- 0:00Speaker 1: Eight hundred hospices that last year charged the federal taxpayer
- 0:04Speaker 1: one point four billion dollars will no longer be paid.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Mister Vice President, if your core business was shut down
- 0:10Speaker 1: by the federal government, would you call You would call crickets.
- 0:17Speaker 1: We have less than twenty who have complained. We're not
- 0:20Speaker 1: even sure there's are legitimate eight hundred hospices shut down,
- 0:23Speaker 1: and we're not hearing much the seconds crickets out there.
- 0:26Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning. Nice to have you with us from
- 0:32Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got two big
- 0:34Speaker 3: stories for you. First up, JD. Vance making government fraud
- 0:37Speaker 3: of front and center issue and the numbers being uncovered
- 0:41Speaker 3: are staggering. Vance not only is saying that the Fraud
- 0:44Speaker 3: Task Force has found hundreds of thousands of dead people
- 0:47Speaker 3: getting Foodstap benefits and now also shocking numbers of massive
- 0:53Speaker 3: Medicaid fraud going to home health care and hospice providers. Also,
- 0:59Speaker 3: there was a major hearing from a CIA whistleblower on
- 1:03Speaker 3: Capitol Hill and not a single Democrat was there for
- 1:08Speaker 3: the testimony. What are they running away from and what
- 1:11Speaker 3: did the whistleblower have to say? We have it all
- 1:13Speaker 3: for you. I want to take a quick moment and
- 1:16Speaker 3: talk to you about an incredible organization and it is
- 1:18Speaker 3: called Compassion International and how you can get involved. Love, generosity,
- 1:24Speaker 3: and compassion. We say those words all the time and
- 1:27Speaker 3: they sound good, they feel good. But here's the truth.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action,
- 1:35Speaker 3: and right now, not later, today, not tomorrow. There's a
- 1:39Speaker 3: child in the world who doesn't know if they'll eat,
- 1:43Speaker 3: if they'll have a chance to learn, or if there's
- 1:46Speaker 3: any hope at all. And while we're all busy, life
- 1:50Speaker 3: keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting. This is
- 1:54Speaker 3: where you come in. With Compassion International. You have the
- 1:57Speaker 3: chance to change a child's future, not just with words,
- 2:01Speaker 3: not with promises, but with real help that provides food,
- 2:05Speaker 3: education and hope through local churches and people already in
- 2:11Speaker 3: their community. Put your words into action and join me
- 2:15Speaker 3: introduce a child to a loving heavenly father today at
- 2:19Speaker 3: Compassion dot com. That's Compassion dot Com. It's the forty
- 2:25Speaker 3: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 2:29Speaker 3: When Donald Trump got elected, he made it very clear
- 2:32Speaker 3: that waste fraud of use were going to be something
- 2:34Speaker 3: he was going to focus on. Then he brought an
- 2:36Speaker 3: Elon Musk and Doge. Well, they're not done. In fact,
- 2:40Speaker 3: apparently they're just getting started. Now. Jeddie Vance is now
- 2:44Speaker 3: leading the Trump Administration's anti fraud crackdown, and we've got
- 2:48Speaker 3: major new developments, including the fact that Vance now says
- 2:53Speaker 3: the administration's Fraud Task Force has found already one hundred
- 2:59Speaker 3: and eighty six one thousand plus dead people allegedly still
- 3:03Speaker 3: receiving Snap food stamp benefits. Now, to be clear, we
- 3:08Speaker 3: can't crawl back this money. These funds are being stolen,
- 3:13Speaker 3: and they're being used by people that are clearly not
- 3:16Speaker 3: dead but alive, and they're using dead people's identity to
- 3:21Speaker 3: get the funds. Now, that obviously should make you angry.
