- 0:02Speaker 1: Y'all know what time of y'all don't know, y'all back

- 0:13Speaker 1: more like American buck things. And it's not doing me
- 0:19Speaker 1: true good at Steve hard to move for Steve, please by,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join join me, be doing me. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turning. You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Haven't got to turn them out? Then turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water. Come come on your baby daddy. Uh huh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I shall will a good morning everybody. You are listening
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, Come on dig me now. One and
- 2:08Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Uh huh, Steve
- 2:13Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show. Yeah, man, ooh boh boah. Boy. Man,
- 2:18Speaker 1: God has been good to me. I can't even I
- 2:24Speaker 1: can't even put it into words, man, But I try, though,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I try, try try. God does things for me just
- 2:31Speaker 1: right on time. He's so cool with it. And I
- 2:36Speaker 1: happened to run across Joel Oldstein on television like I
- 2:40Speaker 1: often do all the time, and I was sitting there
- 2:45Speaker 1: and he had such a timely message for me. A
- 2:49Speaker 1: part of it was something that I've said oftentimes about
- 2:54Speaker 1: if you really really want to be successful, if you
- 2:58Speaker 1: really really want to change, if you really really want
- 3:01Speaker 1: to prosper, if you really really want to achieve greatness,
- 3:05Speaker 1: if you really really want to have something in life
- 3:08Speaker 1: that's worth having, if you really really want to accomplish
- 3:11Speaker 1: your goals, you got to push through all of it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: He said that when you get closer to it, the
- 3:20Speaker 1: more difficult it becomes. Did you hear me? He said,
- 3:26Speaker 1: the closer you get to what it is you want
- 3:29Speaker 1: or you need, or you have to have, or or
- 3:32Speaker 1: you would love to be, it gets a little bit
- 3:36Speaker 1: more difficult when you get closer. He told this story
- 3:42Speaker 1: that's in the Bible that I've never heard before. This
- 3:46Speaker 1: is what he said. He said that was a man
- 3:50Speaker 1: who was paralyzed, and he had heard that Jesus was
- 3:56Speaker 1: speaking at a house, and so he wanted to get there.
- 4:01Speaker 1: So he convinced four of his friends to put him
- 4:06Speaker 1: on a stretcher and carry him for hours to get
- 4:12Speaker 1: to this house where Jesus was speaking. He said that
- 4:18Speaker 1: along the way, these friends said that they went along
- 4:24Speaker 1: because he had so much faith that if he could
- 4:27Speaker 1: just get to him, it could be better that he
- 4:31Speaker 1: could if he could just get over there end he
- 4:33Speaker 1: could see him that he might have a shot at
- 4:36Speaker 1: getting held. And so he said, they took out along
- 4:39Speaker 1: the way and they walked and they walked, and they
- 4:41Speaker 1: walked for hours. And then when they got there, the
- 4:46Speaker 1: house was completely filled with people. That was absolutely it
- 4:50Speaker 1: was packed wall to wall. That was absolutely no way
- 4:54Speaker 1: for the men to get him on that stretcher end
- 4:57Speaker 1: to see Jesus. This is a story that Joel Osteen said.
- 5:02Speaker 1: It is in the Bible, and he was telling it now.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I'm just repeating the parts of it. I got gathered.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And so he said. They were sat there and they went, wow, man,
- 5:11Speaker 1: we walked all this weight and it's four and and
- 5:15Speaker 1: and and and and and we can't get there, he said.
- 5:19Speaker 1: And then the guy with the affliction told the four men,
- 5:25Speaker 1: if you get up on the roof and cut a
- 5:28Speaker 1: hole in it and lower me down, I bet I
- 5:33Speaker 1: could see him men, and I better to be all
- 5:35Speaker 1: right now. He then said, you must imagine how these
- 5:41Speaker 1: four men must have felt when you carry somebody for
- 5:45Speaker 1: hours on on on on on on the way. They
- 5:48Speaker 1: had to carry some cloth connected by a couple of sticks,
- 5:52Speaker 1: said the men. Shoulders had to be bruised, had to
- 5:55Speaker 1: have deep gouges in them, not cuts, but just indentations
- 5:59Speaker 1: where they had carried the weight of this grown man
- 6:02Speaker 1: for so many hours. And they looked at him in disbelief, like, man,
- 6:05Speaker 1: what are you talking about. We didn't walked all this far.
- 6:08Speaker 1: He said, yeah, but if you get up on that
- 6:10Speaker 1: roof and you cut a hole in it and lower
- 6:13Speaker 1: me down, I can see him and when he see me,
- 6:17Speaker 1: it'll be all right. After sitting there and imploring the men,
- 6:23Speaker 1: they went up and did just that. And then and
- 6:27Speaker 1: then the story that Joel Osteen said, the man was healed.
- 6:31Speaker 1: But the point he was making was he was saying
- 6:34Speaker 1: that the closer you get to what it is you
- 6:38Speaker 1: really want, the more difficult it's going to become. But
- 6:42Speaker 1: you've got to push through. See, if you don't push through,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you never know, so you can't get right to the answer.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And because it gets really difficult, started creating those little
- 6:52Speaker 1: saying that we got his people. Well, I guess it
- 6:56Speaker 1: wasn't meant to be. I guess it wasn't the Lord
- 7:00Speaker 1: will now, man, I guess you should not give up
- 7:03Speaker 1: right now. I guess you should keep pressing. I guess
- 7:07Speaker 1: you should do more because see, in all of us,
- 7:10Speaker 1: in all of us. When you've had enough, I want
- 7:12Speaker 1: you to know something, you do have a little bit
- 7:15Speaker 1: more in all of us. You can do one more.
- 7:20Speaker 1: You know. That's one of my favorite things that I
- 7:22Speaker 1: heard Joel Oldstein said, and it kind of made me
- 7:24Speaker 1: feel good. He said, I always feel like I can
- 7:28Speaker 1: do one more anything, and I tell my friends all
- 7:32Speaker 1: the time, I can do one more man, I could
- 7:35Speaker 1: do one more day. I can do one more anything.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Now Here was the jewel that I never really knew
- 7:45Speaker 1: that Joel Oldstein and God sent to me I needed
- 7:49Speaker 1: to hear. He said that no matter what you're going through,
- 7:55Speaker 1: no matter how long the challenge is you've been facing,
- 7:59Speaker 1: God has an end date for it all. Did you
- 8:03Speaker 1: hear me? No matter what you're going through, no matter
- 8:06Speaker 1: what challenge you're facing, no matter what situation you've gotten
- 8:09Speaker 1: yourself into, God has an ending date. All you got
- 8:14Speaker 1: to do is keep pressing forward. All you got to
- 8:18Speaker 1: do is hanging now. All you got to do is
- 8:21Speaker 1: don't give up. All you have to do is don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: turn back. That is an end date for all of it,
- 8:30Speaker 1: even when you think you've had enough. And boy, have
- 8:35Speaker 1: I had this conversation with God on several things that
- 8:40Speaker 1: I've been going through, and I'm going I've even told him, Look,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I got it, man, He said, just keep hanging on.
- 8:49Speaker 1: There is an end date to whatever it is you're
- 8:52Speaker 1: going through. There's an end date to your illness, your sickness, yo, yo,
- 8:57Speaker 1: tired of being tired. There's an end date to this
- 9:01Speaker 1: relationship that you can't seem to get through. Beyond over
- 9:10Speaker 1: that's that's like a cancer to you. There's an end date.
- 9:14Speaker 1: But you've got to hang in there. You've got to
- 9:18Speaker 1: keep pushing forward. You cannot turn around. You must not
- 9:22Speaker 1: go back, because when God gets you through this and
- 9:27Speaker 1: you break through to the other side, the reward and
- 9:31Speaker 1: the benefit is far greater than the struggle. I oftentimes
- 9:38Speaker 1: look at some of the things that God has brought
- 9:40Speaker 1: me through in my worst times, and when He brought
- 9:44Speaker 1: me through, I went, wow, man, now that I understand that,
- 9:48Speaker 1: Now that I'm on the other side and I have
- 9:50Speaker 1: the benefit of the reward for it, would you do
- 9:53Speaker 1: it all again to get there? Yes, I would. You're
- 9:56Speaker 1: listening to ay, gentlemen, may have your attention, Please have
- 10:03Speaker 1: your undivided attention. Please. Yesterday was a show that we
- 10:09Speaker 1: promised you ignorance. We delivered today's show. We are all

- 10:21Speaker 1: her budginess, whatever color, with her no, every damn thing
- 10:27Speaker 1: out of to me with my subtle moments of difficulty,
- 10:36Speaker 1: moments that pale man Jay fresh out of Chemo Junior,
- 10:47Speaker 1: straight out of Compton Cycling, all sickle sale what and
- 10:58Speaker 1: nephew Tommy m h shout and stupid he suffers from
- 11:06Speaker 1: s ands, show and stupid. We are all here to date.
