- 0:19Speaker 1: not true. Good Steve Hartley Joy, you gotta use that turn.
- 1:22Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Got to turn
- 1:44Speaker 1: them out, the water, the water. Come, come on your thing,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I show. Well, good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:06Speaker 1: come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. I need everybody today, everybody that's listening.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I need you to catch fire today. I want you
- 2:21Speaker 1: to catch fire today. You want to phrase it another way,
- 2:26Speaker 1: I want you to catch on fire today. But I
- 2:29Speaker 1: need you to catch fire today. I need today to
- 2:32Speaker 1: be today that you stop complaining and you do something.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Do you know why a lot of people can't move
- 2:39Speaker 1: forward in their life because they complaining about their past?
- 2:43Speaker 1: They always complaining, man about something? Is that explains the
- 2:47Speaker 1: reason why they are. Let me help you with this
- 2:50Speaker 1: right here. If you are steady complaining about the reason
- 2:54Speaker 1: you are, you know, if I hadn't have met this man,
- 2:57Speaker 1: if I hadn't been involved with this woman, if if
- 3:00Speaker 1: I hadn't have had this baby if I had to
- 3:02Speaker 1: never went down there, if I hadn't got arrested, if
- 3:05Speaker 1: I hadn't it this, if I hadn't it if I
- 3:07Speaker 1: had to just finished school, if I hadn't a hey, hey, hey,
- 3:11Speaker 1: stop stop all that stuff that you're complaining about, everything
- 3:17Speaker 1: that you keep allowing to resonate with you as a
- 3:21Speaker 1: reason to justify and explain you not being successful. Can
- 3:25Speaker 1: I share something with you about all of that? Guess
- 3:28Speaker 1: what it is. You didn't got past all of it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: You didn't had the baby, you got arrested, they didn't
- 3:36Speaker 1: kill you, You didn't finish school, but you still standing.
- 3:40Speaker 1: You met that man, he gone, He involved with two
- 3:42Speaker 1: other women. Right now, I got three other kids. Guess what.
- 3:45Speaker 1: You still here and the baby's here. You got over
- 3:49Speaker 1: all the injustices that were done to you. You got
- 3:52Speaker 1: something happened to you when you as a kid. You're
- 3:54Speaker 1: an adult now somebody did something to you when you
- 3:57Speaker 1: was a little boy. Guess what you were a man
- 4:00Speaker 1: and now some things happened to you that you haven't
- 4:04Speaker 1: found closure on. The person that you're looking for closure
- 4:07Speaker 1: from has moved on. Can I tell you that everything
- 4:12Speaker 1: that has happened to you? Do you know you've gotten
- 4:14Speaker 1: past it? So why are you steady complaining about what
- 4:19Speaker 1: has happened to you that has caused you to be
- 4:22Speaker 1: in this position? But do you understand that it's prohibiting
- 4:25Speaker 1: you from moving forward? Stop complaining today, catch fire, Let
- 4:29Speaker 1: your pass be your past. I've told us to you
- 4:32Speaker 1: a hundred times on this radio, but I'm gonna say
- 4:34Speaker 1: it again. Bishop Jake's told me something man that helped
- 4:38Speaker 1: me so greatly. You can't drive your car if you're
- 4:42Speaker 1: gonna keep looking in the rearview mirror. That's why the
- 4:46Speaker 1: windshield is huge. The windshield is huge. The rearview mirror
- 4:52Speaker 1: is this tiny thing that sits up there. Now all
- 4:56Speaker 1: is far. It's so you can see stuff that's coming
- 4:59Speaker 1: up on you. All the review mirror for is so
- 5:02Speaker 1: you can assure yourself or listen to this. The review
- 5:06Speaker 1: mirror is impt there to assure you that you've cleared something. See.
- 5:12Speaker 1: That's what the review mirrors for. So when you pass
- 5:14Speaker 1: it corn you want to switch lanes, you can glance
- 5:17Speaker 1: upday and it says, okay, you're clear. Now you passed it.
- 5:21Speaker 1: You can switch lanes. That's how all the review mirrors
- 5:23Speaker 1: for it. Ain't for you to stare at and dictate
- 5:26Speaker 1: your life with what you're tripping for. Man, catch fire
- 5:29Speaker 1: today today, man quick complaining about everything that had happened
- 5:35Speaker 1: to you? Life is ten percent. What happens to you
- 5:38Speaker 1: is ninety percent. What you do about what happens to you?
- 5:41Speaker 1: What are you going to do about it? So what
- 5:45Speaker 1: I got all this? Look, man, your story ain't no
- 5:47Speaker 1: deeper than nobody else's. I can tell you I was
- 5:50Speaker 1: homeless for three years. It's people been homeless for thirty years.
- 5:55Speaker 1: How long I'm gonna ride that out? Man? You know
- 5:59Speaker 1: I can't do nothing right now. I fell on hard
- 6:01Speaker 1: times and I lost my place to stay. Why are
- 6:04Speaker 1: you staying now? See the majority of people are staying
- 6:09Speaker 1: somewhere right now. I was out there. I didn't have
- 6:12Speaker 1: nowhere to go. I'm in a shelter now. You was
- 6:15Speaker 1: under the bridge a week ago. You're in the shelter. Now.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Why are you still crying about the bridge? You're in
- 6:22Speaker 1: the shelter now. Man. You know how you find your purpose.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You get in touch with who created you. Because when
- 6:33Speaker 1: God made you, he had a purpose in mind. Now
- 6:37Speaker 1: we've ignored it and we haven't tapped into it. But
- 6:40Speaker 1: we all had a purpose. You don't, and it's sometimes
- 6:43Speaker 1: it take people longer to discover the purpose. Colonel Sanders
- 6:47Speaker 1: was frying chicken with a recipe that he was telling
- 6:51Speaker 1: people was the best chicken in the world. Ain't nobody
- 6:54Speaker 1: believe him till he turned seventy? Why you think the
- 6:59Speaker 1: dude does only Kentucky fried chicken signs is old. That
- 7:04Speaker 1: dude ain't twenty up there he oh, he oh, But
- 7:08Speaker 1: you know what, he had been frying that chicken for
- 7:12Speaker 1: forty some years. They just found out about it when
- 7:17Speaker 1: he was seventy. But he didn't give up his purpose
- 7:21Speaker 1: in life. This dude was just frying chicken. See, people
- 7:24Speaker 1: keep looking for their gifts in all kinds of places
- 7:27Speaker 1: when it's right there in you. You ain't got to
- 7:29Speaker 1: go to school to find your gift. You're born with
- 7:32Speaker 1: the gift to God, God for you. You'll go to
- 7:34Speaker 1: school to tack it on to something else. But your
- 7:38Speaker 1: gift was already given to you. You were born with that.
- 7:41Speaker 1: You don't have to go to college to know your guilt.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Your college allows you to enhance it, it, to find
- 7:46Speaker 1: something to attach it to and Hopefully you get a
- 7:48Speaker 1: degree that attaches your gift to a vehicle where it
- 7:52Speaker 1: can work. The problem with college is we go to
- 7:55Speaker 1: college and we attach it to what we like or
- 7:57Speaker 1: what we might be passionate about, and we or the
- 8:00Speaker 1: gift we have. You know how many people and graduating
- 8:02Speaker 1: from college ain't doing nothing they went to college for.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Come on, man, you know why, because you're discovering life,
- 8:08Speaker 1: your guilt. You discover what you was born to do.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I wasn't bought you know what I mean. You know
- 8:13Speaker 1: what my major was in college? It was advertising. I
- 8:17Speaker 1: can't be in no death, drawing, no picture for nobody.
- 8:20Speaker 1: But now guess what I can wake up every day
- 8:22Speaker 1: and guess what I can tell you. I advertise. I've
- 8:25Speaker 1: been advertising my career. Come see me live. Come see
- 8:28Speaker 1: me live at Madison Square Garden, Come see me live
- 8:31Speaker 1: at Phillips Arena. Come see me live at Joker's Comedy Club.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Come see me live at Percy's. Come see me live
- 8:37Speaker 1: at Ellis's Tavern. Come see me live. Come. I've been
- 8:40Speaker 1: advertising the whole time, but I had a different purpose
- 8:45Speaker 1: in mine because I went and I talked to God.