- 3:25Speaker 3: And they're expecting to find more than the basically two
- 3:27Speaker 3: hundred thousand dead people who are getting money every single
- 3:31Speaker 3: month from you, the taxpayer. Now, the task force also
- 3:35Speaker 3: says that more than four hundred thousand people were actually
- 3:40Speaker 3: defying the government receiving duple kits Snap benefits at the
- 3:45Speaker 3: same time, meaning that they had two applications that were
- 3:48Speaker 3: approved double dipping, getting twice as much as they should
- 3:52Speaker 3: normally get. Now, if you are double dipping, shouldn't you
- 3:56Speaker 3: go to jail? Shouldn't you lose SNAP benefits indefinitely? Shouldn't
- 4:00Speaker 3: there be a major consequence for stealing from the US government? Well,
- 4:05Speaker 3: right now, apparently there's not much of a deterrent at all.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Now the White House is trying to change that, framing
- 4:12Speaker 3: this is a massive taxpayer accountability effort. They're also arguing
- 4:17Speaker 3: that Americans are tired of seeing waste, fraud, and abuse
- 4:20Speaker 3: in all of our federal programs. Now, the Vice President
- 4:24Speaker 3: has now called the finding of fraud in the federal
- 4:26Speaker 3: government like fishing in a barrel with dynamite. The administration
- 4:31Speaker 3: is now escalating beyond rhetoric. They are now threatening as
- 4:36Speaker 3: well to withhold Medicaid funding from states that failed to
- 4:39Speaker 3: aggressively investigate fraud. The biggest move came and involved California,
- 4:46Speaker 3: where the Trump administration has now deferred roughly one point
- 4:51Speaker 3: three billion in Medicaid reimbursements amid massive allegations of widespread
- 4:57Speaker 3: fraud in hospice and home health care program Just how
- 5:01Speaker 3: bad is it? Doctor Oz explaining it from Washington as
- 5:05Speaker 3: they announced the new program initiative.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Unfortunately, we have a reality there again. We got to
- 5:11Speaker 1: face a third of all hospices, a third of all
- 5:14Speaker 1: these programs in the entire country are in Los Angeles.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Ask yourself, how is that possible? It's not. They're not
- 5:20Speaker 1: that many people dying in Los Angeles. We're not talking
- 5:23Speaker 1: about California, just Los Angeles. So Kim and the team
- 5:27Speaker 1: on what Genina will go and a bunch of other
- 5:28Speaker 1: great folks went through the list of all the people
- 5:31Speaker 1: and we believe that at least half of the hospices
- 5:33Speaker 1: in the entire area around Los Angeles are fraudulent. And
- 5:37Speaker 1: today we announced eight hundred of those hospices have been suspended.
- 5:42Speaker 1: That's getting us close to where we think we should be.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Eight hundred hospices that last year charged the federal taxpayer
- 5:48Speaker 1: one point four billion dollars will no longer be paid.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Mister Vice President, if your core business was shut down
- 5:54Speaker 1: by the federal government, would you call You would call crickets.
- 5:57Speaker 1: We have less than twenty who have complained. We're not
- 6:00Speaker 1: even sure there's are legitimate eight hundred hospices shut down,
- 6:04Speaker 1: and we're not hearing much. It's it's crickets out there,
- 6:06Speaker 1: so we believed we're on the right path. Here next
- 6:09Speaker 1: is a ninetion wide moratorium on all new hospice and
- 6:13Speaker 1: home health care. Why is that possible because when we
- 6:15Speaker 1: squeeze the balloon in California and slow their growth of
- 6:19Speaker 1: hospice and now take away eight hundred the payments, eight
- 6:22Speaker 1: hundred hospices, we know what those frosters do. They move
- 6:26Speaker 1: to nearby Nevada. Next door Nevada has a sevenfold increase
- 6:29Speaker 1: in hospice already, Arizona, Texas. They're moving across the country.
- 6:32Speaker 1: So we've today announcing a moratorium nationally. There will be
- 6:36Speaker 1: no new hospices our home healthcare open in this country.
- 6:40Speaker 1: If you have the program now, you can keep it.
