- 1:47Speaker 3: of the money up.
- 1:48Speaker 5: Wouldn't make me.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come out? You think?
- 2:01Speaker 6: Uh huh, I sure will. Now, Good morning everybody. You
- 2:05Speaker 6: are listening to the voice, come on now dig me
- 2:08Speaker 6: one and only. Steve Harvey Man old man, got a
- 2:11Speaker 6: radio show. I said yesterday, I was trying to do
- 2:14Speaker 6: something with it. Like I said, you know that the
- 2:16Speaker 6: trying part is over. I'm actually doing something with it now.
- 2:21Speaker 6: I told you that the only way to find your
- 2:24Speaker 6: real purpose, your real mission in life, you're real what for?
- 2:28Speaker 6: The thing that you got to go get it get
- 2:30Speaker 6: after is you got to connect with God. You have
- 2:33Speaker 6: to connect with him because as your creator, no one
- 2:37Speaker 6: knows better what you were made for than your maker.
- 2:41Speaker 6: I mean that just I mean, man, and you just
- 2:46Speaker 6: make a lot of common sense, don't it. I mean, really,
- 2:49Speaker 6: you know, people kill me with with the lack of belief.
- 2:54Speaker 6: I'm listening to me. I don't really into explaining all
- 2:57Speaker 6: that a way. If that's how you feel, then gone
- 2:59Speaker 6: and get to feel and how you feeling with it.
- 3:01Speaker 6: But let me explain something to you. I just don't
- 3:03Speaker 6: see how. What is this conscious that eats away at
- 3:07Speaker 6: you from time to time? Where does the moral barometer
- 3:10Speaker 6: come from that exists in your life? What makes you
- 3:13Speaker 6: know the difference between right and wrong with Where did
- 3:17Speaker 6: your conscience come from? What is your need to cry
- 3:20Speaker 6: out from? What does the word Lord help me come from?
- 3:25Speaker 6: Why when you get in a in a dog place
- 3:28Speaker 6: and you whisper Jesus, where that come from?
- 3:32Speaker 7: Huh?
- 3:33Speaker 1: What is that? You know?
- 3:35Speaker 8: What?
- 3:35Speaker 6: What are these promises come from that we make, these
- 3:38Speaker 6: deals we cut, that we make with a higher power.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Why why when you're at your lowest moment? Man?
- 3:45Speaker 6: You you you, you, you turned somewhere. Okay, enough of that,
- 3:49Speaker 6: I've I've explained my side of it. And as a
- 3:52Speaker 6: matter of fact, God is really almost unexplainable to me.
- 3:57Speaker 6: I want, I want, I want to share something with
- 3:58Speaker 6: you about well, when you strike out to find your mission,
- 4:05Speaker 6: or how about when you strike out on your mission
- 4:09Speaker 6: once you discover what your purpose is? Or let's simplify,
- 4:16Speaker 6: what happens when you set a goal and you're ready
- 4:20Speaker 6: to strike out on that goal. What happens when you
- 4:25Speaker 6: set an ambition in front of you or put something
- 4:29Speaker 6: in your sights that you want to attain that you
- 4:31Speaker 6: want to become successful at. What's the mind set that
- 4:36Speaker 6: you have to develop? There are three things you must
- 4:42Speaker 6: first ask, You must then believe, and you must then receive.
- 4:50Speaker 6: Now the received part, all these parts, iss got a
- 4:56Speaker 6: thing to it. You gotta ask. You just gotta ask
- 4:59Speaker 6: for it. You know you've heard the scripture before? You
- 5:02Speaker 6: have not because you ask not Why don't you ask?
- 5:06Speaker 6: But then after you ask, here's the kick. You got
- 5:10Speaker 6: to believe that it can happen for you. Stop looking
- 5:14Speaker 6: at the success of other people and not thinking that
- 5:17Speaker 6: that same success can happen for you.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Then I'm not saying that specific way.
- 5:22Speaker 6: I'm just saying that a success can happen for you,
- 5:25Speaker 6: just like it can happen for somebody else. Why do
- 5:28Speaker 6: you think it keeps happening to other people over and
- 5:30Speaker 6: over because they ask and they believe.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Now here's the cold part. Receive it? Oh what you mean?
- 5:39Speaker 1: Receive it? I ask for it?
- 5:41Speaker 6: I believe in it, why would I not want to
- 5:43Speaker 6: receive it? Act like it, Act like it's already there.
- 5:51Speaker 6: Behaviors though you have it in your hands, Smile about it,
- 5:57Speaker 6: Realize that, man, it's just days away, and how many
- 6:02Speaker 6: other days that is?
- 6:04Speaker 1: If it's days away, it's just days away. We don't
- 6:09Speaker 1: know if.
- 6:09Speaker 6: It's gonna happen tomorrow, next week, in thirty days. We
- 6:12Speaker 6: don't know if it's gonna take a few years. But
- 6:16Speaker 6: you got to receive it though. You gotta ask. You
- 6:20Speaker 6: got to believe, and you got to receive it. You
- 6:24Speaker 6: gotta act as though as that. Now as another part
- 6:27Speaker 6: now to this about work, don't please faith through our
- 6:30Speaker 6: works is dead. Don't think you're gonna just ask for
- 6:32Speaker 6: some believing and then go sit down, start watching TV.
- 6:35Speaker 6: Come on, now, let's get real. Let's not leave out
- 6:37Speaker 6: the other duel. You got to work. But now hear
- 6:43Speaker 6: what I want you to know about when you strike
- 6:45Speaker 6: out on that mission, that the journey that you strike
- 6:49Speaker 6: out on to accomplish a goal or to set out
- 6:52Speaker 6: on the mission. The journey, if you could understand this
- 6:56Speaker 6: or to help you so much, the journey is a process.
- 7:00Speaker 6: It's not an arrival date. It's a process. All you're
- 7:06Speaker 6: looking to do, folks, is start the process. Get it started.
- 7:14Speaker 6: Don't worry about the arrival date. Act like it's there.
- 7:18Speaker 6: The arrival date is coming. But here is the beauty
- 7:24Speaker 6: of the journey being a process. But all along the
- 7:30Speaker 6: way of your journey you will find success. The whole
- 7:35Speaker 6: time you're on the journey, the whole time you're in
- 7:40Speaker 6: the process of finding your mission, fulfilling your mission, uncovering
- 7:44Speaker 6: your dreams, reaching your goals. The beauty of it is
- 7:48Speaker 6: all along the way you're going to find success on
- 7:53Speaker 6: so many levels.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And people fail to look at that part. They keep
- 7:59Speaker 1: thinking of them else. Man, I ain't there yet, I
- 8:02Speaker 1: ain't you know.
- 8:03Speaker 6: It's like when you take a little kid on a
- 8:05Speaker 6: long car trip and there in the back seat.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Boy?
- 8:09Speaker 6: If you just look out the window, see where we
- 8:13Speaker 6: then being? Look out the window, Look at the mountains,
- 8:16Speaker 6: Look at these trees, look at the views we got. No,
- 8:20Speaker 6: we ain't there yet, But Lord have mercy, look at
- 8:23Speaker 6: what he's showing us along the way. Smell the roses,
- 8:29Speaker 6: have yourself a cup of coffee, Chill every now and then,
- 8:34Speaker 6: and see what he's doing for you, because the journey
- 8:38Speaker 6: is a process. But man, know that in the process
- 8:41Speaker 6: of arriving at your designated gold dream, ambition, or mission.
