• 0:01
Speaker 1: So here's a question for you.
• 0:03
Speaker 2: Is there money to be made in ploying aka hiring
• 0:08
Speaker 2: illegal immigrants. The answer is yes, and the money is massive.
• 0:16
Speaker 2: I want you to take a listen to this incredible story.
• 0:20
Speaker 2: It is a story about a couple who is making
• 0:22
Speaker 2: millions apparently off of hiring illegal immigrants. Now this is
• 0:28
Speaker 2: not a story that you're gonna hear on the national news.
• 0:31
Speaker 2: The story is coming from a local news station talking
• 0:34
Speaker 2: about the investigation and just how much money they were
• 0:38
Speaker 2: making off of the illegal immigrants.
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: Take a listen.
• 0:42
Speaker 3: Couple who fly in Mexican flag outside their house is
• 0:45
Speaker 3: in big trouble for allegedly hiring a lot of illegals.
• 0:48
Speaker 4: They operated Oduna Plumbing, a national company based here in Michigan.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: Doj alleged is that they.
• 0:55
Speaker 4: Made seventy four million dollars while employing two hundred and
• 0:59
Speaker 4: fifty three people, many of them who were undocumented.
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Hold on, sut, can we just rewind there?
• 1:05
Speaker 2: You have a couple that is accused of employing nearly
• 1:09
Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty undocumented workers. I'm gonna rewind that again.
• 1:15
Speaker 2: I want you to hear the dollar amount. And this
• 1:19
Speaker 2: is just in one little place.
• 1:21
Speaker 4: I mean a national company based here in Michigan.
• 1:25
Speaker 1: Doj allege is that.
• 1:26
Speaker 4: They made seventy four million dollars while employing two hundred
• 1:30
Speaker 4: and fifty three people, many of them who were undocumented workers,
• 1:34
Speaker 4: and allegedly the work.
• 1:35
Speaker 2: By the way, I love how they call them undocumented.
• 1:37
Speaker 2: This is an illegal immigrant. So they're making seventy plus million,
• 1:43
Speaker 2: and you and the argument that's been made as well
• 1:47
  Speaker 2: illegal immigrants.
• 1:48
Speaker 1: This is the left talking they do jobs.
• 1:51
Speaker 2: Americans won't do and if you get rid of them,
• 1:54
Speaker 2: we're going to destroy our economy. Well, hold on a second,
• 1:57
Speaker 2: are you telling me there's a bunch of Americans that
• 1:59
Speaker 2: won't actually do the job of plumbing, Because if you're
• 2:03
Speaker 2: making seventeen million or seventy million off of illegal immigrants,
• 2:09
Speaker 2: then I bet you you're charging market rate and you're
• 2:12
Speaker 2: not undercutting when it comes to what you're charging people.
• 2:17
Speaker 2: So there's a very good chance at what you are
• 2:19
Speaker 2: doing is you're screwing Americans out of these jobs and
• 2:22
Speaker 2: then you're keeping the cream from the top as you
• 2:25
Speaker 2: underpay the illegal immigrant workers that you've hired, and that
• 2:29
Speaker 2: means it's more money into your pocket. The people taking advantage.
• 2:33
Speaker 2: You know that are flying the Mexican flag in front
• 2:35
Speaker 2: of their house. It gets better. Keep listening.
• 2:38
Speaker 4: Workers lived in overcrowded houses and hotel rooms.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: These photos from the criminal complaint.
• 2:44
Speaker 4: The couple was arrested and officially charged with conspiracy, transporting
• 2:48
Speaker 4: and harboring unauthorized aliens for commercial advantage or private financial
• 2:53
  Speaker 4: gain money laundering.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: Hold on, whoa wait you wait, stop stop, hold on?
• 2:58
Speaker 2: Did you hear what they just use this couple of
• 3:00
Speaker 2: doing taking advantage and putting their workers in inhumane living
• 3:05
Speaker 2: conditions while exploiting them and making a killing off of
• 3:09
Speaker 2: them to the tune of seventy plus million dollars. Now,
• 3:12
Speaker 2: you would think that the story that I'm telling you
• 3:14
Speaker 2: right now would have made national news, right that they
• 3:17
Speaker 2: I mean, like, this family is able to pull this
• 3:19
Speaker 2: off and make this much money off of llegal immigrants.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: So why have you not heard about this story?
• 3:24
Speaker 2: I can tell you exactly why, because this doesn't fit
• 3:27
Speaker 2: the narrative that they want you to learn about that. Yes,
• 3:31
Speaker 2: in fact, there are illegal immigrants that are being that
• 3:34
Speaker 2: are undercutting the wages. Yes, they are legal immigrants that
• 3:37
Speaker 2: are being held in essence hostage like human slaves by
• 3:41
  Speaker 2: these families.
• 3:42
Speaker 1: Who are employing them.
