Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Biden Crime Family Profited Off Hunter's Addiction
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: So remember months ago when I told you that the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Biden crime family actually abused Hunter Biden.
- 0:07Speaker 2: They used his addiction.
- 0:08Speaker 1: They knew they were funding his addiction, and they knew
- 0:11Speaker 1: that he could do deals, and the alibi would be
- 0:13Speaker 1: that he is an addict if he has ever caught. Now,
- 0:16Speaker 1: they never had any intention of him being caught, but
- 0:19Speaker 1: they knew as an addict that they could then take
- 0:22Speaker 1: risks that even James Biden, the President's brother, or Joe
- 0:25Speaker 1: Biden or others were not willing to take because the
- 0:28Speaker 1: alibi was he didn't even know what he was doing.
- 0:31Speaker 1: He was an addict. He was doing dumb deals and
- 0:34Speaker 1: bad business deals and working with Russians and human trafficking
- 0:38Speaker 1: and sex trafficking and all of these different things, right,
- 0:41Speaker 1: And it's not his fault because he was an addict.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I told you that was going to be their alibi.
- 0:46Speaker 1: And I also talk to you about how sick it
- 0:48Speaker 1: is that we have a president United States of America
- 0:50Speaker 1: that would exploit his own son's addiction, and that all
- 0:54Speaker 1: of them, by the way around him, all of the
- 0:57Speaker 1: family members, would exploit the addictions and these are serious addictions,
- 1:06Speaker 1: to their advantage. Knowing that they were putting his life
- 1:09Speaker 1: at risk. They knew when he was an addict, and
- 1:11Speaker 1: they knew that he was still doing the business deals
- 1:13Speaker 1: for the Biden crime family when he was an addict.
- 1:16Speaker 1: That is a fact. We know that from the emails,
- 1:18Speaker 1: We know that from the voicemails. But the reality was
- 1:21Speaker 1: they were not willing to cut off the family money
- 1:24Speaker 1: that had to go through Hunter Biden because he was
- 1:27Speaker 1: the only one that could take the risks. Well, now,
- 1:30Speaker 1: Jill Biden is coming out the President's wife, the first lady,
- 1:34Speaker 1: and she's upset. She says, it's unconscionable what the Republicans
- 1:39Speaker 1: are doing with the investigation into her husband. Playing the
- 1:43Speaker 1: victim card number one, and not just the victim card.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I want to make that very clear. She's playing an
- 1:49Speaker 1: even bigger card than that. What she is playing is
- 1:54Speaker 1: that how dare the Republicans do what they're doing right now?
- 1:59Speaker 1: Listen to Joe Biden in the sit down one on
- 2:01Speaker 1: one on MSNBC with Mika about what the quote evil
- 2:06Speaker 1: Republicans are doing to Hunter.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Have you been coping personally with the onslaught of accusations
- 2:13Speaker 3: against your husband and your family, including and especially Hunter's
- 2:17Speaker 3: the focus of a House Oversight committee hearing holding him
- 2:20Speaker 3: in contempt, obsessing over him, showing picture of him during
- 2:24Speaker 3: vulnerable moments in his battle with addiction on the floor
- 2:28Speaker 3: of the House. This would crush any family.
- 2:31Speaker 4: Mika, I think what they are doing to Hunter is cruel,
- 2:36Speaker 4: and I'm really proud of how Hunter has rebuilt his
- 2:41Speaker 4: life after addiction. You know, I love my son and
- 2:47Speaker 4: had It's hurt my grandchildren and that's what I'm so
- 2:51Speaker 4: concerned about, that it's affecting their lives as well.
- 2:55Speaker 3: What do you think when you hear Trump Republicans calling
- 2:57Speaker 3: the Heiden crime family our one congresswoman the Biden crime
- 3:03Speaker 3: family sold out America Marjorie Tyler Green, He's a liar,
- 3:07Speaker 3: he's mentally incompetent. And let's not even talk about what
- 3:11Speaker 3: let's go Brandon means. But you have US senators holding
- 3:14Speaker 3: signs that say.
- 3:15Speaker 4: That Biden's hard to realize our country, isn't it.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I mean to look at it what.
- 3:19Speaker 4: We used to have and what the other side, the
- 3:25Speaker 4: extremness have turned this country into. I mean, we would
- 3:29Speaker 4: never see things like that, say ten years ago.
- 3:34Speaker 3: This has got to be so different than any races
- 3:37Speaker 3: that you and your husband have run. Yeah, it's a
- 3:42Speaker 3: little scary.