- 8:46Speaker 6: Understand this, that the journey is a process. But all
- 8:50Speaker 6: along the way you'll find success. There are things that
- 8:53Speaker 6: are going to happen to you along the way, Man,
- 8:57Speaker 6: that will be so.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Gratifying and fulfilling.
- 9:00Speaker 6: Where the journey is joyful, there is joy in the journey.
- 9:06Speaker 6: You don't have to be there to appreciate the ride.
- 9:11Speaker 6: Appreciate the journey and the process.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Stop getting mad because you ain't at the arrival data.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Your dreams ain't come true yet.
- 9:19Speaker 6: Look up, Look up. You might discover, man, that you're
- 9:24Speaker 6: living better. You might discover that you don't have a
- 9:26Speaker 6: million yet, but you'd have made a quarter of a million.
- 9:28Speaker 6: What you tripping for because you ain't got the million yet.
- 9:31Speaker 6: Remember when you didn't have nothing. Be grateful for the
- 9:35Speaker 6: two hundred and fifty thousand dollars mark, the one hundred
- 9:38Speaker 6: thousand dollars mark, the three hundred and twenty two thousand
- 9:41Speaker 6: dollar mark. Don't you understand, man, you may not be
- 9:45Speaker 6: where you wanna be, But man, can't you thank God
- 9:47Speaker 6: that you ain't where it was?
- 9:49Speaker 1: How about that one?
- 9:51Speaker 9: Huh?
- 9:52Speaker 1: All right, you're listening hard morning.

- 11:50Speaker 9: Well, we're not doing that again, you can't. We're not
- 11:56Speaker 9: doing that again, Steve. I just wanted to. I just

- 12:01Speaker 9: you know, because you have you do have regrets. But
- 12:03Speaker 9: one thing I do not regret, and that's well, should
- 12:08Speaker 9: I say it? I was just singing it to myself anyway.
- 12:10Speaker 9: One thing I don't regret is cutting off my six finger,
- 12:13Speaker 9: because you know, I had an extra finger on each hand.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I got them cut off. I was kissing because that
- 12:21Speaker 1: extra fag on the back. I don't, yeah, I don't.

- 13:05Speaker 6: toad on't count.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It's just tucked off in there. Yeah, but if you

- 13:59Speaker 5: Listen? I'm giving you a call you. You happen to
- 14:02Speaker 5: be uh in a relationship with a with a black man?

- 14:08Speaker 12: I'm sorry? Who is this?
- 14:09Speaker 5: I'm sorry?
- 14:10Speaker 8: My name is Brian, uh well, I don't want to
- 14:12Speaker 8: give my full name, but it's Jiadiah Jiadiah Malcolm.
- 14:17Speaker 11: Okay, and and I'm sorry, why are you calling?
- 14:20Speaker 5: Okay? Now you you you are a Caucasian woman? Correct?
- 14:25Speaker 1: Okay?
- 14:26Speaker 11: Why I'm still trying to get to why are you
- 14:29Speaker 11: calling U?
- 14:30Speaker 8: What's going on is uh, I'm with an organization and
- 14:34Speaker 8: we're calling people who are in interracial relationships, and from
- 14:38Speaker 8: my understanding, you are in an interracial relationship.
- 14:41Speaker 5: Correct, yes, okay.
- 14:44Speaker 8: I'm with n b f U and that's uh. N
- 14:48Speaker 8: b f U is no blacks for you. And what
- 14:51Speaker 8: we're doing is we're trying to get uh racist to
- 14:55Speaker 8: go back to dating each other, you know, which means
- 14:58Speaker 8: Caucasians going back.
- 15:00Speaker 11: I'm sorry, I'm sorry. At first, I don't know who
- 15:03Speaker 11: do you think you are calling my house? But that's
- 15:06Speaker 11: just not going to happen. And I don't know where
- 15:08Speaker 11: this organization is based out of. I mean, you must
- 15:10Speaker 11: be some country bumpkin or something, and you have just
- 15:14Speaker 11: really called the wrong house.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Okay, well when.
- 15:18Speaker 8: NBF you man, it's been around since the early nineteen forties.
- 15:22Speaker 11: Yeah, I can imagine. I can imagine that. And I'm
- 15:24Speaker 11: sure at some points you guys have to shut down
- 15:27Speaker 11: because this is just ridiculous.
- 15:28Speaker 12: Do you know what I mean?
- 15:29Speaker 11: Obama's mother was white. Are you gonna go knock on
- 15:32Speaker 11: his door too?
- 15:32Speaker 12: What the hell?
- 15:33Speaker 5: You don't have time to knock on Obama's door. He's business.
- 15:36Speaker 5: I'm trying to do is get the rest of.
- 15:39Speaker 8: The came.
- 15:42Speaker 5: Hey black, And that's what I'm saying.
- 15:45Speaker 11: Trying to tell us we can't be together because you're
- 15:48Speaker 11: black and I'm white.
- 15:49Speaker 13: He's calling, yo, what's up?
- 15:52Speaker 12: What is.
- 15:55Speaker 5: Okay?
- 15:55Speaker 12: Who?
- 15:55Speaker 5: Who? Who is this?
- 15:58Speaker 13: This is that I'm a man who lives.
- 16:00Speaker 8: Okay, this is g J. Jodiah Malcolm. And what I'm doing, man,
- 16:04Speaker 8: is we we You know, I'm with an organization called
- 16:06Speaker 8: n b f U and n b f U man,
- 16:09Speaker 8: there's no blacks for you. Which what we're trying to
- 16:12Speaker 8: do is we're trying to get all races to go
- 16:14Speaker 8: back to each other.
- 16:15Speaker 13: What you're talking about you getting? Man? You are what what?
- 16:19Speaker 13: What kind of organization has that.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Y'all are tripping. Okay, brother, let me have youthing. You
- 16:24Speaker 5: don't feel empty without the sister on your side. You
- 16:26Speaker 5: don't feel empty without loving black woman on your side.
- 16:31Speaker 5: That's what I'm asking you, brother.
- 16:32Speaker 13: I got I got plenty of black women on my side,
- 16:34Speaker 13: but that don't mean that I had to be in
- 16:36Speaker 13: a relationship with a black woman. I'm in a relationship
- 16:38Speaker 13: with a woman I love. So that's what it's about.
- 16:40Speaker 5: Now.
- 16:40Speaker 13: I don't feel empty. That's the first problem with your organization,
- 16:43Speaker 13: right that the premise is wrong.
- 16:45Speaker 8: Okay, okay, okay, But brother, what we're trying to do, man,
- 16:48Speaker 8: we don't want to lose our race. We don't want
- 16:50Speaker 8: the blacks to lose the strength that we have. And
- 16:52Speaker 8: if blacks continue to date and mate with blacks, then
- 16:55Speaker 8: we would be as powerful and stronger than any other
- 16:58Speaker 8: race in the world.
- 16:59Speaker 13: What do you get this number from?
- 17:00Speaker 8: Man?
- 17:00Speaker 5: Excuse me?
- 17:01Speaker 13: How do you get this other in the first thing?
- 17:02Speaker 5: Dude? I mean, I ain't got time for all this.
