- 0:00Speaker 1: President Joe Biden, after being declared mentally incompetent, being declared old, feeble,
- 0:07Speaker 1: and someone that could not stand trial because the jury
- 0:10Speaker 1: would look at him as an individual that doesn't know
- 0:13Speaker 1: even where he is or what's happening. A man that
- 0:15Speaker 1: they described is not even knowing when he was the
- 0:17Speaker 1: vice president, a man who doesn't know what he's done
- 0:21Speaker 1: in life, a man who doesn't know who world leaders are.
- 0:23Speaker 2: A man that his own Department of Justice has.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Now given the perfect alibi for any of his financial
- 0:29Speaker 1: crimes with a Biden crime family, Hey, you can't charge
- 0:32Speaker 1: him with these financial crimes because no jury would convict
- 0:35Speaker 1: him because he is senile. He is the president of
- 0:38Speaker 1: the United States of America. He is a president of
- 0:41Speaker 1: the United States of America that they describe as an
- 0:44Speaker 1: elderly old individual, right, A nice guy, but a guy
- 0:48Speaker 1: that no one can hold accountable for his actions because
- 0:53Speaker 1: he's an elderly man who doesn't know what he's doing.
- 0:56Speaker 1: President Biden lashed out at reporters in a last minute
- 0:59Speaker 1: evening dress that even caused more confusion because when the
- 1:03Speaker 1: White House alerted the media forty five minutes before this
- 1:06Speaker 1: prime time press conference, so the president could defend his
- 1:09Speaker 1: mental decline. We didn't know if he was stepping down
- 1:13Speaker 1: as president. We did not know if he was saying
- 1:16Speaker 1: he was no longer going to run for reelection. The
- 1:20Speaker 1: report says, he's an elderly man. He's an elderly man
- 1:24Speaker 1: that's not in charge. He's a well meaning elderly man
- 1:28Speaker 1: with a poor memory that a jury would be sympathetic
- 1:31Speaker 1: to at the age of eighty one years old. Those
- 1:34Speaker 1: are the words of President Biden's owned DJ Now. The
- 1:38Speaker 1: report was clear. It concluded the President Joe Biden did
- 1:42Speaker 1: in fact break the law a felony quote willfully retaining
- 1:46Speaker 1: classified documents. But even worse politically, it suggested that his
- 1:50Speaker 1: mental state is in such a decline that there's no
- 1:53Speaker 1: way that Joe Biden could be held accountable by a jury.
- 1:58Speaker 1: When Biden came out after even NBC News wasn't reporting
- 2:03Speaker 1: that possibly the President could be saying he's not only
- 2:07Speaker 1: going to run for office or maybe stepping down. We
- 2:09Speaker 1: were really wondering if Kamala Harris was going to be
- 2:11Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America. The Washington
- 2:14Speaker 1: Post said the same thing. The New York Times said
- 2:17Speaker 1: the same thing. Politico saying the same thing. Oh my gosh,
- 2:21Speaker 1: they just told us we're having a press conference the
- 2:23Speaker 1: White House in forty five minutes, without a subject matter,
- 2:26Speaker 1: just the President's talking to you. And for forty five minutes,
- 2:30Speaker 1: the American people were left and the world was left
- 2:33Speaker 1: to wonder is Joe Biden about to no longer be
- 2:36Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America. Well, then
- 2:39Speaker 1: in forty five minutes, the President came out, shuffling to
- 2:43Speaker 1: the stage in a staggering moment. President Biden also appeared
- 2:47Speaker 1: to forget the name of terror group Hamas during the
- 2:50Speaker 1: press conference where he asked for an update. He was
- 2:53Speaker 1: asked for an update on the hostages in Gaza. Then
- 2:57Speaker 1: the White House Press Secretary had to dodge questions on
- 3:00Speaker 1: Biden's mental health after he claimed to recently meet with
- 3:03Speaker 1: a long dead French leader, and this week, Biden's agent
- 3:08Speaker 1: fitness was the top of the list of voters concerns.
- 3:12Speaker 1: A new NBC News poll found now White House President
- 3:17Speaker 1: Terry Jean Pierre claimed Biden misspeaks when he says he
- 3:20Speaker 1: met the dead people.
