- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all at all? Suit giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: milking bu bus things and y'all good Steve, listen to
- 0:25Speaker 1: moviegether for Stuy, don't join Jo. You gotta use that
- 1:01Speaker 1: turn you. You gotta turn the turnout turn. You got
- 1:44Speaker 1: to turn them out to turn the water the water go. Come,
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your back, h I sure will. Good morning everybody,
- 2:05Speaker 1: y'all listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:07Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Hell
- 2:12Speaker 1: Man back in business too, Man Man, how good is God?
- 2:17Speaker 1: I mean, really, if you think about it in spite
- 2:19Speaker 1: of all that's going down in your life, First of all,
- 2:22Speaker 1: it could be worse. But secondly, sometimes you have to remember.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And I've just had to have this conversation with myself
- 2:30Speaker 1: this morning. That's how I'm fresh on this one right here.
- 2:34Speaker 1: When a challenge faces you, are you going through a
- 2:38Speaker 1: difficult moment, or you didn't hit a bump in the
- 2:40Speaker 1: road in the middle of that, If you could manage
- 2:44Speaker 1: to be grateful, it would take you a long way.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Gratitude is a powerful resource. If you can be grateful
- 2:52Speaker 1: in the middle of it. Gratitude is a powerful resource
- 2:57Speaker 1: when it's dim. For you, didn't got a little bumpy
- 3:01Speaker 1: on the road, and he ran into some obstacles, and
- 3:04Speaker 1: you didn't ran up into some detooled signs and your
- 3:07Speaker 1: journey ain't smooth as it was last week or last year.
- 3:13Speaker 1: You gotta be grateful for the things that are going
- 3:17Speaker 1: right and that have gone right, and for the thing
- 3:20Speaker 1: that's wrong right now to get right? Man? Can I
- 3:23Speaker 1: share that with you? Man? Is that a tough one
- 3:26Speaker 1: to learn? It is? For me, It has been one
- 3:29Speaker 1: of my toughest challenges is to learn how to be
- 3:34Speaker 1: grateful because it's a powerful resource, but how to be
- 3:37Speaker 1: grateful in moments of despair when it ain't going right.
- 3:41Speaker 1: See here's a mistake I would make. See when something
- 3:44Speaker 1: go wrong, I want to focus on the wrong so
- 3:47Speaker 1: much in an attempt to fix it. But even then,
- 3:52Speaker 1: the focus ain't always in to fix it. The focus becomes, Man,
- 3:56Speaker 1: this is bad, man, I can't believe this is happening.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Why just keep going down? That doesn't fix anything, you know,
- 4:05Speaker 1: mealing over it, going over what's wrong, explaining it, sharing
- 4:11Speaker 1: it with your friends, you know, making it sound worse
- 4:15Speaker 1: than it is, tell the story for pity from other people.
- 4:19Speaker 1: All of that right there, has nothing to do with
- 4:21Speaker 1: the fix. Sometimes you're just mulling over it. You're just
- 4:25Speaker 1: making it worse. You're just making it a bigger problem.
- 4:28Speaker 1: You're manifesting it into your atmosphere, You're putting it out
- 4:32Speaker 1: there in your spirit. Now, all of a sudden, it
- 4:34Speaker 1: consumes your day. Next thing, you know, you're having a
- 4:36Speaker 1: bad day. If you're having a bad day, it's because
- 4:39Speaker 1: you've been having some bad thoughts. So what I've had
- 4:43Speaker 1: to learn how to do, and what I'm working on
- 4:45Speaker 1: this morning, is I'm working on this situation that's been
- 4:48Speaker 1: cropped up. I was going kind of smooth here for
- 4:51Speaker 1: a minute, and now I didn't got real bumpy in
- 4:53Speaker 1: the road, you know, and all this here. So what
- 4:56Speaker 1: I'm thinking about now, though, is even though I've hit
- 4:59Speaker 1: a bump in the road, and even though i'd and
- 5:01Speaker 1: ran into a detour, and even though I've hit this love,
- 5:07Speaker 1: I'm going down into a valley, I ain't up on
- 5:09Speaker 1: the peak. Can I not still be grateful for all
- 5:13Speaker 1: the things that God has given me, for all the
- 5:16Speaker 1: things He's done for me, for all the things he's
- 5:19Speaker 1: brought me through, and realizing that even this that's happening
- 5:24Speaker 1: to me again is going to pass too. He gonna
- 5:27Speaker 1: get me through that attitude. Come home, man. God is
- 5:30Speaker 1: a good god man. It's a lot to be grateful for.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So while I'm tripping on this bumping the road out
- 5:35Speaker 1: and here, what I gotta remember is all the things
- 5:37Speaker 1: He's done for me. And like I say, my saying
- 5:40Speaker 1: is joined depression cannot reside in the same place. So
- 5:44Speaker 1: instead of being down about this new bumping the road,
- 5:47Speaker 1: if I'm constantly filling my mind with the thoughts of
- 5:50Speaker 1: how good he's been to me, of what all he's
- 5:53Speaker 1: done for me, of all the things he's brought me through,
- 5:56Speaker 1: of all the blessings he's presented me with, when I
- 5:59Speaker 1: go down that I really don't have a lot of
- 6:02Speaker 1: time to mull over the situation. Now. Do I have
- 6:08Speaker 1: to fix this bump in the road. Of course I do.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Are There's some things I'm going to have to do
- 6:13Speaker 1: the straighten it out, of course it is. But Steve
- 6:16Speaker 1: just going to get the business of doing it and
- 6:18Speaker 1: straighten it out. What you mulling over and wearing about
- 6:21Speaker 1: it for you know, old people I heard old people
- 6:24Speaker 1: say something I was growing up in the church. They say,
- 6:26Speaker 1: if you're gonna pray about it, don't worry about it.
- 6:28Speaker 1: But if you're gonna worry about it, don't pray about it.
- 6:31Speaker 1: That's an amazing thing. And prayer just happens to be
- 6:35Speaker 1: my weapon of choice. Now, it ain't always been that way.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I want you to understand that my first weapon of
- 6:41Speaker 1: choice was you do it to me, I do it
- 6:43Speaker 1: to you. You call me out, I call you out,
- 6:46Speaker 1: you say something bad about me. I've tried to find
- 6:48Speaker 1: you and say something bad about you. That was my
- 6:51Speaker 1: weapon in the past. How did that work out for you, Steve?
- 6:55Speaker 1: Not so good? Because you know what, I spent a
- 6:58Speaker 1: lot of time fighting back, kicking back, swinging back, when
- 7:03Speaker 1: I could have spent all that time climbing. See, all
- 7:07Speaker 1: you're trying to do at the end of the day, folks,
- 7:09Speaker 1: is have a better life than the one you got.
- 7:11Speaker 1: All you're trying to do is to improve your position
- 7:14Speaker 1: in life. You know, it's not my business to make
- 7:17Speaker 1: sure you don't get where you're going. Ain't got no
- 7:20Speaker 1: time for that. It's not my job to assure that
- 7:23Speaker 1: you ain't as high as me. I ain't got no
- 7:26Speaker 1: time for that. Your real mission and purpose is to
- 7:30Speaker 1: have the best life that you can have, to ascend
- 7:33Speaker 1: to the highest plateau that you can get to, to
- 7:36Speaker 1: make your family as comfortable as you can, to provide
- 7:39Speaker 1: as much as you can for your family. But legally, see,
- 7:43Speaker 1: those of us are sitting up here trying to come
- 7:45Speaker 1: up with sideways. You can ask a couple million men
- 7:48Speaker 1: sitting in prison today how they wish they hadn't have
- 7:50Speaker 1: done that, and they'll tell you, Oh, man, I wish
- 7:54Speaker 1: I never had did it. I knew not to go
- 7:57Speaker 1: down there. Something told me not to go down there. Man.
- 8:00Speaker 1: If I could change things, I would. But they're sitting
- 8:03Speaker 1: somewhere doing some time that had they made another decision
- 8:07Speaker 1: they wouldn't have to do. Now. That don't make them
- 8:10Speaker 1: throw away people, na, man, because everybody makes mistakes, and
- 8:14Speaker 1: God is in the forgiving business, and some of us
- 8:16Speaker 1: have done some things that really broke the law and
- 8:20Speaker 1: a whole lot of other things and deserve to do
- 8:22Speaker 1: some time. But through the grace of God, we didn't.