- 17:04Speaker 13: Man, it's some no offense brow you Why.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Are you calling us hey man? Because on y'all interracial couple.
- 17:10Speaker 13: Yeah, but what this is happening that ain't none of
- 17:12Speaker 13: your business.
- 17:12Speaker 5: Hey, but it is my businesses I'm with. If I'm
- 17:14Speaker 5: with NBLU, know that who you with, you are a
- 17:18Speaker 5: black person that are integrated within another race. And what
- 17:21Speaker 5: we're trying to do, man, is get you to understand
- 17:24Speaker 5: to come back to your race and be comfortable and
- 17:26Speaker 5: happy in your right.
- 17:28Speaker 13: Oh you really now come back to my race.
- 17:31Speaker 5: I ain never left my raised dog.
- 17:33Speaker 13: You a trip him, y'o and be you you y'all,
- 17:36Speaker 13: get off a phone. Man, don't call here no more?
- 17:38Speaker 8: With that?
- 17:39Speaker 5: Do you think that you are happier with a Caucasian
- 17:42Speaker 5: woman than you would be with a black woman.
- 17:44Speaker 13: Man, I didn't even know. I don't want to entertain this.
- 17:47Speaker 13: Don't call here no more. Don't call there no more.
- 17:51Speaker 8: Let me ask you, brother, be a man and answer
- 17:53Speaker 8: the question of do you know what.
- 17:55Speaker 13: You about to get your dog?
- 17:57Speaker 5: You know? You really you really gonna get? Will be
- 18:00Speaker 5: a man? You know what?
- 18:04Speaker 13: If you bring it over here, you'll find out how
- 18:06Speaker 13: much of a blown man I am.
- 18:07Speaker 5: Hey, man, don't catch your doing what man while I'm
- 18:10Speaker 5: in the middle of asking you these questions, because I
- 18:11Speaker 5: ain't got no problem coming over there. I got your
- 18:14Speaker 5: phone number, I got your address to bring.
- 18:16Speaker 13: It on over and see what you're trying.
- 18:18Speaker 5: I'm asking you about these relationships. Man, are you more
- 18:22Speaker 5: comfortable in a relationship with a Caucasian woman than you
- 18:25Speaker 5: are with a black woman?
- 18:27Speaker 13: God, I told you, man, it ain't even about that,
- 18:29Speaker 13: and we ain't even going into that. So look, just please, brother,
- 18:33Speaker 13: can you stop calling him? Don't call my mother.
- 18:35Speaker 8: Man.
- 18:36Speaker 5: We'll call all inter racial people around the country. That's
- 18:39Speaker 5: what NBFU dog. We call all of y'all and we
- 18:43Speaker 5: try to talk some sensing to you and see if
- 18:46Speaker 5: you can change the world and go back to the
- 18:47Speaker 5: racist from which is you came.
- 18:50Speaker 13: You're tripping, Yeah, you're a really tripping man.

- 20:48Speaker 13: Show?
- 20:51Speaker 1: All right, nephew, thank you? Coming up next, ask the CLO.
- 20:54Speaker 1: You're listening Morning show.
- 20:58Speaker 9: It's time to start the show off with the CLO.
- 21:01Speaker 9: Steve Harvey is our chief love Officer. This one is
- 21:05Speaker 9: from Melanie in Canada. Melanie writes, I'm thirty seven years
- 21:10Speaker 9: old and I'm dating a forty year old man that
- 21:13Speaker 9: I met online. We've been together for a few months
- 21:17Speaker 9: and we're both over the dating bs and ready to
- 21:20Speaker 9: get married. Because of that, he's brutally honest to the
- 21:22Speaker 9: point where it's offensive to me. For example, on our
- 21:26Speaker 9: first date, he said my breath was stinky, he said
- 21:30Speaker 9: my cooking needs work, and he's.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Told me, I'm a terrible driver.
- 21:35Speaker 9: I know he's got to truly like me, because if
- 21:37Speaker 9: he didn't, he would tell me, is this an acceptable
- 21:40Speaker 9: way to get to know someone?
- 21:42Speaker 12: Or not.
- 21:46Speaker 1: At all?
- 21:46Speaker 6: I don't know where you got all this love from
- 21:50Speaker 6: your breath? Stink, you can't cook in your ass. He
- 21:53Speaker 6: don't like your drive. Wow, that's to begin any and
- 21:58Speaker 6: as you get married that Liz go bro.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I'm just here to.
- 22:01Speaker 6: Tell So if I were you this old we in love,
- 22:04Speaker 6: I would you know we're over the dating game.
- 22:07Speaker 1: It's only been how long, Cheerley?
- 22:09Speaker 8: Oh?
- 22:10Speaker 1: A few months? Yeah, just a few.
- 22:12Speaker 6: Lady, you don't even know this man. A few months?
- 22:16Speaker 6: It is not in those time. Now, he's brutally honest.
- 22:19Speaker 6: What's what's behind that brutal honesty? What else is brutal?
- 22:24Speaker 1: I don't like Yeah, I don't like that, you know?
- 22:27Speaker 6: So if I were you, I would spend a little
- 22:28Speaker 6: bit more time getting to notice man, because if he
- 22:31Speaker 6: this quick to be this harsh with you, wait till.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Something's wrongs mean? It don't sound like she have it?
- 22:40Speaker 9: Yeah, that was their first date. He only said it
- 22:46Speaker 9: one time, according to her Tierra in Culver City, California, says,
- 22:50Speaker 9: I'm in my mid thirties and I've been with a
- 22:52Speaker 9: great guy for a few months. I'm into polyamory, and
- 22:56Speaker 9: my best friend and I are lovers too, But my
- 22:59Speaker 9: man does know it yet. She got me into the
- 23:02Speaker 9: lifestyle and now I basically recruit guys for her pleasure
- 23:05Speaker 9: and mind. For the first time in a long time,
- 23:09Speaker 9: I have a guy that I really like. Should I
- 23:11Speaker 9: introduce him to my lifestyle and have sex with him
- 23:14Speaker 9: and my best friend? Or should I keep this one
- 23:17Speaker 9: all to myself?
- 23:19Speaker 8: What?
- 23:20Speaker 6: I can't advise you this foolishness. I've never seen this
- 23:23Speaker 6: workout for anybody.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I haven't.
- 23:27Speaker 6: Now it may, but I haven't seen it work out
- 23:30Speaker 6: for anybody. Somebody gonna want what they want and they
- 23:33Speaker 6: ain't gonna want the other person to know it or
- 23:35Speaker 6: have it. That's always the case. Yes, Look, why you
- 23:40Speaker 6: just go on and do your thing. You ain't finna
- 23:42Speaker 6: have nobody all to your damn self because you ain't
- 23:45Speaker 6: all You don't see. If you want to be somebody somebody,
- 23:52Speaker 6: then somebody gotta be your somebody. But everybody can't be
- 23:56Speaker 6: everybody's everybody. What about you wanna be somebody somebody? Somebody
- 24:05Speaker 6: gonna want to be your somebody. But everybody can't be
- 24:08Speaker 6: everybody's everybody because that wasn't hit up going on right.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Here, they're just doing everybody.
- 24:14Speaker 6: You know, you can't belong to everybody in just them
- 24:18Speaker 6: because somebody ain't gonna go along with the rules.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I thought we was doing everybody.