- 6:42Speaker 1: You can go to ones that already exist. We're not
- 6:43Speaker 1: taking away any services, but there will be no new
- 6:45Speaker 1: ones licenses granted until we can figure out a better
- 6:48Speaker 1: way of working cross government.
- 6:50Speaker 3: One of the most interesting things you just heard there
- 6:52Speaker 3: from doctor Oz the fact that he said we're shutting
- 6:54Speaker 3: it down nationwide because we know that when they get
- 6:57Speaker 3: busted in LA, when they get busted in California, the
- 7:00Speaker 3: people that are coming to the fraud, they just go
- 7:03Speaker 3: to another state and they open up there. Now, Republicans,
- 7:06Speaker 3: by the way, are arguing, this is exactly what voters
- 7:10Speaker 3: voted for, what they wanted. Someone finally going through federal
- 7:13Speaker 3: programs line by line, asking where taxpayer money is actually going,
- 7:19Speaker 3: and we're finding out just how much fraud there is. Democrats, however,
- 7:24Speaker 3: are losing their minds right now, warning the administration is overreaching,
- 7:29Speaker 3: going to make mistakes and rushing investigations and then people
- 7:33Speaker 3: are going to get hurt. Now, the question is where
- 7:37Speaker 3: are the American people on this issue. Well, politically, this
- 7:41Speaker 3: is clearly a winning issue for Republicans because in new polling,
- 7:46Speaker 3: overwhelmingly the majority of Americans agree that fraud should be
- 7:51Speaker 3: rooted out, regardless of the party who's in charge. Now.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Vance is also trying to find more fraud directly time
- 8:00Speaker 3: and also to border security and government spending, arguing Americans
- 8:04Speaker 3: shouldn't be asked to pay more taxes while billions may
- 8:07Speaker 3: be lost through abuse and corruption, Dead people shouldn't be
- 8:11Speaker 3: getting food stamps, and the American people agree with that statement.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Taxpayers are finally asking where the money actually went, and
- 8:18Speaker 3: there should be people to go to jail. This is
- 8:21Speaker 3: clearly a war on fraud, waste, and abuse from the
- 8:24Speaker 3: Trump administration. And the reality is Washington ignored this for years.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Why because many of the people that were getting the
- 8:32Speaker 3: money were giving kickbacks to the political campaigns of those
- 8:36Speaker 3: that look the other way, and that would be the
- 8:38Speaker 3: Democratic Party. Thank goodness, Jadie Vance's betting Americans care more
- 8:43Speaker 3: about protecting taxpayer dollars than protecting bureaucracies, and politically, that
- 8:50Speaker 3: might be an extremely smart move ahead of the midterms.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Now, story number two.
- 8:55Speaker 3: CIA whistle blower went before Capitol Hill yesterday reveal that
- 9:00Speaker 3: despite a majority of CIA scientists concluding overwhelmingly that COVID
- 9:07Speaker 3: leaked from a lab in Wuhan, Anthony Fauci was able
- 9:12Speaker 3: to convince high ranking Intel officials to change their assessment
- 9:18Speaker 3: from a lab leak to a neutral idea. Why because
- 9:23Speaker 3: they need to cover up the narrative that the Wuhan
- 9:27Speaker 3: instead of virology, which was tied directly to Anthony Fauci,
- 9:31Speaker 3: was actually involved. What's even more shocking than that is
- 9:35Speaker 3: the CIA whosle blower also said that the CIA is
- 9:39Speaker 3: still blocking full declassification of COVID documents. Why is it
- 9:45Speaker 3: to protect Fauci or is it to protect China. I
- 9:48Speaker 3: want you to hear the back and forth from Senator
- 9:51Speaker 3: Rand Paul and the CIA whistleblower explaining exactly just how
- 9:56Speaker 3: bad it really is.
