- 0:01Speaker 1: The big news Hunter Biden has been indicted. Don't worry.
- 0:06Speaker 1: The media is already covering for Hunter Biden, telling you
- 0:09Speaker 1: on CNN that the case is actually, in their words,
- 0:14Speaker 1: very weak. Yes, it's a weak case. Take a listen
- 0:17Speaker 1: to what they had to say.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Allegations of politics is right, often coming from the former
- 0:22Speaker 2: president himself in terms of what they say is to
- 0:26Speaker 2: to your justice system. But here you have it, as
- 0:28Speaker 2: we noted, first time in US history the son of
- 0:30Speaker 2: a president has been charged by the Justice Department. Kriscnal,
- 0:34Speaker 2: thanks so much. Going to turn it over to Boris
- 0:35Speaker 2: for some legal analysis.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Yeah, let's chat with seeing and legal analyst Jennifer Rogers.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Jennifer, obviously, again, this is a historic moment, the first
- 0:42Speaker 4: time DOJ has charged the son of a sitting president.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Your reaction to the news, Well, Morris.
- 0:50Speaker 5: I really think you know, the first time we had
- 0:52Speaker 5: a charge against a former president, it was important that
- 0:55Speaker 5: prosecutors really took their time and built strong cases based
- 0:58Speaker 5: on compelling evidence.
- 0:59Speaker 6: And the prosecutors have not done that here.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Oh okay, So so within five seconds you've got a
- 1:07Speaker 1: legal analyst who's telling you that more than one hundred
- 1:10Speaker 1: and fifty suspicious activity reports is not evidence. Having a
- 1:14Speaker 1: father that was having meetings with the son and phone
- 1:17Speaker 1: calls and the big guy and funneling money and LLCs.
- 1:20Speaker 1: It had a no product at all to then funnel
- 1:22Speaker 1: that money. Meeting with the worst people in the world,
- 1:24Speaker 1: receiving five million dollars, shaking them down, text messages of
- 1:29Speaker 1: shaking them down is not compelling evidence. Jennifer Rodgers is
- 1:35Speaker 1: the official seen in illegal Analysts, and she's just said
- 1:40Speaker 1: that this case is a weak case, that there's just
- 1:43Speaker 1: nothing here, there's nothing there there. Right, Listen, Listen how
- 1:46Speaker 1: quickly the propaganda comes out immediately when she opens her mouth.
- 1:50Speaker 1: It is telling the world that this is a weak cases,
- 1:52Speaker 1: are weak charges having and by the way, forget all
- 1:55Speaker 1: the other stuff. Let's just talk about this the gun charges. Okay,
- 2:00Speaker 1: we have time stamps from his laptop of pictures of
- 2:04Speaker 1: him doing drugs. We have messages about buying drugs, we
- 2:09Speaker 1: have message about selling drugs on the dates when he
- 2:11Speaker 1: was buying the gun. We can see that he's a
- 2:14Speaker 1: drug addict. And do you have even more evidence, Yes,
- 2:16Speaker 1: he got kicked out of the military for failing a
- 2:18Speaker 1: cocaine test. Never forget that he was in the military.
- 2:21Speaker 1: He got kicked out of the military because he failed
- 2:24Speaker 1: a drug test for cocaine. That's all evidence. But CNN's
- 2:30Speaker 1: legal team says, no, no, no, there's nothing good here. This
- 2:32Speaker 1: is a weak case.
- 2:34Speaker 6: Chris.
- 2:34Speaker 5: I really think, you know, the first time we had
- 2:36Speaker 5: a charge against a former president, it was important that
- 2:39Speaker 5: prosecutors really took their time and built strong cases based
- 2:43Speaker 5: on compelling evidence. And I'm afraid the prosecutors have not
- 2:46Speaker 5: done that here. I certainly, if I were making history,
- 2:49Speaker 5: would not want to make it with this set of
- 2:51Speaker 5: facts and these laws.
- 2:53Speaker 6: I think that this case is weak. It's very, very
- 2:56Speaker 6: rarely charged.
- 2:57Speaker 5: This section on being an addict in possession of a weapon,
- 3:02Speaker 5: So I think they have a lot of problems both
- 3:04Speaker 5: on the factual side, which is why it's very rarely.
- 3:07Speaker 6: Charged, and on the legal side.
- 3:08Speaker 5: You know, after the Supreme Court's decision in the Bruin
- 3:11Speaker 5: case on the Second Amendment, a lot of legal observers
- 3:14Speaker 5: think that all these gun possession statutes are in jeopardy.
- 3:17Speaker 5: And we know that Hunter Biden's lawyers will fight vigorously
- 3:21Speaker 5: on the legal front, saying that after the Supreme Court's
- 3:23Speaker 5: decision that this conviction could not stand.
