- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Kruz Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:05Speaker 2: We have a jam packed show for you today that
- 0:07Speaker 2: includes two big stories that deal with Israel, specifically in
- 0:13Speaker 2: a shock of Democrats demanding conditional aid to Israel if
- 0:18Speaker 2: they do certain things that would actually help Hamas. We're
- 0:21Speaker 2: going to deal with that. Plus, Hunter Biden is cracked
- 0:24Speaker 2: out demanding new things from Congress. His new demands that
- 0:28Speaker 2: are pretty funny. We'll explain those, but before we get
- 0:31Speaker 2: to that, on a serious note, Senator you and several
- 0:34Speaker 2: other senators, today we're able to sit down and watch
- 0:39Speaker 2: some of the horrific videos of the attack that Israel
- 0:42Speaker 2: on Israel by Hamas. I want you to walk us
- 0:46Speaker 2: through this because it's important that people understand just how barbaric,
- 0:51Speaker 2: how well thought out, how well planned, how orchestrated, and
- 0:55Speaker 2: how these Jihadis trained in Iran to prepare for this attack.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Well, that's right. So it is right now eleven thirty
- 1:06Speaker 1: two pm on Tuesday night, and so we're recording this
- 1:09Speaker 1: at the end of the day Tuesday. I started the
- 1:12Speaker 1: day at nine am in a room in the Capitol
- 1:16Speaker 1: watching a video and the video consists of forty six
- 1:20Speaker 1: minutes of footage raw video that the Government of Israel
- 1:26Speaker 1: is compiled, and most of the footage is from either
- 1:31Speaker 1: body cameras that hamas terrorists were wearing, or from their
- 1:34Speaker 1: cell phones that they were wearing, or in some instances,
- 1:37Speaker 1: from security cameras that were set up in different people's
- 1:41Speaker 1: homes that filmed what was happening. And it was we
- 1:46Speaker 1: watched one hundred and thirty eight people being murdered. Wow,
- 1:53Speaker 1: it was. It was horrible. Look, I mean, I will
- 1:58Speaker 1: say there were about fifty seve in the room, so
- 2:00Speaker 1: about half the Senate came to watch. And I was
- 2:03Speaker 1: glad of that. And there were a fair number of
- 2:06Speaker 1: Democrats in the room. I was glad in particular the
- 2:08Speaker 1: Democrats were seeing this. I will say, look, it's one
- 2:12Speaker 1: thing to watch, like an action movie, to watch Rambo
- 2:16Speaker 1: or John Wick and you see lots of people being
- 2:18Speaker 1: shot and it's you know, it's Hollywood. What was horrifying
- 2:23Speaker 1: about this is this was real people being murdered in
- 2:26Speaker 1: real time. And it was one after the other after
- 2:33Speaker 1: the other. It was wanton, it was it was directed.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Any civilian they saw, they just came up and just
- 2:41Speaker 1: began firing shots at him, firing There were several things
- 2:46Speaker 1: that were horrifying, but one of the most horrifying aspects
- 2:52Speaker 1: was the joy that the Hamas terrorists expressed as they
- 2:57Speaker 1: were murdering, as they were shooting little children, as they
- 3:00Speaker 1: shooting women, as they were shooting just any civilian they saw.
- 3:03Speaker 1: As they were gunning down teenagers at the music festival.
- 3:06Speaker 1: They're laughing, they're cheering. They're saying Allah Akbar, God is great,
- 3:10Speaker 1: God is great, God is great, they said over and
- 3:12Speaker 1: over and over again, as they're just murdering people, and
- 3:15Speaker 1: there's there's a joy that the the raw hatred. We
- 3:22Speaker 1: saw them with a knife cutting the head off of
- 3:26Speaker 1: a corpse of a man, just sawing his head off,
- 3:30Speaker 1: and it's watching someone being beheaded. Thankfully, that man was
- 3:34Speaker 1: dead already, so at least he wasn't alive while he
- 3:36Speaker 1: was being beheaded, but they sawed his head off and
- 3:39Speaker 1: took his head as a as a trophy that We
- 3:41Speaker 1: saw footage of the terrorists desecrating bodies, playing with They
- 3:48Speaker 1: would they would sever heads and play with the heads.
- 3:52Speaker 1: We saw them dragging dead bodies of Jews into Gaza
- 3:56Speaker 1: and they throw them in the public square, and just
- 3:58Speaker 1: a mob would descend and kicking, punching and beat the
- 4:03Speaker 1: dead body. They were cheering in joys and celebration. I'll
- 4:08Speaker 1: tell you, Ben, that the most disturbing thing that I
- 4:12Speaker 1: saw in the video was actually audio, and it was
- 4:17Speaker 1: audio of a cell phone conversation that the Israelis intercepted,
- 4:23Speaker 1: and it was a Hamas terrorist who was calling home
- 4:26Speaker 1: to his parents in Gaza. And first he talks to
- 4:31Speaker 1: his dad and he says in Arabic, he says, Dad,
- 4:37Speaker 1: I just killed ten with my bare hands. I killed
- 4:41Speaker 1: ten with my bare hands. And he's so proud and
- 4:44Speaker 1: he's bragging, and his father is proud of him, and
- 4:48Speaker 1: he's bragging. He says over and over again, I killed
- 4:50Speaker 1: ten with my bare hands. And then he says, let
- 4:53Speaker 1: me talk to mom, let me talk to mom, and
- 4:56Speaker 1: his mother gets on the phone and he repeats again
- 4:59Speaker 1: his I killed ten Jews with my bare hands. I
- 5:03Speaker 1: killed them. I killed them, I killed them, I killed them,
- 5:06Speaker 1: and his mother is joyously crying. I gotta say, Ben.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Like they're celebrating it, that's what you're saying. This is
- 5:16Speaker 2: like a celebration of like winning a football game, except
- 5:19Speaker 2: they're actually mass murdering people.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Listen, the level of absolute hate in warfare. If you
- 5:30Speaker 1: have a war, let's say you have the Ukraine War
- 5:32Speaker 1: and the Russians and Ukrainians are shooting at each other,
- 5:35Speaker 1: there may be a day when a Russian soldier or
- 5:37Speaker 1: a Ukrainian soldier, let's say they shoot ten soldiers on
- 5:40Speaker 1: the other side. I cannot imagine someone calling their mom
- 5:46Speaker 1: and joyously describing I just killed ten people today, much
- 5:52Speaker 1: less the people they're killing. They're not opposing soldiers in
- 5:56Speaker 1: a war. They're civilians, they're women, they're little children that
- 5:59Speaker 1: they're gunning down. And I want you to think about
- 6:03Speaker 1: how just twisted the racist, vicious anti Semitic hate is
- 6:11Speaker 1: that's inculcated in Hamas. And most of these Hamas terrorists
- 6:15Speaker 1: that they're teenagers there. They're in their early twenties. They're
- 6:18Speaker 1: young Palestinians in Hamas, and they are thrilled when they
- 6:23Speaker 1: murder someone. They stop and say, take a selfie with me.
