Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There are two things that are happening right now in
- 0:04Speaker 1: this country because of the assassination of Charlie Kirk. One
- 0:08Speaker 1: is truly a spiritual revival we are witnessing right now,
- 0:12Speaker 1: as attendance at church across the country in many places
- 0:16Speaker 1: was as high as it is on Easter Sunday and
- 0:19Speaker 1: Christmas Eve services. We are also witnessing a younger generation
- 0:24Speaker 1: who is now proudly standing up like never before for
- 0:29Speaker 1: what they believe in instead of being bullied into silence
- 0:33Speaker 1: by the radical left. We are also getting to know
- 0:37Speaker 1: the stories of Charlie Kirk and just how dedicated he
- 0:41Speaker 1: was to what he believed in. There's also a second
- 0:46Speaker 1: part of this story, and that is the accountability for
- 0:50Speaker 1: the radical left. We are witnessing now. Leftists who celebrated
- 0:55Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk's assassination are being held accountable, being fired at
- 1:00Speaker 1: a rapid rate, and conservatives are uniting to make sure
- 1:05Speaker 1: that these individuals, especially at high schools and colleges, are
- 1:10Speaker 1: no longer in a position to indoctrinate a generation to
- 1:14Speaker 1: believing that violence is the way to silence speech that
- 1:19Speaker 1: you disagree with. Before we get into all of that, though,
- 1:25Speaker 1: I want you to hear some truly inspiring words by
- 1:30Speaker 1: the pastor of Charlie Kirk and what he had to
- 1:34Speaker 1: say about Charlie, his friend and his passing. Listen carefully.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk is irreplaceable. Charlie Kirk is a once in
- 1:45Speaker 2: a generation mind and soul and anointing and heart. Charlie
- 1:52Speaker 2: Kirk was a rare combination of evangelist, apologist and political strategist.
- 1:58Speaker 2: One of our most recent communications, he said, thank you.
- 2:02Speaker 2: I have a ton of questions. I didn't ask for it,
- 2:04Speaker 2: but I have become a high profile defender of the faith.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I need to be the best I can. I said,
- 2:10Speaker 2: I'd be honored to serve for free, invisibly as needed.
- 2:13Speaker 2: You have an anointing to steward and it's massive. Proud
- 2:17Speaker 2: of you and pray for you and your family daily.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk and I had been communicating. I was on
- 2:25Speaker 2: vacation with my wife and he was asking one week
- 2:27Speaker 2: could get together for a half day. He had a
- 2:30Speaker 2: bunch of questions about the Christian faith that he wanted
- 2:32Speaker 2: to wipe board out, and I told him it would
- 2:34Speaker 2: be a great honor of my life to try and
- 2:36Speaker 2: serve him He told me that he felt like God
- 2:40Speaker 2: gave him this platform an opportunity so that he could
- 2:44Speaker 2: become an evangelist and apologist to the next generation. He
- 2:48Speaker 2: wanted to make it his primary message and life work
- 2:53Speaker 2: to proclaim the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
- 2:56Speaker 2: which is evangelism, and then defend it by answering criticisms, questions,
- 3:02Speaker 2: and objections, which is called apologetics, which means to defend
- 3:05Speaker 2: the faith. Charlie Kirk stepped into a level of spiritual
- 3:10Speaker 2: warfare that I believe moved him to the top of
- 3:13Speaker 2: the enemy's hit list and to some degree contributed to
- 3:17Speaker 2: his assassination, his murder, and has martyrdom today. And I
- 3:20Speaker 2: do not use those words lightly. Those are entirely accurate
- 3:23Speaker 2: and fit the description of the demonic activity that we
- 3:26Speaker 2: saw today. Charlie wanted people to meet Jesus Christ, and
- 3:32Speaker 2: he wanted to do the best job that he could
- 3:34Speaker 2: presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And as a result,
- 3:39Speaker 2: Charlie was going to campuses and he was proclaiming Jesus
- 3:43Speaker 2: and he was answering questions, and he was a generational
- 3:48Speaker 2: master in doing what the Bible says and that is
- 3:53Speaker 2: to give an answer to everyone for the hope that
- 3:57Speaker 2: you have with gentleness and respect. He was a joyful,
- 4:02Speaker 2: happy warrior. He had a great smile. He was kind
- 4:06Speaker 2: to his enemies. He tried to have a good time
- 4:09Speaker 2: even when they were trying to give him a bad time.