- 11:13Speaker 1: This show is dedicated to healing because all of us
- 11:18Speaker 1: need to be healed from something. Welcome to the Steve

- 11:44Speaker 1: Good morning everybody. You won't let us right? Little sick boy,
- 11:52Speaker 1: Yeah you know what good thing is? I ain't in
- 11:55Speaker 1: there a date? Hello, Oh the hospital keemo free. I
- 12:04Speaker 1: love it in remission except when you're talking to Shirley
- 12:10Speaker 1: Jathany brown Man, what up? What up? Not least suffering
- 12:17Speaker 1: from a severe case of as ands stupid and short, Nephew, Tim,
- 12:27Speaker 1: I won't be short for you, Dan, and what are
- 12:33Speaker 1: you against? What are you again? Diff? I suffered from
- 12:37Speaker 1: a slight case of difficulties. Ain't from time to time
- 12:42Speaker 1: difficult to work with, talk to, and collaborate with. Yeah,
- 12:48Speaker 1: so now we're just lying. Okay, a little bit eventually
- 12:54Speaker 1: come around, but not okay, So Steve, yesterday we had
- 12:59Speaker 1: the Strawberry letter about this woman whose brother in law
- 13:02Speaker 1: moved into the house with her and her fiance and
- 13:05Speaker 1: he was just nasty, straight out nasty. Your response to
- 13:09Speaker 1: that letter, talking about that man's feet and his behind smelling,
- 13:14Speaker 1: it just prompted so many text messages and tweets and
- 13:18Speaker 1: all of that. I'm gonna read one quickly that I got, Babe.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I ain't never laughed so hard at y'all morning show
- 13:24Speaker 1: till this morning. He said feet and booty smelled the
- 13:27Speaker 1: same as lemon merangue for the roaches. All right, listen,
- 13:36Speaker 1: coming up a thirty two minutes after, we'll see what's
- 13:39Speaker 1: up with Jay Anthony Brown. Right after this you're listening
- 13:43Speaker 1: to all right, So, Jay Anthony Brown, how are you
- 13:50Speaker 1: feeling mister straight out of chemo Jay, can I ask
- 13:57Speaker 1: you a serious question about this again? Like when you
- 14:00Speaker 1: stop doing chemo because you've been on it for a while,
- 14:05Speaker 1: is there any like do you have like a withdrawal
- 14:08Speaker 1: from that or anything, because no, you're just glad at him,
- 14:12Speaker 1: that's all you glad. You're as glad as you ain't
- 14:19Speaker 1: gonna be stuck. HOWO, how would you describe to feeling no,
- 14:22Speaker 1: sciously check chemo. Chemo is not like radiation. I think
- 14:27Speaker 1: the thing for chemo is that it just it takes
- 14:29Speaker 1: your appetite. You know, it takes your appetite. It makes
- 14:32Speaker 1: you nauseous, you can't eat on That's why I lost
- 14:35Speaker 1: all that weight that I didn't want to eat. And
- 14:37Speaker 1: you just it's just you just feel sick. You just
- 14:40Speaker 1: feel sick. You don't have the energy to do pretty
- 14:42Speaker 1: much anything just sitting lays, lay up, or sit in
- 14:46Speaker 1: the chair. You just you can't. You just can't do
- 14:49Speaker 1: anything until it's over. Wow. Okay, But for you, when
- 14:53Speaker 1: you say nauseous, you mean like you have to throw up?
- 14:57Speaker 1: You yeah, it and you you threw up a couple
- 15:01Speaker 1: of times and a lot of a lot of restroom time,
- 15:04Speaker 1: A lot of restroom. Now, I don't know how we
- 15:06Speaker 1: just in radio, so we asked said one word I noticed.
- 15:17Speaker 1: You know, I just wanted to, uh, you know, just
- 15:20Speaker 1: get clarity because I mean, I mean, you know, look,
- 15:23Speaker 1: we've been He's had the best attitude of anybody that
- 15:26Speaker 1: I've ever seen going through this, even though I've never
- 15:28Speaker 1: been this close to anybody that was doing keemo. But
- 15:31Speaker 1: for him to have the attitude that he had, and
- 15:34Speaker 1: you know, we joke about it to you know, help
- 15:36Speaker 1: him get through it, because he would rather just laugh
- 15:38Speaker 1: his way through it, didn't be miserable. I didn't want
- 15:41Speaker 1: people to think that we didn't. We're not sensitive to it.
- 15:44Speaker 1: It's just that's the way that Jay asked us to
- 15:46Speaker 1: help him cope with it. You know, he would rather
- 15:49Speaker 1: laugh and joke about it to set up and be miserable.
- 15:52Speaker 1: But everybody got to handle it theyself. Like everybody has
- 15:54Speaker 1: different symptoms. So I just wanted to hear his perspective house.
- 15:58Speaker 1: It affects people everybody differently. You know, some people lose
- 16:01Speaker 1: all of their hair. I didn't lose any hairs because
- 16:04Speaker 1: I already had a mustache on hold. If that had happened,
- 16:12Speaker 1: you would have never known that I had had made
- 16:18Speaker 1: payments on the mustache. Was like, Lord, you can take
- 16:21Speaker 1: my eye ride, you can take my bood hair, but
- 16:23Speaker 1: don't please. Never never helped, never happy. But but Javid,
- 16:30Speaker 1: you were having a bad day. You told us you
- 16:32Speaker 1: were having a bad day. You just said it affects
- 16:35Speaker 1: people differently. And then like I said, one thing, it
- 16:37Speaker 1: affects It affects family because families don't know what to
- 16:40Speaker 1: do for somebody who's having a bad day. There's nothing
- 16:43Speaker 1: you can do but leave them alone. And sometimes that
- 16:46Speaker 1: affects people. And he don't want to be mind and
- 16:48Speaker 1: he didn't up there by himself. You know that's what
- 16:50Speaker 1: you want to do. You just want to be alone.
- 16:53Speaker 1: You just don't want to bad people. It sounds just
- 16:59Speaker 1: like that. It sounds just like I had to bring
- 17:04Speaker 1: some soup and then bring you. It's not that they
- 17:05Speaker 1: bring you soup, Steve. They bring your ass a lot
- 17:08Speaker 1: of damn soup. It's like foot tubs of soup. The lid.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Now put this in the you have soup for mother.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Let's let's just this lady who brought me some soup, man,
- 17:35Speaker 1: and it had it had stuff in there that you
- 17:38Speaker 1: just when you sit opra and chicken and carriaging, when
- 17:42Speaker 1: you look at scoop. Yeah, I can't eat that. I
- 17:46Speaker 1: can't do you understand? I feel like throwing up now.
- 17:51Speaker 1: It's open. Ora is not a settle your stomach. Food.
- 17:58Speaker 1: But it's not. Oh, I love fried and paratos onions. Yeah,
- 18:09Speaker 1: check pickles. I don't care. Yeah, I like it, slimy,
- 18:13Speaker 1: I don't care. I don't do Yeah. Some rice this
- 18:18Speaker 1: lord yeah? Open and rice? Wa. Somebody must be country
- 18:22Speaker 1: in the group that must have a bunch troubles. Yeah,
- 18:28Speaker 1: some oh man, I had it with rice. But okay,
- 18:33Speaker 1: you never had you never hand with rice? Excuse me,
- 18:36Speaker 1: excuse what? No? I have sure you never Rice. I've
- 18:41Speaker 1: never had it like that. No. I motioned for a
- 18:45Speaker 1: survey for the people who work with like I like it.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Black card, right, get a black card? God? Yeah? Ever
- 19:00Speaker 1: had oxtails? You have had? Open? Have you ever had
- 19:03Speaker 1: chicken feet? Killing? No? Jay rks, No, I've never had it.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Why are y'all why why are y'all asking anything? Okay,
- 19:20Speaker 1: chicken necks, yes, of course I know about those. Did
- 19:24Speaker 1: you have them? No? No, no, she said, he said,
- 19:27Speaker 1: did you have it? You heard him? No? I didn't
- 19:32Speaker 1: like the smell. Sorry, I can understand how well you
- 19:37Speaker 1: know that stopped me. My family would have crushed you out.
- 19:40Speaker 1: But it was just a smell that stopped eating a
- 19:43Speaker 1: lot of stuff. But go right of here. So so
- 19:56Speaker 1: now you're your cancer free, you're done. What do you
- 20:01Speaker 1: do now? What do you do now? You can eat
- 20:03Speaker 1: normally everything's back to meat. That's not eating meat, beef
- 20:07Speaker 1: in beef and pork. I don't eat that anymore. Sometimes
- 20:10Speaker 1: I eat fish and you gotta have chickens. Do you?
