- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna make a prediction and it's one
- 0:02Speaker 1: that I think is pretty accurate based on the data
- 0:05Speaker 1: that I'm getting right now, and that is this hunter
- 0:08Speaker 1: Biden is going to get indicted. The question is are
- 0:11Speaker 1: they gonna go weak on him or are they gonna
- 0:14Speaker 1: go really really weak on him. Now, there's a lot
- 0:18Speaker 1: of people that are saying they should not be indicted
- 0:21Speaker 1: before the midterm elections, saying that that would have influence
- 0:26Speaker 1: in those elections, so therefore they should not indict him.
- 0:29Speaker 1: That has been one of the big grand debates happening
- 0:32Speaker 1: right now in washing DC at the Department of Justice. Now,
- 0:36Speaker 1: let me make my case. Joe Biden is on the
- 0:39Speaker 1: ballot anywhere. Joe Biden's not on the ballot in any state,
- 0:44Speaker 1: in any city anywhere, So why would you not charge
- 0:49Speaker 1: his son with the crimes that he is being accused of.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Now Democrats are saying, look, let us wait, all right,
- 0:58Speaker 1: please just let us wait until after the mid term
- 1:02Speaker 1: so it doesn't drag down other candidates. Well, the law
- 1:05Speaker 1: and the way that it's now, as they say, they
- 1:07Speaker 1: don't want to have political indictments, right, they don't want
- 1:09Speaker 1: somebody get indicted, right, before an election, that's the argument,
- 1:12Speaker 1: and herd to Canada and used criminal indictments to hurt somebody.
- 1:17Speaker 1: A lot of people said that it was Hillary Clinton,
- 1:20Speaker 1: the possibility of her being indicted over her email server
- 1:23Speaker 1: that caused them to not vote for her in the
- 1:25Speaker 1: twenty sixteen election. I'm not sure I totally believe that.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I think a lot of people just realize how corrupt
- 1:31Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton was. But before I get into that part
- 1:35Speaker 1: of the story, I want to tell you a little
- 1:36Speaker 1: bit about my good friends over at Legacy Precious Medals.
- 1:39Speaker 1: If you've been paying attention, you've seen the stock market
- 1:41Speaker 1: that is in Bear territory. We're headed into a recession
- 1:44Speaker 1: and that's why the stock market is plumbing now. Many
- 1:47Speaker 1: economists are predicting now unfortunately, this is actually just the
- 1:51Speaker 1: beginning and we could see a market pullback well into
- 1:54Speaker 1: twenty twenty three. Now, when this happens, there's going to
- 1:57Speaker 1: be tremendous losses and they're already have been for many
- 2:00Speaker 1: Americans in their portfolios. Well, there's been one historical answer
- 2:04Speaker 1: to this, gold and precious metals and the O eight crash.
- 2:08Speaker 1: When the markets dip, gold went up, and that's what
- 2:10Speaker 1: we're seeing right now. Legacy Precious Metals is a company
- 2:14Speaker 1: that I use and I trust when investing in golden
- 2:16Speaker 1: precious metals, and they can advise you on whether gold
- 2:20Speaker 1: is right for you right now. So whether it becomes
- 2:24Speaker 1: a part of your retirement account or having physical medals

- 2:33Speaker 1: your hard earned dollars. Call them one eight six six

- 2:56Speaker 1: The President of the United States America said this weekend,
- 2:59Speaker 1: what we now need Congress into historic reforms to permanently
- 3:03Speaker 1: empower the president to root out the deep state and
- 3:06Speaker 1: ensure that any bureaucrat who is corrupt, incompetent, or unnecessary
- 3:11Speaker 1: can be told you are fired. And based on what
- 3:15Speaker 1: we've seen, he brings up a very valid point and
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm going to deal more with that in a moment.
- 3:20Speaker 1: But what you're now looking at is this big question
- 3:24Speaker 1: of well, if he is or if he not on
- 3:26Speaker 1: the ballot referring to the president, then why would we
- 3:29Speaker 1: wait till after the midterms to indict Hunter Biden? As
- 3:34Speaker 1: I said before, he's not on the ballot, so that
- 3:36Speaker 1: it should have no bearing on the indictment date of
- 3:39Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. And if it does indict the Democratic Party
- 3:42Speaker 1: in general, well maybe that's just because the American voters
- 3:45Speaker 1: are smart. They're intelligent. They understand how corrupt this party is.
- 3:49Speaker 1: They understand how many people have been carrying water for
- 3:52Speaker 1: the president the Democratic Party, how many people in the
- 3:55Speaker 1: Democratic Party have been looking the other way. A great
- 3:57Speaker 1: example of this is Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi's husband and
- 4:02Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi have become multi multi multi millionaires, clearly from
- 4:07Speaker 1: insider trading. It is obvious that it was insider trading
- 4:11Speaker 1: that has made them rich. Look at their most recent
- 4:13Speaker 1: financial transactions. And Nancy Pelosi was finally asked about it,
- 4:18Speaker 1: she got angry and walked off the stage, which is
- 4:21Speaker 1: another example of what I'm talking about. In DC, you
- 4:24Speaker 1: have two sets of rules in this country. You have
- 4:26Speaker 1: a set of rules for people like you and I,
- 4:28Speaker 1: and then you have a set of rules for people
- 4:30Speaker 1: like Nancy Pelosi and Hunter Biden. Now, the GOP Oversight
- 4:34Speaker 1: Committee has made it clear. Their representatives have said that
- 4:38Speaker 1: they think that the Just Department will act on Hunter
- 4:41Speaker 1: Biden soon. As the report says, the federal investigators have
- 4:45Speaker 1: reached a quote critical juncture. Now on CNN today, this
- 4:50Speaker 1: is how they put it in. The reason why I
- 4:51Speaker 1: play for you CNN is because they're always trying to
- 4:54Speaker 1: turn this into a big story, right, not to Hunter Biden,
- 4:57Speaker 1: but any Republican that gets arrested. For example, they spent
- 5:00Speaker 1: a significant number of time this morning talking about Steve Bannon,
- 5:04Speaker 1: a Trump ally facing thirty days in jail. They say,
- 5:09Speaker 1: up to thirty days in jails, found guilty of contempt
- 5:11Speaker 1: of Congress. If I was Steve Bannon, I probably would
- 5:14Speaker 1: have done the exact same thing that he did. By
- 5:15Speaker 1: the way, based on what Congress is doing. Take a
- 5:18Speaker 1: listen though, when they ask and mention Hunter Biden. All right,
- 5:22Speaker 1: and before I let you go, Lani, I want to
- 5:24Speaker 1: ask you about Hunter Biden. He is potentially facing criminal
- 5:27Speaker 1: charges related to tax violations and false statements that he
- 5:32Speaker 1: made in order to purchase a firearm. Do you think
- 5:35Speaker 1: that it's likely he gets charged before the midterms, even
- 5:37Speaker 1: though it's highly unusual for the Justice Department to bring
- 5:41Speaker 1: politically sensitive cases this close to an election. By the way,
- 5:45Speaker 1: notice the lie there that was just said. They just
- 5:47Speaker 1: said it's highly unlikely that the Justice Department will bring
- 5:51Speaker 1: charges right before an election. They shouldn't even be thinking
- 5:55Speaker 1: about holding these charges for the reason that I just mentioned.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Joe Biden isn't on the ballot anywhere. And if they
- 6:02Speaker 1: are holding these charges until after the midterm election, it
- 6:05Speaker 1: just tells you again it's another classic example of just
- 6:08Speaker 1: how nasty, how dirty, how shady the deep state actually is.
