- 2:02Speaker 8: I sure will a good morning everybody you are listening
- 2:06Speaker 8: to the voice, Come on, dig me now, one and
- 2:09Speaker 8: only Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man, got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 9: Do you understand that? I'm telling you. God been big
- 2:16Speaker 9: in my life. I'm not gonna kid you. I'm telling you,
- 2:19Speaker 9: and He'll do the same thing for you. God God
- 2:23Speaker 9: is a gentleman, you know. I want to I want
- 2:25Speaker 9: to point that out to you. God is an absolute gentleman.
- 2:31Speaker 9: He will not come in unless he's invited. He don't
- 2:36Speaker 9: just barge into your life. He gives us the power
- 2:40Speaker 9: of choice. You know, if you say you got it,
- 2:43Speaker 9: I don't need you, he lets you have it. If
- 2:46Speaker 9: you say I need you, come see about me.
- 2:49Speaker 2: He right there.
- 2:50Speaker 9: It's just a real simple thing, man. So always say
- 2:55Speaker 9: to people this. If you've gotten yourself into something, and
- 3:00Speaker 9: please know I have.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I I was stuck.
- 3:05Speaker 9: I thought a couple of times, well might not make
- 3:10Speaker 9: it past this one. But then if I don't make
- 3:13Speaker 9: it past it, what's gonna happen? And then I held
- 3:17Speaker 9: on to this little thing that my mother kept talking
- 3:20Speaker 9: to me about. She said, sometimes some when you ain't
- 3:23Speaker 9: got nothing else in you, just hope, she said, just
- 3:27Speaker 9: hope it'll be all right, you know. And what I've
- 3:30Speaker 9: learned in my life is that hope is the beginning
- 3:33Speaker 9: of faith. Hope is just is their possibility out there
- 3:39Speaker 9: for me. I show hope, something happened, see hope. Hope
- 3:47Speaker 9: is okay, man, Because like I say, for me, the
- 3:51Speaker 9: way I've lived my life, hope was the beginning of faith.
- 3:54Speaker 9: It was just the idea. It's just the thought that
- 3:57Speaker 9: something could change for me, that something could be a
- 4:00Speaker 9: little bit different from me, that maybe, man, just maybe
- 4:05Speaker 9: for some reason, I could be saved, I could be rescued,
- 4:10Speaker 9: Things could turn around, it could hit any other direction.
- 4:14Speaker 9: Maybe I could quit messing up. Maybe somebody will forgive me,
- 4:18Speaker 9: maybe somebody will just say all right. I don't know,
- 4:22Speaker 9: but I can't count the times I've been in that position.
- 4:25Speaker 9: But then once I hope a little bit, and then
- 4:27Speaker 9: I remember also my mother, because she was a Sunday
- 4:30Speaker 9: school teacher. She taught me the most valuable lesson I've
- 4:34Speaker 9: ever learned in my life. Nothing has been greater in
- 4:37Speaker 9: my life than my faith. She taught me to pray.
- 4:40Speaker 9: Mama used to say, when it get real, dog for
- 4:42Speaker 9: your son. Prad Change is things, she say, When you
- 4:46Speaker 9: seem like you lost and you can't find your way,
- 4:50Speaker 9: stop and pray, she said, because prad change is things.
- 4:55Speaker 10: You know.
- 4:55Speaker 9: When you get a point in your life when you've
- 4:57Speaker 9: done all you can do and you can't do no more,
- 4:59Speaker 9: and you just don't know what to do next, she says, stop, son,
- 5:04Speaker 9: pray and combine that prayer with that hope that you got,
- 5:09Speaker 9: she said, because that hope is to beginning of faith,
- 5:13Speaker 9: she said. If you pray just hoping, she saying, to
- 5:16Speaker 9: God come through for you, that'll give you confidence that
- 5:19Speaker 9: he can do it again. And then after a while,
- 5:22Speaker 9: you quit hoping, she saying, you start believing.
- 5:25Speaker 2: She said.
- 5:25Speaker 9: That's when you're on to something. If you can turn
- 5:28Speaker 9: that hope into belief, that hope into faith, the ability
- 5:34Speaker 9: to believe in something that you can't see. But the
- 5:37Speaker 9: key though the faith is you're believing in something that
- 5:41Speaker 9: you can't see. See hoping a little bit different from
- 5:45Speaker 9: me now, I'm pretty sure, Like I say oftentimes to
- 5:47Speaker 9: tell a lot of people who can explain this thing
- 5:49Speaker 9: a lot better than I can to you. But just
- 5:52Speaker 9: from my side of it, being as real as I
- 5:54Speaker 9: can be, rich you See, hope helps.
- 5:57Speaker 10: Man.
- 5:58Speaker 9: If you ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope,
- 6:01Speaker 9: and then if you pray with some hope and God
- 6:04Speaker 9: answers your prayer, then that hope gains a little confidence,
- 6:08Speaker 9: and after a while that confidence becomes faith. Now I
- 6:13Speaker 9: ain't just hoping, but I'm believing. I'm believing in something
- 6:17Speaker 9: that I cannot see. Faith has been the key to
- 6:24Speaker 9: my entire existence, even when I didn't have any It
- 6:29Speaker 9: was faith, as I look back on it, that has
- 6:32Speaker 9: gotten me here, and not just faith, but my faith. See,
- 6:38Speaker 9: you will only get to where you're going in your
- 6:41Speaker 9: life based on your faith. See A lot of people
- 6:45Speaker 9: get the word faith confused, like what's your faith? And
- 6:49Speaker 9: then they start going down this whole list of all
- 6:51Speaker 9: these different religions out here. But really an essence, man,
- 6:55Speaker 9: when I talk to people about faith. I'm talking to
- 6:58Speaker 9: you about your your belief. How much do you believe
- 7:04Speaker 9: in the unseen? How much do you believe in the
- 7:07Speaker 9: things you can't see? How much do you believe in
- 7:10Speaker 9: the impossible? How much do you believe see? Because faith
- 7:18Speaker 9: is the belief in things that you cannot see. Faith
- 7:23Speaker 9: is the core of all that is happening to me today.
- 7:28Speaker 9: It is the faith that I have in my relationship
- 7:31Speaker 9: with God that enables me to just oftentimes, if I
- 7:37Speaker 9: stay on the right course and believe a certain way
- 7:41Speaker 9: and act a certain way, his blessings just poor.
- 7:46Speaker 2: They just come. And it comes in a lot of
- 7:49Speaker 2: little ways too.
- 7:50Speaker 9: I've started to notice, See, it ain't just a lot
- 7:53Speaker 9: of people think blessings is money, Nah, man, that ain't it.
- 7:57Speaker 2: It's coverage. It's every time I plan a land safe.
- 8:02Speaker 9: It's every time they predict bad weather and I get
- 8:05Speaker 9: up in the sky and it don't be no bad weather.
- 8:08Speaker 2: You know, this is this is favor. These are blessings
- 8:12Speaker 2: that get poured out to me.
- 8:14Speaker 9: Somebody call me and offer me something, not money, but
- 8:18Speaker 9: an opportunity, you know. Somebody say, hey, man, I don't know,
- 8:24Speaker 9: but I sent this to you. I thought you might
- 8:26Speaker 9: be interested in it. Somebody will send me a scripture,
- 8:28Speaker 9: or somebody will send me something that's favor, and it
- 8:33Speaker 9: always comes at a time when I need it the most.
- 8:36Speaker 9: That's favor, that's pouring out blessings. Now I'm also the
- 8:41Speaker 9: recipient of a lot of other blessings too. You know,
- 8:45Speaker 9: I've been blessed with health. That's amazing blessing.
- 8:48Speaker 10: Man.
- 8:49Speaker 9: I've been blessed with a spirit of not quitting. I've
- 8:53Speaker 9: been blessed with the ability to shoulder huge amounts of responsibility. See,
- 9:00Speaker 9: blessings come a lot of ways. But once you tie
- 9:04Speaker 9: in to God, Once you tie in and you start
- 9:08Speaker 9: doing the best you can do, and you start asking
- 9:11Speaker 9: for him to make you a better person, to help
- 9:14Speaker 9: shape and mold you into the kind of man or
- 9:18Speaker 9: person that he wants you to be. You be amazed
- 9:21Speaker 9: what God can do with you. Man, if you just
- 9:23Speaker 9: invite me in and allow him to be a part
- 9:26Speaker 9: of your life. I mean, what you got to lose
- 9:29Speaker 9: out there? Come on, if you're sitting in the cell
- 9:31Speaker 9: this morning, why would you not change. You have a
- 9:35Speaker 9: chance to turn your life around with a relationship with God.
- 9:38Speaker 9: What you're waiting on Are you gonna just keep doing
- 9:41Speaker 9: it like that?
- 9:41Speaker 2: Huh? Really?
- 9:44Speaker 9: Come on, man, why would you do that to yourself?
- 9:47Speaker 9: Why would you not allow God to be a part
- 9:49Speaker 9: of your life so you can get the way he
- 9:51Speaker 9: wants you to be. God got some big plans for you.
- 9:54Speaker 9: If he didn't, you wouldn't keep waking up.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven Show.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:01Speaker 10: You know what.
- 10:01Speaker 9: It's another day, an another gift, another opportunity, another blessing,
- 10:07Speaker 9: another another gift, another favor.
- 10:10Speaker 2: How you want to look at it, But it ain't
- 10:12Speaker 2: it good?
- 10:13Speaker 11: Though?
- 10:13Speaker 2: Yeah? To be alive today, Yeah, to be here? Any
- 10:18Speaker 2: measure of health you have? How about that? Yeah? Ladies
- 10:22Speaker 2: and generate just one big old yell.
