- 2:02Speaker 1: sure well, come on and everybody you are listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice, come on dig me now, one and only
- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man, got a radio show. Do
- 2:13Speaker 1: you understand that I'm telling you God been big in
- 2:17Speaker 1: my life. God, God is a gentleman, you know. I
- 2:20Speaker 1: want to I want to point that out to you.
- 2:23Speaker 1: God is an absolute gentleman. He will not come in
- 2:28Speaker 1: unless he's invited. He don't just barge into your life.
- 2:34Speaker 1: He gives us the power of choice. You know, if
- 2:38Speaker 1: you say you got it, I don't need you. He
- 2:40Speaker 1: let you have it. If you say I need you,
- 2:44Speaker 1: come see about me. He right there. It's just a
- 2:47Speaker 1: real simple thing. Man. So always say to people this
- 2:52Speaker 1: if you've gotten yourself into something, and please know I have,
- 2:58Speaker 1: I man, see that. That's why I'm so adamant about it,
- 3:03Speaker 1: because I've gotten myself in some circumstances and positions in
- 3:07Speaker 1: my life. But I've been I've had some low moments, man,
- 3:12Speaker 1: I've had some moments where I did not know what
- 3:15Speaker 1: to do. I didn't know what was next, I didn't
- 3:20Speaker 1: know how to go about it. I didn't have no
- 3:22Speaker 1: more ideas. I was stuck. I thought a couple of times,
- 3:29Speaker 1: well might not make it past this one. But then
- 3:34Speaker 1: if I don't make it past it, what's gonna happen?
- 3:37Speaker 1: And then I held on to this little thing that
- 3:39Speaker 1: my mother kept talking to me about. She said, sometimes
- 3:43Speaker 1: when you ain't got nothing else in you, just hope,
- 3:47Speaker 1: she said, just hope it'll be all right, you know.
- 3:50Speaker 1: And what I've learned in my life is that hope.
- 3:53Speaker 1: It's the beginning of faith. Hope. It's just is there
- 3:58Speaker 1: a possibility out there for me? I sure hope something happened.
- 4:05Speaker 1: See hope, hope it's okay, man, Because like I said,
- 4:10Speaker 1: for me, the way I've lived my life, hope was
- 4:12Speaker 1: the beginning of faith. It was just the idea. It's
- 4:16Speaker 1: just the thought that something could change from me that
- 4:19Speaker 1: something could be a little bit different from me, that maybe, man,
- 4:23Speaker 1: just maybe for some reason, I could be saved, I
- 4:30Speaker 1: could be rescued, Things could turn around, it could head
- 4:35Speaker 1: any other direction. Maybe I could quit messing up. Maybe
- 4:40Speaker 1: somebody will forgive me, Maybe somebody will just say all right.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I don't know, but I can't count the times I've
- 4:48Speaker 1: been in that position. But then once I hope a
- 4:52Speaker 1: little bit, and then I remember also my mother, because
- 4:55Speaker 1: she was a Sunday school teacher, she taught me the
- 4:58Speaker 1: most valuable lesson I've ever learned in my life. Nothing
- 5:01Speaker 1: has been greater in my life than my faith. She
- 5:05Speaker 1: taught me to pray. Mamma used to say, when it
- 5:08Speaker 1: get real, dog for your son, prayd changes things, she said,
- 5:13Speaker 1: When you seem like you lost and you can't finding
- 5:16Speaker 1: your way, stop and pray, she said, because prayd changes things.
- 5:23Speaker 1: You know, when you get a point in your life
- 5:24Speaker 1: when you've done all you can do and you can't
- 5:26Speaker 1: do no more and you just don't know what to
- 5:29Speaker 1: do next, she says, stop, so pray and combine that
- 5:35Speaker 1: prayer with that hope that you got, she said, because
- 5:40Speaker 1: that hope is the beginning of faith. She said, if
- 5:43Speaker 1: you pray just hoping, she's saying that God come through
- 5:48Speaker 1: for you. That will give you confidence that he can
- 5:51Speaker 1: do it again. And then after a while you quit hoping,
- 5:55Speaker 1: She's saying, you started believing. She saying, that's when you're
- 5:59Speaker 1: on to something. Then if you can turn that hope
- 6:03Speaker 1: into belief, that hope into faith, that's that's the ability
- 6:13Speaker 1: to believe in something that you can't see. But the
- 6:17Speaker 1: key though the faith is you're believing in something that
- 6:20Speaker 1: you can't see see hoping a little bit different from
- 6:24Speaker 1: me now, I'm pretty sure. Like I say, oftentimes to
- 6:27Speaker 1: tell a lot of people who can explain this thing
- 6:29Speaker 1: a lot better than I can to you hope. It's
- 6:32Speaker 1: just kind of I don't know how to I don't
- 6:34Speaker 1: know how to say it. But I'm just telling you hope.
- 6:36Speaker 1: You're just hoping it worked out right. You just have
- 6:39Speaker 1: a thought in your mind that you know, man, whoever
- 6:43Speaker 1: you are, or whoever you are, whatever you are, to me, God,
- 6:47Speaker 1: I show hope something change. Hope helps. Man. If you
- 6:52Speaker 1: ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope, hope, and
- 6:58Speaker 1: then if you pray with some hope and God answers
- 7:02Speaker 1: your prayer. Then that hope gains a little confidence, and
- 7:07Speaker 1: after a while that confidence becomes faith. Now they're just hoping,
- 7:15Speaker 1: but I'm believing. I'm believing in something that I cannot see.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Faith has been the key to my entire existence, even
- 7:28Speaker 1: when I didn't have any It was faith, as I
- 7:33Speaker 1: look back on it, that has gotten me here. And
- 7:38Speaker 1: not just faith, but my faith. See, you will only
- 7:44Speaker 1: get to where you're going in your life based on
- 7:48Speaker 1: your faith. See. A lot of people get the word
- 7:53Speaker 1: faith confused, like what's your faith? And then they started
- 7:57Speaker 1: going down this whole list of all these different religions
- 8:00Speaker 1: out here. But really an essence, man, when I talk
- 8:03Speaker 1: to people about faith, I'm talking to you about your
- 8:08Speaker 1: your belief. How much do you believe in the unseen? See?
- 8:16Speaker 1: Faith is the core of all that is happening to
- 8:20Speaker 1: me today. It is the faith that I have in
- 8:24Speaker 1: my relationship with God that enables me to just oftentimes,
- 8:30Speaker 1: if I stay on the right course and believe a
- 8:33Speaker 1: certain way and act a certain way, his blessings just poor.
- 8:40Speaker 1: They just come. And it comes in a lot of
- 8:43Speaker 1: little ways too. I've started to notice, See, it ain't
- 8:46Speaker 1: just a lot of people think blessings is money and now, man,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that ain't it. It's coverage. It's every time my plane
- 8:53Speaker 1: lands safe. It's every time they predict bad weather and
- 8:58Speaker 1: I get up in the sky and don't be no
- 9:00Speaker 1: bad weather. You know this, This is favor. These are
- 9:05Speaker 1: blessings that get poured out to me. Somebody call me
- 9:09Speaker 1: and offer me something, not money, but an opportunity. See,
- 9:15Speaker 1: blessings come a lot of ways. But once you tie
- 9:19Speaker 1: into God. Once you tie in and you start doing
- 9:24Speaker 1: the best you can do, and you start asking for
- 9:27Speaker 1: him to make you a better person, to help shape
- 9:30Speaker 1: and mold you into the kind of man or person
- 9:34Speaker 1: that he wants you to be. You be amazed what
- 9:36Speaker 1: God can do with you. Man, if you just invite
- 9:39Speaker 1: me in and allow him to be a part of
- 9:41Speaker 1: your life. I mean, what you got to lose out there?
- 9:44Speaker 1: Come on? Why why would you not change? Why would
- 9:48Speaker 1: you not allow God to be a part of your life?
- 9:51Speaker 1: God got some big plans for you. If he didn't,
- 9:54Speaker 1: you wouldn't keep waking up. You're listening tow one, two,
- 10:03Speaker 1: three four. Once that was a boy and girl. The
- 10:09Speaker 1: boy said I love you, so the girl said, I
- 10:15Speaker 1: never leave you. They grew older and left beach other
- 10:22Speaker 1: because that's the way he loved goes, baby, that's the
- 10:27Speaker 1: way he loved goals. That was my damn jail Jackie.
- 10:33Speaker 1: That was my group who jack and as a singing group,
- 10:40Speaker 1: I don't know that. And then listen to this. Listen
- 10:45Speaker 1: to this. When you hear me do a song in
- 10:47Speaker 1: the morning, wait to Shirley and call and say something
- 10:51Speaker 1: for you over your mouth. That's not that's not that.
- 10:55Speaker 1: But just like I just told you, just wait to