- 6:16Speaker 1: The deep state and the Justice Department is what the
- 6:18Speaker 1: President was talking about a moment ago when I gave
- 6:20Speaker 1: you that quote, when he said it's time to drain
- 6:25Speaker 1: the swamp. We need to fire the swamp. He said
- 6:27Speaker 1: that it's time for the president to be able to
- 6:29Speaker 1: fire people. And I agree with him. He was at
- 6:33Speaker 1: a turning point USA's Action Summit. He said he was
- 6:36Speaker 1: talking about the Schedule F executive order, which would allow
- 6:39Speaker 1: him to drain the swamp by firing the swamp. According
- 6:42Speaker 1: to Trump and It's prepared remarks provided and advanced the
- 6:45Speaker 1: speech to bright Bart News quote to drain the swamp.
- 6:48Speaker 1: We need to fire the swamp with Schedule F. I
- 6:51Speaker 1: took executive action to make it possible to fire federal
- 6:53Speaker 1: employees who are bypassing our democracy to advance localism and corruption.
- 7:00Speaker 1: We now need Congress to intue historic reforms to permanently
- 7:04Speaker 1: empower the president to root out the deep state, ensure
- 7:08Speaker 1: that any bureaucrat who is corrupt, incompetent, or unnecessary can
- 7:13Speaker 1: be told you're fired. Trump's remarks will come one day
- 7:18Speaker 1: after an Access report claimed Trump is planning to use
- 7:21Speaker 1: the executive order to fire quotes of fifty thousand government
- 7:24Speaker 1: bureaucrats if he gets reelected in twenty twenty four. As
- 7:27Speaker 1: if I need another reason to vote for Donald Trump quote.
- 7:30Speaker 1: If reelected in twenty twenty four, Trump is planning to
- 7:32Speaker 1: cut about fifty thousand ministrative state employees. The news report
- 7:36Speaker 1: said to quote, rein in unelected technocrats and federal government
- 7:42Speaker 1: agencies that have great influence over policies impacting American workers.
- 7:47Speaker 1: According to the news outlet, the term ad minister of
- 7:50Speaker 1: state specifically describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative
- 7:55Speaker 1: agencies exercising extreme power to create an enforce their own rules.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Doctor Fauci is a great example of this. The administrative
- 8:04Speaker 1: state uses its rule making ability to essentially usurp the
- 8:09Speaker 1: separation of powers between the three branches of government by
- 8:11Speaker 1: creating a so called fourth branch of government not created
- 8:15Speaker 1: by the Constitution. And how many people work in this
- 8:19Speaker 1: fourth branch of government? Nearly two million federal government employees
- 8:24Speaker 1: and federal agencies make up the quote administrative state. Trump
- 8:30Speaker 1: has constantly referred to the administrative state at state as
- 8:33Speaker 1: the swamp people that make a ton of money and
- 8:35Speaker 1: are elected by no one. Trump signed the schedule of
- 8:39Speaker 1: executive Order before leaving office in twenty twenty one, but
- 8:41Speaker 1: President Joe Biden canceled the executive order when he took
- 8:44Speaker 1: office in January of twenty twenty one. Trump also plans
- 8:48Speaker 1: to call it the climate crisis hoax. Will deal with
- 8:51Speaker 1: that in a moment. But I want to go back
- 8:53Speaker 1: to this point about Hunter Biden. The GOP Oversight Committee
- 8:57Speaker 1: representative says he thinks that not only will the Justice
- 9:00Speaker 1: Department act on Hunter Biden, but they will act possibly
- 9:02Speaker 1: sooner than later. Representative James Comer said he thinks the
- 9:06Speaker 1: Justice Department will act soon on its investigation to President
- 9:09Speaker 1: Biden's son, Hunter Biden. Comber, a Republican from Kentucky, said
- 9:15Speaker 1: when quote, I think we're seeing that the Department of
- 9:18Speaker 1: Justice is finally going to have to act on Hunter Biden.
- 9:21Speaker 1: The wheels are in motion now to try to hold
- 9:24Speaker 1: this family accountable. The President's son has faced his fair
- 9:27Speaker 1: sheriff scandals and for years has been under investigation by
- 9:32Speaker 1: federal prosecutors in Delaware keyword for years. Investigators are looking
- 9:38Speaker 1: into his taxes and other business activities, including some conducted
- 9:43Speaker 1: conducted in foreign countries. Well, its father was the vice president.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Don't worry. They'll tell you that there's no wrongdoing by
- 9:50Speaker 1: the president of the United States America. And if you
- 9:51Speaker 1: believe that, you're an idiot. Comer said he was quote
- 9:55Speaker 1: pretty confident that something was going to happen with the
- 9:57Speaker 1: Justice Department in the next sixty days. With the respect
- 10:00Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden. Why does he believe that, Well, it
- 10:03Speaker 1: may be because they're trying to undercharge him and just
- 10:06Speaker 1: say here, we charged him with some crimes and now
- 10:10Speaker 1: we're done. There's another problem that Hunter Biden's going to
- 10:14Speaker 1: have when it comes to you know, can the Feds
- 10:18Speaker 1: really look the other way, and I know they're gonna
- 10:21Speaker 1: do everything it can to help out Hunter Biden. Obviously,
- 10:23Speaker 1: his dad's the president. I have no expectation to believe
- 10:26Speaker 1: that there's going to be real justice for Hunter Biden.
