- 0:01Speaker 1: They say that we're making this up, this illegal aliens
- 0:04Speaker 1: receiving taxpayer benefits. It's a talking point, they said. Everybody
- 0:07Speaker 1: can remember, I think back to twenty twenty in the
- 0:09Speaker 1: presidential debate. For all the candidates on the Democrats side,
- 0:13Speaker 1: raise your hand, they said on the stage, if you
- 0:15Speaker 1: believe that illegal aliens should receive healthcare paid for by
- 0:19Speaker 1: American taxpayers. Every single one of them raised their hands.
- 0:22Speaker 1: A great applause in the audience from the Democrats who
- 0:24Speaker 1: are there. Now, what did they do? Did they fall
- 0:26Speaker 1: to in that promise? Yeah, they absolutely did. Joe Biden
- 0:29Speaker 1: used executive orders and he expanded benefits healthcare to illegal
- 0:33Speaker 1: asiens in this four year term.
- 0:35Speaker 2: If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:38Speaker 2: Ben ferguson.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Good Friday morning, Nice to have you with us on
- 0:41Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, And we've got two big
- 0:44Speaker 3: stories for you. Democrats in the media join hands yet
- 0:48Speaker 3: again to lie and claim that no federal dollars are
- 0:52Speaker 3: going to illegal immigrants. Well, I'm going to show you
- 0:56Speaker 3: how they're lying to you, and we've got the receipts
- 0:58Speaker 3: to back it up. Also, going after Donald Trump, saying
- 1:02Speaker 3: he's crazy to execute a government shutdown, trying to claim
- 1:06Speaker 3: this is Trump's fault. We all know it's the Schumer shutdown,
- 1:09Speaker 3: and we'll give you the facts to fight back on
- 1:11Speaker 3: that as well. But before I get to that, I
- 1:14Speaker 3: want to talk to you about my friends at Kirk
- 1:16Speaker 3: Elliott Precious Metals. Two days ago, I got my new
- 1:20Speaker 3: order of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right now
- 1:23Speaker 3: because the pricing on it is amazing and the upside well,
- 1:27Speaker 3: it's real. I actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar.
- 1:33Speaker 3: It is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's
- 1:36Speaker 3: one hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought
- 1:39Speaker 3: it at the right price and I wasn't paying massive
- 1:42Speaker 3: up charges on quote. Rare are special coins, and then
- 1:46Speaker 3: when you go to sell them, you take away all
- 1:49Speaker 3: of your earning potential. Why do they do it this
- 1:52Speaker 3: way at Kurt Elliott Because they have transparent pricing up front.
- 1:56Speaker 3: It's very simple. You pay eight percent when you buy,
- 2:00Speaker 3: and here's what matters to you the most, nothing when
- 2:03Speaker 3: you sell. There are no hidden fees. Ever. With Kurt
- 2:07Speaker 3: Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why I recommend them.

- 2:50Speaker 3: honest answers up front to help you make wise and
- 2:53Speaker 3: formed decisions. Now, if you're seeking a partner when it
- 2:57Speaker 3: comes to gold and silver with annity mindset, visit k
- 3:02Speaker 3: e PM dot com slash Ben. That's k e PM
- 3:09Speaker 3: dot com slash Ben. You can also call them seven
- 3:12Speaker 3: two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred. That's seven
- 3:16Speaker 3: two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred. So let's
- 3:20Speaker 3: faithfully steward what God has given so you can experience
- 3:24Speaker 3: real peace now and for generations to come. K e
- 3:28Speaker 3: PM dot com slash Ben. It's the forty seven Morning
- 3:31Speaker 3: Update and it starts right now.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:35Speaker 3: There has been a lie that no federal dollars are
- 3:37Speaker 3: going to legal immigrants. All right, I'm going to show
- 3:41Speaker 3: you exactly why that is a lie. Federal dollars, your
- 3:45Speaker 3: tax dollars, in fact, do flow to illegal immigrants. Here
- 3:48Speaker 3: are two proven ways that happens. Number One, emergency medicaid.
- 3:52Speaker 3: That equals billions of dollars a year in emergency medicaid
- 3:57Speaker 3: funds that go to er and maternity. It is a
- 4:01Speaker 3: legal carvel. And are illegal immigrants covered under that? The
- 4:05Speaker 3: answer is yes. That's one way that they're funneling money
- 4:09Speaker 3: to legal immigrant care. Number two, improper state claims. California,
- 4:15Speaker 3: for example, their audit forced repayment a fifty two point
- 4:20Speaker 3: seven million, fifty two point seven million that was wrongfully
- 4:25Speaker 3: billed to the federal government. That is just one state,
- 4:29Speaker 3: one audit, and it's likely there's a lot more out there. Now,
- 4:32Speaker 3: these are people that are quote not eligible for getting money. Well,
- 4:36Speaker 3: the receipts tell the truth. The receipts don't lie. The
- 4:40Speaker 3: money is clearly going to allegal immigrants in the hospital.
