- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator it is a big fight right now
- 0:08Speaker 2: for this country and what's going to happen early on
- 0:12Speaker 2: on border security. There are concerns that there's going to
- 0:15Speaker 2: be a major surge of illegal immigrants coming across the border,
- 0:18Speaker 2: and there's also the reality that there's still serious crimes
- 0:22Speaker 2: that are happening, including some high profile trials that are
- 0:25Speaker 2: going on right now.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Well right now, the Lake and Riley trial is unfolding,
- 0:30Speaker 3: and there was no issue more front and center in
- 0:33Speaker 3: this election than the invasion at our southern border and
- 0:36Speaker 3: Lake and Riley, as much as anybody came to signify
- 0:39Speaker 3: what the stakes are and the tragic circumstances that unfolded
- 0:44Speaker 3: in Georgia with Lake and Riley. They horrified the country,
- 0:49Speaker 3: and we're seeing the testimony of exactly what happened that's
- 0:52Speaker 3: going to end, that is going to end. On January twentieth,
- 0:56Speaker 3: we are days away from the border being we're going
- 1:00Speaker 3: to talk about lakeln Riley, We're going to talk about
- 1:02Speaker 3: what's going to happen to finally, finally, finally secure the border.
- 1:06Speaker 3: We're also seeing ironically the Democrats shamelessly trying to steal
- 1:11Speaker 3: an election in Pennsylvania. I say ironically because the Democrats
- 1:15Speaker 3: prattled on for two years about how they're the party
- 1:17Speaker 3: that's defending democracy, and yet they are right now in
- 1:20Speaker 3: Pennsylvania trying to steal the Senate race. They are defying
- 1:23Speaker 3: the orders of the state Supreme Court. We're going to
- 1:25Speaker 3: walk through that as well. And finally we're going to
- 1:29Speaker 3: talk about the Democrats in the wake of the election.
- 1:31Speaker 3: They have a solution, They have an answer for how
- 1:35Speaker 3: to solve their problems with the voters, and their answer
- 1:38Speaker 3: is censorship. They want to silence any criticism. They want
- 1:41Speaker 3: to ensure that no one can ever disagree with them.
- 1:44Speaker 3: We're going to break that down to.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really important story. I want to talk to
- 1:48Speaker 2: you real quick about the holidays. And when it comes
- 1:51Speaker 2: to holidays, you want to spend time with your family.
- 1:54Speaker 2: You also when you spend time with your family, you're
- 1:57Speaker 2: probably thinking about making sure that they are safe. Well,
- 1:59Speaker 2: there is one gift you may want to put on
- 2:01Speaker 2: your list this Christmas, and it is a gift especially
- 2:05Speaker 2: for loved ones that maybe aren't old enough to carry
- 2:08Speaker 2: a firearm yet. Or maybe don't feel comfortable. I want
- 2:11Speaker 2: you to know about BURNA. BURNA is an incredible option
- 2:15Speaker 2: to protect yourself and put distance between you and a
- 2:19Speaker 2: threat like never before, much more than you can with
- 2:22Speaker 2: pepper spray or with a taser. A burna less lethal
- 2:26Speaker 2: pistol launcher is truly amazing. Now I have them, and
- 2:29Speaker 2: I've got them for multiple family members. Now it is
- 2:32Speaker 2: a great compliment by the way to owning a firearm.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And if your family is in a situation where you
- 2:37Speaker 2: feel threatened or they feel threatened, and you can start
- 2:40Speaker 2: with less lethal, this is the way to go. It
- 2:42Speaker 2: is legal in all fifty states. There are no permits
- 2:45Speaker 2: or background checks needed. Now the best part about this
- 2:49Speaker 2: is its easy use by all ages eighteen and older.
- 2:54Speaker 2: The burner launcher has powerful deterrence like pepper spray, tear gas,
- 2:59Speaker 2: and kinetic rounds. With a sixty foot range, one shot
- 3:03Speaker 2: can incapacitate and attacker for up to forty minutes. It
- 3:06Speaker 2: is used by government agencies and law enforcing around the
- 3:09Speaker 2: country and more than a half million of these have
- 3:11Speaker 2: been sold. They also have more than fourteen thousand, four
- 3:15Speaker 2: and a half star reviews. Now, I want you to
- 3:17Speaker 2: go see how this works, and once you see it,
- 3:19Speaker 2: you're going to be like, I need that. And there's
- 3:21Speaker 2: so many my family members, So whether it's a grandson,
- 3:23Speaker 2: a granddaughter, maybe someone that went off to school, your wife,
- 3:27Speaker 2: your mother, maybe they don't feel comfortable carrying a firearm.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Berna is another phenomenal option. And I want to save
- 3:33Speaker 2: you money. Visit burna dot com slash verdict. That's Burnaby
- 3:38Speaker 2: RNA dot com slash verdict for ten percent off your purchase.
- 3:42Speaker 2: That's by RNA dot com slash verdict for ten percent off.