- 4:13Speaker 2: His impact on this generation cannot be overstated. I believe
- 4:19Speaker 2: it is absolutely non hyperbolic to say that he is
- 4:23Speaker 2: the greatest conservative voice of this generation alive on planet Earth.
- 4:29Speaker 2: And one of the last times I saw him was backstage.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It was actually some months ago, I believe, when JD
- 4:38Speaker 2: Vance was in town and Charlie invited me to come
- 4:40Speaker 2: meet JD in the greenroom and hang out with them,
- 4:43Speaker 2: and I walked in with a big smile. He gave
- 4:45Speaker 2: me a big hug and he said, he said, I
- 4:49Speaker 2: need you to be praying for me, Pastor. I said, absolutely,
- 4:52Speaker 2: I pray for Charlie every day my wife and I have,
- 4:54Speaker 2: and for his beautiful family. He said, he said, I
- 4:58Speaker 2: think they're going to try and kill me. And he
- 5:00Speaker 2: said if we lose, I think they're going to incarcerate me.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Here's a young man with a family who's willing to
- 5:07Speaker 2: sacrifice his own life and well being, and the joy
- 5:12Speaker 2: he had with a wife whom he very much loved
- 5:15Speaker 2: and children that he completely adored. For the sake of
- 5:18Speaker 2: selfless service and sacrifice out of love for others. Charlie
- 5:25Speaker 2: is was and will forever be one of the most
- 5:29Speaker 2: significant men who walked on planet Earth in his generation.
- 5:34Speaker 1: You listen to Charlie's pastor there talking about how much
- 5:38Speaker 1: he wanted to prepare, how much he wanted to make
- 5:41Speaker 1: sure that he was prepared for the questions about the Gospel,
- 5:47Speaker 1: about his faith being an apologist. That is how much
- 5:51Speaker 1: he cared about spreading the Gospel to the world. There's
- 5:56Speaker 1: also incredible things that have come out of this. Give
- 5:59Speaker 1: you an exam that that happened and was just sent
- 6:01Speaker 1: to me a moment ago.
- 6:03Speaker 3: JD.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Vance, the Vice President the United States of America, will
- 6:06Speaker 1: have the quote honor as he put out on social
- 6:09Speaker 1: media of hosting the Charlie Kirk Show. He said, please
- 6:12Speaker 1: join me as I paid tribute to my friend. Apparently
- 6:16Speaker 1: he will be doing this from the White House. There's
- 6:20Speaker 1: also part of what Charlie's legacy was, and it was
- 6:24Speaker 1: an important one, was making sure that the Left didn't
- 6:28Speaker 1: get a hold of our children indoctrinate them the way
- 6:31Speaker 1: they've been doing it in such a radical way. And
- 6:35Speaker 1: we're now witnessing leftists who celebrated Charlie kirk assassination or
- 6:39Speaker 1: being fired at a rapid pace. Those leftists who celebrated
- 6:44Speaker 1: the assassination of Charlie are now facing serious consequences, consequences
- 6:50Speaker 1: of sunlight after they were excited that Charlie was murdered.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Others are being identified and called out, then placed on
- 6:59Speaker 1: leave or suspect. According to a running thread that keeps
- 7:02Speaker 1: count on social media platform x As you know, we
- 7:08Speaker 1: understand how extreme the left has become, but what we
- 7:12Speaker 1: are witnessing right now is that there are many who
- 7:16Speaker 1: are dedicating their time to exposing far left radicals, and
- 7:22Speaker 1: one of those groups, Libs of TikTok, is doing a
- 7:25Speaker 1: lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to pointing
- 7:27Speaker 1: out how much violence and hate are still brewing on
- 7:30Speaker 1: the left regarding Charlie. A teacher, for example, at King
- 7:35Speaker 1: Elementary School posts a video online appearing to celebrate Charlie
- 7:39Speaker 1: being assassinated. This person teaches your children. Any comments and
- 7:45Speaker 1: guess what happened when that was posted about a teacher
- 7:50Speaker 1: at King elementary school. There has now been accountability. There
- 7:54Speaker 1: is another post by another teacher at another high school
- 7:58Speaker 1: in Maine and what happened there. She said, we're not
- 8:03Speaker 1: offering sympathy moments after Charlie Kirk was shot. This teacher
- 8:09Speaker 1: has also been exposed. Republican activist Scott Presler is also
- 8:13Speaker 1: creating a database of such behavior and encouraging his followers
- 8:18Speaker 1: to send him any examples that they see online. Another
- 8:22Speaker 1: Pennsylvania teacher by the name of Susan another high school.
