- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:07Speaker 1: dig me NW one and only Steve Harley got a
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio show. Okay, here we go today, folks. This is
- 2:14Speaker 1: a good one because today I want to share with
- 2:19Speaker 1: you something that affects every living soul, and that one
- 2:25Speaker 1: thing is your attitude. This affects everyone. It is your attitude.
- 2:34Speaker 1: You know. I don't know if anyone's ever told you,
- 2:39Speaker 1: but I mean many of you who listen know this,
- 2:41Speaker 1: But there are a lot of people who don't understand
- 2:45Speaker 1: a positive attitude can bring about a change. A positive
- 2:52Speaker 1: attitude can bring about a change. Well, now here we
- 2:56Speaker 1: go with the nay says, well, Steve, what you mean
- 2:57Speaker 1: if I'm just positive being changed? My mama gonna what
- 3:00Speaker 1: me being positive got to do with that? Okay, now
- 3:03Speaker 1: listen to me carefully. A positive attitude can bring about change. Well, okay, Steve,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I hear you saying that, but they didn't fired me.
- 3:13Speaker 1: So now what does my having a positive attitude have
- 3:16Speaker 1: to do with the fact that they fired me? Well,
- 3:21Speaker 1: one more time, A positive attitude can bring about change.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Or Steve, I set up in here and gave eight, nine,
- 3:32Speaker 1: twelve years of my life to this man and he
- 3:34Speaker 1: just he cheated on me and walked out. Now what
- 3:37Speaker 1: does me being positive have to do with him cheating
- 3:40Speaker 1: on me? How that's gonna change that? Okay, here we
- 3:45Speaker 1: go again. A positive attitude can bring about change. Now
- 3:49Speaker 1: listen to the whole thing. Now, the positive attitude and
- 3:55Speaker 1: the change that can happen starts it. This is the start.
- 4:00Speaker 1: It starts within you. See, life is ten percent of
- 4:07Speaker 1: what happens is what you do about what happens. Okay,
- 4:11Speaker 1: you gave twelve years of your life to this man.
- 4:13Speaker 1: He cheated and left you. Hold in the bag, the
- 4:16Speaker 1: kids and everything. Now what does being positive have to
- 4:20Speaker 1: do with changing that? Or they came in and they
- 4:22Speaker 1: fired you. You lost your job that you was a
- 4:25Speaker 1: stellar performer at. But now how does you having a
- 4:28Speaker 1: positive attitude. How does that change things for you? So far?
- 4:33Speaker 1: You can use any example. Here's what happens when you
- 4:37Speaker 1: have a positive attitude. What it produces within you is
- 4:43Speaker 1: a positive approach to life. And when you have a
- 4:46Speaker 1: positive attitude and a positive approach to life, it causes
- 4:51Speaker 1: you to be optimistic, to have a positive out look,
- 4:57Speaker 1: to expect things to eva actually turn around and and
- 5:01Speaker 1: and and turn into a positive That's very important because
- 5:05Speaker 1: as the law of attraction comes into play, if you
- 5:09Speaker 1: think positive thoughts, you attract positive things. If you think
- 5:16Speaker 1: evil thoughts, you attract evil to you. You know, if
- 5:20Speaker 1: you want for nothing, then nothing comes your way. If
- 5:24Speaker 1: you want for a positive attitude, if you want for
- 5:26Speaker 1: positive results, if you want for a great outcome, that's
- 5:29Speaker 1: what you attract to you. The change will begin within you.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So let's take the man that walked out your life
- 5:36Speaker 1: and left you hold in the bag. Here's a positive attitude. Okay,
- 5:42Speaker 1: two things have happened as positive here. Number one, you've
- 5:45Speaker 1: ridd it yourself of someone who is obviously going to be,
- 5:49Speaker 1: if not already been, toxic in your life, cause you
- 5:53Speaker 1: many restless nights, a lot of uncomfortable feelings, an uneasiness,
- 5:58Speaker 1: not sure in curity. You've been going through it with
- 6:02Speaker 1: this person, whoever they are. Number One, that person has
- 6:05Speaker 1: been released from your life. Number Two, it allows you
- 6:09Speaker 1: now to have the someone who will treat you just
- 6:13Speaker 1: the way you want to be treated. That's the positive outlook,
- 6:16Speaker 1: that's the optimistic way. That's when you're a positive person.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You see the positive in things that happened to you,
- 6:23Speaker 1: instead of burying yourself under the what's wrong with it?
- 6:26Speaker 1: A old woe is me? Now concept? See a positive attitude.
- 6:31Speaker 1: When they came in there and they fired you and
- 6:33Speaker 1: let you go, could this not have been just the
- 6:37Speaker 1: opening you needed to finally start on a new career
- 6:41Speaker 1: path that you've been talking about doing anyway? Could it
- 6:44Speaker 1: possibly be a brand new chance for you to get
- 6:48Speaker 1: the dream job or dream career of your choice. Could
- 6:52Speaker 1: it not possibly be the perfect opportunity now for you
- 6:56Speaker 1: to finally finally do something about that gift, about that
- 7:02Speaker 1: talent that God gave you, that thing that you love
- 7:05Speaker 1: to do. Could it not be the perfect time for
- 7:07Speaker 1: you to pursue that. But if you don't have a
- 7:09Speaker 1: positive attitude, then you lay there. Oh, they finn' come
- 7:14Speaker 1: getting my house. Oh what I'm gonna do now? All
- 7:17Speaker 1: this unemployment ain't enough. Oh Lord, when this unemployment run out,
- 7:21Speaker 1: what am I gonna do? Then I won't have nothing?
- 7:24Speaker 1: And you old woe is me until you become old
- 7:28Speaker 1: woe is me. But if you take it from the
- 7:30Speaker 1: positive approach, some amazing things can happen in your life.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I will tell you on a personal note, that's some
- 7:38Speaker 1: of the most some of the best changes. Some of
- 7:41Speaker 1: the biggest moments in my life came after a loss.
- 7:45Speaker 1: So I don't want to go down on the list,
- 7:47Speaker 1: but boy, I could tell you. Let me let me
- 7:48Speaker 1: tell you something. When they didn't want me on the
- 7:50Speaker 1: radio anymore in La, when they didn't know when they
- 7:54Speaker 1: were it was sick of the way I did radio
- 7:56Speaker 1: out there, and they wanted me gone. And on May
- 7:59Speaker 1: twenty third, two thousand and five, when my when when
- 8:05Speaker 1: when my deal was done? With the beat out in La? Okay,
- 8:12Speaker 1: look what happened though, y'all was gone in May. But
- 8:16Speaker 1: in September nineteenth I started to Steve Harvey Radio Network
- 8:20Speaker 1: with four cities. You see. But I didn't go old
- 8:24Speaker 1: woe was me? I said, Oh, okay, God must have
- 8:28Speaker 1: something else from it then, because if he didn't remove
- 8:31Speaker 1: me from this, that must be something else. Same thing
- 8:34Speaker 1: can happened when you lose and you and you and
- 8:36Speaker 1: you break up in a relationship, Same thing can happen
- 8:38Speaker 1: to you. You never know the one God God for
- 8:41Speaker 1: you that here you go, here you go again. Now
- 8:44Speaker 1: you get put into a situation with somebody treat you
- 8:46Speaker 1: just the way you want to be treated, provide you
- 8:49Speaker 1: the whole lot of aspects of your life you knew
- 8:51Speaker 1: nothing about prior to that. But you gotta stay positive.
- 8:54Speaker 1: If you stay positive, that positive attitude, that optimistic outlook,
- 8:59Speaker 1: that that that always thinking God got me no matter
- 9:03Speaker 1: what happened to me, some amazing things that's going can
- 9:06Speaker 1: will happen in your life. It's a fact. I don't
- 9:09Speaker 1: know how it works that way. I just know that's
- 9:12Speaker 1: what it is. Positive attitude is everything, y'all. So get
- 9:15Speaker 1: off the old woe is Me negativity train because it
- 9:18Speaker 1: ain't gonna take you nowhere but down and get get
- 9:21Speaker 1: your outlook up. If you change your attitude, you change
- 9:24Speaker 1: your altitude. Altitude is determined by your attitude. How high
- 9:30Speaker 1: you go, how big you become, how far you go.
- 9:33Speaker 1: It all depends on how you think. It all depends
- 9:36Speaker 1: on what type of attitude you got. It ain't no,
- 9:40Speaker 1: ain't no very very successful, super negative people. It just
- 9:44Speaker 1: doesn't coincide that way. If you see that something that
- 9:47Speaker 1: happened to them along the way and don't wear you
- 9:49Speaker 1: ain't gonna wear about it because you ain't gonna see
- 9:50Speaker 1: them long because you can't stay up there like that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: It's just too hard, all right. That's the conversation you're
- 9:58Speaker 1: listening to. Ay, ladies and gentlemen, it is upon us
- 10:04Speaker 1: to Steve Harvey Morning Show is here. I gotta tell
- 10:07Speaker 1: you something, man, I just gotta be honest with you. Today.
- 10:11Speaker 1: I woke up fatigue weary. I felt drained. You know,
- 10:17Speaker 1: I'm working out. I was trying to feel like it
- 10:21Speaker 1: ain't moving like I wanted to. You know, had all
- 10:24Speaker 1: that going on this morning, and then you know what
- 10:26Speaker 1: I gotta do. I gotta catch myself. I'm in the
- 10:29Speaker 1: process right now catching myself because I got too many
- 10:33Speaker 1: things to be grateful for to allow some negative thoughts
- 10:36Speaker 1: to be the winner. Why. I'm healthy. I got a
- 10:40Speaker 1: great life, I got options, I got a beautiful family.
- 10:45Speaker 1: You know, I got some struggles that He's allowed me
- 10:48Speaker 1: to overcome. I'm at the top of the game. I'm
- 10:52Speaker 1: I mean, man, what Steve Harvey, It's all right. And
- 10:57Speaker 1: everybody out there that's listening, whatever you're going through, it's