- 8:24Speaker 1: But now we set up here and we passed judgment
- 8:26Speaker 1: on people who got to do something. Man, I don't
- 8:29Speaker 1: care I don't care what you've done. God can't forgive anything,
- 8:32Speaker 1: but our position, our motivation in life is to try
- 8:36Speaker 1: to have the best life we can have and provide
- 8:38Speaker 1: for those around us and make it comfortable. If that's
- 8:41Speaker 1: your ambition, you don't have time to worry about or
- 8:46Speaker 1: concern yourself with another person. And I wasted time doing that,
- 8:51Speaker 1: And that's not the way to get it done. It's
- 8:54Speaker 1: simply mine to your business taking care of you and
- 8:57Speaker 1: getting yourself right and tight. It's twenty four of it,
- 9:00Speaker 1: so that's a full time job. So what I had
- 9:03Speaker 1: to learn was and what I've the reason I've chosen
- 9:06Speaker 1: prayer as as my weapon of choice now is that
- 9:10Speaker 1: now prayer helps me that I don't have to fight back. Now,
- 9:15Speaker 1: if I get cornered, I'm gonna fight you. I ain't
- 9:18Speaker 1: even gonna lie to you. And now I'm still working
- 9:20Speaker 1: on some things that trigger me. You know, you know,
- 9:25Speaker 1: you know, and and and and so I'm I'm slowly
- 9:28Speaker 1: getting better at that. But I've learned that my weapon
- 9:32Speaker 1: of choice is prayer now. So when it happens ugly
- 9:37Speaker 1: for me, I pray about it. When it gets tight
- 9:40Speaker 1: and dismal for me, I pray about it. And the
- 9:43Speaker 1: thing about prayer man is prayer changes things. Yes, it does.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Now read about it and try it. That's the deal. Okay,
- 9:54Speaker 1: come on, prayers of wonderful weapons. You're listening, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Let's have it. You know what I look for every day,
- 10:05Speaker 1: you undivided attention. This is Monday morning. We're all blessed
- 10:09Speaker 1: to be here. Everybody's safe and healthy, I hope so.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I hope everybody's following what the officials are asking us
- 10:16Speaker 1: to do. Social distancing. Wash your hands while hand washing
- 10:20Speaker 1: has upped it at the Harvey House because the President
- 10:24Speaker 1: for Center Disease Control of Mardred has ordered some damn
- 10:29Speaker 1: surgical soap from online, and now we gotta wash our
- 10:34Speaker 1: hands up to our damn elbow like we've fit to
- 10:38Speaker 1: do brain surgery or something in here soap. I was
- 10:41Speaker 1: outside with the dog today and we just set outside
- 10:45Speaker 1: so we wouldn't have to go in there and wash nothing.
- 10:49Speaker 1: So just wanted to throw that out. We are surviving,
- 10:53Speaker 1: doing quite well though. Found a lot of positive things
- 10:56Speaker 1: to do while I'm off, and hope you do the same.
- 10:59Speaker 1: It is what it is is, and let's get it
- 11:01Speaker 1: on Shirley Strawberry. Hey, good morning, Happy Monday to you, Steve.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Happy Monday. It is baby calling for real. Yeah, it
- 11:10Speaker 1: is good Monday morning to you, Steve and the crew,
- 11:14Speaker 1: the two thousand, nine hundred and ninety seventh Wonder Other World.
- 11:18Speaker 1: That damn junior ball kill straights morning everybody. I'm so
- 11:24Speaker 1: glad to say something. Yeah. Yeah, because you don't. You
- 11:28Speaker 1: don't live with nobody, So your quarantine real quiet and
- 11:35Speaker 1: you and the next one two Jay Anthony Brown, I'm fine.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I love it. I absolutely love it. Can I make
- 11:42Speaker 1: a little announcement shout out to all my medicinal smokers
- 11:45Speaker 1: out there, pace yourself. Okay, we don't know how long
- 11:49Speaker 1: this is gonna last. Gonna run out, He's gonna run out.
- 11:56Speaker 1: You ain't top of the morning. I just it's Monday, baby,
- 12:01Speaker 1: Let's get it. Let's get it. Man. I'm still yeah,
- 12:06Speaker 1: next to the last day of the month. Man, this
- 12:12Speaker 1: I was. I was struggling at first the first few days.
- 12:15Speaker 1: But I'm good man. Man mcgull found some stuff to
- 12:19Speaker 1: do together. You know, movie night is every night, isn't it,
- 12:25Speaker 1: And so you know we kind of know where to go.
- 12:28Speaker 1: We're both eating better so you know, we decided to
- 12:31Speaker 1: go on live it out man. So we're good man
- 12:35Speaker 1: over here. One question, Steve, question, what would you do
- 12:40Speaker 1: if the TV go out? Hold up? Hold on, hold on,
- 12:44Speaker 1: hold on. She was in the other room today and
- 12:46Speaker 1: she called me. She says, Steve, I can't get the
- 12:49Speaker 1: TV on. I damn, damn cuss what you mean? I'm sorry,
- 12:59Speaker 1: she says, wasn't did you just go No? I was?
- 13:01Speaker 1: I was saying, what could be wrong with it? This
- 13:06Speaker 1: TV go out? Would you do? Man? Man? I promise
- 13:11Speaker 1: you we out of stuff to talk about. We are
- 13:14Speaker 1: out no more Tiger king for you. We ain't got
- 13:22Speaker 1: no all of it, got no more. All right, Well,
- 13:27Speaker 1: coming up of thirty two minutes after the hour, Uh, Steve,
- 13:31Speaker 1: the President has flipped the script, and we'll also talk
- 13:35Speaker 1: about well you're kind of bringing up right now quarantine
- 13:38Speaker 1: quarrels right after this. You're listening to show. Well, yesterday
- 13:47Speaker 1: President Trump changed his mind. He flipped the script by
- 13:50Speaker 1: announcing that he would be extending social distancing guidelines until
- 13:56Speaker 1: April thirtieth. Firstly, yeah, previously, he had said he wanted
- 14:00Speaker 1: wanted to get the country open back up and working
- 14:03Speaker 1: by Easter Sunday. That's not gonna happen, now, Yeah, that's
- 14:06Speaker 1: not gonna The virus flipped the script. He ain't flipped
- 14:09Speaker 1: with Damn that virus. The virus flipped the screen. Yeah.
- 14:15Speaker 1: So it's gonna be a while, uh, you know before
- 14:18Speaker 1: we can, uh the country can get back to work
- 14:21Speaker 1: and open up again. Yeah. It's very serious, not that.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Not that people who got the easter stuff laid out
- 14:30Speaker 1: already already put it back up. Put it back man, man,
- 14:35Speaker 1: what they gonna do? What they gonna do. That's churches.
- 14:42Speaker 1: They actually went to churchill today. Yeah in Florida. Yah, yeah,
- 14:45Speaker 1: in Florida, man, and I talk bad about the pastor
- 14:49Speaker 1: doing that. Let's sake, hey man, there's a video out
- 14:53Speaker 1: down in Broward, Florida, Broward County County. H what these
- 14:57Speaker 1: kids had blocked off the freeway because there has a
- 14:59Speaker 1: curve you down there, I said, video. They did this
- 15:03Speaker 1: video telling Mark, Yeah, this is how we do it.
- 15:05Speaker 1: What a curfew at what I mean? They blocked it
- 15:07Speaker 1: entire field. It was, you know, about a hundred cars
- 15:10Speaker 1: I could see. I guess in this video. I guess
- 15:12Speaker 1: not that many. But it's just and the police were
- 15:15Speaker 1: trying to get over there, but they had blocked it
- 15:17Speaker 1: where the police couldn't even get over there. Yeah, this
- 15:19Speaker 1: is how we do it down here in Brow County.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Hey man, listen, this thing is really serious. Serious. This
- 15:26Speaker 1: ain't no time that you can't throw no damn block party.
