- 0:00Speaker 1: Hunter. Biden finally admits his infamous laptop is his why
- 0:07Speaker 1: while he is doing the please for the criminal probe
- 0:11Speaker 1: to basically stop first son Hunter. Biden's lawyers admitted late
- 0:17Speaker 1: Wednesday that the infamous laptop that the now fifty two
- 0:20Speaker 1: year old abandon at the Delaware computer shop is in
- 0:25Speaker 1: fact his. Yeah, it belonged to him. The revelation came
- 0:31Speaker 1: in a letter from Hunter's lawyers seeking a criminal probe
- 0:34Speaker 1: into what they called attempts to weaponize its contents. In
- 0:38Speaker 1: the fourteen page letter to the Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings,
- 0:44Speaker 1: Biden's attorneys claimed that repair shop owner John Paul mack
- 0:50Speaker 1: isaac quote unlawfully access Hunter's laptop data and worked with
- 0:56Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to quote
- 1:00Speaker 1: up and eyes sour it an incriminating content on it
- 1:04Speaker 1: against Joe Biden quote unquote. So now this is part
- 1:08Speaker 1: of their strategy to say it is reel and you
- 1:10Speaker 1: shouldn't be able to have any of this quote. This
- 1:14Speaker 1: failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation,
- 1:20Speaker 1: and manipulation of mister Biden's private and personal information. His
- 1:26Speaker 1: attorney's written the letter, mister Maciaac's intentional, reckless, and unlawful
- 1:31Speaker 1: conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of mister Biden's personal
- 1:37Speaker 1: data without any discretion, to be circulated around the internet.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Mac Isaac took possession of the laptop and hard drive
- 1:45Speaker 1: as you know, in late twenty nineteen, after trying and
- 1:48Speaker 1: failing for months to notify Hunter that the device was
- 1:51Speaker 1: ready to be picked up. Once the shop owner saw
- 1:54Speaker 1: the laptop's content, including emails detailing influence pedaling involving the
- 1:59Speaker 1: then Vice President Joe Biden, and videos of the younger
- 2:03Speaker 1: Biden smoking crack and having sex with prostitutes and his
- 2:07Speaker 1: work subordinates, he decided to alert the FBI. Doesn't exactly
- 2:11Speaker 1: sound like someone that's trying to put it all over
- 2:13Speaker 1: the internet right now. The FEDS did pick up the
- 2:17Speaker 1: laptop in December of twenty nineteen, but not before mac
- 2:20Speaker 1: Isaac made a copy and gave it to Giuliani's personal lawyer,
- 2:25Speaker 1: Robert Costello. Giliani provide the Post with a copy of
- 2:29Speaker 1: the hard drive in October of twenty twenty. After the
- 2:33Speaker 1: investigation by the FEDS, we now know a lot more
- 2:36Speaker 1: about it. Basically was shut down for no reason. Well,
- 2:39Speaker 1: we know the reason to protect the Vice President of the
- 2:41Speaker 1: the United States of America and to protect the Biden
- 2:45Speaker 1: crime family. We know the deep State actually classified at
- 2:49Speaker 1: the FBI much of this information as quote misinformation, so
- 2:54Speaker 1: no one would ever see the contents of Hunter Biden's
- 2:57Speaker 1: Laptop's letters signals that they are worried. They're also going
- 3:05Speaker 1: on the offense. Who are they attacking While they're attacking
- 3:09Speaker 1: mac Isaac, They're attacking Giuliani, They're attacking Costello, They're attacking
- 3:14Speaker 1: former Trump White House advisor Steve Bannon. They're attacking former
- 3:18Speaker 1: Trump White House aids and associates. They're also attacking the
- 3:24Speaker 1: founder and CEO of cyber analytics firm x R Vision
- 3:28Speaker 1: and the former a to sender Ron Johnson, as parties
- 3:32Speaker 1: who gained unauthorized access to the laptop's content and disseminated
- 3:36Speaker 1: it in the media and lawmakers quote. We believe that
- 3:41Speaker 1: the facts and circumstances merit further investigation not into the
- 3:44Speaker 1: criminal wrongdoing by the Bidens, but into all these people
- 3:47Speaker 1: that got a copy of this laptop, as whether the
- 3:49Speaker 1: conduct of these individuals violated several provisions of Delaware Criminal Code,
- 3:56Speaker 1: including but not necessarily limited to computer related property, is theft,
- 4:01Speaker 1: possession of stolen property, and misapplication of another property. Each
- 4:07Speaker 1: of these offenses, they claim, and the letter, if violated,
- 4:10Speaker 1: has the potential to be a felony depending on the
- 4:13Speaker 1: value of the property in question. Hunter Biden's lawyer's right
- 4:17Speaker 1: letters are also sent by Hunter Biden's lawyer on Wednesday
- 4:20Speaker 1: to the Justice Department's National Security Division, and also letters
- 4:24Speaker 1: were sent to the IRS. I think with Congress starting
- 4:27Speaker 1: investigations next week, it's a scared tactic. Mac Isaac told
- 4:32Speaker 1: the Post this afternoon. That's the guy who owned the
- 4:35Speaker 1: computer repair store. The flag is heaviest when you're over
- 4:39Speaker 1: the target, he added. The White House Oversight Committee will
- 4:42Speaker 1: commence hearings next week on Hunter Biden and on Hunter
- 4:46Speaker 1: Biden's alleged influence peddling specifically, which really doesn't matter much
- 4:50Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden. It has everything to do with his
- 4:52Speaker 1: dad is the President of the United States of America.