- 3:46Speaker 2: You can also see the videos there of how it
- 3:47Speaker 2: works and you'll understand how important this is. BYRNA dot
- 3:51Speaker 2: com slash verdict. Senator, Let's start with this trial. As
- 3:55Speaker 2: the audio from this trial came out, I was in
- 4:00Speaker 2: New York City on set it Outnumbered right when they
- 4:03Speaker 2: went live, and the nine to one one call as
- 4:09Speaker 2: well as the bodycam audio from the officer was stunning.
- 4:13Speaker 1: It was shocking. It made me angry.
- 4:16Speaker 2: It made everybody on set just furious and so sad
- 4:21Speaker 2: that Lake and Riley fought for eighteen minutes to try
- 4:24Speaker 2: to save her life. This is a situation that never
- 4:26Speaker 2: should have happened because this person should have never been
- 4:30Speaker 2: in the United States of America, and it was because
- 4:32Speaker 2: of the Biden Harris policies that this monster was able
- 4:36Speaker 2: to take her life.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. And it was heartbreaking as lake
- 4:43Speaker 3: and Riley's mom wept in court listening to the nine
- 4:47Speaker 3: one one call eighteen minutes, eighteen minutes that Lake and
- 4:50Speaker 3: Riley fought. She fought, she fought to avoid being raped,
- 4:53Speaker 3: she fought for her life, and tragically, at the end,
- 4:58Speaker 3: this this monster, this murderer, bashed her head in with
- 5:02Speaker 3: a rock and it's horrific and it's preventable. What is
- 5:06Speaker 3: so so infuriating is that this should never have happened.
- 5:11Speaker 3: And I want you to I want you to listen
- 5:14Speaker 3: to Bill Malugin from Fox reporting on the opening statements
- 5:18Speaker 3: of the trial that really laid out the tragedy of
- 5:22Speaker 3: what unfolded. Dana.
- 5:24Speaker 4: It was really hard to listen to that opening statement
- 5:27Speaker 4: from the prosecutor, the condition that Lake and Riley's body
- 5:30Speaker 4: was found, in the fact that her garment watch tracked
- 5:33Speaker 4: the very moment her heart stopped, I can only imagine
- 5:36Speaker 4: being her family. I think this just shows why we
- 5:40Speaker 4: as in network made it such a priority to cover
- 5:43Speaker 4: the border so much these last few years. These mass
- 5:46Speaker 4: catch and release policies, they have consequences, real world consequences
- 5:51Speaker 4: that affect real people, particularly when it comes to the
- 5:55Speaker 4: mass catching release of Venezuelan men. I mean, how many
- 5:59Speaker 4: live shots were we doing together in twenty twenty two
- 6:01Speaker 4: to twenty twenty three, hundreds of them in Eagle Pass
- 6:04Speaker 4: in El Paso, watching these lines of hundreds of upon
- 6:08Speaker 4: hundreds of Venezuelan men just walking into the country, single
- 6:12Speaker 4: file every day, not running, not hiding, very nonchalant because
- 6:17Speaker 4: they knew they were going to be released into the
- 6:20Speaker 4: country with a court date potentially years away. And the
- 6:23Speaker 4: problem with that is you can't vet Venezuelan men. Venezuela
- 6:27Speaker 4: does not cooperate with the US. We have no database,
- 6:30Speaker 4: no records to run their names against. So what you're
- 6:34Speaker 4: listening to right now with this horrible case with Lake
- 6:36Speaker 4: and Riley, unfortunately it's not even an isolated incident. What
- 6:39Speaker 4: happened just a few months later, Joscelyn Nungary was murdered
- 6:43Speaker 4: in Houston, A twelve year old girl allegedly sexually assaulted
- 6:47Speaker 4: and murdered at the hands of two Venezuelan illegal aliens
- 6:51Speaker 4: who have been caught and released at.
- 6:52Speaker 1: The Texas border just weeks prior. Sound familiar.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Unfortunately, It's been happening all over the country, whether it's
- 7:00Speaker 4: frend de Aragua setting up footholds across the country, migrant
- 7:04Speaker 4: crime happening in different cities across the country. The idea
- 7:07Speaker 4: that what happens at the border stays at the border
- 7:10Speaker 4: ended a long time ago. You look at Rachel Morin,
- 7:15Speaker 4: she was murdered in Maryland. You look at lakeln Riley,
- 7:17Speaker 4: that happened in Georgia. Joscelyn Nunger eight was in Houston.
- 7:21Speaker 4: These catch and release policies affect the entire country. And
- 7:25Speaker 4: say what you want about Donald Trump and the way
- 7:27Speaker 4: he campaigns, but at his rallies, he wasn't bringing celebrities
- 7:31Speaker 4: up on stage. Who was he bringing up Joscelyn Nungary's mom,
- 7:34Speaker 4: Rachel Morin's mom, Real people who suffered horrible, horrible, horrible
- 7:39Speaker 4: consequences as a result of these catch and release policies.
- 7:43Speaker 5: Listen about to you, Bill Mallision, It is interesting to
- 7:45Speaker 5: imagine that you actually could have been standing right there,
- 7:48Speaker 5: or Griff Jenkins could have been reporting to us on
- 7:51Speaker 5: live shots as we watched people just stream across. And
- 7:54Speaker 5: it's certainly possible that we were down there when he
- 7:58Speaker 5: crossed over and before he came to New York. Bill Millisian,
- 8:01Speaker 5: thank you so much.
