- 0:00Speaker 1: The fact Checkers were out about a month ago in
- 0:02Speaker 1: this country saying that you and I are crazy if
- 0:05Speaker 1: we brought up the idea that we could lose our
- 0:07Speaker 1: vaccination status as being fully vaccinated because we didn't get
- 0:13Speaker 1: a booster. Now, I've been warning you about this and
- 0:15Speaker 1: others have now for at least a month or two,
- 0:18Speaker 1: and they kept saying, you gotta get a booster, you
- 0:20Speaker 1: gotta get a booster, You gotta get a booster, and
- 0:22Speaker 1: then you may not be able to do things if
- 0:23Speaker 1: you don't get a booster, and then the boosters are important. Man.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Without a booster, you're not fully vaccinated. And we could
- 0:28Speaker 1: see this coming and I was warning you it was coming.
- 0:31Speaker 1: So if you go back to last month, November the fourth,
- 0:35Speaker 1: the fact checkers freaked out in fact check the governor
- 0:39Speaker 1: of Florida, and they said that the Santests was falsely
- 0:44Speaker 1: claiming that vaccinated American citizens without boosters could be declared
- 0:48Speaker 1: unvaccinated and lose their jobs in this country. Well, guess
- 0:52Speaker 1: what that's exactly now what has happened if you fast
- 0:55Speaker 1: forward to doctor Fauci in the last twenty four hours,
- 0:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna exactly from Fauci It's going to be a
- 1:02Speaker 1: matter of when, not if, the definition of fully vaccinated
- 1:07Speaker 1: quote unquote changes from just two shots. That is what
- 1:11Speaker 1: doctor Fauci said on CNN. Now, this is important because
- 1:15Speaker 1: it could mean that you could lose your job, You
- 1:17Speaker 1: could lose your right to travel, Your children could lose
- 1:20Speaker 1: the right to go to school. Your children could lose
- 1:24Speaker 1: the right to go to college. They could be d
- 1:26Speaker 1: enrolled from a university because they would lose their fully
- 1:28Speaker 1: vaccine status. Now, so many kids in this country got
- 1:32Speaker 1: vaccine so they could attend school. Talking specifically about colleges
- 1:36Speaker 1: for a moment, and you would be d enrolled. All right,
- 1:40Speaker 1: that's not even up for debate. You will be d
- 1:44Speaker 1: enrolled at many universities, public and private if you do
- 1:48Speaker 1: not get fully vaccinated. Well, fully vaccine used to mean
- 1:52Speaker 1: two shots. Now right now, my question is am I
- 1:56Speaker 1: or do I have full vac status? Because this is
- 1:59Speaker 1: the month that I am technically eligible to get a
- 2:01Speaker 1: booster shot. I have not decided on whether I am
- 2:06Speaker 1: going to get vaccinated or not with the booster I
- 2:09Speaker 1: haven't decided yet because I haven't been able to sit
- 2:11Speaker 1: down yet and talk to my doctor. Now, one interesting
- 2:14Speaker 1: thing is happening in this country right now, and that
- 2:16Speaker 1: is the courts are deciding over and over again now
- 2:20Speaker 1: consistently that the White House has gone way too far
- 2:23Speaker 1: on these vaccine mandates. We are seeing this, Okay, The Senate,
- 2:27Speaker 1: for example, just voted yes to repeal Biden's federal vaccine mandate.
- 2:32Speaker 1: In fact, us Senate voted fifty two to forty eight
- 2:34Speaker 1: in favor of repealing President Joe Biden's federal vaccine mandate
- 2:38Speaker 1: for private businesses and what amounts to a symbolic bullets administration.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Now this is not, i want to be clear, going
- 2:44Speaker 1: to change the outcome because the House is going to
- 2:47Speaker 1: stick with Biden on this one. But keeping true to
- 2:51Speaker 1: their word, some Democrats that were moderates in the Senate,
- 2:54Speaker 1: Joe Mansion and John Tester, sided with the Republicans to
- 2:58Speaker 1: repeal the mandate under the congress National Review Act. Now,
- 3:01Speaker 1: let me explain to you what the Congressional Review Act does.
- 3:03Speaker 1: It allows Congress to review executive orders of the president,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and when they review them, if they think he got
- 3:09Speaker 1: it wrong, they can actually overturn them. Mike Braun, a
- 3:13Speaker 1: Republican from Indiana who sponsored the bill, said the Biden
- 3:16Speaker 1: policy had main Street scared and it was wrong, saying, quote,
- 3:20Speaker 1: it's got main Street America scared. They're worried about it. Well,
- 3:24Speaker 1: what does this mean on other issues? Anybody who thinks
- 3:26Speaker 1: this is a good idea referring to vaccine mandates, imagine
- 3:30Speaker 1: the next time it happens when you're on the wrong
- 3:32Speaker 1: side of whatever the merits of the case would be. Now,
- 3:35Speaker 1: in a moment, I'm going to be joined by US
- 3:38Speaker 1: Senator Marshall Blackburn to talk about this vote, so stick
- 3:41Speaker 1: around for that. Earlier this week, John Tessa, who held
- 3:44Speaker 1: from a state that heavily favored Donald Trump, indicated that
- 3:48Speaker 1: he would vote along with Republicans to nullify Biden's mandate.