- 4:56Speaker 1: The claim is simple, The scheme is simple. He and
- 5:00Speaker 1: the Biden family as a whole, they cashed in on
- 5:04Speaker 1: ties to Vice President Joe Biden. They the Biden family,
- 5:09Speaker 1: including the President ranked in millions and millions and millions
- 5:13Speaker 1: of dollars from foreign companies. Representative James Comer, the chairman
- 5:18Speaker 1: of the panel, told the National Press Club on Monday
- 5:21Speaker 1: that it's very clear what they were doing. They were
- 5:25Speaker 1: selling to the highest bidder. It was straight up influence
- 5:30Speaker 1: peddling and everyone knows it. Now, before I get into
- 5:34Speaker 1: more of that, I want to tell you about our
- 5:35Speaker 1: friends over at Patriot Mobile real quick. If you've got
- 5:38Speaker 1: a cell phone, then you need to make the switch

- 5:46Speaker 1: you make a phone call or sennetext message, you're supporting
- 5:49Speaker 1: conservative Christian causes that you believe in. If you are
- 5:53Speaker 1: fed up with woke companies that don't care about your values,
- 5:56Speaker 1: then stand with a company that actually does. Make the switch.

- 6:50Speaker 1: or online at Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ben that's
- 6:54Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ben. Now hunter Biden's lawyers
- 7:00Speaker 1: going and fighting back. James Comer he was hit pretty
- 7:03Speaker 1: hard by those attorneys. He was asked about it. Here's
- 7:05Speaker 1: what he said. What do you make of the fact
- 7:09Speaker 1: that they are already going after you and Jordan in
- 7:11Speaker 1: their bid to defend Biden against these investigators. I mean,
- 7:15Speaker 1: it's I'm probably not going to comment on that. I mean,
- 7:19Speaker 1: they can continue to do whatever they want. All we're
- 7:21Speaker 1: asking for is basic information that normal congressional investigators would
- 7:26Speaker 1: would ask an administration for. It's it's shocking, but it's
- 7:32Speaker 1: not going to deter us one bit. We're moving forward.
- 7:35Speaker 1: We believe We've been transparent with what information we want
- 7:39Speaker 1: and why we want it, so the American people and
- 7:42Speaker 1: hopefully the media can be the judges of how they're responding.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Joe Kuts do have a very coordinated approach to defending
- 7:49Speaker 1: the president in these inquiries. I mean, if they want
- 7:53Speaker 1: to continue to defend the indefensible, then more power to them.
- 7:56Speaker 1: But this is something that Joe Biden when he was
- 8:00Speaker 1: campaigning for president that he would have the most transparent
- 8:03Speaker 1: administration in history. I'll let the media be the judge
- 8:06Speaker 1: of whether that's an accurate promise that he made, and
- 8:10Speaker 1: give us some context on the transcribed interview today what
- 8:13Speaker 1: you want out of that, but what you think that
- 8:15Speaker 1: might reveal. I mean, obviously that's the first major step
- 8:18Speaker 1: where you've had somebody in since you've been the CHIP.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Now we're glad this was our first official transcribe interview
- 8:24Speaker 1: during my chairmanship. So we'll have the General Counsel for
- 8:28Speaker 1: the National Archives come in today. We just have the
- 8:31Speaker 1: same questions that you all have. We want to know
- 8:33Speaker 1: what type of documents are we talking about. We're going
- 8:36Speaker 1: to ask about the documents that Trump has as well
- 8:38Speaker 1: as the documents that Biden and Pence have and go ahead.
