Tim Pearce is a former LAPD gang division officer and the CEO of AU Fire, a tactical training company. Mike Soenen is the creator and lead producer of the documentary Nothing To See Here. Cornelius Wills is a former member of the Bounty Hunter Bloods who now works in gang intervention and filmmaking.