• 3:43
Speaker 2: But the people at the top are still making seventy
• 3:46
Speaker 2: million dollars off of the illegal immigrants. And as they're
• 3:50
Speaker 2: getting rich off of llegal immigrant labor, they're undercutting the
• 3:54
Speaker 2: American workforce, and they're undercutting competitors and small business owners
• 3:59
Speaker 2: and mom and pop shops and destroying the American way
• 4:03
Speaker 2: of life because the people working for them aren't getting rich.
• 4:07
Speaker 2: The living conditions are to being described as inhumane. They're
• 4:10
Speaker 2: renting out these tiny little rooms and these in these
• 4:13
Speaker 2: houses and places that, by the way, they own. So
• 4:16
Speaker 2: they're making money off of these illegal immigrants and treating
• 4:19
  Speaker 2: them like slaves.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: In essence, keep listening to others. According to the complaint,
• 4:25
Speaker 1: out of two hundred and fifty three workers, only six
• 4:27
Speaker 1: were in the US legally and permitted to work.
• 4:30
Speaker 4: This is the business in question that has a Metro
• 4:32
Speaker 4: Detroit couple in hot water with federal investigators.
• 4:35
Speaker 2: It's not just simplely an immigration case that's charged.
• 4:38
Speaker 5: It's also money laundering.
• 4:40
Speaker 3: I have a feeling they're not the only ones engaging
• 4:42
Speaker 3: in this kind of activity.
• 4:43
Speaker 6: XOS reports foreign born non citizens make up eight point
• 4:47
Speaker 6: three percent of the country's civilian workforce. They account for
• 4:50
Speaker 6: seventeen point five percent of construction workers and seventeen point
• 4:54
Speaker 6: one percent of those in agriculture.
• 4:57
Speaker 3: So what are we doing here? I'd like to see
• 4:58
Speaker 3: a lot more arrests, would you. This business in El
• 5:01
Speaker 3: Cahoone was targeted for their alleged hiring practices.
• 5:04
Speaker 7: The warrant accuses the company of harboring undocumented employees and
• 5:08
Speaker 7: supplying them with fake legal status documentation.
• 5:11
Speaker 2: Wait hold on, so you're telling me it's not just
• 5:14
Speaker 2: one family that did this. There are other businesses in
• 5:18
Speaker 2: America that are doing the same thing. They're hiring legal immigrants,
• 5:21
Speaker 2: putting them into this type of housing conditions, owning them
• 5:25
Speaker 2: like modern day slaves, and then making a killing off
• 5:28
  Speaker 2: of them.
• 5:28
  Speaker 1: Wait hold on.
• 5:29
Speaker 2: You're telling me that Democrats allowed this to happen and
• 5:32
Speaker 2: Republicans are trying to shut it down, and somehow Republicans
• 5:35
Speaker 2: are the bad guys here. You mean that they're Americans
• 5:38
Speaker 2: that could be getting these jobs and making a living
• 5:42
Speaker 2: wage that Democrats claim they're obsessed with, but instead they've
• 5:45
Speaker 2: decided to flood America with legal immigrants.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Keep wizzy. It gets even better.
• 5:50
Speaker 7: Investigators are confiscating business operation records, financial records and personnel files.
• 5:56
Speaker 7: By most accounts, some two dozen people were taken into custody.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: The others have been detained in questioned.
• 6:03
Speaker 7: We spoke to one worker who was detained for four
• 6:06
Speaker 7: and a half hours. Tell us how it feels to
• 6:09
Speaker 7: be the part of this and the concern that you
• 6:12
  Speaker 7: have for tomorrow.
• 6:18
Speaker 5: It's my first time being involved in this, so it's
• 6:20
Speaker 5: kind of a it's crazy eating it.
• 6:23
Speaker 3: It's just it's okay, yeah, whatever. Why didn't you ask
• 6:26
Speaker 3: him to turn off his radio before asking him about
• 6:29
  Speaker 3: his feelings.
• 6:30
Speaker 1: I don't know why why they're doing this.
• 6:33
Speaker 4: Everyone inside, they have family, they have kids, they have wife.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: It's all sad these appeals.
• 6:39
Speaker 2: No no, So we're now interviewing illegal immigrant family members
• 6:43
Speaker 2: who are upset and sad that they're legal immigrant family
• 6:47
Speaker 2: members that came into this country illegally are now being
• 6:49
Speaker 2: busted working in the country illegally taking away jobs from
• 6:52
  Speaker 2: American workers.
• 6:53
Speaker 1: That is what you just heard. Now.
• 6:55
Speaker 2: This is all coming from local news and put together
• 6:59
Speaker 2: to montage by the Daily Call our News Foundation. God
• 7:01
Speaker 2: bless them for what they're doing. But when you go
• 7:04
Speaker 2: way overboard on hiring illegal immigrants and purposely knocking out
• 7:08
Speaker 2: American workers. How is that not an enemy of all
• 7:12
Speaker 2: of us? They're hard working men and women in this
• 7:17
Speaker 2: country that would love to have these jobs and they're
• 7:20
Speaker 2: not getting these jobs.