- 10:28Speaker 1: A great example is how long they've waited to charge
- 10:30Speaker 1: the guy. It's been over two years. They started this
- 10:33Speaker 1: thing before the election, against Donald Trump before it, and
- 10:38Speaker 1: he's been walking around for two years now. One of
- 10:41Speaker 1: the other charges that could come against him, it's one
- 10:46Speaker 1: that is significant. It's one they used against, for example,
- 10:50Speaker 1: Paul Manafort, right, somebody that was around Donald Trump when
- 10:53Speaker 1: they were trying to get Paul Manafort to roll or
- 10:56Speaker 1: give them something on Donald Trump. And the problem was
- 10:59Speaker 1: he had nothing to give them because Donald Trump had
- 11:01Speaker 1: not done anything wrong, but they were trying to nail
- 11:05Speaker 1: him for anything they could to get leverage. Well, we
- 11:08Speaker 1: now have another or Hunter Biden actually has another big problem.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Hunter Biden clearly failed to register as a foreign agent,
- 11:18Speaker 1: and that could mean significant prison time if you look
- 11:24Speaker 1: at the law. I think it's pretty fair to say
- 11:27Speaker 1: that there's no way that Hunter Biden should be walking
- 11:29Speaker 1: around right now. He clearly broke the law. Which means
- 11:33Speaker 1: he clearly, in my opinion, belongs in prison. No one,
- 11:37Speaker 1: by the way, should be a law, especially when you're
- 11:40Speaker 1: working as a foreign agent. If any of us working
- 11:43Speaker 1: class Americans that even a fraction of what this corrupt
- 11:46Speaker 1: family has done, we would all be behind bars. But
- 11:51Speaker 1: one of those is the significant issue, as I said
- 11:54Speaker 1: a moment ago, of failure to register as a foreign agent.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Now hunter Biden reportedly did not register as a foreign
- 12:05Speaker 1: agent while making business deals overseas. Experts said recently it
- 12:10Speaker 1: was a possible crime that could result in him being
- 12:13Speaker 1: sent to prison. Yeah, this is outside of the tax
- 12:17Speaker 1: issues and outside the gun issue, which we'll talk about
- 12:20Speaker 1: in a moment. But this new report noted that Biden
- 12:24Speaker 1: was registered as a lobbyists for domestic interest, but not
- 12:29Speaker 1: under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, also known as Pharaoh.
- 12:34Speaker 1: He knew he needed to be registered for this. It
- 12:36Speaker 1: was obvious. In fact, he knew it because it was
- 12:38Speaker 1: even mentioned in emails. On addition, Biden could reportedly face
- 12:42Speaker 1: charges regarding tax violations and lying about illegally buying a
- 12:47Speaker 1: firearm where he was clearly under the influence of drugs.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Lying on that form. Now, the pro which has been
- 12:53Speaker 1: gone going again four years and debated for months among
- 12:57Speaker 1: Justice Department officials. Also centers on the Biden families foreign
- 13:01Speaker 1: business schemes when Joe Biden was the Vice president. During
- 13:06Speaker 1: those years, Hunter routinely met with Joe Biden about thirty
- 13:10Speaker 1: times in either the White House or the Vice President's
- 13:13Speaker 1: residence at the Naval Observatory. Hunter's laptop from Hell is
- 13:16Speaker 1: where we got all this information, so you can't say
- 13:19Speaker 1: it's not accurate. Meanwhile, George Washington University law professor Jonathan
- 13:24Speaker 1: Turley addressed the ferret issue, saying, quote, recent disclosures of
- 13:28Speaker 1: additional foreign contracts has only strengthened what was already a
- 13:33Speaker 1: very strong case against Hunter Biden. Indeed, in the last
- 13:39Speaker 1: few weeks, the compelling basis for a fair charge has
- 13:43Speaker 1: become undeniable. Turley said. Hunter reportedly met with the Crown
- 13:49Speaker 1: Prince of Yugoslavia and his wife, for example, we just
- 13:53Speaker 1: learned in twenty fifteen, and the couple apparently asked him
- 13:56Speaker 1: to approach his father with a request for money to
- 13:59Speaker 1: help fix up their palace located in Belgrade. This is
- 14:04Speaker 1: the Crown Prince of Yugoslavia saying, hey, go ask your
- 14:08Speaker 1: dad for some money so we can fix up our
- 14:11Speaker 1: palace located in Belgrade. Now, if Hunter relayed the request
- 14:15Speaker 1: for the US government assistance, that would be a fair
- 14:18Speaker 1: registerable event. That's what a fair expert who leads a
- 14:23Speaker 1: political law practice at Aren't Fox Smith our chif excuse me?
- 14:26Speaker 1: Stated In an interview in April, Bright Mart News senior
- 14:31Speaker 1: contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweitzer said President
- 14:36Speaker 1: Joe Biden was at the center of all of Hunter's
- 14:40Speaker 1: legal woes. He's the author of Red Handed, How the
- 14:44Speaker 1: American Elites get rich helping China win. He explained, this
- 14:49Speaker 1: started out as a Hunter Biden story and is now
- 14:52Speaker 1: the Joe Biden story. He is at the center of
- 14:55Speaker 1: all of it. He is the planet from which the
- 14:58Speaker 1: moons and the family and in the Family, Hunter Biden
- 15:01Speaker 1: and James Biden revolve. Earlier this month, it was reported
- 15:06Speaker 1: at President Biden also played a part in his family's
- 15:09Speaker 1: business dealings approximately thirteen different times during a period of
- 15:15Speaker 1: nine years, and details of those instants were all confirmed
- 15:19Speaker 1: off of the Hack and Hunter Biden's laptop. Now you
- 15:25Speaker 1: don't you and I don't don't you know? Register as
- 15:28Speaker 1: a foreign agent if we don't, my, oh my, is
- 15:34Speaker 1: it a problem? Now? There's also other problems here for
- 15:39Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, and that is I'll go back to Congressmen Comber,
- 15:43Speaker 1: who has previously said that Hunter Biden would be an
- 15:46Speaker 1: oversight priority of the GOP if they win the House
- 15:50Speaker 1: in November, and he said, it's very clear that this
- 15:53Speaker 1: is something that we need to look into now. His
- 15:57Speaker 1: comments also appear to aligne with They quote CNN breaking
- 16:01Speaker 1: news report published this week that suggested the investigation into
- 16:06Speaker 1: Hunter Biden had reached a critical juncture. Now. The question
- 16:10Speaker 1: you should be asking yourself right now is how is
- 16:12Speaker 1: it that CNN, the same network, the same network that
- 16:17Speaker 1: refused to allow for the Hunter Biden laptop story to
- 16:20Speaker 1: even hit its airwaves until after the election and said
- 16:24Speaker 1: it was more Russian disinformation, now thinks that they can
- 16:28Speaker 1: come out and break credible news on their Hunter Biden's
- 16:31Speaker 1: story with a straight face. The same network that said
- 16:35Speaker 1: that the story was a lie and it was not true,
- 16:38Speaker 1: The same network that wouldn't even let you mention the
- 16:40Speaker 1: laptop on TV now says that the federal probe and
- 16:45Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden has reached a critical juncture. Listen to
- 16:49Speaker 1: this report from CNN earlier this week. Tonight is first
- 16:54Speaker 1: to report the federal investigation into Hunter Biden's business activities
- 16:58Speaker 1: has reached a critical juncture. Sources say investigators are now
- 17:02Speaker 1: weighing possible charges. No decision has been made, and no
- 17:06Speaker 1: final decision the possible charges. Prosecutors also looking at Justice
- 17:10Speaker 1: Department guidelines about the timing of politically sensitive cases close
- 17:13Speaker 1: to an election. CNN Senior Justice correspondent Evian Perez is
- 17:17Speaker 1: out front. So Evan, let's start with how close you
- 17:20Speaker 1: think we could be to a decision from the Department
- 17:23Speaker 1: of Justice. Here are we days, months, weeks away. But
- 17:26Speaker 1: by the way, you just have to savor this moment.