- 10:26Speaker 9: Steve Harvey Morning Show, Shery Strawberry call it for real,
- 10:28Speaker 9: Mississippi Monica Junior and the legend that is Nephew tom
- 10:32Speaker 9: As Junior.
- 10:33Speaker 12: Oh, let's talk about this man, Okay? Proving something? Man,
- 10:37Speaker 12: proven something? Are you proving it for you? Or do
- 10:41Speaker 12: you prove it for other people?
- 10:42Speaker 10: Hey?
- 10:42Speaker 2: You have to walk down that path just proving something.
- 10:45Speaker 12: When you're doing what you're doing on the way you've
- 10:47Speaker 12: done it, did you prove it to you or did
- 10:49Speaker 12: you prove it to other people that said you couldn't
- 10:51Speaker 12: do it?
- 10:51Speaker 9: Well, It's been a combination, I guess of things. Over
- 10:56Speaker 9: my lifetime of proving it, I've had to prove so
- 11:00Speaker 9: many people wrong. Sometimes I use it as fuel. Sometimes
- 11:04Speaker 9: it's motivation. You know you can't do that, Okay, I
- 11:07Speaker 9: bet I can you. It's like a bet. A bet
- 11:10Speaker 9: is like a dare. Yeah, But when it ain't a
- 11:13Speaker 9: bet or a dare, it's just a big doubt. You
- 11:16Speaker 9: just be going like wow. And it sometimes comes from
- 11:19Speaker 9: people where you really go to for encouragement and you
- 11:23Speaker 9: go to for confirmation and affirmation and they just don't
- 11:28Speaker 9: give it to you. And it's kind of hurtful at times.
- 11:30Speaker 9: So then you got to make up in your mind
- 11:32Speaker 9: that I'm gonna prove it. And then the majority of
- 11:36Speaker 9: the time, though, is prove it to myself, Prove that
- 11:40Speaker 9: you're disciplined, Prove that you won't quit, Prove to prove
- 11:44Speaker 9: your daddy right, you know, prove them and so you know,
- 11:49Speaker 9: you can use it both ways. I guess it can
- 11:52Speaker 9: be it can be motivational fuel, or it can be
- 11:56Speaker 9: you know, self motivation. It just depends It's not a
- 11:59Speaker 9: bad thing, ain't you know. But what you got to
- 12:02Speaker 9: be careful of is when people say you can't do
- 12:05Speaker 9: this and you can't do that, and then you drink it.
- 12:07Speaker 9: You gotta be careful of that because if you don't
- 12:10Speaker 9: get into the ass show you mold, then it's gonna
- 12:13Speaker 9: be the while why they say that, Wow, maybe I
- 12:18Speaker 9: ain't worthy, maybe I shouldn't, maybe I can't. That's the
- 12:21Speaker 9: part you have to be careful from most outside people
- 12:26Speaker 9: who say, prove it to you if you look at
- 12:28Speaker 9: it real carefully.
- 12:30Speaker 2: They hate us. Molds of them is hate us. Yeah,
- 12:36Speaker 2: see you know, I mean all of us.
- 12:40Speaker 9: Who you who's lived in his life any length of
- 12:42Speaker 9: time and they had somebody doubt them, you know, behind
- 12:46Speaker 9: their back. So you wait a minute. So you think
- 12:50Speaker 9: you're just gonna sit up on that radio show and
- 12:53Speaker 9: do a radio show.
- 12:54Speaker 1: I can see it.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Yeah, that right there, and they gonna pay you. I
- 13:00Speaker 2: know who you're talking to. Yeah, you mean to tell
- 13:06Speaker 2: me you gonna just tell jokes and somebody gonna give
- 13:10Speaker 2: you some money. Yes, it sounds just like boy, how'd
- 13:16Speaker 2: you say?
- 13:17Speaker 4: Yes?
- 13:18Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 13:18Speaker 2: It's yes, yes, Yes.
- 13:21Speaker 9: It wasn't that confident because they said it with a
- 13:24Speaker 9: whole lot of facts. You know, ain't nobody kendall I
- 13:28Speaker 9: pay you know, a whole lot of money, tell no jokes.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Okay, all right, thank you guys. Coming up at thirty

- 15:33Speaker 4: like we come in, like how it'd always be like

- 15:36Speaker 4: and missus.

- 18:09Speaker 10: don't be upset about what it is that man, we
- 18:11Speaker 10: don't found something that ain't no other church done. Before
- 18:14Speaker 10: you see what I'm saying.
- 18:15Speaker 4: The reason ain't no other church done is because this
- 18:18Speaker 4: is wrong.
- 18:19Speaker 11: Man.
- 18:19Speaker 4: What committee got to get on something like this?

- 18:33Speaker 4: gonna put on swim suits. Well, what I'm saying we
- 18:36Speaker 4: got them on our list. We got them on our
- 18:37Speaker 4: list to come saying. Ain't nobody getting with you?
- 18:39Speaker 14: Man?
- 18:40Speaker 4: What is wrong with you? Man?
- 18:41Speaker 10: Hey man, listen, just to help us get started, do
- 18:44Speaker 10: you have a picture of Sister Alison in a swimsuit?
- 18:47Speaker 11: Look, man, I ain't.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Giving you about wife, but no swimsuit.
- 18:50Speaker 10: Man, No, this is just something we're trying to do
- 18:52Speaker 10: for the ministry. Dude.
- 18:54Speaker 4: You know what, are you at the church and you
- 18:55Speaker 4: work at the church full time part time?
- 18:57Speaker 10: I'm at the church.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Okay, are you there now?
- 19:00Speaker 13: No?
- 19:00Speaker 10: I'm not there right now, but I'm gonna be there

- 19:26Speaker 4: that's called in my howl talking about my wife doing
- 19:30Speaker 4: all this idiotic type. So let's meet right in the front.
- 19:34Speaker 4: Brother before you go through to sing. I got something

- 19:56Speaker 4: So it started at seven. Let's do six fifty five, Lester.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Think this is gonna work for us. This is gonna

- 20:20Speaker 4: a nice picture for you.
- 20:21Speaker 13: I'll tell you what.
- 20:22Speaker 10: Me and Tommy will be outside waiting on you when
- 20:24Speaker 10: you get there. You and who Me and nephew Tommy
- 20:28Speaker 10: from the Steve Harby Morning Show. We're gonna be right
- 20:30Speaker 10: outside in front of the church.
- 20:32Speaker 4: Oh man, who did this?
- 20:36Speaker 10: Man? Hey, man, your brother Jason told me the prank phone.
- 20:41Speaker 4: Call you man, God man, you know you know what
- 20:44Speaker 4: he said.
- 20:45Speaker 10: Tell him, I said, if that food came to church
- 20:47Speaker 10: more often, he would know that this is a prank phone.
- 20:51Speaker 10: Oh Dad, I'm glad it is. Man.
- 20:54Speaker 4: You just imagine how to draw up to that church
- 20:56Speaker 4: acting the food that it ain't.
- 20:57Speaker 10: Man, there, I got I got to ask you this here, man,
- 21:01Speaker 10: what is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio
- 21:04Speaker 10: show in the lane?
- 21:06Speaker 4: Man, the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 21:08Speaker 6: Man that said, sir, be back in an hour with
- 21:13Speaker 6: some most stupid on now little.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Spring them up?
- 21:15Speaker 10: You we know.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Thanking if you coming up next as the clo with
- 21:20Speaker 1: our Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building right
- 21:23Speaker 1: after this.
- 21:27Speaker 9: Hey, look you can't let the urge to sing your
- 21:29Speaker 9: favorite songs while you're driving distract you from that truck
- 21:33Speaker 9: drifting toward your lane or that lane splitting.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Biker creeping up beside you. Fortunately, every Honday.
- 21:40Speaker 9: Offers advanced safety features that can alert you to potential
- 21:43Speaker 9: dangers around you.
- 21:44Speaker 6: That's right, because Hondai is always working to ensure the
- 21:47Speaker 6: road doesn't get you. Hondai vehicles have one over one
- 21:50Speaker 6: hundred and twenty IIHS Top Safety awards from two thousand
- 21:53Speaker 6: and six to twenty twenty four as of December twenty
- 21:57Speaker 6: twenty four.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour. In entertainment
- 22:01Speaker 1: news and trending news, Jay Z's rape civil suit has
- 22:04Speaker 1: been dismissed, Carla has Today's Music News, and The Wayan's
- 22:09Speaker 1: family and Dave Chappelle will both be honored at the
- 22:12Speaker 1: NAACP Image Awards this weekend. We'll talk about all of
- 22:16Speaker 1: these stories at the top of the hour, but right
- 22:18Speaker 1: now it is time to ask the COLO, our chief
- 22:22Speaker 1: Love Officer, Steve Harvey. Here we go with Darius in Kentwood.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Darius writes, my girlfriend got flowers and cookies on the
- 22:30Speaker 1: fourteenth at work, meaning Valentine's day. Of course, she claims
- 22:34Speaker 1: she doesn't know who sent them. I think she might
- 22:37Speaker 1: be telling the truth because she brought them home so
- 22:39Speaker 1: I could see them. Now is she lying? Does she
- 22:43Speaker 1: have a man on the side? Is what Darius wants
- 22:45Speaker 1: to know.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Dog? How you asking us that we don't know? She
- 22:53Speaker 2: got him from somewhere?
- 22:55Speaker 9: Now, somebody does sence your girl some cookies or whatever
- 23:00Speaker 9: and some flowers whatever? Now she says she don't know
- 23:04Speaker 9: who they're from, but she bought them home. Smart thing
- 23:11Speaker 9: to do was leave him at work or throw them away.