- 3:53Speaker 1: He said, quote, I'm just not crazy about mandates. Senator
- 3:57Speaker 1: Joe Manchin, also a Democrat West Virginia, announced last week
- 4:00Speaker 1: he does not support any government vaccine mandate on private businesses, saying,
- 4:04Speaker 1: I do not support any government vaccine mandate on private businesses.
- 4:07Speaker 1: That's why I have co sponsored and will strongly support
- 4:09Speaker 1: a bill to overturn the federal government vaccine mandate for
- 4:13Speaker 1: private businesses. Now, this is another blow to the Biden
- 4:18Speaker 1: administration overreaching The Biden administration suffered yet another legal blow
- 4:23Speaker 1: this week when a federal judge also issued an injunction
- 4:28Speaker 1: striking down the vaccine mandate for federal contractors, arguing that
- 4:32Speaker 1: the plaintiffs are likely to succeed in their claims that
- 4:35Speaker 1: the president exceeded the authorization that is given to him
- 4:39Speaker 1: by Congress. Now, despite the Senate's repeal on Wednesday, the
- 4:44Speaker 1: bill will likely die in the House. Democrats have a
- 4:47Speaker 1: thin majority rule there, and we have seen based on
- 4:51Speaker 1: the data coming out from those members that will be
- 4:54Speaker 1: voting on this, they're not going to do what the
- 4:57Speaker 1: Senate just did. So let's go back to doctor Fauci.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Doctor Fauci has been asked now about the overturn by
- 5:07Speaker 1: this court on these vaccine mandates and Congress in what
- 5:10Speaker 1: they are doing. Last week, just so you know, another
- 5:14Speaker 1: federal judge also issued an injunction against Biden's national vaccine
- 5:18Speaker 1: mandate for healthcare workers. So this is three major strikes
- 5:22Speaker 1: to Biden, two of them substantial, one of them more symbolic.
- 5:25Speaker 1: In the Senate. But this is again, this is why
- 5:29Speaker 1: I've been saying for months on end lawyer up, get
- 5:31Speaker 1: a lawyer fight back. So Faucci was asked, and I'm
- 5:36Speaker 1: gonna play for you, Andrew Mitchell. She could barely find
- 5:38Speaker 1: the words to say to Fauci because she was so
- 5:41Speaker 1: disappointed that the US government and the Biden administration and
- 5:45Speaker 1: Faucci is basically getting smacked around. And that's exactly what's happening.
- 5:49Speaker 1: They're getting smacked around, and she's like distraught over this.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So it's like she's having a funeral with Faucci on
- 5:56Speaker 1: live TV breaking news. Fauci do not underestimate the importance
- 6:02Speaker 1: of COVID testing and vaccines, is the headline at the
- 6:05Speaker 1: bottom of the screen. But listen to their conversation there.
- 6:08Speaker 1: It's like they're in total shock. Take a listen. But yeah,
- 6:13Speaker 1: because not at all a sure thing in the court system.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Is there any thought of backing off of that and
- 6:18Speaker 1: trying to avoid, you know, all the outcry against it. Yeah,
- 6:23Speaker 1: but you know, Andrew, we really have to get people vaccinated.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I mean, I understand, and we all understand how people
- 6:30Speaker 1: do not like to be told what to do. They
- 6:33Speaker 1: want to make their own choice in their own free will.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I get that, and I respect that, but these are
- 6:39Speaker 1: unusual time. I love this, I get it that you
- 6:41Speaker 1: have rights and freedoms. I understand that, but screw it.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You need to get vaccinated. In other words, you have
- 6:46Speaker 1: rights as long as things are going well. We'll give
- 6:48Speaker 1: your rights on little issues, just not on big issues.
- 6:53Speaker 1: That's what we're going to do here. We take away
- 6:57Speaker 1: all of your rights when we decide that we can
- 6:59Speaker 1: take away your which is not how our founding fathers
- 7:01Speaker 1: wrot at the Constitution. You don't get to just take
- 7:03Speaker 1: away our rights and then get them back to us
- 7:05Speaker 1: and then take them away from us depending on what
- 7:07Speaker 1: you tell us to do. And right now, what they're
- 7:09Speaker 1: saying is because they're tyrants. Are not democrats, are tyrants.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden is a tyrant. Comal here's a tyrant. Chuck
- 7:15Speaker 1: Schumer is a tyrant. Joe doctor Fousi elected by no
- 7:18Speaker 1: one is a straight up tyrant communist. Prove me wrong.