- 8:47Speaker 1: And this is how you do it. You go talk
- 8:49Speaker 1: to God and say, hey, God, look, okay, this is
- 8:52Speaker 1: the deal. I've been struggling here. I'm over forty I
- 8:56Speaker 1: still haven't found my purpose in life. Okay, so I
- 9:00Speaker 1: can quit wasting any more time. Would you help direct
- 9:03Speaker 1: me and guide me to my purpose? I know you
- 9:06Speaker 1: created me to do something. I just haven't found what
- 9:09Speaker 1: it is. And the reason I haven't found what it
- 9:11Speaker 1: is because I've been doing things my way. I ain't
- 9:14Speaker 1: been checking what you confirmed with you on anything. I
- 9:17Speaker 1: ain't locked in or tried to settle it up with you.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I've been just doing my thing. Well, my thing has
- 9:22Speaker 1: gotten me as far as it can get me. How
- 9:24Speaker 1: about you takeover and do your thing now? Can you
- 9:28Speaker 1: direct me in my path? I'm an open book. Treat
- 9:32Speaker 1: me like a piece of clay. I'm telling you, man,
- 9:34Speaker 1: if you go to God, he'll give it to you.
- 9:37Speaker 1: But see you have not because you asked not. How
- 9:41Speaker 1: many times have you asked God for it? This ain't
- 9:45Speaker 1: no magic trick, y'all. This is the deal. You got
- 9:49Speaker 1: to catch fire today. Catch fire today, I am. I'm
- 9:53Speaker 1: excited about today. I've got a lot to do. You're listening,
- 10:01Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, people who apply peer pressure,
- 10:13Speaker 1: people who are loving, and the few of you out
- 10:17Speaker 1: there who are hate us. May we have your attention. Please?
- 10:23Speaker 1: Hate does you no good. Please stop. You are wasting
- 10:29Speaker 1: valuable time and energy what could be focused on the
- 10:33Speaker 1: progression and the uplift of your life. But when you
- 10:39Speaker 1: share hate, please know it is returned. It is the
- 10:45Speaker 1: law of attraction. So before you do any hating today,
- 10:52Speaker 1: please know that the law of attraction is in full effect.
- 10:58Speaker 1: You cannot give hay without it coming back to you.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Spread love to everybody and let some love come your way.
- 11:09Speaker 1: We on the Steve Harvey Morning Show about to spread
- 11:13Speaker 1: some love, won't it he It is Shirley Strawbaby, I
- 11:18Speaker 1: love you, Steve. Good morning caller for real, I got
- 11:24Speaker 1: nothing but love for your baby. Good morning crew. Kill space,
- 11:30Speaker 1: commonly known that Julia Morning Up Morning Family. Hate. Put
- 11:35Speaker 1: age on hate, put it many hate, turns your corners
- 11:41Speaker 1: of your mouth down with you. Yeah, I'll hate it.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Don't make no sense. I look at the internet, man,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and I think of the people who waste their time
- 11:55Speaker 1: like trolls. I've just never understood trolls, man. So you
- 11:59Speaker 1: sit around and you go on everybody's page and you
- 12:01Speaker 1: try to say something negative. What's the advancement in that
- 12:05Speaker 1: for you? And then when I try to find you,
- 12:09Speaker 1: your page is private. So now you a troll, a
- 12:13Speaker 1: hater and a coward, which makes you even less effective,
- 12:20Speaker 1: which caused me to stop looking at them up right. Yeah, yeah, man,
- 12:26Speaker 1: you know, I got this one woman that follows me,
- 12:30Speaker 1: and finally I just blocked him. I don't I don't
- 12:39Speaker 1: kill what I post. She got something to say. It
- 12:43Speaker 1: just went on for the longest and it was the
- 12:45Speaker 1: same woman. I hate you. I know your past. Wow,
- 12:51Speaker 1: this woman everything. I know your past. You can act
- 12:54Speaker 1: like a Christian ni if you want to, but I
- 12:55Speaker 1: know your past. That's what being a Christian is about.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Every Christian has a past. Everybody. Yeah story. The problem
- 13:02Speaker 1: with you, lady is your past is your present. See
- 13:09Speaker 1: that just amazes me. Man. I'm so happy and proud
- 13:14Speaker 1: of people when I see them overcome and change it,
- 13:17Speaker 1: getting better, rising up from the ashes. Yes, man, that's
- 13:25Speaker 1: what it's about. You know, that was a time where
- 13:28Speaker 1: we all couldn't walk, but we walk in now. Hello,
- 13:32Speaker 1: all right, all right, coming up, thank you Steve for that.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, asked
- 13:37Speaker 1: the CLO. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning
- 13:42Speaker 1: show time now for ask the CLO Chief Love Officer
- 13:46Speaker 1: Steve Harvey in the building. This one's from Sinclair's Cello.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Sinclair in Chicago says, I'm a twenty seven year old
- 13:54Speaker 1: single man and I need your advice on my balding head.
- 13:59Speaker 1: I know you make oaks, but this is not funny
- 14:01Speaker 1: to me because I'm not even thirty years old yet.
- 14:04Speaker 1: I've started to wear baseball caps a lot more, and
- 14:07Speaker 1: I barely brush my hair because I'm scared of brushing
- 14:10Speaker 1: more out of it. My girlfriend is saying to just
- 14:12Speaker 1: let it go and go bald. But what do you
- 14:15Speaker 1: do if you don't have a nice shaped head? Um?
- 14:18Speaker 1: I've been called waterboy all of my life because my
- 14:21Speaker 1: head is bigger than most. And should I just fight
- 14:24Speaker 1: the bullet and shave it? Yeah? Man, you can have
- 14:27Speaker 1: a big ass ball. What what was that You're gonna
- 14:30Speaker 1: have a big ass ball? Heare? You just break it
- 14:34Speaker 1: down the facts? Yeah, ain't no, ain't no, ain't no,
- 14:39Speaker 1: ain't no way around this dog day. You know. Look,
- 14:43Speaker 1: I did all of it. You can get some row game.
- 14:45Speaker 1: You can get you some black stuff. You can hide JT.
- 14:49Speaker 1: You know my former ball do listen to. You can
- 14:56Speaker 1: get a flocking gun. You gonna go to work. Man,
- 15:00Speaker 1: you could spray your hair. They got everything right now.
- 15:03Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, dog, you twenty
- 15:05Speaker 1: seven and it's going it's it's cause it's gonna go. Yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 1: and they have not found a cure for ball in
- 15:13Speaker 1: this yet, didn't men That dude gonna make a million dollars.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Now they got them things out there, now, them lace
- 15:20Speaker 1: fronts and all that for men and all that stuff.
- 15:22Speaker 1: You can go get one of them, man, But I
- 15:25Speaker 1: don't know, man, expensive, Man, you don't want to keep
- 15:29Speaker 1: paying for that? Well, you know if you don't, well, okay,
- 15:33Speaker 1: then we come on, ye, come on, come on, walk over.