- 23:14Speaker 9: That's the smart thing to do. The other thing was
- 23:19Speaker 9: did you get her anything?
- 23:21Speaker 10: Uh?
- 23:21Speaker 2: Uh uh? Was this a rub in your face? Was
- 23:29Speaker 2: this a step up your game?
- 23:32Speaker 10: What was it? You know?
- 23:34Speaker 1: So now home so he could see him?
- 23:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that ain't nothing. I'm gonna take the beautiful I
- 23:42Speaker 2: hope he asked me. I don't know who gave to me.
- 23:47Speaker 1: That is exactly her thought process.
- 23:50Speaker 9: So that's my opinion, Dog, I don't know why you
- 23:56Speaker 9: would think that. That's only you have that other information
- 23:59Speaker 9: we don't. All we know is she got something from
- 24:02Speaker 9: Valentine's Day and brought it home. You and they show
- 24:05Speaker 9: you saw it.
- 24:07Speaker 6: Yep.
- 24:08Speaker 10: All right.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Moving on to Gabby and Decatur. Gabby writes, I had
- 24:13Speaker 1: some family drama, so I walked outside to take the call.
- 24:17Speaker 1: My husband didn't like that, and he said I should
- 24:20Speaker 1: be able to talk in front of him. My mama
- 24:23Speaker 1: asked for privacy, and I respected her wishes. Why do
- 24:27Speaker 1: I have to keep explaining myself?
- 24:31Speaker 2: Well, your mama asked for privacy, is your mom, so
- 24:36Speaker 2: you gotta do that.
- 24:37Speaker 9: You don't.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Your mom didn't want to discuss her business and have
- 24:40Speaker 2: your husband know it. So that's it.
- 24:42Speaker 9: That's you and your mama's relationship. She was your mama
- 24:44Speaker 9: for he was your usband. That is a fuss show,
- 24:48Speaker 9: and so they do get some deals with that that
- 24:51Speaker 9: mama do get some deeps now. So I think we
- 24:55Speaker 9: all understand that.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Bruh. So hey man, I just wanted to up outside.
- 25:00Speaker 9: Had his conversation with my mama because she asked me
- 25:03Speaker 9: because she have some privacy.
- 25:04Speaker 2: I respected that. Yeah, it was.
- 25:07Speaker 9: And the reason you have to explain it is because
- 25:09Speaker 9: he asked you about it. And I would always honor
- 25:15Speaker 9: my mom. If that's what she asked me for, I
- 25:16Speaker 9: would give it to her right and everybody else don't
- 25:20Speaker 9: have to develop some understanding.
- 25:25Speaker 2: All right.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Moving on to Leanne and Fine Bluff, Leanne says, after
- 25:29Speaker 1: four and a half months of dating a younger man
- 25:32Speaker 1: we were intimate. I don't see a future with him
- 25:35Speaker 1: because he's large. It was not fun and I don't
- 25:38Speaker 1: ever want that experience again. He told me we can
- 25:41Speaker 1: stay together without sex. Does he really mean that?
- 25:44Speaker 10: Uh?
- 25:44Speaker 7: Uh?
- 25:46Speaker 3: What clo?
- 25:51Speaker 1: That's at all?
- 25:54Speaker 2: We can stay together without our sex? Okay? Let me
- 25:59Speaker 2: ask you so much, older lady, have you ever ever
- 26:03Speaker 2: heard that in your life?
- 26:05Speaker 1: Her answer would be no, he was too much.
- 26:12Speaker 2: You don't want that no more? And that right. I
- 26:14Speaker 2: don't blame you.
- 26:15Speaker 9: You don't have to do that now, you know, because
- 26:20Speaker 9: what we're not Finna do is have a search and
- 26:22Speaker 9: destroy mission every time we get together.
- 26:25Speaker 2: That's not what we're Finna do.
- 26:29Speaker 9: You're not finn be up in here going to unknown
- 26:31Speaker 9: places and just pulling chords and blowing up stuff. You're
- 26:35Speaker 9: not Finna do that. I have a future, and it's
- 26:40Speaker 9: not okay because you up in here acting like a
- 26:45Speaker 9: home record. It's what you're doing and you're not gonna
- 26:48Speaker 9: do it.
- 26:52Speaker 1: All right, last one colo. This is from Tracy and
- 26:57Speaker 1: Winston Salem. Tracy writes, been dating a guy for almost
- 27:01Speaker 1: a year. I just noticed that he took most of
- 27:03Speaker 1: our pictures off his Facebook page. He said he did
- 27:07Speaker 1: it so no one will be in our business. We
- 27:10Speaker 1: have not had any problem so far. So what's the
- 27:13Speaker 1: real reason he did that?
- 27:15Speaker 13: So?
- 27:16Speaker 2: So, ain't nobody gonna be in y'all's business. Everybody ain't
- 27:20Speaker 2: happy for you?
- 27:22Speaker 10: Mm hm, you know.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Everybody? Now, That's what I'm going with.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Yeah, because I think her red flags went up to
- 27:31Speaker 1: Steve like maybe he's dating.
- 27:32Speaker 9: Well hers when you know, trying to put the relationship,
- 27:38Speaker 9: you know, under cover.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Now what that could be true? Yeah, that could be true. Definitely,
- 27:46Speaker 2: that could be true.
- 27:47Speaker 9: So you have to, you know, watch very carefully. See
- 27:52Speaker 9: once a man do something like that, he gonna get
- 27:54Speaker 9: he gonna give you something else. Now if he's trying
- 27:58Speaker 9: to hide you, you're gonna you're gonna you're gonna get another.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Reason change your behavior.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Oh you got doing nothing.
- 28:05Speaker 9: After a year, if it changed, if some calls and
- 28:07Speaker 9: text change, he ain't got to see you as much
- 28:12Speaker 9: no more.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Okay, you know, Oh, hey, how you doing? What the
- 28:22Speaker 2: hell you mean? How we doing? We're in a full
- 28:24Speaker 2: blown relationship. I ain't talk to you. It's Monday. I
- 28:27Speaker 2: ain't talking to you since Friday. What time just got
- 28:31Speaker 2: away from me? Boy boy?
- 28:37Speaker 9: In the whole year, it ain't been getting away from you.
- 28:39Speaker 9: Now some time that got with you know one thing
- 28:42Speaker 9: about it, man, when it changed?
- 28:44Speaker 2: When the dude changed?
- 28:49Speaker 1: Yep, yep, red flag? All right, wow, trazy.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Normally I wouldn't say that, but she didn't think nothing
- 28:57Speaker 2: was up.
- 28:58Speaker 9: But yeah, you know, see, I ain't really Facebook, dude,
- 29:03Speaker 9: So like, if you ain't seeing yourself on my Facebook page, cool,
- 29:07Speaker 9: then that's two of us.
- 29:20Speaker 2: I don't know what you're on that for anyway. I
- 29:22Speaker 2: don't even know answer.
- 29:25Speaker 1: People on Facebook, Steve.
- 29:26Speaker 10: You know that I know.
- 29:27Speaker 2: But I got a bunch of old ass friends and
- 29:29Speaker 2: all that.
- 29:30Speaker 10: You know.
- 29:30Speaker 9: You know, when they send you a clip or something,
- 29:32Speaker 9: it's always on Facebook, and then I can't open it.
- 29:36Speaker 7: Sends the most Facebook clips to the group, text.
- 29:42Speaker 9: Tommy, who sit in the most period. Tommy is going
- 29:48Speaker 9: to Tommy, gonna inform us of his life. We don't
- 29:53Speaker 9: miss a beat. We and we everywhere with Tommy room
- 30:02Speaker 9: the addressing rule.
- 30:06Speaker 1: That's right, all right? Thank you? Celo Coming up at
- 30:11Speaker 1: the top of the hour. We'll have some entertainment news
- 30:14Speaker 1: for you. Right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey
- 30:18Speaker 1: Morning Show. The woman who accused jay Z and Diddy
- 30:23Speaker 1: of sexually assaulting her when she was just thirteen years
- 30:26Speaker 1: old at an MTV VMA's after party has dropped her
- 30:30Speaker 1: claims now against both men. The voluntary dismissal with prejudice
- 30:35Speaker 1: means that the anonymous accuser cannot refile the suit at
- 30:39Speaker 1: a later date. The suit looked somewhat sketchy from the
- 30:42Speaker 1: beginning due to inconsistencies at the planet admitted to. Jay
- 30:47Speaker 1: Z released a statement which read, in part quote today
- 30:50Speaker 1: is a victory and call the claims against him frivolous, fictionists,
- 30:55Speaker 1: fictitious and appalling. He writes, the trauma that my wife,
- 30:59Speaker 1: my children, loved ones, and I have endured can never
- 31:03Speaker 1: be dismissed. So that was his statement and connection to
- 31:08Speaker 1: all of this. Yeah, now.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Here's the part. I don't that kind of sickens me?
- 31:17Speaker 10: M H.
- 31:18Speaker 9: When you when you accuse somebody or something and it
- 31:24Speaker 9: turns out, for whatever the reason, to be false. Yeah,
- 31:28Speaker 9: then you just get to go skip to the lou
- 31:31Speaker 9: my dollar.
- 31:32Speaker 1: You could just want your life.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Well, I try to get some money. They ain't paying
- 31:36Speaker 2: me that I tried.
- 31:39Speaker 9: No, man, hey, look man, when they prove that there's
- 31:43Speaker 9: absolutely no merit to your false claims, that should be
- 31:47Speaker 9: a penalty for that, so you can stop some of this.