- 17:29Speaker 1: This is CNN, who refuse to report this story, who's
- 17:34Speaker 1: now acting like their amazing news gathers first to report tonight,
- 17:39Speaker 1: first to have it tonight. We are CNN. We buried
- 17:43Speaker 1: this story for two years. But now what are we
- 17:45Speaker 1: going to do? Now We're going to tell you that
- 17:48Speaker 1: we're headed in the right direction. Now we're going to
- 17:50Speaker 1: tell you that things are amazing. Now we're going to
- 17:53Speaker 1: tell you the truth about Hunter Biden. Something we refuse
- 17:56Speaker 1: to tell you the truth about earlier, but now we're
- 17:59Speaker 1: gonna do it. This is our moment, right, this is
- 18:04Speaker 1: our moment, and now we are going to tell you
- 18:07Speaker 1: what we want you to know. We're going to tell
- 18:10Speaker 1: you what what we think you need to know. And
- 18:14Speaker 1: we're the first ones to do it. No, you're not.
- 18:16Speaker 1: You're the scumbags at scenend that buried this story knowing
- 18:19Speaker 1: it was credible. You're the ones that shut this story down,
- 18:23Speaker 1: knowing that the story was credible. You're the one that
- 18:26Speaker 1: banned people from your airwaves if they even mentioned the laptop.
- 18:31Speaker 1: You're the one that told people behind the scenes not
- 18:35Speaker 1: to mention the story before they went on your air
- 18:40Speaker 1: And now you want to say, new tonight, we're gonna
- 18:43Speaker 1: really break this down. Are you kidding me? Well, the
- 18:47Speaker 1: Justice Department guidelines are and say that you have to
- 18:50Speaker 1: generally say stay out of away from a from being
- 18:54Speaker 1: close to an election, to take any steps like major
- 18:57Speaker 1: investigative steps like serving a warm and bringing charges obviously,
- 19:02Speaker 1: and so you talked to former prosecutors, current officials, they
- 19:06Speaker 1: say generally it's about sixty days that puts us within
- 19:09Speaker 1: weeks of a crucial kind of decision making point. Now
- 19:13Speaker 1: we don't again, I have to ask the question. Here
- 19:16Speaker 1: is Joe Biden on the ballot anywhere? No he's not.
- 19:21Speaker 1: So you held the news that he was going to
- 19:23Speaker 1: be investigated. Don't forget this. Okay, you held the news
- 19:29Speaker 1: that he was that he was going to be investigated
- 19:32Speaker 1: until after that. No, not that he was that he
- 19:34Speaker 1: Let me rephrase that. You held the news that Hunter
- 19:37Speaker 1: Biden was under a criminal investigation until after the election
- 19:41Speaker 1: on purpose so it wouldn't indict the family that is
- 19:46Speaker 1: clearly filled with massive corruption. All right, So that's that
- 19:50Speaker 1: is part one of all this. Okay, Now you've waited
- 19:54Speaker 1: two years and you're telling me you want to wait
- 19:57Speaker 1: even longer because you waited until the next election to
- 20:01Speaker 1: have this conversation. To quote Joe Biden, this is when
- 20:06Speaker 1: you say, come on man, I mean, come on man.
- 20:12Speaker 1: So we waited through two elections because you didn't want
- 20:15Speaker 1: to quote influence the elections. That's what we're doing now
- 20:21Speaker 1: again Joe Biden says it, right every once a while,
- 20:24Speaker 1: come on, man, what they're going to do. We also
- 20:29Speaker 1: don't know whether they might I decide to wait till
- 20:31Speaker 1: after the election, but we know that this is a
- 20:34Speaker 1: discussion that's being had by prosecutors in Delaware. This is
- 20:37Speaker 1: an investigation that's going back to twenty eighteen. It's run
- 20:40Speaker 1: by David Weiss, who was a use attorney appointed by
- 20:43Speaker 1: form President Trump and was kept on to run this
- 20:46Speaker 1: investigation specifically. And so those discussions are happening between those
- 20:50Speaker 1: prosecutors and officials at the main Justice the headquarters of
- 20:54Speaker 1: the Justice Department in Washington. They're going to have to
- 20:56Speaker 1: make a decision as to whether to go forward with
- 20:58Speaker 1: this right and of course, obviously you know lots of
- 21:02Speaker 1: possible implications for other charges, you know, when you're looking
- 21:05Speaker 1: in the other case for the former president Trump, but
- 21:08Speaker 1: when it comes on or Biden, if he does Evan
- 21:11Speaker 1: face any charges, what could it be? We're looking We
- 21:14Speaker 1: know that this is when it gets Harry right, What
- 21:16Speaker 1: could it be? What could the charges be? Watch how
- 21:19Speaker 1: many they're about to leave out. They're gonna try to
- 21:21Speaker 1: tell you. And this is where I think that the
- 21:24Speaker 1: Swamp was trying to telegraph, like, Hey, how outrage will
- 21:27Speaker 1: people be if it's as simple as a gun charge
- 21:31Speaker 1: for lying on his form to buy a firearm? Clearly
- 21:34Speaker 1: he was he was a drug addict at the time, right,
- 21:37Speaker 1: we know that we have the evidence that he was
- 21:38Speaker 1: a drug addict from his own laptop, from his own
- 21:41Speaker 1: cell phone. So it's not that's not something that should
- 21:44Speaker 1: surprise anyone. Okay, so they're gonna downplay this, and I
- 21:48Speaker 1: think they're testing the waters here. See Hey, well, Americans,
- 21:51Speaker 1: how angry, how mad, how frustrated will they become if
- 21:56Speaker 1: we hardly charge him with anything? And listen this basically
- 22:01Speaker 1: floating that's on their behalf. It was a pretty broad
- 22:04Speaker 1: investigation looked at a lot of different things of hunter
- 22:08Speaker 1: Biden's business activities. In the end, it's largely looking at
- 22:12Speaker 1: this point Aaron like they're going to They're looking at
- 22:15Speaker 1: bringing tax charges as well as false statements related to
- 22:19Speaker 1: a gun that hunter Biden bought during a time that
- 22:24Speaker 1: he has now said he was struggling with drug addiction,
- 22:28Speaker 1: which would have made him essentially you know that he
- 22:30Speaker 1: would not have been able to qualify to buy that firearm.
