- 0:16Speaker 2: on social media. It makes a massive difference to other
- 0:19Speaker 2: people seeing this show. So with that being said, first off,
- 0:21Speaker 2: thank you for that, thank you for listening and getting involved. Center,
- 0:24Speaker 2: we've got Kamala Harris saying out loud what the future
- 0:28Speaker 2: of the Democratic Party is all about.
- 0:30Speaker 1: If you'll just let them have control of the house
- 0:32Speaker 1: in the Senate.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Well, it's Democrats gone wild. If you remember those those
- 0:38Speaker 3: spring break ads that would feature a bunch of scantily
- 0:42Speaker 3: clad young ladies on the beach, running around getting into trouble, Well,
- 0:47Speaker 3: that sadly is the state of the current Democrat Party.
- 0:50Speaker 3: They are at Fort Lauderdale, they are chugging beers, they
- 0:54Speaker 3: are in a panic.
- 0:56Speaker 4: And it really is quite striking.
- 0:57Speaker 3: So six weeks ago, the Democrats were supreme in their confidence.
- 1:03Speaker 3: They knew that they hated Donald J.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Trump.
- 1:06Speaker 3: They believe the American people were gonna rise up in
- 1:09Speaker 3: a giant repudiation, a giant roar of orange man bad.
- 1:14Speaker 3: And then suddenly a funny thing happened on the way
- 1:16Speaker 3: to the office, And the numbers are not backing up
- 1:20Speaker 3: what the Democrats hoped. In particular, they're redistricting plans to
- 1:23Speaker 3: try to steal seats and get a majority of the
- 1:27Speaker 3: House of Representatives by dramatically gerrymandering blue states that crashed
- 1:33Speaker 3: to the ground and failed mightily.
- 1:36Speaker 4: And now what we're seeing is really quite amazing.
- 1:40Speaker 3: At the same time, in California, they're looking at the
- 1:43Speaker 3: very real possibility that a Republican governor will be elected
- 1:47Speaker 3: in California. In fact, we could see a scenario where
- 1:51Speaker 3: the only two people who make the runoff are both Republicans.
- 1:54Speaker 3: That has California Democrats freaking out. We're gonna break it
- 1:58Speaker 3: all down, but we're gonna start with our favorite someone
- 2:01Speaker 3: who told us to use our own words. There are
- 2:04Speaker 3: a lot of people saying she was the most qualified
- 2:08Speaker 3: person ever to run for president of the United States.
- 2:13Speaker 3: You know, Kamala I will say this. She has insights
- 2:15Speaker 3: no other human being on planet Earth has because out
- 2:18Speaker 3: of eight billion people. That idea did not occur to
- 2:22Speaker 3: anyone else other than Yessa. But Kamala now is promising
- 2:28Speaker 3: if the Democrats win a nice, quiet, middle of the
- 2:34Speaker 3: road moderate agenda.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Here, give a listen.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it truly is amazing. We're to play that in
- 2:38Speaker 2: a moment. But before we get to that, if you
- 2:40Speaker 2: have a dog and you love your dog as much
- 2:42Speaker 2: as I love our new puppy, Birdie, then you need
- 2:45Speaker 2: to check out what rough greens can do for the
- 2:47Speaker 2: quality of your dog's life.
- 2:49Speaker 1: It is incredible.
- 2:50Speaker 2: After we saw what happened with our older dog, Memphis,
- 2:54Speaker 2: we realize why wait until the dog's older. Why not
- 2:57Speaker 2: give rough greens right now to a little and we
- 3:01Speaker 2: know what it does. It supports long term health by
- 3:04Speaker 2: providing live, bioavailable nutrients including essential vitamins, minerals, probiotics, digestive enzymes,
- 3:11Speaker 2: and omega oils. Now the ingredients they work together to
- 3:15Speaker 2: improve nutrition absorption, also help Birdie maintain joint and muscle
- 3:19Speaker 2: health as she grows, and enhance her overall vitality. Now
- 3:24Speaker 2: we care about Birdie's longevity. We've already lost two dogs
- 3:29Speaker 2: unfortunately when they got older, and this is a way
- 3:31Speaker 2: we can do everything we can to keep Birdie around
- 3:34Speaker 2: as long as possible. Now, there are deficiencies found in
- 3:38Speaker 2: processed dog food, but rough Greens it supplements your dog
- 3:42Speaker 2: or your puppies diet with natural intioxidants and anti inflammatory
- 3:47Speaker 2: compounds that help reduce oxidative stress, support immune defense as well,
- 3:52Speaker 2: and slow age related to cline. That's what we love
- 3:56Speaker 2: the most. Now it's easy. You're not buying new food.
- 3:59Speaker 2: You just wrinkle it on the current food that your
- 4:02Speaker 2: dog eats and bam, they love it. So whether you've
- 4:06Speaker 2: got a puppy or an older dog, you need to
- 4:09Speaker 2: check out and try Roughcreens. You will see a difference.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Now you don't have change your dog's food. You just
- 4:16Speaker 2: add Roughcreams and I'm going to offer you a free

- 4:40Speaker 2: come alive.
- 4:41Speaker 1: All right.
- 4:42Speaker 2: So here it is Kamala Harris in her own words
- 4:44Speaker 2: center here it's really amazing her plans for the country.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Say, look, this is a moment where there are no
- 4:50Speaker 5: bad ideas, no bad idea brainstorm is what I'd like
- 4:54Speaker 5: to call it. And in that no bad ideas brainstorm,
- 4:58Speaker 5: we talk about what we need to do and think
- 5:01Speaker 5: about doing around the electoral college. We talk about the
- 5:06Speaker 5: idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court.