- 3:22Speaker 2: She insisted that Joe at.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Eighty one never confuses names, and his mental state isn't
- 3:28Speaker 1: in decline after twice in a week saying that he
- 3:32Speaker 1: saw decease global leaders. Then the President came out. He
- 3:37Speaker 1: didn't help himself. In fact, he made things worse as
- 3:40Speaker 1: he confused the leader of Mexico with the leader of
- 3:43Speaker 1: Egypt while claiming that he's mentally fit. I want you
- 3:47Speaker 1: to hear the President in his own words at the
- 3:50Speaker 1: White House.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Let me say a few things before I take questions.
- 3:55Speaker 3: As you know, the Special Comments Release is fine.
- 3:58Speaker 1: He to day.
- 4:00Speaker 3: They're look into my handling of classified documents. I was
- 4:04Speaker 3: pleased to see he reached the firm conclusion that no
- 4:08Speaker 3: charges should be brought against me in this case. This
- 4:12Speaker 3: was an exhaustive investigation going back more than forty years,
- 4:18Speaker 3: even in the nineteen seventies when I was still a
- 4:20Speaker 3: new United States Senator, and the Special Council acknowledged I
- 4:24Speaker 3: cooperated completely. I did not throw up any roadblocks. I
- 4:28Speaker 3: sought no delays. In fact, I was so determined to
- 4:31Speaker 3: give the Special Council what he needed, I went forward
- 4:33Speaker 3: with a five hour in person five hour in person
- 4:36Speaker 3: interview over two days on October the eighth and ninth
- 4:40Speaker 3: of last year. Even though Israel had just been attacked
- 4:43Speaker 3: by Hamas on the seventh, and I was very occupied.
- 4:46Speaker 3: It was in the middle of handling an international crisis.
- 4:49Speaker 3: I was especially pleased to see Special Council make clear
- 4:54Speaker 3: the stark distinction and difference between this case and mister
- 4:57Speaker 3: Trump's case. The Special Council quote and I quote, several
- 5:01Speaker 3: material distinctions between mister Trump's case mister Biden's are clear,
- 5:05Speaker 3: continuing to quote. Most notably, after giving multiple chances to
- 5:09Speaker 3: return classified documents to avoid prosecution, mister Trump allegedly did
- 5:14Speaker 3: the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused
- 5:18Speaker 3: to return the documents for many months, he also obstructed
- 5:21Speaker 3: justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to
- 5:25Speaker 3: lie about it. In contrast, we wanted to say mister
- 5:28Speaker 3: Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and
- 5:32Speaker 3: the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations,
- 5:35Speaker 3: including his home, sat for a voluntary interview, and in
- 5:39Speaker 3: other ways cooperated with the investigation. End of quote. I've
- 5:43Speaker 3: seen the headlines since the report was released about my
- 5:46Speaker 3: wilful retention of documents. These assertion is not only misleading,
- 5:50Speaker 3: they're just playing wrong. On page two fifteen, if you
- 5:54Speaker 3: had a chance. I know it's a long it's a
- 5:56Speaker 3: think document. On page two fifteen, the report of the
- 6:00Speaker 3: Special Council found the exact opposite. Here's what he wrote.
- 6:03Speaker 3: There is, in fact a shortage of evidence that I
- 6:06Speaker 3: willfully retained classified materials related to Afghanistan. On page twelve,
- 6:11Speaker 3: a Special Council also wrote, for another documents, the decision
- 6:15Speaker 3: to decline criminal charges was straight forward. The evidence suggests
- 6:20Speaker 3: that mister Biden did not willfully retain these documents. The
- 6:23Speaker 3: evidence said I did not willfully retain these documents. In addition,
- 6:28Speaker 3: I know there's some attention paid to some language and
- 6:31Speaker 3: the report about my recollection of events. There's even reference
- 6:35Speaker 3: that I don't remember when my son died. How in
- 6:40Speaker 3: the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was
- 6:44Speaker 3: asked the question, I thought to myself, wasn't any of
- 6:46Speaker 3: their damn business. Let me tell you something. Some of
- 6:52Speaker 3: you have come and I wear since the day he died.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Every single day the rosary he got from our lady.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Of every Memorial Day we hold a service remembering him,
- 7:04Speaker 3: attending by friends and family and the people who loved him.