- 24:24Speaker 6: Now if your girlfriend to introduce you to it, and
- 24:26Speaker 6: you would hub but you want him, but you don't
- 24:28Speaker 6: want him to be with her. Oh that ain't had
- 24:30Speaker 6: his work because probably gonna want to crackle.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Yes, probably gonna yeah.
- 24:37Speaker 6: I don't know what all poly Emma who whatever, will
- 24:40Speaker 6: probably gonna want to crack.
- 24:41Speaker 14: I have to watch everybody everything, Marie.
- 24:48Speaker 9: All right, here we go. We're moving on. Celestia and Austin. Austin,
- 24:53Speaker 9: Texas says. I'm thirty one years old dating a thirty
- 24:56Speaker 9: nine year old guy that can't get his mother out
- 24:58Speaker 9: of his love life. Whenever he invites me to a
- 25:01Speaker 9: family function, his mother invites his ex girlfriend. His ex
- 25:04Speaker 9: still hangs with his mother like they're best friends. His
- 25:08Speaker 9: mom even had a fortieth birthday dinner for this girl
- 25:11Speaker 9: at her house and blamed me when my ex didn't
- 25:14Speaker 9: come to the party. My man said that his mom
- 25:16Speaker 9: is deliberately doing things to irritate me.
- 25:19Speaker 1: So why does he allow this? Good question? Well, I mean,
- 25:23Speaker 1: what can he disallow.
- 25:25Speaker 6: He can't make his mama stop talking to his ex
- 25:28Speaker 6: girlfriend because his mama messy. Very He can't tell his
- 25:33Speaker 6: mama you can't have this girl over your house no more.
- 25:36Speaker 6: And he can tell his mama, mom, don't throw her
- 25:39Speaker 6: no party. But a mama don't like the new girlfriend.
- 25:42Speaker 6: She want an old girlfriend to wind and old girlfriend
- 25:46Speaker 6: is fine, rubbing it in your face. If he ain't
- 25:49Speaker 6: gonna make it convenient for you, why you making it
- 25:52Speaker 6: convenient for him?
- 25:53Speaker 1: Exactly? He getting what he want.
- 25:57Speaker 6: He got you and his mama cool, but you ain't
- 26:00Speaker 6: got nothing you want.
- 26:01Speaker 1: You won't even have all of him.
- 26:03Speaker 6: She mad at you because you didn't let him call
- 26:05Speaker 6: her birthday part.
- 26:07Speaker 9: He's not a great guy if he doesn't stop this foolishness.
- 26:12Speaker 1: All right, We're moving on.
- 26:15Speaker 9: Isabelle and Clearwater, Florida, writes, My husband had an affair
- 26:19Speaker 9: a year ago that resulted in a child that I

- 26:24Speaker 9: for selling marijuana, and she came to me apologized for
- 26:28Speaker 9: the affair and asked me to take her baby. I
- 26:31Speaker 9: don't have any kids, and this child looks so much
- 26:34Speaker 9: like my husband that it makes me ill. He's doing
- 26:37Speaker 9: everything he can to work things out with me, but
- 26:40Speaker 9: I'm ready to leave.
- 26:42Speaker 1: She's ready to leave. This is.
- 26:47Speaker 9: And she says she wants to take the baby with
- 26:50Speaker 9: her Steve, but he says she can't take the baby
- 26:53Speaker 9: with her, and she doesn't want to stay.
- 26:55Speaker 1: So what does she do now? Well, you have no
- 26:58Speaker 1: rights to the baby.
- 26:59Speaker 6: I don't thing unless the mother signed the rights over
- 27:03Speaker 6: to you. She asked you. But that's the father. So
- 27:07Speaker 6: the father and the mother have the rights. Who is
- 27:10Speaker 6: this woman? He was sleeping with their smoking weed and
- 27:12Speaker 6: selling it and her ass is going to jail and
- 27:16Speaker 6: now you but but the baby make you look sick?
- 27:20Speaker 6: Make you sick because he looked just like her. But
- 27:23Speaker 6: now you want to leave him, but you want to
- 27:24Speaker 6: keep the baby. Say you want to take the thing?
- 27:26Speaker 6: To make you sick every time you.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Look at it? With you? What's wrong with you? It
- 27:30Speaker 1: makes no sense?
- 27:32Speaker 6: Damn Give that man the baby and go start your
- 27:35Speaker 6: life over.

- 43:47Speaker 5: Okay, I'm Benjy. I'm nephew from the other side of
- 43:51Speaker 5: the family. You say your name was no Glenda? Okay,
- 43:54Speaker 5: what time y'all supposed to get.
- 43:55Speaker 12: In and we should leave there by the afternoon.
- 43:58Speaker 5: Okay, uh is it's purpose? And she is your mama
- 44:02Speaker 5: making the dressing?
- 44:03Speaker 12: Yeah, she's making enough for about forty five people. Actually,
- 44:07Speaker 12: h this was discussed about a month ago.
- 44:09Speaker 5: Right y'all on the y'all they had the conference call,
- 44:13Speaker 5: the conference the family had the conference call, right, yes, sir? Okay,

- 44:24Speaker 5: was trying to get me his purvis. She's not there.
- 44:26Speaker 12: No, she's not here.
- 44:27Speaker 5: What's wrong?
- 44:28Speaker 4: Oh?
- 44:29Speaker 5: Okay, they're not gonna They're not gonna need her to
- 44:32Speaker 5: do the to do the dressing.
- 44:34Speaker 12: And why wouldn't they need her to do this? And
- 44:35Speaker 12: she would make it for ten years?
- 44:37Speaker 5: We did.
- 44:37Speaker 12: We just discussed this.
- 44:38Speaker 5: So what do you mean they say that they got
- 44:41Speaker 5: somebody down here that's gonna do the dressing, especially since
- 44:43Speaker 5: y'all traveling. Y'all ain't got to bring it, you know,
- 44:46Speaker 5: and be traveling with it. But they got somebody gonna
- 44:48Speaker 5: do the dressing.
- 44:49Speaker 12: Okay, Well, first of all, who are you your Benjie?
- 44:53Speaker 12: What is your name?
- 44:54Speaker 5: That was not my name? Benjamin but they called me Benjie.
- 44:56Speaker 5: But but but like I say, uh, I'm on the
- 45:00Speaker 5: other side of the front. I ain't on y'all side.
- 45:02Speaker 12: Okay, Well, I'm still trying to figure out why you
- 45:05Speaker 12: calling me because she's been making a dresser for ten years,
- 45:08Speaker 12: like I said, And I mean it's been discussed. So
- 45:11Speaker 12: I don't even know why why you're calling me. I
- 45:13Speaker 12: don't even know you.
- 45:14Speaker 5: Okay, Well, what I'm trying to explain to you this
- 45:16Speaker 5: right here is dad they got so y'all ain't got
- 45:19Speaker 5: to worry with bringing the dressing. They got somebody gonna bring.
- 45:22Speaker 5: They got somebody down here that's gonna cook it. So
- 45:25Speaker 5: in other word, what you know, if you can tell
- 45:27Speaker 5: miss Pravis she ain't got to worry about the dressing
- 45:29Speaker 5: this year.