- 12:40Speaker 1: been up until that point, and it was fraught with
- 12:44Speaker 1: problems and mental problems I was going through. I'm not
- 12:48Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm not saying mental problems as a
- 12:50Speaker 1: mental illness, even though I could have been. I just

- 21:33Speaker 1: gonna pray about my answers today. Okay, So just cool head, Okay,
- 21:38Speaker 1: Lashawan and two sons, says um. I'm a forty eight
- 21:42Speaker 1: year old single mother and my son is eleven. Now
- 21:45Speaker 1: he wants me to get married because he's a shame
- 21:47Speaker 1: that his friends have a two parent household. I can't
- 21:50Speaker 1: provide that for him right now, and I feel bad
- 21:53Speaker 1: for him. How do I make this? How do I
- 21:55Speaker 1: make up for this? Well? Yeah I did, And listen
- 22:06Speaker 1: to Lashan, how do you make up for this? You can't?
- 22:11Speaker 1: You know, being a single mother's heart, it's really a
- 22:14Speaker 1: thankless job. I commend you on it. But you can't
- 22:18Speaker 1: be his father. You're gonna try to do fill in
- 22:20Speaker 1: the gaps, but it's not the same, and he notices it.
- 22:24Speaker 1: And I deal with these types of boys all the
- 22:27Speaker 1: time from my fatherless homes, and it's really, yeah, you know,
- 22:32Speaker 1: you've got to just accentuate the positive, but they're always
- 22:36Speaker 1: going to think about that missing hole in their soul,
- 22:39Speaker 1: which is their father. And I really don't have an
- 22:43Speaker 1: answer for you on what you can do. It's just
- 22:45Speaker 1: keep giving them love and support and introduce him to
- 22:49Speaker 1: some male role models. But then you know you can't
- 22:52Speaker 1: give him that right now. And the answer is, of course,
- 22:57Speaker 1: you don't have nobody that wants to marry. You don't
- 23:00Speaker 1: find you haven't found anybody you think it's worthy of marrying,
- 23:03Speaker 1: So you can't rush the process just for him. You've
- 23:06Speaker 1: done that once before that HU. Yeah, all right, good advice,
- 23:12Speaker 1: Steve um Manny and Philly says. I'm a thirty six
- 23:16Speaker 1: year old married man and I won ten thousand dollars
- 23:19Speaker 1: on a scratch off last week. My wife told my
- 23:22Speaker 1: sister and she came begging for me to get her
- 23:24Speaker 1: a new set of tires. I didn't win a hundred
- 23:27Speaker 1: thousand dollars, and I have plans for my money? Do
- 23:29Speaker 1: I have to buy her those tires? No you don't,
- 23:32Speaker 1: hear your wife? No you don't. How was he not
- 23:37Speaker 1: going to tell her the way? Oh that's a way
- 23:41Speaker 1: to do this? Really telling her that scratch would have
- 23:48Speaker 1: been in a coffee can under the basement steps into
- 23:51Speaker 1: my mama's house. Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 23:56Speaker 1: I've done that before. No no, and no, you don't
- 24:00Speaker 1: owe your sister a new set of ties. No, who
- 24:05Speaker 1: should sustain't your child? Sister in law? NOSTI a d
- 24:12Speaker 1: Who it is? Okay? Who it is? No? No? Wow,
- 24:19Speaker 1: next time you have plans for your money? Dog, do
- 24:22Speaker 1: the plans for your money? Quit telling people? Tell me
- 24:27Speaker 1: did you pray about this? Answer? Oh no not all
- 24:31Speaker 1: answers don't mean prayer. Right there? You got yet, keep that.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I'll tell to get that scratchpad win't got that money?
- 24:41Speaker 1: And being checking off quiet all right? Moving on to
- 24:47Speaker 1: Faith in Birmingham. Faith says, my husband and I cheated
- 24:51Speaker 1: on each other back when we were dating. When he
- 24:53Speaker 1: found out I was cheating, he proposed I feel like
- 24:56Speaker 1: he only did it because he didn't want anyone else
- 24:59Speaker 1: to have me. Meanwhile, he still talks to women on
- 25:02Speaker 1: IG and I'm not on i G anymore. Is this
- 25:06Speaker 1: a sign that he will cheat on me again? I
- 25:09Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know. I know he liked talking
- 25:13Speaker 1: to women that ain't you. That's what you do know.
- 25:19Speaker 1: I know that fact that he prayed before. I prayed
- 25:26Speaker 1: about that answer. I am gonna I'm telling you the truth,
- 25:30Speaker 1: and you all know I have no problem lying. This
- 25:34Speaker 1: is a fact he liked talking to women that ain't you.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Now does that mean he gonna cheat? It does not
- 25:42Speaker 1: mean he's gonna cheat. But I am going to tell
- 25:45Speaker 1: you right now. In all these conversations, the thought we
- 25:48Speaker 1: all come up, okay, oh yeah, because what is we
- 25:52Speaker 1: talking about? And why are we talking? Because I saw
- 25:58Speaker 1: something more I I like. So he might not be
- 26:04Speaker 1: doing it right now, but it could lead to it
- 26:06Speaker 1: could positively impossible stuff on IG man. I mean, it's
- 26:11Speaker 1: just not that manute fine people in the world. It's
- 26:15Speaker 1: just not damn next wlad these filters is going with
- 26:20Speaker 1: all this hill. I saw a girl on i G
- 26:26Speaker 1: the other day. Her name should just be filter. Filters
- 26:34Speaker 1: do change your life, that's for sure, all right. Last
- 26:38Speaker 1: one Steve. This is Coco in Flint. Coco says, I'm
- 26:42Speaker 1: in my late fifties and I've been singing all my life.
- 26:46Speaker 1: My husband teases that I'm a lounge singer, and I
- 26:49Speaker 1: think that he's embarrassed that I still book shows here
- 26:52Speaker 1: in town. He used to be at all of my shows,
- 26:55Speaker 1: but not anymore. I am a retired school teacher, so
- 26:58Speaker 1: singing keeps me this. See. Should I retire from lounge
- 27:02Speaker 1: singing to remember? I pray God saying yes. Come on now,
- 27:08Speaker 1: if you a lounge singer in Flint, you got to
- 27:12Speaker 1: really think about what it is that makes you happy. Now,
- 27:18Speaker 1: singing in the lounges makes you happy, But you are
- 27:22Speaker 1: a lounge singer. You ain't. This ain't going nowhere? What's
- 27:27Speaker 1: your name? Coco? This ain't? Oh yeah, how did you
- 27:30Speaker 1: forget that? Yeah? You can change your name too, hot
- 27:33Speaker 1: chopping and it's not going to go any faster for you.
- 27:38Speaker 1: But she just says it keeps her busy, you know,
- 27:42Speaker 1: a whole lot of stuff. Keep you grocery shop and
- 27:44Speaker 1: keep you busy. You know, is there picking up the
- 27:48Speaker 1: yard and telling the salt and keep you good. Uh.
- 27:52Speaker 1: He quit going down there because you can't sing all
- 27:54Speaker 1: that good, not praying about this answering all the same
- 28:02Speaker 1: old ass songs. And then when you tried that Beyonce
- 28:05Speaker 1: remix and people start sneakering. He said, I'm not going
- 28:08Speaker 1: down him almost tried, tried to, Yeah, break myself, you
- 28:16Speaker 1: gonna and it is how you did it. You're not
- 28:18Speaker 1: gonna break my soul. You're not gonna break it. You're
- 28:24Speaker 1: not gonna break my soul. You're not gonna break it.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Unbreak my soul. I'm break it. And then you did
- 28:35Speaker 1: a modification and you got two big girls in the background.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Can't break it, you know, and the people start laughing.
- 28:47Speaker 1: That's why he quit doing down there, tried to do
- 28:50Speaker 1: the New School remixes. All right, thank you, feel glad
- 28:56Speaker 1: you prayed. I'm glad you prayed about some of your answers.
- 28:58Speaker 1: All right. Coming up at the top of the hours,
- 29:01Speaker 1: we'll have some entertainment news for you right after this
- 29:04Speaker 1: you're listening show. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially married.

- 29:17Speaker 1: her newsletter, ending the letter with a new name, missus

- 30:03Speaker 1: he wouldn't did. I mean, you know, I mean, y'all know,
- 30:07Speaker 1: I don't really do gossip. But what now you messing
- 30:11Speaker 1: with this other chick or something? Yeah, from the reality

- 30:19Speaker 1: how he didn't think that we're gonna get out damn
- 30:25Speaker 1: Rod a reality show. Send me a picture of that
- 30:28Speaker 1: chick that he was. Monica Mole for the South. You know,
- 30:31Speaker 1: I want to introduce you all to somebody formally who
- 30:35Speaker 1: does so much for the show behind the scenes. Monica Bonds,
- 30:39Speaker 1: better known as Mississippi Monica. I call it the mouth
- 30:41Speaker 1: to the South because there's nothing I can ask folk,
- 30:45Speaker 1: that's gossip related that her ass ain't got in her phone.
- 30:53Speaker 1: She's our executive producer, Steve. Yeah, she is that, but
- 30:59Speaker 1: she's much more a thought. Absolutely, That's why I introduce
- 31:03Speaker 1: her ass the mouth of the South. Executive producer sounds
- 31:08Speaker 1: so much more perfect. Yeah, but you don't really tell
- 31:11Speaker 1: what she really do. See, it's a lot of executive
- 31:15Speaker 1: producers sometimes call it is a music producer, executive producer,
- 31:21Speaker 1: you know, don't tell the whole story, program director, see
- 31:25Speaker 1: right there? But really, what do we use caller for