- 6:26Speaker 1: By the way, you also have idiots on college campuses
- 6:31Speaker 1: and and other morons on in the global media denying
- 6:37Speaker 1: these atrocities happen. Look, most of this video was filmed
- 6:40Speaker 1: by Hamas. They are proud of it. They want the
- 6:44Speaker 1: world to know what they did. And they photographed it,
- 6:47Speaker 1: they took videos of it, and you see them like
- 6:50Speaker 1: they go through a room and they're like some dead bodies,
- 6:53Speaker 1: but if something's not dead, they're like, shoot them in
- 6:55Speaker 1: the head, shoot them in the head, and I'll tell
- 6:57Speaker 1: you something else. That was really disconcerting. Repeatedly, the Hamas
- 7:03Speaker 1: terrorists number one, they referred to Israelis over and over
- 7:06Speaker 1: again as dogs. That's what they called him. Your dogs,
- 7:09Speaker 1: your dogs, your dogs. But they also repeatedly referred to
- 7:13Speaker 1: Israelis as it, not he or she it. And this
- 7:19Speaker 1: was multiple Hamas terrorists. It's over forty six minutes, so
- 7:22Speaker 1: it's lots of little videos that that that were spliced together,
- 7:25Speaker 1: but you'd have multiple Hamas terrorists saying things like it's dead,
- 7:29Speaker 1: it's dead, grab it, and I gotta say it. It
- 7:33Speaker 1: reminded me of the dehumanization of Jews by the Nazis,
- 7:40Speaker 1: that that that that they have been so inculcated in
- 7:44Speaker 1: vicious hatred that they are convinced that Jews are not people.
- 7:50Speaker 1: They're not women, they're not men, they're not children, they're
- 7:53Speaker 1: it's and and and they're dogs, and it was to
- 7:57Speaker 1: see it. Listen, I've lived fifty two, almost fifty three
- 8:05Speaker 1: years on planet Earth. I've never had a day where
- 8:08Speaker 1: I've seen over one hundred and thirty people murdered in
- 8:11Speaker 1: front of my eyes. And that's how today began.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Explain how all of this transpired of the video being
- 8:19Speaker 2: put together? Who did that?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Who put this together?
- 8:22Speaker 2: For you guys as senators, this obviously wasn't classified. It
- 8:26Speaker 2: sounds encouraging that about fifty percent of the Senate showed up.
- 8:30Speaker 2: It also, to me is discouraging that the other fifty
- 8:34Speaker 2: percent did not show up. Should every senator have watched this?
- 8:38Speaker 2: Do they not have an obligation to watching it, to
- 8:41Speaker 2: see it, to understand it, to realize what happened on
- 8:45Speaker 2: that day, and why did some of me not show up?
- 8:47Speaker 2: And how was this put together?
- 8:49Speaker 1: So look, this was grotesque and horrible. I felt physically sick.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I wanted to vomit in the room, being abject terror.
- 9:01Speaker 1: You're seeing a level of evil that I've never seen before.
- 9:07Speaker 1: And by the way, the one hundred and thirty plus
- 9:10Speaker 1: people who were murdered on these videos, that's about ten
- 9:14Speaker 1: percent of the Israelis that were murdered on October seventh,
- 9:19Speaker 1: they killed over twelve hundred, so that is right about
- 9:22Speaker 1: ten percent of the people who murdered that They have videos,
- 9:24Speaker 1: So this is it's a collection of videos that the
- 9:27Speaker 1: Israeli government put together and so a lot of them
- 9:30Speaker 1: are ones they got from Hamas social media. So a
- 9:33Speaker 1: lot of this Hamas posted this like they're proud of it,
- 9:36Speaker 1: they're celebrating what they did. Some of this they got
- 9:39Speaker 1: from Hamas cell phones. Some of this they got from
- 9:41Speaker 1: victim cell phones. So there are images of victim cell
- 9:44Speaker 1: phones where for example, you have a bunch of Israelis
- 9:47Speaker 1: hiding in a closet and terrified, saying they're coming, they're coming,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and you see them covered with blood. That there's videos,
- 9:53Speaker 1: some of them. A couple of the snippets in this
- 9:56Speaker 1: video have been on Twitter. So for example, they're video
- 10:01Speaker 1: of a relatively young Israeli woman I'd say probably early twenties,
- 10:08Speaker 1: wearing gray sweatpants, where her entire crotch area is covered.
- 10:14Speaker 1: It is soaked in blood, and it is obvious from
- 10:19Speaker 1: the blood that is both in the rear and the
- 10:23Speaker 1: front of a crotch area that this young woman has
- 10:27Speaker 1: been violently violently raped and probably raped with with four
- 10:33Speaker 1: and eye. The quantity of the blood suggests major bleeding.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And this woman is being like thrown in a truck
- 10:43Speaker 1: and being taken as a hostage. So after she was
- 10:45Speaker 1: violently raped, she was taken as a hostage. You see
- 10:48Speaker 1: lots of people taking as hostage and the joy of
- 10:54Speaker 1: the terrorists. So the way it was shown, the Israeli
- 10:57Speaker 1: government put it together, and that they spliced it together,
- 11:00Speaker 1: and it's as I said, it's from Hamas social media,
- 11:02Speaker 1: it's from Hamas cell phones, it's from victim social media,
- 11:05Speaker 1: it's from victim cell phones. There were a number of
- 11:07Speaker 1: videos from security cam, security footage like in someone's home
- 11:11Speaker 1: if they have a security camera. There were footage of
- 11:15Speaker 1: the terrorists coming in, the terrorists going into a kindergarten,
- 11:18Speaker 1: shooting a teacher, and there were also footage from first
- 11:25Speaker 1: responders who came in after, so after the attack happened,
- 11:29Speaker 1: they came in and for example, in the music festival,
- 11:32Speaker 1: you know, the music festival Hamas terrorists came in on
- 11:34Speaker 1: paragliders and with machine guns murdered a couple of hundred,
- 11:39Speaker 1: mostly young people, who were at an outdoor music festival.