- 11:19Speaker 1: with the mustache? If Tommy know this one right here, Tommy,

- 13:37Speaker 1: all right. Listen coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:40Speaker 1: the hour we got asked the CLO right after this.
- 13:43Speaker 1: You're listening morning show time now for ask the CLO
- 13:49Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building. This one
- 13:52Speaker 1: is from May and Tulsa. They says, I'm in my
- 13:55Speaker 1: mid fifties and I'm married to a man that loves
- 13:58Speaker 1: to fish. Last weekend, he said he was out at
- 14:00Speaker 1: the lake from sun up to sundown with my younger brother,
- 14:04Speaker 1: but he didn't come home with any fish, nor did
- 14:07Speaker 1: he look like he'd been fishing. I called my brother
- 14:11Speaker 1: and he said that he went fishing, but he hadn't
- 14:13Speaker 1: seen my husband. When he figured out I had caught
- 14:17Speaker 1: my husband a lie, he said not to involve him
- 14:20Speaker 1: in any type of drama. It seems like he's siding
- 14:23Speaker 1: with my husband. To me, why wouldn't my brother do that.
- 14:28Speaker 1: He's not siding with your brother. Why has he siding
- 14:32Speaker 1: with your brother? He didn't lie to you. You asked him,
- 14:36Speaker 1: did he go fishing? He told you yeah, but he
- 14:38Speaker 1: said he ain't seen your husband. Then he told you, hey,
- 14:41Speaker 1: don't involve me in none of your drama. See, your
- 14:45Speaker 1: deal ain't with your brother. Your deal is with your husband.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Your husband told you he went fishing with your brother.
- 14:51Speaker 1: You called your brother. Your brother ain't know nothing about it. See,
- 14:54Speaker 1: your dumbass husband should have called your brother and said, look, man,
- 14:58Speaker 1: ill if if if if if, Glenda call you and
- 15:04Speaker 1: ask you was out fishing with you. But here's the problem.
- 15:08Speaker 1: You can't call a woman's brother and include her in
- 15:12Speaker 1: your mess against You can't. You can't. See, y'all have
- 15:15Speaker 1: to be boys to do that. You can't be family.
- 15:18Speaker 1: You can't call me and tell me you fit the
- 15:20Speaker 1: mess up my sister and then get me to go
- 15:22Speaker 1: along with that. So your dumb ass husband use the
- 15:27Speaker 1: one he should have used any one of his friends. Yes,
- 15:31Speaker 1: but you're gonna if you listen, dumb man that did this.
- 15:35Speaker 1: First of all, buy some fish on the way back,
- 15:38Speaker 1: and then rub that fish all over your clothes face
- 15:41Speaker 1: so you can smell like some damn fish. Man. What
- 15:44Speaker 1: is you're doing? No, Rather you lie to me? Okay, thanks,
- 15:53Speaker 1: that's the lesson, you teaching the husband how to lie
- 15:58Speaker 1: your your mass. But see what I'm telling the woman is.
- 16:01Speaker 1: First of all, the woman problem is not with her brother.
- 16:04Speaker 1: He's not siding with her husband. He told you the truth.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I went fishing, but I ain't seen your husband. But
- 16:09Speaker 1: don't include me in your mess because he don't want
- 16:11Speaker 1: to be in that. Keep doing now, if he call,
- 16:15Speaker 1: if you call him out on that, and then your
- 16:19Speaker 1: husband try to call him to go, damn man, why
- 16:21Speaker 1: don't you cover for me? Now? He got to snap
- 16:23Speaker 1: off on your husband because you I didn't mess around
- 16:26Speaker 1: on my sister. You're trying to include me in a lot.
- 16:29Speaker 1: That's all fellows. That is why you're the clo It's
- 16:32Speaker 1: just messing for the royal reason, all right? Moving on,
- 16:36Speaker 1: Jeremy and Saint Louis says, I'm a thirty seven year
- 16:40Speaker 1: old man and I'm dating a thirty nine year old
- 16:42Speaker 1: woman that lives with her parents. She's got a great
- 16:45Speaker 1: job in two cards, and she's content living with them
- 16:48Speaker 1: and sharing the bills with them. Her father washes her clothes,
- 16:51Speaker 1: and her mother is her cook and her housekeeper. We've
- 16:54Speaker 1: been together two years and she's pressing me to get married.
- 16:58Speaker 1: She's never cooked for me, and I've never seen her
- 17:01Speaker 1: perform any household duties. Would I'd be crazy to jump
- 17:05Speaker 1: right into marriage without living with her first. No, do
- 17:08Speaker 1: not live with her, but don't marry her until you
- 17:12Speaker 1: have had or weeks of cooked meals in your presence,
- 17:20Speaker 1: and you need to find out if she's gonna be Look, man,
- 17:24Speaker 1: it's not a requirement that a woman is a housekeeper
- 17:27Speaker 1: or cook. That's not a requirement. But it's important to
- 17:32Speaker 1: me that you know how to cook because there's something
- 17:35Speaker 1: that we have to do. We do have to eat. Now.
- 17:38Speaker 1: If you can't cook, I need notice off top. I
- 17:40Speaker 1: don't care if you can't clean, but what you can't do,
- 17:46Speaker 1: but see, here's what you can't do. You can't not
- 17:49Speaker 1: be clean now that we not fit it? Do that's
- 17:52Speaker 1: a deal? Or or oh you no, man, I don't
- 17:58Speaker 1: care how fine you are. If you're not clean, that's
- 18:01Speaker 1: a deal. Breakup as soon as I see it. I'm
- 18:04Speaker 1: telling you, man. I worked in for a motive company.
- 18:08Speaker 1: I dated a girl on the singer life Lord had
- 18:10Speaker 1: message this girl was fine. Everybody on the sent me
- 18:13Speaker 1: that I was trying to get that. But I had
- 18:15Speaker 1: sense and humor, so I won't. I wouldn't have handsome
- 18:17Speaker 1: dude be best build, but I had him. Damn jokes
- 18:20Speaker 1: though this is long before I got in the company.
- 18:22Speaker 1: My sense and humor won't over. Man. I went to
- 18:25Speaker 1: her house. I mean, like, what happened? I could I
- 18:29Speaker 1: couldn't leave. I couldn't leave it because you know, we
- 18:32Speaker 1: worked from foe to midnight. Wrong? What was wrong? I could, man?
- 18:39Speaker 1: And she had a baby. The high chair had food
- 18:43Speaker 1: on it from I don't know when. The baby wasn't
- 18:45Speaker 1: Now this house was destroyed, so she was fine, so
- 18:51Speaker 1: I let it go. Two days later, I'm over there again.
- 18:54Speaker 1: The house two days later was worse. So my four
- 18:57Speaker 1: days later I was over there. This after the weekends
- 19:00Speaker 1: in the past. Now now we off. I'm over there
- 19:02Speaker 1: on a Monday, and the house is even more destroyed.
- 19:07Speaker 1: So I said, I said, hey, let menish you something.
- 19:10Speaker 1: What's wrong? Is dis you sick? What's what's do? Somebody else?
- 19:15Speaker 1: Stay here? Now? I stay by myself. I said, may
- 19:18Speaker 1: why your house look like this? You? Oh? Oh, you
- 19:20Speaker 1: complaining about my house? And I was young back then,
- 19:24Speaker 1: so I went yeah. She said with me on like
- 19:28Speaker 1: my house, you ain't gotta come back. Hit no more? Okay?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Did he did her? Did she smelled her body too?
- 19:38Speaker 1: The no, no, no, no, she was clean. She was fine.
- 19:41Speaker 1: She was clean and fine frog hair, so quite naturally
- 19:45Speaker 1: to solve this problem, I was thinking hotel room. That's
- 19:48Speaker 1: why I was not right away. We had we needed
- 19:55Speaker 1: to get some some things happen, and it was worth
- 20:02Speaker 1: every dollar. Stupid house again, I wasn't you were in
- 20:08Speaker 1: that house. Wasn't that damn man? Oh yeah, I think
- 20:14Speaker 1: cleanliness is definitely a deal breaker for sure on both sides. Okay, Um,
- 20:21Speaker 1: I don't think we have time to get through this
- 20:22Speaker 1: the next one, Steve. Yeah, well, but the bottom line,
- 20:28Speaker 1: I really have stopped here. What is fine is frog hair? What?
- 20:32Speaker 1: What have you ever seen? Frog? Hare? H? You know why?
- 20:38Speaker 1: Because it's really lengthy? Oh okay. I thought I was like, fine,
- 20:44Speaker 1: you got it. Okay, I got it because I was
- 20:47Speaker 1: thinking I ain't seen a frog that was ever fine.
- 20:50Speaker 1: I have not seen one. Okay, we gotta go out