- 8:43Speaker 1: But you think that was something they did triggered all this,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and that's why this was handled differently with Trump and
- 8:48Speaker 1: different with it. And this is I can tell you this.
- 8:50Speaker 1: We've you know, in the beginning that the story was
- 8:52Speaker 1: that the National Archives triggered the raid on our largo.
- 8:56Speaker 1: They've come back and implied that it wasn't the National Archives,
- 8:59Speaker 1: that it was actually the Arm of Justice. So we
- 9:02Speaker 1: want to know who triggered the raid on Marlago and
- 9:06Speaker 1: why there's such a difference in how the mishandling of
- 9:09Speaker 1: documents versus of Trump has been handled so much differently
- 9:13Speaker 1: than the mishandling of documents with respect to Pence. So
- 9:17Speaker 1: we want to know again who all was involved in
- 9:21Speaker 1: in uh turning the documents in with respect to Pence,
- 9:25Speaker 1: We're very concerned that, you know, who's had access to
- 9:29Speaker 1: Pence's document I said, Pence, I'm sorry, We're let me
- 9:33Speaker 1: start all, we're very concerned about who had access to
- 9:35Speaker 1: Biden's documents. With respect to the investigation we're conducting. We
- 9:42Speaker 1: have reason to believe that Hunter Biden has had some
- 9:48Speaker 1: contacts that would be of concerned our national security. But
- 9:51Speaker 1: don't you kind of suggesting, you know, okay, that you
- 9:54Speaker 1: have some problems with Hunter Biden, you might have some
- 9:56Speaker 1: problems with with with the presidents here, And just because
- 9:58Speaker 1: there might have been some document, isn't that doesn't that
- 10:01Speaker 1: take a leap of face to get to that point.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I'm I realized there's some unanswered questions in there, but
- 10:04Speaker 1: I mean, you're aren't you kind of stretching that alt? No,
- 10:06Speaker 1: we just want to know who had access to the documents,
- 10:09Speaker 1: who all was involved with the president's personal attorneys and
- 10:13Speaker 1: going in and looking for the documents? Did they did
- 10:16Speaker 1: they have security clearance? We don't know who his personal
- 10:19Speaker 1: attorneys are, we don't know who their clients are, So
- 10:21Speaker 1: we just have basic questions. We're not accusing anyone of
- 10:24Speaker 1: any wrongdoing. We just want to know the facts. And
- 10:26Speaker 1: this is the first opportunity we've had for anyone from
- 10:29Speaker 1: the National Archives to sit down and talk to us.
- 10:32Speaker 1: But I love how they're handling this. You notice this
- 10:36Speaker 1: is not really about Hunter Biden, which is exactly what
- 10:39Speaker 1: the strategies should be. They're saying, we just want to
- 10:42Speaker 1: know who had access. We're not accusing anybody of anything.
- 10:46Speaker 1: We just want to know who has had access. That's
- 10:50Speaker 1: all we're asking for, is who has had access. We
- 10:56Speaker 1: don't know who these attorneys are. We don't know who
- 11:01Speaker 1: they are and who they may also be representing. That
- 11:05Speaker 1: could be bad actors, that could be Chinese communists, that
- 11:08Speaker 1: could be Russian olagarchs. We have no idea. And notice
- 11:13Speaker 1: how the media is getting very defensive over that said.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Notice how James Comer was very calm. He's like, we're
- 11:19Speaker 1: just asking questions. We're not accusing anybody of any wrongdoing.
- 11:22Speaker 1: We're just asking questions. That's all we're doing is asking questions.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And this is when you know they are scared to
- 11:33Speaker 1: death of what we're going to find. There's another aspect
- 11:40Speaker 1: of this, and the Republicans are gonna have to do
- 11:42Speaker 1: a really good job of staying focused and making sure
- 11:47Speaker 1: they don't take debait Democrats now want this investigation to
- 11:51Speaker 1: be all about Hunter Biden. Okay, this does not need
- 11:55Speaker 1: to be about Hunter Biden. James Comer, Ron Johnson and
- 11:59Speaker 1: others have done a very good job of saying, we
- 12:01Speaker 1: really just don't give a crap about Hunter Biden. We do,
- 12:04Speaker 1: we do give a crap about transparency, right, That's what
- 12:08Speaker 1: we do care about with this present and where his
- 12:11Speaker 1: money's coming from. The family. We know has made millions
- 12:14Speaker 1: of millions of millions of dollars from China loan. We
- 12:16Speaker 1: know that they've made millions of millions dollars from Russian oligarchs.