- 8:26Speaker 1: One of Presler's posts made it clear this is a
- 8:29Speaker 1: woman who said, so yeah, I don't really care that
- 8:32Speaker 1: someone shot him dead. F him. This is another teacher
- 8:36Speaker 1: teaching your children, and so yes, there is some accountability
- 8:42Speaker 1: for the radical left that has been creating these killers,
- 8:47Speaker 1: these monsters. All right, I want to take a moment
- 8:51Speaker 1: and I want to talk to you real quick about
- 8:53Speaker 1: what you can do to help the people in Israel.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It was nearly two years ago that the terrorists murdered
- 9:00Speaker 1: more than twelve hundred innocent Israelis and they took two
- 9:04Speaker 1: hundred and fifty hostages. Today, it seems as if the
- 9:07Speaker 1: cries of the dead and dying have been drowned out
- 9:10Speaker 1: by the shouts of anti Semitism and just pure hatred,
- 9:13Speaker 1: not just in America but around the world. And the
- 9:16Speaker 1: most brutal attack on Jewish people happened. It happened since
- 9:20Speaker 1: the Holocausts, and now it's like they're trying to act
- 9:23Speaker 1: like it never happened. Now, this is where it is
- 9:26Speaker 1: important for us to stand with the people in Israel.
- 9:30Speaker 1: It's a movement of love and support for the people
- 9:33Speaker 1: of Israel, and this is where I want you to
- 9:36Speaker 1: get involved. It is called Flags of Fellowship. It's being
- 9:40Speaker 1: organized by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. On
- 9:44Speaker 1: October fifth, you can stand with Israel and the victims proudly.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Just a few weeks away, millions across America will prayerfully
- 9:55Speaker 1: plant an Israeli flag in honor and solidarity with the
- 9:58Speaker 1: victims of October the seven, twenty twenty three, and stand
- 10:03Speaker 1: with their grieving families. You can be a part of
- 10:06Speaker 1: this movement as well. And that's what I love about
- 10:09Speaker 1: what IFCJ does. They're making sure that the world knows
- 10:13Speaker 1: there are there are lots of people of faith in
- 10:16Speaker 1: this country and friends and advocates for Israel. They're going
- 10:20Speaker 1: to stand with them. You can get more information about
- 10:23Speaker 1: how you can join the Flags of Fellowship movement, including
- 10:26Speaker 1: your church. There are going to be countless churches around
- 10:29Speaker 1: the country. They're going to plant flags as well. So
- 10:32Speaker 1: all you have to do to get involved with Flags
- 10:35Speaker 1: of Fellowship movement is go to IFCJ dot org. That's
- 10:40Speaker 1: IFCJ dot org Stand with Israel on October the fifth.
- 10:44Speaker 1: It's just a few weeks away. And if your church
- 10:47Speaker 1: you think would want to be involved, you can also
- 10:49Speaker 1: find out more about how to get your church to
- 10:51Speaker 1: be involved on a special Sunday at IFCJ dot org.
- 10:55Speaker 1: That's if CJ dot org. There is also a shocking
- 11:01Speaker 1: statistic that needs to be brought up. And you understand
- 11:05Speaker 1: now how this younger generation has become so violent because
- 11:09Speaker 1: the radical left that is controlling our schools and these
- 11:11Speaker 1: teachers that I was just mentioning are in doctrine in
- 11:14Speaker 1: your kids to believe that violence is okay if it's
- 11:18Speaker 1: against someone you don't like. How bad has it gotten
- 11:22Speaker 1: The radical Democratic Party has done this to our youngest generation.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Political violence is never acceptable, is the poll question of
- 11:33Speaker 1: baby boomers. Ninety three percent say political violence is never acceptable.