• 7:21
Speaker 1: And then the media is like, oh.
• 7:23
Speaker 2: Let us tell you why you should feel sorry for
• 7:25
Speaker 2: these quote undocumented workers.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: Right, they'll never call them illegal immigrants. Never do that.
• 7:31
Speaker 2: Let's interview the illegal immigrants who are telling you should
• 7:34
Speaker 2: feel sorry for them, instead of interviewing the Americans whose
• 7:36
Speaker 2: jobs have been lost or we're not hired because of
• 7:40
Speaker 2: illegal emirates. No, we'll never tell you that story, will.
• 7:42
Speaker 3: We sins are tiresome, aren't they. We should be able
• 7:45
Speaker 3: to do what we want and break any law we want.
• 7:47
Speaker 3: We have families, don't.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: You have a heart.
• 7:49
Speaker 2: Some would say, hey, they're illegal, what business do they
• 7:51
Speaker 2: have to take these jobs away from Americans.
• 7:55
Speaker 5: It's hard to find Americans that's willing to perform the job.
• 8:00
Speaker 1: Translate, Oh, there we go.
• 8:01
Speaker 2: So we got an American farmer there on TV and
• 8:03
Speaker 2: they're like, hey, what about the Americans? Right, they would
• 8:06
Speaker 2: say it's really hard to you know, and there, well,
• 8:09
Speaker 2: these jobs are hard and it's just hard to find Americans. It'll,
• 8:12
Speaker 2: you know, do this job if you pay them a
• 8:16
Speaker 2: fair wage, I promise you Americans will show up for
• 8:19
Speaker 2: these jobs. That's back to the narrative. Now this farmer,
• 8:24
Speaker 2: why is the farmer that's being interviewed right now, why
• 8:28
Speaker 2: is he saying what he just said. I'll tell you why.
• 8:31
Speaker 2: He likes the cheaper labor costs. It's more profit in
• 8:36
Speaker 2: his pocket. It's more cash for him.
• 8:39
Speaker 6: But the backbone of not only the restaurant industry, but
• 8:42
Speaker 6: a lot of other industries in this country. Without immigrants,
• 8:45
Speaker 6: there are no restaurants.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: Shut up, can we start? So there's another one.
• 8:50
Speaker 2: There's another guy who owns a restaurant who's sitting there
• 8:53
Speaker 2: doing this interview, and he's like, well, you don't understand
• 8:56
Speaker 2: we got to have these illegal immigrants or my business
• 8:58
Speaker 2: structure doesn't work. Well, does it not work because you're
• 9:02
Speaker 2: making too much money off the backs of illegal immigrants?
• 9:05
Speaker 1: Like I'm just curious. I got to know.
• 9:08
Speaker 2: Even in the local news reports that we're playing for you,
• 9:10
Speaker 2: you notice how the news media is not standing up
• 9:14
Speaker 2: for American workers. They're wanting you to feel sorry for
• 9:17
Speaker 2: the illegal immigrant workers who are losing their jobs. They
• 9:20
Speaker 2: want you to feel sorry for people that have stolen
• 9:24
Speaker 2: jobs for American citizens and putting many small businesses out
• 9:27
  Speaker 2: of work.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: And this is exactly why I bring it up here.
• 9:31
Speaker 2: If we don't expose this and talk about it, who's
• 9:35
Speaker 2: going to do it. I want to talk to you
• 9:38
Speaker 2: about my friends at Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
• 9:42
  Speaker 7: Now.
• 9:42
Speaker 2: I'm investing in silver right now because the pricing on
• 9:45
Speaker 2: it is amazing and the upside well, it's real. I
• 9:48
Speaker 2: actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar. It is
• 9:53
Speaker 2: actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's one hundred ounces.
• 9:58
Speaker 2: But I also know that I bought it at the
• 10:00
Speaker 2: right price and I wasn't paying massive up charges on quote.
• 10:04
Speaker 2: Rare are special coins, and then when you go to
• 10:07
Speaker 2: sell them, you take away all of your earning potential.
• 10:11
Speaker 2: Why do they do it this way at Kurt Elliott
• 10:13
Speaker 2: Because they have transparent pricing up front. It's very simple.
• 10:18
Speaker 2: You pay eight percent when you buy, and here's what
• 10:21
Speaker 2: matters to you the most, nothing when you sell. There
• 10:24
Speaker 2: are no hidden fees ever. With Kurt Elliott Precious Metals.