- 4:46Speaker 3: So if you want to know why the Democrats decide
- 4:49Speaker 3: to shut down the government, number one, it was a
- 4:51Speaker 3: cover chuck Schumer's ables against AOC. Number two, the Democrat
- 4:55Speaker 3: demands tell you everything. This is what they demanded to quote,
- 5:00Speaker 3: avoid a government shut down. Okay, this is their list,
- 5:04Speaker 3: not mine. Free health care for illegals. Number one, restore
- 5:08Speaker 3: funding for their propaganda machines. What do I mean by that?
- 5:12Speaker 3: Restore money for the National Public radio and for public
- 5:15Speaker 3: broadcasting services. Why would the Democrats shut down the government
- 5:19Speaker 3: demanding that the only way we keep it open is
- 5:22Speaker 3: if we restore the MPR and PBS funding. I'll take
- 5:25Speaker 3: exactly why. Because those are two of the state sponsored
- 5:29Speaker 3: media arms, no different than China or Russia or South
- 5:33Speaker 3: Korea putting out propaganda on behalf of the Democratic Party
- 5:36Speaker 3: and attacking the Republican Party. So they desperately need MPR
- 5:40Speaker 3: and PBS to be prop back up because otherwise they
- 5:42Speaker 3: lose their juice, they lose their influence. They also want
- 5:46Speaker 3: to revoke listen carefully, rural hospital funding. Why would the
- 5:51Speaker 3: Democratic Party want to revoke rural hospital funding. I'll take
- 5:54Speaker 3: exactly why. Because they want the money to go to
- 5:56Speaker 3: legal immigrants in their big sanctuary cities and major state.
- 6:00Speaker 3: They don't care about rural America. They don't care about
- 6:02Speaker 3: the farmers. They don't care about flyover country. They say,
- 6:05Speaker 3: the hell with you guys. We want the money in
- 6:08Speaker 3: New York City. We want the money in Baltimore. We
- 6:10Speaker 3: want the money in Detroit, right, we want the money
- 6:12Speaker 3: in San Francisco, in LA. We don't want the money
- 6:14Speaker 3: in Rule America for hospitals. We don't care about actual
- 6:18Speaker 3: hard working Americans mining their own business with their families
- 6:21Speaker 3: on their ten acres. They also demand it to avoid
- 6:24Speaker 3: a government's shut down, that we have massive expenditures that
- 6:28Speaker 3: are reinstated for climate and diversity, equity and inclusion DEI
- 6:32Speaker 3: funding specifically, not for Americans. You ready for this. Here's
- 6:36Speaker 3: the best part. Here's the kicker for foreign nations. So
- 6:40Speaker 3: they want your tax hours to go to stop climate
- 6:43Speaker 3: change in foreign nations, and they want your tax hours
- 6:47Speaker 3: to go for diversity, equity, inclusion advocacy training foreign nations,
- 6:52Speaker 3: not America, foreign nations. And then finally, I thought Obamacare
- 6:56Speaker 3: was going to be amazing, Right, everybody's going to have healthcare.
- 6:58Speaker 3: You got to keep your doctor if you doctor. Remember
- 7:00Speaker 3: that line, you got to keep your plan if you
- 7:02Speaker 3: like your plan. Yeah, that was a lie. Well, what
- 7:03Speaker 3: are they saying now well, one of their demands to
- 7:05Speaker 3: avoid the government shutdown was to continue Biden's Obama care subsidies. Now,
- 7:10Speaker 3: we had an election that just took place, and in
- 7:13Speaker 3: the election, all of these things are on the ballot.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Free health care for illegals. There was a candidate that
- 7:18Speaker 3: wanted it, advocated for it, and did it, Joe Biden.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Then that candidate turned into Kamala Harris and guess what
- 7:24Speaker 3: she was in favor of it too. The other guy,
- 7:26Speaker 3: Donald Trump, said no. There was a party and a
- 7:29Speaker 3: person Kama Harris. It was like, we're going to keep
- 7:31Speaker 3: funding these statespnsor media in NPR and PBS, and there
- 7:34Speaker 3: was another guy named Donald Trump said no, we're going
- 7:35Speaker 3: to cut it. There was a man that was advocating
- 7:38Speaker 3: for rural areas and hospitals, and that would be Donald Trump.