- 7:08Speaker 3: I don't need anyone. I don't need anyone to remind
- 7:12Speaker 3: me when he passed away. I passed away. Simple truth
- 7:15Speaker 3: is I sat for a five dollar interviewer two days
- 7:18Speaker 3: of events going back forty years. At the same time
- 7:22Speaker 3: I was managing international crisis. Their task was to make
- 7:25Speaker 3: a decision about whether to move forward with charges in
- 7:28Speaker 3: this case. That's their decision to make. That's a council's
- 7:32Speaker 3: decision to make. That's his job, and they decided not
- 7:36Speaker 3: to move forward. For any extraneous commentary, they don't know
- 7:41Speaker 3: what they're talking about. It has no place in this report.
- 7:44Speaker 3: The bottom line as a matter is now closed. I'm
- 7:48Speaker 3: gonna continue what I've always focused on my job of
- 7:51Speaker 3: being President of the United States of America. Now, thank you,
- 7:54Speaker 3: and I'll take some questions.
- 7:55Speaker 4: President by a Something special Counsel said in his report
- 7:59Speaker 4: is that one of the reasons you were not charged
- 8:02Speaker 4: is because, in his description, you are a well meaning
- 8:06Speaker 4: elderly man with a poor memory.
- 8:10Speaker 3: I'm well meeting and I'm an elderly man, and I
- 8:12Speaker 3: know what the hell I'm doing. I'm in president and
- 8:14Speaker 3: I put this country back on his feet. I don't
- 8:16Speaker 3: need his recommendation. It's totally your memory.
- 8:20Speaker 4: And can you continue as president.
- 8:22Speaker 3: My memory is so bad, I let you speak. That's
- 8:27Speaker 3: that's that's.
- 8:27Speaker 5: When your memory has gotten worse.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Oh look, my memory is not got My memory is fine.
- 8:33Speaker 3: My memory. Take a look at what I've done since
- 8:34Speaker 3: I become president. None even thought I could pass any
- 8:37Speaker 3: of the things I got passed? How'd that happen? You know?
- 8:40Speaker 3: I guess I just forgot what was going on? Your age?
- 8:46Speaker 5: How are you going to persuade?
- 8:47Speaker 6: I mean, do you fear that this report is only
- 8:49Speaker 6: going to feel further concerned only by some.
- 8:52Speaker 7: Of you criminal liability today?
- 8:58Speaker 4: Do you take responsibilities for me seeing careless with classified material?
- 9:03Speaker 3: I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my
- 9:08Speaker 3: staff was doing. Goes in in twenty seven, things that
- 9:12Speaker 3: appeared in my garage, things that came out of my home,
- 9:14Speaker 3: things that were moved not by me but my staff,
- 9:18Speaker 3: but my staff.
- 9:27Speaker 7: Mister President, for months, when you were asked about your age,
- 9:30Speaker 7: you would respond with the words, watch me, geny. American
- 9:33Speaker 7: people have been watching, and they have expressed concerns about
- 9:37Speaker 7: your age.
- 9:37Speaker 3: That is your judgment. That is your judgment, that is
- 9:41Speaker 3: not the judgment or the press.
- 9:43Speaker 7: They expressed concerns about your mental acuity. They say that
- 9:46Speaker 7: you are too old.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Mister president.
- 9:47Speaker 7: In December, you told me that you believe there are
- 9:50Speaker 7: many other Democrats who could defeat Donald Trump. So why
- 9:53Speaker 7: does it have to be you?
- 9:54Speaker 1: Now?
- 9:54Speaker 3: What is your answer that qualified person in this country
- 9:58Speaker 3: be president the United States and finished the job by
- 9:59Speaker 3: stif I did not share classified information, I did not
- 10:12Speaker 3: share it with my ghost. I did not guarantee you
- 10:15Speaker 3: did not. Well, no, he did not say that. He
- 10:19Speaker 3: did not say that. Let me answer your question. The
- 10:24Speaker 3: fact of the matter is what I didn't want repeated.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I didn't want him to not I didn't read it
- 10:28Speaker 3: to him. Was I had written a long memorandum to
- 10:31Speaker 3: President Obama why we should not be in Afghanistan, and
- 10:37Speaker 3: I was of the multiple pages, and so what I
- 10:40Speaker 3: was referring to I said classified. I should have said
- 10:43Speaker 3: it was should be private because it was a contact
- 10:45Speaker 3: between the president and the vice president as to what
- 10:48Speaker 3: was going on. That's what he is referring to. It
- 10:51Speaker 3: was not classified information in that document that was not classic.