• 10:29
Speaker 2: This is the reason why I recommend them. It's not
• 10:32
Speaker 2: just about investing, it's about making sure you get more

• 11:49
Speaker 2: com slash Ben. There is a subject that I want
• 11:53
Speaker 2: to give you an update on. It's something we've been
• 11:54
Speaker 2: talking about months and months ago on this show, and
• 11:57
Speaker 2: that was advocating and supporting designating the Muslim Brotherhood is
• 12:02
Speaker 2: a terrorist organization. We now have good news to report
• 12:05
Speaker 2: because of many of you that listened to the show,
• 12:08
Speaker 2: got involved and really started advocating for this, not only
• 12:11
Speaker 2: on social media, but also by calling the White House
• 12:15
Speaker 2: and your centers and your congressman.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: We now know that Donald Trump.
• 12:19
Speaker 2: Is signaling a plan to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as
• 12:22
Speaker 2: a terrorist organization. Trump said over the weekend he is
• 12:26
Speaker 2: drawing up final documents targeting the Islamic organization.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: That is a big move for I.
• 12:33
Speaker 2: Believe national security, but also to hold radicals like the
• 12:36
Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood accountable for their actions. I want you to
• 12:39
Speaker 2: take a listen to how they described it on Fox So.
• 12:43
Speaker 8: A new report detailing one Islamic groups decades long reach
• 12:46
Speaker 8: into the US. The report claims the Muslim Brotherhood shares
• 12:50
Speaker 8: ideological goals with Muslim extremist organizations. It aims to influence
• 12:54
Speaker 8: and infiltrate US government, educational systems.
• 12:57
  Speaker 1: Civil rights groups.
• 12:58
Speaker 8: Doctor Kanta Akhmed is a senior fellow at the Independent
• 13:00
Speaker 8: Women's Forum and a member of the Council of Foreign
• 13:03
Speaker 8: Relations and joined US now knows I would say as
• 13:05
Speaker 8: much about the Middle East as anyone in America today.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: Doctor your thoughts about the.
• 13:10
Speaker 8: Role of the Muslim Brotherhood and what they're up to here.
• 13:13
Speaker 5: Well, this is something we've been recommending. Over ten years ago.
• 13:16
Speaker 5: I wrote an article to say that the Muslim Brotherhood
• 13:18
Speaker 5: should be designated a foreign terror organization. This report by
• 13:22
Speaker 5: the Institute Studying Global Antisemitism and Policy shows the Muslim
• 13:26
Speaker 5: Brotherhood is influencing at the executive branch. It's influencing policy makers.
• 13:31
Speaker 5: It's reframing the argument post nine to eleven. There was Islamophobia,
• 13:36
Speaker 5: then came oycott, divestment, sanctions demonizing Israel. And now we've
• 13:40
Speaker 5: just seen the pro Hamas protests. That is all part
• 13:44
Speaker 5: of their multi generational project to have a war against
• 13:48
Speaker 5: the secular and undermine our democracy using our democratic freedoms.
• 13:52
Speaker 8: And one way that the protest on college campuses. And
• 13:55
Speaker 8: we see what's happening with our our educational institutions care
• 14:00
  Speaker 8: it's an acronym.
• 14:01
Speaker 1: Whould we know about.
• 14:02
Speaker 5: That organization Council and American Islamic relations. This is part
• 14:06
Speaker 5: of the other organizations. Senator tent Cruise than Governor Abbott
• 14:09
Speaker 5: in Texas are designating as criminal transnational networks. It portrays
• 14:14
Speaker 5: itself to be advocating for Muslims like me, but actually
• 14:18
Speaker 5: it's advancing an Islamist project. What CARE did in California
• 14:22
Speaker 5: that's under investigation. They took money purportedly for Afghan refugees,
• 14:26
Speaker 5: helped less than two hundred, took half of that seven
• 14:29
Speaker 5: million dollars and put it back in their own organization.
• 14:32
Speaker 5: They're disclosing only small fractions of their lobbying, which they're
• 14:35
Speaker 5: then using to finance and support radicals on campus. So
• 14:39
Speaker 5: they are subverting our academic institutions in line with their islamistites.
• 14:44
Speaker 1: So now that we recognize it.
• 14:45
Speaker 8: In fact, the governor Abbot put this out yesterday and
• 14:48
Speaker 8: here's a little of his missive. The Muslim Brotherhood and
• 14:51
Speaker 8: CARE have long made their goals clear to forcibly impose
• 14:54
Speaker 8: Sharia law and establish Islam's mastership.
• 14:57
  Speaker 1: Of the world.
• 14:58
Speaker 8: We hear that it's in parts of Michigan and also
• 15:01
Speaker 8: parts of Texas. Are they taking over small towns and
• 15:04
Speaker 8: putting these laws into effect?