- 8:02Speaker 2: The question that so many people have after hearing that
- 8:05Speaker 2: centater is how much longer is this going to happen?
- 8:07Speaker 2: Because we're even hearing reports of surges of illegal immigrants
- 8:11Speaker 2: that may be trying to get across before Donald Trump
- 8:15Speaker 2: takes office. And this is because they still refuse to
- 8:18Speaker 2: act at the White House.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Well, Joe bud and Kamala Harris, they want every illegal
- 8:22Speaker 3: alien possible to come into this country between now and
- 8:26Speaker 3: January twentieth because they look at every one of them
- 8:28Speaker 3: as a future Democrat voter. And you know the the
- 8:33Speaker 3: trial of Lake and Riley's murderer where they played the
- 8:36Speaker 3: nine one one call, They went through the timeline and
- 8:39Speaker 3: one of the things Lake and Riley she wasn't killed
- 8:41Speaker 3: at two in the morning. She was killed just after
- 8:45Speaker 3: nine am. She left the home her home jogging on
- 8:49Speaker 3: the University of Georgia campus at nine oh three am.
- 8:53Speaker 3: She was seen at nine oh five am jogging with
- 8:55Speaker 3: her cell phone in her hand and then at nine
- 8:58Speaker 3: eleven am, she called nine one one while running, and
- 9:06Speaker 3: there was a minute long recording where you can hear
- 9:09Speaker 3: a male voice, and the jury heard the operator repeating
- 9:13Speaker 3: herself saying Clark County nine one one, Hello, Clark County
- 9:17Speaker 3: nine one one, Can anyone hear me? The call ended
- 9:21Speaker 3: at nine to twelve am. And if you can imagine,
- 9:25Speaker 3: Riley's mom listened to that in court, the suspect didn't
- 9:33Speaker 3: even his face didn't move, He had no reaction as
- 9:37Speaker 3: he listened to what happened. And the prosecution laid out
- 9:43Speaker 3: that this murderer was quote hunting for females on the
- 9:48Speaker 3: campus when he came upon Riley. And here's what the
- 9:51Speaker 3: prosecutor said to the jury. She said, quote when Lake
- 9:56Speaker 3: and Riley refused to be his rape victim, he bashed
- 10:00Speaker 3: her skull in with a rock repeatedly. The evidence will
- 10:04Speaker 3: show that Laken fought, She fought for her life, she
- 10:09Speaker 3: fought for her dignity, and in that fight, she caused
- 10:13Speaker 3: this defendant to leave forensic evidence behind. She also marked
- 10:17Speaker 3: her killer for the entire world to see. I've got
- 10:22Speaker 3: to say the tragedy of what happened to Lake and Riley,
- 10:27Speaker 3: the tragedy of what happened to Joscelyn Hungary, the tragedy
- 10:30Speaker 3: of what happened to Rachel Marin, the tragedy of what
- 10:33Speaker 3: has happened over and over and over again. All of
- 10:36Speaker 3: this was preventable. But we can at least take solace
- 10:43Speaker 3: that we will see crimes like this begin to be
- 10:46Speaker 3: prevented on January twentieth.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You mentioned January the twentieth, and obviously that's coming soon,
- 10:55Speaker 2: not soon enough.
- 10:56Speaker 1: But is there no is there no chain.
- 11:00Speaker 6: Of your colleagues that realize what this election was about
- 11:03Speaker 6: in DC where they say, hey, guys, maybe we want
- 11:06Speaker 6: to get ahead of this. Maybe we really really misread
- 11:11Speaker 6: this with the American people. Maybe we should start now
- 11:14Speaker 6: and not just allow for these open borders. Or is
- 11:18Speaker 6: this just the official policy the Democratic Party that we
- 11:21Speaker 6: are always open borders no matter what.
- 11:23Speaker 3: So I don't know. It has not been very long
- 11:26Speaker 3: since election day. We were back in session last week,
- 11:29Speaker 3: so I was there with the Democrat senators. I'll tell
- 11:32Speaker 3: you they're just kind of a little shell shocked. I
- 11:36Speaker 3: think they're stunned by the election results. Will see if
- 11:39Speaker 3: they change. I'll tell you what I am urging. I
- 11:43Speaker 3: would like to see us in January, when we get
- 11:45Speaker 3: the new Congress sworn in, I'd like to see one
- 11:48Speaker 3: of the very first bills that we vote on be
- 11:51Speaker 3: the Justice for Joscelynak, the law that I've introduced that
- 11:55Speaker 3: mandates that when illegal immigrants are detained, that they be
- 11:58Speaker 3: kept in attention, that they not be released as long
- 12:01Speaker 3: as there are detention facilities there for them. I'd like
- 12:04Speaker 3: to see that vote early on and put every Democrat
- 12:07Speaker 3: on record, and we'll see. Maybe they look at these
- 12:10Speaker 3: election results and say, Okay, we've got to change, or
- 12:14Speaker 3: maybe they don't. Maybe they dig in and say we
- 12:16Speaker 3: don't care and we're going to keep doing the same
- 12:18Speaker 3: thing over and over again. But I think we ought
- 12:19Speaker 3: to force them in January go on record. Have you
- 12:24Speaker 3: listened to a word the voter said? Or are you
- 12:26Speaker 3: just are you just stuck on open borders, no matter
- 12:30Speaker 3: who dies, no matter who suffers, no matter who the victims.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Are part of the story.