- 11:41Speaker 1: And like the first responders walking through, there were just
- 11:46Speaker 1: dozens of bodies, like in an area behind behind the
- 11:52Speaker 1: like coke machines, not coke machines, but sort of soda
- 11:54Speaker 1: fountains where they were serving drinks, and you could see
- 11:57Speaker 1: that people were hiding. They were hiding behind the counters.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And this was a first responder video, so we don't
- 12:04Speaker 1: know how those people were murdered, but presumably terrorists came
- 12:07Speaker 1: in with machine guns and just shot one after the
- 12:09Speaker 1: other after the other as they were hiding. There was
- 12:11Speaker 1: also at the music festival, there was a whole line
- 12:15Speaker 1: of porta potties. You know, probably I don't know, twenty
- 12:18Speaker 1: or thirty porta parties. This was a big outdoor music festival,
- 12:21Speaker 1: so it was a place for people to go to
- 12:22Speaker 1: the restroom. And the hamas terrasts walk down all the
- 12:24Speaker 1: porta potties have the doors closed, and they walk down
- 12:27Speaker 1: and they shoot multiple bullets through the doors of each
- 12:30Speaker 1: porta potty, and you know, they're obviously assuming and we
- 12:35Speaker 1: didn't actually see someone killed in the porta potty, but
- 12:38Speaker 1: we did see one of the porta potties with just
- 12:40Speaker 1: blood smeared all throughout. So obviously at least one person
- 12:44Speaker 1: was hiding in there and was murdered, and it was
- 12:47Speaker 1: just so this was put together by the Israeli government.
- 12:51Speaker 1: They have shown it to multiple people in the Senate.
- 12:56Speaker 1: The people who displayed it for the other senators were
- 12:59Speaker 1: Marco Rubio and Jackie Rosen. Marco Rubio is the ranking
- 13:03Speaker 1: member on the Intelligence Committee. Jackie Rosen. I don't know
- 13:07Speaker 1: why the two of them were the ones showing it,
- 13:08Speaker 1: but they decided to show it, and as I said,
- 13:10Speaker 1: about half the senators came listen. People were really you know,
- 13:16Speaker 1: senators are a pretty garrulous bunch. They're they're often joking,
- 13:20Speaker 1: they're talking. People walking out of it were in tears,
- 13:25Speaker 1: like it was. It was horrifying to see, and like
- 13:34Speaker 1: when we filed out of the room, the room was silent,
- 13:37Speaker 1: like no one was speaking. It was just like, oh
- 13:39Speaker 1: my god, what did I just watch? And I believe
- 13:43Speaker 1: we had a responsibility to watch it. I did not
- 13:46Speaker 1: want to watch this footage, but I felt like it
- 13:49Speaker 1: is my responsibility to know what happened and also to
- 13:54Speaker 1: be able to tell people what happened, and so it
- 13:58Speaker 1: I think it's impt the senators who didn't watch it.
- 14:02Speaker 1: I would encourage every one of them, you need to
- 14:04Speaker 1: watch it. And I'll tell you, I hope the Israeli
- 14:06Speaker 1: government releases this footage just universally. They've right now, they've
- 14:13Speaker 1: kept it confidential. So it was not a classified briefing,
- 14:17Speaker 1: but it was in a room in the capital that's
- 14:20Speaker 1: sort of right. It's right next to the skiff, which
- 14:22Speaker 1: is the UH secure classified area. And the rules were
- 14:28Speaker 1: coming in that each of us had to check our
- 14:29Speaker 1: cell phones that they did not want any of us
- 14:31Speaker 1: to take a cell phone in. Presumably they didn't want
- 14:33Speaker 1: any recordings. And I understand the sensitivity. Look, these are
- 14:37Speaker 1: people being murdered and they want to be sensitive to
- 14:41Speaker 1: the victims. And I'm I fully get that. I will
- 14:45Speaker 1: say on much of the footage, particularly with the children,
- 14:48Speaker 1: there were lots of dead bodies. There were lots of
- 14:51Speaker 1: corpses that were burned, that were horribly burned. We saw
- 14:55Speaker 1: corpses of little children and infants that were burned or
- 14:58Speaker 1: chris they were unrecogni issable. We saw bodies of adults burned,
- 15:05Speaker 1: burned completely, many of them in their cars. They were
- 15:08Speaker 1: chasing people down in their cars as they drove. They
- 15:10Speaker 1: chased them down and just shoot and killed the driver
- 15:14Speaker 1: in their car. That happened in a lot of different cars.
- 15:18Speaker 1: The bodies that were just lining the streets. Like twelve
- 15:22Speaker 1: hundred people murdered is a volume, and as I said,
- 15:27Speaker 1: we only saw just over one hundred and thirty of it.
- 15:31Speaker 2: But this is a massacre that took extreme number of
- 15:37Speaker 2: people to pull it off. Because you know, as I
- 15:40Speaker 2: was talking to one one person that.
- 15:42Speaker 1: It was thousands of hamas terrasts.
- 15:44Speaker 2: That, yes's and that's what it was described by me
- 15:47Speaker 2: by something I talked to that is in the military
- 15:49Speaker 2: in Israel. He said. The difference, he said, between what
- 15:52Speaker 2: you guys went through a nine to eleven was it
- 15:55Speaker 2: was massive explosions and the planes and the people of
- 15:59Speaker 2: the buildings. This was hand to hand massacres, whereas it
- 16:05Speaker 2: was described by him as it was up close and personal.
- 16:07Speaker 2: You're shooting people from three four five feet away, You're
- 16:11Speaker 2: grabbing people and then killing them. This was barbaric on
- 16:15Speaker 2: a personal level. And I'm assuming that's what you, in
- 16:18Speaker 2: essence had to witness today.