- 11:08Speaker 5: When you look back at this incident, is there anything
- 11:10Speaker 5: you would do differently now? And do you think that
- 11:12Speaker 5: a special prosecutor should have been appointed in the first place.
- 11:15Speaker 5: In both of these cases.
- 11:19Speaker 3: First of all, what I would have done is oversee
- 11:23Speaker 3: the transfer of the material that was in my office
- 11:27Speaker 3: in my offices, I should have done that, if I
- 11:31Speaker 3: go back, I didn't have the responsibility to that. That
- 11:33Speaker 3: was my staff was supposed to that, and they referenced
- 11:35Speaker 3: that in the report, and my staff did not do
- 11:39Speaker 3: it in the way that For example, I didn't know
- 11:42Speaker 3: how half the boxes got in my garage until I
- 11:46Speaker 3: found out staff gathered them up, put them together and
- 11:48Speaker 3: took them to the garage. In my home, and all
- 11:51Speaker 3: the stuff that was in my home was in filing
- 11:53Speaker 3: cabinets that were either locked or able to be on
- 11:55Speaker 3: It was in my house. It wasn't out in like
- 11:59Speaker 3: in Marlocke Goo in a public place where and none
- 12:02Speaker 3: of it was high classified, didn't have any of that
- 12:04Speaker 3: red stuff on it, you know what I mean, around
- 12:06Speaker 3: the corners, none of that. And so I wish I
- 12:09Speaker 3: had paid more attention to how the documents were being
- 12:13Speaker 3: moved and where I thought they would being moved to
- 12:15Speaker 3: the archives. I thought all of us being moved, That's
- 12:18Speaker 3: what I thought. Now, what was the last part of
- 12:20Speaker 3: your question.
- 12:20Speaker 5: Whether a special council should have been appointed. In this
- 12:23Speaker 5: case and in the case of your rivals.
- 12:26Speaker 3: I think a special council should have been appointed. And
- 12:29Speaker 3: the reason I think a special council should have been
- 12:31Speaker 3: appointed is because I did not want to be in
- 12:33Speaker 3: a position that they looked at Trump and weren't going
- 12:36Speaker 3: to look at me, just like they looked at the
- 12:38Speaker 3: Vice president. And the fact is they made a firm
- 12:41Speaker 3: conclusion I did not break the law, period. Thank you all,
- 12:45Speaker 3: very brandy.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Let's be clear, that's not what they found. They found
- 12:55Speaker 1: that he willfully broke the wall. Their words were willfully
- 12:58Speaker 1: kept classified documents. He lied to you. Then he also
- 13:03Speaker 1: lied about saying they were all secure. They were not secure.
- 13:05Speaker 1: They were sitting in his garage in a bucket next
- 13:08Speaker 1: to his corvette. That's another lie by the president. He
- 13:12Speaker 1: says that they found that he had not done anything wrong.
- 13:16Speaker 1: That's not what the report says. The report clearly says
- 13:20Speaker 1: the opposite of that. The report says that Joe Biden
- 13:24Speaker 1: would not be charged with crimes because he was a
- 13:26Speaker 1: well meaning elderly man with a poor memory, so we're
- 13:30Speaker 1: not going to hold him accountable. They admitted that Joe
- 13:32Speaker 1: Biden broke the federal law committ at least one felony,
- 13:35Speaker 1: but he was too old and mentally feeble to be
- 13:37Speaker 1: held accountable. And this is the guy who is currently
- 13:40Speaker 1: in charge of our nuclear codes. This is the President
- 13:45Speaker 1: of the United States of America. An elderly man with
- 13:47Speaker 1: a poor memory. That is how they describe him. The DOJ.
- 13:52Speaker 1: All right, I want to tell you real quick about
- 13:54Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's
- 13:58Speaker 1: only Christian concernervative wireless provider. And when I say only,
- 14:03Speaker 1: trust me, they're literally the only one. Patriot Mobile offers
- 14:06Speaker 1: dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability to access all
- 14:10Speaker 1: three major networks. What does that mean to you? It
- 14:12Speaker 1: means you get the same coverage that you're accustomed to,
- 14:15Speaker 1: but you're doing it without funding.
- 14:18Speaker 2: The Left.
