- 3:08Speaker 6: it starts right now.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:11Speaker 4: It is a scathing report.
- 3:13Speaker 6: It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
- 3:17Speaker 6: to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Overside
- 3:21Speaker 6: Committee on Tuesday asks the Justice Department to investigate former
- 3:27Speaker 6: President Joe Biden's use of the autopen to sign executive
- 3:31Speaker 6: orders and pardons. The request came after the committee released
- 3:37Speaker 6: every report on its investigation into Biden's use to the
- 3:41Speaker 6: auto pen and whether it indicated an administration cover up
- 3:46Speaker 6: of an alleged cognitive decline. In a letter to the
- 3:50Speaker 6: Attorney General, Pam Bondi, Representative James Comer, the chairman of
- 3:55Speaker 6: the committee, accused Biden's aides of coordinating what he described
- 4:00Speaker 6: it is a quote cover up of the president's diminished faculties.
- 4:05Speaker 6: I want you to hear what James Comra had to
- 4:07Speaker 6: say about all of this earlier on TV.
- 4:10Speaker 7: Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
- 4:14Speaker 7: a White House ants and the autopen What specific executive
- 4:18Speaker 7: actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's knowledge
- 4:22Speaker 7: and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
- 4:28Speaker 1: focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
- 4:32Speaker 1: Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
- 4:38Speaker 1: and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
- 4:41Speaker 1: Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
- 4:45Speaker 1: the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
- 4:50Speaker 1: gave conflicting reports as to how the autopin use was authorized.
- 4:57Speaker 1: But to the end of the day, one thing that
- 4:59Speaker 1: was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
- 5:02Speaker 1: everyone but Jeff Ziance, the chief of Staff, in the end,
- 5:05Speaker 1: was that they never saw Joe Biden they never heard
- 5:08Speaker 1: from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
- 5:10Speaker 1: policy discussions with Joe Biden when he talked about the
- 5:14Speaker 1: pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
- 5:17Speaker 1: there was no chain of custody, there was no consistency
- 5:21Speaker 1: in how the use of the auto pen. I think
- 5:24Speaker 1: it's safe to say that there was a cover up
- 5:26Speaker 1: of Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
- 5:30Speaker 1: doctor O'Connor an opportunity to come in and defend his
- 5:34Speaker 1: all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
- 5:37Speaker 1: in perfect fiscal and mental shape, and he pled the
- 5:40Speaker 1: Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
- 5:43Speaker 1: in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
- 5:46Speaker 1: with that, you battled with Matt when you were here
- 5:49Speaker 1: fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
- 5:51Speaker 1: of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
- 5:54Speaker 1: and Joe Biden said this and that, and when we
- 5:57Speaker 1: had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
- 6:00Speaker 1: spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years,
- 6:04Speaker 1: near attending his executive secretary, who we see Trump's executive
- 6:08Speaker 1: secretary with him multiple times a day. She only had
- 6:11Speaker 1: limited communication with Joe Biden. They kept Joe Biden shielded.
- 6:17Speaker 1: There was a cover up of his mental decline. And
- 6:20Speaker 1: there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
- 6:24Speaker 1: that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
- 6:26Speaker 1: making process with the pardons and the executive orders.
- 6:30Speaker 4: You think about how shocking that is.
- 6:32Speaker 6: A staff that literally is not speaking or spending time
- 6:36Speaker 6: or talking to the President of the United States of America.
- 6:39Speaker 6: And that's part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged
- 6:44Speaker 6: misuse of the auto pen that included pardons and official documents.
- 6:50Speaker 6: That is part of what this investigation is all about.
- 6:53Speaker 6: James Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
- 6:57Speaker 8: I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
- 7:00Speaker 8: and TV lent, this stinks to how I heaven, So
- 7:03Speaker 8: we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
- 7:06Speaker 8: Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
- 7:10Speaker 8: in approving these pardoners?
- 7:12Speaker 4: Real hard evidence.