- 20:17Speaker 1: Thank you? Cow? Can you? That's like you all right?
- 20:23Speaker 1: Coming up, nephews, thank you guys, run that prank back
- 20:27Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to show coming up at
- 20:33Speaker 1: the top of the hour, guys in entertainment news Whitney
- 20:36Speaker 1: Houston's bff Robin Crawford, Well, she's telling her story now,
- 20:40Speaker 1: and tell me something good, good news. Lebron James is
- 20:45Speaker 1: building temporary housing for school families. That is absolutely we're
- 20:51Speaker 1: gonna tell you about the Yeah, we're gonna tell you
- 20:53Speaker 1: about these stories at the top of the hour. But
- 20:55Speaker 1: right now, the nephew in the building with run that
- 20:58Speaker 1: prank back. What you got for is now? Choir director
- 21:03Speaker 1: anti this choir directed and let's take it to the quiet,
- 21:08Speaker 1: all right, let's go Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach Lorenzo.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Lorenzo played speaking as calling Hi. This is I'm Bernard.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I'm giving your call on Behalf of Missionary Baptist Church
- 21:25Speaker 1: and doing a follow up. Actually, you you've you've been
- 21:29Speaker 1: the choir director there right for what is it close
- 21:34Speaker 1: to six years now? Five and a half years? Okay,
- 21:38Speaker 1: And for my understanding, you're doing a great job. Everyone
- 21:41Speaker 1: seems to love what you're doing on Sunday mornings, which
- 21:43Speaker 1: is definitely a blessing for the entire congregation. Right, So
- 21:48Speaker 1: what I was giving you a call on is there
- 21:50Speaker 1: seems to be a bit of a discrepancy with some
- 21:53Speaker 1: of the antics that is going on when you are
- 21:56Speaker 1: directing the choir on Sunday mornings, answering again now no no,
- 22:01Speaker 1: come no, come again? You said antics? Well, some of
- 22:04Speaker 1: the members? Who are you? Once again? I said, my
- 22:07Speaker 1: name is Bernard and I'm actually calling on Behalf. What
- 22:11Speaker 1: what's your last time, sir? I'm not I'm not actually
- 22:14Speaker 1: a member of uhuh, but I've been asked to give
- 22:17Speaker 1: you a call and and bring some things to your
- 22:19Speaker 1: attention and and and deliver the news that the Church
- 22:22Speaker 1: would like for you to have. Okay, what news? Well,
- 22:26Speaker 1: let me let me get back to what I was.
- 22:28Speaker 1: I was thinking that some people in the congregation are
- 22:30Speaker 1: actually having a problem with your antics when you're directing
- 22:33Speaker 1: the qui uh, different things that they're not happy with.
- 22:37Speaker 1: It is a sorrowful moment, I should say, for me
- 22:40Speaker 1: to have to come to you and tell you that
- 22:42Speaker 1: you know, as of today, which is Sunday, we're going
- 22:45Speaker 1: to have to ask you to step down as the
- 22:48Speaker 1: minister of music. Harm. I want to second, maybe I'm
- 22:51Speaker 1: not hearing you correctly. You have a problem with the
- 22:54Speaker 1: Holy Spirit getting the whole of me direct the cloud. Well,
- 22:59Speaker 1: it's not necess tell it. It's not the Holy Spirit
- 23:01Speaker 1: at all. If you can shot all day, that has
- 23:03Speaker 1: nothing to do with it. I guess, just different antics
- 23:05Speaker 1: that you have. You know that the congregation is just
- 23:08Speaker 1: not I need you to be a little more clear
- 23:11Speaker 1: on what you're saying answics. Please tell me what you're saying.
- 23:15Speaker 1: So is it that my half too long? Is it
- 23:19Speaker 1: that I look too cute when I'm in the choir? What?
- 23:21Speaker 1: What is it? So I'm not I don't want to hear.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I want to go take attack with you. Like I said,
- 23:26Speaker 1: I'm not a member. I want you to say it.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Please say it. Nay, they fired me, they fired me today.
- 23:34Speaker 1: I want you to say it. And I want to
- 23:36Speaker 1: know if the path to hide me, why didn't he
- 23:39Speaker 1: fire me? Well, you know it's it's kind of like

- 28:37Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. We'll first in today's
- 28:43Speaker 1: entertainment news Whitney Houston's bff, Robin Crawford. We all remember
- 28:47Speaker 1: her from Back of the Day with when Whitney first started.
- 28:50Speaker 1: She's now saying she had a physical relationship with Whitney.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Robin who made the revelation in her book A Song
- 28:57Speaker 1: for You, My Life with Whitney Houston says she met
- 29:01Speaker 1: the then sixteen year old Whitney back in nineteen eighty
- 29:05Speaker 1: at a summer camp, and that their friendship quickly turned
- 29:07Speaker 1: physical and romantic. Robin told NBC News in a new
- 29:11Speaker 1: interview it wasn't planned. It's just something that happened over
- 29:15Speaker 1: the next two years. Robin explains, Whitney told her they
- 29:18Speaker 1: had to stop seeing each other as she felt it
- 29:20Speaker 1: would sink her music career. And on top of that,
- 29:23Speaker 1: Robin says, there was family pressure. People don't get Yeah,
- 29:29Speaker 1: I know, I didn't. I was too. That's an old
- 29:31Speaker 1: rumor anyway. Yeah, yeah, so she's coming out and I
- 29:37Speaker 1: have never heard it before and do not give a damna.
- 29:43Speaker 1: And that's her truth. A lot of people like, yeah,
- 29:47Speaker 1: and if it is, so what And that's another thing.
- 29:49Speaker 1: So what And they're saying why now you know, Yeah,
- 29:53Speaker 1: because it's some money making opportunity. It ain't got nothing
- 29:57Speaker 1: to do with my truth. You can tell your truth.
- 29:59Speaker 1: You could have been told your truth. There's a way
- 30:01Speaker 1: to make money. Now, come on, man, I don't care
- 30:04Speaker 1: what you do. That's your business. But now all of
- 30:07Speaker 1: a sudden, you need to sell books, so now here
- 30:10Speaker 1: coming the store could have put it. Hey, hey, your
- 30:14Speaker 1: truth could have been free on the internet. You ain't
- 30:16Speaker 1: had to put it in a book that's for sale,
- 30:18Speaker 1: saying hello, if you if it's the truth you want
- 30:23Speaker 1: to tell, you can tell it now. Instagram, Yeah, kick,
- 30:29Speaker 1: go to the altar test Is anyone here that has
- 30:34Speaker 1: anything to say? I had something to confess. I've been
- 30:39Speaker 1: giving a lot of soup lately, and I'm just tired
- 30:41Speaker 1: of it. So much soup pass so much? Sup Hey man,
- 30:45Speaker 1: did you see that? Did you see that thing that
- 30:48Speaker 1: went viral with this lady's titt up at testimonium and
- 30:52Speaker 1: was in church and started talking about her sexual escapade? Yeah,
- 31:00Speaker 1: but graphically yes, yes, yes, I was. HOLLI calls the
- 31:08Speaker 1: dude that gave her the mic. He went, God, why
- 31:14Speaker 1: would you know that she's gonna say something? Yeah, So
- 31:20Speaker 1: that's why I need a screening process. Makes the deacon
- 31:24Speaker 1: or whatever holds the mic just got don't give your
- 31:29Speaker 1: mic up? Yeah right? Oh, and back to Robin Crawford.
- 31:37Speaker 1: She also writes of Whitney's crush on Eddie Murphy, saying
- 31:40Speaker 1: she was interested in Eddie but he was elusive, and
- 31:43Speaker 1: that Eddie did call Whitney to tell her she was
- 31:46Speaker 1: making a mistake marrying Bobby Brown. So there you go.
- 31:49Speaker 1: That's all not what news everybody told him. Everybody told
- 32:06Speaker 1: me that I said it. We ain't even Murphy. That's
- 32:22Speaker 1: funny Steve. Everybody. Oh yeah, definitely love Bobby Brown. Truth.