- 12:36Speaker 2: And I think it's important for people to understand Lake
- 12:40Speaker 2: and Riley's murderer entered the country illegally back in twenty
- 12:46Speaker 2: twenty two. There's a timeline and we knew that this
- 12:51Speaker 2: person was in the country illegally, and yet we kept
- 12:54Speaker 2: allowing him to come back.
- 12:56Speaker 5: Listen, see, I want to just remind everybody how did
- 12:58Speaker 5: Jose Bera get here and how do we get to
- 13:00Speaker 5: this point? So in September of twenty twenty two, he
- 13:04Speaker 5: crossed illegally on the west side of Texas in El Paso.
- 13:07Speaker 5: He makes his way all the way to New York
- 13:10Speaker 5: and that was in September of twenty twenty three. As
- 13:12Speaker 5: we've seen a pattern, arrested in New York City then,
- 13:17Speaker 5: but let go makes his way down to Georgia, and
- 13:20Speaker 5: in October twenty twenty three he was cited for shoplifting. Okay,
- 13:24Speaker 5: that's crime, but he's let go again. And in February
- 13:26Speaker 5: of twenty twenty four, this is when he is This
- 13:29Speaker 5: is the date where he is charged with the killing
- 13:32Speaker 5: of Lake and Riley. So I was just looking the
- 13:34Speaker 5: bigger picture, Shannon Well. Under President Trump, these are the
- 13:37Speaker 5: types of numbers you're looking at for ice removals of
- 13:40Speaker 5: illegal immigrants who were for whatever reason, we're in the
- 13:44Speaker 5: country illegally, but also criminals that were in the country illegally.
- 13:48Speaker 5: Then you look at the Biden administration, and those are
- 13:50Speaker 5: the numbers. And that's one of the reasons you see
- 13:52Speaker 5: this number, Shannon, which I think is amazing, immigration being
- 13:55Speaker 5: the most important issue either overall and in Georgia twenty
- 13:59Speaker 5: percent eighteen. But look at the difference in twenty twenty
- 14:02Speaker 5: it was three percent four percent. So something happened. I
- 14:06Speaker 5: think we all know what it was, which is the
- 14:07Speaker 5: change from Biden to Trump on border policy.
- 14:11Speaker 1: There it is Biden and Trump on border policy.
- 14:14Speaker 3: And understand that timeline ben three times this murder. And
- 14:18Speaker 3: by the way, you will notice, I will not say
- 14:20Speaker 3: his name, I will not say the names of any
- 14:22Speaker 3: of these bastards. I'll say the names of the victims.
- 14:25Speaker 3: But these bastards deserve to be forgotten. They deserve to
- 14:28Speaker 3: be prosecuted and executed and utterly forgotten because they are
- 14:33Speaker 3: evil what they have done to these victims. But this
- 14:37Speaker 3: monster three times was apprehended, three times he was let go.
- 14:43Speaker 3: The first time he was apprehended was in twenty twenty
- 14:47Speaker 3: two in El Paso, Texas, and Joe Biden and Kamala
- 14:50Speaker 3: Harris and the Democrats let him go. Had they followed
- 14:53Speaker 3: the law, then, had they put him on a plane.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Had they flown them back to Venezuela, had they kept
- 14:57Speaker 3: him in detention, Lake and Riley would be alive. The
- 15:00Speaker 3: second time he was arrested and let Go was in
- 15:02Speaker 3: New York again, New York Democratic prosecutors. He was charged
- 15:08Speaker 3: with endangering the safety of a child, but let go again.
- 15:12Speaker 3: The third time he was arrested and let Go was
- 15:15Speaker 3: in Georgia again, Democrat prosecutors. Over and over and over again.
- 15:20Speaker 3: There is a pattern and the good news. You know,
- 15:23Speaker 3: people wonder, well, well, how does this change so quickly?
- 15:25Speaker 3: Why does January twentieth matter so much? Well, look, on
- 15:30Speaker 3: January twentieth, we're not going to build any new wall.
- 15:34Speaker 3: On January twentieth, we're not going to likely hire any
- 15:37Speaker 3: new border patrol agent. So you wonder what can change
- 15:40Speaker 3: so quickly? And what can change so quickly is a
- 15:43Speaker 3: simple policy decision. On January twentieth, I am absolutely certain
- 15:48Speaker 3: that Donald Trump will instruct the border patrol catch and
- 15:51Speaker 3: release ends. Now, if you apprehend someone, you detain them,
- 15:57Speaker 3: and we deport them. And the thing to understand, not
- 16:00Speaker 3: only does that mean the first step in the timeline
- 16:03Speaker 3: of the Lake and Riley murderer ends, because they never
- 16:06Speaker 3: let him go in twenty twenty two. But it also
- 16:09Speaker 3: means the numbers plummet because everyone who comes, they have
- 16:13Speaker 3: cell phones, They call their friends, they call their family.