- 7:14Speaker 1: There really isn't, and it's astonishing when you're talking about
- 7:17Speaker 1: thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders. Basically any
- 7:21Speaker 1: legal document, especially during the last three months of the
- 7:25Speaker 1: Bidy administration. That's what we focused on, and every person
- 7:29Speaker 1: who we deposed had a different story on what the
- 7:32Speaker 1: proper process was that they followed in using the autopen
- 7:37Speaker 1: to sign a legal document. Their stories were inconsistent. And
- 7:40Speaker 1: then when you throw in the emails from the Merrick
- 7:43Speaker 1: Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to these very staffers
- 7:48Speaker 1: about the excessive use of the autopen and asking point
- 7:52Speaker 1: blank questions what was their process, then the entire stories changed,
- 7:58Speaker 1: So the inconsistencies are available. One thing that is consistent, Laura,
- 8:02Speaker 1: is the fact that no one saw Joe Biden, no
- 8:06Speaker 1: one who authorized the autopen or even gave the authorization
- 8:10Speaker 1: to use the autopen. No one who authorized autopen or
- 8:13Speaker 1: actually physically manually pressed the power button a lottipen ever
- 8:17Speaker 1: heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there are no notes,
- 8:21Speaker 1: there's no chain of custody that would show that Joe
- 8:24Speaker 1: Biden was involved in any meetings where they discussed the
- 8:28Speaker 1: pardon process. I mean, this is a Polligue and everyone
- 8:32Speaker 1: in America saw during the debate and during the last
- 8:35Speaker 1: few months of the Biden administration. This was a President
- 8:38Speaker 1: in decline. The staffers confirmed that they would go weeks, months,
- 8:43Speaker 1: and even years without communicating with Joe Biden. This is
- 8:47Speaker 1: a massive cover up, and what we determined was every
- 8:50Speaker 1: pardon should be declared noel and void.
- 8:53Speaker 6: I want you to think about what you just heard.
- 8:55Speaker 6: Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
- 8:58Speaker 6: on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
- 9:01Speaker 6: No one quote ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes,
- 9:06Speaker 6: no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
- 9:11Speaker 6: an auto pen. And many of the people that should
- 9:14Speaker 6: have been talking to the president didn't speak to him
- 9:17Speaker 6: for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
- 9:22Speaker 6: So who was running the country. Well, we know that
- 9:26Speaker 6: Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
- 9:29Speaker 6: what we do have now is forty seven hours of
- 9:32Speaker 6: transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
- 9:39Speaker 6: former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
- 9:45Speaker 6: people in the press office, including the White House Press Secretary,
- 9:49Speaker 6: are now on the record talking about the lies they
- 9:52Speaker 6: told the American people and made of the lies that
- 9:55Speaker 6: the media was happy to tell.
- 9:56Speaker 4: As well.
- 9:58Speaker 6: The other thing that I'm going to play for You
- 10:00Speaker 6: is a montage put out by the House Oversight Committee.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Joe Biden was not running the show, and their new report,
- 10:08Speaker 6: they say, exposes how Biden's decline was real and his
- 10:12Speaker 6: aides covered it up. Take a listen to what they
- 10:15Speaker 6: put together, proving the point that no one really knows
- 10:20Speaker 6: who was doing the auto pen and who was signing
- 10:23Speaker 6: what or who was even directing it.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 10:27Speaker 9: Was the number one issue either campaign, the president's business
- 10:33Speaker 9: or his age.
- 10:39Speaker 10: Did you ever see President Biden in a wheelchair?
- 10:42Speaker 4: I did not recall ever seeing President inviting in a
- 10:44Speaker 4: wheels Paris.
- 10:46Speaker 10: And new information now on the people in his inner
- 10:49Speaker 10: circle and how the cover up actually operated.
- 10:54Speaker 11: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple of
- 10:57Speaker 11: months ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an
- 10:59Speaker 11: a president for their own gain.
- 11:02Speaker 12: How much were you paid for your role in the
- 11:04Speaker 12: campaign in twenty twenty four.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Just sim was showing nine dollars?
- 11:10Speaker 13: Oh sorry, how much billion dollars? You believed that the
- 11:14Speaker 13: president should stay in the race, your own financial stake
- 11:17Speaker 13: in the matter, but was a factor in any way
- 11:20Speaker 13: your advice to the president?
- 11:21Speaker 3: Hi, I don't believe.
- 11:23Speaker 11: That, and when I come to President Biden's decline, the
- 11:26Speaker 11: official word from Biden World about all these news stories
- 11:30Speaker 11: is that nothing has been revealed this week that shows
- 11:34Speaker 11: that President Biden was anything but an effective president.