- 31:51Speaker 9: It's crazy, but our judicial system is crazy. That was
- 31:54Speaker 9: a show on TV this weekend. Do you mind if
- 31:57Speaker 9: I tell you this? It was a show on TV
- 32:02Speaker 9: this weekend, a crime show. This man had killed his wife.
- 32:07Speaker 9: He had killed his wife, so it took about nine months,
- 32:10Speaker 9: but the police finally god it was him and asked
- 32:14Speaker 9: him to come down to the station for questions. He
- 32:16Speaker 9: called his lawyer and the lawyer said, what do you
- 32:19Speaker 9: want to question him about? And they said about his
- 32:24Speaker 9: They just said something about his his his feelings on
- 32:31Speaker 9: you know, the day of So when they got him
- 32:35Speaker 9: down there, they started asking him other questions about where
- 32:41Speaker 9: was he you know, what did he do? Was his timeline?
- 32:45Speaker 9: And the lawyer stopped all that and said, no, you
- 32:48Speaker 9: said we were going to talk about this. This is
- 32:50Speaker 9: what we're talking about. And he wouldn't let him ask
- 32:54Speaker 9: any of the questions. Now, this guy that kills his wife,
- 32:58Speaker 9: so they got because he got a lawyer got to
- 33:00Speaker 9: stop asking him those questions. Lawyer was sitting right there,
- 33:02Speaker 9: and the guy gets up, gets to get up and
- 33:05Speaker 9: walk out.
- 33:06Speaker 2: What we're doing here?
- 33:08Speaker 1: The judicial system?
- 33:10Speaker 9: Yeah, man, our system is broken. You know where you
- 33:15Speaker 9: got everything going against the guy. And then he go
- 33:18Speaker 9: get a smooth lawyer and he just say, this is
- 33:20Speaker 9: what we're doing. We ain't asking that, but you ain't
- 33:23Speaker 9: trying to help find out who killed your wife for nothing,
- 33:27Speaker 9: no man.
- 33:29Speaker 10: And this is.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Yeah, they got him at the end, but they had to.
- 33:33Speaker 9: Go all the way around to Marlberry Bush and when
- 33:36Speaker 9: they had all the evidence, this food right here, and
- 33:39Speaker 9: I tell people.
- 33:42Speaker 1: What you tell people what.
- 33:47Speaker 9: I watched these shows? Okay, okay, let me just tell
- 33:52Speaker 9: you this right here. Here's a lesson I've learned. Stop
- 33:56Speaker 9: dating people cause of a race.
- 34:00Speaker 13: I do it.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Right now.
- 34:04Speaker 9: All right, white men get tired of you. It just
- 34:10Speaker 9: don't be no damn divorced, sex and murder on all
- 34:16Speaker 9: the crime show. It is ninety nine to nine point
- 34:19Speaker 9: nine percent of white men.
- 34:20Speaker 1: All right, thank you, sir. Carla is here now as
- 34:24Speaker 1: we switch gears with music. Music, Thank you, Sirley.
- 34:28Speaker 7: Moving on, Yeah, Drake is back to dropped a new
- 34:32Speaker 7: album on Valentine's Day and tell you that's all you
- 34:34Speaker 7: gotta do is drop another hit. According to Billboard dot Com,
- 34:38Speaker 7: his new album Some Sexy Songs for You has already
- 34:43Speaker 7: set records on Apple Music following its Valentine's Day release,
- 34:48Speaker 7: and the album has broken the record for the biggest
- 34:51Speaker 7: R and B soul album in Apple Music's history first
- 34:56Speaker 7: day streams worldwide. So it's also dre his first major
- 35:01Speaker 7: project since his beef with Kendrick Lamar.
- 35:03Speaker 1: We all know about that now, Drake.
- 35:06Speaker 7: He kind of dressed the issue in one of his
- 35:09Speaker 7: songs titled give Me a Hug. Drake is saying that people,
- 35:13Speaker 7: you know, wanted to see him dead, but he basically
- 35:16Speaker 7: thanked his fans, his supporters, and reminded people that he's
- 35:21Speaker 7: good at making partying music, you know, so you try
- 35:25Speaker 7: to kind of end it that way.
- 35:27Speaker 1: He said, I just want to party.
- 35:29Speaker 7: So the teenagers at my house that album has been
- 35:32Speaker 7: on repeat, so they feeling it.
- 35:34Speaker 3: And it's cool.
- 35:35Speaker 1: You can like Kendrick and Drake, you can, you can
- 35:38Speaker 1: like both.
- 35:39Speaker 2: It's okay. It's okay. So there you go, which is
- 35:42Speaker 2: what he should have. Did you know?
- 35:45Speaker 3: That's what you do.

- 47:33Speaker 14: is it?
- 47:33Speaker 13: My name is Daniel? Were you were you guys married
- 47:37Speaker 13: a greater New Missionary.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Baptist church than the Sea.
- 47:42Speaker 14: Yeah, yeah, yep, yes, that's the name of that church. Yeah,
- 47:44Speaker 14: great by nine years. Yeah, that's right. Why what's going on?
- 47:48Speaker 14: What's asking me all.
- 47:49Speaker 7: These questions for?
- 47:50Speaker 13: Okay, do you remember the minister that officiated your actual
- 47:55Speaker 13: wedding ceremony?
- 47:56Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 47:57Speaker 13: Now, uh, reverend reverend right, Okay, I got the right person.
- 48:01Speaker 13: I wanted to make sure I had the right person, Brian,

- 48:06Speaker 5: Seemed a little weird to you. Here.
- 48:08Speaker 13: Here's what's going on. We've just come up with a
- 48:10Speaker 13: new discovery a lot of information that Reverend none of
- 48:15Speaker 13: his credentials are true. Everything is false. He's not a
- 48:20Speaker 13: minister at all, he never was a minister, and every
- 48:24Speaker 13: single wedding ceremony that he officiated is basically null and void. So,
- 48:31Speaker 13: and I hate to be the bear of bad news,
- 48:33Speaker 13: but you and al Thea, even though you think you've
- 48:37Speaker 13: been married for nine years, you guys are not married
- 48:40Speaker 13: at all.
- 48:41Speaker 14: No, no, no, no, that that you got to have
- 48:43Speaker 14: the wrong person because me and that we got We
- 48:46Speaker 14: got married by nine years ago.
- 48:48Speaker 13: And what I'm telling you is he he never was ordained.
- 48:56Speaker 13: He's never been an ordained minister. He's not a minister
- 48:59Speaker 13: at all. So when he performed this ceremony, your a
- 49:02Speaker 13: wedding ceremony, he had no right to be doing that.
- 49:05Speaker 13: You guys are not are not married. You know, you
- 49:08Speaker 13: guys have been living in sin for nine years.
- 49:11Speaker 4: Hold on, hold on that.
- 49:12Speaker 10: Let me tell you something.
- 49:13Speaker 14: I ain't been living in no fense. Me and my wife,
- 49:15Speaker 14: we have been married for nine years. And that man,
- 49:18Speaker 14: he's a preacher. I'm telling you, he's a preacher.
- 49:20Speaker 13: Last Sunday, Sir, as of today, he has no right
- 49:25Speaker 13: to be in anybody's pull pit. He has no right
- 49:27Speaker 13: to be officiating, whether it's weddings or funerals, no matter
- 49:31Speaker 13: what it is, christenings for children. He's not allowed to
- 49:34Speaker 13: do that. And we have officially stopped him from doing
- 49:37Speaker 13: anything serving under as being a pastor or a minister.
- 49:42Speaker 13: We have stopped at But what I want you to
- 49:44Speaker 13: know is that you have been living in sin and
- 49:47Speaker 13: you don't. We want to try and get you guys
- 49:50Speaker 13: married as soon as possible. So you're not living in sin.
- 49:54Speaker 14: Oh, no, Dak, I ain't been living in those sin.
- 49:56Speaker 14: I have been married for nine years. This woman she
- 49:59Speaker 14: had been ain't care me and my kids for the past.
- 50:02Speaker 5: Now you guys have children, Yeah, yeah, we got.
- 50:07Speaker 14: Two kids too, beautiful kids.
- 50:09Speaker 13: Okay, then those kids are bastards.
- 50:11Speaker 11: Bastards.
- 50:11Speaker 14: Hold on, hold on, let me tell you something. My
- 50:13Speaker 14: kids ain't no baskets. What about your kids, your kids ambassts.
- 50:16Speaker 13: No, sir, my kids were born in wedlock. Your kids
- 50:19Speaker 13: have been born out.
- 50:21Speaker 14: I'm telling you that man dead my service, and he
- 50:25Speaker 14: is a preacher.
- 50:27Speaker 5: He's a man after God's own heart himself.
- 50:30Speaker 14: He hasn't done everything that he could have for me
- 50:32Speaker 14: and my family.
- 50:33Speaker 5: He is a preacher, sir.
- 50:35Speaker 13: Don't I know it's hard for you to to to
- 50:37Speaker 13: swallow the truth, but I want you to know, and
- 50:39Speaker 13: I need you to be able to tell out thea
- 50:41Speaker 13: that you guys are not married and not as of
- 50:43Speaker 13: right now.
- 50:43Speaker 14: No, no, okay, so holder hold on now, Back in
- 50:48Speaker 14: the older days, but before all these, all these colleges
- 50:51Speaker 14: and stuff came came about, you telling me that there
- 50:54Speaker 14: men baking old days, that they wasn't no preachers, that
- 50:57Speaker 14: they wasn't men after the cloth?
- 50:59Speaker 4: Is that what you're saying to me?
- 51:02Speaker 13: What are you getting at, sir?