- 11:38Speaker 1: The number then goes down with gen X to eighty
- 11:41Speaker 1: six percent who say political violence is never acceptable. The
- 11:45Speaker 1: number drops even lower with millennials to seventy one percent.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Just seventy one percent of millennials say political violence is
- 11:52Speaker 1: never acceptable. But here's the number you need to really
- 11:56Speaker 1: understand the left that's taken over our universities, in our
- 11:59Speaker 1: school public and private, have convinced the gen Zers the
- 12:05Speaker 1: political violence is acceptable. In fact, just fifty eight percent
- 12:12Speaker 1: of gen Zers say the political violence is never acceptable,
- 12:15Speaker 1: meaning forty two percent of gen Zer's believe the political
- 12:21Speaker 1: violence and what we've witnessed with Charlie Kirk is acceptable.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I want you to think about that. So, Yes, as
- 12:30Speaker 1: Reverend Franklin Graham put it, Charlie Kirk's voice is being magnified. Yes,
- 12:35Speaker 1: churches are full. Yes people are searching. Yes, people are
- 12:42Speaker 1: thinking and talking about what Charlie Kirk believed in. Yes,
- 12:47Speaker 1: more people now than probably ever before are watching and
- 12:49Speaker 1: listening to what Charlie Kirk had said in the past.
- 12:54Speaker 1: But the reality is also very clear, there is still
- 12:58Speaker 1: a lot of hate. There is still a lot of
- 13:03Speaker 1: people out there that are celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I want to play for you with the Speaker of
- 13:11Speaker 1: the House, Mike Johnson, had to say, as he was
- 13:15Speaker 1: one of the first to speak at the prayer vigil
- 13:17Speaker 1: at the Kennedy Center that was put on with forty
- 13:20Speaker 1: eight hours notice, and I want you to listen carefully
- 13:23Speaker 1: to his message about who Charlie Kirk was and what
- 13:26Speaker 1: it means going forward.
- 13:49Speaker 3: No, no, right, Thank you all so much. It does
- 13:52Speaker 3: my heart good to see you, and they hear that
- 13:54Speaker 3: all the way in heaven. I'm telling you, it's been
- 13:58Speaker 3: a very, very difficult week in America. We all know
- 14:01Speaker 3: that it's been a mixture of unspeakable sadness and grief
- 14:07Speaker 3: and anger and even fear. It's as if a dark
- 14:11Speaker 3: shadow was cast over our country, and certainly here even
- 14:15Speaker 3: on Capitol Hill.
- 14:17Speaker 4: The leaders of the nation have been shaken.
- 14:20Speaker 3: As have university students and college students and young people
- 14:23Speaker 3: all across the country. Is as if the ground was
- 14:26Speaker 3: shifted beneath us. We all felt it deep deep inside.
- 14:30Speaker 3: And in spite of that, we remember that our dear
- 14:35Speaker 3: friend Charlie would never want us to be overcome by despair.
- 14:41Speaker 4: He would want exactly the opposite.
- 14:43Speaker 3: You know, Charlie Kirk recruited and trained and educated a
- 14:47Speaker 3: generation of happy warriors, and we do well to be
- 14:51Speaker 3: reminded that the best way to honor his memory and
- 14:55Speaker 3: to honor his unmatched legacy, is to live as Charlie did.
- 15:02Speaker 4: That's right. I just have two thoughts.
- 15:12Speaker 3: At a very brief moment I'm given to speak to
- 15:14Speaker 3: you tonight, I just want to give you two thoughts
- 15:17Speaker 3: in that regard. If we can do two things that
- 15:20Speaker 3: Charlie did, we will honor that legacy. One is to
- 15:23Speaker 3: advance his principles, and the other is to adopt his approach.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Now regarding his principles, Charlie was a man of deep
- 15:31Speaker 3: faith and conviction. Everyone here can testify to that, and
- 15:34Speaker 3: all the speakers will tonight. I mean, he meant it
- 15:37Speaker 3: to his core. He was authentic, and that's what drew
- 15:39Speaker 3: people to the message so much. And he believed in
- 15:42Speaker 3: the things that are noble and praiseworthy and good that
- 15:45Speaker 3: scripture talks about. He believed in family and freedom, faith
- 15:49Speaker 3: and virtue and patriotism. See, Charlie understood that we live
- 15:53Speaker 3: in the greatest nation in the history of the world.