- 32:14Speaker 1: to VP Kamala Harris and now an MSNBC host, Simone Sanders.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Simone got married to her fiance Sean Toohnsen and Washington,
- 32:23Speaker 1: d C. Congratulations to that power couple. You remember Simone.
- 32:30Speaker 1: She's the one with the real close shaved head. Yeah
- 32:34Speaker 1: yeah her that she married her fiance his name is
- 32:38Speaker 1: Sean Townsend ceremony over the weekend. Yeah oh yeah, yeah,
- 32:47Speaker 1: she's about it at all, right, switching gears, uh and
- 32:55Speaker 1: other entertainment news. Did you guys see this video? Now,
- 32:58Speaker 1: this has gone viral. It's on social media. A mother
- 33:01Speaker 1: posted this video claiming that her daughters were ignored by
- 33:04Speaker 1: the character Rosita at Sesame Street Place in Philadelphia. The
- 33:09Speaker 1: Rosita character held up the like the no hand gesture
- 33:12Speaker 1: and just walked right past the two cute little girls.
- 33:15Speaker 1: It was during a parade. Yeah I saw that. Yeah,
- 33:18Speaker 1: it was crazy right. Even singer Kelly Rowland saw the
- 33:22Speaker 1: video and commented with outrage on social media. Well enter
- 33:27Speaker 1: Sesame Street Place. They released an apology and a statement
- 33:32Speaker 1: explaining that the character Rosita's no hand gesture was directed
- 33:36Speaker 1: to someone in the crowd asking her to hold their child,
- 33:39Speaker 1: and that Rosita would never intentionally ignore the little girls.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Street Place, no video. They saw something else, right, I
- 33:52Speaker 1: tell you one thing. Right there, you look out wasn't
- 33:54Speaker 1: then we went. None of my kids all grandkids. Now,
- 33:56Speaker 1: I didn't know Rosie to name, So I'm making this
- 34:00Speaker 1: so Rosita is a female character. So I'm thinking it's
- 34:07Speaker 1: Cookie Monster. Remember, I'm thinking it's Cookie Monster. So just
- 34:12Speaker 1: as soon as you play my Babies, I'm tearing Cookie
- 34:15Speaker 1: Monster head off. Whoever playing Cookie Monster that day, it's
- 34:21Speaker 1: fitting to get exposed and suck a part because I'm
- 34:26Speaker 1: not gonna punch you in that sponge head. I want
- 34:28Speaker 1: you to feel it. That's too much hunt. Yeah, I've
- 34:32Speaker 1: been backstage at Disney. I've been backstage at all at
- 34:34Speaker 1: a Sesame Street on Ice years ago, and I know
- 34:38Speaker 1: how they put their heads on before they skate out
- 34:40Speaker 1: because they be hot. Yeah, I already know they number
- 34:43Speaker 1: the head and the body. I'm gonna tear the head off. Yeah,
- 34:49Speaker 1: yes's a two piece suit. The head right off. They
- 34:53Speaker 1: hold it under their arm and drink coffee. Yeah. That
- 34:57Speaker 1: was a lame excuse though that you know Sesame Street
- 35:01Speaker 1: place said that you know, someone else was asking Rosita
- 35:04Speaker 1: to hold their child and she would never ignore them.
- 35:07Speaker 1: They went on to say that they have apologized to
- 35:10Speaker 1: reach out, reached out to the family to correct the misunderstanding.
- 35:13Speaker 1: EV had invited the girls to a special meet and
- 35:16Speaker 1: greet so they can deliver them and experience them. We
- 35:20Speaker 1: all want to go yet forget Yeah yeah, yeah, y'all
- 35:27Speaker 1: don't really understanding black children. We won't. We're so over it.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, we're not fit to give a damn about
- 35:35Speaker 1: Sesame street street man. They've been not come on this street.
- 35:43Speaker 1: All right, So there you have it. Coming up to
- 35:45Speaker 1: twenty minute, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 35:49Speaker 1: Show right after this You're listening show and trending fitness news.