- 32:38Speaker 1: That's that's our truth. That's our truth. Jay, That'll be
- 32:42Speaker 1: in our book. Yeah, all right, time for today's headlines too.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Let's get to with Steve. Ladies and gentlemen, miss and Tripp.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Thank you very much everybody, and good morning. This is
- 32:55Speaker 1: a trip with the news, everybody. The public phase of
- 32:57Speaker 1: the House impeachment inquiry into President Trump begins in earnest
- 33:01Speaker 1: next week, with a House Intelligence Committee holding public hearings
- 33:04Speaker 1: with a number of American diplomats. The president suspected of trying,
- 33:07Speaker 1: of course, to strong arm Ukrainian officials into investigating Joe
- 33:10Speaker 1: Biden and his son Hunter with the threat of the
- 33:13Speaker 1: loss of very valuable military aid. In the transcript of
- 33:16Speaker 1: his early testimony by the Way to House impeachment investigators,
- 33:19Speaker 1: a deputy Assistant Secretary of State named George Kent discusses
- 33:23Speaker 1: his concerns about how President Trump and his personal attorney
- 33:26Speaker 1: Rudy Giuliani were trying to force Ukraine into launching an
- 33:29Speaker 1: investigation to Joe and Hunter and to make a big
- 33:31Speaker 1: announcement about it. Chicago's had a police Eddie Johnson, says
- 33:35Speaker 1: he's retiring after more than three years as Shytown superintendent
- 33:38Speaker 1: of Police. Johnson took the job during an especially violent
- 33:41Speaker 1: chapter in Chicago's history and amid the public outcry over
- 33:45Speaker 1: that release of that video showing the outright murder of
- 33:48Speaker 1: a black teenager named Lakwan McDonald by a white cop
- 33:51Speaker 1: who shot him sixteen times and then tried to claim
- 33:54Speaker 1: that he did it because he felt threatened, despite the
- 33:57Speaker 1: fact that the video shows Lakwan walking away from him
- 34:00Speaker 1: and not toward him. Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson oversaw a
- 34:03Speaker 1: significant drop in violent crime, all the while hearing the
- 34:06Speaker 1: President berate him and his town. So Johnson refused to
- 34:09Speaker 1: attend last week's top Cop confab in Chicago. Of course,
- 34:12Speaker 1: his absence didn't go unnoticed. They gonna tote him my
- 34:15Speaker 1: health more than anyone else. This person should be here
- 34:19Speaker 1: because maybe he could learn something. And that's the Superintendent
- 34:26Speaker 1: of Chicago Police, Eddie Johnson. Here's a man that could
- 34:31Speaker 1: not bother the show up for a meeting of police
- 34:33Speaker 1: chiefs most respected people in the country, in his hometown
- 34:38Speaker 1: and with the President of the United States. And you
- 34:42Speaker 1: know why, It's because he's not doing his job well.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Chief Johnson says he did do his job and at
- 34:49Speaker 1: great personal cost. Here gonn tote him my health, my family,
- 34:52Speaker 1: my friends, but my integrity remains intact. And I'm proud
- 34:57Speaker 1: of what the department has accomplished during my tenure. Johnson
- 35:00Speaker 1: passed out during a press conference two years ago, admitted
- 35:03Speaker 1: to health problems and had to undergo a kidney transplant.
- 35:06Speaker 1: He is ill and Louisiana authorities say that a white
- 35:09Speaker 1: woman was fatally shot after charging at a black police
- 35:11Speaker 1: officer with scissors, calling him the end word, and the
- 35:14Speaker 1: officer of Patrick Edmonds Junior has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Once folks on the tape. Funerals have begun in Mexico
- 35:19Speaker 1: for the victims of what police field was a gang
- 35:21Speaker 1: lang and shooting of three American women and six children
- 35:24Speaker 1: in a horrific case, they say, of mistaken identity. Today
- 35:27Speaker 1: national cook something good today. Today we're gonna do some
- 35:30Speaker 1: other roasted chicken weight good zoy. So now back to
- 35:34Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to show well, Uh,
- 35:40Speaker 1: Jay is here. We're so happy when you're here with us. Jay,
- 35:44Speaker 1: that means you're healthy and good. Uh and and Jay,
- 35:48Speaker 1: I don't know where you find the time, but apparently
- 35:51Speaker 1: you've written another book. What is this your ape? I
- 35:59Speaker 1: mean that I love eleven. I got my level. I
- 36:10Speaker 1: didn't eleven. But this is this is my newest book.
- 36:13Speaker 1: This is my newest book. While I was in the Chimo,
- 36:16Speaker 1: I put this together. The name of the book is
- 36:18Speaker 1: is very catchy. You catch on this. Sometimes kin folks
- 36:22Speaker 1: ain't work for damn, or you can use the S word.
- 36:25Speaker 1: That's the title of the one more time. Sometimes ken
- 36:29Speaker 1: folks ain't worth for damn, or you can use the
- 36:33Speaker 1: S word. So that's that's the title of the book.
- 36:37Speaker 1: And there's several chapters in there that everybody who has
- 36:41Speaker 1: kin folks can relate to. In my new book calls
- 36:45Speaker 1: sometimes kin folks ain't work the damn you can use
- 36:46Speaker 1: it for chapter one. Just because you got a big house,
- 36:50Speaker 1: they can show up and stay for free. That's chapter one.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Oh man. That that that little chapter two. I had
- 37:00Speaker 1: to get into some personal stuff that they think your
- 37:03Speaker 1: house is storied. Let me put something in your garage
- 37:06Speaker 1: for a couple of days. I mean it's been in there,
- 37:10Speaker 1: ain't much now, it ain't moved. You know. It's the
- 37:12Speaker 1: old pod. I don't even know what it is myself.
- 37:16Speaker 1: I didn't lift it up. I don't know that. Chapter three, Okay,
- 37:20Speaker 1: this is if you have a big house up. Uh.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Can folk get confused in a new book? Sometimes ken
- 37:25Speaker 1: folking for damn, and you can use the S word.
- 37:28Speaker 1: They think they think you're the daddy. What they don't
- 37:31Speaker 1: understand is you're the granddaddy, not the daddy. Daddy. Some
- 37:38Speaker 1: of those problems, this is a personal Some of those
- 37:42Speaker 1: problems need to go to the daddy, not the granddaddy. Okay,
- 37:46Speaker 1: you need to go right to the daddy. Okay, Oh,
- 37:50Speaker 1: this is a chapter. If you my book, my new
- 37:53Speaker 1: book call Sometimes kN folks don't for damn or you
- 37:56Speaker 1: can use the S word. Just they you a bad
- 37:59Speaker 1: guy if you don't babysit. I don't baby sit. Okay.
- 38:04Speaker 1: I smoke things. I do things that around kids. And
- 38:10Speaker 1: and when you come back, he gonna have a whole
- 38:12Speaker 1: different attitude if you leave him here, Okay, he gonna
- 38:16Speaker 1: he gonna be a little he gonna be hungry's gonna
- 38:18Speaker 1: be sleep big. Yeah, you're gonna come pick up a
- 38:23Speaker 1: little at in my new book. In my new book,
- 38:31Speaker 1: sometimes can with a damn or you can use the
- 38:34Speaker 1: asword they think you a finance company. That's my book.
- 38:40Speaker 1: That's my book. Several chapters in never be out soon. Uh,
- 38:44Speaker 1: sometimes can't damn you can use check it out in
- 38:46Speaker 1: my new book. Yeah, and I was gonna be a bestseller.
- 38:50Speaker 1: It's gonna be gonna be all right. Come up in
- 38:54Speaker 1: thirty four after the hour, Thank you, Jay. Still trending
- 38:58Speaker 1: U t I is facing backlash about some of his
- 39:01Speaker 1: parenting choices. We're going to talk about that right after this.
- 39:04Speaker 1: You're listening to this Dave Harvey Morning Show. Well, TI's
- 39:09Speaker 1: entire family turned into a trending topic when he revealed
- 39:12Speaker 1: a very questionable parenting strategy. Tip talked on the Ladies
- 39:18Speaker 1: Like Us podcast about the length he goes to to
- 39:21Speaker 1: help make sure his eighteen year old daughter, Deja remains
- 39:24Speaker 1: a version. TI says that he and his daughter take
- 39:28Speaker 1: yearly trips to the Guina cologist to check her hyman
- 39:32Speaker 1: to see if it's still intact. Well, yeah, TI is
- 39:37Speaker 1: still facing some backlash on social media force comments and
- 39:40Speaker 1: people are saying TI is controlling or would he give
- 39:46Speaker 1: the same scrutiny to one of his sons of the
- 39:49Speaker 1: same age, So, and why is that different? This is
- 39:54Speaker 1: a double standard. So do you guys all of you
- 39:56Speaker 1: guys have daughters, with the exception of you, of course.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Uh So there's a double standard of parenting boys and girls,
- 40:03Speaker 1: and they're always has been. What do you guys think?
- 40:06Speaker 1: That's a lot. I mean, the conversation with my son
- 40:09Speaker 1: is totally different from the conversation with my right, I'm
- 40:13Speaker 1: I'm I'm very protective of her, So that's gonna be different.