• 15:06
Speaker 2: So why would by the way, listen to this question
• 15:08
Speaker 2: that was just asked there by Brian. Brian is asking expert,
• 15:11
Speaker 2: because we've heard about this that there is actual sharia
• 15:14
Speaker 2: law courts that are superseding in these small communities the
• 15:18
Speaker 2: actual law and justice, law and order system of the
• 15:21
Speaker 2: United States. They're just saying, we're setting up our own
• 15:23
Speaker 2: in essence many Muslim countries, and we will police our
• 15:28
Speaker 2: owns with our own Sharia law courts. I want you
• 15:33
Speaker 2: to hear what she says in response to that, so
• 15:35
Speaker 2: you understand what's actually happening in America.
• 15:38
Speaker 5: Say the mission is to advance Islamism. They're doing that
• 15:41
Speaker 5: in many ways, but we're not the only nation that's
• 15:43
Speaker 5: seeing this. France published an incendiary report on the Muslim brotherhood.
• 15:48
Speaker 5: They're using hundreds of nonprofits, charities, student groups, professional societies,
• 15:53
Speaker 5: undermining local government, putting in politicians that are sympathetic to
• 15:57
Speaker 5: their views or openly acolytes, and modifying and changing on democracy.
• 16:03
Speaker 5: That's happening here in the United States too. And Wildcare
• 16:06
Speaker 5: was being investigated in California. It's still receiving federal funds.
• 16:10
Speaker 8: Which is crazy. And by the way, here's their response.
• 16:12
Speaker 8: Got to be fair. They say this does care. Greg
• 16:16
Speaker 8: Abbott's disregard for the First Amendment, his obsession with Texas Muslims,
• 16:20
Speaker 8: his dedication to protecting the Israeli government from criticism apparently
• 16:23
Speaker 8: knows no bounds care Texas plans to continue vigorously to
• 16:26
Speaker 8: defend the Texas Muslim community from this governor's increasingly desperate
• 16:30
Speaker 8: derange attempts to shred the First Amendment.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: So that's their response.
• 16:35
Speaker 8: But I'm tired of hearing about I have three pages
• 16:37
  Speaker 8: of investigations.
• 16:38
Speaker 1: We don't do anything we investigate. Why are they still
• 16:41
  Speaker 1: getting money?
• 16:42
Speaker 8: Why are we pretending that this is an organization that
• 16:45
Speaker 8: seeks good, that has good intentions.
• 16:48
Speaker 5: So Senator Ted Cruise's efforts should be hugely commended and
• 16:51
Speaker 5: they are a blueprint for other states. Once these organizations
• 16:55
Speaker 5: are designated as potential ftos or criminal networks, nances can
• 17:00
Speaker 5: be opened. If they sue in retaliation, that will result
• 17:03
Speaker 5: in discovery and you'll be able to see what's going on.
• 17:06
Speaker 5: So this is the first step. The second is that
• 17:09
Speaker 5: response you just read is typical. They're claiming religious advocacy,
• 17:13
Speaker 5: exploiting religious freedom and anti discrimination laws while they subvert
• 17:17
Speaker 5: our democratic process. It's time to elevate reasoned, credible Muslim
• 17:23
Speaker 5: voices and learn from Saudi Arabia, the Egypt, United Arab Emirates, France,
• 17:30
Speaker 5: that those Arab countries have designated this group as a
• 17:35
Speaker 5: terror group. Austria has done so, and we are about
• 17:38
Speaker 5: to see a lot of Western Europe do the same.
• 17:41
Speaker 2: This is why this moment is so important. It is
• 17:45
Speaker 2: very clear that they are a terrorist organization. And what
• 17:49
Speaker 2: President Trump has now said, hearing it from so many,
• 17:52
Speaker 2: is that he's going to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a
• 17:55
Speaker 2: terrorist organization after several groups have stepped up warnings in
• 17:58
Speaker 2: recent minds that the Islamic group is gaining a foothold
• 18:01
  Speaker 2: in the US.
• 18:02
Speaker 1: It will be done in the.
• 18:03
Speaker 2: Strongest and most powerful terms, is what Trump told just
• 18:06
Speaker 2: the News over the weekend, final documents being drawn. Trump's
• 18:11
Speaker 2: comments come also after Texas, as you heard there, declared
• 18:15
Speaker 2: the Muslim Brotherhood of terrorists organization, and just days after
• 18:18
Speaker 2: the Institute for the Study of Global Anti Semitism and Policy,
• 18:22
Speaker 2: a prominent global research ander, released a comprehensive of two
• 18:25
Speaker 2: hundred page study warning of the Muslim Brotherhood's growing influence
• 18:30
Speaker 2: directly in the United States of America. Now, the Muslim Brotherhood,
• 18:34
Speaker 2: so you understand, they are an Islamic organization, radical organization
• 18:39
Speaker 2: founded in Egypt. They gained access to government agencies all
• 18:43
Speaker 2: part of their plan, been involved in advising American civil
• 18:47
Speaker 2: rights policy. They've gone into our schools, our institutions. They've
• 18:52
Speaker 2: created a vast social media footprint. And it also is
• 18:57
Speaker 2: a group that is saying, look, we're targeting US garment
• 18:59
Speaker 2: agents for infiltration in Queen, the State Department, the Department
• 19:02
Speaker 2: Home Security, the Department of Justice, through career appointments and
• 19:06
Speaker 2: appointments and advisory roles like they play the long game.