- 12:18Speaker 1: We know they made millions of millions of dollars from Ukraine.
- 12:21Speaker 1: And that's just the areas that we do know. There's
- 12:23Speaker 1: other places where they were doing business in Mexico, but
- 12:26Speaker 1: the amount of cash coming in is a lot suspicious activity.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Reports were by the hundreds coming from banks that were
- 12:33Speaker 1: flagging transactions and bank accounts that had the Biden crime
- 12:37Speaker 1: family involved in it. So James Comer was also asked,
- 12:41Speaker 1: he's the chairman of the oversight committee. I played him
- 12:43Speaker 1: a moment ago for you. But he was also asked
- 12:46Speaker 1: what does this really boil down to, and he did
- 12:48Speaker 1: a great job of explaining it. Listen, Well, yeah, I
- 12:51Speaker 1: mean this is this is gonna be a very thorough investigation.
- 12:56Speaker 1: We're specific about investigating the Biden family for him and spelling,
- 13:01Speaker 1: and in the end there'll be a legislate fixed. And
- 13:03Speaker 1: I think you have to go back several administrations and
- 13:06Speaker 1: look at different areas where there were accusations of maybe
- 13:13Speaker 1: inappropriate relationships or whatever, inappropriate business relationships. So that'll be
- 13:18Speaker 1: something you know in the end that that will certainly
- 13:20Speaker 1: be examined. So I hope that we can get a
- 13:23Speaker 1: legislate fixed, like I said, to determine what is a
- 13:27Speaker 1: live one and what is it because we don't know,
- 13:29Speaker 1: but we should know, and we should have better disclosure
- 13:33Speaker 1: laws on immediate family members that do business with our
- 13:36Speaker 1: adversaries around them, who you might have asked you real quick,
- 13:39Speaker 1: the top cabinet secretaries you want to hear from, because
- 13:42Speaker 1: you said zero have come before over something. Well, right now,
- 13:47Speaker 1: we're we haven't asked that, we asked, oh yeah, but
- 13:54Speaker 1: you know, I would say several of them will get
- 13:57Speaker 1: invited to come before the committee in the near future. Again,
- 14:00Speaker 1: I've just been chairman for about two days, so we're
- 14:03Speaker 1: just getting started. I love it. I've just been chairman
- 14:07Speaker 1: for ten days, so we're just getting started this oversight.
- 14:12Speaker 1: And what we're seeing right now is very clear that
- 14:15Speaker 1: this White House now has lost control of the media
- 14:19Speaker 1: and they've lost control of the narrative. Here. Reporters were
- 14:25Speaker 1: also really digging in at the White House today, I
- 14:29Speaker 1: mean really digging in trying to get some answers on
- 14:34Speaker 1: everything that's been happening, and they're out there pushing their
- 14:38Speaker 1: new stuff right, their new lines. One of their new
- 14:41Speaker 1: lines today that no one was asking about was them saying, oh,
- 14:44Speaker 1: by the way, we want to close Gitmo. Wait where
- 14:46Speaker 1: did that come from? It remains dedicated. We remain dedicated
- 14:51Speaker 1: to a deliberate and thorough process focused on responsibly reducing
- 14:55Speaker 1: the detainee population at Guantanamo Bay and ultimately closing the
- 15:00Speaker 1: facility that is still where we stand a depart No
- 15:03Speaker 1: one's asking about that. They're just bringing this crap up today.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Let's close Gitmo. These are all distractions. I mean, this
- 15:13Speaker 1: is the distractions. These are all of the distractions. White
- 15:19Speaker 1: House also going in after Alamo mar being taken off
- 15:24Speaker 1: the Foreign Affairs Committee. She says it's a disservice to
- 15:27Speaker 1: the American people. Right then, she said the use of
- 15:31Speaker 1: official state Russian and Belarusian flags, emblems and anthems should
- 15:34Speaker 1: be prohibited for athletes trying to go pro America. There.