- 51:04Speaker 14: What I'm trying to say is back in the older day,
- 51:06Speaker 14: baking the twenties and thirties, they didn't have all these
- 51:08Speaker 14: colleges and all these degrees and stuff like these new
- 51:10Speaker 14: preachers got these days. That man now he was from
- 51:13Speaker 14: back then, and God called them and that's.
- 51:16Speaker 10: What they went on too.
- 51:17Speaker 14: And all them people that they married back then, they
- 51:20Speaker 14: did the same thing today. You don't need no degree
- 51:23Speaker 14: to say that you're a preacher. You don't need no
- 51:24Speaker 14: life to say.
- 51:25Speaker 10: You're a preacher.
- 51:26Speaker 4: Me and my wife we've been married.
- 51:27Speaker 5: For nine years.
- 51:28Speaker 14: My kids have been born any wedlocks we were married,
- 51:32Speaker 14: We were married by remend My friends and family, they
- 51:35Speaker 14: was all there, sir.
- 51:36Speaker 13: The bottom line is that you have been living in
- 51:39Speaker 13: sin because you have not been married with your wife
- 51:42Speaker 13: for the last nine years. And your kids, I hate
- 51:45Speaker 13: to say it, your kids are bastards now O.
- 51:48Speaker 11: Now I done told you.
- 51:49Speaker 14: Don't say nothing else about my kids saying I ain't
- 51:51Speaker 14: no custom.
- 51:52Speaker 10: But don't push me.
- 51:53Speaker 11: My kids ain't no bassard. You understand me.
- 51:56Speaker 5: You're not getting up, sir, I'm trying to give you
- 51:58Speaker 5: the truth and try to get you in here that

- 52:35Speaker 11: those sins. Neighbor, you're the one that's living up in
- 52:37Speaker 11: some sin.
- 52:38Speaker 10: Now.
- 52:38Speaker 11: You ain't got nothing that's saying to me that man
- 52:40Speaker 11: that nine years ago. Now, get your ass off.
- 52:44Speaker 10: My phone, sir so.

- 56:19Speaker 6: Buckle up and hold on type you got it for
- 56:20Speaker 6: you Here it is Strawberry Letter.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. Subject. I feel like I'm in a
- 56:27Speaker 1: three way love affair. Stephen Shirley, Good morning, my fiance
- 56:32Speaker 1: and his baby mama talk and text message more than
- 56:35Speaker 1: I am comfortable with He claims it is for their
- 56:38Speaker 1: two children, but I see where she's crossed the line.
- 56:40Speaker 1: Bunches of times she sends selfies to my fiancee with
- 56:44Speaker 1: a kissy face emoji every time, and she recently and
- 56:47Speaker 1: recently she sent him pictures of her liposuction and breastlift
- 56:52Speaker 1: with a kissy face emoji. He excuses everything she does
- 56:56Speaker 1: because she also sends pictures of the kids. Even with
- 56:59Speaker 1: her new body, she still cannot get a man of
- 57:02Speaker 1: her own. I told my man to tell her to
- 57:06Speaker 1: stop sending him in appropriate text but he's scared to
- 57:11Speaker 1: make her mad and risk not being in his kids' lives.
- 57:15Speaker 1: I don't see how that will happen since they're with
- 57:17Speaker 1: us eighty five percent of the time. I told him
- 57:20Speaker 1: that he must like the pictures because there is no
- 57:22Speaker 1: way that he can't tell her to stop sending them.
- 57:25Speaker 1: I said something to her last year, and she got
- 57:28Speaker 1: mad at him and took him back to court. The
- 57:30Speaker 1: judge sided with her and increased my fiance's child support
- 57:34Speaker 1: payments or our child support payments, because I have to
- 57:37Speaker 1: help him pay it every month. As a family, we
- 57:40Speaker 1: cannot keep paying for her to have surgery. Yesterday, I
- 57:44Speaker 1: went off on him after she sent him a picture
- 57:46Speaker 1: of her new braces. He got so mad that he
- 57:50Speaker 1: said he doesn't want any more children for a while.
- 57:53Speaker 1: W I'm marrying him with the expectation of starting a
- 57:57Speaker 1: family with him. I think it's time to walk away
- 58:00Speaker 1: from this three way love affair. But I've invested so
- 58:03Speaker 1: much time into this relationship. Why won't he tell her
- 58:06Speaker 1: to chill? Would I be nuts to marry him and
- 58:09Speaker 1: his baby mama. I'm gonna have to say, guest, ma'am,
- 58:13Speaker 1: you would, because his baby mama is not going anywhere.
- 58:16Speaker 1: She has proven to you that she's vindictive.
- 58:20Speaker 2: Didn't you say she.
- 58:21Speaker 1: Took him back to court when you said something to
- 58:23Speaker 1: her last year? She definitely doesn't want to hear anything
- 58:27Speaker 1: from you, and that's why your man is scared to
- 58:30Speaker 1: death of her. He doesn't want to have to pay
- 58:33Speaker 1: more or not be able to see his kids as
- 58:35Speaker 1: as simple as that. She has a power and she
- 58:37Speaker 1: knows it, and unfortunately, she will continue to hold these
- 58:40Speaker 1: children over his head. By the way, isn't this a
- 58:44Speaker 1: whole lot for you? I mean, you're helping him pay
- 58:47Speaker 1: his child support. His baby mama's tripping real bad sending
- 58:50Speaker 1: him suggestive photos and stuff, and now he doesn't want
- 58:54Speaker 1: any more kids, but you do. So why are you
- 58:58Speaker 1: putting up with all this wish And this is my
- 59:00Speaker 1: question to you. You are involved in some real baby
- 59:04Speaker 1: mama drama here with him and her, and you shouldn't
- 59:09Speaker 1: want any parts of that. Please believe this will not
- 59:12Speaker 1: change if you guys get married, because his baby mama
- 59:15Speaker 1: will really act a fool then, so you know you
- 59:18Speaker 1: have a decision to make.
- 59:20Speaker 9: That's what I say, Steve. Well, it's obvious to me
- 59:27Speaker 9: that like it or not, what you feeling is real.
- 59:32Speaker 9: I feel like I'm in a three way love affair. Well, no,
- 59:36Speaker 9: you don't just feeling it. That's what you're in and
- 59:39Speaker 9: it's written that way all throughout the letter. I just
- 59:42Speaker 9: don't see any redeeming qualities here.
- 59:46Speaker 1: For you.
- 59:48Speaker 2: I see a lot of benefits for him.
- 59:50Speaker 9: You know, they him and his baby mama talking text
- 59:55Speaker 9: message more than you comfortable with.
- 59:57Speaker 2: That's what this letter.
- 59:59Speaker 9: She's saying selfies with a kissy face emoji every time,
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: and then recently she sent pictures of her liposuction and breastlift. Now,
- 1:00:08Speaker 9: the only way you could tell if either one of
- 1:00:11Speaker 9: them has worked is you've got to see the lipos
- 1:00:18Speaker 9: suction area and the breastlift. Now that skin the only
- 1:00:26Speaker 9: way you can show that work. Very few people can
- 1:00:29Speaker 9: show you it worked with a T shirt on. So
- 1:00:32Speaker 9: now we know what this photo was. And then you know,
- 1:00:37Speaker 9: you say, even with her new body, she still can't
- 1:00:39Speaker 9: get a man on her own. Now, that's because she
- 1:00:44Speaker 9: wants the one she had back and she don't want you.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: To have him.
- 1:00:53Speaker 9: So if she had him wants any work, she's trying
- 1:00:56Speaker 9: to tempt him to get him back.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: That's what this is about.
- 1:01:02Speaker 9: She wants him back, and you've asked him to talk
- 1:01:06Speaker 9: to her about sending these inappropriate texts. He won't do
- 1:01:11Speaker 9: it because he says that will affect him being able
- 1:01:14Speaker 9: to see the kids. Now, you said, you don't see
- 1:01:17Speaker 9: how that'll happened since they with us eighty five percent
- 1:01:20Speaker 9: of the time. I mean, do y'all have custody other
- 1:01:23Speaker 9: kids of them? I mean, I don't know what to hear?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Who got right?
- 1:01:27Speaker 9: Eighty five percent of the time A lot? That's too
- 1:01:32Speaker 9: damn much. This ain't cole parent. I told him that
- 1:01:40Speaker 9: he must like the pictures because there's no way he
- 1:01:43Speaker 9: can't tell her to stop sending them, and then she
- 1:01:47Speaker 9: said I said something to her last year. She got mad,
- 1:01:50Speaker 9: took us back to court, increased his child's support because
- 1:01:53Speaker 9: the judge sided with her, And now y'all got to
- 1:01:56Speaker 9: pay more and you have to help him make his payment.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Whoa h.
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: So now you're fit to marry a man that kate
- 1:02:03Speaker 9: take care of his own business and you got to
- 1:02:07Speaker 9: help him take care of his business?
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: What where does he work? What does he do?
- 1:02:15Speaker 9: How you ain't got enough? Why you need help with
- 1:02:18Speaker 9: your child support yet? Ladies, Come on, I'll tell you what.
- 1:02:25Speaker 9: I'm gonna give you my final conclusion because the letter
- 1:02:28Speaker 9: at the end of it says, would I be nuts
- 1:02:30Speaker 9: to marry him and his baby mama?