- 45:30Speaker 12: Oh so you want me to tell my mama got
- 45:32Speaker 12: that she's been making dressing for ten years that y'all says,
- 45:36Speaker 12: y'all ain't worried about She shouldn't have to make this
- 45:37Speaker 12: year because we're driving now, we Optember year. So I'm
- 45:41Speaker 12: not gonna do that to her. So, I mean, I
- 45:43Speaker 12: don't I don't even know who you are to be
- 45:45Speaker 12: calling me anyway, Why can't somebody calling me that I
- 45:48Speaker 12: know regarding this.
- 45:49Speaker 5: Okay, okay, you gunn the right.
- 45:51Speaker 12: I am Glunda.
- 45:52Speaker 5: All right, listen, let me say this because I don't
- 45:55Speaker 5: mind saying what everybody thinking, what most people don't want
- 45:59Speaker 5: to say. Let me say this right here. Really, what's
- 46:02Speaker 5: going on is just right here. A lot of people
- 46:04Speaker 5: in the family, you know, don't really don't, don't really
- 46:10Speaker 5: like miss Pravis dressing.
- 46:15Speaker 12: Benjamin, who you supposed to be? Let me sprind something
- 46:19Speaker 12: need ma. Mama gonna make her dressing.
- 46:22Speaker 5: You gonna keep it.
- 46:24Speaker 12: And we ain't bringing that on with us, so you
- 46:26Speaker 12: could tell your family that I said that because you
- 46:28Speaker 12: understand me.
- 46:29Speaker 5: I mean, first of all, you got to understand that
- 46:33Speaker 5: I'm bringing news that that people don't them voted on
- 46:36Speaker 5: and it's what everybody want to do. Don't nobody.
- 46:38Speaker 12: Why didn't Nick house we had a meeting. I'm dressing
- 46:42Speaker 12: she've been making the ten years. Ain't nobody been saying nothing?
- 46:45Speaker 12: And guess what one of them up in that house.
- 46:47Speaker 12: Nobody better not be walking up and through that're talking
- 46:49Speaker 12: about my mama either, and you gonna go keep it.
- 46:52Speaker 5: Okay, we see right there? Why why if people don't
- 46:55Speaker 5: like the dressing, Glinda, why you want to make submit
- 46:58Speaker 5: everybody to have it to eat it if they don't
- 47:00Speaker 5: like it?
- 47:01Speaker 12: You don't know. I don't know you, well, I no, no, Benjamin,
- 47:06Speaker 12: Benjie who.
- 47:07Speaker 5: I want you. I'm mama Lord's nephew from the other
- 47:10Speaker 5: side of the family exactly. And I don't know you, okay,
- 47:13Speaker 5: And it really really to the back all that, I
- 47:16Speaker 5: don't really know you. But I'm but but I'm but
- 47:19Speaker 5: I'm man up. I'm man up to call you and
- 47:21Speaker 5: tell you what we're gonna do and what we ain't
- 47:23Speaker 5: gonna do.
- 47:24Speaker 12: Well, I know what I said. I want to pay
- 47:27Speaker 12: it again. She's gonna make say dreassic you gonna eat
- 47:31Speaker 12: it if we gonna go all day?
- 47:32Speaker 5: Okay, okay, right there, listen, And I know this might
- 47:36Speaker 5: be hard for you to understand what you grew up
- 47:39Speaker 5: with liking everybody else might not like people.
- 47:43Speaker 12: Say what you want to. I ain't gonna even remember
- 47:44Speaker 12: you know way, so you ain't looking like it because
- 47:48Speaker 12: you ain't done around. But she making dress now.
- 47:51Speaker 5: First of all, when y'all get down here, it's gonna
- 47:53Speaker 5: already be some more dressing here, okay, okay, And she
- 47:56Speaker 5: gonna make country and said, and we gonna see.
- 47:59Speaker 12: Now, and we got gona it's not even fan that
- 48:04Speaker 12: I said. I got to say because you're not gonna.
- 48:06Speaker 5: Hurt my mama feeling okay, there ain't nobody to try.
- 48:08Speaker 5: That's why I'm trying to tell you to tell her
- 48:10Speaker 5: that don't make it now, so she don't even bring
- 48:12Speaker 5: it down.
- 48:14Speaker 12: We are ain't gonna get anyway.

- 51:23Speaker 1: on ty you We got it for you.
- 51:24Speaker 7: Here.
- 51:24Speaker 1: It is Strawberry Letter.
- 51:27Speaker 9: Subject, keep your nasty hands off me. Dear Stephen Shirley
- 51:31Speaker 9: I am a thirty year old woman that's in a
- 51:33Speaker 9: dirty situation with my man. I love my man and
- 51:37Speaker 9: couldn't have asked for a better partner, but there's one
- 51:40Speaker 9: thing about him that ticks me off. He hates to
- 51:45Speaker 9: wash his hands. We've been together for six years and
- 51:48Speaker 9: we just got engaged. We moved in together last month,
- 51:52Speaker 9: and that's when I noticed his nastiness. He works long
- 51:55Speaker 9: days at a factory and when he comes home, he
- 51:58Speaker 9: changes his clothes and flops down on the bed.
- 52:01Speaker 1: At first, I didn't.
- 52:02Speaker 9: Want to say anything and nag him about it, but
- 52:05Speaker 9: last week I couldn't hold it any longer. When I
- 52:08Speaker 9: questioned him, he asked me, why was it bothering? Was
- 52:12Speaker 9: it bothering me because they're his hands and his germs.
- 52:15Speaker 9: I didn't care to argue with him, so I let
- 52:18Speaker 9: it go. Over the weekend, he was in our garage,
- 52:21Speaker 9: tinkering around with his car and working on his motorcycle.
- 52:24Speaker 9: He came straight into my kitchen and opened the refrigerator
- 52:28Speaker 9: to get a beer, and then proceeded to get the
- 52:30Speaker 9: bread out of the pantry to make a sandwich. There
- 52:34Speaker 9: was a visible trail of oil and grime everywhere.
- 52:38Speaker 1: He touched.
- 52:39Speaker 9: I just stood there and watched him so I could
- 52:41Speaker 9: go behind him and sanitize the kitchen when he finished.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Whenever he's in.
- 52:46Speaker 9: The bathroom, there's a flush and then the door opens
- 52:51Speaker 9: right afterwards. I decided to take the same attitude with him,
- 52:55Speaker 9: and I started with holding sex. I told him I
- 52:58Speaker 9: didn't want his germs from his hands on me. I
- 53:02Speaker 9: told him he would have to thoroughly wash his hands
- 53:05Speaker 9: and clean under his nails daily, or he's cut off
- 53:09Speaker 9: from touching me. That caused an instant argument, and he
- 53:12Speaker 9: says he can't marry a woman who treats him like
- 53:14Speaker 9: a child. I can't believe that he's upset, that he's
- 53:17Speaker 9: that upset. I don't want to get an infection from
- 53:20Speaker 9: his nasty hands on me. How should I handle this?
- 53:23Speaker 1: Please? Help?
- 53:24Speaker 13: Well?