- 7:24Speaker 1: And the words that he just said that. Look, I
- 7:26Speaker 1: understand people are so you know, enthralled and understand. You know,
- 7:29Speaker 1: I get why they want to have rights and liberties,
- 7:31Speaker 1: will not be told what to do and have free
- 7:33Speaker 1: will to choose and decide what's best for them. But
- 7:36Speaker 1: these are unprecedented times. So all that gets taken away
- 7:39Speaker 1: and all that goes out the door. That's what they're saying.
- 7:43Speaker 1: That's literally the argument that's being made right before your
- 7:45Speaker 1: very eyes. Like, you can do whatever you want too
- 7:48Speaker 1: as long as I decide you can do it, And
- 7:50Speaker 1: if I decide you can't do it, then I'm in charging.
- 7:53Speaker 1: You have no rights at all. I'm the NIH. I
- 7:56Speaker 1: get that, and I respect that. But these are unusual
- 8:00Speaker 1: times and you can't think only of yourself and your
- 8:03Speaker 1: own personal opinion, but you've got to think about your
- 8:06Speaker 1: communal responsibility to get yourself in your family and indirectly
- 8:11Speaker 1: then the community protected. So I would prefer, and we
- 8:16Speaker 1: all would prefer, that people would be voluntarily getting vaccinated. Wow,
- 8:20Speaker 1: that's a new ones you hear that voluntarily vaccinated. That's
- 8:25Speaker 1: a totally different new term that we've not been hurt.
- 8:29Speaker 1: We've not heard from Fauci or any behind the government.
- 8:33Speaker 1: We wish, we hope that you would voluntarily do it.
- 8:35Speaker 1: What does that mean? That means we're about to take
- 8:37Speaker 1: away the ability for it to be voluntary. That's what
- 8:41Speaker 1: he's telling you right now. We're mandating it. We're going
- 8:43Speaker 1: to mandate it for your kids. You're not going to
- 8:45Speaker 1: be able to do anything in life without us telling
- 8:48Speaker 1: you what you can and cannot do. There is no
- 8:50Speaker 1: longer the ability to be voluntary, right for this is
- 8:54Speaker 1: you know, we tried to do it. We tried to
- 8:57Speaker 1: make it where it was voluntary. But no longer her sorry, folks,
- 9:01Speaker 1: no longer is it going to be that way. It's
- 9:03Speaker 1: no longer going to be voluntary. It's going to be
- 9:06Speaker 1: something that's mandated. We're gonna make it something that is mandated.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Listen again to how he slowly approaches us with being
- 9:14Speaker 1: quote voluntary. So I would prefer, and we all would
- 9:18Speaker 1: prefer that people would be voluntarily getting vaccinated. But if
- 9:22Speaker 1: they're not going to do that, sometimes you've got to
- 9:24Speaker 1: do things that are unpopular, but that clearly supersede individual
- 9:30Speaker 1: choices and are directed predominantly at the communal good. And
- 9:34Speaker 1: that's what we're talking about when we're talking about requirements.
- 9:38Speaker 1: This is what Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, and Castro always said.
- 9:42Speaker 1: It's communal good. You don't have rights, it's for the
- 9:45Speaker 1: communal good. It's all about communal good. You look at
- 9:50Speaker 1: these yahoo's. I'm just giving example right now. The Senator
- 9:53Speaker 1: Bob Dole is lying in stay at the Capitol, and
- 9:56Speaker 1: all these senators are walking around the casket and they're
- 9:59Speaker 1: all closer than six feet from one another, and they're
- 10:02Speaker 1: wearing their masks. Some of them are, some of them aren't.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Rick Scott's not wearing his mask, Lindsay Graham's wearing his mask,
- 10:08Speaker 1: Elizabeth Dole's wearing her mask. I mean, you can see.