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: My response to that when we come back.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: All right, Steve, excuse me, all right, we'll have part
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: two of your response coming up at twenty three minutes
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letters, subject I feel like
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: I'm in a three way love affair. We'll get back
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: this is Shirley Strawberry, And you know what it's like.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: You're driving around all over town and your schedule is
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: packed all day long. I mean, you're booked and busy.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: That's when your me time becomes even more important. Well,
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: what if your me time and your driving around time
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: were the same In the all new twenty twenty five
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: Nissan Morano, They can be. I mean, the Morano was
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: literally designed to help you relax. We're talking about ambient
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: mood lighting and over sixty four different colors and a
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Bose Premium sound system playing all your favorite music, so
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: you can just dial up the music and the lighting
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: to set whatever vibe you want. And just like that,
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: you created your own personal oasis and you're still getting
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: everything done. That's your crazy day dictates. I mean, it's
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: not often that productivity and relaxation intersect, right, but they
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: certainly do. And the all new Morano, because no amount
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: of rushing around is going to get you down when
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: you're chilling in a Morano. Check it out for yourself.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Drive the all new twenty twenty five Nissan Morano today.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Ambient lighting and bows are optional features. All right, Steve,
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: come on, let's reac today's strawberry letter, the subject I
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: feel like I'm in a three way love affair and
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: you are.
- 1:04:06Speaker 9: Because you're dating a man who has two children with
- 1:04:09Speaker 9: his baby's mama from a previous relationship that spent eighty
- 1:04:13Speaker 9: five percent of the time with y'all. But she's in
- 1:04:16Speaker 9: constant contact with him with stuff that you say has
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: crossed the line. Recently sent a picture of her LiPo
- 1:04:23Speaker 9: suction in breast lift to him with kissy emoji's faces
- 1:04:27Speaker 9: on it. What you think, of course, he probably liked
- 1:04:31Speaker 9: it because he liked it before it was lifted, and life,
- 1:04:35Speaker 9: old little chancellor. You liking it better now could be greater.
- 1:04:41Speaker 9: You've asked him to ask her to stop doing it.
- 1:04:44Speaker 9: He say he's scared because it'll affect him seeing the kids.
- 1:04:47Speaker 9: But you say, you and the kids is together eighty
- 1:04:49Speaker 9: five percent of the time, So I don't really know
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: what's going on right here, and so now when you
- 1:04:56Speaker 9: ask him to stop sending the pictures, she got mad,
- 1:05:01Speaker 9: took him to court. No, no, no, You called her
- 1:05:04Speaker 9: one time and told her said something to her about it.
- 1:05:08Speaker 9: She got mad, took him back to court. Judge sided
- 1:05:11Speaker 9: with him and increased y'all's a child support right now.
- 1:05:17Speaker 9: You mad because you have to help him pay the
- 1:05:21Speaker 9: child support, and you got to help him pay every month.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: Then you say, as a family, we cannot keep paying
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: for her to have surgery.
- 1:05:31Speaker 9: Then yesterday you went off on him when she sent
- 1:05:34Speaker 9: a picture of her new braces. She lived in the
- 1:05:39Speaker 9: best she getting herself fixed up with support. Could be
- 1:05:44Speaker 9: she just asking her exit his opinion of the new
- 1:05:48Speaker 9: body and the new teeth. Maybe that's it. She can't
- 1:05:53Speaker 9: ask nobody else. She ain't got no mamas. He got
- 1:05:59Speaker 9: so mad that he said he don't want any more children.
- 1:06:03Speaker 9: For a while, you said, what the hell? I married
- 1:06:06Speaker 9: him with the expectation of starting a family with him.
- 1:06:10Speaker 9: I'm thinking it's time to walk away from his three
- 1:06:12Speaker 9: way love affair. But I've invested so much time into
- 1:06:15Speaker 9: this relationship that here's what I always say to women
- 1:06:18Speaker 9: when they say that I've invested so much time. Okay,
- 1:06:23Speaker 9: all the time you've invested, this is what you have
- 1:06:26Speaker 9: from it. Now, let's say it's been four years. Let's
- 1:06:32Speaker 9: say you've invested four years into relationship.
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: You got foe. MO, you want to dump into this
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: because right now the foe has gotten you this.
- 1:06:43Speaker 9: So sometimes people we have to stop looking at what
- 1:06:46Speaker 9: time we invested, because we had the time.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: Some of it was good some of us read you
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: didn't you spent time.
- 1:06:55Speaker 9: But if you're going to look at it as an investment,
- 1:06:58Speaker 9: then you have to look at the r I, the
- 1:07:00Speaker 9: return on your investment. And if this has been your four, five, six,
- 1:07:05Speaker 9: whatever year investment and this has been your return on
- 1:07:09Speaker 9: the investment, seem to me like this is a bad investment.
- 1:07:13Speaker 9: You know, if you want to use you know, you know,
- 1:07:16Speaker 9: you know financial terms. It just seemed like you'd have
- 1:07:19Speaker 9: made a bad investment. So now you have to ask yourself,
- 1:07:22Speaker 9: do you want to keep putting money into stock that's
- 1:07:25Speaker 9: losing because right now you losing the money. Y'all send
- 1:07:29Speaker 9: it over there. Shedne got her booty fixed. She ain't
- 1:07:35Speaker 9: got loposuction. She'd have got a breast lift. Yes, she
- 1:07:40Speaker 9: got braces. Next thing you know, she gonna come in
- 1:07:44Speaker 9: there and be lighter. You ain't even gonna know who
- 1:07:48Speaker 9: she is. So now if you say, as a family,
- 1:07:55Speaker 9: we cannot keep paying for the surgery, you shouldn't.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Now, why don't he tell her to chill?
- 1:08:04Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Why would I be nuts to marry him and his
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: baby mama?
- 1:08:11Speaker 9: Drummer, Well, a minister told me something I didn't listen
- 1:08:16Speaker 9: to But he told it to me, he says, son,
- 1:08:19Speaker 9: let me tell you one thing about marriage. The only
- 1:08:22Speaker 9: thing that changes the day after the marriage is the
- 1:08:26Speaker 9: appearance of your left hand, third finger.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: He say.
- 1:08:30Speaker 9: If you saw signs before you got married, you're gonna
- 1:08:34Speaker 9: see them same signs after you get married. If y'all
- 1:08:37Speaker 9: got problems before you get married, you're gonna have them
- 1:08:40Speaker 9: same problems after you get married. Madge, don't fix nothing.
- 1:08:44Speaker 9: It just puts it into a more difficult situation to
- 1:08:47Speaker 9: get out of. So now, if you're mad, then God
- 1:08:52Speaker 9: so mad because he can't juggle his own obligations, which
- 1:08:55Speaker 9: he can't. He can't pay child support without your help.
- 1:09:00Speaker 9: How y'all gonna save for a house?
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: Now? Let me explain something to you else.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: She wants children.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: When y'all go over there, this could happen. I've seen
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: this happen.
- 1:09:12Speaker 9: When y'all go over there and get married and you
- 1:09:14Speaker 9: file joint, they gonna look at his tax return. Oh yeah,
- 1:09:20Speaker 9: and if he got more money, she can go down
- 1:09:22Speaker 9: there again and get some more. How y'all gonna save
- 1:09:26Speaker 9: for a house?
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: Thank you?

- 1:10:32Speaker 12: Okay, Well, we had NBA All Star Weekend? Anybody filter it?
- 1:10:36Speaker 12: Did anybody feel good about it?
- 1:10:38Speaker 10: Did you?
- 1:10:39Speaker 9: No?
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Are we thinking they need to find something else to do? Though?
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: Not something else?
- 1:10:43Speaker 10: What do you mean?
- 1:10:45Speaker 9: It's just not a it's not a it's not a
- 1:10:47Speaker 9: good game to watch anymore. It's I don't want to
- 1:10:50Speaker 9: warring people. Just run them down the ford shooting threes
- 1:10:54Speaker 9: and missing.
- 1:10:54Speaker 10: I can do that.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: I can actually come up the flow and miss a three.
- 1:11:00Speaker 9: I want to see you do stuff I can't do,
- 1:11:03Speaker 9: like make a basket, get in the dunk contest and
- 1:11:09Speaker 9: actually make a dunk.
- 1:11:12Speaker 12: Now, Mac mcclunk did win his third straight dunk contest.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: Yeah you know that. Didn't nobody else make they dunk?
- 1:11:20Speaker 12: I mean, yeah he was, but he you know, he
- 1:11:22Speaker 12: brought out so much stuff. He brought out a kid,
- 1:11:24Speaker 12: He jumped over a Kia car.
- 1:11:27Speaker 9: It was a great dunk m hm. But there was
- 1:11:30Speaker 9: no celebration on the sideline with the other players. I
- 1:11:35Speaker 9: just they didn't seem who was suckond? Who suck the
- 1:11:39Speaker 9: brother from a San Antonio apostle?
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: Who did who didn't make the dunk? Who didn't make
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: he didn't?
- 1:11:46Speaker 12: He had ran out of so much time you got
- 1:11:47Speaker 12: a minute and a half.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: So he had to just didn't make the dunk. Am
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: I right? It just got on my nerve.
- 1:11:59Speaker 9: But see why we watching the dunk contest and were
- 1:12:03Speaker 9: mad at the time limit, the amount of misses.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: It don't make no sense.
- 1:12:07Speaker 9: Man. They thought this was going to be the fixed
- 1:12:10Speaker 9: by having these four teams and make that exciting.
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: They found a way to make that boring.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: You know, do they need to go back to East
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: versus West?
- 1:12:19Speaker 9: If they go back to East versus well, it wasn't
- 1:12:21Speaker 9: working because they stopped playing. You know, you got to
- 1:12:24Speaker 9: look at this generation of players, these guys who would
- 1:12:27Speaker 9: take time off just to rest their bodies. You ain't
- 1:12:30Speaker 9: never hear that back in the day. You lay them up, thog.