- 5:11Speaker 5: We invite a conversation about multi members districts. We talk about,
- 5:17Speaker 5: Look that if we win the Senate, which we should
- 5:20Speaker 5: and we will, then the Senate Judiciary Committee should have
- 5:25Speaker 5: rules that they put in place so when these people
- 5:29Speaker 5: come before as nominees to the Supreme Court and lie,
- 5:33Speaker 5: that they are held to account and consequence, not just
- 5:37Speaker 5: that somebody goes on cable news and says they lie,
- 5:40Speaker 5: but that there are rules in place to actually penalize
- 5:44Speaker 5: people for lying to a Senate Judiciary committee. That we
- 5:48Speaker 5: agree that it is right to have ethics rules for
- 5:52Speaker 5: Supreme Court justices and let's put those in place. Let's
- 5:57Speaker 5: talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and DC. These are
- 6:01Speaker 5: the things I think that we've got to do. We've
- 6:03Speaker 5: got to neutralize these red states from cheating, including blue
- 6:09Speaker 5: states expanding their maps and all of this, I think is, look,
- 6:16Speaker 5: we gotta fight fire with fire. These folks are playing
- 6:19Speaker 5: to win. We gotta play to win.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Center.
- 6:21Speaker 2: There's a lot of things that she laid out, and
- 6:23Speaker 2: I think we should go through them because it's important.
- 6:25Speaker 2: But one of the ones that was obviously the most
- 6:27Speaker 2: glaring to me is not only does she want to
- 6:31Speaker 2: dismantle the Supreme Court anytime that the Democratic Party gets
- 6:35Speaker 2: a ruling they don't like, they actually want to harass
- 6:38Speaker 2: Supreme Court justice so that they could in essence kick
- 6:40Speaker 2: them off the court and then pack the court if
- 6:44Speaker 2: they still don't get what they want. That would completely
- 6:46Speaker 2: undo the United States of America and our system of
- 6:49Speaker 2: government as we know it now.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Well, Ben, when they tell you who they are, believe them.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Uh yeah.
- 6:55Speaker 3: What is striking about the list that she laid out.
- 6:58Speaker 3: She did not lay out a single thing that was
- 7:00Speaker 3: a policy that affects you and your family. She didn't
- 7:04Speaker 3: say we want to arrest more criminals and keep your
- 7:09Speaker 3: family safe. She certainly didn't say we want to secure
- 7:12Speaker 3: the border. She didn't want to say we want to
- 7:14Speaker 3: reduce taxes or make it easier for small businesses to
- 7:17Speaker 3: create jobs. Those are all policies that would make a difference.
- 7:21Speaker 4: For you and your family.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Understand, the only thing Democrats are concerned with is getting
- 7:29Speaker 3: in power and staying in power. Every single thing she
- 7:33Speaker 3: listed was single mindedly focused on one thing, rigging elections,
- 7:39Speaker 3: so Democrats can never ever lose. You know, she began
- 7:43Speaker 3: by saying, they're no bad ideas, and you know, she
- 7:46Speaker 3: quickly disproved herself because every word out of her mouth
- 7:50Speaker 3: was a really bad idea. I want to go through them,
- 7:52Speaker 3: and I want to go through them. Actually wrote down
- 7:54Speaker 3: what she said because it was astonishingly candid. You know, Kamala,
- 7:59Speaker 3: there are a gifted politicians. Bill Clinton is a gifted politician,
- 8:03Speaker 3: Barack Obama is a gifted politician, and then there are
- 8:07Speaker 3: staggeringly non gifted politicians, and that would be Kamala. And
- 8:12Speaker 3: one of the reasons that she is so non gifted is,
- 8:17Speaker 3: like the rest of them, she knows what their radical
- 8:20Speaker 3: agenda is. She's just not clever enough to not say
- 8:25Speaker 3: it out loud. So y, she says the quiet part
- 8:28Speaker 3: that the rest of them are thinking. Let's be clear,
- 8:30Speaker 3: this is what Barack Obama wants to do, but he
- 8:32Speaker 3: frames it we've got to save democracy. Kamala doesn't put
- 8:36Speaker 3: any pretty shine on it. So she started off with
- 8:40Speaker 3: ending the electoral college. The electoral college is how we
- 8:42Speaker 3: elect the president. What she wants to do is take
- 8:46Speaker 3: away the influence of small state. She wants to take
- 8:49Speaker 3: away the influence. She wants the president elected by New
- 8:52Speaker 3: York and California and Illinois, the giant states. And if
- 8:56Speaker 3: you happen to live in a little state, she wants
- 8:58Speaker 3: you to have zero influence in who the president is.
- 9:02Speaker 3: That's where she started.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And by the way, there's a lot of little states.
- 9:05Speaker 2: So people understand that she would get rid of the
- 9:07Speaker 2: North Dakota, South Dakota, a lot of the southern states.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Like she would just say, you guys don't even matter anymore.
- 9:13Speaker 2: That I just want you to understand when we say
- 9:15Speaker 2: smaller states, we're talking about a lot of the map
- 9:19Speaker 2: or to America.
- 9:20Speaker 3: We're talking Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada, all of
- 9:24Speaker 3: those become largely irrelevant. We're talking about Indiana, Missouri, even
- 9:29Speaker 3: a Tennis.
- 9:30Speaker 1: To Mississippi, even Tennessee could be in there.
- 9:32Speaker 3: No, no, this is a presidential election that is decided
- 9:35Speaker 3: by New York and California and Illinois and Texas and Florida,
- 9:39Speaker 3: and you would have presidential candidates spending almost all their
- 9:44Speaker 3: time in those five states because that's where the bulk
- 9:46Speaker 3: of the population is, and ignoring eighty percent of the
- 9:50Speaker 3: states because that's not where the population is.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Why is she doing that?