- 9:57Speaker 4: But what I think is is of importance that's new
- 10:01Speaker 4: today is that your testimony is that the CIA scientists
- 10:06Speaker 4: were concluding that it was lab. But then with this,
- 10:09Speaker 4: there was a ninety day study in twenty twenty one,
- 10:12Speaker 4: and this study was done by NIC, led by NIC
- 10:16Speaker 4: tell Us. What NIC is again, it's the National Intelligence
- 10:19Speaker 4: Council and individuals responsible for writing various WMD and bio
- 10:25Speaker 4: related issues to it. So when they had this study,
- 10:28Speaker 4: they had CIA scientists telling them, look the evidence, the
- 10:32Speaker 4: scientific evidence looks like it came from the lab. But
- 10:35Speaker 4: then they brought in Anthony Fauci. And is it your
- 10:38Speaker 4: opinion that Anthony Fauci was able to overrule the scientist
- 10:43Speaker 4: or get NIC to conclude somehow that there wasn't a
- 10:47Speaker 4: conclusion to be out here, We're going to be neutral,
- 10:50Speaker 4: contradicting what the scientists were telling them.
- 10:52Speaker 5: So there's two questions there, and I want to break
- 10:55Speaker 5: them up into two. One is where were the injection points?
- 10:58Speaker 5: Doctor Anthony Fauch. Where did Anthony Fauci and when did
- 11:02Speaker 5: he inject himself into the IC and the other half
- 11:05Speaker 5: of that question, if i'm, if I'm and I don't
- 11:07Speaker 5: want to extrapolate too much. Here is okay what happened
- 11:10Speaker 5: with with why was there a change in analysis? So
- 11:14Speaker 5: I'll start with the if it's okay, doctor Paul, sure, Senator,
- 11:17Speaker 5: I'll start with doctor Anthony Fauci. There were two instances,
- 11:22Speaker 5: on three February twenty twenty and four June twenty twenty one,
- 11:26Speaker 5: Anthony Fauci had contact with the Inner Agency, And how
- 11:31Speaker 5: to sort of broadly generalize this is that that contact
- 11:37Speaker 5: was happily pursued within the IC. They wanted that contact,
- 11:41Speaker 5: and he provided a curated list of subject matter experts,
- 11:46Speaker 5: which coincidentally wrote The Proximal Origin of SARS Cove two.
- 11:50Speaker 5: So it's it's not like he came in and said
- 11:53Speaker 5: you have to do X, Y and Z provided recommendations.
- 11:56Speaker 5: It's when you look at when you look at what
- 12:00Speaker 5: has already been publicly released about doctor Fauci and then
- 12:04Speaker 5: what you're seeing under the curtain at the IC, where
- 12:06Speaker 5: you realize, okay, there is a narrative that was being
- 12:10Speaker 5: generated by his contact not just with experts here in
- 12:13Speaker 5: the United States, but experts in Australia and the UK.
- 12:17Speaker 5: And that's the public facing piece. And you know, he
- 12:20Speaker 5: tries to he had tried to sort of keep his
- 12:23Speaker 5: hands clear of I didn't have anything to do with
- 12:25Speaker 5: the proximal origin of Saraskov too. But in the meantime
- 12:28Speaker 5: he's pushing those authors and individuals that have been in
- 12:32Speaker 5: his orbit into the IC as experts. And I'll jump
- 12:36Speaker 5: to June twenty twenty one. We as the IC at
- 12:42Speaker 5: the neck happily pursued those recommendations, and in one email,
- 12:49Speaker 5: which I'll describe to you, the person in charge of
- 12:54Speaker 5: leading the ninety day study, you know, he introduced himself
- 12:58Speaker 5: to the community that on they on what they were
- 13:01Speaker 5: supposed to be doing, and then the community said, he said, listen,
- 13:06Speaker 5: we've got these people we should be talking to. And
- 13:10Speaker 5: another very senior NICK officer sent in direct email to
- 13:13Speaker 5: him saying, Hey, considering that doctor Fauci is a public
- 13:16Speaker 5: health expert, are you sure we should be relying on this?