- 3:25Speaker 6: So I think they've got a lot of trouble here
- 3:28Speaker 6: ahead and we'll see how it plays out. But I
- 3:31Speaker 6: think it's inadvisable.
- 3:32Speaker 1: This is why, well it's interest to see. And as
- 3:34Speaker 1: the Communist News Network they break the news federal gun
- 3:39Speaker 1: charges against Hunter Biden, they immediately tell you that there's
- 3:42Speaker 1: no evidence and this is a weak case. I want
- 3:44Speaker 1: to know what their definition of a strong case would be,
- 3:48Speaker 1: And if they were actually somewhat journalistic, had some journalistic integrity,
- 3:52Speaker 1: they would at least have somebody on to ask that question.
- 3:56Speaker 1: If I was doing that segment with that CNN Legal analysts,
- 4:00Speaker 1: whatever the hell her name is, I want to say, Okay,
- 4:03Speaker 1: tell me what a good case looks like. Tell me
- 4:05Speaker 1: what a strong case looks like. If you're saying this
- 4:07Speaker 1: case is weak, having pictures of him doing drugs, having
- 4:11Speaker 1: text message of him ordering drugs, having people talk about
- 4:14Speaker 1: how he's on drugs, having people around him sending a
- 4:16Speaker 1: message worried about his drug use, having him buy a gun,
- 4:19Speaker 1: having his ex his ex sister in law who's now
- 4:23Speaker 1: turned lover, telling him he doesn't want him to have
- 4:26Speaker 1: a gun, and trying to hide the gun from him
- 4:27Speaker 1: because he's a drug addict and she doesn't want him
- 4:30Speaker 1: to off himself or do or harm himself or do
- 4:32Speaker 1: something terrible with that gun. That's why she threw it
- 4:34Speaker 1: away in the dumpster. Remember, it was not because she
- 4:37Speaker 1: was committing a crime. It was because she didn't think
- 4:39Speaker 1: as a drug addict, he should have the gun. So
- 4:42Speaker 1: the question I would then ask on this gun charge
- 4:45Speaker 1: is what does a strong case look like? Like You've
- 4:51Speaker 1: got the time stamps and when the gun was bought,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you have time stamps. At the same time with the
- 4:55Speaker 1: drug use and the drug abuse, you have him lying
- 5:01Speaker 1: on the form how you have him in his own
- 5:03Speaker 1: book talking about how during this time he was addicted
- 5:05Speaker 1: to drugs in his own book, you have family members
- 5:09Speaker 1: on the record on audio and video talking about his
- 5:11Speaker 1: sons about his drug abuse during this time. So what
- 5:16Speaker 1: would a strong case look like? Would you need to
- 5:21Speaker 1: And I'm wondering, like where do we draw the line
- 5:25Speaker 1: from this being quote as they described a week case
- 5:27Speaker 1: to a strong case. Does it have to be a
- 5:30Speaker 1: Republican to be a strong case? Is that the difference here?
- 5:35Speaker 1: Because if that's the difference, then at least state that like,
- 5:38Speaker 1: look if this is a Republican. We would obviously put
- 5:40Speaker 1: him in jail for the rest of his life because
- 5:44Speaker 1: I'll go back to the first impeachment when she talked
- 5:46Speaker 1: about them, you know, they talked about, you know, cases
- 5:48Speaker 1: against presidents and the former presidents. She's clearly referring to Trump.
- 5:52Speaker 1: What was the first case against Donald J. Trumps Russian collusion?
- 5:58Speaker 1: It was based on the Stele dossier. It was created
- 6:01Speaker 1: out of thin air and paid for by the Hillary
- 6:04Speaker 1: Clinton for President campaign. The other part of that dossier
- 6:09Speaker 1: was paid for by the Democratic National Committee, who was
- 6:12Speaker 1: in charge of trying to get their elected to president
- 6:15Speaker 1: United States of America, which at that time was Hillary
- 6:17Speaker 1: Rodham Clinton. When they were impeaching Donald Trump and calling
- 6:22Speaker 1: for investigations at the FBI, that they and then they
- 6:25Speaker 1: started investigating Donald J. Trump. The FBI had already classified
- 6:29Speaker 1: the Steele dossier as ter user generated material user generated propaganda,
- 6:36Speaker 1: meaning that the person who gave them the information they
- 6:39Speaker 1: believed made the information up out of thin air. But
- 6:43Speaker 1: even if that wasn't enough, the FBI offered Christopher Steel
- 6:47Speaker 1: a million dollars to corroborate anything in his dossier. He
- 6:52Speaker 1: never did it because he couldn't because he made it up.