- 10:12Speaker 1: It's it's all over the place. But the part that
- 10:15Speaker 1: makes me laugh the most about the theater of this
- 10:17Speaker 1: is this is a very serious moment with Bob Doe
- 10:20Speaker 1: lying in state in the Capitol rotunda and they've got
- 10:22Speaker 1: the chairs spaced out six feet. We're still doing that
- 10:25Speaker 1: for theater. On TV, these people will walk out of here,
- 10:28Speaker 1: they'll take their mass off. But on national TV, for
- 10:32Speaker 1: Bob Doe lying in state, we're gonna keep wearing these
- 10:34Speaker 1: masks because we're leaders, folks, and we're gonna spacious six
- 10:38Speaker 1: feet apart. Are you kidding me? And it's not just Congress,
- 10:43Speaker 1: it's being stupid. I'll give you an example. Occupied Democrats
- 10:46Speaker 1: official twitter page just sent out a tweet saying breaking,
- 10:50Speaker 1: a large Florida landlord has announced that he will begin
- 10:53Speaker 1: requiring all new and existing tenants those that currently live
- 10:57Speaker 1: in his building, to provide roof of COVID vaccination, saying,
- 11:01Speaker 1: you don't want to get vaccinated, you have to move,
- 11:05Speaker 1: and if you don't, we will evict you. Illinois has
- 11:09Speaker 1: also introduced a bill to force unvaccinated residents to pay
- 11:13Speaker 1: out a pocket for their hospital treatment if they catch COVID,
- 11:17Speaker 1: saying that they must assume the risk and take responsibility
- 11:21Speaker 1: for their carelessness. I wonder if they're gonna apply that
- 11:24Speaker 1: to people that drive drunk right, or odon drugs, or
- 11:27Speaker 1: are just morbidly obese, or smoke. This is what they're
- 11:32Speaker 1: really doing now. This is in Illinois. They have actually
- 11:35Speaker 1: introduced a real bill to force the unvaccinated to pay
- 11:38Speaker 1: out a pocket for their hospital treatment they catch COVID,
- 11:40Speaker 1: saying they quote must assume the risk and take responsibility
- 11:43Speaker 1: for their carelessness. I can apply that to every major
- 11:49Speaker 1: issue in this country, or certainly I guess I could
- 11:52Speaker 1: say in Chicago with medical issues, you're overweight, you're diabetic,
- 11:55Speaker 1: you've got heart disease, you've got you get cancer from smoking, Well,
- 11:59Speaker 1: you gotta take responsibility. That's what I've been saying all along.
- 12:04Speaker 1: They're trying to device into two countries. This is covid racism.
- 12:08Speaker 1: You don't get vaccinated, you lose the ability to rent
- 12:10Speaker 1: an apartment. You don't get vaccinated, you'll lose your and
- 12:13Speaker 1: you get sick, You're gonna have to pay for it.
- 12:15Speaker 1: We're gonna bankrupt you. We're going to force you into submission.
- 12:19Speaker 1: And this goes back to this Senate vote that we
- 12:21Speaker 1: just talked about. It's not going to change anything, but
- 12:24Speaker 1: it's still important. Symbolically. Joining me now to talk about
- 12:27Speaker 1: this and several other issues is US senator from Tennessee,
- 12:31Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn, Senator. You see this headline, it's certainly one
- 12:35Speaker 1: that seems exciting. Let's talk about the excitement but also
- 12:39Speaker 1: the reality because now this goes to the House. Were
- 12:42Speaker 1: you surprised you guys are able to get the votes
- 12:44Speaker 1: to at least vote yes to repeal Biden's federal vaccine
- 12:47Speaker 1: mandate in the Senate. What this does is to show
- 12:50Speaker 1: how incredibly unpopular this mandate is and Ben the American
- 12:56Speaker 1: people do not want it. You have the Democrats, two
- 13:01Speaker 1: Democrats that crossed over to vote with us to repeal it.
- 13:06Speaker 1: This in's a big message to the House. It will
- 13:09Speaker 1: give some of those moderate Democrats the strength to come
- 13:13Speaker 1: in and sign the discharge petition with the Republicans to
- 13:18Speaker 1: put this on the floor, to hold a vote to
- 13:22Speaker 1: repeal this mandate and to keep the American people working.
- 13:28Speaker 1: They don't seem to be Democrats getting the picture that
- 13:31Speaker 1: Americans are not happy right now. You have federal judges
- 13:34Speaker 1: now that are stepping in. We've seen judges that have
- 13:37Speaker 1: stepped in in the last week in two different cases
- 13:40Speaker 1: about these government employees they are in these contractors not
- 13:44Speaker 1: having to go by these vaccine mandates. We had one
- 13:47Speaker 1: judge do that. We had another judge do the same
- 13:49Speaker 1: exact thing, stepping in for healthcare workers. Does the Biden
- 13:52Speaker 1: administration just not care after they suffer these legal blows
- 13:57Speaker 1: or are they just saying we're going to keep mandating it,
- 14:00Speaker 1: forcing it even if these injunctions keep coming down and
- 14:02Speaker 1: we keep getting struck down because we're tyrants and we
- 14:05Speaker 1: are going to make the people submit to what we
- 14:08Speaker 1: tell them they have to do. Yeah, that's pretty much
- 14:12Speaker 1: their approach, because, as you said, the American people are
- 14:16Speaker 1: with us. The courts are showing that they are with us.
- 14:20Speaker 1: This is unconstitutional. But see, this is a group of
- 14:25Speaker 1: people running the White House right now who want to
- 14:28Speaker 1: radically transform this country. When Barack Obama was president, they
- 14:33Speaker 1: wanted to transform this country and they said, if we
- 14:37Speaker 1: can get Obamacare on the books, we can change healthcare
- 14:42Speaker 1: in this country. If we can get DACA on the books.