- 16:16Speaker 3: So on January twentieth, and by the way, people are
- 16:19Speaker 3: going to know this on January tenth, they're going to
- 16:21Speaker 3: know this is what Trump's going to do. So it's
- 16:23Speaker 3: not even going to take the phone calls. It's going
- 16:25Speaker 3: to take uh oh, there's a new sheriff in town.
- 16:28Speaker 3: And we will see, mark my words. By January and
- 16:31Speaker 3: February of next year, we will see the numbers plummet massively.
- 16:36Speaker 2: I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile real quick.
- 16:39Speaker 2: If you have a cell phone and your cell phone
- 16:41Speaker 2: is with Big Mobile, you may not realize until now
- 16:43Speaker 2: that you are supporting hardcore liberal causes, candidates and organizations,
- 16:50Speaker 2: organizations that pay for abortions. For example, when I found
- 16:54Speaker 2: that out, I did not want to be I didn't
- 16:56Speaker 2: want any of my dollars going to a company that
- 16:59Speaker 2: was going to use my money for things like that. Well,
- 17:02Speaker 2: about a decade ago, a group of conservatives founded a
- 17:06Speaker 2: company called Patriot Mobile because they want to be on
- 17:09Speaker 2: the front lines fighting for our values, for our First
- 17:13Speaker 2: and our Second Amendment rights, fighting for the sanctity of life,
- 17:16Speaker 2: and standing with our military, our first responders, and our
- 17:19Speaker 2: wounded warriors. Well they did that by creating an incredible
- 17:23Speaker 2: cell phone company, and you can take a stand for
- 17:26Speaker 2: conservative causes by switching your cell phone provider to them.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Not only many times you save real money every month,
- 17:34Speaker 2: but you also do this They take about five percent
- 17:37Speaker 2: of your bill every month and no extra cost to you,
- 17:40Speaker 2: and they give it back to conservative causes that fight
- 17:42Speaker 2: for what we believe in. So you're making a difference
- 17:45Speaker 2: with every phone call, with every text message, and with
- 17:47Speaker 2: every bill you pay. You also get the same nationwide
- 17:50Speaker 2: coverage as the big providers because they're all now using
- 17:53Speaker 2: the same networks in twenty twenty four. It is easy
- 17:56Speaker 2: to switch. You can do it over the phone. I
- 17:58Speaker 2: have Patriot Mobile. I travel everywhere and have no issues
- 18:01Speaker 2: with coverage. Plus they have a coverage guarantee. Now you
- 18:05Speaker 2: keep your same cell phone number you have right now
- 18:07Speaker 2: you can upgrade to a new phone or keep the
- 18:09Speaker 2: one you have, and they have a one hundred percent
- 18:11Speaker 2: US space customer service team that helps you switch easily.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Go to Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict, and you're
- 18:20Speaker 2: going to get one month of free service to the

- 18:44Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot. Get that free month of service today. Senator,
- 18:47Speaker 2: I want to move to Pennsylvania. And this has become
- 18:51Speaker 2: a really big issue, especially on Sunday as this race
- 18:56Speaker 2: has tightened, and there are a lot of people that
- 18:59Speaker 2: just straight up saying, now at this point, the Democrats
- 19:02Speaker 2: are trying to steal an election in Pennsylvania. They're looking
- 19:06Speaker 2: at the Democrats trying to violate the rule of law
- 19:10Speaker 2: and undermine the electoral process. Is the new accusation because
- 19:14Speaker 2: of the ballots they're now allowing to in essence be counted.
- 19:18Speaker 2: This seems very confusing, but also the game plan that
- 19:22Speaker 2: you would expect from the Democrats right now.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Well understand right now that Democrats are actively trying to
- 19:28Speaker 3: steal an election in Pennsylvania, Dave McCormick has won that
- 19:32Speaker 3: Senate race. He's won. The AP has called the race.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Bob Casey, the incumbent Democrat, has lost. Bob Casey doesn't
- 19:39Speaker 3: want to concede. Apparently Bob Casey and Chuck Schumer are
- 19:42Speaker 3: election deniers. They don't like the results. They brought in
- 19:44Speaker 3: a guy named Mark Elias. Mark Elias is the top
- 19:48Speaker 3: Democrat litigation attorney for elections in the country. Mark Elias's
- 19:53Speaker 3: job is to try to steal elections, to try to
- 19:56Speaker 3: try to get illegal votes in, to try to get
- 19:58Speaker 3: Democrats to win. No matter matter what, I'm going to
- 20:01Speaker 3: do something that I rarely will do on verdict. I'm
- 20:05Speaker 3: just going to read from the New York Times. The
- 20:08Speaker 3: New York Times is not a paper that I respected.
- 20:11Speaker 3: It often is profoundly dishonest. But when the Democrats are
- 20:15Speaker 3: too extreme for The New York Times, that tells you something.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Here's an article from the New York Times. The headline quote.
- 20:22Speaker 3: In Pennsylvania, the election litigation continues with a twist as
- 20:27Speaker 3: a Senate recount plays out. At least four counties are
- 20:30Speaker 3: ignoring an order from the state Supreme Court that undated
- 20:35Speaker 3: or misdated male ballots cannot be counted, and the article
- 20:40Speaker 3: begins in an election defined in part by a tsunami
- 20:42Speaker 3: of litigation before the polls even opened. Few states saw
- 20:45Speaker 3: as much legal haggling over which ballots should count as Pennsylvania.