- 3:43Speaker 4: It is a little scary, and I think it's but
- 3:46Speaker 4: I think it's not just for me and for Joe,
- 3:49Speaker 4: but just to see what happened.
- 3:51Speaker 2: I mean, look at.
- 3:52Speaker 4: The insurrection that took place.
- 3:55Speaker 2: I mean, it's just so hard to believe.
- 3:58Speaker 4: That the United's dates of America witnessed an insurrection. I
- 4:03Speaker 4: think Americans were just stunned by that.
- 4:07Speaker 1: It's a lot of what about asthm, isn't it? Don't
- 4:09Speaker 1: look at my family and the crimes that we've committed.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Look at January the sixth and the insurrection that happened
- 4:14Speaker 1: that stunned America. She also says she feels so bad
- 4:18Speaker 1: for her grandchildren. Does that include the granddaughter that you
- 4:21Speaker 1: denied existed, that you wouldn't hang up as stocking for
- 4:24Speaker 1: that you have never met, that you guys wouldn't allow
- 4:26Speaker 1: to take the Biden surname, The same granddaughter that you
- 4:31Speaker 1: refused to send child support to with a mother that
- 4:34Speaker 1: desperately needed the funds to take care of the child
- 4:38Speaker 1: that was one of your grandchildren. Or does that one
- 4:42Speaker 1: not count because she was a stripper and your son
- 4:44Speaker 1: and pregnant her while he was on drugs.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I'm just curious how this works in a.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Time when he was a drug addic and says I
- 4:52Speaker 1: don't even remember her right, which one is it? Do
- 4:55Speaker 1: you feel sorry and compassion for the women that were
- 5:00Speaker 1: traffic to cross state lines and quite possibly from other
- 5:04Speaker 1: countries to fulfill your son's sexual fantasies abusing those women
- 5:11Speaker 1: and exploited the way they were caught on tape, not
- 5:15Speaker 1: just caught on tape, but also on video. He videoed
- 5:18Speaker 1: them and tape the way that he treated them.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Do you worry about those victims and those women?
- 5:26Speaker 1: And noticed that she didn't deny that they are a
- 5:28Speaker 1: crime family. She laughed it off and moved to insurrection. Right, well,
- 5:33Speaker 1: we're not bad. Look at the other side. We can't
- 5:36Speaker 1: even believe we're having to have this conversation. Never in
- 5:39Speaker 1: my wildest dreams could I've imagined that we would have
- 5:43Speaker 1: to deal with this.
- 5:44Speaker 2: These people are sick on a different level.
- 5:47Speaker 1: And when I say that they are sick on a
- 5:49Speaker 1: different level, I want to be clear what I mean
- 5:51Speaker 1: by that. Joe Biden was in on this too. She
- 5:55Speaker 1: knew about the Biden crime family. She knew about her
- 5:58Speaker 1: brother in law, she knew about her sisters and laws,
- 6:00Speaker 1: she knew about the business associates that were coming over
- 6:04Speaker 1: to their home. She knew about her husband and what
- 6:07Speaker 1: he was doing. This is going on for decades, folks, like,
- 6:10Speaker 1: this is not something that just happened.
- 6:12Speaker 2: This has been going on for decades.
- 6:13Speaker 1: And let me say that again, this has been going
- 6:16Speaker 1: on for decades, for decades.
- 6:19Speaker 2: She knows it.
- 6:21Speaker 1: She knows that how things are getting paid for, she
- 6:23Speaker 1: knows how the money flows. She's clearly of sound mind.
- 6:28Speaker 1: She understands how this business structure works. She understands how
- 6:32Speaker 1: the shell companies work. She understands that there are multiple LLCs,
- 6:37Speaker 1: a dozen plus LLCs, maybe two dozen LLCs that don't
- 6:41Speaker 1: offer any type of job at all for anyone. They
- 6:44Speaker 1: don't have employees, they don't pay for anything. They're not
- 6:47Speaker 1: selling anything. They're selling out the United States of America.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Which is exactly why she went back to what she
- 6:54Speaker 1: said there at the end. Well, what is really sad
- 6:57Speaker 1: to me is that my grandchildren, except for the one
- 7:00Speaker 1: that we don't we don't want to accept. Yes, we
- 7:03Speaker 1: know it's ours right, we know it's fifty percent Biden blood,
- 7:07Speaker 1: but that grandchild doesn't count because that's not a true
- 7:10Speaker 1: blood on the inside. You think about how messed up
- 7:14Speaker 1: this this woman is too, and and and and I'll
- 7:16Speaker 1: point to this. Her other son, her step son dies
- 7:21Speaker 1: of a brain tumor, and Hunter Biden moves in on
- 7:25Speaker 1: his sister in law and then lays in bed with
- 7:28Speaker 1: his sister in law and starts dating his sister in
- 7:30Speaker 1: law After bo dies, You think maybe she should have said, uh, huh,
- 7:35Speaker 1: we don't. We're not doing that in this family. This
- 7:37Speaker 1: isn't We're not going to have this happen here, you think,
- 7:40Speaker 1: do you think that conversation?