• 19:10
Speaker 2: I want you to understand that quote. We welcome President
• 19:13
Speaker 2: Trump's statements and the growing recognition that the Muslim Brotherhood
• 19:17
Speaker 2: is its ideology and network post a serious challenge the
• 19:20
Speaker 2: United States and democratic societies. That's what Charles asher Small,
• 19:24
Speaker 2: executive director the ISGAP, said in a press release about
• 19:28
Speaker 2: this A formal US designation would represent an important first
• 19:32
Speaker 2: step to confront the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States
• 19:34
Speaker 2: of America. It will require sustained evidence based policy, serious
• 19:39
Speaker 2: scrutiny of its affiliated structures and in funding streams, and
• 19:43
Speaker 2: long term investments in democratic resilience now. The report also
• 19:49
Speaker 2: dives deep into the alleged terrorist ties within the group,
• 19:52
Speaker 2: along with the various funding sources like Katar, while making
• 19:56
Speaker 2: the case of both al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood
• 19:58
Speaker 2: share the strategic aim of one establishing an Islamic state
• 20:02
Speaker 2: government by Sharia law, indiffering only in tactics, where the
• 20:07
Speaker 2: Brotherhood's gradualism allows it to maintain ideological continuity with militant
• 20:13
Speaker 2: jihad while avoiding direct confrontation quote unquote. Now, in addition
• 20:19
Speaker 2: to creating the Muslim Brotherhood of terrorist organization, the ISGAP
• 20:23
Speaker 2: says it has been working to gather scholars and experts
• 20:26
Speaker 2: on the subject, and an effort to nudge Congress into
• 20:30
Speaker 2: acting on the specifics of the reports has come out.
• 20:33
Speaker 2: So I look at this and I say it again,
• 20:36
Speaker 2: this is a great moment for the President of the
• 20:41
Speaker 2: United States of America with moral clarity to call a
• 20:45
Speaker 2: terrorist organization a terrorist organization when that is what it is.
• 20:50
Speaker 2: To also be clear, okay, to also be clear, there
• 20:56
Speaker 2: are a lot of Democrats that absolutely hate this. Why
• 21:03
Speaker 2: they hate it because they love working with the Muslim
• 21:05
Speaker 2: Brotherhood to undermine America.
• 21:08
  Speaker 1: That's why they're defending it.
• 21:10
Speaker 2: And why are you not hearing about this on the
• 21:12
Speaker 2: national news Because they don't want you to know about
• 21:14
Speaker 2: what the Muslim Brotherhood actually really does. They want you
• 21:16
Speaker 2: to believe that it's all just peaceful Muslims involved, They're
• 21:20
Speaker 2: not a terrorist organization. Every so often, something happens that
• 21:24
Speaker 2: reminds us just how fragile our freedoms are. We can't
• 21:28
Speaker 2: afford to take our rights for granted. We must draw
• 21:31
Speaker 2: a line in the sand, and our friends at Patriot
• 21:34
Speaker 2: Mobile have been doing just that for more than twelve years.
• 21:38
Speaker 2: The truth is there is only one provider that boldly
• 21:41
Speaker 2: stands in the gap for Americans who believe freedom is
• 21:44
Speaker 2: worth fighting for, and that company is Patriot Mobile. Not
• 21:48
Speaker 2: only are they leading the red economy, they're also outpacing
• 21:52
Speaker 2: the competition and technology. Patriot Mobile is one of the
• 21:56
Speaker 2: only carriers offering premium access to all three major US networks,
• 22:02

• 22:43
Speaker 2: fought for a country and wear a badge. So take

• 23:06
Speaker 2: and make the switch and make a difference with every
• 23:08
Speaker 2: call you make. The Department of War is investigating Senator
• 23:13
Speaker 2: Mark Kelly for seditious video urging military to disobey the
• 23:19
Speaker 2: President of the United States of America, Donald Trump.
• 23:22
  Speaker 1: That's right.
• 23:23
Speaker 2: The Department of War launching this investigation that may lead
• 23:27
Speaker 2: to court martial proceedings after what was described as a
• 23:31
Speaker 2: serious allegation and misconduct were made against him. Kelly, a
• 23:37
Speaker 2: retired US Navy captain, has been facing accusations of sedition
• 23:42
Speaker 2: from President Donald Trump after participating in a video with
• 23:45
Speaker 2: other Democrats last week calling on military service members and
• 23:51
Speaker 2: intelligence officials to quote refuse illegal orders from the administration.