- 6:54Speaker 1: It's like writing a movie script. He wrote the most
- 6:57Speaker 1: out landis political movie script for a political campaign you
- 7:01Speaker 1: could write, and then they gave it to the media,
- 7:04Speaker 1: and the media ran with the same media that's now
- 7:05Speaker 1: telling you this is a weak case. It's a weak case,
- 7:09Speaker 1: claiming that this has rarely charged this section. And then
- 7:12Speaker 1: there's another aspect of this. Are liberals actually in favor
- 7:17Speaker 1: of tough gun control laws, which they yell, scream, rant
- 7:20Speaker 1: and rave about every time there's a mass shooting in
- 7:22Speaker 1: this country. They want to take away your right to
- 7:25Speaker 1: own a firearm if you deal with mental health issues,
- 7:28Speaker 1: if you deal with depression. They want to be able
- 7:30Speaker 1: to come in and do a psych evaluation on you
- 7:32Speaker 1: at any point and take away every gun you've got.
- 7:34Speaker 1: They want to be able to have ex wives or
- 7:36Speaker 1: ex girlfriends, or ex boyfriends or ex husbands, or our
- 7:39Speaker 1: ex employers be able to turn you in if they
- 7:41Speaker 1: believe you're mentally unstable and unfit to have a firearm.
- 7:44Speaker 1: They want to have a society that was like Germany
- 7:51Speaker 1: back in World War Two, where you're spying on your neighbors,
- 7:53Speaker 1: telling on your neighbors. We already know that, by the way,
- 7:55Speaker 1: because they were doing that in the Catholic church and
- 7:57Speaker 1: trying to recruit parishioners a spy on their Catholic worship
- 8:03Speaker 1: partners in church, other parishioners. We know that this government
- 8:09Speaker 1: also believes that you're a domestic terrorist if you go
- 8:11Speaker 1: to a school board meeting and you're angry over them
- 8:13Speaker 1: in doctoring your kids and transgender and radical ideas like
- 8:18Speaker 1: drag queen shows and discussing vile books on sexual interactions
- 8:23Speaker 1: with extreme issues in it. And if you show up
- 8:30Speaker 1: and there's a dude that assaults your child in the
- 8:32Speaker 1: women's bathroom, because that dude's a dude, not a chick,
- 8:36Speaker 1: and you get angry that school board meeting, the FEDS
- 8:38Speaker 1: will arrest you. They'll take you out in handcuffs. That
- 8:41Speaker 1: happen in Virginia, and then they'll classify anybody else standing
- 8:45Speaker 1: up for that father whose daughter was sexually assaulted in
- 8:49Speaker 1: the bathroom by a man claiming to be a woman
- 8:51Speaker 1: in high school, that you are now a domestic terrorist.
- 8:55Speaker 1: You should be true the same I guess as a
- 8:57Speaker 1: member of al Qaeda. So if there was an argument
- 9:02Speaker 1: to be made on CNN that should have been made
- 9:04Speaker 1: by somebody on the other side. It would have been
- 9:06Speaker 1: what does a strong case look like? Is it only
- 9:09Speaker 1: is it number one? Is it only a Republican that
- 9:11Speaker 1: makes a strong case of it's Democrats not? Or did
- 9:15Speaker 1: you have to have a confessional video of Hunter Biden
- 9:18Speaker 1: looking at the camera saying, broadcasting it to the world. Hig,
- 9:20Speaker 1: I'm Hunter Biden. I'm about to take cocaine and then
- 9:24Speaker 1: I'm walking into the store and I'm gonna livestream me
- 9:27Speaker 1: filling out this form and then buying the gun. Oh wait,
- 9:29Speaker 1: we basically have that. We have videos of him doing drugs,
- 9:32Speaker 1: and then we have the date of when he went
- 9:34Speaker 1: and bought the gun. By the way, the Democrats knew
- 9:38Speaker 1: this was a big deal, And how do we know
- 9:39Speaker 1: that after the gun was thrown away in the dumpster
- 9:44Speaker 1: and then the search, the quick fast search to find
- 9:47Speaker 1: that gun was thrown away in a dumpster behind a
- 9:49Speaker 1: school by his lover ex sister in law who threw
- 9:54Speaker 1: that away that gun of Hunter Biden's. The Secret Service also,
- 10:00Speaker 1: if you remember, even though Joe Biden was no longer
- 10:04Speaker 1: the vice president and did not have secrets protection to
- 10:08Speaker 1: Secret Service agents showed up at that gun store asking
- 10:11Speaker 1: to get the forms back, and that gun store owner
- 10:14Speaker 1: was brave and said, you can go to hell. You
- 10:17Speaker 1: have no jurisdiction in here. I do not have to
- 10:20Speaker 1: hand you the paperwork of Hunter Biden. I know what
- 10:23Speaker 1: you're trying to do. You're trying to cover up a
- 10:25Speaker 1: crime and make it all go away before it becomes
- 10:27Speaker 1: an issue. Never forget that part of the story, because
- 10:29Speaker 1: that's part of the most damning part of the cover
- 10:31Speaker 1: up of this story. But hey, if you're watching CNN,
- 10:34Speaker 1: their words this case is weak. I thought Democrats were
- 10:39Speaker 1: tough on guns. I guess it's only if it's a Republican.