- 15:29Speaker 1: And then all the you know, man, they was running
- 15:31Speaker 1: between cars and everything, talking to each other. Y'all. This
- 15:36Speaker 1: this is real, man, this is really real. I thought
- 15:39Speaker 1: that was a real display. And the other display I saw,
- 15:43Speaker 1: did you see the neked girl on top of the
- 15:46Speaker 1: bull and in the Financial District in New York? That
- 15:53Speaker 1: it's just the bull aber one white girl naked on
- 15:57Speaker 1: the bull in asking that yo, can you I don't
- 16:04Speaker 1: know if it's a merl nnch bull. It's just a
- 16:06Speaker 1: bull down in the Financial Districe. All you gotta do
- 16:10Speaker 1: is all you gotta do is google and go nkenke
- 16:13Speaker 1: girl in New York. And it was just like in
- 16:22Speaker 1: protests of the coronavirus, talking about she ain't scared of
- 16:26Speaker 1: no coronavirus. And there's nobody out there except the girl
- 16:29Speaker 1: taking her picture. But then a New York Post photographer
- 16:34Speaker 1: shows up and takes the picture and she jumps off
- 16:37Speaker 1: with her girlfriend and runs down. Oh that's OK. People
- 16:45Speaker 1: think that they are invincible, that they can't catch it,
- 16:49Speaker 1: that you know, for some reason. But that's not true.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Anyone can catch this. They're having Younger people are dying,
- 16:57Speaker 1: you know, older people of course because of their comp
- 17:00Speaker 1: mind's immune systems. But this is so very serious, you know,
- 17:03Speaker 1: you guys, please everybody Black people. Yeah, And I read
- 17:11Speaker 1: a crazy story about this twenty one year old kid
- 17:14Speaker 1: in New York. His father had told him not to
- 17:16Speaker 1: go to spring break. He would the spring break in
- 17:18Speaker 1: Texas at a beach anyway, So when he came home,
- 17:21Speaker 1: his father wouldn't let him in the house. His father
- 17:24Speaker 1: said no. So when he came home, his car was
- 17:27Speaker 1: loaded with groceries. The son left his car at the house.
- 17:31Speaker 1: His father went out that loaded his car with groceries,
- 17:33Speaker 1: and when he came home, he said, no, that I
- 17:35Speaker 1: go your groceries. Man. So he had to go to
- 17:37Speaker 1: his dorm apartment. He was home for break. I thought
- 17:41Speaker 1: he was gonna be home and his father said no,
- 17:43Speaker 1: And he said his grandparents lived here with us, and
- 17:47Speaker 1: I can't run the risk. I don't know what he's done,
- 17:49Speaker 1: and I've told him, you can't bring that back and exposed.
- 17:54Speaker 1: You know my mother and father today. Man, he didn't
- 17:58Speaker 1: let his son in the house. I ain't mad at that. Yeah,
- 18:03Speaker 1: acting responsibly. I mean take your twenty one year old ass.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Not just like that. But when Win came from Dubai
- 18:10Speaker 1: and the Uber bought him to the house, Marger didn't
- 18:13Speaker 1: let his ass in the How that's crazy? Your ass
- 18:17Speaker 1: over to this other house? We got he had to
- 18:20Speaker 1: go over there. Then we found the doctor that went
- 18:22Speaker 1: over there and tested him. Then we waited on test
- 18:24Speaker 1: results and found out he was negative. And now his
- 18:27Speaker 1: ass ain't been over here. I didn't know y'all had
- 18:31Speaker 1: a halfway house. Let's go back to that when y'all
- 18:33Speaker 1: get now, we don't have a halfway house. We just
- 18:37Speaker 1: have another house. Let me get this. Most people have
- 18:39Speaker 1: a spare room. You just have a spare ass house.
- 18:46Speaker 1: He must be nice. Why the Corona story. He has
- 18:56Speaker 1: to fall back seat to the NIPI we breaking out
- 19:02Speaker 1: your richness. It's your richness, man, that's your u a house.
- 19:07Speaker 1: You know it's break coming bad rooms? Is that one? Yeah?
- 19:10Speaker 1: I'm now he quiet. Now that means it's nice. Yeah,
- 19:22Speaker 1: that means it's nice. And when we go to break,
- 19:25Speaker 1: we're gonna be all kind of initials, trust me, Yeah
- 19:30Speaker 1: for sure. Yeah, Hey, so when is the break? Because
- 19:39Speaker 1: the other house gated gate bless man. We'll be right
- 19:49Speaker 1: back to rich people slip ups right after these messages.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Tell you about a minute or so. Yeah, anybody get
- 19:59Speaker 1: into any quarantine fights or anything by myself? Yea, by yourself.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Who was talking to myself and answering me? Somebody will
- 20:11Speaker 1: come and get me? I man, yeah, man, I'm coming
- 20:19Speaker 1: over this weekend. Down Just open again. And when you
- 20:23Speaker 1: understand how important talking is, until you can't talk and
- 20:26Speaker 1: let me explain something. When you come, I'll be out back.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I try not to go, not even I'm out back
- 20:35Speaker 1: man now, amen, Amen, Me and my wife we out back.
- 20:39Speaker 1: We started five. I'm here y'all on this little honeymoon.
- 20:44Speaker 1: I'm glad to hear that it's breaking out over there.
- 20:47Speaker 1: All right, Um, well, guys, we're gonna move on because
- 20:50Speaker 1: coming up next it's Monday, so you know what that means.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Church complaints with Reverend Motown and Deacon death Jam. Right
- 20:56Speaker 1: after this, you're listening Steve Good Morning Show. Coming up
- 21:02Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, Miss Anne will be
- 21:04Speaker 1: here standing by UH with today's national news, of course,
- 21:08Speaker 1: plus an entertainment news. Joanna Man remember him well, jam
- 21:12Speaker 1: Juanna Man was arrested for stealing groceries. We'll tell you
- 21:16Speaker 1: about it. Yeah, we'll talk. Yeah, yeah, first so it's Monday. Yeah,
- 21:25Speaker 1: time to laugh a little bit. And we needed right now,
- 21:28Speaker 1: Reverend Motown, Deacon death Jam in the building with church complaints.
- 21:31Speaker 1: What is going on? Yeah, we we'll heal. We are
- 21:39Speaker 1: doing UH complaints virtual Today's right, we're doing virtual complaints
- 21:46Speaker 1: called the jack Pot Joint of Jerusalem had been quite
- 21:51Speaker 1: self self quarted, that's right, and we've self quanted everybody out.
- 21:57Speaker 1: So the complaints is going virus today. So come on, deacon,
- 22:02Speaker 1: all right, past, I see yesterday we did the online streaming.
- 22:06Speaker 1: We raised fifteen thousand dollars in ties. A lot of
- 22:10Speaker 1: the members now want to get rid of the church.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Your thoughts past, that'll be fine with me. Where is
- 22:17Speaker 1: the fifteen thousand, It's in our account, it's our cash, apple.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Let it bring it to my possession so we can
- 22:25Speaker 1: close the church. I can't bring it to you because
- 22:28Speaker 1: I can't get next to you right now. It's all right,
- 22:30Speaker 1: I'll go down then, now that I know it's down there,
- 22:33Speaker 1: I'll go down or matter of fact, soon as the
- 22:36Speaker 1: Reggio show is old. All right, all right, you're gonna
- 22:41Speaker 1: get to the money passing. Well, we can close it
- 22:43Speaker 1: if you want to. Yeah, now you tell them that
- 22:50Speaker 1: I will not go ahead, all right, listen past that
- 22:55Speaker 1: the women's auxiliary has gone. H They was gonna make
- 22:59Speaker 1: mask out of old brash. Sister Ernstein has the only
- 23:03Speaker 1: she's the only one with old bras and hers is
- 23:06Speaker 1: a double jay. So instead of looking like face man,
- 23:09Speaker 1: it's gonna look more like ski mask. So the people
- 23:12Speaker 1: I can saying about being arrested with these kinds of masks,
- 23:16Speaker 1: and it's your call. She doesn't understand that or mask
- 23:21Speaker 1: must be tightly fitting around the facial area. She know
- 23:26Speaker 1: good in hell, Well the Jays don't fit tight nowhere,
- 23:32Speaker 1: or grown ass man could put his entire knee in
- 23:35Speaker 1: that cup. And so we want to thank her for
- 23:41Speaker 1: trying to make a contribution to the lack of mask,
- 23:45Speaker 1: but hers will not or sufficiently. Stuff will be getting
- 23:49Speaker 1: all in the sides. Yeah, that's strung fans, that's true.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I don't want to hear the feeling. But I tell
- 23:55Speaker 1: again that's what you want me, She'll be all right.
- 23:58Speaker 1: The only one can wear this. Or Raymond Chestnut's big head,
- 24:01Speaker 1: water boy, you could do that thing and have an
- 24:08Speaker 1: extra time all right past the eye. Now, this one
- 24:13Speaker 1: is very serious, and this one is that these people
- 24:16Speaker 1: are going through the side piece ministry is going completely
- 24:20Speaker 1: crazy past. No one has visited them in three weeks.