- 7:41Speaker 3: There was the other Democrats said screw you guys, like
- 7:43Speaker 3: it was on the ballot, folks. Climate DEI funding DOGE
- 7:47Speaker 3: is a great example of that. For foreign nations. Donald
- 7:49Speaker 3: Trump ran on saying, no, that's a terrible thing. We're
- 7:51Speaker 3: not doing it. Democrats said no, we want to send
- 7:54Speaker 3: more of our money overseas to four nations for DEI
- 7:56Speaker 3: woke climate change. And again the other party, Harris Joe Biden,
- 8:01Speaker 3: their Obamacare substeds were what they ran on. The American
- 8:04Speaker 3: people said we don't want it, and they voted for
- 8:06Speaker 3: who Donald Trump. All of the things that they're shutting
- 8:09Speaker 3: the government down over, their biggest issues are things that
- 8:11Speaker 3: were on the ballot. Okay, it just was. It was
- 8:15Speaker 3: on the ballot, folks, Every single bit of it was
- 8:20Speaker 3: on the ballot.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Now, story number two, we have a new.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Conspiracy theory from the Democrats. It is now to say
- 8:28Speaker 3: that Donald Trump is unwell, he's unfit for office, that
- 8:32Speaker 3: Donald Trump is the most immature present we've ever had.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Democrats thinking this, I don't know, slid of hand will
- 8:40Speaker 3: work during the government's shutdown to confuse the American people,
- 8:43Speaker 3: and somehow, instead of blaming Chuck Schumer for the problem
- 8:47Speaker 3: of the government being shut down, now you'll think this
- 8:49Speaker 3: is Donald Trump being crazy. How do we know this
- 8:52Speaker 3: is an orchestrated plan. Well, let me let you hear
- 8:55Speaker 3: what Chuck Schumer said from the floor of the Senate.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Listen carefully the words he used.
- 9:00Speaker 4: When Democrats say, we want to work with Republicans to
- 9:02Speaker 4: lower premiums, to strengthen healthcare. All we are doing is
- 9:07Speaker 4: reflecting what the American people already want, nothing more, nothing less.
- 9:12Speaker 4: They want us to sit down and negotiate something real
- 9:15Speaker 4: that takes this huge, huge burden off their shoulders. And
- 9:19Speaker 4: Donald Trump, instead of acting like an adult, it's the
- 9:22Speaker 4: most immature president we have ever had, instead of doing
- 9:26Speaker 4: something to stop the healthcare crisis, is threatening to hurt
- 9:29Speaker 4: countless hardworking Americans. Let me repeat the quote Donald Trump
- 9:33Speaker 4: said yesterday. We can do things during the shutdown that
- 9:36Speaker 4: are irreversible. They're bad for them and irreversible, like cutting
- 9:40Speaker 4: vast numbers of people out, cutting things they like, cutting
- 9:43Speaker 4: programs they like. Donald Trump says it loud and clear,
- 9:46Speaker 4: And that's one thing about him. He is using the
- 9:48Speaker 4: American people as pawns, threatening pain on the country as
- 9:52Speaker 4: black man. Well, that's not going to work. The American people.
- 9:55Speaker 4: It's so easy to see through those tactics. They know
- 9:58Speaker 4: this is the Trump shutdown. They know Republicans control the Presidency,
- 10:02Speaker 4: the Senate, in the House, and what is done during
- 10:05Speaker 4: a shutdown will fall squarely on the Republicans back. Donald
- 10:08Speaker 4: Trump even says it. He says he is going to
- 10:10Speaker 4: close down all these things people want.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Donald Trump is the most immature president we've ever had.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Donald Trump, instead of acting like an adult now, Chuck
- 10:18Speaker 3: Schumer is trying to Jedi mind trick the American people
- 10:21Speaker 3: believing somehow right now that this shutdown is the fault
- 10:25Speaker 3: of Donald Trump. I think everyone knows very clearly that
- 10:29Speaker 3: is a lot. And if that's not working, let me
- 10:31Speaker 3: just go back and remind you what Chuck Schumer used
- 10:33Speaker 3: to say about government shutdowns and what Nancy Pelosi used
- 10:36Speaker 3: to say about government shutdowns December the eleventh, twenty eighteen,
- 10:41Speaker 3: in the Oval Office with President Trump, as Trump hosted
- 10:45Speaker 3: a last ditch talk to avoid a government shutdown when
- 10:48Speaker 3: Democrats were in charge in Congress. And here is what
- 10:51Speaker 3: he had to say about shutdown shutdowns back then.
