- 0:10Speaker 2: So given them back.
- 0:15Speaker 1: A million bus buss boozy listening to to.
- 0:38Speaker 2: I don't joy, yeah, Joy.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You don't do that.
- 1:05Speaker 3: You turn, you gotta turn't.
- 1:41Speaker 4: To turn them out turn.
- 1:43Speaker 5: I probably got to turn the mouth, the turn out
- 1:46Speaker 5: a wad of the mop.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come out you think that I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:08Speaker 7: dig me now, one and only. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:11Speaker 7: radio show man. I love it when I run up
- 2:16Speaker 7: into people and they say that to me. They say, hey,
- 2:18Speaker 7: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Then they wink at me.
- 2:21Speaker 7: I know they listening. You know, I got a lot
- 2:23Speaker 7: off my chest yesterday. I wanted to clean some things up.
- 2:25Speaker 7: And I appreciate y'all giving me a minute because sometimes,
- 2:28Speaker 7: you know, you just got to say some things out loud.
- 2:32Speaker 7: Not complaining, but hey, just verbalizing, but realizing that I
- 2:36Speaker 7: got to keep going anyway. And that's my words this
- 2:40Speaker 7: morning to you, that I want you to keep pushing
- 2:45Speaker 7: no matter what happens. I want to share something with
- 2:49Speaker 7: you that's important, that's very, very important. See, you have
- 2:56Speaker 7: to give God something too blessed. You know, if your
- 3:01Speaker 7: prayer is asking for God's blessings, you got to give
- 3:05Speaker 7: him something to work with.
- 3:06Speaker 8: Now, you know, you.
- 3:10Speaker 7: Gotta show the spirit of appreciation or gratitude. You gotta
- 3:16Speaker 7: let him know that you're in it for the long haul.
- 3:20Speaker 7: No matter what happens. Don't turn around. You will never
- 3:26Speaker 7: ever see what the end could be. If you turn
- 3:31Speaker 7: around and go back, You'll never know what the end
- 3:35Speaker 7: could have been had you stuck it out.
- 3:39Speaker 1: You'll never know.
- 3:41Speaker 7: How good it could have gotten had you not just
- 3:45Speaker 7: weathered the storm. That's the thing that gets most people
- 3:53Speaker 7: that it get tough for him, It get hard for him,
- 3:56Speaker 7: and then they let doubts set in, and then those
- 3:59Speaker 7: doubts become facts and the next thing you know, they
- 4:02Speaker 7: give up. Had you not given up, or had you
- 4:07Speaker 7: given your best, what the results or outcome could have been.
- 4:11Speaker 7: I look back on my life on so many occasions
- 4:15Speaker 7: where in college I wasn't giving my best.
- 4:19Speaker 8: Now flunked out.
- 4:22Speaker 7: Now, it's easy to look at my life now and go, yeah,
- 4:25Speaker 7: but look at you now.
- 4:27Speaker 8: But back then, man, it cost.
- 4:29Speaker 7: Me for so many years that failing to finish that
- 4:36Speaker 7: not giving my all. It cost me a number of years.
- 4:42Speaker 7: I wish I could say that it didn't mean nothing,
- 4:45Speaker 7: that it was just a blimp on the radar Skins screen,
- 4:48Speaker 7: But at the time.
- 4:49Speaker 8: It was major.
- 4:50Speaker 7: And so you have a lot of decisions in your
- 4:52Speaker 7: life that are happening now. You may be in your twenties,
- 4:56Speaker 7: your late teens, you could be in your early thirties,
- 4:59Speaker 7: and it's happening. But guess what you'll eventually get through
- 5:03Speaker 7: it provided one thing you never give up.
- 5:08Speaker 8: You never turn around and go back.
- 5:11Speaker 7: Had I written myself off because of one failure, see,
- 5:15Speaker 7: and this is where so many people go wrong at too.
- 5:18Speaker 7: You write yourself off after you failed at something, the
- 5:23Speaker 7: one thing you thought you wanted to accomplish, and you
- 5:26Speaker 7: failed at it. Now you write yourself off as a failure.
- 5:29Speaker 7: Now you go settle on into life and just see
- 5:32Speaker 7: what hand you get. Had when I flunked out of college,
- 5:37Speaker 7: had I written myself off as a failure, I wouldn't
- 5:40Speaker 7: be here today. When I lost my carpet cleaner company,
- 5:44Speaker 7: I would have written myself as a failure. And I
- 5:47Speaker 7: wouldn't be here today when I didn't become a diamond
- 5:50Speaker 7: distributed in Amway, or a direct distributor in Amway, even
- 5:55Speaker 7: I would have written myself as a failure and I
- 5:58Speaker 7: wouldn't be here today. When I bought a distribution kit
- 6:03Speaker 7: to become a distributor of the Bohemian Diet and I
- 6:09Speaker 7: didn't make it, I would have written myself as a failure.
- 6:12Speaker 7: When I became an Al Williams distributor and I didn't
- 6:15Speaker 7: make it, I would have written myself as a failure,
- 6:18Speaker 7: and I wouldn't be here today.
- 6:19Speaker 8: Oh, I got a list for you.
- 6:22Speaker 7: When I got laid off at for a motor company,
- 6:25Speaker 7: had I written myself as a failure, I wouldn't have
- 6:28Speaker 7: made it. Do you need some more? Because I have
- 6:34Speaker 7: a story filled with mishaps. I have a story filled
- 6:40Speaker 7: with failures. Couple of things now, the grace of God
- 6:45Speaker 7: and his mercy which is available to us all. See
- 6:49Speaker 7: that's the key, y'all, Because of his mercy, because of
- 6:53Speaker 7: his willingness to forgive and to even understand why we
- 7:00Speaker 7: do the things we do. In all of my shortcomings,
- 7:06Speaker 7: failed marriages I'm talking about, man got it all wrong.
- 7:11Speaker 7: Can't blame nobody else, It's just me. Steve ain't have
- 7:16Speaker 7: it together at that point in life. I've could have
- 7:19Speaker 7: written myself as a failure the first time I could have.
- 7:24Speaker 7: I just could have gave up on it after the
- 7:26Speaker 7: second one. And please know this is an admission. This
- 7:30Speaker 7: ain't bragging. So before you start in with me, understand
- 7:33Speaker 7: what I'm saying. I'm pointing out in my life a
- 7:38Speaker 7: series of missteps and failures.
- 7:42Speaker 8: But how I still get here today. Couple of things.
- 7:48Speaker 8: God's grace and mercy is first.
- 7:52Speaker 7: But that's the key that's for everybody see if it's
- 7:56Speaker 7: God's willingness to forgive you, and god understanding of why
- 8:02Speaker 7: we do what we do because He said.
- 8:04Speaker 8: We wasn't gonna be perfect.
- 8:06Speaker 7: So in all of your imperfections, your creator told.
- 8:10Speaker 8: You you would not be perfect.
- 8:12Speaker 7: He's said to you, it's out there. I don't care
- 8:15Speaker 7: which one of the books you read it tells you that.
- 8:21Speaker 7: So guess what With that in mind, he has a
- 8:24Speaker 7: grace that he has.
- 8:26Speaker 8: It's like a grace period.
- 8:27Speaker 7: It's like when you don't pay your insurance premium on
- 8:31Speaker 7: the day that is due. The next day, they don't
- 8:33Speaker 7: just cancel your insurance premium. They have a grace period
- 8:38Speaker 7: because they ain't trying to stop this money from coming in.
- 8:42Speaker 7: But when it comes to God, there's no money required.
- 8:45Speaker 7: He just gives you the grace freely. It don't cost
- 8:49Speaker 7: you nothing. See, you gotta tap into that, y'all. You
- 8:52Speaker 7: gotta get in touch with that, because that's an important
- 8:54Speaker 7: part to making it.
- 8:55Speaker 8: Understanding that His grace is available. So when you make
- 8:59Speaker 8: a mistake, So when.
- 9:01Speaker 7: You fail at it, he has a loophole in the
- 9:05Speaker 7: contract with him that allows you to make mistakes, that
- 9:09Speaker 7: allows you to get it wrong, that allows you to
- 9:12Speaker 7: fail time and time and time again. But if you
- 9:15Speaker 7: never give up, if you keep getting up, if you
- 9:18Speaker 7: keep trying, if you keep striving, if you keep making
- 9:23Speaker 7: the effort to go forward and not go back, God
- 9:26Speaker 7: has a blessing for you, and He has it in
- 9:29Speaker 7: abundance for you. And God will give it to you
- 9:32Speaker 7: at the right time. But you got to be ready. Oh,
- 9:37Speaker 7: I want it to be successful. But if he had
- 9:40Speaker 7: given it to me back then I wouldn't have handled
- 9:43Speaker 7: it correctly because I would have made some more mistakes
- 9:47Speaker 7: along the way.
- 9:49Speaker 8: So you make the mistakes to learn the lessons. Lord,
- 9:53Speaker 8: ain't God been good to me? I ain't gonna lie
- 9:56Speaker 8: to you cool.
- 9:57Speaker 9: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 7: Ladies and gentlemen. You know what I said, Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:07Speaker 7: you know what. It's a new day, a new day,
- 10:09Speaker 7: a new dawnie, a new opportunity started, a day off
- 10:13Speaker 7: right this morning, man, because the other day I just oh,
- 10:17Speaker 7: I got tricked.
- 10:18Speaker 8: I ain't get tricked this morning.
- 10:19Speaker 7: I intentionally set some time aside talk to God today, man.
- 10:23Speaker 7: Make sure I've been doing pretty good in the morning,
- 10:26Speaker 7: but just want to make sure.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Just want to.
- 10:27Speaker 8: Remind y'all to do the same. Tell God thank you.
- 10:31Speaker 7: Even if you're going through something, just tell him thank you,
- 10:33Speaker 7: because he gonna pull you through it eventually.
- 10:36Speaker 8: I already know that because he always has in the past.
- 10:39Speaker 7: And remember this one thing I wish I had known
- 10:41Speaker 7: when I was young, This too shall pass. I sure
- 10:44Speaker 7: wish I had knew that O or I could have
- 10:46Speaker 7: saved myself a lot of worry. This too shall pass.
- 10:50Speaker 7: I thought it was all permanent. Ladies and gentlemen, this
- 10:53Speaker 7: is Steve Harvey Morning Show, Charlotte Strawberry Collin for Real, Mississippi,
- 10:57Speaker 7: Monica Junior, and the Legend of Nephew Towner.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Junior. Yeah, NK, it's funny, man.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I had a question about that too.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Man.
- 11:04Speaker 4: It's about the importance of letting go the past.
- 11:06Speaker 8: You know.
- 11:06Speaker 10: Some people feel like if this didn't happen to me,
- 11:09Speaker 10: then I would be here, or if they didn't do
- 11:11Speaker 10: this to me, I would move forward, and.
- 11:14Speaker 4: They want to hold on to that past. Why should