- 36:03Speaker 1: It's actor Chris Milani who plays Detective Stabler. He's been
- 36:08Speaker 1: declared the new hottie. Okay, so have you seen this
- 36:11Speaker 1: new Peloton ad. Yeah, he's working out naked. Yeah that's it.
- 36:18Speaker 1: That way too much commercial is hilarious. He says in
- 36:28Speaker 1: the ad that everybody thinks his workout routine is funny
- 36:31Speaker 1: because he works out naked like you said. He is
- 36:34Speaker 1: seen doing yoga like you say, Tommy squats. He's running
- 36:39Speaker 1: in Central Park with no clothes on. So you know.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I gotta ask, you know, I gotta ask guys. Have
- 36:48Speaker 1: you guys you've done it? I mean you will, don't
- 36:51Speaker 1: done it? But I get a little thirty second video
- 36:54Speaker 1: and yeah, Steve, hell now, let's cook working out all
- 37:04Speaker 1: the time. I got concerned work out, Nikki. What's your concern?
- 37:10Speaker 1: You know how hard it is work out with one here?
- 37:13Speaker 1: You gotta let yourself go. Dog. Can't do that, Dog,
- 37:17Speaker 1: I just can't let myself go. I've been I've been
- 37:20Speaker 1: protecting him. It's entire life. I don't just let him
- 37:26Speaker 1: out there, man, I got protect him. I'm covering him. June.
- 37:30Speaker 1: He just had a birthday. What about you working out
- 37:32Speaker 1: in your birthday suit? No, I ain't doing that. Why
- 37:37Speaker 1: what's problem? My train ain't here to him, I'm getting
- 37:43Speaker 1: naked for it. And he staid it right down. What
- 37:46Speaker 1: the hell I'm not? I'm not doing that. No, I
- 37:49Speaker 1: see your point. I do see your point with that one.
- 37:51Speaker 1: I do so Tommy is the only one only. I'm
- 37:55Speaker 1: always by myself. But it's time getting no support. Told
- 38:02Speaker 1: me what kind of exercises? Yeah, I can't do that.
- 38:07Speaker 1: I can't be nicking off. I'm gonna run on a
- 38:10Speaker 1: tread meal. That's gonna be that's gonna be a little awkward.
- 38:17Speaker 1: But I'm gonna try squats, bench press, squats all the
- 38:24Speaker 1: way down, all the way back up, all the way.
- 38:30Speaker 1: What about some jumping jack's one jumping jack? Because I
- 38:41Speaker 1: no way I can jump. She told me you ain't
- 38:46Speaker 1: gonna have the same problem. I God, man, I can't
- 38:48Speaker 1: do not know jumping jack? Get out of here. What
- 38:59Speaker 1: about like, oh, look at the time, Okay, gotta move on,
- 39:04Speaker 1: all right, coming up with thirty four minutes after the hour,
- 39:07Speaker 1: we'll check on Steve's voicemail at eight seven seven twenty
- 39:10Speaker 1: nine Steed eight seven seven twenty nine Steed. Right after this,
- 39:14Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, it
- 39:19Speaker 1: is time to check Steve's voicemail. If you want to
- 39:22Speaker 1: leave Steve a message, call him eight seven seven twenty
- 39:25Speaker 1: nine Steve eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve. This first
- 39:28Speaker 1: color is from Philly, Steve, Uncle Steve. Tommy did a
- 39:33Speaker 1: beautiful job last night, and a woman to Bella where
- 39:37Speaker 1: he laid it though, Now your love you Tommy. Okay, yeah, yeah,
- 39:50Speaker 1: yeah yeah, that ain't for me, right, how I do
- 39:56Speaker 1: nephew laid it the blank down. That's what he said.
- 40:02Speaker 1: All right, moving on this color, Steve needs some family
- 40:05Speaker 1: advice about his brother. Hey, umm, sterio, I got her
- 40:10Speaker 1: own problems that feel like you can help me get through.
- 40:15Speaker 1: It's been a brief problem going on between me and
- 40:18Speaker 1: my sister in law, and it's just the strain of it. Really,
- 40:23Speaker 1: them made it like a splitting between me and my
- 40:26Speaker 1: older brother, who I'm very much looking to a lot
- 40:29Speaker 1: ever since I was a kid, and it's just like
- 40:31Speaker 1: the strain of that relationship just have not It just
- 40:35Speaker 1: had me and my older brother not speaking to each
- 40:38Speaker 1: other at all. I mean sometimes like my niece was
- 40:42Speaker 1: just born two weeks ago and I need nothing about it.
- 40:46Speaker 1: I had to hear from from my mom, and my
- 40:48Speaker 1: mom even told me like have he told you? I
- 40:51Speaker 1: haven't heard nothing. I just don't want this to keep
- 40:53Speaker 1: going on to the phone where we ain't speaking because
- 40:56Speaker 1: it's kind of like it hurts in a way because
- 40:58Speaker 1: I looked up to this. I loved to her as
- 41:00Speaker 1: a kid. I still do and it just I don't
- 41:04Speaker 1: want this to keep going on. You know, Thank you well. Brother.
- 41:07Speaker 1: The one way to fix it is you you can
- 41:10Speaker 1: fix it. See first, of all, you have to alleviate
- 41:13Speaker 1: the problem with the sister in law because whatever it is,
- 41:16Speaker 1: really dark, it ain't that big a deal. It ain't
- 41:20Speaker 1: that big a deal. Now, if you got some information
- 41:22Speaker 1: and all that, and you thought you'd tell it to
- 41:24Speaker 1: your brother and all this here probably wasn't your business.
- 41:28Speaker 1: Or if she said something to you to hurt your feelings.
- 41:31Speaker 1: You's a big boy. Let's get over it. Let's go
- 41:34Speaker 1: to the sister in law and apologize, even if you're
- 41:38Speaker 1: not wrong. See, people don't understand. Man. You have to
- 41:42Speaker 1: forgive people, and just forgive her and go in there
- 41:46Speaker 1: and tell your brother what he means to you and
- 41:48Speaker 1: how much you miss him, man, and you and and
- 41:51Speaker 1: tell him exactly what you told us. But you can
- 41:53Speaker 1: end this tomorrow. But see what happens is when everybody
- 41:58Speaker 1: go to their corners in the fight, and you gotta
- 42:01Speaker 1: keep looking across the ring, knowing y'all been fighting in
- 42:04Speaker 1: boxing house. Do you fix it? Somebody got to call
- 42:08Speaker 1: both fighters to the sitting of the ring, or somebody
- 42:10Speaker 1: got to walk off and say, hey, I'm through fight,
- 42:12Speaker 1: because take two people to fight. Man, the fight ends, brother,
- 42:16Speaker 1: when you end it. And as men, we just have
- 42:19Speaker 1: to take on that mantra. You just have to end it. Dog.
- 42:23Speaker 1: I can't tell you how many times I've just went
- 42:26Speaker 1: just to end something and I knew good in hell,
- 42:28Speaker 1: well I wasn't wrong, but just so we could move
- 42:32Speaker 1: things forward. Man, you're a man now. You got to
- 42:34Speaker 1: get in the fix it business. That's what manhood is. Man.
- 42:39Speaker 1: We're in the fix it business so we can keep
- 42:42Speaker 1: it moving. You ain't got time sit over there and
- 42:44Speaker 1: act like your sister in law. In time she see you,
- 42:48Speaker 1: she mad. Now, y'all, you can stop that. Dog. You
- 42:51Speaker 1: can't control her, but you can control you. Then you
- 42:53Speaker 1: get your brother back because you mess around. Man, this
- 42:56Speaker 1: is your brother, doge. He sounded heartbroken about it. Dog.

- 43:07Speaker 1: not saying this can happen, but they could get a
- 43:09Speaker 1: divorce one day. He's still gonna be your brother. That's right.
- 43:13Speaker 1: My brothers was my brother's all the way. When my
- 43:16Speaker 1: oldest brother, Heavy Pad still my brother to this day,
- 43:20Speaker 1: I talk about him like he's my big brother. That's
- 43:24Speaker 1: an important relationship, man, it's my advice. That's good advice.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Got a quick with Sherley, that's it. That's it. Yeah,

- 43:42Speaker 1: because he sleep with her. See, you ain't got no wife,
- 43:45Speaker 1: so you don't understand that whatever however wrong she is,
- 43:48Speaker 1: he got the side with her because he got to