- 40:17Speaker 1: That's two different. Yeah, yeah, And that's the whole point
- 40:22Speaker 1: of the question, the double standard, because sometimes men that
- 40:27Speaker 1: they that they applaud a little boys or boys in
- 40:31Speaker 1: terms of their escapade, and then they're protective of girls.
- 40:34Speaker 1: So it is a double standard. And why is that?
- 40:37Speaker 1: I don't I couldn't tell you. It started long before me.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Shirt you think that I didn't start, I don't go ahead,
- 40:48Speaker 1: you know, I don't know. I don't really care about
- 40:52Speaker 1: what comment t I made. I really really don't. I
- 40:56Speaker 1: kind of took that as a tongue in cheek type
- 40:59Speaker 1: thing he was doing. But if it is the reality
- 41:02Speaker 1: of what he does, I mean, who am I? Who
- 41:07Speaker 1: am I? You know that's how he choose to parent.
- 41:09Speaker 1: But you know you can't watch them always, and you
- 41:11Speaker 1: know they're gonna leave the house, and when they leave
- 41:13Speaker 1: the house, they're gonna make decisions. Man, and you and
- 41:16Speaker 1: to the best of your parenting ability. What I've had
- 41:19Speaker 1: to learn over the years is when one of my
- 41:21Speaker 1: kids make a mistake, I also remember the fact of
- 41:24Speaker 1: how many I made. Yes, I think of how many
- 41:29Speaker 1: I made, and then I immediately start to understand that
- 41:32Speaker 1: they're gonna make them too, and they can go against
- 41:35Speaker 1: the very best of your parental skills and teachings. They
- 41:39Speaker 1: just making that decision and it's nothing you could do
- 41:41Speaker 1: about it. So I'm not really mad at what t
- 41:44Speaker 1: I said at all. You know I've never done that,
- 41:49Speaker 1: But you know, the just this thing, man, I mean,
- 41:52Speaker 1: go ahead, Can I speak on behalf of some a
- 41:55Speaker 1: lot of ignorant men? Maybe? Who is who is Hemming?
- 42:00Speaker 1: Who is he? Who is? I thought I couldn't be
- 42:05Speaker 1: top that stupid stepped up in that he's on your team.
- 42:09Speaker 1: He's a president, and your team this guy and what
- 42:16Speaker 1: is he doing in the room. I'm about need to
- 42:19Speaker 1: go back to health class. He missed that whole week. Yeah, yeah, man,
- 42:30Speaker 1: the daughter is a different part that the daughters are different.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Hands on you and all your young men, and that's listening,
- 42:37Speaker 1: all young men and this listen. I'm ready to put
- 42:39Speaker 1: the one jump on any day, go down. I'm just
- 42:42Speaker 1: letting you know I'm ready to put the jump on.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And is that because you guys are guys and you
- 42:47Speaker 1: know what you're thinking about the You know what we
- 42:49Speaker 1: did as to why you don't want her dealing or
- 42:56Speaker 1: your daughter is dealing with guys at that age. It's
- 43:00Speaker 1: not a guy that you didn't look at him that well?
- 43:03Speaker 1: What what's what's up with you? Really up? I mean, look,
- 43:07Speaker 1: we know what all of them want anyway to the house.
- 43:10Speaker 1: We already know what you want. All I love your daughter,
- 43:13Speaker 1: No you don't, not like I do. So I already
- 43:16Speaker 1: know what you want. And my job is just to
- 43:19Speaker 1: make it well. When they lived at home, my job
- 43:22Speaker 1: was to make it as difficult for them. I was
- 43:28Speaker 1: not easy. You don't feel welcome over his house, you know.
- 43:32Speaker 1: So if y'all downstairs kissing real hard, you're gonna be
- 43:35Speaker 1: doing it with a lot of nervous tensions. Kissing. It's
- 43:39Speaker 1: gonna be tired, it's be tight, you're gonna you're gonna
- 43:43Speaker 1: chip your tooth trying to break away. All right, guys, Well,
- 43:47Speaker 1: thank you. You can post your comments on parenting and
- 43:49Speaker 1: double standards and all that at Steve them on Facebook
- 43:55Speaker 1: and Instagram. Coming up next, today's bring phone call with
- 43:59Speaker 1: the nephew. Right after this you're listening to. Coming up
- 44:04Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, right about four minutes after,
- 44:08Speaker 1: it's my strawberry letter for today, the subject living with
- 44:12Speaker 1: another man's wife. Uh, we're gonna get to the prank
- 44:17Speaker 1: call in a moment with a nephew. But you guys
- 44:20Speaker 1: had more to speak on this ti double standard, uh
- 44:24Speaker 1: situation that we were discussing earlier. I'm you know, look,
- 44:29Speaker 1: I think tis damned if he do, and damned he don't.
- 44:32Speaker 1: You know, if people always got something to say about something,
- 44:35Speaker 1: If a man taking his daughter down to the guy
- 44:37Speaker 1: in the colleges, he's controlling, he's insensitive. Yeah, I think
- 44:42Speaker 1: he is being controlling. I mean, house, do you help
- 44:45Speaker 1: keep a grip on the situation. I think a lot
- 44:48Speaker 1: of us as men. We know what the boy walks
- 44:51Speaker 1: when he come over and dog on it like look man,
- 44:56Speaker 1: and till them girls move out the house. I made
- 44:59Speaker 1: it as hard as I possibly could, or every boy
- 45:02Speaker 1: that came to the house. I know what you want, Pardner, Yeah,
- 45:05Speaker 1: because I know exactly what you weren't here for. My
- 45:08Speaker 1: job is to be the gatekeeper. That's all I got
- 45:13Speaker 1: to say to you, Partner, how many fathers that aren't
- 45:15Speaker 1: at all? You know he's dead with his daughter, Mana.
- 45:21Speaker 1: He's an active father. He and his kids lives. Now.
- 45:24Speaker 1: If you think that's too much, you can have the
- 45:26Speaker 1: right to thank us too much. But I'll tell you
- 45:29Speaker 1: what I'd rather pair be too much than absently Steve. Yeah,
- 45:36Speaker 1: at least not only am I the gatekeeper, is cameras
- 45:41Speaker 1: on these gates and all rounded camera on this gate.
- 45:55Speaker 1: I love it all right now, baby, let's time date
- 46:00Speaker 1: is the prank of the day, lunch time day. Let's
- 46:02Speaker 1: go catch down. Hello, Hey, I'm trying to speak to
- 46:07Speaker 1: uh toech speak to Alan. This is Alan? Who's this? Hey? Alan? Yo?

- 46:18Speaker 1: I work this like I said this, Derek, Man, I
- 46:20Speaker 1: work with your wife Rachel. Right, you used you're supervisor something.
- 46:24Speaker 1: I mean you just this about work something. I mean.
- 46:26Speaker 1: She's doing a good job and everything she ain't bout no, no, no,
- 46:28Speaker 1: everything is straight, man, Ain't nothing wrong with the job.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Everything's cool as the job. This this right here, man
- 46:32Speaker 1: is like what I know this man, And it's you know,
- 46:35Speaker 1: it just seems like every single day, you know, while
- 46:38Speaker 1: she's on her lunch break, it seems like, you know,
- 46:41Speaker 1: you would call and and and uh and then blocked
- 46:44Speaker 1: off the whole hour of her lunch break. And actually,
- 46:47Speaker 1: you know, just be real, man, I'm just trying to
- 46:49Speaker 1: come correct with you. It just seemed like you just
- 46:51Speaker 1: cut in on all the time that I have that
- 46:53Speaker 1: I had with her. Well whoa, whoa, whoa what hell?
- 46:56Speaker 1: Hold hold up on me, hold up, hold on bro,
- 46:58Speaker 1: Wait you but the are you doing at lunch with
- 47:02Speaker 1: my lady sons? Like I said, you know, we just

- 47:10Speaker 1: you you. Okay. First of all, that's my lady. Okay,
- 47:13Speaker 1: I can call her whenever I feel like calling that.
- 47:15Speaker 1: That's what I pay for the phone deal. I bought
- 47:17Speaker 1: that iPhone five I could get calling whenever. Please. All right. Secondly,
- 47:22Speaker 1: you ain't got no business being with a married woman
- 47:26Speaker 1: alone at lunch. This ain't no date. You're supposed to
- 47:28Speaker 1: be at work. No, we are at work. Well, I'm
- 47:31Speaker 1: saying we call workers. You know, it seemed like half
- 47:34Speaker 1: the whole time I'm sitting in front of hull. You know,
- 47:36Speaker 1: we're supposed to be having lunch together and she's talking
- 47:38Speaker 1: to you the whole Um. Okay, what what's your name be?