- 9:54Speaker 3: Because the Democrat machines that have destroyed New York City,
- 9:57Speaker 3: that have destroyed Los Angeles, that have destroyed San franci
- 10:00Speaker 3: She feels they can crank up enough votes that it
- 10:04Speaker 3: can overwhelm even if Democrats only win five states. She
- 10:08Speaker 3: thinks they can drive enough numbers in those five states.
- 10:10Speaker 3: What's the next thing, she said, Supreme Court reform, Expand
- 10:16Speaker 3: the court. So, Kamalin, the Democrats are big mad. They're
- 10:20Speaker 3: big mad that we have a Supreme Court that's following
- 10:22Speaker 3: the law and is not willing to roll over to
- 10:25Speaker 3: Democrat power grabs. And so their answer is to take
- 10:29Speaker 3: the last bad idea they had. You know, FDR tried
- 10:31Speaker 3: to do this when the Supreme Court struck down several
- 10:34Speaker 3: elements of the new Deal.
- 10:36Speaker 4: He came up with packing the court. He wanted to
- 10:38Speaker 4: grow it from.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Nine justices to fifteen justices. He had a Democrat supermajority
- 10:44Speaker 3: in both the House and Senate, and the Democrats at
- 10:46Speaker 3: the time there were responsible Democrats who said, no, that
- 10:49Speaker 3: is an abuse of power, that's not consistent with the Constitution.
- 10:52Speaker 4: We're not going to do it.
- 10:54Speaker 3: The difference is today's Democrats there are no reasonable Democrats.
- 10:58Speaker 3: They just want power. They want the Supreme Court to
- 11:01Speaker 3: be a partisan arm of the Democrat Party. What's the
- 11:03Speaker 3: next thing, she said, multi member districts. Understand, everything she's
- 11:08Speaker 3: saying is tearing up the Constitution and in particular, the
- 11:13Speaker 3: constitutional mechanism for democracy. How we elect our leader. She
- 11:17Speaker 3: doesn't want one House member representing one district. Why well,
- 11:23Speaker 3: because in the last election the Democrats lost, and in
- 11:26Speaker 3: this next election there's a very real chance the Democrats
- 11:28Speaker 3: are going to lose. So she wants to make Downtown
- 11:32Speaker 3: New York elect a whole bunch of different Democrat members.
- 11:36Speaker 3: She wants Los Angeles to elect a whole bunch of
- 11:38Speaker 3: different Democrat members, she wants Chicago to elect a whole
- 11:42Speaker 3: bunch of different Democrat members. And the whole idea of
- 11:45Speaker 3: one man, one vote, the whole idea of a representative
- 11:48Speaker 3: representing a district. She is saying scrap the constitution. That
- 11:54Speaker 3: is the central theme. All right, Now, let's shift to
- 11:58Speaker 3: the Judiciary Committee. She says, we need rules, rules in
- 12:03Speaker 3: the Judiciary Committee so that when you lie to the
- 12:05Speaker 3: Judiciary Committee there are consequences and you penalize them. Well, look,
- 12:10Speaker 3: I gotta admit I didn't have this on my Bengo card.
- 12:14Speaker 3: But Kamala Harris has just come out strongly in favor
- 12:17Speaker 3: of the Trump DOJ prosecuting James Comy, because James Comy
- 12:23Speaker 3: is being prosecuted for lying under oath to the Senate
- 12:26Speaker 3: Judiciary Committee. To me, I asked him questions, he flat
- 12:31Speaker 3: out lied. That is the basis for the indictment that
- 12:33Speaker 3: is preceding. By the way, the Democrats, including Kamala Harris,
- 12:37Speaker 3: let their hair on fire and said it was horrible
- 12:39Speaker 3: that he was being prosecuted for lying to the Judiciary Committee.
- 12:41Speaker 3: So understand what she really means is she wants a
- 12:46Speaker 3: partisan Democrat Department of Justice to prosecute conservative justices. That
- 12:52Speaker 3: is what the objective is. Not enough to pack the court.
- 12:55Speaker 2: And by the way, that's to intimidate rule their actual rulings. Right,
- 12:58Speaker 2: you stay in line, you stay in this lane. If
- 13:01Speaker 2: you want to stay on the Supreme Court, and if
- 13:03Speaker 2: you get outside of that lane, we'll just come after
- 13:06Speaker 2: you and destroy you.
- 13:07Speaker 3: But by the way, never once, as Kamala suggested prosecuting
- 13:10Speaker 3: Anthony Fauci, who lied repeatedly before Congress, who denied, understand Fauci.
- 13:16Speaker 3: The evidence indicates that Fauci paid for the funding for
- 13:20Speaker 3: the research at the Wuhan Institute for Virology, that is
- 13:23Speaker 3: where they created the COVID virus at all likelihood, and
- 13:28Speaker 3: created it through what's called gain of function research, which
- 13:31Speaker 3: is taking existing viruses in nature and modifying them to
- 13:35Speaker 3: make the more transmissible, to make them more deadly, to
- 13:39Speaker 3: make the more targeted towards humans. The evidence clearly indicates
- 13:45Speaker 3: that Fauci cut the checks and paid for it, and
- 13:48Speaker 3: then he went before Congress that he lied over and
- 13:50Speaker 3: over and over again. And by the way, you want
- 13:53Speaker 3: proof of that, what did Joe Biden do on the
- 13:54Speaker 3: way out? He pardoned Fauci for lying to Congress. And
- 13:58Speaker 3: yet when Kamala says she wants penalties for lying to Congress,
- 14:02Speaker 3: she is very specific what she wants. She wants to
- 14:05Speaker 3: go after Supreme Court justices. She disagrees with what's next
- 14:11Speaker 3: Supreme Court ethics rules. This is another big bugaboo of
- 14:15Speaker 3: the left. By the way she said, we need to
- 14:17Speaker 3: create Supreme Court ethics rules. Well, you know what, we
- 14:20Speaker 3: have them. We have had them for a very long time.