- 22:53Speaker 1: we're getting ready for the summer and everybody's excited about
- 22:56Speaker 1: coming out and being a part of what's going on.
- 22:57Speaker 1: So here's what I wanted to give you a little it.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Like I said, I'm the new camp director. I was
- 23:03Speaker 1: just starting at this job. I got a few notes
- 23:05Speaker 1: that that we're giving to me about about so I
- 23:10Speaker 1: wanted to give you a call and see if I
- 23:11Speaker 1: could talk to you about it. A few notes giving
- 23:13Speaker 1: to you about it. Yeah, just a couple of notes.
- 23:15Speaker 1: I don't think it's anything that we can make sure
- 23:17Speaker 1: it's okay. What kind of note. Well, it's been brought
- 23:20Speaker 1: from my attention that some of the parents whose daughters
- 23:22Speaker 1: are out there as well, there's gonna be there this
- 23:24Speaker 1: summer a little concerned about her being on top of
- 23:29Speaker 1: the pyramid that she's uh is getting a little heavy,
- 23:33Speaker 1: should she uh wait wait wait wait wait wait wait
- 23:36Speaker 1: wait wait wait wait ho ho ho? You calling me
- 23:39Speaker 1: about some some other parents and saying about how big

- 23:49Speaker 1: I wanted to let you know, we're gonna put as
- 23:51Speaker 1: a base. Oh no, you ain't gonna put no base.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I don't know about to pay my money? And what
- 23:58Speaker 1: you say? Your name is help? And um, how long
- 24:01Speaker 1: have you been the director? Because I was just up
- 24:03Speaker 1: there two weeks ago and they told me that she
- 24:06Speaker 1: was gonna be the same position that she was last year,
- 24:09Speaker 1: because that is what worked. That's the formation that worked.
- 24:12Speaker 1: So I don't even know what the world Supposedly that
- 24:14Speaker 1: some of the girls are complaining that she's too heavy
- 24:16Speaker 1: to hold up. So that's what it seems to be
- 24:19Speaker 1: the problem in there. They're not getting a strong enough
- 24:21Speaker 1: pier men. And now wait a minute, wait a wait
- 24:24Speaker 1: a minute. I know, well she ain't the biggest one.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I felt, have you been? I felt my child is

- 24:50Speaker 1: it was several these Harris has got something to say
- 24:54Speaker 1: about my child and her position on the chileaning squad.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Because if you ain't going to fuck up no name,
- 24:59Speaker 1: then I don't and saying what you calling me about?
- 25:01Speaker 1: I tell you one thing, when she get ourselves, I
- 25:04Speaker 1: didn't pay my money, she'd better not be on no face.