- 1:12:33Speaker 9: We're in a different generation now. It's the way the
- 1:12:36Speaker 9: game is played. It's a three point game. You can
- 1:12:38Speaker 9: watch a whole basketball game and won't see one poster play,
- 1:12:42Speaker 9: not one play designed to throw it down in the well,
- 1:12:45Speaker 9: why don't we why don't we do this?
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: Halftime was incredible? Why don't we left halftime?
- 1:12:50Speaker 9: Hell?
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: Most of the time in.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: Basketball, Yeah, play basketball for about five minutes and let's
- 1:13:03Speaker 6: get back to the entertainment.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: Did you like Kevin Hart?
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: He was funny?
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: He did, definitely.
- 1:13:08Speaker 12: Kevin Hart did say he told Chuck, if you see
- 1:13:11Speaker 12: another a seven foot to shoot a three pooter bench
- 1:13:14Speaker 12: him right now.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: Kevin did to make an example out of them. All right,
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: thank you, Junior. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: a man on social media needs your advice, Steve. He says,
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: my ex seem to expect me to co parent. We'll
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: get into that talk about it right after this. You're
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Marty Morning Show.
- 1:13:36Speaker 10: All right.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: This is from Tea on Reddit. He says, I'm not
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: sure that my ex knows what it means to be
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: an ex. After what I thought were four great years,
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: she broke up with me, saying, quote, she wasn't growing enough.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: It turns out there were three or four other guys
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: out there that she was growing with. What really hurts, Yeah,
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: that's what we're doing. What really hurts says that I
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: had a great relationship with her son, and it was
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: obvious the kid viewed me as a father figure. She
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: knows this and still insists on trying to bring him
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: over to my place to babysit while she goes out
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: because she knows how much he likes hanging out with me.
- 1:14:17Speaker 6: Uh huh.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: I like hanging out with him too, But I think
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: it's unfair to the boy and to me to string
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: him along like I'm still part of his life.
- 1:14:25Speaker 10: In that way.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: What's the best way to handle this?
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: Stop in the gottastud? I mean, that's crazy, man.
- 1:14:32Speaker 9: Like see, it's like this, Look, I feel a role
- 1:14:35Speaker 9: if you allow me to fill the role. Well, what
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: you're not, finn do is use me. That's what you're
- 1:14:40Speaker 9: not Finna do. You're not Finna take me, take advantage
- 1:14:44Speaker 9: of my kindness and exploit your relationship between me and
- 1:14:48Speaker 9: this boy, right because look, I'm not I'm not that dude.
- 1:14:52Speaker 9: I'm not your babysitter. What you're not, Finna do is
- 1:14:54Speaker 9: drop nobody off over here while you go out party
- 1:14:57Speaker 9: and pass out.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: You know what is that cookies?
- 1:15:01Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: Where's his daddy?
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: Where is his ass at? It doesn't Yeah, Well, and
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: he likes the kid, that the boy that's and that's cool. Yeah,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: and that's cool.
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: But you're not dropping him off on me like that
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: for that.
- 1:15:21Speaker 10: You know.
- 1:15:22Speaker 9: If I say, hey, look, can I come get him
- 1:15:24Speaker 9: in sady, I'm gonna take him here, and that's cool.
- 1:15:27Speaker 9: But I'm not finna be the babysitter right. No, See,
- 1:15:30Speaker 9: what you're not gonna do is take advantage of the situation.
- 1:15:33Speaker 6: That's kid the truth, dropping him off, then dropping Cookie
- 1:15:36Speaker 6: off somewhere.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: You you're gonna, mam, what.
- 1:15:42Speaker 9: What you said?
- 1:15:42Speaker 12: Jut to tell this kid a hard truth?
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: I will. I'm hanging with you because I want to
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: be with your mama.
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: That's you need to know.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: I sold your PlayStation five is out, now.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: Mama can dropping them off and we all gonna benefit.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: Wow. Yeah, okay, Yeah he sounds like a good guy
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: and she messed over him. Yeah for sure, big time.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: All right, Yeah, we have another one, Steve. This is
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: from l C on Steve Harvey FM. He says, my
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: sixty eight year old mother announced she's spending her vacation
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: fund to travel and go overseas instead of visiting her
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: grandchildren this summer. The kids are devastated, and my wife
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: and sister are furious. But my mama says she's finally
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: living for herself after decades of putting everyone else first.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: How do I handle this without making her feel guilty
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: about her choice?
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: Hey, man, let your grandmama, go do something for herself.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: She don't put it in her time. She raised y'all.
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: Ain'tybody going to go over there and see your keys
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: in office?
- 1:16:51Speaker 6: Here?
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: They are wrong with y'all.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: The kids are devastated now their mom's are devastated to.
- 1:17:02Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: Well, yeah, she's sixty eight. She wants to do her thing.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: I mean, like she said, she put everyone first, which
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: is what women do. We're nurturers. We'd usually put everybody
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: first before we take care of ourselves. And that's what
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: she's tired of doing that. She's putting herself first. Now
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: she made that choice, and you know they got to
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: deal with it.
- 1:17:23Speaker 10: Right.
- 1:17:23Speaker 9: See, I'm sixty eight too. I ain't doing no. I'm
- 1:17:26Speaker 9: just I'm gonna I'm gonna do it. Send me the
- 1:17:29Speaker 9: grandmama number a week now and I'm finna not stop.
- 1:17:35Speaker 9: That's what I'm finna do.
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: Damn what I want to do. I'm stop all this here.
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: I don't like being grandfather's duty.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: No, damn w why not?
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: It ain't what they said it was gonna be.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Fall fall. Yeah, so that you know, maybe you guys
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: need to talk because but he doesn't want her to
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: feel guilty about her choice.
- 1:18:03Speaker 7: He doesn't his mom. She doesn't seem like the mother's
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: at a man. They lost their babysitizen.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: Yeah that's what. Yeah, that's what it is. All right,
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: Thank you guys. More of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: coming up right after this. You're listening to the Steve
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. According to ABC News, federal workers feel
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: like they're under attack by billionaires. Okay, they're putting it
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: out there now. The Trump administration and lead Elon Musk
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: Department of Government Efficiency are firing people who work at
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: the Department of Education, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: Consumer Financial Bureau. One employee said, we're under attack by billionaires.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: We're just regular middle class people, just like the people
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: were trying to serve and just fyi, the Consumer Financial Bureau,
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: we need them to. They were critical to safeguarding the
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: public from financial market crashes, lawn schemes like loan sharks,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: things like that, and these high interest rates. So they
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: look out for us as far as that's concerned. But
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: you know, Elon Musk is getting.
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: Rid of all that. You know, that's who voted for Yeah.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: But unfortunately this is happening to the people who didn't
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: vote for him as well.
- 1:19:18Speaker 7: You know, that's all suffering. Yeah, that's all suffering for
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: the choice that they make. Now, these people losing their jobs.
- 1:19:25Speaker 7: They just come from work and they don't have health
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: health care anymore.
- 1:19:29Speaker 3: This like serious.
- 1:19:32Speaker 7: They don't know where the paychecks are coming from.
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: All of this.
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: The vice president like the president.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: Yeah, his son is the vice Yeah baby.
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: Some million for his campaign. He bought him self a
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: seeded to take it. So that's how it was done
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: for sure, sir.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: All right, thank you, coming up another round of would
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: you rather right after this? You're listening to the Steve
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:20:08Speaker 9: Hey, look, you can't let the urge to sing your
- 1:20:11Speaker 9: favorite songs while you driving distract you from that truck
- 1:20:15Speaker 9: drifting toward your lane or that lane splitting.
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: Biker creeping up beside you.
- 1:20:20Speaker 9: Fortunately, every Hondai offers advanced safety features that can alert
- 1:20:24Speaker 9: you to potential dangers around you.
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: That's right, because Hondai is always working to ensure the
- 1:20:29Speaker 6: road doesn't get you. Hondai vehicles have one over one
- 1:20:32Speaker 6: hundred and twenty IIHS Top Safety awards from two thousand
- 1:20:35Speaker 6: and six to twenty twenty four.
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: As of December twenty twenty four, it is time.
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: Now for a round of would you rather? Would you
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: rather never eat your favorite food for the rest of
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: your life or would you rather only eat your favorite
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: food for the rest of your life?
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: Ooma sat and dead? Yea pizza beat pizza.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: Said, cheeseburger every day? Yes, every day?
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: Load? Which one?
- 1:21:11Speaker 3: Which one?
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: Would you? I can't eat that much barbecue. I'd be
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: so all. My shirt's gonna have a stain on it.
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: I've had everywhere and.
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: Your blood pressure. Rather than not do that, never eat
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: your favorite food ever again. No, never have caviar again. Nephew, Okay,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: walk away from you. You ain't just eating weight whole
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: like you just. I think that's Tommy, though, I think
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: that's Thomas. I mean, I think that's Thomas.
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: If I didn't have another spoon that this.
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: Like, I said Steve, But I think that was Thomas.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: Nephew said, yeah, my nephew, Tommy. Yeah, it's a different
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: It's a difference, for sure. Yeah, all right. Would you
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: rather smell like feet or rotten eggs?
- 1:22:02Speaker 10: What?
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: Would I'm going with the eggs that may can't they
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: can't too much. They ain't gonna ain't gonna last long
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: enough to get riding.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Mm hmmm, that's your logic, the price of it, yeah, Junior,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: no eggs.
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Well, I mean, what does it do with me?
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: You stink?
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: That's the point.
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: That is the point.
- 1:22:31Speaker 9: How you want to stink? I want to alternate days.