- 14:19Speaker 1: You may not know the Big Mobile gives massive donations
- 14:22Speaker 1: to Planned Parenthood, to Democratic candidates, causes, and organizations. Why
- 14:29Speaker 1: give your money to a group of people that literally
- 14:32Speaker 1: hate your values, hate what you stand for, hate your family,
- 14:36Speaker 1: traditional Christian values. That is why I switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 14:41Speaker 1: And when you switch, you're sending a message that you
- 14:43Speaker 1: support free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life, the
- 14:48Speaker 1: Second Amendment as well as our military, our veterans, and
- 14:51Speaker 1: our first responder heroes. They make switching easy one hundred
- 14:54Speaker 1: percent US based customer service team. Plus, you can keep
- 14:57Speaker 1: your same cell phone number, upgrade your phone to a
- 15:00Speaker 1: new phone, or keep the one you've got in your
- 15:02Speaker 1: hand as well. And the most important part, every time
- 15:06Speaker 1: you pay your bill. They take a percentage of your
- 15:08Speaker 1: bill every month and give it back to conservative causes
- 15:12Speaker 1: that you help choose to support.
- 15:14Speaker 2: So check him out.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's patriotmobile dot com slash
- 15:22Speaker 1: ferguson or nine to seven to two meter Patriot get
- 15:25Speaker 1: free activation when you use the offer code ferguson. That's
- 15:28Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot.
- 15:34Speaker 1: CNN having a meltdown over this. Listen to what they
- 15:38Speaker 1: had to say.
- 15:39Speaker 8: I don't think the President did himself any favors in
- 15:41Speaker 8: that speech. On he undercut two of his biggest messages,
- 15:43Speaker 8: the adults are back in charge by sort of being
- 15:46Speaker 8: dismissive of Yes, he was exonerated. He's not going to
- 15:48Speaker 8: be convicted or tried for this. But there's some really
- 15:51Speaker 8: damning pieces of information here, he had deliberations around Afghan
- 15:55Speaker 8: war plans with him. He spoke to a biographer about
- 15:58Speaker 8: classified documents who didn't have Quis has showed a decent
- 16:01Speaker 8: level of recklessnesshandling of classified information, he said. He said
- 16:05Speaker 8: that he didn't, so I think there was a dismissiveness
- 16:07Speaker 8: to the seriousness of this. And then on the other hand,
- 16:10Speaker 8: they were using this bizarre line to say he stepped
- 16:12Speaker 8: away from an international crisis, the biggest attack on our
- 16:15Speaker 8: ally Israel since the Holocaust, to go deal with a
- 16:18Speaker 8: self inflicted investigation by the Department of Justice. How is
- 16:22Speaker 8: that supposed to inspire confidence? I don't know why he
- 16:25Speaker 8: went back out. He already said most of this in
- 16:27Speaker 8: Virginia today. But this has becoming a five alarm fire
- 16:30Speaker 8: for the White House.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Five alarm fire for the White House.
- 16:35Speaker 1: This report by the DOJ gives Joe Biden to get
- 16:38Speaker 1: out a jail free card for all of the Biden
- 16:40Speaker 1: crime family crimes that were committed. This report concluding that
- 16:45Speaker 1: Biden willfully retained classified documents, but even worse politically, it
- 16:50Speaker 1: suggests as mental state is in decline, rapid decline.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Biden responded, as you heard.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Angrily during a prime time press conference, and I'm going
- 16:58Speaker 1: to play that for you and just moment he just
- 17:01Speaker 1: let me know when you have that queued up, because
- 17:02Speaker 1: it's important that people hear this. But Biden responded during
- 17:05Speaker 1: this primetime press conference last night without taking responsibility, even
- 17:12Speaker 1: blaming his staff. The government report describes Biden as an
- 17:17Speaker 1: elderly man with a poor memory. It says Biden couldn't
- 17:20Speaker 1: remember when he served as the vice president or when
- 17:23Speaker 1: his son died. Outraged by that accusation, Biden hit back, saying, quote,
- 17:28Speaker 1: when I was asked a question, I thought to myself.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Wasn't any This wasn't any of your damn business.