- 15:39Speaker 1: She also talked about Biden not reaching out to the
- 15:42Speaker 1: family of a man who was shot to death in
- 15:46Speaker 1: the line of duty, a father of four. She said,
- 15:49Speaker 1: if you know Joe Biden, you know he feels the
- 15:50Speaker 1: pain of many families, trying to act like it's normal
- 15:54Speaker 1: for him not to call people in the reporter. So,
- 15:57Speaker 1: in addition to the Nicholas funeral, for example, we saw
- 15:59Speaker 1: President call the parents of DeMar of Damar Hamlin, the
- 16:03Speaker 1: injured NFL player. I checked the White House website just
- 16:06Speaker 1: before coming into the briefing room today and I see
- 16:08Speaker 1: no indication that the Chief executive has at any time
- 16:14Speaker 1: reached out to the family of Justin McIntyre, who was
- 16:18Speaker 1: the police chief in Pennsylvania who was shot to death.
- 16:21Speaker 1: A lot of duty a father for why not? It's
- 16:25Speaker 1: why because they don't back police, they don't care about police. Now,
- 16:29Speaker 1: these are the questions that are coming in right now
- 16:31Speaker 1: to the White House. These are not normal questions. Okay,
- 16:37Speaker 1: again they were not. This is them And when the
- 16:39Speaker 1: President does speak, he's not making a lot of sense. Today,
- 16:44Speaker 1: Biden said, and I'm going to read you the quote
- 16:46Speaker 1: before I play it for you, because it's Biden, all right.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Biden said, more than half the women in my administration
- 16:55Speaker 1: are women. It's like fetterman, yell the eagles are the eagles.
- 17:02Speaker 1: More than half the women in my cabinet, more than
- 17:05Speaker 1: more than half the people in my cabin more than
- 17:06Speaker 1: half of the women and my administration are women. More
- 17:10Speaker 1: than half the women are women. More than half the
- 17:14Speaker 1: women in my administration are women. Okay, that's the guy
- 17:17Speaker 1: who's running the country right now, that's what he's got
- 17:19Speaker 1: to offer you. Now you look at Hunter Biden, and
- 17:23Speaker 1: let's go back to that. The House Oversight Committee has
- 17:27Speaker 1: to be very laser focused here. They have to be
- 17:31Speaker 1: looking at the Hunter Biden and what he did not
- 17:34Speaker 1: through the eyes of what's the big headline, right you know,
- 17:37Speaker 1: you know he's forcing people that work for him to
- 17:39Speaker 1: send him pictures and they'll give him bonuses through Venmo
- 17:42Speaker 1: and things like that. Right if they have sex with him,
- 17:46Speaker 1: that's not the stuff that they need to be looking into.
- 17:48Speaker 1: To be clear, that's what the media would love to cover,
- 17:51Speaker 1: right the TMZ style. They need to be looking at
- 17:54Speaker 1: the following the muddy and the influence peddling, and the
- 17:58Speaker 1: clear claims that he hashton on his ties when his
- 18:02Speaker 1: vice president father was in office. They need to look
- 18:07Speaker 1: at where all the money came from Ziegler by the Way,
- 18:11Speaker 1: who worked as an aid to Trump trade advisor Peter
- 18:14Speaker 1: Navarro and has published the laptop's data on his Marco
- 18:18Speaker 1: Polo USA website, told The Post on Wednesday that the
- 18:22Speaker 1: letters were a desperate attempt by the Biden family to
- 18:25Speaker 1: get the spotlight away from their actual crimes. With respect
- 18:30Speaker 1: to the letters from the President's son, pleading with my
- 18:32Speaker 1: Daddy's agencies a target those who exposed his bulantant criminality,
- 18:37Speaker 1: Kevin Morris did not get a lot of bang for
- 18:39Speaker 1: his buck, Ziegler told the Post were a referencing Hunter
- 18:43Speaker 1: Biden's fixer and sugar brother, Kevin Morris, who allegedly lent
- 18:48Speaker 1: the president son two million to help pay off his
- 18:50Speaker 1: overdue federal taxes and has become the architect of Hunter
- 18:54Speaker 1: Biden's legal and media strategy. He also went on to
- 18:57Speaker 1: say this, you would think that Morris, this is this
- 19:00Speaker 1: guy who is funding right, the sugar daddy of Hunter Biden,
- 19:05Speaker 1: would actually hire tax attorneys to defend Hunter Biden's legals problems,
- 19:11Speaker 1: then political lawyers and others that he's currently hired, like
- 19:15Speaker 1: no one understands a strategy. They also sent this letter,
- 19:19Speaker 1: by the way to the irs and the letter of