- 11:16Speaker 4: they just let this go?
- 11:17Speaker 1: Man?
- 11:17Speaker 7: Well, in all those things you just said and all
- 11:21Speaker 7: those things I've heard, people say, you can't do nothing,
- 11:26Speaker 7: nada about nothing that has already happened.
- 11:30Speaker 8: There's nothing you can do about it.
- 11:32Speaker 7: Also, your concerns for tomorrow is wasted energy also because
- 11:39Speaker 7: there is nothing, nothing, nada, you can do about tomorrow.
- 11:44Speaker 7: And that's where anxiety concerned. That's where our anxiety comes from,
- 11:48Speaker 7: concerns over things we have no control on, say, and
- 11:53Speaker 7: those two things are your past and your future, because
- 11:57Speaker 7: you can't do nothing about neither one of them. Man,
- 12:00Speaker 7: That's why the Lord's prayer is real clear. It took
- 12:02Speaker 7: me a long time to learn this. Give us this
- 12:04Speaker 7: day our daily bread because we are built in twenty
- 12:08Speaker 7: four hour cycles. The human being is built for a
- 12:12Speaker 7: twenty four hour cycle, nothing more, nothing left.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Once you step out of today, you.
- 12:19Speaker 7: Have entered into a realm of uncertainty, anxiety and all
- 12:23Speaker 7: of that. So man, just focus on today, ask God
- 12:28Speaker 7: to order your steps, because the decisions you make today
- 12:32Speaker 7: will affect your tomorrow.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Now.
- 12:34Speaker 8: You can't live today like it ain't.
- 12:35Speaker 7: No tomorrow, you understand, because the goal is to see tomorrow.
- 12:42Speaker 7: So there's some wisdom that has to go in here too.
- 12:47Speaker 1: So you want to.
- 12:47Speaker 7: Make wise decisions with the guidance and the help of God,
- 12:52Speaker 7: so that when you.
- 12:53Speaker 8: Get to tomorrow, you've planted some.
- 12:55Speaker 7: Seeds in today that could possibly make your tomorrow even better.
- 13:01Speaker 7: And your past. Man, just let it go. Let go
- 13:04Speaker 7: of your past, Let go of people who keep reminding
- 13:07Speaker 7: you of your past.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Let it go.
- 13:09Speaker 7: Man, you did it. It's done. Do you know how
- 13:12Speaker 7: many people try to hold me to my past? Yeah,
- 13:15Speaker 7: you're talking like you're Christian now, But I remember when
- 13:18Speaker 7: you when you are, you know, I get all that great.
- 13:22Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, man, I got a partner man.
- 13:26Speaker 7: That's sixty eight years old and still ain't forgave me
- 13:29Speaker 7: for a fight we got in when we were folks.
- 13:31Speaker 9: Wow, go man, real, don't go.
- 13:38Speaker 1: All right?
- 13:39Speaker 9: Thank you guys. Coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:41Speaker 9: the hour. It's the nephew, and run that prank back
- 13:44Speaker 9: right after this. You're listening hard Morning show.
- 13:52Speaker 7: Hey, look, you can't let the urge to sing your
- 13:54Speaker 7: favorite songs while you're driving distract you from that trunk
- 13:58Speaker 7: drifting toward your lane or that lane splitting biker creeping
- 14:02Speaker 7: up beside you. Fortunately, every Honday offers advanced safety features
- 14:07Speaker 7: that can alert you to potential dangers around.
- 14:10Speaker 11: That's right, because Hendai is always working to ensure the
- 14:12Speaker 11: road doesn't get you. Hondai vehicles have won over one
- 14:15Speaker 11: hundred and twenty IIHS Top Safety awards from two thousand
- 14:19Speaker 11: and six to twenty twenty four as of December twenty
- 14:22Speaker 11: twenty four.
- 14:23Speaker 1: All right, here we go, guys.
- 14:25Speaker 9: Nephew, tell me is here to run that break back?
- 14:27Speaker 9: What you got for his nest.
- 14:29Speaker 11: Surely we're gonna bring that thing in like a Billy
- 14:32Speaker 11: d Williamson.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Do it.
- 14:36Speaker 11: You gotta let my hand full off. Come on, all right,
- 14:40Speaker 11: this right here is you hit my car. You hit
- 14:43Speaker 11: my car, We're gonna run that thing back. This right
- 14:46Speaker 11: here we talking about the crossside brother across the hall.
- 14:48Speaker 11: That's what you're talking about. Because I'm the only light
- 14:50Speaker 11: blue camera in the parcket lot. Right now, Okay, right now.
- 14:56Speaker 11: But when they first pick up you gotta get that.
- 14:58Speaker 11: You gotta get it with that that mob in mofore
- 15:00Speaker 11: you voice the raper noodles all over the plate. Okay,
- 15:04Speaker 11: listen closely, y'all. Here it is you hit my car?
- 15:07Speaker 6: Oh you waite that there, Raymond notles all over the place.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Hello, I'm trying to speak to Adel.
- 15:13Speaker 3: This is she?
- 15:14Speaker 11: Do you live in apartment number seventy eighth?
- 15:17Speaker 6: That depends on who're asking.
- 15:19Speaker 11: My name is Herman Wales. I live in building three,
- 15:22Speaker 11: apartment one on five. Do you live in apartment number
- 15:24Speaker 11: seventy eight?
- 15:26Speaker 6: What you want with where I live?
- 15:28Speaker 8: Look?
- 15:28Speaker 1: Fam, do you drive a camera? A Toyota camera light
- 15:31Speaker 1: blue one?
- 15:33Speaker 5: Yes?
- 15:33Speaker 8: All right?
- 15:34Speaker 11: Your next door neighbor then told me that you ran
- 15:37Speaker 11: into my car. I got a bens a black one
- 15:40Speaker 11: of two thousand and five C two forty.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Now I got light blue.
- 15:43Speaker 6: Scratches on my My neighbor.
- 15:46Speaker 11: Told you what your neighbor. Matter of fact, his name
- 15:50Speaker 11: is Brian Kendall.
- 15:53Speaker 6: I told you the cross I up to live across
- 15:55Speaker 6: the hall. What the cross I that live across the hall.
- 15:59Speaker 9: Told you what ma'am.
- 16:01Speaker 11: Listen, all I know is he said he live in
- 16:04Speaker 11: apartment eighty.
- 16:04Speaker 1: He lived next door to you.
- 16:06Speaker 11: You live in a supposedly apartment seventy age right here
- 16:08Speaker 11: in Cambridge Court apartments.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Now, all I'm.
- 16:11Speaker 11: Saying is he told me your car is that which
- 16:14Speaker 11: is the light blue car hit my backed into my car. Now,
- 16:17Speaker 11: I ain't trying to create no problem, but somebody got
- 16:19Speaker 11: to fix my car and I got light blue scratches.
- 16:22Speaker 1: On my bens.
- 16:23Speaker 11: Uh.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Last I checked my light blue clamor wasn't the only
- 16:27Speaker 6: light blue camera they made?
- 16:29Speaker 1: Ma'am, you the only.
- 16:30Speaker 11: Light You're the only light blue car in the parking.
- 16:32Speaker 6: Lot, the only light blue car in the parking lot.
- 16:35Speaker 6: Right now, I ain't gonna say I've been the only
- 16:38Speaker 6: light blue car in the parking lot.
- 16:41Speaker 9: Ma'am, I'm not look and I'm in.
- 16:44Speaker 6: The middle of watching te What can I do for you?
- 16:47Speaker 1: What you mean? What can you do for me? You
- 16:48Speaker 1: didn't hit my car.
- 16:49Speaker 6: I ain't touch your car. If you got some cameras
- 16:52Speaker 6: out in this park life that saw.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Me hit your car, no, I don't have no cameras.
- 16:56Speaker 6: But I believe this conversation is over, and I don't
- 17:01Speaker 6: give what the cross side man across the hall told you.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Look, let me tell you something. You didn't hit my car.
- 17:08Speaker 6: Hold on, hold on, playing Uh is you yelling at me?
- 17:12Speaker 11: I'm not yelling at you, But you didn't hit my car,
- 17:16Speaker 11: the only light blue car in the parking.
- 17:19Speaker 6: Lone, the only light blue car in the parking lot.
- 17:21Speaker 6: Now and as a matter of correct, my car ain't
- 17:24Speaker 6: even in the parking lot. My sister bar my car.
- 17:26Speaker 6: Go to the show.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Well, is it possible that your sister is the one
- 17:29Speaker 1: that hit my car?
- 17:30Speaker 12: Now?
- 17:31Speaker 9: Now? What?
- 17:32Speaker 1: Okay?
- 17:32Speaker 11: Is your sister when is she coming back? Maybe she
- 17:35Speaker 11: hit my car and didn't tell you she hit my car.
- 17:37Speaker 6: Now, she ain't hit your car. She ain't hit your car,
- 17:39Speaker 6: because she would have told me she hit your car. Look,
- 17:43Speaker 6: I said, ain't nobody hit your car. My car ain't
- 17:46Speaker 6: got no scratches on it. You can't give what kind
- 17:52Speaker 6: of scratches you got on your car. But I can't
- 17:55Speaker 6: do a thing about it. And even if you did,
- 17:57Speaker 6: let me just be clear, I ain't got no insurance,
- 18:00Speaker 6: no way, so I can't do nothing for you.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Wait a minute, Wait a minute, let me tell you.
- 18:04Speaker 6: Something you ain't got to tell me you ain't got
- 18:06Speaker 6: seeing me. Thanks, and as far as I'm concerned, this
- 18:10Speaker 6: conversation is over.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Wait a minut, let me ask you have a hundred
- 18:14Speaker 1: call it back.
- 18:15Speaker 7: Mister.
- 18:16Speaker 6: You act like I ain't got your on my car,
- 18:23Speaker 6: but no, you had them scratches on your car all ready,
- 18:26Speaker 6: and you ain't finna use me as no excuse to
- 18:30Speaker 6: get you no new papers.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I have had no scratches already on my car.
- 18:33Speaker 6: Yeah you had them, Oh yeah, you had no idea.
- 18:35Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell them. An insurance is justin if he
- 18:38Speaker 6: come over here now, because you gonna be using your
- 18:41Speaker 6: insurance already told you I ain't got it.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Don't make me come over to your apartment number.
- 18:45Speaker 6: Seven eight, standing in the door. I'm on my way
- 18:47Speaker 6: to the door now, I'm standing in the door.
- 18:49Speaker 11: Come on, come on, Look, I got thirty five hundred
- 18:52Speaker 11: dollars worth of scratches on my car that you need
- 18:55Speaker 11: to pay for. You the only.
- 18:57Speaker 6: Ain't even worth thirty five one hundred dollars. So you
- 19:01Speaker 6: already doing better than me?
- 19:03Speaker 1: What? What?