- 24:24Speaker 1: They are asking the church to send their loved ones
- 24:26Speaker 1: with mask and gloves on. Is it possible that's not
- 24:30Speaker 1: gonna work out? Or do to it? You would have
- 24:33Speaker 1: to notify the wives who are unaware of this ministry.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Have they thought this request out? I don't think something,
- 24:43Speaker 1: but they've gotten lonely past. It is what it is.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Number twos or can't be one. You can't be a
- 24:53Speaker 1: two any one. If you're too then you not do one.
- 24:58Speaker 1: You don't graduate. You told this before. Twos never get
- 25:03Speaker 1: promoted to Uno, I beg she listened to this right here.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Every time the tour is nixt wash this here one
- 25:15Speaker 1: two undood, Uno deuce All the tour is always nixt dude.
- 25:39Speaker 1: You're gonna have to talk to Barbara Dixon Path. She's
- 25:42Speaker 1: been homeschooling her kids. One is eleven. In the other
- 25:46Speaker 1: one it's thirteen. He claimed that they are ready to
- 25:50Speaker 1: graduate this coming said from high school. I don't know what.
- 25:54Speaker 1: I don't know what she talking about. This homeschool that
- 25:58Speaker 1: is wearing members about this. People let their kids out
- 26:03Speaker 1: of school, the boys and left me not ready to
- 26:05Speaker 1: graduate from no school. I saw the boys Easter speech
- 26:10Speaker 1: last year. I can tell you right now he's not
- 26:12Speaker 1: ready for graduation of any times is not spelled with
- 26:19Speaker 1: a Z on it? What z hold is her children? Again?
- 26:29Speaker 1: Eleven and thirteen in the in the poland the thirteen
- 26:33Speaker 1: year in Lord him laship he in the choir. Lord. Yeah,
- 26:41Speaker 1: so we need to work on that, pastor. All right,
- 26:43Speaker 1: here we go. Our brother Lankster Maids was arrested for
- 26:47Speaker 1: hiding in Walmart. He decided to come up the surface
- 26:51Speaker 1: at three o'clock in the morning. The security guard caught
- 26:54Speaker 1: him on twelve stilling bounding paper time. He told them,
- 26:57Speaker 1: and he was getting this for the church. Oh well,
- 27:01Speaker 1: U he was. You send him in there to Stills.
- 27:07Speaker 1: I didn't send him to that Walmart. I had told
- 27:10Speaker 1: him go to Kroger. But this so he took this
- 27:16Speaker 1: is a this is a plan and mistake is what
- 27:22Speaker 1: he Croger, but he didn't want to drive past the Walmart.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Now he is an ass in jail. What you want
- 27:31Speaker 1: me to do because my cousin is the manager the Kroger.
- 27:36Speaker 1: We had said it all up because he didn't want
- 27:43Speaker 1: to drive path Walmart because he said it was he
- 27:49Speaker 1: it was save on gas. And now now your cheap
- 27:55Speaker 1: ass in jail. Yeah, get him out. Well we could
- 28:00Speaker 1: now don't leave him in that path. He you know,
- 28:04Speaker 1: we don't want now you know, jails ain't practiced since
- 28:08Speaker 1: social distancing, So we got to leave him in here
- 28:11Speaker 1: because now he ain't in jail. This I'm calling this quarantine. Yeah,
- 28:17Speaker 1: share what they is. Yeah, remind me not to remind
- 28:21Speaker 1: me not to steal another, which you I see how
- 28:23Speaker 1: you well, Deacon, I'm talling right now. I don't steal
- 28:30Speaker 1: when you say that, so he could go and do it.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I set up a lot of things. Let me look here, sir,
- 28:37Speaker 1: we gotta member. You need to talk to this. Listen.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Sister Gretchen Brooks was on the video conference call Pastor.
- 28:44Speaker 1: She has not shaved since being locked down. The members
- 28:47Speaker 1: want you to talk to hercause she looking more like
- 28:50Speaker 1: brother Brooks. Right now. You don't have to say sat
- 28:53Speaker 1: down because I was on that video call and I
- 28:56Speaker 1: referred to her as brother three occasion. Hopefully she will
- 29:07Speaker 1: be shaved. All right? Thank you for church complaints coming
- 29:13Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour. Entertainment and national news.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning
- 29:21Speaker 1: Show in today's entertainment news. Earlier this month, Rihanna donated
- 29:28Speaker 1: five million dollars to organizations in Barbados and around the
- 29:32Speaker 1: world to help fight the coronavirus. Also, New York Governor
- 29:36Speaker 1: Andrew Cuomo shouted out to Rihanna after she came through
- 29:40Speaker 1: with personal protective equipment for the state. Fomo tweeted, I
- 29:44Speaker 1: want to thank at Rihanna for the Rihanna Foundation and
- 29:47Speaker 1: the Rihanna Foundation for donating personal protective equipment to New
- 29:52Speaker 1: York State. We're so appreciative of your help and that
- 29:55Speaker 1: of so many others who have stepped up. So congratulations,
- 29:59Speaker 1: got A. That's not what he wanted to say. What
- 30:05Speaker 1: do you mean start? Thanks? Wow? Well? Uh. In other news,
- 30:28Speaker 1: guys entertainment news actor Miguel Nunez, best known for his
- 30:31Speaker 1: role as Juwanna Man, was arrested for shoplifting. Um mcguill
- 30:38Speaker 1: was checking out at a Ralph's grocery store in Los
- 30:41Speaker 1: Angeles when his credit card got declined, so he just
- 30:44Speaker 1: took his groceries in the cart and walked right out
- 30:47Speaker 1: of the store. Then a few days later, Bill Yeah,
- 30:50Speaker 1: he returned to the store, same grocery store and was arrested,
- 30:54Speaker 1: but the cops just gave him a ticket for the misdemeanor, because,
- 30:58Speaker 1: as we all know, during this pandemic, the cops are
- 31:00Speaker 1: not jailing people for minor offenses. However, according to Miguel,
- 31:05Speaker 1: he was in a long line at the story, standing
- 31:07Speaker 1: six week feet away and decided to leave with his
- 31:10Speaker 1: groceries and he planned on paying for them on another day.
- 31:17Speaker 1: That when they don't know what you've got, well he
- 31:21Speaker 1: should when he should have went in as Joanna Man
- 31:24Speaker 1: and not Miguel. I don't know why. I don't know
- 31:28Speaker 1: why you would steal something as Miguel dressed up as
- 31:34Speaker 1: Joanna Man's your character, go down there, steal and come
- 31:38Speaker 1: back and said, my sister in law just stole some
- 31:42Speaker 1: stuff from here and I'd like to pay for it.
- 31:44Speaker 1: But you know, Joanna Man, that just don't make sense
- 31:47Speaker 1: to me why he went as mc don't sound like
- 31:52Speaker 1: mcguel either, man, No, don't yeah, sound like don't make sense.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Listen to me. He didn't already no and not run
- 32:01Speaker 1: walk as a black man? You know? Good hair? Well
- 32:05Speaker 1: you can't take no stuff out the stove talking, but
- 32:07Speaker 1: you're gonna come back and pay for it. Let man,
- 32:09Speaker 1: come on, dog, dog, how long he been black? Not
- 32:12Speaker 1: going for this right? Make no damn sense lost show
- 32:17Speaker 1: rabbit ass mind. There's two strikes you got against you. First,
- 32:22Speaker 1: you didn't dress up like one man, and you worked
- 32:24Speaker 1: at as a black man to steal show. Damn mind, dog,
- 32:30Speaker 1: you should have dressed up like a white man. Don't
- 32:32Speaker 1: you want him? Dog, I'm not I'm not going for
- 32:35Speaker 1: some of this stuff right here, damn foolish. Well what
- 32:37Speaker 1: about the fact that he said he planned to go
- 32:39Speaker 1: back another day? Okay, Well, when he walked through the door,
- 32:43Speaker 1: he should have walked right up there with the money. Yeah, no,
- 32:47Speaker 1: you should have went to another round. He took his
- 32:52Speaker 1: ass back and out to the same damn stow. That
- 32:54Speaker 1: don't make no sense. That's how a criminal. Don't be
- 32:59Speaker 1: a criminal. I don't know what you do with that
- 33:01Speaker 1: camper had different store all written all over it. I
- 33:03Speaker 1: don't know why I don't go back into the round
- 33:11Speaker 1: three All right, Time to get caught up on today's
- 33:16Speaker 1: headline feed. Let's go he miss trip. Good morning everybody. Yeah,
- 33:23Speaker 1: that was that was deep, okay. Starting out with the
- 33:25Speaker 1: latest coronavirus figures everybody worldwide, there are over six hundred
- 33:29Speaker 1: and fifty seven thousand positive cases with thirty thousand, four
- 33:33Speaker 1: hundred and thirty eight deaths. Nationally, over one hundred and
- 33:36Speaker 1: twenty five thousand COVID nineteen cases with some twenty two
- 33:39Speaker 1: hundred deaths. In New York State over fifty thousand cases.