- 15:38Speaker 1: You know it's all right over here. But Steve, you
- 15:41Speaker 1: have to say though, when you first went bald, you
- 15:44Speaker 1: weren't sure about the shape of your head, right, you
- 15:46Speaker 1: were real happy once you shaved it off. I remember
- 15:48Speaker 1: that morning you called off. Yeah, you were cool with it. Yeah,
- 15:52Speaker 1: But like here was the deal though, Now you don't
- 15:56Speaker 1: even have to do that. You can get a computer
- 15:58Speaker 1: rendering of your head. Yeah, they got that. Now they
- 16:02Speaker 1: take a picture, they'd give you a computer rendering of it,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and you can see what you would look like with
- 16:07Speaker 1: no hair. Okay, all right, yeah, yeah they got that.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Now they got everything, you got options, yea. But now
- 16:16Speaker 1: he already no, he got a big head. He's been
- 16:19Speaker 1: called water. Yeah, so he just got to come on. Yeah,
- 16:25Speaker 1: thank you? All right, Yes, already has a girlfriend. All right,
- 16:28Speaker 1: we're moving on. Kaylin And Saint Louis says, I'm thirty
- 16:32Speaker 1: three and I have four older brothers that think they
- 16:34Speaker 1: can control me. I've always been attracted to older guys,
- 16:38Speaker 1: so I've secretly dated guys that my brothers know. For
- 16:41Speaker 1: the past few months, I've been dating my second to
- 16:44Speaker 1: the oldest brother's best friend, and he's keeping me a secret.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Now I'm trying to figure out if he's using my
- 16:50Speaker 1: brother as an excuse to keep our relationship on the low,
- 16:54Speaker 1: or if he's got something else going on. I'm old
- 16:57Speaker 1: enough to do what I want, So what's the worst
- 17:00Speaker 1: that if I tell my brother, his brother gonna beat
- 17:04Speaker 1: his friends. And that's what the deal is. That's what
- 17:11Speaker 1: the deal is. Because brothers, men have a man cold law.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Don't do my little sister, dog, don't come over here
- 17:20Speaker 1: with your mess. And then your older brother knows him
- 17:24Speaker 1: really really well, so now he knows where the skeletons
- 17:28Speaker 1: is buried, you know, he know all the other chicks
- 17:33Speaker 1: and how recent these other chicks were and any other thing.
- 17:40Speaker 1: So that's what he worried about. But you can talk
- 17:44Speaker 1: to him about it and say, hey, man, you're gonna
- 17:46Speaker 1: go sit with my brothers and explain to him that
- 17:49Speaker 1: we love each other. But I don't hear love in him,
- 17:51Speaker 1: y'all just seeing each other. Yeah, just now, And you
- 17:56Speaker 1: have to keep asking yourself to all these older men
- 17:59Speaker 1: that you keep day, no want to keep you a secret,
- 18:01Speaker 1: and you want to keep them a secret. Wise it's
- 18:03Speaker 1: such a big secret. Yeah, all right, Miriam. In San Diego,
- 18:09Speaker 1: my husband and I are in our early sixties, and
- 18:11Speaker 1: my husband likes U takes our four year old grandson
- 18:14Speaker 1: to soccer three days a week. After practice, the other day,
- 18:18Speaker 1: my grandson asked if Joshua and Miss Kelsey could come over.
- 18:22Speaker 1: He said, Joshua is his friend and Miss Kelsey is
- 18:24Speaker 1: his granddad's friends. If Joshua played soccer like him, and
- 18:28Speaker 1: he said no, Joshua plays karate He says that Joshua
- 18:32Speaker 1: comes to soccer practice and they get pizza afterwards. Do
- 18:36Speaker 1: I need to find out who miss Kelsey is? Or
- 18:38Speaker 1: do I ignore this four year old m So you're
- 18:43Speaker 1: gonna break up your family over a folio? Oh wow,
- 18:47Speaker 1: that's a man answer right there, because I'm hidden answers.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So you gonna sit up hill unless some folio with
- 18:58Speaker 1: imaginary friend name? All up? What we got? Yeah, that's
- 19:07Speaker 1: a you got to be kidding me. Don't talk to
- 19:12Speaker 1: me no more like that. And I'm not taking this
- 19:14Speaker 1: boy to soccer practice no more. If if you do,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm going with you. How about that, I'll take them
- 19:22Speaker 1: to soccer practice. I don't meet missus Kelsey. All right?
- 19:29Speaker 1: Moving on, your men stick together, don't you? All Right?
- 19:36Speaker 1: Here we go, Boxy and Toledo says, I am a
- 19:41Speaker 1: thirty eight year old single woman and I need to
- 19:44Speaker 1: get things, some things off my chest. Down at my job,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I'm almost six feet tall and I sit in a
- 19:49Speaker 1: cubicle all day trying to be a happy camper. But
- 19:53Speaker 1: every hour I need to relieve myself, stretch my legs
- 19:56Speaker 1: and have a cigarette. I sit across from Darren the
- 19:59Speaker 1: man Karen, and he has always got something to say
- 20:02Speaker 1: about the time I spend away from my little desk.
- 20:05Speaker 1: He said, I smell like smokestack and my music is
- 20:08Speaker 1: too loud. If I catch Darren out away from work,
- 20:11Speaker 1: can I curse him out? Yes? Yes, a matter of fact,
- 20:15Speaker 1: Listen to me, there's a way you can do it
- 20:17Speaker 1: at work. I've done it before, which is probably one
- 20:22Speaker 1: of the reasons I don't have no jobs. Listen to me,
- 20:26Speaker 1: lean over in Darren's ear when ain't nobody looking, lick
- 20:31Speaker 1: your lips and put your lips up against his ear
- 20:34Speaker 1: because he gonna think it's about something else. As soon
- 20:37Speaker 1: as you put your wet lips up against his ear,
- 20:43Speaker 1: say if you keep blanking with me, almost slapped the
- 20:49Speaker 1: sugar honey iced tea out you face. Thank you to
- 20:56Speaker 1: Cello coming up next, run that brank back after this,
- 21:01Speaker 1: you're listening to the same Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 21:04Speaker 1: at the top of the hour and trending headlines. Wendy
- 21:08Speaker 1: Williams has been admitted to the hospital for her COVID battle.
- 21:11Speaker 1: She's COVID and a psychiatric evaluation. Also, Drake invests in
- 21:17Speaker 1: a hot chicken chain and speaking of chicken, if you
- 21:20Speaker 1: would bought chicken in the last decade. You get paid
- 21:24Speaker 1: from a class action lawsuit. Really, we'll talk about all
- 21:27Speaker 1: of these stories at the top of the hour, but
- 21:29Speaker 1: right now Junior is in for the nephew would run
- 21:32Speaker 1: that brank back? What you got, Junior? Is that your
- 21:35Speaker 1: housban That's that's the one run that brank right? Is

- 29:17Speaker 1: of the hour. We'll have some entertainment news for you
- 29:19Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to the morning show. Talk
- 29:25Speaker 1: show host Wendy Williams is in a hospital for COVID
- 29:29Speaker 1: and a psychiatric evaluation. We all remember when that interview
- 29:33Speaker 1: back in twenty twenty, when Wendy told doctor Oz that
- 29:36Speaker 1: she was not taking the COVID vaccine However, she was
- 29:39Speaker 1: recently diagnosed as a breakthrough case. It is also rumored
- 29:43Speaker 1: that Wendy had been drinking every day and she is
- 29:46Speaker 1: receiving a psyche evaluation while in the hospital. But the
- 29:50Speaker 1: good news is she is improving. So that is really
- 29:53Speaker 1: good news because she's scheduled to be back on her
- 29:56Speaker 1: show October fourth. I think it is so Yeah, we're

- 30:13Speaker 1: Dave's Hot Chicken, the fried chicken chain that is already
- 30:17Speaker 1: backed by investors like Samuel L. Jackson, the chairman of
- 30:20Speaker 1: the Boston Red Sox. Drake will own less than half
- 30:24Speaker 1: of the company that currently has locations in California, Portland, Dallas, Chicago,
- 30:29Speaker 1: and Las Vegas. Congratulations to Drake. He's doing big things,
- 30:34Speaker 1: big things that's so big that they're comparing. Yeah, they've
- 30:41Speaker 1: compared what now? Oh oh, this is a I just said.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Drake is doing big things, so big that people are
- 30:47Speaker 1: now comparing him to Michael Jackson. No, you know, no
- 30:51Speaker 1: hot chicken chain now, just his music, just the part
- 30:55Speaker 1: about his music. Yeah, not the chicken. These are two
- 30:59Speaker 1: different thing. No, not quite there yet, no music level
- 31:06Speaker 1: bad boy. People arguing that bad boy greatest now whoever?