- 53:25Speaker 9: I think you are handling it. I mean you have
- 53:27Speaker 9: asked him, You've asked him nicely. You've not nagged him
- 53:30Speaker 9: about it. You know, you've told him about the germs,
- 53:33Speaker 9: how you don't want to get an infection. You're not
- 53:36Speaker 9: treating him like a child. I don't think you're doing
- 53:38Speaker 9: that at all. You are expressing how you feel about
- 53:41Speaker 9: what he's not doing. And that's simply being clean. I mean,
- 53:44Speaker 9: you find out a lot about a person when you
- 53:46Speaker 9: move in together, and that's one of the things maybe
- 53:48Speaker 9: you didn't notice in the six years you guys have
- 53:50Speaker 9: been just dating before you got engaged. So now everything's
- 53:55Speaker 9: come to light. You know, it's just amount of simply
- 54:00Speaker 9: being clean and good hygiene. Okay, for me, cleanliness is
- 54:04Speaker 9: just a deal breaker.
- 54:05Speaker 8: It just is.
- 54:06Speaker 9: Anyone who doesn't watch their hands after using the bathroom,
- 54:09Speaker 9: come on, now, they're just nasty, just nasty. He's even
- 54:13Speaker 9: all in the kitchen, going all in the refrigerator and
- 54:16Speaker 9: touching stuff, making sandwiches and stuff.
- 54:18Speaker 1: No, you gotta wash your hands. What are you doing?
- 54:22Speaker 9: You know, So after you've done everything, including withholding sex,
- 54:26Speaker 9: and he still won't wash. I hope his hands is
- 54:31Speaker 9: the only you didn't mention anything else. But I hope
- 54:34Speaker 9: that's that's it. I mean, yeah, it would do more
- 54:37Speaker 9: than just tick me off. I'm just telling you, I
- 54:39Speaker 9: would be absolutely mad and appalled.
- 54:41Speaker 1: What makes I just.
- 54:43Speaker 9: Think you know, what makes you think he's gonna change
- 54:46Speaker 9: after marriage? He's not gonna change. So if you don't
- 54:48Speaker 9: get this situation settled before marriage, you're gonna be even
- 54:52Speaker 9: more frustrated once you get you know, until death do
- 54:56Speaker 9: you part vows involved. So you're gonna have to deal
- 54:59Speaker 9: with this, I mean, and he doesn't seem to be
- 55:02Speaker 9: wanting to hear anything you have to say.
- 55:05Speaker 1: So, oh no, this may not missed. Nasty may not
- 55:07Speaker 1: be your man after all.
- 55:10Speaker 6: See, surely I agree with one hundred percent of everything
- 55:19Speaker 6: you've said. So that's a wonderful letter. But we're dealing
- 55:23Speaker 6: with something here that's kind of crazy. Now you've been
- 55:27Speaker 6: together six years and you got engaged, and you moved
- 55:31Speaker 6: in together last month, six years and you just now
- 55:38Speaker 6: noticed in last month he nasty?
- 55:43Speaker 1: What what do you must have been living in the most.
- 55:46Speaker 6: Unobservational six year period enter any relationship. He work out
- 55:53Speaker 6: a factory, He come home, change his clothes, flop down
- 55:58Speaker 6: on the bed.
- 56:01Speaker 1: Right now. When you work in a factory, which I have,
- 56:06Speaker 1: you smell like the factory.
- 56:09Speaker 6: It's a different air in the factory, man, because it's
- 56:12Speaker 6: in a confined space and the oil, the machinery, the combustion,
- 56:19Speaker 6: all of that combined.
- 56:21Speaker 1: It's just in the air.
- 56:22Speaker 6: Every factory has a certain smell to it. You know,
- 56:26Speaker 6: you at work, if you blindfolded by the smell. It
- 56:30Speaker 6: gets in your clothes, it's in your hair. Now, it's
- 56:35Speaker 6: all under his nails. You just not noticing this. Then
- 56:40Speaker 6: you question him about it, and he asked you why
- 56:43Speaker 6: I was bothering him because they his hands and his germs.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Well, your hands and your germs touch me.
- 56:52Speaker 6: So you've done what you should have done. You've retracted
- 56:55Speaker 6: from having sex. Now he mad at you, And now
- 57:01Speaker 6: he said he don't know if he can get married
- 57:03Speaker 6: to a woman that treats him like a child. He
- 57:07Speaker 6: done opened up the pantry with refrigerator. I mean the
- 57:09Speaker 6: bread made a sandwich. You got a visible trailer all
- 57:13Speaker 6: and grime everywhere he touched. He making sandwiches reaching down
- 57:20Speaker 6: in the bread.
- 57:21Speaker 12: Ain't what.
- 57:24Speaker 1: You open the refrigerator over? How many times have you
- 57:27Speaker 1: got slapped up sideject?
- 57:28Speaker 6: You don't come in this house and open this frigerator
- 57:31Speaker 6: without washing your hands.
- 57:33Speaker 1: Seen too many ass whipopers for that.
- 57:37Speaker 9: Harrd hang on stead Well, yes, yeah, we'll get part
- 57:41Speaker 9: two of Steve's response coming up in twenty three minutes
- 57:44Speaker 9: after the hour subject keep your nasty hands off me.
- 57:47Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 57:52Speaker 1: hard Morning show.
- 57:53Speaker 9: All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's strawberry letters.
- 57:56Speaker 9: Subject keep your nasty hands off me.
- 58:00Speaker 1: Interesting letter.
- 58:00Speaker 6: The woman's been dating this man. She's thirty years old,
- 58:02Speaker 6: dating this man for six years. They finally got engaged.
- 58:06Speaker 6: She moved in and she noticed the last month his nastiness.
- 58:10Speaker 6: He works in the factory, he comes home, changes his clothes,
- 58:13Speaker 6: flops down on the bed. She mentioned to him that
- 58:17Speaker 6: that was bothering her. He didn't understand it. He said,
- 58:21Speaker 6: why are you tripping these is my hands in my germs.
- 58:24Speaker 6: She won't to wash his hand. She didn't want to
- 58:26Speaker 6: argue with the man. So then he was outside working
- 58:28Speaker 6: on the car and the motorcycle. Came in the house,
- 58:31Speaker 6: opened the refrigerator and left a trail of grime. He
- 58:34Speaker 6: made a sandwich without washing his head. You can see
- 58:37Speaker 6: grime everywhere.
- 58:39Speaker 1: Goes in the bathroom, she hears a flush. The next
- 58:42Speaker 1: thing you know, here in the hallway talking, I'm out,
- 58:45Speaker 1: I'm no watch.
- 58:48Speaker 6: So she decided to take the same attitude with him,
- 58:51Speaker 6: and the lady started withholding sex. Told him I didn't
- 58:55Speaker 6: want his germs from his hands on me unless he
- 58:57Speaker 6: thoroughly washed his hand and clean under his nail daily
- 59:00Speaker 6: or these cut off from touching me instantn argument this food.
- 59:05Speaker 6: Mister Nasty says, I can't marry a woman that treat.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Me like a child. Well, she can't marry man to
- 59:13Speaker 1: act like a child. So what is your two kids
- 59:16Speaker 1: getting married?
- 59:18Speaker 8: Right?
- 59:19Speaker 6: It's time to break up. But I think I have
- 59:24Speaker 6: a few solutions. There are some things that you might
- 59:28Speaker 6: have to try, lady. Obviously, withholding sex, he's not equating
- 59:33Speaker 6: that to cleanings because now he tripping. I think you
- 59:39Speaker 6: gotta do little things to attract his attention. All of
- 59:45Speaker 6: this has to do if the kitchen and things you
- 59:47Speaker 6: can do to get him to understand the necessity for cleaning.