- 10:42Speaker 1: I want to also go back to a reminder of
- 10:47Speaker 1: how many lies have been told by the Bidens. I mean,
- 10:50Speaker 1: it's a hell of a lot of them, and how
- 10:52Speaker 1: many lives have been told by the media in the past.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Say me, that's now telling you the gun charges are
- 10:56Speaker 1: weak charges against Hunter Biden. They picked only charges that
- 10:59Speaker 1: would insight late Hunter from any type of investigation that
- 11:02Speaker 1: would connect him to his father. But let me just
- 11:04Speaker 1: remind you of all the corruption the Biden family that
- 11:07Speaker 1: we know of as of now, I've.
- 11:10Speaker 7: Never discussed with my son's from my brother or anyone
- 11:14Speaker 7: else and make heaven to.
- 11:15Speaker 8: Do with their business.
- 11:17Speaker 7: President Biden met with at least fourteen of Hunter's business
- 11:20Speaker 7: associates while he was vice president.
- 11:22Speaker 9: And Vice president Joe Biden at dinner with his son Hunter,
- 11:25Speaker 9: along with Hunter's business associates from Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan,
- 11:30Speaker 9: and the day after the dinner, a Barisma executive said
- 11:33Speaker 9: a note to Hunter quoting dear Hunter, thank you for
- 11:36Speaker 9: inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet
- 11:39Speaker 9: your father and spend some time together.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Hunter's lucrative business dealings often included giving as much as
- 11:45Speaker 7: fifty percent of his earnings to his dad.
- 11:48Speaker 10: The text read quote, I hope you all can do
- 11:51Speaker 10: what I did and pay for everything for this entire
- 11:53Speaker 10: family for thirty years. It's really hard, but don't worry
- 11:57Speaker 10: onlike pop, I won't make you give me half your salary.
- 12:00Speaker 11: His son Hunter joining the then Vice president on the
- 12:03Speaker 11: official visit to Beijing. Unknown to the press, back then,
- 12:06Speaker 11: Hunter Biden was forming a Chinese private equity funds planning
- 12:09Speaker 11: to raise money, including from Chinese investors. Ten days after
- 12:13Speaker 11: the Bidens trip, Chehai authorities issued the fund's business license, and.
- 12:17Speaker 12: The Hunter introduced me as this is Tony Dad, the
- 12:21Speaker 12: individual I told you about that's helping us with the
- 12:24Speaker 12: business that we're working on in the Chinese.
- 12:26Speaker 13: The email reads this way quote at the moment, there's
- 12:29Speaker 13: a provisional agreement that the equity will be distributed as
- 12:32Speaker 13: follows ten held by Hunter for the big guy.
- 12:35Speaker 12: I have a thousand percent set here and know that
- 12:37Speaker 12: the big guy is referencing Joe Biden. I met with
- 12:40Speaker 12: a former vice president in person multiple times.
- 12:44Speaker 14: A newly revealed text message, Jose Bobolinski was apparently warned
- 12:47Speaker 14: by business partner James Gillier, don't mention Joe being involved.
- 12:51Speaker 14: It's only when you are face to face. I know
- 12:53Speaker 14: you know that, but they are paranoid.
- 12:56Speaker 4: Chinese executives admitted to reporters that they were actually intro
- 13:00Speaker 4: reduced to the vice presidents by Hunter.
- 13:02Speaker 9: Biden, Hunter and the then vice president seeing for the
- 13:05Speaker 9: pair of Mexican billionaires.
- 13:06Speaker 15: At the same time, Hunter had been working on energy
- 13:09Speaker 15: deals in Mexico.
- 13:10Speaker 10: Joe Biden also had Hunter at his business partner fly
- 13:14Speaker 10: On f was two to Mexico.
- 13:16Speaker 4: His closest business partner.
- 13:17Speaker 7: Hunters made at least nineteen visits to the White House
- 13:19Speaker 7: and other official locations, including a sit down with then
- 13:22Speaker 7: Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing.
- 13:25Speaker 13: There's photographic evidence of Biden on a golf out and
- 13:28Speaker 13: with both his son Hunter and a man called Devon Archer,
- 13:31Speaker 13: who was another member of the Paris Maboor.