- 15:55Speaker 3: It's not even close. I don't care what anybody argues,
- 16:09Speaker 3: and Charlie could beat them all. We're the most We're
- 16:13Speaker 3: the most free, most successful, most powerful, most benevolent nation
- 16:16Speaker 3: that has ever been on the earth. And Charlie understood why,
- 16:18Speaker 3: and he wanted others to understand it as well, because
- 16:21Speaker 3: Charlie knew that if you don't understand the source.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Of your freedom, it is easy for it to be
- 16:25Speaker 4: taken away.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Charlie believed in the creed of our country, which we
- 16:29Speaker 3: will celebrate our two hundred and fiftieth anniversary next year, right.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Charlie loved to take university students and young people through
- 16:43Speaker 3: the second paragraph of the declaration. We hold these truths
- 16:45Speaker 3: to be self evident. By the way, students, what is
- 16:48Speaker 3: the self evident truth? That's something that's obvious. We hold
- 16:51Speaker 3: these truths to be self evident. That all men are
- 16:53Speaker 3: created equal, not born equal, created equal.
- 16:57Speaker 4: That's what Charlie knew.
- 17:06Speaker 3: And Charlie knew that because of that, because what the
- 17:09Speaker 3: Founders said, what they articulated that God created us, He's
- 17:13Speaker 3: the one that gave us our inn ailible rights. Charlie
- 17:15Speaker 3: Kirk stood for the principle and he shared it everywhere.
- 17:18Speaker 3: He could our rights do not derive from the state
- 17:21Speaker 3: or a king, They come from the King of kings.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Charlie also taught.
- 17:36Speaker 3: So effectively he did it as well as anybody in
- 17:38Speaker 3: his generation or possibly for many generations, that the other
- 17:42Speaker 3: principles that come from that what the founders do and
- 17:44Speaker 3: when they put this country together, this grand experiment in
- 17:47Speaker 3: self governance, they understood that we are made in the
- 17:50Speaker 3: image of God.
- 17:51Speaker 4: And because of that, that's right. Because of that, Charlie
- 17:55Speaker 4: knew and he believed.
- 17:56Speaker 3: It, and you could see it in how he he
- 17:58Speaker 3: advanced this ministry of his.
- 18:00Speaker 4: He knew that because we're all made in the image
- 18:02Speaker 4: of God, every single person has an estimable dignity and value.
- 18:06Speaker 3: And your values are not related in any way or
- 18:08Speaker 3: the color of your skin, or what zip code you
- 18:09Speaker 3: live in where you go to school. It's irrelevant your
- 18:12Speaker 3: values and hear it because it is given to you
- 18:14Speaker 3: by God.
- 18:15Speaker 4: That's what Charlie Kirk believed. That's what Charlie Kirk believed.
- 18:26Speaker 3: If we could advance those principles that Charlie advanced, we'll
- 18:29Speaker 3: be able to save this great republic.
- 18:31Speaker 4: And that's what he was all about. But we should
- 18:33Speaker 4: also adopt his approach.
- 18:35Speaker 3: See Charlie loved a vigorous debate, but he loved people
- 18:40Speaker 3: more Charlie. That's right, Charlie. Charlie was never motivated by hate.
- 18:46Speaker 3: I mean he could cling the thock of anybody in
- 18:48Speaker 3: a debate. We all know it.
- 18:49Speaker 4: But you know what he did after those debates.
- 18:51Speaker 3: He was always the first person to reach out a
- 18:53Speaker 3: hand of friendship or to offer an arm around the
- 18:55Speaker 3: shoulder of someone who he felt was lost, because in
- 18:59Speaker 3: many places, inny cases, that people he was debating were
- 19:02Speaker 3: indeed loss, not just philosophically but spiritually.
- 19:06Speaker 4: And Charlie knew the truth, and he knew that eternity
- 19:10Speaker 4: awaits us all. We know exactly where Charlie is right now,
- 19:15Speaker 4: that's right.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Charlie had such faith and such such belief, and he
- 19:27Speaker 3: wanted to share that truth with others. And what he
- 19:29Speaker 3: was trying to do is pull people back from the abyss,
- 19:32Speaker 3: not just to save a country, but to save souls.
- 19:35Speaker 3: That's what Charlie Kirk was about. And that will resonate.
- 19:39Speaker 3: It goes far beyond him. His legacy is immeasurable. I
- 19:43Speaker 3: used to be a lawyer. I defended free speech and
- 19:45Speaker 3: religious freedom and all that in the courts, and we
- 19:47Speaker 3: tried to We talked a lot about advancing and preserving
- 19:50Speaker 3: the free marketplace of ideas. I think Charlie Kirk offered
- 19:55Speaker 3: more productive content the free market place of ideas than
- 19:59Speaker 3: anyone in its general and arguably in the last hundred.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Years of US history.