- 22:18Speaker 9: aren't worried about filing taxes this year, waiting for DOGE

- 23:04Speaker 9: my sister told her she can be a maid of
- 23:06Speaker 9: honor too. I dropped out of the wedding. Is my
- 23:09Speaker 9: sister wrong for what she did? Or am I wrong
- 23:12Speaker 9: for my reaction?
- 23:13Speaker 8: Wow? Yeah, it's your sister's wedding. It's not yours.
- 23:16Speaker 7: If your sister wants two maids of honor, then she
- 23:19Speaker 7: gets two maids.
- 23:20Speaker 8: It's her wedding, so you're her sister. She picked you
- 23:23Speaker 8: to be the maid of honor.
- 23:24Speaker 7: Her best friend found out about it got upset, so
- 23:27Speaker 7: she made her the maid of honor. Also, you dropped
- 23:30Speaker 7: out the wedding because you want to be the only

- 24:00Speaker 12: to be it.
- 24:02Speaker 9: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 24:03Speaker 1: I ain't here and everybody don't know I'm it. I

- 24:31Speaker 9: was checking emails and saw a receipts receipt for two
- 24:34Speaker 9: prescription on my husband's card. But he said it's not
- 24:37Speaker 9: his receipt. If he's on medicine, why won't he admit it?
- 24:42Speaker 7: God, there's too many ways around that. If you think
- 24:49Speaker 7: it's how old? Is is this biagara or something?

- 25:17Speaker 1: It's a cilic if one of them, just.
- 25:21Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what that's when you got You don't get
- 25:24Speaker 7: penicillin no more. They don't even have the diseases we
- 25:27Speaker 7: get now. Penicilla can't happen. Nobody say they have some

- 25:38Speaker 8: Not you gotta get something, you got get.
- 25:39Speaker 9: Some ships there, hot mess, all right? Moving on to
- 25:44Speaker 9: Tyrone and Lexington, Tyrone writes, my wife has baggage from
- 25:48Speaker 9: her ex boyfriend that cheated on her many times. Her
- 25:52Speaker 9: insecurities are too much for me, and I'm tired of
- 25:54Speaker 9: being accused of cheating and lying.
- 25:57Speaker 1: How do I leave this.
- 25:58Speaker 9: Marriage without cause even more damage to her? Wow?
- 26:06Speaker 7: I mean, bruh, You've already determined what it's gonna be, right,
- 26:09Speaker 7: so I don't.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 26:11Speaker 8: It's no fixing this.
- 26:13Speaker 7: Some people before they get in relationships need to get
- 26:15Speaker 7: healed first, so you know if you can't. But bro,
- 26:20Speaker 7: what you can't do is stay that. I'm in full
- 26:24Speaker 7: support of getting out. Matter of fact, I recommend.
- 26:29Speaker 9: Out well, he's decided that, like you said, Coelo, but
- 26:33Speaker 9: he doesn't want to cause even more damage to her.
- 26:36Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 26:37Speaker 7: Well, that ain't your job. That's not your job. You
- 26:41Speaker 7: ain't in the damaged reduction business. Now, it's noble of
- 26:45Speaker 7: you not wanting to hurt her. But you know you're
- 26:49Speaker 7: not gonna You're not gonna win this one. She need
- 26:51Speaker 7: to go talk to somebody, yes, and she's not.
- 26:55Speaker 1: So where we at?
- 26:58Speaker 9: But he didn't see any of this wild they were
- 27:00Speaker 9: dating feeler.
- 27:01Speaker 8: Yeah, he saw it, but he got the kids when
- 27:06Speaker 8: they was dating.

- 27:21Speaker 1: Yes? I do know.
- 27:22Speaker 7: You know we always we can overcome a little bit.