- 17:35Speaker 1: When Peter Doucy quoted the report, Biden responded, I know
- 17:38Speaker 1: what the hell I'm doing. But he had various mix
- 17:42Speaker 1: ups this week and even last night as referred to
- 17:46Speaker 1: Egypt's president as the president of Mexico. President Biden making
- 17:51Speaker 1: jokes about his memory and downplaying concerns about his mental
- 17:54Speaker 1: health was even more shocking after the report by the
- 17:58Speaker 1: Special Prosecutors sat him as having poor memory and revealed
- 18:03Speaker 1: he quote willfully retained and disclosed classified documents.
- 18:08Speaker 2: In address to the nation, the President says.
- 18:10Speaker 1: He he's pleased with a conclusion of the investigation, after
- 18:15Speaker 1: Special Counsel Robert Hurr did not recommend Biden faced criminal charges,
- 18:19Speaker 1: saying the president quote would likely present himself to jury
- 18:23Speaker 1: as a sympathetic and elderly man with a poor memory.
- 18:27Speaker 1: The President also shutting down claims in the report that
- 18:30Speaker 1: he had trouble remembering details about his son's Bo's death
- 18:34Speaker 1: and his time as vice president, and denied he shared
- 18:38Speaker 1: classified information despite the Special councils concluding that he did.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Biden also committing a major gaff during those remarks where
- 18:48Speaker 1: he was supposed to let you know that he's in charge.
- 18:51Speaker 1: The slip up comes to the face of growing questions
- 18:54Speaker 1: about his recent mistakes, including references.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Speaking with deceased foreign leaders.
- 18:58Speaker 1: It also comes as former presient and Biden faces charges
- 19:02Speaker 1: stemming from a separate Special Council investigation unrelated classified document
- 19:07Speaker 1: case as well. Holy crap five three five nine to
- 19:11Speaker 1: seven three two five three five nine seven three to two.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Biden willfully kept these classified documents and dumped them into
- 19:21Speaker 1: a chaotic garage. Damning photos show his national security risk
- 19:25Speaker 1: to the country. Joe scattered files his home in cupboards, drawers,
- 19:30Speaker 1: and even his basement. But Biden was the one that
- 19:34Speaker 1: was enraged, lasting out re reporters special counsel out the
- 19:37Speaker 1: escathing classified document report. I know what the hell I'm doing,
- 19:41Speaker 1: That is his response. But I want to get obviously
- 19:45Speaker 1: to some other breaking news today.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Don't worry.
- 19:46Speaker 1: We're going to keep monitoring the White House their response
- 19:49Speaker 1: to Biden's cognitive decline and these new accusations by the DOJ.
- 19:53Speaker 1: But first, let me talk to you about something else
- 19:56Speaker 1: that's really important. Many of you are angry, and you
- 19:58Speaker 1: should be angry, is that the House has failed to
- 20:01Speaker 1: impeach my Orcis. You should be angry because the House
- 20:05Speaker 1: Republicans apparently can't get their act together.
- 20:09Speaker 2: But I have good news for you.
- 20:10Speaker 1: The Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson has come out
- 20:13Speaker 1: and this is his exact quote. Everyone need not worry.
- 20:17Speaker 1: We're not worried. We're going to take care of this responsibility.
- 20:21Speaker 1: We have a duty to hold my Orcis and the
- 20:23Speaker 1: Biden administration responsible for all this referring to the border crisis,
- 20:27Speaker 1: and those impeachment articles are going to pass. We'll do
- 20:32Speaker 1: it next week. That is what the House Speaker, Mike
- 20:36Speaker 1: Johnson had to say in an interview with my good
- 20:39Speaker 1: friends Klay and Buck earlier.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Now, I want you to.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Know who you should be calling right now to put
- 20:45Speaker 1: pressure on them to get their heads out of the
- 20:48Speaker 1: rear ends. As you know, the House representatives let Secretary
- 20:52Speaker 1: of Homeland Security my orchists off the hook for the
- 20:55Speaker 1: border crisis created under his watch. The vote two sixteen
- 21:01Speaker 1: to two fourteen against impeachment, Yes, it was just two votes.
- 21:06Speaker 2: It was tight.