- 33:37Speaker 1: the news. Let's go. A former Facebook employee testified on
- 33:41Speaker 1: Capitol Hill yesterday. Whistleblower Francis Hougan released thousands of pages
- 33:46Speaker 1: of internal Facebook research. Basically, this, she says, made the
- 33:50Speaker 1: social media site aware that it was prioritizing misinformation damaging
- 33:55Speaker 1: to democracy, as well as content known to be harmful
- 33:58Speaker 1: to younger users, and Howgan says, it was awful of money.
- 34:00Speaker 1: The company's leadership knows how to make Facebook and Instagram saver,
- 34:05Speaker 1: but won't make the necessary changes because they have put
- 34:07Speaker 1: their astronomical profits before people. Congressional action is needed well,
- 34:12Speaker 1: how consurging lawmakers to come up with regulations that will
- 34:15Speaker 1: change the rules for Facebook, and she's adding that the

- 34:25Speaker 1: that the Justice Departments reviewing the FBI's handling of the
- 34:28Speaker 1: disgrace former gymnastics doctor Larry Naston. This is not about
- 34:31Speaker 1: doctor Master, this is about the FBI. The DOJ came

- 34:42Speaker 1: is reviewing the decision to decline to prosecute the two

- 35:16Speaker 1: as the safest asset on the planet that partly accounts
- 35:20Speaker 1: for the reserve status of the dollar, and placing that
- 35:25Speaker 1: in question. By failing to pay any of our bills
- 35:28Speaker 1: that come due, we'd really be a catastrophic outcome. Now,
- 35:33Speaker 1: these are old bills, These are not new Biden bills.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Yellen says that a credit default could write off disrupt
- 35:38Speaker 1: Social Security payments to some fifty million Americans, among other things.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Oh here's something foreign. President Trump is most certainly not
- 35:45Speaker 1: happy about this. Apparently, For's magazine has announced that the
- 35:48Speaker 1: Donald has been knocked off the list of the four
- 35:50Speaker 1: hundred richest Americans for the first time in twenty five years.
- 35:54Speaker 1: The editors at Forbes state Trump's been sliding down on
- 35:57Speaker 1: that richest list for over the last five years. And finally, yeah,
- 36:05Speaker 1: the late Rader RITHA. Franklin continues to get respect. A
- 36:08Speaker 1: post office has now been named in her honor and
- 36:10Speaker 1: her hometown, Detroit. The queeness Ould died in twenty eighteen

- 41:19Speaker 1: name is, Terry mccauliffe. Is this the Is this the
- 41:23Speaker 1: one where the Black Caucus, but this particular black caucus

- 41:50Speaker 1: real one, this offshoot would support Well, why am I
- 41:53Speaker 1: asking that? I know exactly why? My man, I'm sorry,
- 41:57Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Okay, I'm sorry. It's just like when you
- 42:02Speaker 1: see all those blacks placed in the background at the
- 42:06Speaker 1: Trump rally, Trump rally, when you see them full of
- 42:09Speaker 1: holding them something blacks for Trump, you know on this hill.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Listen to me. They placed those people behind the everybody
- 42:17Speaker 1: behind the president. Ain't all enemies back there. Ain't they
- 42:20Speaker 1: placed those people those people, get those people go there. Man,
- 42:26Speaker 1: It's it's a sad state weed. It's very disappointing that
- 42:30Speaker 1: what the Democrats are doing. You know, I'm not sure
- 42:33Speaker 1: in particular about this race in Virginia, um, but the
- 42:37Speaker 1: Democrats are divided right now. They really are divided. And well,
- 42:41Speaker 1: it's a sad thing. It's it's the thing that the
- 42:44Speaker 1: Republican Party has done masterfully. Yes, they get one running
- 42:52Speaker 1: statement and that's what they ride with. Example, the election
- 42:58Speaker 1: was stoken. They all know that's not true. Every Republican
- 43:04Speaker 1: judge that they presented the evidence through through it out
- 43:08Speaker 1: and said that's not evidence of widespread voter fraud. They
- 43:13Speaker 1: all know. But those people, for their power, position and money,
- 43:20Speaker 1: will hold the line. That's what they do the party
- 43:26Speaker 1: over everything, every single thing they stick together on. And meanwhile,
- 43:31Speaker 1: the Democrats, I mean, we could be heading into a
- 43:34Speaker 1: recession if they don't get get this together. But all
- 43:39Speaker 1: the Democrats have to do is get one line and whole. Yeah,
- 43:45Speaker 1: we can't get one line in the hole. You know why.
- 43:48Speaker 1: That's because we got the Democrats. That's trying to be
- 43:52Speaker 1: more Democrats. Yeah, yeah, we're gonna go so far left.
- 43:56Speaker 1: We don't make no damn sense. Ain't nobody fit to
- 43:59Speaker 1: go well. But now, yeah, right, you got to compromise.
- 44:02Speaker 1: There has to be some kind of compromise. You got
- 44:04Speaker 1: to walk your ass back towards the middle. Everybody need
- 44:08Speaker 1: to walk towards the middle. The left, the extreme left
- 44:11Speaker 1: need to walk towards the middle, and extreme right need
- 44:13Speaker 1: to walk towards the middle. Because it ain't nobody fitting
- 44:16Speaker 1: to do it either. One of y'all's way. Y'all so
- 44:19Speaker 1: far apart that you can't agree on. Nothing's disappointing. But
- 44:24Speaker 1: we still have to vote. But we still we're going
- 44:27Speaker 1: to vote because we have proven, and we proved to
- 44:31Speaker 1: yourself that it works. Yeah, go to when we all
- 44:33Speaker 1: vote dot org for voting information. Coming up next, the
- 44:36Speaker 1: nephew with the prank phone call for today. Right after
- 44:39Speaker 1: this you're listening to. Coming up at the top of
- 44:45Speaker 1: the hour, right about four minutes after it's my strawberry
- 44:48Speaker 1: letter for today, the subject my husband heeps threatening my boyfriend.
- 44:56Speaker 1: All right, so my husband keeps threatening my boyfriend. Will
- 45:04Speaker 1: get into that in just a little bit, right, now
- 45:08Speaker 1: the nephew is here with today's prank phone call. What