- 20:49Speaker 3: The polls have long since closed, yet a new round
- 20:52Speaker 3: of litigation is flooding the recount battle between Senator Bob Casey,
- 20:55Speaker 3: a Democrat, and Dave McCormick, his Republican challenger, who currently
- 20:59Speaker 3: leads by a n twenty one thousand votes, a margin
- 21:02Speaker 3: rarely overtaken by a simple recount. The landscape, however, is
- 21:07Speaker 3: different in at least four counties, Bucks, Philadelphia, Center, and Montgomery.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Local election officials are acting in open defiance of a
- 21:17Speaker 3: ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that arrived weeks before
- 21:22Speaker 3: the election. The court found that male ballots that are
- 21:25Speaker 3: missing the date on the outer envelope or that have
- 21:27Speaker 3: the wrong date cannot be counted for this election. The
- 21:31Speaker 3: Bucks County Election Commission felt differently. Quote it's a pretty
- 21:36Speaker 3: stupid thing to not count someone's vote simply because they
- 21:38Speaker 3: didn't date an envelope for a ballot, said Robert Harvey, Junior.
- 21:42Speaker 3: The chairman of the board and a Democrat who's desperately
- 21:44Speaker 3: trying to steal the election. That last part is me editorializing.
- 21:49Speaker 3: During a meeting on Tuesday where the board voted two
- 21:51Speaker 3: to one to count four hundred and five ballots with
- 21:54Speaker 3: date errors on the envelope, he added that election officials
- 21:58Speaker 3: know when ballots were printed for voters, making the outer
- 22:00Speaker 3: envelope date requirement meaningless. The law needs to be changed,
- 22:04Speaker 3: mister Harvey said. The commissioners were advised that they were
- 22:08Speaker 3: likely to be sued no matter how they ruled. So
- 22:10Speaker 3: we're going to get sued either way. I'd rather be
- 22:12Speaker 3: on the side of counting ballots than not counting them,
- 22:14Speaker 3: mister Harvey said. So you have four counties that are
- 22:20Speaker 3: battling the State Supreme Court that are refusing to follow
- 22:25Speaker 3: the State Supreme Court. You've got Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery and
- 22:30Speaker 3: Center and the commissioners. Lisa Dally, who's one of the
- 22:34Speaker 3: Democratic commissioners on the Philadelphia board, said before her vote
- 22:38Speaker 3: that she felt a local city court had ruled in
- 22:40Speaker 3: the ballots that the ballots should count, and that the
- 22:42Speaker 3: state Supreme Court did not reject that decision, and so
- 22:46Speaker 3: in an interview, Seth Bluestein, the Republican commissioner on the
- 22:49Speaker 3: county commission, reiterated that the State Supreme Court had already
- 22:54Speaker 3: settled the issue. Quote, even though the commissioners and the
- 22:57Speaker 3: boards of elections have some discretion in how they vote,
- 23:00Speaker 3: when you have something as explicit as an order from
- 23:03Speaker 3: the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, we need to follow that. And
- 23:08Speaker 3: what is amazing if you listen to one of the
- 23:12Speaker 3: Democrat members of the Bucks County Board, dian Diane m
- 23:17Speaker 3: Elis Marsigalia, here's what Miss Ellis Marsigalia said, she's a
- 23:21Speaker 3: Democrat on the Buck Bucks County Board. Quote. I think
- 23:25Speaker 3: we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter
- 23:28Speaker 3: anymore in this country. People violate laws any time they want.
- 23:34Speaker 3: So for me, if I violate this law, it's because
- 23:38Speaker 3: I want a court to pay attention. There's nothing more
- 23:41Speaker 3: important than counting votes. So you've got Democrats in Pennsylvania
- 23:47Speaker 3: openly defying the law. You've got the state Supreme Court.
- 23:50Speaker 3: And by the way, the State Supreme Court or Democrats,
- 23:52Speaker 3: the State Supreme Court is issued an order as to
- 23:55Speaker 3: what ballots you can legally count and what ballots you can't,
- 23:58Speaker 3: and these local Democrat are pissed because under that result,
- 24:02Speaker 3: the Republican has won. And so their view is, We're
- 24:04Speaker 3: going to keep illegally counting ballots and keep illegally counting
- 24:07Speaker 3: ballots until the Democrat wins, and the instant of the
- 24:10Speaker 3: Democrat wins, We're done. It is shocking, and it is
- 24:14Speaker 3: happening in plain daylight. And mind you, that's not me
- 24:17Speaker 3: saying that, that's New York Times.