- 16:20Speaker 1: So when I next talk with the Israeli government, I'm
- 16:24Speaker 1: going to encourage them to release it publicly, and I
- 16:27Speaker 1: am deeply sympathetic to wanting to respect the victims and
- 16:31Speaker 1: the victims' families, but I think there's also an obligation
- 16:35Speaker 1: to document this for history, much like if you go
- 16:38Speaker 1: to the Holocaust Museum in DC, which it's an incredible museum. Look,
- 16:42Speaker 1: it's horrifying because they show the utter horrors of what
- 16:46Speaker 1: the Nazis did, and they document many of the victims,
- 16:51Speaker 1: and it's valuable. You know, after the Holocaust, the phrase
- 16:58Speaker 1: never again, it in order for that to mean something,
- 17:06Speaker 1: you got to understand what happened. And so I think,
- 17:11Speaker 1: you know, if you go to Israel Yad Vasham, which
- 17:13Speaker 1: is the memorial again to the Holocaust, is a beautiful,
- 17:16Speaker 1: beautiful museum, but it's horrifying. I mean you go through
- 17:20Speaker 1: and you watch, you know, the Nazis did just grotesque,
- 17:24Speaker 1: inhumane things. I mean they tortured and murdered people. They
- 17:27Speaker 1: murdered six million Jews. They did things like they made
- 17:30Speaker 1: lamp shades from human skin. I mean, the Nazis dehumanized
- 17:36Speaker 1: the Jews as dogs, and it's just like the hamas terrorist.
- 17:42Speaker 1: And what was so horrifying watching this video is this
- 17:48Speaker 1: was no different than watching Nazis except this is twenty
- 17:51Speaker 1: twenty three and not nineteen forty.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree with you. I hope that the government
- 17:58Speaker 2: of Israel will release it. And like you said, I'm
- 18:01Speaker 2: glad that about fifty centers show up, but the other
- 18:03Speaker 2: fifty need to see this as well. This shouldn't be
- 18:06Speaker 2: a Republican or Democrat, conservative liberal thing. This is just
- 18:09Speaker 2: good and evil and everybody should be able to say
- 18:12Speaker 2: we're on the side of good and not on the
- 18:14Speaker 2: side of evil. But there is a political side of this,
- 18:17Speaker 2: and I think there's many that may not want to
- 18:19Speaker 2: see this for political cover reasons. I want to ask
- 18:21Speaker 2: you about that, But first let me tell you about
- 18:23Speaker 2: a gust of precious metals. If you've seen the headlines lately,
- 18:26Speaker 2: you know what's going on with the economy, third highest
- 18:28Speaker 2: deficit in history, the highest rate of debt we've ever
- 18:31Speaker 2: seen in this country on credit card debt. The digital
- 18:35Speaker 2: dollar sparking uncertainty is another headline. And as you know
- 18:39Speaker 2: what's going on in the Middle East, we're living in
- 18:41Speaker 2: an unpredictable world. Gold is still gold. It's weathered many storms,
- 18:47Speaker 2: and that's exactly why I've invested in physical gold. It's tangible,
- 18:51Speaker 2: it's real and it helps me sleep at night. Now,
- 18:54Speaker 2: there are a lot of different companies you can call,
- 18:56Speaker 2: but I want you to know about a gust of
- 18:57Speaker 2: Precious Metals because if you have an eye or a
- 19:00Speaker 2: four to one K, then it's time that you learn
- 19:03Speaker 2: about the benefits of a goldra from Augusta Precious Metals
- 19:07Speaker 2: that is where I bought my gold. They're exceptional, honest,
- 19:12Speaker 2: and they answer all of your questions. In fact, they
- 19:15Speaker 2: do a free sit down with you one on one
- 19:18Speaker 2: and answer all of your questions about gold. So all
- 19:22Speaker 2: you have to do is call them eight seven seven
- 19:25Speaker 2: the number four Gold I r A. That's eight seven
- 19:30Speaker 2: seven the number four Gold IRA, and you can do
- 19:33Speaker 2: a one on one meeting with their experts and ask
- 19:37Speaker 2: all the questions about gold for you. They're also online
- 19:40Speaker 2: at Augusta Precious Metals dot com. That's Augusta Precious Metals
- 19:45Speaker 2: dot com or eight seven seven the number four Gold
- 19:49Speaker 2: IR sentater. I think part of the reason why there
- 19:54Speaker 2: are some in DC that don't want to see these
- 19:56Speaker 2: videos is because it's going to put pressure on them
- 20:00Speaker 2: to change their mindset or to realize that you can't
- 20:03Speaker 2: live in a world where Hamas has power, or Hamas
- 20:06Speaker 2: is in control of a government. For goodness sakes, there
- 20:10Speaker 2: is new reporting coming out of Washington tonight that Biden
- 20:15Speaker 2: is putting pressure on Israeli tactics that would in fact
- 20:19Speaker 2: leave Hamas intact and in power after this ceasefire. Sources
- 20:24Speaker 2: within the Israeli government have said to Breitbart News that
- 20:28Speaker 2: the US President Joe Biden's pressure would lead to Hamas
- 20:32Speaker 2: surviving the war intact, rather than allowing Israel to destroy
- 20:36Speaker 2: Hamas or remove its military and governing capabilities. In recent days,
- 20:41Speaker 2: the White House has acknowledged that Israel intends to continue
- 20:44Speaker 2: fighting Hamas after the current pause sought by Biden to
- 20:47Speaker 2: allow the release of hostages. As that ends later this week.
- 20:51Speaker 2: The Israelis have been pretty clear quote unquote that once
- 20:55Speaker 2: the pauses are complete and the hostage exchanges are over,
- 20:58Speaker 2: that they intend to continue their military operations against Hamas.
- 21:01Speaker 2: That's so, the White House Advisor John Kirby said on Monday. Also,
- 21:06Speaker 2: to put it in perspective, the media has been claiming
- 21:09Speaker 2: that Israel has been trading hostages. That's not true. Israel
- 21:13Speaker 2: does not hold hostages. It is releasing convicted Palestinian terrorists
- 21:19Speaker 2: to save the lives of those that were taken hostage.