- 33:43Speaker 1: We've mentioned New York State because New York State has
- 33:45Speaker 1: so many, such a large percentage of all the new
- 33:48Speaker 1: coronavirus cases, So we watched New York State numbers very closely.
- 33:52Speaker 1: President Trump's quickly backed off of the idea he floated
- 33:54Speaker 1: on Saturday about quarantining parts of New York, New Jersey,
- 33:58Speaker 1: and Connecticut. A New York governor Cuomo said he would sue,
- 34:01Speaker 1: and Trump said he and Trump was reminded after that
- 34:04Speaker 1: about how cutting off that part of the country it
- 34:07Speaker 1: includes Wall Street, might make stock investors kind of nervous,
- 34:10Speaker 1: and said the government's now issuing advisories against any non
- 34:14Speaker 1: essential travel to the New York area, and doctor Anthony Fauci,
- 34:18Speaker 1: a member of the President's Coronavirus Task Force, tells CNN
- 34:21Speaker 1: State of the Union that that sort of advisory does
- 34:23Speaker 1: make sense. Which you don't want is people traveling from
- 34:26Speaker 1: that area to other areas of the country and inadvertently
- 34:31Speaker 1: and innocently infecting other individuals. With New York State now
- 34:35Speaker 1: the epicenter of the coronavirus, governors in Texas, Florida, Maryland,
- 34:38Speaker 1: and South Carolina have ordered people arriving from New York,
- 34:41Speaker 1: New Jersey in Connecticut to self quarantine themselves for at
- 34:44Speaker 1: least fourteen days now. Rhode Islands imposed the most dramatic regulation,
- 34:48Speaker 1: cops in that state pulling over at least order to
- 34:50Speaker 1: pull over vehicles with New York plates, collecting contact information,
- 34:54Speaker 1: and forcing a two week quarantine. And Rhode Island's governor
- 34:57Speaker 1: went further. She said she ordered her state national hard
- 35:00Speaker 1: to go door to door in coastal communities and a
- 35:02Speaker 1: further effort to locate people who'd recently arrived there from
- 35:05Speaker 1: the New York area. Well New York's Governor Coulmo said
- 35:08Speaker 1: I'm su all it at. So then Rhode Island backed
- 35:10Speaker 1: off of some of that. Doctor Fauci, by the way,
- 35:13Speaker 1: says that New York City area accounts for some fifty
- 35:15Speaker 1: six percent of all new infections in the country. Trump
- 35:18Speaker 1: also did about face on gun shops, which would deem
- 35:21Speaker 1: non essential and therefore in order to close the National
- 35:23Speaker 1: Rife Association threatened to see about that. So Trump had
- 35:26Speaker 1: gun stores switched to the essential services calm let mean
- 35:29Speaker 1: gun stores are open. Fishers in Florida Scay hospitals there
- 35:33Speaker 1: will soon receive shipments of hydroxy clo quinn. That's a
- 35:37Speaker 1: President Trump. That's the anti malaria drug that President Trump
- 35:39Speaker 1: says is a potential treatment for COVID. Nineteen Detroit Auto
- 35:43Speaker 1: Show has been canceled. The venue you've been turned into
- 35:45Speaker 1: a giant makeshift hospital. Got some good sports related news.
- 35:49Speaker 1: One of the first NBA players the test positive for
- 35:51Speaker 1: the coronavirus has recovered. Christian what Are the Pistons tested
- 35:54Speaker 1: positive on March fourteenth, but one of the Nets veteran
- 35:58Speaker 1: Garrett Temple, says he's using his off time to prepare
- 36:01Speaker 1: for Elsat's exams because he wants to practice law when
- 36:04Speaker 1: his playing career is over. Yeah, I must have watched
- 36:08Speaker 1: a lot of Perry Mason like I did good for him.
- 36:11Speaker 1: Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening
- 36:14Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Well, if you guys
- 36:18Speaker 1: haven't heard, the president has extended social distancing until April thirty,
- 36:22Speaker 1: at the end of next month. Jan Anthony Brown is
- 36:26Speaker 1: here with his list of self help phone numbers that
- 36:29Speaker 1: might help you get through this. Jay, what's this? This
- 36:32Speaker 1: is all about self help numbers that are out there
- 36:34Speaker 1: to help people go through this quarantine. A lot of
- 36:36Speaker 1: people don't know. Nine one one is overloaded. Stop calling them. Okay,
- 36:39Speaker 1: So here's some self help numbers. One eight hundred church sounds.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Now you might not can go to church, but you
- 36:47Speaker 1: call one eight church You're here, You're here, shouting, you're here, Oregon,

- 37:23Speaker 1: is a very serious one eight hundred. The web lady
- 37:28Speaker 1: one eight hundred, the we've lady. Yes, and you need
- 37:33Speaker 1: to talk to somebody about how to greve your scalp,
- 37:36Speaker 1: how to maybe brave your own damn hell, you know,
- 37:40Speaker 1: until it because it's dry, how to get through this.
- 37:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna hear to help. This is a very serious
- 37:48Speaker 1: eight hundred numbers, one eight hundred nail shot. Now you shot,
- 37:54Speaker 1: you can't make it that haul him up. There will
- 37:56Speaker 1: be somebody that now you won't be able to understand
- 38:00Speaker 1: damn thing they say. Okay, but you will be able
- 38:04Speaker 1: to leave a message. Don't try to have a conversation. Hello, Hello,
- 38:09Speaker 1: it's initially we got it the first time, okay. One
- 38:21Speaker 1: eight hundred. This is very sis. Right before you get

- 38:45Speaker 1: this is my last one eight hundred number for all
- 38:49Speaker 1: my freaks and freak cats out there. You just want
- 38:52Speaker 1: to hit straight. Nash did talk one eight hundred, Nash
- 38:56Speaker 1: died talk. Now it's busy, It's just busy. This is
- 39:06Speaker 1: completely so you're gonna be Oh well, I think we
- 39:12Speaker 1: got a jay thank you coming up in thirty four
- 39:17Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, asked the cello in the building,
- 39:21Speaker 1: the chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. Right after this, you're

- 39:44Speaker 1: I'm a forty year old woman that has been in
- 39:47Speaker 1: a relationship for the past seven years. I have a
- 39:50Speaker 1: fifteen year old daughter that came to live with us
- 39:54Speaker 1: recently and things went downhill. This man was so mean
- 39:58Speaker 1: and disrespectful to my child, and he told me he
- 40:02Speaker 1: hates her. I got tired of him being evil to
- 40:05Speaker 1: my to my child, so I decided to move out.
- 40:08Speaker 1: Well the day I was going to tell him he
- 40:11Speaker 1: had a stroke and was in the hospital for a month.
- 40:15Speaker 1: He's home from the hospital now and he can't stay
- 40:18Speaker 1: home alone. I still want to break up with him,
- 40:21Speaker 1: but he needs my help. Can I leave him? Or
- 40:24Speaker 1: am I obligated to stay? No? No, you can get
- 40:27Speaker 1: right oute. Hate has consequences to it now, you know
- 40:33Speaker 1: now he mean to your child? Hateful now he hit now,
- 40:38Speaker 1: stroke hit him now. But here's the other thing, though,
- 40:41Speaker 1: I bet if the daughters around now now I hateful,
- 40:44Speaker 1: he gonna be, you know, because see now he needs somebody.
- 40:49Speaker 1: It's just sort of a lesson and you gotta be
- 40:52Speaker 1: careful how you treat people because you might need him
- 40:56Speaker 1: one day and this could be the case right here,
- 41:02Speaker 1: or you could just you know, stay there with your daughter,
- 41:05Speaker 1: help him get back on his feet. Then leave. Yeah,
- 41:09Speaker 1: you ain't got to sleep with him whole left side.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Shit that okay. And if you do leave, make sure
- 41:17Speaker 1: he has Pamper's web wife, have all that stuff close. So,
- 41:24Speaker 1: I mean, you know, because in these times too, with
- 41:26Speaker 1: the coronavirus and everything, you gotta practice that. So he
- 41:29Speaker 1: come home, you know, just be decent. You ain't gotta
- 41:32Speaker 1: leave right now. Just make your plan. Yeah, you know
- 41:35Speaker 1: he can't stop you, Steven. Let him know when you
- 41:40Speaker 1: get well, when you get well. No, no, you ain't
- 41:44Speaker 1: got to say that. You ain't got to say that.