• 23:57
Speaker 2: In a statement posted on social media, the Department of
• 24:01
Speaker 2: War announced that it was aware of the severe accusations
• 24:05
Speaker 2: and has initiated a thorough review to determine whether further
• 24:10
Speaker 2: actions are needed, which may include recall to active duty
• 24:15
Speaker 2: for court martial proceedings or administrative measures quote unquote. This matter,
• 24:20
Speaker 2: they went on to say, will be handled in compliance
• 24:23
Speaker 2: with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. The Department
• 24:29
Speaker 2: stated further official comments will be limited to preserve the
• 24:33
Speaker 2: integrity of the proceedings now. The Department of War also
• 24:37
Speaker 2: added a reminder to all military retirees that they remain
• 24:42
Speaker 2: subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice known as
• 24:46
Speaker 2: the UCMJ for applicable offenses, as well as the federal
• 24:52
Speaker 2: laws that prohibit actions to interfere with, impair or influence
• 24:57
Speaker 2: the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the
• 25:02
Speaker 2: armed forces. All service members, they went on to say,
• 25:06
Speaker 2: are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the
• 25:10
Speaker 2: UCMJ to obey lawful orders, and that orders are presumed
• 25:15
Speaker 2: to be lawful, The Department states a service member's personal
• 25:19
Speaker 2: philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an
• 25:24
  Speaker 2: otherwise lawful order.
• 25:27
  Speaker 1: Now.
• 25:27
Speaker 2: The controversial video also featured statements from Senator Elise Slocan,
• 25:33
Speaker 2: a Democrat from Michigan, and Representative Chris Deluzio, Democrat Pennsylvania,
• 25:39
Speaker 2: Chrissy Hallahan, Democrat Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander, Democrat from New Hampshire,
• 25:46
Speaker 2: and Jason Crowe, a Democrat from Colorado. While the Democratic
• 25:51
Speaker 2: lawmakers did not give any examples of orders from the
• 25:55
Speaker 2: Trump administration that are quote unquote illegal, they claim that
• 25:59
Speaker 2: the threat it's coming to our constitution aren't just coming
• 26:03
Speaker 2: from abroad, but from right here at home. Here is
• 26:08
Speaker 2: more of that video. If you missed exactly what they said,
• 26:12
Speaker 2: take a listen carefully to the words they use.
• 26:15
Speaker 7: I'm Senator Alissa Sockins, Senator Mark Kelly, Representative Chris s Deluzio,
• 26:19
Speaker 7: Congressman Matie Goodland, You're Representative Chrissy Hulahan, Congressman Jason Crowe.
• 26:24
Speaker 6: I was a captain in the United States Navy, former
• 26:26
Speaker 6: CIA officer, former Navy, former paratrooper and Army ranger.
• 26:30
  Speaker 5: Former intelligence officer.
• 26:31
  Speaker 7: Former Air Force.
• 26:32
Speaker 3: We want to speak directly to members of the military and.
• 26:35
Speaker 4: The intelligence community who take risks each day to keep
• 26:38
  Speaker 4: Americans safe.
• 26:39
Speaker 5: We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now.
• 26:42
Speaker 5: Americans trust their military, with that trust is at risk.
• 26:45
Speaker 8: This administration is pitting our uniform military.
• 26:48
Speaker 4: And intelligence community professionals.
• 26:50
Speaker 1: Against American citizens like us. You all swore an oath.
• 26:54
Speaker 4: To protect and defend this constitution.
• 26:56
Speaker 8: Right now, the threats to our constitution aren't just coming
• 26:59
Speaker 8: from a but from right here at home.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.
• 27:05
Speaker 8: You can refuse illegal orders.
• 27:07
Speaker 5: You must refuse illegal orders.
• 27:09
Speaker 6: No one has to carry out orders that violate the
• 27:12
Speaker 6: law or our constitution. We know this is hard and
• 27:15
Speaker 6: that it's a difficult time to be a public servant.
• 27:17
Speaker 6: But whether you're serving in the CIA.
• 27:19
Speaker 1: The Army, or Navy, the Air Force.
• 27:21
Speaker 3: Your vigilance is critical.
• 27:23
Speaker 1: And know that we have your back because now more
• 27:26
  Speaker 1: than ever.
• 27:27
Speaker 4: The American people need you.
• 27:28
Speaker 1: We need you to stand up for our laws, our constitution,
• 27:31
Speaker 1: and who we are as Americans. Don't give up.
• 27:35
  Speaker 7: Don't give up.
• 27:35
  Speaker 1: Don't give up.
• 27:36
Speaker 5: Don't give up the ship.
• 27:39
Speaker 1: Don't give up the ship.
• 27:41
Speaker 2: As Senator Elisa Slow can put it, we want to
• 27:44
Speaker 2: speak directly to members of the military and the intelligence community.