- 31:11Speaker 1: Argan don't know? Yeah, exactly have you? Did they see
- 31:17Speaker 1: Michael Jackson performed? Yeah, it's been a debate, ste No,
- 31:25Speaker 1: it's not a debate. What are you talking about. We're
- 31:29Speaker 1: talking about one of the greatest living performers of all
- 31:33Speaker 1: times in the history of entertainment. Drake is a bad boy.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I like him. His business acum is out of sight.
- 31:42Speaker 1: The dudes, his streaming and all that stuff is bar none.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Number one, you ain't Michael Jackson though, it ain't Michael Jackson.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Five immediate, it ain't. It ain't Billy Jean. It ain't.
- 31:59Speaker 1: You know how Michael Jackson was Michael Jackson since I
- 32:04Speaker 1: was a little boy. Hey, Mama's a pearl? Was the
- 32:08Speaker 1: first forty five I walked up street and ball ninety
- 32:11Speaker 1: five cent stop? What not? Long this boy been great
- 32:17Speaker 1: or living? When he passed? Did you see what the
- 32:20Speaker 1: world did? Yeah? Man, Drake cold, don't get me wrong,
- 32:25Speaker 1: but y'all sometimes man, people forget history and what made people.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Y'all have not nothing to do this here. And if
- 32:32Speaker 1: I hear Kanye say he was the greatest artist of
- 32:35Speaker 1: all time, if I'm there, I'm gonna push his ass. Ye,
- 32:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna push his ass. Dog, I'm not getting let
- 32:43Speaker 1: this Michael and wrong don't and this ain't this ain't
- 32:51Speaker 1: Drake talking. So I already know that. But y'all Michael Jackson, Yeah, yeah,
- 33:00Speaker 1: that's up yet misdirected that one. We can buy a
- 33:05Speaker 1: ticket and go to a concert every faint. Don't look
- 33:10Speaker 1: at certain ticket sales. We ain't talking about album sales,
- 33:15Speaker 1: music soul. Just look at the concert ticket sales and
- 33:18Speaker 1: the world tours. Yeah, yeah, yeah, everything this dude's performances. Okay, Steve,
- 33:28Speaker 1: you're all good, Michael, Michaelael, It's all right, It's okay. Um,
- 33:40Speaker 1: all right, well we started the story. I'm talking about
- 33:42Speaker 1: Chicken and Drake. But um, speaking of chicken, we gotta
- 33:45Speaker 1: say listen up, Steve Harvey Nation, if you purchased a
- 33:48Speaker 1: chicken in the US from January first, two thousand and
- 33:51Speaker 1: nine through December thirty first of last year, you may
- 33:55Speaker 1: be eligible to claim a payment in the one hundred
- 33:58Speaker 1: and eighty one million dollars class action lawsuit involving several
- 34:02Speaker 1: poultry producers in the country. What ten years? What a
- 34:07Speaker 1: chicken to? A recently filed class action lawsuit claims that
- 34:16Speaker 1: the price of chicken has been rigged and overpriced for
- 34:19Speaker 1: the last ten years. Rigged and rice, listen to me
- 34:26Speaker 1: talking about one hundred and eighty one million, and they're
- 34:29Speaker 1: talking over ten years span, and all the people who
- 34:33Speaker 1: bought chicken to be so small. And I don't care.
- 34:36Speaker 1: I'm you don't care. You want your couple of dollars, Carlo, Yes,
- 34:43Speaker 1: all that chicken? Oh my goodness, over ten years. I
- 34:47Speaker 1: got some of my freezer right now. Many companies in
- 34:55Speaker 1: the chicken industry took it upon themselves to regulate the
- 34:58Speaker 1: supply and demand chain as well as a price the
- 35:00Speaker 1: chicken is sold for. According to court documents, you can
- 35:03Speaker 1: be a part of the settlement class if a you
- 35:07Speaker 1: purchase a chicken between January like I said, two thousand
- 35:10Speaker 1: and nine and December thirty first, twenty twenty. The definition
- 35:13Speaker 1: of chicken is given as whole birds or hole cut
- 35:17Speaker 1: up chickens within a package. It also includes white meat
- 35:20Speaker 1: parts like breasts and wings. In organic Wait a minute, Steve,
- 35:26Speaker 1: Organic and free range chicken are excluded. Okay, you can't
- 35:30Speaker 1: count them. Now you got to have Now, you got
- 35:34Speaker 1: to have proof of purchase, no problem. You know, you
- 35:38Speaker 1: got to have all your receipts. And then they only
- 35:42Speaker 1: gonna give you what they think the price the overcharge was.
- 35:46Speaker 1: And when I tell you it's gonna be since this
- 35:53Speaker 1: is not what you think, go here and get your money. Well,
- 36:00Speaker 1: coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, we'll have
- 36:03Speaker 1: more of a Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this.
- 36:07Speaker 1: You're listening to a video of Vice President Kamala Harris
- 36:12Speaker 1: criticizing images of border patrol agents on horseback while dealing
- 36:17Speaker 1: with migrants at the Southern border has been viewed more
- 36:20Speaker 1: than one million times on Twitter. The VP made the announcement.
- 36:24Speaker 1: I made the comments after video and photographs emerged of
- 36:28Speaker 1: horse riding agents using long horse reins chasing hagrant patient
- 36:33Speaker 1: migrants along the rio. Grand take a listen what I
- 36:36Speaker 1: saw depicted about those individuals on horseback treating human beings
- 36:43Speaker 1: the way they were horrible And I fully support what
- 36:48Speaker 1: is happening right now, which is a thorough investigation into
- 36:51Speaker 1: exactly what is going on there, but human beings should
- 36:55Speaker 1: never be treated that way, and I'm deeply troubled about it.
- 36:59Speaker 1: And the whole point is that we have to understand Haiti.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I mean, talk about a country that has just experienced
- 37:07Speaker 1: so much tragedy that has been about natural disasters, and
- 37:12Speaker 1: we really have to do a lot more to recognize that.
- 37:16Speaker 1: As a member of the Western Hemisphere, we've got to
- 37:19Speaker 1: support some very basic needs that the people of Haiti
- 37:22Speaker 1: have to get back up, Vice President Kamala Harris, she's right, yeah,
- 37:28Speaker 1: we're all out, absolutely right. But the Republicans gonna have
- 37:32Speaker 1: a problem with that. Yeah, And you know why they're
- 37:34Speaker 1: gonna have a problem with that, because the person being
- 37:37Speaker 1: chasing Will is black. It's black. Absolutely, ain't no white
- 37:43Speaker 1: people getting chased in Will, no where, not in the
- 37:47Speaker 1: United States. Not about no border patrol or nothing else.
- 37:50Speaker 1: What are you kidding me? From Europe? Dog, they come
- 37:54Speaker 1: here all the time, illegally toddled masses of them all right,
- 38:00Speaker 1: Uh yeah, those images are it's hard to get those
- 38:04Speaker 1: images out of your mind, and they bring up things
- 38:06Speaker 1: from our past and from our ancestry all of that.
- 38:10Speaker 1: But here's an update. According to the Department of Homeland Security,
- 38:14Speaker 1: those agents are no longer allowed to interact with the migrants.
- 38:18Speaker 1: That's good news. And they have been placed on death
- 38:21Speaker 1: duty so far. Yeah, they should be fired. Yes, yeah,
- 38:24Speaker 1: I think they should be fired as well. It's like
- 38:27Speaker 1: they still have their jobs. Though they still have jobs.
- 38:30Speaker 1: They still have their jobs, right, you know, riding around
- 38:33Speaker 1: like cowboys whipping dogs? What were doing? I'm telling you, man,
- 38:40Speaker 1: that's horrifying, it really is, Steve, those images. I mean,
- 38:45Speaker 1: what did you say, talk about triggers? You know, yes,
- 38:50Speaker 1: that's yeah, you know, that's it. Yeah, we can I mean,
- 38:53Speaker 1: you know, look, these people were seeking yeah, either asylum, yeah,
- 39:00Speaker 1: hands at the American dream, to escape the devastation of Haiti.