- 13:33Speaker 4: We also know that Devin Archer in that picture had
- 13:36Speaker 4: a meeting in the White House, one on one meeting
- 13:38Speaker 4: with Joe Biden about a week before they joined the
- 13:41Speaker 4: Maarie Ma.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Board, before they joined the bearis My board. Because member,
- 13:47Speaker 1: it wasn't just the money coming into Joe Biden, the
- 13:50Speaker 1: five million and the five million dollars per son. He
- 13:53Speaker 1: was also his business partner who was on the board
- 13:56Speaker 1: at Barisma, who was then getting his millions and millions
- 13:59Speaker 1: of dollars by sitting on that board. And a week
- 14:02Speaker 1: before they were on that board in Ukraine Embarisma, he
- 14:06Speaker 1: went and met one on one with the Vice President
- 14:09Speaker 1: of United States of America, Joe Biden. So let's just
- 14:12Speaker 1: go back to this news. When it broke, MSNBC came
- 14:17Speaker 1: out and MSNBC was like, we have breaking news here, right,
- 14:21Speaker 1: this's a big deal. Hunter Biden and died in Delaware.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Then immediately see an end's downplaying it, saying that charges are,
- 14:25Speaker 1: of course very weak, very weak charges. You notice that
- 14:30Speaker 1: everything I just played for you, none of it involves
- 14:34Speaker 1: any of the other corruption on the actual crimes committed
- 14:37Speaker 1: by the Vice president now president of the United States
- 14:39Speaker 1: of America. But MSNBC is trying to play it up
- 14:42Speaker 1: like this is so damning, like this is justice in
- 14:45Speaker 1: a sense for the Biden family.
- 14:48Speaker 7: Breaking news. Now we have just learned and we just
- 14:50Speaker 7: got the paperwork that Hunter Biden, the President's son, has
- 14:54Speaker 7: been indicted for lying when buying a gun. I want
- 14:57Speaker 7: to bring an NBC's Garrett, Hey, Garrett, what can you tell.
- 14:59Speaker 3: Us, well, Chris, This indictment just unsealed in Delaware charges
- 15:03Speaker 3: Hunter Biden with three counts, all related to that gun purchase.
- 15:07Speaker 3: It describes two counts of knowingly making a false or
- 15:10Speaker 3: fictitious statement when purchasing a gun, basically accusing him of
- 15:14Speaker 3: lying about being addicted to drugs at the time he
- 15:17Speaker 3: was purchasing this weapon pistol in October of twenty eighteen,
- 15:21Speaker 3: and the third count is that he did knowingly possess
- 15:24Speaker 3: that same firearm while essentially while being addicted to a
- 15:30Speaker 3: controlled substance. So these are counts that were all thought
- 15:33Speaker 3: to have been dealt with in that plea deal that
- 15:36Speaker 3: fell apart a couple of months ago, kicking things back
- 15:39Speaker 3: to the US Attorney Now Special Council Weiss handling this
- 15:43Speaker 3: in Delaware, a former US attorney in the district of Delaware. Again,
- 15:46Speaker 3: this indictment on Field dealing only with the gun and
- 15:49Speaker 3: drug charges. I think it's reasonable to presume we have
- 15:52Speaker 3: not heard the last of charges against the President's son,
- 15:56Speaker 3: given the scope of what was originally in front of
- 15:58Speaker 3: the US Attorney and the kind of falling apart back
- 16:01Speaker 3: to the drawing board to bring forward these counts.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Now, I gotta say I totally disagree with MSNBC there.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I think they're full of crap. I think they're trying
- 16:10Speaker 1: to act like this as a full hardcore investigation, which
- 16:14Speaker 1: it clearly isn't. There's also something else very interesting that
- 16:18Speaker 1: just happened, and that is the White House has now
- 16:20Speaker 1: moved the goalpost for the third time on the involvement
- 16:26Speaker 1: of Joe Biden with Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family. Remember,
- 16:32Speaker 1: at first it was Joe Biden has never talked about
- 16:34Speaker 1: business with his family, his son or anyone, his brother,
- 16:39Speaker 1: anybody in the family. He always made sure that that
- 16:42Speaker 1: never happened, right, That was what they said. Then about
- 16:46Speaker 1: a month ago they changed that narrative to he was
- 16:52Speaker 1: never in business. That was how they described it. He
- 16:56Speaker 1: was never in business with his son. And everybody's like,
- 17:00Speaker 1: whoa that like had a brain like me, and others
- 17:03Speaker 1: that were like, wholl well, hold on a second. You
- 17:05Speaker 1: guys just completely admitted now that they talked to business.