- 49:01Speaker 1: the black community is the black community you've got growing
- 49:04Speaker 1: with it. We got tableted. Then I'll be calling my
- 49:07Speaker 1: phone with the man. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to reach
- 49:13Speaker 1: Valerie A valves a shame. How can I help you?
- 49:17Speaker 1: All right? My name is Remy. I'm with BPE TMC.
- 49:21Speaker 1: How you doing. I'm doing fine? And you I'm very well. Man. Listen,
- 49:25Speaker 1: what we're trying to do is, uh, if I take
- 49:27Speaker 1: a little bit of your time, We're trying to actually
- 49:29Speaker 1: get a survey signed by people in the black community.
- 49:33Speaker 1: We're actually trying to help out in the black community.
- 49:35Speaker 1: The organization is BPE TMC. And what this is is
- 49:39Speaker 1: black What is that? Uh? That's that's Black people eat
- 49:43Speaker 1: too much chicken. So what we're doing is we're trying
- 49:46Speaker 1: to get what black say that woman time for me.
- 49:50Speaker 1: Black people eat too much chicken. You see, there's been
- 49:53Speaker 1: a shortage in chicken. So what we're trying to do
- 49:55Speaker 1: is get black people in chicken. And you want to
- 49:59Speaker 1: do a s very well, we want what we want
- 50:01Speaker 1: you guys to do a sign a petition that you're
- 50:03Speaker 1: not gonna eat anymore chicken this year. Why doesn't even
- 50:06Speaker 1: make sense. We just don't eat chicken, you know, we
- 50:09Speaker 1: eat beef, we eat steak, eat fish. I don't see
- 50:12Speaker 1: you trying to part that off the market. Now, why
- 50:15Speaker 1: would you want to tell us not to m to
- 50:17Speaker 1: eat chicken? And we eat other stuff too. Why are
- 50:19Speaker 1: you getting your D and sun because this doesn't make
- 50:22Speaker 1: any sense. The test study, man, was over chicken, and
- 50:25Speaker 1: it just seems like that this study. Who did this
- 50:28Speaker 1: test study? Well, we did, man. We're BPE TMC. And
- 50:32Speaker 1: what we're after doing the test study, we did realize
- 50:34Speaker 1: that the black people are the ones that your chest
- 50:37Speaker 1: I to just do act to black people, I mean
- 50:40Speaker 1: to just use white people. But white people eat chicken too,
- 50:43Speaker 1: and she guys at diets and stuff. Okay man, well Asian,
- 50:47Speaker 1: what about the Hispanic did you use them? Okay? Man? Listening?
- 50:51Speaker 1: What the bottom line is. Our first study is black people,
- 50:54Speaker 1: and what we're trying to do is get you guys
- 50:56Speaker 1: to cut back on eating. Yes, study should be everybody.
- 50:59Speaker 1: This is some more. Where'd you get my number from? Man?
- 51:02Speaker 1: We got we got numbers from the supermarkets that people
- 51:04Speaker 1: that number from No supermarkets. I ain't give my number
- 51:07Speaker 1: to no supermarket. This is don't make any damn sense.
- 51:10Speaker 1: You're calling me, interrupting me about something like this. This
- 51:13Speaker 1: is this one bottom line, ma'am. You don't you don't
- 51:17Speaker 1: tell me. I'm not telling me what the hell I
- 51:20Speaker 1: can't eat? You know mine? You're got nice them pushed
- 51:23Speaker 1: this sun. Yes you do calling somebody telling them sting
- 51:28Speaker 1: black people eat too much chicken? You and your partition.
- 51:31Speaker 1: Would you like to hear what the survey is actually saying. No,
- 51:34Speaker 1: I don't want to hear that the survey is actually
- 51:36Speaker 1: saying because what you're saying about a whole bunch of
- 51:39Speaker 1: but the survey is saying that this is nephew taught
- 51:42Speaker 1: me from the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Valerie, this is
- 51:47Speaker 1: nephew Tommy baby from God oh oh, I'm telling me
- 51:58Speaker 1: I'm number some chickens yep. This week. I think I'm
- 52:06Speaker 1: going chick you and your petition right at chickens about Hispanics.
- 52:13Speaker 1: You call little white men Jetty United Nations Conference on
- 52:19Speaker 1: your call here talking to me each we fish. We
- 52:27Speaker 1: don't see you trying to take that off the list.
- 52:31Speaker 1: Love it, I love it. I ain't getting ready. The
- 52:33Speaker 1: nephew is back on that down on that TV set.
- 52:36Speaker 1: I told a fifteen Friday Night ready to love his
- 52:40Speaker 1: back Washington, d C. On the Potomac Baby, Come check