- 21:23Speaker 2: And so now we're at this pivotal moment center that
- 21:26Speaker 2: makes me angry, especially after what you just described, that
- 21:30Speaker 2: the Biden's goals may be changing, and Democrats are putting
- 21:34Speaker 2: pressure to say, hey, let's figure out a way that
- 21:37Speaker 2: we can coexist with Hamas and then maybe in power
- 21:41Speaker 2: or even in leadership.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Look, the left wing of the Democrat Party right now
- 21:46Speaker 1: is profoundly anti Israel. We're seeing the House of Representatives
- 21:51Speaker 1: with the squad, We're seeing just vicious anti Semitism. We're
- 21:54Speaker 1: seeing it on college campuses across the country. The left
- 21:57Speaker 1: wing of the Democrat Party, the cultural bar This is
- 22:00Speaker 1: something I talk about extensively and in my brand new
- 22:04Speaker 1: book Unwoke the Cultural Marxist. The book is how to
- 22:08Speaker 1: defeat Cultural Marxism in America. And the cultural Marxists define Israel,
- 22:13Speaker 1: they define Jews as oppressors, they define Palestinians as victims,
- 22:17Speaker 1: and as a result, the radical left, they support the
- 22:21Speaker 1: violent revolution of the victims against the so called oppressors.
- 22:26Speaker 1: What that means for the White House. Listen, We've talked
- 22:30Speaker 1: at length on this podcast about the hostage deal. I'm
- 22:33Speaker 1: very very glad the hostages are being released. That's caused
- 22:37Speaker 1: for celebration. The price of some fifty odd hostages being
- 22:42Speaker 1: released is that Hamas is getting stronger, Hamas is recuperating,
- 22:46Speaker 1: Hamas is restoring. It will be more difficult for Israel
- 22:50Speaker 1: to defeat Hamas, and there likely will be IDF Israeli
- 22:54Speaker 1: soldier casualties that will be higher because Hamas is stronger.
- 22:58Speaker 1: That is a outcome. Israel is also releasing roughly one
- 23:03Speaker 1: hundred and fifty Palestinian prisoners who are convicted criminals. Many
- 23:07Speaker 1: of them are convicted of terrorism. Some significant percentage of
- 23:10Speaker 1: them will return to terrorism, and so there will be Israelis.
- 23:15Speaker 1: There will be very possibly Americans who are murdered because
- 23:18Speaker 1: those terrorists are being released. That's the downside of the deal.
- 23:22Speaker 1: There's another downside of the deal, which is Israel is
- 23:26Speaker 1: engaging in a temporary pause and they're doing it to
- 23:28Speaker 1: bring their civilians home, to bring women and children home,
- 23:31Speaker 1: and that is a wonderful thing. But as the pause continues,
- 23:36Speaker 1: the leftists in the White House and in the corrupt
- 23:40Speaker 1: corporate media and on the global stage will all pressure
- 23:43Speaker 1: Israel do not resume fighting Hamas. Do not try to
- 23:47Speaker 1: defeat Hamas, do not try to eradicate Hamas, do not
- 23:50Speaker 1: try to eliminate Hamas. That is completely wrong. I believe
- 23:54Speaker 1: Prime Minister Netanyahu when he said that Israel is going
- 23:57Speaker 1: to utterly eliminate Hamas. We should stand with them. And
- 24:01Speaker 1: I'll tell you look to give you a sense of
- 24:04Speaker 1: just how fractured the Democrat party is. Right now. There
- 24:09Speaker 1: is right now a vigorous and contentious debate among Senate Democrats.
- 24:14Speaker 1: And the contentious debate is whether to condition military assistance
- 24:19Speaker 1: to Israel on a set of demands concerning Gaza, and
- 24:23Speaker 1: the people leading the charge are Bernie Sanders and Chris Murphy.
- 24:28Speaker 1: But Bernie obviously is the socialist from Vermont. Chris Murphy
- 24:32Speaker 1: is the extremely liberal Democrat from Connecticut. They are both
- 24:36Speaker 1: rabidly left wing. Sanders has floated demands for Israel to
- 24:44Speaker 1: end its quote indiscriminate bombing of Gaza. By the way,
- 24:48Speaker 1: Israel is not engaged in indiscriminate bombing of Gaza, It's
- 24:51Speaker 1: targeting terrorists. Sanders also wants to allow aid into the
- 24:55Speaker 1: region and take other steps to quote lay the groundwork
- 24:57Speaker 1: for a peaceful resolution to the conflict. Other left wingers.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Senator Peter Welts, the other Democrat from Vermont, said we've
- 25:06Speaker 1: got to have the debate. You can't have that many
- 25:08Speaker 1: civilian casualties as a part of the Net and Yahoo
- 25:11Speaker 1: war plan. Now, notice who the Democrats are targeting. It's
- 25:15Speaker 1: not Hamas, it's not the terrorist, it's Net Yahoo, Net
- 25:18Speaker 1: and Yaho's the bad guy. Why Because to the cultural
- 25:21Speaker 1: Marxist Net and Yaho is the oppressor, and the Hamas
- 25:24Speaker 1: terrorists who are gleefully beheading civilians and raping little girls,
- 25:29Speaker 1: they're the victims. This debate is is vigorous, it is significant,
- 25:37Speaker 1: it is it by by public reports, was really energetic
- 25:43Speaker 1: in the Democrat conference. And they want and by the way,
- 25:47Speaker 1: that they're not talking just about conditioning the emergency military
- 25:52Speaker 1: aid to to Israel for the Maas war. They're talking
- 25:56Speaker 1: about the military aid that that America regularly provides to Israel.
- 26:03Speaker 1: So putting in pro Hamas restrictions, and that's what the
- 26:06Speaker 1: left wing of the Democrat Party wants. Now, I will
- 26:09Speaker 1: say there are some Democrats who are pushing back. So
- 26:12Speaker 1: for example, Chris Coons from Delaware said, quote, I'm not
- 26:16Speaker 1: sure that would come of that now, so he was
- 26:20Speaker 1: pouring some cold water on that. Tim Kine from Virginia
- 26:23Speaker 1: said quote, I don't think you're going to see conditionality.