- 39:06Speaker 1: It's a number of things. But whatever they did, none
- 39:09Speaker 1: of that required being whipped and ran down by a horse.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Where you going? Where can they go? Right? You in
- 39:17Speaker 1: the damn desert? Where they going? International? You can't hide?
- 39:24Speaker 1: All right, We're gonna move on and switch gears here.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll
- 39:31Speaker 1: have a special guest from the Big Brothers and Big
- 39:34Speaker 1: Sisters of America organization. Right after this. You're listening to
- 39:41Speaker 1: eight folks, you know, as the largest youth mentoring organization
- 39:44Speaker 1: in the country, Big Brothers and Sisters of America, has
- 39:47Speaker 1: a bold goal for the future to deepen their impact
- 39:51Speaker 1: on the young people served and expand their reach to
- 39:54Speaker 1: more kids who might need them now. The goal is
- 39:59Speaker 1: to encourage each kid to plan for their future with
- 40:04Speaker 1: a mentor whose impact will last a lifetime. So Jordan
- 40:08Speaker 1: us Now is the president and CEO Big Brothers Big
- 40:12Speaker 1: Sisters of America. Please welcome to the show, mister artist Stevens. Hey,
- 40:21Speaker 1: good morning, Thank you for having me on the show. Man.
- 40:24Speaker 1: This is great, man. I'm such a fan of mentorship.
- 40:29Speaker 1: I'm such a fan of this organization has changed the
- 40:33Speaker 1: lives of so many people. And in the past year,
- 40:36Speaker 1: young people have experienced social isolation and a lot of
- 40:40Speaker 1: emotional trauma, you know, with all that's been going on
- 40:42Speaker 1: with the pandemic at all, and many kids do not
- 40:46Speaker 1: have the access to Wi Fi, daily meals and adequate shelter,
- 40:49Speaker 1: but most importantly, they lack social emotional support. So currently
- 40:55Speaker 1: thirty thousand kids are on your waiting list, with five
- 40:59Speaker 1: times more always waiting for a minute and girls waiting
- 41:02Speaker 1: for a minute, and most of them are young black boys.
- 41:04Speaker 1: So let's talk about that. Where is the village of support?
- 41:08Speaker 1: Where does the village of support come in? And what
- 41:10Speaker 1: can we do to get more mentors paid with kids? Yeah, well, well, Steve,
- 41:14Speaker 1: let me let me just shoot that that fandom back
- 41:17Speaker 1: to you, man, because I'm a huge fan, and I
- 41:20Speaker 1: was telling my family about coming on the show, and
- 41:22Speaker 1: I tell you felt like the world it ended because
- 41:24Speaker 1: people fall up the celebration. Man. So I just want
- 41:27Speaker 1: to give a shout out to y'all and all the
- 41:29Speaker 1: great work that you're doing. You know, here's what I'll
- 41:31Speaker 1: tell you and everything you said, it's so important, so
- 41:35Speaker 1: critical right now, and what we know that's happened in
- 41:38Speaker 1: local communities. This is what we see he communities every
- 41:40Speaker 1: single day. If big Brothers six sisters, is that kids
- 41:43Speaker 1: are facing it right, Families are facing it just like
- 41:45Speaker 1: you said, you know, going through a pandemic. But it
- 41:47Speaker 1: started before the pandemic. Because we all know, like seventy
- 41:50Speaker 1: one percent of the kids that we served from community
- 41:52Speaker 1: of color, sixty percent the kids we serve in single
- 41:55Speaker 1: family households, fifty five percent live in poverty, twenty five
- 41:59Speaker 1: percent a parent that's incarcerator in the parole system, now
- 42:03Speaker 1: here's the thing. None of those numbers define who they are.
- 42:06Speaker 1: We know that. But what does define them in so
- 42:09Speaker 1: many cases of having access to opportunity and the right
- 42:12Speaker 1: mentor in their life. And that's what our sides were
- 42:14Speaker 1: doing every day locally, and what we believe in is
- 42:17Speaker 1: this idea of the village. And we all remember it, right,
- 42:20Speaker 1: I remember it growing up. You remember it growing up
- 42:22Speaker 1: when we went and did something, we went about five
- 42:25Speaker 1: six blocks away, got in trouble. By time we got home,
- 42:28Speaker 1: our mama knew about it, Grandma knew about it, Daddy
- 42:31Speaker 1: knew about everybody knew about it because there was this
- 42:34Speaker 1: connection and community. So what we're doing is saying is
- 42:37Speaker 1: absolutely there's that one to one mentorship that we do
- 42:41Speaker 1: so well, that so many organizations across this country do well.
- 42:44Speaker 1: But it truly takes a village to raise kids. And
- 42:47Speaker 1: we got to get back to that idea that we're
- 42:49Speaker 1: all responsible for each other and particularly each of our
- 42:53Speaker 1: children in this approach, because that's what's going to make
- 42:56Speaker 1: the difference here in helping young people to really thrive
- 42:59Speaker 1: and row and develop in the ways that they need
- 43:01Speaker 1: to in this country. Yeah, now, listen, Steve Harvey Nation,
- 43:05Speaker 1: we're gonna do a push right now. But on a
- 43:07Speaker 1: personal let me say this. You have no idea the
- 43:11Speaker 1: impact you can have on a young boy or a
- 43:13Speaker 1: young girl's life by just spending some time with them,
- 43:17Speaker 1: by just talking to them on the phone, by just
- 43:21Speaker 1: returning a text, by just giving them some form of encouragement.
- 43:25Speaker 1: This is not about money. How much money you make
- 43:29Speaker 1: and can you afford to take them on y'all's family
- 43:32Speaker 1: vacations and all of that, That's not what this is about.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Of course, we need money and we need a donation
- 43:37Speaker 1: from everybody who can afford it, but we need bodies.
- 43:41Speaker 1: We need men and women. You don't have to be famous,
- 43:47Speaker 1: you don't have to be wealthy. You just have to care.
- 43:51Speaker 1: So listen up to Steve Harvey Nation. Each one of
- 43:53Speaker 1: us has the ability to change a life. All it
- 43:56Speaker 1: takes is one person who cares. Big Brothers and big
- 44:00Speaker 1: exists of America is making a difference and they need
- 44:03Speaker 1: your help. So sign up to be a mentor or
- 44:07Speaker 1: donate today. And all you got to do is visit
- 44:09Speaker 1: b BBS dot org. Just go to b b b
- 44:14Speaker 1: S dot or to become a mentor, or to donate.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Thank you for having me, Steve, and appreciate all the
- 44:21Speaker 1: work that you all are doing and continue to be
- 44:23Speaker 1: an advocate man like you're doing. Much love, Thank you man.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Coming up next, it is Junior in for the nephew
- 44:29Speaker 1: with today's prank phone call. Right after this, you're listening
- 44:33Speaker 1: to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the top
- 44:37Speaker 1: of the hour. Right about four minutes after, it's my
- 44:40Speaker 1: Strawberry letter for today. The subject the subject does he
- 44:45Speaker 1: still have feelings for her? We'll get into that and
- 44:48Speaker 1: find out if he does. And just a few but
- 44:51Speaker 1: right now, yeah, we want to know this one right.

- 44:59Speaker 1: prank phone call. What you got for its Junior? Okay,

- 54:18Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen in his time for the Strawberry Letter
- 54:21Speaker 1: with my great friend Shirley Strawberry. Thank you my good
- 54:25Speaker 1: friend junior. Subject does he still have feelings for her?
- 54:29Speaker 1: Dear Stephen, Shirley, My husband and I have been together
- 54:32Speaker 1: for almost twenty years. When we first started dating, there
- 54:36Speaker 1: was a female friend quote unquote that was in his
- 54:39Speaker 1: circle of friends. I don't think I didn't think anything
- 54:42Speaker 1: of it for a while, but there were red flags
- 54:45Speaker 1: that kept just popping up, and there was a certain
- 54:49Speaker 1: vibe that I kept picking up whenever they were in
- 54:52Speaker 1: the same space. Eventually, I asked him if they had
- 54:56Speaker 1: ever had any type of intimate relationship, and he denied
- 54:59Speaker 1: any dealing with her. He said they've always been just friends.