- 53:16Speaker 1: even after the process, after it was all over, some

- 54:30Speaker 1: You never know. Buckle love and hold on tight. We
- 54:32Speaker 1: got it for you here. It is the Strawberry Letter. Subject.
- 54:36Speaker 1: My husband keeps threatening my boyfriend. Just Stephen Shirley. My
- 54:42Speaker 1: husband and I've been together for a total of fifteen years.
- 54:46Speaker 1: I'm thirty four and he's forty two, and we have
- 54:49Speaker 1: one child. He's a police detective and he's fairly short
- 54:53Speaker 1: for a man, but women do not care as long
- 54:56Speaker 1: as he's in uniform. He's got that Napoleon complex, so
- 55:00Speaker 1: he acts like a bad butt and know it all
- 55:04Speaker 1: and know it all around our family and friends. When
- 55:09Speaker 1: it comes to him cheating, He's been caught in multiple
- 55:12Speaker 1: situations with different women. I am at the point where
- 55:16Speaker 1: I want peace and companionship. He won't entertain the subject
- 55:21Speaker 1: of divorce, so I've resorted to cheating too. My only
- 55:25Speaker 1: problem is that he is crazy and stalker ish, and
- 55:29Speaker 1: he uses his job to make my life a living hell.
- 55:32Speaker 1: He follows me around town and has acted out in
- 55:36Speaker 1: public if he sees me talking to other men. I've
- 55:39Speaker 1: reconnected with an old friend that moved back to the
- 55:42Speaker 1: city recently, and I told him about all the drama
- 55:44Speaker 1: with my marriage and he told me that I was
- 55:47Speaker 1: safe with him. I started sneaking around with this man,
- 55:50Speaker 1: and eventually we started a sexual relationship. Little did I
- 55:54Speaker 1: know my husband was following me around when I was
- 55:58Speaker 1: with the other guy. My boyfriend and has been pulled
- 56:00Speaker 1: over for not having his car registered in Tennessee and
- 56:05Speaker 1: he's been given a ticket for any tiny crack for
- 56:08Speaker 1: a tiny crack and his wind shield. My husband has
- 56:11Speaker 1: been harassing him and there's nothing we can do because
- 56:15Speaker 1: he is the law. My boyfriend can't pump gas without
- 56:19Speaker 1: my husband being at the gas station watching him. I
- 56:22Speaker 1: am afraid something terrible is going to happen because my
- 56:25Speaker 1: boyfriend says he wants to catch my husband off duty
- 56:29Speaker 1: so he can beat his behind. I didn't mean for
- 56:33Speaker 1: this to be so messy, but my husband will not
- 56:35Speaker 1: rest until he's run my new man off. How can
- 56:39Speaker 1: I stop this madness before someone gets hurt. Well, first
- 56:43Speaker 1: of all, you gotta get a divorce. I mean you
- 56:47Speaker 1: have to get a divorce. What is a point in
- 56:49Speaker 1: sneaking around with some other man when your husband has
- 56:53Speaker 1: all of this at his disposal. Like the law, you
- 56:56Speaker 1: got to stop seeing your new boo until you're free
- 56:59Speaker 1: and clearly Gale the man you're married to. You said
- 57:02Speaker 1: it in your letter. He's crazy, not to mention stoker
- 57:05Speaker 1: ish quite frankly, he does scare me with what he's
- 57:08Speaker 1: doing to your man. He's harassing your man just because
- 57:12Speaker 1: he can, I say, get away from him. He sounds
- 57:15Speaker 1: like he's just waiting for the right moment to pin
- 57:18Speaker 1: something on your boyfriend. This is not a game. I mean,
- 57:22Speaker 1: you know he could something terrible can happen. It can happen.
- 57:26Speaker 1: So I just think you or your boyfriend shouldn't even
- 57:30Speaker 1: mess with the police. Your boyfriend's talking about catching him
- 57:32Speaker 1: off duty. Don't even do that. I mean, we've seen
- 57:35Speaker 1: too many incidents go wrong different circumstances, of course, but
- 57:40Speaker 1: don't give your husband a reason to literally and figuratively
- 57:43Speaker 1: pull the trigger. I mean, you need to get a lawyer.
- 57:46Speaker 1: You need to handle this, get your divorce, then consider
- 57:50Speaker 1: moving on. After you know, then consider moving on with
- 57:54Speaker 1: this new guy. Steve. I don't know how to really
- 57:58Speaker 1: address this letter to our great job Shirley, I agree
- 58:01Speaker 1: with what you're saying. Um, this is gonna lead to
- 58:06Speaker 1: you know, when I disagree with you, I'll say that too,
- 58:08Speaker 1: But I don't very rarely help me, and you have
- 58:11Speaker 1: very rarely totally disagree on letters. And so when you
- 58:16Speaker 1: have covered the basis, I have to give credit where
- 58:18Speaker 1: credit is due. So I'm gonna have to take a
- 58:20Speaker 1: different approach to this letter because basically you stole my answer.
- 58:25Speaker 1: Oh so you know, being the talent that I am,
- 58:32Speaker 1: I have found a way to do this letter in
- 58:36Speaker 1: a different way and make it about what it is.
- 58:39Speaker 1: So listen carefully as I read this letter. Dear Steve, Shirley,
- 58:44Speaker 1: and Tommy, my husband and I have been together for
- 58:47Speaker 1: a total of fifteen years. I'm thirty four, he's forty two.
- 58:52Speaker 1: We have one child. He's a police detective and he's
- 58:56Speaker 1: fairly short for a man. Well, I was like, why
- 59:01Speaker 1: is Tommy in it? You just explained that, Well, you
- 59:03Speaker 1: know you got the talent, you know, and I know
- 59:08Speaker 1: he stepped away for a moment. So this is gonna
- 59:10Speaker 1: give me a free run without talking, do you then, Shelley,
- 59:15Speaker 1: Steve and Tommy, he's fairly shot for a man. Uh,
- 59:21Speaker 1: women do not care as long as he's in uniform.
- 59:24Speaker 1: He's gotten the Napoleon complex. I think we've all seen
- 59:27Speaker 1: that before. I think we've all been bitten by that
- 59:31Speaker 1: Napoleon complex on this show, this show regular, yeah, on record,
- 59:37Speaker 1: but especially on this Dawn. And I'm so glad he'd
- 59:41Speaker 1: walked off the zoom camera because I couldn't do like
- 59:43Speaker 1: I want to about me. It is the whole damn
- 59:48Speaker 1: let us about you. A matter of fact, that whole
- 59:51Speaker 1: time he was talking, I just saw him coming up
- 59:53Speaker 1: with exception of cheating. When it comes to him cheating,
- 59:56Speaker 1: He's been caught in multiple situations with different women. Tommy
- 59:59Speaker 1: used to be in all the situation on the radio.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: He used to being the only city. I'm at the
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: point where I want a piece of companionship, and he
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: won't entertain the subject of the boys, so I resorted
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: to cheating too. That This is where the letter turns.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: This is where you learned that two wrongs don't make
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: her right. Two wrongs can't make her right. Ain't no revenge,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: ain't no getting even, They ain't no such thing. It's
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: a disaster. My only problem is that he's crazy and
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: star Christian to use his job to make my life
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: living here. He follows me around town and acting out
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: in public. So she'd reconnected with this man, and little
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: she know that her husband has been following her and
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: the man around town. And my boyfriend's been pulled over
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: for not having this car registered in Tennessee. First of all, yo,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: let him, my husband keeps threatening my boyfriend. Just just
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: start there, all right, hold on, st Yeah, Well, I'm
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: really excited about this letter. All right, we'll be back
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: in twenty three minutes after my husband keeps thread think
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: my boyfriend right after this. You're listening to show, all right,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, let's recap today strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: my husband keeps threatening my boyfriend. This is a weird letter. Tommy.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Back to the bathroom, and well, I was reading listen
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: letter man, and you know, my husband keeps threatening my boyfriend.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: But the letter is and the letter starts off dear
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Steve and Shirley. After reading the letter, I thought it
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: would be best to make it more inclusive, and so
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: I started the letter by saying dear Steve, Shirley and Tommy.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: And you know, as I started, yeah, I didn't want
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: to get nobody feel left out. And you know a
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: lot of times when you answer these strawberry letters, you
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: want to use your expertise, you know, to get these
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: letters across you experienced, man, what you wanta want? Do
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: it just buying off advice and stuff and people don't know.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: And so I was reading to let him so here
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: how to let us started? Just Steve Scherl and Tommy
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: my husband. I've been together for a totally fifteen years.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I'm thirty four, he forty two. We had one child.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: He's a police detective and he's fairly short for a man.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: I just threw that in. I didn't want, you know,
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: I just thought, why would you not yo? Sat that
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: go ahead? Why she wrote that? But women don't care, though,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: See this is what's uplifted for you. Women don't care
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: as long as he's in uniform, you know, like you
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: were a uniform or ready for love. And then she said,
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: he's got that Napoleon complex going, so he acts like
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: a bad answer to Lord all around our family friend.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Now he cheats on her. Now this is where I
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: took you out to let him. He cheats on her
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: and he's been called multiple situations now in your pride,
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: like that was you, you know, we didn't been hunting
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: them slab hunting dewey, you know, and all of them
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: keyweed you know, corn fed, you know, yeah, and all
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: it went. But I'm at the point where I want
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: peace and relationship. But he won't entertain the voice. The
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: only problem is he's crazy and he's talking. So she
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: started seeing him a man that she connected with an
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: old friend on Facebook. Then they did. She decided to
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: say she he won't entertain the voice. She just started
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: cheating too, So now she's having an a foul, which
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: is man. Now, the husband, who's a police officer, used
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: his position to harass the man, pull him over and
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: give him all cops to tickets every time she see
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: him running cracks in the windshield the like now a
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: boyfriend is subject gonna let him. My husband keep threatening
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: my boyfriend. The boardfriend him then got pulled over so
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: many times he tired him. He said he want to
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: catch him off drough the he gonna beat his an.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: So now I'm afraid something terrible is gonna happen because
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: my boyfriend said he want to catch my husband and
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: beat his an. I didn't mean that this to be
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: so messy, but my husband will not rest until he's
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: running my new man off. How can I stop this
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: madness before someone gets hurt? Shirley gave a wonderful answer.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: So I can't an First of all, this letter stupid.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: Y'all need a damn divorce. He won't entertain the divorce.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: Don't mean you can't five. He ain't got to sign
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: or brief. You've just gone down there and start the process.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: But since you're not, here's the best thing I have
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: come up with, is you gotta start like he's following
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: this man around, threatening to him, and he got to
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: Napoleon complex. You gotta give him something else to think about.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: Here's some suggestions I had. You gotta start doing things
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: to aggravate him, like half tiny homes called him and
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: see if he's interested in you know you people see
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: you gotta run you through the shot people and give
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: them stuff to worry about. Now, he had just tiny
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: homes call him and see if he interested in the
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: one you know you can call up you know they
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: got that TV show, your reality show and tell them
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: they're trying to recast little People of Atlanta and see
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: if he want to you know, if he want to
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: roll in there, you know why he's falling everybody around.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: You got to start activating his little lass with information