- 14:46Speaker 1: And remember when they did DACA for children illegal alien children,
- 14:52Speaker 1: then what did they say? What did Obama say? He
- 14:55Speaker 1: knew it was unconstitutional, but what did he do? He
- 15:00Speaker 1: did it anyway? Why did he do it? Because he could?
- 15:05Speaker 1: And so they rolled the dice and took the chance
- 15:10Speaker 1: and put Dhacca in place. And look at what it
- 15:12Speaker 1: is done to our southern border, into the safety and
- 15:16Speaker 1: security of our communities. It's truly incredible to see how
- 15:21Speaker 1: they will refuse to look at the laws and continue
- 15:23Speaker 1: to just do whatever they want to do like tyrants.
- 15:25Speaker 1: And even when the law slaps them down, they don't
- 15:27Speaker 1: seem to be changing. Course. I'll give them credit. They are.
- 15:32Speaker 1: They're totally focused and taking over our lives and our kids' lives,
- 15:35Speaker 1: and they're willing to run through any wall, even if
- 15:38Speaker 1: legally they say you can't do it. It's like a
- 15:40Speaker 1: psychotic obsession with owning and controlling the lives of every American,
- 15:44Speaker 1: every American business, and every child in this country at
- 15:47Speaker 1: the same time. And I'm glad at least we have
- 15:49Speaker 1: a court system that seems to be standing up to
- 15:51Speaker 1: them every time they get the opportunity because they are
- 15:54Speaker 1: going across the line and breaking the laws in this country.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I want to shift to a quick center to another
- 16:00Speaker 1: very important issue. Legendary announcer Bob Costa really went after
- 16:04Speaker 1: the NBA last night and said the NBA is up
- 16:08Speaker 1: to its neck in China. He also went after the
- 16:11Speaker 1: International Olympic Committee and the NBA for what they are doing.
- 16:16Speaker 1: You know, the Biden administration announced this quote diplomatic boycott
- 16:20Speaker 1: of the Beijing winner Olympics. It's kind of a joke
- 16:23Speaker 1: because a lot of our diplomats wouldn't have gotten in
- 16:25Speaker 1: any way because the COVID protocols, or wouldn't have gone
- 16:28Speaker 1: anyway because the COVID protocols in Beijing. Even Beijing kind
- 16:32Speaker 1: of mocking us in other countries doing this. Should we
- 16:35Speaker 1: have pulled our athletes because the ongoing genocide that's happening,
- 16:40Speaker 1: And why didn't we Why didn't the present leading say
- 16:42Speaker 1: the Olympics need to be taken away from China. Well,
- 16:47Speaker 1: first of all, good on Bob Costa for doing that.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I'm glad to see he agrees with me on something,
- 16:55Speaker 1: and he also agrees with Enis cantor freedom, so that's
- 16:59Speaker 1: a good thing. I've been saying for months that we
- 17:04Speaker 1: ought not to send to our athletes to Beijing, and
- 17:08Speaker 1: I was joined in this effort by Senator Tom Cotton.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I've even recommended last summer. I recommended that we do
- 17:16Speaker 1: the Olympic Freedom Games here in the United States of America,
- 17:21Speaker 1: and that we allow athletes from our allied countries to
- 17:26Speaker 1: come here and to compete so that they did not
- 17:30Speaker 1: have to go to Beijing. And because these athletes need
- 17:35Speaker 1: the ability to compete, they've been training. And then after
- 17:39Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party disappeared Peng Shui, the tennis player,
- 17:44Speaker 1: because she exposed she literally exposed what she referred to
- 17:51Speaker 1: as sexual assault by one of the top leaders in
- 17:52Speaker 1: the government. That's right, and so they disappeared her for
- 17:56Speaker 1: two weeks until the WTA came after them. And now
- 18:02Speaker 1: the WTA says, look, because you did this, we're not
- 18:05Speaker 1: playing tennis in China in twenty twenty two. That's the
- 18:09Speaker 1: way you handle these thugs and dictators. You have to
- 18:15Speaker 1: be tough on them because that's the only language they understand.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Now they're laughing at Joe Biden because they say, oh,
- 18:23Speaker 1: he's going to threaten an economic sanction that's not going
- 18:26Speaker 1: to do anything to us. And whether Jijing Ping or
- 18:30Speaker 1: Putin or any of these other the Ayatollah in Iran,
- 18:37Speaker 1: Kim jar Noon over in North Korea, these people that
- 18:41Speaker 1: are the access of evil are watching Joe Biden. They
- 18:46Speaker 1: see a week leader and they're going, man, let's ramp
- 18:51Speaker 1: it up. This is our time to make headway because
- 18:54Speaker 1: this guy's not going to call us back. You know,
- 18:57Speaker 1: I was shocked by the quote from Kassa. I'll give
- 18:59Speaker 1: him it because he's not exactly a guy politically I've
- 19:02Speaker 1: agreed with much, but he said quote, what is it
- 19:04Speaker 1: with the International Olympic Committee and their affinity for authoritarian nations?