- 27:57Speaker 9: Why are you looking up in the sky right now?
- 28:00Speaker 11: Just thinking of that way it's.
- 28:07Speaker 9: It's really bad.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all.
- 28:11Speaker 7: Well, ladies, I'm sorry, but you know we're talking about men.
- 28:14Speaker 8: Now, we ain't that deep.
- 28:16Speaker 11: We know.
- 28:18Speaker 9: We were.
- 28:22Speaker 15: U sign get ugly, real, f very visual. That's true,
- 28:30Speaker 15: it is, it is right right before my eyes.
- 28:33Speaker 8: I've seen it happen.
- 28:36Speaker 15: She went from fine to in a conversation super ugly.
- 28:42Speaker 9: Wow.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Whoa women say that about?
- 28:47Speaker 9: Wow?
- 28:48Speaker 7: We don't care, well, most won't fine anyway.
- 28:52Speaker 9: What are you trying? What are you trying to stay?
- 28:54Speaker 1: You and your one? You know what I'm saying. Finally,
- 28:55Speaker 1: go for him? Why am I sitting here?
- 28:59Speaker 4: Go straight to it?
- 29:02Speaker 1: Long? Oh, okay, all right for earth?
- 29:05Speaker 9: All right? So last one, yeah, last one. It's good
- 29:09Speaker 9: to know you know what's in your hearts. Guys, all right,
- 29:14Speaker 9: what's fine?
- 29:17Speaker 1: Look at.
- 29:19Speaker 9: This is from Will and Phoenix Colo. Will's will writes,
- 29:22Speaker 9: I work in the kitchen at a popular new restaurant.
- 29:25Speaker 9: My girlfriend is an administrative assistant, and she thinks I
- 29:29Speaker 9: need a professional job like her. She basically told me
- 29:32Speaker 9: she's ashamed of my job. Should I look for a
- 29:35Speaker 9: new job or can I continue to do me?
- 29:39Speaker 8: Hold away?
- 29:39Speaker 1: Wait?
- 29:40Speaker 8: Wait, what does he do?
- 29:41Speaker 1: Sure?
- 29:41Speaker 9: He works in the kitchen. He works in the kitchen
- 29:44Speaker 9: at a restaurant, and she's an administrative.
- 29:47Speaker 7: She's an administrator, and she's now saying she's ashamed of
- 29:50Speaker 7: his job.
- 29:51Speaker 9: Yeah, because she wants him to have a professional job
- 29:54Speaker 9: like her, not work in the kitchen. No. No, no,
- 29:58Speaker 9: Also boyfriend.
- 29:59Speaker 8: Okay, So his question is what he wants to know,
- 30:01Speaker 8: what he should wants to question?
- 30:03Speaker 9: Yeah, should he look for a new job or should
- 30:05Speaker 9: he just continue to do him?
- 30:08Speaker 8: I think you need to look for a new woman.
- 30:10Speaker 11: Thank you, cause she ain't no moment, you're right.
- 30:15Speaker 9: Aft, all right, thank you, Celo.
- 30:21Speaker 8: No, no, thank you?
- 30:23Speaker 1: You sure? I cut today? All right?
- 30:25Speaker 9: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 30:27Speaker 9: some entertainment news for you right after this. You're listening
- 30:32Speaker 9: Harvey Morning Show. The Internal Revenue Service is not to
- 30:40Speaker 9: be played with. We all know that for sure. The
- 30:43Speaker 9: income tax filing deadline, of course every year, is April fifteenth,
- 30:47Speaker 9: and two weeks from now. You should not let anything
- 30:50Speaker 9: that you're hearing from DOGE affect how you file. According
- 30:53Speaker 9: to a survey by a consumer credit resource, Americans are
- 30:57Speaker 9: willing to take their chances this year with the IRS
- 31:00Speaker 9: because the new Department of government deficiency. That is, DOGE,
- 31:04Speaker 9: headed by Elon Musk, has fired so many workers in
- 31:07Speaker 9: the agency. The survey found that twenty four percent of
- 31:10Speaker 9: Americans say they're less concerned about making a mistake on
- 31:13Speaker 9: their tax return this year because they don't think they're
- 31:16Speaker 9: enough workers to catch it. Seventeen percent say they may
- 31:20Speaker 9: not even file their taxes this year because they don't
- 31:23Speaker 9: believe they will be audited. In response to the survey's outcome,
- 31:27Speaker 9: a credit Karma expert warned, quote, you definitely don't want
- 31:31Speaker 9: to mess with the IRS. So here's the question. Are
- 31:34Speaker 9: you filing or are you waiting for DOGE to eliminate
- 31:37Speaker 9: the irs?
- 31:39Speaker 1: Dumb filed already?
- 31:41Speaker 9: Wild?
- 31:42Speaker 1: Please?
- 31:42Speaker 9: Yes, I don't play.
- 31:47Speaker 11: Not more black people to be listening to at all.
- 31:50Speaker 16: Why you say that, we ain't got time for that
- 31:53Speaker 16: kind of mess.
- 31:56Speaker 7: We're the first one they're gonna put in jail. Well,
- 31:59Speaker 7: they said, that's what Charley said in the story. Seventeen
- 32:01Speaker 7: percent of people are thinking about not filing at all. Yeah,
- 32:05Speaker 7: sixteen percent of them gonna be in prison.
- 32:07Speaker 9: Yeah, you gotta file.
- 32:10Speaker 7: Listen to me, man to get rid of the ISS.
- 32:13Speaker 7: It cannot happen. This country will crumble immediately because that's
- 32:20Speaker 7: where they get their money from.
- 32:22Speaker 9: Well, you can't tell my girlfriend that she's black. She's
- 32:26Speaker 9: a staunch Trump supporter. She said, you wait, they will
- 32:30Speaker 9: eliminate the Internal Revenue Service. She's stuck on it. Nothing
- 32:34Speaker 9: so cool, that's cool.
- 32:36Speaker 7: How do you think when when did Trump, Biden, Obama, Woodrow, Wilson,
- 32:44Speaker 7: or anybody else tell you you wasn't gonna have to
- 32:48Speaker 7: pay no more taxes?
- 32:51Speaker 8: Donald Trump never even said that.
- 32:53Speaker 7: Project twenty twenty five doesn't say that we live in
- 32:57Speaker 7: a tax country.
- 32:59Speaker 12: The rich, I mean, you don't tell us what he pays.
- 33:03Speaker 14: Well, if he pays, here's a deal.
- 33:07Speaker 8: The tax loopholes. Listen, listen, here's the argument of the rich.
- 33:13Speaker 7: One of the arguments, let's hear it, is that rich people,
- 33:16Speaker 7: because of the money they make, that they hire so
- 33:21Speaker 7: many people.
- 33:23Speaker 8: That is a true fact.
- 33:26Speaker 7: One of the write offs you get when you hire
- 33:29Speaker 7: a person is that's one of their write offs. So
- 33:32Speaker 7: what you try to do is you try to hire
- 33:35Speaker 7: people that provide a benefit for you or your business
- 33:39Speaker 7: or you personally, which helps you accomplish something in that
- 33:43Speaker 7: by giving them a salary, you now have a tax
- 33:46Speaker 7: write off from your income, but you're getting something in return,
- 33:49Speaker 7: a service. So rich people constantly talk about how many
- 33:55Speaker 7: companies they have a business that they run and how
- 33:58Speaker 7: many people they hire. But the problem that the Democrats
- 34:03Speaker 7: make is they want to keep constantly taxing the rich.
- 34:08Speaker 8: To make them pay more.
- 34:10Speaker 7: The argument from the rich becomes, why am I penalized
- 34:14Speaker 7: for doing better? Which is a valid argument, very very valid.
- 34:21Speaker 7: So now the more I make, the more you take.
- 34:24Speaker 7: That's crazy, and that's crazy, and that's why Biden was
- 34:29Speaker 7: talking about taking taxes up to sixty percent for the rich.
- 34:33Speaker 7: Now they gonna get together, put their money together, and
- 34:37Speaker 7: get their boy in office.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Who ain't gonna go for that?
- 34:39Speaker 7: And thus we have super packs supporting Donald Trump and
- 34:43Speaker 7: Donald Trump is president because the rich people are not finna.
- 34:45Speaker 8: Let you do that today.
- 34:46Speaker 9: Money, it's all about.
- 34:49Speaker 12: It, and thank you for that money lesson sir, Yeah.
- 34:52Speaker 7: I mean learn a whole lot right there. That's just
- 34:54Speaker 7: a small piece of it, y'all. There's a larger piece,
- 34:58Speaker 7: but that right there is the crux of it.
- 35:02Speaker 9: Okay, So the question should go to you then are
- 35:05Speaker 9: you are you waiting or are you filing? Are you
- 35:07Speaker 9: waiting for dose to eliminate the irs alt.
- 35:10Speaker 7: Dose not eliminating nor that's almost crazy, that's what they're saying.
- 35:16Speaker 8: What dos just don't fix it?
- 35:17Speaker 7: For if sodom rich boys don't have to pay as
- 35:20Speaker 7: my mum, which you did allow him to pay less match?
- 35:25Speaker 9: Yeah all right, well moving on. If you've wondered if
- 35:28Speaker 9: the retail boycotts have made a difference, the answer is yes,
- 35:33Speaker 9: yes they have. According to a report from Numerator that
- 35:37Speaker 9: is an analytics firm, Black and Hispanic shoppers have shifted
- 35:41Speaker 9: their spending to Costco and Target stores have seen a
- 35:45Speaker 9: decline in store shoppers. The data shows a direct correlation
- 35:50Speaker 9: at Target's DEI rollback with a drop of nearly five
- 35:55Speaker 9: million shoppers. Five million shoppers have stopped shopping at Target.
- 36:00Speaker 9: Costco maintained it's strong d I d e I stands
- 36:04Speaker 9: and has seen an increase of seven point seven million
- 36:07Speaker 9: visits from new and existing customers. So there you go. Yeah,
- 36:12Speaker 9: making a difference, making a difference. Uh huh. You wonder
- 36:16Speaker 9: why Pastor Bryant is doing this, Jamal Bryant, Bishop Jamal Bryant,
- 36:21Speaker 9: And this is why.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it's true. Costco.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Every Sunday, I'm in there every Sunday. I got a
- 36:28Speaker 4: foty eight pack of water.
- 36:31Speaker 1: I got you. Yeah, I got my COO card.
- 36:34Speaker 9: To come on, I just renewed mine. I just renewed
- 36:37Speaker 9: my Costco card.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:39Speaker 8: Can I ask a question?
- 36:40Speaker 9: Yeah, don't say what is cost?
- 36:42Speaker 7: If you say what is cost, no, I know what
- 36:45Speaker 7: it is. I see uh huh, I don't have no card.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Going in there and get your love to see that.
- 36:54Speaker 9: You can get the get your.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Car right there, right there, start shopping, do Costco sell? Thanks?