• 27:48
Speaker 2: The American people need you to stand up for our
• 27:51
Speaker 2: laws and our constitution.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: Don't give up the ship, she wrote online.
• 27:55
Speaker 2: Now, while the Democratic lawmakers again didn't give any examples
• 28:00
Speaker 2: from the Trump administration that are illegal, they claim that
• 28:03
Speaker 2: the threats coming to our constitution aren't just coming from abroad,
• 28:08
Speaker 2: but from right here at home. Donald Trump responded to
• 28:11
Speaker 2: the video on True Social writing, the traders that told
• 28:15
Speaker 2: the military to disobey my orders should be in jail
• 28:18
Speaker 2: right now, not roaming the fake news networks trying to
• 28:22
Speaker 2: explain that what they said was okay. It wasn't it
• 28:26
Speaker 2: never will be. It was sedition at the highest level,
• 28:30
Speaker 2: and sedition is a major crime. There can be no
• 28:33
Speaker 2: other interpretation of what they said. War Secretary pte had
• 28:38
Speaker 2: Seth made his own statement following his departments, calling the
• 28:42
Speaker 2: lawmakers the seditious six while arguing that the video was despicable, reckless,
• 28:49
Speaker 2: and also false, saying this encouraging our warriors to ignore
• 28:54
Speaker 2: the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of good
• 28:58
Speaker 2: order and discipline. They're fullish screed show's doubt and confusion,
• 29:03
Speaker 2: which only puts our warriors in danger. He went on
• 29:06
Speaker 2: to explain that Kelly is the only one in the
• 29:09
Speaker 2: video who falls under the US m J jurisdiction, as
• 29:14
Speaker 2: slogan is former CIA, and the other four are former
• 29:19
Speaker 2: military but not retired. As we announced, the Department is
• 29:23
Speaker 2: reviewing Kelly's statements and actions, which were addressed directly to
• 29:27
Speaker 2: all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation,
• 29:32
Speaker 2: lending the appearance of authority to his words. Had Says stated,
• 29:36
Speaker 2: Kelly's conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will
• 29:41
Speaker 2: be addressed appropriately. Kelly responded to the Department of Wars
• 29:45
Speaker 2: announcement in a statement this evening, saying quote, when I
• 29:49
Speaker 2: was twenty two years old, I commissioned as an in
• 29:53
Speaker 2: sign in the United States Navy and swore an oath
• 29:56
Speaker 2: to the Constitution. I upheld that oath through flight school,
• 30:00
Speaker 2: multiple deployments on the USS Midway, thirty nine combat missions,
• 30:04
Speaker 2: and Operation Desert Storm test pilot school, four Space Shuttle
• 30:08
Speaker 2: flights at NASA, and every day since I retired, which
• 30:12
Speaker 2: I did after my wife, Gabby was shot in the
• 30:14
Speaker 2: head while serving her constituents. He said, in combat, I
• 30:17
Speaker 2: had to miss a bow up next to my jet
• 30:19
Speaker 2: and flew through anti aircraft fire to drop bombs on
• 30:23
Speaker 2: enemy targets and NASA. I launched on a rocket command
• 30:26
Speaker 2: the Space Shuttle, and was part of the recovery mission
• 30:29
Speaker 2: that brought home the bodies of my astronaut classmates who
• 30:32
Speaker 2: died on Columbia. I did all of this in service
• 30:35
Speaker 2: to this country that I love and have given me
• 30:38
Speaker 2: so much. Secretary Head says, tweet is the first I
• 30:41
Speaker 2: heard of this. I also saw the President's post saying
• 30:44
Speaker 2: I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If
• 30:47
Speaker 2: this is meant to intimidate me and other members of
• 30:50
Speaker 2: Congress from doing our jobs and holding the administration accountable,
• 30:53
Speaker 2: it won't work. I've given too much this country to
• 30:56
Speaker 2: be silenced by bullies who care more about their own
• 30:59
Speaker 2: power the constitution. And if you think Democrats aren't organizing
• 31:04
Speaker 2: to stand behind Kelly and others, look no further than
• 31:07
Speaker 2: Senator Reuben Diego, Democrat from Arizona. He leaped to his
• 31:11
Speaker 2: fellow Arizona Senator's defense, writing plainly, f you and your investigation. Yes,
• 31:18
Speaker 2: he used the entire word that is your senator from Arizona.
• 31:23
Speaker 2: So here we are the President United States of America
• 31:25
Speaker 2: saying the rules will be followed. And you can say
• 31:29
Speaker 2: all you want to in a tweet that you weren't
• 31:31
Speaker 2: trying to overthrow the will of the people or undermine
• 31:34
Speaker 2: the military, but there are rules, and the Department of
• 31:37
Speaker 2: War is now investigating Senator Mark Kelly no matter what
• 31:41
Speaker 2: he says online. Don't forget to share this podcast, by