- 22:34Speaker 1: So those are what the charges that are possible at
- 22:37Speaker 1: this point. They're wrong, Those are not the charges that
- 22:42Speaker 1: are possible at this point. How do I know it?
- 22:46Speaker 1: Because I now know they're looking at other ones and
- 22:49Speaker 1: the other charges include not registering as all obyous right
- 22:57Speaker 1: under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. In addition, we're being
- 23:04Speaker 1: told now that Biden could reportedly face charges regarding six
- 23:08Speaker 1: or seven tax violations and lying about illegally buying a firearm.
- 23:14Speaker 1: So to say this is just two simple things, No, Now,
- 23:18Speaker 1: remember the probe, which had been ongoing for years and
- 23:23Speaker 1: debated for months at the Justice Department, also centers around
- 23:27Speaker 1: the Biden's foreign business schemes when the President was then
- 23:32Speaker 1: the vice president. You can't tell me that there's not
- 23:36Speaker 1: an extremely strong case here for Hunter Biden to be
- 23:43Speaker 1: charged for gun crimes, tax evasion, foreign business dealings, failure
- 23:49Speaker 1: to registers a foreign agent. All of these charges could
- 23:53Speaker 1: mean serious jail time for the president son. Now that
- 23:57Speaker 1: becomes a bigger question, right, what's going to happen now?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Now we know that President Biden played a partner's family's
- 24:04Speaker 1: business dealings, and at this point I'm almost like, I
- 24:06Speaker 1: don't even care about Hunter Biden. Yes, he should be
- 24:09Speaker 1: charged with crimes if he committed crimes, but this is
- 24:11Speaker 1: a bigger issue. As they said that the sun and
- 24:15Speaker 1: the moon of this universe of the Biden crime family
- 24:20Speaker 1: revolved around Joe Biden. Always we have confirmation now at
- 24:25Speaker 1: least thirteen times that Joe Biden was involved in family
- 24:29Speaker 1: business corruption. Now these aren't business deals, this is flat
- 24:33Speaker 1: out corruption. And there's another part of this story where
- 24:38Speaker 1: again CNN just lied to you. CNN just said, oh,
- 24:42Speaker 1: there's just two things they're looking at right now. Can
- 24:45Speaker 1: we talk about the financial transactions just for a moment,
- 24:49Speaker 1: Can we talk about the fact that much of this
- 24:52Speaker 1: is leading to the President of the United States of
- 24:54Speaker 1: America directly to him. Fox News is confirmed White House
- 25:00Speaker 1: log Joe Hunter Biden visited his father at least thirty
- 25:03Speaker 1: times when dealing with shady business dealings. Listen to this.
- 25:09Speaker 1: So we're learning much more detail about how Hunter Biden
- 25:13Speaker 1: sold his father's influence to America's rivals and enemies. Foxes
- 25:18Speaker 1: Kevin Corke has the story for us today. Hey, Kevin,
- 25:21Speaker 1: even I Zucker. From two thousand and eight to twenty sixteen,
- 25:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden met with his dad about thirty times, either
- 25:26Speaker 1: at the White House or over at the VP's residence.
- 25:29Speaker 1: And here's the key. He often did so just days
- 25:32Speaker 1: after returning home from overseas business trips. And that's according
- 25:35Speaker 1: to The New York Post, which has actually reviewed a
- 25:37Speaker 1: lot of material from Hunter's now infamous laptop. Those gatherings,
- 25:41Speaker 1: as you can well imagine, Tucker raised very serious questions
- 25:44Speaker 1: about the veracity of the president's claim that he knew
- 25:46Speaker 1: nothing about nor ever discussed overseas business dealings with his son.
- 25:51Speaker 1: And here just a few examples that would suggest otherwise.
- 25:54Speaker 1: April fifteen, twenty sixteen, eight fifteen in the morning, he
- 25:57Speaker 1: meets with the PM on Ivory Coast. At nine o'clock,
- 26:00Speaker 1: he's chatting it up with his dad over the Naval Observatory.
- 26:03Speaker 1: February twenty twelve, courted by Russian oligarchs in Moscow, four
- 26:08Speaker 1: days after his return, once again meeting with his father
- 26:10Speaker 1: at the naval observatory. And then this one from March
- 26:13Speaker 1: twenty twelve, Hunter associates and Joe Biden all meeting with
- 26:17Speaker 1: the former president of Columbia, whose business Hunter had been
- 26:20Speaker 1: quoting for months. In one email long before the meeting,
- 26:23Speaker 1: Hunter told the former Colombian leader, I am checking on
- 26:26Speaker 1: my dad's scheduled, the implication, of course, being that Hunter
- 26:29Speaker 1: was relaying messages to his father on behalf of foreign clients.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Now critics have argued, if that's true, Joe Biden's a liar,
- 26:37Speaker 1: and worse, he could be compromised. It could also mean
- 26:40Speaker 1: multiple fare of violations for Hunter, something obviously worth keeping
- 26:44Speaker 1: a very close eye on as we continue to unpack
- 26:46Speaker 1: everything from the laptop Tucker, I love this, right, Hunter,
- 26:51Speaker 1: Biden clearly abused his father's influence. Was it abuse? I
- 26:54Speaker 1: don't think it was abuse. Oh he was abuse. I
- 26:58Speaker 1: think they knew what they were doing. Abuse would imply,
- 27:02Speaker 1: maybe that's a better way of putting it right. Abuse
- 27:05Speaker 1: would imply that you didn't realize it was happening, and
- 27:09Speaker 1: therefore you were being abused, right, or there was an
- 27:11Speaker 1: abuse that was involved with you. We know that Joe
- 27:16Speaker 1: Biden was involved in this. We know that there was
- 27:18Speaker 1: fifty percent for the big guy, and in the deals
- 27:20Speaker 1: ten percent had to be held for the big guy.
- 27:22Speaker 1: And all the deals. We know that they shared joined
- 27:24Speaker 1: bank accounts, which brings me back to the bank account issue.