- 54:36Speaker 1: is the Strawberry letter, thank you nephew. Subject. I'll take
- 54:39Speaker 1: it anyway I can get it. Dear Stephen Shirley, I've
- 54:43Speaker 1: been dating a man or we have been messing around.
- 54:46Speaker 1: As he says, it's been almost five years, and he's
- 54:50Speaker 1: not the settling down type, so I'll take it anyway
- 54:53Speaker 1: I can get it. I have fallen in love with him,
- 54:56Speaker 1: and he knows it. I think he uses it against
- 54:59Speaker 1: me at times he's dating other women because I see
- 55:03Speaker 1: him posting pictures in the club and he's hugged up
- 55:06Speaker 1: with other females. He's a flashy type of guy that
- 55:09Speaker 1: needs to go out at night, and I'm a lot
- 55:12Speaker 1: more conservative. He makes fun of me because I like
- 55:15Speaker 1: game nights at home and house get togethers with my family.
- 55:19Speaker 1: I don't drink a lot, and I won't smoke cigars
- 55:22Speaker 1: with him. One drink gets me tipsy, and he hates
- 55:25Speaker 1: when I'm tipsy. I smoke a cigar and threw up
- 55:29Speaker 1: the entire next day, so he hates when I smoke.
- 55:34Speaker 1: I have tried to match him and whatever he's got
- 55:36Speaker 1: going on, but he will not include me in that
- 55:38Speaker 1: part of his life. I get to see him when
- 55:41Speaker 1: he's not with his friends or turning up in the club.
- 55:43Speaker 1: I often cook for him and rub his feet so
- 55:47Speaker 1: he can relax at the end of the day. He
- 55:50Speaker 1: claims he doesn't like to go out with me because
- 55:52Speaker 1: I'm his piece, and when he is with me, he
- 55:55Speaker 1: feels safe and at home. I stay and I pray
- 56:00Speaker 1: that he will choose me if he decides to settle
- 56:03Speaker 1: down one day soon. I know for a fact that
- 56:06Speaker 1: he is not spending quality time with anyone else. I
- 56:09Speaker 1: never see traces of other women at his house, so
- 56:12Speaker 1: I think I'm the closest thing to a girlfriend that
- 56:15Speaker 1: he's got. I hate that old saying that a man
- 56:18Speaker 1: will be a man, because that's condoning cheating. I don't
- 56:21Speaker 1: want him to ever get his foot rubs from another woman.
- 56:24Speaker 1: I know I am settling, but there are no good
- 56:28Speaker 1: men out there anymore. I put in five years with him,
- 56:31Speaker 1: and I don't want to start over. Am I wrong
- 56:33Speaker 1: for accepting whatever he gives me? Well, yes, ma'am, yes
- 56:38Speaker 1: you are. You're wrong for settling. This whole letter is
- 56:42Speaker 1: about him and what he says and what he wants,
- 56:45Speaker 1: and it's about rubbing his feet. You're the ones that
- 56:48Speaker 1: should be getting your feet rubbed. You're in the heels,
- 56:51Speaker 1: and you know this letter is on and on and
- 56:53Speaker 1: on about him. What about you? Who's looking out for
- 56:57Speaker 1: and who's caring for you? Or don't you think you
- 57:01Speaker 1: deserve that? Listen, I'm just here to tell you that
- 57:05Speaker 1: I don't care if he was the only man left.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Don't ever settle. There are plenty of good man out here.
- 57:12Speaker 1: You just don't know because you've been tied up with
- 57:14Speaker 1: this guy for the last five years. You just have
- 57:16Speaker 1: to not be afraid to be by yourself and wait
- 57:20Speaker 1: or walk away until the right man comes along. Five
- 57:24Speaker 1: years of your life you've given to this man and
- 57:26Speaker 1: you've got nothing in return. All you do is serve him.
- 57:31Speaker 1: I mean you said he tells you you're his piece
- 57:34Speaker 1: p e a c E as you put it in
- 57:37Speaker 1: the letter, But in reality, you're his p i e
- 57:40Speaker 1: c E piece. You don't have to take it anyway
- 57:44Speaker 1: he gives it. You don't have to settle for anything.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Nothing is that good. I mean nothing, I just don't
- 57:53Speaker 1: think it is. Don't let him continue to use you.
- 57:56Speaker 1: You gotta let him stay with those other him and
- 58:00Speaker 1: he's cheating with If that's the case, Okay, that's the
- 58:02Speaker 1: best way I can tell you. Do not allow him
- 58:04Speaker 1: to treat you this way. Get a backbone, put an
- 58:07Speaker 1: end to this situation. Now, don't waste another five years
- 58:10Speaker 1: of your of your time with him, because he'll stay
- 58:12Speaker 1: with you as long as you let him stay with you.
- 58:15Speaker 1: You know that's it. He doesn't even call this a relationship.
- 58:19Speaker 1: He calls it messing around. Messing around. You don't want
- 58:23Speaker 1: to do that for another five years, Steve, Very good response,
- 58:27Speaker 1: Very good. You know when you send in a letter
- 58:34Speaker 1: and your opening statement is I'll take it anywhere I
- 58:37Speaker 1: can get it. What you want us to do? What? What?
- 58:41Speaker 1: What can we do? Because you you've you're you're willing
- 58:45Speaker 1: to accept whatever. Let let's go through the letter. Just
- 58:49Speaker 1: Stephen Shell, I've been dating a man, or we have
- 58:52Speaker 1: been messing around, as he says, and it's almost been
- 58:57Speaker 1: five years, and he's not the settling down type. Well,
- 59:02Speaker 1: I have news for you. You ain't either. See it
- 59:06Speaker 1: ain't just him, is he? You? You ain't the settling
- 59:09Speaker 1: down type because you've been letting this man tell you
- 59:11Speaker 1: y'all messing around for five years and you've been cool
- 59:14Speaker 1: with that, then your next statement is, so I'll take
- 59:18Speaker 1: it anyway I can get it. Oh, so you just
- 59:22Speaker 1: miss anything and everything? Now what you want to do
- 59:26Speaker 1: anything because I take everything? Or you want to pass
- 59:31Speaker 1: out everything because I take anything? Well, what's what's wrong
- 59:34Speaker 1: with you? I have fallen in love with him, and
- 59:39Speaker 1: he knows it. Falling in love in love with him?
- 59:41Speaker 1: Why I think he uses it against me at times?
- 59:45Speaker 1: He's dating other women because I see him posting pictures
- 59:49Speaker 1: in the club and he's hugged up with these other females.
- 59:53Speaker 1: He's posting the pictures in your face. He's a flashing
- 59:59Speaker 1: type of guy that needs to go out tonight, and
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I'm not. And I'm a lot more conservative girl. Let's
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: say in the work not for you, because he's working
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: out just fine for him. When we come back, I'll
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: tell you the rest of it. It's just gonna be
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: pretty necessary. All right. Hang on, We'll have part two
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: of Steve's refunds coming up in twenty three minutes after
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: the hour. Today's Strawberry letter subject I'll take it anyway
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: I can get it. We'll be back right after this.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: You're listening, all right? Come on, Steve Let's recap today's
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter, the subject I'll take it anyway I can
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: get it. Sisters that's listening to me. I want you
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: to listen to this because some of you can see
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: yourself in here, and I'm about to share some important information.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: I'll take it anywhere I can get it. She's been
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: dating a man, been messing around, as he calls it,
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: for five years because he won't call it dayton, and
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: she's going along with it. It's been almost five years
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: and he's not the settling down tight Well, lady, you
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: ain't either, So I'll take it anywhere I can get it.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: So I just told you on the last break, she's
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: missing anything and everything. That's so she just go along
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: with anything. He's dating other women because I see him
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: posting pictures in the club and he's hugged up with
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: other females and he's posting these pictures. You don't, You