- 17:08Speaker 1: And now you're saying, well, it's it's not about talking business, right,
- 17:11Speaker 1: it's now about being in business. They've now changed it
- 17:16Speaker 1: a third time. And it was a very quick check
- 17:21Speaker 1: the box of mission. Okay from White House's spokesman White
- 17:27Speaker 1: House Counsel's office. Okay, So this is the legal representative
- 17:32Speaker 1: of the presidency, Ian Sam's he's a spokesman the White
- 17:36Speaker 1: House Counsel's office. And this is what he had to
- 17:38Speaker 1: say on CNN as he was talking about this new
- 17:42Speaker 1: indictment of the president's son. And notice and listen carefully.
- 17:48Speaker 1: He's now admitting that not only did Joe Biden help
- 17:52Speaker 1: his son, but he actually attended Hunter Biden's business meetings,
- 17:56Speaker 1: and the reason why is because quote, he loves him.
- 17:59Speaker 1: So now saying okay, they did talk business, he was
- 18:02Speaker 1: on the phone talking about the weather. That was excuse
- 18:04Speaker 1: a week or two ago, and now it's okay, we're
- 18:07Speaker 1: admitting that Joe Biden did, in fact attend business meetings
- 18:10Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden that made him millions and millions of dollars.
- 18:13Speaker 1: But he only because he loved him. Nothing. The fairy
- 18:16Speaker 1: is here. Listen carefully.
- 18:18Speaker 15: Their allegations is the president was present at some of
- 18:21Speaker 15: the meetings between Hunter Biden and his business associates. Why
- 18:25Speaker 15: was the president at those meetings on those phone calls?
- 18:30Speaker 3: Well, again, I think this is part of the Right
- 18:32Speaker 3: wings misinformation machine to try to confuse people about what
- 18:36Speaker 3: the truth is. The truth is that the President, as
- 18:38Speaker 3: he has said publicly for years, calls his family every
- 18:43Speaker 3: day to check in. He calls his son every day
- 18:45Speaker 3: to check in. He calls his other family members to
- 18:47Speaker 3: check in to see how they're doing.
- 18:48Speaker 2: He loves them.
- 18:49Speaker 3: They're a tight knit family. And what the GOP's own
- 18:52Speaker 3: witness testified in this case is that that's exactly what
- 18:55Speaker 3: the President was doing. He was checking in with Hunter
- 18:58Speaker 3: during a particularly hard time. I might add a time
- 19:01Speaker 3: where the family was going through Hunter's brother, BEA's illness,
- 19:06Speaker 3: and of course the president checks in with his son
- 19:08Speaker 3: and talks to them. But again that witness testified no
- 19:11Speaker 3: business dealings of Hunter Biden's or anyone's was discussed in
- 19:14Speaker 3: these conversations. And so again they're trying to make this
- 19:17Speaker 3: sort of strange connection when their own investigation has disproven
- 19:21Speaker 3: these claims.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Before I let you go back, by the way, that's
- 19:25Speaker 1: just not true. You noticed he didn't answer the question.
- 19:28Speaker 1: The question was why was Joe Biden attending Hunter Biden
- 19:32Speaker 1: business meetings? That was the question. Then he went to, well,
- 19:36Speaker 1: they checked in with each other every day. So your
- 19:38Speaker 1: son's in a business meeting and you drive across town's
- 19:41Speaker 1: the vice president with secret service to go check in
- 19:43Speaker 1: on him to make sure he's okay during the middle
- 19:46Speaker 1: of a business meeting. Does anyone believe that? Of course not,
- 19:49Speaker 1: and if you do, you're an idiot. So listen to
- 19:53Speaker 1: the follow up question here from Cina, because what CNN
- 19:56Speaker 1: should have done again, if they weren't scumbag journalists, fake journalists,
- 20:00Speaker 1: communist journalists, propagandists for the Biden administration, he would have
- 20:04Speaker 1: cut him off in the middle. That answered, said Ian,
- 20:07Speaker 1: the spokesperson for the White House Count's office. I didn't
- 20:09Speaker 1: ask you about checking out the SUN. I asked you
- 20:10Speaker 1: about why was he in business meetings? That's the question
- 20:13Speaker 1: I'm asking you. Notice how they didn't they just let
- 20:16Speaker 1: him put out the propaganda and then listen to this.
- 20:20Speaker 15: Does the president response in terms of how the President
- 20:23Speaker 15: has reacted to this, especially as somebody who's been in
- 20:26Speaker 15: politics and been in Washington for as long as he
- 20:28Speaker 15: has been, the idea that he is now a subject
- 20:30Speaker 15: to an impeachment inquiry as president of the United States,
- 20:33Speaker 15: what's his response to that?