- 1:22:34Speaker 9: I'm gonna do feet one day, feet, eggs.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: Steve's here, all right. Would you rather be able to
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: control the traffic or would you rather be able to
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: control the weather?
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: The weather, Oh, the weather, for sure.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: Yeah, y'all, never be cold another day.
- 1:22:57Speaker 12: It's always a hundred.
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: You did write it.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: No crisis anymore for you ever? Again, I like it
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: all right? Would you rather fight a tiger or would
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: you rather fight a bear?
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: We're dead. We're dead. You know, you know how you
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: want to die. We're dead. Just depends on how you
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: want to die.
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: That day yours.
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: You gotta go with the bell. I gotta go with
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: the bell. I can't win, I can't win. I don't
- 1:23:41Speaker 6: have a chance. I don't have a chance, and I
- 1:23:44Speaker 6: don't have a chance at all. But I got a
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: better chance away from that damn tagon.
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: Nephew. Tommy's back, all right, guys, that's today's roundup. Would
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: you rather coming up next? Our last break of the day,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: and we'll close out the show with the one and
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey. Right after this, you're listening to the
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: Seed Harvey Morning Show. Hey, this is Shirley Strawberry.
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: And you know what it's like.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: You're driving around all over town and your schedule is
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: packed all day long. I mean, you're booked and busy.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: That's when your me time becomes even more important. Well,
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: what if your me time and you're driving around time
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: were the same In the all new twenty twenty five
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: Nissan Mirano, they can be. I mean, the Mirano was
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: literally designed to hope you relax. We're talking about ambient
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: mood lighting and over sixty four different colors and a
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: Bose Premium sound system playing all of your favorite music,
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: so you can just diluce the music and the lighting
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: to set whatever side you want. And just like that,
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: you created your own personal always and you're still getting
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: everything done that your crazy day dictates. I mean it's
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: not often that productivity and relaxation intersect, right, but they
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: certainly do. And the all new Mirano, because no amount
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: of rushing around is going to get you down when
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: you're chilling in a Mirano. Check it out for yourself.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: Do I be only he's on Morano today and the
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: enlightening in boats are optional features. All right, guys, here
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: we are our last break of the day on this Tuesday.
- 1:25:12Speaker 9: You know, I was just thinking, you know, just this
- 1:25:17Speaker 9: is going to be a collage of just thoughts, random
- 1:25:21Speaker 9: that I've had over the week. You know. Uh, first,
- 1:25:26Speaker 9: pertaining to the presidential election. You know, Donald Trump is
- 1:25:31Speaker 9: a forty seventh president, and at that point, it is
- 1:25:36Speaker 9: what it is that's going to be the case for
- 1:25:39Speaker 9: the next four years. I've decided personally that he's not
- 1:25:45Speaker 9: going to ruin my next four years. But I do
- 1:25:48Speaker 9: want to say something to everybody out there, especially those
- 1:25:53Speaker 9: that fit into the category of Middle America, those that
- 1:25:59Speaker 9: fit into category of you know, just let's just say
- 1:26:05Speaker 9: Middle America, or just even prior to that, even less
- 1:26:10Speaker 9: than Middle America. Let's just talk about the majority of America,
- 1:26:14Speaker 9: the majority of America. I want you all to buckle up,
- 1:26:18Speaker 9: because what's about to happen is going to be really,
- 1:26:22Speaker 9: really tough the next four years. I don't think that
- 1:26:25Speaker 9: everybody understands exactly what this guy is doing. And I
- 1:26:29Speaker 9: think that you all don't understand that the signing of
- 1:26:32Speaker 9: a lot of these papers are going to affect you.
- 1:26:35Speaker 9: And I'm talking to his MAGA supporters. I'm talking about
- 1:26:39Speaker 9: the Trumpsters. It's going to affect you. I'm talking to
- 1:26:43Speaker 9: the Latinos for Trump. I'm talking to the Blacks for Trump.
- 1:26:47Speaker 9: I'm talking to you. This is going to affect you
- 1:26:52Speaker 9: because when you don't understand that he has never been
- 1:26:56Speaker 9: for you, he will never be for you. He can't
- 1:26:59Speaker 9: understand or relate to you because he's never been you.
- 1:27:05Speaker 9: Look at all of his buddies. Everybody in the cabinet.
- 1:27:09Speaker 9: Look Elon Musk has access that you shouldn't even have.
- 1:27:16Speaker 9: But because he gave this man over two hundred and
- 1:27:18Speaker 9: thirty million dollars to become the president, he bought hisself
- 1:27:23Speaker 9: a seat at the table and sold.
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: Did all the other billionaires who donated them? Sold?
- 1:27:30Speaker 9: Did all of the other large corporations. Y'all can boycott
- 1:27:34Speaker 9: target all you want. You can boycott all the companies.
- 1:27:39Speaker 9: You say that contributed to the Trump Fund, They were
- 1:27:43Speaker 9: voting and contributing based on their pocket See, rich people
- 1:27:49Speaker 9: don't have to worry about a lot of stuff. They
- 1:27:51Speaker 9: just got to worry about their pocket and the main
- 1:27:54Speaker 9: thing is how to pay less taxes so they get
- 1:27:57Speaker 9: to keep more of what they make. I understand that.
- 1:28:01Speaker 9: I don't think it's fair that a person makes more
- 1:28:04Speaker 9: he has to pay more now. I think the tax
- 1:28:07Speaker 9: system should be the same across the board. But I
- 1:28:10Speaker 9: didn't make the tax system.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: So here we go.
- 1:28:14Speaker 9: I happened to be one of those that has to
- 1:28:16Speaker 9: pay more, so I pay it. But if you voted
- 1:28:20Speaker 9: for him thinking he was going to make life better
- 1:28:22Speaker 9: for you, I have sad, sad, sad news for you.
- 1:28:26Speaker 2: He ain't. He ain't.
- 1:28:28Speaker 9: Look at all of the agencies in the government. He's
- 1:28:32Speaker 9: stripping a lot of those people voted for him, A
- 1:28:37Speaker 9: lot of them did. Now they're finding theyself out of work,
- 1:28:41Speaker 9: out of a stroke of a pen because this dude
- 1:28:43Speaker 9: Elin Musk has come along and decided that we've got
- 1:28:48Speaker 9: to cut and trim him the fat off this government.
- 1:28:52Speaker 9: But the fact that they're trying to trim them, they're
- 1:28:54Speaker 9: talking about there a lot of Democrats in that well,
- 1:28:55Speaker 9: those democrats were protecting you, Republican or Democrat with loan
- 1:29:01Speaker 9: sharking credit things, bank loans regulations, stuff like that. They
- 1:29:07Speaker 9: just stripped that department is gone when they took it.
- 1:29:11Speaker 9: When they started stripping d e I, I don't even
- 1:29:13Speaker 9: think you understood. According to the US Labor Department, the
- 1:29:16Speaker 9: number one beneficiary of dee I is white women. Asians
- 1:29:22Speaker 9: are on that list. Native Americans are on that list.
- 1:29:24Speaker 9: Latinos are on that list. Do you know who benefits
- 1:29:27Speaker 9: the most from the least from the dee I? Black people.
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: But we're used to that.
- 1:29:32Speaker 9: We ain't been having nothing. We'll we'll take take what
- 1:29:35Speaker 9: you're gonna take. What else you're gonna take take you
- 1:29:39Speaker 9: ain't never gave so now and in the de I,
- 1:29:44Speaker 9: guess what's being stripped? Disabled people? Because you're considered a
- 1:29:49Speaker 9: DEI to have to hire disabled people as a de I,
- 1:29:54Speaker 9: they are stripping dee I. They are stripping veterans' benefits.
- 1:29:59Speaker 9: The veterans, the VA is being stripped. They don't care
- 1:30:03Speaker 9: that you served your country. They don't care you lost
- 1:30:06Speaker 9: to limb. They don't care you gave your life, you sacrifice.
- 1:30:10Speaker 9: They stripping it because it's a waste, disable people, veterans,
- 1:30:14Speaker 9: All of that's in DEI. That's black and white people.
- 1:30:18Speaker 9: That's Trump supporters. There's Democratic supporters. They don't care. They
- 1:30:25Speaker 9: trying to keep a campaign promise. And when you watch
- 1:30:27Speaker 9: Fox News, he's stripping away the waste. Okay, he ain't
- 1:30:33Speaker 9: through a lot of the agencies they getting rid of.
- 1:30:37Speaker 9: Man was protective measures. But guess what if you get
- 1:30:43Speaker 9: rid of protective measures for common people, that means the
- 1:30:48Speaker 9: big boys can do like they want to and they
- 1:30:50Speaker 9: can get back to making them profits. That's what this
- 1:30:55Speaker 9: is all about, y'all. This election has always been about them,
- 1:31:00Speaker 9: money and the power and the position. Look at Mark Rubio.
- 1:31:06Speaker 9: Now he's stuck so far up in Trump's behind he
- 1:31:10Speaker 9: can't see daylight. A minute ago, Trump was the worst
- 1:31:13Speaker 9: person you could ever run. Now he didn't give him
- 1:31:16Speaker 9: a position. Now he will look at him. Hey, y'all,
- 1:31:19Speaker 9: buckle up, hang on type, get your relationship together with
- 1:31:22Speaker 9: God because you're gonna need it. I'm just telling you
- 1:31:25Speaker 9: you're gonna need it. And Trump supporters, Democrats, whoever you are,
- 1:31:30Speaker 9: buckle up. If you ain't rich, hang on type trip.
- 1:31:35Speaker 9: I want to bring you away, have a great day.
- 1:31:39Speaker 9: I'll talk to you all the moment.