- 19:23Speaker 1: the irs about Marco Polo is full of speculations and
- 19:26Speaker 1: basic misunderstandings about the case law surrounding five one three organizations.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Hopefully federal and state investigators will see this for what
- 19:37Speaker 1: it is, a desperate attempt quote unquote by Hunter and
- 19:39Speaker 1: his family to get the attentions off of their actual crimes.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Costello told The Post that the allegations were ridiculous and
- 19:49Speaker 1: a sign of desperation from the Biden camp. Quote this
- 19:53Speaker 1: letter is a ridiculous attempt to intimidate that will not succeed.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Is the product of desperation by Hunter Biden because they
- 20:03Speaker 1: no judgment days coming for the Biden family. Costello points
- 20:07Speaker 1: out that mac Isaac has a signed work order that
- 20:11Speaker 1: gives him authorization to examine the hard drive, and the
- 20:15Speaker 1: property is deemed legally abandoned after ninety days. It is
- 20:18Speaker 1: the property now of John Paul mac Isaac. Isaac said
- 20:24Speaker 1: it's no coincidence the letter from Hunter Biden's lawyers comes
- 20:27Speaker 1: just as the House Republicans are ready to open probes
- 20:30Speaker 1: into the president's son beginning on October fourteenth. I will
- 20:38Speaker 1: remind you as that is when the Post started publishing
- 20:42Speaker 1: a series of exclusive reports about the laptop's contents in Queen,
- 20:46Speaker 1: the emails providing that Hunter introduced an executive of Ukrainian
- 20:51Speaker 1: natural gas firm Barisma to his father, while Joe oversaw
- 20:54Speaker 1: the Obama administration's policy towards the Eastern European nation. The
- 21:00Speaker 1: reports were initially dismissed by former top intelligence officials as
- 21:06Speaker 1: the product of Russian disinformation, only to be blatantly confirmed
- 21:14Speaker 1: by media outlets, eventually The New York Times, Washington Post,
- 21:18Speaker 1: CBS News, and now Hunter Biden's own legal team. Hunter
- 21:23Speaker 1: Biden and his own lawyers have previously tried to so
- 21:26Speaker 1: doubt that the alleged water damage computer abandoned at mac
- 21:30Speaker 1: Isaac's shop was in fact even Biden's. They're like, oh,
- 21:33Speaker 1: we don't know then, they said. Hunter Biden told CBS
- 21:38Speaker 1: News in a twenty twenty one interview, there could be
- 21:41Speaker 1: a laptop out there that was stolen from me. It
- 21:44Speaker 1: could be that I was hacked. It could be that
- 21:47Speaker 1: it was then that it was Russian intelligence. It could
- 21:51Speaker 1: be that it was stolen from me. He said. Well,
- 21:55Speaker 1: if there's anything you can take away from today's show,
- 21:57Speaker 1: it's this. It's very clear. It's extremely clear that Hunter
- 22:06Speaker 1: Biden's laptop is real, and they've said so. Hunter Biden
- 22:11Speaker 1: has said so, his entire team of lawyers have said so.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So there is no doubt. There's another big story that's
- 22:23Speaker 1: kind of broken, and it's been a quiet one, but
- 22:26Speaker 1: it's a very important one. The Senate Republicans have now
- 22:31Speaker 1: penned a letter asking direct TV to explain their decision
- 22:36Speaker 1: on why they decided to ditch a Republican conservative network
- 22:41Speaker 1: called Newsmax. A group of leading Senate Republicans is now
- 22:46Speaker 1: requesting information from cable provider Direct TV surrounding its recent
- 22:52Speaker 1: decision to drop conservative network Newsmax from its channel lineup.
- 22:56Speaker 1: In a letter dated February the first, and shared exclusively
- 23:01Speaker 1: with a Hill newspaper, GOP Center, Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham,
- 23:06Speaker 1: Mike Lee, Tom Cotton wrote to the cable provider's corporate
- 23:10Speaker 1: leadership expressing that they are deeply disturbed by its decision
- 23:15Speaker 1: to drop the network, in allege the episode may be
- 23:17Speaker 1: the latest example of big business suppressing politically disfavored speech
- 23:22Speaker 1: at the behest of liberal Democrats. Direct TV's decision followed
- 23:27Speaker 1: recent revelations of collusion between big tech companies and Democrat
- 23:31Speaker 1: officials to label conservative speech is misinformation and a censor.