- 19:08Speaker 1: There will be an Olympics, a Summer Olympics in twenty
- 19:10Speaker 1: twenty eight in Los Angeles. It will have been since
- 19:13Speaker 1: two thousand and two when the Winter Games were in
- 19:14Speaker 1: Salt Lake, since there has been Olympics on American soil,
- 19:17Speaker 1: and yet American television is the single greatest source of
- 19:20Speaker 1: revenue for the IOC. He said. Many IOC delegates remain
- 19:24Speaker 1: ticked off the at the US because a free press
- 19:28Speaker 1: blew the cover off the Salt Lake bidding scandal. They
- 19:31Speaker 1: have long memories about this stuff and the IOC and
- 19:34Speaker 1: many of those delegates act in a high handed way,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and in that sense, you can see where the affinity
- 19:39Speaker 1: for authoritarian nations comes in. People get rich off these games.
- 19:43Speaker 1: We know what happened with Asochi Olympics, and you see
- 19:47Speaker 1: this happening. It's very clear there's massive corruption. You can
- 19:50Speaker 1: see the IOC lights going to the authoritarian regimes because
- 19:53Speaker 1: then they can get all their buddies paid and get kickbacks.
- 19:56Speaker 1: We saw this in Sochi. We I mean, I mean,
- 19:59Speaker 1: it's very very clear what happened with Russia, and we've
- 20:02Speaker 1: seen now what's happening this time. And yet Americas, where
- 20:06Speaker 1: the majority of the funding comes from, the majority of
- 20:08Speaker 1: the international endorsements for the Olympics, the deals that are
- 20:14Speaker 1: made with Nike and with Kelloggs and with Coca Cola
- 20:17Speaker 1: are all based American companies that are doing this, and
- 20:20Speaker 1: we act like we have no power at all. Meanwhile,
- 20:23Speaker 1: we have genocide happening where we're sending our American Olympic athletes,
- 20:26Speaker 1: which concerns me, which brings me up this next question.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Do we have assurances that our American athletes are going
- 20:33Speaker 1: to be safe at these Olympic Games. We have not
- 20:36Speaker 1: been able to get in the assurances we have written
- 20:40Speaker 1: the USIOC, and we have tried to get these assurances
- 20:48Speaker 1: to I don't think our athletes should go because you
- 20:51Speaker 1: cannot ensure their health, their safety, their well being. In
- 20:56Speaker 1: addition to that, China is trying to use the Olympic
- 21:00Speaker 1: Is to push out their digital u Wan. They want
- 21:04Speaker 1: to get in the wallet of everybody that goes over there.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Every athlete is going to be given free u wan
- 21:12Speaker 1: and free wearable so that you can spend your digital
- 21:18Speaker 1: you want just by touching a screen with gloves that
- 21:22Speaker 1: are programmed. Now, think about how invasive this is of
- 21:26Speaker 1: their privacy and ben think about it, and people are
- 21:28Speaker 1: worried about DNA collecting. I saw yesterday report that they're
- 21:32Speaker 1: worried about the actual DNA collection of these athletes because
- 21:37Speaker 1: of the premier athletes in the world, and they're going
- 21:39Speaker 1: to do it in the in the name of quote
- 21:40Speaker 1: COVID testing, and a lot of athletes now and doctors
- 21:43Speaker 1: are saying they're very concerned that they're just farming elite
- 21:47Speaker 1: DNA from athletes from around the world during these games
- 21:50Speaker 1: in the name of COVID. Right, You're exactly right. So
- 21:55Speaker 1: there are a lot of different levels. I think it
- 21:58Speaker 1: is unsafe for athletes to go in and participate, whether
- 22:03Speaker 1: it is for their health, their safety, their well being,
- 22:06Speaker 1: their security, the economic implications of the communist Chinese following
- 22:13Speaker 1: every move they make, every place they go, every interaction
- 22:18Speaker 1: that they have from now on. Now, think about that,
- 22:22Speaker 1: because that is how invasive the communist Chinese are and
- 22:29Speaker 1: how disrespectful of a person's individual privacy that they are sender.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Before we get into two what's going on with Russia
- 22:38Speaker 1: and this meeting, I do want to ask you a
- 22:40Speaker 1: simple question about what's happening in this country with crime.
- 22:44Speaker 1: We saw all the accused arsonists who towards the Fox
- 22:47Speaker 1: News Christmas Tree get released without having to pay any bill.