- 47:40Speaker 1: Getting name there? Derek? Derek? All right, Derek? You work
- 47:43Speaker 1: at the same building up because you you would work
- 47:45Speaker 1: right now? Huh yeah? I mean yeah, I'm here at
- 47:46Speaker 1: the job and y'all work in the same flow. Because
- 47:48Speaker 1: I can find they come and see you. You kams
- 47:49Speaker 1: about to jump off way way different for you straight up. Okay,
- 47:54Speaker 1: So let let me ask you something, man, What is
- 47:56Speaker 1: a big deal? Understand? Okay, you look like you don't
- 47:59Speaker 1: see her. You're like you don't see her when she
- 48:01Speaker 1: gets home, you know, So why is it so important
- 48:04Speaker 1: that you waste a whole hour of lunshielding and ain't
- 48:07Speaker 1: wasted any ain't waste a month. I'm talking to my lady. Okay,
- 48:10Speaker 1: you understand that. Why don't you go out and good
- 48:13Speaker 1: and then you ain't got to worry about sitting up
- 48:15Speaker 1: in front of me. Lady, that's my wife. I walked
- 48:18Speaker 1: down the hour with that. We got kids, we got
- 48:20Speaker 1: a house, We take care that he helped me hold
- 48:22Speaker 1: it down. And this you you you ain't you know
- 48:27Speaker 1: it's like you you don't ever want to come in
- 48:30Speaker 1: and do so. They got to always want to come
- 48:32Speaker 1: in and somebody else's wife, and why why won't you
- 48:35Speaker 1: do this? Take take this advice and see what it works.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Have it works for you. Go to club, church, library,
- 48:42Speaker 1: grocery stole, whatever, the fund your j and you get
- 48:47Speaker 1: you a chick. You gave her for a minute, you
- 48:50Speaker 1: called her for a minute, You romanceuff for me. And
- 48:52Speaker 1: that's what real men. Do you know what I'm saying.
- 48:54Speaker 1: That's what I did. That's how I got my Rachel's
- 48:57Speaker 1: that's stuff. That's my heart. You're trying to sit up
- 49:00Speaker 1: there in front of lunch with us every day for
- 49:03Speaker 1: the past year. I'll tell you what, bro, it may
- 49:06Speaker 1: not be today, it may man get the mark, but
- 49:09Speaker 1: soon soon you're gonna see me me. You're gonna have
- 49:11Speaker 1: none of this phone conversation, just gonna be a face
- 49:14Speaker 1: to face. You knew through all of saying, Man, I
- 49:18Speaker 1: ain't trying to come between y'all at all. All I'm done, okay,
- 49:22Speaker 1: Like I'm saying, I'm not trying to come between y'all.
- 49:24Speaker 1: I'm just saying, it's every day you call it, man,
- 49:27Speaker 1: what do you want life to post? To talk to
- 49:31Speaker 1: every guy day? That's what a real dude. You know
- 49:34Speaker 1: the most about that because you was You ain't no
- 49:36Speaker 1: real all you know about it trying to highlight some treat.
- 49:40Speaker 1: You don't know what it is to put in work
- 49:42Speaker 1: like a real man dude, to actually hold down a home,
- 49:45Speaker 1: pay the bills and everything, the family, the kids in,
- 49:48Speaker 1: fixing the yards and fences, and you don't know nothing
- 49:51Speaker 1: about that. All you know about it, you know, roast
- 49:54Speaker 1: wife can't even go to work without like you, trying
- 49:57Speaker 1: to step a head and don't mean no guy because
- 50:00Speaker 1: but that's okay, Like I promise you I wanna be there.
- 50:03Speaker 1: You're gonna see me, and I'm gonna see you. You know,
- 50:05Speaker 1: I'll tell you what this is house, this gonna go.

- 50:16Speaker 1: What's what's your say? Heard me? So I would come
- 50:19Speaker 1: see yo by tomorrow? Son? I mean you Derek. That's
- 50:23Speaker 1: your name, right, Derek? My name is Derek. Yeah, you don't.
- 50:29Speaker 1: I always want to keep both smiling face in my
- 50:31Speaker 1: wife's face. I'm gonna do Rachel when I see it.
- 50:33Speaker 1: You can. Please believe that. Please believe that talked to
- 50:36Speaker 1: about a little friend at lunch and like the hell
- 50:39Speaker 1: hell getting my nub anyway, I got you know how
- 50:42Speaker 1: to Rachel phone. But that's besides this morm my bless phone. Y'all.

- 50:51Speaker 1: me talking about you? Was at lunch every day with
- 50:53Speaker 1: my wife and you know it's a friendly lunch date.
- 50:57Speaker 1: Just word it. Really, I don't do how you just

- 53:46Speaker 1: Subjects Living with another Man's wife to Stephen Shirley. I've
- 53:50Speaker 1: been married a little over a year now, and this
- 53:53Speaker 1: is my second marriage. Since the wedding, my husband and
- 53:56Speaker 1: I have been searching for a new church home that
- 53:58Speaker 1: we mutually agreed on. We visited churches and settled at
- 54:02Speaker 1: a church close to our home with a good, stern pastor.
- 54:06Speaker 1: We loved his preaching style and felt really welcome there
- 54:11Speaker 1: until one Sunday when the pastor's message was so crazy
- 54:14Speaker 1: that had sent my husband into a frenzy. The pastor
- 54:18Speaker 1: preached about marriage and stated that anyone that has been
- 54:21Speaker 1: married more than once is going straight to hell if
- 54:25Speaker 1: the person gets and if the person gets remarried, the
- 54:28Speaker 1: new spouse is going to hell too. Pastor said that
- 54:33Speaker 1: God only recognizes one marriage and there is no such
- 54:36Speaker 1: thing as divorce. Ever, my husband took the message literally,
- 54:41Speaker 1: and on the way home, he said the pastor was
- 54:43Speaker 1: speaking directly from the Bible. I showed my husband the
- 54:47Speaker 1: exact scripture in the Bible, and it didn't say anything
- 54:50Speaker 1: about anyone burning in hell. Even still, my husband believed
- 54:56Speaker 1: what the pastor said, and he told me he had
- 54:59Speaker 1: been and he had a bad feeling about me on
- 55:02Speaker 1: our wedding day though. That must have been why I
- 55:06Speaker 1: was blindsided, because I thought our marriage was great and
- 55:09Speaker 1: he was happy with me. My husband's distanced himself from
- 55:13Speaker 1: me and we stopped having any type of intimacy. I
- 55:16Speaker 1: refused to go back to the church, but my husband
- 55:19Speaker 1: loves it. The final straw was last week when he
- 55:22Speaker 1: came home and said the pastor asked him if he
- 55:25Speaker 1: was still living with another man's wife. I gave my
- 55:28Speaker 1: husband an ultimatum to either leave the church or leave
- 55:31Speaker 1: our home. Because of this wacky pastor, my marriage is
- 55:35Speaker 1: in shambles. I want to get my marriage back on track,
- 55:38Speaker 1: but I don't know how is this worth fighting for
- 55:41Speaker 1: or is my husband losing his mind like the pastor?
- 55:44Speaker 1: Please help well, I mean this is only worth huh. Yeah,
- 55:51Speaker 1: this is a good letter. This is a really good letter,
- 55:54Speaker 1: you ask you if this is worth fighting for it,
- 55:56Speaker 1: I'd say it's worth fighting for if you want to
- 55:59Speaker 1: save your marriage. You said you want to to to
- 56:02Speaker 1: set your marriage back on track. The problem is you
- 56:06Speaker 1: can't be the only one fighting in a two person marriage.
- 56:09Speaker 1: You just can't. Your husband doesn't seem to want anything
- 56:14Speaker 1: like that. He has distanced himself from you. You've stopped
- 56:18Speaker 1: having any type of intimacy. Your husband loves this church
- 56:23Speaker 1: with this crazy pastor, and the pastor is all up
- 56:27Speaker 1: in your marriage too. You were right to give your
- 56:30Speaker 1: husband an ultimatum in this case either leave the church
- 56:33Speaker 1: or or leave your home. And your marriage is in
- 56:36Speaker 1: shambles because your husband is following this pastor and not
- 56:40Speaker 1: following God as he should and as the Bible states.
- 56:43Speaker 1: So is this worth fighting for? I would say no
- 56:47Speaker 1: at this point, because your husband even said he had
- 56:50Speaker 1: a bad feeling about you on his wedding day. All right,
- 56:55Speaker 1: this is not good. Okay for any marriage that's trying
- 56:58Speaker 1: to survive. This is not good. Your husband needs to
- 57:02Speaker 1: be with this pastor apparently in this church, because that
- 57:06Speaker 1: sounds like he wants where he wants to be, and
- 57:08Speaker 1: not with you in this marriage. And fighting for this marriage.