- 23:35Speaker 1: At the Center's wrote, the silencing of conservative speech the
- 23:39Speaker 1: request of government officials is a direct assault on free
- 23:42Speaker 1: speech and a threat to democracy. Direct TV last week
- 23:48Speaker 1: drop Newsmax, a smaller conservative news network featuring content that
- 23:55Speaker 1: is largely supportive of former President Donald Trump and other conservatives,
- 23:58Speaker 1: from its channel lineup, following a dispute between the two
- 24:01Speaker 1: parties over carrier fees. Under its previous agreement with Newsmax,
- 24:06Speaker 1: which has an audience that is fractional compared to the
- 24:11Speaker 1: three leading cable news channels Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC,
- 24:15Speaker 1: direct TV paid Newsmax no carrier fees. Direct TV representatives
- 24:22Speaker 1: told The Hill last week that during negotiations with a network,
- 24:24Speaker 1: it made clear to Newsmax that we wanted to continue
- 24:28Speaker 1: to offer the network, but ultimately the network's demands for
- 24:31Speaker 1: rate increases would have led to significantly higher costs that
- 24:35Speaker 1: we would have to pass on to our broad customer base.
- 24:41Speaker 1: In a statement to the Hill on Wednesday, direct TV
- 24:44Speaker 1: said it takes the concerns raised by these elected officials seriously,
- 24:49Speaker 1: and in our response to the letter, we planned to
- 24:51Speaker 1: detail the facts behind our business decision being based on
- 24:55Speaker 1: financial terms and not ideology. We continue to offer our
- 25:01Speaker 1: customers a balanced mix of twenty four hour news channels
- 25:05Speaker 1: as part of a diversified program lineup. The spokesperson went
- 25:10Speaker 1: on to say newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy and the networks
- 25:14Speaker 1: defenders have countered that the decision is based on political
- 25:19Speaker 1: bias against conservatives and pointed to directs TV's move last
- 25:24Speaker 1: year dropping oa N, also known as One American News,
- 25:29Speaker 1: another less watched pro Trump cable channel, So this is
- 25:31Speaker 1: now two in a row. A day after, by the way,
- 25:35Speaker 1: it dropped Newsmax from its lineup, direct TV announced the
- 25:38Speaker 1: addition of Conservative Opinion and Commentary Network, the first to
- 25:43Speaker 1: its lineup. Experts and media observers have said the episode
- 25:48Speaker 1: highlights Newsmax's effort to bolster its bargaining power at the
- 25:53Speaker 1: negotiating table with cable providers and boost its credibility with
- 25:57Speaker 1: conservative audiences. Still leading GOP figures like Trump and fort
- 26:03Speaker 1: A Government de santists have rallied around Newsmax as they
- 26:06Speaker 1: renewed calls a bias against conservatives and the mainstream media
- 26:10Speaker 1: and tech companies. A group of several dozen House Republicans,
- 26:16Speaker 1: led by Representative Wesley Hunt of Texas, also sent a
- 26:19Speaker 1: letter to direct TV last week bemoaning this new decision,
- 26:24Speaker 1: arguing that they will no longer be able to reach
- 26:26Speaker 1: conservative voters on a platform that primarily serves conservative leaning
- 26:30Speaker 1: areas of the country. All right, let me just take
- 26:33Speaker 1: a quick pause here, and I do want to tell

- 28:06Speaker 1: Com eight seven seven four gold Ira. In their letter,
- 28:11Speaker 1: the centers asked the cable provider discloses whether Direct TV
- 28:15Speaker 1: or its parent company AT and T communicated with any federal, state,
- 28:21Speaker 1: or local government officials regarding the decision to drop NEWSMAX
- 28:24Speaker 1: or oa N and whether those government officials made any
- 28:28Speaker 1: threats or promised any inducements of pressure on Direct TV
- 28:34Speaker 1: to drop the networks. Oh, I'd love to see these emails,
- 28:38Speaker 1: wouldn't you? Now? Do I think they probably knew that
- 28:41Speaker 1: they wanted to drop this network just because it was
- 28:43Speaker 1: too conservative. Yes, Do I think that they could have
- 28:47Speaker 1: paid probably a pretty small fee and figure that's out. Yes,
- 28:51Speaker 1: with OA n Becauld they probably kept OAM and they
- 28:54Speaker 1: chose not to on purpose because it was conservative. Yes.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Is there biased and big tech, especially direct TV and
- 29:03Speaker 1: AT and T, of course there is. We know this.