- 38:38Speaker 9: security equipment for each trip.
- 38:41Speaker 1: So there you go.

- 38:59Speaker 7: bought up. They were talking about He's spending too much
- 39:02Speaker 7: time on the golf.
- 39:03Speaker 12: Course, and now you're spending on this money causing taxpayers,
- 39:09Speaker 12: we're putting the bill.
- 39:11Speaker 9: Well, yeah, he spent just as much time on the
- 39:14Speaker 9: golf course as he has in the Oval office. How
- 39:16Speaker 9: is that possible with everything going on in the world
- 39:19Speaker 9: right now?

- 46:48Speaker 11: no matter how old child is. You know, we got
- 46:50Speaker 11: to step in and make that call. And it's hard
- 46:52Speaker 11: for us to do. You know, me being a person
- 46:55Speaker 11: at work at the school, you know it's hard for
- 46:57Speaker 11: me to make this call, but I got to go

- 47:42Speaker 11: My name is mister Stapleton. I'm actually the principal over
- 47:44Speaker 11: at elementary school. You're I'm looking at my records indicating
- 47:49Speaker 11: that your son, Thomas is going to be starting.
- 47:52Speaker 1: His first grade.
- 47:54Speaker 13: Baby is ready, right?
- 47:56Speaker 1: Listen, miss Thomas.
- 47:57Speaker 11: I've been going through actually all of the children records
- 48:01Speaker 11: that will be starting school, and I'm looking at your
- 48:04Speaker 11: son's grades from his kindergarten and.
- 48:08Speaker 13: He did good.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Well, No, not exactly.
- 48:11Speaker 11: I mean there's been a few I actually spoke with
- 48:14Speaker 11: the teacher and who he was under in kindergarten, and
- 48:17Speaker 11: it seems like he just really wasn't up to par
- 48:20Speaker 11: as the rest of the children.
- 48:22Speaker 13: Now his conduct, now, he talked, but he gets his work.
- 48:26Speaker 13: So what else is she saying on that that ain't right?
- 48:29Speaker 11: Well, what's what it seems to be, ma'am, is that
- 48:32Speaker 11: his grades weren't up to par as the rest of
- 48:34Speaker 11: the other children. She did tell me he was a
- 48:36Speaker 11: disobedient child.
- 48:37Speaker 13: No, he's disobedient and talking two different things.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Come on, okay, well, man, listen.
- 48:42Speaker 11: What we've decided here is we're gonna let little actually
- 48:47Speaker 11: do another year of kindergarten.
- 48:48Speaker 13: Oh no, y'all ain't gonna let him do another year
- 48:50Speaker 13: of kindergarten.
- 48:51Speaker 1: No sign, man, That's that's the only.
- 48:53Speaker 9: Choice I have.
- 48:56Speaker 1: No.
- 48:56Speaker 13: We got our letter in the mail with our report
- 48:59Speaker 13: card the week after school's started, and it's said on
- 49:03Speaker 13: the back promoted. And if I got to get about
- 49:05Speaker 13: this couch and go get it, I'm gonna be out
- 49:08Speaker 13: because I'm telling you right now we will be in
- 49:11Speaker 13: the first grade kindergarten. Won't that hard. I'm not sure
- 49:15Speaker 13: what they told you about him, but it must be
- 49:16Speaker 13: the wrong.
- 49:18Speaker 11: He doesn't understanding. He doesn't color as well as the
- 49:21Speaker 11: rest of the kids. He's all out of them. He's
- 49:23Speaker 11: out of the lines when he colored. He doesn't know
- 49:25Speaker 11: his numbers completely. And that's kind of what we need
- 49:28Speaker 11: when you first come into into.
- 49:31Speaker 1: The first grade.
- 49:31Speaker 13: When I can show you on this paper he did
- 49:33Speaker 13: satisfactory all the way through. Now you about the man
- 49:36Speaker 13: off and I'm already sick calling me with some by
- 49:40Speaker 13: my son blunking kindergarten.
- 49:42Speaker 10: He ain't that kind of thing, does not color well, man,
- 49:45Speaker 10: I said coloring.
- 49:46Speaker 13: Ain't got no do with that, dadgard kindergarten. He is
- 49:49Speaker 13: going to the first grade, and I'll be down there
- 49:51Speaker 13: on August twenty four.
- 49:52Speaker 1: No, I will not be able to allow you to
- 49:54Speaker 1: get into school.
- 49:56Speaker 13: God, mister, I'm sorry, and let me get let me
- 49:59Speaker 13: tell you, but let me go in and get my
- 50:01Speaker 13: pencil and pen because I don't live that far from
- 50:02Speaker 13: the school. And if y'all aren't ready down there causing
- 50:05Speaker 13: some conflict, I need to get up and go down
- 50:07Speaker 13: there because I'm not telling my baby when he come
- 50:08Speaker 13: home today, so he ain't going to the dadgun first, ma'am.
- 50:11Speaker 1: I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to refuse.
- 50:13Speaker 13: Education from him on a You know what, I just
- 50:16Speaker 13: went back and put him in public school. I know
- 50:18Speaker 13: that was a stake in the first place. Food which
- 50:21Speaker 13: you are talking about some coloring. Give me your name
- 50:23Speaker 13: against her Stapleton, man, And what's that number down there?
- 50:27Speaker 1: The number here is actually area code.
- 50:30Speaker 13: Waitman, I got the number. Now, mind, I pulled up
- 50:32Speaker 13: this report card. I got the numbering your name on
- 50:34Speaker 13: the back of this paper. I tell you what I
- 50:36Speaker 13: was twenty fourth will be coming in there, going to
- 50:38Speaker 13: school and I might make a trip around there this
- 50:40Speaker 13: evening when I come.
- 50:41Speaker 1: From the document.
- 50:43Speaker 13: Is I'm not want to hear that calling. Ain't got
- 50:46Speaker 13: nothing to do with nothing else.
- 50:48Speaker 1: It's not only color. His arithmetickets back all right, No,
- 50:52Speaker 1: are you working with him at home?
- 50:53Speaker 13: When you're doing anything at home today? What you're trying
- 50:57Speaker 13: to say, I'm an incompetent parent.
- 50:58Speaker 1: I'm just asking as a parent, are you working with
- 51:00Speaker 1: your child?
- 51:01Speaker 13: Working with my child every day? He can read better
- 51:03Speaker 13: than he probably, no, he can't read. I can't read
- 51:06Speaker 13: better than you, because honestly, you read that wrong on
- 51:09Speaker 13: that paper that he's supposed to be going back to kindergarten,
- 51:11Speaker 13: when I know the paper said from his going to
- 51:14Speaker 13: the first grade. And I'm not listening to no more
- 51:16Speaker 13: this about him going backwards. Now, if you got a
- 51:19Speaker 13: problem with your paper work, maybe you need to go
- 51:23Speaker 13: talk to your secretary or somebody in there that wrote
- 51:25Speaker 13: my baby.
- 51:26Speaker 1: Name down with your son's name, Thomas, ma'am, No, it ain't.
- 51:30Speaker 13: Him, baby, I know it ain't him. You're not gonna
- 51:32Speaker 13: sit up and tell me my son is flocking kindergarten.
- 51:34Speaker 13: He is not going back to that kindergarten.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Don't bring your son down here.
- 51:40Speaker 13: I tell you what be ready to want me and
- 51:42Speaker 13: my husband, but we would be down there, Officer far
- 51:44Speaker 13: that pink shoes you to farm everything.