- 7:41Speaker 2: No, just keep the money flowing.
- 7:43Speaker 1: These people are messed up on a level of soullessness.
- 7:49Speaker 1: That it that is, and and go back to the
- 7:51Speaker 1: little girl in Arkansas. I back up when I say
- 7:54Speaker 1: they are soulless for two reasons. They would not let
- 7:57Speaker 1: a child who is theirs take the last name Biden
- 8:01Speaker 1: because that child was from a stripper who their son
- 8:05Speaker 1: impregnated and denied was his and refused to pay child
- 8:09Speaker 1: support and was forced to pay it through a court
- 8:11Speaker 1: after denying it in a DNA test. Number one and
- 8:15Speaker 1: number two, they exploited their son's addiction at any point,
- 8:19Speaker 1: at any day, they.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Could have gotten a phone call.
- 8:21Speaker 1: They knew how bad his addiction was, that he odeed,
- 8:23Speaker 1: or that he got some bad drugs that had that
- 8:25Speaker 1: were laced with fetanel or something else, but they kept
- 8:29Speaker 1: millions of dollars flowing into his bank accounts because they
- 8:34Speaker 1: needed the money to flow from those bank accounts into
- 8:36Speaker 1: their bank accounts. Joe Biden needed the Delaware home to
- 8:40Speaker 1: be remodeled. She didn't have the money to pay for it,
- 8:43Speaker 1: but she did through the Biden crime family who paid
- 8:46Speaker 1: for that remodel. Hunter Biden, this woman is as sick
- 8:49Speaker 1: as any of them. And then she sits there and
- 8:51Speaker 1: brings up her grandchildren while everyone knows that they denied
- 8:55Speaker 1: that another grandchild even existed, and still today in the settlement,
- 9:01Speaker 1: refused to allow the grandchild to have the Biden last name. Now,
- 9:05Speaker 1: while all of this damage control in this interview that
- 9:08Speaker 1: Joe Biden is doing is clearly damaged control from Hunter Biden,
- 9:11Speaker 1: the other day, we now have a new political stunt
- 9:15Speaker 1: from the Biden crime family and their team of lawyers.
- 9:19Speaker 1: They now are claiming that Hunter Biden is agreeing to
- 9:23Speaker 1: sit for a deposition just like all of the other
- 9:26Speaker 1: people and the Donald Trump family had to sit for
- 9:29Speaker 1: countless depositions when the witch hunt was going on with
- 9:33Speaker 1: Donald Trump while he was the president.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Hunter.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Biden, they now claim, has agreed to sit for a
- 9:38Speaker 1: deposition before the US House Committee investigating its foreign business deals.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Quote.
- 9:42Speaker 1: You have not explained why you are not interested in
- 9:45Speaker 1: transparency and having the American people witness the full and
- 9:47Speaker 1: complete testimony of mister Biden a public hearing if you
- 9:51Speaker 1: issue a new proper subpoena, his judge, his lawyer says,
- 9:56Speaker 1: now that there is a duly authorized impeachment inquiry, mister
- 10:00Speaker 1: Biden will comply for a hearing or deposition, his lawyer,
- 10:03Speaker 1: Abel Out said in a letter Friday to the House
- 10:06Speaker 1: Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer as well as
- 10:09Speaker 1: the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, saying, I write
- 10:13Speaker 1: to make you aware if you are not already that
- 10:16Speaker 1: your subpoenas were and are legally invalid and cannot form a.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Legal basis to proceed.
- 10:21Speaker 1: You are misdirected an impermissible contempt resolution and you two
- 10:28Speaker 1: of all people, should know that this is the case.