- 55:04Speaker 1: Years of the same type of vibes or energy between
- 55:06Speaker 1: them made me ask again if anything ever went down
- 55:10Speaker 1: between them, and again he denied it. I know my
- 55:14Speaker 1: husband and I could sense he was lying. I contacted
- 55:18Speaker 1: a long time mutual friend of ours and asked him,
- 55:21Speaker 1: in a roundabout way, how well my husband knew this woman.
- 55:25Speaker 1: He connected a lot of dots from me without even
- 55:28Speaker 1: knowing he was spilling the tea. He said that my
- 55:31Speaker 1: husband and this woman had a sexual relationship first and
- 55:34Speaker 1: then tried to be in a monogamous relationship, but that
- 55:38Speaker 1: didn't work out, so they just became the best of friends.
- 55:41Speaker 1: I confronted my husband, but of course he stuck to
- 55:45Speaker 1: his lie and said I was being paranoid. I couldn't
- 55:49Speaker 1: tell him I knew for a fact that he slept
- 55:51Speaker 1: with her. And the thing that bothers me the most
- 55:54Speaker 1: is that even today, when she's around, he's constantly scanning
- 55:57Speaker 1: the room to see where she is. I've never been
- 56:00Speaker 1: paranoid a day in my life, and I know what
- 56:04Speaker 1: I see and what my intuition is telling me. Does
- 56:07Speaker 1: he still have feelings for her? Is he still messing
- 56:10Speaker 1: with her? If they are messing around, can I beat
- 56:13Speaker 1: her tale for smiling in my face while stabbing me
- 56:15Speaker 1: in the back. Please help, Well, the answer to all
- 56:19Speaker 1: of your questions is probably yes. You know, it's been
- 56:23Speaker 1: twenty years and they used to mess around. He might
- 56:26Speaker 1: still have some feelings for her. One thing is for sure,
- 56:30Speaker 1: you're never going to get the truth from your husband.
- 56:33Speaker 1: He's gonna take whatever he did to the grade. He's
- 56:35Speaker 1: not answering you. And thank you. I gotta say thank
- 56:38Speaker 1: you for paying attention to the red flags because so
- 56:41Speaker 1: many of us ignore the warning signs. You asked him
- 56:44Speaker 1: a few times about her, he just sticks to that
- 56:47Speaker 1: same lie. He's denying it. Nope, nope, nope. But your
- 56:50Speaker 1: intuition and a friend told you something different. So at
- 56:53Speaker 1: least now your feelings are validated. You feel like there
- 56:56Speaker 1: was something between them. They did something. As far as
- 57:01Speaker 1: what happened twenty years ago, that was before you. You
- 57:04Speaker 1: gotta let that go. Okay, you gotta let that go.
- 57:07Speaker 1: But if they're still going at it now, that's a
- 57:09Speaker 1: whole different situation. And here's a question. I mean, I
- 57:15Speaker 1: have this question. How is it that she's still around
- 57:18Speaker 1: after twenty years and you've suspected this all this time?
- 57:21Speaker 1: Why are they still friends? Why? You know, since you're
- 57:24Speaker 1: asking a lot of questions, I have questions for you.
- 57:28Speaker 1: Why do you guys go where she is? You know?
- 57:31Speaker 1: Why haven't you guys, cut her off if you think
- 57:33Speaker 1: all of this, because if his eyes are still following
- 57:36Speaker 1: her around, yes he has some kind of feelings for her,
- 57:39Speaker 1: and it sounds like he's acting on that feelings and
- 57:42Speaker 1: that's what you're feeling. So that's what you need to
- 57:44Speaker 1: deal with, not twenty years ago, but what's going on
- 57:47Speaker 1: right now, Steve, I disagree with this entire letter. I
- 57:58Speaker 1: don't know where you come from, Sherley, with this mess
- 58:02Speaker 1: you said into you know, come on, I know you
- 58:10Speaker 1: were with the husband and his life. What life? Come on?
- 58:21Speaker 1: Come on, let's go through this letter step by step
- 58:24Speaker 1: and see what we have. My husband I been together
- 58:29Speaker 1: twenty years. First started dating. That was a female friend
- 58:33Speaker 1: that was in his circle of friends. I didn't think
- 58:36Speaker 1: anything of it for a while, but there were red
- 58:39Speaker 1: flags that kept popping up. Okay, let's talk about these
- 58:43Speaker 1: red flags. That was a certain vibe I kept picking
- 58:46Speaker 1: up on, whether on on whenever they were in the
- 58:50Speaker 1: same space, what vibe. Eventually I asked him if they
- 58:55Speaker 1: had ever had any type of intimate relationship, and he
- 58:58Speaker 1: denied any dealers with her. That could be true. I'm
- 59:03Speaker 1: just looking at the possibilities that could be true. He said,
- 59:08Speaker 1: they've always been just friends. Years of the same type
- 59:14Speaker 1: of vibes of energy between them made me ask again.
- 59:18Speaker 1: Years of the same vibe made you ask again. And
- 59:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna use this because since she's so vibrational, I'm
- 59:29Speaker 1: gonna ask you a question later on, since she's such
- 59:32Speaker 1: a vibrational person. So it made her ask again if
- 59:38Speaker 1: anything ever went down for them. He denied it. I
- 59:43Speaker 1: know my husband, and I could since he was lying.
- 59:46Speaker 1: He was lying about what him and he said no,
- 59:55Speaker 1: So she said, I know he lying. Then I contacted
- 59:59Speaker 1: a on time mutual friend of ours and ask him
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: in a roundabout way, how well my husband knew this woman?
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: How how round about can you ask these questions that
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: she all of a sudden say she got answers too.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: He connected a lot of doubts from me without even
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: knowing he was spilling the tea. What now you walk
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: away and say that you know this woman had this
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: man had a sexual relationship, but you was asking what
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: in a roundabout way that he connected the dot I
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: don't think she had. Steve. Hold on, Steve, we'll be
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: back of your response. Yeah, you got more, I know.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: At twenty three minutes after the hour. The subject does
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: he still have feelings for her? All right, we'll get
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: back into it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: strawberry letter. The subject does he still have feelings for her?
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: What are you talking about? You say that y'all been dating,
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: y'all been together twenty years? First are to day knows
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: a female friend in his circle. You ain't think none
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: of it, didn't you say? Red flags kept popping up
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: because there was a certain vibe that I kept picking
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: up on when they were in the same place. Remember
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: this conversation about she's vibrational. Now, eventually I asked him
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: if they had any type of interim relationship. He denied
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: any dealings with her, said they just friend. Now listen
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: to this years of the same vibes or energy. Nothing.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: This is all her vibes and energy. Nothing, no damn proof,
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: just energy and vibes from miss vibrational, Miss cleo it
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: is who wrote this letter? So now he said they're
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: just fred all right, and it may did you ask
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: again if anything went down? He denied it. Now you say,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: you know your husband say he was lying So you
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: contacted a mutual friend of yours a long time and
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: asked him, in a roundabout way, how well my husband
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: knew this woman. Now listen to the answer. She got it.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: What she says was in a roundabout way. He connected
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: a lot of doubts from me without even knowing he
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: was spilling the tea. He said that my husband and
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: this woman had a sexual relationship first, then tried to
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: be in a monogamous relationship, but that didn't work out,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: so that just became the best of friends. What a
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: long time friend told us? And how did you ask
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: these questions? It around about way? What he didn't know
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: he was spilling the tea? How long is he ten?