- 51:53Speaker 13: correction on that paper for you. Is not going back
- 51:57Speaker 13: to no kindergarten for no coloring?
- 51:59Speaker 1: Can you bring down here and let him color for me?
- 52:01Speaker 13: Like you talking at calling arithmetic on ourself? No, h no,
- 52:05Speaker 13: I'm sorry. Uh, we will be down there. I was
- 52:08Speaker 13: still twenty four. I will have this poor card in
- 52:11Speaker 13: my hand that says you have been promoted to the
- 52:13Speaker 13: first grade. And he's gonna have a mile on his face,
- 52:16Speaker 13: and so are you.
- 52:16Speaker 1: I got one one thing I need to tell you.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Are you listening to me?
- 52:20Speaker 13: I'm listening. You ain't saying nothing yet. You better say
- 52:22Speaker 13: something that sounded like the first grade, because I'm not playing.
- 52:25Speaker 13: I would go down to this dadgun administrative office, and
- 52:27Speaker 13: I had five because my son will be in that
- 52:30Speaker 13: first grade.
- 52:31Speaker 1: Who are you raising your voice? Sat? Who are you
- 52:33Speaker 1: raising your voice?
- 52:34Speaker 7: Said?

- 52:37Speaker 9: What.
- 52:38Speaker 13: I'm a ground woman. I don't need to be as
- 52:39Speaker 13: fraid to you.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Why I'm trying to find did you graduate?
- 52:43Speaker 13: Honey? I am a college degree person. I have a
- 52:46Speaker 13: great job. My husband and I do well for ourselves
- 52:49Speaker 13: and for our children. And that's why we know you're
- 52:51Speaker 13: not You're not even at work right now, man, I said,

- 53:15Speaker 1: No?
- 53:17Speaker 13: My color and me being colored ain't got nothing to
- 53:19Speaker 13: do with none of this. Is this a race thing?
- 53:22Speaker 13: Trying to make sure you send him back?
- 53:23Speaker 1: No, I'm not trying to send him back. I want
- 53:25Speaker 1: to send him back to color to get his coloring together.
- 53:28Speaker 13: You what that ain't got nothing to do with nothing?
- 53:30Speaker 13: And if you are the head person down there now,
- 53:32Speaker 13: you aren't competent and you are an illiterate. Call me
- 53:36Speaker 13: and tell me that my son has to go back
- 53:38Speaker 13: to the first grade. I got one you don't want
- 53:41Speaker 13: mixed up. I'll tell you what I'm through with this guy.
- 53:42Speaker 3: I'm this.
- 53:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna say one more thing, and I'm gonna be
- 53:45Speaker 1: out here. Are you listening.

- 53:47Speaker 11: Nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You just
- 53:50Speaker 11: got pranked by your girl friend Fallacia.
- 53:54Speaker 13: I'm onna be felicious. I am going to beat her.
- 54:01Speaker 13: You're about to get to out the plain. I mean,
- 54:04Speaker 13: I'm right now, I'm in everything. Everything I'm gonna beat
- 54:07Speaker 13: up because you know I don't play when it comes
- 54:09Speaker 13: to my kids.
- 54:10Speaker 11: Okay, that's all right, all right, But one more question, though,
- 54:14Speaker 11: What is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest radio
- 54:16Speaker 11: show in the land.
- 54:17Speaker 13: That's Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Baby, Yea, I'm gonna get me some praise up in here.

- 56:40Speaker 11: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry letter.
- 56:42Speaker 9: All right, nephew, thank you. Subject his personality comes from
- 56:46Speaker 9: a bottle. Dear Steven Shirley, I'm dating a man that
- 56:50Speaker 9: I met online, and I'm amazed by all of his personalities.
- 56:54Speaker 9: He's fun, loving and easy to get along with one day,
- 56:58Speaker 9: and the next day he's acting like the CEO of
- 57:01Speaker 9: a major corporation. In real life, he's a chief operating officer,
- 57:06Speaker 9: not a CEO. He's responsible for a lot of people
- 57:10Speaker 9: at work, and he said that he is always stressed.
- 57:12Speaker 9: When he's stressed, he whinds and needs everything done for him.
- 57:17Speaker 9: I've even removed his shoes and rubbed his feet when
- 57:20Speaker 9: it should be the other way around. Last weekend, I
- 57:23Speaker 9: discovered another personality, and that one loves to brag and lie.
- 57:29Speaker 9: We were with some of his friends, and they've known
- 57:31Speaker 9: him longer than I have, so I'm sure they knew
- 57:34Speaker 9: he was lying, but nobody would stop him. He said
- 57:37Speaker 9: he was buying a boat so we could sail away
- 57:39Speaker 9: on our honeymoon. He hasn't even talked to me about proposing,
- 57:43Speaker 9: but he told a group that he's been looking for rings.
- 57:46Speaker 9: I just sat there, confused, and then I noticed he
- 57:50Speaker 9: was drinking tequila. He and I usually don't drink. We
- 57:54Speaker 9: prefer to smoke weed before we go out, so we're
- 57:57Speaker 9: in a chilled mood. The tequila introduced the new character,
- 58:01Speaker 9: and I saw it again a few days ago. He
- 58:04Speaker 9: came over and it was late. He walked in my
- 58:07Speaker 9: bedroom with nothing on but his socks and dove into
- 58:11Speaker 9: the bed. This wild man managed to pull the sheets
- 58:13Speaker 9: off the bed and he made me sweat all of
- 58:17Speaker 9: my curls out. It was the best sexual experience we've
- 58:21Speaker 9: ever had. I blame it on the tequila. I told
- 58:24Speaker 9: him he needs to get his personalities in check, and
- 58:26Speaker 9: he laughed. I was not joking. I love the tequila sex,
- 58:30Speaker 9: and I wish I could take pieces from each personality
- 58:33Speaker 9: to make an ideal man. How do I deal with him? Okay,
- 58:38Speaker 9: so what's the problem.
- 58:40Speaker 11: Now?
- 58:41Speaker 9: What is the problem? Did you leave something out of
- 58:43Speaker 9: this letter? Because honestly, I don't see any issues here.
- 58:48Speaker 9: I think that one of the worst things you can
- 58:50Speaker 9: do is create a situation where there is none. These
- 58:53Speaker 9: are your complaints. This may not be the man for
- 58:56Speaker 9: use this plain and simple what you've discribed, and this
- 59:00Speaker 9: letter is pretty much a typical man. He gets up,
- 59:04Speaker 9: he goes to work, whether he's the COO or the CEO.
- 59:08Speaker 9: You say, he's in charge of a lot of people,
- 59:09Speaker 9: and he makes it do what it do? I mean, yes,
- 59:12Speaker 9: he's stressed. Aren't most CEOs and coos aren't they stressed? Yeah,
- 59:16Speaker 9: they're stressed. And it was your choice to rub his feet.
- 59:20Speaker 9: He didn't demand that you rub his feet like some
- 59:22Speaker 9: bully or some mean controlling man. And what man doesn't
- 59:26Speaker 9: brag and stretch the truth, you know, and lie a
- 59:30Speaker 9: little bit or a lot when he's out hanging out
- 59:32Speaker 9: with his friends. As far as the tequila goes, it
- 59:36Speaker 9: obviously makes him we'll call it romantic, okay, and want
- 59:40Speaker 9: you more? And you loved it. I mean, this man
- 59:43Speaker 9: seems like a pretty decent guy to me. Of course
- 59:46Speaker 9: he's not perfect.
- 59:47Speaker 1: Who is.
- 59:48Speaker 9: But I really think you should find something else to
- 59:50Speaker 9: complain about.
- 59:51Speaker 7: I really do, Steve, I'm stunned. I'm stunned at, Joe
- 59:58Speaker 7: replied to this left. I was expecting you to go
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: to direct opposite the way. I am stunned.
- 1:00:03Speaker 9: I didn't see anything wrong.
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: With Well, let me tell you what's wrong with it.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: He crazy?
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: See, you know, I'm dating a man I met online.
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: I'm a mazed by all his personalities.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: He's fun, loving, easy to get along with one day
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: and the next day he's acting like the CEO of
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: a major corporation. This is the only part in the
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: lite letter where I struggle with what she said. The
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: one day he's acting like he's a CEO of a
- 1:00:37Speaker 7: major corporation. In real life, he's a c chief Operating
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: Order officer, not a CEO. The lady CEO COO, both
- 1:00:48Speaker 7: of them at the top, both of them working, both
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: of them, both of them under pressure. The CEO co
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: OO is the chief operating officer CEO means chief executive officer.
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: The only person that the cool answers to is the CEO.
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: The only person that the CEO answers to is the chairman.
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: The only person that the chairman answers to is the board.
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: He ain't far from the top. So that's the only
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: problem I had with you in this letter right there.
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: And then you know, then you say he's responsible for
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: a lot of people at work. Yeah, he is okay,
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: and he's stressed. Yeah, when he's stressed, he winds and
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: he needs everything done for him. This is why I
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: started having a little problem thoughing I've even removed his
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: shoes and rubbed his feet when it should have been
- 1:01:39Speaker 7: the old run.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: What you do it for then.
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: I see, I don't like people doing stuff for me begrudgingly.
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: You're rubbing to the hard. Then he said, last weekend
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: undiscovered another person lovely that that one loves to brag.
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: And okay, you know this this levels to him.
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: We were with some friends and they've known him longer
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: than I have, so I'm sure they knew he was lying,
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: but nobody would stop him.
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: I'm gonna tell you something about us other men. We
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: love a good lie. We recognize it.
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: We know dog line is dog boy boy dog over
- 1:02:27Speaker 7: that line got it be crazy boy?
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Did you hear what he said?
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: Knowing?
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: He said he had six girls at war time. He
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: don't get the way anyone before a MEDEO.
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: See, we love we love that. So when I come back,
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: I'll just tell you that I'm up. This love is
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: kind of crazy because.
- 1:02:53Speaker 9: What all right? Yeah?
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: What all right?
- 1:02:56Speaker 9: Hang on, Steve, We'll have part two of your response
- 1:02:58Speaker 9: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour today's
- 1:03:01Speaker 9: Strawberry Letters subject his personality comes from a bottle. We'll
- 1:03:06Speaker 9: get back into it right after this. You're listening to
- 1:03:09Speaker 9: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey, everyone, at your girl