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: like that. You know. Uh, they had the people, uh
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: the ad agency called his house and and tell him
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: the tards of us it's gonna have a comeback campaign.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: And what he liked to be the poster child and
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: you know just not a child but he but he
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: but the same size as one. What you want to
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: do is to insinuate the size. You know, ask him
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: to have some people reach out same uh you know,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: you know walking and they just asked him if he
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: want to be a baby gap model. You know there's
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: things like that, and just start working on him, like
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: you know, you know, send a free swing set to
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: his house. You know, it's just stuff you can do.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: And what the hell is all this here ful? You
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: know you can have him, you know, like go down
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: there and see if he want to be in a
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Corse commercial. You know, it's just a lot of things
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: you could do. Anniva, shot ass pickle, you're grown ass man.
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: As even he want to be in a Corse commercial,
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: you're gonna piss him off. I wanna tell you that,
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: right commercial Corse commercial, you know, and didn't hear police
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: officer and tell him y'all want to do a reality show.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: Nine he want to start it. We're gonna call it
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: tiny Cops and have his ass n't got a start?
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: Shoot get up and then they're doing a new movie.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: They're gonna they're gonna do a remakeer white man can't jump,
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: but shot me and can't either, and just do a
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: series of fame stuck on tiny cocks. Twiny cocks love that. Yeah,
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: it's the new reality show. And ask him this is
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: just things you can do. I aggravate him, Nay poster
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: comments on today's Strubberry Letters, Steve Harvey, f Femine, Instagram
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: and Facebook. Let's check out the Struwberry Letter podcast done
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: de Man, Sports Talk with Junior and forty six minutes after.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: all right time now for Junior and Sports Talk Junior,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: which you got taken away. Okay, So you know, a
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: couple weeks ago we talked about it some of the
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: NBA players who don't want to be vaccinated. Well, somebody
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: had turned around. They hold they hold thought process and uh,
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: Andrew Wiggins Andrew Wiggins odon changed his mind. He didn't
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: get vaccinated. Uh tall, listen what he said. He is
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: right here. Uh A tough decision. Hopefully you know it
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: works out in the long run and so healthy. If
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: it was good to play, but you know, in vaccinated,
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: that's going to be something that you know, I'm staying
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: in my mind for a long time. I'm going I
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: wanted to do. But he really, he said it just
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: hoped that it works out for him. He hope he's
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: still healthy in ten years. He twenty six years old,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: he said, in ten really hoping hoping that his ass
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: who wouldn't be broke this year. That's what it said.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: His whole tone didn't change. Now. You know, I think
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: one thing about it too, is that you've got understand
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: that the Department of San Francisco Health they mandated, not
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: the Warriors, they mandated anybody over twelve in public figures.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: If you want to play in this stadium, you have
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: to be vaccinated. That's just the rule. It's not like
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: the Warriors said, hey, get back or you can't play. No,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: the City of San Francisco, where you work at, said
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: you have to be vaccinated so you can play. Now
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: I don't know where we're that's it. I don't know
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: what Kyrie irving that now, but I think he gonna
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: have awakening moment as well because he's he's in. He
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: played for Brooklyn Ness. They've mandated in New York that
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: you have to be man did to play. But you
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: know now Kyrie Junior is just real ignorant. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Kyrie,
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: and take a lot of work. What Kyree fit making headlines?
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Yeah a lot of money, guys, it's a lot of money. Man.
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: For a game that you lose it you gave what
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: does that figure he make a game on? Kyrie makes
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: four hundred and thirty five thousand dollars per game game.
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: Now you take that out four hundred and thirty five
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: thousand dollar time forty one home games. That's a lot,
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: a lot of money. That's the lot of it. But
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: now the team, what team is gonna pay you that
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: much money? If you only play half the games? It's
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: a business man, nobody's gonna do that. And if the
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: interview interview you don't play any home games, anybody can
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: to do that with you. Man, they're gonna trade you
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: to a team that don't have that They want an
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: exceptional talent like Tyree, and they're gonna get somebody else
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: up in here. Anybody can do that with you. What
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: do they think the vaccine is going to do to them?
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: What sure I have? Now? If you're doing some research,
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: we've been in this thing for about half a year
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: and a half. Well, how much research do you d
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: don't want us to be over? Here's the research, Kyrie
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: need to know. If you miss eighty six games, you're
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: gonna miss thirty six million dollars. Who all right, We'll
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: be back to more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: the top of the hour. Right after this. You're listening
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, we have
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: some CLO questions that came in a little late. This
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: one is from Mikiba in California for the Chief Love Officer,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Kiba says, I'm a sixty one year old
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: married woman. My husband filed for divorce several years ago
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: and the papers are still on the living room table.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: I'm not giving him a divorce because he's been cheating
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: on me for years. If I let him go, he'll
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: be happily involved with his girlfriend and I'll have to
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: start over at my age. Although we don't have sex,
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: he's my best friend, my business partner, and my world.
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: I know if he truly wanted to go, he would
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: he would have left me by now, and my being
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: foolish for holding onto him this way. Absolutely, that's ugly.
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: It's absolutely it's been over, and a lot of this
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: is in your mind. He's your best friend. If you
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: give him the divorce, he gonna run off happily with
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: his girlfriend. But he still got the girlfriend. The papers
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: is on the table, he filed for divorce. It's over.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: He's your best friend in Yo. Man, he has a
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: new best friend. Y'all don't have sex. This is sad.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Marriage this is sad, But go do yo.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Like what you have left that you're holding on to
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: is nothing. If y'all still got a business and all that,
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: you'll still have the business. Or just sue him and
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: let him send you the money for the business. Go
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: live your life, go travel, get a new group of friends,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: go join some groups. But this is over. I'm sorry.
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: He's cheated on you. He still is, and you won't
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: give him divorce because he'll run off with his girlfriend.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: Lady he's gone now right, You can't, he said, said
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: her grandmother told her, don't let him. Man have to
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: tell you twice he don't want you. Just he don't.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: He don't want you, and you just gonna get to
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: not wanting him. Hell yeah, one time you're gonna hit
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: this nothing. How many times you gotta live at this
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: divorce paper on this table. I'm signed it something though,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: Hell get this paper off off his damn table. Company
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: coming over. People find love at all ages, you know?
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: Sixty one? All right, Here we go tea and Montgomery says,
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: I'm in a long distance relationship with a great man
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: and we see each other on Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: He sends sweet texts all day and we talked during
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: the week during the day at work. But he doesn't
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: have an iPhone, so he can't FaceTime me. We can't
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: FaceTime each other. He drives to visit me on Tuesdays
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: and he spends the night, but he leaves his phone
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: in the car. I've asked to visit him, and he
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: said his house is not in order yet. I have
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: suspicions that he might be married, but he's denied it
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: over and over. How can I find out? But he's
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: what over and over, Shirley, He's denied it, over and
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: over that he's married. When she asked, okay, lady, just listen,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: let me say some commissense stuff to you. I don't
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: know if he's married or not, but let's just do
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: some math. Hire. You see him every Tuesday and Wednesday.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: That's middle of the week. There ain't no big days weekends.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: It's big days time off church, boby qs games. He's
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: not You get him on Tuesdays and Winsday. He leaves
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: his phone in the car. He don't have an iPhone,
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: so you can't FaceTime how old is he? She doesn't
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: say how old is he? You can't FaceTime how old
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: is he? He leaves his phone in the car on
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: Tuesday and the Wednesday. That way she can't call him,
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: and he ain't got to answer her. Yeah, and she
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: knows denial many. Absolutely, You ain't got no weekends. You