- 10:31Speaker 1: So you have his attorney trying to go on offense,
- 10:34Speaker 1: chastising these two individuals, saying what you did before was
- 10:37Speaker 1: somehow legal. However, if you do it the right way,
- 10:40Speaker 1: and we'll tell you how to do it the right way,
- 10:41Speaker 1: then we will come and sit now. The attorney argued
- 10:44Speaker 1: in the letter obtained by Newsmax that Hunter Biden said
- 10:49Speaker 1: repeatedly that he would answer all pertinent and relevant questions
- 10:53Speaker 1: you and your colleagues had for him at a public hearing.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Quote.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Rather than accepting mister Biden's offer to voluntarily sit for
- 10:59Speaker 1: a public hearing, you are now seeking to have the
- 11:01Speaker 1: full House find him in contempt based on subpoenas for
- 11:04Speaker 1: a deposition that you issued on November the eighth and nine,
- 11:06Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, arguing that the subpoenas his attorney Biden's attorney,
- 11:12Speaker 1: we were and are legally invalid and cannot form a
- 11:16Speaker 1: legal basis to proceed with your misdirected and impermissible contempt
- 11:19Speaker 1: resolution quote unquote, and a footnote on the last page
- 11:23Speaker 1: the eight page letter well suggest a discussion between the
- 11:26Speaker 1: two sides. Maryland Democrat Representative Glenn Ivy suggests a procedure
- 11:32Speaker 1: for a hybrid process, a public deposition hearing with alternating
- 11:36Speaker 1: rounds of questions for Republicans and Democrats, and with similar
- 11:40Speaker 1: rules role of counsel and questioning as is done in
- 11:43Speaker 1: a closed door deposition. So what they're trying to do
- 11:46Speaker 1: is get special treatment. They're trying to get a better
- 11:48Speaker 1: deal here. They're trying to say, Okay, we'll show up
- 11:51Speaker 1: because the other day what happened was such a fiasco
- 11:55Speaker 1: for the Biden crime family. They realize, now we got
- 11:57Speaker 1: to send out the first lady to do interviews and
- 11:59Speaker 1: remind people, hey, he's all a drug addict, right, they're
- 12:02Speaker 1: using his addiction to their advantage yet again. And then
- 12:06Speaker 1: they're saying, all right, we're willing to do it, but
- 12:08Speaker 1: we don't want the rules that apply to everybody else
- 12:10Speaker 1: to still that we need special rules for us because
- 12:13Speaker 1: we're different, because we're the Bidens. Four Republicans actually voted
- 12:17Speaker 1: in committee and supported this process. Perhaps that could be
- 12:20Speaker 1: the basis for our discussion, is what the Maryland Democrat
- 12:24Speaker 1: Representative glev Ivy wrote in the rest of his letter
- 12:27Speaker 1: to the public about this now. The news comes two
- 12:30Speaker 1: days after the House committees voted to hold the present
- 12:33Speaker 1: sun in contempt for defying the subpoenas, an official sanction
- 12:37Speaker 1: that followed a dramatic and surprising appearance by the present
- 12:40Speaker 1: son All for the cameras for his documentary. James Comer
- 12:44Speaker 1: on Wednesday said Hunter Biden blatantly defied two lawful subpoenas.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's a willful refusal to comply with the committee
- 12:53Speaker 1: subpoenas is a criminal act, the constitute's contempt of Congress,
- 12:57Speaker 1: and warrants referral to the appropriate United States Attorney's Office
- 13:01Speaker 1: for prosecution as prescribed by law. He said, we will
- 13:05Speaker 1: not provide Hunter Biden with special treatment. Let me read
- 13:08Speaker 1: that again, comraded. We will not provide Hunter Biden with
- 13:11Speaker 1: special treatment because of his last name. All Americans must
- 13:14Speaker 1: be treated equally under the law, and that includes the Bidens.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Good for James Comer for saying immediately we're not going
- 13:21Speaker 1: to do this. Let me also remind you Donald Trump
- 13:24Speaker 1: came before the body. He came before the House Intelligence Committee,
- 13:29Speaker 1: He came before the House Judiciary Committee.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Donald Trump Junior.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Came before the Senate Intelligence Committee, not once, but twice.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump Junior came before the so called January sixth Committee,
- 13:40Speaker 1: all of them behind closed doors where lawyers can sit
- 13:44Speaker 1: down and both sides of the aisle are there and
- 13:47Speaker 1: have a conversation. You go through documents all under oath,
- 13:52Speaker 1: which is the precedent for any committee. Yet, Hunter Biden says,
- 13:56Speaker 1: and his lawyers are still saying, we want a different deal,
- 13:59Speaker 1: We want something different. We don't like it this way.