- 20:35Speaker 3: You know, the President has been in politics for a
- 20:37Speaker 3: long time, and I think, as he would say, he's
- 20:39Speaker 3: seen a lot of malarkey along the way, but this
- 20:41Speaker 3: might take the cake. You know, he's focused on the
- 20:43Speaker 3: issues that actually matter to the American people. You just
- 20:45Speaker 3: saw him spending the last week traveling around the world,
- 20:48Speaker 3: shoring up our alliances, advancing national interests in Asia, our
- 20:52Speaker 3: economic interests in Asia, showing American leadership on the world stage.
- 20:57Speaker 3: He's coming back here. He's announcing today billion dollar investment
- 21:01Speaker 3: in cancer research try to finally cure cancer. That's what
- 21:04Speaker 3: his administration and this president is focused on every day.
- 21:07Speaker 3: They're focused on the actual needs of the American people.
- 21:10Speaker 3: And I think what he would say is maybe the
- 21:12Speaker 3: House Republicans should join them.
- 21:14Speaker 1: You know, I laugh at this one. You know you're
- 21:18Speaker 1: in political trouble when you decide randomly on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Hey,
- 21:26Speaker 1: let's announce we're going to cure cancer. By the way,
- 21:30Speaker 1: I'm in favor of curing cancer. I'm in favor of
- 21:35Speaker 1: research and development to get treatments and drugs that protect
- 21:41Speaker 1: people and help people to have cancer. Everybody I know
- 21:44Speaker 1: knows somebody that's been affected by cancer. But to then
- 21:47Speaker 1: use as a political polm like a right, guys, we
- 21:49Speaker 1: need a victory here. We're starting to take on water.
- 21:52Speaker 1: What do we do? All right, let's cure cancer. Great,
- 21:53Speaker 1: great idea. Okay, let's get back some Americans somewhere in
- 21:57Speaker 1: the world. Who's got some American hostages we can get back.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Oh there's a rant. Okay, great, what does it take
- 22:02Speaker 1: to do that? Give him some really bad guys back
- 22:04Speaker 1: and then give them six billion dollars and then and
- 22:07Speaker 1: then we can claim we got Americans back, we're fighting
- 22:09Speaker 1: for Americans. Okay, great, let's do that. Let's do that.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I mean the idea that the White House has now
- 22:15Speaker 1: changed the goalposts again. Did Joe Biden attended Hunter's business
- 22:19Speaker 1: meetings where they were making millions and millions and millions
- 22:21Speaker 1: and millions of dollars only because quote, he loves him?
- 22:26Speaker 1: It's this is a love story, right. It's a father
- 22:29Speaker 1: who loves his son, who would just happen to show
- 22:31Speaker 1: up in a meeting where him showing up at that
- 22:32Speaker 1: meeting would make them ten million dollars. But he wasn't
- 22:35Speaker 1: there for the business. He was there to check on
- 22:37Speaker 1: his son, right like they're checking they're checking on his son.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Special Counsel David Weiss, By the way, you want to
- 22:51Speaker 1: know what he's saying about all this? This is the
- 22:53Speaker 1: same guy that gave the sweetheart deal, who worked in
- 22:56Speaker 1: the same law firm that was representing Hunter Biden, who
- 22:59Speaker 1: then switch sides. Who's then protecting Hunter Biden, who gave
- 23:02Speaker 1: him the immunity sweetheart deal that then got blown up.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Who's now the special counsel? What does he have to say,
- 23:07Speaker 1: Special council?
- 23:07Speaker 16: Why he's only releasing a paper statement staying mom about
- 23:11Speaker 16: the charges when pressed by NBC News, but a spokesperson
- 23:15Speaker 16: for the Special Counsel's office says, the investigation continues.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Oh well that's encouraging, right, no comment. So the guy
- 23:23Speaker 1: that gave the deal that was one hell of a deal,
- 23:26Speaker 1: who then only charges him with the crimes to protect
- 23:29Speaker 1: the father, then says no comment, all of a sudden
- 23:33Speaker 1: on all of this, no comment, right, like this is
- 23:37Speaker 1: no comment here. Former White House Press Secretary now Propaganda's
- 23:43Speaker 1: at MSNBC Jinsaki came out saying she's heartbroken for the president,
- 23:50Speaker 1: heartbroken for Joe Biden, who's in the White House is
- 23:53Speaker 1: now worried about his son. Heartbroken. You should feel bad
- 23:56Speaker 1: for this old man in the White House. They're now
- 23:59Speaker 1: going to play the age card, the grandpa card, the
- 24:01Speaker 1: dad card, and that you should that he's heartbroken and
- 24:03Speaker 1: you should give him a hug.
- 24:05Speaker 17: His charges. The presumption of innocence operates for both of them.
- 24:08Speaker 17: Do process rights operate for both of them? And you know,
- 24:14Speaker 17: we shouldn't take delight in other people's misfortunes.