- 41:46Speaker 1: He just leave just when you do well, Just get
- 41:49Speaker 1: to leave. Just lead. They've been together seven years? Seven years?
- 41:54Speaker 1: And where was it going? You're not married, y'all, just
- 41:57Speaker 1: seeing each other, so you know, find out. You found
- 42:01Speaker 1: out a lot about him. He'd been he'd been mean
- 42:03Speaker 1: for a while though he married you in seven years.
- 42:06Speaker 1: All right, saucy, all right, here we go. Anonymous in
- 42:10Speaker 1: Saint Petersburg, Florida. Steve, I'm a fifty seven year old
- 42:13Speaker 1: man seeking advice because my forty five year old wife
- 42:16Speaker 1: is sleeping with a thirty two year old man. I
- 42:20Speaker 1: cheated on her three years ago, and since then she
- 42:23Speaker 1: has been trying to get me back. Well, now she
- 42:27Speaker 1: has my attention, and I want her to leave this
- 42:29Speaker 1: young man alone. My heart breaks whenever she leaves the
- 42:33Speaker 1: house and she is looking good and smelling good, she
- 42:36Speaker 1: lies to me about her whereabouts. How can I get
- 42:39Speaker 1: my wife back? No, bro, bro again, once again, we
- 42:43Speaker 1: talk about consequences. Now, Bro, you fifty seven, you cheated
- 42:47Speaker 1: on her. She'd been looking for ways to get you back.
- 42:50Speaker 1: She got you back, she dating a thirty two year old. Now,
- 42:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna just assuming what happened was after she busted
- 42:57Speaker 1: you cheating probably more than once. Uh, she decided that
- 43:03Speaker 1: she may have forgiven you, but she ain't forgot. And now, sometimes, man,
- 43:08Speaker 1: some people not saying two wrongs make a right, but
- 43:11Speaker 1: y'all married, she decided since you did me, I'm gonna
- 43:14Speaker 1: do you. Now. Two wrongs don't make a right, but
- 43:17Speaker 1: she doing the wrong. It's nothing you could do. Look, man,
- 43:20Speaker 1: you could throw yourself at the mercy of the court.
- 43:23Speaker 1: But Bro, you bought cheating into the relationship, so you
- 43:28Speaker 1: gotta deal with these consequences. Ma'am. Sorry, Bro, it's tough
- 43:31Speaker 1: like that, but you know you can't interject nothing into
- 43:33Speaker 1: the relationship then not now you want it all to stop.
- 43:37Speaker 1: She probably and this cheating incident probably was happening quite
- 43:42Speaker 1: a while before she busted you. That's a consequence, man,
- 43:46Speaker 1: it just is. I'm sorry, Bro. That's an eye for eye,
- 43:49Speaker 1: boo for a boot, that's what that is. An eye
- 43:54Speaker 1: for eye boo for a boot. That's what that is. Wow,

- 48:13Speaker 1: so look, bring me everybody's stuff. Let me at least
- 48:16Speaker 1: after lunch. They all come in here and pick up

- 54:48Speaker 1: J song. Your body's here with me, but your mind
- 54:50Speaker 1: is on the other side of town. Here we go, Steve.
- 54:53Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. I am a fifty seven year old
- 54:56Speaker 1: married woman and I've been married for twenty five years.
- 55:00Speaker 1: It's been an agonizing marriage because my husband has cheated
- 55:04Speaker 1: on me several times with many different women. He got
- 55:09Speaker 1: caught most of the time, and I would act a
- 55:11Speaker 1: fool and threaten the females, and then he'd apologize and
- 55:14Speaker 1: promised to stop cheating, and I'd believe him. But the
- 55:17Speaker 1: last time I found out he was cheating, I found
- 55:20Speaker 1: the woman at her job and beat the breaks off
- 55:22Speaker 1: her in the parking lot because she had known me
- 55:26Speaker 1: for years, and this betrayal hurt worse than the others.
- 55:30Speaker 1: After the fight, I told my husband that that was
- 55:34Speaker 1: it and I was done with his foolishness. He's terrified
- 55:38Speaker 1: that I will leave him, so if he's cheating now,
- 55:40Speaker 1: he's being very discreet. We're still married and living together,
- 55:44Speaker 1: but mentally I have moved on from him, and I
- 55:47Speaker 1: reconnected with the true love of my life. It's an
- 55:51Speaker 1: old boyfriend of mine that has been divorced for two years,
- 55:54Speaker 1: and he has nothing but time and lots of good
- 55:58Speaker 1: loving just for me. For the past year, we've been inseparable,
- 56:02Speaker 1: but my husband knows nothing about us. We were going
- 56:06Speaker 1: on our first vacation this spring, but now our plans
- 56:09Speaker 1: are on hold and I haven't seen him and felt
- 56:13Speaker 1: his touch in two weeks because I'm quarantine with my sorry,
- 56:16Speaker 1: cheating husband. My boyfriend has been facetiming me every day
- 56:21Speaker 1: and keeps begging me to pack up my things and
- 56:24Speaker 1: come to his house. All right, I'm worried about what
- 56:28Speaker 1: our friends will think if I leave home during the quarantine.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Am I crazy for caring about his feelings? Should I
- 56:37Speaker 1: pack up and go be with my soul mate? My
- 56:39Speaker 1: body is here with my husband, but my mind is
- 56:41Speaker 1: on the other side of town with my boyfriend. How
- 56:44Speaker 1: should I handle this situation? Please advise? Well, I have
- 56:48Speaker 1: to tell you that I'm sure you're not alone during
- 56:51Speaker 1: this quarantine. A lot of people are feeling the same
- 56:54Speaker 1: way you are. You know, they're stuck in the house
- 56:58Speaker 1: with someone, but their mind is with you know, their
- 57:02Speaker 1: other significant other, be that a boyfriend, a girlfriend, someone
- 57:06Speaker 1: they're cheating with, whatever, But that's the situation. You're not alone.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I also have to tell you that you know, two
- 57:15Speaker 1: wrongs don't make it right. You know this, Okay, this
- 57:18Speaker 1: started out as a revenge move on your part that
- 57:21Speaker 1: blossomed into this full blown affair with this boo that
- 57:24Speaker 1: you're calling your soulmate, the guy that you really love.
- 57:27Speaker 1: You've been married to your husband for twenty five years,
- 57:31Speaker 1: you've been for fifty something years. You've been taking his
- 57:35Speaker 1: crap for half your life because you're you're you're fifty
- 57:38Speaker 1: seven years old, and I got to ask you, why
- 57:43Speaker 1: why are you allowing him to treat you this way?
- 57:47Speaker 1: When you kept taking him back and you gave him
- 57:49Speaker 1: no reason whatsoever to stop cheating. I mean, that did
- 57:53Speaker 1: it right there. He had the best of both worlds.
- 57:55Speaker 1: He disrespected you your marriage numerous time, and he still
- 57:58Speaker 1: thinks all he has to do. He would say something
- 58:00Speaker 1: like baby, I'm sorry, and here he is back in again.
- 58:04Speaker 1: The lesson for you to learn here is you got
- 58:07Speaker 1: to stand up for yourself. I mean, no man should
- 58:09Speaker 1: be should be allowed to treat you that way. What
- 58:12Speaker 1: happens if you get with this new guy your boo,
- 58:15Speaker 1: your soul mate, and he starts cheating down the line,
- 58:18Speaker 1: you can't take it from him either. But you know
- 58:22Speaker 1: you don't have to worry about that right now because
- 58:24Speaker 1: we're all quarantine and your boyfriend only asked you to
- 58:28Speaker 1: pack your bags and come be with him at his house.
- 58:31Speaker 1: I mean, if it's true love, you know, is he
- 58:33Speaker 1: gonna wait for you and all of that until after
- 58:35Speaker 1: the quarantine, after you get a divorce from your serial
- 58:38Speaker 1: cheater of a husband. Those are the things you need
- 58:40Speaker 1: to know before you actually make a move to get
- 58:43Speaker 1: with this guy, if that's what you want. Since you're
- 58:45Speaker 1: so finished with your husband, you know, then you can
- 58:48Speaker 1: really walk into this new relationship and the baggage free.