- 59:52Speaker 6: Here's a couple of suggestions you might want to try
- 59:55Speaker 6: the next time y'all sit down and eat a meal,
- 59:57Speaker 6: take your shoes off, put them on top of the table.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: I don't say nothing, Just keep eating. Don't say anything.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: Here's another suggestion.
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: You come out the bathroom and while y'all in the
- 1:00:13Speaker 6: living room, while y'all in the chichen fit eat, just
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: bring some tarlet tissue in there. Set it in the
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: middle of the table. Don't open your damn mouth. Get
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: you a sugar bowl, go outside, put some dirt in it.
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: Put that on the table, and when you make his food,
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: open it and just sprinkle a little dirt around the
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: edge of his plate.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: Don't say an.
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: You like, just sprinkling around the plate, keeping it all
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: over on his side of the table. It just it'll
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: make him feel more at home. Don't say nothing. Don't
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: say nothing. From now on, when it's time to make
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: his sandwich. I want you to start reusing as much
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: bread as you can. Yeah, you know, just reach down
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: in there, get the end out the trash and put
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: little peanut butter on it. Make little lord dirt piaces
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: and just make a plate with just broken pieces of
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: bit reuse bread. Matter of fact, before you make his
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: sandwich with the bread, wipe off the.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Counter with a slice of bread.
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: Make his damn saying, oh, oh, you got to do
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: serious to take his draws.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Take a pair of his draws. Yeah, just the.
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: House with it, wax the furniture, and then you hand
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: them to him and tell him have a nice day
- 1:01:46Speaker 6: at work.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Put them on. That's how you draw.
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: Yeah, you have to do things to people who are
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: nasty and don't even mention it.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Baby, what is you?
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: What is you washing the floor and in handing me
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: these draws, say, don't worry about it's just germs. You
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: going to have to do things like that, fellas.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: You have any suggestions, Yes, I have something. I have
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: a couple right here.
- 1:02:08Speaker 17: What do you have to lead his underwear, his underwear
- 1:02:12Speaker 17: that he took off the night before, Wrap his sandwich
- 1:02:16Speaker 17: with it, and then wrap that in doom in the
- 1:02:18Speaker 17: fall when he go to work to eat his sandwich. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:02:23Speaker 17: do that said the fall.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: His sandwiches just wrapped in his drawl and his sandwich
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: is wrapped.
- 1:02:33Speaker 17: In his drowsy. Now if he likes I got most
- 1:02:41Speaker 17: men like you know, we like bananas. Peel the banana,
- 1:02:44Speaker 17: peel it down. Put the banana in his socks. Put
- 1:02:48Speaker 17: that in you much fox?
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Yeah? And know that his banana? Yeah, but I got it.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: Since you brought up socks, Yeah, I have a number one.

- 1:11:51Speaker 9: Trees belong all over your home, like in the bedroom
- 1:11:55Speaker 9: places like that. So so my question to you is
- 1:11:58Speaker 9: do you agree with this? And how many trees are
- 1:12:00Speaker 9: you guys gonna put up this year?
- 1:12:02Speaker 6: Yeah, couldn't have your main tree, and then you can
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: have little trees. MARCHI has done that before we got
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: the main tree. We have like smaller trees somewhere, maybe
- 1:12:11Speaker 6: two something like that. I've seen. It's just festive you.
- 1:12:15Speaker 6: It just makes you feel good all over. It's just
- 1:12:17Speaker 6: once a year, you know. But if you can't afford
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: to get that one damn tree and be quiet, damn
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: this article. You ain't got to read every article and
- 1:12:25Speaker 6: use it. No, I wish to hear my ma would
- 1:12:31Speaker 6: have went in there and told my daddy she's want
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: two trees this year. We're gonna buy two damn trees for.
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: What you can.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Well, we have a long time getting on of this
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: little tight ass house.
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: Now we're gonna sit on porch, you know, roller on
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: them gonna still if you put it on that porch,
- 1:12:53Speaker 6: because they're gonna think it's some boxes up under there.
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: So we don't need to put that tree on the porch.
- 1:13:00Speaker 9: All right, So do what makes you feel happy and
- 1:13:04Speaker 9: in the spirit. All right, we'll have more of the
- 1:13:06Speaker 9: Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: We'll play around it. Would you rather? Right after this?
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: You're listening hard Morning Show? All right, guys, and it's
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: time now for a round of would you rather?
- 1:13:17Speaker 9: Would you rather date someone with their ex's name tattooed
- 1:13:22Speaker 9: on their chest? Or would you rather date someone whose
- 1:13:25Speaker 9: ex lives next door?
- 1:13:28Speaker 10: B Yeah, I'm okay. You can't just have Tremaine cross
- 1:13:34Speaker 10: your chest. That's all I see every day?
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: No, that's her. Yeah, I can't do that. Well, but
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: you'll see him.
- 1:13:42Speaker 9: He lives next door.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: You're gonna see him. I'm cool Tremaine, you see him everything.
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: Well, I'm not gonna do is see Tremaine every time
- 1:13:53Speaker 6: I look at her chest though, That's not what I'm
- 1:13:56Speaker 6: going to.
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: Oh, so it's the location of as well. Okay, okay,
- 1:14:01Speaker 7: because I looks at that a lot.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: Chessing. But I can't have it there, No Tremain neighbor.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: That's how I go.
- 1:14:18Speaker 8: And then.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: And if you talk to Tremain long enough, you're fed.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I was wrong with her. Hello, Now that's true. All right.
- 1:14:29Speaker 9: Would you rather live in a different fancy hotel every
- 1:14:32Speaker 9: night with unlimited room service credit? Or would you rather
- 1:14:36Speaker 9: live in your dream home mansion but not be able
- 1:14:38Speaker 9: to hire any help?
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: Oh?
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: Hell huh, that is mansion. Just falling upon.
- 1:14:54Speaker 6: Living in that big dust as house.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: We've seen it when your staff all walk get your house.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: We see how you act? How does the act? I
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: can't find?
- 1:15:10Speaker 5: Then?
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: I ain't gonna do that. But I don't live in
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: a different hotel room.
- 1:15:17Speaker 16: Every day every night, but you have unlimited room service
- 1:15:22Speaker 16: credit every single night?
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: Are living your dream?
- 1:15:27Speaker 10: He thank that man. We're talking about four seasons. We're
- 1:15:30Speaker 10: talking about uh uh, the Mandarin Boys. Boy, we talk
- 1:15:35Speaker 10: about something. We're talking about love every day, the.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: New Noble Hotel in Atlanta. But you gotta move every
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: night every night. We'll just move, well quick, bring on
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: and look, look one baby bunch of drum let's move.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: Let's all right. It's gonna be rough either way. I
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: had to go onto a different all right. Last one
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: with you guys. Why is Steve out there cutting the
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: yard on this fifty summer?
- 1:16:08Speaker 6: Been out there whole week, didn't have a gardener? He
- 1:16:13Speaker 6: can't fell off of it Friday up and he with
- 1:16:17Speaker 6: he ain't got no chef, you know.
- 1:16:20Speaker 9: All right, guys, that's today's round of would you rather
- 1:16:23Speaker 9: coming up that morning at his.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: Gat of nothing? These people are climbing over the wall
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: talking to him.
- 1:16:30Speaker 9: Only happen forty nine minutes after our last break of
- 1:16:33Speaker 9: the day, and we'll close out the show right after this.