- 29:07Speaker 1: This isn't something new, This isn't something shocking, right, This
- 29:12Speaker 1: is a normal day of business for these people on
- 29:16Speaker 1: the left. It is concerning, by the way, when you
- 29:20Speaker 1: see this happening, because Republicans keep getting squeezed, Conservatives keep
- 29:29Speaker 1: getting squeezed, and when that starts to happen this way,
- 29:34Speaker 1: it's a real problem. One other thing that happened today
- 29:38Speaker 1: that we should all be celebrating right now is the
- 29:41Speaker 1: epic meltdown of AOC. Some people did something as how
- 29:47Speaker 1: the squad describe nine to eleven. You may remember that. Yes,
- 29:54Speaker 1: I'll say it again. The squad decide it was a
- 29:59Speaker 1: good idea describe nine eleven as some people did something.
- 30:04Speaker 1: That's what alam Omar had to say. Well, the House
- 30:08Speaker 1: has now ousted elam Amar from the Foreign Affairs Committee
- 30:12Speaker 1: in a party line vote. Many have said she's the
- 30:17Speaker 1: face of anti Semitism and the Democratic Party, and they
- 30:20Speaker 1: say it has no place representing American interests. AOC had
- 30:25Speaker 1: an epic meltdown over this now, claiming it's the targeting
- 30:31Speaker 1: of women of color, Yes, targeting women of color. AOC
- 30:38Speaker 1: not holding back, screaming about this. Listen, every nice for
- 30:42Speaker 1: one minute, thank you now. As also as a fellow
- 30:46Speaker 1: New Yorker, I think one of the things that we
- 30:49Speaker 1: should talk about here is also one of the disgusting
- 30:51Speaker 1: legacies after nine to eleven has been the targeting and
- 30:54Speaker 1: racism against Muslim Americans throughout the United States of America,
- 30:58Speaker 1: and this is an extension of that legacy. Consistency. There
- 31:01Speaker 1: is nothing consistent with the Republican parties continued attack except
- 31:06Speaker 1: for the racism and excitement of violence against women of
- 31:08Speaker 1: color in this body. I had a member of the
- 31:11Speaker 1: Republican Caucus threatened my life and you all, and the
- 31:15Speaker 1: Republican Caucus rewarded him with one of the most prestigious
- 31:18Speaker 1: committee assignments in this Congress. Don't tell me this is
- 31:22Speaker 1: about consistency. Don't tell me that this is about an abdicate,
- 31:26Speaker 1: a condemnation of anti Semitic remarks. When you have a
- 31:29Speaker 1: member of the Republican Caucus who who has talked about
- 31:32Speaker 1: Jewish base lasers and an entired amount of tropes, and
- 31:36Speaker 1: also elevated her to some of the highest committee assignments
- 31:39Speaker 1: in this body. This is about targeting women of color
- 31:42Speaker 1: in this in the United States of America. Don't tell
- 31:45Speaker 1: me because I didn't get a single attirely my life.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Who was threatened? Thank you. Oh she's mad. Slammed her
- 31:52Speaker 1: book down there too. She's not playing around, Yes, she's angry. Folks.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Representative AOC melted down on that floor of the House
- 32:05Speaker 1: after anti Semite Representative Elamo Mar, she hates Jewish people,
- 32:10Speaker 1: was denied a spot on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Omar's hatred of Israel and Jewish people in particular has
- 32:16Speaker 1: been on permanent display the entire time she's been the House.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Omar also attacks America as well. Why would you have
- 32:24Speaker 1: someone with these two things, filled with so much hate
- 32:29Speaker 1: for Western civilization in general, on a vital pro American committee.
- 32:35Speaker 1: After the vote came down along party lines to eighteen
- 32:37Speaker 1: to two eleven to denne Omar the seat, Omar fellow
- 32:41Speaker 1: Squad member AOC put on this performance. She was angry,
- 32:47Speaker 1: slammed her book down on the podium, and stormed out
- 32:49Speaker 1: of Congress. Yes, just never forget the reason why Alamo
- 32:56Speaker 1: Mar shouldn't be on this committee. Something happened nine to eleven. Right,
- 33:02Speaker 1: she said something something, racism against Muslim Americans, racism and
- 33:07Speaker 1: incitement of violence against women of color, threatened my life. Yes,
- 33:13Speaker 1: that's the people you're dealing with here. She's angry, very angry.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Don't tell me about a condemnation of anti Semitic right
- 33:23Speaker 1: blah blah blah, Jewish space lasers targeting women of color.
- 33:27Speaker 1: My life was threatened. Of course, the left will praise
- 33:31Speaker 1: her and say she's done a great job. Don't forget
- 33:35Speaker 1: to share this podcast with your family and your friends.
