It all began in 2012 when our next guest realised that Singapore did not have a spirit to call its own. It sparked her six-year journey to master the art and science of distillation under master distillers all over the world. At the end of it all, it culminated in Singapore’s first fully fledged micro-distillery, Brass Lion Distillery which produces spirits that encapsulate the essence of Singapore.