- 22:53Speaker 1: We are now seeing that California store owners are now
- 22:56Speaker 1: pricing all their items at nine one dollars, so the
- 23:01Speaker 1: thieves will be prosecuted when they're stolen from then they
- 23:05Speaker 1: give original retail price coupons at the register pond checkout
- 23:08Speaker 1: because they're sick and tired of being robbed and nothing
- 23:11Speaker 1: happening to the people that are doing it. My point is,
- 23:13Speaker 1: from all the way in New York, all the way
- 23:16Speaker 1: to California and we saw a flashmob hit right here
- 23:19Speaker 1: in the mid South. Is there anything that Congress can
- 23:22Speaker 1: do because we're now seeing these quote bail reform policies
- 23:26Speaker 1: where you can commit these crimes and that you won't
- 23:28Speaker 1: even be prosecuted for it. And people have had enough.
- 23:31Speaker 1: People have had enough, and safety and security is one
- 23:36Speaker 1: of the important things. Now. There is a way that
- 23:41Speaker 1: we can move into this, and it's through the JAG grants,
- 23:48Speaker 1: the criminal justice grants that we give and putting a
- 23:53Speaker 1: provision in there that if you are and we've tried
- 23:57Speaker 1: this before with grants, if you're a sanctuary city, you
- 24:02Speaker 1: cannot qualify for this grant. If you have defund the
- 24:05Speaker 1: police policies, you cannot apply for this grant. And those
- 24:12Speaker 1: are the things restricting those federal funds and ben as
- 24:17Speaker 1: you know, our local law enforcement agencies depend on these funds.
- 24:22Speaker 1: So it could be something if you have cash Bell policies.
- 24:26Speaker 1: You cannot have facility funds, prison facility funds, or you
- 24:32Speaker 1: can't have some of the judicial system funds that would
- 24:38Speaker 1: enable your local governments to move forward with some of
- 24:43Speaker 1: their some of their programs that deal with criminal justice.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But as long as Democrats are in charge, it's probably
- 24:52Speaker 1: you're not going to happen in Congress, right, That's right.
- 24:55Speaker 1: And if we pass that, you've got a guy sitting
- 24:58Speaker 1: in the White House that would veto and send it
- 25:00Speaker 1: right back to us. Incredible, they're always sending up for
- 25:03Speaker 1: the fruit. For one thing, I do want to mention,
- 25:07Speaker 1: foxnews dot com just posted an op ed I wrote
- 25:12Speaker 1: about one our athletes do not need to be invasing,
- 25:17Speaker 1: just so that your listeners and know that, Yeah, we'll
- 25:19Speaker 1: grab that and link that up on our social media site.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Absolutely do that for sure. I want to ask you
- 25:24Speaker 1: about what's happening with Russia right now, and I think
- 25:28Speaker 1: all this goes back to Afghanistan. You and I talked
- 25:31Speaker 1: multiple times when Afghanistan was happening and unfolding, and it
- 25:36Speaker 1: was horrific to watch that we wouldn't even go sixty
- 25:39Speaker 1: feet or sixteen feet to get Americans that were outside
- 25:43Speaker 1: those gates at the airport. And now what we are
- 25:46Speaker 1: saying is the rest of the world realize, Wow, if
- 25:49Speaker 1: this administration won't even go sixty feet to get Americans,
- 25:52Speaker 1: they're certainly not going to stop us from invading or
- 25:55Speaker 1: getting whatever you want to, whether that is going into
- 25:58Speaker 1: Taiwan or into the uk Krane. We had this zoom
- 26:02Speaker 1: call meeting with the President and Putin, and it's very
- 26:06Speaker 1: clear we're not going to stop him no matter what
- 26:08Speaker 1: we claim. Now we say, oh, we're going to do sanctions.
- 26:11Speaker 1: How concerned are you right now about not only Taiwan,
- 26:14Speaker 1: but I worry about this effective Okay, if they can
- 26:18Speaker 1: go into Ukraine or they can go into Taiwan and
- 26:21Speaker 1: their success American didn't stop. It's open season the rest
- 26:24Speaker 1: of the world for anybody that wants to take anything
- 26:25Speaker 1: right now because they know that America will not act
- 26:28Speaker 1: under the Biden administration. You're exactly right. They look at
- 26:33Speaker 1: Joe Biden and they see a week leader and this
- 26:37Speaker 1: ridiculous call that he had with Putin. You know, it
- 26:43Speaker 1: was so bad that the information we initially got on
- 26:48Speaker 1: the call came through the Russian press, it didn't come
- 26:52Speaker 1: from the White House. And then then they delayed their
- 26:56Speaker 1: press conference on the call like three times while they
- 27:00Speaker 1: were getting their story together about what happened on the call.