- 14:02Speaker 1: We want something to happen different. And that's why the
- 14:05Speaker 1: committee passed a resolution recommending the House of Representatives fine
- 14:08Speaker 1: Hunter Biden contempt of Congress for defying a lawful subpoena
- 14:13Speaker 1: full stop. The House Oversight Committee also put out this
- 14:17Speaker 1: statement moments ago, saying this James Comer Jim Jordan's statement
- 14:21Speaker 1: on Hunter biden deposition his offer, saying quote, House Republicans
- 14:25Speaker 1: have been resolute in demanding Hunter Biden sent for a
- 14:28Speaker 1: deposition in the ongoing impeachment inquiry. While we are heartened
- 14:33Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden now says he will comply with a subpoena,
- 14:35Speaker 1: make no mistake, Hunter Biden has already defied two valid,
- 14:39Speaker 1: lawful subpoenas. Remember his attorney tried to act like they
- 14:44Speaker 1: weren't somehow lawful. They are lawful. Hunter Biden has already
- 14:48Speaker 1: defied those two valid lawful supoenas, and instead of appearing
- 14:51Speaker 1: for his deposition on December thirteenth, twenty twenty three, the
- 14:54Speaker 1: two congressman's right, Hunter Biden appeared on the grounds of
- 14:58Speaker 1: the US Capitol, where he made a public state without
- 15:00Speaker 1: taking any questions.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Then, this week, at.
- 15:03Speaker 1: The House Oversight Committee's markup of his contempt resolution, Hunter
- 15:07Speaker 1: Biden pulled another stunt as he continued to defy duly
- 15:10Speaker 1: issued subpoenas. For now, the House of Representatives will move
- 15:14Speaker 1: forward with holding Hunter Biden contempt of Congress until such
- 15:17Speaker 1: time that Hunter Biden confirms a date to appear for
- 15:20Speaker 1: a private deposition in accordance with his legal obligation.
- 15:24Speaker 2: While we will work.
- 15:25Speaker 1: To schedule a deposition date, we will not tolerate any
- 15:28Speaker 1: additional stunts, any additional delays from Hunter Biden. The American
- 15:33Speaker 1: people will not tolerate. In the House will not provide
- 15:36Speaker 1: a special treatment for the Biden family. Sign Representative James
- 15:40Speaker 1: Comer and Representative Jim Jordan. Now, while all this is happening,
- 15:44Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, and there's another part of the story that's
- 15:47Speaker 1: not been covered, Hunter Biden has had to plead not
- 15:49Speaker 1: guilty again in a federal tax case. This out of
- 15:53Speaker 1: Los Angeles, and it was reported on earlier. For a
- 15:57Speaker 1: moment on CNN, Hunter Biden pleading not guilty in the
- 16:00Speaker 1: federal tax case.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Listen breaking news.
- 16:03Speaker 5: The president's son, Hunter Biden has just pleaded not guilty
- 16:07Speaker 5: in a federal courtroom in California. Let's get straight to
- 16:10Speaker 5: CNN's Evan Patties. He's outside court in Los Angeles. Evan
- 16:13Speaker 5: walk us through what just happened.
- 16:15Speaker 6: Well, a lot less drama here today, Jake, compared to
- 16:19Speaker 6: what Hunter was involved in yesterday on Capitol Hill. He
- 16:22Speaker 6: walked in quietly just about fifteen minutes before the beginning
- 16:27Speaker 6: of this proceeding, went through some paperwork, seemed to be
- 16:31Speaker 6: signing some of his paperwork. Typically they present him with
- 16:35Speaker 6: bond paperwork which allows him to leave this courtroom after
- 16:39Speaker 6: he entered his plea.
- 16:40Speaker 2: He formally entered his plea, stood.
- 16:42Speaker 6: Before the courtroom and entered his plea for all nine
- 16:46Speaker 6: charges Jake. He's facing here three felonies among those nine
- 16:51Speaker 6: for evading taxes, for failing to file, and for filing
- 16:55Speaker 6: false tax returns. According to prosecutors, Hunter Biden millions of
- 17:00Speaker 6: dollars working for companies in Ukraine and China and didn't
- 17:04Speaker 6: pay its taxes for a period from twenty sixteen to
- 17:07Speaker 6: twenty nineteen. According to prosecutors, he spent that money funding
- 17:13Speaker 6: a lavish lifestyle, from exotic cars to exotic dancers. But
- 17:18Speaker 6: now he's facing these charges here.
- 17:20Speaker 2: In Los Angeles.
- 17:20Speaker 6: In addition, Jake to his other indictment, which relates to
- 17:25Speaker 6: his purchase of a firearm during the time that he
- 17:28Speaker 6: was prohibited from owning firearms. He's facing those charges in Delaware.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Now we're not sure how.
- 17:36Speaker 6: Quickly this case is going to go to trial. Jake.