- 14:24Speaker 3: This is a not very veiled attack at Clarence Thomas.
- 14:28Speaker 3: And this is something we've talked about on this podcast before.
- 14:31Speaker 3: It's something we'll talk about again in August when when
- 14:35Speaker 3: my latest.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I was going to ask you, is this subject in
- 14:38Speaker 2: the book that you're writing about Clarence Thomas And if
- 14:41Speaker 2: you say no, you need to add it in there.
- 14:42Speaker 1: I just want to be clear about that.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Of course it is. It's a major part of the book.
- 14:46Speaker 3: The book comes out in August. It is called Going
- 14:50Speaker 3: Further the Incomparable Clarence Thomas. It tells his life story,
- 14:55Speaker 3: but one of the things that talks about is how
- 14:56Speaker 3: the left hates him so much that they've gone after him.
- 14:59Speaker 3: And there are lots of different bases, but one of
- 15:01Speaker 3: the things they say is ethics rules. Well, the Spring
- 15:04Speaker 3: Court ethics rules for a long time, for decades said
- 15:08Speaker 3: that you do not disclose personal lodging or travel. So
- 15:13Speaker 3: if you stay at someone's home, if someone gives you
- 15:15Speaker 3: a ride, if someone feeds you a meal, you don't
- 15:18Speaker 3: disclose that.
- 15:18Speaker 4: That's the way the rules are written.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Clarence Thomas received advice from the lawyers who advise on
- 15:24Speaker 3: these matters and was told follow the rules, so don't
- 15:26Speaker 3: disclose personal hospitality. Well, the Democrats have gone crazy because
- 15:31Speaker 3: over the years Justice Thomas and his wife Jenny have
- 15:34Speaker 3: taken a number of trips, and in particular with Harlan Crowe,
- 15:37Speaker 3: who is a real estate developer in Dallas. Someone's a
- 15:39Speaker 3: good friend of mine and has taken trips with him,
- 15:42Speaker 3: has gone camping with him, has had meals with him.
- 15:45Speaker 2: They're friends, by the way, that's the part that they
- 15:47Speaker 2: were close from this. They're actual dear friends of of
- 15:51Speaker 2: the Thomas.
- 15:51Speaker 3: Yes, and they've attacked Clarence Thomas. Now Number one, nobody
- 15:56Speaker 3: disputes that the ethics rules said, do not disclose personal hospitality,
- 16:02Speaker 3: lodging and travel like that's admitted Number two. The other
- 16:07Speaker 3: Supreme Court justices, the liberal Supreme Court justices, all did
- 16:11Speaker 3: the same thing and have a lot more of it.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Bryer, Katanji Brown, Jackson, Sonya Sotomayor
- 16:19Speaker 3: and yet the left doesn't care at all. Stephen Ginsburg
- 16:23Speaker 3: had roughly four times as many trips, including international travel,
- 16:31Speaker 3: paid by the Pritzker family, which are Democrat billionaire politicians,
- 16:37Speaker 3: and yet.
- 16:38Speaker 4: Not a peep.
- 16:39Speaker 3: So understand when she says we and by the way,
- 16:41Speaker 3: they change the Supreme Court ethics rules so that now
- 16:44Speaker 3: you disclose that travel and lodging, so they all do
- 16:47Speaker 3: it now. Before it didn't cover it, then they changed it.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Now it does.
- 16:52Speaker 3: But the hypocrisy is she only cares about Clarence Thomas.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Has nothing to do with the fact that he's gone
- 16:58Speaker 3: at a camping trip with a Dolls real estate developers.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Has everything to do with the fact that she hates, hates,
- 17:04Speaker 3: hates that he is faithful to the Constitution. And it's
- 17:07Speaker 3: even worse, there is a level of vitriol and animosity
- 17:11Speaker 3: to Justice Thomas because he's African American and.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Dares to be servative.
- 17:17Speaker 4: And so that's what she means there. What are the
- 17:19Speaker 4: last couple of things.
- 17:20Speaker 3: She says, statehood for Puerto Rico and DC Why because
- 17:24Speaker 3: they believe that'll give them four Democrat senators. It's all
- 17:27Speaker 3: about power. And then finally she says, we need to
- 17:32Speaker 3: fight red state cheating, we need blue states expanding their map.
- 17:39Speaker 4: Now. The amazing thing on this.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Democrats have excelled at jerrymandering for a long long time.
- 17:47Speaker 4: You know. All you have to do is look at
- 17:49Speaker 4: New England.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Let's decades, by the way, when you say a long
- 17:52Speaker 1: long time.
- 17:53Speaker 2: This is something I was talking about this this last
- 17:55Speaker 2: week with some students and they asked me about why
- 17:59Speaker 2: a Republican you know, taking so much power. They're using
- 18:01Speaker 2: my where I was born in Tennessee is a new example.
- 18:04Speaker 1: They're just shocked.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I was like, do you know how many other state
- 18:06Speaker 2: democratic states out there have been doing this for decades?
- 18:08Speaker 2: And I went through that list, which I think you're
- 18:10Speaker 2: about to give, which we should, and they're like, we
- 18:13Speaker 2: didn't know that.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I'm like, so, let me get this straight.