- 21:07Speaker 1: All you need to know is the Republicans that sided
- 21:09Speaker 1: with the Democrats. Representative Ken Buck, a Republican from Colorado,
- 21:15Speaker 1: and Representative Tom McClintock, a Republican from California, announced before
- 21:19Speaker 1: the vote that they would vote against impeachment. Then they
- 21:23Speaker 1: were joined by Representative Mike Gallagher, a Republican from Wisconsin,
- 21:28Speaker 1: in voting with the unified Democrats, who clearly know how
- 21:32Speaker 1: to stay and stick together. Now, after the vote was decided,
- 21:36Speaker 1: Representive Blake Moore, a Republican from Utah, voted nay. Let
- 21:41Speaker 1: me explain why, so you understand who you should be
- 21:43Speaker 1: mad at and who you shouldn't be mad at. The
- 21:46Speaker 1: reason why Represented Blake Moore voted nay was only for
- 21:51Speaker 1: procedural reasons, so that the House may vote on the
- 21:55Speaker 1: measure again at some point now. Gallagher expressed concern with
- 22:00Speaker 1: impeachment Tuesday morning in a closed to a Republican conference meeting.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Buck the other one that said screw America, announced last
- 22:09Speaker 1: year that this would be his final term and his
- 22:13Speaker 1: openly expressed desire to work at liberal news networks like
- 22:17Speaker 1: MSNBC and CNN. You moved to McClintock, who last year
- 22:23Speaker 1: also said to Breitbart News he believes the impeachment is unconstitutional.
- 22:29Speaker 1: We're seen as immovable. That's what he had to say.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Despite arm twisting on the House floor by multiple members
- 22:37Speaker 1: of the Republican leadership and senior members, Gallagher also cast
- 22:42Speaker 1: his ballot with the Democrats. More by the way, who
- 22:47Speaker 1: remarkably serves as a member of House Leadership, casts his
- 22:50Speaker 1: vote against impeachment at the last second, minutes after the
- 22:54Speaker 1: previous final vote and moments before the gabble came crashing
- 22:58Speaker 1: down in sead of Marjorie Taylor Green, who led calls
- 23:02Speaker 1: to impeach my Orchis for over a year, insisted that
- 23:06Speaker 1: my Orcus's refusal to follow laws and allege lyne to
- 23:10Speaker 1: Congress was clear grounds for impeachment.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Listen to what she said.
- 23:17Speaker 9: His willful refusal to secure the border has bankrupted communities,
- 23:22Speaker 9: closed down US schools that our children attend, drowned hospitals,
- 23:28Speaker 9: and incapacitated law enforcement while empowering criminal cartels and illegal aliens.
- 23:35Speaker 9: My Democrat colleagues argue that one cannot be impeached over
- 23:39Speaker 9: policy differences. Will I argue that breaking our laws is
- 23:43Speaker 9: more than just policy differences.
- 23:46Speaker 1: It's not just the millions of people, by the way,
- 23:48Speaker 1: that are coming across the southern border we now know
- 23:51Speaker 1: from our government, from the Biden administration, and it has
- 23:55Speaker 1: been confirmed that the number one killer of people in
- 23:59Speaker 1: this country between the ages of eighteen and fifty is
- 24:04Speaker 1: now fetanyl.
- 24:05Speaker 2: That's right, more Americans.
- 24:07Speaker 1: You are more likely to die fifty and under from
- 24:11Speaker 1: fetanyl than anything else in this country. And where's that
- 24:16Speaker 1: fetanyl coming from. It is coming across the southern border.
- 24:21Speaker 1: It is coming from China, who has the president compromise
- 24:25Speaker 1: with millions of dollars coming into the coffers of the
- 24:28Speaker 1: Biden crime family. It's then coming across by the smugglers
- 24:33Speaker 1: and the human traffickers who are bringing this fetanyl across
- 24:37Speaker 1: the southern border into America, and now it is the
- 24:40Speaker 1: number one killer in the United States of America if
- 24:44Speaker 1: you were under the age of fifty. This administration, however,
- 24:49Speaker 1: they don't care about any of this.
- 24:52Speaker 2: And why do I say that? Listen to Democratic Senator Chris.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Murphy admitting the Democrats quote strategy on immigration has failed
- 25:02Speaker 1: to deliver for the people. He says that the Democrats
- 25:06Speaker 1: care about the most. Guess what, it's not you.
- 25:10Speaker 2: That's right.
- 25:10Speaker 1: They're not worried about you. They're not concerned about you
- 25:14Speaker 1: the most. Who are they concerned over illegal immigrants? He
- 25:19Speaker 1: calls them undocumented and then refers to the illegal immigrants
- 25:24Speaker 1: as undocumented Americans that are in this country. This from MSNBC.