- 17:38Speaker 6: You say, all of this landing in the middle of
- 17:41Speaker 6: the political season. His father of force running for re election,
- 17:44Speaker 6: Huder Biden and his team have said that the only
- 17:47Speaker 6: reason why he's being prosecuted.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Like this is because of.
- 17:49Speaker 6: Republican pressure on the Justice Department to go after him.
- 17:53Speaker 7: Jake.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Isn't it amazing how the media covers that for a
- 17:58Speaker 1: minute seconds and then immediately they just move on. I
- 18:02Speaker 1: also think it's interesting how we're treating Hunter Biden like
- 18:05Speaker 1: he's a child. The dude was born in nineteen seventy
- 18:09Speaker 1: February the fourth to be exact of nineteen seventy. Do
- 18:12Speaker 1: you know how old this quote kid is. This kid
- 18:15Speaker 1: is fifty three years old. Fifty three years old. He's
- 18:20Speaker 1: not a kid. What he was doing in Ukraine. Look
- 18:24Speaker 1: at the pictures of him. He's got gray hair. The
- 18:26Speaker 1: dude is old. The guy is eleven years older than
- 18:29Speaker 1: I am. He is older than some people are when
- 18:32Speaker 1: they were president of the United States of America by
- 18:36Speaker 1: like fifteen eighteen years. Let's also remember he's not an idiot.
- 18:41Speaker 1: He knows what he's doing as an addict. When he
- 18:44Speaker 1: was an addict. He went to Yale Law School, he
- 18:47Speaker 1: went to Georgetown University. He graduated from Georgetown in ninety two.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Then he graduated from law school in ninety six from Yale.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Folks like I understand he probably got in because his
- 18:56Speaker 1: last name was Biden, but he still was there and
- 18:59Speaker 1: had to survive it. Don't grab this narrative that they're
- 19:04Speaker 1: trying to tell you that he's some just poor kid
- 19:07Speaker 1: who's just doing his best. He's a grown man and
- 19:11Speaker 1: has been a grown man now for decades, decades. He
- 19:15Speaker 1: has been a grown man. I want you to hear
- 19:19Speaker 1: what Senator Ted Cruz had to say as we were
- 19:22Speaker 1: taping Verdict with Ted Cruise, the podcast I co host
- 19:25Speaker 1: with a senator, and I want you to hear what
- 19:26Speaker 1: he had to say about Hunter Biden, especially in a
- 19:29Speaker 1: lot of everything I just told you.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Hunter Biden made a surprise appearance. It was clearly a stunt.
- 19:37Speaker 1: The reason why I say it was a stunt is
- 19:39Speaker 1: based in fact the Secret Service was there more than
- 19:42Speaker 1: an hour before he showed up for this House Oversight
- 19:44Speaker 1: Committee mark up hearing on holding him in contempt. We
- 19:48Speaker 1: also know that the Democrats had poster boards made for
- 19:51Speaker 1: his surprise appearance, so they clearly were in on it
- 19:54Speaker 1: as well. And Hunter Biden showed up at this House
- 19:58Speaker 1: Oversight Committee markup hearing on holding him in contempt. And
- 20:02Speaker 1: the reason why I think he did it and knew
- 20:05Speaker 1: he could do it and could show up in what
- 20:08Speaker 1: many described as a shocking appearance at his own contempt hearing,
- 20:11Speaker 1: is because he knows what you just mentioned that the
- 20:14Speaker 1: DOJ is not going to prosecute him for of Congress charges,
- 20:19Speaker 1: even though they did do it against every person get
- 20:21Speaker 1: their hands on that was ready to Donald J. Trump,
- 20:24Speaker 1: But they will not hold the president's son accountable for
- 20:27Speaker 1: his actions here and that's the part that is I
- 20:30Speaker 1: think the most disgusting about this. Let get me your
- 20:32Speaker 1: initial reaction, then we'll dive more into the story about
- 20:35Speaker 1: some of the questions He was asked as well at
- 20:37Speaker 1: this committee hearing after he left.
- 20:38Speaker 7: Look, Hunter Biden embodies the same arrogant contempt that doctor
- 20:43Speaker 7: Fauci does. In both instance, they have the belief that
- 20:47Speaker 7: they will never be held to account, that they can
- 20:49Speaker 7: do whatever they want if there are no consequences. Hunter
- 20:53Speaker 7: Biden showed up just to say screw you to the Congress,
- 20:56Speaker 7: but to say screw you to the American people that
- 20:58Speaker 7: I'm the son of the president. I can do whatever
- 21:00Speaker 7: I want. And he knows the Biden Department of Justice,
- 21:04Speaker 7: they're going to mean no consequences. The arrogant contempt. And
- 21:09Speaker 7: by the way, it's consistent. It is Hunter Biden's approach.