- 11:37Speaker 12: Yes, I noticed that he was aging in terms of
- 11:39Speaker 12: the physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled
- 11:44Speaker 12: das more stuckling over the rig in gash than you
- 11:48Speaker 12: did at the beginning of the term.
- 11:52Speaker 1: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and his speeches were less effective. I thought we talked
- 11:57Speaker 1: about age.
- 11:58Speaker 8: We knew it was you, and we tried to design
- 12:02Speaker 8: a strategy.
- 12:03Speaker 10: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether.
- 12:08Speaker 2: The president should have a cognitive and Sam.
- 12:10Speaker 10: Flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial of
- 12:14Speaker 10: the president's cognitive decline.
- 12:16Speaker 5: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
- 12:18Speaker 5: you the truth and FU if.
- 12:20Speaker 4: You can't handle the truth.
- 12:22Speaker 9: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
- 12:27Speaker 12: His mental acuity is great, it's fine.
- 12:30Speaker 4: It's as good as it's been over the years.
- 12:32Speaker 13: He is sharp, he is on top of things.
- 12:34Speaker 11: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity?
- 12:38Speaker 4: He had a sharpness to him.
- 12:40Speaker 10: I said, what I believe to be true.
- 12:42Speaker 11: Do you think he was as sharp as you?
- 12:46Speaker 1: I said, I had not seen decline.
- 12:51Speaker 5: And I hadn't.
- 12:52Speaker 3: He is just fine. How people interpret that is up
- 12:56Speaker 3: to them.
- 12:58Speaker 5: We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas Sor.
- 13:02Speaker 5: She's the former senior advisor to President Joe Biden. She
- 13:05Speaker 5: was the third person set to appear before James Cober's committee.
- 13:09Speaker 4: She has now taken the fit.
- 13:11Speaker 5: There is now a pattern of key Biden confidants seeking
- 13:14Speaker 5: the shield themselves from criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
- 13:19Speaker 9: Were you ever told to lie about the President's health.
- 13:21Speaker 11: The Advising Council?
- 13:23Speaker 3: I must respectfully declined to answer based upon the physician
- 13:25Speaker 3: patient privilege, and in reliance, am I right under the
- 13:28Speaker 3: fifth Mandate Constitution.
- 13:30Speaker 9: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
- 13:32Speaker 9: Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
- 13:37Speaker 9: ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
- 13:41Speaker 9: as president?
- 13:42Speaker 10: And we can tell you that he will have the
- 13:45Speaker 10: same answer with respect to any questions.
- 13:46Speaker 11: That are asked.
- 13:47Speaker 9: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
- 13:51Speaker 9: Biden execute the duties of the president's that did Joe Biden,
- 13:55Speaker 9: a member of his family, or anyone at the White
- 13:57Speaker 9: House ever instruct you to lie guarding his health on.
- 14:01Speaker 12: The advice and counsel our respect M trying to answer
- 14:03Speaker 12: the questions soon.
- 14:05Speaker 10: Constitution And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims
- 14:09Speaker 10: Hunter Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
- 14:12Speaker 4: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family. He
- 14:15Speaker 4: was almost like a chief of staff.
- 14:17Speaker 9: Did you notice it up to ever when Unter Biden
- 14:19Speaker 9: was around, Yes, towards.
- 14:21Speaker 10: The end that he was living with the president, they
- 14:24Speaker 10: were lying not just to the public, they were lying
- 14:26Speaker 10: to other Democrats. Have you ruled out a pardon for
- 14:29Speaker 10: your son?
- 14:29Speaker 4: Yes?
- 14:30Speaker 13: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a party yes?
- 14:33Speaker 9: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding
- 14:37Speaker 9: his son were drum.
- 14:40Speaker 12: Now?
- 14:40Speaker 1: Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
- 14:45Speaker 1: him two times. Two times.
- 14:48Speaker 12: Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
- 14:51Speaker 12: bite and understand the context.
- 14:52Speaker 11: How often would you say that you've interacted with the
- 14:54Speaker 11: personal person.
- 14:56Speaker 4: I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
- 14:58Speaker 12: I think I met with the front a handful of
- 15:01Speaker 12: times during my tenure in White House. You got to say,
- 15:03Speaker 12: that doesn't look anything like the president that I know
- 15:05Speaker 12: when I deal with him. He's sharp, he's asking tough questions.