- 18:15Speaker 2: You're all spun up now about Tennessee and they're redistricting,
- 18:19Speaker 2: but you're not spun up about the decades of disenfranchisement
- 18:22Speaker 2: as you just described to me in a multitude of
- 18:25Speaker 2: states up in the Northeast. And it was just total, blank, stared,
- 18:29Speaker 2: dead silence. All right, before we move on, I want
- 18:31Speaker 2: to just take a moment and I want to talk
- 18:33Speaker 2: to you about an organization that I think so many
- 18:36Speaker 2: of you will want to be involved with. It is
- 18:39Speaker 2: an organization that has been shaping the pro life laws
- 18:43Speaker 2: nationwide for years. A major player in creating pro life
- 18:49Speaker 2: legislation Americans United for Life. They offer states model bills
- 18:55Speaker 2: that they can adopt and can save the lives of
- 18:59Speaker 2: unborn Now over the past fifty years, Americans United for
- 19:03Speaker 2: Life has filed more than two hundred legal briefs. They've
- 19:06Speaker 2: also helped create at least four hundred pro life bills
- 19:10Speaker 2: in over forty states. By writing this model legislation, they
- 19:15Speaker 2: consult with state legislatures and then they defend their own
- 19:18Speaker 2: laws and other pro life statues in court so you
- 19:22Speaker 2: know they stick. Aul's dual front approach of writing and
- 19:27Speaker 2: defending legislation has provided an incredibly effective outlook and is
- 19:32Speaker 2: now having a major impact on pro life state legislation
- 19:37Speaker 2: as it's moving to enact protections for preborn babies as
- 19:41Speaker 2: well as their mothers. Now that the legality of abortion
- 19:44Speaker 2: is returned to the states, your help is needed more
- 19:47Speaker 2: than ever and that's where you have the opportunity to
- 19:50Speaker 2: help overturn pro abortion laws and advance pro life legislation
- 19:55Speaker 2: that attacks the most vulnerable in our society, from the
- 19:59Speaker 2: womb to the tomb. So together, we can shape the
- 20:02Speaker 2: future of our nation through life affirming legislation in every state.
- 20:08Speaker 2: A gift of just twenty five dollars helps hold abortion
- 20:11Speaker 2: providers accountable and helps protect women and unborn children across
- 20:17Speaker 2: this country. And now, through a match, your gift is doubled.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Donate securely at aul dot org slash verdict. That's aul
- 20:30Speaker 2: dot org slash verdict, sponsored by Americans United for Life.
- 20:35Speaker 3: Well, let's go through it. Connecticut votes forty two percent Republican.
- 20:39Speaker 3: How many Republican members of Congress are there?
- 20:42Speaker 4: Zero? Maine?
- 20:43Speaker 3: Maine votes forty six percent Republican. How many Republican members
- 20:47Speaker 3: of Congress are there?
- 20:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with zero again.
- 20:50Speaker 3: New Mexico forty six percent Republican. How many congressional seats
- 20:55Speaker 3: is it zero?
- 20:55Speaker 4: Yep?
- 20:56Speaker 3: New Hampshire forty eight percent Republican, forty eight percent Republican.
- 21:00Speaker 4: How many members of Congress?
- 21:02Speaker 1: Zero?
- 21:03Speaker 3: Rhode Island forty two percent Republican? How many members of Congress?
- 21:07Speaker 1: Let's go at the trend of zero again?
- 21:09Speaker 3: Vermont thirty two percent Republican. How many members of Congress zero?
- 21:13Speaker 3: Hawaii thirty eight percent Republican? How many members of Congress zero?
- 21:17Speaker 3: Delaware forty two percent Republican?
- 21:19Speaker 4: How many members of Congress.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with zero again.
- 21:22Speaker 3: And how about Massachusetts thirty six percent Republican? How many
- 21:25Speaker 3: members of Congress zero? You are exactly there. It is
- 21:29Speaker 3: like in every one of those states. By the way,
- 21:31Speaker 3: when the Democrats cheat, they take every seat. They don't
- 21:35Speaker 3: leave anything there.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Yeah, they leave no doubt that they're cheating.
- 21:38Speaker 2: They don't even say, let's give a token one just
- 21:40Speaker 2: in case so we're above reproach or we have an
- 21:43Speaker 2: argument to fight back.
- 21:43Speaker 1: They're like, we don't even care.
- 21:44Speaker 4: Look you look at Virginia, Virginia.
- 21:48Speaker 3: Virginia right now is about forty five percent of the
- 21:52Speaker 3: voters in Virginia vote Republican. The current congressional map is
- 21:57Speaker 3: six Democrats and five Republicans, which about refines flex where
- 22:00Speaker 3: the voters are. What did Abigail Spamberger and the Democrats do?
- 22:05Speaker 3: They redrew the map to make it ten to one
- 22:10Speaker 3: instead of six', five which was a fair and reasonable
- 22:13Speaker 3: representation of the. State they wanted. Ten if they could
- 22:16Speaker 3: have drawn eleven zero they would. Have there were just
- 22:18Speaker 3: too Many. Republicans they had to find one district and
- 22:20Speaker 3: pack them all in that. One, now their plan to
- 22:27Speaker 3: jerrymander the living daylights out Of, virginia it ran into a,
- 22:30Speaker 3: problem and the problem was The Virginia Supreme, court WHICH
- 22:33Speaker 3: i note was appointed By, democrats folks Like Mark, warner
- 22:37Speaker 3: the Current, senator as A democrat governor put those justices
- 22:41Speaker 3: on the. Bench The Virginia Supreme court struck it, down
- 22:45Speaker 3: said you have violated The Virginia Supreme. Court you got
- 22:49Speaker 3: to go with your current, map And democrats quite literally
- 22:54Speaker 3: lost their ever loving.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Mind.