- 24:18Speaker 1: But we have to have a rule of law.
- 24:22Speaker 8: I mean, we have to have a rule of law.
- 24:23Speaker 6: Mika and Joe.
- 24:24Speaker 8: It's such a relief to hear that from people, including
- 24:27Speaker 8: when it's about it just said somebody who is very
- 24:30Speaker 8: close to the president. I mean, first and foremost, the
- 24:33Speaker 8: politics of this are a little hard to predict. But
- 24:35Speaker 8: right now you have the president's son, somebody he loves deeply,
- 24:40Speaker 8: somebody who has very publicly struggled with drug addiction now
- 24:44Speaker 8: facing these charges which are serious. And I'll let Andrew
- 24:48Speaker 8: do a contemplation of the legality and the process and
- 24:51Speaker 8: all of that, which I know a lot of us
- 24:53Speaker 8: have questions on what is tricky to watch here, and
- 24:56Speaker 8: what I think we all will be watching is what
- 24:58Speaker 8: do Republicans do with this on the Hill as it
- 25:02Speaker 8: relates to their impeachment process Bologney efforts. Right we didn't
- 25:06Speaker 8: see a lot of that yesterday, a lot of the
- 25:09Speaker 8: tying of these charges to their impeachment efforts. If there
- 25:13Speaker 8: are additional charges that we see from the Department of
- 25:17Speaker 8: Justice that Andrew just alluded to, I suspect they would
- 25:20Speaker 8: try to do that. But right now, what we're looking at,
- 25:22Speaker 8: and I think on the politics of this, you know,
- 25:25Speaker 8: millions of Americans have dealt with family members who have
- 25:29Speaker 8: dealt with drug addiction, who've dealt with alcohol addiction, who
- 25:32Speaker 8: have dealt with a range of addiction. My bet is
- 25:34Speaker 8: right now, this is a heartbroken president in the White
- 25:38Speaker 8: House who is worried about his son, and we're all
- 25:41Speaker 8: watching to see kind of what happens with this.
- 25:43Speaker 1: So Andrew push, I love this right. We are looking
- 25:48Speaker 1: at a heartbroken old man. And you need to think
- 25:55Speaker 1: about everybody you know that's had too much a drink
- 25:57Speaker 1: or taken drugs to understand that this really isn't a
- 26:01Speaker 1: crime to go buy a gun. And lie, I thought
- 26:05Speaker 1: Democrats were tough on guns. I thought they were tough
- 26:09Speaker 1: on gun crimes. I thought they were in favor of
- 26:12Speaker 1: mandatory minimums for any type of gun crime. These are
- 26:17Speaker 1: the same people that will tell you don't have the
- 26:19Speaker 1: right to own the firearm that Hunter Biden purchased. They're
- 26:23Speaker 1: the same Democrats that will say they want to ban
- 26:24Speaker 1: the gun the Hunter Biden purchase. The same people that
- 26:27Speaker 1: say we need to, you know, get rid of the
- 26:29Speaker 1: loopholes on background checks, right, that's the thing we must do.
- 26:33Speaker 1: And White House pressly gonna former White House President to
- 26:35Speaker 1: Jensaki not hard on gun crimes because this is a
- 26:38Speaker 1: gun crime, not saying that, you know, there has to
- 26:40Speaker 1: be accountability for this. You can't just throw a gun
- 26:42Speaker 1: in a dumpster and hopefully and a kid possibly pick
- 26:44Speaker 1: it up or a criminal then they go kill somebody
- 26:47Speaker 1: with it. Right, No, you can't lie on the form
- 26:49Speaker 1: and when you're getting a background check, because they're obsessed
- 26:51Speaker 1: with background checks, universal background checks. Theyre gonna have background checks,
- 26:53Speaker 1: the loopholes. They go nuts on background checks. Well, here's
- 26:56Speaker 1: your chance to back it up and say, yes, background checks,
- 26:59Speaker 1: Matt and they they should. If you line a background check,
- 27:02Speaker 1: you deserve to be prosecuted. They're not saying that. They're saying,
- 27:06Speaker 1: we have a present that's heartbroken and it's son who's
- 27:09Speaker 1: dealing with addiction, and God bless them, and let's give
- 27:12Speaker 1: them a hug, and let's just make all this go
- 27:14Speaker 1: away because this is just too mean to the President
- 27:16Speaker 1: of the United States of America. And they're hoping that's
- 27:18Speaker 1: going to work. With enough Americans then it'll be at
- 27:21Speaker 1: least fifty plus one percent that are on their team
- 27:23Speaker 1: on this one. This is a math equation for them.
- 27:26Speaker 1: This is their best defense they've got. Make sure that