- 25:31Speaker 6: The negotiation didn't have a path of citizenship.
- 25:34Speaker 4: It was entirely on their terms in order to get
- 25:38Speaker 4: Ukraine funding.
- 25:39Speaker 9: Right.
- 25:40Speaker 6: Well, I mean, Chris, that's been a failed play for
- 25:42Speaker 6: twenty years. So you are right that that has been
- 25:45Speaker 6: the Democratic strategy for thirty years maybe, and it has
- 25:50Speaker 6: failed to deliver for the people we care about most.
- 25:53Speaker 6: To the undocumented Americans that are in this country. This
- 25:57Speaker 6: is also not twenty thirteen any longer. When we ran
- 26:00Speaker 6: that play last.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Let's be clear about what that Democratic Senator Chris Murphy said.
- 26:06Speaker 1: He doesn't represent you or any American citizens. No, no,
- 26:10Speaker 1: He says that we have failed to deliver for the
- 26:12Speaker 1: people that we care about most, meaning more than you. Right,
- 26:16Speaker 1: if you say you care about someone the most, that
- 26:19Speaker 1: means they are your top priority. Is his top priority,
- 26:22Speaker 1: the American people, It is not. The top priority is
- 26:25Speaker 1: the undocumented illegal immigrants who he refers to as undocumented
- 26:30Speaker 1: Americans that are in this country. They're in this country
- 26:33Speaker 1: because they broke into this country. And he says that
- 26:37Speaker 1: that is the people, those are the people that we
- 26:41Speaker 1: must stop failing because he says, and again his exact words,
- 26:45Speaker 1: we have failed to deliver for the people we care
- 26:49Speaker 1: about the most, the undocumented Americans that are in this country.
- 26:57Speaker 1: That is your Democrat Senator Chris Murphy admitting also as
- 27:03Speaker 1: well in this interview that this has been a this
- 27:07Speaker 1: and their whole entire fight over immigration reform has been
- 27:11Speaker 1: a fake border push. He says it's about the ability
- 27:15Speaker 1: to try to rescue the undocumented Americans, saying it again
- 27:20Speaker 1: that desperately need help and keeping immigration pathways alive. Chris
- 27:25Speaker 1: Murphy telling the truth about who the Democrats care about
- 27:29Speaker 1: the most. It is not you, the American people. It
- 27:32Speaker 1: is the undocumented illegal immigrants that they refer to now
- 27:36Speaker 1: as undocumented Americans.
- 27:39Speaker 6: I think we are at the point where if we
- 27:42Speaker 6: didn't bring some sense of order to the border, if
- 27:45Speaker 6: we didn't make a big down payment on reform to
- 27:47Speaker 6: the asylum system, we were going to have a really
- 27:50Speaker 6: hard time holding on to a consensus in this country
- 27:54Speaker 6: that we should keep legal immigration pathways alive. And so
- 27:58Speaker 6: I am of the belief that this was a moment
- 28:01Speaker 6: where you had to show some big bipartisan momentum and
- 28:05Speaker 6: progress on the border or you would never ever have
- 28:09Speaker 6: the ability to try to rescue the undocumented Americans that
- 28:13Speaker 6: desperately need help.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Now, again, every American should be offended by this. You
- 28:18Speaker 1: should also be grateful that a Democratic center is telling
- 28:21Speaker 1: you he is not there in the United Statesate to
- 28:23Speaker 1: represent you. In fact, the Democratic Party is not there
- 28:26Speaker 1: to represent you. They're not there to listen to you.
- 28:30Speaker 1: He's admitting they have a fake border push right for security.
- 28:35Speaker 1: He said, it's all about the ability to rescue the
- 28:37Speaker 1: undocumented Americans, illegal immigrants. He's referring to his Americans that
- 28:42Speaker 1: desperately need help and keeping immigration pathways alive. So what
- 28:47Speaker 1: he's saying is just like this bill had that you
- 28:49Speaker 1: could have five thousand legals a day breaking into this
- 28:52Speaker 1: country and they have no problem with it. That was
- 28:55Speaker 1: in the bill. They're saying, we must keep illegal immigrants
- 29:00Speaker 1: and the pathways into this country alive. That is the
- 29:04Speaker 1: Democratic Party telling you the truth. Believe them all right.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I'm going to keep you updated all throughout the week
- 29:11Speaker 1: on what is happening right now at the southern border.