- 27:04Speaker 1: But Biden basically said, Okay, if you keep building up
- 27:10Speaker 1: there on the Ukrainian border, we're going to put some
- 27:13Speaker 1: economic sanctions on you and putin who by the way,
- 27:18Speaker 1: you've got putin requested the call, just like with China,
- 27:22Speaker 1: Jijing Ping requested the call, and Joe Biden should have
- 27:27Speaker 1: said not only no, he should have said, hell, no,
- 27:30Speaker 1: I'm not going to talk to you people until we're
- 27:32Speaker 1: talking on my terms. Well, and here's my question when
- 27:35Speaker 1: they requested the call, and this is part of what
- 27:37Speaker 1: the media has not been reporting and what you're reading
- 27:39Speaker 1: into it's the same thing I was reading into when
- 27:42Speaker 1: I saw that, is they want to start the clock
- 27:45Speaker 1: to do whatever it is their plan is, and starting
- 27:48Speaker 1: that clock means we need to see what America says
- 27:51Speaker 1: they're going to do so we know how to counter it.
- 27:54Speaker 1: And if they can pre plan for the sanctions and
- 27:57Speaker 1: figure out what that looks like for them, then it's
- 28:00Speaker 1: a cause. It's a simple cost analysis. This is just
- 28:03Speaker 1: like buying a piece of property. What's it going to
- 28:05Speaker 1: cost us? Is it worth it, and is the profit
- 28:07Speaker 1: of owning Ukraine worth more than the sanctions are going
- 28:10Speaker 1: to put on from the US. That's right, That's exactly right,
- 28:14Speaker 1: because they're already doing the heavy lift. They've got one
- 28:17Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand troops and all of this equipment, artillery.
- 28:23Speaker 1: They're sitting on forty six hundred nuclear warheads. And you know,
- 28:28Speaker 1: here's the deal. When Obama was president and Putin went
- 28:33Speaker 1: into Crimea, what did Obama and Biden send to the
- 28:39Speaker 1: Ukrainian people? They sent blankets and meals ready to eat.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump comes into office, what does he send Ukraine?
- 28:51Speaker 1: He sends the bombs and artillery so they can protect themselves.
- 28:56Speaker 1: And under Donald Trump, they were able to protect themselves.
- 29:01Speaker 1: We didn't have to have the US. They're doing it.
- 29:04Speaker 1: We sent them what they needed, and our NATO allies
- 29:09Speaker 1: stood with Ukraine. That's how you handle these situations. But
- 29:15Speaker 1: Joe Biden is becoming known as a cut and run guy,
- 29:20Speaker 1: and he did that in Afghanistan. And when he did
- 29:24Speaker 1: that in Afghanistan, he did create that appearance that he's
- 29:29Speaker 1: not going to stand up to anybody. You never leave
- 29:33Speaker 1: US citizens on foreign soil. You don't do that Joe Biden,
- 29:39Speaker 1: and we do that under Joe Biden, and that's the checkmate.
- 29:43Speaker 1: That's the checkmate, I think moment for everybody that was
- 29:46Speaker 1: watching around the world, whether it be a rand, whether
- 29:48Speaker 1: it be building a new military base in the middle
- 29:50Speaker 1: of the sea, whether it be going into Taiwan or
- 29:53Speaker 1: Ukraine or anybody else over there, that they want to
- 29:55Speaker 1: screw it, because if you go into Ukraine and you
- 29:57Speaker 1: do it successfully, you gotta think that they're going to
- 30:00Speaker 1: look at other places to expand because Russia would love
- 30:03Speaker 1: to get that quote land back. They think it's actually
- 30:05Speaker 1: theirs and that and I don't think they're afraid of
- 30:08Speaker 1: NATO either at this point because without NATO, without America leading,
- 30:12Speaker 1: what are they really going to do well? And the
- 30:15Speaker 1: thing is, if the United States of America, the world's
- 30:20Speaker 1: lone superpower, does not stand up and fight for freedom,
- 30:24Speaker 1: nobody else is going to take on that fight. And
- 30:29Speaker 1: under Joe Biden, what you've got is this Willie Nelly,
- 30:34Speaker 1: this Mamsie Pamsy, this we just want to love everybody
- 30:40Speaker 1: seeing kombay yab and handle things through diplomacy. Well, you know,
- 30:47Speaker 1: news flash, you cannot have diplomatic relations with the terrorist organization.
- 30:55Speaker 1: You cannot deal with these dictators the same way you
- 31:00Speaker 1: deal with nations that have a democratic basis. It takes
- 31:06Speaker 1: a different approach. And as I've said many times, I'm
- 31:13Speaker 1: a mom and a grandmom, got a lot of little kids,
- 31:17Speaker 1: and every child you deal with differently, no doubt about
- 31:23Speaker 1: that different relationship. And Ben, that is something that Joe
- 31:28Speaker 1: Biden does not understand. One size fits all does not
- 31:33Speaker 1: work in foreign policy and the safety and security and
- 31:37Speaker 1: common defensive this nation. It is item number one on
- 31:42Speaker 1: the to do list forever and ever. Sendor Blackburn, I