- 26:27Speaker 1: That's helpful. Mark Kelly, Democrat from Arizona, said quote, I
- 26:32Speaker 1: think it's important to be clear here that Israel was
- 26:34Speaker 1: violently attacked on October seventh, and they have a right
- 26:37Speaker 1: to defend themselves. That's actually quite helpful. And Ben Cardon,
- 26:40Speaker 1: who's right now the chairman of the Senate Formulations Committee,
- 26:43Speaker 1: told reporters he is opposed to conditioning AID. Now that
- 26:52Speaker 1: all of that is the Democrats who are pushing back,
- 26:59Speaker 1: that is a good thing. But the fact that there
- 27:03Speaker 1: are multiple left wing Democrats explicitly turning on Israel after
- 27:08Speaker 1: the worst terror attack at Israel in a generation, it
- 27:13Speaker 1: is just stunning and it's a sign of how radicalized
- 27:16Speaker 1: today's Democrat parties become.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Tell you what, it's pretty sad to see so many
- 27:23Speaker 2: men not standing up for things that are right and
- 27:25Speaker 2: wrong and right now in this country. If you are
- 27:28Speaker 2: a man and you want to continue to be proud
- 27:30Speaker 2: of being a man, and you care about strength and
- 27:33Speaker 2: vitality over weakness and complacency, then You've got to check

- 28:46Speaker 2: dot com. Senator, I want to ask you one other
- 28:48Speaker 2: last question on Israel, and you mentioned these senators that
- 28:52Speaker 2: are wavering in the Democrat On the Democratic side, you
- 28:55Speaker 2: forced to vote before the recessover things giving for emergency
- 29:02Speaker 2: funding for Israel stand alone, not tied to funding for
- 29:06Speaker 2: Ukraine or any other portrayl project. It failed on a
- 29:10Speaker 2: party line vote. You needed just one Democrat to switch over,
- 29:13Speaker 2: not a single Democrat switched over to do the right thing.
- 29:17Speaker 2: That was very telling as well about the Democratic Party
- 29:20Speaker 2: right now. But where does that funding stand now? Is
- 29:23Speaker 2: it still at a standstill or is it moving with
- 29:25Speaker 2: other legislation?
- 29:26Speaker 1: Where are we? It's a complete standstill. So the House
- 29:30Speaker 1: has passed funding emergency military aid for Israel fourteen and
- 29:33Speaker 1: a half a billion dollars. The House paid for it
- 29:37Speaker 1: by rescinding fourteen and a half billion dollars of the
- 29:40Speaker 1: additional funding Democrats had passed for the IRS to pay
- 29:44Speaker 1: for eighty seven thousand new IRS agents. When it came
- 29:48Speaker 1: to the Senate, Chuck Schumer initially said he would not
- 29:51Speaker 1: allow the Senate to vote on what the House had passed,
- 29:53Speaker 1: that emergency military aid for Israel was just not apparently
- 29:57Speaker 1: a priority for Schumer. So I join with a number
- 30:00Speaker 1: of other Republican senators two weeks ago and we used
- 30:03Speaker 1: a special procedural tool to force a vote on the
- 30:07Speaker 1: Senate floor. And you and I talked about this at
- 30:09Speaker 1: length at the podcast two weeks ago where we explained
- 30:13Speaker 1: what happened. We forced to vote through what's called filing
- 30:16Speaker 1: a rogue cloture petition, and Democrats freaked out, but ultimately
- 30:21Speaker 1: we had the vote, and it was astonishing. Every single Democrat,
- 30:26Speaker 1: all of them, voted against emergency military aid to Israel.
- 30:31Speaker 1: It was the day of the massive pro Israel march
- 30:36Speaker 1: in Washington that I had gone to and participated in
- 30:40Speaker 1: some three hundred thousand supporters of Israel on the mall.
- 30:44Speaker 1: And there were Democrat senators who went to that march
- 30:47Speaker 1: and then went to the Senate and voted against military
- 30:49Speaker 1: aid for Israel. Now they did so because they knew
- 30:53Speaker 1: the corporate media would never tell the voters about their vote.
- 30:56Speaker 1: And I have not seen even a single story on CNN,
- 31:01Speaker 1: on ABC, on NBC, on CBS, in the New York
- 31:04Speaker 1: Times and the Washington Post. The corporate media simply disappeared
- 31:08Speaker 1: it, it does not exist, because that they are propagandists. They
- 31:13Speaker 1: do not want people to know that Chuck Schumer and
- 31:16Speaker 1: the Democrats are blocking military aid to Israel. Now, why
- 31:19Speaker 1: did they do that. They did so. Number one, because
- 31:23Speaker 1: they are passionately committed to eighty seven thousand new IRS
- 31:26Speaker 1: agents to harass their political enemies, to go after small
- 31:30Speaker 1: businesses and families, and to raise more money for them
- 31:34Speaker 1: to spend. And so they did not want any reduction
- 31:38Speaker 1: in funding for their army of new IRS agents. But
- 31:41Speaker 1: number two, they very cynically want to tie Israel funding
- 31:47Speaker 1: to a Christmas list of other Democrat priorities, and top
- 31:51Speaker 1: of the list is funding for Ukraine, which the Democrats
- 31:54Speaker 1: really really want. And they want to tie funding for
- 31:57Speaker 1: Ukraine to funding for Israel because they want to try
- 32:01Speaker 1: to force Republicans to vote for it because we support Israel.
- 32:05Speaker 1: They want to try to extract a blank check for
- 32:08Speaker 1: Ukraine as the price for aid to Israel. That's really cynical.
- 32:12Speaker 1: I think we need to take up and pass Israel
- 32:14Speaker 1: funding on its own separately. But it says something that
- 32:20Speaker 1: Schumer whipped the Democrats and all of them voted against
- 32:24Speaker 1: military aid for Israel. And by the way, you know
- 32:27Speaker 1: I talked a minute ago about the the left wing
- 32:30Speaker 1: Senate Democrats pushing for conditioning aid to Israel on Gaza
- 32:37Speaker 1: and on making concessions to Gaza and effectively to hamas well.