- 20:13Speaker 3: I could go on and on, but I'm out of
- 20:14Speaker 3: time because you have a lot.
- 20:15Speaker 4: Of great people to hear from tonight.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Everybody has a story about Charlie and they're all worthy
- 20:20Speaker 3: to be shared.
- 20:20Speaker 4: And I wouldn't know.
- 20:21Speaker 3: We'll be doing that for many days to come. I
- 20:23Speaker 3: just leave you with a thought from Edmund Burke. It's
- 20:25Speaker 3: attributed to him, and Charlie knew this quote well. He
- 20:28Speaker 3: was my friend. We talked about these things. He reminded
- 20:31Speaker 3: young people, all that is necessary for the triumph of
- 20:34Speaker 3: evil is that good men do nothing. Charlie Kirk did
- 20:39Speaker 3: so much in his short life that he spurred that
- 20:42Speaker 3: on in other people. He inspired it in other people,
- 20:44Speaker 3: and that message and that truth will go.
- 20:47Speaker 4: More boldly now than it did while he was here.
- 20:50Speaker 4: It will go forward with power and strength.
- 20:52Speaker 1: That's it.
- 21:04Speaker 3: I've been asked to offer a brief word of prayer,
- 21:06Speaker 3: so if you would do that with me. Heavenly Father,
- 21:08Speaker 3: we come to you tonight in sadness, but also with
- 21:12Speaker 3: grateful hearts because we know that your truth endoors. We
- 21:16Speaker 3: know where our dear brother and friend, Charlie is. We
- 21:20Speaker 3: thank you that he is receiving his reward and that
- 21:22Speaker 3: he's heard those words that we all aspire to hear.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Well done, good and faithful servant, Father, help us to
- 21:29Speaker 3: remember the principles of your word that Charlie worked every
- 21:32Speaker 3: day to advance. That we do not return evil for evil,
- 21:37Speaker 3: but we over to not come evil with good. And
- 21:40Speaker 3: we pray that you bless our friend and brother's legacy,
- 21:44Speaker 3: that it goes on roars on throughout the nation. That
- 21:48Speaker 3: you pray and encourage and inspire Erica, the children, the
- 21:52Speaker 3: Kirk family, the Turning Point staff, and all the volunteers
- 21:56Speaker 3: and supporters, and every student around the nation who is
- 21:59Speaker 3: who is already connected to this organization in the eighteen
- 22:02Speaker 3: thousand plus.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Quiries that they received this week for new chapters.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Heavenly Father, we pray that you bless that in such
- 22:09Speaker 3: a supernatural, exponential way that no one can explain it,
- 22:13Speaker 3: but that your spirit has been involved. We pray and
- 22:17Speaker 3: believe all this. We commit our great nation to you
- 22:20Speaker 3: in Jesus' name.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Amen, you're the speaker of the house. There Mike Johnson
- 22:29Speaker 1: telling that incredible story of Charlie Kirk, his life and
- 22:33Speaker 1: his legacy. We are also hearing from the Pentagon there
- 22:39Speaker 1: will be, as they are describing it, a zero tolerance
- 22:42Speaker 1: policy for the cheering of Charlie Kirk's assassination. Pentagon officials
- 22:50Speaker 1: are now actively monitoring an alarming wave of public celebrations
- 22:54Speaker 1: over the assassination of Charlie Kirk and weighing action against
- 22:58Speaker 1: any military members or to Apartment personnel who are involved.