- 57:11Speaker 1: I don't think you have anything to fight for here, Steve. Wow,
- 57:16Speaker 1: this letter right here, this is just not good. You've
- 57:23Speaker 1: been married a little over a year now. Uh, this
- 57:27Speaker 1: is your your husband's second marriage, and this is my
- 57:31Speaker 1: husband's second marriage. We've been searched for a new church home.
- 57:39Speaker 1: Well mutually agreed upon. I guess so y'all both met
- 57:44Speaker 1: the pastor here and thought it was cool to the sermon.
- 57:47Speaker 1: We love just preaching style felt really good to one
- 57:50Speaker 1: Sunday the pastor's message through your husband into something. The
- 57:56Speaker 1: pastor told about marriage and stated that anybody that's been
- 58:01Speaker 1: married more than once, it's going straight to hell. This
- 58:06Speaker 1: part of the letter affected me deeply. Yes, part of
- 58:15Speaker 1: the letter affected me deeply, And I can't go on
- 58:19Speaker 1: right now because this man, this pens to Sid and
- 58:27Speaker 1: stated that anyone that has been married more than once,
- 58:33Speaker 1: it's going straight to hell. That's messed up past him. Yeah,
- 58:38Speaker 1: that's messed up, because right now, three of us on
- 58:42Speaker 1: this show is gone. Yeah, that's why I thought it
- 58:52Speaker 1: was just three of us to marry more than once, Me,
- 58:55Speaker 1: you and Jake. So we're gone. That's this hard. I'm
- 59:01Speaker 1: trying to be a better person and a better Christian.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Now you told me I don't care what I do.
- 59:08Speaker 1: I'm going to hell. So there is no forgiveness, there's
- 59:14Speaker 1: no mercy, there's more, there's no grace, there is no
- 59:19Speaker 1: he died for sins. It ain't none of that. All
- 59:24Speaker 1: of y'all is being married more than one going straight
- 59:28Speaker 1: to hell. Hell. Hell. Well, I want to say that's
- 59:35Speaker 1: all I got for this letter, but I gotta do
- 59:39Speaker 1: some more. Straight to him. Pastor said that God only
- 59:45Speaker 1: recognizes one marriage, and there's no sense thing as divorced. Okay, cool,
- 59:50Speaker 1: let's say God only recognize one. Can I pick the
- 59:53Speaker 1: one he looked at? I'm with you on that one, Steve,
- 59:58Speaker 1: When you're right, yeah, let's go all right, listen, we'll
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: have just hold it right there, Steve. We'll have part
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: two of your response coming up at twenty three minutes
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: after the hour, subject living with another man's wife coming
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: up right after this. You're listening to show, all right, Steve,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. Who I guess
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: we're in hell right now? Subjects living with another man's wife,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: living with another man's wife. Here's this woman been marriaging
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: this man a little over a year and they struggle
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: trying to find themself a nice little church home. So
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: they finally found one that they agreed on and settle
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: that church close to their house a good stern pastor.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: We loved his preaching style and said it felt really welcome. Now,
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: well to one Sunday, the pastor mets him so crazy,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: sent your husband into a frenzy, has to preach about
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: marriage and stated that anybody that has been married more
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: than once, it's going to hell. And if the person
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: gets remarried, the new spouse is going to hell too.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Or what damn, you can't get fast and steal. Yeah. Man,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: I'm just sitting there. You know. I let him into
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: my life. My heart a feeling pretty strong about myself,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: getting myself together spiritually, and you just told me I'm
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: going to hell anyway, Well passed it. That's where you're wrong,
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: because you don't know about God's mercy, his acts of forgiveness,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: and you don't think that he puts into a counter
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: the fact that we maybe we make mistakes, that people
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: have a chance to get over their mistakes. Well, your
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: husband took the message literally and on the way home.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: He said the past was speaking directly from the problem.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I showed my husband the exact scripture in the Bible.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: It didn't say anything about anybody burning in hell. Even still,
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: my husband leave at the pastor said he told me
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: he had a bad feeling about me on our wedding day.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: In ain't been married over a year. He told his
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: wife after going to this crazy church, I had a
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: bad feeling about us on that wedding day, and then
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: saying so that must have been why I was blindsided,
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: because I thought our marriage was great. He was happy
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: with me. My husband distans itself from me and we
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: stopped having any type of intimacy. I refused to go
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: back to the church, but my husband loves it final strong.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell I gotta tell you something. You don't
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: the relationship you would just do it don't seem real love.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Healthy ain't the word for it. I just think he can.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I tell you what I think. Yes, I think your
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: husband was just looking for out. I think he was
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: just looking for an out. I think he was unhappy
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: and found a way. She he listened to the path,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: and that said, if you've been in one argument and
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: you've remarried. You going to hell? Now that's alarming. So
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: but now you have it, that's it. I can't I
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: can't really, I can't really say anything because it doesn't
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: make any sense. What churches that out? Yeah, it's the
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: wrong church. Man. God is a forgiving god, even with
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: his commandments, He's still a forgiving God. Yes, yes, and
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: we're underground. I just don't believe that a person can
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: make a mistake, ask for forgiveness, recover, and now you
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: can't go to heaven because you've been mad more than once? Man,
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: hell a long time, yeah, since two thousand and seven.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: I have a question if you if you get married
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: more than once and you're going to hell, does your
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: exes go to hell too? Because I told them to
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: go to hell when we got divorced. When you get that, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay,
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: I'm just cleaning it up. Yeah yeah, any I deal
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: with this new breaking news. I crowded, hellish. Okay, it's
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: gonna be some pastors down but Tom, it's gonna be
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: a lot of pastors down there. Know a lot of
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: pastors that's gotten divorces. Yeah, that's but I want to
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: hear this. Damn, let him pastor yeah. Yeah, and the
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Bible clearly states don't don't follow men. You know, you
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: got God's power, you know, not man's wisdom. Come on,
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: But it does explain why Jesus never got married. He
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: was sa Jesus, I ain't do it. Wow, yeah, that
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: is crazy. Yeah, he found it, No, seriously, when the
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: pastor came up with them. It's a bad He found
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: it out. That was it. He found out. But he
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: saw the sex and all that stuff. Yeah, yeah, he
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: still but he found it out and he gonna ride
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: that out. Now they ain't having sex. He having sex somewhere.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: He had a bad feeling about me on our wedding
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: day out All right, thank you guys. Post your comments

- 1:07:46Speaker 1: I had to do it now because if I do
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: it around Christmas, people are gonna get a little ticked off.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: I found out because you know, you know that Peter
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: is out there, you know, Peter people with the ethical
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: treatment and animal. But I'm scared of people, people with
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: the ethic treatment of people. That's what I'm scared because
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: this coat right here, gonna bring that group out. You
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: ain't ever seen this before? You what m mine? Mine

- 1:09:25Speaker 1: make this co But but I want you to know
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: something though. You know, I'm like, I'm ethical. So they

- 1:09:38Speaker 1: let's go big dog. You ready. Baltimore Ravens will be
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: in Cincinnati playing the Bengals. Baltimore over the bank or

- 1:11:02Speaker 1: Gonna play the Saint there, ain't no but that's the Saint.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Know how good that little Frankers ain't been good? It
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: was since um, you know when they stopped playing good,
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: when Julio lost that ear ring in the water. I
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: had them scoopa dollars down. They didn't want the game.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: Miami Dolphins on their way to Indianapolis to play the Coach. Oh,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: they didn't want a game. But it's over with hope
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: you enjoyed it. Brussaud and the coach La Rams headed
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: the Pitts Bird to play the Stealers. Damn, my show
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: hoped the ram feature stealers so we can and least
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: have a chance. Who is we, dud? Don't see right?
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Your aggressive tune. Your aggressive tone ain't necessary. Pimps don't
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: use aggressive tune. Shout people do? I found Rams still
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: because you ain't tall. That ain't have nothing to do
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: with me. I'm moving. I'm gonna go with the Steelers.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: You know, I don't want to Pittsburgh. It is Carolina

- 1:12:23Speaker 1: They're gonna lose when they get it's too cold, all right, Package, Yeah,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: I ain't back yet, but he already addressing like Katherine Heppberg.
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: He might Minnesota Vikings headed to Texas to play the
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Cowboys to the count. But dumb man, damn, you gotta
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: get a one. Last week now showed there's cowboys against
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: whom Minnesota, Minnesota. Yo. I hate to do this, but
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna say the Cowboys. Yes, right, this the one
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: you've been waiting on pimping Buffalo Bills headed to Cleveland
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: to play the brown Oh man, see now this is cool?