- 22:56Speaker 3: HERE i want you to put up on the screen
- 22:58Speaker 3: for those who are watching on YouTube from The, Governor Abigail,
- 23:01Speaker 3: spanberger because this shows the same thing As. Kamala they
- 23:05Speaker 3: want power and if they're denied, power they get angry
- 23:09Speaker 3: and they lash.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Out here's what she. Said.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Quote The Supreme court of The United states has now
- 23:15Speaker 3: joined The Supreme court Of virginia in choosing to nullify
- 23:19Speaker 3: an election in the votes of more.
- 23:20Speaker 4: Than three Million.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Virginians These virginians made their voices, heard casting their ballots
- 23:25Speaker 3: in good faith to push back against a president who
- 23:27Speaker 3: said he's entitled to more seats In congress.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Before voters go to the.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Polls as, GOVERNOR i will make sure voters know when
- 23:36Speaker 3: and how to cast their votes this, year because our
- 23:39Speaker 3: votes are how we choose.
- 23:40Speaker 4: The representation we.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Deserve, now mind, you she's lashing out at The Supreme
- 23:45Speaker 3: court of The United states because after The Virginia Supreme
- 23:49Speaker 3: court said what you guys did violates The Virginia, Constitution
- 23:53Speaker 3: virginia appealed to THE Us Supreme. Court, now by the,
- 23:56Speaker 3: way they're left Wing Virginia Democrat Attorney GENERAL J, jones
- 24:01Speaker 3: the guy who fantasized about murdering the children of A
- 24:05Speaker 3: republican state. Representative he, is among other, things apparently not
- 24:11Speaker 3: a very good, lawyer because his pleadings to The Supreme
- 24:14Speaker 3: court misspelled the Word, virginia, yes and misspelled the word senator.
- 24:20Speaker 4: Senator it was.
- 24:22Speaker 2: Instead it's a hard one to, spell, sir hard one to.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Spell you get that one wrong all the.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Time but you, know a buddy of mine says he's a,
- 24:28Speaker 3: senator half, man half of. Course AND i gotta, say
- 24:33Speaker 3: if You're Attorney general Of, virginia you don't necessarily need
- 24:37Speaker 3: to know how to spell super, califragilestic, sbladocious but you
- 24:42Speaker 3: probably should know how to Spell. Virginia their appeal went
- 24:47Speaker 3: to The Supreme. Court, ben how many justices do you
- 24:50Speaker 3: think agreed With Abbiel spamberger And virginia that they they
- 24:55Speaker 3: should be able to break The virginia constitution and ram
- 24:57Speaker 3: through a ten to one.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Map i'm i gonna, say maybe one nut job on
- 25:01Speaker 2: The Supreme, court BUT i could say only one went with,
- 25:05Speaker 2: him and my right.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Wrong you are.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Wrong virginia got a total of zero, justices not A.
- 25:10Speaker 2: NAZI i was, saying there was one crazy on there
- 25:12Speaker 2: that would have been, like all, right, Fine so it was.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Unanimous it was.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Unanimous AND i got to, say if you're sitting there
- 25:18Speaker 3: as a Crazy democrat and The Supreme court unanimously rejects
- 25:23Speaker 3: what you're, doing if Even Katanji Brown jackson there says whoa,
- 25:27Speaker 3: there whoa? There, no, no, no, no we have this
- 25:29Speaker 3: thing called, law so, no thank. You that's got to say,
- 25:33Speaker 3: Something but yet to democrats it does.
- 25:36Speaker 2: NOT i want to take a quick moment and talk
- 25:38Speaker 2: to you about an incredible organization and it is Called Compassion,
- 25:42Speaker 2: international and how you can get. INVOLVED i want to
- 25:45Speaker 2: be honest with you for a second about how an
- 25:48Speaker 2: act of compassion really. FEELS a couple of years, AGO
- 25:51Speaker 2: i made the choice to partner with an amazing organization
- 25:55Speaker 2: Called Compassion. International why BECAUSE i wanted to sponsor a
- 26:00Speaker 2: child in. Need it was a nice, idea, sure BUT
- 26:03Speaker 2: i had no idea just how much that simple act
- 26:07Speaker 2: would change my life as. WELL i Sponsored nadia and
- 26:11Speaker 2: got to watch your life change right in front of my,
- 26:13Speaker 2: eyes going from starving literally alone on the streets to
- 26:18Speaker 2: getting the healthcare and education she needs to reach Her
- 26:22Speaker 2: god given full. POTENTIAL i got to be a part
- 26:25Speaker 2: of that, change and the light of that compassion not
- 26:28Speaker 2: only illuminates in, her it illuminates now in. Me that
- 26:33Speaker 2: is the power of, Compassion the light Of christ shines
- 26:37Speaker 2: on all of. Us feel it for yourself and change
- 26:41Speaker 2: literally a child's, life change the, world and you also change.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Yourself you can sponsor child. Today visit compassion dot. Com
- 26:50Speaker 2: That's compassion dot. COM i think, that especially if people
- 26:55Speaker 2: that listen to show that are, younger they hear this
- 26:58Speaker 2: argument on, Statehood democrats are really leaning into. This it's
- 27:02Speaker 2: becoming an election year issue multiple times over, now and
- 27:07Speaker 2: the argument that young people, hear and the one that
- 27:09Speaker 2: they then make is, well they're not being fairly. Represented
- 27:12Speaker 2: Puerto rico rushing D c, representation our our taxation with that,
- 27:17Speaker 2: representation why should we not make sure these people have
- 27:21Speaker 2: a voice In, washington D.