- 23:02Speaker 1: The Defense Secretary p Deadseth, along with multiple other military
- 23:05Speaker 1: and department leaders, said the department is quote tracking celebrations
- 23:09Speaker 1: of Kirk's death among personnel and promised the issue will
- 23:14Speaker 1: be addressed immediately. In the wake of the assassination, there
- 23:19Speaker 1: is a lot of left leaning users on x blue
- 23:22Speaker 1: Sky and TikTok that are openly cheering the conservative leader's murder.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Several accounts allegedly tied to military personnel popping up quote
- 23:33Speaker 1: It's unacceptable for military personnel and Department of War civilians
- 23:37Speaker 1: to celebrator mock the assassination of a fellow American. That's
- 23:41Speaker 1: of the Pentagon's chief spokesman, Sean Parnell, a friend of mine,
- 23:44Speaker 1: by the way, posts on X saying the Department of
- 23:47Speaker 1: War has zero tolerance for it. It is unacceptable for
- 23:51Speaker 1: military personnel and Department of War civilians to celebrator mock
- 23:55Speaker 1: the assassination of a fellow American period. The Department of
- 23:59Speaker 1: the Air is also aware of inappropriate comments concerning recent
- 24:04Speaker 1: political violence. This behavior is unacceptable and contrary to our
- 24:08Speaker 1: core values. Airmen and guardsmen are expected up hold the
- 24:12Speaker 1: highest standard of professionalism and conduct at all times. This
- 24:18Speaker 1: is just one example of how left and how that,
- 24:22Speaker 1: I should say, the radical left has decided to indoctrinate
- 24:27Speaker 1: a younger generation to believe that if you're angry, you
- 24:31Speaker 1: can kill, if you're angry, you can have riots, if
- 24:33Speaker 1: you're angry, you can have violence. And what we've witnessed
- 24:37Speaker 1: since the assassination of Charlie Kirk is this, When the
- 24:41Speaker 1: right's angry, there are prayer visuals. When the left is angry,
- 24:45Speaker 1: there are riots and violence. We are clearly not the same.
- 24:52Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about my friends over
- 24:53Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile. You've got a lot of choices for
- 24:56Speaker 1: cell phone service, with new ones popping up all all
- 25:00Speaker 1: the time. But if you want to make a difference
- 25:02Speaker 1: and you want to stop giving your money to liberal companies, well,
- 25:06Speaker 1: one way you can do that is by getting rid
- 25:08Speaker 1: of Liberal Mobile you probably have right now. That is
- 25:12Speaker 1: where hundreds of thousands of Americans are now coming together
- 25:15Speaker 1: and have made Patriot Mobile what they are today. They've
- 25:18Speaker 1: been in service now for thirteen years, and right now

- 25:25Speaker 1: been easier. Now, before I tell you about that, I
- 25:28Speaker 1: want you to know why switching is so important. Because

- 25:38Speaker 1: your First and your Second Amendment rights, the rights of
- 25:41Speaker 1: unborn children, and you stand with our military, our veterans,
- 25:45Speaker 1: are wounded warriors, and our fallen soldier families. Because Patriot
- 25:48Speaker 1: Mobile takes about five percent of your bill every month
- 25:51Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you, and they give it
- 25:54Speaker 1: back to these organizations that fight for our values. Now,
- 25:58Speaker 1: let's talk about switching. Is ever been easier You can

- 26:54Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Patriot also had the President the United States of America
- 27:01Speaker 1: doing something that was incredible, ordering on Wednesday that all
- 27:06Speaker 1: American flags be lowered to have staff until Sunday evening
- 27:10Speaker 1: at six o'clock for one reason, to honor Charlie Kirk.
- 27:16Speaker 1: I look at what is happening also online, and what
- 27:19Speaker 1: we are witnessing right now is people flocking to videos
- 27:24Speaker 1: of Charlie Kirk's most important moments, things that he said
- 27:28Speaker 1: in the past, things that he believed in, watching church
- 27:32Speaker 1: services that he was involved in, commentary that he was
- 27:36Speaker 1: involved in. And there's even some Democrats that are breaking
- 27:40Speaker 1: with their party. John Fetterman, being mocked now begging Democrats
- 27:44Speaker 1: to stop calling Trump names the Democratic Party. He's now
- 27:50Speaker 1: a black sheep, as he's been described by The Daily Beast,
- 27:54Speaker 1: says of President Trump, it is unprecedented the number of
- 27:58Speaker 1: attacks on his administration, John Fetterman saying, is time that
- 28:03Speaker 1: it all stops. That it's something that we should not
- 28:07Speaker 1: have And what are Democrats doing right now? They're attacking
- 28:12Speaker 1: John Fetterman. Take a listen to part of what he
- 28:16Speaker 1: had to say about his own party.