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: This is it? Because in the dram las year M,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: I thought the Browns should have took sat Quam Barkley
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: first and then Josh Allen with the third or fourth pick,
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: whatever they had. That's what I wanted them to do,
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: and they'd have had it. We wouldn't got Baker. Now
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: we were cool with Baker. Well he didn't won a
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: game since we got cool with him. But I think
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: what that coach though, the coach got to go. It
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: ain't Baker? Is that? Okay? Oh? Monday night football, Seattle
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: versus San Francisco. Real quick, Oh man, upset Seattle. Find
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: knock him off and upset watch this upset game of
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: the week. I've been right there. We thank you. Pimping
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: coming out, more music, some trending topics, and twenty minutes
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: after you're listening, Steven Morning shout all right, if temping man,
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: I'm loving that elm I'm still him. Many nobody would
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: have ever thought to make a coat out of elves.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: And that's why I know that group. You know, normally
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: they call them Peter, you know, people with the treatment
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: of animals. These are people these are people with the
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: other treatment of people, and just on behalf so they
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: don't come down here and try to come down on
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: me hard. Here's what I did. The seventy two elves
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: that it took them make this coat, seventy two els
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: to make this coat. I put them all on the
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: milk carton so they found so their families would feel like,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: you know, who care even though you ain't gonna final
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: that way. You keep hold on, lad you're gonna wait
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: on Christmas once a year, wait on this ut, hold on,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: hold up, you ain't car waiting on Christmas once a year?
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: Or why not wait on them to re uphill the
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: milk car And I say, I save money too, sincetay shot.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: I put four elms on each milk call. All right,
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: coming up, we got more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: Show and trending news at thirty three minutes after the
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: hour you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well,
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: Ta's entire family turned into a trending topic when he
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: revealed a very questionable parenting strategy. Tip talked on the
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: Ladies Like Us podcast about the length he goes to
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: to help make sure his eighteen year old daughter, Deja
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: remains a version h t I says that he and
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: his daughter take yearly trips to the guinacologist to check
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: her hyman to see if it's still intact. Uh. Well, yeah.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: TI is still facing some backlash on social media for
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: his comments, and people are saying TI is controlling or
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: would he give the same scrutiny to one of his
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: sons of the same age? So different? So and why
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: is that different? This is a double standard. So do
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: you guys, all of you guys have daughters, with the
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: exception of you of course, Junior. Yeah, So there's a
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: double standard of parenting boys and girls, and they're always
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: has been. What do you guys think? That's a lot?
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: I mean, your conversation with my son is totally different
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: from the conversations with my right. I'm I'm very protective
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: of her, so that's going to be different. Yeah, And
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: that's the whole point of the question, the double standard,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: because sometimes men that they applaud little boys or boys
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: their escapade and then very protective of girls. So it
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: is double standard. And why is that? I don't I
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: couldn't tell you. It started longing for me. I didn't
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: start it. You know, I don't know. I don't really
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: care about what comment t I made. I really really don't.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: I kind of took that as a tongue in cheek
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: type thing he was doing. But if it is the
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: reality of what he does, I mean, who am I?
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: Who am I? You know that's how he choose to parent.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: But you know you can't watch them always, and you
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: know they're gonna leave the house, and when they leave
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: the house, they're gonna make decisions. Man, and you and
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: to the best of your parenting ability. What I've had
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: to learn over the years is when one of my
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: kids make a mistake, I also remember the fact of
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: how many I made. Yes, I think of how many
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: I made, and then I immediately start to understand that
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: they're gonna make them too, and they can go against
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: the very best of your parental skills and teachings. They
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: just making that decision and it's nothing you can do
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: about it. So I'm not really mad at what T
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: I said at all. You know I've never done that.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: But you know, if just this thing, man, I mean,
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: can I speak on behalf of some a lot of
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: ignorant men? Maybe? Who who is him? Who is Hyman.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: Who is he? Who is Hyming? I thought I couldn't
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: be top that stupid He's on your team. He's a president,
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: this guy and what is he doing in the room
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: of us? Need to go back to health class. He
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: missed that whole week? Yeah, or coming up our last
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: break of the day, our last break of the week,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: and some closing remarks from the one in the least
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, right after this at forty nine minutes after
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: you're listening to show. All right, Steve, here we are,
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: last break of the day, last break of the week.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: This is Friday, Fridays break of the day. It's been
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: a good Friday though. Thank you guys for joining us
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: and just riding with us every day. We appreciate that.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: All right, Steve, we're going to hand it over to you,
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: take us out of here. I encourage you for the weekend.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: Closing remarks, I just want to talk to you everybody
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: today about success and some of the steps that you
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: have to take. Now listen to me. I'm gonna use
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: some negative terms or some terms that require a little
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: bit of positive thought put behind it, but this is
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: very important on away to success. I hear a lot
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: of people complaining about success what it is? But I
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: want to ask you a question. I thought i'd phrase
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: it to you this way. If you wrote on a
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: piece of paper everything you want it, If you wrote
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: on a piece of paper everything you imagine. If you
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: wrote on a piece of paper as be as descriptive
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: as you possibly can as to what the ingredients would
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: be for you to have the life of your dreams.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: I want you all to write this on a piece
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: of paper. I want you to take your time. The
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: objective for you is if you're not overly successful. I
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: want you to put just two hundred things on a
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: piece of paper that you would like to have in life,
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: and be as specific as you possibly can. What type
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: of car, how many cars, what color was the cars being?
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: How many houses would you have a summer home? Where
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: would you like for it to be. How much you
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: like to have in the bank, how much would you
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: like to have in retirement. How much would you like
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: to set aside for your grandkids, anything you can imagine
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: for yourself. How many suits if you can have them,
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: How many suits would you have? How many dressers ladies?
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: How many pair of shoes would you have? What type
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: of bag would you can. If you really was no limit,
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: if you just wrote down every thing you could imagine,
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: you could have to make your life the life of
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: your dreams. I want you to put that piece of
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: paper together, take your time, and take you sometime. It
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: takes people, sometimes weeks to come up with two hundred things.
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: Some people get to fifty seventy five and they get stuck.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: All right, when you get the list, I want you
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: to do this. I want you to sit down and
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: if you imagine everything on that list as yours and
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: has the real possibility of happening. Now, depending on how
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: much faith you're willing to put on it, everything you
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: imagine you can have if you can see it. If
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: you can see it, you can achieve it. And so
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: you gotta understand from that. Let's just safe for the
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: sake of argument, everybody imagined that everything you put on
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: your paper has a very very strong possibility of happening,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: which is I'm telling you a true store. Now, with
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: all that a man, let me ask you a few questions.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: Are you willing to be uncomfortable to have everything that's
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: on that paper? Are you willing to be inconvenienced to
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: get everything that's on that paper. Would you do a
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: series of things you didn't care for if you thought
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: the end results would get you everything that's on that paper?
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: Would you be willing to work with people that you
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: don't like working with to accomplish everything that's on that paper?
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: How about this? Would you be willing to give up
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: a few things that you've already accomplished in order to
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: have all of the things on that paper? Are you
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: willing to give up anything you already have to get
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: it's on that paper? Are you willing to have people
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: say things about you that's not true, but even when
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: they get through saying it, you still have the very
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: strong possibility of getting everything on that paper? Are you willing?
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Are you willing to be ridiculed, talked about, laughed at,
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: snickered behind your back? People getting together who you thought
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: were your friends, only to find out they not your
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: friends because of the things you got on your list?
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: Are you willing to put all that up? If you
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: could have everything that's on that piss all right now?
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: Are you ready for this? In order to have everything
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: on that list, all of those things will probably happen
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: to you. If you are wanting everything that's on that list,
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: and you are steadfast trying to accomplish it. All the
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: things I just mentioned will probably probably happened to you.
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: These are a few of the sacrifices you have to
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: be willing to make in order to become the successful
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: person that's on your paper. Your paper should not look
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: just like anybody else's because God has you on a
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: very unique path, So how He's gonna get you there
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: and be very uniquely yours. That's why I say all
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: the time God loves us so much and with so
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: special to us to him that he don't even give
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: any two people the same fingerprint and the blueprint to
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: your life. He most certainly don't have the same two
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: blueprints available for nobody. But in order to get the
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: life that you want on your paper, to make your
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: dreams come true, your visions come true, that you're driving
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: what you want to drive, You're gonna have to be
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: willing to be inconvenience, uncomfortable, talked about, working with people
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: you don't enjoy. You're gonna have to be willing to
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: care for things at times when you really really don't.
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: That's what it takes to become successful. Make up in
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: your mind that these are the things you're willing to
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: put up with in order to be successful and work hard,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: and your dreams will come true. That's the truth. Those