- 58:51Speaker 1: So those are the things you have to think about
- 58:53Speaker 1: while you're quarantine with your cheating husband. Okay, Steve Well,
- 59:00Speaker 1: fifty seven year old married woman, been married twenty five years,
- 59:03Speaker 1: like Shirley said, half year life, been an agonizing marriage.
- 59:08Speaker 1: Your husband had cheated on you several times, many different women.
- 59:14Speaker 1: He got caught most of the time, you ain't caught
- 59:17Speaker 1: all of them because it's been many And then what
- 59:20Speaker 1: was your reaction? Though you'd act a fool and then
- 59:23Speaker 1: you threatened the females. Then he'd apologized, tell you we
- 59:29Speaker 1: aren't gonna do it no more. You believed him. But
- 59:34Speaker 1: then the last time I found out he was cheating,
- 59:36Speaker 1: I found a woman at his job, and I beat
- 59:40Speaker 1: the brakes off of her in the parking lot because
- 59:43Speaker 1: she has known me for years. And this brutal and
- 59:46Speaker 1: this betrayal hurt worse than the others. Hold on, you
- 59:51Speaker 1: didn't ran the risk of going to jail. You went
- 59:53Speaker 1: in the parking lot, jumped on a woman for cheating
- 59:56Speaker 1: with your husband. How you keep confronting all these women's
- 59:59Speaker 1: that ain't depth there, all these women that haven't taken
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: a vow to you. The only person in this in
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: this letter that took a vow to you is your husband.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: The rest of these people don't know you. The rest
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: of these people what you're just jumping on with me?
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Your marriage sound like it's been a mess. So now
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: when I come back, I'm gonna answer the question for you.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: Your question is how should I have this situation? Please
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: advise That's what I'm gonna do, all right, Steve, We'll
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: have part two of your response coming up in twenty
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour. Today's subject. My mind is
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: on the other side of town. We'll get back into
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening to show. Come on, Steve.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Let's recap today's strawberry letter. My mind is on the
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: other side of town. My body's hill. I knew you
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: were going to but my mind is all the other
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: side of time. Thing it Joey boy boy, Ji Junior,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: shut up, Hey man, listen to you disrespectful So you
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: know sometimes junior and junior or junior after the quarantine
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: is over. I'm slacking. I'm a slack fifty seven year
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: old married woman, been married twenty five years. The worst
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: marriage you could be. A husband cheated on a bunch
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: of times with different women. Always catch him, the he
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: sheet act, the food called threatening, all the females. They
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: need to apologize, promise to stop cheating. You believe it,
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: but then you find out he was cheating with this
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: woman at her job and went down there and jumped
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: on the woman beat the brakes off of in the
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: parking lot because she has known you for years, and
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: this one hurt you more than others. So after the fight,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: you told your husband that was it and I was
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: done with his foolishness. Here's where the letter gets stupid.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: He's terrified that I will leave him? When did he
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: start getting scared of you? See, you're trumping up stuff.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: Now he's terrified that I will leave him. When has
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: this man ever been scared of you? You've jumped on women,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: You've called women, you threatened with it, and he keep
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: doing what he want to do. This man ain't scared
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: of you. He's terrified that I will leave him. So
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: if he is cheating now, he's being very discreet. He is.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: We still married and living together, but mentally I've moved
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: on from him and I've reconnected with the true love
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: of my life. It's an old boy friend of man.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: He's been divorced two years and he ain't got number
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: time and lots of good loving just for me. Now.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: For the past year, y'all been inseparate, but your husband
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: knows nothing about us. Really, I think he do. See
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: if you've been inseparable for a year, that means you've
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: been off with this guy on a bunch of occasions.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: You ain't been coming home as normal. Your husband ain't
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: said nothing to you about it, and he don't know.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: That's because you didn't clear the close co stuff for
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: him to do more cheating. That's all. This is when
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: a man ain't asking you where you being, where you're
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: at this because he don't care. He might if you
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: are doing something, he don't care because it's giving him
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: more time to do something. Now, we were going on
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: our first vacation this spring. Women, excuse me, You and
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: the boyfriend was going on a vacation together, and I
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: guess he wasn't gonna know about that either, Okay, right,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: But now our plans are on whole, and I haven't
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: seen him or felt his touch in two weeks because
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: I'm quarantine with my sorry cheating hus My boyfriend has
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: been facetiming me every day and keeps begging me to
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: pack up my things and come to his house. I'm
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: worried about what our friends would think if I leave
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: home doing the quarantine. What your friends would think? What
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: about the Center for Disease Control? Thought about what they
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: might you have thought about? Just something like that, your friends?
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: What do your friends have to do about this? Do
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: your friends know what's going on? Probably? Am I crazy
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: for caring about his feelings? Who's feelings? You're talking about?
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Your husband? That they never cared about your feelings? Should
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: I pack up and go be with my soul mate?
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: Technically you should have been packed up. I ain't saying
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: with your soul mate, but it seemed to me like
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: you should have been out of here twenty five years
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: agonizing marriage. Why are you still that now? Should you
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: pack up to go with your soul mate? I don't know,
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: but you should have been out of there? And why
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: is it quarantine keeping you at home? You go somewhere
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: and be by yourself. My body is here with my husband.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: My body is here, but my mind the other side
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: of town. You listen to your best meal, run whoa
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: one more time? Your vibe is here with me, set me,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: but your minds all the other side of time. Get
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: you yeah, you're messing meal? Right? Get you up? Yeah? Yeah,
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: but your minds all the other side of time. You're right,
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: don't you do it? That's what you're doing? Now? How
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: should I handle this situation? Please? Abbe? Why are you
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: staying with the man that you can't stand and improve?
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: He don't really care nothing about you? Y'all ain't even
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: you ain't mentioning this ladder. Y'all working on your magic nothing.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: You just got a phone call from an old boy
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: friend and boot you gonne. He ain't asking you where
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: you've being you, he don't even care where you're being somebody.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: You don't playing a spring vacation, and he ain't gonna
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: ask you where are you going in? He don't care.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: Two people that don't care about each other should not
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: be together. Why would you stay? Now? I ain't saying
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: doing this social distance inded you ought to break it,
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Uan teeny Gold. Just act like you're going to the
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: stove and get now get Oh my god. All right, Steve,

- 1:07:57Speaker 1: been cleared from the coronavirus and now we just start
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: to figure out when the NBA season coming back. Though, Man,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: when is this gonna come back? Because the immune systems
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: probably real strong because they're younger, you know what I mean,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: they shape they had enough immune system to fight off
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: the environments. That is not a sign for everybody to
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: go get okay, Yeah, it's not you I mean, I mean,
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: not a sign for everybody to go and act like
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: everything is over. Everything good. Yeah, but it is good
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: that you're seeing people recover from it. Yes, it's not.
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: It doesn't have to be a death sentence, right husband,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: he got it was released for no spelling something. He's
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: on quarantine now he had it. That's good. Yeah, it's

- 1:08:44Speaker 1: a partner in Houston that's recovering from it here in
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: the hospital. But he's doing better. We talked on the phone,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: so it's good to know him recover. Man. Yeah, Well,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Mark Cuban thinks the basketball could be back by me
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: and man, that's a good thing. Who Yeah, Man, they're
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: trying to create a safe environment for the players and
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: the coaches under rifts. They gotta figure how they're gonna do.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: That's a challenge that the league is facing. But other
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: than that, man, it'd be good has some basketball right now,
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: because it's not just don't be watching now it could be.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: Let's just stay positive like the presidents who posting up
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: on who when y'all go back, Because if I'm playing,
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: I ain't posting up on no. I mean, I mean
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: everything is doing all testing of all players. Yeah, they're
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: gonna be, but you're not posting up on me. Though.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: Nobody gonna be scoring, gonna be so high twenty all right,
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I gotta chick coming up. At the top of the hour,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: Tamar Braxton says, don't hold on to any grudges during
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: the stressful time. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: You're listening all right, So her Tamar Braxton has a
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: PSA for anyone holding unto grudges during this stressful time,
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: this quarantine time. Okay, she's saying, let it go. She
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: recently tweeted, I feel that it's the time to get
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: along with everyone. I don't have a feeling about people
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: who wronged me in the past. Nothing or no one
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: is going to dim the life that's over me. So
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: I gotta ask the guys. Um, Yeah, she says. Nice
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: as the time the gridge get stronger, I got time
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: to think about it, and I'm all day and it
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: keep crossing. Man it look, I can't get to you now,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: but as soon as this is over with, you got
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: a quarantine ass and understand I'm already dressed. I'm already dressed. Yeah,
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: I thought about this. They lifted. Yeah, time for that. Yeah,
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: best time. It's busy, prete speak on it. Sever you're
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: forgiving or you to the better be over here with us?
