against violators. The order also directs regulators to strike policies
- 12:41Speaker 4: they have that might have contributed to banks dropping certain customers,
- 12:46Speaker 4: and requires the Small Business Association to review the practices
- 12:50Speaker 4: of banks that guarantee the agency's loans. Now, this is
- 12:56Speaker 4: a major move for protecting specific conservatives that have been
- 13:02Speaker 4: debanked by large banks and small banks alike. There are
- 13:07Speaker 4: many in the Second Amendment community that have also been
- 13:10Speaker 4: debanked as well. There are Christian organizations that have been debanked,
- 13:15Speaker 4: missionary organizations that have been debanked, and conservative organizations that
- 13:21Speaker 4: have been debanked, especially during the Biden years. Now the
- 13:26Speaker 4: President saying, you can't do that. It's un American and
- 13:30Speaker 4: we're not going to allow it to stand.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Now.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Reuters is also reporting at this hour that the White
- 13:36Speaker 4: House is apparently working on this at a rapid pace
- 13:41Speaker 4: because they believe it is time to hold banks accountable
- 13:44Speaker 4: that targeted people specifically for their political beliefs.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Now, after speaking with.
- 13:51Speaker 4: People at the White House late this afternoon, here's what
- 13:54Speaker 4: I can also tell you. The White House, I've been told,
- 13:57Speaker 4: is in fact preparing an executive order that would empower
- 14:00Speaker 4: the regulators to penalize banks for quote, terminating customer relationships
- 14:07Speaker 4: based on political beliefs. These penalties could include hefty fines,
- 14:11Speaker 4: I'm being told, and also disciplinary actions. Now, financial regulators
- 14:18Speaker 4: would be instructed to investigate potential breaches not only the
- 14:22Speaker 4: Equal Credit Opportunity Act I mentioned earlier and antitrust laws,
- 14:27Speaker 4: but also consumer protection regulations by banks accused of politically
- 14:31Speaker 4: motivated actions against those who had bank accounts at their bank.
- 14:37Speaker 4: The draft order also calls on policymakers to revoke existing
- 14:42Speaker 4: internal bank policies that actually may have led to politically
- 14:46Speaker 4: motivated account closures, and directs the Small Business Administration to
- 14:52Speaker 4: review loan back practices that could involve similar issues as well. Now,
- 14:57Speaker 4: although no banks are mentioned by, the order appears tied
- 15:02Speaker 4: to public criticism of major institutions such as JP, Morgan Chase,
- 15:08Speaker 4: and Bank of America accused of severing ties with conservative clients,
- 15:14Speaker 4: a charge that of course they strongly deny, and the
- 15:17Speaker 4: Wall Street Journal has reported on this extensively recently. Now,
- 15:22Speaker 4: according to others, the order could be signed like I
- 15:25Speaker 4: said this week, potentially spelling major trouble for big banks.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Now.
- 15:31Speaker 4: This move reflects Donald Trump's ongoing concern, especially from conservative circles,
- 15:38Speaker 4: about political bias or debanking and financial services. It forms
- 15:43Speaker 4: part of a broader regulatory agenda to ensure economic institutions
- 15:48Speaker 4: remain neutral and customers aren't penalized for political beliefs. At
- 15:53Speaker 4: the end of the day, the President of the United
- 15:55Speaker 4: States of America wants to make sure you're not targeted
- 15:58Speaker 4: because you voted for him, and in the future, to
- 16:01Speaker 4: make sure that no matter who you vote for, you're
- 16:04Speaker 4: not targeted by a bank. Now, the order has not
- 16:07Speaker 4: been officially issued yet, and there's a very good chance
- 16:10Speaker 4: there will be changes that are made in the coming
- 16:13Speaker 4: days and hours. Banks and regulators also are remaining relatively quiet,
- 16:20Speaker 4: and the White House is saying they're willing to talk,
- 16:23Speaker 4: but there's many that are scared what may be coming
- 16:26Speaker 4: down the pipeline. And the big question is this, which
- 16:30Speaker 4: agencies are actually going to lead enforcement oversight I'm being
- 16:35Speaker 4: told is likely going to be by federal banking regulators,
- 16:38Speaker 4: the Department of Justice, and the SPA. Implementation details are
- 16:45Speaker 4: going to work through the White House and the hours
- 16:47Speaker 4: and days ahead. At the end of the day, what
- 16:51Speaker 4: does this mean, Well, it means that dun Up Trump's
- 16:53Speaker 4: looking out for conservatives that have been targeted solely because
- 16:57Speaker 4: of our political beliefs.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Xactly why so many Americans voted for it.