- 10:54Speaker 4: We do not want to shut down the government because
- 10:56Speaker 4: you can't you shut it down. Yeah, let me say something,
- 10:59Speaker 4: mister President North Dakota is most unfortunate.
- 11:02Speaker 5: And we came in here in good faith and we're
- 11:06Speaker 5: entering into this kind of a discussion in the public.
- 11:13Speaker 6: Transparency.
- 11:14Speaker 5: I know it's not transparency when we're not stipulating to
- 11:17Speaker 5: a set of facts.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I love it when we're not stipulating to a set
- 11:20Speaker 3: of facts. We are not here. We are not here
- 11:22Speaker 3: to shut down the government. Now, Democrats under fire for
- 11:25Speaker 3: these clips showing them slamming government shutdown tactics, the same
- 11:28Speaker 3: ones that they're literally using as we speak right now,
- 11:34Speaker 3: my good friend Scott Jennings saying this to Democrats on
- 11:38Speaker 3: CNN about the government shutdown as well.
- 11:40Speaker 7: Well, hopefully the Democrats come to their senses here and
- 11:43Speaker 7: we'll go to the floor of the respective chambers and
- 11:46Speaker 7: pass a clean continuing resolution. The Republicans put that on
- 11:50Speaker 7: the floor. No tricks, no funny business, nothing up our sleeves.
- 11:55Speaker 7: Just hey, let's keep the government open for another several
- 11:57Speaker 7: weeks while we work this through in a normal Democrats
- 12:01Speaker 7: voted against that, and so I'm hoping they come out
- 12:03Speaker 7: of this meeting thinking that that's a better option than
- 12:06Speaker 7: simply shutting down the government. It's just not realistic the
- 12:08Speaker 7: demands they're making. Now. Donald Trump may get in the
- 12:11Speaker 7: room and wheel and deal. He is a deal maker, So,
- 12:13Speaker 7: like Speaker Johnson, I wouldn't want to predict what the
- 12:15Speaker 7: President's willing to do on the fly, but I do
- 12:17Speaker 7: think it's pretty reprehensible that the Democrats have taken us
- 12:20Speaker 7: to the brink of a shutdown with a list of
- 12:22Speaker 7: demands that frankly, are just not even within the realm
- 12:25Speaker 7: of the realistic right now, not.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Even in the realm of realistic right now, Democrats are
- 12:30Speaker 3: lying about shutting down the government everyone knows is a
- 12:33Speaker 3: Shumer shut down. It's not just realistic the demands that
- 12:37Speaker 3: they're making, right it's insane. And the American people voted
- 12:41Speaker 3: on this. The American people voted and said, we do
- 12:44Speaker 3: not want to find healthcare for one point two million
- 12:46Speaker 3: legal aliens. The American people do not vote for one
- 12:49Speaker 3: trillion plus of extra spending that would bring back in
- 12:53Speaker 3: PR and PBS and money for transgendered surgeries. The American
- 12:58Speaker 3: people are done with funding this woke bs with our
- 13:02Speaker 3: tax dollars that we've been funding for years. Elections have consequences.
- 13:08Speaker 3: We all know it. Elections have real consequences, and we
- 13:13Speaker 3: are witnessing right now what happens when there are real consequences.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Democrats are out there and who are they supporting? A communists? Mundani,
- 13:23Speaker 3: by the way, republicly today refused to apologize for calling
- 13:28Speaker 3: the NYBD racists and saying we should abolish them and
- 13:31Speaker 3: defund them. He was on the view. So if you
- 13:33Speaker 3: want to know who the Democrats are right now, this
- 13:35Speaker 3: is one of their leaders of their party.
- 13:38Speaker 6: Have you formally apologized to the NAYPD.
- 13:40Speaker 7: These are conversations that I'm having individually with officers, and
- 13:43Speaker 7: I've appreciated that because it's through those conversations with rank
- 13:46Speaker 7: and file officers that I've learned more about the difficulties
- 13:49Speaker 7: of this job.