- 27:29Speaker 1: When you listen to CNN a moment ago and you
- 27:32Speaker 1: listen to what they said about how these charges were
- 27:34Speaker 1: going to come down, they left out one big issue.
- 27:37Speaker 1: There's a hundred and fifty financial transactions that were flagged
- 27:43Speaker 1: for shady and or illegal activity around the Biden crime family.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Some of these were flagged when Joe Biden was out
- 27:52Speaker 1: of office as a private citizen, when the money was
- 27:55Speaker 1: flowing still into his son's bank accounts or the family
- 28:00Speaker 1: bank accounts, or the joint bank accounts. One hundred and
- 28:05Speaker 1: fifty times. That's unpreceded. How can you sit there at
- 28:09Speaker 1: CNN and say that there's only two possible charges when
- 28:13Speaker 1: I just told you all of these things. I'll tell
- 28:15Speaker 1: you how you're not actually reporting the news. You're actually
- 28:18Speaker 1: just trying to take the temperature of the outrage in
- 28:21Speaker 1: the country. If Joe Biden and Hunter Biden get away
- 28:24Speaker 1: with this, they weren't reporting any news at all. Over
- 28:27Speaker 1: at CNN. All they were doing was floating the idea
- 28:32Speaker 1: they need to float it to see how little could
- 28:35Speaker 1: they hold them accountable for. And then what happens if
- 28:39Speaker 1: you barely hold them accountable? Will the people you know
- 28:44Speaker 1: lose their minds? Or will they say, you know what,
- 28:48Speaker 1: maybe we're gonna be okay. Now, I want to play
- 28:52Speaker 1: for you something from Tucker Carlson because he did a
- 28:54Speaker 1: brilliant job this week of giving an update, and I'm
- 28:57Speaker 1: going to play it for you because I want you
- 28:59Speaker 1: to hear it. I think it's important. There is so
- 29:02Speaker 1: much new that's come out. I mean a significant amount
- 29:06Speaker 1: of information that has come out, and I want you
- 29:10Speaker 1: to hear it because I think it's one of those
- 29:11Speaker 1: it's really really important. Okay, it's one of those that
- 29:16Speaker 1: is when you look at it, you go wow. Right,
- 29:18Speaker 1: when you look at it, you see it and you're like, okay,
- 29:21Speaker 1: this makes sense. This is significant. And when you can
- 29:28Speaker 1: connect the dots from his emails okay, and you can
- 29:32Speaker 1: connect the dots from his laptop, and you can connect
- 29:34Speaker 1: the dot from his text message, and you can connect
- 29:37Speaker 1: the dots from all of these things are coming down,
- 29:39Speaker 1: you start to realize that this is getting seriously intense,
- 29:46Speaker 1: which is exactly why I believe that the Justice Department
- 29:49Speaker 1: now is maybe going to hurry up and charge him
- 29:53Speaker 1: with a couple of smaller crimes before they have to
- 29:56Speaker 1: dig into all of the bigger crimes that were committed.
- 29:59Speaker 1: So if it comes out in the next week or
- 30:01Speaker 1: two or three, the hunter Biden's charged with a couple
- 30:03Speaker 1: different crimes, you probably shouldn't be satisfied based on the
- 30:07Speaker 1: facts of when you dive into this, right, which is
- 30:10Speaker 1: exactly what was being said by Tucker Carlson this week.
- 30:13Speaker 1: I want you to hear what he had to say.
- 30:15Speaker 1: It's important. It was really interesting, tantalizing in fact, given
- 30:19Speaker 1: what we already knew was on the laptop. But for
- 30:22Speaker 1: some reason, no one in law enforcement appeared to be
- 30:25Speaker 1: listening or even care. But The Daily Mail kept going
- 30:29Speaker 1: on this. Recently they said they gained access to a
- 30:33Speaker 1: backup of Hunter Biden's iPhone from the laptop, and it's
- 30:36Speaker 1: a good thing they did. It turned out to be
- 30:38Speaker 1: a trove of fascinating information. It included a voicemail from
- 30:43Speaker 1: Joe Biden to his son talking about a story in
- 30:46Speaker 1: The New York Times about Hunter Biden's business dealings in China.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Here's part of it. A palasta. It's a fifteen on ones.
- 30:56Speaker 1: The unite two chieves can be called nothing doesn't hurt it.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Just want to talk to you. I thought the article
- 31:02Speaker 1: at least a thing on online. This could be Prince
- 31:05Speaker 1: lind to time. It is good. I mean to clear anyway.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Did you get a chance to recall I love it.
- 31:16Speaker 1: So the context for that is complicated. Here's what's not complicated.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Joe Biden has said on the record, repeatedly that he
- 31:22Speaker 1: had no knowledge of his son's business dealings with China.
- 31:25Speaker 1: That proves Joe Biden was lying. And we have a
- 31:27Speaker 1: lot more on this coming up. But just know that
- 31:31Speaker 1: that voicemail, which apparently is real, proves that Joe Biden
- 31:35Speaker 1: knew about his son's business dealings with China. That ought
- 31:39Speaker 1: to be enough to spur a wave of media increase
- 31:42Speaker 1: to the White House. Why did you lie to us?
- 31:45Speaker 1: You haven't seen that now? The Times piece you just
- 31:49Speaker 1: heard Joe Biden reference was published on December twelfth, twenty eighteen.
- 31:52Speaker 1: The story reported on Hunter's dealings with a man called
- 31:55Speaker 1: Ye Jam. He led the CEFC China Energy Company until
- 32:00Speaker 1: twenty eighteen. At that point, he was arrested on charges
- 32:03Speaker 1: of corruption and economic crimes by the Chinese government, which
- 32:06Speaker 1: is never a good thing. He hasn't been seen since
- 32:08Speaker 1: the government of China has seized most of CFC's assets.