- 21:12Speaker 7: It is Fauci's approach, approach, it is Garland's approach, It
- 21:17Speaker 7: is Alejandra Majorcis's approach, it is Joe Biden's approach. This
- 21:21Speaker 7: administration has a dripping contempt. Number one for Congress, they
- 21:26Speaker 7: do not believe any oversight is appropriate on anything. And
- 21:30Speaker 7: number two for the American people, because look, if you're
- 21:33Speaker 7: contempious to Congress, listen, when I'm in a hearing and
- 21:36Speaker 7: I'm asking questions. What I'm trying to do, Ben is
- 21:40Speaker 7: ask the questions that I believe thirty million Texans want
- 21:43Speaker 7: me to ask, ask the questions on behalf of the
- 21:46Speaker 7: American people, and this administration believes it owes no answers whatsoever.
- 21:53Speaker 7: Hunter showed up because he knew there would be no consequences. Now, frankly,
- 21:57Speaker 7: I wish they'd said, said, Hunter, come to the table
- 21:59Speaker 7: right now. Now, let's question you right here. And now
- 22:01Speaker 7: I wish they'd done that. And let's be clear. If
- 22:04Speaker 7: you go back to last month, we did an extensive
- 22:09Speaker 7: interview with James Comber. James Comber is doing a terrific
- 22:12Speaker 7: job leading this investigation along with Jim Jordan. But we
- 22:16Speaker 7: did a three part series with James Comber right before
- 22:19Speaker 7: Christmas in which I urged him and I still believe
- 22:22Speaker 7: the House should do this. Comber's committee wants Hunter to
- 22:25Speaker 7: sit for a closed door deposition. I understand why a
- 22:29Speaker 7: closed door deposition you can go into more detail. A
- 22:32Speaker 7: lawyer can systematically walk through the facts, walk through the documents.
- 22:36Speaker 7: It would be better to do it that way. Hunter
- 22:39Speaker 7: is defying Congress and is going to be held in contempt.
- 22:43Speaker 7: But in order for the contempt to be enforced, the
- 22:45Speaker 7: Department of Justice has to prosecute it. They're not going
- 22:48Speaker 7: to because Merrick Garland is a political hack, unfortunately, and
- 22:52Speaker 7: that saddens me to say it, but it is how
- 22:55Speaker 7: he's behaving. What I urged James Comer on this podcast
- 22:59Speaker 7: to do is said. Look, Hunter has claimed he will
- 23:02Speaker 7: testify if it's at an open hearing. What I'm merging,
- 23:06Speaker 7: House Republicans, do it, do it?
- 23:08Speaker 2: Do it? Do it?
- 23:09Speaker 7: Remember, Hunter Biden is not the target. Nobody would care
- 23:14Speaker 7: about Hunter Biden's tragic life is if his name was
- 23:18Speaker 7: Hunter Smith. The target of this investigation is Joe Biden
- 23:23Speaker 7: because it is Joe Biden who is fundamentally corrupted, is
- 23:26Speaker 7: corrupting the office a president of the United States. It
- 23:29Speaker 7: is Joe Biden who, the evidence suggests, for years has
- 23:32Speaker 7: made a business of selling favors from official government office.
- 23:36Speaker 7: Now Hunter has been the bagman. Hunter has been the
- 23:39Speaker 7: one going and shaking down fourn oligarchs. But it is
- 23:42Speaker 7: Joe Biden that is the target. And if the House
- 23:46Speaker 7: continues to insist on the closed door deposition, they will
- 23:50Speaker 7: waste all of twenty twenty four. Hunter can tie that
- 23:53Speaker 7: up in litigation for the rest of the year. And
- 23:55Speaker 7: by the way, I'm going to make a prediction right now, Ben,
- 23:57Speaker 7: this is not what I like. My prediction is, in
- 24:01Speaker 7: December of twenty twenty four, Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.
- 24:07Speaker 7: Biden really, that's my prediction. He'll be after the election,
- 24:11Speaker 7: very likely win or lose. You say, he'll do it
- 24:14Speaker 7: no matter what.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Win or lose.