- 13:50Speaker 6: Have you formally apologized to the NAPD.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Yeah, no, the answer is no, he is not. Why
- 13:56Speaker 3: because this is who they are. And while all this
- 13:59Speaker 3: is happening, there was some breaking news. The media doesn't
- 14:01Speaker 3: want to tell you this. The SMP hit sixty seven
- 14:05Speaker 3: hundred for the first time ever, a new all time
- 14:08Speaker 3: closing high for the Dow. You think if a Democrat
- 14:11Speaker 3: was in office, would they be just going berserk on
- 14:13Speaker 3: the nightly news tonight? Yeah? Did they know? Because the
- 14:16Speaker 3: state sponsored media at ABCNBCCBS or scumbags. So here's a
- 14:21Speaker 3: little bit at least from CNBC about the actual news
- 14:25Speaker 3: that everyone should be talking about.
- 14:27Speaker 6: Stocks shaking off the shutdown, charging higher, the S and
- 14:30Speaker 6: P five hundred hitting sixty seven hundred, for the first
- 14:33Speaker 6: time ever, a new all time closing high for the
- 14:36Speaker 6: Dow as well fractionally, the NAZAK the best performed today,
- 14:40Speaker 6: but closing just short of a record. Healthcare once again
- 14:42Speaker 6: the best performing sector. That's thanks to drugstocks. Utilities also
- 14:46Speaker 6: a gainer.
- 14:47Speaker 3: There you go twenty one seconds of just pure raw reporting.
- 14:52Speaker 3: Oh but no, no, no, we can't cover that. No,
- 14:55Speaker 3: what do we have to do? We got to talk
- 14:57Speaker 3: about the Democrats and are they willing to care about
- 15:00Speaker 3: your feelings?
- 15:00Speaker 4: Oh?
- 15:01Speaker 3: Do they care about all the Americans who aren't going
- 15:03Speaker 3: to get paychecks in our government, including our military. No
- 15:06Speaker 3: Democrats cashing in their checks? We know that, Why because
- 15:10Speaker 3: they were asked about it.
- 15:12Speaker 8: So this is a whole uns and fill case.
- 15:15Speaker 6: We would know it is such a down expense to
- 15:18Speaker 6: advise semi high members now is a duck though.
- 15:23Speaker 8: Yeah, that's a question that every individual member is going
- 15:26Speaker 8: to have to make on their own, as has always
- 15:28Speaker 8: been the case in the past. First of all, that
- 15:31Speaker 8: question is not even a ripe one because we're anticipating
- 15:36Speaker 8: that this shutdown issue will be resolved.
- 15:38Speaker 3: You guys started it. The question is when are you
- 15:41Speaker 3: going to resolve it? The Democrat humor shutdown will cost Americans.
- 15:44Speaker 3: It's now estimated by the CBO four hundred million a day,
- 15:49Speaker 3: four one hundred million a day. This is their doing.
- 15:54Speaker 3: They chose to do this, They said, this is what
- 15:57Speaker 3: we want to do. So it's four hundred million a
- 15:59Speaker 3: day for these antics that we're witnessing right now. And
- 16:03Speaker 3: the Democrats care more about illegal aliens and American citizens,
- 16:07Speaker 3: and that's why the Democrats shut down the government. The
- 16:10Speaker 3: Democrat Continuing Resolution. Now that we're seeing the real dollars
- 16:14Speaker 3: and cents, are you ready for this? The Democrats Continuing
- 16:18Speaker 3: Resolution spends nearly two hundred billion on healthcare subsidies for
- 16:22Speaker 3: illegal immigrants and other non citizens. I'm going to go
- 16:25Speaker 3: to the Democrats cr what they demanded. Ending Medicaid funding
- 16:31Speaker 3: for non citizens. Cost of repeal six point two million,
- 16:35Speaker 3: twenty eight million for ending enhanced FMap for emergency care
- 16:39Speaker 3: for legal immigrants, thirty four million, closing the California loophole,
- 16:44Speaker 3: ending Medicare funding for non citizens another five million, ending
- 16:48Speaker 3: Obamacare funding for non citizens another ninety one million, repealing
- 16:52Speaker 3: the Obamacare special rule for illegal immigrants twenty seven million.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Total There one hundred and ninety two million, Sorry I
- 17:00Speaker 3: got that wrong. Billion the total if you add that
- 17:03Speaker 3: all up, so you've got two hundred billion on healthcare
- 17:06Speaker 3: subsidies for illegal immigrants. That is what they shut down
- 17:11Speaker 3: the government over in Democrats shutting down the government because
- 17:15Speaker 3: President Trump and Republicans are not forcing American taxpayers to
- 17:19Speaker 3: pay for free health care for illegal immigrants. That is
- 17:22Speaker 3: what the President ran on, That is what he said
- 17:25Speaker 3: he was going to do. That is what he believes.