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:16:40Speaker 9: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:16:42Speaker 9: the day. Happy Thanksgiving week. It is then you know something, baby, I.
- 1:16:51Speaker 6: Was just in my closing remarks this to people that
- 1:16:56Speaker 6: you take this time that they call Thanksgiving and you
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: implemented in your daily regiment. Stop waiting to Thanksgiving, to
- 1:17:07Speaker 6: thank God for the year, thank God for the blessed man.
- 1:17:11Speaker 6: We ought to be doing this every single day, every
- 1:17:15Speaker 6: single day. Look, I don't celebrate Thanksgiving for any other reason,
- 1:17:22Speaker 6: just except just to see my family. That's the only
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: reason I have Thanksgiving. I could care less what they
- 1:17:29Speaker 6: talking about. Some pilgrims and the matter horn and then
- 1:17:33Speaker 6: Native Americans that rescue them. They should have left all
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: of them on that damn boat. Shouldn't have made now quilt,
- 1:17:40Speaker 6: shouldn't have planned it now, row a corn. If you'da
- 1:17:43Speaker 6: knew this what they was gonna do to y'all, man,
- 1:17:45Speaker 6: I'd have let they add freeze out there on that
- 1:17:48Speaker 6: damn rock. Really, really, man, if you knew this what
- 1:17:52Speaker 6: they was gonna do, would you not have left them
- 1:17:55Speaker 6: on Plymouth Rock right where they was? I mean, let's
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: just be real. Let's just deal with the real history
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: of what this country has done. So instead of getting
- 1:18:04Speaker 6: into that, let's be thankful all year round. I mean, man,
- 1:18:09Speaker 6: take some time out and put this in your every
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: day regimen. Don't let a day go by that you
- 1:18:17Speaker 6: don't wake up and give God thanks. Stop laying down
- 1:18:21Speaker 6: at bed at night without thanking God for your day.
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: The fact that you are able to lay there and
- 1:18:27Speaker 6: lay down and get a chance to recuperate, regenerate yourself
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: to go out here and deal with it tomorrow, that's
- 1:18:34Speaker 6: another reason to be thankful. Don't wait on Thanksgiving to
- 1:18:38Speaker 6: be thankful. Spend some time with your family, enjoy them.
- 1:18:42Speaker 6: You know, there's some people that ain't hear this Thanksgiving
- 1:18:45Speaker 6: that was at the last one. You know, you got
- 1:18:48Speaker 6: to think about that. You gotta thank God that you
- 1:18:51Speaker 6: still here, you still have a measure of health. You
- 1:18:55Speaker 6: don't stop talking about what you don't have, and how
- 1:18:59Speaker 6: about if you because on some of the things that
- 1:19:01Speaker 6: you do have. You know, I was praying about this
- 1:19:04Speaker 6: certain deal I wanted to happen, you know, and I
- 1:19:07Speaker 6: was just I kept hampering and just hammering the prayer
- 1:19:11Speaker 6: home that I want this deal. I want this deal.
- 1:19:13Speaker 6: I want this deal. And God reminded me of something.
- 1:19:17Speaker 6: How he did it, I can't share it, but he
- 1:19:21Speaker 6: reminded me of something. He said, Steve. It's almost like
- 1:19:25Speaker 6: I didn't hear a voice or nothing, but it came
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: to me in the form of Steve, have you stopped
- 1:19:30Speaker 6: to take a look at what I've already done for you? So,
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: while you sitting up in here with all this concern
- 1:19:36Speaker 6: about what you don't have, have you taken a look around,
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: young man, at what I have done for you. Have
- 1:19:44Speaker 6: you not taken an inventory of all the blessings I've
- 1:19:49Speaker 6: given to you that you didn't even know you had
- 1:19:52Speaker 6: come in your way? Do you know all the grace
- 1:19:55Speaker 6: that I've afforded you in your life? Do you know
- 1:19:57Speaker 6: how many times I've forgiven you? Do you have any
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: idea of the number of times I had your back
- 1:20:04Speaker 6: when you didn't know I was covering you. Do you
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: know how many times I work stuff out on your behalf,
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: So when you walked into the room, it was already done.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: Do you know the rooms that are speaking your name
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: right now? And you have no idea that I'm arranging
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: things in your life?
- 1:20:21Speaker 6: You study asking me for something, boy, But have you
- 1:20:24Speaker 6: stopped to remember what all I have done for you?
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: You tell people all the time that you one of
- 1:20:31Speaker 6: my favorites, But do you know why you one of
- 1:20:35Speaker 6: my favorites? Have you taken the time to go down
- 1:20:37Speaker 6: the list of stuff I've done for you? Steve Harvey,
- 1:20:41Speaker 6: And Man, when I do that, I get real quiet.
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: I get real quiet because God been good to me.
- 1:20:51Speaker 6: But if you take an inventory of your life, I
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: bet He been good to you too. But see what
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: you gotta do is you got to stop comparing yourself
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: to others. Just go down the list of what He
- 1:21:05Speaker 6: done for you. Skip the car you see in the
- 1:21:08Speaker 6: neighbor's yard every year. You don't know what that neighbor
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: going through. Some of these people barely making payments on
- 1:21:14Speaker 6: this stuff Right here, Man, there's people doing stuff just
- 1:21:16Speaker 6: to show out. You don't even know what's going on
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: up the street. There's some people out there you see
- 1:21:22Speaker 6: waving at you in that driveway. They ain't happy at all.
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: You better go in there and be good with your spouse.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: If you got a good if you got a good husband,
- 1:21:31Speaker 6: you better be grateful. If you got a good wife,
- 1:21:35Speaker 6: you better be grateful. If your family still love you,
- 1:21:39Speaker 6: you better be grateful. Man, you got a roof over
- 1:21:44Speaker 6: your head, you better be grateful. You eating be grateful.
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: It's so many things to be grateful for. God has
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: been good to you. I'm just a reminder because I
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: had to remind my stupid self sometime sitting up here,
- 1:21:59Speaker 6: steady ass for more and then forgetting to be grateful
- 1:22:02Speaker 6: for what I got. Man, God said, you must be
- 1:22:04Speaker 6: out your mind. Have you lost it completely? Of all
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: the things I've taught you, you can't remember to be
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: grateful to me? Are you kidding me? Steve Arvey? So,
- 1:22:14Speaker 6: Steve Arvey had to strained himself out. So I'm telling
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: y'all here's my suggestion to you. Be grateful year round.
- 1:22:23Speaker 6: Make sure every day and every night is filled with gratitude.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: Now in between that.
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: You can send all your requests to God, lay them
- 1:22:32Speaker 6: at his feet. Don't ever stop asking, don't ever stop wanting,
- 1:22:36Speaker 6: don't ever stop praying. But before you pray, tell God
- 1:22:41Speaker 6: that you're grateful for all he's done. Before you ask
- 1:22:44Speaker 6: for one thing from him, tell him how much you
- 1:22:47Speaker 6: should that you appreciate all he's done for you. That
- 1:22:51Speaker 6: simple application of gratitude will change your attitude, which will
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: then have a direct effect on your altitude.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: Those are my closing remarks. If you did not like those.
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: Closures, I hope you can't.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: Find you playing bank saucetation. Have a great holiday, everybody,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: We love you.