- 24:19Speaker 2: So how do you And this is where people have lost,
- 24:22Speaker 2: I think just total faith in the system. If the
- 24:24Speaker 2: court has said you can't do this, and they're like,
- 24:26Speaker 2: maskert will do it anyway, what is the recourse And
- 24:29Speaker 2: is there a real chance they could actually succeed in
- 24:32Speaker 2: stealing this election? Because as you said it, and I
- 24:35Speaker 2: agree with you, this is active, an active campaign by
- 24:40Speaker 2: Democrats to steal an election they know they lost.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Well, look, there's litigation, and I can tell you the
- 24:46Speaker 3: McCormick campaign that they have hired serious lawyers. They're engaged
- 24:50Speaker 3: in litigation, they're fighting back and hopefully the courts will
- 24:53Speaker 3: stop this. But I'll tell you what, it's not just
- 24:55Speaker 3: the New York Times. Do you know who the Democrats
- 24:57Speaker 3: have lost. They've lost the Washington So here's the Washington
- 25:02Speaker 3: Post editorial board quote. Democrats thumb their nose at the
- 25:07Speaker 3: rule of law in Pennsylvania. Elections need rules, and they
- 25:11Speaker 3: must be applied equally and consistently. And this is the
- 25:14Speaker 3: Washington Post editorial board, no friend to Republicans. Quote. Before
- 25:19Speaker 3: the November fifth election, Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that provisional
- 25:22Speaker 3: ballots must be signed in two required places and that
- 25:25Speaker 3: mail in votes must be dated. Yet, elected Democrat officials
- 25:29Speaker 3: in Philadelphia and three other counties buck Centera Montgomery voted
- 25:33Speaker 3: this week to defy these and other court decisions at
- 25:37Speaker 3: the request of lawyers for Democratic Senator Bob Casey, who
- 25:41Speaker 3: trails GOP challenger Dave McCormick by about twenty four thousand votes,
- 25:46Speaker 3: with almost all of the roughly seven million ballots cast
- 25:49Speaker 3: having been counted. These Democrats' decision will almost certainly be
- 25:52Speaker 3: overturned on appeal. But the mere attempt to defy judicial
- 25:57Speaker 3: rulings is corrosive to democracy and invites similar behavior in
- 26:04Speaker 3: future elections. Now, this is this is the Washington Post
- 26:11Speaker 3: who's pointing out And by the way, understand, you've got
- 26:13Speaker 3: elected Democrats in Pennsylvania who are voting openly we are
- 26:18Speaker 3: going to ignore the Pennsylvania Supreme Court because we want
- 26:21Speaker 3: the Democrats to win. And why are they doing this
- 26:23Speaker 3: Because Bob Casey, the Democrat, went to them and said,
- 26:27Speaker 3: ignore the Supreme Court. It's more important that I the Democrat,
- 26:30Speaker 3: win than that you follow the law. And you know
- 26:33Speaker 3: what I got to say, if there's a Democrat in
- 26:37Speaker 3: Washington who is embarrassed by this shameless undermining of democracy,
- 26:42Speaker 3: I don't know who it is. It certainly hasn't been
- 26:44Speaker 3: Joe Biden. It certainly hasn't been Kamala Harris, It certainly
- 26:47Speaker 3: hasn't been Chuck Schumer. It certainly hasn't been Bob Casey.
- 26:50Speaker 3: They're all cheering this on. And these are the same
- 26:54Speaker 3: people that you could not shut them up from talking
- 26:57Speaker 3: about their love for democracy, except for the fact that
- 27:00Speaker 3: the one they're trying to defy the law and undermine democracy.
- 27:04Speaker 2: So it's almost the end of the year, and that's
- 27:06Speaker 2: when people start doing their New Year's resolutions.
- 27:08Speaker 1: And if you're like me, you.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Probably thought maybe last year, hey, you're gonna get in shape,
- 27:13Speaker 2: you're gonna lose weight.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Well, the good news is. I actually did it.
- 27:16Speaker 2: I lost more than seventy pounds, and I would not
- 27:19Speaker 2: have been able to do it without the help from Chalk.

- 27:32Speaker 2: You want to be more active, you want to work out,
- 27:35Speaker 2: but you're just sick and tired of well being. Sick
- 27:37Speaker 2: and tired, you're sitting on the council all the time,
- 27:39Speaker 2: you're not working out. The problem is real. It's men's

- 28:57Speaker 1: Center.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Finally, there's one other issue that I want hit and
- 29:00Speaker 2: it's an important one and it deals with the lefts
- 29:03Speaker 2: increased calls for censorship.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Post election.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Media elites are fuming over their inability to force feed
- 29:12Speaker 2: narratives to the American people. They're also angry that the
- 29:16Speaker 2: media seems to be losing their power, the potency, you know,
- 29:21Speaker 2: whether it's Saturday Night Live or the Late Shows, or
- 29:23Speaker 2: CNN or or MSNBC. Their ratings are down, and so
- 29:27Speaker 2: now they're saying, well, we just need to censor everybody
- 29:29Speaker 2: and just take it all down from the internet.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Anything we don't like.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Well, the Democrats, they're not actually looking introspectively and saying, gosh,
- 29:36Speaker 3: maybe we were wrong on the issues. Maybe the fact
- 29:38Speaker 3: that over seventy percent of Americans thought we were on
- 29:41Speaker 3: the wrong track, maybe that's a problem. Maybe we shouldn't
- 29:43Speaker 3: have had an open border and let this country be invaded.
- 29:45Speaker 3: Maybe we shouldn't have spent money like drunken sailors and
- 29:48Speaker 3: caused inflation that that hurt working families across this country.