- 1:03:42Speaker 9: ASA E Bowl or ASA E Bowl with Nutella. All right, Steve,
- 1:03:46Speaker 9: come on, let's recap today's strawberry letter. It's kind of crazy.
- 1:03:49Speaker 9: The subject is his personality comes from a bottle.
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: Yeah, this lady met this guy then Daton on line.
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: He had a good relationship. He's a great guy. He's
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: fun of it and easy to get along with. But
- 1:04:04Speaker 7: it actually and now he's acting like to see off
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: a major corporation in real life. He's a COO, not
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: a CEO. Lady, you two technical. Yeah, he's responsible for
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: a lot of people that work. And he said he's
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: always stressed. Well, people that got jobs like that, they
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: are stressed. If you drive a PEPSI truck in the hood.
- 1:04:25Speaker 7: You stressed, you know, if you were on cable lines,
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: you stressed. Anyway, Then he winds I have to give
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: him foot rubs. It should be the other way around.
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: We go out with some friends as another personality that
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: he loves to brag and lie y'all without some friends
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: that known him longer than you, and they knew he
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: was lying, but nobody said nothing. I want to just
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: chair this with you, that men love a good line.
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: If I'm sitting around one of my boys and he
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: blowing it up and he lying real good, I'm very supportive.
- 1:05:08Speaker 9: What are you saying? Stuff like?
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: What come?
- 1:05:10Speaker 11: Man?
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: Hell?
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I know that's right. Blow it up, blow it up,
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: talk about it man? What else you do?
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: And then that encouraged him to go boat.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: He said.
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: One of the lies he told was he was buying
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: a boat so we could sail away on our honeymoon.
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: Last time you heard a black person say that sailing?
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: No good?
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: Hell well, we ain't big on sailing. We really lost
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: our taste for sailing after that first big boat ride.
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: That's why don't really consider that much.
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: Uh.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: Anyway, he hasn't talked to me. He ain't even talked
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: to me about proposing. Well, why would he do that?
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: A proposal is usually a surprises.
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: Why would he talk to you about yo, I'm thinking
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: about proposing to you?
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: What you think?
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: Ain't nobody fit to do that?
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: So I think he's okay there, But he told the
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: group that he's been looking for rings he could have.
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: I just sat there confused, and then I noticed he
- 1:06:30Speaker 7: was drinking tequila. He and I usually don't drink. Now
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: this one, I knew the shoe was crazy. We prefer
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: to smoke weed before we go out. Wise we and
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: here drinking is tequila. We just smoke this weed for
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: we got so we can be chilled. Now both y'all drunk.
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: Y'all drunk and chewed everybody tore up. You know, lady,
- 1:06:56Speaker 7: I'm so sick of this letter already. Huh. Then I
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: noticed he was drinking tequila. The tequila introduced a new chapter,
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: and I saw it again. A few days ago, he
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: came over.
- 1:07:11Speaker 8: It was late. He walked in my bedroom and nothing
- 1:07:14Speaker 8: on but his socks. Dove into the bed.
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: This wild man managed to pull the sheets off the
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: bed and made me sweat all my curls out. It
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: was the best sexual experience we've ever had. I blamed
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: it on the tequila. I told him he needs to
- 1:07:32Speaker 7: get his personalities in check, and he laughed.
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: I was not joking.
- 1:07:37Speaker 7: I'm sick of all this you doing, sitting up in
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: there acting like you're a CEO when you is really
- 1:07:42Speaker 7: just a coo Oh. I'm some sicker you whining about
- 1:07:45Speaker 7: all this stuff you got to do. I'm so tired
- 1:07:49Speaker 7: of you getting around your friends, lying, talking about you
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: buying a boating and bought a ring. You ain't even
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: discuss no ring. And then you're gonna get yourself drunk
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: on some tequila. Come in and jump on me. We're
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: gonna tag these beds up. What my curs is the
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: best sex I ever had. And then I want you
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: to get your personality together, lady, make up your mind.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: It's the best you've ever had.
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: He's a good guy, he's jovial, he's he's fun in
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: real life. All of is so you could say, I
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: wish he could take pieces from each personality to make
- 1:08:19Speaker 7: an ideal man.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: How do I deal with him?
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: Okay, why don't you do this? Why don't you get
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: somebody else?
- 1:08:27Speaker 7: Why don't you stop seeing him and get somebody else,
- 1:08:32Speaker 7: or are you the person that's looking for the perfect
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: man which does not exist. Listen, something comes with everybody
- 1:08:43Speaker 7: in your life. Something's going to come with everybody that
- 1:08:47Speaker 7: you meet. Something comes with everybody you have. You just
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: have to find that somebody that's worth all the stuff
- 1:08:55Speaker 7: that come with it and weigh it out and do
- 1:08:59Speaker 7: the pros outweigh the cons and tad, how can you
- 1:09:02Speaker 7: deal with it? Obviously you can, because I ain't heard
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: you talk about leaving none of them. You ain't trying
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: to leave the coo. You ain't trying to see the cat.
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: You ain't trying to leave the captain of the boat.
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: You ain't trying to leave the dude that might buy
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: the ring, and you ain't trying to do that. Come
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: over there on tequila. You ain't trying to leave none
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: of them? So where you going?
- 1:09:33Speaker 8: It seemed to me like you met the best man
- 1:09:35Speaker 8: you've ever had before.
- 1:09:39Speaker 9: All right, thank you, Steve. Leave your comments that, Yeah,