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: How surely? How easily you don't see a woman pope
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: and you just supposed to be your boy? May get
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: about it here? This man cold all day long, both
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: of them as what she thinks, and that's he's probably
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: looking upside her head. He needs to check his boy.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: I confronted my husband, but of course he stuck to
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: his lie and said I was being paranoid. Yes, yes,
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: she's paranoid now yes, And he stuck to his story.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Why because it ain't no damn proof you talk, but
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: shunning you said it happened twenty years ago. It out
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: to stay in the past. What she drumming this up
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: for if it was? But that is no proof. This
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: is his say in court. This is his sake. His
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: eyes are following her out of the room. Girl, We
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: ain't got to that part yet. So what his eyes
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: is following around? The rule? So he wasn't following her
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: around the room. He didn't follow her around the room.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: And that don't mean they had an a fact. I
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: couldn't tell him. I knew for a fact that he
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: slept with her. That's not a fact. It's called hearsay, lady.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: The thing that bothers me the most is that even today,
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: when she's around, he's constantly scanning the room to see
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: where she is. Maybe he from the hood. He just looked,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: you know, look and see what's going on a high stop.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: I've never been paranoia the day in my life. You
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: are now, Yes, she is Shirley. This has been going Shirley.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: This has been going on for years. This woman has
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: been on this same vibe, red flag tip for years
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: with no proof at all. Does he still have feelers
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: for hub? Is he still messing with hub. If you're
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: so damn vibrational, what is this letter fall? You know
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: you can vibe everything, You can vibe red flags all
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: this here, but you can't vibe that they seeing each other,
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: husband at home every night. He ain't got no credit
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: card bill showing up. You didn't write in here about
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: no money missing out didn't count. You didn't write in
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: here about no unaccountable hours your man. You ain't wrote
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: about no liptick on, no collar. That's all that's proof.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: And everdes you ain't got none of that, none of that.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: And if they are messing around, can I beat hortail
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: for smiling in my face while stabbing me in my back?
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: What you're gonna jump on this woman phone with no
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: damn proof? I can't his golden her? You know? So
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: what she knows? Yeah, and you know how to water. Yeah,
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: we have to and women to be friends so nice.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: So now this is something she's allowed for twenty years,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: but now she got red flags about it. Yeah, but
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: she's so vibrational, she don't know if they steal. Messing rhyme,
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: Stop saying that. That makes me sick. All these vibrational
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: people got everything vibe you vibe everything but the damn answer.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: All right, listen poster comments on today's Strawberry find what
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: you could probably find water on the farm too. On
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: today's Strawberry Letters Steve RVFM and a instagramm and Facebook.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Check out the Strawberry Letter Podcast, Donda Man. They're coming
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: up in forty six minutes after the hour, we got Junior.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: What have we learned from new story fellas Rajoel Live exactly? Yeah,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: all right, Junior with sports coming up right after this.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, We've got Carlin's Reality Update.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: But right now it's time for sports talk with Junior.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: What you got Junior. NBA Basketball Stars training camp start
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: next week and yeah, yeah, it's that time of years. Yeah,
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: first first preseason game I know for the Rockets is
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: October fifth, So we got NBA basketball coming back as well.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: But here's the biggest story right now, because we all
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: know what all this happened. Ben Simmons, all right for
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: the Philadelphia seventy six, says he has no plans to
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: play for the seventy six and he will not be
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: reporting a training camp. We all know. Philadelphia was eliminated
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: by the Atlanta Hawks in the second round of the
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: Player last season. In that series, Beings would not take
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: a shot in the fourth quarter came up missing the
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: whole series. So he says he wants the trade. PHILIPI said,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: they want the same thing. But yeah, you know he
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: can't go back. Yeah he know. See this is the
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: technique of you. He gonna get out in front of
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: him first say I don't want to play. Okay, well,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: Philadelphia wants fair compensation. They just say, hey, we were
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: trying to trade you. Trust we were working on it.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: We all in the office. Earland Folk Camp start, We're
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: trying to get you out of here. Because they just
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: that Philadelphia don't want to play. There's a lot of
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: people being don't want to play because Philadelphia is a
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: is a sports town. They don't play about their sports.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: They don't play by the Phillies, they don't play about
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: the Eagles, and they don't play about the seventy sixers.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: If you don't want to play that, I'm quite shore
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: Doc Rivers and Joelanbad and the city of Philadelphia don't
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: want you to play. People would take that boy because
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: he's super He tells you just got to get him
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: out of that out of that arena. Yeah, he got
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: to go. Man. You know, his free throw was a
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: problem in the in the in the in the playoffs
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: last year. That was one thing. But he just said
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: he is not gonna play another game for the Philadelphia
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: seventy sixers, which I found. You know, hey, Mann's that
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: I do not understand how a professional basketball player can't
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: shoot a free throw. Well, listen, man, work on your
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: game in the off season. That free throw line, don't move.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: The basket is the same size the ball is. It's
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: damn If you're a forty fifty free throw shooter and
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: you're a professional basketball player, that's sad, man, and you
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: bring nothing else to the game. Ain't like shock Shaq
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: gave you his Yeah. But but Shack worked on his
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: free throws too. But dog, but when he he giving
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: them hell yeah, yeah, I can tell you right now
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: for the death, it's a lot of thing. Peop don't
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: want you to play Gino's Fini cheese steaks. They don't
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: want you to play. Sunny Is don't want you to play.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: That's that your rocket don't want your ways to play.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: The landmarks. Yes, all right, Junior, thank you. Coming up,
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour, Carlos Reality Update.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening to Morning show. All right,
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: here we go. Come on, Junior, introduce our girl. Okay,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, it is time for Carlos Ferrell's Reality Update.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: That reality stranger voice, Junior, thank you what you say?
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: Stave that? Don't do that? Chios. Don't you gave it
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: all you had? You? I was horrible. All right, let's
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: get going real households up Potomac, Candice says, Mom, Miss Dorothy,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: she just all up in their marriage. I mean she's
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: at the house talking about the couch and the sofa
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: and the throw pillows and her opinion on the decor
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: and the house. She just too much. So we know
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: that Candice is a singer and she invited the ladies
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: to be a part of this video that she's putting
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: out for her song. Well, Candice's husband, Chris, is her manager,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: and things on the video set was they weren't too organized.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: The cars didn't show up. Certain cars was supposed to
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: be in the video, so Candice had to had to
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: ask the ladies to use their cars. Range rovers and
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: stuff like, hey, can we use your car? Yeah, so
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: it wasn't a good look. So all that was happening
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Miss Dorothy, Candice's mom, She's whispering to Karen and just
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: accusing her daughter's son, her son in law, of being
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: a house husband. She said he quit his job too quickly,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: and then she implied Shirley on the low key that
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: she still might be paying their mortgage. You know, missus
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Dorothy was doing the most Yes, yes, yes, Karen could
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: not take all that information. But anyway, So after this
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: episode air, Chris, He's put out a tweet about his
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: mother in law and he said, trying to recall a
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: time that I ever had a conversation with my mother
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: in law about my financial status and bank records or
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: life experience, but please speak on it. Then he tweeted
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: and followed up with at this point, it's really f everybody,
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: and don't ask me for nothing. So Chris is sick
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: of his mother in law, missus Dorothy. All right, So
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: moving on, let's go to Love and Marriage Huntsville. So
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Titia and Marceau they invited the couples to Vegas. They
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: went on a couple's trip and yes, they invited Martel
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: and they invited Melody. So they're all in Vegas, these couples.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: They're all staying at a huge a nice house, a
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: big house in Vegas, and you know, things got a
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: little heated. They were all in hot tub. Melody had
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: not arrived yet, but they were all in the hot tub.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: And then Titia and Kimmy, you know, they've been having
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: issues their sister in laws, but they've been having issues,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: so they squashed their issue. They were arguing about Kimmy.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: They were just all there, just chilling. Who do that?
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: That's there's family though. They were just beefing about her
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: son that works for them and their business, and you know,
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: they felt like he wasn't being professional on some instances.