- 28:18Speaker 5: I'm never going to change my party, but clearly we've
- 28:23Speaker 5: lost the argument. And now right now I think it's
- 28:26Speaker 5: entirely appropriate to really be honest and just figure out
- 28:30Speaker 5: why exactly have we effectively lost two out of less
- 28:33Speaker 5: three cycles and then a lot of the things. We've
- 28:35Speaker 5: really kind of really lost our connection with American voters
- 28:41Speaker 5: in ways. And I think we can't just be well,
- 28:44Speaker 5: Trump is always wrong, or that we're going to set
- 28:48Speaker 5: the country on fire or whatever. That's just not true either,
- 28:51Speaker 5: of course. But you know, when I represent a state
- 28:54Speaker 5: like Pennsylvania, that keeps you honest and you always can't
- 28:58Speaker 5: forget that a lot of Americans happen to disagree with you,
- 29:02Speaker 5: that does not mean that they are fascists or now
- 29:05Speaker 5: they want to shred the Constitution.
- 29:07Speaker 2: But when you hear some Democrats saying Trump is acting
- 29:10Speaker 2: like an.
- 29:11Speaker 5: Autocrat, yeah, no, that's the thing. I if you actually
- 29:14Speaker 5: compare them to an actual autocrat, that is not just that.
- 29:17Speaker 5: Now last night, for example, people were complain they're protesting
- 29:24Speaker 5: about oh, that's the Hitler Hitler thing. You just don't
- 29:27Speaker 5: ever ever compare anyone to Hitler and those kinds of
- 29:30Speaker 5: extreme things. Now, look what happened to Charlie Kirk. I mean,
- 29:34Speaker 5: the man was shot. Now we have to turn the
- 29:36Speaker 5: temperature down. It's like, we can't compare people to these
- 29:40Speaker 5: kinds of figures in history, and this is not an autocrat.
- 29:44Speaker 5: This is a product of a democratic election.
- 29:47Speaker 1: So you don't think that Trump is at all shattering
- 29:49Speaker 1: any of the norms of democracy.
- 29:51Speaker 5: In any way. I'm saying he's definitely different, but that's
- 29:53Speaker 5: what America voted for. Again, I don't agree with many
- 29:56Speaker 5: of these things, but that does not make him an
- 29:58Speaker 5: autocra atic.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Things I hear from Democrats a lot saying a reason
- 30:03Speaker 1: why voters may not like Democrats because they don't fight
- 30:06Speaker 1: hard enough.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Democrats would be fighting harder.
- 30:08Speaker 5: What do you say to folks, exactly what exactly is fighting?
- 30:11Speaker 5: What is fighting? You know, delay more votes or just
- 30:15Speaker 5: vote every no on everything, or saying well, if they're
- 30:17Speaker 5: doing X, well, then that mean it's wrong that kind
- 30:20Speaker 5: of thing. It's like, what exactly is is fighting? I'll
- 30:23Speaker 5: give you an example. It could be shutting the government down, like.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Some Democrats say, if this happens, it will be Trump's faults.
- 30:29Speaker 5: That's not fighting. That's mutilating our nation. If you vote
- 30:33Speaker 5: to shut our government down, you are going to harm
- 30:36Speaker 5: millions of Americans. And why would you do this? Where's
- 30:40Speaker 5: our leverage? It was wrong. It was wrong for the
- 30:44Speaker 5: Republicans to do that. Absolutely that's true. It is wrong
- 30:47Speaker 5: for the Republicans to do that. It would just be
- 30:50Speaker 5: wrong for us for those things.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Bigger picture, as your party shifted or have you shifted ideologically.
- 30:57Speaker 5: My party is acting in a way they have for gotten.
- 31:00Speaker 5: They have forgotten one of the reasons why we lost
- 31:03Speaker 5: in twenty twenty four. Some of the most extreme things
- 31:06Speaker 5: were weaponized against that and now some people think, now
- 31:10Speaker 5: we have to double down on those things, or we
- 31:12Speaker 5: must become more progressive or more extreme. That's absolutely just
- 31:15Speaker 5: not that's absolutely not true. The seven or eight states
- 31:18Speaker 5: that are going to determine who's going to be our
- 31:21Speaker 5: next the next president, you know, we have to win
- 31:24Speaker 5: in those states, and I understand what that takes. And
- 31:29Speaker 5: a lot of these ideas that are now putting back
- 31:31Speaker 5: and being reinduced are not going to carry, you know, Pennsylvania.
- 31:36Speaker 1: You listen to Fetterman and it seems like he's saying
- 31:39Speaker 1: the Democratic Party has left him because of the radicals
- 31:42Speaker 1: which are controlling it. I couldn't agree with him more.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Don't forget Share this podcast wherever you can with your
- 31:48Speaker 1: family and your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
