From Faithless Fear To Fearsome Faith

Without faith it is impossible to please God, for those who come to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6) The fourth chapter of Mark recounts five of Jesus' parables and the story of one of His miracles to teach us a lot about the life of faith. In each of the parables there is a central truth to be understood that highlights five specific aspects of what it means to walk by faith.