- 32:42Speaker 1: On Friday of last week, Joe Biden at the press
- 32:45Speaker 1: conference of the White House was asked about that. The
- 32:48Speaker 1: question he was asked was, quote, mister President, there are
- 32:51Speaker 1: members of your party who would like to see conditions
- 32:54Speaker 1: placed on aid to Israel. What is your view on
- 32:57Speaker 1: that they would like to see, you know, a reduction
- 33:01Speaker 1: in the bombing and that sort of thing. And here
- 33:04Speaker 1: was Joe Biden's answer, quote, well, I think that's a
- 33:08Speaker 1: worthwhile thought. But I don't think if I started off
- 33:12Speaker 1: with that that we have ever gotten to where we
- 33:14Speaker 1: are today. We are having to take this a piece
- 33:17Speaker 1: at a time. I want you to note Joe Biden
- 33:22Speaker 1: from the White House said it is a quote worthwhile
- 33:27Speaker 1: thought to condition aid to Israel. Now, he didn't embrace
- 33:32Speaker 1: the idea, so that was good. He didn't go all
- 33:34Speaker 1: the way to Bernie Sanders and Chris Murphy and the
- 33:38Speaker 1: anti Israel squad, but he claimed their view that their
- 33:44Speaker 1: demand to undermine Israel was a quote worth while thought.
- 33:50Speaker 1: That is the state of today's Democrat Party. They are
- 33:53Speaker 1: terrified of their left wing and this feisure in the
- 33:58Speaker 1: Democrat Party. It is getting worse in Congress every single
- 34:03Speaker 1: day within the Democrats.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I have no doubt about it. I got to
- 34:06Speaker 2: ask you about this other issue real quick before I
- 34:08Speaker 2: let you go, and that is Hunter Biden agrees to
- 34:12Speaker 2: appear before the House Oversight Committee. I promise we're going
- 34:15Speaker 2: to spend more time on this later this week, but
- 34:17Speaker 2: I have to get your ditch reaction to his demands
- 34:21Speaker 2: after being subpoenaed that he will do it, but only
- 34:24Speaker 2: in public. That is what his lawyer has now said
- 34:28Speaker 2: that yes, he's willing to testify it before the House
- 34:31Speaker 2: Oversight Committee, only in public. According to the letter from
- 34:34Speaker 2: his attorney that he wrote to the Republican lawmakers, I
- 34:39Speaker 2: get trying to punch back and look like you're on offense.
- 34:42Speaker 2: But to be clear, it is not crazy to have
- 34:46Speaker 2: a subpoena behind closed doors. We saw this happen when
- 34:49Speaker 2: they were trying to impeach not once but twice Donald J. Trump.
- 34:53Speaker 2: They had people come in behind closed doors and they
- 34:55Speaker 2: do these sit downs and answer questions under O, they
- 35:00Speaker 2: give their testimony in essence, and then we saw the
- 35:04Speaker 2: media go berserk over who is walking in to give
- 35:07Speaker 2: their testimony? Why does Hunter Biden want it differently, and
- 35:10Speaker 2: what's the political play here that we may not understand.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Well, you're right that it's quite common for people to
- 35:15Speaker 1: be subpoena to testify behind closed doors and in a
- 35:18Speaker 1: closed deposition. That happens regularly Congressional committees that are investigating
- 35:24Speaker 1: something they like to do that you can often spend
- 35:26Speaker 1: more time asking questions. You can essentially prepare and build
- 35:31Speaker 1: the foundations for an open and public hearing. It's the
- 35:35Speaker 1: due diligence you do before a hearing, and not everyone
- 35:38Speaker 1: that you bring in for a closed deposition merits a hearing.
- 35:42Speaker 1: So I understand why the committee initially subpoenaed him to
- 35:46Speaker 1: come in for a deposition. I also understand why Hunter
- 35:51Speaker 1: Biden came back and said he would do it, but
- 35:53Speaker 1: only if it's a public hearing. His lawyer is a
- 35:56Speaker 1: guy named Abbi Lowell. I don't know Abby personally, but
- 35:59Speaker 1: he has a reputation as one of the most experienced
- 36:03Speaker 1: and most talented lawyers in Washington for fighting congressional investigations,
- 36:08Speaker 1: and so he does when when when an individual is
- 36:12Speaker 1: in a whole lot of trouble with a criminal investigation
- 36:14Speaker 1: or congressional investigation. This lawyer is one of the top
- 36:19Speaker 1: Washington power brokers for fighting back. And the stated reason
- 36:22Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden and his lawyer gave is they said, well,
- 36:27Speaker 1: the Republicans in the House, when they've done closed door depositions,
- 36:31Speaker 1: they quote selectively leak portions of the depositions in ways
- 36:36Speaker 1: that make the witnesses look bad. So we don't want
- 36:38Speaker 1: that to happen. We want the public to see exactly
- 36:41Speaker 1: what Hunter says. Now, look, that's a gamble, you know,
- 36:45Speaker 1: if you're the lawyer. There is a real advantage for
- 36:49Speaker 1: Hunter in keeping it closed door and not having a video,
- 36:52Speaker 1: not having it on the news. Will portions of it
- 36:57Speaker 1: get leaked? Of course, that's what people and politics do
- 37:01Speaker 1: on both sides all the time. The January sixth Committee
- 37:04Speaker 1: did it day after day after day after day. Both
- 37:06Speaker 1: sides do that. But I will say by demanding that
- 37:11Speaker 1: it be public, there's some degree of protection for Hunter
- 37:15Speaker 1: Biden and having it be public and that it can't
- 37:17Speaker 1: be selectively leaked. You get to hear everything he said.
- 37:20Speaker 1: But it's also a risky play having it be public.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Even as corrupt as the corporate media is, when Hunter
- 37:27Speaker 1: Biden testifies before the House, the corporate media cannot avoid
- 37:32Speaker 1: covering it. So it will drive a crap ton of news.
- 37:36Speaker 1: And I say crap ton is a technical legal term,
- 37:41Speaker 1: but it will it will be. And you know, look,
- 37:45Speaker 1: I don't know Hunter Biden. I've never met Hunter Biden.
- 37:48Speaker 1: I don't know how he is at answering questions, but
- 37:51Speaker 1: I have no reason to expect that he's a particularly
- 37:54Speaker 1: nimble or effective witness. And so you're going to have
- 37:57Speaker 1: some very vigorous questioning. And I will say, listen James Comber.