- 29:52Speaker 3: Maybe maybe maybe we shouldn't have waged a war on
- 29:55Speaker 3: energy that that hurt everyone who's struggling to make ends meet.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Maybe we shouldn't have undermined our friends and allies, and
- 30:01Speaker 3: we shouldn't have appeased our enemies. Maybe we shouldn't have
- 30:03Speaker 3: given a hundred billion dollars to Iran that funds terrorists
- 30:06Speaker 3: in Hamas and Hesbalah and causes a war. Maybe we
- 30:09Speaker 3: shouldn't have transformed peace and prosperity into war across the globe.
- 30:12Speaker 3: Maybe we shouldn't have turned the other way and in
- 30:15Speaker 3: fact secretly cheered on antisemitic protesters that threaten students. Maybe
- 30:19Speaker 3: our policies are wrong. That would be a rational and
- 30:21Speaker 3: sensible thing for Democrats to do. So they're not doing that. Instead,
- 30:25Speaker 3: they're saying, hmm, maybe if people just didn't know what
- 30:30Speaker 3: we were doing. Maybe if they couldn't say what we
- 30:33Speaker 3: were doing, Maybe if they couldn't criticize what we're doing. Yeah,
- 30:36Speaker 3: that's how we'd win. So Jensaki, Joe Biden's former press secretary, Jensaki,
- 30:41Speaker 3: went on a podcast and she said this quote, one
- 30:44Speaker 3: of the things that's changed ever since I got involved
- 30:46Speaker 3: in politics is just the rise of the percentage of
- 30:49Speaker 3: people who get their information off of platforms that have
- 30:52Speaker 3: no fact checking mechanism and no accountability for having disinformation spread.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Quote.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Local TV is held to a higher standard of account
- 31:00Speaker 3: ability than social media platforms in terms of accurate information
- 31:03Speaker 3: on their platforms. That is crazy.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Quote.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Laws have to change. I don't even know the entire
- 31:11Speaker 3: answer to it, but it seems to me to be
- 31:13Speaker 3: a core issue. And in particular, she focused on Trump
- 31:18Speaker 3: appearing on Joe Rogan, the fact that he could go
- 31:20Speaker 3: directly in front of the voters, and here's what she says, quote,
- 31:24Speaker 3: I don't think Joe Rogan deserves one hundred percent of
- 31:27Speaker 3: the credit for Donald Trump being elected, but it was
- 31:30Speaker 3: a misunderstanding of kind of kind of also how people
- 31:34Speaker 3: are getting their information, and an underval valuing of some
- 31:38Speaker 3: of those platforms that Trump was doing. This is sadly
- 31:43Speaker 3: where the Democrats are understand. She's not saying we the Democrats,
- 31:47Speaker 3: need to communicate better. She's not saying we the Democrats
- 31:49Speaker 3: need to change their policies. She's saying, we need to
- 31:52Speaker 3: change the laws to make it illegal for that sob
- 31:57Speaker 3: Joe Rogan to say things we don't like. We need
- 31:59Speaker 3: to change the laws to make it illegal for anyone
- 32:02Speaker 3: to post on X what the actual facts are of
- 32:05Speaker 3: what we the Democrats are doing. If we can silence everyone,
- 32:09Speaker 3: then we stay in power forever. That is dangerous as hell.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Yeah, listen to Jinsaki when she was doing this, uh
- 32:17Speaker 2: this podcast and what she said.
- 32:19Speaker 7: And no accountability for having disinformation spread right, And as
- 32:24Speaker 7: you know, well, and I mean when I when I
- 32:26Speaker 7: got started in democratic politics, you know, most of it
- 32:30Speaker 7: was like local TV ads. That was what it was about. Obviously,
- 32:33Speaker 7: national TV, local print, those local TV is held to
- 32:37Speaker 7: a higher standard of accountability than social media platforms in
- 32:42Speaker 7: terms of having accurate information on their platforms. That is
- 32:46Speaker 7: crazy and so it is. How how does it change?
- 32:51Speaker 4: How is it?
- 32:51Speaker 1: How is it?
- 32:52Speaker 7: How are people held to account? Laws have to.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Change, laws have to change. Center.
- 32:56Speaker 2: I guess we're just seen to start locking up anybody
- 32:58Speaker 2: that says something we don't like.
- 33:00Speaker 3: That, sadly is where the Democrats are. And listen, we
- 33:04Speaker 3: talked before during the election how this campaign with Kamala
- 33:08Speaker 3: Harrison Tim Waltz was the most anti free speech campaign
- 33:13Speaker 3: since John Adams who had signed the Alien and Sedition Acts.
- 33:16Speaker 3: And it really is historic and dangerous. I'm glad that
- 33:22Speaker 3: the American people repudiated that assault on free speech. And
- 33:26Speaker 3: yet I don't hear anyone in the Democrat Party defending
- 33:31Speaker 3: free speech, and sadly, I think they're going to double
- 33:34Speaker 3: down on the answer is more censorship, so no one
- 33:38Speaker 3: dares criticize us.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree with you.
- 33:41Speaker 2: There, don't forget what this show Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Make sure you hit that subscribe or auto download button