- 1:13:45Speaker 9: lady is having trouble deciding if she should be a
- 1:13:50Speaker 9: side check or not. She needs some advice. We'll give
- 1:13:53Speaker 9: into that right after this. You're listening to the Steve
- 1:13:56Speaker 9: Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, this is from Dana
- 1:14:03Speaker 9: in Lansing. Dana says, I've dated a man that was
- 1:14:06Speaker 9: getting divorced. Things got complicated, so I left town without
- 1:14:10Speaker 9: telling him I was leaving. I ghosted him. I ran
- 1:14:13Speaker 9: into his daughter when I was in town visiting my mom.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: Recently.
- 1:14:17Speaker 9: She said her dad is getting married again. I got
- 1:14:20Speaker 9: his number from her, and he was happy to hear
- 1:14:22Speaker 9: from me. To make a long story short, we may
- 1:14:25Speaker 9: love during my trip home, and he's been calling me
- 1:14:28Speaker 9: non stop. The only problem is is that he's still
- 1:14:30Speaker 9: getting married. I would be his side chick all over again.
- 1:14:34Speaker 9: I'm fifty two and hate dating, So is it crazy
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: to settle for a sure thing or should I walk
- 1:14:40Speaker 9: away from this man again?
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: Wait a minute. Settle for a sure thing?
- 1:14:46Speaker 9: Yeah, the sure thing a shape pull up.
- 1:14:48Speaker 7: So you were dating the man. You're fifty two years old.
- 1:14:51Speaker 7: You're dating a man who was getting a divorce. Yeah,
- 1:14:55Speaker 7: something happened in your life. So you ghosted and you
- 1:14:59Speaker 7: left town. You came back to town, ran up into
- 1:15:02Speaker 7: his daughter, got his number, and come to find out
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: he's getting married to someone else. Right now, y'all had
- 1:15:12Speaker 7: a sexual affair while you was at home. Yeah, and
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: now he's calling you non stop. Now she wants to know,
- 1:15:22Speaker 7: is it okay?
- 1:15:23Speaker 9: Yeah, she wants to know. Is it crazy to settle
- 1:15:26Speaker 9: for a sure thing?
- 1:15:27Speaker 14: Is it crazy to settle for a sure thing, which
- 1:15:30Speaker 14: is to be his side Yeah? Because if she hates dating,
- 1:15:34Speaker 14: she hates.
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: Because she hates Dayton.
- 1:15:36Speaker 7: Yeah or yeah, or she's okay, So you hate Dayton,
- 1:15:41Speaker 7: but you like being the side piece.
- 1:15:45Speaker 9: Because it's a sure thing.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: So you got to being a side piece is a
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: sure thing?
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, So you have no aspiration of being like
- 1:15:54Speaker 7: the main item on the menu. So like, let me
- 1:15:58Speaker 7: ask you this, lady, So you cool being the slow
- 1:16:02Speaker 7: at Kentucky Fried Chicken.
- 1:16:03Speaker 8: He don't ever won't be the chicken.
- 1:16:05Speaker 9: Yeah, because it's a sure thing, Steve, that's the part
- 1:16:07Speaker 9: you keep missing. It's a it's a sure thing to
- 1:16:11Speaker 9: be the slaw because she doesn't like dating.
- 1:16:14Speaker 7: Yeah wow, you know, lady, that explains why you're fifty
- 1:16:18Speaker 7: two and you buy yourself or that explains it?
- 1:16:23Speaker 9: Or does she.
- 1:16:26Speaker 8: See?
- 1:16:27Speaker 7: The sure thing of being the side piece assures you
- 1:16:31Speaker 7: of one thing. You're never going to be the whole piece,
- 1:16:35Speaker 7: and anybody can make you the side piece when they
- 1:16:37Speaker 7: feel like it.
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: So he was.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: So when he gets tied of you and cast.
- 1:16:42Speaker 7: You to the side, then then what happens to you?
- 1:16:45Speaker 7: You're free to go to pursue another married man and
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: become another side piece.
- 1:16:49Speaker 9: Yeah, lady, But but you know, on the other hand, happy,
- 1:16:57Speaker 9: can you shut up?
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: I'll keep pass them by. People's happy, I mean he's happy.
- 1:17:03Speaker 9: We don't want people to be happy.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Everybody can't be a protein. Some people want to be
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: a vegan, be a you know, some people don't be.
- 1:17:19Speaker 9: Oh wow, yeah? Or should she walk away from this
- 1:17:22Speaker 9: man again?
- 1:17:23Speaker 7: So sure?

- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:17:53Speaker 9: This one is from Tia in Baltimore. She said, my
- 1:17:55Speaker 9: husband wakes up and grabs his phone before he can
- 1:17:58Speaker 9: even kiss me. I got up the other morning and
- 1:18:00Speaker 9: started getting ready for work, and he was ready to
- 1:18:02Speaker 9: make love. I jokingly told him to make love to
- 1:18:05Speaker 9: whoever he texts every morning. He lost it and said
- 1:18:08Speaker 9: I offended him by assuming he was texting a woman.
- 1:18:11Speaker 9: I feel bad because it was just a joke. Well
- 1:18:14Speaker 9: not really. Why did he get so offended by it?
- 1:18:18Speaker 8: Because that's how you do it. You gotta be super

- 1:27:43Speaker 8: way to put it to you.
- 1:27:44Speaker 9: Man.
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: Now I can tell you one thing, though, The heart
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: becomes better and easier to deal with if you have
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: a relationship with God. I will tell you that for sure.
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: So while you're.
- 1:28:02Speaker 7: Being tested, it would really, really be helpful if you
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: had a conversation with somebody who had been through it before,
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: who knows the way. God knows the plans he has
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: for you, and his plans for you aref for you
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: to prosper The devil's job is to rob you of
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: your destiny. You got to be clear about this. Listen
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: to me, y'all. God created you in the image of himself.
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: He wants you to shine and be prosperous. He wants
- 1:28:38Speaker 7: your life to be a testament to his goodness. But
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: you have decisions you have to make. I was watching
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: this kid who was getting sentenced and he had done
- 1:28:51Speaker 7: a despicable crime and one of his he was in
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: jail waiting and he wrote a rap song. And in
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: this rap song he was questioning God. And I don't
- 1:29:06Speaker 7: remember exactly how it went, but it was I'm questioning
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: God since he made me and says he knows my future.
- 1:29:16Speaker 7: If he knew this, why am I behind these walls? Well,
- 1:29:20Speaker 7: because you have the power of choice. See not God
- 1:29:26Speaker 7: knows who you are. But God, when he created us,
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: we're the only creation he made who gave us complete
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: power of choice. You get to decide between doing the
- 1:29:40Speaker 7: right thing or the wrong thing. You get to decide that. So,
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: now God has a life for you that he wants
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: you to have. But if you let the devil come
- 1:29:50Speaker 7: in and persuade you and get you to make an
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: alternate alternative decisions, you're not gonna get to where God
- 1:29:58Speaker 7: wants you. Because God wants you to prosper and have
- 1:30:02Speaker 7: a life. But the devil's job is to rob you
- 1:30:05Speaker 7: of your destiny. So if you're listening more to God,
- 1:30:09Speaker 7: you got a better chance of getting that life of prosperity.
- 1:30:12Speaker 7: But if you listening to the devil, then you finna
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: get robbed of that. How that don't make.
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: Sense to you?
- 1:30:20Speaker 7: How you're not understanding that part. Stop blaming God when
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: something go bad in your life. When you have a
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: full set of decisions you get to make the whole time. Now,
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: understand something. All of us, whether we believe in God
- 1:30:37Speaker 7: or not, are trying to do his will or not,
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: are going to be tested. The opposing opposition will be
- 1:30:43Speaker 7: put in front of you constantly. Temptation. No one is
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: free of it. You are going to have to face
- 1:30:49Speaker 7: and deal with this constantly until you leave this world.
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: It's how you make your decisions about it. That determine
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: the way that you go. Every bad spot I found
- 1:31:01Speaker 7: myself in when I really stood back and looked at it,
- 1:31:04Speaker 7: I did that.
- 1:31:07Speaker 8: I did that. I picked that person, I pursued that person.
- 1:31:12Speaker 8: I did that.
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: I did that.
- 1:31:16Speaker 7: I said I'm going over here instead of going over that,
- 1:31:19Speaker 7: I went left instead of right.
- 1:31:21Speaker 8: I did that.
- 1:31:23Speaker 7: So when I end up somewhere crazy, I go right
- 1:31:26Speaker 7: back to that decision. That's the best way to fix it.
- 1:31:30Speaker 7: Fix yourself and your decisions and you can fix your outcome.
- 1:31:33Speaker 7: Y'all get a relationship with God, because it's hard out
- 1:31:36Speaker 7: here and it's better with Him. Okay, those are my