- 1:15:08Speaker 1: if a woman say you get twos and wins, all right,
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: take them two days, don't be I'll be there. Why
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: so you can be free on the weekend? Well no, no,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: just a woman, you know it? Day ages twos a wind.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: Men don't give a day a wod day. Oh okay,

- 1:18:01Speaker 1: He's seeking political office for the very first time. Now,
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: the crazy thing is this is a closer than expected race.
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Virginia voters go to Elections dot Virginia dot gov for
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: information on absentee voting. You can go there for voter
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: registration information and for your polling place. Okay, we want
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: you guys to get out and vote in Virginia. Also,
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: voters in New Jersey, your governor's race is less than
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: a month away as well. Jersey's Democratic governor Phil Murphy
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: is going up against his Republican challenger, Jack Ciarelli. And uh,
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: we want you to get out and vote. Get out
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: and vote. Yes. Here's my question, so I understand this.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: The Democratic candidate for governor in Virginia is who his
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: name is, Terry McAuliffe. Is this the is this the
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: one where the black caucus, but this particular black caucus
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: is the Hampton Black Caucus. And this is not the
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: elected legislative Black Caucus. This is just another group, Steve
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: that has support the Republican candidate. Yes, sir, so can
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I ask them to why would they do that? Does
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: anybody know why this offshoot of Black Caucus not the
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: real when this offshoot would support why am I asking
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: that I know exactly why? My man? I'm sorry, I'm sorry, Okay,
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry. It's just like when you see all those
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: blacks placed in the background at the Trump rally Trump,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: when you see them fuem holding them something blacks for Trump.
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: You know all this hill. Listen to me. They placed
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: those people behind the everybody behind the president ain't on
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: enemies back there, ain't on them. They placed those people.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Those people get it, those people go there. Man, it's
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: a sad state. Weird. It's very disappointing that what the
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Democrats are doing. You know, I'm not sure in particular
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: about this race in Virginia, Um, but the Democrats are
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: divided right now. They really are divided, and it's a
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: sad thing. It's it's the thing that the Republican Party
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: has done masterfully. Yes, they get one place running statement
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: and that's what they ride with. Example, the election was stolen.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: They all know that's not true. Coming up, it is
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: our last break of the day, and at forty nine
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: minutes after we'll have some closing remarks from the one
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: and only, our fearless leader, Steve Harvey. Right after this.
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven Show. All right, guys, here
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: we are our last break of the day. We always
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: come to this point at some part of the day
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: every day, don't we, Yes, yes, and day. Hey man,
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: you know you know how people say being a grandparent
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: is everything. You know, it's the most wonderful experience. Well,
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: I'm at that angel. I got friends that's grandparents, right.
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: So my dude, I text him a few days ago.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: He lived in Cleveland. I text my boy a few
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: days and he didn't call. Hen't texts me that. He
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: all normally, you know, within thirty minutes an hour, some
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: text me back. He said, man, saw, I'm just not
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: getting back to you. He said, I was babysitting my grandson.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: He said this a little blanket and blanket and hid
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: myself phone him. So he says, for two days, I
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: can't find myself phone. He says, so everybody looking forward,
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: he says. So finally, I just decide, let me play
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: a game my grandson. See if you know where it is?
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: He say, hey, if you show me where my cell
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: phone and Grandpa gonna give you some candidate, he said.
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: He walked to little ass that's right over there. I
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: pull on that seal phone out the back of that.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: So man, I want to kill oh man, I was laughing.
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: Man for two days. He missed everything. Oh man, man, Man, yesterday,
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: I played the game of golf yesterday and I don't
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: I don't even want to brag about this because it
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: was for anybody that golfs. Man, they know what I'm
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: about to say. I just had the game of my life.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: Oh wow. I don't even know if that's repeatable what
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: I did the other day on the golf course. Now,
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: people who play, I just want you to know, we
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: played one mulligan on each side. Front nine you get
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: a mullican, that mean one dude over. And on the
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: back nine you get a mullican you get one dude over.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: So that's how we play down you know, we know
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: we're not professionals and all that, so that's how we play.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: I know you don't do that when you play because
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: you World Tour, but your ass don't play on Sundays either. Yeah,
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: So with my mother getting on the front and my
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: mother get on the back, and I use both of them.
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: Steve Harvey on film shot a seventy four. Mind, God,
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: that's big? Is that big? Yeah? Let me tell you
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: this was the why it is I've ever been on
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: the golf course. I wouldn't even talk. I couldn't believe
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: what would happened. Why I'm I'm just saying, Steve, compare that, Um,
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: your your number and everything to you know, to other
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: people who don't know how to play golf, something that
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: they can really understand. You see Kobe or Jordan's score
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: sixty or Steph carry scores sixty in a game, in
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: one game, and that's what that is for me. Um,
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: this is actually my Kobe's eighty one. That's how cold
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: it was. I saw Kobe here eighty one, Yeah against Toronto. Yeah,
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: that's my eighty one yesterday. Do you want to tell
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: the listeners when you screenshot your score sheet and the
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: text that you text us, Yeah, I didn't. You know,
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: y'all need to see stuff like that because you were bragging.
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: You said you were bragging. I sent it because Tommy
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: golfs see. I actually was just wanted to send it
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: to Tommy and kill y'all. Couldn't give a damn bout
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: turning my phone around with this. Y'all know why these signatures?
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: And I got four signatures on it because I played
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: with Ah the golf pro at the at the golf resort.
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: I played with an eighteen year old kid that's turning pro. Wow,
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: eighteen already play somebody name Lucky Dog. This dude shot
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: nine under. He don't know what that mean. Okay, trustably
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: everybody up there golf going, yeah, yeah, he shot nine up.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: He's turning pro. And then I played with Blue Cold Quit,
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: my frat brother who the frash was unreal, and he
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: was there, he saw it. He had to sit through it.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: Oh he's man, I ain't never seen you play like
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: this when man me either whatever, when he kept saying,
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: you ain't it you can't do that to in a row,
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: or you ain't ever did it, so why talking to
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: me ain't really good? I ain't never seen you play
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: like this me. I bet you're gonna do this tomorrow.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: I bet you won't even, but please know the score
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: card will be there again today. Yeah the trash talking? Yeah,
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: did you knew something was happening? By? What hole? Was
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: the second hole? I birdied the first two holes. I've
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: never done that in my life. I've had two birdies
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: in one round once before, but yesterday I had four birdies.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: Why don't you read the caption on air? What you said? Dogs?
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: Soon as phone he sent this. Everybody listening, This is
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: what Steve text yesterday. I sent the score card that
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: was signed by the three other people, and on the