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: don't see what's happening here. But you say, I know
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: he's dating other women. You said that, what do dating
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: them lead to? What do dating them mean? What? Why? Why?
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: What's the matter with you? He's a he's a flashy
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: type of guy that needs to go out at night,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: and I'm a lot more conservative. Now listen to this.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: He makes fun of me because I like game nights
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: at home and house get togethers with my family. I
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: don't drink a lot, and I don't smoke cigars with him,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: and one drink gets me tippy, and he hates when
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: I'm tipsy. I smoked the cigar threw up the entire
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: next day, so he hates when I smoke. Okay, can
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: I tell you something, man, He don't like you. He
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: don't like you. Okay, let's start there. I've tried to
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: match him in whatever he's got going on, and he
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: will not include me in that part of his life.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: He don't like I get to see him when he's
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: not with his friends or turning up at the club.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: That's because he don't like you. I often cook for
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: him and rub his feet so he can relax at
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: the end of the day. Oh so now you stupid too.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: You're rubbing his feet so he can go stand back
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: on him and take them pictures with them mother. He
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: claims he doesn't like to go out with me because
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: I'm his peace. He don't like to go out with
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: you because he don't like you. It's in the centers.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: He claims he doesn't like to go. He don't like
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: you because I'm his piece. Shirley said, pe a Ce,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: you're his side piece. He ain't got to call you
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: know where you're the side piece. The other pieces is
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: on tape. They own video at the club, and when
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: he is with me, he feels safe and at home.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: He tied he the wards ass house. It came to you. Yeah,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I stay and pray that he would choose me if
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: he decides to settle down one day. So you that's stupid.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: God ain't put you in this situation. So don't, don't
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: don't don't, don't. Don't pray God to fix this situation
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: here because you bought this on yourself. I know for
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: a fact that he's not spending quality time with anyone else.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: Are you stupid? You just said you see the post.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: You just said, he come in and tied and you
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: got the rubbies feet. Now check this out. I know
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: for a fact, I don't. He's not spending quiet of
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: time with anyone. I never see traces of other women
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: at his house, So I think I'm the closest thing
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: to a girlfriend that he's got he got cleaning, lady,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: he gotta cleaning. Lady, you can't see trade. You ain't
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: no blood how a matter of fact, you're stupid, so
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: you don't see no traces of no other woman. He
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: posting pictures? Why they got to leave everdence over there
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: for somebody? They think they it too. I hate the
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: old saying that a that a man's a man, because
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: that's condoned in cheat. Hein't cheating, he's seeing other people.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: You think it's cheating because you think he yours. He
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: belonged to them streets. I don't want him to ever
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: get his foot rubs from another woman. What do you
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: keep doing? Lady? You're stupid. I know I'm settling. Okay,
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: glad you know that there are no good men out
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: there anymore. Okay, see this is what. This is what
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: now we've gotta get to. There are no good men
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: out there anymore. Okay. And so now that you've made
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: that statement, please describe to me which one you have,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: because it sounds like you got one of them, no
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: good ones to me, you put into the universe. There
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: are no good men out there anymore. So now you
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: didn't took one of these no good men, and I
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: hope they're gonna turn into a good man by praying
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: that he don't go no whales and get his feet
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: rug you stupid. I put five years in with him
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: and I don't want to start over. Am I wrong
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: for accepting whatever he gives me? Don't it sound wrong
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: to you? Did you read this letter for you? Send
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: it back to me? Stop being blind to your own self.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: If your girlfriend told you this was happening to her,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: would you advise her to stay? I don't think so.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: But it's amazing how people don't follow the advice that
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: all good men out there, you're just not available to
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: locate one, and they can't locate you because you ain't available.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Can I say this to you? Can say it's Steve,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: that are good men out there, You're just not available
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: to locate one, and they can't locate you because you
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: are not available. She's rubbing his stand because you're rubbing
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: mister wones feet. So where is mister rong wherever mister
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: right Finn to sit at on the couch next to
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: y'all while you rubbing mister ronges man? Don't be Stu
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: all right? You said it? Post your comments on Today's

- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Here we're coming out here for you. At forty six
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, Junior is back with Sports Talk.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: We'll get into that right after this. You're listening Steve
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, it is time now for
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Junior and Sports Talk. How is your birthday? Junior? Welcome? Oh,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: thank you so much. Shirley birthday was outstanding. Man. You know,
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: I really am blessed it. You know, forty four and
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: blessed is all I can tell you right now. Many, Yeah,
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: we just blessed, that's all I know. A matter of fact,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: speaking of another birth box cause on the dice table, baby,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: what's that fifteen to one up? Big eight? Yeah. So, man,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: don't forget this Thursday. This is my next blessing. Man,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: the proclamation that's still happening. Thursday, July twenty first Life
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: of Time, Cigar and Lithonia, Georgia right outside Atlanta on
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: the east side. Man, go ahead at event bright dot
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: com just to smoke weekend. Siggar and Sip were gonna
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: have a great time in them. My man, Reggie High
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: gonna come through and do the entertainment for you, my man,
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: and Reggie ye man, it's good dude, all right. Also,
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: NBA news man talk about it. It happened DeAndre Ayton
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: signed his extension with the Phoenix Suns stay four year,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: hundred and thirty three million, God gracious, hating hitting across
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: the head. Now. The reason why this is important It
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: makes a deal harder for them to acquire Kevin Durant.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: So now he said he signed, Kevin can't go. They
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: ain't got the money he needed to pay. Kevin got enough.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: If he want Kevin the cup, it ain't gonna be Phoenix.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: We know that. And speaking of that, man, Kevin Durant
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: will stay in Brooklyn as a right now. Uh, the
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Heat have made an offer for Kevin Durant. This is
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: what they've offered for Kevin Durant. You just say, if
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: they're gonna take it to that, but Tyler Hero, Duncan
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Robinson and multiple first round picks that the Brooklyn Nets
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: ain't going for that. And the Nets don't want it,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: they don't want to take it. They ain't gonna take
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: the deal. And that means Kevin Durant ain't damn d
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: gonna play now. They got Kevin Durant though, Yeah, but
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: this is crazy for Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irvin still
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: on the roster. That means they have to play again
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: another season. But Junior, what they gonna do. Kevin got
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: a contract, He just requested a trade. You know. Now
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: if he can sit out with Crazy and they can't
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: have a conversation and Kyrie lost, I know not Thomas,
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: but he got to sit down at least let Crazy
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: tell him I'm gonna play. I'm gonna play, I'm gonna play. Yeah,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: he got, he got played some basketball. Yeah. He can't
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: take no more stances against the virus, against Israel. He can't. No,
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: he can't have no more marching. He can't go out
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: there for the marching dimes. He can't. Don't say nothing
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: about or nothing. You get your ass to work, man, man,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: that's all he need to quit talking about mental health. Oh,
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: thank you, Junior. We gotta go. Coming up at the