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: But Kimmy defended her son and said that she does
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: tell him to be professional with their business with her
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: sisters rather in law's business. Yes, you ever been at
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: a public pool, like at a nice hotel, and when
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: out in the hot count and then when other people
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: come get in and then y'all get right out? Yes, yes,
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: all facts, yes, yes, yes, And then quickly I heard you, Shirley,
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: And then quickly so Melody arrived. Martel they you don't
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: go on a trip, a couple's trip with your ex
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: because I'm telling you they had a big blow up,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: a big argument. It was a couple trip with your ex. Yes,
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: she was there and her ex husband was there. So
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: would you go to Vegas on a couple's trip with
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: your ex knowing your ex is going to be there
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: Vegas with mine? I wouldn't even get on the same
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: damn escalator you talking about. It's real fresh. We'll be
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: mad with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: up at twenty minutes after. Right after this, you're listening
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. In trending job news,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: it seems there's a growing trend and employees doing it
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: in a not so vocal way. In fact, they're leaving
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: without telling anyone. It's called ghosting coasting, okay, And it's
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: when an employee takes a job, works a few days,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: and then just stops coming in without giving anyone notice. So, Steve,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: I gotta ask you, have you ever quit a job
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: without giving notice? And you've got a little notice from
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: that's the professional thing? Yeah, I didn't, never had no
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: professional job. I thought you worked it forward and yeah,
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: the one professional factory. That's professional. Still a professional situation.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: Not for me. When I worked at Jim the Electric
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Lincoln Electric. Hey, y'all didn't give me no notice. I
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: came work and they gave me a pink slipt You
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: don't come in the mall. Okay, cool? Next time I want.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: I ain't playing on coming in the mall. I ain't
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: giving out no pink slips where Steve he ain't here.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: I'm gone, y'all done that? Plenty of time, plenty of time. Steve. Wow,
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: I've had eleven jobs. How many of them did you
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: quit without notice? You had eleven? I well, I've been
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: fired opportunities, but you took them about half and half. Yeah,
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: you just don't like that authority. All right, we'll be
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: back with We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: Show coming up at thirty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Harvey Morning Show, ain't folks?
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: You know? As the largest youth mentoring organization in the country,
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Big Brothers and Sisters of America has a bold goal
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: for the future to deepen their impact on the young
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: people served and expand their reach to more kids. Who
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: might need them now. The goal is to encourage each
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: kid to plan for their future with a mentor whose
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: impact will last a lifetime. So Jordan does now is
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: the president and CEO Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: Please welcome to the show, mister artist Stevens. Hey, good morning.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: Thank you for having me on the show. Man. This
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: is great, man. I'm such a fan of mentorship. I'm
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: such a familiness. Organization has changed the lives of so
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: many people. And in the past year, young people have
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: experienced social isolation and a lot of emotional trauma, you know,
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: with all that's been going on with the pandemic at all,
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: and many kids do not have the access to WiFi,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: daily meals, and adequate shelter, but most importantly, they lack
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: social emotional support. So currently thirty thousand kids are on
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: your waiting list, with five times more boys waiting for
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: a minute than girls waiting for a minute, and most
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: of them are young black boys. So let's talk about that.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: Where is the village of support? Where does the village
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: of support come in? And what can we do to
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: get more mentors paid with kids? Yeah, well, well set me,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: let me just shoot that fandom back to you, man,
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: because I'm a huge fan and I was telling my
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: family about coming on the show, and I tell you,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: felt like the world is ended because people are go
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: hold up to celebration. Man. So I just want to
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: give a shout out to y'all and all the great
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: work that you're doing. You know, here's what I'll tell
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: you and everything you said, it's so important, so critical
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: right now, and what we know that's happened in local communities.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: This is what we see communities every single day. If
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: Big Brothers pix is that kids are facing it right,
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: families are facing it's just like you said, you know,
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: going through a pandemic, but it's already before the pandemic.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Because we all know, right, seventy one percent of the
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: kids that we serve from community of colors, sixty percent
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: of kids we serve in single family households, fifty five
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: percent live in poverty, twenty five percent have a parent
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: that's incarcerated in the prolosed system. Men and women, you
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: don't have to be famous, you don't have to be wealthy.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: You just have to care. So listen up to Steve
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: Harvey Nation. Each one of us has the ability to
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: change in life. All it takes is one person who cares.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America is making a

- 1:21:02Speaker 1: three us first one. You know what, man, what if
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: I could have seen I could have seen like Luke,
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: you would have changed the whole trajectory of my life. Oh,
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: I'd be I'd be in People Magazine Sexiest Man. They
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: had to create a whole new category for me, People's
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: People's Sexiest thank he man, you know, the sexiest thankful.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: I wouldn't give it down how you felt about me.
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: That's all I do, man, That's all I do. I
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: wouldn't give it that we'd be doing interviews, man, I
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: just bust out. Dude boy. Anyway, Hey y'all, let me
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: let me say something um to young people. UM, I
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: have really stepped back and take up good hard. Look
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: at where we are today, and we got our share problems.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: But instead of talking about the problems, I'm choosing today
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: to talk about the upside. I'm seeing a few more
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: young men in the hippop culture step up and and
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: really really man become some great dads out there. I'm
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: noticing that, and I do take notice because we get
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: berated so much and beating up about what we aren't
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: that sometimes we don't stop and tell these young people
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: what they are. And when I see these young cats
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: that's making this money and hip hop or athletics, but
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: when I see them stopping to take the time to
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: honor their commitment as fathers, it's it's worth noting. And
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: I don't want to single anybody out, but I text
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: a man the other day who I found out this
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: young girl. He was a father and he's such a
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: good dude and the girl was really nice. And I
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: called him to congratulate him, and he said, Uncle, I'm
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: gonna go all the way. Man, I'm gonna take that
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: next step. He said, I've been watching you and listening
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: to you. But it's not just me. There are fine
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: examples of fathers and men out there, not just me,
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: and that's not what this is about. But I just
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: wanted to stop and take the time to say thank
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: you to the young men out there that is doing
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: the right thing. Now for all of your sister to
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: have a different story understanding that. But once again I've
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: decided to take the position to day to talk about
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: the positive because also along with making moves to become
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: better father, better men, better dads, also want to congratulate
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: this younger generation on the Black Lives Matter movement, how
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: you all have stepped into the forefront. I was watching
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: Godfather of Hallan the other day, Great Serious with Forest
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: whitterkin It and it's crazy, man, But they were talking
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: about the same thing in sixty four, sixty five, sixty
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: six that we're talking about today. Voter suppression was big
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: in the sixties. Voter suppression is big in twenty twenty one.
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: And you know it's crazy. I was around for both
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: of them, even though I couldn't vote. In the sixties,
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: I saw it. I heard my parents talking about about it.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: The difference now is these young people are not only active,
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: but they can unite with the press of a button
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: calls social media, and they're doing it in a big way.
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: The entertainers, the athletes, the truck drivers, the bus boys,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: the dudes that are coming up, the people that work.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: They're at Target, at Walmart, they're everywhere. They're coming out
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: of high school, they're college students. They are awake. They
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: are wide awake. And see the problem that the Republican
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: Conservative Party has now is in all of your efforts
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: to shut us down, I got news for you. It's
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: not going to work because we are wide awake. This
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: generation is not playing anymore. They saw their vote make
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: a difference last time. When I looked up and I
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: saw the picture in Atlanta of all these people in
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: this apartment complexities, apartments were facing each other. They were
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: all out on their balconies celebrating when Biden and Kamala
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: Harris won. They were all out on their balconies celebrating
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: when Georgia was declared finally a blue state. I have
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: news for you. We're not going back. We have found
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: out that our power is in the vote. Oh we're
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: gonna steal protest. That's not gonna stop, because protests is valuable.
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: But now we know our vote counts, and our vote
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: is the real game changing. And I'm gonna get everybody
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: up in the Steve Harvey Morning Show is committed to
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: getting the vote out in every single election from now on,
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: not just the presidential but every last one of them.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: So please understand all of your efforts to block voter rights,
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: it's not going to work because we are awake. Y'all,
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: have a great day. We'll see y'all tomorrow. For all