- 15:08Speaker 12: That's the President Biden that so many of us experience
- 15:11Speaker 12: every single day.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Yeah, I think it's missing in some context.
- 15:17Speaker 13: I don't.
- 15:18Speaker 1: So it raised a serious concerns and serious questions about
- 15:21Speaker 1: who was colin shots in the White House. If the
- 15:23Speaker 1: White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president at stakes,
- 15:28Speaker 1: who was operating Noble.
- 15:30Speaker 13: Page wasn't an issue for you for President Byo, No,
- 15:37Speaker 13: it was what it was not at the term.
- 15:39Speaker 9: So you think President Biden is fully in commands that
- 15:41Speaker 9: night during the debate.
- 15:43Speaker 11: I do believe that he was fully in command that
- 15:45Speaker 11: night during the debate.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I knew it was very difficult to get past some
- 15:49Speaker 1: of the visual things that were causing people concerned about
- 15:52Speaker 1: the president.
- 15:53Speaker 13: The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong.
- 15:57Speaker 12: Yes, he often would confuse names.
- 16:00Speaker 9: You think it got worse as you knew.
- 16:02Speaker 4: Yes?
- 16:03Speaker 1: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself when you
- 16:06Speaker 1: say you have the mentally physical capacity to serve another
- 16:09Speaker 1: four years.
- 16:10Speaker 10: Yes, I did not have the experience that it took
- 16:12Speaker 10: him longer to answer simple question.
- 16:15Speaker 13: He could still he was still santisically, what did you say?
- 16:19Speaker 10: It was something that we did that coin.
- 16:20Speaker 13: It was something that the media coined. Did you or
- 16:23Speaker 13: did anyone ever verify if the videos as we were
- 16:25Speaker 13: talking about were impacts cheap fakes? I believe so. But
- 16:30Speaker 13: there were instances where videos were circulated of present by
- 16:33Speaker 13: it and appearing confused or freezing for a moment that
- 16:36Speaker 13: were real.
- 16:36Speaker 10: Correct, not that I recalled.
- 16:39Speaker 1: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
- 16:41Speaker 1: in an Italian.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Field was fake.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Now she's saying, yeah, my White House was broken and
- 16:46Speaker 1: I'm switching parties and was suffering from a cold that
- 16:49Speaker 1: really constrained his voice and constrained his his ability to
- 16:52Speaker 1: be forceful in the debate.
- 16:53Speaker 9: Did you attribute President Biden's performance that night to him
- 16:58Speaker 9: being under the weather.
- 17:00Speaker 13: That's my assumption.
- 17:01Speaker 3: The ability of medicare to the the ability for the
- 17:08Speaker 3: wants to be able to negotiate the operation with the
- 17:10Speaker 3: big farmer companies.
- 17:11Speaker 9: Have you ever seen him have a hold or a
- 17:13Speaker 9: flu before?
- 17:14Speaker 7: Yes?
- 17:15Speaker 12: Did he ever behave the way that he did during
- 17:18Speaker 12: the debate, not that diversal. It was clear what he
- 17:22Speaker 12: was trying to say.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Dealing with every day we had to deal with or
- 17:31Speaker 3: if we finally beat Medicare.
- 17:34Speaker 10: It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired
- 17:38Speaker 10: and that took over the auto pen.
- 17:40Speaker 12: They stole the presidency of the United States. Do you
- 17:43Speaker 12: know who the people who were actually operated the auto
- 17:46Speaker 12: them were?
- 17:47Speaker 7: I did not.
- 17:48Speaker 9: Do you know any of the actual staff who were
- 17:50Speaker 9: not using the autament?
- 17:53Speaker 12: No, you don't know their names.
- 17:55Speaker 9: Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the
- 17:58Speaker 9: breakdown of when the president should hand sign a particular
- 18:02Speaker 9: set of documents.
- 18:03Speaker 13: Not prior to prep Did he hand sign all executive orders?
- 18:09Speaker 4: He did not.
- 18:09Speaker 12: He's hand signed many executive orders, but he did not
- 18:12Speaker 12: sign handsign all executive orders.
- 18:14Speaker 9: Can you read your response?
- 18:16Speaker 12: Had through the use of the autopen for the execution
- 18:18Speaker 12: of all the following partons?
- 18:19Speaker 1: Thanks Jaz.
- 18:21Speaker 7: Did you yourself write the ZIO.