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: You better be with us? What do you think? I'm
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: actually torn? It's the motivational speak. I want to give
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: some love to Tamar for sending out that let it go,
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Let it go, jet it go, Let it go, Let
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: it go. Let it go, and then you know there's
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: another side of me. Come on, what's it is that all?
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: Remember Michelle Obama's famous words, when they go low, we
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: go high. Right, Okay, now you're talking set it up, Steve.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: You was gonna whoop his ass to day before the quarantine.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: You said we got to go back to work tomorrow.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: I'm whooping his behind, but got shut down. Does that
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: behind whipping build up? Or you let it go? That's
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: when I'm asking. Now I see Now, yeah, here's a
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: mouth philosophy. I agree with Kamar to let it go. Okay, okay,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: I agree. So during this time, I think we shouldn't
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: harbor that because that's a form of sickness too. Oh
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: now when we go back to work, Yeah, when I
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: see your ass, if you do not have corona, if
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: you are not tested positive called COVID nineteen, I got
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: to put these hands on your heads. Man. After that,
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: we can let it go. Now. See that's that's what
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: I mean by that makes sense. Right now, you're letting
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: it go for thirty days, you're letting it go. Do
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: you let the person know what's gonna happen to happen? Definitely?
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Every day surprise people would ask for y'all, you can't
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: just keep surprise somebody, I mean baking chicken. But your
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: as soon they lift this damn band of the kitchen.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: You know, that's how you get your ass. Preparing somebody. Well,
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: I won't okay, now, I won't prepare them. I say this.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: I'll keep asking him, when did we go back to work?
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: That's what I do that you didn't make Joe, you
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: heard any day? I know if he okay? So I'm
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: calling me, hey man, Well, I'll say to his house
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: like little like old grow spiritual. Oh soon and very
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: soon we are going to see the sooner, and very
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: soon we are going to see the King who sooner,

- 1:15:16Speaker 1: due to COVID nineteen. The concert helped raise money for
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: two organizations that are doing their part to help with
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: the coronavirus relief, Feeding America and First Responders Children's Foundation.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: Also today, yeah, today's National Doctor's Day. We can't forget that,

- 1:15:37Speaker 1: the medical workers their contributions. Um, just you know has
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: been phenomenal during this time. Thank you for being on
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: the front lines and working to save lives in our communities. Yeah,
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: thank you guys. But the concert, huh? Alicia Keys, Yeah,
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: Mariah Carey, oh yeah, definitely her part of the new crew.

- 1:19:45Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey, and we'll pay
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: tribute to a fallen civil rights leader, Joseph Lorrie coming
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: up right after this. You're listening show. Before we get
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: out of here, Stephen, get to your clothing remarks. Um,
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: just got to say a few words about Reverend Joseph Lowry. Um.
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: He was a key figure in the civil rights movement.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: Of course. He passed away on Friday in Atlanta of
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: natural causes. They were unrelated to the coronavirus. Coronavirus. That's
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: what his family, uh told the Associated Press in a statement.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Reverend Lowry was ninety eight years old. He was hailed
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: as the Dean of the Civil Rights movement. Upon his
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: receipt of them Double ACP's Lifetime Achievement Award. Doctor Lowry
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: had assumed and executed a broad and diverse series of
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: roles over the span of his lifetime. Yeah, he was
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: one of the founders of the Southern Leader called SCLC
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: s CLC, and just a powerful man in terms of
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: civil rights. For for young people who don't know, civil
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: rights was a movement man, it was, it was, it was.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: It was a gang of older blacks. Yeah, and and
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: some whites who fought really really hard to get the
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: things that we benefit from today so so easily and
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: readily that we take for granted. These a lot of
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: these things that we benefit from today would never it
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: just wasn't a part of the makeup for the African
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: American back in the day. You know, you're sitting down
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: eating lunch where you want to. That was not the case.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: He was here fighting for that, you know, the riding
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: in the bus, that was not everybody couldn't do that.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: That that some people fought for us to be able
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: to do that. That's the importance of your history. And
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: Joseph Lowry's one of the great leaders of our time
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: and he's ninety eight years old. That's a full run.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Our condolences go out to his family, But I'm sure
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: look we all would love to see ninety eight maybe,
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: you know, hopefully so, you know, God bless him man
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: in the work and the contribution he made to black people. Absolutely. Yeah,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: My closing remarks today is going to be interesting because
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: I'm taking them from the message I saw yesterday. Marjor
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: and I will watch the TV and we cut on
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: Joel Olstein and he was live from his church, Lakewood
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Church in Houston, and he was recording it. And that
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: wasn't a soul there, That was not a soul in
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: the compacts of it. He gave a message man, that
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: really resonated with me. And these were some of the
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: points I'm paraphrasing it. Of course, you can go to
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: joel ostein dot com and get it for yourself. But
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: the message he was talking about was to use your
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: faith man, in this time that we're all going through,
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: because we're all going through it. Everybody's affected with this,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: whether you realize it or not, We're all affected it
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: and we all eventually will know someone who is suffering
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: from from this incredible virus that's attacking us, you know.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: But in through all of this, if you are a
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: person of faith, you have to remember that God is
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: in charge, that God is still on the throne. I
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: keep saying, this too shall pass. This moment was created
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: and has come about, and it's given all of us
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: a moment to pause, a moment to reflect, but a
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: moment to absorb what it is. And you know, every
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: time God is gonna do something great. You know sometimes
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: in your life. I've found that some of the greatest
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: moments in my life were in troubled times. God has
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: brought me through some incredible storms, and He gonna bring
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: us through this one too. This wasn't God made or
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: anything like this, but it's a situation that's happening, and
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: the world has to pay attention to this. That are
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: people unifying who have never unified before. That country's talking
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: that have never talked before. But you got to understand
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: how God has worked in the past through some of
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: the stories in the Bible. When He was bringing all
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: of the Israelites out past Pharaoh and all of this,
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: and they were and he parted the Red Sea. He
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: was describing how they were walking across the Red Sea
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: after God had parted the waters, how afraid they must
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: have been. The sound of the wind that God pushed
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: down through here to keep that water at bay, and
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: walking through here holding on to their children and they
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: loved ones and looking at that water hoping that they
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: could get there. And they was rushing across and they
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: was carrying the elderly, and how they were just hoping
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: that water would hold up, but not really sure. And
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Joe Losteen went on to remind us that you ain't
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: in the middle of a crisis, that you were in
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: the middle of a miracle. That something good is going
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: to happen for those that believe in love God. You're
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: gonna come out of this on the other side. It's
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: like walking through that water when he held it back
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: on both sides. When you get out on the other side,
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: you gonna have come through something. Man. You you could
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: be right now in the middle of a miracle, but
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: you got to stay positive and look forward. Man. You
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: know it's it's like Isaiah fifty four and seventeen for me,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: which is my favorite scripture, scripture no form and we
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: formed against me your prosper I just have always believed that.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: And I'm telling you I've lived my life as people
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: have attacked me and come after me and and and
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: said things about me. But man, God just keep on
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: holding me together, and when I come out on the
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: other side, I'm always better. The same thing can happen
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: for you because God is doing a new thing in you.
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: This time of being in the house and quarantine, that
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: could be God could be working on a new thing
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: in you. Man, you just got to give it an opportunity.
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: You got it. Dare's something new going on if you
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: believe it was your faith. Man, stop going to church
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: and don't apply your favor or we're going through something
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: right now. We're all going through something right now. It
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: ain't just you. Now. Some people are gonna come out
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: of this on the other side and gonna get the blessed.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: They're gonna get the understand it and they're gonna be
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: all right. Man. But always remember this now, God can
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: do what medicine can't do. So if you're in a
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: crisis and you got God, you got more than medicine
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: because God can do what medicine can't do. And I
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: know what some people on this show can tell you that,
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: and you know somebody that could tell you that. So
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: y'all stay with it, man, don't give up. Hanging there
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: just too chapads, those are my closing remarks, Yeah, it's