- 32:12Speaker 1: One of his top deputies, called Patrick Coe, was also
- 32:15Speaker 1: convicted in New York of bribing African officials to help
- 32:18Speaker 1: Aron avoid oil sanctions. What a group. These are Hunter
- 32:23Speaker 1: Biden's business friends, So why would Joe Biden have any
- 32:28Speaker 1: interest in this? Why would he be concerned about a
- 32:29Speaker 1: New York Time story on CEFC and Hunter Biden. Well,
- 32:33Speaker 1: it could be for the obvious reason. Joe Biden himself
- 32:37Speaker 1: was making money from this from CEFC, lots of money,
- 32:41Speaker 1: according to emails obtained by The New York Post from
- 32:44Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's laptop in October of twenty twenty, one of
- 32:47Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's business partners, James Jillier, explained that Joe Biden
- 32:51Speaker 1: would receive a ten percent stake in CEFC. Quote, the
- 32:55Speaker 1: equity will be distributed as follows. He wrote, twenty to Hunter,
- 33:00Speaker 1: twenty to Rob Walker, twenty to Gillier himself, twenty to
- 33:05Speaker 1: Tony bob Olynsky, ten to Jimmy Biden. That would be Hunter,
- 33:09Speaker 1: That would be the President's brother, and quote ten percent
- 33:13Speaker 1: held for the big guy. The big guy. So Tony
- 33:17Speaker 1: bob Lynsky, whom we interviewed for a full hour he
- 33:19Speaker 1: got a twenty percent stake of this deal, told us
- 33:21Speaker 1: that there was quote no question the big guy is
- 33:23Speaker 1: who he so obviously is That would be Joe Biden.
- 33:27Speaker 1: This arrangement meant millions of Chinese dollars for Hunter and
- 33:30Speaker 1: Joe Biden in early twenty seventeen is a few weeks
- 33:33Speaker 1: after Biden left the White House. The first time, a
- 33:36Speaker 1: company controlled by Ye called State Energy HK sent six
- 33:40Speaker 1: million dollars in wire transfers to Robinson Walker LLC. Robinson
- 33:44Speaker 1: Walker LLC was controlled by rob Walker, one of Hunter
- 33:47Speaker 1: Biden's business partners. Then, in June of twenty seventeen, Hunter
- 33:53Speaker 1: Biden emailed Ye demanding ten million dollars more as seed
- 33:56Speaker 1: money for a new company called Sinohawk Holdings. In August
- 34:00Speaker 1: to twenty seventeen, another Hunter Biden controlled company called Hudson West,
- 34:04Speaker 1: received a five million dollars wire from CEFC. CFC also
- 34:08Speaker 1: paid Hunter Biden's law firm Ouasco nearly five million dollars.
- 34:12Speaker 1: These are according to bank records reviewed by Senate investigators,
- 34:15Speaker 1: and we just pause here for a moment. In their details,
- 34:19Speaker 1: these stories bear a striking resemblance to the Russia Gate
- 34:23Speaker 1: insanity that we were dragged through four years. Remember they
- 34:26Speaker 1: go on TV and bore you for an hour with
- 34:28Speaker 1: how all these things fit together, and then this money
- 34:30Speaker 1: went that way. But then there was nothing there operating
- 34:34Speaker 1: on the theory, which isn't really a theory. It's true
- 34:36Speaker 1: that they always accuse you of exactly what they themselves
- 34:38Speaker 1: are doing. It's kind of striking that the truth about
- 34:42Speaker 1: what the Biden family, the president and his son and
- 34:45Speaker 1: his brother Jimmy, is almost exactly what they accused the
- 34:50Speaker 1: Trump's of doing. Except in the case the Biden's, they
- 34:52Speaker 1: really were getting rich from a foreign power that means
- 34:55Speaker 1: us harm. And it's not Russia, which is globally almost irrelevant.
- 34:58Speaker 1: It's China, which is now preeminent. So to continue with
- 35:02Speaker 1: the details, a wasco in turn sent the one point
- 35:05Speaker 1: for million to Lion Hall Consulting. That was a consulting
- 35:09Speaker 1: firm run by Jimmy Biden, the former nightclub owner, the
- 35:13Speaker 1: president's brother, and his wife. And that was just the
- 35:16Speaker 1: beginning of the arrangement. Emails unearthed by The New York
- 35:19Speaker 1: Post found that someone called the chairman that would be Ye,
- 35:23Speaker 1: promised to pay Hunter Biden ten million dollars a year
- 35:26Speaker 1: for quote and we're quoting introductions alone, in other words,
- 35:31Speaker 1: leveraging his father's position in government to get rich. That's illegal, right.
- 35:38Speaker 1: It's also a violation of the Farah Act, which the
- 35:40Speaker 1: Biden administration has been enforcing against its political enemies. So
- 35:45Speaker 1: Hunter Biden wrote to a CEFC official that Ye had
- 35:48Speaker 1: amended the deal to provide for quote, a much more
- 35:51Speaker 1: lasting and lucrative arrangement end quote. These payments continued even
- 35:55Speaker 1: after CEFC's leaders were arrested on corruption charges. Hunters paid
- 36:00Speaker 1: another one million dollars to represent the deputy Patrick Oh
- 36:04Speaker 1: even though he had no criminal defense experience, because he
- 36:06Speaker 1: was a lawyer, because he went to Yale Law School,
- 36:08Speaker 1: because he's a genius, the one that your kids can't
- 36:10Speaker 1: get into, because they're not as smart as Hunter Biden.
- 36:14Speaker 1: This is one corrupt system the Biden's sit the top of.
- 36:19Speaker 1: And if that's not enough, Hunter once referred to Patrick
- 36:22Speaker 1: Coe and we're quoting as the effing spy chief of China,
- 36:26Speaker 1: according to leaked audio obtained by Real Clear Politics. So
- 36:29Speaker 1: here you have the president's son who's talking to his
- 36:31Speaker 1: dad about his business deal with China admitting the guy
- 36:34Speaker 1: he is dealing with is the Chinese government spy chief.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Now you understand why all of a sudden they may say, Okay,
- 36:44Speaker 1: now's a good time to maybe look at charges. Right Like,
- 36:48Speaker 1: now might be the right time to go ahead and
- 36:51Speaker 1: throw a couple of charges at Hunter Biden before things
- 36:54Speaker 1: get worse, because if we can knock this out early on,
- 36:57Speaker 1: we're gonna be okay. Right, if we can just knock
- 37:00Speaker 1: a couple of things out early, will be fine. Don't
- 37:04Speaker 1: be impressed if they charge them with a couple of
- 37:06Speaker 1: little crimes, because there's an awful lot they're clearly trying
- 37:10Speaker 1: to look the other way on. I want to go
- 37:13Speaker 1: back to the other part of this impossible indictment, and
- 37:18Speaker 1: again CNN downplaying out there may be two things, just
- 37:22Speaker 1: two yeah, just too really only two yep, just two?