- 38:02Speaker 1: We've had James Comer on this podcast for a two
- 38:05Speaker 1: part interview. If you didn't listen to that, by the way,
- 38:07Speaker 1: you ought to go back and listen to our two
- 38:09Speaker 1: part interview with James Comer. You ought to go back
- 38:12Speaker 1: and listen to our two part interview with Jim Jordan.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Both of them, we did a deep dive in terms
- 38:17Speaker 1: of those House investigations and what they've revealed. A date
- 38:21Speaker 1: my counsel to House Republicans when Hunter Biden testifies in
- 38:27Speaker 1: an open hearing is Remember, the reason this is an
- 38:31Speaker 1: issue of public concern is not about Hunter. It is
- 38:34Speaker 1: not because he's some poor, sad sack with a substance
- 38:38Speaker 1: abuse problem. The reason this is a matter of public
- 38:41Speaker 1: concern is Joe Biden. The reason this is a matter
- 38:43Speaker 1: of public concern is the evidence indicates that Hunter Biden's
- 38:47Speaker 1: business was selling favors from Daddy, from Joe Biden to
- 38:52Speaker 1: corrupt oligarchs in Ukraine and Russia and communist China. And
- 38:56Speaker 1: so the focus needs to be on Joe Biden, on
- 38:59Speaker 1: the corruption of the President of the United States, on
- 39:02Speaker 1: the evidence that the President of the United States sold favors,
- 39:05Speaker 1: on the evidence that the President of the United States
- 39:08Speaker 1: solicited and received bribes. And so I hope that that
- 39:12Speaker 1: House Republicans can can keep that front and center. But
- 39:17Speaker 1: there's no doubt when Hunter testifies, it is going to
- 39:21Speaker 1: drive a whole lot of news.
- 39:23Speaker 2: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 39:26Speaker 2: conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 39:29Speaker 2: they're the only one I want you to know about
- 39:32Speaker 2: this company, because right now it is amazing how many
- 39:36Speaker 2: woke companies are giving massive donations and I'm talking about
- 39:39Speaker 2: big mobile to hardcore leftist causes, including planned parenthood. If
- 39:46Speaker 2: you don't want your money going to woke corporations, then
- 39:50Speaker 2: switch your cell phone provider right now to Patriot Mobile.
- 39:54Speaker 2: You get to keep your same cell phone number you
- 39:57Speaker 2: have right now, You can keep your same cell phone
- 39:59Speaker 2: or upgrade new one, and you get the most dependable
- 40:03Speaker 2: nationwide coverage, giving you the ability to access all three
- 40:07Speaker 2: major networks, which means you get the same coverage you've
- 40:10Speaker 2: got right now, and you don't have to worry about
- 40:13Speaker 2: that being an issue. The other thing about Patriot Mobile
- 40:16Speaker 2: is this, when you pay your bill, they take a
- 40:19Speaker 2: percentage of your bill every month that no exer costs
- 40:21Speaker 2: to you. And what do they do with it? They
- 40:23Speaker 2: give it to organizations that support free speech, religious freedom,
- 40:27Speaker 2: the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as
- 40:30Speaker 2: our military, our veterans, and our first responders who are

- 41:04Speaker 2: Is there any hope that we will ever get to
- 41:07Speaker 2: see real justice coming out of the House that could
- 41:10Speaker 2: possibly move somewhere when it comes to the Biden crime family.
- 41:15Speaker 2: Do you feel like we are getting closer by the
- 41:17Speaker 2: way that Comer and Jordan are doing this methodically? There
- 41:21Speaker 2: have been a lot of i say, Monday morning quarterbacking
- 41:25Speaker 2: and armchair quarterbacking from a lot of people on social
- 41:28Speaker 2: media are saying, we've screwed this up, We've gotten nowhere.
- 41:32Speaker 2: They promise to do something, they haven't done it yet.
- 41:35Speaker 2: Is that a fair assessment, because I think what they've
- 41:38Speaker 2: been doing is really making sure they do this right
- 41:41Speaker 2: so it sticks.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Yeah. Listen, I think both Jim Jordan and James Comer
- 41:46Speaker 1: are doing an excellent job. I think they're approaching their
- 41:48Speaker 1: job very seriously. I think they're laying out the evidence
- 41:51Speaker 1: in a systematic matter. I think that's important. I think
- 41:54Speaker 1: laying out the evidence for the public matters enormously. I
- 41:58Speaker 1: believe the House should already have impeached Alejandro mayorcis. I
- 42:01Speaker 1: believe the how should already have impeached Merrick Garland, and
- 42:06Speaker 1: you know, when it comes to impeachment of Biden, I
- 42:09Speaker 1: think they're getting very very close to having the evidence
- 42:12Speaker 1: to impeach Joe Biden as well. The question on all
- 42:16Speaker 1: three of those is will they have the votes in
- 42:18Speaker 1: the House. So the House Republicans have an exceptionally narrow majority,
- 42:23Speaker 1: they have a four vote majority, it's not clear that
- 42:26Speaker 1: they have the votes to impeach any of them, and
- 42:29Speaker 1: so that's a fundamental challenge that they face. The new Speaker,
- 42:34Speaker 1: Mike Johnson. I know Mike very well. He's a conservative.
- 42:37Speaker 1: I'm confident that Mike would be perfectly willing to impeach
- 42:43Speaker 1: these officials if he had the votes. But if there
- 42:48Speaker 1: are five Republicans who say no, there's no magic wand
- 42:55Speaker 1: that can change that. And so I think given that
- 43:00Speaker 1: very real dynamic, that it is a tiny majority with
- 43:04Speaker 1: a number of wobbly votes, the best course of action
- 43:08Speaker 1: the House can do is keep developing the evidence and
- 43:12Speaker 1: making the case stronger and stronger and stronger, and developing
- 43:16Speaker 1: it in front of the American people who ultimately are
- 43:19Speaker 1: going to be the arbiter because look, even if they
- 43:20Speaker 1: impeached all three of them, none would be removed by
- 43:24Speaker 1: the Senate. It takes two thirds of the Senate to
- 43:26Speaker 1: remove an individual and impeachment and the chances that Senate
- 43:30Speaker 1: Democrats would vote to do so are zero point zero
- 43:33Speaker 1: zero zero percent.