- 27:23Speaker 1: C explain to people listening.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Now how to defend against that argument that's being made
- 27:29Speaker 2: by the, left because they are really pushing this on
- 27:32Speaker 2: colleges and college students and young people in this.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Country, well, look The constitution explicitly CREATED, dc and the
- 27:39Speaker 3: framers of The constitution wanted our nation's capital to be
- 27:43Speaker 3: a federal district that was not part of any. State
- 27:46Speaker 3: they didn't want any state to be favored because The
- 27:48Speaker 3: congress was, there because The president was, there and so
- 27:51Speaker 3: they carved out the lines of The district Of. Columbia
- 27:54Speaker 3: was originally carved out to be ten miles by ten,
- 27:56Speaker 3: miles and then what ultimately happened is they gave the
- 27:59Speaker 3: southern portion of, it everything south of The Potomac, river
- 28:02Speaker 3: they gave To. Virginia so what used to be D
- 28:04Speaker 3: C arlington used to be part of D.
- 28:07Speaker 4: C it was given To.
- 28:08Speaker 3: Virginia so it's now that ten mile by ten mile
- 28:11Speaker 3: diamond kind of chopped the bottom portion chopped off by
- 28:14Speaker 3: The Potomac, river and the idea of The framers was
- 28:17Speaker 3: quite clear that it was not. Fair if you had
- 28:20Speaker 3: a state that had our, capital that state would have
- 28:23Speaker 3: advantages that no other state. Had the only Reason democrats
- 28:27Speaker 3: want D c to be a state is because D
- 28:31Speaker 3: c would immediately become the most liberal state in The.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Union it would Make california And illinois And New york
- 28:37Speaker 3: look look conservative by. Comparison they want two New democrat,
- 28:42Speaker 3: senators they want one New Democrat house. Member they want
- 28:47Speaker 3: to be radical and extreme because and notice it's not
- 28:52Speaker 3: about any. Substance go back To kamala's. List is there
- 28:55Speaker 3: a single policy she listed that impacts your life that
- 28:59Speaker 3: is about your, job about your, kids it is about your. Family,
- 29:02Speaker 3: no the only only focus is. Power by the, way IF,
- 29:06Speaker 3: dc if they were likely to Vote, republican you would
- 29:10Speaker 3: See democrats saying MAKING dc a state Is Jim.
- 29:13Speaker 4: Crow.
- 29:14Speaker 3: Yeah Puerto rico is actually a little more. Complicated Because
- 29:17Speaker 3: Puerto rico has Elected. Republicans The democrats Assume Puerto rico
- 29:21Speaker 3: will elect To democrat. Senators they might be, right but
- 29:25Speaker 3: they might be. Wrong if If Puerto rico became a,
- 29:27Speaker 3: state we would fight and vigorously. CONTESTED i don't know
- 29:30Speaker 3: if we could prevail on that or, not but their. Assumption,
- 29:33Speaker 3: look The, democrats if there's one essential feature about, them they're.
- 29:38Speaker 3: Racists they believe All African americans must Be. Democrats that's
- 29:42Speaker 3: why they Hate Clarence thomas because in their, view he's
- 29:45Speaker 3: a trader to his. Race they believe All hispanics must Be.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Democrats that's why they hate, me because they Think i'm
- 29:50Speaker 3: a trader to my. Race and so their view Of
- 29:52Speaker 3: Puerto ricans is you must Be democrats because, we The Democrat,
- 29:56Speaker 3: party control.
- 29:57Speaker 4: You i'm not.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Sure that would play out. Out but, Look Puerto rico
- 30:01Speaker 3: is a. Territory it has a different. History and by the,
- 30:03Speaker 3: way the people Of Puerto rico have long been divided
- 30:06Speaker 3: on the question of whether to become a state or.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Not at various times in, elections they've had options of,
- 30:12Speaker 3: Statehood they've had options of. Independence there's some In Puerto
- 30:15Speaker 3: rico that want to be a separate and independent. Nation
- 30:18Speaker 3: then the third, option which is what they have.
- 30:20Speaker 4: Now they're a.
- 30:21Speaker 3: Commonwealth they get some of the benefits Of american, citizenship
- 30:24Speaker 3: but yet they're not fully a, state and the people
- 30:27Speaker 3: Of Puerto rico have long disagreed on. That democrats don't
- 30:30Speaker 3: care about any of. That all they want is. Power
- 30:33Speaker 3: And i'll point to another. Instance we've talked About commlin,
- 30:36Speaker 3: nationwide we've talked About virginia And Governor spanberger both gone.
- 30:42Speaker 3: Wild and then you look At republicans At. California so all,
- 30:46Speaker 3: right here's a story in The New York Post bay.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Sixteenth california sees massive surge In republican votes as more
- 30:53Speaker 3: than nine hundred thousand ballots already. Returned could the state
- 30:57Speaker 3: Of california actually be turning?
- 30:58Speaker 4: Red?