- 13:21Speaker 5: Shouldn't we shouldn't we have a separate set And in
- 13:25Speaker 5: this instance, the individual responded, No, in this case, doctor
- 13:30Speaker 5: Anthony Fauci is a subject matter expert. However, that's directly
- 13:34Speaker 5: contradicting his public testimony of being a subject matter.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Part of the job in intelligence when you interview someone
- 13:39Speaker 4: is assessing their truthfulness, their potential biases or conflicts of interest.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Did anyone ever bring up that Anthony Fauci approved the
- 13:49Speaker 4: research that went on to Wuhan and that it might
- 13:51Speaker 4: not be in his interest for the conclusion to be
- 13:54Speaker 4: that it came from a lab that he had funded,
- 13:56Speaker 4: that there might be a conflict that was Did any
- 13:58Speaker 4: everybody ever bring up that he might might not be
- 14:00Speaker 4: an objective witness?
- 14:02Speaker 5: That was one example of an email. No one laid
- 14:04Speaker 5: it out quite that clearly, you're piecing it together. We
- 14:07Speaker 5: were piecing it together from multiple emails, from multiple agencies,
- 14:11Speaker 5: multiple documents. It was more subtle than that. Nobody said
- 14:16Speaker 5: this is happening, and unfortunately, I think they probably should have.
- 14:20Speaker 5: It was all out there.
- 14:22Speaker 4: But your conclusion is that changing from the scientific consensus
- 14:28Speaker 4: of it being from a lab to a neutral position
- 14:30Speaker 4: by the CIA was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci.
- 14:33Speaker 5: It was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci's injecting himself into
- 14:39Speaker 5: the IC. And to go to the second part of
- 14:42Speaker 5: your question about what happened particularly during the ninety day study,
- 14:46Speaker 5: we have documentation that shows that as of August twelfth,
- 14:51Speaker 5: the CIA was considering calling this a lab leak August
- 14:54Speaker 5: twelfth of twenty twenty one, and then that changed on
- 14:59Speaker 5: August seventeenth of twenty twenty one.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Run now, what's even more shocking about the hearing and
- 15:04Speaker 3: what you just heard. There is not a single Democrat
- 15:08Speaker 3: heard any of what you just heard. Why because apparently
- 15:12Speaker 3: not a single Democrat showed up to the Senate hearing
- 15:16Speaker 3: today where the CIA whistle blower was testifying about the
- 15:21Speaker 3: COVID cover up. Could it be maybe because they were
- 15:24Speaker 3: all involved in it too. Listen now, Fox News explain
- 15:28Speaker 3: no Democrats in attendance.
- 15:31Speaker 6: In this picture because just a few minutes ago, just
- 15:34Speaker 6: shy of the top of the hour, you could see
- 15:37Speaker 6: over the left shoulder of Senator Ron Johnson the empty
- 15:40Speaker 6: seats of Democrats and we can show, I mean, look
- 15:43Speaker 6: at that room, and even James Erdman, who is the
- 15:47Speaker 6: whistleblower witness today was asked about and I believe it
- 15:51Speaker 6: was Senator Yes Bernie Moreno, who asked him this, how
- 15:55Speaker 6: does that make you feel knowing that those Democrats aren't there?
- 15:59Speaker 6: And he says that, of course I wish that they were.
- 16:01Speaker 6: I mean, you want everyone to know what he has
- 16:04Speaker 6: to say.
- 16:05Speaker 3: It really is amazing to know that you have a
- 16:07Speaker 3: CIA whistleblower coming forward on the issue of COVID. It
- 16:12Speaker 3: involves Anthony Fauci, Democrats, God, and none of the Democrats
- 16:17Speaker 3: will show up to hear what the wistleblower has to say.
- 16:21Speaker 3: There should be massive accountability for that, and also a
- 16:25Speaker 3: lot more questions that should be asked of Democratic lawmakers
- 16:29Speaker 3: of why you didn't show up.