- 1:12:10Speaker 1: I'm not. I've seen the commercials on TV, though. Thank you,
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: Miss Delma, thank you for loving us so much. This
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: next color is a Monique and she needs some relationship advice.
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: I Steve, my name is. I'm calling because UM, I
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: am married. UM, I've been married for about eight years now,
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: one on nine, but we've been separated for three. UM
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: it's just not getting any better. I've been trying to
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: allow me grow up and take care of your responsibilities,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: and I just don't see it working. But my pastor
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: m cousin, it's telling me that it's wrong for us
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: to get a divorce. Um, and I'm just I don't
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: know what to do. If you could help me, I
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: really appreciate it, and I love you. I love Shirley,
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: I love the whole time. Thank you guys for being
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: amazing every morning. Thank you for answering people's questions and
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: helping others in their life. I truly appreciate it. Thank
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: you have a good game. Well you know, I don't
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: like talking against people's pastors, but let me ask you
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: a couple of questions. If you've been married nine years
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: and you've been separated three In the three years of separation,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: what do you think he's doing because he ain't over
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: there sitting over there by himself, just going to work,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: not for three years and separated. No. Now, I understand
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: what your past is saying. But you know, Um, look man,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: when when when you know? When you're not married to
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: your soul mating, you're not married to the person who's
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: willing to work and make it work like you are
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: what you're supposed to do. Now, I got divorces wrong.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: But God is also in the forgiving business. I've done
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: it twice and he forgave me. So I don't I
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: don't know what Pastor talking about. Yeah, Pastor though, he
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: got to tell somebody the right thing. You can't sit
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: there in misery keep praying for somebody that want to
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: get pray for it. So I don't like praying for
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: people that don't want to get prayed. I don't like that.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: I'm not doing it. As he got what he wants. Yeah,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Pastors get divorces all the time,
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: all the time. Yeah, yeah, they do. All right. People
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: make mistakes all the time. You've made a mistake. You
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: days out for you said and you said it right, Steve.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: God is a forgiving god. All right, we'll be back
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: with more. Thank you for your calls. We'll be back
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up

- 1:16:47Speaker 1: a round of would you rather? Would you rather? Have
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: whatever you're thinking appear above your head for everyone to see,
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: or would you rather have absolutely everything you do live
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: streamed for everyone to see? Oh, that's rated X everything
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: we do, everything you do was rated? Yes? What what
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: do you say? I mean a lot of them thoughts

- 1:17:34Speaker 1: take that roach in the bed. We can get roaches
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: up out of here. If that rat in the kitchen,
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: un I do with that roach in the bed, we
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: want that osprayed them legs around that bed. It'd be
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: so we're gonna be able to sleep in the room
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: for fold. But a rat in the kitchen or rats
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: in the kitchen, no, all right. Would you rather walk
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: in on your parents or would you rather have your
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: parents walk in on you? No? No, I'd rather walk
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: in on my path. Yeah, they come not see what
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: I'm the circus. So latest in your bedroom, man, my
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: daddy boy, come on offside, walk let me talk to you. Yeah.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: You rather walk in on them? Yeah? Yeah? Because they
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: have on gowns and stuff that you realize that you
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: can't yeah, but see my parents was old though they
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: ain't really do nothing real crazy. You know, it was
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: traditional you have Yeah, I love your family. I walked
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: in on my parents. I told my dad get off
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: of my mama, get off of her and just close
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: the don't started crying. I couldn't mention him. I'm shocked.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: How did they explain what's wrong? Saying, y'all was in
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: there doing the nasty stuff. You knew that, Yeah, knew
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: what it was. I knew. I didn't know what it's called,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: but I knew it wasn't It didn't look good. It
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: didn't look here, it looks safe. It didn't look Yeah,

- 1:20:48Speaker 1: that's right. We're not going to be playing folks, because
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: all is voter suppression. Vote to oppression. All these moving
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: poland places, they're doing everything, they're making new rules for

- 1:21:07Speaker 1: of all of this. Man. We are not going to
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: let these people cheat us out of our destiny. We
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: have discovered that our vote works as it did in
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: the last presidential election. And it's gonna matter. It mattered
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: with a Warnuck and also before it will matter now
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: more importantly than ever before. Stacy Abrahams Abrahams is important
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: to us. Warnack is important to us. Herschel Walker is.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: This is ridiculous. So when I have Warnack on the show,
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: by law, I have to allow herschel Walker But I
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: am opening the door to herschel Walker to come on
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: the show if he will answer the questions. What would
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: you ask him? Just anything? Like? Just anything? Yeah? Can
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: you explain the bad air comment about China climate control?
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: Can you explain your stance on climate control? Can you
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: tell us why you would be a better senator than
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: the one we have? What qualifies you to be a senator?
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: And why are you so committed to the Conservative Party
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: when the Conservative Party ain't committed to you in the
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: lifestyle of your family members? I just want to know that.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: And how many kids do you? Speaking of family members? Yeah?
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: Any courtions guys on the way, anybody questions comments? Um, temmy,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: you got a question for Steve after bar a million
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: next week? But I think I think no, no, no,
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: I just I think you just need to hang in
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: at it next week. But see if you do have
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: a rule about that when people ask to borrow money
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: from you, what's your rule. Well, when it comes to Tommy, yeah,
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: let's hear that one. Well, I don't really loan money anymore.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: I just give. And he's never asked some money because
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: he already know what. You know. I don't loan it.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: I just give it to you. But then I don't
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: give it to a lot of people, you know. And uh,
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: you know, I got people sitting me all the time.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: I got this great business idea, like somebody told, hey, man,
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: let me tell you something, Steve. If you give me
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars. This was just recently too. If you
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: give me twenty thousand dollars, Man, I'm gonna give you
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: two million, I said, brow, how legally, I said, bro?
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: He said, Man, I got a deal. Man, Just trust
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: me on this. If you give me twenty thousand, I'm
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: gonna give you two million. Well, you can't even dope,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: don't even man, it returns on it. I don't even
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: know what you suldn't do. Man, I don't really will
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: say anything, and I'll give it to you in thirty days.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: If there's a way to turn twenty thousand into two
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: million in thirty days. That would be my job. That
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: would just be my full time job to giving people
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: twenty twenty thousand dollars. Bro I've just fixed it two
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: million everything. Yeah. Yeah, So I got a question, so
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: tell me I think that would be an all right,
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: So my question is we kind of talked about this
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: in an earlier break, but you know, we talked about
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: the mega millions. Jack Pott over up to what half
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: a billion? Tonight? Yes, what is the very first thing
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: you would do if you want the lottery? Jack Pott
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: tonight called all my TV shows and radio people and
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: give and send them the zoom link because in one
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: hour we need to all be on this. Well, you know,
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: that's that's cool. At least it's not what Tommy would do.
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: And what I said, that's cool what you would do.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: At least you let people know that's not what Tommy
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: would do. Yeah, unless you're giving us the heads up,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: yeah right right, right right, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: got an hour to figure it out. Because one hour
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: you're done. I'm making an announcement to everybody. I'm gonna
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: send him a copy of the check and then under
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: under the check will have for words. You cannot no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: I can. This is very forwards under the check. What
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: would you do? All right? You can't say that. Hey, y'all,
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: y'all have a great day. Uh. Those are closing remarks.
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: We just wanted to be a little fun today, but
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: we'll see y'all tomorrow. Listen, y'all, don't forget, don't forget
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: to pray, don't be ashamed to pray, and don't ever
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: be too proud to pray, because prayer, prayer changes things.
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: You can really tell us, y'all, have a great day