- 31:00Speaker 3: Early voters in The Golden state have already returned more
- 31:02Speaker 3: than nine hundred thousand ballots ahead of The june second,
- 31:05Speaker 3: primary showing a massive surge In republican votes compared to
- 31:09Speaker 3: four years ago for the governor's. RACE a post On
- 31:12Speaker 3: saturday from the research Firm Political DATA pdi showed that
- 31:16Speaker 3: out of nine hundred and five eight hundred and eighty
- 31:18Speaker 3: nine ballots that have been, returned thirty seven percent were From,
- 31:22Speaker 3: republicans With republican returns up eleven percent compared to the
- 31:28Speaker 3: same stage of the twenty twenty two, midterms So republican
- 31:31Speaker 3: votes up eleven. Percent more shocking is the fact that
- 31:35Speaker 3: the data showed forty one percent Of democrats who over
- 31:38Speaker 3: returned their, ballots down thirteen points from the same moment
- 31:42Speaker 3: in the primary election four years. Ago So republicans up eleven,
- 31:45Speaker 3: Percent democrats down thirteen. Percent now we all know because
- 31:50Speaker 3: they tell us. Incessantly democrats are committed to, democracy and
- 31:56Speaker 3: they beat their chest when they say, it and they
- 31:58Speaker 3: get a little tear in the corner of their. Eyes
- 32:01Speaker 3: it is democracy with a trademark on. It it is
- 32:03Speaker 3: CAPITAL d. Democracy and by, democracy what do they? Mean
- 32:07Speaker 3: they mean any decision making apparatus that Elects.
- 32:12Speaker 4: Democrats that's how they define.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Democracy if the voters vote for something they don't, like
- 32:17Speaker 3: to hell with the. Voters The democrats want what they.
- 32:19Speaker 3: Want So Gavin, Newsom california has this really weird system
- 32:24Speaker 3: of electing governors where you vote for their like sixty
- 32:27Speaker 3: candidates on the, bout Both republicans And. Democrats they got
- 32:30Speaker 3: rid of a, primary and the way it, works the
- 32:33Speaker 3: top two candidate vote getters then go to a. Runoff
- 32:37Speaker 3: there are right now two Strong republicans who are in
- 32:42Speaker 3: the top Four Steve hilton And Chad. Debanco those two
- 32:47Speaker 3: could possibly end up one and. Two if that, happened
- 32:51Speaker 3: it would mean the runoff would have Only. Republicans by the,
- 32:53Speaker 3: way it Was democrats who designed this system because they
- 32:56Speaker 3: wanted every election to feature just Two. Democrats they wanted
- 32:59Speaker 3: to ensure that there wasn't even A republican on the
- 33:01Speaker 3: general election. Ballot they assumed they could take the top
- 33:03Speaker 3: two seats and just clean close.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Every, time, yeah every time in this and then they
- 33:08Speaker 2: never have to worry about A republican winning.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Again you.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Know and it turns out when you do things like
- 33:12Speaker 3: let your city burn to the, ground not fill in the,
- 33:15Speaker 3: water let homeless people on the, streets let needles and,
- 33:20Speaker 3: robbery and abuse the economic system so, much propose a
- 33:25Speaker 3: wealth tax to confiscate people's, wealth destroy, jobs cause a
- 33:29Speaker 3: massive exodus of people Fleeing. California it turns out when
- 33:31Speaker 3: you really really really screw up running the state or
- 33:34Speaker 3: running say the city Of Los, angeles eventually people. Notice
- 33:39Speaker 3: and so Here's gavin NEWS i want you to listen
- 33:41Speaker 3: To Gavin newsome talking about what would happen If republicans
- 33:46Speaker 3: win the top two spots in the. Election If california
- 33:48Speaker 3: voters choose to Vote, republican.
- 33:51Speaker 6: We all have agencies we can shape the. Future there's
- 33:53Speaker 6: still a lot Of, Look i've said this, Before saul,
- 33:57Speaker 6: REPEATED i don't anticipate this need to be the, case
- 34:00Speaker 6: but there is a blake break the glass, scenario and
- 34:02Speaker 6: there's many people that have a deep understanding of what
- 34:06Speaker 6: it would look like If democrats were locked, out and
- 34:09Speaker 6: we're gonna do everything to make sure that doesn't.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Happen i'll leave that, so in other, words we're just
- 34:13Speaker 2: gonna rig. Elections is that basically the? RESPONSE i don't.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Worry this may happen, once but it'll never happen.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Again senator look what he called the break the glass.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Scenario understand what he's saying to the. Voters if you
- 34:25Speaker 3: pesky voters Vote, republican and if the top two candidates
- 34:30Speaker 3: that come into the runoff are Both, republicans he will
- 34:34Speaker 3: quote break the. Glass AND i don't know what the
- 34:37Speaker 3: heck that. Means what throw one of The republicans out
- 34:39Speaker 3: of the, election cancel the, ELECTION i mean anything he's talking.
- 34:43Speaker 4: About do you know what you just?
- 34:45Speaker 3: Witnessed there a promise of an insurrection that, is in
- 34:49Speaker 3: fact WHAT i.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Mean it's a fair way of saying.
- 34:51Speaker 2: It you're basically, saying even if you guys decided to
- 34:53Speaker 2: go a different, way we won't let.
- 34:54Speaker 3: You he, said we have the, agencies we have the.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Power there will break the glass scenarios If republicans. Win
- 35:01Speaker 3: he's literally declaring war on the. Voters he's, saying you
- 35:05Speaker 3: voters have no say in the, state and If god,
- 35:08Speaker 3: forbid from his, perspective you choose to vote For, republicans
- 35:11Speaker 3: you deny us. Power we will use our power to
- 35:15Speaker 3: crush the. Voters this Is democrats gone. Wild and Look Gavin,
- 35:19Speaker 3: Newsom Abigail, Spamberger Kamala, harris they're all doing the same.
- 35:24Speaker 3: Thing they're freaking, out their panicky and they're, saying we
- 35:27Speaker 3: got to keep changing the rules so that under no
- 35:30Speaker 3: circumstances it possible that we. Lose that's, dangerous it's, cynical
- 35:34Speaker 3: it is explicitly it is kamma to put it on
- 35:37Speaker 3: assault on the constitution and an assault on. Democracy and
- 35:41Speaker 3: this is where Today's democrats.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Are it really.