- 24:16Speaker 7: If Biden were to win, I think he'll delay the
- 24:19Speaker 7: pardon until right before Hunter goes to jail. But if
- 24:23Speaker 7: Biden is losing, I'd put the odds at ninety five
- 24:26Speaker 7: percent that in December of this year, if Biden has
- 24:29Speaker 7: just lost the general election, that he pardons his son
- 24:32Speaker 7: and he gives him a scot free get out of
- 24:34Speaker 7: jail pass. And so understand, Hunter's legal strategy is delay
- 24:41Speaker 7: eleven months, delay eleven months, don't go to jail for
- 24:44Speaker 7: eleven months, and then Daddy gives you get out of
- 24:46Speaker 7: jail free card. And it's why the House needs to
- 24:50Speaker 7: keep their eye on the ball and bring Hunter for
- 24:54Speaker 7: the public hearing. Now, maybe Hunter will refuse to show
- 24:56Speaker 7: up there. But it's harder because he's been so vocal
- 25:00Speaker 7: saying he would do it in public. Take him up
- 25:03Speaker 7: on the offer. Call the bluff.
- 25:05Speaker 6: You know.
- 25:05Speaker 1: One of the things that they said at the House
- 25:07Speaker 1: Oversight Committee, and I'm going to quote it, says Donald
- 25:09Speaker 1: Trump Junior came before this committee. He came before the
- 25:12Speaker 1: House Intelligence Committee. He came before the House Judiciary Committee.
- 25:16Speaker 1: He came before the Senate Intelligence Committee twice. He came
- 25:20Speaker 1: before the so called January sixth Committee. All of those
- 25:23Speaker 1: were behind closed door, behind closed doors where lawyers can
- 25:28Speaker 1: sit down both sides of the aisle and have a
- 25:31Speaker 1: conversation and go through documents, all under oath, which is
- 25:35Speaker 1: the president for any committee.
- 25:37Speaker 2: What is Hunter Biden afraid of?
- 25:39Speaker 1: That was a question asked by Congressman Waltz, who ripped
- 25:44Speaker 1: into the Democrats hypocrisy during this House Oversite Committee hearing
- 25:48Speaker 1: he's absolutely right. But there is a lot of Americans
- 25:51Speaker 1: right now that are listening to this. They're going to say, Okay,
- 25:54Speaker 1: we're angry, repset, but it seems like the game is rigged.
- 25:58Speaker 2: It seems like the system is rigged.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Republicans go to prison, Democrats don't even have to show
- 26:03Speaker 1: up for a hearing.
- 26:04Speaker 2: It's just not right. Is there any way to fix this?
- 26:08Speaker 7: Yes, elect principled leaders who will reimpose the rule of law.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Department of Justice.
- 26:18Speaker 7: We talked about my book on Woke, the book I
- 26:20Speaker 7: wrote before that is Justice Corrupted, How the left is
- 26:23Speaker 7: weaponized the legal system. This is this really began in
- 26:28Speaker 7: serious form under Barack Obama, where Barack Obama began using
- 26:33Speaker 7: the Department of Justice, began using the FBI, began using
- 26:36Speaker 7: the IRS, began using the intelligence community to target his
- 26:40Speaker 7: political enemies, and the double standard. Barack Obama was treated
- 26:44Speaker 7: by the media as Saint Barack. And what happened. He
- 26:48Speaker 7: for eight years he weaponized. He put in place hardcore
- 26:53Speaker 7: partisans who burrowed in to senior career positions. When Trump
- 26:58Speaker 7: became president, those partisans we're in senior career positions and
- 27:02Speaker 7: they spent four years with the federal government, the executive branch,
- 27:05Speaker 7: waging war on the democratically elected president of the United States.
- 27:11Speaker 7: Now under Joe Biden, they're out in the open. They're
- 27:13Speaker 7: not hiding their brazen They've convinced themselves Trump is hitler.
- 27:17Speaker 7: And because Trump is hitler, in their mind, anything is
- 27:20Speaker 7: justified to defeat Hitler, and so they indict him, and
- 27:23Speaker 7: they indict him, and they indict him, and they abuse
- 27:26Speaker 7: their power and they protect their friends. Fauci will never
- 27:30Speaker 7: be held to account, Hunter Biden will never be held
- 27:32Speaker 7: to account, and Joe Biden, especially, especially especially, will never
- 27:36Speaker 7: be held to account. The only answer is to elect
- 27:39Speaker 7: a president of the United States who appoints people to
- 27:42Speaker 7: the Department of Justice, to the FBI, to these government agencies,
- 27:46Speaker 7: who is stronger, who is insightful enough, who knows what
- 27:49Speaker 7: they're doing, and will clean out the hardcore partisans that
- 27:53Speaker 7: have corrupted these agencies.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends.