- 37:25Speaker 1: So just two things, yep, just too all right, Well,
- 37:28Speaker 1: what about the financial transactions? Can anybody talk about that
- 37:32Speaker 1: for a second? Anybody want to, you know, comment on that,
- 37:36Speaker 1: because you didn't mention that over at CNN, Right, President
- 37:38Speaker 1: Joe Biden involved in his corrupt family business heelings at
- 37:40Speaker 1: least thirteen times over nine years. We've got a lot
- 37:44Speaker 1: of financial transactions during that time. What does that look like? Well,
- 37:47Speaker 1: let's go to Congressman's James Comer, who says, we can't
- 37:50Speaker 1: even see what's in those transactions. So how can CNN
- 37:53Speaker 1: say there's only two areas of Feds are looking at
- 37:56Speaker 1: if we know there's one hundred and fifty suspicious activity
- 37:59Speaker 1: reports coming from banks about his families business deals. But
- 38:05Speaker 1: we found out that Hunter Biden has had one hundred
- 38:07Speaker 1: and fifty suspicious activity reports filed against various accounts that
- 38:11Speaker 1: he and Jim Biden, the President's brother, have. That's unprecedented, Jason,
- 38:16Speaker 1: A normal person America never has any bank violations. Less
- 38:20Speaker 1: than one tenth of one percent of people ever have
- 38:23Speaker 1: any bank valations. They've had one hundred and fifty, which
- 38:25Speaker 1: I would say is more than any person in the
- 38:27Speaker 1: history of America. These are the most serious banking violations
- 38:30Speaker 1: you can have. There's suspicion of money laundering, suspicion of
- 38:33Speaker 1: receiving money from terrorist groups, suspicion of money from bad
- 38:38Speaker 1: actors in foreign countries. Before Joe Biden became president, under
- 38:42Speaker 1: the Obama administration, of the Bush administration, any member of
- 38:45Speaker 1: Congress could go to the Treasury Department and request suspicious
- 38:48Speaker 1: activity reports. These were put into place again to catch
- 38:51Speaker 1: fundling money to terrorist sales in the United States. I mean,
- 38:54Speaker 1: it's unheard of. He's had one hundred and fifty of
- 38:57Speaker 1: these violations. Once we determine this, then I went to
- 39:01Speaker 1: Treasury requested the stars one Hunter Biden. They said, no,
- 39:03Speaker 1: we change the rules. You can't do that anymore. This
- 39:06Speaker 1: started getting pressed, We started leaking out that the Treasury
- 39:09Speaker 1: Department was stole along with this. Then they came back
- 39:11Speaker 1: and said, okay, we'll make an exception. If you can
- 39:14Speaker 1: get a single Democrat to sign on the request with you,
- 39:17Speaker 1: then we'll give you the request. And obviously, Jason, as
- 39:20Speaker 1: you can imagine, no Democrats are interested to sign it on.
- 39:23Speaker 1: No Democrats want to sign onto that. This tells you
- 39:27Speaker 1: how important the midterms are. By the way, but if
- 39:30Speaker 1: the Justice Department is going to charge him with just
- 39:32Speaker 1: two things, how can you charge him with only two things?
- 39:35Speaker 1: If there's one hundred and fifty sorry requests, you know,
- 39:38Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty times that Banks had to flag
- 39:40Speaker 1: his activity. Now, with all due respect Hunter Biden, Hunter
- 39:45Speaker 1: Biden couldn't get the federal government to look the other
- 39:49Speaker 1: way one hundred and fifty times without somebody doing it
- 39:52Speaker 1: on his behalf. Can we all agree on that, right,
- 39:57Speaker 1: I mean, let's be let's be really intellectually honest here.
- 40:02Speaker 1: There is no way then Hunter Biden had the pull
- 40:09Speaker 1: without his dabbing the Vice president or the president for
- 40:13Speaker 1: the Justice Department for the federal government to continue to
- 40:16Speaker 1: look the other way one hundred and fifty times. Now,
- 40:21Speaker 1: you couldn't get away without I couldn't get away without
- 40:23Speaker 1: None of us could get away with that. All right,
- 40:26Speaker 1: Know that I want every one of you to really
- 40:30Speaker 1: understand that there's no way that you could have that.
- 40:33Speaker 1: There would be FEDS knocking on your door or raiding
- 40:37Speaker 1: your business, raiding your house and putting you in handcuffs
- 40:41Speaker 1: if you've got one hundred and fifty suspicious activity reports
- 40:45Speaker 1: in your bank accounts. But somebody at the Justice Department
- 40:49Speaker 1: was given the okay to look the other way, and
- 40:52Speaker 1: somebody told them to not look at these transactions or
- 40:55Speaker 1: to leave them alone. Somebody told them this is a
- 41:00Speaker 1: okay because it's the president's son or the vice president's son,
- 41:04Speaker 1: and he has permission to do business with shady actors
- 41:08Speaker 1: like Russian Olagarks and Russia whose husband happens to be
- 41:13Speaker 1: the former mayor of Moscow. Now, like the Chinese businessmen,
- 41:17Speaker 1: one of them that's wanted for murder, like the Chinese
- 41:20Speaker 1: Communist Party in general, that he did business live some
- 41:24Speaker 1: of these other deals he was doing all over the world,
- 41:27Speaker 1: like Barisma that he had no expertise in why don't
- 41:32Speaker 1: you think thirteen different times Joe Biden was involved in
- 41:34Speaker 1: his family's corrupt business dealings, because without Joe Biden, none
- 41:37Speaker 1: of the business deals get done. The White House keeps
- 41:40Speaker 1: claiming the President knew nothing about this. Well, that's a lie.
- 41:43Speaker 1: We know he's involved, and the evidence is clear. In fact,
- 41:47Speaker 1: the majority of voters fifty eight percent of voters now
- 41:50Speaker 1: believe that Joe Biden played a significant role in his
- 41:53Speaker 1: family's business. Sixty plus percent say Hunter Biden, a key
- 41:58Speaker 1: member of the family enterprise, has so quote influence and
- 42:01Speaker 1: access directly to Joe Biden in the US government. And
- 42:05Speaker 1: he left a voicemail saying, hey, son, doing a great
- 42:07Speaker 1: job on that China deal. The article coming out tomorrow
- 42:11Speaker 1: doesn't look that bad New York Times. Right, Everything's gonna
- 42:13Speaker 1: be okay. And then the White House looks you in
- 42:15Speaker 1: the face and says, oh, the President has nothing to
- 42:17Speaker 1: do with his son's business dealings, and they've never talked
- 42:20Speaker 1: about his foreign business dealings. Okay, Right, I will say
- 42:25Speaker 1: it again. Please share our podcasts, grab them, go back
- 42:30Speaker 1: and listen to all these episodes. We will continue to
- 42:32Speaker 1: do the work that the media refuses to do. But
- 42:35Speaker 1: if he does get charge of crimes and it's only
- 42:38Speaker 1: a couple, just know it's basically at that point a
- 42:42Speaker 1: massive cover up because there are have a lot more
- 42:45Speaker 1: than two different areas they should be looking into, and
- 42:48Speaker 1: we are proving it
